(00:12):
This is Special Prosecutor Larry Clayman.I'm the only lawyer ever to obtain a
court ruling that a president of theUnited States committed a crime for truth for
competition. As a young lawyer,I help break up at and T.
That's why you have all your cellphones today. For sovereignty, for the
republic. I'm the guy who atJudicial Watch, which I founded, uncovered
the China Gate scandal. Millions ofdollars going to the Clinton campaign corrupting our

(00:36):
political system were the privacy of citizens. And I'm the only guy who have
enjoyed the National Security Agency from masssurveillance on hundreds of millions of Americans hearing
it. I'm the son of meatpackers in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I had
a slice and dice. You're bringingit that we're going to take this country
apart and put it back together againin the way envisioned by our founding fathers.
It's not just to We're not justregurgitating stories, Larry claiman Special Prosecutor

(01:02):
is making the news, and nowhere's Larry. Welcome to this week's edition
A Special Prosecutor with Larry Klayman. It's also a very special show We have
Ambassador Alan keyes On as our guest, probably the most intelligent person to run
for president in my lifetime. Hewas also ambassador at the United Nations under

(01:25):
Ronald Reagan. And we're going tobe discussing a number of topics. But
let's get right into it with myso called monologue. Just this week,
the evil I wonder what I'm goingto call him? Sorcerer, hack criminal
James Carvill raised his head. Itangled with him during my days at Judicial

(01:46):
Watch. He actually was deposed ona number of occasions. He revealed it
along with Bill Clinton. They releasedthe Privacy Act protected files of a woman
that Bill Clinton had harassed in theOval office, Kathleen Willie, who became
my client. And now he sayshe's going to do wet work on Donald
Trump. He's come back. Ofcourse, during those days with the Clinton's,

(02:07):
he ran the war room with anotherdespicable lowlife by the name of George
Stephanopolos, who is on ABC's GoodMorning. Why he's there, one only
can fathom is because of the extremeleft wing views of ABC. But the
guy certainly has no talent in termsof being a host on that show.
But he can barely see over thedesk, that's how short he is.

(02:30):
But in any event, we're notgoing to knock him for that. We're
going to knock him for what heis along with Carville, these people are
hatchet men. And because Biden isunable really to articulate, he's unable to
function, Carville is rounding up thecrew, so to speak, the band
of criminals around him, to doa number on Trump, and he's threatening

(02:52):
to conduct wetwork on Donald Trump.Of course, we know that during these
days there is a lot of violence. We at Freedom Watch adhere to peaceful
and legal means, but we've seenit in the streets in recent years from
Antifa, Black Lives Matter, theleft. I mean, they essentially want

(03:13):
to kill us. So there's nosurprise that using the language of wetwork,
which is a CIA term which meanstaking someone out, it means killing them,
Carvio is saying that he and otherDemocrats are going to do the dirty
work for Joe Biden because he's incapablementally or physically to do it for himself,
to destroy Donald Trump. Now,if this had been anyone other than

(03:35):
Carvil, and if there hadn't beena gestapo of a Justice Department present today,
Carvel will be arrested for that. That would be construed to be a
threat against a former president of theUnited States, and the Secret Service would
go over and lock Carville up.But of course that's not going to happen,
not with this gestapo of a JusticeDepartment. But we're going to step

(03:58):
in at freedom Watch. I've dealtwith Carvill before, where I've got in
court rulings that he's lied in termsof what he said to courts. Of
course, we determined, as Isaid, that he released illegally and criminally
the Privacy Act protected file of KathleenWillie, who was a big threat to
Clinton's election in nineteen ninety two.And also he ran the war room with

(04:18):
Stephanoppos to destroy the other women theycame forward with regard to Bill Clinton and
a lot of other dirty tricks. So stay tuned your freedom Watch is not
going to turn the other cheek. We relish the fight with James Carvill.
By the way, he looks likehe's got two feet in the grade,
I mean, looks like a skeleton. He's uglier than sin and he's ugly

(04:39):
as a person. I hate toinsult this guy. But I remember one
time Judge Lambert made a comment becausehe was presiding over this case where we
got these findings in Filegate. Hesays, boy, that guy is evil.
But I'll tell you something, he'ssmart. He is smart. The
devil is smart. To take itseriously, they're coming after Trump, and

(04:59):
they're coming after you. And then, of course we've seen how they've been
coming after Trump. He's now havingto post a bond to appeal that ridiculous
illegal verdict by Judge ergen On whateverhis name is, that he should pay
four hundred and fifty plus million dollarswith regard to alleged fraudulent pricing appraisement on

(05:24):
some of his properties when he wasseeking bank loans. This is something that
is beyond the pale. It's neverbeen done before for someone to post that
kind of a bond on a bogusclaim. And the fact that the appellate
Court in New York would not stepin and allow Trump to appeal without having
to post a bond for that amount, which Trump is apparently unable to obtain,

(05:46):
tells you a lot about what theultimate decision is going to be by
the New York appellate courts. Thematter may need to go to the US
Supreme Court, although I don't thinkthe Supreme Court will take it. It's
not really a constitutional issue in anyways, or division among the states in
terms of interpreting judgments. So thisis another example of how Trump is trying

(06:08):
to be destroyed by the left, and of course by destroying him, they're
also seeking to destroy his supporters andpeople of faith, conservatives and others who
believe in the vision and creation ofour family fathers. And then we see
what's going on in the Texas border. People in hoardes running across the border,
breaking down barriers, attacking the immigrationand naturalization serve as people there Texas

(06:31):
rangers, and as such, thecountry is spinning wildly out of control.
It's on his last legs, frankly, and unless we rise up and do
something, it's not going to bearound much longer. So I want you
to go to freedom Watch USA dotorg and contribute to our cause. We
are your justice department. You haveno justice department. We meet out the
rule of law peacefully and legally. And then, of course, this week

(06:55):
the new Speaker, Mike Johnson, who could very well be removed, caved
in to the Democrats and passed anexcess of one trillion dollar spending bill,
supported mostly by Democrats, not manyRepublicans. You know, we're going to
talk about that with Alan Keys aswell. But what's really unbelievable is that

(07:15):
some were hidden in this bill orappropriations to promote transgenderism and transsexualism and all
kinds of other perverted concepts, frankly, and the fact that Republicans would be
dragged along into that and not beable to remove that tells you something about
the lack of courage of the Republicanson Capitol Hill and generally. And again,

(07:38):
that is why you need a freedomWatch, and that's why you need
to go to freedom Watch USA dotorg and contribute to our cause, because
we're unafraid. We don't roll over, we don't turn the other cheek,
as we I won't turn the othercheek with James Carbill, Frankly, I
have an experience with him, andyou can go up on our website at
freedom Watch USA dot org and seethe podcast I did last Friday as well,

(08:01):
where I attached a deposition that Itook of Carville. But Marjorie Kelly
Green filed a motion, so tospeak, to have Johnson removed. It
seems like an affable, nice guyin the surface, but frankly he should
be removed because he's a little betterthan Kevin McCarthy, the former House Speaker
at this point in time. Andon another front, you know, the

(08:22):
Freedom Watch has an trust lawsuit againstthe PGA Tour or attempted monopolization and other
trade practices in Florida. Well,it's interesting because the concept of that case
was that golf fans are being deniedthe opportunity to see golfers from the two
golf leagues. The new upstart LeagueLive lay head to head with the PGA

(08:46):
Tour, and because of the restrainof trade, this is raising the prices
for consumers to purchase tickets. Well, we now know that the ratings are
way down for the PGA Tour.Fans are getting fed up. They're not
getting the value of what they're payingfor for tickets. They're not even tuning
it in on television, and thisfurther strengthens our case. I want you

(09:07):
to go look at this case becausefreedom Watch doesn't just do political stuff.
We want to keep our economy free. We want to see competition. I'm
an innitrust lawyer, among many otherthings, and this is the type of
thing that we really need to focuson going into the future, is protecting
our economy as well. So Iwant you to stay tuned here because what

(09:30):
we've seen is a tyranny like we'venever experienced in the entire history of this
country. We've seen the country basicallytaken apart at the seams, and we've
seen the Republicans unable to stand upto the tyranny of the Democrat left.
We the American people, must riseup ourselves. We cannot sit here and

(09:50):
do nothing and justice. Freedom Watchhas a Citizens grand Juries and Citizens Trials
where we indicted Biden, where weconvicted him for coming out China bribery and
also from Ukraine and Russia and negligenthomicide in Afghanistan. J Anthony Fauci for
negligent homicide. Biden was sentenced totwenty years Fauci to life imprisonment. We

(10:13):
have Robert Muller on the chopping block. We just haven't had time to get
to it yet, but it's gettingto the point where as we said in
our show last week, that wehave to be prepared. If Donald Trump
wins the election, this country willprobably go up in flames. The left
will be out in the streets. They'll be seeking to kill Conservatives, people

(10:35):
of faith, and those who believein the vision and creation of our founding
fathers. We are peaceful and legallyfor you much but I urge you as
Americans to exercise your Second Amendment rightsif you have to, because we are
on the edge and we need todefend ourselves. And you ought to go
out right now, and you oughtto arm yourself because well, there we're
Although we're not going to start it, we will potentially have to finish it.

(11:00):
And I don't want to see thathappen. I want to see things
to be peaceful and legal. Soif the left knows that we're prepared,
were what they do, which willbe child's play compared to what we saw
with Antifa and Black Lives Matters andother groups, perhaps we can arrest it
right now. But you can seeevery effort is being made to destroy Donald
Trump, and they think by doingthat they will destroy the conservative movement.

(11:24):
But we are much more than DonaldTrump. Whether you agree with him or
not, whether you think he shouldbe president or not. We can see
what's happening in this country today. We can see the tyranny. And it
was Thomas Jefferson who said that whenthe people fear the government, there's tyranny,
but when the government fears the people, there's liberty. The government needs

(11:46):
to fear the people. We'll beback with Alan Keys. Stay tuned and
watch very carefully what we're saying, because we need your help. We need
you to rise up with us tosave this country. And in the meantime,
go to freedom Watch us a dotorg. Contribute to our cause with
tax dogical contributions. We need yourhelp. I'll be right back, Fearless

(12:37):
claiming crazy to give the democratic dangerous. I'm here the Special Prosecutor Larry Claiming.
If you'd like to support freedom Watchand this radio show, go to
FREEDOMWATCHUSA dot org. I'm back withAmbassador Alan Keyes, former presidential candidate,

(12:58):
former senate candidate. You ran againstBarack Obama. I've always said Alan is
the most intelligent person to have runfor president in my lifetime. Regrettably,
he's not president, but he's stillhelping the country with his intellect and his
prognostication as to where we may begoing so we can plan for it.
So I welcome Ambassador Allen Keys tothe show, my good friend, and

(13:20):
I want to ask him the firstquestion is the million dollar question, what's
the state of the nation and whereare we headed? Alan? Well,
I think that the question of wherewe're headed is kind of up in the
air, because we are, Ithink, in the midst of one of
the most dangerous situations the people ofthe United States have ever faced. We

(13:41):
have by the usual means, thoughI myself have serious doubts about whether the
twenty twenty election was in fact afree and fair election. I'm not a
stolen one, but leave that aside. Everybody gets to have their view of
that, I guess. But we'renow based with a situation in which I
think we have a party that haslong since abandoned its allegiance to our constitutional

(14:03):
self government, under the leadership ofsomebody who pretty much mocks the idea that
you take seriously the leadership position ofthe country. Because whatever he may have
been in his past and background,I think Bidens is showing himself to be
reasonably incompetent at the job he's supposedto be doing, which leads me to

(14:24):
believe others are actually doing it,But we'll see whether that pans out to
be the case. But I thinkit's dangerous that we now have at the
Helm people who are not committed justby the bye to the continuation of our
constitutional self government as a people. And I think the fact that they have
pretty much literally sponsored a massive invasionof the country in order to create a

(14:48):
voting base that they can rely uponis the short sign we have that we're
not headed for trouble. We're inthe midst of the most dangerous assault on
our existence as a side people.I think we've ever seen what's your assessment
about our foreign policy? Where arewe headed there? Do you think that
there's a significant risk of the nuclearholocaust given everything is going on in the

(15:13):
world today, Well, I thinkyou're always somewhat at risk, but it
kind of depends on what others areinvolved with. If I were just looking
at something like the Russian Ukrainian thing, I wouldn't think that we're in the
midst of something that's going to,from our point of view, escalate into
the Third World War or another Worldwar. But when I look at what

(15:37):
the Chinese have been up to,I feel a serious concern because I think
they have the ambition to overthrow andreplace us, and that they are also
now working in an environment where oneof the major American parties is committed to
behaving in a way that actually Ithink cooperates with that, m Am Bishop,

(16:00):
because I think the Democrat Party, whatever some of the rank of file
people and the regular folks may think, the leadership of the Democrat Party is
committed to the overthrow of the Republic. They don't like this form of government
and they are deeply committed, Ithink, to replacing it with a form
of government that looks awfully like thecommunist Chinese totalitarian dictatorship by an elitist party

(16:25):
that then holds others enthrall. Andthat's something we've been fighting for my whole
lifetime. But I don't think it'sat all questionable that the Democrat Party consists
of people who are deeply committed tothat future, a future that's already has
kind of a mocking instance in Trudeau'sCanada. It's interesting in terms of where

(16:52):
we stand today with regard to Israel. Not interesting is frightening, frankly,
and we see that the Democrat Partyas a band in Israel, they're going
to get very few Jewish folks, but then again, there are very few
Jewish people in the country, buttheir contributions are probably going to be cut
substantially. Let's deal with that whenwe come back from the break and talk
about that. But right now, maybe in the next minute, we can

(17:15):
discuss what's happening at the border, because that's very serious, and pick it
up when we come back. Well, if you want me to take up
that topic, I think what's happeningat the border is, as I say,
an invasion, and I think itshould be called that Biden is utterly

(17:40):
failing in his constitutional duty because thelast time I looked, it says that
he shall see to it that thelaws are faithfully executed. Well, the
laws that have requirements before people canimmigrate into the United States have been totally
flouted, and he's not just cooperatingin that his part. What are you're
sponsoring? It a good break pointout. We'll be right back with more

(18:03):
Ambassador Alan Keys. Stay tuned, and now for words that make corrupt politicians

(18:30):
make wee wee in their little pants. Transparency and the rule of law will
be the touchtones of this president. We have to pass the bill so that
you kind of find out what isin its. Special Prosecutor Larry Claiman be

(18:51):
the one who makes our country greatagain. Go to FREEDOMWATCHUSA dot org and
donate. We're back with my goodfriend Alan Keyes. You were expounding on
the border. Of course, youknow this week we saw hundreds of the
illegal aliens run across the border.Biden refuses to call them illegal aliens,
breaking through offences, attacking the insthe ice as they were there in Texas

(19:15):
rangers. You've got drug traffickers, human traffickers, sex traffickers, terrorists running
across the border. There is noborder and yet and this can be the
segue. The Republicans have basically justcaved in to the Democrats in the House
of Representatives and passed in excess ofa one trillion dollars spending bill which does

(19:36):
nothing about immigration and the influx ofpeople into this country. And it's been
misrepresented, and the Republicans are notexplaining that the legislation which Mitch McConnell and
senators over there in the Senate agreedto would not have stemmed the flow of
illegal immigration. It would have allowedat least five thousand more day to come
into this country without the ability totrack them. So let's expound on that

(20:00):
alan in terms of the hypocrisy hereand frankly the ineptitude of the Republican Party
to explain to the American people thatthat bill would accomplish little to nothing.
Well, but see, I thinkthat whether I think it's purposeful on the
Democrat side, that they're cooperating withwhat essentially amounts to an invasion of the

(20:21):
country. You have exceptions to thatbecause I don't take Texas and now there's
bruhaha going on, which I'm sureyou're more well versed in the legal aspect
of it than I am. Butit seems to me that there's a simple
question, and the question is theConstitution makes it clear that the States are

(20:41):
not to be doing things to makewar with other countries and so forth,
except they can defend themselves in thecase of an actual invasion, which is
what I think Texas has been tryingto do defend itself as in the case
of an actual invasion, there's nodoubt that this is an invasion because they
are entering the country and it's contraryto our laws. They're not being vetted

(21:06):
in a way that corresponds to thelaws passed by Congress. It is not
the president's job to let people intothis country on a whim or at his
good will. He is the servantof the Constitution and the people, and
he's ignoring his duty. The Constitutionsays quite plainly, he shall see to
it that the laws, not hisedicts, not his preferences, but the

(21:29):
laws are faithfully executed. And byallowing a flood of immigrants across their country,
by trying to thwart the efforts ofthe states, who have, by
the way, in case of actualinvasion, the responsibility and right to defend
themselves. And I think they needto go back and look because they do
not have to tolerate a federal governmentthat refuses to defend the states, because

(21:53):
that federal official right now, Bidenand his cronies are basic violating their oath.
They are not seeing to it thatthe laws are faithfully executed, and
it has to stop. It hasto be stopped. And the states are
not required to acquiesce in their dictators. No they're not. And I think

(22:15):
it's very important the governor Abbot, who I think has been slow to act
here. I mean, he wasgood with the politics up front, but
finally he's getting some teeth. Icommend him. And the Supreme Court did
say that the Texas law that allowsTexas to enforce its own laws with regard
to criminals that come into the stateis perfectly constitutional. Yet apparently a lower

(22:37):
court judge has stayed that implementation, and Governor Abbot of Texas has said,
well, I'm not following that.I mean, there's a crisis here.
We're going to do what we haveto do. So now we have this
clash between the State of Texas andthe judicial branch. The State of Texas
on behalf of the people of teepof Texas against judges who are trying to

(23:00):
throw a monkey wrench into enforcement. And I think it's great, frankly that
he is defined the courts. Whatdo you think, though, because I
think in one respect the notion thata governor subject to an invasion of his
state is somehow defying the courts whenthe courts are telling them stop faithfully executing

(23:22):
the law that allows you to inthe case of actual invasion, those are
the words in the Constitution you canin fact defend yourself, meaning to say
you can mobilize your police forces andmilitia, or we would call it,
I guess these days, the nationalGuard, and you can enforce your laws

(23:45):
in order to stop that invasion. And the question is why are we supposed
to assume that just because even thepresident might want, Wow, we should
have more people in here coming fromthis place, in that place, in
the other place. When there's awall on the books that makes it his
duty to enforce the integrity of ourborders, and he not only refuses to

(24:07):
do it, he is actually cooperatingwith the invasion. I think he's already
in a position where he has essentiallywaved the red flag in the front of
all states to say, you mustbe derelict in your duty or you must
stand against what we are imposing onAnd the ultimate implication of that, if

(24:27):
you think it all the way through, is civil war. Well, I
think that's where we're headed. Andthink about this, Allen, what do
you think is going to happen theday after President Trump is elected, hopefully
being elected, What is going tohappen to this country? I think talk
about blood bath and smearing Trump overthe use of that word in the context

(24:48):
of building electric cars, in Mexico. I think we're going to have an
actual attempted blood bath by the leftthe day that President Trump is reelected.
What do you think, Well, sadly, I think that one of the
things. And I guess that's whatI'm trying to do. I'm trying to
get folks to go back, lookat our present situation and call things by
their right names. In terms ofthe actual language of the Constitution, of

(25:12):
the Bill of Rights, the actuallanguage of the Constitution makes it clear that
the defense of our territory is thepurview of the federal government, the national
government, except in cases of actualinvasion, then it continues to be the

(25:33):
prerogative of the state, each individualstate to defend itself against that invasion.
And of course, if you haveseveral states together who are suffered bring the
same plight, they can work togetherin order to exercise in common what is
their duty. It's especially so ifyou look at what is going on with

(25:53):
what's supposed to be the leadership ofthe national government, and they're not only
not defending you from the invasion, they are in fact aiding a betting the
invasion in order to serve their ownpolitical ends, which I think everybody's finally
waking up to that these people aretrying to since they can't necessarily constantly be

(26:17):
out there trying to steal votes thatthey don't get, they want to invite
people in the country who can thenbecome the voters that they can control.
Well, yeah, that's clearly thecase. The other issue is what do
you think will happen in our streetswhen Trump is re elected? And what

(26:37):
should we do about it? Howshould we prepare? Well, I think
that's again a question that it's hardto get into it until we're actually into
it, But I think we haveto at least be preparing ourselves for the
possibility that, however, the electiongoes in fact, the Democrats are going

(27:02):
to try to make it out tobe an election that they won. And
I think that's part of why they'regoing through all of these machinations to create
terminal confusion, because you realize alot of the folks who are illegal immigrants,
we see numbers coming across the border, how many are coming across the
border and not being seen by US, not being tracked by US or anybody

(27:23):
else in the United States coming acrossin numbers that suggest and by the way
in things that I have been reading, you got a lot of them.
People always had. I used tohave it, this notion that immigration was
about people coming across and try tobetter themselves, and we as Americans,
you know, we have a softheart for people who are trying to improve
their lot and who see in Americaa place where they could come and you

(27:45):
know, make a better living andraise their children better and maybe have better
access to certain kinds of things, including education and so forth and so on.
And I think for a time thatsense which we had, oh you
know, that's partly who we are, and we shouldn't just be trying to
stop people. There would have beenno America if lots of folks hadn't been

(28:07):
eager to come over here and helpus build this country and so forth.
But I think the Democrats have beenruthlessly taking advantage of this situation in order
to turn what could be a reasonablycontrollable tendency of Americans to want to,
you know, y'all come and we'lltry to make you happy, into a

(28:27):
situation that they are now manipulating inorder literally to destroy us as a sovereign
people, to put us under thesubjection of a party dictatorship that then essentially
puts paid to the career of theUnited States of America. Now do we
want this as a people, becauseI don't think most Americans even now are

(28:48):
thinking of it in those terms. And when they do, they're going to
wake up to the fact that you'vehad an anti American party successfully implementing an
invasion that has taken our country outof our hands. Are we ready to
just sit back and let that happen? I don't know. Well, we've
got, you know, the experienceof January sixth, and the way the

(29:10):
Justice Department is behaving the stays, and you're a great student of the law,
Allen, you know, I wouldmaintain they've been acting like a gestapo.
I mean, not the level ofa Hitler, but something short of
that. And what they're doing withpeaceful protesters, and I represent some of
them, and I've got lawsuits wherethese protesters were illegally surveiled like snowed and

(29:32):
revealed many years ago when I gota preliminary junction against Obama's NSA. Is
that they're trying to quell all thescents and they're allowing this invasion to occur.
But at the same time, they'resaying, you conservatives, people of
faith and those who believe in thevision and creation, where our family fathers,
don't even criticize us, because wewill crush you. And this is

(29:52):
the message that's being sent. Andpeople are scared, and they're scared to
rise up, and they're scared toeven defend themselves, be scared even to
use their Second Amendment rights that theyhave to Look at what happens with the
police. If the policeman tries todefend himself against the criminal, he's the
one that winds up getting indicted thesedays. So give me your thoughts about
this, because I think we're livingin a dictatorship right now the fact though,

(30:15):
I think in many respects we are, but it's still a dictatorship that
is being that is continuing to existbecause it's being tolerated. Right. It's
not that people don't have the wherewithalto do something if they would do it,
But how many Americans understand the simplefacts that I've been trying to share

(30:37):
in the last five minutes or soand realize that it is not a prerogative
of the president to enforce laws contraryto the laws that are on the books,
he doesn't have that prerogative. Heis to see to it that the
laws are faithfully executed. And unlesswe are faced by and actual, you

(31:00):
know, a threat from foreign militarypower to take over this country in and
overt right, then the commander inchief, of course has to be organizing
us to fight against it. Butthat's exactly the opposite of what he's doing.
So if you have somebody who hasalready decided to join the jackals in
terms of working to overthrow our Americanself government as citizens of the United States,

(31:25):
and they're working together with who well, with foreign powers quite obviously,
including some that I can think ofone in particular, the Chinese, who
have a special interest in helping outbecause if they can get rid of the
obstacle of the United States, Ithink they're now pretty much thoroughly convinced they're
going to become the world's number onepower. And if Americans state that's going

(31:48):
to be really comfortable for us,they need to wake up. It's not.
And I don't think, by theway, that once people do wake
up, we're going to go downwithout a fight. But at that point
it will be a fight that isconducted on the worst possible grounds for the
people of the United States, becauseour united commitment to maintain our sovereignty will

(32:10):
by that time have suffered from thefact that nobody's expressing it, nobody's seeing
this every day in terms of thefact that what is being done is a
sponsored invasion filling the country with peoplewho are not entitled to vote. But
even now these people are talking abouttrying to expedite their voting. If you've

(32:31):
brought in a lot of people andthey haven't been vetted, and we actually
haven't been keeping track of who theyare, where they went, and so
forth and so on, how areyou going to be able to stop people
from putting their names into the potof citizens who are going to vote for
the president of the United States inour next election. Yeah, you can

(32:54):
send people out there to scurry andrun around and try to figure out who's
who. But being as how youwhat at least hundreds of thousands of people,
We'll be right back with the verdict. Stay tuned, Alan Keys,
and I will give you the verdictof where we are as of right now.
God bless to be right back beforehe was a trial lawyer, he

(33:29):
sliced him and diced him. Peopleused to ask me, Larry, what
caused you to start judicial Watch, and how freedom watch given the powerful forces
in this country that puts you atrisk in a meatpacking plan. I'm the
son of meat packers in Philadelphia,Pennsylvania, and had a slice and dice
a very special prosecutor, Larry Krayman. If you'd like to support freedom Watch

(33:49):
and this radio show, go toFREEDOMWATCHUSA dot org. We're back with the
verdict. Hellow patriots, people offaith, those who believe in the vision
and creation of our founding fathers. And Jefferson believed. And thereat book that
I wrote, Alan, which youwere kind enough to write a forward for,
was actually refreshed about a year orso ago. First it was it

(34:14):
takes a revolution, Wake up America. Now it takes a counter revolution.
But Jefferson said that every twenty yearsor so, we would likely have to
clean house, We would likely haveto wage a rebellion, saying that what's
a few thousand dead to refresh thetree of liberty? He didn't want to
see violence. Neither do I.Neither do you. But do you see

(34:37):
any scenario where the people are goingto have to fight back? And do
what Jefferson predicted at some point wesee. I think it depends on some
things that I don't know. Theanswer to. One is Donald Trump.
Everybody thinks he represents himself and thesoufriends, and I don't think so.

(34:59):
I think he stirred a response becausea lot of Americans are feeling uneasy in
the situation in which our governments,at various levels, but especially that seem
to be usurping our sovereignty. Weare supposed to be the sovereign in this
country. We're supposed to rule thepeople, the sovereign body of the people,

(35:21):
not the sovereign body of the elites, the government that administrators and so
forth and so on. They answerto us. Have we been doing our
job? I'm not sure we have, because a lot of people, I
think in America now know that theircitizens have a rudimentary idea of going to
vote and stuff, but they don'tunderstand that their sovereign that is to say,
not sovereign individuals, but part ofa sovereign body charged with the responsibility

(35:45):
of preserving the republic. And that'sa charge that extends to every election and
shouldn't be produced by all of thepolitical goings on so that people forget and
don't even see that the country isbeing invaded and our form of government of

(36:05):
buying for the people is effectively beingoverthrown by the invitation into the country of
foreigners who I believe will when pushcomes to shout. The sad part of
it is if the bad guys arestill anywhere near in charge, I think
that they're going to be having inviteda lot of people who when I look
at them across the burer, Isaid, those look like really able bodied

(36:27):
men could go right into a militaryand shoot your head off. Why are
we allowing this to happen? AndI think that the end result of that
is going to be a war. We'll fight it because we're still you know,
they haven't been able to get ridof the Second Amendment yet and as
a result, a lot of peoplein this country are armed. But are
they trained? Are they committed andready to face such a thing where their

(36:51):
country's being taken away from them atvarious levels, piecemeal and they have to
do something about it. I thinkthe time to think about that is now,
and in that context where if peoplemobilize on that basis to remember one
thing you must reject the Democrats becausethey're sponsoring the evil. You must look
for somebody who isn't sponsoring the evil. And Donald Trump is volunteered. And

(37:13):
then once he gets into office, you must make sure he secures the office.
And then you have to move forwardto undo the deep damage that they
have been doing to our own senseof our role as the sovereign people of
the United States. Well, that'svery well put. You know. I

(37:34):
pray that we don't get to thepoint of violence. That's what I do,
what I do at Freedom Watch,That's what I did when I was
running Judicial Watch. But I'm afraidand I don't want to see it that
that's where we're headed. So youhit the nail on the head. We
need to prepare for that because wejust can't sit here and wait for them
to come to us. We haveto be able to defend ourselves, and

(37:57):
that may mean that we have toarm ourselves to get ready for that eventuality.
Because these people know no bounds, they know absolutely no constraint, and
we can see that now they're usingthe legal system against Donald Trump. They
will if they don't succeed with that. Plan B. Plan B is more
antif it's more black lives matters, more riots by radical Palestinian groups that are

(38:25):
threatening the fabric of this country, and the youth of this country is completely
clueless. So Alan, I wantto thank you for everything that you have
done, my very good friend, and let's continue to stay vigilant and try
to teach the other people in thiscountry what they need to do, because
if God doesn't help us, orif we don't help ourselves, God certainly

(38:45):
won't that's for sure. And Iknow you're a religious man, So thank
you, Alan, God bless You'rewelcome. God bless you, sir,
hope to see you soon. We'llbe back next week with another addition of
special Prosecutor with Larry Claim and rememberthe father and son will only help us
if we help ourselves. Thank youfor listening to this m
