Speaker 5 (01:48):
Do not want to get into the news until Candace

few things to say, David, I did not get the
opportunity in the pre moments before before we came on
air to give you the heads up. Please pay keep
watch to the phones. We may have a surprise tonight.

(02:09):
That musicality that I shared with you today. We may
have a call in, so that would be after seven thirty.

Speaker 4 (02:18):
Oh, okay, you know.

Speaker 5 (02:24):
What I'm talking about? The music I think you today.

Speaker 2 (02:27):
Yeah, I didn't.

Speaker 4 (02:29):
Listen to all of it yet, but uh I did,
I did hear I like the sound. I do like
her sound.

Speaker 5 (02:37):
Yeah, it's absolutely it's absolutely beautiful. So, you know, the
the soap world has been eagerly anticipating the premiere of
The Gates in the end of January, and I just
heard something very very very interesting. Apparently CBS is is Yes,

(03:04):
apparently CBS is going to devote and our prime time
our special leading into The Gates, highlighting the production team,
you know, the lead actor and actresses, kind of giving
a taste. So I believe that is going to be
on the Thursday, the Thursday before, you know, the week

(03:28):
before the premiere. So I am excited about that. They
are putting it together as we speak, so that should
be very interesting, and uh, I look forward to that.
Insiders who who have a scene cuts of the first
couple of scenes episodes that have already been filmed, are

(03:51):
saying it looks very glamorous. It is very you know,
it is very tight the production where we're we're in
for some we're in some in for some quality production
when the Gates premieres, and I'm all all for it,

(04:11):
all right, you know what I mean?

Speaker 4 (04:14):
I cannot wait.

Speaker 5 (04:17):
I guess we will get guarded and Candice can jump
in when she gets here. Yeah, you saw the big news. Yeah,
Kad is not going to continue playing going playing Michael.

(04:39):
I heard a rumor and and this is just this,
this is not one of my behind the scenes folks
from from the show, but you know itself. I heard
a rumor that he is in a pilot that is
being picked up for the summer season and that they
have to go and tell more episodes. You know, there's
some including ABC, some networks put out a few summer

(05:04):
shows to keep your interest up. And it is within
the realm of possibility that this rooma may be true.
He may have, you know, done a pilot that they
decided and if that is the case, they would probably
start shooting in February to be ready for the summer.
I personally, you know, wonder they've given the time to

(05:30):
other folks to go do side projects. We always have Robert,
who has stepped in twice before to to play a
short stinced when Chad was unavailable for whatever reason. So
you know, they could have continued the storyline. You know,
you've heard a lot of talks about folks and and me.

(05:53):
You know the cuts that were folks were asked to make.
So what do you think, David.

Speaker 4 (05:59):
I don't know from what I heard. I heard there
are no planes to recast. Yeah, well did you do
you hear anything else to that?

Speaker 5 (06:13):
No, nothing else to that. You know, Frank himself put
it out there on socials that there's no plan to recast.
So I would pretty much think that that's the truth.
But you know, if an actor needed time also film,
you know some episodes in the past, you know they've
I can't say that they've done it with everybody, but
they have done that in the past, and with a

(06:34):
with a pivotal character like Michael Carnos, you know, Cordamine,
you would think that they would work around it, especially
you know, you never know what a pilot is going
to do. You know, it is what it is. They
if they ordered twelve or thirteen episodes, you know, any

(06:55):
anything can happen. We've seen shows canceled the three episodes there.
So I tend to think it is more along the
lines of back backstage drama and may have to do
with money.

Speaker 6 (07:08):
Some money.

Speaker 5 (07:10):
Well he just had he just had a just had
a son last year. Yeah, so I wouldn't be giving
up my you know, my my, you know, five day
week gig unless I thought that there was somebody.

Speaker 4 (07:23):
Trying to think something else is if there was something
else he's going to.

Speaker 5 (07:30):
That's what I tend to think might be true. Yeah,
but that's you know, that's a that's a hedgeback to make.

Speaker 4 (07:39):
And my other thing is, yeah, uh, if it is
his decision, then I don't think it's part of the
budget cuts.

Speaker 5 (07:54):
Well he just may not be happy with Okay, so
you know, behind the scenes, you know, we've all heard this. Yeah,
some of the actors were asked to take a different
level of pay cut than others, and you know, so
there may be a you know, I was asked to

(08:16):
take more than this. These people and I've been here
longer or whatever it may be, there may be some
of that behind the scene. You know, He's he's not
known for, uh, you know, in relationships. We've seen the
hot headedness, and you know, I don't know him as

(08:37):
a person him, I actually never met, you know, and
I've met most of the casts at this point, I've
never met him. But he's he's you know, he's not
known for being very personable in his public appearances, and.

Speaker 4 (08:51):
He doesn't doesn't come out and do many and.

Speaker 5 (08:56):
The former partners have have said that he is a
selfish nature, et cetera, et cetera. So you know, of
course the Wingers are going to continue to fly either way.
You know, we wish him the best, you know him
and his family, and if this is if it is
a pilot season, I will definitely be tuning in a
pilot situation, I should say, I will definitely be tanning
in to see what he does. And I wonder, I

(09:20):
wonder how they're gonna write this character out. Quite honestly,
I'm really not ready for another guest, you know, of
a core character like that.

Speaker 4 (09:29):
So you know, I didn't know, correct me if I'm wrong,
but Frank says he's got big plans for Michael's family,
and I think it's gonna take him through the New years.

Speaker 5 (09:50):
Yes, he's gonna air through the New year somewhere, midgele.

Speaker 4 (09:54):
Now, my guess is cook if he came out this
weekend and said that them, I guess is that he'd
finished taping.

Speaker 5 (10:03):
I believe so, and that that fits the timeline he
would he would last air mid January. Yeah, yeah, I.

Speaker 4 (10:11):
Think that's the only time they do come out. And
well sometimes they come out after the last air, and
sometimes they come out after the last tape.

Speaker 5 (10:28):
Well, you know, in this teen age, you know, how
many times do we get news because people are watching
cars coming and going and who's going in and out
of the studio, et cetera, et cetera. So, you know,
and especially with all that's been happening with General Hospital,
there's been pressed there, you know, most of the time.
So I guess, you know, it might have been a
preemptive ahead kind of thing. We will have to see

(10:54):
it out, all right, him, But.

Speaker 4 (10:56):
I am I am excited for him. I haven't rooted
for Michael in a long time, and I'm rooting for
him now, you know, The.

Speaker 5 (11:13):
Last time I really remember rooting for him was what
was her name? Oh my god, I ain't getting older, Patrick,
you know what was happening in life?

Speaker 4 (11:30):
I lost her? Okay, keep going.

Speaker 5 (11:37):
My brain out for those who are out out your radio,
We're there with us while we get our ducks all
in a row.

Speaker 4 (11:52):
We're trying to get our ducks in a row. Thank you.

Speaker 5 (11:55):
Yeah, Sabrina, Oh my god, it's finally.

Speaker 4 (12:01):
Thank you.

Speaker 5 (12:02):
You know. The last the last time I really was
rooting for Michael was was, you know, Michael Sabrina time
a little bit with Willow and the cancer and all that.
But the last time I was really invested in a
Michael's storyline was Michael and Sabrina.

Speaker 7 (12:19):
Hey girl, I am here, I am here.

Speaker 5 (12:30):
Yeah, it's you're Chad.

Speaker 4 (12:32):
Go on, Chad.

Speaker 8 (12:34):
Okay, you just had to make our weekend more fun.

Speaker 9 (12:38):
Huh.

Speaker 8 (12:41):
It was a slow news weekend and all of a sudden,
you know, I'm I'm gonna say this, I'm kind of surprised,
but I'm not. Let me just say this. I'm gonna
be the like I posted said, when one door closes,

(13:01):
don't look back at it with regrets, because baby, you
did grow up on the show. You got it learning
for your for your performance, and you did become a
lead actor. David Gruominy for that because I've known you
said Disney Fannel when you're going whistles, way really play
honey yo.

Speaker 4 (13:22):
I found him after he joined.

Speaker 8 (13:26):
Yeah, so I can honestly say that. And like I said,
when one door closes, you don't look back with rest.

Speaker 5 (13:33):
And when you go forward, you.

Speaker 8 (13:34):
Go with a lot of hope and opportunity. And look,
I know and real like you know, you did leave
your dad, like I know that probably played a figure
of you know, a part of this and your new
dad yourself, so you know, I know that this isn't
a goodbye, like you know, this is see you later
down the street, probably at the grocery store somewhere, probably

(13:56):
at a Target. But I am going to miss you.
I do agree like some of his performance, like again,
he's grown as an actor. I wish I'm gonna say this,
I wish that they would have done more with Michael
because I always said Michael should have been the Philip
poor Allan Michael's faulding a portal. Ye though, like some

(14:18):
of his parents, I used to always say, Michael is
the guy of death because every parent that he had
literally up we Willow did, I mean, she almost died.
So you know what, Michael, that's not a good You
know what I'm saying. We're gonna pretend that I didn't
say that, but I'm gonna I'm gonna miss you. But again,
I'm gonna say it. For a certain amount of time,

(14:41):
they really didn't know the direction of where Michael was
going to go at and it is unfortunate that now
we're starting to get a little bit of a shady
Michael a little bit. But you know, like I said,
well one like this isn't a goodbye.

Speaker 4 (14:58):
We'll see you later, see Yeah, And Anthony, I don't
know of that's heard you, But what can you go
over the neil when you saw what's going on?

Speaker 5 (15:13):
So Candace, I actually, again not from anybody that's incredible
inside source, but I've heard rumor from two different sources
that he was in a pilot that's being picked up
for a summer run so that they now have to
produce a bunch of episodes, which you know, I was

(15:33):
kind of saying, like, Okay, they've worked with others in
the past, so I don't know if this is a
credible rumor or not. And also you know, if that's
the case, we do have Robert who you know, who
has stepped in a few so it could have been
worked out to keep the character, you know, even send
him away for a couple you know, he's so devastated

(15:54):
by his marriage he needs to go on a Jason
like go find himself tool. Maybe he puts on the
leathered getting bars Jason's motorcycle. But you know, if that
is the case, he is a new father. He's got
a family. You know. You know how many times do
you give up that chance to go try your pilot,
to try your prime time? Well you know what I mean.

Speaker 8 (16:16):
But like we just said, he's a new father, you know,
and I will say this is that I know people
probably don't want to hear this, but you know, all
these actors that we see first and foremost, thank you
to all the actors who've spend years giving themselves to us.
At the same time, I also have to say, like again,
you know, he did lose his father and he's a

(16:38):
new father him. Well technically, I mean the baby is
almost what once but he wants to probably I mean,
here's the thing, Jesus might have just wanted to enjoy
spending time with his child and watching him grow instead
of missing times. If that makes sense.

Speaker 5 (16:55):
Now, I know it makes perfect sense because if you
think about it, for the first nine months, so it's feeding,
changing diapers, and trying to get as much sleep as
you can get while asleep. You know when you know?

Speaker 8 (17:11):
Yeah, right, I mean because I you know, obviously for
those who know what I do for in real life,
I know that it's the first four years is very
crucial for a parent because they don't want to miss anything,
and because of what's going on in the world today,
you know, it's like I don't I have to make
a decision sometimes. I mean, again, if you're able to

(17:34):
do it, go for it. But I do feel as
though that's probably the top priority now. I will say this.
When the news came out on Saturday, Robert's name was
trending on Twitter, your name was, But then Frank came
out and said, there's no plans to recast at this time,
but hey, you never know. In daytime, I'm gonna say this,

(17:57):
I'm noticing a trend here. I'm noticing a trend on
some many soaps.

Speaker 7 (18:02):
I'm not mad at it.

Speaker 8 (18:04):
Look here, we all know we're about to close off
this year. We're closing out twenty twenty four. Hasn't been
going into a new year.

Speaker 5 (18:11):
Yep.

Speaker 8 (18:11):
It's okay for some of the soaps to go ahead
and hold the characters up and let the reset begin,
because sometimes you do kind of I don't want to
say run out of ideas, because that's not what it is.
It's just right now, some of these shows are doing
a reset. They're doing a reset, and they're taking a

(18:32):
hard look at, Okay, what characters can still pop, what
characters need so well tuning, what characters need to have
as the words of end sync bye bye bye, what
characters need to come on by?

Speaker 5 (18:46):
You know.

Speaker 8 (18:47):
So that's where I think right now, because you know
what's Michael. I mean it is unfortunately, because it is
in the stick of the storyline with Drew Willow and
Michael and the way that they're saying that this when
of January, so you really guys, think about it, folks,
we've only got three episodes, I mean as of today now,
two episodes of General House because Thursday of Thanks Together Friday,

(19:09):
it's an unquote precipation. Then you go into you know,
next month, then next thing, you know, marry Christmas from
General Hospital, and then half the are yet and then
it's his final because we don't know his final air
dance yet, but we do know it's coming. So judging
by what was said, so again said, I wish nothing
but the best.

Speaker 5 (19:31):
I know.

Speaker 8 (19:31):
I'm gonna see you somewhere else, whether it's in daytime,
prime time, in between time, digital or audio. I know
that you're going to continue to shine no matter what.
If I haven't seen you a year from now. Because
you're a child, go for it. Don't let nobody tell
you anything different. Enjoy being a father and have fun.

Speaker 5 (19:54):
All right, So, Candice, you've got any of the news.

Speaker 8 (20:01):
Fourteen weeks until Beyond the Gates.

Speaker 5 (20:04):
No.

Speaker 8 (20:04):
Thirteen, Yes, thirteen weeks until Beyond the Gates on CBS
two PM, Eastern, one one Pacific, one one Central only
on CBS the Home of the Young and the Restless,
and both of you.

Speaker 5 (20:18):
I was telling David we were vamping to get until
you got him. I'm telling David that, you know, I
have spoken to a few people that have seen uh
scenes and and we are looking at some hot quality.
You're you know, in the production and the rioting and
you know, in the throwdown, appeal effects, the whole nine yards.
We are looking at some quality material coming right now.

Speaker 8 (20:41):
I'm gonna tell you right now because I you know,
you know, I may or may not know. I'm the
unofficial PR person. Apparently I'm gonna say this. They're they're
putting together a well led show. And the thing is,
and I want everybody to understand this, it is going

(21:01):
to take a while for them to really do to
find their footing. Okay, because again we did not take
you would have another daytime. So the fact is that, yeah,
in some markets, this show is going up against General Hospital.
They also don't want to take away what the CBS

(21:24):
brand is, if that makes sense. CBS brand is stamily oriented, okay,
because you have the Bell shows and you're gonna have
a progn dog show. I'm sorry what I try to
see it, But know that the people who's behind the scenes,
you guys know their name, you know what they can

(21:47):
bring to the table. We're not gonna act like this
is brand here or anything. When I say brand new
that y.

Speaker 5 (21:55):
I'm gonna jump in here for a minute because you're
forgetting the you know, the dream Team. They did get
the nod from CBS that you know, yes, we understand
what the network is. But if you want a soap
opera that's gonna work, it's gonna have to be a
soap opera. That's flash. They're gonna buy some stuff that

(22:15):
we're gonna do that pushes the edge of what CBS
is known for. And CBS nodded their heads and said, yes, absolutely, so.

Speaker 8 (22:27):
Let me let me just kind of break this up.
And not when I say the brand, the brand is
that again you have I'm not and this is not
a dig to ABC or c NBC slash teatot. CBS
brand has always been, whether.

Speaker 5 (22:42):
You like it or not, to hear the loyalty absolutely
and and.

Speaker 8 (22:47):
That's the thing is that again, how many of us
can say if you're a CBS saying you grew up
with your grandmother, great grandmother or somebody from the price
is right the one until after this has been gone
like this, friends are provided by you are a true
like that's the thing is that again, And CBS has

(23:09):
kind of shown their loyalty because nothing nothing, They had
the most soap on their network and they will be
the only network to have more than just one soap.
I'm not counting. Like now on Peacock, you do have
the option of the bay. You do have you know,

(23:29):
and of course they's alive, but technique technie speaking, they're
the streaming they're streaming distributor. But this is good. This
is gonna be very interesting because, like it said, I've seen,
I've heard.

Speaker 5 (23:43):
I mean, y'all do not know you know what let's
I'm gonna do it, girl, I'm on it. I am
riding on that big pink elephant and it is coming
right into the center ring. You ready, I'm gonna say
when you look at if you and you look at
the CBS outline, of the entire platform of CBS, there

(24:06):
is very little non homogeneous kind of programming on CBS.
This is a program that is coming with the perspective
straight out of I use the pun the Gates. So
you know, there's a whole lot of ifs that are

(24:29):
playing out in you know, in the universe of the
Gates and CBS, the relationship and what it's all going
to be CBS. I think I don't have this as
a as a fact from anyone, but looking at the
way everything is played, I think They're hoping for the
migration of fans that are looking for good soap yeah

(24:53):
to come, and for fans that have been looking for
a non white, you know, oriented centralization to come to CBS.
So I think that they are going to give the
gates all that it takes, you know, all the space

(25:15):
that it wants to do what it wants. I don't
think we have to worry about its finding it's footing.
I think really they're set to go in a you know,
you know, storyline and arcs and stuff that are going
to take us through the first six months no matter what.
I think this has been very very perfectly calculated. And

(25:36):
I am betting. I am betting it's going to work.

Speaker 8 (25:39):
Oh, I'm definitely. I'm looking I mean, obviously, yeah, it's
going to work. But I'm going to just be the
you know person that you know, I don't want to
be an excitement I'm gonna have to do.

Speaker 5 (25:51):
I'm all right, I'm jumping off the elephant, get on
top of the can. Just get on that.

Speaker 8 (25:56):
Everybody, Okay, I'm gonna go there with all the people
who is online. I'm going Sorry, I was gonna call
all some of you guys out I've seen people saying,
we're gonna start watching General Hospital and give our devotion
to Beyond the game back. If within week one this
show doesn't give us what we want, we're not gonna.

(26:20):
We're no, no, they're not. They're just not gonna. They're
not gonna watch. Okay, so that's one set of people, right, Okay.

Speaker 5 (26:27):
Now people, I'm those people.

Speaker 8 (26:31):
So I gotta tell one way. Man, hold up, I
got to no one, hold on, let me do it,
let me do this justice. Well, you know, if the
Gates doesn't give me what I want in episode one
or episode two, I'm sorry, they can have whoever they want.
And and every saying I'm just not gonna give it
a time today because I need to get up, get up,
gut up. Okay, the dumb side.

Speaker 5 (26:54):
There's the man.

Speaker 8 (26:57):
Now you have some people who are right, this is
too much for me to get invested, Like what do
they think they're doing? Like this and this and this this, No,
I want a classic soap opera. Okay, let me do
this right now. I'm now going to take over the
elephant for one second. I'm gonna stand on the trunk.
I'm balancing myself up.

Speaker 5 (27:18):
This batons on top of the.

Speaker 8 (27:24):
Whole.

Speaker 5 (27:26):
Yeah, do the hula hoop and the fire batons.

Speaker 8 (27:28):
Okay, I'm gonna say this right now, SoC complaining about
the show that you haven't even seen yet, and.

Speaker 5 (27:38):
Just and just.

Speaker 8 (27:40):
I I understand. Look, here's here's the thing. I get it.
It's something new. I get it when we get something,
when we're teased for something new, we want, we want,
we want, and we want. We want to know how
it feels, how it's gonna taste, how it's going to
be looked. We know this. But this is what I'm
gonna say to the General Hospital fans whom saying this.

(28:01):
I'm gonna tell you right now. I get I get
why you're saying it. I do because right now you
feel this though, and this is go for all the stops.
Who's just gonna do it? I understand that with all
the stakes right now, the four stops, right now, it's
not giving what you want, it's not giving what you
need to like be like kind of just like you're

(28:23):
you're still watching, but some of you guys aren't interested,
if that makes sense. You're not like, Okay, I'm I'm watching,
but I don't feel anything. I don't feel like this
is a new storyline. How many times can I see
you know, add you know, go up against Billy your nit?
How many times do I have to hear Hope and
Jacky whining about the Rogan Force, the feud. How many

(28:45):
times for days of our lives I have to do
a d C d MG. How many times in general
high school are going to get rub it in my
face that no, no, no, no, no set up? Okay,
I want something new, Okay you betta have to wait?
Tells everybody to get something new.

Speaker 10 (29:00):
But what we're not going to do.

Speaker 8 (29:02):
What we're not gonna do is that I get it.
Everybody has expectations for this show. Trust to believe we
do too. But guess what We're gonna wait February twenty
four for me, two pm, and I'm going to watch.
But here's what I'm not going to do. I'm not
gonna judge it the first week. I'm not judging it

(29:24):
the second week. I know for a fac that I'm
gonna have to wait six months to where I can
finally say it, maybe even before that, where I can
finally say, you know what, this ain't working. But I'm
still gonna watch I'm still gonna support because I'm gonna
tell you something. So all those people who are saying, well,
if if Beyond the Gate does well, this show is
gonna be canceled, let me tell you a little story.

(29:46):
Let aunt Kenny tell you a story. Okay, Michelle Arron
Jean already told all of y'all on Twitter this is
not a competition. But I'm gonna say this, it is
kind of a competition because again, we have pace, we
have we have options, we have now another we have
another play. But good he didn't, right. But at the

(30:09):
same time, you guys who want all these shows to
be canceled, as somebody who lived through another world.

Speaker 11 (30:18):
Suet passion, as all times down like children and one
like to live, I'm gonna.

Speaker 8 (30:29):
Tell you right now, I don't want none of these
damn fuls to be canceled because if one, you know,
if one of these canceled, I'm sorry, I know some
of y'all probably don't want to hear this, it will
probably be a domino of fact.

Speaker 5 (30:43):
It will absolutely be a domino effect. It's not probably,
it will absolutely be a domino fact. I got a
piggyback on what you're saying. Here, Candice from it.

Speaker 8 (30:53):
Okay, let me get let me get off the elephants.

Speaker 5 (30:59):
We're talking about a five day a week daily soap opera.
So you cannot judge it in the first week. You
cannot judge it. In the third week, you cannot judge
it in the second month. You have got to give
it the time to build the structure of a five
day a week program. When you think about the way

(31:22):
you watch Days of Our Lives, the way you watch
The Young and the Restless, the way you watch General Hospital,
and even both in the Beautiful though I think both
has a separate kind of audience on top of But
you watch this because you are friends or you hate
You desperately hate Ava on General Hospital, but you love

(31:43):
hating her. It feeds something inside you to hate her
and to be loving on whatever your girl is. If
your girl is call It, if your girl is Elizabeth,
if your girl is a Libby up. You know, da
da da da dad. You are loving that your crazy
aunt Tracy gives you everything. Okay, so you don't have

(32:06):
that in two weeks of any show. You know, when
you look at a new TV drama coming on at
night and you look at NBC's Law and Order Special
Victims Unit. When you get you can miss two seasons completely.
But when you go back, you know you'll live. You'll live, Benson,

(32:28):
and and you know your detective, you know, you know Ice, Ice,
you know you got that feeling because you have twenty
five years in it. So all of this mallargy about,
you know, if it doesn't give me, if it doesn't
give me, it's think about the way you watch this
and think about. And all I can tell you though, is, honestly,

(32:50):
from everything that I'm hearing, I can promise you you
are gonna love it. You really are so kind of
relax and just let it happen. Kansas canas y. Yeah,
let's start with Days of our Lives. I'm I'm gonna
let you. I'm gonna let you steal everybody in and

(33:12):
and tear it all. Hats a little bit, Candace, talk
to Let's let's go to Let's go to Salem.

Speaker 8 (33:17):
Okay, So this this past week on Days of our Lives,
something really bad happened. This is so emotional. I can't
even bring myself up to talking about it. But the
cast of Body and Soul was poisoned by cupcakes.

Speaker 5 (33:40):
Come on, spill it, girl, spill it, take it home.

Speaker 8 (33:46):
Allegedly somebody wants to take the cupcakes. He got. Everybody's
sick and there one there will standby until President May. Wow,
somebody seems to be the new Lady Wick the blower.
And it ain't Leo.

Speaker 5 (34:05):
I don't know.

Speaker 12 (34:06):
And it's not Leo.

Speaker 8 (34:09):
But while Leo has a loving in his life, yeah,
well that how I can't even say.

Speaker 6 (34:16):
His name because I'm so talking up about the coffee.

Speaker 8 (34:18):
Situations, Hobby saying, has that Johnny said Joey's.

Speaker 4 (34:27):
Name And in his sleep, sleep of ball things.

Speaker 8 (34:34):
We don't want to know what you kind of dreams
he had, but apparently he had a dream about it
and now was like, what the heck?

Speaker 5 (34:41):
And meantime he has the secrets that you keep when
you're talking and you sleep.

Speaker 8 (34:50):
Ah. Here in the meantime, Tad and Cat h so
I now call him Taddy. Cat has tagget college clas
but the no, they're trying to figure all this out,
and at the same time, Jaj is not like that all.
And at the same time Gaddy and JJ you know,

(35:12):
they're retending their their romance. However, there's another couple that's
rekindling romance and that is still look and suckany and
Alex is not having none of it. But also Alex
enjoyed kind of knows each other's secret to Alex and Joyce.
But the real story, like I said, is the fact

(35:32):
that somebody is so cast got poisons. And on top
of that, Race I mean, because we haven't been here
racing data like that's going, that's happening with the job careers.
Race is feeling a certain type of way, Dada's feeling
some the centa way I really don't care. And also,
by the grace of the good soul Lord, amen, how

(35:54):
the loan down Sarah can walk? Well? Yeah, because imagining.

Speaker 4 (36:01):
Formula, I thought that was a dream for a minute
when I saw it.

Speaker 5 (36:11):
No, I guess.

Speaker 8 (36:14):
The dream is alive. The dream is alive. Yes, yes,
that's all I got. I thought dramatic, you did.

Speaker 5 (36:25):
I'm in a okay, So I'm in a space where
I can't quite fathom how two or three parts can
be so mouthwateringly good and two or three parts can
be so bad in the same universe, Like David, are you.

Speaker 8 (36:47):
There with me?

Speaker 5 (36:51):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (36:51):
I think I know where you're talking.

Speaker 5 (36:55):
Okay, Chad, Chad, Chat Chat Chad Baby, cab baby. You know,
you know in the movie the Trope, it's the trope
where somebody will smack real hard and say, snap out
of it. You know. You know one one of the
most famous would be Moonstruck with with with Yeah, but

(37:15):
it's been used all over the place. I kind of
want to smack him right now and just be like, Chad,
snap out of it. I don't mean, you know, I
used to love Xander and I still got you know,
the field, I still got the feels for him. But

(37:36):
Sarah's like kryptoniteman. Can I Can I say that any differently? Candace? Sarah?
You know, she SAPs all of the Xander out of Xander,
don't I just kind of don't even care, uh what. Okay,
so I have to say to kandas you probably are gonna,
we're gonna have to agree to disagree, which happens rarely,

(37:58):
but it happens with us. I actually loved the cupcake,
the whole thing. I was just like, Okay, you went
over the top, you know, you dragged us through all this. Okay,
I'm loving this. Okay, this whole thing is it's sickeningly,
disgustingly like, yeah, it fills something inside men. This is

(38:24):
the days of our lives. Well, I almost called you, Gabe, Sorry, David,
this is gay. This is the days of all lives. Okay, Johnny.
I do have to say one thing. I hope your
mama slap you upside the head and hit you up
the back of the head with a wooden spoon, because
that's what happened in my family. That's how we got
you know, you know, that's how we got called to Jesus,

(38:46):
so to speak. I hope Sammy come and smack you
upside the head and then hit you with the wooden
spoone all right, for all of it. He is Sammy's son,
you know, look at his parent No you know, yeah, no, no, no,
he needs a little bit to come to Jesus. All right, David,

(39:07):
go ahead.

Speaker 8 (39:09):
He is.

Speaker 12 (39:12):
Let me see.

Speaker 4 (39:15):
I find it all rather interesting. I have to agree
with you, Chad. Like I said, Chad's gotta come out
of it. He's got.

Speaker 5 (39:26):
This.

Speaker 4 (39:26):
This part's gotta end somehow. I dragging. It's dragging for me.

Speaker 5 (39:35):
The thing is that she is not gonna win us
over that we want her to be the Abbey replacement,
and we're gonna it has happened in soap opera history.
We know this, this is this character is not the one.
It's not not this time.

Speaker 4 (39:50):
Nope, go ahead not to say I mean, I mean,
I guess my my thinking is she and Mark I'm saying,
handle this all wrong. And but they didn't have a choice.
But it's not working for us. I mean, I don't know.

(40:14):
I don't know if you can redeem her or if
she's redeemable at this point. I mean, she's not. She's
not she's not a heroine. I don't I don't fear
as a heroine.

Speaker 5 (40:31):
They didn't leave room for what I would call the
extension piece, for her to be connected to the canvas
in some other way that would kind of save you know, candas.
You know what I'm talking about, right, They didn't leave
room for that, So you know it's time to kind
of cut the losses. I'm sorry, baby, I'm you know,

(40:52):
we we love you as an actress, absolutely, but you know,
this just ain't working for us, and it's not work
for a large number of us, and I think a
significant I'm gonna cop to it. In the beginning, I
said to myself. Okay, she was never really dead, and
they give us at least something that I can kind

(41:12):
of hang my hat on. I might be looking the
whole time to make sure don't fall off the wall,
but if they give me something to put the hat on,
I might be able to go with it. And then
it went this way, and it went that way, and
it was like no, no, no, no no no no, okay,
no no, there's nothing we can do with this. And
that's really where I think a lot of people are.

Speaker 4 (41:31):
And maybe maybe if they veer off, but if she
veers off a chain and starts her own thing, I
don't know, you know, Kennedy is Kennedy is like a
saving grace.

Speaker 5 (41:47):
So yes, yes, Locully, so.

Speaker 8 (41:51):
Yeah, yes, yes, I love her. I adopted her. She's
my little sister. I love her.

Speaker 13 (42:00):
I see, Oh, Daves, please don't drop the ball with
this one.

Speaker 8 (42:05):
Shee the dom and the diamond.

Speaker 4 (42:12):
If she can, if they can rebuild like a relationship
between Cat and Felicity, and oh, I forgot, what's what's
Mark's brother's name?

Speaker 12 (42:29):
Aaron? Aaron, And then and just concentrate on that, maybe
you might well and let's forget that that Chad does
have two kids, because you know the way it's written
right now, Chad doesn't have you know, two babies at home.

Speaker 5 (42:50):
To take care of. Right. We do have to remember
this days of our lives now, I got one more
thing to stated, days of our lives and and and
I honestly I disagree you mentioned Stephanie. I think Stephanie
has not been around if you really think about it.

(43:13):
Stephanie's been around for three years now. Yeah, girlfriend, they're
writing her as a Jeubou. It's about three years and
they're writing her as about as a Jezebel. You know,

(43:34):
she needs They need to give her, you know, somebody
to stick with. It's not working that that that isn't all.
That also for me is not working. Candas, do you agree, like,
is it time to kind of give her a personality

(43:55):
that sticks so that she can kind of find someone,
because I feel like she just personality for whoever she's
kind of playing with they don't know how to write for.

Speaker 8 (44:06):
I mean, I mean that's before I'm gonna be honest,
we were in I'm gonna say this, The introduction she
had on Beyond Salem was better than what I say.
And it's not a big for the access. It's literally
the right. No it's not. It's it's literally the writing
because I feel it though you don't. And I have

(44:26):
to think about you know, when the time she came in,
you know, there was a core that left and then
there was a new core. But the problem is is
that and and I'm gonna be honest, this is kind
of I'm gonna lump it all in. I feel it.
So this is sort of a sale situation of a
situation because to me, I'm still trying to figure out,

(44:49):
like the writings for Tayla at times says a problem,
but Taylor has a problem, and I feel it though
it carries over to Stephani, you know, like that's my
whole that's my whole thing is like, okay, dthe should
should be a boss right now, like she should have
some potsona like, especially after that horrible storyline with what

(45:15):
was his name Blake not Blake, I'm gonna say Nick,
but it wasn't next with the with the guys, with
the guys of Everett and Bobby, that to me should
have been her like the way the character should have
emerged from that a little bit.

Speaker 5 (45:34):
Let's be honest right now, she should be the Sammy
of of that generation.

Speaker 8 (45:41):
I wouldn't. I wouldn't put her in that situation. I will,
I will, I will. I want to meet you halfway.

Speaker 5 (45:46):
Okay, I wait, wait wait, think about it. Yes, absolutely,
you know what you all right? Better better than the Sammy.
I would go with you, Nicole, Yes, yeah, yeah, yeah,
yeah yeah yes.

Speaker 8 (46:03):
And the problem is is that Okay, look, I this
is crazy. I like Alex and Stephanie just go around.
But I know that that's that's too paaboo because patholic speaking,
they are related. I don't care what you tell me.
Days that boy was he was worried, brought from people.

Speaker 4 (46:21):
So which one? Where are you going?

Speaker 8 (46:25):
Well, I'm saying like I'm Stephanie and Alex.

Speaker 5 (46:29):
Oh yeah yeah so but but that's what I'm saying
is like this, like.

Speaker 8 (46:34):
With this go around with like the Stephanie. I do
feel though it's a persona problem, it is a writing problem.
But I was also saying like I actually like Alex
and Stephanie just go around. So now that she's involved,
but still up again, I'm like, Lord Jesus, we're gonna
do We're gonna do this again, Like didn't we just
do this.

Speaker 5 (46:52):
Yep, she was like the middle.

Speaker 8 (46:54):
Person or the you know, like I just don't know
what they they might and this again, this is not
a disrespect to the actress. It is a character problem.
Is the writing problem. They might need to reset the character.

Speaker 5 (47:09):
I okay, so I don't think mike is the word there.
I absolutely advocate that they reached at the character at
this point. It is you know, it is Taylor and
Patch's daughter. No, you know, you know, come on now,
and it's time to exactly it's time to melt the

(47:33):
either best and worst or the worst and worst with
you know, the the you know, angel in her mind thing.
But it's time to set her as a complete person
and and and roll completely through with it. She's too fluctuating,

(47:53):
so we can't really buy into any of it. Although
I will say, honestly, the only we need to ground
Alex as well. So let's give Stephanie and Alex something
that puts them through hardship and bonds them and makes
makes them the super couple that they should be based
upon who they're historically you know, uh family, Candae, you

(48:19):
know what I mean, right, give them something hardship to
bond through, and then and then set them up as
that super couple.

Speaker 8 (48:27):
I will say, I will say, you know, I feel
it though with Alex here's to say. I'm going to
still say that there there's something that could have worked
with Alan. Is that okay? You do have him come
on as a playboy Ali justin okay, But again, I
feel as though there should have been a story like

(48:50):
right now he should have been like okay, I'm gonna
say this the problem I'm having, like with Xander, I
want to group saying Xander and Alex into this was
the whole Victor Fitty with the will. I feel as
though they took both characters, in my opinion, into completely
different directors in which.

Speaker 5 (49:08):
I did not like from who they originally were. As like,
I feel so I feel.

Speaker 8 (49:15):
It so like Lexander to me, knowing Xander's history, I'm like, okay,
it was just come up. You know that he was
now a curiosis. At the same time like, okay, you
can still be the same Xander. But also got to
say this, he became a father again, being a parent
changing some things and put you in a perspective. But

(49:37):
something has passed where I feel it so and it's
not sir it's it's him where it's like now he's
like full unquote a curiosis. He has this arrogance about
him that he didn't have before, If that makes sense,
Like it's like like.

Speaker 5 (49:52):
I know him, but I'm just like, yeah, yes, can
it makes exact sense. They've substituted what he was was cunning.
He's no longer cunning, but he is arrogant where where
so they basically substituted his cunningness for the arrogance, you know,

(50:14):
And that can happen for a while. People can, you know,
put a mask on, put the you know, put the
costume on, and but eventually your true nature comes out.
But it's been a long time and the true nature
isn't coming out. It's a farce of the character of
what used to be. And I kind of honestly feel
the same thing about Alex. It's like they almost painted
Alex to be Ben without being then the Ben history. Yes,

(50:40):
you know, I look at it this way.

Speaker 8 (50:42):
With Alex, I'm gonna take because that's a debate I
just don't want to get into with some people. But
I feel it though with Alex, Okay, you could have
had Alex be that quote unquote playboy. He just got
sway kind of got right. We've seen this before. It's
actually the funny thing is Xander and Alex mirror mirrored

(51:04):
each other and they both had the same partia this
is where again. And we kind of saw when they
had when Alex had the threesome Lord Jesus, but and
and and then when he when he thought he was
Victor's son, we saw something change and I was hoping.

(51:25):
I was hoping. I was like, okay, I get when
he was Victor's kids. He then kind of took on
that persona of well, now people will respect me for
being Victor curiosit's kid instead of it's sort of like
the Philip problem. Like Philip was having this problem, Michael
on General Hospital had this problem. Adam has this problem.

(51:47):
Young and the Russells and Thomas till Boldabubal, they all
feel as though their their previous persona, like everybody looked
at them as a joke. But then something might this
happen where you're now like the oh you know, now
people are gonna be like looking at you because of

(52:07):
who you are related to or the precision that you're in.

Speaker 13 (52:12):
That's for sure that.

Speaker 8 (52:14):
Once everything was done, Alice would kind of change a
little bit, like his whole dynamic towards you know, stepany
like where Stephanie is like, you know, like they would
actually have something to go with where he wasn't such
a cuffy dog and she wasn't such a especially after
what she went through. I just thought there would there

(52:36):
would be better for them.

Speaker 5 (52:38):
But that's but that's what I was saying, Candas there
there's the adult miss of what would have really happened
in real life conversations that just don't apply here, and
without it, it's just it's there's nothing to hold on.
We're not feeling it because because that's that's the piece

(53:02):
we're waiting for. Each of them have something to give
each other, to share with each other, to admit to
each other, to apologize to each other, for et cetera,
et cetera, et cetera, and we gloss over all of it.
So it doesn't it doesn't give the feels that it
should give and could give. Honestly, I do really feel

(53:23):
like they want to take Alex away from that spontaneous
bad boy that they introduced, and there was no there
is no yeah, there's no reasons for the progression. Go ahead, David, No,
is that it You want to.

Speaker 4 (53:43):
Show him that he's got more responsibility, more responsible character.

Speaker 5 (53:51):
I don't care so me personally, I'd rather keep this spondinarity,
but I really don't care for that piece of it.
What I'm saying is you have to actually put him
through something or stick to something that gives him the
reason to be the personality. You know, we just keep
throwing situations at the wall and letting them play with it,

(54:14):
but there's no actual character progression or growth, et cetera,
et cetera, et cetera. We do have to move on
to another so soon. So you guys want to get
final thoughts on that.

Speaker 8 (54:28):
Now, Anthony, I love you.

Speaker 5 (54:30):
You know that.

Speaker 8 (54:31):
I know that you love that cupcake thing. I did not.
I'm gonna tell you why I really see this on
Davuillas maybe five times.

Speaker 5 (54:41):
No exactly and wait for Kansas. That's that kind of
that that factors into why I actually love it, because
it's it's so predictable, ugly, stupid, all of the adjectives.

Speaker 8 (54:56):
You know.

Speaker 5 (54:57):
You know, pugs, those cute little ugly dogs. I look
at a pug and I think, oh my god, you're
so ugly, You're doorfull.

Speaker 8 (55:03):
I love you again.

Speaker 5 (55:06):
That's how I feel about this. You're so ugly that
I absolutely love you.

Speaker 8 (55:10):
I mean, but here's I think. Okay, I'm looking at
it in the sense of Okay, first and foremost, if
I ever go to Salem, I am never going to
the bakery to get any kind of cuftain or pastry. One,
I am calling the health department and shutting it down.
What am I going to do? Shut it down?

Speaker 5 (55:29):
Okay?

Speaker 8 (55:30):
I think I know again. You know, it's ron Ronald's first,
foremost happy birthday baby two. When I say that I
seen it's like again, I just saw this with the pastry,
you know. But that's how we got Nicole and Eric, right,
and that wasn't that long ago. And then I'm looking
at this is the same show that gave me when

(55:54):
everybody was drinking and they kind of copied off all
my children. I said what I said, and I'm not
taking it that when they had you know, everybody like
who lucinating and stuff. It's cute. But like I said,
with Buddy and Soul and y'all know, I came up
with the theme song for Body and Soul. I was
jamming to it and everything and what the theme song?

Speaker 4 (56:18):
Yeah?

Speaker 8 (56:19):
What the song? Okay, yeah yeah.

Speaker 14 (56:22):
So Buddy and so.

Speaker 8 (56:25):
Hey, and we was in the opening credit. Remember Anthony,
he was in the opening credit.

Speaker 5 (56:29):
We was like, yo, yup, remember you?

Speaker 8 (56:31):
Was like you was like on the bench and I
was like.

Speaker 5 (56:36):
Each other.

Speaker 8 (56:38):
Yeah, yeah, yeah I was. I was there with Hattie
Patty and me was like doing some bopping and stuff
like that Eddy Us girl.

Speaker 5 (56:48):
I borrowed Timothy from Passions just to be in that set.
I know I was gonna knock go off a game
with that. Yes, I did show up with Timothy, but
can't just wait.

Speaker 8 (57:09):
I was the background when they wait. I was walking
in the background when Snell and Alex. I was like,
I was the girl that was whipping my hair round.

Speaker 5 (57:16):
I'm like that, so you would you would?

Speaker 15 (57:24):
You was that crazy person. You was that crazy person
outside the cafe that was screaming this is taken forever
and a day, this is taken forever, and wow, I
really did I love that person.

Speaker 8 (57:39):
I was like to y'all, heart show up like seriously,
like good gries, like hello.

Speaker 5 (57:46):
But Kansas, honestly, don't think about it. We are laughing
our butts off right now, don't you get it? That's
why I love the camp of the Home.

Speaker 7 (57:55):
I get it.

Speaker 8 (57:56):
But at the same time, I have to do this.
I okay, so this is the last go around for
body and soul.

Speaker 5 (58:03):
They yes, yes, yes, no, no, no, no, girl, I
am so with you. Buying Soul needs to be buried
with Carly with no lifeline to Vivian Bondying told needs
to be gone.

Speaker 8 (58:17):
I'm just gonna do this.

Speaker 4 (58:18):
I'm just look, I know some people do not I
know gone.

Speaker 8 (58:24):
I mean, here's the thing. Look, I'm gonna be real
because you know, they may sure just say that the
head writer died and all that. I'm like, but I'm
like yourself.

Speaker 5 (58:36):
I know, shade after shade after shade after shade.

Speaker 8 (58:39):
And I think that's try. Like again, I'm gonna tell you,
I'm gonna say this. At first, it did start as
a as an acknowledgment to the actors who played other roles, right,
because I'm still trying to figure out what this is.
How y'all didn't get sued. But having what's called the.

Speaker 5 (58:53):
Tucker McCall, I don't get that, but respect. But then, honestly,
Canvas who would sue that was it was so it
was played so cute.

Speaker 8 (59:05):
I mean, I mean, like I said, it was so
cu it was so clean.

Speaker 9 (59:11):
It really was.

Speaker 5 (59:12):
Baby.

Speaker 16 (59:12):
I would beating frosted plates and I literally spit it
all over my table because you know, I'm watching it
meeting bowler frost.

Speaker 5 (59:23):
And it spit all over the table. I had like,
you know, seven bounties to clean this up.

Speaker 8 (59:29):
It was funny because people, because I think I said
this one the stuff, a lot of people didn't know
what the credits were. Like we had to explain it's
the characters that they previously played, playing the characters that
they played, and every saying, so I did, your whole
character is from all house, our house, this y'all. Remember,
of course James Reynolds has.

Speaker 5 (59:51):
You know, we know him A generations.

Speaker 8 (59:54):
Yeah, generations Pauline. Paulina was named after her mixture of
two to seven and another so it was like, you know,
and then they would have married. I was really really
really had to be a mix of as well time
as a general hospital.

Speaker 5 (01:00:09):
Okay, I'm like, okay, friends, right.

Speaker 8 (01:00:16):
So the thing is is that you know it was cute.
It was tune in the beginning because you also saying,
you know how soul fans do watch theself. You know,
we grew up when we were sick. That's how some
of us got introduced.

Speaker 17 (01:00:28):
But then something happened and I said, no, what Ronald
and them because I'm saying them, y'all was being shady
towards the genre, because again you have to really look
like when.

Speaker 5 (01:00:43):
I Candice, what they were doing was being reactionary to
the situation that they were in any way, and the
feelings that the feelings of the people that were in it,
the feelings of the feelings that the people that were
watching it was, it's the same.

Speaker 8 (01:01:00):
I'm gonna I'm gonna be honest. There was a couple
of Okay, let's let's okay real quick before we go
to the next show. That doctor, that doctor on Body
and Soul, Yes you had Okay, I'm gonna be honest. Okay, hey, Javeon,
if anybody y'all go, we don't know who that was.
That was unemployment. God, I'm not even gonna say.

Speaker 12 (01:01:21):
His name, but.

Speaker 8 (01:01:24):
That was it. The whole Hattie and Bonnie coming to
the set with the same dress with the photo shoot.
Unless you did not, like I know, a lot of
people look like thinking that was stupid, but that actually
really happened with dd Hall. Back in the day, there
was a famous sloto shoot that still Papa doesA with

(01:01:44):
Lady Falter, Susan Lucy and dij Hall.

Speaker 6 (01:01:47):
Uh.

Speaker 8 (01:01:47):
Susan and dj came in the same dress. Ddre said
he no, Susan Lucy said, well, I'll take off my
dress and have my lingerie on.

Speaker 4 (01:01:55):
For Yeah, I don't remember that.

Speaker 18 (01:02:00):
Ye, Susan Lucci is bad ass, has always been bad ass. Yeah,
it was to dress and pose in my lingerie, damn.

Speaker 8 (01:02:14):
And it was I was. I was sending a picture
of it. But then you had like the random hook
up on a silk set, I mean.

Speaker 5 (01:02:25):
Candas kandas honey. Let's let's really call it for what
it was. I was started out to be the It
started out to be like the Pirots of Panzance, like farcical,
which we love, which was great. It was amzing. They
then decided to try to justify the soul world and
and the stuff that was happening behind the scenes m GA.

Speaker 8 (01:02:49):
Like they were going to a streaming network. Yeah, you know, didn't.

Speaker 5 (01:02:54):
They were overthrowing scenarios to kind of justify what was
happening behind.

Speaker 19 (01:03:01):
The scenes and throw the digzing where they could. And
I'm gonna say this, it was well written. It wasn't
unintelligent by your means, but it.

Speaker 20 (01:03:18):
Was a problem for days of our lives that needed
the consistency needed that you were gonna be transitioning into
a new way of telling stories for your fan base.

Speaker 5 (01:03:31):
This this, this hurt that message very.

Speaker 10 (01:03:35):
Much so that the fans were mean, what the heck
you know are why are we watching two soap operas
in one and we're not getting the beats that you.

Speaker 21 (01:03:48):
Think about Nicole and think about what was her name?
You know, the door to Holly, Thank you Holly, Nicole
off off screen body and souls. It was not It
was not a complete aside or snub or what. I
don't know, but it was so just ganted. We couldn't

(01:04:09):
really feel the things that you wanted us to feel.
It should have been ended a long lot sooner than this.
But having settled that, I do have to say the
farcicle miss of it all, I just take those with it.

Speaker 5 (01:04:24):
Just please let it beget, Please let it aget, Please
let it beget, Please let it forget. I don't want
to hear about this anymore? All right? Anything else? Either
one of you? On days before we jumped to Los Angeles.

Speaker 8 (01:04:37):
Oh real quick too, I forgot, I forgot, I forgot
something I did forget this? Where's my paper? At? I
do have an announcement four days threatots. Actually this is
fa I feel like I'm breaking news here. It's not
breaking news, but it's you first of all, most thanks
to everybody who reposted a picture of Jake hole defend

(01:04:57):

(01:06:04):
Next week, well, by the time we come back, we're
gonna be talking about this on discussion.

Speaker 5 (01:06:08):
Oh yeah, that's what I'm gonna say before we transition.
But God, this week, as we all.

Speaker 8 (01:06:16):
Know, it is the thing that we are not we
As you guys know, Dazel Last will not be off
because it's on Peacocks, So we're gonna get all new episodes.
But this week we are gonna say goodbye to Doug William.

Speaker 5 (01:06:32):
But it still Hayes girl, I'm gonna tell you, I'm
gonna tell you to stop dast for just one moment.
I have been graced with the privilege of seeing the
three episodes. M h I'm gonna tell you all right now. Susan,
Susan Seaport, Oh Susan, Oh my god, Oh my god.

(01:07:03):
This I honestly say, this is one of the best.
It is the most heart ranging, this is this is
so real. But this is so this is so real.
You are all going to your skin is gonna split
open with the one and the emotions ad I.

Speaker 8 (01:07:23):
Will say this right now, I usually watch Days in
the morning. I'm not going to be able to watch
it this week like in the morning.

Speaker 5 (01:07:31):
And yeah, don't do that before you go to work
with the kids.

Speaker 8 (01:07:34):
No, right, I am going to say I already know
that fans who do not watch Days Alives will be
watching this in support, because again, when we lose people
in the community, isn't just about what show it is.
It affects the whole community of Daytime. And so with
that being said, on December second will be Days All Lived,

(01:07:54):
Just ten thousand episode, which will also be Doug Friddle
on that day, fans are acting if we could go
ahead and hashtag remembering Bill Haynes and share your favorite
memory of Bill Haynes and also at the same time
hashtag we love you Susan. What's a heart emoji? Okay,

(01:08:16):
if you are able, this is another one to donate
to one of Bill's favorite places, which is First Christian
Church of North Hollywood, you can donate. And also the
same people who did the bracest also did Braceist for
Bill Hayes, and so we're gonna be wearing that two
on December second, you can visit www dot f C, FCC,

(01:08:41):
n H dot org Clash gives if you can't still
hashtag remembering Bill Hayes, we love hashtag we loved Susan,
and you know again, in the words of mister Bill
Hayes Flash Doug Williams, We'll be loving you always.

Speaker 5 (01:08:59):
So they go, I'm gonna jump back in here and
I'm gonna say this. Okay, whatever platform, whether it's you know, THEX, Twitter,
you know, whatever that mess is, friends, blue Sky, Facebook
and stuff, I'm gonna tell you when you experience these episodes,

(01:09:20):
please shout out, you know, for Facebook at season C
fourth hase on on that X thing. You know, please,
I employ you. You are going to feel ripped open
by these scenes. You're gonna steel everything and shout out.

(01:09:41):
Please send the messages. It would It is a movie, girl,
Tell them, tell them standa tell them.

Speaker 8 (01:09:49):
I'm gonna say this is that you know, we've been preparing,
We've been preparing for this.

Speaker 5 (01:09:58):
But and y'all, oh no, actually, I got the perfect
PSA for this, because y'all will know in general, I
don't like Julie. Julie annoys me.

Speaker 7 (01:10:09):
At all.

Speaker 8 (01:10:10):
I don't really like Julie.

Speaker 5 (01:10:11):
I don't hate her or anything, but I don't like her.
But oh my god, I'm ripped open and you all
will be too, because it is actually this is this
woman giving her everything to say goodbye to her, every
et cetera. Please take it again again again exactly to

(01:10:32):
give it to us, to give us the moment to
be able to go through this and steal this. Take
the time to put that little ass symbol and send
a message. Whatever this social media you're on, please shout
out this woman, because that's what they have ripped. These

(01:10:53):
scenes ripped me open, They whipped me to stripth I
can't wait to be back in two weeks of the
stuff this with with my family right here, and and.

Speaker 6 (01:11:04):
That's nothing real quick.

Speaker 8 (01:11:05):
I'm just gonna say this is gonna get even more personal.
She did use some of the real stuff in this
in these episodes. That's us something.

Speaker 5 (01:11:17):
Can you know everybody listening, you are all gonna steal
rips open. I think this is probably the best. Okay,
I'm done, I'm done.

Speaker 8 (01:11:29):
I'm gonna say I'm gonna say this. You know, you
guys know how I always say, you know when a
soap does attribute to the character and the actor. It
can go either or I mean sadly, you know he's
still got a stallar pace about Joseph A. Stala and
some of us but even John.

Speaker 5 (01:11:51):
But we got we got his real life wife, his
real life right.

Speaker 8 (01:12:00):
And that's why I said, this is the first time
that I know of that we're saying goodbye to a
character and a real person and the person who has
been his rock for over forty plus years is doing it.
Two times. She did it in real life, and she's
gonna have to do it in real life and want

(01:12:21):
to fel So for me, this is gonna feel different
than you know saying you know what I'm saying, like,
it's gonna feel different.

Speaker 5 (01:12:29):
Yes, because that's why I implore and by everybody listening,
thank her for this, because she had She did this
for us. She set herself, she puts feeling her spline
and said I'm gonna do this. I'm okay doing this
because the fans deserve it.

Speaker 8 (01:12:51):
Mm hmmm. It's gonna be And and you know I'm
gonna say this, I know real quick. I already have
a funny feel, but I don't know how I'm less
feel about this, we'll get to that. Like, okay, weally
got next month we'll talk about because there is something
that is in my heart and I'm just kind of

(01:13:11):
like I'm gonna notice a trend if they do it.
But I will say, is that first, like I said,
in all honesty, they're going to be back to back,
both Bill and Drake. So today for the emotional but
you know, we but yeah, so stay tuned, and like
I said, we'll post. We'll we post the links for

(01:13:32):
you guys to donate, and if you can't donate, don't don't,
you know, just put it out there, you know, like
you know, we will share it.

Speaker 5 (01:13:42):
Yeah, So okay, all right, let's let's jump over to
l to Los Angeles. David David David David. Okay, I'm
gonna do real quick because you know, so I touched.
I touched, so had to get my little dance out there.

(01:14:05):
Brooke and Carter. All right, David Sillison, what is going
on in Los Angeles?

Speaker 4 (01:14:14):
Well, Carter came across an idea about the LLC tags,
which if you sign it in the right place and
means you are the manager of Forrester Creation's LLC. So

(01:14:38):
so I know Carter got it in his head that
if he signs in that spot, he would get he
all he needs to do is get Steffi and Rich
to sign and they pulled. They pulled a coup saying
that they're in charge. Well, Carter there is. He wants

(01:15:01):
to keep Pope out of it. So lo and behold.
Mama Bear has comes along and she's listening to this
conversation and Brooke is beside herself, and I was, I
was wondering which way Brooke would go. But I guess,

(01:15:25):
as they said, blood isn't much thicker than water, especially
if your name is Rich Forrester.

Speaker 5 (01:15:34):
So okay, I'm gonna stop you there for just one second.
I'm gonna stop you there for just one second because
I understand both camps on social media right now. But
it's a soap opera. Of course, we're gonna get this
kind of drama, setup situation. Okay, continue, yep.

Speaker 4 (01:15:59):
And it's setting up and setting up camps in both.
We're gonna see a lot of conflict in that because
now that Rich knows, oh, he is more than pissed
off because he says Carter wouldn't do this to him.

(01:16:21):
So we're gonna. We have to tune in and final,
he says, what's going up. May will change his mind
before or will it be too late for him. We'll
bridge find him out, seek him out before that happens.

Speaker 5 (01:16:41):
I love you, David, but you simplify things. I love you.
You're so sweet. I love you, David. I have to
say no kidness. I know, I know I'm gonna give
the most of it to you, but I have to
say two things quietly quickly. You know you caught it.
Y'all were boys, y'all were boys, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera, so

(01:17:03):
you know the whole setup is no so wrong. The
second thing I told you so?

Speaker 8 (01:17:12):
I told so, I told so, I told so.

Speaker 5 (01:17:15):
Okay, can't just.

Speaker 8 (01:17:16):
Go okay, Hey, both the beautiful what's up? It's me Cannice.
How you doing, Laurence?

Speaker 5 (01:17:22):
I love you?

Speaker 8 (01:17:22):
You know you my brother, so I said, I love you.
But seriously, I'll just sign I've seen the storyline before.
You know who I signed.

Speaker 5 (01:17:29):
So I'm Dustin and Bill Yop Yop, and we saw
it all if we saw it. Also to when maya,
you know with Maya, Yeah, go on, here's my problem. Okay, First,
and foremost I'm sorry. If somebody comes in with a contract,

(01:17:52):
I'm not going to just sign it.

Speaker 8 (01:17:55):
I'm going to read it. And when I say read it,
I'm going to read the first part where the you know,
bloded ink starts at y'all know what I'm talking about,
and then I'm gonna read over. Just because you sign
it so many times doesn't mean.

Speaker 1 (01:18:07):
That it's going to be the same thing over and
over again. Okay, Ridge, I'm like this like like first,
and I'm sorry.

Speaker 8 (01:18:23):
I know this has been a debate about, you know,
with Steffie, Fire and Hope and all that. I'm gonna
tell you something. If I was in charge of force
the creation, I'm firing everybody in that place, Steffie Ridge, Dina, Katie.
I'll keep Brook for a side project. Carter. Yes, because

(01:18:46):
my whole thing is just that first and one was
this is not a professional situation. Y'all are taking it personally.
It's a personal situation.

Speaker 5 (01:18:56):
Carter.

Speaker 8 (01:18:56):
Hope, I need to talk to you right now in
my office. Come here for a second. Okay, it's up
the time I had.

Speaker 5 (01:19:01):
All I have.

Speaker 4 (01:19:02):
I have one thing, wait, Candace, Yeah, Jeff is a bitch.

Speaker 8 (01:19:07):
They're all bitch there, I said it.

Speaker 5 (01:19:09):
No, I'm sorry. Yeah, no, David, I'm sorry. You know
I held on to Hope. I held on. I held on.
I held on a couple of weeks ago. I let go.
They are all bitches, yes, Sephanie is a bigger bitch
and a better bitch.

Speaker 8 (01:19:25):
It included all the guys too. I said what I said.
Here's the thing, Carter, Hope. Let's let me talk to y'all.
I need to talk to y'all for a second, Carter,
especially you. So you should have felt that you have
not contributed to the company in a very long time. Honey,
I hate to tell you this, but you have contributed
to the company. You just don't know it. You have

(01:19:46):
a bitch.

Speaker 4 (01:19:47):
Yeah, hold on, Kenneth Anthony, I think your guest is here.

Speaker 5 (01:19:52):
Oh, we're gonna take about a ten minute break, can
have a conversation with an emerging new artist. Are you ready,
David bus Yes, I absolutely am here. We are.

Speaker 4 (01:20:07):
She's done, Jet.

Speaker 5 (01:20:10):
Hello, Hi Jess. We're doing really good. How are you doing?

Speaker 3 (01:20:15):
I'm doing good. Thank you so much for having me
on today.

Speaker 5 (01:20:19):
You know what, I really, really, really have been moved
by your single David heard it. I didn't give Canvas
the opportunity. I didn't get it to her, So she's
gonna hear it live right here. But we are in
the middle of talking about soap operas, but we're going
to transition to hear your single. It is a holiday celebration.

(01:20:42):
Tell us a little about your song.

Speaker 3 (01:20:46):
So this song is a cover of a theme song
composed for a British short animated cartoon called The Snowman,
And it's basically like our American Frosty where boys build
a Snowman. Snow Man comes to life on Christmas Eve,
snow Man and boy fly through this guy to the
North poland meet who else, Vana Claus. So it's very

(01:21:10):
a cereal, very airy. It is a celebration of nature
and snowfall and winter and funny. I've lived in Florida
my whole life, but my mom's family is all from Buffalo,
New York, so I was up there a few times
as a kid in the winter and would do like
the biggeting and sledding and stuff. But now is not

(01:21:32):
something I know a lot about.

Speaker 8 (01:21:33):
So it's ironic that I covered this song.

Speaker 5 (01:21:37):
So Jessica announ to put you on the spot. But
the listeners know. I'm blind and I live lie through technology,
and the way I experienced stop operas is different than
the way some other people do. And you are a
blind musician, but you composed and played all of the

(01:21:58):
musician ship all of the instruments on this piece. How
difficult was that? In? What kind of software did you use?

Speaker 8 (01:22:08):
So I use a.

Speaker 3 (01:22:09):
Digital audio workstation called Reaper. I don't want to say
that it's completely open source, but I do want to
say that there is a community based around it. It's
very community oriented. There is a one time license for Reaper,
especially for individuals and small businesses.

Speaker 18 (01:22:30):
It's extremely affordable.

Speaker 3 (01:22:31):
And what I do love about it is that people
can write extensions for it. And there is a screen
reader extension for Reaper which is called Osara, and the
Quirity keyboard functionality and just extend it further, and it
provides the ability for the screen reader to give you

(01:22:53):
feedback on what you're doing and where you are on
the screen, what position and time your cursor is at
on the time.

Speaker 5 (01:23:00):
Rulers and allies.

Speaker 8 (01:23:02):
Yeah, yeah, all that stuff.

Speaker 3 (01:23:05):
So I played it. I played the piano parts through
a digital piano, and then I also use another free
open source software SyncE plug in called surge xty that
was also written with juice application, meaning that they built
in screen reader functionality and they label all the buttons,

(01:23:27):
et cetera so that one can navigate it using the keyboard,
cab and arrow keys and different other combinations to move
to different regions inside of it as well.

Speaker 5 (01:23:39):
So let me ask you this. You know, all, like
I said, all the different parts, you had to record
your vocals, all the mixing and stuff. How many hours
would you guesstimate if you put in for this, you know,
three and a half minute single we're going to listen to.

Speaker 3 (01:23:57):
I don't know for sure, but I do know that
the whole thing has been months in the making, and
maybe a few hours a week over like two or
three months time.

Speaker 5 (01:24:12):
Awesome. Tell us the name of the song and then
play it for us.

Speaker 3 (01:24:18):
So the name of the song is called Walking in
the Air. And then do you want to hear just
a clip from the middle or do you want to hear.

Speaker 5 (01:24:24):
It from the beginning. We can hear the whole song
if you have it ready to go.

Speaker 8 (01:24:31):
I do.

Speaker 3 (01:24:31):
Let me just dip it back to the beginning, and
here we go.

Speaker 8 (01:24:41):
I hope this is not gonna sound.

Speaker 9 (01:24:43):
Weird what.

Speaker 14 (01:25:12):
I am.

Speaker 9 (01:26:09):
Day children sing Lee.

Speaker 22 (01:27:28):
Had many feeling.

Speaker 5 (01:28:24):
Wow, that was so I will say. I will say
this when you actually download it and listen through like
your AirPods and like three D audio and all that.
There's so much more to it. But it's so beautiful, Jessica.
Tell folks uh, And there's a B side, which is

(01:28:44):
an exploration of digital nature and digital sound for the
winter Solstice that is equally as beautiful. Tell folks where
they can get this so they can listen to it
with like the full acoustics.

Speaker 3 (01:28:59):
Yes, you need to get the full effect. So it
is available for listening as well as downloading on band camp.
So if you go to Jessica Tomlinson dot band camp
dot com. That's Jessica D E S S I C
A T O M L I N S O N

(01:29:22):
dot band camp dot com. You can find it today.
It just dropped this morning, and then in about a
week and a half or so, certainly by the first
week in December. It will also be distributed to Spotify,
Apple Music, wherever you get your music. You should be

(01:29:42):
able to ask your a lady or your Google lady
play Walking in the Air by Jessica Tomlinson in a
week or so.

Speaker 5 (01:29:52):
You know, I feel every time I listen to it,
I feel like I'm, you know, kind of circling the earth,
watching down and looking at everybody's different traditions and stuff.
That's the feeling that evokes for me. I wonder if
David or Candace want to react to you to the
song or say anything to Jessica beasore were we say goodbye.

Speaker 8 (01:30:18):
I'll say this, so dust, this is my first time
hearing the song, as Anthony said, and I did have
my air buzz, and if we do have it in
I like the tone, the like just the calmness of
it of you know, just kind of envisioning the picture.
If that makes sense. I think, I really you're welcome.

(01:30:40):
I like enjoying the soft instruments, which also was medium
tone as well. You can so yeah, so I really
did enjoy it. I actually pictured myself drinking hot chocolate
and listening to me while it's not falling down.

Speaker 5 (01:30:56):
Yes, yeah, so busy your gingerbread cookies, right.

Speaker 3 (01:31:02):
Yeah, gingerbread cookies and little candy canes and peppermints and.

Speaker 5 (01:31:06):
Even is in the mug of Hotchog live. It's like
it's melting into the hotchhogg and we use it to
start up the you know, the foam you know with green.
All right, Jessica, thank you so much for joining us.
I'm Jessica is an amazing artist. She's my friend. She's blind.

(01:31:29):
You can find her. She is Jessica the I she
you know, visually impaired. The artist on Facebook, Jessica Tomlin artist.

Speaker 8 (01:31:40):
Yeah, thank you all so much.

Speaker 3 (01:31:44):
I don't know if you want like a brief like
audio or verbal description of like what the.

Speaker 8 (01:31:48):
Cover art looks like, but.

Speaker 5 (01:31:54):
Cover y, go ahead. I'm sorry.

Speaker 8 (01:31:57):
I thought I'll last you for a minute.

Speaker 3 (01:31:58):
The cover art is me in a red dress and
my arms are up like I'm flying, and there are
you like really really big blue and white snowflakes all around.
There's like huge ones in the background, and then there's
some small ones falling in front of me. And it
was inspired by a picture of Celine Dion doing her

(01:32:21):
Las Vegas show. He is also, you know, just not
on the cover, but it's shown like as a second
photo for like here was my inspiration. And then she
has these two dancers that are beside her to have
these huge like feather things that look like turkey or
peacock tails. So the color scheme and everything was inspired

(01:32:44):
by that.

Speaker 8 (01:32:46):
All right, Well, thank you.

Speaker 5 (01:32:48):
For joining us, Jessica and I will talk to you soon.

Speaker 6 (01:32:52):
All right, thank you so much for having me.

Speaker 3 (01:32:57):
Yeah, take care, enjoy, Thank.

Speaker 5 (01:33:02):
You all for listening, and please go check out Jessica's
single There's the Other song is absolutely beautiful. It sounds
like a hymn from you know, church. Her voice is
so amazing. All right, so we were in the middle
of the bold and the beautiful girl. I think you
were in the middle of a yea.

Speaker 8 (01:33:25):
My whole thing is that blood at the end of
the day. First, this is a company, a legit company.
But Carter, you know that you are definitely going to
get in trouble, right, You can actually lose your job. Okay, now, hey, Hope,
I need to talk to you. Come over here, honey.

(01:33:45):
If you had any out of dignancy in you, I
would have just been like, you.

Speaker 13 (01:33:51):
Know what, I'm fine, my company's gone.

Speaker 8 (01:33:53):
Guess what I'm rolling out to Jesus, I wouldn't even
have gotten into this point her. But here, this is
my problem, Sefi. Now I need to see you for
a second.

Speaker 5 (01:34:03):
Girlfriend.

Speaker 8 (01:34:06):
You know no, no, I need no, I need to
put no, I need to put Hope and Stepfie in
the same in the same office for just one second,
because I'm gonna call both of y'all out for something.
First and foremost is logan hate the sorster, hate all
this stuff. Let me tell you something like, Hope, you're
not your mama, Stephie, you're not your grandma. Okay, so

(01:34:27):
I'm gonna put that to pastor again. Stephie, I love you,
but what kind of job are you doing? Because if
I was Eric, I would have you fired in the
sense because again y'all, y'all letting y'all personal situations overshadow
what's really needed to be going on at this company.

Speaker 5 (01:34:45):
Okay, I'm gonna because I'm gonna say he hold up up.
Derek has taken the company away from both of his
sons for reasons that he would have from you. Find
now about five times he's taking the company away from
each of his sons.

Speaker 8 (01:35:07):
Gone, can just let me say this, and Stephie Ma says, okay,
first of the most, when you walk in, when you
walk in, you assume without anybody saying anything to corrupt it.
I have to, I have to get on you. You
could have opened your big mouth and say what really

(01:35:28):
happened now with something believe Card could have but you
know who else is.

Speaker 5 (01:35:37):
But I'm sorry, said, I know.

Speaker 8 (01:35:39):
I know, but I'm also good because to me, I
don't know. I don't know what his I don't know
what has happened. But sind baby, honey, I understand you
want you, you know, happy, happy life, happy wife. But
you should have also said some things to the defense
of Hope, like, okay, not what it looks like. I

(01:36:01):
just came in Da da da da da da da
again too, Sesse, you threatened this girl. You did say
and I quote, Okay, the numbers of Hope for the
future is it sucks. It sucks, So you should have
cut away with the company. Okay, but it's said, what
did you do? You You held it over Hope head

(01:36:22):
because you in your delusional mind and I get it.
It was signed said you're gonna come after your husband.
Well Sase.

Speaker 5 (01:36:33):
Again, pached right.

Speaker 12 (01:36:40):
Right.

Speaker 8 (01:36:40):
That's not a boss move, that's an emotional damage because
again you do not know how to handle your relationship
with Sin and it's said hope again. Like I said,
before you got to that point, I would have said,
you know what, I know that my company isn't the best,
but I am not going to be so I'm not

(01:37:00):
going to be attacked every single day. I'm not gonna
get have some bignancy woman and roll out. You can
actually start your own company, Carter. You didn't have to
do all this because you what you could have done,
you and and and hope to find a cigaret back
or something like that. I have ripped and come up
with a company yourself. I'm sorry. When I saw what

(01:37:23):
they were doing, I'm like, this is too much. I'm like,
this is I mean, I see it, but I'm sorry.
I'm going to say it bold. You need to either or.

Speaker 5 (01:37:35):
And I'm just gonna go back for one more moment
and say, I told yourself. I told you so. I
told so because I told you guys the last show
and the show before that that this is where they
were going with this and caught up. Yes, come on, boy,
are you too smart for this? You are too smart

(01:37:58):
for this.

Speaker 8 (01:37:59):
You know we can't, but this is this is what
I'm saying, like for me and I get Look, fans vote,
don't get exquisted. I know that they they're writing around
certain things because in all honesty, let's let's just just
to say it. This should have been a Thomas situation.

(01:38:20):
But we do not know still what's going on with Matthews.
But I'm pretty sure that baby should have been born
by now. But I will say this, it's not too
far expects for Carter to be a part of this.
But they just played the beat completely different. And like
I said, reminded me Adjusted and Bill. It literally is

(01:38:41):
the disruption of Ridge and Carter's friendship. It is the
disrupt it is giving me old school, but it's still
not old school. And then let me talk to Brooks. Girl, girl,
I said before, I'm gonna say it again. I hope

(01:39:03):
you know again I understand your little thing to your husband.
I just hope this does not bite you in the butt.

Speaker 5 (01:39:14):
Well, you are very generous. You are very generous.

Speaker 8 (01:39:20):
Have done Ye's the same? Look I think you and
some other people do you underestimate Hope say right now.
Look you will get the other part of DNA and
Hope it's Deacon sharp.

Speaker 7 (01:39:38):
Mmm, just remember m You see, he may be like
Taylor and some layers he's your daughter, Brook, But don't
count that DNA of Deacon Shark, because what does he
can do when he wants something, he's gonna don't get it, and.

Speaker 8 (01:39:53):
If somebody somebody turns hold on him, he gets even. Look,
I hope it's I hope you know what you're doing.
Because also, by the way, Ridge is also the same
person that puts you off the past two back in
the day. Remember what I'm just saying.

Speaker 5 (01:40:09):
Okay, And so I'm gonna get my I'm gonna get
my dear Brook letter. Now, deer Brook, you know you
know your man Ridge. You know you know, you know
you know your man Ridge. Girl, as your friends, as
I've been with you for all these thirty what is

(01:40:30):
the thirty seventy? No, no, how many is it now?

Speaker 8 (01:40:33):
About? Say?

Speaker 5 (01:40:35):
Yeah? Thirty? Okay, okay, So being your friend all these
thirty seven years, girl, you know your man. That's all
I'm gonna say that. Girl, your daughter has put up with,
has looked past, has justified, has overcome, has been buried under,

(01:40:58):
has written off, has been hanging off the cliff, has
was almost drowned. They had the paddles on her chest.
Clear clear, boom boom, girl, You, as a parent at
this point, should be better at understanding signs and reading
the room. Having said that, Uh, Hope, Hope, Hope, Hope,

(01:41:29):
it is time for you to give up the ghost.
You ain't truly a far herself, You ain't truly your logan.
It is time for you to let go and find
you somewhere else, all right, David Hope Fly liking ego,

(01:41:55):
like it ego? All right? I'm sorry, David.

Speaker 4 (01:42:01):
What where would you like Hope placed.

Speaker 8 (01:42:06):
Her own company?

Speaker 5 (01:42:08):
Yeah? I know, I would like Hope and her brother
to finally start decided that they're gonna start settling some
scores that really need to be settled. You know, both
of them are beautiful, honestly. Jacob Young, Jacob Young, Jacob Young,
Jacob Young.

Speaker 4 (01:42:23):
You know.

Speaker 5 (01:42:25):
There's some storylines that really could be explored that you
know a lot of people would see incestor in can'dae?

Speaker 8 (01:42:33):
Right?

Speaker 5 (01:42:34):
Yep, yep, all right, let's all right, you're up. We
got some time we're going to go.

Speaker 8 (01:42:48):
It's gonna be so close. Not only funny, because y'all
know this is a comedy year Me and Young and
Ruffles breaks up all the time.

Speaker 6 (01:42:56):
Oh what are we still recording, Anthony, Oh, okay, I
think it's still recording.

Speaker 4 (01:43:08):
I think we're still recording.

Speaker 8 (01:43:11):
Yeah, okay, so I can do this real question. Okay, okay.
Previously Young and Russells, there was a head on collision
with Sharon and Phillis. Oh my gosh, Billie got hurt.
Sharon walked away. She walked away, and she confessed the
next guess what fro Guess who's back in town? You
want to know who's doing all this stuff? Yes, lady

(01:43:32):
and gentlemen, not one, but two villains we got and
we got Jordan's Yeah, yep, yeah, means on me on
the mean side of things. Of the business part, Lily
wants to work, Billy wants to work. I don't care
about the storyline. But it also came to find out

(01:43:53):
that child got played Why because Jack and Diane had
a plan all along. They duped everybody. Yeah, and at
the same time, Secon's now given Diane the minus. But
if you're playing behind that be then to find out.
At the same time, Daniel realizes that it's because of him,

(01:44:13):
because if he can, if he wasn't drinking that night,
Patsy would still be alive. Heather will still be alive
and ptil this will still be up. So because of
his his decision back in the day, this is why
Stern wild out. Oh my gosh, Nick had no had
no choice but to kind of turn her in, and
Vicky was like what And Adam was like, oh, I

(01:44:34):
could have done something, but on the mean side, on
the other side of the things.

Speaker 5 (01:44:39):
Oh, that's it.

Speaker 8 (01:44:39):
That's it. That's all I got. Oh and Sally and
Billy may may love sleet. We loved so much love.

Speaker 4 (01:44:48):
I want to be open.

Speaker 7 (01:44:52):
I really want.

Speaker 5 (01:44:56):
They'll post such message. I really want you can be together.

Speaker 8 (01:45:01):
I forgot, I forgot something I did, forget something you
didn't I did? And yes, who I floke, No, you're
not dreaming.

Speaker 7 (01:45:09):
It really did happen.

Speaker 8 (01:45:11):
They're together forever, always and more just foke. Abby and
Devonne are together forever than just. Then then everybody came
back for the Big Way days. And then on top
of that, yes, on top of that, Lucy came back

(01:45:31):
and apparently she met somebody an Scottie. We gotta talk
about that, and Julli spoke up. It's a Christmas, a
dank given miracle.

Speaker 18 (01:45:41):
Oh and then never Ranch is back to thank you Jesus.

Speaker 8 (01:45:49):
Oh oh oh, wait man, let me do myself. Then
we got a ranch fact, we got the ranch fact.
The cat back somebody as.

Speaker 5 (01:46:02):
I'm doing the running man running back to you? Who yep,
running back to you.

Speaker 8 (01:46:09):
Who. Let's see.

Speaker 5 (01:46:10):
I think that was it?

Speaker 8 (01:46:12):
Yeah, yeah, not no works.

Speaker 5 (01:46:23):
Okay, Okay, I'm gonna say this, Diane. All right, I
feel what they did here. They gave us the under
sweep like the skimmer in the top of the pool.
You know, they gave us. All Right, you've got to
do something now with this guy. You've gotta we've got

(01:46:47):
to get an understanding of what the trueness of this is.
It's enough with the back and forth. How yeah, Okay,
I'm really not mad at that, Abby and Devon. I
wanted this so much back in the day, right Candace,

(01:47:09):
I remember times? How many times did we really want
this that it could have come down? I'm so lack
lust of like, Okay, thanks, I you're.

Speaker 4 (01:47:21):
Disappointed, because you're as disappointed as I am. Because there
was no.

Speaker 5 (01:47:28):
There is no there's no chemistry, there's no Caribbean drums,
there was no nothing. You know, when it happened, we
wanted it at some point. Okay, thanks, Yeah, no, I'm
so disappointed, Sharon. I'm I'm you know what I'm actually

(01:47:51):
gonna give I'm gonna give you credit, Young and the
rest of us. I'm gonna give you credit on this one.
You'll truly astound me with the way you can turn
a story around at the end and make it Candace,
I don't even know what to say, like, you know,
like you can kick it just around the bend at

(01:48:12):
the very end and and and actually kind of make
it make sense. I don't I don't know. I enjoyed it,
so I'm not I'm not really manage you, but can
you help me? Help me? I'm I'm where? What What
am I at right now? What am i?

Speaker 8 (01:48:34):
You're here?

Speaker 5 (01:48:35):
Yeah?

Speaker 8 (01:48:36):
There, you're like that, you're in between.

Speaker 5 (01:48:40):
I'm stuck, right, I'm like you in the middle of something,
just stuck, not really sure a way to put my
feet right. Yeah.

Speaker 8 (01:48:48):
Yeah, you're hovering, You're hovering above like well, hovering in
the middle.

Speaker 5 (01:48:54):
I do think that there were two possible kind of
places we can jump from from here and and I
guess we'll see David. Anything else you kind of want
to highlight about Young and the restless before we move
on to General Hospital.

Speaker 4 (01:49:13):
Just that Sharon c of ask goodbye to Cameron, you know,
and that was it for him. I guess.

Speaker 12 (01:49:28):
You know.

Speaker 5 (01:49:30):
I'm sorry. I really enjoyed that. I really enjoyed every
single moment of that, and and even the goodbye kind
of it gave me what I needed. I really enjoyed
that piece of it. It could have been done in
a better way, with with bigger storyline around it, et cetera,
et cetera, but the the into play between the two

(01:49:54):
of them, I really enjoyed. Candice, what about you?

Speaker 8 (01:49:57):
Okay? So, as anybody knows, my sound is my voice.
Right now, I ain't throw over the storyline. It's not
even funny anymore. Okay, So let me just say this,
Sharon Kase, you have an Emmy Reil. My regards to that,
you have an Emmie reel. If y'all really put something together,

(01:50:20):
you guys can have something for Joshua tomorrow. My problem
is that I understand this storyline should have been so
much more, so much more, but I feel it so
And you know what, Joshua, that's I called Joshua. I've
read your interview and I'm mad at you.

Speaker 13 (01:50:41):
I am mad at you.

Speaker 8 (01:50:43):
First and foremost, I am mad if you said Strangers
on a Train. Y'all know that my seventh stavor movie
of all time? How dare you just suspect it like that? Also,
my thing is is that you we wouldn't want to
build up. We went on a roll past and you

(01:51:04):
like you cycled. Okay, you did psychological one on one. Okay,
you have Cameron give her her phone hold like she
the thing she was thinking of, she was, she was
vising it through Cameron. Okay, you took it too far.
You took it too far because I sat on the show.
She was going to take revenge because of what happened
to Cassie Young and Russell's am going to save this

(01:51:26):
as much as like I love you, I am Passy
fifteen gets it.

Speaker 5 (01:51:31):
Yes, we're done, we've done done else and blame it
on Cassie. Yes, right, like I feel it so like oh.

Speaker 17 (01:51:45):
Right.

Speaker 8 (01:51:46):
It's been now eight months and two days since the
story started. Yes, I did count up. I was glad
that Dale said what he said. But for new viewers
who never saw it, pass is the one who, on
her own marriage drove that car I understand as a parent,

(01:52:07):
you were going to still feel a certain type of
way because you're the reality is is your child did this,
But it's because of what and how it happened that
you still get stuck on. I'm glad Daniel said what
you said, because he does feel like he's always carried
that guilt with him. The problem is is that it
took eight months and two days was to get I

(01:52:31):
feel so like with Phyllis and Sharan, we all knew
daring and well that's going to lead to something happens
to either Lucy's faith or Phyllis. And guess what, you
hit all three of them. Look at that stilln't how
it's so easy work.

Speaker 5 (01:52:44):
Yeah, but he took it to and.

Speaker 8 (01:52:48):
You killed Heather. Okay, but then you told us that
it probably then we all look, we all knew, we
all felt deceptives. It wasn't Sharan. So instead of making
it the logic at three at her the person that could.

Speaker 13 (01:53:01):
Have actually been tied into all.

Speaker 8 (01:53:03):
Of us who has history with Sharon, Heather and Daniel,
which was Daisy, you had Jordan and in and this
is where I was like, Ray, it's nice to say
Ray wise, I love him, you know, I love Colleen saying,
but this is where one of those things you just
sit down and you're just like, make just makes sense

(01:53:28):
to me, because like we was all saying, and Mariah
Sharon Phillis got it, Jordan's after Claire just again, you
scratch my back, I scratched yours. I'm sorry, y'all, like.

Speaker 5 (01:53:46):
It doesn't it's not making sense to me.

Speaker 8 (01:53:49):
It would have been Daisy.

Speaker 9 (01:53:50):
It should have y'all mean to tell me, y'all fu.

Speaker 8 (01:53:53):
Somebody to play Daisy because she because again for those
who don't know who Daisy is that want to feel
off bring.

Speaker 5 (01:54:02):
I would even have accepted miss Kimberland Brown playing double
duty on two soul Roberas and even be involved with Sheila.

Speaker 8 (01:54:11):
But go on, well you know that. I'll talk to
you later. But the thing is is that it would
make sense for Dazers because first of it was young
of Russells. You need to build up your mid younger
cast a little bit, knowing that west.

Speaker 13 (01:54:27):
Alway isn't out and you know she's right now.

Speaker 8 (01:54:30):
On recurrence, okay to me, and not only that, but
you already joined Claire. Claire should have been a psychotic
demons on this show. She should have been the Dinah
Marler of the younger of Russis, but you chose not
to go the route. So we do have Daisy. Daisy
has history with Daniel. She couldn't stand Heather. She's definitely

(01:54:51):
the last conversations she had was with Sharon, and you
know she would come out for Lucy and it's the
same Victoria and Billy would have also kind of been
leapt into this because why Daisy had because Victoria and
Billy was Lucy's first set of parents and Daisy had
a problem with that. Do you see what I just did, Folks?

(01:55:12):
Do you see what I just said? I made an
umbrella storyline that would make sense again because regulations to
everybody for Emmy real. I hope you guys just submit
it for the Daytime Emmys come next year. But that's
the sad part is that to me, Josh, I know
what exactly what you did, and you did it, but
you still made the story makes no sense at all,

(01:55:37):
at all at all. Yeah, we got we got four
minutest Okay, General Hospital, I'm gonna say it right now.
They turned it around. It's been the best it's been
in a very long time. We have an umbrella storyline.
We have an umbrella. Umbrella storyline started with Sam's duff.

(01:56:01):
I know I'm gonna say this. I've been saying this
a long time. I know that it's such that Kelly
Monica was let go. However the blessing is and on
all this is that with Sam's duff, we got story
for days from all of this, and it trickles down
to Lulu's return. It trickles down to what Michael's going through.

Speaker 13 (01:56:19):
It trickles down I mean even before wait.

Speaker 8 (01:56:21):
Let me go back up. It goes from sam stuff
to the Hospital of Investigation with Elizabeth, to Lulu's return,
to Michael, to whatever it else. Y'all have seen this
ten in ten years, and I understand that. But I'm
gonna say this right now. General hope is popping right now.

Speaker 4 (01:56:38):
Yeah, it's coming around. And I've been I've been enjoying
this show, I think more than I thought. And I
am excited watching Alexa in the role of Lulu.

Speaker 5 (01:56:53):
So I'm talking for a second. When the flashbacks started
coming and all of that, I said, oh no, oh no,
there's some mind implementation that we're gonna have to deal
with in the next couple of months. This is some good.
How good was all of that? You tell me you
were not on the edge of you sees.

Speaker 4 (01:57:14):
First of all, moment I was question is where was
Laura and all of this?

Speaker 5 (01:57:19):
Oh I have.

Speaker 8 (01:57:21):
About she's coming. I got some issues with miss law
I'm gonna try to say that this silence, okay, but.

Speaker 5 (01:57:29):
Say that for next week. Yeah no, but definitely with that.
Yeah yeah, yeah, she's a mayor. She should have Yes,
we will go there on next episode. Okay, real quick,
one more other one. Yes, put Elizabeth in this situation.
This is some real stuff.

Speaker 6 (01:57:44):
Okay, this, this is this is so jucy.

Speaker 8 (01:57:47):
I love the fact that she is. Look, I love
Rebecca Herbs. Y'all know I'm Elizabeth Sanfirst we got we
got a lot of screen pomp and shout out to
Jason Morgan, were actually stepping up.

Speaker 5 (01:58:00):
Yeah, the flow, the moving back home for their babies.
I will everybody real.
