(00:05):
Good evening and welcome to tee Time. Hey, everybody, welcome to tea

(01:23):
Time. I'm so glad you're joiningme. It is Monday, April twenty
ninth. I'm gonna talk about myweekend real quick and get to my studio
guest. Friday, I really didn'tdo much because I found out that I
broke a rib on my left handside. It was a freak accident.
If I tried choreographing this thing,it wouldn't have happened. So I'm okay.
I'm a little in pain. Ithurts to like cough, laugh for

(01:44):
sneeze, but I will get throughit. And nothing you could do for
it basically take six to eight weeksfor it to heal. No heavy lifting
and that's that. So I waschilling at home on Friday because Saturday I
went to the Boogie Down Bronx atCinema on the Sound where my good friend
Jerry Landy there he is, showedthe movie Joey, which I played a

(02:07):
character named Stormy. And thank youJerry Landy. It was a great night.
The the audience was packed. Theyreally really really just enjoyed the show.
All right, So what did Ido? And then Sunday is you
know, a laundry day. Weonly clean underwear. And then I came
here for Limo talk and I alsowant to mention two things. Versus Murdered

(02:30):
by the Mob is a great murdermystery show in Manhattan at the Iron Bar,
and we're doing it, I thinkevery We're doing it twice a month
every month until August. There's apick of Ralph Brocco and I I'm bunny.
He played Veto that night. Youeat, you sing, you dance,

(02:50):
you drink. It's just so muchfun. Come down, bring people.
It's very into active and I havea big announcement to make Omar more
this justin ohm More. Just textme because I had him on last week
and we talked about his two bigseries Paper and which is like PowerBook and
Me and my Nuts. And I'mso happy to say that Paper, which

(03:13):
we're gonna throw up, is nowon tob Yay. So if anyone wants
to watch Paper, go on tobe watch it. I'm in it.
I play the Secretary and I can'twait to watch it myself and see all
the shows because I don't know exactlyhow many there are. But that's on
t b thank you so much. All right, so listen, I'm excited

(03:35):
to get to my guest. Shehas a podcast right here in Beautiful Paradise
Studios. She's an astrologer. She'salso a life coach. Well we could
all use one of those these days. And she's also a psychic medium.
So I'm excited to welcome Georgia Rose. Hi. Thank you for having me.
I'm excited you're here. I knowwe've been talking about this for a
while. We finally got to doit. I know, life always gets

(03:57):
in the way. It's all abouttiming, so busy. I'm always so
like inspired by you because you've gotthe energy and your run around. I
try, I try. I didn'teven take Gertole yet, you know what
I mean. Too young for that. Well no, not really, but
listen, I want to. Iwant everyone to get to know you and
just tell everyone where did you growup? Are you from the island?
I am from the island. Igrew up on the north Shore. Cool.

(04:18):
You know, typical childhood that everyonehad, you know, post war
parents. Yeah, kind of ruledwith an iron fist. I'm sure you're
familiar with that. Yeah, verystrict Sicilian household yea in my house and
being the oldest was the ice.I grew up in an Italian family as
well, so you know the boyswere favored. Oh yeah, and they
got to do whatever they want.Oh yeah. My sisters and I cleaned

(04:39):
the house on Saturday while they wentlittle That's what we did. So you
know, then we have to unravelthat kind of stuff in our life.
Yeah, we grow up our relationships. So when you were in high school
or and or college, did youknow what you wanted to be when you
grew up? I didn't. Actually, my story is kind of strange,
not the norm. What happened wasI I think I can remember from a

(05:00):
very young age really getting sensations andfeelings, and you know, growing up
in a traditional Catholic Italian household, everyone labeled it as something bad. So
when I grew up and I wouldhave these psychic feelings, I didn't know
that's what they were, so Ilabeled them as anxiety. How we were

(05:20):
you the first time you experienced it? Probably young, I would say,
maybe six to eight. There waslike there was like places in the house
that I wouldn't want to go alonebecause I would feel spooked from them.
And you know, my parents wouldget aggravated, and so they would say,
oh, she's just scared. She'sjust an anxious kid. So I
had that label. So I reallygrew up with a lot of anxiety because

(05:42):
you have these physical feelings and stuff. And so that was a huge journey
for me in my life to learnthat not everything gets labeled in the negative.
And that was part of my journey. So, you know, flash
forward. I remember, well,I remember even in junior high. You
know how we go to we haveconfirmation when you're like twelve, Yeah,
yeah, yeah, And I remembercoming home that day from Confirmation and telling

(06:06):
my mom that I felt the HolySpirit And I said, Mom, I
was in church and I really feltSpirit, like I felt him around us.
I felt this strong sensation. Yeah, And you know she was just
like, oh, you're just akid. You don't know what you're talking
about, you know kind of thing. Because that's how it was. Yeah,
you know, And so I thinkthat I always had the ability.
I think I squashed it because itwas I was told it was something abnormal.

(06:30):
So then as I got older, and I would say it probably wasn't
until you know, my late thirties, mid forties, like not very long
ago that like yeah, yeah,so like honing in on it and just
trying to Yeah, and that wasonly when you know, it's always I
always say, like, we don'treally go to church when we're winning lotto,
right, we always go to churchwhen things happen. Yeah, it's

(06:51):
true. Yeah. So I hada time in my life when you know,
a lot of tragedy happened in avery brief amount of time, and
I can say that it was reallythe universe in a correction, because I
wasn't living the path I should live. And so you know, I was
typical type, a very strong workaholicpersonality, very overachieving, and all in

(07:15):
the material world. Now does thathave to do with what sign you are
sometimes? Yes, yeah, definitely. So I know for me, there
are certain aspects in my chart thatmake me prone to find safety in the
physical world, you know, Sothat's definitely Like, for instance, in
your chart, you have a lotof Virgo energy, but it's in the
fifth house. So fifth house isthe Leo energy of wanting to be out

(07:40):
in the world and shining your light. So when I saw that, I'm
like, boy, she's doing exactlywhat she's supposed to do. Yeah.
Yeah, that's good. That's goodto know. Yeah, it is good
to energy if I exist, Yeahyeah yeah yeah, Like you're at home
in front of the camera, Iam. Yeah. You probably get a
little down if you're not in frontof the camera for a few days.
Yeah, it's yes, it's likebecause it was funny because I was talking

(08:01):
to someone the other day and Isaid, that's my happy place, absolutely,
and it's in your chart. Well, we're gonna get to that.
We're gonna get to the chart alittle bit later. But I want to
know more about your gift because youdecided at a certain age later in your
life you were going to embrace it, right, So how did you hone
in on this and then when didyou start saying to yourself that you felt

(08:22):
comfortable enough to really start doing readingsand then let's incorporate also the taro that
you do, right, So itwas really a process for me. What
happened was a lot of tragedy ina two year period. I lost my
mom and dad to your six monthsapart, I was diagnosed with breast cancer.
I just watched my mom die ofbreast cancer. And then other things

(08:43):
happened where I lost people. Mybest friend of my almost whole life passed
away from leukemia. Oh my god, so did mine. It's such a
tragedy. I'll tell you to gothrough that and watch FI. Oh my
gosh. So yeah, my friendwas about this age. So I had
all these things happening, and Iremember a friend of mine said you need

(09:03):
to go to a psychic medium, and I was like, what are you
talking about? Psychic medium? Iwould never do that, And so she
mentioned this name who happens to besomeone on the island. And then I
went to a cocktail party and someoneelse totally unrelated said the same name and
told me to go to the psychicReally, so I'm like, maybe I'm
supposed to listen to somebody. SoI went to this psychic and when I
walked in the first thing he saidto me was you have the ability to

(09:26):
do this? And I was like, what are you talking about? Wow?
And it was just a strange thing. And then I spent like an
hour and ten minutes with this gentleman. And when I left there, it
was like I had just had teawith my mom and dad who were on
the other side. It was soamazing, Teresa. It was like,
it gives me chills to this DAYEthink about it. So that started me
on the path of there's something elseout there. And I had had a

(09:48):
dream when my dad died. Mydad was, you know, typical Italian,
you know, macho veteran of sheWars, and we had the conversation
about what do you want, youknow, at your funeral, we know
where this wire coming to this timehe didn't want anything, and I said
to him, all right, well, if you get there and you find
there's something on the other side, you just give me a sign, okay.
So when he passed out over thatnight, I went home and I

(10:11):
thought I wasn't going to sleep, but I fell asleep and I dreamt this
dream. But it was I tellthis story often. It was this sunrise,
like I was going on the waterlike you would on the Great South
Bay and the boat and there wasa sunrise and I can't even describe to
you the colors and this sunrise. It was like another world, right.
And so I woke up that morningand I thought that I was going to

(10:31):
be like upset, and all ofa sudden, I was so accepting and
I just knew that that I hadseen paradise. I had seen the other
side, right, and that startedreally started me on the path. And
then seeing that psychic and so itwas like the universe was tapping me on
the shoulder and saying, we needyou to look over here. And so
then of course went through that holebecause I was raised very Catholic and went

(10:52):
to Catholic schools and that whole likethis is not good, you know.
So then my first opening, Istart to study angels, and through the
angelic realm, I restarted to receivemessages, and it really just kind of
happens for me. I can't reallyeven explain how. I know a lot
of psychics have a ritual they door everyone has their own wheah, reading

(11:16):
I just kind of give myself overto the fact that it's not really me,
it's spirit coming through me and usingme. So you know, I
always just basically say, you know, if I can be used for someone's
healing, to do that, youknow. But it was a whole path
obviously of things. And I alwayssay I was Julia Roberts and Eat Pray,
Love Without the I love that movie. You would be great in that

(11:39):
movie too, you should. Butyeah, so I was like just it
was like there was this buffet oflife and and it's always true what they
say, when you're ready, theteacher appears. So I would just be
you know, I'd go someplace andmeet some random person. They'd be like,
hey, did you ever do tarot? Or hey did you do you
ever try reiki? Or just started? I was so open every yeah,

(12:03):
right, dis beautiful to embrace everything. Yeah, And that's the advice I
give to people now when they startto really find their truth and their identity
is just be open because the universeis going to take care of it.
Like being here with you tonight, you know, is where we're supposed to
be. Absolutely, I totally believeit, I really really do. And

(12:24):
I believe we have to take myfirst break already, so you know what,
don't go away more with Georgia Rose. When we come back after this,
be back right after these messages.Wonder Woman was everything to little girls,

(12:48):
especially that looked like me. Shestands for being a voice for people
that need a voice. My organizationrenovates homes for people with disabilities, and
when I come home, a selfcare routine makes me feel my best.
I'm very proud of the difference thatwe're making it. To see that impact

(13:09):
in my community inspires me to workeven harder for everyone around me. All
right, is everybody having a goodtime to night? An That's what I
thought? All right? So weare live Paradise Studios from New York.

(13:31):
Give yourself around the plus coming outtonight. Well, Hi there, Teresa,

It's Tea Time. I'm so gladyou're joining me tonight. I have Georgie

(14:18):

Twitch TV, Everywhere podcast. Thepodcasts can be heard and seen every
Saturday at ten am on Channel twentyon Saturdays. People who live on Longlenning

(15:01):
and get Optimum TV. We're talkingabout Georgia and how she has this,
she has this, you know, this this gift that you know was not
embraced as a child, but asshe got older, she embraced it,
and she got she learned to reallyhone in on it and help people in
need. And I still learn everyday. You know. I'm actually in
a huge mentorship program now with agentleman from Sweden for astrology Nice, So

(15:24):
I'm always trying to go deeper sowe can help people. Nice. Well,
you know what you bought up astrology, So let's talk about it because
I find astrology very interesting. Idon't know too much about it. I
just know I was born September sixthI am a Virgo, and I know
that when I read my horoscope sometimesometimes when I read my horoscope, it

(15:45):
makes sense. And then when Iwait and I read about my personality,
it makes a lot of sense becauseI know, like I'm a perfectionist and
I try to do things a certainway, and I could be a little
you know, thick headed, butthat's because I think I'm Italian too.
So it's like, you know,I don't know what's like. So Georgia
does charts. She will do yourchart, and she said, I need

(16:06):
your date of birth, where youwere born, and what time you were
born very important, and those arethe three things that you really need to
do someone's charts. So first tellme why you need those three things,
and why a person should have theirchart done. What can they really learn
about themselves so they might not know. Yeah. So when I was on
that journey of like at the buffetof life and tasting everything, Yes,

(16:29):
one day I went for an astrologyreading because now I'm out there, I'm
looking for the meaning of life andI'm on my vision quest. And when
I sat with an astrologer and shewent over my whole chart. What happened
in that meeting was everything that hadhappened to me in my life suddenly started
to make sense and the dots wereconnected. And she came from a perspective
of this is the way you areinstinctively, this is your natural soul's ability

(16:53):
to in this lifetime desire certain thingsand it has an intention, right,
And so with that came a lotof forgiveness in my life because I was
the first time I really thought thingsaren't being done to me. They're being
done so my soul can evolve, right, So it's really for us.
So and still to this day, when I do a reading for someone,

(17:14):
there's always this connection that happens whereI do evolutionary astrology, which is really
based on certain planets and certain aspectsand the soul and the chart, and
I can read a chart and I'llknow exactly why your soul is here in
this lifetime, what its intention isreally, yeah, and that's what evolutionary
astrology does. So I really believethere are no accidents in life. No.
I believe what ever was supposed togo through was supposed to go through,

(17:37):
right, And we have choice,We have choices, And it's like
when it comes to meeting new people, they're either a lesson or a blessing,
absolutely saying, and I really believethat. You know, it's funny
because I always say you make plansand God laughs yep, because we're really
not control. I mean to acertain choices are right, but there are
certain lessons that we're going to learn. And that's why people will come to
me and they'll say, you know, I always up in this situation.

(18:00):
I don't know why. And thenI'll look in the chart and I'll see
exactly why they're attracted to that personand they'll keep being attracted to that person
in a different body even right, and it'll be like a series of people
who are really the same person.Yes, yeah, and you can see
that in the chart. And thenI can kind of give them a little
advice or I can give them wisdomor information that now they see things differently,

(18:22):
because when I do a reading forsomething that's really my goal is not
to tell them, but to havethem experience it the way they need to
experience it, because I think welearned through story, and we learn mostly
through our own story. You know, we know where the cracks are and
we know where the wounds. Yeah, a lot of cracks. Yeah,
we know a lot of blacktop backsomething. So what did you learn from

(18:48):
my chart? I'm curious you.You are definitely on the path that you're
supposed to be on. And it'sfunny that you just mentioned about the perfectionism,
because that is something that you're goingto be challenged with your whole life,
because you've got like five planets inVirgo, and Virgo is an energy
that's here to teach us that theworld is imperfectly perfect, you know,
like you just said the expression aboutwe make plans and God's laugh, God

(19:11):
laughs. That's also a Virgo thingbecause you'll still want it to be perfect.
You know, you'll come in andyou'll move these flowers around a million
times, you know. But whatyou really need to do, and what
Virgo is really about, is thisone word adjustment. Ooh yeah, So
it's like adjustments. Sounds like achallenge. It is a challenge. But
I have to say that the waythat in your lifetime, the way that

(19:33):
energy is going to also be adjustedis you probably are a little bit like
like I know how you are becausewe share studio space here and you're very
pridiculous about the way the show is, But once the camera rolls, it's
like, se la faiir, Yeah, just gonna happen. Is gonna happen,
right, exactly. So that alterego is great for you because that's
really using the correct the correct wayof the Virgo energy. It's like you

(19:56):
have this beautiful space to not betormented by perfect right. But before you
get there, you're gonna make sureeverything's work right, and then is gonna
happen. Right. But once thecameras rolling and the lights are on and
the place starts the curtains up,You're like, I'm in my I'm in
my job. You know, I'min my element because I can be free
here. I feel hot at home. Yeah, because that's the natural ability

(20:17):
of a Virgo, right, andyou'll be very hard working. Everyone else
will go home, You'll still bedoing the lines, You'll still be rehearsing.
That's why you're really you're in agreat place for this. The other
thing is you have Taurus ascendant.Your son and your moon are both in
Virgo, okay, and Taurus isyour ascendant, which means that Taurus is
a sign of the bull. Soyou can be a little stubborn. Yeah,

(20:40):
when you want it a certain way, it's gonna be that way.
Yeah. But also the stability withthat, because have you ever tried to
move a bull, You're not movingthe bull. So as much as that
can be vexing for others, it'sa really great quality because you're stable.
You're gonna stick with somebody, youknow, through thick and thin. You're
not gonna give up easily. Youhave that stability and that tenacity like you're

(21:02):
a stalwart, like you're you're therock, you know. And so that's
probably I'm sure the friendships you haveare probably very long friendships. They are.
Yeah, that's that stability of Taurus. Yeah, Taurus on the r
on the ucendant also is creature comfortslike you love massages or perfumes or doing
things like that are very indulgent.Yeah, yeah, that's a that's a

(21:26):
tourus thing. Taurus is all ofour resources and things like that. And
also right now Jupiter is just crossingover your ascendant. Jupiter is a planet
of benevolence and good luck, soyou're having a Jupiter return. So this
probably the last few weeks and nowfor another little while, probably some great
things are happening for you. Oh, that's nice to know. Yeah,

(21:49):
and they're for you personally because thefirst house, so you know, so,
so I can definitely look at achart and see those things. I
also will tell you that the otherenergy that plays out across your whole chart,
the red thread, the connection acrossthe whole chart, is mercury energy
and communication. So the fact thatyou are doing this podcast, the fact
that you're out there, you're speakinglike your voice is very important to you.

(22:12):
And I would think like, areyou very curious, Like how is
curiosity played a role in your life? Yeah, I'm very curious. I
mean that's part of what I do. What I do because I love people
and I love to hear the stories. So I am curious about you know,
your journey, everyone's life. Youknow, everyone has such a different
life, you know, journey inlife. But yeah, I enjoy that.

(22:33):
And that's because your north note isin the sign of Gemini. It's
in the second house, which we'llget to in a minute. But the
north note in the sign of Geeminiwhere the north note in our chart,
it's like an arrow pointing us wherewe're supposed to go in our life,
and in Gemini it's ruled by mercury, which is all about communication. It's
our voice, it's our mind,it's the way we interpret information. And

(22:56):
you were born with mercury retrograde, which means that when mercury is retrograde,
you're on fire. Okay, whenmost people have the glitchy stuff, and
you're good. And I have thesame aspect the mercury retrograde. Oh it's
good. And the other part ofmercury retrograde is it will give you an
ability to discern information in the wayof I don't need that, I just

(23:18):
need this. You know, you'llread ten pages and you'll take two,
and that's great again for what youdo. You know, so that the
chart that you have is really hasreally led you to where you are.
Even your talk show here is atalk show and it's a podcast, but
it's really a show where you askquestions. That North note in Gemini and

(23:41):
Mercury is all about dialogue, andit's the twins Gemini. Yeah, so
when we think about talking and conversing, that dialogue is you're on, I'm
on, you're off, I'm on, I'm on, your off. It's
the switch. And so you havea natural ability to do that and you're
naturally inquisitive, so it's just gonnawork. It's cool. Yeah, so

(24:03):
you've you've found your little your littlespot because so this is exciting, and
I think I think you know,a lot of people are curious when it
comes to astrology, you know, and and and the sign and what does
it all mean? Because I mean, I, like I said, this
isn't something that you know, Idon't know too much about. Some people
are into it, and then somepeople like me and they just know Alma

(24:26):
virgo and I'll read my horoscope andwell, you know, like one of
the things in the in the chartwith what we're just talking about about that
Gemini communication energy, you're not goingto feel comfortable unless your questions are answered.
You need the information to feel safe. Right, So once you know
that about yourself, then you knowit's like, no, I'm not nosy,
No, I'm not you know, overly thinking things, right, this

(24:47):
is what I need to function itfull potential. Yeah, so the judgment
comes off, I got it.Yeah, Well I want I want to
want to know that Georgia. Ifyou go to Georgia Rose, she's on
Facebook and and uh she has awebsite it's www dot zancuda dot com.
I'm gonna talk about Zancudah also, and also people can email. You can

(25:12):
because you know, yeah connect atzancudah dot com. You can email her
to get your chart done. Becausethis is very exciting. I find it
very fat and very fascinating. Andyou can also through any of my social
media or email send me your information. And at the end of all of
my podcasts, we take the lastten minutes and we read a chart random
alley. Right, It's so,it's so cool and like I said,

(25:33):
and you could also watch her everyMonday night seven o'clock and she takes call
ins. Yes, so it's alive show like mine, and you could
call in and ask a question oryou know, depending on what your you
know, topic is that night, you know, to make some kind of
connection. I'm gonna we're gonna takemy next break, and then when we
come back, I want to talkabout Zancuda Zancudah and what it is and

(25:56):
how it helps people. So stayright there, I'll be back after this.

(26:17):
looked like me. She stands forbeing a voice for people that need a
voice. My organization renovates homes forpeople with disabilities, and when I come
home a self care routine makes mefeel my best. I'm very proud of
the difference that we're making. ItTo see that impact in my community inspires

angelic realm astrology, and we've gotMars and the Sun together in Scorpio,

(27:03):
which creates a lot of combustion inthe astrological world. We call it Akazini
and Taro. With the four cupsright tied up, it means we have
a lot of choices to make, and we're not looking at what's really being
divinely given to us. We're toobusy in the busyness of the choices to
really see the divine intervention of divinetiming and find I where the place watch
the soul Space podcast. I ain'tdoing South the Voice valent today. Why

(27:40):
are you watching me. You shouldbe watching Teresa Kindistracy Tee Time with Teresa

She's also an astrologer. We've werejust talking about my chart and all
these planets and retrograde and it justsounds so it's just so fascinating. Had
astrology. Tea also a life coachand a psychic medium. I mean so
pluth uugh things. And also, yes, we need a job to pay

(28:56):
the bills. So you also areI am a realtor. I've been a
real estate broker for almost thirty years. I had my own brokerage. I
do a leadership position and a bigcompany, and I also lit the homes.
Yeah, so I want to mentionZencudah, zencoudah, what is zudah?
Zenkudah actually happened just like the universesnapped his fingers. So I'm on

(29:18):
the path right while I was justtalking about and I'm you know, now
I'm spiritual, but I'm still likeyou say, you got to got to
make the bread. So I'm inat the time, I had a brokerage
office, I had my own realestate company. And I'm in the office
and this builder walks past my secretary, stalks in past my office doors and
comes up to my desk and hegoes, are you Georgia? And I
said yes, and he said Iheard you are Barracuda. I want you

(29:40):
to represent me. Wow. Andso you know, I had built up
a reputation for being very good atwhat I did and representing my clients.
And you know, some people wouldbe very you know, happy about that.
Yeah, But because now I startedto have a different level of consciousness
and I'm started thinking a spiritual way. I was so insulted that this gentleman
called me about Arcudah that it stuckwith me all day. So I didn't

(30:03):
say anything to him. I endedup doing some deals and project with him,
but I couldn't get rid of thisthis icky feeling, this title.
Yeah. Yeah. So I wasdriving home that evening and I'm like,
I'm not a Barracuda, I'm aZencudah. And so I coined the phrase
and trademarked the name. And basicallywhat zen Cudah is is, you know,
all those years I was a workaholic, and I brought that determination and

(30:26):
that energy and that wisdom and experienceto that. Now I'm just as serious
and determined about my zen. SoZencudah is a is a lifestyle. It's
content. It's a community where peoplewho are really serious on the sole path
to live through in alignment with theirsoul come for support and we do tarot

(30:47):
readings, we do online classes,a podcast. I talk about spiritual wisdom.
We have people on the show andtheir journey and it's just soul support
because what happens when you start toreally get on a path of alignment and
you gonna make big changes in yourlife, you start to feel lost because
everything starts to fall away that youknow, so you need a support system.

(31:08):
You know, you need somebody's walkto walk before. And I have
mentors in my life and hopefully nowI can be a mentor to other people.
Yeah, so you have again. The website is www dot zenda ncuda
dot com and I actually went tothe website today and it says, Zenkudah

(31:29):
is energy. It's the power withina person who has come to understand that
truly, truly living means forging thesoul's purpose by creating a unique connecting uh
with the power that lives within us. Right, So, simply put,
it's basically just living in your soulspace. Like we all have these things
our whole life that are like intuitionor you know, maybe we're at a

(31:51):
job and we're really successful, butwe don't love it, and we have
this little thought in the back ofour mind. You know, I always
wanted to zenkudah. As you goout and you do it, and now
you're living in alignment, and youknow, we all have those worries self
preservation. Oh I can't make enoughmoney. Oh my parents are gonna hate
me. Oh my spouse doesn't understandme. But when we are in alignment

(32:12):
with our true purpose, everything worksout. You know. We might go
through a cycle, we have sometragedy, but in the long run,
that universe response, the universe responseto that energy. So it's scary,
but what's the point of us havinga lifetime if we're unhappy, if we're
not living our potential. That's thething is, it's living an authentic life,

(32:32):
right and not just yeah, it'sjust like we play a role.
Like for me, what happened wasI was on the fast track. I
had a life that was you know, to outsiders would say perfect. You
know I really I remember it's timeswith my ex husband when we would come
home from a Sunday out on theboat or out on fire or wherever,

(32:53):
and we'd look at each other andbe like, man, we have nothing
to worry about, right, Likethere was like nothing tragic in our life.
And then of course things start tohappen that we're tragic. We lost
people, parents pass away, thingsI got cancer, and I realized that
everything that I had up until thosemoments when I stopped and really looked around,

(33:14):
was never anything I really wanted. It was like I was playing a
role. You know, you growup, you get married, buy a
house, to do this, besuccessful, get a career, blah blah
blah blah. You know, youlive in certain neighborhoods. Your house has
to look a certain way. Ohyou better wear this, do you have
that, drive this car. It'sall bullshit. No, it is it.
It's you know, trying to keepup with the jones is And it's

(33:34):
just it's really staying authentic to yourself, right, That's how I look at
it. And on the and onthe website. You also have uh motivation
goals. Yes, you have balancedyour body yep, and so I do
like find find your soul, nofeed, feed your soul. So all
that comes into play. I doprofessional speaking engagements, Yes, you do

(33:58):
so in the company I work for, to do wellness. Yes, I
work at Signature real Estate and wehave a one of the largest company is
on Long Island and we have alarge culture of wellness. So I'll do
retreats, yoga retreats for them. But events you do, group talks,
motivational lectures and motivational and it's basicallybased on my story. You know,

(34:19):
I don't. I'm not you know, I'm not doctor phil or Oprah Winfrey
or you know, yeah, orany of those in your journey. I'm
just you know, a woman wholived the path. I'm still living it
now. There are changes I needto make in my life. Just like
everybody else. We all have attachedwe all have to pivot. We have
attachments to let go of, youknow, especially in this energy that the
world is in now. And youknow, I decided to put Sencruda together

(34:44):
as a community for people in myshoes, you know. Yeah, So
that's important because we all, weall go through stuff, we all lose
loved ones and we all go toit's no, but it's but it's true.
It's true. But some of yourtopics range from mindful self realization and
practical applications of spirituality and balance todaily living. And I think that we're

(35:08):
all off kilter a little bit.We are. And I'll give you I'll
leave everybody with one tip tonight, and this is this get in touch with
your breath. Because one of thethings that saved my butt when I went
through all the tragedies that I wentthrough, and it was a very deep,
deep loss. I had compounded grief. And one of the things that
I learned when I started to doyoga is to work with your breath.

(35:30):
And it can be something very simple, because the breath puts us in the
present. And even just like afour part breath where you take four seconds
to inhale, hold four second, exhale hold at four seconds, anything that
will make you be where your feetare, because what happens is we're not
living our life because we're not fullypresent in the moment. Got to be

(35:52):
in the moment, in the moment. And it's true this sometimes when I'm
on set and I try to bemindful and stop and really absorb. You
have to do what surround me.Otherwise you're not truly living. You don't
have the experience. And we learnin our lives through direct experience. So

(36:13):
think about it. If we're notreally one hundred percent in that direct experience,
we're not getting all the wisdom andthe juice from it. And that
juice is what really makes us tick, you know, that connection with life
with we're connecting now, and soif you don't take a moment to make
that eye contact, focus on thebreath, you know, really look and
see what someone is, who someoneis. And so you know, I

(36:34):
work with a lot of sales agentsthat are really on the fast track,
and if I can do mindfulness withthem and bring them down to a place
where they are more present, theyfind their business flourishes, their relationships both
personally and professionally flourish. So Ithink that's one of the keys if someone
is finding themselves in a transitional pointin their life, try and just focus

(36:55):
on your breath now and again. So that's part of meditation. Yeah,
yeah, well how many I mean, should people do that on a daily
basis and how long? Yes?I think that part of with the world
we live in now, with theenergy that's in the world right now,
it's very important for us all tohave some kind of a daily devotion.
Okay. And people will say tome, well, I can't meditate,

(37:15):
And I say, if you canbreathe, you can meditate. You want
to know why, because when Itry to do it, my my shopping
lists will pop into my head. What I have to do when i'm you
know, my brain is too busyin scam. That's the Gemini energy,
and it's so hard for me tosleep. Sleep. If I get three

(37:37):
hours a night, it's a lot. I don't sleep. It's like my
brain won't shut off. So yourbrain can't shut off. But you have
a lot of Gemini energy which isvery cerebrals, and a lot of air
in your chart in earth, soyou're you're you know going. But one
of the things I tell people isif you have that type of personality,
that type of energetic field, don'tput pressure on yourself too. You know,

(38:00):
go into a state of ome andyou're gonna, you know, be
like the one and fifty year oldYogis. Yeah, maybe meditation for you
is taking a walk going, youknow, especially for you if a lot
of earth in your chart, alot of air in your traditional meditation.
Yeah, walking by water like thewater is very important for you, you
know, with your energety Like yeah, so I think, you know,

(38:20):
maybe it's something where you put afountain in the backyard or something where you're
and for five minutes every day justsit there. I love that idea.
Yeah, I love that, andso like that's can be a meditation,
like for me, every once ina while, I just go out and
look at the clouds and I justyou know, it's just something that's very
much I guess soothing. Yeah.Yeah, And once you start to do
that, it just brings you toa place of remembering what that feels like,

(38:45):
because what happens with a lot ofpeople. I also do volunteer work
with cancer patients and a lot ofpeople who, especially when they're sick,
they don't want to be in thebody right, so you get you know,
not present, and so anything thatmakes you reminds you what relaxing fe
like. Like I tell, youknow, busy moms just wake up ten
minutes early and go in the showerfor ten minutes. Yeah, you know,

(39:06):
any place that you can actually justhave a moment and just bring yourself
down. I remember when I wasreally having a lot of change in my
life and you know, everything wasfalling away and I had no stability.
One of the things I just didit instinctively was I used to when things
got really hairy, I would justlike look at my hand, and I
would actually just start to like justlook at my hand, and it would

(39:27):
bring me back into my physical spaceand where I was, And I don't
even know what made me do that, but it was just some kind of
intuitive, instinctive, primal thing, you know, like no, Georgia,
you're here, Okay, let mejust I'm here. I'm real, I'm
here, you know, because wehave a tendency to get so far ahead
of ourselves, or when we're grieving, so far behind ourselves. Yeah,
think about all the loss, youknow, and it's tough. So mindfulness

(39:52):
being present, even if it's justfor five or ten minutes a day,
if you can devote yourself to thaton a regular bas and really devote you
know again that zen kuda, thatthat devoting of that energy that you would
use for other things to the realthing, right, I think that really
makes a big difference in people's life. It's kind of almost like trying to
like just center yourself and just tryto I tell you'll slow your role slow.

(40:16):
That makes sense because everyone's in ahurry today. Everybody's in a harvey
to get somewhere. And the waywe respond to it, you know,
like I always use the analogy howmany of us when we stop at a
light and we're distracted and the lightturn screen and we people start honking at
us. Well, instead of justaccepting that and being like, oh,
I just always have somewhere else andgoing now, we have a whole bunch

(40:37):
of feelings that we attached to it, like oh that guy behind me is
an idiot. Oh they're so impatient, or oh what's wrong with me?
I wasn't you know? Watching Whenyou slow your role, you don't have
those judgmental moments. You let goof things better. Yeah. Yeah,
it's true. It's so true becauseI know everyone's in a hurry. Everyone's
in a hurry, and it's like, what do you Where are you going?

(40:57):
You're just gonna get to your gravequick? Or slow down? Yeah?
The world feels like a beehive.Yes, And I always think to
myself, do what I want tobe in a beehive? No, so
I kind of go over here.I'm gonna be a little bird in the
tree. Let them all be inthe be high. Yeah. No,
it's true. It's so true. This is so fascinating. I'm so happy
you're here. I hope they findit fast. Oh, I'm sure they
are. I'm grateful for everyone who'swatching tea time. Listen, We're gonna

(41:22):
take my last break and when wecome back more with Georgia Rose. After
this Don't Go Away. Wonder Womanwas everything to little girls, especially that

(41:45):
looked like me. She stands forbeing a voice for people that need a
voice. My organization renovates homes forpeople with disabilities, and when I come
home a self care routine makes mefeel my best. I'm very proud of
the difference that we're making, andto see that impact in my community inspires

(42:06):
me to work even harder for everyonearound me. Hey, everybody, it's
Teresa from teen Times. What's myshow about? I interview people in the
entertainment industry, producers, directors, actors, and guess what. My show
is on every Saturday morning at tenam on Channel twenty on Optimum TV.

(42:30):
So tune in because it's fun, interesting and excited. Who's the best comedian
you know? Tersa Barrow? Andwho Terisa Barrow? Radio? Terresa Barrow?

(42:57):
Who's Teresa Barrow right now? Ilove you? Hey, everybody,
welcome back to tea Time. I'mwith Georgia Freaking Rose. Georgia Rose is
in the house. She is inthe house. She's you know what,
but she's in this house. She'sin this house Monday nights at seven o'clock,

(43:21):
right before my show. Soul Spaceis her show. It's a podcast
there it is thank you for puttingthat up, spiritual wisdom, astrology,
tarot and soul path support and it'ssuch a great show. She also does
astrology, which I find fascinating. So she's a podcast host, astrologer,
life coach, and psychic medium andand and and you know, she does

(43:43):
it all. And there's a lotof people in like the spiritual world that
look like have all these things, you know, after their name, and
I never wanted to be like that, but you know, it's all integrated.
Like, yeah, at first Istarted to do taro and I just
for some reason, spirit kept sayingto me, asked for the birth date
and the time, and I startedto run people's charts not even really knowing
astrology, and the chart is agateway to the soul for me, and

(44:04):
that's why that was starting to happen. So yeah, so it was definitely
all came together a certain way.So how long are you doing your podcast?
And what made you decide to doone. I didn't decide to do
one. The universe made me there, you go, That's how it happens.
Yeah, it's just a girlfriend ofmine was working at another studio booking
doing booking, and she knew Ihad a YouTube channels and kudah on YouTube.

(44:25):
I have a lot of videos there. Yeah, and she had been
watching a few of my videos andshe called me up. I knew her
for years and she's like, hey, do you ever think about doing a
podcast? And I was like,no, what's that? And so well,
this yeah crazy, this is whathappens if the universe find you when
you least expect it. So shesaid, yeah, come down to the
studio. And I started to dothe podcast at a different studio and then

(44:50):
I found Bobby le Sarah Paradise andman, it's been no looking back.
He does so much for us here. I love He's the best, Bobby,
He's the best. So how longhow long are you doing your show
UNI here? I think I'm almosttwo years. It'll be two years this
summer. Wow, Yeah, it'llbe two years this summer. Yeah.
And it's funny because I forget, you know, like I come in every
Monday and I do the show, and I'm notorious for coming in like twenty

(45:12):
minutes before airtime because I just twentyseconds. Yeah, I just like let
it all flow. I'm like I'vealways been that way. I just to
like, you know, I liketake ready to go. Yeah, I'm
just spontaneous because I know Spirits gotme. But yeah, I love doing
it because the feedback from the showis so wonderful. There's so many people
that tune in, and then theshow of course goes other places. You
can even ask Amazon Alexa to playme. Yeah, and it's out there

(45:36):
helping people and that's just such agreat feeling. And it helps me too
because some of the guests we've hadand some of the call ins, like
I learned from everyone else. Soit's just a wonderful community where we all
collaborate and trying to get our soulsstraight. Yeah. Oh we all need
that, we really, we reallydo. You know you mentioned before your
breast cancer survivor. Yes, Iknow. My grandmother passed away from breast

(45:57):
cancer. I am a skin cancersurvivor. I had skin cancer. Changes
your life, it really does,on top of everything else that I've been
through because with me, and wecould get into this, but you know,
I almost I almost died five timesin my life. Oh my gosh.
He and the brain tumor. Wasnine meant to be here. I
don't know. God doesn't want meyet, Georgia. But the breast cancer.

(46:17):
You know, your mom, youknow that ran in the family,
and my grandmother you know, bothdied of a disease that I survived.
So that I always say, well, I'm here again. Do you know
with progression with medicine throughout the years, did you take bracket test at all?
I did? It was negative,So really very I'm a very lucky
girl. I had one of thebest outcomes someone could have. But what

(46:40):
happened with the breast cancer, Ialways say, and I do a monthly
reiki circle for survivors, okay, and very active in Babylon Breast Cancer Coalition.
If anybody wants to volunteer or senda donation, please do. I'm
on the board there now. Andso I always say there's three parts of
a crisis, which I a healingcrisis. You know, I don't think

(47:00):
of it as me being sick. It's a healing crisis because it really turned
my life around. Cancer was myalarm clock because when I had cancer,
I had to stop and I hadbeen on that path that I described before,
and cancer was the thing that boom. The world just stopped and I
really started to reevaluate everything in mylife. And so it was one of
the yeas, one of the bestthings that had. The first thing I

(47:21):
did was I got rid of everytoxic person in my life, every toxic
person, but by because toxic peoplecauses stress, and stress shortened your life.
And I know I want to beas old as my parents one day.
And also I think when you faceyour own mortality, life takes on
a different meaning and like you can'tfight over like there's no salt on the

(47:43):
table, Like that is so ridiculousenough, you know, it's just such
petty, petty stuff. Now youjust you live in a different consciousness,
different world. And so I alwaysbelieve there's three parts to a healing crisis,
and the first part is the breakdownwhere you're like, I remember when
it first happened to be. Mything was I didn't want to be a
statistic. I said, I didn'twork this hard in my life to just

(48:05):
be a statistic And it just showsyou where my head was how to kind
of do a little. But youhave the breakdown. Then you have the
breakthrough where you like start to becomespiritual, because when you face your own
mortality, there's really no place elseto go except the truth of what life's
meaning is, you know, andI'm making it sound kind of tripe,
but then what you've done, youlook back at what you've done and done

(48:27):
and you want it. So it'sthis deep, like you know, quest
and journey that one goes on.And so that's the breakthrough where you start
to find your truth and your identity. And then there's a part to which
a lot of people forget. Andthat's the third part. Because once you
have the breakdown and you go throughthe breakthrough and things start to come out
and you're coming through the tunnel andthings getting better, a lot of people

(48:49):
just resume their life. Oh I'mlucky, good, you know. But
that third part is the breakout, and that's where you reach back and you
help everybody else who's still in thetunnel. Yep. And that's the most
important part of the healing crisis andwhat happens. And I think that when
you see a lot of times peoplewho have repetition of those crises, it's
because they don't reach back and helpthe other people. There's a third part

(49:10):
that hasn't been completed, so theykeep getting put in the breakthrough. You
know, we're trying to teach you. We're trying to teach you here,
you know. And look, I'mno better than anybody else. I have
my moments to this day where youdoubt sure, you know, But doing
that work with the cancer survivors andthe women in treatment, and we lose
people all the time. Doing thathealing work and showing them how to relax

(49:32):
and how they can have some respiteis the most rewarding thing that I do.
And it makes me every time wedo that once a month, it
brings me back to what's real, and I'm grateful for it because I've learned
more from those ladies than i havefrom anything in my life. Now.
This is once a month that youmeet physically in once a month we meet
in West Babylon, but I doa reiki circle for breast cancer survivors,

(49:58):
people in treatment, and patient survivorsand also their caregivers if they want to
come. No, that's very veryimportant because you need support, you need
an outlet. And the coalition isamazing. That one breast cancer coalition is
just amazing, and there are manycoalitions throughout that is that So if you're
if you're in crisis or you justget a diagnosis like that, reach out

(50:20):
to it. Google Google it becausereach out to your local there's something out
there for And it's just such anamazing group of warriors, I mean,
and inspiration on Facebook because there area lot of support groups on Facebook.
I know, I'm part of abrain tumor support group and my brother is
an esophageal cancer survivor and I toldhim to remember looking to that also two

(50:45):
years thank god, thank god.He just did a colon ask of people
praying that everything very feel with otherpeople, yes, who have been through
it, because you don't feel likeyou're alone and people really understanding what exactly
you went. And I think there'salso a connection that happens because you feel
liberated to talk to people who arein it or been through it, whereas
sometimes you really can't even talk toyour own loved ones like that. You

(51:07):
know, you want to protend. It's very emotional for the very very it's
really hard for them to put theirfeelings aside. Yeah, yeah, we
deal with now. What we findis that the diagnosis are coming in younger
and younger, and so we havea lot of people in treatment who have
small children and they just don't wantto stop because they're like, no,
I have to do this for myfamily I have, and you need to

(51:30):
take care of yourself, you know. So coming to a group and hearing
other young moms and what helped themis really important. Did you do a
self exam or did they found ita mammagam? I was a mammogram for
me. And I remember when Ifirst got sick and everyone was like,
what can we do? What canwe do? And I said, I
can go get a mammogram because Ijust really believe there's a lot of women
out there. And then too,we just lost a man at the Coalition

(51:51):
thirty two years old diagnosed Yeah. How young. Yeah. And I always
tell everybody get checked, get checked, get checked, do not neglect your
health. How important is it tolisten to your own body? Oh?
Very very body never lies to you. I'll tell your body never lies to
you. Yeah, you have tojust listen, listen to your body.
If something's off, just go goget checked. It's so important. I'm

(52:15):
going next month for my callenoscopy. We're gonna live streaming on the show.
Oh my god, didn't somebody dothat o Katie Kuric or somebody does maybe,
But you know, it is importantto go and get get you yearly
physical, Go get your mammo, get you and go get you everybody you

(52:36):
got. I got so many.I got my hematologists, man chronology,
I got so many, you know, and as you get older you seem
to get more doctors. Definitely,so yeah, definitely so. And also
like wherever everyone is in their life, like if you have something that's unique
to you that is something you canbring to someone else, bring it out
into the world. Make that breakout. Yeah, the breakout is what we

(52:57):
all need from each other right now, We're all going to get along with
each other, not apps, youknow, without no It's it's so true,
So listen. Georgia Rose Georgia RoseYay, podcast host, astrologer,
life coach and psychic medium. Iwant to thank you for doing this and
