in a state of Georgia. I'vespent time in Georgia. Myself went to
Emory Law School. Unbelievable, Atlantais much different than it was today.
It's much different today than it waswhen I went to law school there.

It's highly leftist. Trump has beenindicted. He will be taken in front
of a hanging jury in Georgia,radicals of every variety. It's a leftist
city at this point. This isobviously an example of the complete corruption on
the federal level in particular, buthere you have it on a state level

of our justice system. It's whythe American people need to rise up.
It's why we need to declare independenceagain. You can see the hat I'm
wearing because a few years ago,in July, from July fifth to ninth,
at City Hall, excuse me,at Independence Hall, which should be
city Hall in the city once wasbrotherly love, which now is the city

of brotherly hate and homicide. Mynative city of Philadelphia. We held a
third Continental Congress who delegates discussing whetherwe should declare independence or not. The
time has come to do it again. This country has no legal system that

get a fair hearing. But you'renot going to get to one anymore.
And we have an example later onin the show I'm going to talk about
as well, dealing with the Januarysixth defendants. Because the deck is stacked.
President Trump obviously was indicted on severalcounts, so we're a number of

his lawyers, so we're a numberof his political counselors. And then they
took a mug shot. Now,at first I thought, when I saw
the mug shot that there must bea number of copies of that mug shot,
and they displayed one and they disclosedone that made Trump look angry and
mad. But now I understand thatperhaps this was an idea of one of

his brilliant political advisors to make himlook that way. That's unfortunate. This
is not the ballgame. It's notthe be all and end all the mug
shot. But whoever has been advisingPresident Trump and defending him all these years,
frankly has done less than a goodjob. He never was strong enough
in the beginning when he was president, he was illegally surveilled by the deep

state, by the intelligence agencies,the lawsuits were brought. He never pushed
back on the Russian witch hunt ofRobert Mueller, as I did for doctor
Jerome Corsi when we sued Mueller.Of course, he was the only one
who wasn't indicted in that case involvingRoger Stone. Roger Stone was indicted,
and he was convicted ultimately and thenpardoned. But the best defense is a

good offense, and Trump never seemsto wage it, and then he always
reverts back to the Republican establishment,for instance Kevin McCarthy. At the same
time that Trump is now subject tofour indictments when ninety one criminal counts,
believe that ninety one with a likelyindictment coming in Arizona as well that will
look similar to the Georgia indictment.He has two civil suits, He's facing

six to eight trials during this electionperiod. He will likely win the primary,
the Republican primary but it's going tobe very, very difficult to win
a general election when you face allof that in terms of time and expense,
and the smear jobs that are coming, and when you see what's happening
to him as opposed to the wayour so called corrupt government treats Joe Biden

and Hunter Biden, and James Biden, and for that matter, Anthony Fauci,
all of whom we have tried.Now we have convictions against Joe Biden,
Hunter Biden, and James Biden,and we have a sentencing on August
twenty nine that's coming up very verysoon, and I'm convinced that the citizens
judge will meet out jail time,and then we will petition law enforcement in

the military to carry out those convictionsand the sentences and to arrest Joe Biden.
As I've said before, in fortyeight states, including the District of
Columbia, if you know, ifsomeone has committed a felony, you can
arrest them and turn them over togovernment authorities. Now we have going on
that, we have convictions, andthese were fairly tried, and we gave

the Biden's notice. We said youcan come and defend yourself you can plead
guinness and guilty. No, lookcontendery. They're getting another opportunity on August
twenty ninth, also to defend themselves. The people have a right to meet
out justice themselves, just as ourfounding fathers did when King George the third
Turkov took our legal system away fromus. And that's what we see.

We see that our legal systems hasbeen hijacked by a bunch of criminals,
these Democrat prosecutors and these vile specialcounsels that are indicting Trump, trying to
destroy him and thereby destroy you.The one I'm referring to the particular is
Jack Smith, the Trump calls deranged. Yes he does look derange. He

looks like good Manson. I mean, this is unbelievable that these people are
even in power in any way.But what do you have on the Republican
side. You have a bunch offools court jesters running around like chickens without

did during the Clinton period. Theimpeachment was designed only to weaken Clinton to

York Times and Washington Post are diggingup information about the Bidens, which shows
their culpability. But no one wantsto bring about justice with regard to the
Bidens. Certainly the Speaker of theHouse, Kevin McCarthy care less. He
simply says, Oh, we're goingto keep considering impeachment increase over and over
and over again. He says that, but nothing happens. James Comer of

We're going to do that. Theylook like the court gestures. They are
because as Trump is totally destroyed,Biden walks around. Of course, he

to be Donald Trump. So thiswas just simply an entertainment an exercise.
With regard to some of these people. Now, some of them even though
our establishment and they're not my cupof tea. I think I liked the
Santis, I like Trump, andI like Nicky Haley. She's establishment.

I think she established herself very well. But then we had this clown Rashwami
whatever is named Rossan Johnny, that'sthat was the name of the Iranian foreign
minister in the hostage crisis many yearsago. In a president, I mean,
the guy's a clown and he's laughinglike the joker. He's obviously an
intelligent guy, but he's not readyfor prime time. They're right about that.

The guy is voted only twice inhis entire life. All of a
sudden, you know, he's abillionaire, so he wants to throw the
money around and become president of theUnited States. And he says dumb things,
you know, such as, let'sgive Taiwan away to China, or
I don't care what happens in Ukraine. Well you got to care what happens
in Ukraine, because even though weshould never be in that war, because

if Biden was stronger upfront, wewouldn't be there. The fact is is
that Vladimir Putin wants to reconstitute theSoviet Union. It'll be just like the
Third Reich with Adolf Hitler. Firsthe takes Ukraine, then he takes Poland,
then he takes Lithuania, then hetakes Belarus, even even though he
has control of that. But youcan't let this continue. And we need

people who have some experience. Wedon't need career politicians. I agree with
the event. He's right. Thesepeople were bought and paid for on the
stage, There's no question about that, and certainly it was entertaining. And
what's interesting is that after the debate, everybody thought that Vic won. Everybody
thought that Nicki Haley came in second. But in a poll a few days

later by the Washington Post, itturns out Governor de Santis it actually won
by a fairly wide margin because peoplewere able to discern, you know,
what was genuine, what was sincere, what wasn't just simply a reaction to
try to get votes. But italso points out, watching these frankly pigmies
that were up on the stage comparedto Donald Trump, that there's really no

filed at the time pro Say acomplaint in Los Angeles, California that was
pictably dismissed by leftist judges, andwe took it up to the Ninth Circuit.
I'm a member of the Ninth Circuit. I represented him there and the
issue is it was a violation notjust of his First Amendment rights, but
his Fourth Amendment rights, a violationof improper search and seizure. Well,

the matter went up to the NinthCircuit. First they said they would have
an or argument, then they canceledit, and then this week they issued
their decision, and they're right ontop of it, not for publication.
That means we can't use it aspresident. The decision is completely intellectually dishonest.
The judges who ruled on this wereappointed by Joe Biden, by a

Barack Obama, and by Jimmy Carterno less ultra leftists, and they basically
said, well, you really can'tpursue your claim because you could have filed
a complaint with the Inspector General ofthe Dustess Department that you didn't exhaust your
legal remedies. You can't bring aBIBBNS case against Christopher Ray of the FBI

and the Department of Justice for violatingconstitutional rights. They knew that was wrong,
which is why they said not forpublication, because they didn't want it
to be used as president. Andthis is where we are, you see,
this is where we are in ourlegal system. We're going to talk
about that in the next segment too. These federal judges in particular do what

they want. They think they're abovethe law. They are above the law
as far as the way the lawis enforced because no one holds them accountable.
They simply were protecting the Justice Department, and they are part of that
establishment. Of course, the JusticeDepartment now is controlled by Joe Biden and
his left as goons, Marek Garland, the Attorney General and Christopher Ray,

the director of the FBI. Thisis really tragic, and I'm going to
talk about the mechanism to deal withjudges in our next segment. But where's
Jim Jordan. You know, I'mvery critical in frankly gets of my nerves.
He's the head of the House JudiciaryCommittee. Always has rolled up sleeves,

mister tough guy, you know,very glib. You know we're going
to do this, We're going todo that. Well, I can't stand
and listen to the guy anymore.I really can't. I can't stand to
listen to any of them because JimJordan, as the head of the Judiciary
Committee, could be hauling these judges, these lawless judges that are throwing January
six peaceful protesters in prison having tomake forced confessions. Judges of the Ninth

Circuit that make a totally intellectually dishonestdecision. At a minimum, he could
be calling them to testify in frontof the Judiciary Committee and many of them
should simply be impeached. In twohundred and some years after how we became
a nation with the Declaration of Independence, we've only impeached eight judges, most

of them either for drunkenness or notshowing up or whatever the case may be.
The last one that was impeached.One of the last ones, Alice
Hasty, was impeached for taking bribesand he then ran for the Senate for
the Congress in Miami and won.He was there ever since until he died
in the last few years. Sothis is a serious problem. Without a
legal system which number one treats peoplefairly, which number two actually meets out

justice, which isn't in the hippocket of the establishments of both political parties,
we are left defenseless as an Americanpeople. And that is the rationale

day, where they won't have acountry. You could cut Israel in half

The same thing is true for SaudiArabia. If it's not vigilant, it'll

do it for ourselves, because wecan't even depend on our religious institutions.
Do us for it. We doit for us. Yes, belief in
God, the Divine Province got usthrough the First American Revolution. But whether
it's the Catholic Church, whether it'sthe Jewish church should call it a church

or a synagogue or whatever, whetherit's the Muslim religion or whatever it may
be, Hindu, Buddhism, whatever, these established religious institutions are abdicating their
responsibility. To look at the pope. The pope who's a communist, he
has no problem what's going on today. He has no problem with homosexuality.
He doesn't rail against pushing perverted ideologiesand kids and sex changes. He's a

politician like the rest, and theother organized religions are the same. So
you need to find faith in yourown heart. You need to go direct
to God. You don't need intermediaries, you don't need priests, you don't
need rabbis, You don't even needministers. You need to go yourself direct.

elected revel or elected representatives are tradingtheir influence, just like Joe Biden did.

instance, gone to lunch with acongressman or a congresswoman who's taken one penny
out of their pocket to pay forlunch. You're actually allowed to pay for
their lunch, and they sit therewaiting for you to pull out your credit

unless we are prepared to take risks, unless we recognize that this country
is virtually gone and on its back. Look around, fellow patriots. Gasoline
now close to five dollars in moststates. If you go out to California,
it's over six dollars. In someparts of Beverly Hills, for instance.

It's eight dollars San Francisco. Others. You've got rampant crime in California.
You can steal up to nine hundredand fifty dollars and not, of
course pay any consequence. People cando smashing grabs and stores and security guards
