(00:12):
This is Special Prosecutor Larry Clayman.I'm the only lawyer ever to obtain a
court ruling that a president of theUnited States committed a crime for truth for
competition. As a young lawyer,I helped break up AT and T.
That's why you have all your cellphones today. For sovereignty, for the
Republic. I'm the guy who,at Judicial Watch, which I founded,
uncovered the China Gate scandal. Millionsof dollars going to the Clinton campaign corrupting
(00:36):
our political system were the privacy ofcitizens. And I'm the only guy who
have enjoyed the National Security Agency frommass surveillance and hundreds of millions of Americans
hearing it. I'm the son ofmeat packers in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I
know had a slice in diet, bringing it that we're going to take this
country apart and put it back togetheragain in the way envisioned by our founding
fathers. It's not just we're notjust regurgitating news stories. Larry Claiman Special
(01:02):
Prosecutor is making the news, andnow here's Larry. Welcome to this week's
edition of Special Prosecutor with Larry Claiman. Many things happening, many things happening
that aren't good. But we're goingto make it right at freedom Watch.
This is what we do. Weare your justice department. You have no
other justice department that is honest. You have a gestapo of the Biden Justice
(01:26):
Department. But let's talk about what'sbeen going on in the legal profession,
because the legal profession has hit rockbottom. As I've said before, it's
the most corrupt profession in this countryand for that matter, worldwide. It's
no accident that most of the politicianson both sides of the aisle are lawyers.
I have with us today Judah Friedman, my colleague and friend, and
(01:48):
he's going to be a co hostwith me. We'll talk about this.
But right off the bat, wehave three legal matters that we're going to
discuss. Number one is the decisionby the Supreme Court to order Texas to
take down the wire at Eagle Pass, which is keeping a flood of immigrants,
the illegal immigrants, drug traffickers, human traffickers, sex traffickers, fetanol
(02:10):
traffickers, and terrorists out of thestate of Texas. And here the Supreme
Court orders that have be taken down, and this is really remarkable, and
I my hat's off to the governorof Texas. He says, I'm not
going to obey that order. It'sabout time that the States exercised their rightful
jurisdiction and authority. They are notresponsible to have to follow a Supreme Court
(02:34):
order which is clearly unconstitutional and whichendangers the people of Texas. We're going
to be talking about that. Thisis the beginning of a potential civil war,
because you've got Texas National Guard downthere, You've got Texas Rangers.
In fact, I represent a Texasranger who was shot by a Mexican policeman
across the border. Believe it ornot, in the private parts. That
case is ongoing in Texas, Imight add. And then of course we
(02:59):
have the Pulmit decision by the InternationalCourt of Justice. I actually studied there
as a young lawyer. It hasbecome a complete abortion. They are putting
Israel unnoticed through preliminary finding that theymay be found Israel to have committed genocide.
This is obviously something which was orchestratedby the government of South Africa.
(03:22):
And there's an irony here because wemight remember that nobody condones apartheid or what
was going on at that time.In fact, as a young lawyer,
I went to South Africa twice andI was disgusted by apartheid and what was
going on. I was an internationaltrade lawyer. I worked from another law
firm at the time before I startedmine. But the reality is the government
of South Africa, comprised mostly ofcommunists, has destroyed that country and now
(03:46):
they want to destroy Israel as well, vehemently anti Semitic, I might add,
and that is an absolute outrage. And then let's talk about another matter,
and we'll get to the big one, the big Kahuna here Proud Boys,
a Proud Boys member was sentenced tosix years in prison. He appeared
in front of Judge James Boseburg ofthe Uchester Court for the District of Columbia.
(04:10):
Bosburg I had been in front ofhim before, a complete hack.
He's just one of many on thatcourt. In fact, they're all hacks,
frankly, and he wanted this defendantto basically get down on his knees
and repent for going into the capitol. Apparently all he did was to push
down a barricade, and the defendantcame back and said, your honor,
(04:30):
I will not make a confession,I will not repent. I don't care
if you give me one hundred years, and he added, you're nothing but
a clown, which is exactly whatBoseburg is. This is a judge who
would even release the photograph of Osamabin Laden when we sought it at Freedom
Watch. My former group sought itas well. There was no privacy concern
here. And to this day wedon't know whether we actually killed bin Laden
(04:55):
in that raid, or whether hedied of natural causes, or God knows
where he is at this point intime. Maybe we'll run for presidents in
the United States. He certainly wasmore competent than the one we've got right
now. Little facetiousness. And then, of course there's Judge Lambert, who
I used to have a high regardfor no longer, and he basically went
(05:15):
off on a tie raid just yesterdaywith regard to January sixth defendants and upped
a sentence of one of the defendantsby sixty days simply because that individual was
challenging his authority. He of coursehas been stung by having given the QAnon
Shaman so much time when it waslater revealed that the Qunon Shaman was actually
(05:36):
escorted into the capital by Capitol police. But I know Lambert quite well.
I used to consider him a friend. It's shame has happened to him.
He's going south. And this isa guy who told another January sixth defendant,
you had no right to be inthe Capitol because George Washington said you
must obey the established government. Ofcourse, George Washington did not obey the
(05:58):
established government, or we would havea country today. And here's the big
one that we're going to talk aboutwith Judah, and that is a verdict
came down today against President Trump foreighty three million dollars in the case involving
the woman who claimed remembered forty yearsafter it happened that she was raped by
(06:19):
Donald Trump. It was a defamationcase. Trump denied it. He said
some states statements, you know, about her credibility. And he got nailed
for eighty three million dollars. Thejudge Lewis Kaplan, a member of the
Marxian Jewish Left, along with theother judge that that Trump is confronting Judge
(06:39):
Arthur angeron another card, carring memberof the Jewish left. Marxist in their
own right have been terrorizing Trump. And if there's any good lesson to be
learned from this, by the way, Lewis Caplin threatenes for Trump's lawyer Lena
Abbit in jail today before the verdictcame down. If there's any lesson is
that the American people are now beginningto see what I've been saying for decades,
(07:02):
since I started Judicial Watch on Julytwenty ninth, nineteen ninety four,
is that our legal system does notrepresent the American people. It represents itself,
particularly at the federal levels. Ofcourse, to state judges, very
corrupted. But without judges and withouta system that will protect the American people,
(07:24):
we are left defenseless. And that'sthe reason for being for freedom Watch,
because we are your protector. SoI want you to go to freedom
Watch USA Dorg contribute to our causewith tax deductial contributions. You have no
protection in the legal system. Today. People see through it. They see
just how corrupt it is. Andif the tragedies that are happening to President
(07:45):
Trump have any silver lining, it'sbecause it's it is exposing what I've been
saying now for decades, that ourlegal system is corrupt to the core.
Judah comment on some of the thingsthat I just mentioned, and then we'll
get into the next segment after thebreak. Well, I mean, obviously
this is a joke. This eJohn Carroll a woman is a joke.
(08:11):
Remember, this was a This wasa case that New York, New York
allowed a law and to effect, call it the Trump law, that everybody
had one year for past things. This is for past sexual abuse cases.
This is a woman that said toAnderson Cooper rapedist sexy. This is a
(08:31):
woman who tweeted that her favorite showwas The Apprentice. This is a woman
who tried to sell books who can'tremember the date that this happened on,
who wore a dress that she sworethat she said this was the dress that
was in when the designer said thatthat that dress did not exist in the
year that this alleged incident happened. And he's accused, he defends himself,
(09:00):
and somehow that ruins her reputation, and today he's paying eighty three million dollars
for it when they were only asking, I believe, for twelve. So
the jury took upon him, tookit upon themselves to award him, award
her for him sixty million sixty millionmore dollars. This is a joke,
and people wonder why. People wonderwhy he's so up far ahead in the
(09:24):
polls, and I pray that.I'll be honest, Larry, I got
to say this. For any womenthat are happy about this, I pray
you have sons, because your sonsare in jeopardy of false accusations and there
is no line of defense against yourchildren. So for all the women that
(09:46):
are happy about this, be careful. Watch with every Trump case, it
comes back at you. And thiswill come back at you women with sons.
So there you are. Well. This has been true. It's been
truth for a very long time thatwhen there's a case with a man and
a woman, if there's some allegationof sexual misconduct whatever, the man is
(10:07):
guilty until proven edison. And it'seven worse than that, because the woman
can simply lie on her oath theauthorities do nothing about it. She walks
off scott free, happy. Inthis case, eighty three million dollars richer
plus the prior judgment of five millions, and now it's eighty eight million assessed
against Trump. And it's basically akangaroo court. That's what it is,
(10:30):
And you know, my heart goesout to Elena Haba, who did her
best. She is very smart.I saw her, you know, make
a speech in front of the courtwith regard to Judge anger On and the
other case, the other phony casedealing with Trump's making fraudulent statements with regard
to valuing his property. She's nota dummy, believe me. But this
judge rode her, threatened her, terrorized her, and sew his anger on.
(10:54):
And then of course the leftist media, you know, people like Seth
Myers excuse the French, the scumthat he is, you know, rips
into Lena Havens. So does therest of the left. So we are
in a war with the left.Make no mistake about it. It's us
or them. I say, peacefuland legal. Keep it peaceful and legal.
But they must be destroyed, theymust be eradicated, they must be
(11:16):
removed from our baldy politic because theyare destroying this country. They've destroyed the
legal system, and for that matter, the establishment judges and the federal bench
in particular, like Lambert or others, they're a little better, okay,
because they just go with the flow. They don't want to stick their neck
out, and they don't understand trulywhat's going on today because they think the
way it was, you know, like the movie the way we were with
(11:39):
the Barbara streisand of Robert Redford,it's not that anymore. Right now.
It says the country is living underextreme tyranny, which if it had been
seventeen seventy six, we'd already beenanother revolution. But the American people are
frankly so much asleep at the switch, not our supporters but most of them
that they don't even know what's happening. But at least what's happening to Trump
(12:03):
is a example, just one exampleof what I've lived is forty six years
as a lawyer of the injustice, the corruption, the political doctrination, bias
of judges, particularly on the federalbench. But here and now you see
at the stake court, and it'ssomething that needs to be remedying. If
we're going to hold off and nothave a violent revolution, We'll be right
(12:26):
back. Stay tuned. I'm moreof this with Judah Friedman, co host
today. Thank You Fearless the DemocraticDanger, Special Prosecutor Larry Claiming. If
(13:00):
you'd like to support freedom Watch andthis radio show go to FREEDOMWATCHUSA dot org.
I'm back with Judah Friedman. Theirony here, actually, it's a
strange twist of fate, is thaton Tuesday I'll be taking the deposition of
Tiger Woods in a lawsuit that Ibrought in Palm Beach, Florida in my
own capacity as a golf fan andconsumer about the fight between the PGA Tour
(13:24):
and the New Tour Live Golf. It's an an trust case, it's an
unfair competition case. And who arethe lawyers that I'm up against that represent
Tiger Woods. The same lawyers thatrepresented Jeene Carroll in the case that just
gave rise to a verdict against Trumpfor eighty three million dollars. And I
can tell you something, they're nomore virtuous in my case than they are
(13:48):
with regard to this woman who rememberedmiraculously that she was raped forty years later,
and then of course it came intodefamation. So that's an interesting twist
of fate, truly is. Andyou can go look at the court record
and see how I have had issueswith these lawyers as well. Fortunately I
prevailed. Took a year to getthe courts to sustain this deposition of Tiger
(14:11):
Woods. He is believed to beat the epicenter of the anti competitive conduct
against lib Golf. And you know, freedom Watch is not just interested in
politics. We're interested in economic freedom. We're interested in competition. An ex
and I trust lawyer that helped breakup AT and T when I was with
the Justice Department, So that's whatinterested me about this, notwithstanding the fact
that I am a golf fan andconsumer, and also you know, my
(14:35):
private practice engage in the golf industryand that kind of thing. So watch
what happens with the deposition of TigerWoods. It's not going to be public
initially, but it eventually will be. It's being videot that's an interesting twist
of fate. I want you togo to FREEDOMWATCHUSA dot org. We don't
have much time left in this segment, but we truly do need your help.
(14:56):
You know, I always have ahard time asking for money, even
when I ran for the US Senatein Florida. That was not my strong
suit because frankly, I'm very individualistic. I like to do my own thing.
But we really need it at freedomWatch. The Republicans have siphoned away
a lot of money with their fraudulentadvertising promising to do things, and of
(15:18):
course the latest promise which they brokewas that they were going to try to
balance the budget. Our new speaker, our I don't consider myself a Republican
anymore, frankly, only a nameonly and my registers, so I can
criticize them. But Mike Johnson saidhe was going to hold the line.
He wasn't going to be a KevinMcCarthy. But he caved in. He's
about ready to be thrown out, excuse the French on his ass. And
(15:41):
this is what the Republicans do.They lied to the American people and they
pretend that they're representing us, andthe meanwhile, the Democrats are pure evil.
They're just a criminal, racketeering enterprise. And that's what we've got.
So you really need a freedom watchthat stands in the stead for you.
We have created our own people's justicesystem, and that system can indicts,
(16:04):
it tries, it convicts. JoeBiden is a good example, convicted not
just for negligent homicide in Afghanistan, but also for a bribery from communists China,
Ukraine, in Russia. And here'san interesting twist. You and I'm
going to let you take the stagein the next fourteen minute segment, but
I actually myself. He just goesback to what's happening with Israel and South
(16:26):
Africa and the International Court of Justice. I filed a complaint against Joe Biden
at the International Criminal Court, whichis part of the International Court of Justice
the United Nations for negligent homicide inAfghanistan because he ordered a drone strike after
thirteen Gis were killed at kabul OrAirport when we pulled out of Afghanistan,
(16:48):
and he killed seven children three yearsold, and the International Criminal Court said
they were actually going to investigate that. I actually had the letter and I'll
try to put it up on thewebsite again so you can find it.
But they've done nothing about that.Instead, they wanted decapitate Israel and its
leaders. This is what you dealwith with the UN. The UN as
(17:11):
well, is corrupt to the course, run by a bunch of rabid leftists,
and it has no credibility, slightlyless credibility than our frankly corrupted US
Supreme Court. And we can seewhat happened with Texas. By the way,
the conservative judges that voted against Texashas said take down the barbed wire
at the border. That was JohnRoberts, a man who lives in the
(17:33):
closet in many ways. And alsoConey Barrett, who is a Trump judge
who tells you a lot about ourlegal system. So we'll be right back.
Stay tuned, Judah, you're goingto be able to give your piece
and a lot of different things here. And as our legal system is taking
a piece out of us, we'llgive our piece on this radio show.
(17:55):
Be right back. Until then,go to freedom Watch USA dot org.
Contribute to our cause but tax deductiblecontributions. Get my book. It takes
a count of revolution. Wake upAmerica, and if you have any suggestions
on how we can save this country, you can email me at l e
is An Elliott Claiman at gmail dotcom. We'll be right back. And
(18:37):
now for words that make corrupt politiciansmake wee wee in their little pants,
Transparency and the rule of law willbe the touchtones of this president. But
we have to pass the bill sothat you kind of find out what is
in it. Special Prosecutor Larry Claimanbe the one who makes our country great
(19:04):
again. Go to FREEDOMWATCHUSA dot org. And donate. We're back. Judah
Friedman, my colleague and friend cohost, tell us what you think,
uh Judah, about the current stateof affairs in Israel. Israel itself now
is, in my view you maydisagree about, ready to shoot itself in
(19:26):
the foot, is proposed a twomonth cease fire. Now they took,
they took, they took that offthe table. None of it's on the
table. Uh, it's all posturingtheir way. They're trying to pray that
they could survive another nine months untilTrump comes in. Is sort of what
they're trying to do. But youalso sorry you didn't bring up because it
(19:47):
just came out this morning. AndI know you've been busy, You're super
busy. But uh, the uhtalking about the UN, which is part
of the Hague, which is partof the World Court, which a lot
of people don't realize is the InternationalQuarter is just about an arm of the
UN that Israel found and that theUnited Nations that at least twelve of the
(20:10):
UN teachers. I think it's pronouncedunbar. I can't pronounce it one hundred
percent correctly. We're Hamas, we'repart of FAMAS, and we're part of
harboring hostages that day and part ofthe massacre. And yesterday Blincoln came out
commending the great job that they dothat the United Nations does in these different
(20:32):
places twenty with less than twenty fourhours, Like Larry, we find out
that at least twelve of them areKamas. What do you mean by what
do you mean by teachers? Youknow, inside of Gaza, inside of
many places Syria there are the unhas has schools and that are supported by
(20:53):
the United Nations, and many ofthese teachers, especially in Gaza and other
associated areas, were part of themassacre that occurred that day and harboring some
of the hostages were at their homes. And so the United States immediately cut
funding this morning that was announced byKirby. But this comes up, I
(21:18):
want to say, sixteen hours attheir Blincoln said they were doing a bang
up job. That's what we're doing, you know. And again I don't
want people to think that somehow I'manti Semitic because I criticize the Marxian Jewish
left, because I'm not. It'sactually reverse because Frankly, as a Jewish
Christian, as a Messianic Jew,in effect, I am disgusted by these
(21:40):
people. I don't want the Americanpeople or anybody around the world to believe
that these people are really Jews. They themselves have fomented anti Semitism against Jews
because people see that these people areout there taking these positions, whether it's
Blincoln, or whether it's Adam Schiffor Gerald Nadler or Jamie Raskin up there
in Capitol Hill, or you knowother individuals, these two judges that I
(22:03):
mentioned. Frankly, it's disgusting andI am very concerned that the Jewish left,
which really aren't Jews at all, most of them, you know,
are agnostics or they're atheists because thatdoesn't fit in with communism or socialism,
that they themselves are creating a backlashagainst the Jewish people. That and that's
one of the reasons for the antiSemitism that we see growing in this country.
(22:26):
Your comments, jud No, Idon't disagree with you. I don't
listen. This has been going onfor so many years. As you brought
up with the Trump thing, thisis just the culmination of years, years
of judicial malpractice, the breakdown ofthe constitution, and when it comes to
(22:51):
the other stuff, this is yearsanti Semitism, Larry, is a disease,
and it's a disease that often laysdormant, and every decades or so
it pops up. It pops itsugly head up really bad, really badly.
And that's what we're watching right now. There isn't a rise in anti
(23:15):
semitimy to anti Semitism. It wasjust laying dormant and this idea. And
you're right, you're completely right. It does not help that you have people
like blink in. But this isn'tjust a blinking thing. This is an
EU thing too. This is theEuropean Union, which is so corrupt,
which is so anti Israel, antijew, anti America, anti capitalism.
(23:44):
No, no, I'm talking aboutthe European Union, not the the European
Union. I'm talking about Europe. There is no more such thing as Europe
anymore, Larry. They have beenhijacked by globalists and Islam. Okay,
there's no other way of there's notwo ways around it. There's the European
Union's condemnation, constant condemnation of israelIs in Britain and all these different places.
(24:11):
It has been going on for solong. When you look at the
Labor Party, Larry, when youlook at all these things, it's it's
it's it's just a dormant disease thatright now they found their way out of
it with Zionism. And that's justthe word of the moment, that you
could be anti Zionist but not antiSemitic, which is another croc. So
(24:33):
yeah, that's my people want toagree with me, they want to disagree
with me. I could care less. I'm sick and tired of watching.
I'm sick, are tired when peoplesay, Larry, the world is laughing
at us. Remember that trope underTrump, who could care less if the
world was laughing at us. Wedon't need them as allies. They're not
our allies. Europe is not ourally. I'll trust SORTI Arabia and the
(24:55):
United Arab Emirates before I do Britainand Italy. Right now, get your
free tickets to the next live golfevent. How's that? That's great?
You could you could plug that tooand say true to things are a better
alls and I do that. You'reyou're actually right, I mean you know,
actually I like the Prince of SaudiArabi. Yeah, so do I.
(25:15):
He did an interview you know, they've been trashing the Live Golf League,
saying, well, the players aretaking blood money. They could work
with terrorists, murderers at Tetris. So Brett Behar, who was not exactly
friendly towards the saudiiser for that betteryou know conservatives, that's the Prince.
In an interview, he says, are you concerned that people are saying that
(25:37):
your sports watching would live? Andthe Prince says, hey, if it
makes me a few extra bucks,I could care less. You know,
that's exactly right, and I wantto And you're bringing up such a good
point though, because all this started, so much of this started was with
Koshogi, right, I mean ofthe present day, I want to say,
(25:59):
hey, okay, remember Trump's thevisionary that saw that Europe is dead
and the Middle East would be thenew Europe. That was his vision with
the Abraham of course Kashogi, whowas part of the Muslim brotherhood, and
so so right there, I'll giveyou a good example, Larry. So
yesterday America was reported we warned Iranthat there was going to be a terrorist
(26:25):
attack at Sulamani's eulogy. Right,so they love using this word proxy,
right with Iran isn't at war,it's their proxies. Right. So if
you went and so we warned Iran, our enemy that they were going to
do a blast at our other enemy'sfuneral. So by proxy, if you
(26:48):
went to a terrorist funeral, youare a terrorist too. Okay, there's
no other way. So this isour government right now, This is the
United States government. Let me tellyou. You know, many years ago,
at the beginning of the student movement, I represented Akbar Mohammadi, who
was the first dude leader to callfor regime change. For that, he
(27:11):
was imprisoned, sent to Avan Prison, which is one of the worst prisons
in the world. Tortured, killed, body mutilated. I represented the family,
and at that time a Voice ofAmerica. Our Voice of America was
broadcasting garbage during the Obama years thatsupported the regime. As a matter of
(27:33):
fact, the chief of the Persiannews network at Voice of America in Washington,
his father was an advisor to theSupreme Leader in Iran. So you
see similar things. You know, these are Obama people. They sympathized with
Iran more than nail sympathized with SaudiArabia, Israel or any Arab country that
you know, frankly wants to eliminateIran. And because Iran is a threat,
(27:56):
particularly to Sunni Muslims, they wouldlove to have control of Mecca,
they would love to have control ofSaudi oil. And yet and here's the
other thing. I mean, theUnited States under Blincoln, Secretary of Saint
Lincoln and Biden, you know, gets Saudi Arabi to back off to eliminate
the Hooties. So what do wehave. We now have a cancer a
situation with the hoodies because the Hoodiesare in Yemen, at the base of
(28:19):
Saudi Arabia and they were threatening theroyal family. I don't believe that the
Prince ever ordered the death of Kossoji. Maybe there was somebody you know who's
occurred with nine to eleven who ki? But can I ask you a question,
who cares if he did this?Prit But this prince is a smart
guy, okay, and he's tryingto reform the country. He's trying to
bring it into the twenty first century. But this is what's being used not
(28:42):
just by the PGA tour to discreditlive but it's used just generally. And
you know that's part and parcel towhat goes on today. People don't understand
who our friends are and who ourenemies are. We have very few friends
in the Middle East. We haveIsrael and Saudi Arabia and to a lesser
in Egypt, and that's it.So you know, that needs to be
(29:03):
kept in mind. And the UA. Let's not forget the United As far
as Qatar is concerned, Disney wantto send them a sade in there and
take care of the Hamas leaders thatare living there, and they kill the
leaders of Katar to get rid ofthem. Done. By the way,
I just say, you know,I speak for myself, so my thing
on Koshogi has nothing to do withLarry. I have bet I have no
(29:26):
problem saying Kashogi was a member ofthe Muzzlim Brotherhood. And I just want
to remind people that you don't advocate, you don't advocate the elimination of the
Saudi royal family and just walk offsinging a tune. You know, it's
not it's not exactly a smart thingto do. So yeah, right,
but I don't think the Prince wasinvolved at all. But in any event,
let's move on to another subject, and that is where we're going with
(29:51):
January sixth, right now, becausethey're fanning out the FBI or you stopover
an FD behind a Justice department. And just yesterday there was a ruling that
came down by the Ninth Circuit withregard to the FBI without proper warrants.
They were breaking into the safety depositboxes of individuals in Beverly Hills, and
(30:12):
the Ninth Circuit give it credit. The Ninth Circuit does believe in individual rights.
People have trashed it for being tooliberal and you know, leftis etc.
But frankly, it's a hell ofa lot better than the Federal Pellic
Court in the Washington d C.And they said, this was exactly why
we have the Fourth Amendment. Thisis what King George the third was doing.
This is tyrannical, And they slappeddown the FBI. Just another example
(30:37):
of how our own law enforcement agenciesare being used against the American people.
The FBI agents were breaking into theseboxes, they were doing drug testing,
they were going through everything people ownedin Beverly Hills. And you know why,
they were concerned with people in BeverlyHills who were buying far fairly far
left and probably agree with Biden andthe rest of those clowns. It remains
(30:57):
to be seen. But they thinkthey can do whatever they want. They
can trample on the rights of theAmerican people and bust into their safety deposit
boxes their homes. Happened to myclients Siaka Masaqua O other January sixth defendants.
We live in a tyrannical state. And as Jefferson said, I've said
this many times. When the peoplefear the government, this tyranny. But
(31:18):
when the government fears the people, here's liberty comment. I listen, I
agree with you. Listen, Iagree with you one hundred percent. And
I wanted to say something to yourfans because black I sometimes I save this
for the end, but I'll savethis for right now. Larry Claiman truly
(31:40):
is who he says he is.It's a close friend, and he's an
amazing lawyer. And freedom WATCHUSA dotorg does absolutely tremendous, tremendous, tremendous
work. And I understand times couldbe hard for people. I understand all
of that that stuff, but thereis nobody that is fighting for your rights,
(32:05):
ben Larry Claimant. And there's nobodythat believes in the judicial system like
Larry Claimant It's always an honor tobe on with you, Larry, because
I have learned so much from you. Listen, I've had two great teachers,
many great teachers, but obviously benStein being one and Larry Claimant being
the other, especially when it comesto stuff like this. And I wish
(32:27):
he was wrong, ladies and gentlemen. I wish Larry Claiman I could have
said to him many times over,Haha, I got you, you were
wrong. I was right. Ihaven't had that opportunity once in the last
god knows how many years with asingle law case. So please freedom Watch
USA dot org. And we couldfight back against these people. The only
(32:52):
way to fight back is through thelaw. And I know that that's hard
to hear and it's hard to stomach. Sometimes as much as we hate the
law and what has become, weneed the law to fight what it has
become. So there you are verywell, said you to thank you for
those very kind words. It's mutual. We'll be right back with the verdict
section of Special Prosecutor with Larry Cleanand stay tuned. Before he was a
(33:37):
trial lawyer, he sliced him anddiced him. People used to ask me,
Larry, what caused you to startJudicial Watch and now freedom Watch,
given the powerful forces in this countrythat puts you at risk in a meatpacking
plan. I'm the son of meatpackers in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I not
a slice and dice A very specialprosecutor, Larry Kleiman. If you'd like
(33:57):
to support freedom Watch and this radioshow, to watch USA dot org.
We're backfellow patriots, those who believein the vision and creation of our founding
fathers, people of faith, libertarians, anyone who wants to turn this country
into a better place. Earlier inthis week, I did a podcast and
(34:19):
I did not mean to in anyway put down or disparage President Trump,
because although I can't tell you Ivote for and I don't endorse anyone as
the head of freedom Watch, youcan probably guess who I vote for.
But the reality is I don't wantpeople to think that because he's now the
presumptive Republican nominee and that he maywin a general election, that the American
(34:42):
people should be complacent, that weshould put our feet up on the coffee
table, drink Martini's beer, wine, smoke stuff. Although I hope you're
not smoking marijuana. That's proving tobe more and more dangerous retrospect and doesn't
help the body pol much less yourown body. But this is the danger
(35:02):
here, is that the American peoplethink that perhaps this political messiah is on
the way and there's no human being. What there's Donald Trump or anyone else
who is the equivalent of Jesus Christ, were Moses who will lead us to
the Promised Land? Or King Davidor whoever. And that's why it's important
(35:22):
to join groups like freedom Watch, and I hope that you'll join ours,
because we're more than a document collectionservice my former firm that I found in
Judicial Watch. You know crows aboutdocuments that they get. Well, that's
fine, get documents, okay, hang them on the wall, put them
where the sun don't shine. Butit's what you do with those documents.
(35:43):
It's trying to use the legal system, as was just stated by Judah.
And occasionally you do break through, and you can break through in a major
way. I have many times inmy career. But you can't quit.
We can't stop. And then ofcourse the citizens grand juries and citizens trials
where we have a right to meetout justice ourselves peacefully, I legally,
(36:06):
So what Judda said, is veryimportant because I wouldn't do what I do
if I didn't believe in the legalsystem. The problem is is that our
legal system right now doesn't exist, and we have to reconstitute it, and
we have to keep punching. Andthen, of course we have our Third
Continental Congress. We need a newgovernment, not a new nation. We
need to fine tune our constitution. We need to take community away from federal
(36:29):
judges and they gave to themselves andgovernment officials. We need to hold these
people accountable. And although Trumpets nowdown playing you know, so called retribution,
I pray there will be retribution ifhe wins, because and I'll be
there with him legally and peacefully meetingout that retribution for what has been done
not just the legal system but theAmerican people in general. Judah, listen,
(36:52):
I pray you're right. I haveno problem with retribution. I have
no problem with vengeance peacefully. Ofcourse, I love how we always have
to say that, but I havezero issues with that. And like I
said before, anybody that's happy inlife with miscarriage of justice, be careful.
(37:15):
It will happen to you. Thisisn't just about President you can't.
You don't break the constitution because youdon't like somebody or you don't like something.
You never break the constitution. Andthat's what we've witnessed, Larry.
We just the absolute destruction of theconstitution because their people are triggered by a
(37:38):
tweet. And be careful what youhope for, and be careful what you
wish for. Just want to sayone last thing, NBC Lowarry lost two
point seven billion dollars last year, two point seven billion dollars because of the
diversity, equity and inclusion. Soyou guys keep on wanting to run this
(37:59):
woke, go broke train. Enjoyyour bad selves. Hopefully January twenty one,
next year, Trump will be inpower our time. Yeah, but
don't count on him leading us tothe Promised Land. We have to do
it for our citizen soldiers, that'sright, and it won't happen. Moses
couldn't do what he did without thosefollowers. Neither could Jesus Christ who became
(38:21):
Christians, etc. And we haveto play a role. We cannot look
for a messiah. And look whathappened, you know in France after the
Revolution when Napoleon was the dictator andtried to restore order when the left went
crazy. The French people had torestore it themselves in the end. So
God bless you Judah, God blessAmerica, God bless all of our followers.
(38:44):
Stay safe, be vigilant, andbe unafraid. We'll be back next
week with another edition, a SpecialProsecutor with Larry Claiman. Until then,
remember God will only help us ifwe help ourselves. Thank you for listening
to us.
