(00:12):
This is Special Prosecutor Larry Clayman.I'm the only lawyer ever to obtain a
court ruling that a president of theUnited States committed a crime for truth for
competition. As a young lawyer,I help break up at and T.
That's why you have all your cellphones today. For sovereignty, for the
republic. I'm the guy who,at Judicial Watch, which I founded,
uncovered the China Gate scandal. Millionsof dollars going to the Clinton campaign corrupting
(00:36):
our political system were the privacy ofcitizens. And I'm the only guy who
have enjoyed the National Security Agency frommass surveillance on hundreds of millions of Americans
hearing it. I'm the son ofmeat packers in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I
had a slice and dice. You'rebringing it that we're going to take this
country apart and put it back togetheragain in the way envisioned by our founding
fathers. It's not just we're notjust regurgitating new stories, Larry claiman Special
(01:02):
Prosecutor is making the news, andnow here's Larry. Welcome to this week's
edition of Special Prosecutor with Larry Klayman. I'm very privileged to have my friend,
my colleague, my clients. SiakaMassaqua on with me today. Of
course, most of you have probablyalready read because our followers keep up with
(01:23):
the news, the real news, not the fake news. That Siaka was
recently arrested at Burbank Airport, surroundedby four jack booted FBI agents to put
the term loosely most diplomatically, aswell as airport police after three years after
the point that he had his houserated in Los Angeles by twenty FBI agents.
(01:46):
He was denied the right of talkingto counsel, his property was confiscated,
and apparently he was only charged. In fact, I know he was
only charged with four misdemeanors basically fortrespass. Why did they do it?
At this time? We're going totalk about it with Siaka because it fits
in with the political landscape in thiscountry today, which is all about election
(02:07):
interference. It's all about defeating DonaldTrump. It's all about continuing the leftist
dictatorship under Joe Biden or someone elsewho may step in on his behalf.
Since I don't think the guy's goingto make it, and neither does Trump
to twenty twenty four to run forpresidency. He'll probably pass away where the
Democrats will give him something to sleepand he won't wake up. That's my
(02:30):
assessment. In any event, Iwant to talk about something else because it's
about the Republicans and the Republican Partyin terms of what it sells to the
American people, and that's not Siaka. He happens to be vice chairman of
the Republican Party in Los Angeles County. They're actually trying to do something and
they're sincere. But on the nationallevel, the Republican Party, frankly is
(02:52):
a fraud. In my opinion,I always said that I thought Trump should
run as an independent. He wouldwin as an independent, not be tied
down by the Republican Party in general. But you've got at least Stefanik,
who is trying to do some goodthings, you know, the congressman.
She obviously took on Harvard and MITand the University of Pennsylvania with regard to
anti Semitism and discrimination on college campuses. She's also been filing a number of
(03:17):
complaints against federal judges, and whilethat's mostly for her fundraising because she knows
those complaints will go nowhere, theydo make a point, and I commend
her for doing it. But thelast one that she filed, and this
was just yesterday, was against ajudge that I had been up against many
many times. Her name is BurlHowe. She was the chief judge of
(03:39):
the U. S. District Courtfor the District of Columbia. I actually
encountered her in the case I broughtfor Sheriff Joe R. Pyo seeking to
invalidate the five million illegal aliens thatPresident Barack Obama gate amnesty to and she
dismissed that case, said, oh, it's just political, it's not legal.
Well, a similar case was filedin Texas and that went all the
(04:00):
way to the Supreme Court, andI participated in that for Sheriff Joe Rpile
and we won the Supreme Court invalidatedafter the Fifth Circuit made a similar ruling
which was upheld. This illegal amnestythat Biden had excused me. It's Freudian
slip that Obama had put into effect. Of course, Biden was the Vice
president at the time. Well fastforward, Brohowe, for most of the
(04:26):
last several years sat as the chiefjudge of the same court of the Assist
Court for the District of Columbia, and recently she made a remark she is
still I believe the chief judge, and I taught right about her in my
book it takes a count of revolutionto wake up America. She got on
the bench because she was recommended bySenator Patrick Leahy far left individual she worked
(04:49):
for him as a staff council. But a recent statement that she made publicly
while giving a speech, and Iquote my DC colleagues and I regularly see
the impact of big lies at thesentencing of hundreds hundreds of individuals who have
convicted for offense conduct on January sixth, twenty twenty one, when they disrupted
(05:10):
the certification of the twenty twenty presidentialelection at the US Capitol. As district
court judges, we are all aboutthe facts. Well, she accused all
January six peaceful protesters and effects suchas Siaka of Lyne. And this is
highly prejudicial coming from a chief judgeof that court, and it tells you
(05:31):
the mentality of what is going onin that court and other courts with regard
to January sixth. Now, Januarysixth is very important. It was not
an insurrection, Yes, it wasa protest. It was an uprising.
It was long overdue after decades ofcorruption and government. And the people saw
with the way that Trunk was treatednot just by states and their legislatures,
(05:56):
but also frankly by the Supreme Court, which would not, in fact even
hear cases about the allegations of electionirregularities and fraud. Is that the American
people had had it, and theyrose up, and the overwhelming majority were
peaceful, such as Siaka. Siakawas curious. He was at the JW.
Marriott down the street. He sawwhat was going on in TV and
(06:17):
he just went over and he wentover to the Capitol and I'll let him
put it in his own words, and for seventy one seconds he was just
frankly at the doorstep and the capitolpolice asked him to leave, and he
left peacefully. By the way, that's our capital. That was not a
trespass. He never saw a signdo not enter. Yet he is charged
(06:39):
with four misdemeanors three years later, and why is he charged with that?
In my opinion, and of coursea Freedom Watch is defending him in that
case. And frankly, we canuse contributions to do that because it's going
to be very, very expensive. You can go to freedom Watch USA dot
org and I'll let Siaka also givehis legal defense website when he comes on.
But they're doing it. U Siankais an influential and highly personable and
(07:03):
articulate black actor and comedian from Hollywood. He has the capability of influencing not
just white votes, but black votes. And we know that blacks are breaking
in greater numbers towards President Trump. They see how Biden has basically let them
hang out to dry with rampant crimein inner cities, with an economy where
(07:27):
they can't afford food, where theycan't afford gasoline, and they're saying to
themselves, I'm no longer going tovote Democrat. I'm going to vote for
someone who's actually going to help meand my family. So I believe that
what happened was is that given thatwe're going into this presidential election, that
they did not want A Siaka tospeak. They wanted to silence him.
(07:48):
They want to throw him in jail, and they want to discredit him and
people like him, and that's whatthat is about. Now, freedom Watch
does not take a position actions asa public interest group. Larry claiman Ken
personally but we don't do it asa group. But we are defending Siaka
Massaqua because it's the right thing todo because today it's Siaca, tomorrow it's
(08:11):
you and your loved ones. Theyare going to be subject to this kind
of treatment. And we know,of course that illegal surveillance occurred to the
January sixth protesters. So in additionto defending Siaka in his criminal prosecution,
we also have a class action lawsuitin the U. S. District Court
for the Northern District of Florida forhim and others because the government has been
(08:35):
forced to admit it was disclosed thatthey were conducting illegal surveillance under section seven
oh two of the Foreign Intelligence SurveillanceAct, and that can knock out the
prosecutions of any and all of theJanuary sixth peaceful protesters as well as the
convictions if we're successful. So thisvery high stakes litigation is crucial the trying
(08:58):
to or of the liberty, ourFirst Amendment rights to protest, to take
action which is peaceful, as Siakadid to try to influence our government.
And I don't think anybody with anydegree of common sense with an IQ over
sixty believes that this election in twothousand and twenty was fair and honest,
(09:22):
it was corrupt and frankly, goinginto election twenty twenty four, you can
expect the Democrats to do the samething again. So the election of Donald
Trump or anybody else's, you know, far less certain than would otherwise be.
And the powers to be whether it'sBurl Howe and the US District Court
for the District of Columbia, whetherit's the Supreme Court, they just go
(09:43):
with the flow. You know, they're part of the establishment. And then
ask yourself this question. The complaintthat Burl Holle filed was with the Judicial
Council, which I fouled many therethat is composed of other judges in the
same courthouse as Burl Howe, andit will be thrown into the trash one
hundred percent. I've never got themto do anything, regardless of what any
(10:07):
judge did. But then ask yourselfthis other question. This clown Jim Jordan,
who runs the Judiciary Committee, prancesaround with rolled up sleeves. I'm
going to do this, I'm goingto do that. Now we've got an
impeachment inquiry, which is basically justto wound Biden they're not going to impeach
him. The Republicans don't want toget him out. They want him to
be weak when they go into thetwenty twenty four elections if he survives that
(10:30):
long. Jim Jordan is the headof the Judiciary Committee in the House.
Why isn't he hauling Burugh Howse's rearend in front of that committee? Why
isn't he starting to impeach judges whoviolated the oath of office with regard to
J six and many other things inthis country. He hasn't lifted a hand
with regard to one judge in thiscountry. The guy is a total clown
(10:52):
and he's a fraud. But thisis the problem because people out there believe
that the Republicans are doing something andthey're not on the national level. Siaka
isn't la, but not at thenational level, and this is causing people
to give them more and more moneyso they can try to retain power.
In fact, it's very unlikely thatthey will retain power either in the House
(11:13):
of Representatives or the Senate. Perhapsa Republican might win the presidency, but
he or she will be have hishands tied or her hands tied because they
won't have the ability to move anythingthrough Congress. But the reality is is
it as head of the Judiciary Committee, if Jordan wanted to do something for
the January sixth protesters, he'd behauling the dairy airs of these judges in
(11:35):
front of his committee and implementing impeachmentproceedings. But no, they won't impeach
the judges and they won't even impeachTrump, mark my words. Now,
stay tuned. We're going to bringSiaka massaclaw on some of my political and
ideological views. He may not agreewith. That's fine. I don't ask
anybody to agree with what I'm saying. But this is Larry claiming from the
(12:00):
heart. If you don't support peoplelike Siaka and freedom Watch, then this
country is going down the drain becausethe political establishment in Washington, d C.
Judicial or legislative or an executive branchprotects itself at the expense of the
American people. I'll be right back. Stay tuned. We're gonna have Siaka
Massaquona one and he's going to discusshis persecution by the gestapo of a Biden
(12:26):
Justice Department. I'll be right back, fearless, disclaiming democratic danger and Special
(12:54):
Prosecutor Larry claiming. If you'd liketo support freedom Watch and this radio show,
go to freedom WATCHUSA dot org.I'm back with Siakamsa Claw, my
friend and client, someone who Ibelieve in. We have other lawyers also
working on the case who believe inhim as well, and I want to
(13:15):
introduce you again to him. He'sbeen on our show many times. But
Siaka, bring us up to thepresent as to what's happened to you over
the last three years and what you'reup against. Well, first off,
I was always thank you for havingme on, Larry. You know,
it's been a wild ride. I'mhappy to have someone like you along for
the ride because it's been bumpy start, you know, starting initially two to
(13:39):
almost two plus years ago. Nowthere's going to be three. But you
know, like you mentioned earlier,I went to DC on January sixth.
I went for the speech. Ididn't go for the Capitol. And I've
said this multiple times now, youknow, I've even going from the speech
to the hotel. Going to theCapital is only because of what I saw
(14:01):
on the news and having and believingthey were lying about how they're portraying Trump
supporters and as you said, youknow, I went there curiously. It
was completely fine where I was walkingaround. That's what I saw, not
apparently, And we'll get this andwe'll get this information when we go through
lawsuit or go through port. Butmy timeline was an hour hour plus after
(14:24):
everything even happened, all the majorissues that people they kept playing over and
over on the news. I hadno idea. So I went there out
of curiosity, as you said,it was, and now I'm recording what
I'm what I'm experiencing. I steppedinto the infamous archway that were on multiple
videos of people getting into fights andall this stuff. But I stepped in
(14:46):
there with many other people who andon my video you hear someone say this
is where they're letting us in.So we're shuffling in slowly. We get
stopped about four to five steps thedoorway, so we're not allowed to go
further because the police were standing rightthere. So in this situation, then
(15:07):
they're my understanding, we're following theprotocols that are you know, being dulled
out at this moment, because yeah, it was a different moment than any
other regular day at the Capitol. So it seemed like they were saying,
well, you can come into abouthere, and that's it. I'm recording
this entire thing. A individual ina right riot gear comes up and he
(15:28):
tells us we have to go backthe other ways. With my phone still
out there, I'm recording everything, saying, yes, sir, we will.
You see we're being reasonable. I'msmiling. I'm not thinking anything of
it, not thinking that it's youknow, this is is a dangerous situation
because they're not moving as if it'sa dangerous situation then so I turn around
(15:50):
and you can hear on another videothat's out that I posted on x that
you know, someone's saying, thisguy's been helping us get people out.
So that's pretty much his inferences. This guy's been helping us meeting, I'm
helping trying to get people moving backout based on the direction given to me
by the only law enforcement that spokeany type of direction to us at the
(16:10):
time. So I walked outside,I recorded a little more by a window,
talked to actually had a decent littleexchange with another police officer checking in
on him because you know, Isaid everything they did to him like theody
had hit him. An he witha canister of pepper spray, and I
said, you're okay. That wasn'tcool showing to me showing concern for him
(16:32):
because it wasn't about that. Walkedaround a little bit, took some pictures,
and left. So all in all, I was probably there for maybe
thirty maybe thirty minutes of just walkingaround, and then I went back to
my hotel. So and then afterthat we know that then that June,
I get raided by the FBI atthe five point forty five in the morning,
fifteen plus agents, guns drawn,ar is drawn as if I'm some
(16:57):
you know, drug trafficker or stealer. Had my godsends in the house six
and three and six best friend hadanother set of roommates there. So everyone
guns pointing in their face as ifthey're the hardened criminals. Over the last
two years, I've been dealing withextra scrutiny of security. Well. As
they raided my house, they tookmy computer and my cell phone, flash
(17:19):
drives, even my MAGA hats. They never said that was never arrested or
charged, and they never gave Theyonly gave me one sheet of paper for
a warrant, and they never allowedme. As you mentioned, earlier to
talk to a lawyer, because fromthe agent's own words, well, this
is not an arrest. You don'tneed it. This is not an arrest.
(17:40):
Then, for the last two yearsin the airports, every time I
travel, I've been arrass at theairport. I can't check in the day
before. I have to go tothe desk and do forty five minute check
in TSA, I get full bodiessearched and get my stuff searched, and
then I have to do that samesearch again at the gate after TSA.
So that's some of the stuff's beengoing on that into you know, November
(18:02):
thirtieth, being arrested at the airportborregrating airport tarmac by four agents and four
airport police. And that's where wesit now the OTA. We're going to
continue this story. I just say, quickly, is it you hadn't been
charged with anything up until recently andin fact you were airport I mean,
that is outrageous and right constitution. We'll be right back with Siata massa question
(18:38):
and now for words that make corruptpoliticians make weelie in their little bands.
Transparency and the rule of law willbe the touchstones of this president. But
we have to pass the bill sothat you kind of find out what is
in its. Special Prosecutor Larry Claimanbe the one who makes our country great
(19:06):
again. Go to FREEDOMWATCHUSA dot organd donate. We're back with Saka Masakada.
Continue your story, and what Isaid before the break is that what
right did the US government have toharascue at airports when you had not been
charged with anything. I mean, this is pure harassment. And you know
(19:26):
when they did things like that toyou, they're doing it to others as
well. It's to keep you,cut you up. Is that you're not
allowed to speak, and that's whywe do live in a dictatorship controlled by
Biden and has left attacked friends. But anyway, continue with your story.
Well, so I'll make to thatpoint of like that that's the big issue
that we're fighting right now, iswell, right, based on what seventy
(19:49):
one seconds and four to five stepsinto the capital is what I did and
turned around when giving direct order todo so. So basically to me,
it looks like political persecution because Ido have a you know, not a
super huge platform, but a platform. Nonetheless, I have been vocal out
(20:10):
here in Los Angeles I've been inthe Hollywood industry for you know, fifteen
plus years, so people tend tolisten a little more to what you have
to say about the things that goon here. And we know that now
for these two years, what happenedmy phone and my laptop, they've been
they've been tracking, listening, collectingdata on me and whoever else I've ever
(20:33):
come in contact with for two years. And what's the purpose to come back
with misdemeanors? To me, it'smore than just me, and it's it's
an operation that seems to be goingon with so many Americans. Like my
story can be heard because of myplatform, but my story isn't the first,
or second, or third. I'mjust one of thousands that have been
(20:56):
tracked, that have been you know, have their inform nation data stored for
the US government and put on lists, been harassed at the airport. And
I would argue, how different isit from this from you know, kind
of what China started with their socialcredit scores, that if you aren't if
you aren't loyal to the state, then you can't travel comfortably. Sometimes people
(21:19):
there can't travel at all because they'reseeing as too much of a dissident,
that you can't have your articles printedout, that you don't have access to
internet, that you have limited timewith your phone. That's what's going on
in China now that we've seen herethat anyone that speaks against the election,
anyone that speaks against this administration, whether it's locally or you have a national
(21:40):
scale, someone on that side willcome after you to destroy your life.
And now when they arrested me onNovember thirtieth, it starts the process.
As I spoke to one of aFBI whistleblower, Steve Friend, it starts
a process, he said. Thepunishment is in the process. And so
for the first time in American history, we're seeing the FBI go after misdemeanors,
(22:06):
not because it's actually the most importantcrime to get, but it's something
else that's going on. It's topunish you for even believing what you believe,
punishing you for your First Amendment rights. So now we have to go
through this process of first being lockedup, torn away from my wife,
spent a night in jail. Thankgod Larry was able to come in town
(22:27):
like red eye last minute and helpout with find the lower set. Sally
Chin to help out here in LosAngeles so that I could be released and
go back home to my wife thatnight instead of spending a weekend in jail,
which is part of the punishment ofthe process. Then you have,
you know, the case has beenmoved to DC right now, so we
(22:48):
will have to fly out to DCeventually and then go back and forth and
deal with that process, which isthe punishment. Then the finances that it
will take. And look, I'vebeen canceled from Hollywood because of my political
views. So for the last threeyears I've been doing sketches and and I
just fortunate enough in the first firstmovie I've ever done, and you know,
(23:08):
first movie I did recently in threeyears because of this. So my
career income has been increasingly devastated basedon me just expressing my freedom of choice.
So now and now they're bringing thesecases up on people, and thank
God for this platform and having somuch love and support, but not everyone's
(23:30):
able to raise the type of moneywe just you know, being able to
raise. So how many other peoplehave been buried in debt, refinanced their
home just to fight off the governmentoff misdemeanors, misdemeanors to then get possibly
locked up and find it's it's it'sdisgusting. Sally Chen, by the way,
(23:51):
is the lawyer for in Los Angeleslocal council. She came in,
she did a very good job.I was there, and that's putting in
my two sense. And you know, there was a initial appearance the government.
He wanted standard pre trial release terms, which included taking away Siaka's right
of self defense his firearms. Sallywas able to convince the magistrate judge he
(24:15):
seemed like a fair personal woman there, that he should be able to keep
it that La is an extremely dangerouscity. In particular, he's under the
pretrial release. He's been banned fromtraveling to DC unless it's a question of
going to defend himself. In hiscase, he has to report constantly to
(24:36):
a pre trial release officer. Theytook a passport, so he can't travel
in terms of if he wants todo anything nationally in his professional capacity or
travel for pleasure or reseas. He'sno threat to anyone. Seventy one seconds
in the Capitol, he like puthis foot in and tested the wader and
they told him it was time timeto leave it. He said, okay,
(24:59):
colleague, I'm not a crazy person, you know. And I've always
said this, like, there aretimes when I was a hopeless drunk,
I was godless. And there arethings that I got in trouble for that
I went to jail for. Andthere are things that I didn't get in
trouble for that I should have gottento jail for. And thank God for
(25:21):
God, because he saved my lifefrom a hopeless disease and he helped me
turn my life back into a positivedirection. And I find it fascinating that
after that turn that and it saysthis in the Bible. You know,
God said that the servant isn't greaterthan the master. They persecute me,
they'll persecute you in my name. And it's crazy that as I've gotten closer
(25:42):
to Jesus, I'm seeing the weightof as they say, these principalities of
the government start to come down onChristians, on individuals like myself. And
it's while it can suck and itcan be frustrating, you are in the
Word and you have an idea ofwhat the Word says. It's not surprising.
(26:03):
So at the same time that isnot surprising that you'll be persecuted.
The Lord's promise is in there aswell. You know, with his promise,
he's saying endure because his gifts aretrue. And I'm I mean even
that night of being locked up,falling asleep with the Bible in my hand,
I was given to me by oneof the guards, Larry coming in
(26:25):
when he did at ten thirty, just to do you know, the early
early conference with your client that Ididn't expect to happen to talking to the
other there were other prisoners there thatwere, you know, in their jumpsuits,
not getting out of jail, andwe're talking God there and they are
asking me to pray for them.To all the people that came to support
(26:45):
just for my bond hearing on thefirst fifteen plus people, half of them
from the church. One of themwas the pastor that married Charlotte and myself
and to see his gifts worked allthe way till the end until I was
releasing back in her arms and allof course it's been it's been breathtaking.
It just it tells me and wouldhave me implore everyone that's watching trust in
(27:11):
the Lord. I know it canbe tough, and I know they have
a lot of resources here on theearth. But like Jesus says, makes
He's like, what good is tofear with somebody who can just harm your
body if you're the one that canharm your body and your soul? And
that's the Lord, and the fearin him is the beginning of wisdom in
me. That's a beautiful story. And your testimony is tremendous. Say,
I've had similar experience. I mean, I haven't you know, thank God,
(27:36):
you know, been arrested or chargedwith crime or whatever the case is
not fun for very difficult periods ofmy life. And I remember, you
know, I was. I wasdealing with Tom Fitten, a judicial watch
who's tried to destroy me now fortwenty years. He felt competition from me
after I left her run for theSenate. I've been dealing with a crazy
(27:56):
ex wife for a period of timein Cleveland, Io, who made false
charges against me. At the timeI'm giving you my testimony, and the
low point in my life, okay, when I had to deal with these
judges, Jesus came to me.I almost killed myself from the four or
five. Hey, I was outthere at the time, and I'm driving
(28:18):
down Ventura Boulevard and I'm saying,Larry, you know you're not like Jesus.
You're like you're a revolutionary, butyou're not like Jesus. You know,
he paid the price, and allof a sudden he comes to me
with thought, and he says,Larry, clear your head out, I'm
with you. Now you will paya price, but believe me, I'm
with you. And the Lord isclearly with uci. Okay, clear.
(28:42):
And he came to me one othertime, Jesus in thought. And if
people open up their heart and openup their mind to Jesus, then this
is exactly what you can expect, then he will come to you. He
will help you. He helped ourfounding founders Divine. Yeah, all odds.
(29:04):
We waged a revolution after the kingdeclared war on us, and we
won. And now the country isat the point of your destruction. And
it's at the point of your destruction. Is just one example of what's happening
to Siaka. We're not allowed topeacefully protest, we're not allowed to give
our opinion. We're not even allowedto vote in fair elections because and you
(29:26):
can bet twenty twenty four elections goingto be rigged as well. Say it,
well, you know established what youknow, closes the wagons. Democrat
and Republican or Fox News who won'ttalk about J six anymore because they've been
hit with lawsuits, you know, and from the left anyway, Go ahead,
siaka, but this is what rough. But you're you're right about what
(29:49):
we're up against, you know. And it takes me back to the Old
Testament and then first and second Kingsand how people is Israel kept there.
The kings of Israel would turn theirbacks to the Lord, and Israel go
through so much trouble and tribulation. And it's the same thing here. You
(30:10):
know. I remember when they passedthe law to remove the Ten Commandments from
the Georgia State House, which wasa ripple effect that you know, we're
feeling today. And so as weas a country have turned our back against
the Lord, the Lord talks aboutit. It talks about it, and
I think it's I want to say, it's Deuteronomy. It's like, look,
if you keep turning away from me, it will come down sevenfold.
(30:32):
It will continue to get worse andworse. And we're in a place now
that the great deception is happening. They're telling five year olds it can be
a different sext than what they are. And then by twelve they've set up
laws so that data they can lieto the parents without any type of report,
that the state will lie to theparents, and the state will help
fund their dysmorphia, will help mutilatethem. This is no different than what
(30:56):
was going on with the worshippers aboutwhen they were just burning babies for their
God and having this unfeathered uh fornicationwith each other and calling it what we
call it now free love. Sowe're doing the same things that people who
want to disobey the Lord does, and we see there is a just response
(31:19):
to that, and unfortunately we're init. But fortunately we're in it because
then we get to express the gloryof the Lord. Then I'll finish with
this. There's that, There's that. There's that story Paul has about the
walls coming down when he was prayingworshiping the Lord in jail. Larry is
(31:41):
praying praying to the Lord over andover that night. Bell was in jail
over and over that day. Butyou know when you came in, when
you left, I fell on myknees and I started singing the Brandon Light
song. Gratitude to be in inin the courtroom, even all the way
to the end where we had topull back the DA from leaving so we
can get the signature signed properly. It makes sense now how the walls came
(32:05):
down for Paul, because I sawthe walls come down for me. The
most thing, the thing I coulddo the most was just to glorify the
Lord, because I had no ideawhat the outcomes. Yeah, and I
always say that at the end ofmy podcast, and I will say that
at the end of the show, and please stay for the verdict section because
we can give the verdict here.I always say that father and son will
only help us if we help ourselves, and that's really true. We can't
(32:30):
be sitting there watching Fox News oreven reading Larry Clayman's books or watching your
video and say that's enough entertainment. We have to rise up. And I
hope people will rise up and helpSiaka because he's at the cutting edge.
He's at the forefront. We're atthe fight, and he's not afraid.
He's not going to get down onhis knees with a forced confession like this
(32:51):
was Iran and said that he didsomething wrong when he didn't, as a
lot of these J six protesters havebeen convinced to do by their sell out
lawyers. So Stayton will be rightback with the verdict section a special prosecutor
with Larry Klaimant and Siakamasaqua, myesteemed client and guest for the show before
(33:37):
he was a trial lawyer. Hesliced him and did him. People used
to ask me, Larry, whatcaused you to start Judicial Watch and now
freedom Watch given the powerful forces inthis country that puts you at risk in
a meat packing I'm the son ofmeat packers in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I
had a slice and dice a veryspecial prosecutor, Larry Klaimant. If you'd
(33:58):
like to support freedom Watch and thisradio show, go to FREEDOMWATCHUSA dot org.
We're back with the burden fellow patriots, people who believe in the vision
and creation of our founding fathers, people of faith like Siaka. Yes,
the father and son are behind us, and they will come to you and
they will talk to you if youopen your heart and your mind. And
(34:22):
that's very important because of all thestuff that Siaka talked about. That is
what keeps you firm. It keepsyou sane in this very, very tumultuous
world where everybody's trying to kill eachother literally and physically, and Siaka is
a perfect example of that. SoI hope that he will go to freedom
(34:45):
Watch USA dot org and contribute withtax reductible contributions. This is going to
be expensive. He's not just fightingfor you, he's fighting for himself.
And Siaka also has a legal defensefund and he'll give you that the coordinates
for that. It's all going tohis defense one way or the other.
And watch his defending him in thismanner and bringing the lawsuit in the Northern
District of Florida for him and otherswith regard to the illegal surveillance that could
(35:07):
knock potentially everything out for every jsix peaceful protester. This is what we're
up against, and we need tostand up for ourselves. And as I
said in the monologue, you've gotto ask yourself the question, why isn't
Jim Jordan, head of the JudiciaryCommittee, doing something about the injustices that
are occurring in our legal system. He has the power to at least old
(35:31):
hearings, to hold these people infront of his committee and make them account
he has the power to vote inthe Judiciary Committee certain impeachment proceedings against these
federal judges in particular, but they'renot doing that. And while I commend
at least Stefanic, I get emailsfrom her, you know, every five
(35:51):
minutes. It's just unbelievable, youknow, to raise money. I mean,
she is at least out there talkingabout the outrages and the wrongs.
But will she be successful. No, because she doesn't have anybody to back
her up in the Republican establishment, the rhinos in Congress, or for that
matter, anywhere else, and eventhe federal judges that sit on the bench
(36:12):
in Washington, d C. Evenjudges who I once had respect for,
like Royce Lambert Lambert. And I'llturn the rest over to Siaka said it
a sentencing of one of the peacefulprotesters. George Washington said, you must
obey the established government. I almostfell over laughing when I read that.
It was tragic did George Washington obeythe established government? Being George the third?
(36:37):
So let me let Siaka finish thisoff. Tell people where they can
reach you, how they can contributeto you, how they can support you,
and what they can be doing otherthan just watching Fox News to try
to change things in this country.Well, that's a big point you made.
If whatever your skill set is,it is important for this fight.
(36:58):
If you are a music teacher,if you are someone who just organizes,
or if you're someone who likes toscream in a microphone, it doesn't matter.
Your skill set is needed here forthis fight, here to help save
our nation. And I want topoint out how important it is to support
freedom Watch, not just for mycase, for my defense, but we're
also you know, Larry, wehelped or helped me do a complaint against
(37:22):
the FBI. We had a lawsuitgoing for two years, and I do
believe that if that lawsuit didn't happenthat I probably would have been picked up
sooner. And so then this allowsus that two years that we had allowed
us to show how dysfunctional and howabusive that the FBI has been to people
because they've been watching me for twoyears. I believe personally that because of
(37:44):
that lawsuit, they didn't move untilafter. But then we did file another
one about their legal spying. Sothis is not when you support freedom Watch.
It's not just about my case. It's about the fight against this corruption
in different levels, not just fenceof the corruption coming against individuals. So
I, you know, ask youguys to support the freedom Watch for the
(38:06):
overall work they're doing. If youfill inclined to support me, I have
a give send go dot com slashSiaka si Aka you can check out over
there. That's you know, we'regetting a lot of support. We love
it right now. We thank youguys for that, and you can also
follow me at Siaka massacrea on Instagramas well. So I thank you guys
(38:28):
for all your support and supporting myselfin this fight and definitely support organization like
freedom Watch and everything that they arestaying well. Thank you. You are
a true American hero and my goodfriend and I'm very proud to be associated
with you. You'll be back again. Stay tuned, follow Siaka's case at
FREEDOMWATCHUSA dot org and please play arole in having this good person to quit
(38:52):
himself. He's not going to rollover, he's not going to make force
confessions as if this is we're on. He will fight it out to the
very end and with the grace ofthe father and son, he will win
and you will win as a result. We back next week with another edition
of Special Prosecutor with Larry Clayman.Remember, the father and son will only
help us if we help ourselves andkeep for listening to us.
