(00:12):
This is Special Prosecutor Larry Clayman.I'm the only lawyer ever to obtain a
court ruling that a president of theUnited States committed a crime for truth for
competition. As a young lawyer,I help break up at and T.
That's why you have all your cellphones today. For sovereignty, for the
republic. I'm the guy who atJudicial Watch, which I founded, uncovered
the China Gate scandal. Millions ofdollars going to the Clinton campaign corrupting our

(00:36):
political system were the privacy of citizens. And I'm the only guy who have
enjoyed the National Security Agency from masssurveillance on hundreds of millions of Americans hearing
it. I'm the son of meatpackers in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I had
a slice and dice. You're bringingit that we're going to take this country
apart and put it back together againin the way envisioned by our founding fathers.
It's not just to We're not justregurgitating stories. Larry Claiman. Special

(01:02):
Prosecutor is making the news and nowhere's Larry. Welcome to this week's edition
of Special Prosecutor With Larry Claiman. We have a unpacked show, so to
speak, not much going on inthe world. It's much fun these days,
other than are making a few jokesevery now and then just to keep
us light. But we have JudahFriedman, of course, the host of

(01:25):
the World according to Ben Stein,my friend, a colleague who's somebody who
is very astute in terms of politicalanalysis. And of course we have Laura
Lumer on later in the show,a Jewish American activist who has fought against
terrorism and who's involved in trying tohelp President Trump be reelected. I thought

(01:46):
it'd be interesting to get her takeon what's been going on with regard to
the primaries and the elections. Ofcourse, it's Super Tuesday this Tuesday,
March fifth, and that'll be veryinteresting. But let's talk first about what's
going on at the border. Iwant to get Judas thoughts. We'll then
talk about Trump, we'll talk aboutJay six, we'll talk about Fanny Willis,

(02:07):
and we'll talk about Jack Smith. We'll talk about the document's case,
and we'll talk about burgeoning crime inthis country. But Jude, I want
to get your take on Joe Biden'sappearance at the border earlier this week.
Of course, he shows up inBrownsville. That's not the epicenter of illegal
immigration. He can barely walk.In fact, looking at the video,

(02:30):
it was pathetic. I mean itwas almost humorous, sadly humorous that the
border patrol people had to walk soslowly. I don't think they thought it
was possible that they could walk thatslowly to keep up with Joe Biden.
Earlier in the week, he's eatingice cream. I don't know, it's
kind of disgusting to watch him lookat ice cream cone. But many things

(02:50):
are going on with Joe Biden.I think the Democrats are going to remove
him fairly shortly. I will haveprobably Cavin Newsom. You may disagree with
me on that, or Michelle Obamais a vice presidential candidate. And I
know that our listeners get angry withme when I say this, but I'm
just trying to be a realist hereis that I don't think that President Trump

(03:10):
is a shoe in to be electedpresident. Of course, I don't tell
people who to vote for. Ican't do that as head of a public
interest group. But should they putGavin Newsom in and or Michelle Obama or
someone else other than Kamala Harris asa vice president. It will be a
very close election, and frankly,I would predict I would predict the Democrats

(03:32):
will retain control if that happens. So you can give me your thoughts on
that, because unfortunately, not oursupporters and not your supporters, but the
American people are not the sharpest knifein the drawer. They vote for people
that look good rather than substance, and this is a problem. And of
course we've got Trump going into anumber of legal matters that of course energizes

(03:55):
his base in terms of the primaries. But and you also Dickie Haley out
there, we can talk about that. There were some thoughts that she might
be forming the third party just todo a number on Trump during the election.
There are all these variables, andI don't think it's a done deal.
I don't as much as in myheart, without telling people who to

(04:17):
vote for, I hope that Trumpwins is that I think we have to
be prepared to do it for ourselves. In terms of trying to get this
country back and make it great again. We cannot rely on a political messiah.
There's too much uncertainty out there rightnow, and we've got quite a
ways to go before January twentieth, twenty twenty five. So anyway, give

(04:41):
me your thoughts. I know youdisagree with that, but I disagree with
it because the polling disagrees with it. So I think obviously Trump is a
chewing to get the Republican nomination.I don't think there's any doubt of that.
And she can't just take his electorates. So even if something were to
happen, this idea that she wouldcome, it doesn't go to the second

(05:05):
place winner. But if you goby polling, Gavin Newsom's behind in Pennsylvania
by fifteen points. That's that's amonumental thing to come back from the people
of Pennsylvania aren't stupid. But toyour original point about Texas, where Biden

(05:26):
went, that was actually the epicenterof illegal immigration ers, and now they
call it I'm not kidding either.I don't know if he saw the story
right, but they're calling them newcomers. But that's the new term for illegals
as newcomers. So he went towhere was the epicenter where Now, because

(05:49):
of what Greg Abbott did with therazor wire and everything that he did over
there, Biden went to where theymay get twelve a day. This is
they've boxed themselves in. And that'swhy I'm confident you're right. The one
person you're right about is Michelle Obama. That's the one person where you're really

(06:12):
that they could put in. Sothat's the variable that scares me the most.
It's why I think Trump should probablybe seriously looking into RFK Junior,
as much as I'm not a fanof that necessarily. Well, with regard
to Newsom, people don't really knowwho Newsom is yet. Okay, see,
particularly in Pennsylvania. If you livein California, or you know,

(06:34):
do work there or whatever, thenyou know what a disaster this guy is.
But the fact is is that it'sattractive looking guy. Some people think
he's got a good personality. Heknows how to deflect with a laugh or
whatever. You know. He wasbeaten handily by Ron DeSantis in the debate

(06:54):
with Hannity, but yet the resultsof the polling show that wasn't a route
because he is very good on hisfeet, and just the thought of some
guy who's fairly young, who's attractive, is going to have great appeal.
And I'm always saying this because alot of people in this country are just

(07:15):
rocking back, including some of oursupporters, thinking Okay, let's just wait
till Trump wins. Well, thinkabout what's also going to happen when he
wins. There'll be more lawsuits. The Democrats control district attorneys, they control
other aspects of the legal system, which has been totally corrupted. You've got
people who have, you know, frankly abandoned him and have betrayed him that

(07:43):
he has brought around him. Youknow, historically he does that. And
however good he may be, andagain, you know, I like the
guy. You know, I don'tlike what he says. I don't like
some of his comments, and hemakes some dumb remarks every now and then,
but his heart's in the right place. He's streets smart. But it
is not a certainty that he willbe elected president. In fact, I

(08:05):
still still think that the odds areagainst him because you're also going to see
massive fraud by the Democrats, andthey control the ability to do that.
You're right, the spread has tobe three to five no matter what state
he's in, every swing state,he has to have a three to five
point spread of being above right. So he's got what that means is that

(08:28):
he has to have the three tofive. He has to be without the
margin of error. Otherwise we knowwhat shenanigans they could pull, and we
also know what shenanigans there they're goingto pull posts if he wins. I
had this up. There was anorganization that was set up by the great

(08:48):
minds and I'm kidding about that obviously, and it was wargame scenarios pre twenty
twenty. They had four different levelsof whether Trump won or not, and
you could go and it's actually onWikipedia. I don't believe Wikipedia, except
when it's on the Laft Lowry. But it was Bill Crystal, you know,

(09:09):
Podesta, a bunch of those peopleare part of this wargame strategy in
case he won. So we're lookingat if he wins, and that's that
really is election interference is again threateningthe American population if he gets in.
This is what's going to happen forfour years. It will, and you
know, so will I think,I don't you know, abscribe good intentions

(09:31):
to Nicky Haley. Frankly, she'sbecoming like a broken record. She gets
some nerves just listening to her.But you know she is right about that,
and the next four years are goingto be as difficult as the last
four years. In fact, they'llprobably be even more difficult with him in
office. So I just want theAmerican people to understand. And I've offered

(09:52):
my help the Donald Trump legally. You know, for many years, for
a variety of reasons, probably RogerStone or whatever, had lawsuits with on
behalf of clients, and personally, you know, I haven't really been able
to help him the way I wouldlike to help him in a legal sense,
and I think he needs, youknow, in many respects better legal
representation. I was watching his lawyertoday in front of the Fannie Willis matter

(10:15):
down in Atlanta. My former EmeryLaw school colleague, Craig Gillen, one
of the finest criminal defense lawyers inthis country, did an excellent job pointing
out how Fannie Willis was playing therace card and the religion card to deflect
from the fact that she had liedunder oath about having this conflict of interest

(10:35):
with her paramore. Okay, whosename I forget, I really don't care
whose name is. So Craig dida great job, but Trump's lawyer was
terrible, absolutely terrible. A criminaldefense lawyer down there in Atlanta, and
he never hires you know the best. I think Alina Habit. Habit did
a very good job. You know, she's been unfairly attacked because she did
do a good job and because she'llstand up and she believes in Trump.

(10:58):
And those are the kinds of peoplethat he needs. Now. Gilan wasn't
representing Trump. He was representing someoneelse who was a criminal defendant down there.
But you know, I hate tobe Doomsday Nelly or whatever you want
to call it, but the Americanpeople need to sober up. They just
cannot sit back and wait for politiciansto save them. And we need to
rise up. And that's why theyshould go to Freedom Watch. They says,

(11:20):
support what we're doing. We are, in effect your justice Department.
We're doing more than even that.We have our citizens grand juries, our
citizens trials. We have hard hittingcases against communists Chinese for COVID nineteen,
we're j six. We're defending clientsthere who are basically some you know,

(11:41):
are really behind the eight ball withcrazy judges there that want to lynch them,
essentially, and also with our regardto our case in northerndinester Florida,
where we're having to get trying toget everything invalidated because of illegal surveillance on
the j six people and many manyother things. So I hope people will
go to freedom Watch USA dot orgcontribute with tax deductible contributions. We need

(12:01):
more lawyers, paralegals. We needto get bigger, and you know,
and I hope that you know,we do get somebody in the White House
that will represent us like Trump, but we can't count on it. And
that's the point that I'm trying tomake. We'll be right back with the
second segment of Special Prosecutor with LarryClaiming. Until then, go to freedom

(12:22):
Watch USA dot org. Get mybook, It takes account of Revolution to
wake up America. Please donate withtax deductible contributions. We need to help
right now. Give some thought asto whether you need to rise up and
not wait on a politician to dothe job that the American people must do.
I'll be right back Democratic Danger,Special Prosecutor Larry Claiman. If you'd

(13:05):
like to support freedom Watch and thisradio show, go to FREEDOMWATCHUSA dot org.
We're back with Judah Friedman. Let'stalk about the specifics the Supreme Court
has decided to take up the issueof whether President Trump has ammunity with regard
to what happened on January sixth, and also potentially with regard to the document

(13:30):
issue and the trial in South Florida. Now, I've taken the position that
presidents should have immunity, no federalofficials should have immunity, judges shouldn't have
immunity, that no one is abovethe law. I don't believe that President
Trump needs immunity. He didn't doanything wrong on January sixth. He of
course ask people to go over toprotest and show their strength, but he

(13:52):
also told them to be peaceful, and he also told Nancy Pelosi that she
ought to get National Guard there justin case. So I think it would
be wrong, and that frankly, don't believe that Supreme Court is likely to
agree on immunity. I think they'llpeel away one or two of the so
called conservatives, probably John Roberts onthat give me your thoughts on that.

(14:15):
Then I want to talk about FannyWillis quickly, because I was watching this
hearing today. We talked about alittle bit in the first segment, but
it's a very interesting set of factsYou've got Jack Smith derange Jack Smith who
wants to go to trial in Maywith regard to the documents, that's not
likely to happen. You've got aNew York prosecution criminal prosecution of Trump coming

(14:37):
up on March twenty fifth, that'llbegin with the prosecutor there over Stormy Daniels.
And it's just everything seems to bepiling up now. The President may
make it pass the election in somerespects that he won't make it totally pass
the election. And so give meyour thoughts on that. And this must
have been the President calling right now. That's a lot to unpack in one

(15:03):
thing. I listen, he's beyondthe corner of screwed and screwed. I
mean, let's be honest, withall these cases and all of these different
jurisdictions, Larry, and it doesn'tmatter whether he's guilty or innocent, as
we've witnessed with aside, the JackSmith thing doesn't scare me as much.

(15:24):
I think they could probably delay thatand delay that, But all the prosecutors
going after him, who just happenedto be black, I'll say that,
you don't have to say that.I do believe this is a race thing.
I do believe this. To quoteBen, they've obviously turned this into
a racialized nation, and there's nothing, there's no there there in any of

(15:48):
these cases. Yet it doesn't matter, It really doesn't matter. So the
people, Yeah, we believe he'sinnocent, we know he's innocent, but
what we're learning is more and more, like you've been saying for god knows
how many years, innocence doesn't matter. It doesn't matter in these places,
not in today's world. You know, there was an article yesterday with regard

(16:11):
to Judge Royce Lambert, who Iused to have a lot of faith in
and respect for, and he's beengoing crazy against J six defendants, making
all kinds of remarks, disparaging politiciansto support the J six defendants, saying
that George Washington said you had tooblit bay the established government, which is
almost laughable. I mean, youknow, our founding fathers did not obey

(16:33):
King George the Third when he wouldn'tcome to his senses. But there was
an article about how he's getting deaththreats. Nobody wants that to happen.
We wish him well, but thisis the natural result of what's been going
on in this country. People seethat the federal judges, in particular,
are don't represent them, but representthose special interests and establishment interests that put

(16:59):
them on the bench. And thereforeyou can predict what's going to happen in
these trials. And when you're talkingabout the District of Columbia and New York,
they're hanging juries when they go tothe juries. If these cases proceed
before the election, one hundred percentTrump is convicted. It doesn't matter what
the law is, it doesn't matterwhat the witnesses are, it doesn't matter

(17:22):
what the facts are. Dershevis hassaid that too. I know I've mispronounced
his name all the time, buthe's cooked. You got these bar associations
trying to disbar conservative lawyers who standup for conservative values, all leftist Democrats.
Jeffrey Clark's involved in the case inGeorgia. The bar Council, Hamilton

(17:44):
Fox, who's the real piece ofwork? What a dishonest piece of you
know what? You know? Whencrazy? The other day when miraculously the
DC Court of Appeals, which isvery left as itself, said that Clark
didn't have to turn over some documentsover under the right of self incrimination.
There is no law anymore, thereis no justice anymore, and that is

(18:06):
why these judges are getting death threats. And we don't want to see that
happen. That shouldn't happen, Butpeople are beginning to recognize just how broken
our little system is. We'll beright back with Laura Luhmer. Stay tuned

(18:44):
and now forwards that make corrupt politiciansmake wee wee in their little bands.
Transparency and the rule of law willbe the touchtones of this president. But
we have to pass the bill sothat you kind to find out what is
in its. Special Prosecutor Larry Claymanbe the one who makes our country great

(19:11):
again. Go to FREEDOMWATCHUSA dot organd donate. We're back with Laura Lumer,
a very courageous conservative activist. She'staken on terrorists before. She's taken
on Rashida to lead ilam Omar,a whole lot of them up on Capitol
Hill, fearless, taken on HillaryClinton, taken on Twitter, taken on
Facebook. We went all the wayto the Supreme Court a number of years

(19:34):
ago with regard to a social mediacase that we brought an antitrust lawsuit.
Freedom Watch in Laura but Laura's alsobeen doing work in and around Donald Trump.
She's down there in South Florida. She's run for political office herself,
and I thought it would be interestingbecause we've dedicated a lot of this show
to prognostication on what could likely happenin November of twenty twenty four. We've

(19:56):
been our opinion. We won't boreyou with It's good to have different opinions.
But Laura, give us your takeon what's going on with Donald Trump,
going on with you know, SuperTuesday, which is coming up,
and the task of trying to defeatthe Democrats in light of what we all
know was fraud in twenty twenty Well, it seems like every single time President

(20:19):
Trump faces another indictment or you know, a sensational court hearing, or whenever
any of these prosecutors or corrupt districtattorneys or attorney generals who are trying to
destroy his life and put him inprison during an election year in the news,
as we saw today with the hearingto disqualify Fanny Willis, he only

(20:41):
soars in popularity, he is doingincredibly well. He trounced Ron Desantus,
he destroyed Nikki Haley in her ownhome state of South Carolina, and this
coming Tuesday is Super Tuesday, andso President Trump is predictably going to you
know, dominate once again in SuperTuesday day states on the ballot as the

(21:03):
GOP, as a GOP candidate ofchoice by majority of the MAGA Maga MAGA
voters who are participating in these primaryelections. And then in Florida, of
course, on the nineteenth, we'regoing to have the Florida GOP Primary.
Everybody knows that President Trump is goingto be the nominee. Accept the media,
accept the GOP establishment that is workingday in and day out to try

(21:26):
to stop him. Right, Imean, why is there not more of
an outrage about Nikki Haley staying inthe race, and why is there not
more pressure encouraging her to drop outwhen it's very obvious that President Trump is
going to be our nominee. Andso unfortunately, right, this is the
name of the game. It's aweaponized justice system. And I suppose we're

(21:48):
just going to have to watch thesewitch hunt trials continue to continue to play
out, and we're going to haveto watch the GOP continue to waste hundreds
of millions of dollars when they couldother be investing that money into supporting President
Trump and fighting weaponized government. Well, at least they're getting rid of Roni
McDaniel, who's been an unbelievable loser. I don't know why she's been in

(22:10):
that post, is the head ofthe RNC so long. But Laura,
we're talking. Nobody doubts the factthat Trump's going to get the nomination for
president. But suppose they get ridof Biden, which they're clearly going to
do. I mean he's going thenget ridden one way or the other.
Either they give him something and hedoesn't wake up one morning the Democrats where
they force him out and tell themyou wait for that. Honestly, I'm

(22:33):
waiting for the I'm waiting for theday that we wake up. I'm not
saying that I hope he dies, but I am waiting because one of these
days I feel like we're going towake up to a story about well,
you know, Joe Biden had areally bad fall last night and he hit
his head and he's at Walter Readin critical condition, or you know,
we're going to wake up to astory about him, you know, a
pillow being over his face like theSupreme Court justice. Right, Yes,

(23:00):
yeah, it's going to happen.I feel or Hunter Biden is going to
snort some fentanyl lace cocaine, andJoe Biden is going to accuse the Republicans
of pushing his son to an overdose, which is what he's already doing now
because we can't have any accountability, right, and he's going to say,
oh, the pain of losing ason is just too much, and I'm
not going to run. I'm notgoing to run. But the way that

(23:22):
the DNC has, the way thatthe DNC has structured their rules, is
that their convention is in August. The DNC could actually just hand select somebody.
They don't even have to have themwin the primary. They could actually
appoint somebody at their convention in August. If Joe Biden were to step down.
And there's a lot of rumors thatthat may be Michelle Obama, it
could be Gavin Newsom. We sawyesterday that President Trump, while speaking at

(23:45):
the Southern border and the dueling visitwith Joe Biden, finally gave Gavin Newsom
his own nickname of new Scum.So I think it's going to be Gavin
Newsom or Michelle Obama, but hand I was Judah. You know,
I don't tell people who to votefor, Okay as head of a public
interest group, although people obviously canfigure out who I vote for. Okay,
and I like President Trump and I'vetried to help him in the last

(24:07):
four years. I haven't been ableto do it directly. I do it
indirectly with cases that I bring whichwould benefit you know, allowing someone to
frankly, just to live. Youknow, they're trying to kill him in
terms of the legal system. Butif it is a Gavin Newsom, if
it is a Michelle Obama, ifit is somebody who's young and attractive,

(24:29):
or someone who's on the right sideof the racial fence, I don't think
it's a done deal that he winsthe general election with or without trials before
November. And I've been telling theAmerican people that that's why you need people
like Laura Luhmer and people like JuterFriedman, or people like Larry Kleman,
or some of my clients, manyall of my clients to really be activists

(24:51):
because we can't rely upon any politicianto save us. And in this case,
I think it's very spective that Trumpwill win the general election. But
you know, I'm going to getyour thoughts too. Juda Wade in weigh
in with after Laura, Judah, and you can give us your thoughts in
context of what she's saying. Laura, Well, I thought Juda was going

(25:14):
to chime in front. I listen, I agree with getting back to because
Laura missed at the beginning of theshow. This is where I disagreed.
Larry. You know I've learned alot from you, and I trust your
court acumen like nobody else in theworld. But Gavin as she is,
Trump now calls him Newscomb does nothave a shot in hell of becoming the

(25:38):
next president. He's again, He'sfifteen points down in Pennsylvania. This is
the same state that voted in Thankgod John Fetterman. Okay, I'm very
grateful for the great state of Pennsylvania. It's now become a Republican. I'm
very grateful that they got Fetterman inbecause I take Fetterman over Oz any day
of the week. I don't careif he's still supports Biden. But Newsom

(26:03):
doesn't have a shot in held.When you're down fifteen points it's a lot
of points. He does have namerecognition because of Hannity, and what Laura
is saying is the only viable oneis Michelle Obama. Because of intersectionality,
you have to replace Kamala with somebodyof equal greater importance on the intersectionality scale.

(26:25):
And unless Newsom comes out of thecloset, he does not fit that
mold. Sorry, we turn itover to Laura quickly. Just tell her.
What I said is that people outsideof California and the left don't really
know Gavin Newsom, which is goodbecause his record is so bad. I
think that after he's an attractive guy, he's young, and he's likable.

(26:48):
Okay, even I don't have theviscile reaction I have towards him that I
had to Bill Clinton. Okay,he doesn't. You know, there's something
about Newsom. It doesn't rub youthe wrong way, and least it doesn't
rub me the wrong way. AndI think this is something needs to be
taken into account. And it's earlyand you really can't tell how that's going
to react during a general election. But either way, whether it's Milchelle Obama

(27:12):
as president or vice president, GavinNewsom, I think that will be the
ticket in the end. Well, and that's the thing. I think that
a lot of people came to hearabout Gavin Newsom after the recall and also
to his draconian COVID policies. Butyou're right, I think that he unfortunately,

(27:33):
because he's a good looking guy withcharisma and he's a smooth talker.
I think that he's, when Isay, a good politician, not good
at what he does in the sensethat his policies are bad. But if
a politician's purpose is to be aperpetual bullshit artist and to you know,

(27:53):
keep getting re elected based off ofyour ability to convince people that you are
at cheerly actually acting in their bestinterest, then he's a good politician,
right, because I've never seen aguy with more anti liberty policies continue to
you know, beat a recall.I see he's facing another recall as of
two days ago, and to continueto climb the ladder politically all the way

(28:15):
up from what mayor of San Franciscoto now governor of California and possible Democrat
presidential nominee. So I was aboutto say a joke, but I don't
know who knows the person. SoI won't say who is great beard was
to help him launch. But again, but going back to what Laura saying

(28:37):
he's gay, are you saying thatgavinesm is gay? I'm saying he has.
He had a great beard for awhile. He's known to be bisexual.
Okay, I thought he's bisexual.I've heard that he's Uh. Okay,
let me tell you as a guy, Laura, there's no such thing.
And I don't know how graphic I'mallowed to be on Larry. It's
the definition of being bisexual. Everything. Well, there's the old joke you

(29:00):
could build, there's the old there'sthe old joke you could build a thousand
bridges and you could. Yes,son, you can't be a little bit
pregnant. You're not going to benow as a bridge builder. It's not
a family show. So just sayit. Go ahead and say it actually
is. Don't worry about it anyway. No, No, I I listen,

(29:21):
what do I know? I don'tknow. I don't know a lot
about a lot, but I doknow that the people around this country listen.
I'm just going to give three initials. I'm sure Laurel will agree with
me on this that Republicans have tohit hard because it's being hit hard in
places in California where I'm actually ableto set up huge events right now,

(29:41):
and those three initials are DEI.Now. Dessantas today fired all the DEI
employees. Hopefully that holds up ifRepublicans continually hit this, if Trump surrogates
could hit this, he doesn't knowhow to. I love Trump. I
don't know if he has an understandingof the I, but DeSantis, for

(30:02):
Vek Laura are the ultimate surrogates inexplaining to America what DEI is because parents
are scared to death, Laura,I could be totally incorrect on this,
but well, look, I thinkthat Ron Desantas saw firsthand that his obsession
with DEI and Woke wasn't going tobe enough to carry him across the finish

(30:22):
line. Unfortunately, he thought thathe was going to be able to turn
every single American into a single voterissue as it relates to DEI and Woke
ideology. But that wasn't the case. Yes, it is problematic, and
yes President Trump has spoken out aboutde I, and yes, I think
that DEI is having a negative effecteffect on our society and we need to
eradicate it, and we need toban affirmative action. But right now we

(30:45):
have bigger issues than DEI. Wehave the issue of this mass invasion of
our country. We have the issueof voter fraud, we have the issue
of weaponized government. And so yeah, certainly Davin Newsom could be a poster
child for DEI in the in thesense that you know he's pushed these catastrophic
policies, and you know he wantsto integrate illegal aliens into the workforce,

(31:08):
and you know, these are theseare all subsets right of de I policies
or the de I agenda. ButI think that President Trump has a has
a strong understanding of de I andViveake Ramaswame is endorsed him and he's a
surrogate and has spoken out about thison the campaign travel with him. And
President Trump has said numerous times overand over again during his rallies that he

(31:29):
wants to restore merit. He wantsto restore merit and defund institutions that refuse
to comply with like proper standards asit relates to education, and that are
pushing DEI policies. He said thatno, no, I agree, I
think de I is the cause andeverything else is the symptom. What I
was simply saying was they have amuch The reason you have surrogates is because

(31:53):
they're much. It's not a knockon anybody. Everybody has a different wheelhouse.
And you're really good at explaining it. Vivek is really good at explaining
it, at breaking it down tosell your level. And that's why sarrogates
and he should just leave these certainthings to sarrogate sometimes because they do an

(32:13):
amazing job. So I believe inSarrogate's and I'm happy that desanthuses come around.
That's all I'm saying. It's notthat he doesn't understand it. It's
just that it's easier for other peoplesometimes. Well, let me throw something
in here. I agree that whatLaura said about politicians. Trump is not
a politician by nature. He sayswhat he thinks, and that's as great

(32:36):
I think attribute that can sell. But the problem that we have here is
that most of the American people don'tvote on the basis of substance. They
both on the basis of looks orother factors. I mean, how did
Biden ever get elected? Can anybodyever figure that one out. Other than
fraud. Yeah, fraud, there'sno way fraud. So if he could

(32:58):
get elected, then you can getdo some and or Michelle Obama or some
other clown elected. You know.So this is why I tell the people,
we'll talk about it in a verticsection. Don't hang back and wait
for someone else to do the jobthe American people need to do. Lara's
out there doing it. You're outthere and doing it, Freda Judah and
others. And that's the message thatI have for today. We'll be right

(33:19):
back with the vertic section of specialProsecutor with Larry Claiming. Until then,
Laura, thank you for everything youdo. God bless you. Thanks for
coming. Before he was a triallawyer, he sliced him and iced him.

(33:47):
People used to ask me, Larry, what caused you to start Judicial
Watch and how freedom watch given thepowerful forces in this country that puts you
at risk in a meatpacking plan.I'm the son of meat packers in Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania, lice and dice. Avery special prosecutor Larry Claimer. If
you'd like to support freedom Watch andthis radio show, go to FREEDOMWATCHUSA dot

(34:09):
org. We're back for the verdictsection of Special Prosecutor Larry Claiman, Fellow
patriots, people of faith, thosewho believe in the vision and creation of
our founding fathers. As I alwayssay, we are facing a major crime
crisis in this country today. Wereally need to protect the police. We

(34:30):
need to do something about it.Your Freedom Watch has cases that we brought
in Philadelphia with police that were fired, were social media postings who were reinstated.
Cases still going on with regard todamages. We need to protect police
departments. They're currently under many ofthem, the major cities under consent orders
where they have no room to actuallyfight against criminals. We've got das such

(34:53):
as the one in Los Angeles,Gascon who wants to be re elected,
Soros money won in Philadelphia, LarryKrasner, who's just as bad as Gascon.
Many, many, many. We'vegot this woman and the illegal immigrant
killed this young co ed at theUniversity of Georgia. Tragedy. She's not

(35:14):
the only one that has been victimizedby all of this. So I want
you to support freedom Watch because weare putting a special emphasis on representing and
protecting the police because our country isout of control. You can be sitting
at a cafe in Beverly Hills orin New York City or Philadelphia or whatever

(35:34):
and wind up with a knife inyour back. People are stealing from companies
that you work for. You getcaught in between the mayhem and everything else.
And this is something that I wantyou to give great emphasis too.
So go to freedom Watch USA dotorg. And we also have another organization
that I found with founded with SheriffJo Rpio, America's Sheriff dot org.

(35:58):
That's the website. Please contribute tothat as well, because it's only going
to get worse. And again, electing President Trump is not going to end
the crime. There's so much thathas gone on so far that to arrest
it is going to take years. And we really need to protect our police
and give them the legal defense whenthey are attacked. Do you to give
me your thoughts on the crime situation? I mean the crime, I mean,

(36:22):
it's atrocious. This idea that youknow, it's always the idea that
well, how many illegals and oneis too many, one is too many,
doesn't really matter. One is toomany. One woman dying, two
women dying because of our horrific illegalimmigration policy. Cops have been neutered in

(36:43):
New York City. They're not allowedto act. Larry, we don't really
have much of a constitution anymore.I know that's what you fight for every
day of your life, but we'vepretty much lost what we hold dear right
now, I'm not under the thatPresident Trump is going to come in and
be like super razy. This isa thirty year task we have ahead of

(37:07):
us right now, and it's soimportant to you because obviously you know you
have family members, and it's importantto me because for the future. So
this isn't just the four year thing. That's why freedom Watch is so important,
because this has to go on forgenerations. I hope you'll support us.
We really need the strong supporter. You know. I'm not someone that

(37:30):
easily asks for donations or money, probably why I didn't win when I ran
for the Senate in Florida. Youknow, I was always shy about doing
that. But when you need it, you need it. And we need
it right now. And we needto get bigger, and we need to
be stronger, and we need morepeople working with us because we don't have
an honest legal system. It's corruptto the core. We have a justice

(37:52):
department that's working against the American peoplemore like a gestapo, the Hitler esque
gestapo. We have federal judges whohave been cool opted, compromised, and
are corrupt, particularly in the Districtof Columbia, which is probably the most
vile place in this country bar none. I mean, I got to go
back there from time to time.Jude, I hate doing it, really,
I just I just get a sickfeeling of what goes on in that

(38:14):
town, and I think we needto move our capital to another place.
Just let those criminals in Washington commitcrimes against each other. And one thing
before Yeah, go ahead. Ijust want to say the reason why DII
is so important a way I'll keeprepeating this, and why people don't necessarily
understand. We know that abortion hasbeen a huge issue that the left has

(38:35):
weaponized against the right. DEI Ihave seen this, and obviously it's anecdotal
data, but I've never seen moreparents scared to death in the United States
because of what's a lot being indoctrinated. What is the Yeah, I just
say that diversity, equity and inclusionsreverse racism, that's what. And I've

(38:58):
never seen more parents skied than theyare of DEI yeah, and well,
thank you everybody that supports us.Thank you from the bottom of our heart.
I really want to thank you forcontinuing to do that, and I
want you to join us at FREEDOMWATCHUSAdot org and be part of a solution,
not part of the problem. Andremember the father and son will only

(39:19):
help us if we help ourselves.Thank you for listening to us. We'll
be back next week with another editionA Special Prosecutor with Larry claiming
