of that mouth of years. All right, today we have
Union Bear Brewing October Fest. You brought this over, you
didn't let it warm up at all. I don't think

maulty with a clean, crisp logger finish. I ever score

that sweet smelling and that the old buddy that it's
pretty good.
Speaker 3 (01:44):
The caramel notes, smooth caramel notes, and a hint of
toasted bread and a crisp finish makes this brew the
perfect autumn celebration.
Speaker 1 (01:52):

Speaker 1 (02:12):
Right I hard poor jurors had a nice little head
on it and everything like that good carbonation. Now when
I did crack it, did you buy it's just a solo? Yeah, okay,
I don't see a date on anything like that. I mean,
I'm assuming it's from this year, broker.
Speaker 3 (02:23):
So it's it's not not like total wine where we
get three year old beers.
Speaker 1 (02:27):
Yeah. So, I mean when I cracked it, you know
obviously you probably just pulled out. So I had just
a little bit it phoned up a little bit above
the line there, but poured it great. Look at I
mean just the clarity, that color, that beautiful colorful. You
ready for fall?
Speaker 2 (02:41):
I'm so ready.
Speaker 1 (02:42):
We had that too bad. We don't get fall here
in Texas. We had that false fall. It comes around
every year. And when it was like the high, I
was like eighty, it was seventy five. I was like, oh,
I just want to pull it out, wave it around.
Speaker 3 (02:51):
And then this weekend it felt every bit of the
ninety plus degrees that it was.
Speaker 1 (02:55):
Dude, they're talking about that, Like, I think it's been
like the most humid year here since like nineteen eighty
four w or something. And I was like, it's just
been terrible. But I will say this though, I'll take
the humidity, I guess, because we only hit like one
hundred like once or twice. Right, it was a mild summer,
very mile, you know. But we're running and then it's human.
But there ain't been no rain, like it ain't raining
no more. Yeah, I don't know anyways, but it's real dry.
(03:19):
Allergies is starting to get me. Oh, I to you're
talking about your Coke A edition. Everything's fine there. I
was listening to Ron White on Rogan today and they
were talking about you know whatever, and he was like,
you know, I was like, Uh, in my prime, I
was in a nice hotel. We're living in a hotel,
not banging the hottest hookers there were and doing as
much blow as I could. He goes, that was it.
(03:40):
I was living. That was That's all I wanted to do.
When I got older, I was like, oh my god,
I mean whatever, he's got a point. He's sober now,
right because he's an old man, right, you know what
I mean? Like the fact that he was drinking like
that and lived to be as old as he and
he's still performing. You know, it's like she's.
Speaker 2 (03:58):
He's still pretty darn funny.
Speaker 1 (04:00):
He's hilarious. He's not as funny. I've been picking up
his clip's been coming through or whatever, and there's a
funny way. Maybe I'll play it later on strikedout beer
or something like that. Yeah, it's about him being at
Pearl Harbor. Okay, on there we got there.
Speaker 3 (04:10):
Ye, cables running way a couple more weeks.
Speaker 1 (04:14):
Man like, yeah, twenty twenty six jokes on you. I
was like, Jack, I don't know almost none. I'm like,
something's gonna happen.
Speaker 2 (04:27):
This is really good.
Speaker 3 (04:28):
It's it's got that caramel kind of ready taste to it. Yeah,
really full body, I really enjoy it. Yeah, this is
delicious and actually kind of sucks.
Speaker 1 (04:38):
We missed there. October Fest. It was last Saturday. They
held a Saturday, September thirteenth at Didn't Counting Brewing. Wait
why did they have it there? Oh they have it
Didn't County Brewing. Come, I don't know, ask them, I
don't know. Feature in there. October Fest Beer and other
German inspire beers, food specials, games like the stein Hoys.
This Stine hoist is always fun. Have you ever done that?
Speaker 2 (04:57):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (04:57):
Yeah, yeah, Lizzy's done it a couple of times too.
She was like, you know, one of the last chicks
up there. I was like, hey, look at that. But
I was like, yeah, I mean, I don't like I
think I had to do it once. We did it
once and I got, oh my shoulder. We did it
at Brutal.
Speaker 3 (05:10):
It wasn't october Fest, thought yeah or whatever it was.
Speaker 1 (05:15):
But yeah, are you got any plans to do any
october Fest party in this year? No, it's just getting
kicked off.
Speaker 2 (05:21):
I know.
Speaker 3 (05:21):
No, Okay, this next weekend's like actually my only free weekend.
Like we've been at the ball fields last three weekends.
I'll be at the ball fields the next two weekends
after this weekend.
Speaker 2 (05:30):
It's just we're just busy.
Speaker 1 (05:31):
You just said this weekend is your free weekends.
Speaker 3 (05:33):
Right, But I've got because I haven't been home, the
list of crap that's that I gotta do.
Speaker 2 (05:39):
And then I'm we're at the fields next too. Like
it's just like the.
Speaker 1 (05:42):
Chores, man, the chores each other.
Speaker 2 (05:44):
You don't stop.
Speaker 1 (05:46):
And I'm like building something else. I'm moving stuff around.
I'm like, all right, let me get some of this stuff,
let me get this in order, let me get this
in order. And I finally was, well, I'm gonna do
with that spot over there. Yeah, it dawned on me.
I was like, we don't have a place for fires.
It's going to be false, false so to me, and
he like by the fire, So I gotta use. I'm
gonna go rock that thing in, put some stuff down,
and then that's where the fire probably catch it on fire.
(06:06):
Some of those fires get kind of big.
Speaker 2 (06:08):
Maybe you're gonna put like a slide or a swing
set there or something.
Speaker 1 (06:11):
You know. I thought about it, but I don't want
to encourage people to be here, so I might think, oh,
that is good. It's a big bang boom baby, two
thumbs up. I think.
Speaker 2 (06:20):
I'm like, a you're gonna go four in a quarter
four four. I really enjoyed it. It was really tasty.
I want more. Yeah, just having a half.
Speaker 1 (06:32):
I'll tell you what, you know, get you some of
these kind of beers and then just hold on to
them for a nice little crisp maybe October or November
day where you're sitting around where the finally the attempts get
down in the sixties or something like that, and that's
the high, you know, and uh and crack you one
of these on a nice little Saturday night, buddy. It's
kinda it's gonna hit. That's delicious. Love their part of it,
(06:53):
the look, the can art, the taste, everything about it.
It was awesome. So yeah, I'll be I'm four with you,
but it's a big two thumbs up. Can't wait to
have more. Wouldn't mind having it on tap, So I
might have to check that.
Speaker 3 (07:05):
Did you go to october Fest last weekend and have
this live and in person?
Speaker 2 (07:10):
Have you been to a Union Bear and had it
since then? Or after this dropped?
Speaker 1 (07:15):
Oh? I did have it on tap. I went to
Union Bear in August. It's pretty good. I think I
was just mad because I didn't want it. I think, go,
this is August. I don't want this crap. It's like here,
I was just getting you a bear. I go, do
you thought I want this? It was good as always.
Speaker 3 (07:37):
