(00:12):
This is Special Prosecutor Larry Clayman.I'm the only lawyer ever to obtain a
court ruling that a president of theUnited States committed a crime for truth for
competition. As a young lawyer,I helped break up AT and T.
That's why you have all your cellphones today. For sovereignty, for the
Republic. I'm the guy who,at Judicial Watch, which I founded,
uncovered the China Gate scandal. Millionsof dollars going to the Clinton campaign corrupting

(00:36):
our political system were the privacy ofcitizens. And I'm the only guy who
have enjoyed the National Security Agency frommass surveillance and hundreds of millions of Americans
hearing it. I'm the son ofmeat packers in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I
know had a slice in diet, bringing it that we're going to take this
country apart and put it back togetheragain in the way envisioned by our founding
fathers. It's not just time. We're not just regurgitating news stories. Larry

(01:00):
Claiman, Special Prosecutor is making thenews, and now here's Larry. Welcome
to this week's edition of Special Prosecutorwith Larry Claiman lost to discuss major ruling
by the Colorado Supreme Court. Ifyou want to call it it's supreme,
I would say it's probably less thansupreme. It's corrupt. A number of

(01:22):
other issues. The open border, the plagiarism of the president of Harvard,
clouding Gay. She doesn't get firedbecause she's black, but if you're white,
you'd be gone at this point. The open borders, just generally with
regard to immigrants flooding into this country, rampant crime, you name it.
We've got Biden, of course, out there, who's hanging by a thread.
The guy looks like he's going topass out at any time, Hunter

(01:46):
Biden. A whole host of issues. And I've got as our guest,
Dimitric Penny. He calls himself TreyPenny, my very valiant, brave client
and friend who brought lawsuits years agoagainst Lewis Farakhan and others over the deaths
that occurred in the Dallas massacre inand around twenty fourteen. A very courageous

(02:07):
guy who's running for Congress, andhe'll tell you what he thinks about the
current state affairs in this country. But let's talk about the Colorado Supreme Court.
It's a joke. We know it'sa joke, but you know what,
unfortunately it's not that much different thanany other work in this country.
Now, of the justices who votedto ban Trump from the ballot, and

(02:29):
we of course know what happened, they all are leftist judges. They all
were appointed rather than elected. They'relike federal judges in a way, because
they're not accountable to the people inColorado. Three of them went to Ivy
League schools. No surprise, therea bastion of socialism, communism, atheism,
you know whatever. The judges whovoted in favor of Trump went by

(02:53):
and large to the University of Denveror a state school. But this is
a broader problem, and it's aproblem for Trump. This will go to
the Supreme Court, undoubtedly, andI do predict that the Supreme Court will
reversed, but it's not certain. You don't know who what somebody like John
Roberts might do. This guy whobasically lives in the closet in a number

(03:14):
of different ways. I don't needto get into it. He's ideologically in
a closet, and he's ideologically manypeople believe in a closet otherwise, but
he could be a swing vote here, and Trump very well might wind up
being banned in a number of differentstates. Now, the problem legally,
even though there was no due processthat was provided to Donald Trump, there

(03:35):
wasn't a trial, There weren't witnesses. They were going on a very politicized
and dishonest report of the House ofRepresentatives that contained people like Adam Shifty Shift
and Jamie Raskin and Gerald Nadler andthe rest of the leftists, members of
the Marxian Jewish left who really dida number and not just them, but

(03:57):
also people like Liz Cheney and AdamKessinger on the Republican side. Lis Cheney
this insipid, hateful person she's becomesince she was thrown out the Republican Party
in a fact, she lost theelection in Wyoming. She's out there just
crashing around right now, or shouldI say thrashing around. But there was

(04:18):
really no basic evidence for this. However, given the fact that Trump did
participate in that process, a conceptcalled race judicata and a collateral stoppel kicks
in. So every other state thatnow looks at this issue, where the
issues at issue in effect, theseleftist states, these democrat states in particular,

(04:44):
they can say, well, theissue has already been decided, so
we're going to invalidate Trump from ourelection ballot as well. So expect that
argument to be made already. You'reseeing it in California. Of course,
it really doesn't matter much if Trumphas left off the ballot and California because
in no way he gets any votesthere. Anyway. However, other Republican
contenders will get the votes during theprimary there. So it's a very important

(05:09):
decision. It will go to theSupreme Court, but it has a broader
ramification, and it's what I've beentalking about for years. It's why I
found a judicial watch. On Julytwenty ninth, nineteen ninety four, after
having run for the US Senate,I founded freedom Watch. After that,
I change the name from a priornonprofit, the International Center for Economic Justice.

(05:31):
And this is a problem in ourcountry because, as I've said many
times, without honest, ethical andimpartial justices, we can't resolve political disputes.
The only alternative is to go tothe streets. And of course,
you know I don't advocate violence, but that's surely going to happen, and
this is a flashpoint, and shouldthe Supreme Court ever uphold what Colorado did,

(05:58):
You're going to see violence in thiscountry. You could see a bloodbath
potentially, because people don't want tolive under this leftist control. We have
total leftist control in this country today. And you've also gotten an effort by
bar associations in the District of Columbiaand New York in particular to eliminate to

(06:19):
disbar conservative lawyers, Republican activist lawyers, because that's the way that we can
fight in court. People who havebeen affected by that, most recently in
the District of Columbia, which isthe most bile bar association of any in
this country. If I had onejudge say to me when I moved in
pro Hague vice in a case,is that even a real bar, Well,

(06:43):
it's not a real bar. It'sa bunch of hateful leftists all giving
money to a group called Action,as well as leftist politicians and others without
any exception. And they've been tryingto eliminate people like Kelly and Conway,
former Attorney General Bill Barr, Senator'sTed Cruz, Josh Hawley, is John

(07:05):
Eastman, Jeffrey Clark, you nameit. And of course years truly,
I've been fighting them for years andyears and years. They are a terrible,
terrible group, and I'm going tobe waging a new strike force to
take out the DC Bar and totake out the New York Bar. Their
disciplinary apparatuss because they don't represent theinterests of either their members or the American

(07:27):
people, and they feel that theycan get away with these things, that
they get to decide who's going topractice law and who's not. And of
course they don't want anyone who supportedDonald Trump or as a conservative that actually
could go into court. So thistells you something, not just about the
judges that have infested the federal courts. In this case, so the Colorado
Supreme Court ultra leftists, politicized whodo not follow the law. They just

(07:50):
follow whatever they feel like doing tofurther their leftist agenda. But then there's
an effort on the other side toeven eliminate conservative Republican acts of his lawyers
who can go into court, hopefullya neutral court, and in fact accomplish
something without violence and without a rankeramong the public. Now, this is

(08:11):
why freedom Watch has started citizens grandjuries. That's why we started citizens trials,
It's why we have citizens judges becausewe have to go outside of the
established legal system to get justice. And we have gotten justice by indicting Joe
Biden for bribery from communists China,Ukraine and Russia, indicting him for negligent

(08:31):
homicide in Afghanistan, and then convictinghim. He got a twenty year sentence
along with Hunter Biden and also withhis brother James Biden. At least for
the bribery. He got it forthe negligent homicide in Afghanistan Fauci the same
thing we indicted, tried and convictedhim. He got a life sentence.
Robert Muller has been indicted. He'llbe tried for his Russian collusion witch hunt.

(08:54):
Federal judges are being put in frontof this group, and we have
to do it because here you havea House of Representatives with in theory Republican
control. You've got the head ofthe Judiciary Kidmmittee, which handles oversight on
judges, federal judges, Jim Jordan, who has rolled up sleeves. He's

(09:16):
a tough guy from Ohio State. But all he does is talk. All
he does is thrash around. Allhe does is go on Sean Hannity and
raise money and we're going to dothis. We're going to do that.
We're going to solve all the problems. Well, the Republican establishman hasn't solved
squat and we know that. Andnow even Republicans who aren't Rhinos are complaining,

(09:37):
what do we have up there?A bunch of Keystone cops clowns,
that's it. Why hasn't Jordan's headof the Judiciary Committee all judges in front
of the Judiciary Committee and either questionedthem and worked them over and or impeached
them. That one judge is subjectof impeachment proceedings during the time that Republicans

(09:58):
controlled congres So this is very importantbecause without a legal system that functions,
in fact, that was a majorcause for our revolution, for a declaration
of independence. The judge the kingtook our legal system away from us.
Then you can't resolve disputes peacefully andlegally. And what happens, and it
wasn't an insurrection, but what happensis a protest, overwhelmingly peaceful, but

(10:22):
some people were not. You sawthe first manifestations of the next American Revolution
on January sixth, and that wasa good thing. It's good for the
government to fear the people. Jeffersonsaid that when the people fear the government,
there's tyranny. When the government fearsthe people, there's liberty. And
the government has a lot to fear, which is why even though this was

(10:45):
primarily peaceful, and I have clientswho were totally peaceful, and we have
lawsuits in that regard class actions, the fact is that was a situation where
people rose up to show their discontent, not just with what happened in two
twenty elections, but the corruption inthe country as a whole. And the
government should fear even though we wantpeaceful and legal meetings, they should fear

(11:09):
that others will turn this bloody.Jefferson said, federal judges unaccountable to the
people in twenty years or so wouldcause the people to shed the blood of
patriots yet again. And while Idon't advocate that that will happen, if

(11:30):
you see things that's as we sawthis week with regard to the Supreme Court
of Colorado. Interestingly enough, whenI was in elementary school, I went
to someone who was the governor becamethe governor of Colorado, guy named John
Kicktnooper who's kind of a weird kidand a leftist. Apparently he turned into
so without any humor, I haveto say, Colorado kind of is a

(11:52):
freaked out state. It's almost asbad as California or New York. But
anyway, we're going to be rightback with Trey Penny, my friend,
client and a very valiant person,a sergeant in Dallas, Texas. Listen
carefully to what he has to say. He's also a proud conservative African American
has been discriminated against as well.Be right back, fearless, claim democratic,

(12:45):
dangerous special prosecutor Larry Claiming. Ifyou'd like to support freedom Watch and
this radio show, go to FREEDOMWATCHUSAdot org. I'm back with Dmitric Penny.
His nickname is Trey Penny, mybrave friend and client, someone who

(13:07):
took on Lewis far Khan, AlSharpton and the rest after the massacre in
Dallas some years ago where five copswere killed. Dimitric was right in the
melee, and of course it wasprovoked by a call to arms by Lewis
Fara Khan at the time. Infact, his disciple is the one who
actually killed the cops in Dallas.Dimitric is a sergeant in the Dallas Police

(13:31):
Department. He's ready for Congress.Trey Penny for Congress. In my personal
capacity, I urge you to contributeto him. He's a brave man.
He's not going to be a rhinoon Capitol Hill. He's running as a
Republican. So you can go tohis website after this and he's going to
give you the coordinates. But Trey, welcome to Special Prosecutor with Larry Kleiman.
Give us a little bit about yourbackground. You've been on before,

(13:54):
but let's refresh people recollection during thisholiday season. Tell us what the situation
initially is in Dallas with regard tocrime, as many other major cities are
suffering from that, and then we'llmove on to some other topics that are
very important to discuss. Yeah.Absolutely. For those that don't know me
of doctor Trey Penny, I'm atwenty two year Dallas Police sergeant. I'm
a doctor of Education from Texas TechUniversity US only Venteran and for the last

(14:18):
several years I've been a national lawenforcement advocate. I've also consulted for the
House and Senate on public safety policy. In fact, is because of that,
because of the inability to get anythingdone in Congress is while I'm running
for Congress. I mean, lookafter what we went through in Dallas on
July seventh, twenty sixteen, andseeing my friends killed in a lot of

(14:39):
duty, that was something that calledme into action to say we cannot tolerate
these radicalized agendas in this country. And I've done everything from fall and federal
lawsuit against the radicalized groups. I'vetried to consult for the House and sendent
on developing policy for prosecuting domestic terrorism, and nothing is getting done, Larry,
And that's why I feel, ona disappoint in time with everything that

(15:01):
I've done, that it's time togo ahead and run myself to get people
to when the people can actually havea voice and we can protect law enforcement
in this country, and not justlaw enforcement for the Austins that do the
difficult job of protecting our communities, but to protect you or your families,
the people that are at home andjust trying to live their lives and not
have to worry about being attacked whilethey're out with their families, especially during

(15:22):
this holiday season. Well, Trey, tell them a little about the lawsuits
I mean, we filed lawsuits againstfar Khn, Sharpton, Jesse Jackson and
others were provoking the violence in Dallas. Of course, we got judges who
were compromised. They didn't let thecases go forward. One was white,
one was black. It doesn't matterflip sides of the same coin if you

(15:43):
want to call it that. Andthey were scared of it. I think
they thought that they would be retaliatedagainst, that they could be killed.
But you've got death threats at thetime. I remember tell people about that
and the names you were called byfellow blacks. Yeah, no, Larry,
Look, look, I want tothank you for actually being ahead of
that. I do want people tohear this story because I think it's truly

(16:06):
important. Whenever the lock that leftdidn't like something that you that you that
you do, or say, they'llattack you, they'll come after you.
And what was so crazy about this? I saw the waves with the Black
Lives Matter movement before it even reachedDallas, like I saw it coming before
it got to us, and Itried to do everything I could to miticate
it, to mitigate it because wehad already saw what happened in Ferguson and

(16:26):
we saw Eric Holder go down thereand put fuel on that flame, and
we saw that that UH travel aroundthe country, and nobody would condemn Black
Lives Matter. They would say,you know, if you were black,
they were gonna say, you willsell out of you try to condemn it.
If you were white, your damnshow wasn't because condemn it, because

(16:47):
they would go say you were racist. And I had no politicians that wanted
to touch me. And the crazything about it, Larry, is after
we followed that lawsuit, So youthink about July said, when we have
the shooting attack in Dallas, fivebosses get killed, nobody would touch it,
even the highest ranking politicians in thestate. Nobody wanted to condemn these
groups. And luckily we were ableto connect. You would help you help

(17:11):
me follow those lawsuits. And afterfilling the lawsuits, I started getting death
threats from all over countries. Andlook think about this, I'm an active
Dallas police sergeant and people are sendingthreats to my job. They're saying,
hey, if you want to findcertaint Penny, show up at his job
to kill Sergeant Penny. Sergeant Penny'sgonna be found with fifteen shots in the
back of his head. That wasthe one we gave to the FBI.

(17:33):
Larry, See, this is wherethe real people have to worry about.
This is what really happened. AndI sat on that island for a long
time until I received the call fromthen it was candidate Trump and Julianni called
me up to Cleveland to tell themabout what I was doing, and at
that point everything kind of took off. They endorsed me, I endorsed Trump,

(17:56):
and the world took off for me. But I with more of this
story, and we're going to getinto identity politics and what's been happening in
our higher educational system. Stay tuned. We write back with trade penny.
Until then, go to FREEDOMWATCHUSA dotorg and contribute with taxiductrical contributions. We
need your help. Be right backand now ForWords that make corrupt politicians make

(18:34):
wee wee in their little pants.Transparency and the rule of law will be
the touchtones of this president. Butwe have to pass the bill so that
you kind of find out what isin its. Special Prosecutor Larry Claiman be

(18:56):
the one who makes our country greatagain. Go to FREEDOMWATCHUSA dot org.
Donate. We're back with Trey Penny. Uh, Trey, continue your story
here and then we'll get into thisidentity politics and what's been happening with the
Ivy League universities, with Harvard inparticular, and your takes on that.
Because you actually have a doctoral degreethat touches on these issues, you're an

(19:17):
expert with regard to what's been happeningin our country with the racial divide and
everything else. So let her absolutely. Yeah, absolutely, so just you
know, real quick, when Iactually went out to throughout the Cleveland to
talk to Rudy Giuliani about, likeI said at the time, it was
being candidate Trump, and I wasexplaining to him about what I was doing,

(19:37):
you know, and they couldn't believeit, Like it was like,
you know, nobody would touch this. And he was like, you know,
kids, you got some you knowyou you're a pretty tough kid to
be doing this, you know. And I was like, hey, you
know, I know what was goingon in this country. I've seen it.
I grew up around this same ideologyin the black community, and what
I didn't want is what happened tome when I was a kid. Everyone

(20:00):
wasn't advocate until they become a victim. You know, this whole ideology of
all shut down the police, wedon't want the police. That was something
that was troubling in my community. But I witnessed at the age of sixteen,
I witnessed my cousin get killed infront of me the day before her
wedding, and that changed my life. This same black community that was condemning
police, didn't want the police inour community, was nowhere to be found

(20:23):
when my cousin got kids. Thisis the same community that that wanted police
out, and we were being victimizedat a higher rate than anywhere else.
But I will say that these officersthat showed up that didn't look like me,
they treated they treated me and myfamily like we were somebody. And
that was the most the worst timein my life, but it was the
most inspirational time of my life becausethat incident is that actually what inspired me

(20:45):
to become a police officer. Butonto onto the DEI situation, the diversity
equity and inclusion. Look, I'vebeen a college professor for a long time,
Larry, and I think I know, I know for act that diversity,
equity and inclusion has caused more damagefor students in higher end than anything

(21:07):
else. Because what we did waswe said that what we're saying, hey,
we want you to we want toacknowledge diversity in individuals and we want
we want to want there to beequity in place when we're talking about diversity
of these individuals. However, indoing so, we're going to discriminate against
somebody else. What we're trying toacknowledge this this diversity, which is wrong.

(21:30):
We've seen it happen over and overagain at Harvard. We saw it
with the with the so called withthe affirmtive action and how they were letting
in supposedly be uh letting in AfricanAmericans into their college. But what did
they do. They manipulated it andlet Africans in from foreign nations and let
them in as opposed to an AfricanAmerican from Chicago or elsewhere, because they

(21:52):
just wanted the numbers to say thatthey were meeting this quota of affirmive action.
They did the same thing with theAsian community. They allow although the
agents were testing her to get admittedin the Harvard, they were admitting very
few and were taking their white counterpartsover them. So you got to ask

(22:12):
yourself. Whatever these schools are sayingthat we're doing diversity, equity, inclusion,
what is the game? What isthe end goal? And the end
goal has always been to subject someother group to some type of discrimination or
harassment, which is why I'm completelyagainst that type of Oh yes, it's
payback, it's paidback. I mean, whether it's that where it's reparations,

(22:33):
you know, or whatever the casemay be, is that this is retribution.
But now we have a situation withthe Harvard president, Claudine Gay.
I wonder how she got her lastname. As a matter of fact,
it's a very strange last name.Obvious. Yeah, I mean that those
schools also favor l G P qT, you know, over heterosexuals anybody

(22:56):
else who is uh, you know, other than what they are. But
the point being is that Clauding Gaynot only testified in front of Congress and
in fact ratified anti Semitism and infact became an ally of Hamas in effect,
but also has been accusation of committingplagiarism. And apparently it's not even

(23:18):
in dispute. I mean, sheadmitted it and several times. That's what
she has in common with Joe Biden, by the way, because Biden,
given the fact that he's brain deadand stupid, long before he became brain
dead, he was still stupid. He copied speeches for Neil Kinook, Prime
Minister of Great Britain when he wasrunning for president, before he was caught
in law school, I'm relatively certain, also plagiarized, and he graduated at

(23:44):
the bottom of his class. Nothinghappened to him. Now nothing is happening
to Claudine Gay. But the presidentof Penn who made the similar anti semitic
remarks during a recent hearing, saying, well, it's all relative. We
really don't know whether it's anti semitic. We have to view in context what
people are calling the annihilation of theJews in Palestine. That's not anti semitic.

(24:06):
But she is what is and Harvardnow calls it. Oh, she
just duplicated some language, not plagiarism, duplicated. So I want to get
your thoughts on that, because ifshe had been white, clearly she'd be
gone at this point. Look, let me let me say this. She's
an absolute disgrace. I saw thehearing and I tried to I tried to

(24:27):
listen to where she was trying togo with her responses, and it was
it was obvious that she was beinga puppet, a political puppet for whoever
that establishment is at Harvard, thatliberal establishment at Harvard, is what she
was doing. She was planning totry to placate to this left ideology that

(24:47):
wanted to condemn the Jews, butwhile not while also not condemning terrorists.
And it was a simple question.I mean, if you listen to it,
they would ask her about Hamas. And most people, most intelligent people,
know that how Maas, who's alreadybeen recognized and known in the United
States as a known terrorist group.Everyone knows that's not the same as Palestinians.

(25:11):
That's not the same. You're nottalking about this by people that are
Palestinian people. You're talking about hownot Hamas a known terrorist group? And
she couldn't even condemn the known terroristgroup, which is very problematic for any
leader of any higher education institutions. Now I'm gonna say this, that's why
you have a lot of institutions inthis country that are moving away from juniorship

(25:37):
with these professors, because what happensis you have a professor, you give
them tenure, and you let thembe an office, you let them hold
their position, and they start doingstupid stuff like Professor Gay did, and
you can't get rid of them. You can try to get rid of them,
but you're gonna pay out. You'regonna pay if they leave. And
that's what institutions try to avoid togive a tenure. And that's what's hurt

(26:00):
in real professors that are able tocome in and provide real ideal to these
young people, is they get stifledbecause of this type of Nussis they got
to keep these people on a payrollthat don't deserve it and should be removed
because of their flawed audiology. They'relike federal judges. You know, they're
there for life, and that's whatit is. You do whatever you want,

(26:21):
doesn't really matter. And even thePenn president who was forced to resign,
she still remains a professor at Pennbecause she has tenure. I tell
you a funny story, at leastI think it's funny. Before we came
on, when I was at Duke, there was a professor named Suitcase Simpson.
Now, all the football jocks theyhad a list of who they could

(26:42):
take courses with that would pass them. Okay, they were smart, they
just didn't want to study, basically, and they live right next to me
in the dorms that do so.One of them was Suitcase Simpson. Well,
my friend Steve Baar, who becamea vice president of Bristol Myers very
bright, I actually went to Harvard. I wonder what he thinks about what's
going on right now Harvard Business School. He was in that class in freshman

(27:06):
year and suit k Simpson looks atthe class and says, I want everybody
who is a Christian to raise theirhand, and everybody did except Steve,
who was Jewish. And he looksat Steve and he says, oh,
you're one of those. So fastforward, they said, he gets sick.
They think he's going to die. He's terminally he's on his deathbed,
and to make him feel good beforehe dies, they give him tenure and

(27:27):
then he recovers. So he wasthere a duke the remainder of his life.
But you know, it's not evenfunny because this is exactly the same
problem that we have with federal judges, unelected, unaccountable to the people,
thinking they're there for life. California, the Colorado Supreme Court Justice is had
voted to remove Trump from the ballot. Same thing unelected, and you can't

(27:51):
have that in an academic institution. Now, I want to get your thoughts
tray as well and what you thinkthis country needs. Give us your campaign
speech as to why people should supportyou, and let us let people know
where they can go to help you. And I urge people in my individual
capacity because freedomach does not endorse candidates, but I can, and I hopeheartedly

(28:15):
endorse Trey Penny. There are veryfew people, if anytter of fact,
I don't know any who would actuallybe in Congress that have your courage,
that aren't just playing a two fasegame. So's we would have one friend
in Congress if you were elected,to tell us about your campaign agenda and
how they can reach you and contribute. Yeah. So, look, at

(28:37):
the end of the day, Iwant people to understand that there's a major
mistrust I'm on the general public ofthe justice system. People don't trust their
elected officials, they don't trust thegovernment, they don't trust the judicial system.
And why is because of what wesee happening in front of us.
We see the political ideologies getting pulledus out of these systems that are supposed

(29:00):
to be unbiased and end up usingbeing used on us right, which is
why I say there has to bea change of the guard. We have
to bring in real leaders, especiallyas it relates to Congress, because Congress
is where all the policies develop, that's where all the money to us.
We have to have real leaders inoffice. And I'm running specifically to secure

(29:23):
America for everyone. That's my taglineis to keep America safe. It's a
f e secure America for everyone becauseI've seen the other side of not being
safe. I've been on the oneone on the front lines trying to protect
our communities, and I've been onthe one on the front line trying to
convince our politicians to pass comprehensive legislationto protect those that protect and serve our

(29:47):
communities, and unfortunately, nothing isgetting done. I'm not gonna be balled
off by the special interest. I'mnot going to fall into the trap of
not doing what needs to be donebecause I'm concerned about race and that that's
the true re even as to whysome of these common sense policies that we've
been working on the last several yearsdidn't get passed because politicians are afraid of
a race dynamic. Guys, wecannot govern that way. We have to

(30:11):
do whatever we can to protect theAmerican people. And I'm gonna fight from
day one. I'm gonna go inand I'm not gonna be one of these
puppets. I'm going in. I'mgonna do what's right for the American people.
I love this country that has givenme so many opportunities, and I'm
gonna make sure that this country isable to exist to give someone else that
same opportunity that I had. I'mTrade Penning and you can learn more about
me at Pity for Congress dot com. That's p E N N I E

(30:33):
for Congress dot com. Well yougo to it, brother. What's going
on with the border down there inTexas? I mean, you're in northern
Choash, my god, Well tellus what's going on with the drug traffickers,
human traffickers, fenton al and teriststhat are running across your border.
This is what we see at thesouthern border is fifty years of failed policy

(30:55):
in the United States. And ontop of this fifty years of fail policy,
we have an incompetent Biden administration thatwants to continue to leave our borders
open, and you know what they'redoing by leaving our voters open. Lanyer
and I think it's important for youraudience to hear this. By leaving these
borders wide open. The Department ofHomeland Security has just told us that they've
apprehended nearly two hundred known terrorists fromthe watch list at this border. It's

(31:21):
estimated that ten times that amount arealready in the United States. So if
we were concerned about another nine toeleven incident, we don't have to worry
about anybody flying a plane into anyour buildings because they're here already. And
we're expected to see an international crisisin the in the next couple of years
in the United States because of thisfel pulse. Remember I'm telling you right

(31:41):
here, right now, because Ihave been the one in Congress trying to
explain that this has created a vulnerabilityfor the American people. You know,
it's not just Biden. I haveto wonder, you know, and I
generally like Governor Greg Abbott, okay, but why did it take him so
long to have Texas and act thelaw to make it a crime to come

(32:02):
across the border illegally? Why didn'the put the National Guard sooner on the
border. In a fact, hedoesn't have adequate resources to really do the
job. But I also get thefeeling that Republican politicians, you're not one
of them, play the game. They actually like this crisis because they think
it's going to get them votes intwenty twenty four and beyond. They give

(32:23):
me your thoughts on that. Wegot about one minute here and we'll go
over into the next segment as well. This political game, we can't continue
to play it. Democrats and Republicansalike, I don't know what the end
game is. Democrats and Republicans alikeare going to be the same victim that
we're going to become. The trueAmericans that want to protect these American interests

(32:43):
we're going to become. They're goingto be the same as victims that we're
going to be if something goes badin this country. Remember, I'm telling
you that I don't care what communityyou live in, I don't care what
position you hold in this country. You're going to be potentially a target because
of the failed policies that you havein this country. Governor Abbit, my

(33:05):
sitting on this thing, guess whathe did. These people can get wherever
we are, They can get towherever that wherever you are, we're going
to be. We're gonna be rightback. We're right back with the verdict
section of special Proscure with Larry Claiman. Hang in there, Demitri, We're
going to give the verdict on what'stlandgoing on in this country. Stay tuned.

(33:36):
Before he was a trial lawyer,he sliced him and diced him.
People used to ask me, Larry, what caused you to start Judicial Watch
and how freedom Watch given the powerfulforces in this country that puts you at
risk in a meatpacking plan. I'mthe son of meat packers in Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania. I had a slice anddice a very special prosecutor, Larry Claimer.

(33:57):
If you'd like to support freedom Watchand this radio show, go to
FREEDOMWATCHUSA dot org. I'm back withthe verdict. People of faith, those
who believe in the vision of ourfounding fathers, fellow patriots. We've got
a bunch of court jesters on CapitolHill and in our government. That's why
you should be voting for Dimitric Penny. I say that as Larry Claiman,

(34:17):
and it's also why you need tosee the truth, because people don't see
the truth. What we see arejust a bunch of clowns running around like
chickens without their heads on. They'veaccomplished little to nothing. The Republicans and
the Democrats are pure evil for thatmatter, Socialists, communists, atheists,
you name it. And as Dmitrijust said, people are running across the

(34:38):
border terrorists. We're going to havea major terrorist attack soon. A Moss
is clearly within our mist They're ensconchedin South America are ready, they can
come up easily, just like therest of the illegal immigrants. And meanwhile
the American people are put at risk. Now you're dealing here not just with
garden variety crime, but you're dealinghere with the for terrorism. The Biden

(35:01):
administration does nothing with regard to Iran, which is financing a Moss and financing
Hezbo law, the Islamic Jihad andeverything else. It was just revealed last
Friday that Iranian intelligence is feeding thecoordinates of American and Israeli and other ships
to the hoodies who are now shootingmissiles in their direction. Biden sits there

(35:22):
doing nothing, likely because Iran hasa dossier on him. With all the
dirt about him, probably even greaterthan the CIA, because our CIA is
generally incompetent. And this is thestate of the nation. The verdict is
dimitric is that this country is onthe edge of extinction and the people don't
know it. It's like they're sittingon the deck of the Titanic listening to

(35:42):
chamber music at the place as theplace is sinking. So give us your
final thoughts. I want people togo to Freedom Watch USA. Doorg.
We need tax deductible contributions. Weneed more lawyers, we need more paralegals,
we need more office space. SupportDimitri at his website and get somebody
in there that actually cares about thiscountry and isn't just playing games and wants

(36:06):
to be re elected and acquire morepower. But go ahead, finish it
off with what you think we needto do to restore this country to greatness.
And we cannot depend on one individualto do it, whether Donald Trump
or any other Republican wins. Andthere's no political messiah here, and even
a Trump wins, he would onlybe there for another four years. We

(36:27):
got to think beyond that, ourkids, grandchildren and others. So take
it away, my good friend. So look, first and foremost is going
to involve put the right leaders inoffice. Right. I do believe now,
I believe in his concepts of federalism. I believe that the states have
a right to protect their own borders. I believe that in the states having
just as much authority as a federalgovernment has released to certain issues homeland security.

(36:53):
The states so responsible for their homelandsecurity, so you can't have the
federal government tell you to come inand subject you to unnecessary horm I A
lot of people like to talk aboutthe fourteenth Amendment, and you know,
all these different parts of the Constitution, But I do want people, I
want to bring individual's attention to ourstates' rights, and I want you to

(37:15):
pay attention to what it says aboutthe state having the right to govern itself.
States have to be able to protecttheir own interests, and if we're
not able to protect their own interests, then we're going to be victims or
whatever policies the federal government put inplace. By that same hope that I
do believe that the federal government hasa role, and then this federal role
with the federal government has a responsibilitysimply to make sure that these states have

(37:38):
what they need to govern themselves. In order to do that, we got
to have real leaders in Congress. We're going to have real leaders in Congress
that don't believe in overstepping their boundariesdecides wipe the states. So with that
in mind, you got to govote for real leaders. You got to
get all this craziness out of Congressthat all they want to do is fight

(37:59):
with each other. You think aboutthis past year. Nothing has gotten done
in Congress. We also our ownspeaker. We can't get any bill passed.
I don't know what's going on Americanpeople. We only have had a
minute left to Metrix. But yes, that's why they need to support you.
Where can they reach you again? They can find more about me at
Pity for Congress dot com. Inand I E for Congress dot com.

(38:22):
I look forward to hearing from you. Yes, and and and please support
Dmitrix. And I got to tellyou this is that the state of the
nation right now. Do not dependon President Trump automatically to be re elected.
Don't depend on any Republican. Dependon yourselves. And it's not a
question of political party. It's aquestion of loyalty and fealty of service and

(38:46):
conviction and principles to save this country. So I think dimitric for coming on,
Trey. We'll be back again. We'll have you again. Until then,
remember that the Father and Son willonly help us if we help ourselves.
Merry Christmas to all, but we'renot going to sleep. It's not
to all a good night. It'stime to wake up and do the job.

(39:07):
As I say in my book,it takes a counter revolution. Wake
up America. Thank you for listeningto us.

Ruthie's Table 4

Ruthie's Table 4

For more than 30 years The River Cafe in London, has been the home-from-home of artists, architects, designers, actors, collectors, writers, activists, and politicians. Michael Caine, Glenn Close, JJ Abrams, Steve McQueen, Victoria and David Beckham, and Lily Allen, are just some of the people who love to call The River Cafe home. On River Cafe Table 4, Rogers sits down with her customers—who have become friends—to talk about food memories. Table 4 explores how food impacts every aspect of our lives. “Foods is politics, food is cultural, food is how you express love, food is about your heritage, it defines who you and who you want to be,” says Rogers. Each week, Rogers invites her guest to reminisce about family suppers and first dates, what they cook, how they eat when performing, the restaurants they choose, and what food they seek when they need comfort. And to punctuate each episode of Table 4, guests such as Ralph Fiennes, Emily Blunt, and Alfonso Cuarón, read their favourite recipe from one of the best-selling River Cafe cookbooks. Table 4 itself, is situated near The River Cafe’s open kitchen, close to the bright pink wood-fired oven and next to the glossy yellow pass, where Ruthie oversees the restaurant. You are invited to take a seat at this intimate table and join the conversation.
