(00:12):
This is Special Prosecutor Larry Clayman.I'm the only lawyer ever to obtain a
court ruling that a president of theUnited States committed a crime for truth for
competition. As a young lawyer,I helped break up AT and T.
That's why you have all your cellphones today. For sovereignty, for the
Republic. I'm the guy who,at Judicial Watch, which I founded,
uncovered the China Gate scandal. Millionsof dollars going to the Clinton campaign corrupting

(00:36):
our political system were the privacy ofcitizens. And I'm the only guy who
have enjoyed the National Security Agency frommass surveillance and hundreds of millions of Americans
hearing it. I'm the son ofmeat packers in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I
know had a slice in diet, bringing it that we're going to take this
country apart and put it back togetheragain in the way envisioned by our founding
fathers. It's not just we're notjust regurgitating news stories. Larry claiman special

(01:02):
prosecutor is making the news. Andnow here's Larry. Welcome to this week's
edition. A special Prosecutor with LarryClaim. And you saw me laughing with
my friend and colleague Judor Friedman. At the beginning, jud is going to
join us as co host, alongwith their other two costs, Uncle Sam
on my right and Donald Trump onmy left. Of course, I'm not

(01:23):
sure he wants to be positioned onmy left, but I'm bringing them on
because the theme of this show isthat sometimes good can come out of bed.
In some ways, it sounds bizarre, but it's true in this instance.
And of course we're living in anage of the Trump Factor, where
anyone who is associated with or supportsDonald Trump is targeted for extinction, extermination

(01:48):
legally, not just by courts, but by bar associations, by everyone.
This is the world we live in. As Professor Alan Dershovitz, the liberal
law professor from Hart Emeritus, hassaid, it's a new age of McCarthyism,
only it's worse because McCarthy was kindof old. He was going to
go away. But today, whenyou're dealing here with a lot of what's

(02:10):
going on in this country, withthe youth in this country, with the
kids that are going out there, these white stupid kids from Ivy League universities
who think they understand the Middle Eastand what's going on between Israel and New
Moss and everything else. It becomesbasically just a show in futility, if
not destruction of this country. Butanyway, I want to turn it over

(02:32):
to Judah right now because his thoughtsabout the good coming out of the bad
is what influenced me in this show. And I have our little friends Uncle
Sam and Donald Trump here to makea point. These people have been in
my office for a long time. They kind of hang out. They talk
to each other when I'm not around, and sometimes I wind up talking to

(02:52):
myself. So there's where we aretoday. Give me your thoughts on why
you can get the good out ofthe bad, well of all as bring
in, as we bring in thenew year, and happy New Year to
everybody. Happy New Year, everybody, Merry Christmas, belated Ethnica. But
the reason I uh, the firstthing I want to say is this is
where I always get into disagreements thoughwith people on the left, especially with

(03:16):
people like There's which who I grewup knowing many of his really good family
members. Actually that McCarthy wasn't terribleMcCarthy. There were a lot of actual
subversives in the government. Remember that. I mean, we have to be
clear there were subversives. Did helie, did he drink too much?

(03:36):
Yeah, but there were actually alot of subversives. We have way more
now. That's the big problem. The point I was trying to bring up
with the Trump factor and telling youwhy it might be a blessing in disguise
that Trump actually quote unquote lost, was because the reality is, in the
last three years what we've witnessed withthe progressive left on all fronts on foreign

(04:00):
policy, domestic policy, DEI esg, wh's running rampant across college campuses.
Had Trump won, they might havehad a decent time hiding those perversions,
those extremely devious perversions. Now,had Trump won again, who would we

(04:23):
be left with running for president MikePence? Larry, You'd have a better
chance of becoming president than Mike Pence, and they would have had four years
to get their progressive policies in place. As a friend of mine brought up,
when you think about Nazi Germany, the reason why it works so well,
right with thirty three percent essentially votingin the Nazi Party, was because

(04:46):
they could actually run the trains ontime. They were actually good at what
they did. If the left oftoday could get the trains running on time,
we'd be a you know what's creekwith no paddle And that's a blessing
in the skies in my humble banion, Larry. That's why I brought it
up to you, is they literallywith Mayor Peek, can't get the trains

(05:10):
or planes running on time. Imagineif they were able to implement all these
everything that we've witnessed in the collegecampuses across America, with let's say a
president like Avin Newsom, Larry, there'll be no coming back. Well,
you're probably right, and it's notjust that we drew out these people in
the left in terms of what they'reabout, and we know what they're about.

(05:32):
They're essentially Obama heightes. Nearly theentire Biden regime is composed of Obama
heightes. And of course we nowsee just this week that you've got the
Secretary of Homeland Security Alexander Mayorcis, who's a member of the Jewish Left,
and Anthony B. Lincoln, anothermember of the Marxian and Jewish Left,

(05:55):
going down to Mexico trying to createan appearance that something's going to happen.
So we see these people and wenow know who they are, and we
know what our task is in tryingto legally and peacefully take them out.
And we also see it with regardto the youth in this country. If
you look at these peaceful protesters,if you want to call them that,
they're not peaceful at all, notlike the January sixth protesters were. You

(06:19):
can see that we've drawn out thejew hatred and the Christian hatred in this
country. It's now obvious we knowwho the enemies are. We've drawn it
out. What's going on at IvyLeague universities with presidents like Claudine Gay.
Wonder how she got that last name. She must have contrived it at the
time, not only just an antiwhite racist, anti Semitic racist, but

(06:43):
also someone who was unbelievably dishonest, obviously an Affirmative Action president Barber that couldn't
write articles by herself, had totake passages from other people to plagiarize,
and then barbar covers it up bysaying, oh, it's just duplicative citation
what they call it. So allthis stuff is now out on the table
and we American patriots. And that'swhy I have Uncle Sam with me today

(07:05):
because Uncle Sam needs you. Weneed you at freedom Watch. Go to
freedom Watch USA dot org. Wehave a huge task ahead of us,
but at least now we know whothe cockroaches are, in effect, the
enemy, and it's out there, and that is a positive thing. Now
the other thing that we're dealing with. I was walking down the street today.
I sent it for you to juvenunbelievable. Right, Look at this.

(07:30):
This is a card. I waslooking for a New Year's card and
this is what I came up with. You're my cup of Joe. Can
you believe that? I mean,I said to the clerk, I said,
this is so stupid that I hadto buy it, you know.
And it's not cheap either, That'snot a cheap card. But this tells
you everything about the American people, how dumb down we are. I mean,

(07:54):
to even try to sell this inCalifornia, Okay, which is where
I am this week, is justunbelievable, even by their standards. So
here we are, January first, twenty twenty four. The country's on the
verge of extinction. China just afew days ago threatened to take Taiwan again.

(08:15):
They say they're serious this time andif they're not going to do it
now when it's open season with Bidenas president. That's why I got the
card. If you're going to doit, do it now. If you're
Iran and now they're enriching, they'reuranium three times what they did before,
they're going to get over ninety percent, they're going to have three atom bombs
in a short while. Do itnow. When you see what's going on

(08:37):
in the Red Sea and the PersianGulf with attacking ships. Ships in the
United States doesn't respond. All itdoes is shoot down the missiles and sometimes
they get through. Do it now. We are on the verge of potential
nuclear holocaust, a true World Warthree, not just with China, but
with Russia, obviously, with Iran, with Venezuela, which is being supported

(09:03):
by Iran and others. And inSouth America you know they harbor Hissbolah and
everything else down there. And thisis where we are at the start of
the new year. But you raiseda good point because at least now we
know who the enemy is. Imean, we knew it before, but
now we know it in greater relief. You know, take it away now.
I listen. I think you're onehundred percent right. But I think,

(09:24):
you know, it's funny. It'snot funny. You know. I
do the show with Ben Stein calledThe World according to ben Stein, and
it's funny when people compliment your show, Larry, and they say good show,
and I'm like, well, whatwould it take to get the great
part? But anyways, that's neitherhere nor there. We were talking about
Iran and somebody said in one ofthe comments, what does Iran have to

(09:46):
do with anything? You know? And I'm just like, he didn't.
I have no idea if that wasthe accent. I'm just assuming that's the
accent, and America first, andI'm thinking to myself, this is scarily
Larry. How many I don't wantto say Trump supporters, but fringe Trump
supporters and maybe ten percent actually think, so what if Iran gets a nuclear

(10:09):
there's a nuclear Iran, how doesthat affect us? And they do not
understand the world map, they donot understand how much that affects us.
That's why when Israel took out Iraq'snuclear reactor in eighty four, the world
was very happy. They got madat Israel, but wink, wink,
we're happy you did it. Israelkilled twelve revolutionary Guards today part of Iran's

(10:33):
revolutionary guards. Larry. They arenot going to act, Okay, Iran
will not act, So you're completelyright. Now is the perfect time fat
Man and little boy the ayatollahs endthis story. Trust me. The only
reason there is a revolutionary guard isto protect the Malas and the Iatolas.
Okay, that's the only reason thiswhole idea is Subiden or Obama could win

(10:58):
the Nobel Peace Prize. It's theonly reason we're not attacking Iran. They
will not do anything, Larry.Actually, I didn't know that we took
out some revolutions is Israel? Yeah, yeah, obviously not Biden. Where
did that happen? Happen this morning? I guess either in Syria where they
are Lebanon. I think Lebanon. No, they need to go to Iran.

(11:20):
They need to take it out atthe source right now. You know,
Israel's needs to do the same thing. Frankly, I mean, Israel
needs to do it. But theproblem is they're being they're they're being grabbed
by the you know what's by everyleader around the world. And what was
it yesterday that they said we issevere condemnation. Larry that's going to work.
Yeah, well, we've got aboutone minute left, and I hope

(11:41):
that people will donate to freedom Watchbefore New Year's The show will be out
Friday, and it also over theweekend, and you get a tax deductible
contribution, please go to FREEDOMWATCHUSA dotorg. We need the help. We
are your justice department. You haveno justice department. And we're going to
be right back with more Special ProsecutorsLarry Claiman with Juter Friedman, the host

(12:05):
of the world according to Ben Steinand my colleague and friend, stay tuned.
We'll be right back fearless, disclaimingcrazy to give the democratic danger.

(12:45):
And I'm here the special Prosecutor,Larry Claimant. If you'd like to support
freedom Watch and this radio show,go to FREEDOMWATCHUSA dot org. Were back
with Special Prosecutor with Larry Kleiman,Juter Friedman, Uncle Sam, and I've
got Donald Trump sitting on my lap. Let's hope that doesn't cause anybody more

(13:11):
than the simple consternation or shall wesay constipation at this point in time.
But I want to talk about what'sbeen happening with these various states eliminating Trump
from the ballot. It's not justColorado, but many states have that under
consideration. Maine just did going togo to the main Supreme court eventually in
the US Supreme Court, but underordinary circumstances. With at least fifty percent

(13:35):
of this country favoring Donald Trump, whether you like him or not, whether
you think he should be president ornot, the reality is that fifty percent
of this country plus is prepared tovote for him in all likelihood right now.
And even those who didn't like himare going to vote for him because
they see how bad things are. They see the gas prices, which by
the way, are going up becausenow the shipping the oil anchors have to

(14:00):
go around Cape Horn in Africa becausethey can't navigate freely in the Red Sea
coming out of the Middle East. That's the implication and the ramification of what's
been going on. And also, you know, you see the price of
food which is huge. You know, Biden can grow. Okay, the
economy is doing great, the stockmarket is doing great. But you go
to the store and you just buya few cosmetics and you're going to spend

(14:24):
seventy to one hundred dollars or thefood and everything else. Price of mortgages,
the average home mortgage in this countrythirty three hundred dollars a month,
and you don't get much for thatat all, assuming you can even get
a mortgage with these banks. Andthen you've got the ramp and crime in
the major cities. You've got thefentanyl coming across the border. You got

(14:45):
drug traffickers, human traffickers, everythingelse, and a demoralized military that has
its hands tied behind its back asI run, and the Soviet Union and
communists China are ready to pounce. And that that's notwithstanding North Korea, which
is up to its nuclear as well. So this is where we are.
I think that in ordinary times,if the American people were educated, if

(15:09):
they were concerned, if they weren'tliving in a dream world. Not our
supporters, judah, but the averageAmerican in this country thinks it's all going
to go away. We've got peoplein my own extended family that just sit
there and watch TV. They drink, they carry on. You know,
we're going to have a good time. We'll go play golf, we'll go
play tennis. Leave me alone.I'm going to be dead in ten years,

(15:30):
So what do I care about mykids and grandkids and future generations.
Well, that's not the way it'sgoing to be, because we are in
a situation where the country is aboutready to go down the drain, the
world's about ready to explode, andhere we are. I think we're in
a revolutionary mode. And what theseother states are doing, whether it's Maine

(15:54):
or Colorado or whatever, they aredeclaring war on the United States, just
like King George the Third declared warin the colonies. It's identical. In
fact, it's worse so because beingGeorgia that outlaw the right of assembly,
with the colonialists to at least insome respects governing themselves very small respects on

(16:15):
my ad, and that was acause for the revolution. But anyway,
we've got about a couple of minuteshere in this segment you to give me
your thoughts on that, because Ithink that this will be a flashpoint to
a number of groups and people inthis country. Despite the fact that January
sixth, protesters are being persecuted andmake worse, to make confessions. People

(16:36):
are being arrested, like my clientSiaka Maasaqua that did nothing. I've got
others the same way. This isa warning don't rise up. But I
think it's going to bubble over prettysoon. No, I mean, I
think you're completely right. I thinkif you look at history and you look
at how Nazi Germany was jailing youropponents. I mean, look no further
than Russia right now, Putin's biggestopponent. It's in a Siberian column right

(17:00):
now, not to be heard of. This is this is this is not
old. This is not old stratI mean, this is old strategy.
It's not new strategy. And peopleshould be very scared. The fact that
Trump was taken off in Maine bysome dimwit that used to work for the
ACLU is Uh. It should haveeverybody mad because it's not about Trump,

(17:22):
Larry. It's about America, andit's about our constitution, and it's about
our law, and we're watching itall being broken apart systematically, very quickly.
Well, we're going to get toit in the next segment. It's
the longest segment on Special Prosecutor withLarry Clayman. But as a segue,
you know, again the good comingout of the bad because the American people
are now able to see what I'vebeen saying now for decades, what you've

(17:45):
been saying. After I indoctrinated youin this so to speak, that our
legal system is a corrupt cesspool. It is corrupt to the core. It's
the most dishonest profession in this country, run by hacked lawyers, hacked judges
and others. And they could seeit in what the Colorado Supreme Court did.

(18:07):
And we're going to get back andtalk about that in the next segments
of Stay tuned and now for wordsthat make corrupt politicians make wee wee in

(18:37):
their little pants. Transparency and therule of law will be the touchstones of
this president. But we have topass the bill so that you kind of
find out what is in its.Special Prosecutor Larry Claiman be the one who
makes our country great again. Goto Freedom Watch you and donate the Colorado

(19:03):
Supreme Court you want to call itthat. Of course, the four judges
who voted against Trump, justices evenwant to call him that. We're all
appointed. They are not accountable tothe people. They were not electable.
They were probably appointed by my cohortin elementary school, John Hickenlooper, who's

(19:25):
pretty far to the left. Hewas not a really weird kid, as
I said when in the last show, many of them were and they're leftists,
okay, and they didn't care aboutthe law, you know, and
Marxist Communist manifesto the ends justify themeans. That was Karl Marx's approach,
you know, in Russian Revolution, and it's the same approach by the left

(19:48):
now. And they violated the lawbased upon a report by the House committee
that was investigating January sixth. Now, who can prise that House Committee Adam
Schiff, Gerald Nadler, Jamie Raskin, by the way, all the people
that the DC BARB donates money to. And this tells you something about what

(20:11):
I talked about last time, andhow they're trying to eliminate conservative lawyers and
Republican advocate lawyers and that kind ofthing. Really just there are good bar
associations, but this is not oneof them. And this is what we're
dealing with, and it's what Dershowisztalks about is the new McCarthyism. This
is a situation where at least peopleare now seeing that these judges that sit

(20:33):
over our country, who have suchtremendous power, who are able to change
the law and do as they wishbecause they're not accountable in federal judges.
Colorado judges were you know, statejudges, but they still had similarities to
the federal judges. They do whatthey want and they're not have accountable.
They give themselves immunity. No onewill touch them. The Supreme Court won't

(20:55):
touch them because if they take awayimmunity, then the immunity will be taken
away for a Supreme Court judge. And they're frankly equally as compromised and corrupt,
and occasionally they'll make a decent decisionwhere they don't have to stick their
neck out personally, but buy inlarge student, this is a lesson why
we don't have a legal system, and it's why freedom Watch created the people's

(21:18):
justice system, the citizens grand juries, the citizens trials, the citizens' convictions,
the citizens sentencing, and why weneed to move forward with that.
Why we need to declare independence,as we've debated. You can see my
hat, and we're going to bedoing it at the Third Continental Congress,
forming a new government and not anew nation, form a shadow government.

(21:38):
Let's put people up who you knoware worthy of being our leaders, being
Uncle Sam, so to speak, say hello to Uncle Sam. This is
what we need to do, andwe're at the breaking point right now,
your thoughts now, listen. Ithink you're listen. You're completely right.

(22:00):
The problem is where a while fromgetting your hopes and dreams, and what
we need to do right now isfocus. This is my biggest problem.
I mean, I think we allshare our biggest problem. The same problem
with Republicans is they just don't seemto know what they're doing. And you

(22:21):
know, to quote Nixon, they'renot fit to be dogcatchers people in the
Congress. Larry. This is theperfect opportunity for so many of them to
have to show their their their brightness, their their level of competence. So
you have the wine, this rhinoRepublican who've vetoed the trans stuff today,
right, we have a Senate seatup in Ohio. I don't understand for

(22:47):
the life of me. Trump sortof showed a way to beat the media
and to win, and that thatother Republicans are so scared or are so
elitist to not realize that the bassis us. They've lost. There's no
grand old party, Larry. It'slike you remember your parents used to have

(23:10):
those wedding year the wedding picture, what the wedding books, you know,
what I'm talking about with all thepictures, right, whatever the case,
right, our missfoot book or yourwedding book. It's like Mitch McConnell has
those and he thinks like if heopens them up, he could still invite
the same people that were in thatbook fifty years ago. Well, I
got bad news for you, Mitch. They're all dead. Okay, that

(23:33):
whole is dead. I mean it'sright, But my point is that whole
wedding, right, that whole weddingalbum is dead. Where the new pictures?
Okay, I know you hate us, but where the new album?
Understand that, Larry, And theycan't grasp it, or they don't want
to grasp it. It's I've neverseen the top of a party be so

(23:56):
out of touch with a massive partof their base. Larry. I mean
you might have witnessed it, butI've never seen anything like this in my
life. Well, you can justwatch Jim Jordan and James Comer on Capitol
Hill and reach that conclusion, youknow, one appearance after another on Fox
News. Oh, we're pursuing animpeachment inquiry. There is no intent to

(24:18):
impeach Biden. There is no intentto impeach Alejandro Maorcis. There's no intent
to impeach anyone. They want themto be there on November whatever it is,
twenty twenty four on that Tuesday, because they think they're going to get
power. And then you've got thisidiot Ronal McDaniel who is running the Republican

(24:40):
National Committee and god knows what she'sgot on everyone that she gets to stay
and do that. And then you'vegot the senators and congressman who just run
around Capitol Hill like chicken without theirheads on. You know, I think
you know I love Woody Allen andyou his wisdom, and I remember the

(25:02):
movie Everything You Wanted to Know aboutSex, but we're afraid to ask where
he plays the court Jester, andthe king says, bring me the fool.
Okay, that's what he alan. That's what I consider to be.
The Congressman and senators, Bring methe fools. Okay. These are the
ones that are running our country. The only thing is, unlike Woody Allen
and the Court Jester, they're notfunny. Okay. Most of them spend

(25:25):
their time either having affairs with womenor men or whatever they do to occupy
themselves up there. Many of themare not even really straight. They just
have beards to pretend they're straight. And by the way, what happened with
this transendor thing, I didn't knowabout that. Yeah, who's this morning?
Heed? He vetoed the bill thatwas put in legislation to ban under

(25:48):
eighteen hormone blockers and women in sports, and all because anecdotal data of people
coming to visit him and tell themtheir story. Reason, Mike, the
line was just so touched by thesestories of dysmorphia and people, you know,
sadly desecrating their children's bodies or whateverthe word you want to use.

(26:12):
So, yeah, he overturned that, or he veto did, I should
say. So. The reality is, Larry, there are some good senators.
I mean there are there are somesenators I think that are trying to
fight the good fight. As youraise the point, we have a dead
person running the Republican Party and he'sessentially dead, and if Trump wins,

(26:37):
they're going to have to have areckoning. And I want to see an
open vote. I want to seean absolute open vote against McConnell. We
can't have him running the Republican senatoranymore. We just simply cannot pass the
Baton. This isn't like Larry. If if this were any other company,
the person would be fired. Imean the person Ron McDaniel would be out

(26:57):
right. Mitt Romney would be outif it was any other thing than an
oligarchy of power, because you comefrom a state that's always read in a
sense. Otherwise these people would begone. Larry, and people are terrible.
The problem is, Jude, Idisagree with you a little bit here.
Obviously, yes, on the shortterm we're stuck with the Republican Party

(27:18):
at least for the next year anda half. But we don't have to
be stuck. We need the newparties, and frankly, I think we
need to modify. It needs tobe a major change to our constitution.
And then you're not supposed to saythat if you're a conservative, but frankly,
we'd function better with a modified parliamentarysystem right now, because at least
in a parliamentary system you can havea vote of no confidence and get rid

(27:41):
of the Prime Minister and move on. What do you do in a situation
like we have today with Biden, who's brain dead, stupid and a criminal
and to the point that even theDemocrats want to get rid of them,
and they can't get rid of Sowe've got a laun gym here, and
we need to give some real thoughtto our Third Continental Congress. We need

(28:03):
to come up with a plan.In fact, you can watch it on
our website at freedom Watch USA dotorg. Please contribute to our cause with
tack deductible contributions because I actually readI watched it the other day. You
know, all of the suggestions thatwe had to fine tune our constitution,
and we've got to do it rightnow. And you know, and we've

(28:26):
got to put it in stone becausethe constitution that we have today, it's
just a paper document. No onefollows it, no one respects it.
You know, it's it's it's meaningless, frankly, the way things are applied.
And we need to get down tothe brass tacks and we need to
wake up people. We need towake up the youth in this country.
They they can't speak. I mean, everything is like lightl like or um

(28:48):
um um. That's my generation. They don't think because they rely on cell
phones to come up with conclusions onTikTok or god knows where. And you've
got these kids running around in thestreets that don't even know, you know,
what they're talking about. And justone example with a moss in Israel
right now, and they become antiSemites. They don't remember nine to eleven,

(29:10):
they don't know the risks of terrorismand they don't care. And then
you got their parents who are outthere having affairs with their wives and others
who are just carrying on getting drunkall the time. I mean, it
sounds terrible, but it's true, you know, And this is where we
are. Happy New Year. Yeah, yeah, listen, I agree with

(29:34):
you. Here's the issue Larry, and you're raising because most people don't understand
what a parliament entry system is.So introducing something that really literally nobody understands.
It's like introducing like the idea ofa bus system to loss to people,
or training system to people in LosAngeles, it would literally take them
fifty years to learn how to useit. And you know that as well

(29:56):
as I they don't understand the currentsystem, right, trust me, because
parliamentary system is far more difficult. The bigger thing you're talking about that you
could be talking about is is aligningwith people that might not that you might
not agree with on every single thing. For the greater good, which we

(30:18):
haven't done in this country in along time. So your point, take
aside the fact that I disagree withBobby Kennedy Jr. On a lot of
things, there are certain issues thatI do agree with him on, and
that are very important issues. Sohe's very anti Trump, obviously, but
that would not be a terrible ticket, and well it's not going to happen.

(30:42):
But the irony is that he willprobably draw more roads away from Trump
than he will from Biden. Butthere's also a story this weekend or this
week rather unbelievable that alejandramiarch is thehead of Homeland Security next him getting Secret
Service protection. You know, hisfather was killed, his uncle was killed.

(31:03):
You know, with the Kennedys, can you believe them planning about that
one? Biden Biden, the Bidenregime wants Bobby Kennedy Junior dead. I
mean, that's the bottom line, basically, because they got the wrong Kennedy.
Whether you believe in the things thatBobby Kennedy is espousing, I do
buy what he says with regard tovaccines, by the way, but whether

(31:23):
you believe him or not, heis taking twenty two percent of the Democratic
Party vote currently. Yeah, Andthe good thing is that when I just
want you to know for the audience, it's very important to look at data
and statistics when people see this, because, like you said, he might
take some Republican votes. The goodthing is the states that he's taking them

(31:47):
in, he's not going to betaking them in Wisconsin and the toss up
states they're New York, they're California, or their Jersey. So fine.
I obviously we're not going to winthose states anyways, maybe Jersey by the
way. But my point, Ibigger point, Larry is, and I
know you believe in this too,is I'm not a uge Bobby Kennedy fan,
except a couple of things. Butwe need to start reaching out to

(32:08):
people that we don't always agree withon every single thing. Listen, you
and I don't agree on every singlething, and most people don't. I
hope they don't. And that's wherepolitics needs to get back to in my
humble opinion. Well, we're goingto be right back with the verdict section.
Let me just say about Bobby Kennedyquickly is that I admire him because
he's willing to stick his neck out. I've had him on the show.

(32:30):
I've talked to him. I don'tagree with everything, but this is what
we need today. We need peoplewho are willing to express themselves. We
have principles and to stand by thoseprinciples, and so we'll talk about that
when we get back. Until then, go to freedom Watch USA dot org.
Give a tax deductible contribution before theend of the year. We need

(32:50):
to get bigger. We need morelawyers, paralegals, and more off the
space. We'll be right back beforehe was a trial lawyer. He sliced

(33:25):
him and diced him. People usedto ask me, Larry, what caused
you to start Judicial Watch and nowfreedom Watch given the powerful forces in this
country that puts you at risk ina meatpacking plan, I'm the son of
meat packers in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and not a slice and dice A very
special prosecutor, Larry Kramer. Ifyou'd like to support freedom Watch and this

(33:45):
radio show, go to FREEDOMWATCHUSA dotorg. And now the verdict. Fellow
patriots, ladies and gentlemen, orwhatever you may deem yourself to be.
I've got Uncle Sam, and I'vegot Donald Trump sitting next to me today.
Fortunately, Donald hasn't said anything toocontroversial. If he ever is elected

(34:06):
president again, he should frankly watchwhat he says, because he's turned a
lot of people off, and hesaid some really dumb things over the years.
But he also had an administration thatwas highly successful, and people can
see that right now. They cansee that we had a good economy,
that we didn't have people running acrossthe border like Banshees, that we weren't
infested with terrorists that have embedded themselvesinto our country, that we didn't have

(34:31):
foreign wars, that we weren't onthe brink of having a major war with
communists China over Taiwan, which,by the way, you know, I
wonder you know whether that's a warworth fighting. I'm generally a hawk in
many ways, but the Taiwanese probablyhad more kinship to communists China than they

(34:51):
do to the United States. Andthere's so much investment going back and forth.
Just get the computer chips out ofthere. Basically, let the Taiwanese
defend themselves and give them what theyneed to do it. But when you
really have time to do something,if you want to be an optimist,
then just think about it. Gofor a walk you know this New Year's
think about your kids, think aboutyour grandkids, think about future generations,

(35:14):
Think about family members who just sitthere and do nothing and just say let
the Republicans do it. Think aboutwhat it's going to be like for them.
And even if you know you're upthere in years, if you're retired,
even if you're middle aged or young, we can all agree that this
country's in sorry shape. And inCalifornia alone, you can't walk anywhere without

(35:36):
fear of getting attacked or mugged orwhatever. You can't carry a firearm to
any great degree to protect yourself oryou'll wind up getting arrested if you actually
use it. You can't depend onthe police to do anything because they've been
gutted. They have no authority anymore. Regrettably, you've got district attorneys that
will let anybody it's arrested out.You can walk into a Best Buy and

(35:58):
walk out with a TV for nineand fifty dollars, no questions asked,
particularly if you're a minority. AndI'm telling it like it is, I
mean so at least Bobby Kennedy tellsit like it is, and that should
be our New Year's resolution. Weneed to speak the truth, we need
to learn how to be advocates forour cause, and we need to risk
everything to save this country. Giveme liberty or give me death. I

(36:22):
agree with Larry claiman one hundred percent. I'd rather know what people are thinking.
And this goes back to the originalpoint of the show, right or
the original part of the show, which was the Left has shown themselves to
be who they are. I'm happywith people sharing their opinions. Some things

(36:42):
I disagree with, many things Idon't agree with, but at least I
know where they stand and when, and that's the case, we could deal
with it afterwards. Somebody like NikkiHaley scares the Bejesus out of me,
and she scares many people. BobbyKennedy, at least, I'm not a
huge fan of his. Larry,I'm not. I like him on a
few issues, but at least he'sintellectually honest on those two issues that I

(37:05):
like, and which is going afterthe swamp and going after the other swamp,
which is the FDA and those groups. That's his issue. So I'm
tired of And that's how you theclosest way, the quickest way to getting
to your parliamentary system, which Ithink is an exceptional idea. I'm just
trying to give you that shortcut andexplain to you how the parliamentary system actually

(37:28):
works well, not the one thatexists, but to modify it, to
come up with a way to removea president short of impeachment. We've never
done it. We don't want toremove a president by virtue of assassination,
God forbid. We don't advocate that, but that's the only way we root
presidents in the past, and weneed the illegal and peaceful way to do
it. You're one hundred percent correct. And I just want to say,

(37:51):
this is New Year's coming up.There's a Larry show. Larry is the
Master. Larry is America's lawyer. He does a lot of work for a
lot of people for not often fun, sometimes fun, and for free.
And he runs a great organization whichis called freedom WATCHUSA dot org. And
they really need money to do God'swork, which Larry has been doing for

(38:15):
the better part of forty years. So I'm not gonna make Larry the shnara
right now and beg. I'm gonnaschnar and beg for Larry and say your
donations do not go to waste.Larry is a great man that's helped save
this country and that's helped save alot of your civil liberties. So go
to freedom Watch USA dot org andgive to Larry Claimant and freedom Watch USA

(38:39):
dot org. Freedom watch me personally, but Uncle Sam says here he's head
on my shoulder. Uncle Sam says, Happy New Year. Good can come
from the bad, and that's thetheme of the show. So stay tuned
for next year. We're gonna savethis country. God bless you all. Got us
