(00:12):
This is Special Prosecutor Larry Clayman.I'm the only lawyer ever to obtain a
court ruling that a president of theUnited States committed a crime for truth for
competition. As a young lawyer,I helped break up AT and T.
That's why you have all your cellphones today. For sovereignty, for the
Republic. I'm the guy who,at Judicial Watch, which I founded,
uncovered the China Gate scandal. Millionsof dollars going to the Clinton campaign corrupting

(00:36):
our political system were the privacy ofcitizens. And I'm the only guy who
have enjoyed the National Security Agency frommass surveillance and hundreds of millions of Americans
hearing it. I'm the son ofmeat packers in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I
know had a slice in diet, bringing it that we're going to take this
country apart and put it back togetheragain in the way envisioned by our founding
fathers. It's not just we're notjust regurgitating news stories. Larry Claiman.

(01:00):
Special Prosecutor is making the news. And now here's Larry. Welcome to this
week's edition of Special Prosecutor. WithLarry Claiman. We have our good friend
and client Siaka Masakuaen once again,he simply put his foot into the capitol,
was completely non violent, gets raidedby over twenty FBI agents as constitutional

(01:23):
rights are violated at gunpoint in frontof young children. Three years ago.
Fast forward three years later, heis arrested at Burbank Airport, surrounded by
four FBI agents and police from theairport, humiliated in front of his pregnant
wife. And it's just unbelievable. He was indicted that he was initially arraigned

(01:47):
in Los Angeles and then it wastransferred to the c the Capital of Corruption.
So we're going to have him onand we're going to talk about the
ramifications of January sixth. It's beingused by the Biden regime is a way
to the last ditch effort to tryto win the next presidential election. They
don't have much else because they failedat everything they've tried to do. In

(02:08):
fact, they've nearly destroyed this countryand it's on its knees right now after
two and a half years. Butlet's talk about in addition what's been going
on with President Trump. There aretwo important cases, one before the US
Court of Appeals for the District ofColumbia Circuit, another one with the Supreme
Court dealing with whether he has immunityas the president of the United States to

(02:31):
have told people to go over tothe capital to protest and he did say
peacefully, by the way, Andwhether he had the ability even to look
into what was happening with what hehonestly believed was a fraudulent election. These
are important cases. They can certainlyput a monkey wrench into some of these
ch six prosecutions. But what isalso important is that we have, and

(02:53):
this is perhaps the most important caseof all, the class action lawsuit in
the U. S. District Courtfor the Northern District of Florida because the
January sixth peaceful protesters were legally surveiledunder section seven oh two of the Foreign
Intelligence Surveillance Act. That's the Actwhich Edward Snowden revealed was misused and violated

(03:14):
years ago with regard to hundreds ofmillions of Americans who were illegally surveiled by
Obama's National security Agency. I shouldwe say the Obama Biden national Security Agency.
I had procured two preliminary injunctions, they got to the judge, and
I didn't go past that he lookedlike he had seen a ghost. After
a while. You know, they'vegot dirt on everybody in Washington, d

(03:37):
C. And they'll swear anybody thatraises their head they've got a dossier on.
And the NSA keeps records worldwide forfive years in the supercomputer in Colorado.
And it is another means of puttingpushing us into a nineteen eighty four
dictatorship. And that's where we are. I pray, and again, I

(03:58):
don't tell people who to vote for. You can we guess who I vote
for, but I don't tell youhow to do it as head of a
nonprofit. But the fact is isthat I fear for the safety of Donald
Trump right now. You better havesecret service ations who are loyal to him,
because I don't think at this pointthat the Democrats are going to be
able to take him out legally,And even if they were able to do

(04:20):
so, he could very well bepresident at that point and pardon himself and
pardon his sons and others in andaround him. There are statecases they seem
to be falling apart. There weresome civil cases out there dealing with this
woman who miraculously remembered forty years laterthat she was raped by Donald Trump.
That's still going on in a defamationcase. You got the idiot case from

(04:43):
this judge Erganon, whatever his nameis, to keep confusing him with the
president of Turkey. Me, they'reboth similar in that they're both terrorists,
and that case is a joke. But even if Trump is found libel,
ultimately enforced to pay millions of dollarsand decertified to do business in New York,

(05:03):
he'll survive that. And there area bunch of other ones. But
I do fear for President Trump's safetyand I pray for him, and you
should pray for him as well.Billier. This week I did a podcast
with regard to federal judges. Goto freedom Watch USA dot org see what
I'm talking about. Because without honestfederal judges, and in particular in the

(05:27):
US District Court for the District ofColumbia and it's appellate court, the DC
Circuit, these judges are compromised andcorrupt. And it doesn't matter whether they
were appointed by Donald Trump, whetherthey were appointed by Barack Obama, whether
they were appointed by Joe Biden orGeorge W. Bush or Bill Clinton.
They are all the product of legalizedbribery by at large. They get on

(05:48):
the bench because special interests lined thepockets of the politicians that recommend them,
or of the president himself, andthey become the agent of those that put
them on the bench. And that'swhy you can gauge with almost exact certainty
how a judge is going to ruleon a in an issue that involves politics

(06:09):
or political ideology. You cannot havea system of justice that functions this way.
You cannot have judges who believe they'rethere for life. They're not really,
but nobody does anything about it interms of interpreting the Constitution. They
serve for good behavior, they canbe removed, but they're never removed.
We've only removed eight judges in ourmany years, two hundred and nearly fifty

(06:31):
years of history at this point, and most of those were removed because they
didn't show up for work, becausethey were drunk, not because they took
bribes, not because they did thingsthat were unethical. But you've got to
imagine, as Jefferson said, federaljudges unelected, unaccountable to the people,
no more honest than any other man. Of course, they didn't refer to
women in those days, but allhad women now will become despots and tyrants,

(06:57):
and that's what they've become. Andhe predicted that the would be a
primary cause for a revolution every twentyyears or so. Now, we don't
want to see violence, we don'twant to see bloodshed, and we're trying
to hold that off. And thatis why I pledge to you, as
the head of Freedom Watch, thatwe're going to start seeking the indictment of
some of these federal judges. Trythem, convict them, sentence them,

(07:19):
and ask law enforcement to then arrestthem and hold them accountable. They judges
are, in principle, our mostimportant public servants, because they protect us
from the tyranny of ourselves and fromthe tyranny of the other two branches of
government. But in the federal systemthey no longer do that. By and
large, state court judges I havegood experience, but I would say at

(07:42):
least ninety percent of the judges inFlorida, which is my home state.
They're elected the state judges. They'reaccountable, they're respectful to the lawyers who
appear before them. They try todo their job. They're overloaded. They
don't even have clerks, but theydo better job than the federal judges,
each of which on the lower bench, which has two clerks, Supreme Court
justices even have more. So youhave to ask yourself this question, how

(08:05):
does the society function when the peoplewho are the umpires and the referees fix
the result of the game. Andthat's what we have today. And that's
why back in nineteen ninety four Istarted judicial Watch. The name means what
it says, watching judges. JudicialWatch does a little of that. Today
Freedom Watch does what Judicial Watch usedto do. And we're going to be

(08:28):
bringing cases against these judges in citizenscourts. It's feutal to bring them in
federal court because federal judges will simplythrow them out. But this leaves us
no alternative but to try this becauseif we are not successful, there is
going to be a violent revolution inthis country, not one that I'm going
to be out there advocating, butothers will take matters into their own hands.

(08:52):
And everybody sees that today because ofthem. As I've said many times,
when people can't afford food, theycan't afford gasoline, they can't buy
a house, rampant crime in thestreets, you can't send your kids to
school without having been pushed into pervertedideologies or sex changes, or whatever the
case may be. When our militaryhas lost all sense of I would say

(09:18):
morale. I mean, look atwhat's going on right now in the Persian
Gulf and in the Red Sea,where our troops continue to be attacked.
We know it's Iran, but thiscorrupt Biden regime refuses to take any action
against Iran because I believe that theAudians have stuff on Biden, even more
than we already have with regard tocommunists China, Ukraine and Russia and the

(09:39):
bribes that he took and the negligenthomicide in Afghanistan. So we are dealing
here with the most corrupt government inthe history of this country, not only
corrupt but incompetent, and it's usingthe gestapo of its Justice Department to keep
the American people down. And jsix January sixth is the lever, it's

(10:00):
the full crow to do that, and it's sending a message to everyone,
do not challenge us. We aresupreme, We rule over you. You
will not ever ever have any influenceon what we're going to do, because
we're going to seize power, andif you don't like it, we will
have you indicted, we will haveyou tried, We'll have you convicted,

(10:20):
and if that doesn't work, wemay even kill you. And that's happened
as well. Think of Ashley Babbittas just one example. So that's why
it's important I want you to listento what because Siaka has to say is
very articulate. He's a person offaith, as I am, as most
of you are. And even ifyou don't believe in God and you don't

(10:43):
believe in the Son, if youcarry those values and keep true to your
word and have principles, and don'tsliver about like a snake, and actually
stand firm and fight for what youbelieve in, then we have a chance
of saving this country. And that'swhy I want you to go to freedom
Watch USA dot org to join ourJustice League to contribute with tax deductible contributions.

(11:07):
We need to get bigger. We'renot doing that well financially. The
Republicans have sucked a lot of fundraisingaway with their fraudulent fundraising that we're going
to do X Y Z, Andof course we see even this week they
still can't balance the budget and Infact, the new Speaker is about ready
to be thrown out on his dairyair because he's doing exactly what Kevin McCarthy
did. These Republicans have no principles. And you know, you can watch

(11:31):
Fox all you want and get enthralledwith Iowa or Hampshire or South Carolina.
It's just a game to boost ratings. It means nothing. It really doesn't
in the long run. What doescount is the American people, our own
resolve, our belief in the Fatherand the Son, our belief in ourselves,
and the ability and the willingness torisk all to save the greatest nation

(11:56):
that was ever created. And webetter do it fast because time is running
out. I'll be right back withMASA. Listen carefully, fellow patriots.
It is time to rise up,peacefully and legally and save this country.
In the meantime, go to freedomWatch us a dot org, contribute to
our clause, get my book Ittakes a counter revolution. Wake up America

(12:16):
and join the peaceful and legal revolutionto save this country. I'll be right
back, fearless disclaiming the democratic dangerand special Prosecutor Larry Claiming. If you'd

(12:54):
like to support freedom Watch and thisradio show. Go to FREEDOMWATCHUSA dot org.
We're back with the Yakamasaquah. Myfriend, my client, a brave,
patriotic American who got caught up inthe melee. He wasn't involved at
all himself in January sixth, andof course the melee was mostly peaceful,
overwhelmingly peaceful. There have been newdevelopments Siaka, as you pointed out to

(13:18):
me with regard to video that's beenreleased by the House of Representatives showing just
just how the government has lied andcheated its way to try to convict peaceful
January sixth protesters such as yourself.Tell us what new information is out there?
So well, first of all, thank you, thanks for having me
back, Larry. Always good tobe here and being able to spread the

(13:41):
truth to everyone who's listening. Yeah. So what we found out just recently,
and this was uncovered or released bySteve Baker. He's an independent journalist
and I actually met him at theAmerica Project January sixth event on the anniversary
a few weeks back. But ittalks about Agent Lazarus, who is Nancy

(14:03):
Pelosi's chief security officer, and ittalks about him specifically because there's video evidence
that shows based on what he testifiedwhen it came down to I forget the
police officer's name, but as thebig black dude who is not running for
Congress, he testified Done exactly, thank you. He testified that he saw

(14:24):
witness Done having an exchange of verbalviolent exchange between these specific oath takers who
they then have now subsequently put behindbars for multiple years. But the video
shows that last versus wasn't even thereat the time Done and interacted with these

(14:46):
oathkeepers. But on the other sideof this, the video evidence that shows
what was happening between Done and theoath keepers was that Done was the one
being extremely volatile and trying to engage, saying that he will shoot people.
All this and the other those oathkeepersthen stood between him and any other of
the protesters there just in case sothat nothing would happen. So then by

(15:07):
the time and the video shows,by the time Lazarus even comes back to
the Capitol on the same floor anarea that Done was those four members,
those four individuals were now were backin the rotundas, so they were gone.
So the video evidence shows that whatLazard, what he said on the
stand could not have been true. And the bas asked the question, it's

(15:31):
only about ninety hours out of fortyfour thousand that have been released. If
that's on in just ninety hours, man, can you imagine what's in the
rest of it. Well, it'sunbelievable. And these other peoples were convicted,
like you said, for multiple years, fifteen twenty years. They're going
to be spending a lot of timebehind bars now. Obviously their lawyers need

(15:52):
to move for a retrial and thesegovernment people who lied need to be held
accountable. That it tells you whatyou're up against right now, and of
course we're going to talk about itin the next segment. That's your case
in particular Siaka, that we're involvedin through our other lawyers that are working
with Freedom Watch and with use directly. But this is very important because the

(16:15):
people need to understand that what's beenportrayed in the media simply did not happen.
And in fact, we not onlyhave you who's got your head on
the shopping block now and we'll getback into that just so people will have
their memories refreshed. But of coursePresident Trump himself and there are a couple
of cases now in front of theDC Circuit, that's the appellate court in

(16:36):
federal system in DC, and theSupreme Court that will also be discussing.
But what's really important is this caseshows just how desperate our government is to
convict January sixth peaceful protesters. AndI actually sat in part of the trial
with the oathkeepers. I was inWashington that day. I had another hearing

(16:57):
and I just saw what was goingon. People were not violent, They
did not hurt anyone. They mayhave said things that you know, were
you know, puffed up or yeah, to make themselves feel good. But
you know, the old adage isis and unless you actually do something move
forward in an act that you reallycan't be held accountable for it. But

(17:18):
they were before a hanging jury anda hanging judge. And we're going to
talk about, you know, inthe next segment. And one thing that
we should also think about it withPelosies had a security. He didn't come
up with that story himself. He'sa cog and will, he's a worker
beating. So who came up withthat elaborate story to have them go and

(17:38):
lie under oath in a court oflaw? Couldn't just be him. Yeah,
well this is this is terrible.I mean, this is why people
have lost faith in government. That'swhy we're in a revolutionary mode right now.
We advocate peaceful and non violent, but with more stuff like this,
you know, through no fault ofour own or advocating it because we're not,

(17:59):
but others will perhaps be emboldened to, you know, take action.
We'll be right back with stay tunand now for words that make corrupt politicians

(18:36):
make wee wee in their little pants. Transparency and the rule of law will
be the touchtones of this president. But we have to pass the bill so
that you kind of find out whatis in its. Special Prosecutor Larry Claiman

(18:56):
be the one who makes our countrygreat again. Go to freedom Watch you
and donate back with Siaka. Let'srefresh everybody's memory as to your case,
Soaka, because it is typical ofwhat's going on right now. The so
called Justice Department, the Biden JusticeDepartment, you know, continues to boast
how they're going to round up,you know, even more thousands of people

(19:18):
and get them convicted and put themaway. This is probably President Biden's only
hope, however, remote for reelectionis to use January sixth as a fulcrum
against President Trump. We don't tellpeople to vote for but on the other
hand, people need to know thefacts, and it's a last ditch effort

(19:38):
to keep the American people down toquell dissent. We now have press articles.
It's some groups that have been supportingJanuary sixth protesters. Democrat congressmen have
called for the IRS to investigate them. That's illegal. By the way,
that's a crime. I've dealt withthat in the past for various clients.
So no holds barred, and theleft is ruthless. They're vicious. The

(20:03):
Democrats are an evil, corrupt party. The Republicans, you don't have their
issues, obviously. I mean, you're one of the good people in the
Republican Party. You're the vice chairmanof Los Angeles, Los Angeles County.
But the Democrats are pure evil.Let's recap exactly what happened over the last
three years that now has a meshedyou in this dragnet to round up and

(20:26):
to prosecute anyone, even those whojust talk to people that were in the
Capitol. They weren't even there. The Biden guestapo of a Justice Department has
promised to get them too. Solet's get back into history here so people
can understand in context why these liesconcerning the oath keepers are just a small

(20:47):
piece of the entire corrupt puzzle.Well, so you know, I went
to January sixth. My experience therewas not what they painted on the news
or anything like that, which againI saw after the back, but we
in June of twenty one. OnJune tenth, the FBI came raided my

(21:07):
house, guns drawn, all thatpomp and circumstance. They took my computer,
cell phone, flash drive, MAGAhats, which I still haven't received
back to this day. From thelast two years, I've been harassed that
every time I fly, get doubleschecked as TSA security and at the gate

(21:27):
I have to wait at the frontdesk to get extra check in. Now
I also call the Air Marshals justrecently a couple ones that are are tagged
to me because according to Project QuietSky Operation Quiet Skies by the Air Marshall
Office, that's what they're doing now. They're taking them off terrorists and they're
coming after anyone who's there. Atj six and then just recently November thirtieth

(21:53):
of twenty twenty three. I wasarrested on the Tarmaca Burbank Airport coming back
from a movie premiere of Daily WiresLady Ballers with my wife and we as
we get down to the tarmac,I get separated right away by four FBI
agents and there are four Airport PoliceOffice agents there to apprehend me because,

(22:18):
as they say, my involvement inJanuary sixth Come to find out later that
night when they get me to thejail, my involvement was four misdemeanors,
which included knowingly entering restricted area, knowingly trespassing in the restrict area, what
is it? A disardly conducted andrestricted area, disloied conduct in the capital,

(22:40):
and parading in the capital. Soit's wild that after these last two
years, this has kind of beenhow they decide to move on me in
this big moment for four misdemeanors, which according to a new friend, Steve
Friend, who's an FBI whistleblower himself, he's trained and they trained them not
to even deal with misdemeanors as FBIagents, but they instead of not even

(23:04):
just dealing with it, they decidedto turn up the heat and come out
with the full four. So nowwe have our case going to d C
on our arrayment. I've led notguilty. We have our next hearing on
the twenty second. We are waitingnow for our Brady had seven or two
materials and we're hoping to get justas found in the courts as time time

(23:26):
comes. Well, you know thisis part and parcel to obviously quatching descent,
and it goes, it goes evenbeyond January sixth. Peaceful protesters like
you is that they don't want anyoneto speak against this administration. They want
to get everyone to feel like you'reunder a sort of damocles or guillotine for
lack of a better word. Andyou know it's ruthless. And at the

(23:51):
present time all this is going on, of course, Trump is a meshed
upon with it as well with hiscase in front of Judge Tanya Chudkin in
the U S District Court for theDistrict of Columbia. And in addition to
that, he has an appeal whichis before the US Circuit Court, the

(24:11):
DC Circuit in d C, withregard to whether he has immunity that can
affect all of the January sixth protesters. And then there's also a case in
front of the Supreme Court dealing withcharging people with obstruction and felony context.
But that also can have a bearingwhen your case because some of the people
that were charged with felony obstructions werenon violent as well. One guy simply

(24:36):
walked into the Capitol with a Confederateflag. I mean, so what,
so what? That doesn't mean anything, And this is what you're dealing with,
and it's we don't live in thesame country that our founding founders envisioned.
It shows, it shows the kindof like foreignating and I think the

(24:57):
genius of God first w and foremost. But also what Trump did because he
put in three conservative judges for SupremeCourt while he was president, Like,
we'll go back and look at thatdecision is probably the biggest decision that he
made this whole administration to keep thisrepublic intact. Because now, just like

(25:17):
the sort of the Colorado's Supreme Courtruling, are the main Secretary of State
ruling these things, they have togo to Supreme Court and they'll have the
final say. So now these activistjudges in these predominant blue states that try
to set precedent and standards that shouldn'texist. We get, in a sense,
the adults back in the room tocalm some of this down. And
I think that along with the numbers, we'll see what Trump that in these

(25:41):
primaries, it's going to be aand I'm not even going to say a
red wave. I'm gonna say it'sgonna be momentum in its own wave that
I don't think, much like Argentina, I don't think many will be able
to stop it. They'll try andthey'll do everything, but with what the
people are feeling seem to be turningtowards right now. The more information comes

(26:03):
out with J six, the morethat comes out with you know, the
border, the more it comes outwith what's going on in Ukraine, the
more that comes out with the antisemitism of the far left. It's just
it's pushing people so far in thedirection that for this time Trump is the
man that we need. So Idon't really see them stopping it. Well,
we'll see what happens in that regard. I mean, you know,

(26:26):
that's today and tomorrow's another day. These people are ruthless and they will do
anything, and you know, Ihope that Trump has good security. Again,
I don't tell people to vote forTrump or anybody else, but he
better have good security, better haveloyal secret Service people around him. You
know, there was a report byRob Reiner. I don't know if you've

(26:47):
seen it. You know that thisproducer Onllywood. I know Rob, Yeah,
And you know he did a documentaryon Kennedy's death. And also you
know further the story that the CIAwas behind killing Kennedy, John F.
Kennedy. Now we've got Bobby Kennedyout there as a third party candidate,
and they won't even give him secret, secure, secret Service protection even though

(27:12):
he's dead and his father were dead. This country is all but dead itself.
It's on its knees, and weare in a revolutionary mode. I
saw an interview that Vivett gave theother day with Tucker Carlsons. He thinks
there's going to be a violent revolution. And more and more of the stuff

(27:32):
is building. People are beginning tosee it, and they recognize a number
of different things. They can't affordfood, they can't afford gasoline. They've
been pushed into by electric vehicles thatdon't work. People are running across the
borders. You pointed out drug traffickers, human traffickers, sex traffickers, slavery,
just called it slavery. Yeah, crime is rampant. You've got anti

(27:56):
semitism and reverse racism around every corner. So something is going to explode here
and it's going to get worse.And that's but that's that's that's the that's
that's the conclusion I came to afew weeks back, like they're pushing so
hard for something to pop, whichtells me, as they're working so hard

(28:18):
to try to get Trump off theballot, that tells me they don't want
us to get to the voting. So I would implore anyone who's watching or
anyone who does follow me, andat what I do, it's to keep
composure, because then it tells methat's how much more powerful the vote actually
is, is that they're pushing youso much that then somebody pops, And

(28:38):
that's an excuse for martial laws.Somebody pops, that's an excuse to do
nothing but mail in voting. Somebodypops. And now that's the reasoning as
they've been gitting up for the lastfour or five, six, seven years.
White supremacy, white supremacy, whitesupremacy. So you know, let's
not have another January sixth, whereto me it does seem like it was
entrapman, but it looks like they'retrying to push us away from the vote

(29:02):
and must like ibmag them and hydroxy, it actually works that they still trying
to push us away from that.So get everyone out there in the vote
that you know, don't fall forthe traps in the decession that they're going
to bring. Because they're working sohard to make sure you don't even try
to show up to take away theirpower. It tells me the power is
still there. It is still there, So let's hold on to that liberty

(29:27):
by showing up on voting. Therehe now voting week and vigelance needs to
be made that it is as honestas possible as a voting system. We're
never going to have an honest votingsystem. No, never had one in
this country, never will have onein this country. It doesn't exist in
other countries. But layered on topof all of this, of course,

(29:48):
there's your criminal defense that Freedom Watchis involved in, but also our civil
case in the Northern District of Floridawhere we allege it's a class action.
People should go to freedom Watch USorg. See what we're doing in that
regard. And you're one of thelead plaintiffs, is that the government was
caught doing illegal surveillance of you andother January sixth protesters. This could have

(30:11):
the effect. Notwithstanding the cases infront of the Supreme Court and the one
in front of the d C Circuitwill be going to the Supreme Court.
The hack judges that listen to Trump'slawyers the other day are going to rule
against him one hundred percent. EitherRhino. There's one Rhino Republican there that's
so old she can't even remember whereshe is. Probably identifies with Joe Biden.

(30:33):
And then you've got two Biden appointeesas well, so you can forget
about that. But in addition tothe Supreme Court maybe having a possibility of
up ending some of this, whichis unlikely to happen, by the way,
Siaka, I mean, even Trump'sjudges threw him under the bus in
twenty twenty, even a Supreme Courtjustices, but this case could really put

(30:55):
a kebash. It could put themonkey wrench into your prosecution, other prosecutions,
those that were already convicted because ifthey used illegal surveillance under six and
seven oh two of the Foreign IntelligenceSurveillance Act, the baby may have to
be thrown out with the bath water. But this is our government today.
We live in nineteen eighty four.Iin rand Atlas shrugged environment, and most

(31:18):
of the American people, you know, I want you to talk about this.
They're living in a dream world, you know, not you and me,
not our supporters. But they thinkit's all going to go away.
Let's party on, you know, and we'll just well, you know,
the rest of our lives if we'reretired, having fun. You know.
You know, what I see isthat I see that they want to believe

(31:40):
that's true, but there's something inthe air that is not matching what they
want to believe. And their venomis in a sense, their bark is
getting louder, but their bite isgetting less. That tells you that usually
when you see that the dog, that dog is scared. And so just
having conversations with my coat and who'son the you know, the fringe of

(32:01):
things on the other side of thefence, and I could see the anger
in it. But like just likeJesus says and it's so crazy because I
don't do it perfect, but youstart to humanize yourself and him and what's
going on, and you see himstart to melt, and it tells me
then they're not really on that side. It's just what they know, right.

(32:22):
It's that when we talk about tryingto like when we say people are
brainwashed, what does it mean toactually break them of that? And I
think that is something that we haven'treally thought about and seeing when somebody's thrashing
because they don't want to give upwhat they're used to. So I think
there's a lot more of that nowstarting to happen because things are just coming
out and I've seen that with myown family, So I would I would

(32:45):
employ everyone again, say calm forthe vote and be ready to catch a
lot of people who may have beenvenomous before but they didn't know any better.
Hang on there for the next segment. We'll do a couple of minutes
in the verdict section well, tellpeople how they can reach you and a
freedom Watch to support this cause. It's very important because, like I said,
January sixth is the focus of ourvery corrupt government today and it is

(33:07):
something that we have to break theirback on peacefully illegally. We'll be right
back. Stay tuned for the verdictsection. A special prosecutor with Larry Quainer

(33:30):
before he was a trial lawyer. He sliced him and diced him. People
used to ask me, Larry, what caused you to start Judicial Watch and
now freedom Watch given the powerful forcesin this country that puts you at risk
in a meatpacking plan, I'm theson of meat packers in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
I had a slice and dice avery special prosecutor, Larry Klaimer.

(33:52):
If you'd like to support freedom Watchand this radio show, go to FREEDOMWATCHUSA
dot org and now the Verdict Fellowpage. It's people of faith, those
who believe in the vision and creationof our founding fathers, or just believe
in honesty in government, something thatwe don't have today. This is a
very important matter because Jix, you'regoing to hear about it for the next

(34:13):
year, and whether you vote forBiden or whether you vote for Trump,
or you vote for somebody else asan independent like Bobby Kennedy Junior, it's
going to be a constant mantra somethingyou need to be informed of before you
decide who you want to vote for. But the important thing here is is
that this isn't the wedge issue, the wedge way that this government is trying

(34:36):
to terrorize the populace, and itdoesn't apply just to January sixth. But
this is a message to everybody elsetoo. Challenge us and we will destroy
you. Challenge us and we willindicte you, we will try you,
and we will have you in prison. Challenge us and we'll have government agents
lie under oath to make sure thatyou're put away. And if you're not

(34:59):
put away, you might even bekilled if you're poort enough to get in
our way. So I want theAmerican people to take this seriously because it's
not just those of us who areyoung, middle aged, older today,
it's future generations in this country. Our founding fathers bought a revolution on far

(35:19):
less tyranny than what we now seetoday, and they have the ability to
fight the government today that the governmenthas these weapons, whether it's mass surveillance,
whether it's you know, these stormtrooper type tactics. I've often said
that if the Founding Fathers live today, they never would have made it to
Philadelphia to vote for the Declaration ofindependence. They would have been rounded up,

(35:44):
arrested and hung before they got there, which of course gives rise to
what Benjamin Franklin said to his fellowfounding fathers and colonialists. Either we all
hang together or separately. We willhang today. The tools of keeping the
government on top of us and keepingus down a much greater than King Joris
the third head Siaka, take itaway, and I want people to go

(36:07):
to freedom Watch USA dot org anddonate with tax reductible contributions. It helps
support these activities and supporting January sixthpeaceful protesters like Siaka, and also go
and donate to Siaka's website so youcan take it away with your final thoughts
and tell them where they can reachyou to donate to you directly as well

(36:28):
as well as to freedom Watch.Yeah, of course, so again,
guys, let's get out there andlike Larry said, we could either hang
separately or hang together. And yeah, I was told this at a j
six event, watching people and howlistening to the prisoners in there they would
sing the national anthem at nine pmevery night we got to hear. The

(36:50):
anniversary was extremely moving. So wehave to remember this isn't just another political
year with political gamesmanship. The resultof this could have one side be taken
out. We're already seen what happenswhen they got power for just the last
four years and how much they're moving. I just got a call today with

(37:12):
someone who has been raided and arrestedin San Diego for January sixth, guns
pointed in his family's face. Sowe got to remember that they're taking people
quietly in the night. When governmentstarts to do things like that, we're
in a bad place. But showup at the vote if you feel moved
to support people like myself and whatI'm doing. And again, you know,

(37:34):
with freedom Watch we were working withwe have two civil cases that are
going on right now against them againstthe government. So check out go free
to mutch pretty much USA dot org. Check out if you want to donate
to my defense fund, it's defendsiaka si aka dot com. You can
check that out. And then I'mwe're giving updates of what's going on,

(37:58):
giving updates on multiple cases that aregoing on and new evidence that comes off
from January sixth, So you know, go check out those websites. You
can find me on Instagram Atika Underscoremassively and on X at underscore massive JAKA.
Thank you for your bravery. You'renot going to be getting down on
your knees and making a force asmany of them can do so far.

(38:20):
And God blessed to you and yourwife Charlotte, who is pregnant, and
you're in seven weeks I know, seven weeks, seven weeks a viable human
and so you know, well you'vebeen our friend for a long time and
client and we will fight hard foryou. So thank you, and let

(38:44):
everybody keep this in mind, isthat we're at great peril today and it's
time for us to rise up andact peacefully illegally. Will be back next
week with another edition a special Prosecutor, with Larry claiming. Until then,
remember the father and son will onlyhelp us if we help ourselves. Jesus
was no pushup. Believe me.We'll be back next week night listening to us
