Speaker 4 (01:05):
Hey everybody, this is David. I'm your subpost for Take
your Radios hoping review and for Pam who is out
on medical a little bit of medical leave and with
me today I have Ashley.
Speaker 2 (01:27):
Hey, Anthony, Halla, Halla, Halla.
Speaker 1 (01:33):
And can't I am to have a lot layer of
this show.
Speaker 2 (01:37):
You're right, Hill, besides a little bit of shade, I
think I'm doing all right.
Speaker 1 (01:52):
Oh I don't even even like that one that I did.
Speaker 2 (01:58):
I did, I loved it. You know, you know, I
wait forever and a jade for your joke.
Speaker 1 (02:07):
I can't part is just like I literally was like
real quick, so I just out of them, believe here.
I literally was listening to the Merroo's Place podcast and
and the thing is is that first and foremost, don't
hype me up and say you're going to do a
continuation Meryo's Place if you're not going to do it,
(02:28):
because if you do it, I'm there. I'm just having
it on Monday at nine pm, okay on Fox, thank you.
But I literally was thinking of special guest star. Y'all
remember the show, So that's what I was. When David
was doing the intro, I was like, okay, God, actually
actually you know kind of the you know, according.
Speaker 5 (02:46):
To on the Smith, you want the whole smile like,
and then Anthony is sort of like you know that
guy that he's like, he's gonna be sorry to be nice.
Speaker 1 (02:58):
But he's really just building on the show.
Speaker 2 (03:00):
And then I don't know, I'm Michael, you know, I'm
talking to Michael manson.
Speaker 1 (03:03):
Ud NO, and that is just me.
Speaker 2 (03:09):
I'm like this.
Speaker 1 (03:10):
I'm like He's like, Kana.
Speaker 2 (03:13):
No, David, you you truly are Billy m h ham
down you Billy, No.
Speaker 1 (03:21):
Hold on, we gotta do it right. We're gonna say
he's Billy the first early season because I don't know
what that was during the latest seasons.
Speaker 2 (03:30):
True true, you know, I honestly you know Kristin Davis
who came in as Brookes Dad Pole true jectory. I
love her as an actress, and she found her place
sex in the city. She was also great on Aliens
before met Worth's Place. But yeah, that that those couple
of seasons. Really, you know, bright spot for me, of
course was Rena Sofa when she came on. Oh, when
(03:55):
they killed os Sydney for the first time. You know,
y'all just y'all just wrong when it comes to Sydney.
When it comes to Sydney, y'all kills us three different times. Now,
she finally happy. She kind of a cute little lights card.
They were gonna start the lights and then and.
Speaker 1 (04:13):
Then she then she has then she had a son.
Because we were in the c W version and this
what she died in.
Speaker 4 (04:23):
I never got a chance to see thee.
Speaker 1 (04:28):
Well, okay, I'm gonna say this right now. It wasn't
a reboot. It was a continuation, just like not a
toe O because it had characters from the original, you know,
so it's a it's sort of like again like Dallas.
Dallas was not a reboot, folks, it was a continuation.
What was a reboot with Dynasty, Yes, and so and
so we don't talk about what they are.
Speaker 2 (04:49):
What they're saying with this new meals places that they're
going to basically pretend like the CW version, And.
Speaker 1 (04:56):
I'm mad about that.
Speaker 2 (04:58):
I'm kind of man about that. Yeah, I mean, I
wouldn't mind like a very soapy way of bringing Sydney
back to life, or that she was never dead in
the birthplace. But but there was a lot that went
down that I actually enjoyed on on c W.
Speaker 1 (05:11):
Melros, I want to say this right now, athlete census
characters could have been so related to Kimberley.
Speaker 2 (05:17):
Yep, yeah, yep, all right, before we dive into the shows.
I think we do. I think it would behoove us. Well,
I mean, I do have a little piece of news.
We'll get to that, but I think it would behoove
us to recognize that I think it was today. It
was either yesterday or today would have been twenty one
(05:40):
years for Kelly Monaco on General Hospital.
Speaker 1 (05:43):
Yeah last week.
Speaker 2 (05:44):
Yeah, and so you know, I honestly I think we
need to pay a little bit of homage to to
all that the character of Sam mcclola's. I mean, you know,
they they linked her to the cast Dines. You know,
she had a romance with both, you know, with was
(06:04):
just about everybody that was worth having a romance. You know.
She was with Sonny for a brief she was with Jason,
she was with Lucky folks. Y'all don't remember significant a
time when Lucky y'all folks by the way, so to Maxie,
you know. So there might be some juicy drama that
(06:24):
we can remember later. But let's get back to Sam.
Sam had a beloved brother, Danny, from the previous life.
Sam was a con artist, you know, and Sam Sam
went through a lot, She lost a child. I have
to say, I think the last couple of days of
performance were way back to the telemonico that we were
(06:47):
used to all these years. Here is there is one
thing that I kept hoping would pop up, not in
reference to Sam, actually in reference to Molly and Alexa.
But you know, tell me, y'all, folks, tell me you
don't want just a brief cameo appearance as by Whoopy
Goldberg as a nurse in the background, a law clerk,
(07:10):
somebody delivering the you know, the latte or the drinks
at the metro coll whatever it be. Jo she could
be just she could poke her head into the kene
and go, Molly, you get an annoying girl, and you
you've been annoying girl, and just like scuddle up like
nothing happened. I mean, if we could get doctor Bailey
(07:36):
to come in.
Speaker 1 (07:37):
Why I don't talk about that.
Speaker 2 (07:45):
Yeah, you know, but honestly, so you know, Sam, Kelly Monico,
I'm waiting for a few for further revelations. I'm also
waiting for, you know, the my prayer. I honestly think
where you would fit in the mass is the bold
and the beautiful, and I have a whole thought process
(08:06):
of where you could fit in. But I'm waiting for
the show that snaps you up. I do not think
this is the end of your daytime career. And thank
you for twenty one years of Sam McCall, and thank
you for what was it four and a half years
of Livy.
Speaker 1 (08:22):
Yes, five years by Yeah, I wish that could have mattered.
I'm gonna say this. I said this last night on
podcast and saw party, you know, and the leading up
to this first and foremost, I mean, we have we
(08:43):
announced the news on the show right before we was leaving.
That's when we got the news that Kelly was leaving.
And I think, yeah, I mean, look, we know she
did say she would take a cut, but I feel
as though, you know, what was done was kind of dirty.
This is just me off the record here. I think
(09:05):
it was a flap, flap in the face to not
only her but also her fandom. You can tell, and
we're gonna I mean, I'll just say this now. You
can tell, especially last week with the episode, you can
tell how personal it got because there were three people
(09:26):
that besides Kelly that I could say honestly was they
They kind of crossed over to the this is a
real situation instead of a so uh situation that if
that makes sense, We've watched this young I'm gonna say,
young Kelly. Okay, case you're listening, we watched this young
(09:47):
lady grow up and all honestly you had watched her
grow up. Some of us knew her before port Shaw's,
but all of us met her on port Shaw's and
to see how her acting has just gotten better and better.
Say what you want, but it has because she was able.
Speaker 2 (10:06):
To do something on Portsal that.
Speaker 1 (10:08):
I don't think a lot of people give credit to
her and became a three dimensional character like okay, go ahead.
Speaker 2 (10:16):
And that brought her into the world at large. I mean,
she got she was the cover of Maximum twice. You know,
further down the line Dancing with the Stars, she had
quite a few think about.
Speaker 1 (10:31):
She was one of you because it was sourcein. It
was hard. Yeah, I mean, like she got Eddie Edmy
recognized or both Port Charles and General Hospital. Not only that,
she made a parent that wasn't supposed to even happened
dominate that show for years.
Speaker 2 (10:53):
Okay, let me let me just for years.
Speaker 1 (10:54):
Right now to this day. I think personally they should
have been in the top fifty couple. That's just me.
But say what you want. Libby and Caleb was for y'all,
like the second comments, Okay, let's let propose this. And
the thing is that, yeah, she crossed over to General
(11:17):
Hospital where yes, she was supposed to be paired with
somebody else. They didn't quite see it, you know, like, yeah, well,
I mean that's what the promo was. Yeah, that was
the promo because she was supposed to be the Brenda Box, remember,
But then you know, she found her footing, she had
found her connects over the years. She had a friend
(11:39):
of me relationship with Carly and Elizabeth. Then it was
her Then it was her love for her brother finding
out who was I mean, do you really think about it?
Can we now say it Sam McCall is a heroine.
Speaker 2 (11:55):
Yeah, it wouldn't.
Speaker 1 (11:57):
Ye because because she has gone through a lot of
ups and downs. Like she she is in the tradition
and the and the I'm going to do it for
me if she's in the kind of in the same
category as of Rachel Corey, she's there.
Speaker 2 (12:15):
Here's here's the thing that you know, General Hospital keeps
changing their storylines up in the middle of you know,
they've given us trajectory, aka, now we have Bred back
in the hospital. We're never going to see Selena Wilgain.
You know, that's just one throwaway that I think is
it was horribly mismanaged. If this would if this would
(12:38):
have leaked, you know, a week and a half before
we really got into the Lulu storyline. Then they could
have rushed and changed the trajectory of that piece of
the storyline. You know, I will say that the last
you know, the last week and a half, we've gotten
just about every kind of goodbye scene without it actually
(12:58):
being a goodbye scene. Oh don't let him ride bikes
and such and such. With I was like, oh please,
you were doing everything you can to give us the
gobye scenes without giving us the goodbye dance. A thousand
times more impactful if they had left the Lulu storyline out,
you know, find another reason to bring Lucky home, or
(13:19):
stick with the original and write Sam out without killing
her off. I honestly feel like this was this was
almost an fu to choose, you know, Monica Kelly Monico
herself because of the fact that she had been outspoken
about things that had happened under other regimes and things
that were happening under these regimes, and she made it
(13:40):
difficult at first. She wasn't willing to take the pay cut.
Ultimately she said she would. This was the SPI move.
But storyline, you're pissing so many people off. And honestly,
the impact that this would have been is if we
if it swooped in, Oh my God, Sam, you know,
I loved that there was one theory out there that
Sam was going to die for the gun, get caught
(14:02):
up in something being a comba that turns out that
the test results came back. She was the match bing
bing boom that. You know, if they would have left
Lulu out of the story line for a little while,
or gone with the original and just saying Sam off somewhere,
or left her in a coma for a while, there's
(14:23):
no impact watching the you know, watching the scenes, even
dominant Dominic, yeah, dominic, Dante, you know, and Cody, none
of the I guess we're doing general hospitals since we're here,
you know, none of the hit them. I felt more
with Tracy and and family single by the Violet. Then
I'm gonna feel, you know, with this when everybody finds
(14:47):
out that Sam's not waking up well.
Speaker 1 (14:52):
And that's the thing I said. I think when we said,
you know, when we heard and we read it on
here that you know they were going to you know
that the character was going to you know, not be
recast and all that just.
Speaker 2 (15:07):
You and I jumped up and down immediately we knew
exactly what storyline we were looking at.
Speaker 1 (15:14):
Yeah. I mean we looked at him before when they
was like saying, you know they were when you know
it was announced that you know, they were going to
recast Lulu. And again, if you've been watchingself, you knew
how this was going to play out, Lulu with Wiga,
and then you know it would throw a ranch into
Sam and Dante's relationship, especially if he was going to
(15:36):
propose to her. Look at God, God working right when
we were talking about this, and you know, it created
a quote quo triangle that also mirrored the image of
what happened with Laurd Lutheran Tracy. But because we knew
Telly was leaving and you said that the character was
going to meet their demise once, you could have should have,
(15:59):
could have done and you know, at least wait until
the final episode of Tali Monico to reveal.
Speaker 4 (16:14):
Boil it.
Speaker 2 (16:16):
I do I do to prove a point, to prove
a point, to prove a point, and to get everybody
still on canvas a little back onto the thumb, so
to speak.
Speaker 1 (16:29):
Oh yeah, because there's the thing. The week that when
that youth came out, General Hospital was dark.
Speaker 2 (16:35):
They weren't filming, they were That's.
Speaker 1 (16:38):
Why I like you know, it was literally like two
days later, Stephen Bradford was on their podcast and that's
when they had said, we don't know anything because we
were we're all a vacation. So it was sort of
like a what that's.
Speaker 2 (16:53):
What I'm gonna I'm gonna jump in because you mentioned
something that I had been thinking for a while and
I was gonna bring up in a few minutes. What
they really could have done to pay honor and tribute
to all of the years of this character, to everyone
who is so invested on all sides of the playing fields,
what they could have done was exactly rewrite the Luke
(17:16):
Laura Tracy storyline with his own twist with Lulu waking
up when not with memories up until the point where
you know she went into the como, but waking up
before Dante ever left for the WSB mission, when they
were completely happy and Dante would have to play the role,
(17:37):
and you know, Sam would say something to the effect
that you know, they give it a week or two
where they played both sides of the fence, and Sam
would be like, this is too hard. I can't do this.
You figure out what you want. I'm gonna be wherever
I'm going here, I'm going there, and let her let
her ride off into the sunset. She could go work
in Seattle with Sean.
Speaker 1 (17:55):
I'm saying that Helena took her or victim.
Speaker 4 (18:03):
Or how Kelly was going to go because I thought
that by the time, Movo's going to need the whole kidney.
Speaker 2 (18:14):
So I thought liver, liver clever.
Speaker 6 (18:18):
Yeah, yeah, I'm gonna I mean, okay, I think that
the I mean, okay, let me, let's black track on us.
Speaker 1 (18:29):
So because I think people got confused on what is
the rewrite, what was the original, what was changed? And
da da da da da. Okay. The original was that
Sam was going to be the match that is, that is,
that's how the story was going to be. But obviously
there was going to be you know, quote unquote, okay,
she gave a piece of herself for this other woman
(18:53):
and kind of rack have it. It would have been, it
would have been, you know how Sam would have probably
said something selfish like you know something or something like that,
like to play it out. It was always going to
be the fact of could it be amnesia? Because again,
the last thing Lulu remember was trying to say I
love you, and she collapsed. But keep in mind Dante
(19:14):
had little stuff going on his head, remember that to yep.
So I'm gonna say this, I am kind of disappointed
because I only know we're going to get half of
that because in my head, my heart of heart, I'm
still thinking Lulu is going to weigh up like Laura
(19:36):
and still be very confused as to everything and what
we know about Sam. I mean, first and foremost, that promo,
that promo, first and almost I'm going to do it,
(19:56):
this was your best promo in a very long time.
Speaker 2 (20:00):
G H.
Speaker 1 (20:01):
And I'm I mean if anybody else is agreeing with that,
because I feel it. So this may have been the
best promo in five years.
Speaker 4 (20:14):
Hm hm oh yes, a lot of a lot of people.
Well somebody saw there are that that the time was
on there.
Speaker 1 (20:30):
I mean that's a real situe. I mean here, I'm
gonna say this.
Speaker 4 (20:34):
I I maybe it shouldn't have been there.
Speaker 1 (20:40):
Oh no, see this is this is this is real.
This is real drama we're going to see. Okay, I'm
gonna help you guys out general hospital fans who have
forgotten or whatnot, But let me remind you, this is
a show. This is a hospital so yes, you're going
to have those those times of death moments because it's
(21:01):
more of a watch. It's be adrenaline. You guys watch
Graves and Anatomy e R. You know what I'm talking about,
where it's just like, oh my god, we gotta save,
when we gotta saved, and you know, they're gonna probably
flash to everybody's face and everything like that, and then
it's gonna I'm gonna tell you this, and I think,
as I don't know if you listening to so party lesson,
(21:22):
I literally have been in my hands for the last
couple of days creating that promo. I said that it's
gonna be like somebody slow mode running out, everybody's still
be looking and then it's like you can't miss a moment.
We lost this General Hospital agen six I because to me,
(21:43):
this has to be this has to be the Unbrella
storylines for the rest of the year. I'm sorry, we're
counting it down. You know this story is going to
effect so many people in so many ways. And I
am glad that we saw the history of Sam being
represented again.
Speaker 2 (22:00):
Let's go there.
Speaker 1 (22:01):
But now we and Sam were friends. Shout out to
breast and because that hub was.
Speaker 4 (22:08):
Not that was that was that was.
Speaker 2 (22:11):
Genuine.
Speaker 1 (22:12):
So you can tell that that he was, you know,
you know, emotional about it, even though MATSI herns my nerves.
I said what he said. Take a look Kursas Stimpson
is biting her left. That's our girl, Telly Monico with
car girl. Okay, then you have the children, the little
(22:38):
girl who plays Scout.
Speaker 4 (22:40):
Mm hmm.
Speaker 1 (22:42):
Can I just give her little? Can I just give her?
Speaker 2 (22:45):
I mean, yeah, yeah, okay, yeah, and I need to
say it, but she's now the Violet replacement. We are
now going to see a lot of Scout.
Speaker 1 (22:57):
That's good. I have to do it like that. He
does not have to do that.
Speaker 2 (23:02):
But you know, it's the truth. You know, it's the truth.
Speaker 1 (23:05):
No, I wouldn't be you know who she reminds. It's
kind of interesting because she gave me a little bit
of Emma.
Speaker 2 (23:14):
And see, I thought she reminded me of a young
Lulu before before Julie Berman got the young Lui the
black hair. Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, but I just I mean,
the boy would play Danny and Rocco.
Speaker 1 (23:33):
And then you know, you know, you want to talk
about the person that I was just like, yeah, she
I'm surprised that I don't know, I don't know how
strong she was. Natalie Braun, Yeah, yeah, next ye, look
you can tell she was like yeah, like I appreciate
(23:56):
the show giving it, and yeah, I'm even glad for though.
So the one minute and fourteen second moment was.
Speaker 2 (24:04):
A Sam Yeah, it was really cute. Thank you for
taking Yeah, it was really cute.
Speaker 1 (24:11):
Right, because you know, the thing is you talk about
some of my a friendship relationship that had gone through
the one ball and created drama in the mid two thousands.
To see how Dave's come, how they've grown, and again
Jacket and Kelly wanted to work together so much, Oh damnit.
Speaker 2 (24:32):
And honestly, I'm going to give them kudos for something else.
I don't know if the actors obviously not Marie, it's
because he's been on screen basically coming back. I think
Laura is E had extended her coming back for a
couple of days, if not longer than a week. But
I do love the fact that the three, you know,
(24:53):
the Charms three, are not really saturating this storyline. They
needed to be a moment where Jason. I'm glad that
they pulled Jason and drew together and did it that way,
perfect perfection. Yeah.
Speaker 4 (25:04):
I like that.
Speaker 1 (25:05):
Yeah, I you know.
Speaker 2 (25:07):
I don't criticize Carly as much as most people do,
but I started to get annoyed every time she was
in Lulu's fucking excuse my language. Every time she was
in in Lulu's room. I was like, girl, please, Okay,
this is milking it, not on the character itself. On
this one, I was really blaming the writing, like, Okay,
(25:29):
you really really improving everything that everyone says you will
put You will use every tiny little tangible you know,
to put these people in these things. I gotta be honest.
I am so glad that it revolved with the true
people aim stands life right now. I think we do
(25:49):
uh and we need to hear from Ashley real quick
on this piece of it, and then we need to
do wrap up the rest of general and I got
a couple more things to say. So, Ashley, how are
you feeling on all this?
Speaker 7 (26:01):
I thought the scenes last week with Sam and the
kids in the hospital, we were nicely done. I definitely
thought there was foreshadowing when when Scout was asking her,
you know, are you going to be okay? Like that
was blurry no, she's not going to be okay, So
I think it will be I agree with what everyone's saying, where,
you know, once Sam leaves us, we're going to be
(26:23):
feeling that for the rest of you know, the year,
and then for years to come. I think it'll be
interesting to see the dynamic with with the kids once
she's gone, especially with Danny, because Sam was always so
present with Danny and she was the she was the caregiver,
(26:44):
she was the mother, and Jason was was not there.
So I think it will be interesting to see who's
going to step up for Danny. Who's going to take
care of Danny once Sam is gone. Is it going
to be Jason? Is it going to be Dante?
Speaker 2 (27:00):
Like who's who's the capacity? Is Dante going to be
in at that point?
Speaker 7 (27:06):
Yeah, has to show up for Danny, So like, you know, yeah,
so that makes me like a little anxious, like, Okay,
who's gonna show up for Danny? Who's going to be
there for Dan?
Speaker 2 (27:18):
We know, like you know, I'm gonna throw the name
in right now. We're gonna get a couple of really
good scenes with Tracy.
Speaker 7 (27:26):
I can see that train showing she's just showing up
for so many people in so many ways.
Speaker 1 (27:35):
She does.
Speaker 2 (27:36):
You know, she could care less from Michael as a person,
but he's family and his kids are hers, so I
can see her. Yes, I could definitely see that. She
like the scenes was was with Jane Elliot and Little
World Could.
Speaker 7 (27:55):
Violet were so well done. Whenever she left, I.
Speaker 8 (28:00):
Oh my god, they were just they were so well.
Speaker 7 (28:03):
You're really seeing like Tracy's can have come here?
Speaker 2 (28:09):
They told me.
Speaker 1 (28:10):
Yeah.
Speaker 7 (28:12):
Yeah, So so I just anxious to see what how
Danny is going to handle all this and what's gonna happen.
We know, well, I hope that when Sam has gone,
Drew will show up for Scout and be there for
her since he is her father.
Speaker 2 (28:27):
So yeah, so I think it's gonna be, you know,
trying to throw herself up in that next too.
Speaker 9 (28:34):
Oh I think so too.
Speaker 2 (28:35):
Oh yeah, oh yeah, I.
Speaker 1 (28:37):
Think Scouts about to go. I think Scout's about to
go to boarding school. That's just me. I will.
Speaker 4 (28:44):
For Scout as well.
Speaker 1 (28:47):
As I'm hoping. Because I was thinking about this. My
whole star has been because okay, I know everybody has
been saying this, Jason needs to step up and be
the father to Danny. I'm gonna say it. I'm going
to say it. I'm going to hurt some people's feelings,
and I apologize in events. Jason is not going to
(29:09):
be the father of the Year. No, He's going to
respect Sam's wish and be there for him. But as
far as taking full responsibility, meaning Danny lives with him
and all that stuff, I don't see that happening. What
(29:31):
I do see is a leptis saying that she's gonna
have full costy of that.
Speaker 2 (29:35):
Baby, you know what. And I see everybody at some
I see it all becoming a crust use. But everybody
deciding to leave both of those kids with Dante for now.
Speaker 5 (29:48):
Mm hmmm mm hmm.
Speaker 7 (29:51):
There, Yeah, that's true.
Speaker 2 (29:56):
In the whole crew moving to the corning house because
or you know, because he's gonna have to work, Lulu
is gonna need medical attention, and he's gonna want to
at least be a part of it. He's still gonna
have to work show, you know what. Move everybody into
the corner meat house and don't make any major decisions
because the kids have to process it first. And the
(30:18):
only person left who has been around as a constant
for all of these kids' lives right now? Is Dante?
I really I hope that they go the licensed decision
way and go in that direction.
Speaker 1 (30:33):
No, I just thought about this, and I've been thinking
about this for a long time. And again, grans don't
come at me what they could have done with Jake
and Danny. I feel as though they're doing gonna do
it with Danny and Rocco having that, dude, because of
your mom, Rocco, my mom is gone and not for nothing.
(30:57):
Let's direct the show. I'm actually pulling down my chart
right that Danny has a problem. I only see Danny
drinking or something because of we know he has done that.
(31:18):
That's what I think is really going to happen. I
think they're gonna leave the decision to Danny of where
he wants to live at. And I think what's going
to be the interesting factor is is that you know
Dante is going to say, hey, you can come live
with us, stay with us, Da da da da da.
I can see Danny. I'm gonna play the scene out.
(31:40):
I don't think Danny going to Jason and saying I
don't want to live with them, because it reminds me
too much of Mom. Can I live with you.
Speaker 2 (31:50):
I'm going because I'm gonna throw you the Devil's advocate,
because it could be just as strong everything my mother
had been saying for his law. If I can remember
now about needing to keep me and me and my
sisters safe is true, I can't. I need to stay
with my family. I'm not gonna tear them apart even
(32:14):
we grow.
Speaker 1 (32:15):
We're available, We're available, we are available, We're available. We
just want them.
Speaker 2 (32:19):
Oh, Fred, I'm gonna take for a minute. I'm gonna
take it in the direction the next direction for a minute,
and I'm gonna say this. You know, the rest of
y'all out there can hate on me. I got a
lot of hate on my Facebook post. But you know,
if Leo willing to accept people when we want them
back on canvas and they've been dead for a while,
you know, you know how many you people will take
(32:41):
whatever excuse they lay out for us. If Constance were
to say she would come back for a year and
do a year of Helena, y'all would take any excuse
to have Helena back on canvas. Canvas, canvas, just give
me a yeah, yo, yeah, am I right?
Speaker 5 (32:54):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (32:55):
But it is good, right, But only if it is
good writing, because it would do it if it's writing.
Speaker 2 (33:00):
So now let me make my next point. So I am.
I am very much on board the Holly is Sasha's mother.
Trained the first two games, I was like, what the hoopah?
Speaker 1 (33:11):
How the how to walk?
Speaker 9 (33:13):
There?
Speaker 2 (33:15):
And then and then I started feeling the pieces and
playing Plinko. Remember you know I'm going to an Uther network.
But y'all never plinkos, right, And I thought to myself, Okay,
you know what I gotta resurrect so much that Heather
was the hot killer. Heather was never the hoot killer.
(33:36):
We all know it, we know what we do it out.
I don't want to block down a whole lot of
stuff to go with this. Holly is is Sasha's mother.
I do not believe, ultimately, you know, without a doubt.
I do not think that Robert is her father. I
don't know what game they're gonna play all the way
in between all of them, but I am so on board.
(33:58):
The spit fire between them was so good, and I'm sorry.
I love me some m SAMs. I don't want her
to I don't want her to be you know, two
week and done this time around, let's get juicy. Let's
have fun with it. I love Diane, I do, I do,
I do I do, But I don't care let them.
Let let them another triangle play out. This is this
(34:20):
is actually one that I am not mad at at all.
I gotta Ashley. I really want to throw this to you,
but I gotta throw at the canvas first. Kenny the
happiest girl.
Speaker 1 (34:34):
In the world, scar in the world, because I'm gonna
find now fourth so long. I'm like, my girl went
through it with the tragedy after tragedy, after the tragedy.
Speaker 8 (34:54):
Im I don't know girl, I know no, No, she
my doubt.
Speaker 1 (34:59):
I'm Roberto her daddy. Let God be the glory. Amen.
I am so fine with this storyline that is not
even funny anymore because ign to me just actually, Das
you put a band aid on over the wound of
how you didn't have Ethan be their kid. But I'm
(35:22):
fine with Sausa being the kid. Considering one, did we
forget Sausa was a con artist when she first started?
Speaker 4 (35:31):
That's one. No, no, we did not forget that.
Speaker 2 (35:36):
No hold up, no no, because but both you can't
disappoint because this was my point too, right there, Okay,
we only know about her grandmother because of what she
told us. We only know about her mother because of
what she told us. We don't she eight con artists
Valantine Paint brought her up in here to make a
(35:58):
poor woman believe that she found no child. Okay, So
none of the stuff that we know about Sasha is
God given truth, fact, and even things that we have
seen on our beloved soap opera, like like transplants of
organs and then the child ends up alive four or
five years later. Okay, so here we go back again.
Speaker 1 (36:18):
Okay, well not only not only that, but okay, yes,
I know people are like trying to figure out the
placement and stuff. But again, I would like to redirect
everybody's attention to the ninety one ninety three Arab General
Hospital when the w SC was put poison as a
threat and Holly and Robert were all in danger. I
could totally see the quote unquote extra sketch because they
(36:41):
made sure to forget about Holly and Holly and Bill.
We're not gonna say anything but thank you for some
of us thunk you, But but it is it does
seem that it would fit, you know, in some weird way,
because again, if I'm to believe that Stashi is right, again,
Jackie's but thirty. Jacki's supposed to be around my age. Okay,
(37:04):
Sammy and Eric are supposed to be my age, but
we know they're not. Okay, on days, weel I s
all right, so we can suspend belief to me this
issic and and the thing is is that it caught
me off guard. But I was like waiting that hold up. Okay,
So when she was preny, because I remember when she
was in a call for two years, nobody told Robert
that she that she was, that she was, that she
(37:26):
woke up, I said, Okay, when she came back, she
found out that Robert and Anna was getting married, and
she didn't want to, I said the timeline guy. In
a way, the timeline matches up. But I see what
everybody is saying. But again, folks, what thing this really matters.
I'm just happy that first of them. I'm just glad
Sophia got material from just not to told food being
(37:46):
drugs and everything with your shot was right. You know,
y'all know how I feel about it. I wanted to
give a shout out to the writers too, because when
they dropped that bombshell on us. I think we all
did the same thing. How wasn't there Indeed, in an
the next episode, Max is like, I saw you, Mom,
you took the DNA, but it was only with percentage.
(38:07):
I'm like, did they know we were going to say
all this when.
Speaker 4 (38:10):
They created the storyline no percentage?
Speaker 1 (38:14):
I enjoyed it. And again I'm gonna say this, Yes,
don't say Cody have chemistry. However they do however.
Speaker 4 (38:25):
But I have a question for you. I have a
question for all three of you. This is port Charles,
New York Am I right, yepe mm hmm, okay, So
it's not illegal to be They're not illegal in New
York State to be together.
Speaker 1 (38:45):
I'm gonna say this, even two things you're.
Speaker 2 (38:50):
About to go, they're not gonna go there. They are
not going to go there.
Speaker 4 (38:55):
And tell you they're not going to go there. I
think they're afraid to go there.
Speaker 2 (39:01):
Of course, they're afraid to go there. No, not really,
because here's the thing.
Speaker 1 (39:04):
People forget Liz and luckier cousins.
Speaker 2 (39:10):
Forget they're like third cousins, right.
Speaker 1 (39:15):
And not only that, Jake, jac and Charlotte mm hmm.
Speaker 2 (39:22):
Yeah, dare like third cousins too. No, No, this is direct,
this is my my my uncle is your father. They're
not gonna. I don't think they're gonna go there, honestly,
I really don't, you know. You know what though they
do need something of groundbreaking, and if they did decide
(39:45):
to go there, all right, but how are you?
Speaker 4 (39:48):
How are you guys if they didn't go there?
Speaker 1 (39:52):
Look, I went I went through, JAMMI so I'm good.
Speaker 4 (39:55):
You went through.
Speaker 1 (39:57):
I went through. I went through.
Speaker 2 (39:59):
I Yeah, I mean we went.
Speaker 1 (40:03):
We went through you know, Johnson and Tammy and and
and and here's okay. I'm just gonna I'm just gonna.
I know that some people, because I'm gonna be honest,
if they want to chicken out and not do it right.
I said, there's one factor that could change all of this,
just so Sasha and Cody can still be together, and
(40:25):
that is to go ahead and pull and go ahead
and redo it. Even though I always believed the series
of Day one, Cody's not Max kids, I've been a
strong believer on this because it came up to me.
I just feel as though that could sell all the.
Speaker 2 (40:45):
Whole boodles, that could fill all the holes. Yeah.
Speaker 7 (40:50):
Yeah, that makes the most sense for them, for them
to be together, and it be like, you know, the
right way.
Speaker 2 (41:02):
So okay, so one more piece, and let's go to
David for I'm not even gonna give a comment on it.
Let's go to David first on it net finding out who,
how is it gonna drop out? Are we actually gonna
get pictures? What is the fallout gonna be? Do we
even care? I truly do think that Nina's gonna make
(41:24):
a play to try to be Scout's mother, with or
without this whole situation going on. But that's a whole
nother We can talk about that later. David talk to
me about this storyline. And I don't care if Drew
gets elected or not. Honestly, go ahead.
Speaker 4 (41:40):
I'm not sure it might. I don't think it's gonna
go that far. Because someone revealed it today in the
bar room.
Speaker 2 (41:49):
I didn't seek today's spoiler for me. What happened?
Speaker 4 (41:51):
Oh yeah, oh yeah, oh yeah, So.
Speaker 2 (41:56):
I'm al and I don't get it till one o'clock
in the morning.
Speaker 4 (41:58):
Go ahead, Okay, So you know Sasha had to break
the truth to Cody, Yeah today, right, and all that,
and he got upset, so he went out into that
bar so and he lives alone and then all of
(42:19):
a sudden he sees Nina come in Withdrew, so he
so Cody was the one who yelled it out in
the bar today Nina, and it was just well it
(42:41):
was a full bar. It was just the three main
ones was Cody, Drew, and Nina. And Cody punched Drew
because they will. He was, you know, he was angry
because of what happened to him. So it says, how
can you when he was remembering told him Yeah, yeah,
(43:08):
he was remembering what Sasha had told him. And then
I just got stuck in his head and he decided
that I wanted to tell can.
Speaker 2 (43:18):
You be out with the mother? But it's also it's
also helped in my rage that I needed to get
this out on somebody. Oh helly Nelly, yep, what what
was Nina? Did we end on that? What was Nina's reaction?
Speaker 4 (43:37):
Well, let me see, Nina was dumb fucked, so they
didn't show more of that, but me know that Drew
got punched. So I think there's going to be fallout
next couple of days.
Speaker 2 (44:00):
I mean, I don't get boiled again, used the germination wonted.
Speaker 7 (44:10):
All right as you go girl, So I'm I love
Robert and Holly.
Speaker 9 (44:17):
Huge Robert and Holly fan, so I was thrilled.
Speaker 7 (44:20):
To find out that Sasha is their daughter. I think
the dynamic between Holly and Sasha is interesting, so I
think it'll be fun to see everything play out between
uh those two. I don't think we've necessarily seen the
end of Sasha and Cody. I don't know why I
(44:41):
think that, but after watching today's episode, like, Cody doesn't
want to let it go and I'm gonna blame him,
and I don't think Sasha really wants to get wants
to let him.
Speaker 2 (44:52):
Go either, even though she knows that she should.
Speaker 7 (44:56):
So I definitely don't think we've seen the last of
them as a couple. I totally agree. I think the
only way that they could technically be together unless they
decide to go there with the whole fifting cousins thing.
But if they don't decide to go there, I think
the only way they could the writers can make it
right is by saying that you know, Mac is not
(45:18):
Cody's father. So I think it'll be interesting to see
how things kind of play out and the ramifications of
of everything. I mean, Holly has gotten herself mixed up
with Sonny and these diamonds. So I think it'll be
fun to see Maurice Snard work with with Emma Stands,
just to kind of see, uh that that dynamic and
(45:42):
see how all that unfolds. And I'm not surprised with
how today's episode ended with Cody kind of spilling the beans.
It was bound to come out about Drew and Willow,
so I'm not I'm kind of not surprised in the
way that it happened the way that it happened today.
(46:04):
Someone was bound to he was bound to sign it
find out somehow.
Speaker 2 (46:08):
So yeah, my steep on everything all right, before we
move away from General Hospital, I have a question for Candace.
Everybody else can weigh in afterwards if you so choose,
But I think I see something common Candace that I
am really juicily interested in. Okay, I have been trying
to figure out where does Isaia fit into all this?
Speaker 1 (46:29):
Right? Yes, yes, let's talk about this.
Speaker 2 (46:31):
Yes, okay, girl, you think we're going to get a
bisexual character, We're gonna have some feelings for Jordan's some feelings,
but that's a Lucas don't.
Speaker 1 (46:40):
Yes, I do, yes, I do, yes, yes, yes. Let's
let's talk to you folks out there about this. This
has been a hot topic. This has been hot topic. Okay,
even Wendy Williams would enjoy this. So the thing is
is that he has chemistry. Now, look, let's let me
(47:03):
let me talk the sip, the fact that he came
in right, not as a big character, but even though
his last name Frank, I wonder what y'all doing with that.
But anyway, he has good friendship chemistry with Luck and
and and everybody. But like I said, the two people
that stucked out to me the most was Jordan and Lucas.
And I'm just like, Okay, I'm noticing the way Lucas
(47:26):
lights up around him, and I don't notice how Jordan
is right, So I'm like, okay, General Hospital, Look, you
do have a vostexical character on the show. Christina is boseexual, folks,
Just so y'all know. But it's interesting that I don't
know if they're doing this to throw us off, or
if that or if they're trying to see what the
(47:48):
fans are saying, because currently Jordan doesn't need a love
with this and because he's gorgeous.
Speaker 2 (47:54):
Can just hold up? Let me let me say this
right here is a culture in a you know, in
the LGBT flash in that like the triangle where the
three circles meet, It's called the down low culture. Right, So, yes,
what if he on surface loves him, wanted to be
(48:14):
with Jordan and wants the you know, happiness of all that,
but also has some other needs d l and Lucas
doesn't want anything that you know, he's got to emotionally
really be connected to ye. So how about a download relationship?
(48:35):
Boom boom boom.
Speaker 1 (48:36):
Yes, you do know I'm in I'm the clique I
know about. Yes, I was talking. I was literally talking
about this over the weekend because my whole thing is
that what I'm enjoying is again general, I'm gonna say this, Jena,
I see you really working to get yourself together before
(48:57):
the end of the I even.
Speaker 4 (49:01):
A little bit.
Speaker 1 (49:02):
I mean like, actually, don't you feel that way too?
Like gh is trying to pull itself together.
Speaker 7 (49:09):
After especially within the past couple of weeks with the
reveals that we've gotten their dust, trying to improve their story,
to bring their A game back for sure.
Speaker 1 (49:18):
Right, and not for nothing, and this is not a
dig gray thing. But you know, we did say goodbye
to a pint like you know, tacking me four characters.
I mean, I mean, obviously we're saying goodbye to Telemonago fam,
but we're said goodbye to Marow, we said goodbye to Marshall,
we said goodbye to Violet. We actually said goodbye to
(49:42):
other characters too. I mean, yeah, we had the turn
of Steve Lars and then today fullert other So I'm like, okay,
g h, you are actually doing the thing that we
kept saying this past year is clean house, clean house.
You did bring in some big return, you did, and
it didn't work out the way you thought it did.
(50:03):
But then you bring a character like Isaiah, and you're
giving us this as the quote unquote. Now I don't
want to say the side story, but it's a it's
something that we should pay attention to while we're paying
attention to what's going on elsewhere, if that makes sense.
So I'm yeah, I'm with you. I noticed that for YUMP.
Speaker 2 (50:24):
I was like, oh, I'm like, so it would be
the first show that ever did like the true down
low storyline. And I think viewers can handle it at
that point. Let me just say this, though we have
(50:44):
not seen really any chemistry between Calling and Isaiah. Leave
him out of or it. She got enough men all
over her in some kind of chemistry test just to
see what happens. We got the storyline for him written
in the Star.
Speaker 1 (51:02):
Right, yeah, yeah, it's right there. Because you also got Brad,
you know, because Brad is big. You're trying to trying
to work his way back to te Lucas. You got
I mean, you got the Porsche saying real quick, you
talk about this again, it's automatic. But I'm just gonna
say again, like I said, General Hospital is actually trying
(51:24):
to pull it together before the end of the year.
And remember I said they're gonna started doing it. I said,
all these shows are gonna start doing some things because
of the effects that's about to go down in January.
But I'm just like, I'm so enjoyed. I'm like, okay,
Heather what she said to a bye, but I'll be back,
like we all know, we don't everybody because she feels
(51:47):
though everybody fell for this hip situation. And and I
love Genie Francis and Nathiwie going on qu saying how long,
how far and everything, because when the it was like
saying I'm going to Arizona and stuff like that. But again,
this show, they have something that they do that with Isaiah.
(52:08):
I want to say focused on Isaiah because.
Speaker 2 (52:10):
They let me let me throw into the healthy conversation
for a second. The next time Heather comes back, it's
going to be Robin Mattinson and she's definitely coming back
without a doubt. I can tell you that that is
in the future storyline. Mark my words. All right, go on.
Speaker 1 (52:26):
I'm just saying I appreciate Ali as Heather.
Speaker 2 (52:30):
I love Ali. I appreciate it.
Speaker 1 (52:31):
See that good job. Even though the story looks up,
I feel but I said that, I'm not gonna say,
however the heaven, I feel it though, like they did
drop the ball with the heavy storyline. And I know
we got to get to another show in a minute,
but I feel it though. Like I'm just gonna say,
everybody harped on with what you know Porsche was saying
about if it was not a black girl, it would
(52:53):
be more stuff going on since my issue General Hospital,
And I'm going to be frank with you because people,
I was trying to figure out, Why is Porscha so
heavily involved in this storyline? And I'm like, oh, because
of Trina, Like, let's not forget how this all went down. Yes,
(53:14):
Heather didn't really Hasan's daughter esne as your relative. Y'all
remember her, right, Okay.
Speaker 2 (53:24):
Yeah, they don't want us to remember her anymore.
Speaker 1 (53:26):
Well, that's what I am directly targeted Trina setting her up,
all that stuff, drugging all that stuff. So the fact
that her mother was out there still doing stuff and
every saying Trina never really got her pod, she never't
got her chance to da da da da da. But
like somebody said, if you attack my child, I Am
(53:49):
going to get you back somehow, some way. But if
I don't see anybody else doing it fairly, then okay.
I was fine with what Porta said. I just want
to if I know that, But I do have an
issue with Porsia saying that because general House writers, I
feel it so you this year and I've said this.
I understand you definitely want to bring awareness to the
(54:12):
problem of of the you know, unfairness regarding races.
Speaker 2 (54:18):
Of the justice system.
Speaker 1 (54:19):
Uh huh, right, justice system. I get that, But my
issue is is that if you had all this smoke,
then how come Porscha and Bread didn't work together to
take down Heather?
Speaker 2 (54:29):
One?
Speaker 1 (54:30):
Where has Trina been at for me to be connected?
Because I feel like though Trina should be talking to
Heather or something like that. I'm just I'm just like
kind of like, Okay, look, you're wrapping the storyline up,
but I'm not gonna like the fact that if you
have Porsia go down because of Heather, I'm really going
(54:50):
to have issue.
Speaker 2 (54:51):
Because I'm yeah, me too. I'm like, you know, as
much as I want a character to go away at
this point, I don't see much reg deeming left in Portie.
I kind of want the character go away, but not
this way, right Not.
Speaker 1 (55:06):
My thing is like, Okay, Porscha and Brad Shous been
working together because of what hasn't.
Speaker 2 (55:11):
Done to both of them. I'm sorry, no, no, no,
I'm gonna even go more basic than that. Candles Sonny
miss the big Manfields has stepped in so many times
and made things disappear, go away. They were shifted looks
a different way, contracts were reversed, et cetera, et cetera,
et cetera. You know, honestly, he would no, and they
(55:36):
know take take.
Speaker 1 (55:37):
Take honey out, take honey out from it by Sonny,
We don't need you right now, slam the door, all right,
who'd whose breads aren't?
Speaker 2 (55:44):
Oh my god, that's Selena. Thankslena, thank you, thank you,
thank you. Yes, oh my god, that's a way to
bring Selena back in.
Speaker 1 (55:52):
But know only that wood bricks, mama.
Speaker 2 (55:56):
Doctor, thank you? All right? No, yeah, yeah, yeah, you
know we'll be back in two weeks and we'll have
more bones to pick and things. Because I'm sorry, I
am absolutely loving it. I want to see more of
Sasha and the Holly Farring. I want Pelice, I want Felicia, Maxy, Sasha,
(56:17):
Holly Anna. Let me throw in Tracy just for the
snark of it. So all ends up in a room together,
like just throwing each other out, like all right now
we need to move along than I know. Oh yes,
at the quarter back. Yes, and because of like you know,
Max and Max new Son, they open up to everyone.
Of course they're gonna end up.
Speaker 1 (56:38):
But you know, Dave is my character. I'm living through
that character because he's just like his mama.
Speaker 2 (56:44):
He's just so huge. I know. All right, let's let's
let's take the mid Road one and then we'll go
to CBS after that. Uh, Ashley, Ashley Phy, listen, what's
been going on with Days of our Lives for the
last couple of weeks? What are you loving? What do
you so?
Speaker 7 (57:04):
I'm still totally cringing over the whole like body and souls.
Speaker 9 (57:09):
I can't get behind it.
Speaker 2 (57:14):
What it is it's still going on? And then like
why go on?
Speaker 7 (57:23):
Why I want to smack Johnny like the way he's
been acting the past two weeks.
Speaker 9 (57:29):
Okay, so like he needs a slack.
Speaker 7 (57:32):
He just he needs to be like he needs to
come to Jesus meeting with someone I don't know but
his mama. Hey, we need to come to Jesus and
like that, and straight my girl saying yeah, I'm trying
to come back soon, but she's.
Speaker 2 (57:47):
Come back like now yesterday, I know. Yeah.
Speaker 9 (57:51):
Yeah.
Speaker 8 (57:52):
So he was like totally just to put it nicely,
he was a jerk now like it was off you, Yeah,
like you're accusing your.
Speaker 9 (58:03):
Wife of.
Speaker 8 (58:06):
With Alex and she totally was not. And he didn't
even like technically see them technically sleeping here he cooks
the word of Seth Burns that oh, like Aerrow and
Faith were sleeping together and and Seth didn't even realize,
like it was Stephanie and it wasn't Chanelle. So it
was like this major like communication problem.
Speaker 7 (58:28):
And Johnny is massively showing his insecureness in his in
his marriage, so like yeah, yeah, and then he's eating
Crow and then you go with Chanelle like yeah, you
should be upset with him and.
Speaker 2 (58:45):
Annoyed, like to put it nicely, annoyed because.
Speaker 9 (58:48):
He's been a jerk too and you don't preserve him
right now. So that's pals about that.
Speaker 7 (58:54):
And then you had the introduction of Joy Wesley.
Speaker 2 (59:02):
See he's not right.
Speaker 1 (59:04):
I don't know.
Speaker 4 (59:06):
Did they or didn't they? I can't.
Speaker 9 (59:10):
They didn't really say. But yet his wedding ring was
in her hotel.
Speaker 7 (59:15):
She was like very like just kind of like cryptic
about the whole thing when Nancy was asking her about like,
you know, how are you involved with him or whatnot?
Speaker 9 (59:25):
But yet his wedding ring was was in her hotel.
Speaker 7 (59:30):
But I'm just not feeling Joy very stuck up.
Speaker 2 (59:34):
She's very snobby, Like I mean, granted, I don't want
her to be like a good two shoes.
Speaker 9 (59:39):
By any means, but I'm just like, not.
Speaker 7 (59:43):
Do you think she's she's gonna get involved with the
body and soul for crew.
Speaker 2 (59:48):
She's gonna be out there put a post there just
for one second, because I have one question to ask Kansas, Kansas.
I think you know where I'm going with this. The
Joy personality, right, it's gonna be the same personality two
and a half months from now that we're saying right now.
Speaker 1 (01:00:05):
Hopefully, And I'm gonna when when when?
Speaker 2 (01:00:12):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, okay, continuously.
Speaker 7 (01:00:16):
Okay, And then we have we finally found out that
the fake Abigail, her real name is Katerina Cat and
the truth came out that she's been taking the entire
time of being Abigail. So now all this is finally
coming to Fruition and Chad is finally realizing what has happened.
(01:00:36):
I love that, Like Steve totally came in and like
whacked out doctor Green with what was a candlestick holder
or whatever, so something like that was that was great.
Speaker 2 (01:00:48):
In the library with the candlestick holder. Ye up, they
go on in the library in the castick.
Speaker 9 (01:00:54):
Yeah, So I thought that was great.
Speaker 7 (01:00:58):
I can see where there's going to be a tie
in with John and all this because of him killing Katerina.
But then Kat said her mom's name is Katerina, So
I don't think Katerina is, and that why John was
(01:01:19):
in the house with Kat in the very beginning, whenever
she was first discovered.
Speaker 9 (01:01:25):
Like, that's that's the ticketing thing, that's why there.
Speaker 4 (01:01:31):
Wait a minute, I go back and say that again
because I didn't hear most of you said that, so
that she is.
Speaker 7 (01:01:43):
Yeah, So so Kat's mother, her name is Katerina, and
Kat was named after her mom.
Speaker 2 (01:01:49):
So then John had killed.
Speaker 7 (01:01:54):
Katerina all those years ago, allegedly in Greece, but she's
obviously alive. So we're gonna see that connection with John
and why he was why Clyde had had taken him
along with with Kat.
Speaker 2 (01:02:12):
So there's there's that soul.
Speaker 4 (01:02:17):
He was found in the same place.
Speaker 2 (01:02:19):
Yes, yes, yes, I know what else you got for us,
because I know Ken just is dying Ago actually finished
up what you got for us.
Speaker 7 (01:02:33):
And then Philip is back and Vivian Is is back,
and Phillip has come to Clay claim his steak on Titan.
He doesn't want Xander to give it all up to
Kristen for the cure for Sarah, So that'll be that
interesting dynamic to see kind of Xander and Phillips far
(01:02:55):
over Titan and kind of where that all goes.
Speaker 4 (01:02:59):
Yes and.
Speaker 7 (01:03:02):
Yes, and Vivian is definitely pulling some strings. We were
introduced today to Gabby and Rape's cousin, Hobby, So I
don't know kind of where he's going to fit into everything,
but I'm sure they'll put him in there somewhere.
Speaker 9 (01:03:20):
He must have a purpose.
Speaker 2 (01:03:22):
But we were.
Speaker 7 (01:03:23):
Introduced le maybe with Leo, that's the possibility. We're introduced
with to him today.
Speaker 1 (01:03:32):
Brady is free.
Speaker 7 (01:03:33):
Uh, Fiona is pretty much skipped town because she didn't
She's like, well, I didn't tell the police that I
did anything, like I told Leander and I told Sara
and I told Brady, but I didn't technically tell the police,
so peace out. So she skipped town. So you know, yeah,
so you know there's that. So that's pretty much my
(01:03:54):
take on days for the past two weeks.
Speaker 9 (01:03:56):
So go ahead, can you this take it away?
Speaker 1 (01:04:01):
I'm Award winner Ken Matt basically almost ron I want
my Lemmo. Anthony backed me up ago a month ago,
actually two months ago, I said, watched this be the
granddaughter or somebody yeping this forever and a day day.
Speaker 2 (01:04:22):
You have been seeing this forever and a day.
Speaker 1 (01:04:25):
My whole thing is because to me, and I said
that they could have played it where she was Abby
with amnesia, brainwashed her to make her think she was
this girl, but she was really Abby. You could have
gave me the one. It could have actually worked, you know,
my okay, So because they can, and I look.
Speaker 2 (01:04:52):
Okay, so let me stop you right there, because this
is the storyline that I really had hoped it was.
I had hoped, and it would be very far fetched,
but I was okay with it that there had been
an Abby lookalike that had been discovered and the Abby
look alike was the one that actually got killed, and
the other Abby had been given all kinds of false memories.
(01:05:14):
They've done this before in this in this show itself,
So we okay with that, we can we can definitely
live with that. And finally, yeah, go ahead, no, and
that finally, you know, after making love, which had a
couple of times the memories broke free and realized, oh
my god, I really am Abby kind of thing. So
(01:05:35):
I wouldn't have loved it, but I was. I was
willing to accept that gone.
Speaker 1 (01:05:41):
So I was gonna say, so, basically, you wanted the
princess gene a whole storyline for her kinda yeah, because
that's what I wanted to me. It would have made
more sense. But I'm having a problem because one, so
you need to tell me we got kept Constantine, spawns
and Salem. Okay, two again, folks, Why are y'all making
(01:06:05):
Clyde such a big baddy when he doesn't really need
a dish. I'm just asking for a friend.
Speaker 2 (01:06:11):
When he had to jive behind it to actually make
us believe it.
Speaker 5 (01:06:16):
That's why I said.
Speaker 1 (01:06:19):
To lip No, I'm not even gonna do that. See this,
this would have been days. Wouldn't help you out. I'm
gonna help you out. I'm gonna help you out. Hold
my hands and listen what you could have should have
would have done. Let's go, let's go all the way back.
We're gonna have to go all the way back to
when EJ was shot. Y'all remember those here, y'all? Remember
(01:06:39):
those A couple of years ago you had Orpheus and Clyde.
Authius pretty much was pulling Clyde's strings. Okay, let's go
back a couple of years ago he contused to do
when again Ausius was kind of pushing Clyde to do
certain things here and there, and then it ultimately revealed
that he kills Abbie because remember they thought it was
(01:07:01):
Bell because Belle had said something. It's awfuhing okay again,
so why would they go after Bell? Why did Clyde
go after Bell? That doesn't seem right. James could have
been that Orpheus was pretending to be Clyde to frame
Clyde while Orfius was living a dead life. That would
(01:07:24):
have been a bat the story, because you know why
Daisy was doing all these masks. You could have had
it the Orpius that had a mass of Clyde and
to because Clyde screwed him, he decides to beat Clyde
and go ahead and beat and frame Clyde, have Clyde
go to jail to be imprisoned, while Aufius is out
(01:07:44):
there trying to give John and Marlena back thank you,
thank you. Instead of Clyde, it could have been Orpheus.
It would make more sense because it's John and Marlena's
story here. So nose James, I'd like, James, I do,
But come on. You're doing too much with Claude to
(01:08:05):
be to be honest.
Speaker 2 (01:08:06):
Okay, okay, unless unless you're trying to reset for a
way forward, which you know it's it's gonna give us
a reason to have to suspend a lot of the things.
We think. But maybe they're doing it to do because
we know that there was a full reset coming in.
You know, maybe they're not gonna go with the Demara
(01:08:28):
as the big bad Baddy anymore. Maybe it's gonna be quiet.
Speaker 1 (01:08:33):
I just I'm gonna be honest. I'm full over. I'm
over Clyde being the big Baddy regardless. Because so you
mean to tell me you put one over on Ava,
Pat and John with that cop before the best one
with the Green fans like to me, I just I'm
not buying it. And again I will say that obviously
we didn't know at the time that yeah, there are
(01:08:56):
trying to rewrite and redoce certain things because of what
happened behind us. But still consight, I'm not, like I said,
and I'll say it, writers are dazed at that time.
I'm gonna say you did a disservice to a lot
of people when you said Abby was coming back, because
(01:09:18):
again we never believed. We never believed that girl was
dead in the first place, because it's sailing. Everybody, everybody
doesn't die. You could have said she was gonna thank you,
thank you, thank you, because that is now going to
be the Naxi mystery. Shout up to Billy Flynn. Were
holding my hands and saying, canvas, I got you. Because
(01:09:42):
at the.
Speaker 2 (01:09:42):
Time I'm like, okay, everybody was like, Tad should be
the one to know. Teddy tax is okay, okay, No,
I'm gonna say this real quick. Let's let's stop right here,
Billy Flynn. This year is your Emmy year for sure. Hey,
if you pick the right will and if you yeah,
(01:10:04):
if you send them the right scenes, this year, this
is your year. You know the material was not the best,
but you know you were out Pino, my friends.
Speaker 1 (01:10:16):
You were think about you think about what he really
does have to choose from the fire, the reveal of
Abby Thomas, little Thomas, little the little baby. He does
have some stuff. But it's just like I saw people saying,
you know, because because first of them Stephen Johnson, Lady Gentlemens,
(01:10:37):
can we get some around clause Yeah, the only smart
detective one. So sorry, chance I said what I said,
and I ain't thinking of that because no, yep, yeah,
I mean keeps doing everything. He's talking to himself. He's like, okay,
maybe if I do all this, maybe that's studdy took
the DNA. Just watch that. You need to take more
(01:10:59):
than one DNA on the soap. Because when he sat
to Calob judging by this DNA, you're my mama, mama,
And I'm like, am I supposed to sometime one like
I was supposed to leave the rum or something. I'm like,
talk about this. But again, I will say, like.
Speaker 2 (01:11:16):
The fact they know, you know what they've given him.
They've given him that Colombo personality when he gets to
he gets to like back and forth.
Speaker 1 (01:11:27):
Right, what I said, David Nichols didn't do it episode
of Colombo.
Speaker 2 (01:11:32):
Yeah no, but they've given that him that personality where
he can toddle back and forth.
Speaker 1 (01:11:37):
He is I mean he's no, no, he's not Columbo.
You know who he is? Cold Jack? Yeah, oh my god, yes,
you know what.
Speaker 2 (01:11:46):
No, but think about it, he's actually both of them
because he does have that inner thing going on with
himself that Colombo does. But then he's got the pizazz
of like, it's Cole Jack. Yes, do do do Do
do do? It's Code Jack? Yeah, what can I do?
Speaker 1 (01:12:03):
A little? T? J? Hooker?
Speaker 2 (01:12:06):
Oh oh.
Speaker 1 (01:12:10):
M?
Speaker 2 (01:12:12):
All right, Candice, I'm gonna throw this to David for
a minute. David, what what's what's what's loving or irking you?
Right now? In Salem?
Speaker 4 (01:12:21):
What's loving or irking me? Well? I'm I'm sad that
we won't see anymore of Fiona because I think she
could have been used more. I I like the character.
I like the character from the beginning, and it's too
bad that she that today was her last basically her
(01:12:46):
last air day. I I sort of liked the whole story.
I like that Vivian is back. I don't know for
how long, but it's nice to see Louise back in play.
I was sorry that Brandon was let go, and it's strange.
(01:13:11):
I gotta tell you. I said, I saw these guys
back in June, right and now and okay, going earlier.
Speaker 2 (01:13:20):
If I had news, I'm gonna share this right now.
I can tell you more. In two weeks. Brandon's going
to another show. Okay, that's all I can say. In
two weeks, I'll give you more. Go on get David,
I I what loops?
Speaker 1 (01:13:44):
All right?
Speaker 2 (01:13:44):
Well talking two weeks agol oh, I'm so glad, you
know all. I go ahead, David.
Speaker 4 (01:13:49):
Well, like I said when when I saw him back
in June and made me think, that says all this
time he had been fired. But he couldn't say anything. Yeah,
he couldn't say anything because what was it, March? That
was March.
Speaker 1 (01:14:10):
In March right now on days?
Speaker 4 (01:14:14):
Okay, so that was March. So it's just I'm sad
to see him go. I want to say that I
admire Brandon's openness about all of it, and I would
(01:14:34):
have the same feelings he would about and I would
be conflicted if they asked me to come back to
So I think that's what's got me. I don't know
why they wanted to let him go. I think I
(01:14:57):
like Brandon's character. That's a but that's about it for
me right now that I can come up with. And
now I await your news in two weeks.
Speaker 1 (01:15:13):
Mm hmmm, did Anthony drop?
Speaker 4 (01:15:18):
No, he's still here, Anthony, Anthony here there, Anthony might
be away from the phone, that's true.
Speaker 1 (01:15:32):
So I'll go ahead and say what I'm loving about
the show. I'm loving how.
Speaker 2 (01:15:39):
They were a no, I am here. I was out
of I could hear my service bars going in and out.
There's a big thunderstorm outside right now, but I am here. Okay.
Speaker 1 (01:15:51):
What I'm loving is the fact that I appreciate some
getting and it's all gonna say it's because of who
it is, but I do appreciate the fact that, again
we didn't know what was going on at the time,
that they were able to get Greg Vaughn to fill in, yeah,
and and and do what he did. I did enjoy
the fact that, you know, Eric went took back for
(01:16:12):
his brother to find out, like, wait a minute, yeah,
Brady's a lot of things, but are we sure that
this is what really went down? So I do enjoy that.
What else I'm in loving is I love to readA
daddy my girl has that's your role now, honey, that
(01:16:33):
is your role. I like it. And that's not in
disrespect to Camilla and everything, because I think both answers
has done their their saying on this on this roll.
I I like the pull and tug that I was
getting with the Demrror family a little bit, because each
of them do have some kind of issue at this
(01:16:56):
You know pleasant time. Now when it comes, I'm actually
gonna be shady. I'm actually liking Body and Soul because
of two things. One the reason is to say they're
making fun of the genre, because there are certain things
that I was watching on this show and I said
to myself, y'all are making fun of this person, that person,
(01:17:18):
this chrope, every other chope in the wall. And I said,
some of it isn't supposed to be funny, but some
of it is because it's like, y'all really are making
a mockery of the show genre because I do need
some shade on the show.
Speaker 2 (01:17:33):
But yeah, but can't just on the other side of
these But that's what I'm.
Speaker 1 (01:17:37):
About to get too. That was what my life. But
now I have my dislikes. I dislike the fact that
you're making fun of the genre. Yea, again, my whole
thing is that. And I said this, you know, Ron,
I'm holding you. I'm holding you with your seat held high.
What work on one life or live does not work
(01:17:58):
on daysraelouts, especially in this realm of time. Because here's
the saying, we can't make fun of a genre that's
already being left at outsider like outsider as well as
insider at first again by your soul.
Speaker 2 (01:18:15):
No, Candice, Okay, I'm gonna stop you right there, because
here's here's a rub event, right, We all in this
community ask each other to love this community and to
rally around it, and blah blah blah blah blah. So
then you have this portion of it that is openly
mocking all of it and almost to the point of
(01:18:35):
why is it still around?
Speaker 1 (01:18:38):
Right? And that's why I'm about to get to it.
That's what I'm about to say. Like to me again,
when Body is So first started, it was a page
to me, armored to the actors who played other characters,
right and whatnot? You were doing that you were doing that.
Speaker 2 (01:18:54):
I often milled it and it was good. It was good.
Speaker 1 (01:18:57):
But I'm also going to say this, I'm also loving
the fact that you did this storyline for Diesel Hall
because again we did not know what was going on,
so to keep her up float, you had her do
this storyline. It may not have been you know, you
see what I'm saying. It was sort of kind of
a side point. Again, My whole thing is that you
(01:19:22):
took it on too far and it isn't funny to
the point where again I can even though I said
I love to shave, but at the same time, I
shouldn't be the one to say, y'all making fun of
what just happened over her days for alls a year ago.
You're making fun of on Star, you know, on you know,
on set Coach Star is cooking up. You're making fun
(01:19:42):
of you know, da da dada da da dot, all
these soap kills and stuff like that. I'm gonna say no,
but Candace's very easy to say.
Speaker 2 (01:19:51):
Look, you could put it this way. You could do
it in the soap Dish. That movie was Woopi Goldberg
and Sally Fields. You can't do it like that.
Speaker 1 (01:19:59):
But but that's like saying if.
Speaker 2 (01:20:03):
Open and that.
Speaker 1 (01:20:08):
It's not cool. Right, That's what I said. Again, One
like to live with Fraternity Row, body and soul days
of our Lives Again if this was on One Life
to Live, because lord knows Fraternity Road did.
Speaker 2 (01:20:23):
Do some of this.
Speaker 1 (01:20:28):
Show, well not but well, here's another thing you gotta remember.
Fraternity Road was in vote involved into One Life to
Live because of Megan, So that was so again, you
had Fraternity Row, but you didn't play it as hard
as Daves is dealing with body and soul because you're
mean to tell me that everybody in town wants to
(01:20:49):
be on body and soul. You know, you got see
Oh who wants to be part of body and soul.
You got a former cop who wants to be part
of body and soul. You have a Baker and it
can still Maker wants to be a part of body
and soul. And then you got Joy to the world
to the Lord because she wants to be on there.
(01:21:10):
And and here's to say, let me side note day's
will I thank you because I think people don't know
this Joy was born to be a bone marrow donor
to her sister.
Speaker 2 (01:21:24):
Yes, that's the only reason is Wow was the only
reason she exists.
Speaker 1 (01:21:29):
So to me, I've always said Joey was going to
be that. I need to do whatever I want because
guess what, I wasn't intended to be here. Get Yull
created me just because y'all wanted me to save her.
The only thing is I need Chloe. I need Chloe's
played this out to play this beat out. Okay, moving on,
Johnny Ashley, I got you if you got me, so
(01:21:51):
we won't go to jail. Okay, I'll go. I'll go
in the car. Okay, you just put just push him,
push him in the little and I'll pretend that I
was talking to somebody. Well, I couldn't say that. Don't
don't listen to Cannon. But I'm just gonna hit him
a few times because to me, him and Liam Spuncon
need to be best friends. And when I say that
(01:22:13):
is Johnny, you opened the door and you saw what
you saw, right kids to Saint Johnny. You know what
I'm gonna I'm gonna tell you what you should have
done as a child of Sammy and e J, which
I think sometimes you forget. I would have been like,
get off of her man. Oh wait, you're not you
(01:22:34):
know my wife? Oh you know a carry on alex
you and stuff and you having good life. Okay, now
you didn't do that. You're insecurity. Oh and that's not
the same again, while are we doing this storyline? I'm
so confused. But okay, you still have not confunt you
really believe to know what she on you? Johnny? After
all this stuff, y'all su been through. Call me now,
(01:22:56):
Carter and give me a break because this is don't boom.
I hope you know you know what. I hope divorces.
I hope all your pennies and I do not let
me see.
Speaker 2 (01:23:11):
You across the face and says you are not your
father's son, and you are not your mother's son, and
you are not my husband anymore.
Speaker 1 (01:23:19):
Now now I'm your man. Here's the backtrack, though, even
though I'm saying about Sammy and Liz and and everything,
you know what the sad part is, Yeah, I just
see it to Sammy, what kind of but again, he
would they would have had they would have had proof
before they did it.
Speaker 2 (01:23:38):
Do you see what I'm saying?
Speaker 1 (01:23:39):
A day would have to have proof that Sammy cheated
on him, Sammie would have to have proof that Lucas
and you know what, I'm starting to believe Johnny is
really Lucas's kids there though I'm saying the DNA's on
these shows, Johnny Demur and Johnny Horton. There you go, folks,
we saw the missing because that is a Lucas thing
that he would done.
Speaker 2 (01:23:59):
Yeah, now you know what, You're absolutely right, David. David's
like three seconds response and then we got to move on.
Speaker 4 (01:24:08):
Oh we'll go on.
Speaker 2 (01:24:14):
All right, So I know, I know, you know, let's
do the Bulls in the Beautiful real quick, Ashley catch
us up the last two weeks of The Bulls in
the Beautiful.
Speaker 1 (01:24:25):
So we have.
Speaker 7 (01:24:27):
Ivy comes back to town with her niece Alextra, and
Ivy wants to bring her jewelry line the Forester. Stephanie's
totally not having any of it, but she doesn't really
want Ivy to really be there. She even brought in
(01:24:47):
some like subtle jabs of like, well, the last time
you were in La, you didn't throw yourself at Liam,
like so you can totally see the cloth coming out Sethy,
even though we have to be married, since there's still
something going there.
Speaker 9 (01:25:02):
So there's that.
Speaker 2 (01:25:03):
I just want to punch Stephanie sometimes. I'm sorry, I'm
gonna say it that you don't know, no man should
hit a woman. I'm sorry, no, no, but like I
want to give it like that brother, like smack upside
the head, like the biss well, the guilts that you
give to like your siblings, friend, like back off, like
(01:25:23):
you got your you've got your like you've got your
own worry about nose, right, Okay, go ahead, I'm sorry.
Speaker 9 (01:25:31):
Yeah, that's okay.
Speaker 7 (01:25:32):
I love Stephane dearly, but she girlfriend's and busybody, and
she needs to learn when to back off and just
mind her own business and keep her nose that don't belong.
Then Hope and Carter are getting hot and heavy, and
Carter is really champion for Hope for the future, and
it's still having a place in Forrester. I still totally
(01:25:56):
feel like Car, Carter and Hope just kind of came.
Speaker 2 (01:26:02):
Out of nowhere, you know, Like so I really don't
know like.
Speaker 9 (01:26:10):
How I feel about them.
Speaker 2 (01:26:12):
Uh again, I'm gonna say it again. I said it
two weeks ago. I'm gonna stay it again. Right. Yet,
if they don't end up doing something right with this,
then they need to turn Carter into a serial killer.
How many times can he be like, yeah, all right,
go on.
Speaker 7 (01:26:28):
It's it's it's so sexual with them, and it's and
it's it was sexual with Hope and Promise, and it's
just there's so much there with with those two.
Speaker 2 (01:26:38):
And I feel like it was just like.
Speaker 7 (01:26:42):
Out of out of nowhere. And then you know, we
have Will now working at Forrester, and I can totally
see after seeing a Lectra last week, he will totally
be in in Will's orbit, right. I just I know
they're going to go there. I know they're going to
go there. I think that would be interesting to see
(01:27:04):
that dynamic. I feel like ever since we kind of
got the thing that uh with Bridge, with our Taylor
getting in touch with her feelings and everything, things have
kind of been clide on the Ridge Taylor home front.
Speaker 2 (01:27:20):
Focus.
Speaker 7 (01:27:20):
I feel like has been on hope for the future
and kind of allowing Forrester to evolve. Stephanie's fighting it,
you know, but Carter is.
Speaker 1 (01:27:31):
All all for it.
Speaker 7 (01:27:33):
I think like Ridge and Eric kind of want to
keep the piece, you know, somewhat with everyone, but I
totally see Carter's thinking and the Horster creations need to evolve,
like they can't necessarily stay stuck in the same productory
of where it's at. So I can kind of see, like,
(01:27:54):
you know why he kind of wants to implement Ivy's
jewelry line in there that kind of helped Forrester evolved
and grow as a company. That's what I got for
B and B.
Speaker 2 (01:28:06):
All right, So I'm gonna step in here and say
that I think personally that they are setting up where
which direction is for us, They're going to go to
the next like phase of its existence. Is it going
to favor this or is it going to favor that?
And it's setting up all the storylines to build within
(01:28:28):
that kind of Platformat Candace, what do you think, Oh,
this Stone show.
Speaker 1 (01:28:36):
I would like to push Stuffy, but also like the knock,
Hope upside are here too, Yeah kind of, yeah, yeah,
I kind of just because I'm just like over it. Like, okay, Stuffy,
you against Hoper. You're gonna take down her company. Baby,
if you want, go ahead and do it, go ahead
and do it. If the numbers are bad and as
(01:28:58):
bad for business, go ahead. Its just do away with it, Hope, Honey.
I love you, you know that. But at the same time,
reality is your company sucks right now, so you do
need to have an overhaul. Carter, you're my brother. But
I'm confused unless there is and I'm gonna say, unless
(01:29:19):
there's an undertoned poot happening here. When did you have
eyes for her in Italy because at that time you
were hooking up with her aunt? Yeah okay and yeah, okay,
both look both fans, let's be real, come on, come on,
gonna come up. We all know there's somebody missing on
this show and that's why they're trying. See here's the
(01:29:40):
difference again, we did not know about days is really
glaring that on both notice it. Yeah you either, Matthew.
Let me just say that we do not know anything,
but we do know the baby is coming soon. Matthew
and his wife however good. They're doing the thing that
(01:30:03):
Gah had an issue with this year too. When you
have somebody that is hot and when I say hot
is in a front burner storyline that can cross over
into what we're seeing now as well as with Taylor,
you should have done this is the The role of
Thomas Sportster is temporary being played by Tom Healthley. I'm
(01:30:26):
gonna find Tom halfe a job and anything, but to me,
you do meet this person because now Carter is kind
of being the ride Robs for BA for a hope
for the future. Now that's the sun I was writing
the show. And then you're going to have the business meeting,
and then in the business meeting you will bring Eisen
and a Locker back in surprise, and I'm like, Okay,
(01:30:48):
now you're being shady, which I'm fine because I need
Carter to kind of be a villain, but I need
to come to have sense because right because you're going
to thank you, Saffy. And in today's episode, Ridge and
Eric are on team Saffie's side. So I'm gonna say this,
bow are you about to do?
Speaker 2 (01:31:09):
Are you doing the thing.
Speaker 1 (01:31:10):
That young and Rustles is having an issue with? Are
you really gonna give me a bimist storyline like a
legit like force to force stup vote for the picture.
But where we're going at with us? Because I'm tunning,
I'm on board if you do it right. Because here's
the thing my starter heart, which is Carter and Staffie.
How are you enjoying Saffi and Carter and singing together?
(01:31:31):
And I'm just like, why I couldn't y'all do together?
Why I couldn't y'all? But I like fin tune, so
don't get into as flows. But yeah, I'm just like
something something I do. So something's cooking, something's cooking, like
a black male like somebody is playing somebody I don't know,
but I'm here for it. And you're about will Or?
(01:31:54):
Let me go say this real? What Will is his
flag all the way.
Speaker 2 (01:31:58):
All through through throw through.
Speaker 1 (01:32:02):
No, like seriously, when Will in elector walked into each
other right, and now I'm saying and then he looks
at her and has to sparkle eyes and she.
Speaker 2 (01:32:10):
Has to can't just look heard in the back of
my head one of those one of those seventies melodies
Boom boom boom, Jude Jude, dude.
Speaker 1 (01:32:23):
No people would appreciate this. I literally had a Keen
Drama theme song in my head, like y'all know, y'all
know what I'm talking about all the ways.
Speaker 9 (01:32:33):
Sup.
Speaker 1 (01:32:36):
I wasn't really gonna say pridarn it. Okay, I'm right,
but he used to thing, she's a fourster, he's a
he's a sensor. Oh my god. That comes from two
different worlds and two different families. And it's like Romeo
Juliet Minster Suicide.
Speaker 2 (01:32:57):
Part sixteen though, because they've done it sixteen times.
Speaker 1 (01:33:02):
You know what I just talked about. When I just
said that, I was thinking about Now, I'm thinking about Angie.
Y'all remember the TV show Angie? Yeah?
Speaker 2 (01:33:12):
Yeah, yeah.
Speaker 1 (01:33:14):
So we don't have the right. Okay, sorry, we don't
have the right. Sorry, we don't have to, we don't
have the right to.
Speaker 4 (01:33:17):
Can't sing mcgovery oh.
Speaker 1 (01:33:21):
Okay, no, I can't do it. Sorry, it's train it
to y'all. But no, that's when I'm I'm I'm enjoying
to see where we're going to go at with all
of this, And yeah, I'm gonna need some answers to
some questions.
Speaker 2 (01:33:37):
So and I'm sorry, I'm gonna say this one more time.
I've said it twice before tonight, and I didn't know
I did say it two weeks ago. I am gonna
need Carter to have fall out this time around. You
cannot just be you know, used again and you know
and cidalized until I'm going to kneed some cardifall out
(01:34:01):
this time before we move on to The Young and
the Restless, which will absolutely be Canvas's baby. She talk
us through this evening, David, love or or or irking
you with with with bowls and the beautiful.
Speaker 4 (01:34:18):
Uh both. Stepfie's has always irked me for the longest time.
And like I said, she should stay in her own
backyard and never mind because hopees Hope's not bugging her
and she's not bugging Finn anymore, so she should leave
her alone. I want you know, I I love me some,
(01:34:42):
I love Anika, and I want I want to see
something good for her some some nice, nice story for her,
whatever it is, the make her shine like the star
she is. Yeah, I am a little love sick. Let
(01:35:05):
me see what's going on. Well, I want to see
more of Electric because I think I missaid episode.
Speaker 2 (01:35:14):
Oh well, well, well we'll go back on your device
or or on YouTube. Go find it because you know
there was some sizzle there. I do have to say kudos.
I think Electra is is a very I'm very glad
to see Electra on canvas. I'm not thrilled with IVY
(01:35:36):
this time around its canvas. Are you feeling like a
little lackluster with Ivy?
Speaker 1 (01:35:42):
I do I need try to, like, you know, mix
it up a little bit.
Speaker 2 (01:35:46):
Yeah, all right, okay, I didn't. So let's let's let's
let's hop over to Genoa City. I will say I'm
a couple of episodes behind, but even even a few
episodes behind, I'm really Candae. Can you make sense of
the Young and the restless for me right now? Because
I'm I'm I'm a little lost up in and eathers
(01:36:09):
of things that I can't understand.
Speaker 1 (01:36:12):
So I just want everybody to know that me and
young and Russells are going through our our issues right now.
So oh no, see that's about that's about part Anthony.
I think you were here when we said Edward Day
Scott said over there, yeah yeah yeah, yeah yeah yeah.
(01:36:36):
So no, and I'm gonna go. I'm gonna go so far.
Speaker 2 (01:36:40):
As to say one more thing. It could have been
done so much better. But even that, it could have
been better. I am loving Lyndon Ashby as as the
the Ghosts of Cameron passed.
Speaker 1 (01:36:53):
Wait a minute, wait, wait, wait, before I get what's
gorn on the show, I need to adjust with going
on behind the scenes because I'm pado steps the fact
that we got the we got the Neman ranch back.
Like I said, yeah, storylines and actress make the soap.
(01:37:14):
Let's so do the sets. Thank you as what's got
for your cooperation? Okay, now what's going on the show now?
Sharon is still going crazy. She still google Iron off
the net nickers trying to help her the case of
(01:37:35):
who didn't have her chance? Found some evidence Daniel got
locked up. Phyllis's outraged because Phyllis is putting you and
two together, saying that Sharon Is probably probably did something.
Sharon feels assaulted by her from her applsations Let's see
the medication feels not a question. Let's see what else? Oh, Jack,
(01:37:59):
and maybe taking it for the for the public, or
maybe Diane is just being smart. Kyle is still being
an idiot. Audre and Lily are friends, well they're not friends,
but they're like commensurating over the fact that Victor played them.
Let's see. Oh, let's see. Amy Lewis is on her
(01:38:19):
way to town. Let's see.
Speaker 2 (01:38:23):
Oh yeah, uh.
Speaker 1 (01:38:24):
Adam and Chelsea is still Adam and Chelsea. Adam is
having issues with Billy. Billy and Sally got drunk to kiss,
but they can't do anything else and they don't want
to tell nobody about it. And Dinos no more chill yet,
no little Jilt right now until the weather. Oh and
(01:38:46):
we did so the mystery Tracy is not worth the twins,
the evil Twin. Yeah yeah, oh yeah, Josh okay, No,
So that's one mental health story that's over with. So
now we got five months whole stories. Sorry, I forgot
about that. You guys take mental health storylines, and one's
(01:39:12):
been a storyline. You know what Jeff takes some people. Hysley,
what do you like about the show and what do
you not like? About this show.
Speaker 9 (01:39:23):
So I'm.
Speaker 7 (01:39:27):
Still liking the whole story with Sharon. After seeing the
past two weeks, I think Phyllis is going to be
the one to figure things out with with Sharon, Like
she definitely seems like she's she's on something.
Speaker 9 (01:39:43):
I thought I might be like Nick.
Speaker 7 (01:39:45):
Or Mariah, but after seeing the past two weeks, I
think it's gonna be Phyllas. I think Phyllis is going
to be the one to figure out that Sharon is
the one who too oft Heather. I enjoyed seeing Christine today.
Glad that we'll really fellas back. I was like when
she returns for her short little visits, So it was
(01:40:06):
nice seeing her today. I'm really not feeling everything with
Kyle and Claire and Jack and Byan and Victor and
the like, just just not feeling it.
Speaker 9 (01:40:32):
I'm kind of interested about the whole.
Speaker 7 (01:40:35):
Amy Lewis story. I was trying to like go back
and like read recaps and like bios and everything and
try to figure out like she was. I didn't remember her,
and I was trying to figure out like what I
what I mean, Yeah, yeah, I'm finding that out. So
(01:40:57):
I'm trying, like I'm trying to read up more about her.
You know, obviously I start watching Y and R till
ninety four.
Speaker 2 (01:41:03):
So yeah, and this is a bad moment for Young
and the Restless. I'm sorry, I'm just gonna say it.
This was not a big banger storyline in the eighties
when it was actually storyline, So it's not gonna resonate
the way you want it to in this iteration of
(01:41:24):
you know, thirty of almost forty years later. Go ahead, Ashley, continue.
Speaker 9 (01:41:31):
That's that's pretty much about it. I mean, like I.
Speaker 7 (01:41:35):
Kind of want Audra and Lily to team up and
like go against and go up against Victor after him
playing both of them. I think that would be a
girl power dynamic that I would.
Speaker 2 (01:41:50):
And I'm gonna tell you this is finally the space
where they could probably convince his own daughter Victoria and
the three of them rip through. But Young and the Restless,
are you bold enough to actually do this storyline? Because
we have all been waiting for years for Victoria to
(01:42:12):
finally say, you know what, You're never gonna look at
me for the value that I am, So I'm gonna
take you down. This is the perfect storyline to do
this with. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, and throw and throw
Jillan there is you know, the big Mama advisor behind
(01:42:32):
the scenes. Yep, yes, David, what about you?
Speaker 4 (01:42:42):
Well, let me see. I am looking forward to seeing
Phyllis put the pieces together. I think she already has.
She just got to prove it and she's got to
gather people to believe it because it looks like chances
(01:43:03):
like too close to it but to see it yet.
But that, I think that's what I'm looking forward to
most that, and I do want to see Lily get
Chancellor back with the help of all the ladies. I hope.
I hope to see that. Other than that, I want
(01:43:33):
to see what if Jack and Diane can really fake
out the public, because you can actually tell it's faking
faking because it's like they're going over the top. Yeah,
that's about get there for me. I guess I'm linking
(01:43:55):
to see some action, but at least things sir trying
to come.
Speaker 2 (01:44:08):
I love Peter Burglan and what her named Diana in
real life. I love him. I love Susan Walters. I
don't like them as right now. I'm sorry. I haven't
been invested in this in the last few months, and
I'm still not invested in it. I do don't want
(01:44:31):
someone to just smack Kyle, like smack him hard, smack
him silver, his head bounces off something else. Kansas.
Speaker 9 (01:44:43):
Okay, okay, let me let me do my.
Speaker 1 (01:44:46):
Whole self interview. Kandace. How are you singing? I'm good.
What are you liking about Young and a rost with?
Like I said earlier, all the stuff that's behind the scenes.
Really yeah, even though fantastic acting by Sharon Case, Peter Bergman,
Susan Walters and Michael grass Day, that's the only thing
(01:45:06):
that I really like. Okay, Cannon, Oh yeah, Lindon, Oh yeah,
London too, Okay, thank you, yeah it, Cannus. What don't
you like about the show? Everything? I'm over to Sharon's storyline.
They took it too far, Like let's write you're an
honesty yuppy again. Let me prop with this.
Speaker 2 (01:45:30):
People knew how when she burned down the ranch months ago.
Speaker 1 (01:45:36):
And this is my problem. Okay. As much as I
enjoy the fact that the new migrant is back, right,
sucks us out. The person who was responsible for that
decision is still at the show. Yes, Jill self was
there with Josh Wesson. Okay too, you got Sharon still
(01:45:57):
in the same condicament as it was when when thing
burned down, she was cool cool for Coco pap okay. Also, also,
my whole thing is is that nobody seems to follow.
Speaker 2 (01:46:07):
Up on us.
Speaker 1 (01:46:09):
Who is her doctor? Nobody has sold up Like I'm
sorry because I know because I got into this discussion.
They said, Nick can't do it? Well, yes, who can
do it? Her daughter? Hi? I was just wondering about
the prescription for my mom. By the book, you could
(01:46:29):
have solved it, like now when it comes down to
Sharon and Daniel and Lucy because of Cassy. Here's the thing,
and all of us has lost somebody in our lives,
and there's two two seasis of grief that we do. Okay,
that's out. We knew the public grief, you know, the
(01:46:51):
grief that everybody you know, like, oh, Astley, Anthony David,
I'm so sorry, you look so sad. Oh is there
anything I could.
Speaker 2 (01:46:59):
Do for you?
Speaker 1 (01:47:00):
And what when nine times out of town, what's the
first thing we do? Thank you? Yeah, I'm fine, I'm
gonna be Okay.
Speaker 2 (01:47:06):
You cry for a few and then you gandma back right,
you do that.
Speaker 1 (01:47:12):
But then underneath all that, you still you know what
I'm saying.
Speaker 2 (01:47:19):
Yeah, you're still believing, but then when.
Speaker 1 (01:47:21):
You see something or a holiday pops up, it's all
over again. It's like it just happened a few moments ago.
That is what Sharan was throwing. Like Sharan obviously the
anniversary of Casti death because she's never been the same
such Cassy does. But the scene that Lucy it's the
same age as Casfy and that Daniel gets to live
(01:47:43):
like he gets to live his best, Like, wow, Caffy
is sixty under even though Cassie did it to herself.
But we're looking for John Joe Trump say you flipped
when you did that. But the thing is is that
that's a trigger. But again you have Cameron telling how
to even the score again as somebody who has lost
(01:48:06):
her her mom and I'll just use this personal thing,
right and because of who did it, Yeah, there's times
that I was like, okay, but I wasn't going to
do it because I'm not putting myself behind bars. I'm sorry,
but again you took it too Consel. Basically what you're
saying to trigger it all back here, she's off her
meds or something happened with her meds for hard to
cause to be this cuckoo for Cocoa pop.
Speaker 2 (01:48:27):
Then on top of that, sort laying the storyline that
it's all justifiable, which I have to kind of go with.
I do have to kind of go with because if
you found yourself in that stumbling of position and your
your balance wasn't right in your chemicals and you sought
to go there and Dane, I mean, Cameron's kind of convincing.
Speaker 1 (01:48:50):
Man. You know I would I would have went with
what you're saying. But my whole thing is that again, okay,
Nick knows something's up.
Speaker 2 (01:49:00):
No, okay, So I was going to finish that. I
was going to finish that with, but I do have
to say I was first before that. You know, if
that manifestation was happening in your real life. He's kind
of convincing now having said that this she burned down
(01:49:20):
the ranch. We know, we all know she's cuckoo for
Cocoa Pubs at times. Nick, we got children here. You
know the fact that nobody has questioned it to this
point is that suspension of belief. It's not possible in
real life, it would never have happened. We have to
just go with it, because this is a story that
(01:49:42):
they want to tell.
Speaker 1 (01:49:44):
Yeah, but then and then you take it too far.
But again, okay, look, us sayers have a story day.
Somebody else did this. Okay, but let's just play the beat.
If they actually say Sharon did do all this, I
want to be honest with you, this is going to
be the final nail in her coffin because to me,
you took it too far. You took it too far.
Speaker 7 (01:50:07):
Sharon.
Speaker 1 (01:50:08):
Now you got Daniel like you're being framed, and Phyllis is,
like you said, Phyllis is going to be the one
that figures it all out. But Dan, you got like,
it's just to me again, I'm just like over the story.
Like again, great emmy reel for Sharon case like God's
Day and self staff and all of them. But I'm
so over And you tell me, somebody tell me who
(01:50:29):
did it? But see, here's the same even if you
tell me.
Speaker 2 (01:50:36):
What about if we get the moment where Phyllis realizes
it while she's in a conversation with Sharon, she starts,
she puts everything together in the actual conversation and they're
going at it and and Phyllis is like, you're you're nuts,
You're off your meds, blah blah. Can you imagine the
explosiveness of all of that?
Speaker 1 (01:50:58):
I can, but guess what I'm gonna do to I.
I'm sorry, Josh Jelby, if you're listening, you know Darrin
get well, this is what you're gonna do. You're gonna
redo the You're gonna redo the coma. You're gonna have
either Sharon go crazy and knock Sharon not feel it's unconscious,
or you're gonna have her fall in her head and
she's gonna black out. This that's my problem. They're gonna
(01:51:19):
make if we're gonna go on that on that line.
Speaker 2 (01:51:21):
Yeah, you're gonna make Sharon wake up two years ago
or four years ago or six years ago. It doesn't
really matter.
Speaker 1 (01:51:28):
No, Like mo thing is this you couldn't do? This
is how simple this is could be? Okay, Josh tell
me that somebody and I'm just gonna pick the name Daisy,
who did it? Tell it right? And it's flag Man.
Sharon Can's the saying though, this is here's the same.
Because I want to help you out. Daisy could actually
forge a doctor's signature. Why can anybody guess why? Because
(01:51:52):
her her mother it's a former nurse or Daisy or
he's the same. Daisy could have been that crazy and
go ahead and become like her mother became a nurse.
I don't know. But here's the thing. Even though let's
say Daisy didn't do it, Sharon is still in much
trouble because all the cover up black mail and Daniel
(01:52:12):
Lyon and all that jazz. I'm over it. So I
am over it. Coffee look Singapore, give me stirred around.
Make sure I'm done. I'm done done. There's been a storyline.
I'm done. I'm done. Lily, you got played. You're fighting
for Chancellor. Delonne told Argus no, So either two things. Literally, Argust,
(01:52:35):
start your own company. Have Victoria come over being the
Charlie's Angels of the business world, the angel There you go.
Speaker 2 (01:52:45):
What I'm saying, That's what I'm saying. It is time
for the Charlie's Angels of freaking Jenny what said to you?
Speaker 1 (01:52:53):
Yeah, but actually wanted And on a high note, even
though yes, young and Rossells, you still look okay, still
gotta talk. But really, before we end the show, I really, really, truly,
truly truly want to talk about beyond the Gate, please.
Speaker 2 (01:53:10):
A girl.
Speaker 1 (01:53:12):
So okay, So, as we all know, the next time
we come back, they're already gonna be in production. They
start they're doing early production right now. You've probably seen
the pictures, but they actually filmed their first episode. No
remember for us from so excited. Now we got some news.
There's some potential writers for this show. You guys probably
saw it. We can say that we saw Sarah Bible Baby,
(01:53:36):
I'm gonna sayee over there, we saw Lynn Martin, Susan Daddy.
I mean, they have the Avengers of Daytime over there,
but we saw no look, no Susan. Susan said, we
ain't gonna wait till the final til fo. I'm just saying,
I'm gonna go ahead and announce it. So good job season.
(01:53:58):
Now we do have new actor who I don't have
my list in front of me, but they they have
been added onto the show, and some of them are
very familiar to some of us. Some of them came
from Tyler Perry Shows, Queen Sugar. One was actually Curtis's

(01:54:20):
this and then you actually, you know, I see a
lot of people kind of disappointed that some of the
big names wasn't announced for this project. Let me just
say this right now. Before Susan Lucie was Susan Luci,
she was Susan Lucci. Before DJ Hall was dij Hall,
she was just d Before Eric Braden was Eric Braden.

cast and how they fit into the central That's all
I'm gonna say. That's all I can say. That won't
get me into trouble. But there is a plan in
place every month for the first year. We are all

not a part of it. I mean, I'm the pr
I'm like part of the PR for the like quote
unquote in my head, but that's an official unless y'all
want me to do young But now I'm so, I mean, quin,
what does everybody think about beyonda gate? I'm gonna start
with you, Ashley.
Speaker 7 (01:56:27):
I'm super excited. I was thrilled when it was announced
that we were going to be getting a new soap.
It's been a long time coming, so I'm I'm thrilled
that we're gonna be getting a new show, and I'm
anxious to see the stories that come from it and
the different actors that come on to our screens. I
(01:56:48):
loved Carla Moseley on B and B and Suiding Light,
and I love Tomorrow to Me on as a Rold
Turns and uh Law and order Seu. So I'm super
excited for both those ladies and I can't wait to
see them work together on the Gate.
Speaker 9 (01:57:03):
So I'm super excited.
Speaker 7 (01:57:05):

been a long time coming since we have something else
on daytime to watch, something to keep the company. I
am going to be pro for it all the way
and give it all the chances it is. I'm gonna
(01:57:43):
be I'm just gonna be mister positive. I'm just so stoked.

And eric O Salazac, Yeah, that's the role for you girl.
We're gonna feel it. We're gonna feel it. I think
that The Gates is going to up the game for
everybody else out there, and I think General Hospital at
the moment is the only show that knows that. And
is at the moment starting to think ahead. I think
(01:58:23):
that the other three shows need to think ahead and say,
you know what game on where it's it's time to
bring soap operas into into you know, the twenty twenties.
Speaker 1 (01:58:32):
One minute, all right, I'm just like I said, all
