Speaker 1 (00:00):
You need to know.
Speaker 2 (00:01):
What the Lord is asking you to do is extracting
your God given genius own and the problem that you
solve for the person that you're called to serve, and
then making sure that you have a framework that's either
on paper or mapped out with a step by step
process that you're going to take them through to help
them solve that problem to get from.
Speaker 1 (00:21):
Pain to pleasure.
Speaker 2 (00:23):
And then once you understand that, then pull out something
a piece of that to start with that lead generation process.
Speaker 3 (00:34):
Welcome to the Spirit Centered Business podcast. Will we blend
the spiritual with the practical for supernatural results. Now here's
your host, Berlin Nuby.
Speaker 4 (00:49):
Welcome back to Spirit Centered Business.
Speaker 5 (00:51):
I am here again for part two with Kristen Dranci
And if you miss part one, oh my gosh, you
guys need to go back and get her sh story.
Speaker 4 (01:01):
And I'm even more excited for part.
Speaker 5 (01:04):
Two because she's going to drop some gold nuggets because
she and I met because of a collaboration and I
had Natalie lavoc On, like I said on the podcast,
about a year ago, and that was I met her
from a collaboration and the collaboration, those bundles, those intimate
networking where you can really get to know someone rather
(01:26):
than just a quick SoundBite. Those are really cool And
so I'm going to give you the floor.
Speaker 4 (01:32):
To how did you get into that? How do you
do it?
Speaker 5 (01:35):
How did you launch your own tell us more?
Speaker 1 (01:39):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (01:40):
So, yeah, I really were struggling at the beginning after
I left my nine to five of bringing in consistent sales,
And now looking back, I know, like I tell my
clients all the time that you want sales to make
that impact, but you can't have sales without your people.
And you don't find your people until you have a
(02:04):
lead generation strategy in place. And in order to have
a lead generation strategy in place where people see you
as that authority you need to you get to have
your authority building system.
Speaker 1 (02:18):
Yes, God authorized.
Speaker 2 (02:20):
You, He's called you, He's given you the clearance badge.
But you need to get in front of your people
that he has called you to serve. You have a
mandate from heaven. And if when you look into that
definition of what a mandate is, one of that destinations,
the definition is he's established your territory. He already has
your people waiting for you. You just get to show
(02:41):
up and start to speak your movement and your message
and how you can help them, and that establishes that
authority and that credibility in their eyes through like Holy
spirit osmosis. But also when you tap into collaborations and
(03:02):
not using other people's audiences like the world will say,
but establishing relationships and tapping into kingdom relationships so that
you can add value to other people's audiences while building
your email list and helping others that you collaborate with
build their email list as well. That's where the multiplication
(03:27):
of kingdom and ripple effect really starts to take place
in your business. So I was being a speaker at
some of these events and I just didn't like what
I was seeing. And this was back in twenty twenty,
twenty twenty one, twenty twenty two. I decided to put
together my own event and really did just kind of
piecemeal it together. But knowing also too that some of
(03:51):
my spiritual giftings is hospitality leadership. I an organization administration.
So it was put together in such an amazing way
that everyone's like, oh my goodness, this.
Speaker 1 (04:04):
Was so organized. I love the engagement.
Speaker 2 (04:07):
It was a fourteen day event and there was engagement
throughout the whole thing, and then I'm like, hey, you know,
people are like I would love to do something like that,
and I kind of just really extracted what I did
and created my Summits with Impact program, which led me
into finding out that there's other collaboration strategies out there.
(04:30):
So it molded from hosting a summit in twenty twenty
two into helping my clients as well as putting these
assets in place for me, but helping those that are
in the beginning stages to have a lead generation that
is relatively quick, that establishes the authority in the online space,
authority that the Lord's already given them, but so they
(04:51):
can be seen as the expert in front of their
people and lead them on a customer journey to a
paid offer.
Speaker 4 (05:00):
Yeah, that was so good.
Speaker 5 (05:01):
And when I was getting into the business, which would
have been eleven twelve timeframe, I actually used some of
that strategy. And even when I was in conferences learning
how to be a coach, like during the breaks and
at lunch, I would give a little bit of coaching
(05:23):
in exchange for a SoundBite on a testimony of what
I did, And so I used those sound bites of testimonies.
Even before I had fleshed out what my signature process
was going to be, you know, what is my main
offer and all of that stuff, I had these little
testimonies to have right in my back pocket to build
(05:45):
that authority. So I love what you're saying there. So
from my experience and working with clients, it's usually the
tech that like shuts everything down, stum up people, makes
them afraid, you know, just makes them go on tilt
(06:06):
and overwhelmed.
Speaker 4 (06:07):
So I want, I think I know what you use,
but I want you to.
Speaker 1 (06:11):
Tell us yes.
Speaker 2 (06:13):
So I mean, it really depends what type of collaboration
strategy you want to leverage. There's those low lift strategies
up to those high lift strategies, maximum effort strategies. And
I do recommend that if you're going to do a
high lift strategy like a virtual event or a summit,
(06:34):
that it's professional and you have everything that you need.
Speaker 1 (06:39):
To put into place.
Speaker 2 (06:40):
But if you leverage my help or you know someone
that maybe teaches the same thing, hopefully, but I do,
I help you step by step with the tech what
to do in XYZ and you can even get my templates,
my landing pages or ask me to help build it
out for a special investment as well. But saying that
(07:06):
you don't have to put together a twenty eight speaker event.
You can do a round table interview series which is
just maybe five to six guest speakers who compliment what
you do, but have that same targeted audience. And then
you can put together a panel round table event and
(07:27):
each one of those speakers are promoting it one or
two times to their list, and you're routing them all
to a community or zoom where everyone's hopping on and
then it's just a landing page or even a link
where they're getting that link and register via Zoom. You
can do it scrappy, and I do recommend that you
(07:50):
do it scrappy, especially if you're letting tech holds you back.
But there's ways you can do it scrappy and have
it still look professional.
Speaker 4 (07:58):
Oh I love it.
Speaker 5 (08:00):
Yeah, share, share a couple of gold nuggets on that,
because that's that's one of the things. I like everything
to look really good. So I self taught on all
of my tech. You know, I now have an agency
who does it. But I want to hear your strategy.
Speaker 2 (08:15):
Yeah, well, now with Google docs or Notion you can
put together something that looks relatively professional, like here's what
it is, the outcome, the guest speakers, and have the
link to get registered and go to Zoom and now
a Zoom you have that capability to customize what that
(08:36):
registration page looks like through a Zoom, have your logo
or have the brand or a picture of the roundtable event,
whatever it's called, the date and time, and when it
gets registered via Zoom, you have those Zoom emails that
you can export out and then just import it into
your CRM, your email service provider. Those types of things
(09:01):
you kind of do want to have connected because you
want them to get that confirmation email.
Speaker 1 (09:06):
Kind of right away.
Speaker 2 (09:07):
But if you have a VA or if you stay
on top of it and you see them coming in,
then make sure that those emails get into your email
service provider or link it up somehow through Zappier or
some of those other platforms that are out there.
Speaker 1 (09:20):
But you don't have to let tech hold you back.
Speaker 2 (09:23):
You can be scrappy and nowadays you can google how
can I connect this to this and actually have a
step by step process in order to do it yourself.
Speaker 1 (09:33):
Relatively simple.
Speaker 4 (09:36):
Yeah, yeah, that's so good.
Speaker 5 (09:38):
So do you use affiliate an affiliate program? Yeah, so
everyone on the roundtable would then get their affiliate links
so that anyone who bought then it would get credited
back to them.
Speaker 2 (09:51):
Yea yeah, whether if it was an event that you
want to purchase or a free event. So there's so
many different ways to structure it. For the like I
work with most women who are in the beginning stages
or who have been struggling for a while. They've been
duct taping it together and piecing it together with you know,
those freebies or these courses that are just like one
(10:14):
thing instead of that full blown results based transformation. So
when they come to me, they have these bits and pieces,
but they're missing the foundations that are important for their business.
An audience building system, their sales conversion system, and then
delivery of that offer and that delivery and scale system.
Speaker 1 (10:35):
So that's where we really focus on. And then.
Speaker 2 (10:40):
You know, focusing on that lead generation is let's get
them in fast because and then get all the pieces
starting to work together.
Speaker 4 (10:48):
Oh I love that.
Speaker 5 (10:50):
Oh girlfriend, you are speaking my language, because that was
that was my experience at the beginning. I was studying
and retooling and learning all of these tips and strategies
from you know, back in the day. It was Frank
Kern and Dan Kennedy and Evan Pagan and Amy Porterfield,
(11:11):
Brendan Bochard, you know, all all of them, all Mike.
Speaker 4 (11:16):
Feels same, you know, all of it.
Speaker 5 (11:18):
So all of them had really good information and I
was learning so much. But all of a sudden, I'm
duct taped exactly like you said, and one thing is
not talking to the other, and I've got a manual
step and all of the thing and it doesn't look good.
I'm like, By about twenty fourteen, I was just like you,
(11:39):
and you know, I had worked with a client and
I developed a signature process where we put all of
the steps into place, and you can't get things out
of sync, like you can't make something over here, because.
Speaker 4 (11:53):
All of a sudden, it depends on this.
Speaker 5 (11:55):
And you've got this cascade of the dominoes that fall
if you don't have a thing in place.
Speaker 4 (12:00):
And I'm sure you did that right, So, oh my gosh.
I did all of.
Speaker 5 (12:06):
That and started Spirit centered Business then in twenty fourteen
and put that to the side just a little bit.
But then I ran into so many people who needed
it again.
Speaker 4 (12:18):
So then I ran, I.
Speaker 5 (12:19):
Ran my signature process live in a group for twelve weeks,
and like, the ones who actually implemented it were making
money by the end of the twelve weeks. So I'm like, okay,
I had made ten thousand dollars in a day by
doing it with one person, and now people were able
to implement, you know, by doing it over time. And
(12:39):
so then I wrote the book about it. That was
my first book, was Planning to Profit. I the value
of what you bring to the marketplace. I have personally
felt the pain of not having it. So thank you,
You're welcome, Thank you.
Speaker 2 (12:56):
Yeah, I'm resonating with everything that you said.
Speaker 5 (13:01):
Oh my gosh, yes, having the guru in your back
pocket for one thing, and another guru in a back
pocket and oh I learned this, and I learned this,
and then you sit down at your computer and it's crickets, like,
I don't.
Speaker 6 (13:14):
Know how to put all this together, like what, oh
my gosh, yeah, oh my, I'm so glad that those
days are behind me, although although we do have to
refresh every now.
Speaker 4 (13:26):
And then, and we you know, give things facelifts.
Speaker 5 (13:30):
And you know, run living water through it all and
freshen itality.
Speaker 4 (13:35):
Yeah so these days.
Speaker 5 (13:38):
I recently got, maybe in the last couple of days,
an email from you about a holiday bundle. You've got
some stuff for the holidays, why don't we just yeah there, Yeah.
Speaker 2 (13:50):
So I am a part of a holiday bundle, someone
else's bundle event that they put together, which was super fun.
Speaker 1 (13:57):
But yeah, so.
Speaker 2 (13:58):
I not only help host my own and help my
clients host my own, I do participate in some here
and there, and which is highly beneficial. I think it's
only been like five or six days and I already
have amazing one hundred and two new amazing women that
I get to nurture and bless on my email list.
(14:21):
So it is a great strategy to utilize. But I
put together a Black Friday and Holiday success package for
Kingdom women to learn how to capitalize on the biggest
buying season of the year, because why not. It sets
you up for twenty twenty six, and you can do
(14:41):
it in a way that is incongruent with your values,
also in a way that allows you to stand out
and be different than what the world's doing.
Speaker 4 (14:52):
Oh beautiful, I love it. I'll have to go check
it out. I know.
Speaker 5 (14:56):
I saw some of the stuff, and I'm like, who
looks good? I just wish I had more hours in
my data to partake of everything that you bring into
the world, Kristen, because it's all so good and your
stuff is beautiful too. I you know, you do a
really good job presenting it well. So I just want
to give you kudos for that too.
Speaker 1 (15:16):
Thank you. I appreciate that, of course.
Speaker 5 (15:20):
So so on the try wrapping this second segment up.
Speaker 4 (15:26):
Is there any other hazards.
Speaker 5 (15:28):
That you want to help people avoid in putting together
bundles or you know, in the in the different strategies
the lead magnet system and the sales system and the
delivery system, any other things that they need to be
aware of that you solved the problem.
Speaker 2 (15:47):
Well, I think I solve this problem because I had
the problem because I wasn't taught that way.
Speaker 5 (15:54):
We we Well, I just lost your audio.
Speaker 4 (16:01):
Technical difficulties.
Speaker 3 (16:12):
Can you hear me now?
Speaker 5 (16:16):
It's can you hear me? Something seemed like it unplugged?
Speaker 2 (16:21):
Yeah, all right, can you hear me now?
Speaker 4 (16:25):
Yep, yep, whatever that was?
Speaker 2 (16:29):
All right, Well, the microphone got unplugged for some reason.
All right, it's working now, so let's.
Speaker 1 (16:33):
Roll over with it.
Speaker 2 (16:34):
So the mistake that I made, because I wasn't taught
any other way, was hey, I need you need to
build your email list. Okay, great, well what do I do? Well,
just put something together and start building your email list.
So the mistake that I made, or the stumbling block
that I see is you need to start with the
end of mind. You need to know what the Lord
(16:55):
is asking you to do is extracting your God given
genius zone and the prime problem that you solve for
the person that you're called to serve, and then making
sure that you have a framework that's either on paper
or mapped out with a step by step process that
you're going to take them through to help them solve
that problem to get from.
Speaker 1 (17:15):
Pain to pleasure.
Speaker 2 (17:17):
And then once you understand that, then pull out something
a piece of that to start with that lead generation
process so that you are attracting your perfect fit client,
not just anyone that would love a prayer journal. So
that was the mistake in something black I made. In
the beginning, I was building my email list and building
(17:39):
it really slow. Mind you, I had one hundred on
my email list after a year of doing it. The
way that the market was teaching you back then the
people who didn't even want what I had to offer
after I actually found clarity myself. So find that clarity.
First offer clarity, ideal client clarity. Then you don't have
(18:00):
to have everything created right, you just are building out
that journey.
Speaker 1 (18:07):
And we see it kind of like right to left.
Speaker 2 (18:10):
Like lead magnet email nurture sequence offer, So that's how
we try to build it, lead magnet email nurture sequence
And wait, what am I offering? No, we have to
start with the end of mind and then reverse engineer everything.
So know what you're going to be doing, and then
you can leverage collaborations, host your own to exponentially speed
(18:33):
up your authority, exponentially speed up your lead generation tool,
and then merge into whatever phase of business you're at,
your founding member program or another offer that you've already
have validated and made consistent sales on bring them into that.
Speaker 4 (18:51):
Beautiful I love that absolutely.
Speaker 5 (18:54):
You know, God is a planner and we get to
co create with him, and you know, without a vision
that people perish, So it's always it's always important to
have that vision of where you're taking people before you
start building stuff, and before you start you know, implementing
the tech and making your website look good.
Speaker 4 (19:16):
What is the journey that the client? Where are you?
You know, where's their destination? So yep, so good Kristin, thank.
Speaker 5 (19:24):
You so much and thank you again for being on
the show.
