Speaker 1 (00:00):
Yes, you have the power to rewrite your story, and
I want you to let that sink in. You are
not a passive character in this life. You are the
main character, the one with the pen in hand, and
you are writing the script. This journey we're starting isn't
just about making a few changes or tweaking a couple

(00:20):
of habits. No, this is about a transformation at a deep,
fundamental level. So let's talk about the truth, the core,
the raw essence of what it means to rewrite your story.
Because this isn't about pretending everything's fine. It's not about
putting a positive spin on every challenge and sweeping your

(00:41):
pain under the rug. Rewriting your story starts with looking
directly at the parts of yourself that you may have
kept hidden or even rejected. It's about being honest about
where you are and where you want to go. But
here's the thing. This isn't a journey that happens overnight,
and it's not a journey that you just complete and

(01:03):
then move on. This is an ongoing process. The story
you tell yourself today could look different from the story
you're telling yourself a month from now, a year from now,
or ten years from now. And that's the beauty of it.
Your story is a living, breathing entity that can evolve
as you do. Now, as we start this twenty two

(01:26):
day journey, I want you to understand something critical. The
foundation of rewriting your story is self awareness. Without it,
you're just floundering around in the dark, grasping at whatever
feels good in the moment, without really understanding what you're
doing or why. Self awareness is like flipping on a
light switch in a dark room. It allows you to

(01:47):
see yourself clearly, with all your strengths and flaws. It's
about understanding not just what you do, but why you
do it. And it's about understanding how you're past your
environment and even the people around you have influenced you.
But self awareness isn't just a one time thing. It's

(02:07):
a practice. It's a commitment to being honest with yourself
every single day, to looking in the mirror not with
judgment or criticism, but with curiosity and compassion, to asking yourself,
why did I do that? Or what does that say
about me? Or is this really what I want you see?

(02:28):
Most people go through life reacting instead of reflecting. They
react to circumstances, to other people, to challenges. But when
you commit to self awareness, you shift from reacting to reflecting,
and reflection is where growth happens. Now, here's a big
question for you. How much of the story you're living

(02:49):
right now is truly yours? Think about that. How much
of what you believe about yourself, what you believe about
the world, what you believe is pos or impossible. How
much of that is actually yours? And how much of
it was handed to you by someone else. For many

(03:10):
of us, the story we live by is a patchwork
of beliefs we picked up from our parents, our teachers,
our friends, the media, and society at large. We've absorbed
messages about what success looks like, about what it means
to be good or bad, about what's possible and what's not.

(03:31):
And these beliefs, these stories, have shaped who we think
we are and what we think we're capable of. But
here's the thing. Just because you've inherited a story doesn't
mean you have to keep living it. You have the
power to question those beliefs, to examine them, to decide
whether they're serving you or holding you back. And if
they're holding you back, you have the power to let

(03:53):
them go. So I want you to take some time
and think about the stories you've inherited. Think about the
beliefs you've picked up over the years that have shaped
your identity. Maybe you grew up hearing that you had
to work hard to be worthy of love, or maybe
you were told that success means sacrificing everything else, or

(04:16):
maybe you were taught to believe that people like you
don't achieve certain things. These beliefs are stories. They're not facts,
they're not truths. They're just stories that you've carried with you,
and if they don't align with the person you want
to become, you can choose to write new ones. One

(04:37):
of the most powerful things you can do on this
journey is to reclaim your power, and that starts by
taking responsibility for your life. Now, I know that word
responsibility can sound heavy. It can sound like blame or
like fault, but that's not what I'm talking about here.
Taking responsibility isn't about blaming yourself for everything that's gone wrong.

(05:02):
It's about acknowledging that you are the one who decides
how you respond to what happens in your life. You
are the one who decides what meaning to give to
your experiences and you are the one who has the
power to choose a new path forward. Think about that
for a second. Think about the freedom that comes with
that kind of responsibility. When you stop blaming other people,

(05:25):
when you stop blaming circumstances, when you stop waiting for
someone else to change so you can be happy, that's
when you reclaim your power. That's when you take control
of your life. I know that some of you listening
have been through things that I can't even imagine. I
know that life has been hard, that people have let
you down, that you've been hurt, maybe even broken, And

(05:49):
I'm not here to tell you to just get over it.
Healing takes time, and it's okay to acknowledge the pain
and the difficulty of what you've been through. But at
some point, if you want to move forward, if you
want to write a new story, you have to let
go of being the victim. You have to decide that,
no matter what has happened, you are going to take

(06:10):
responsibility for your life moving forward, you are going to
own your story. Once you reclaim your power, the next
step is to create a vision for the future, because
rewriting your story isn't just about looking back and healing
old wounds. It's about looking forward. It's about creating a
vision for who you want to be and what you
want to do with this one precious life you've been given.

(06:34):
I want you to really dream here. Don't worry about
whether it seems realistic or practical. Just dream. Picture yourself
five years from now. Who are you, What does your
life look like? What are you doing, how are you feeling?
And don't just think about material goals like money or status.
Think about the qualities you want to embody, the way

(06:54):
you want to show up in the world. Think about
the relationships you want to have, the impact you want
to make, the legacy you want to leave. Now, here's
the secret. That version of you that you're picturing, they
already exist within you. They're not some fantasy. They're a
part of you waiting to be expressed. And the only

(07:15):
thing standing between you and that version of yourself is
the story you're currently living. So let's get to work.
Let's start chipping away at the old story bit by bit,
and let's start building the foundation for this new story,
this new life that you're creating. The last thing I
want to talk about today is commitment, because let's be

(07:36):
real change isn't easy. It's uncomfortable, it's challenging, and there
will be days when you want to give up, days
when it feels like it's just too hard, like you're
not making any progress, like nothing is really changing. But
here's the truth. Every small step you take, every time

(07:58):
you push through the discom for every time you choose
the new story over the old one, you are making progress.
You are growing, you are evolving, and eventually those small
steps add up to big changes. So I want you
to make a commitment to yourself today. I want you
to commit to showing up every day for the next

(08:21):
twenty two days. I want you to commit to doing
the work, even when it's hard, even when it's uncomfortable,
even when it feels like you're not making any progress.
Because if you commit to this process, if you really
show up for yourself, I promise you, your life will look different.
At the end of these twenty two days, you will

(08:42):
look different, you will feel different, and the story you're
living will be one that you're proud of. All Right,
So that's day one. We've set the foundation, we've laid
the groundwork, and we're ready to start building. This is
your journey, this is your story, and it's time to
start living it the way you were meant to. Remember,
you are not alone on this path. We're in this together,

(09:05):
and over the next twenty two days, I'll be here
every step of the way, guiding you, challenging you, supporting
you as you do this work. This is just the beginning,
but what a beginning it is. So take that first step,
sit down, get quiet, and start writing. Start exploring who
you really are, what you really want, and what's been

(09:27):
holding you back, and get ready to rewrite your story,
one page, one chapter, one day at a time, choosing
to write a story where you're not weighed down by
the past, where you're not defined by who didn't believe
in you, who left, or who didn't see your worth. No,
this is a story where you rise above those experiences,

(09:50):
where you create something meaningful out of them, where you
prove to yourself, not to anyone else, that you are capable,
that you are resilient, that you are worthy of everything
you're striving for. This story you're writing is going to
be one where you let go of old hurts and
turn them into fuel, one where the mistakes and failures

(10:12):
aren't regrets but stepping stones. Because those experiences they've made
you stronger, they've given you depth, and they've shown you
what you're made of, and that's not something everyone has.
Now here's the key. Rewriting your story doesn't mean erasing
your past. It doesn't mean pretending those tough times didn't happen.

(10:34):
It's about owning it, all of it, the good, the bad,
the ugly. It's about looking at the parts of your
life that didn't go as planned and saying, yes, that happened,
but that's not all of who I am. Because if
you've been through heartache, if you've been let down by
people you trusted, if you faced failure, then you have

(10:55):
a richness, a depth that can't be faked. Those experiences
have taught you empathy, they've given you resilience, they've shown
you strength, and that's worth something. So own it, don't
run from it, don't try to bury it. Stand tall,
look at your story, flaws and all, and say this
is mine and I'm gonna build something amazing out of it.

(11:18):
Because when you can stand in your truth, when you
can embrace every part of who you are, that's when
you're free to start writing a story that reflects your
truest self. Here's something I want you to hear. It's
okay to let go. It's okay to move on from people, places,
and stories that no longer serve you. You don't have

(11:39):
to keep carrying the weight of other's opinions, or the
guilt of dreams that didn't pan out, or the shame
of things that went wrong. Sometimes we hold on because
we think letting go means we're giving up or we're
admitting defeat. But letting go doesn't mean you're weak. It
means you're strong enough to make space for something better.

(12:00):
You have permission to move forward without dragging the past
along with you. Letting go is an act of self love.
It's saying to yourself, I deserve a fresh start. I
deserve to write a new chapter without the baggage of
old wounds holding me down. And that's what this journey
is about, giving yourself permission to start fresh, to live

(12:20):
a story that's fully authentically yours. Imagine if from this
moment on, you started making choices based on who you
want to be, not who you've been. Imagine if you
started each day with the intention of moving just a
little closer to the life you truly want the life
that feels right for you, not the life that meets

(12:42):
someone else's expectations or looks good on the outside, but
the one that brings you peace, joy and a deep
sense of purpose. That's what we're building here, a future
on your terms, one where you're not held back by
the opinions of others, by the expectations of friends or
family who don't see your vision. One where you're free

(13:05):
to create, to dream, to take risks, and to fail
without shame, because each failure just means you're one step
closer to figuring it out. You're the only one who
gets to decide what your life looks like. No one
else can tell you who to be or what to want.
And if there's anyone out there who can't support that,
who can't accept your vision, that's on them, not you. Your

(13:29):
job is to keep moving forward, keep writing, and keep
believing that you're worth it. So here's what I want
you to do tonight. Take some time just you, maybe
with a notebook or just in a quiet space, and
think about the life you want to create from here.
Picture it, imagine the details, Think about the people you

(13:49):
want around you, the kind of work you want to
be doing the way you want to feel. Visualize a
life that feels fulfilling, where you're not held back by
regret or resentment, but are fully alive, engaged, and happy. Now,
write down what comes to you. Write down what you
want to let go of and what you want to build.

(14:12):
Write down the intentions you have for the next twenty
two days, the kind of mindset shifts you want to make,
and the person you want to start becoming. And as
you write, remember this isn't just wishful thinking. This is
the beginning of your new story. Every word, every intention,
every vision you put down is a seed for the

(14:33):
life you're going to create. It's the first step in
turning the page and starting a new chapter. You've probably
spent a lot of time choosing other people's needs, other
people's opinions, even other people's dreams over your own. Maybe
it was because you wanted to keep the peace, or
maybe you didn't believe you could really go after what
you wanted. But right now I want you to choose yourself.

(14:56):
This doesn't mean being selfish or ignoring the people you love.
It means making yourself a priority. It means believing that
you deserve to be happy, to live a life that's fulfilling,
and to chase after dreams that matter to you. So
every day of this journey, I want you to wake
up and make the conscious choice to put yourself first,

(15:18):
to do one small thing each day that moves you
closer to your vision, to take one tiny step toward
the life you're creating. Because when you choose yourself, when
you believe in your own worth, that's when things start
to shift. All right, my friend, that's day one. We've
laid the groundwork, we've taken an honest look at the past,

(15:41):
and we've started to imagine what a new story could
look like. Remember, this is just the beginning. You don't
have to have it all figured out right now. All
you need to do is keep showing up for yourself,
one day at a time. You're not alone in this.
I'm here right alongside you, and so are countless others
who are ready to break free from the past and

(16:02):
start living their truth. So take a deep breath, believe
in your own resilience, and let's start writing a new
story from here on out. Every day is a new page.
You get to decide what happens next, all right, my friends,
