L’estate è quasi finita, le giornate si fanno più corte, arrivano i primi frescolini autunnali.
Per accompagnare questo momento dell’anno c'è bisogno di calma e questo è il periodo ideale per riflettere e trovare il giusto equilibrio interiore.
La nostra lettrice vivavoce Marica ci propone due poesie
L’estate è finita – Emily Dickinson
La seconda poesia è una lirica del poeta turco Nazim Hikmet veder cadere le foglie.
E’ una poesia delicata perché racconta delle sensazioni che si provano quando si passeggia lungo i viali soprattutto di Ippocastano belli come la nostra Allea.
Da bambina come oggi raccolgo i semi le castagne matte sono bellissime grosse tonde, lucide con un bel colore bruno.
Ad Angera è ancora vivo l'uso di portare con sé una castagna d’ India come talismano contro il contagio delle malattie da raffreddamento.
Sembra che sia molto efficace della castagna ti viene donata.
