to tell Blant Wanty had passed awayat age fifty one. Now this was
confirmed by her publicist, Lisa StaPalsa and also her guard daughter as well
as a classmate of hers. Theway that I found out, I'll be

honest, because a lot of peoplewas questioning me. I belonged to one
of the soap groups that that doesinternational soaks and so she was on the
soap opera in South Africa for manyyears and they had stay were the ones

Amelia Marshall. So a lot ofpeople was so serious as to who unless
because again if you did not watchAll My Children, you didn't know who
she was. Marbe Martin did postthe statement with this on her website and

have to agree with this because havingher picture posted a and an announcement of
somebody's passing not taking away from Esther, but also can you imagine the people

say hey, such and touch that'slike, oh my god, and show
just a briefing of the picture andthey think it's you, you know,
not only your family, your friends, your colleagues, your coworkers. It

to the outlets out there, whetheryou're so pressed or you're not so pressed,
it's not hard to go online tofind a picture of somebody that looks
like literally okay, because you know, the ongoing joke is about Kim Cole.

outlet, just do your job becausea small mistake is a big mistake,
and that big mistake does affect thosewho you know who is affect you know,

to Live the show that shouldn't havebeen canceled and first place on ABC.

to say General Hospital because just likenow, General Hospital was tanking. It
was taking hard, not as badas it is now in ratings, but
it was tanking. Ron brought backthe nurses ball. He rerooped the quartermain

He regrouped the Castillons a little bit. He rerooped the families of that show,
and he also knew the history becausethat was his show that he grew
up watching. That was his justlike you know, you have a soap

right, you know, I willfight for y'all about that, but that
was his show. So him gettingto write for Seenie Francis and Tony Gary,
that was his dream. And plushe was over at a network that

was canceled, you know, sadlywant to Show gets canceled. Everybody's out
of a job and have to lookthe fact that they entrusted him to bring

is known for a lot of things, and if you try to break that

backpaddle, it's kind of hard toregain that trust. Because there's one,
two, three, five storylines thatI can say right now on the show
that sadly happened Abby's Dust. We'reabout to go back into that storyline that

Amnesia, Lord Jesus should not havehappened. And then obviously we you know,
everybody jumped on him about bowing hope. And if it wasn't for Jamie
Ginnons, everybody would have still felta certain type of way about Ron.

I see you at General, ifI see you at Young and the rock
List, baby, I'm wouldn't needsomebody to give you my money from seven

him enough for that, because again, breakdown writers are writers too. They
they're important to these shows as well. But I don't think what happened behind
the scenes affected this decision. Ijust think that days of our lives,
Vanett can are taking a look at, you know, the future. They're

so that's that's freaking awesome. That'sawesome to be there for seven years
role in general, three years,I mean, you know again, you

to a structure that will bring audienceback in not saying that Ron couldn't do

circulate the writers around and give themeverybody their due. I mean, look

have Genie. Okay, not fornothing, I'm still kind of like wishing
that Ron Kwan and Jamie also gota little turn to be a co have

but I do kind of wait,oh, like you still hear from them,
and that's all right. I'm glad, okay real quick, because I
know we got to get to ourrecap and that's something else that I need

We I mean, well, I'mgonna say this, Annie, do you
know everybody on the writing teams ofthese shows, noway, so okay,
so I'm gonna put you in.I'm gonna put you into section B for
minutes. We know who the topdogs are at these shows. Obviously At
Jajoel Lives is Keen Corday over YoungerRouts fifteen, Kent, Josh Gressen.

At General Hospital, it is Frankand Jason Varney. In ABC. You
see how I did that, right? And then at Boulde Beefort, I
mean, should we even say it, it's freaking Brad Bell, okay and
the Bell family. But that's whatmost people know, right And if you
didn't know about Varney and ABC,well now you do. But then there's

the whole Okay, who's this RyanKrawn? Who is this uh shoot crap
teak a bell? Hey girl?Who is this person? And this person
is Those are the people of thewriting team, And sometimes I do feel
as though a lot of the headwriters get a lot of heat for something

a real tough battle over that show. Because there's some ghost writers over there
too. We can't get into allof it here tonight, because it would
take a forever in a day toexplain all that. But I will say
that each writer who has been thereand comes back sort of like Patrick on

General Hospital. Patrick is responsible fora lot of great moments of General Hospital
in the nineties, point blank,Terry. I mean, soon as I
say click click boom, everybody's like, oh my god, that was about
saying, right, okay, youbring him back to today's General Hospital,
And obviously we are seeing the lastof his tenure on the show. You
can tell, but sometimes it maywork and it may not work. And

obviously we know Patrick is gone andwhatnot. So when days were all lives,
Das Loves is about to hit amilestone. So you do need to
kind of get back to basics.You do need like somebody who does have
the history of the show. AndI know a lot of people will say,
well, over in General Hospital,they gotta listen to Court. He
has to think about a listening toCourt. Yeah, it is true.
She's been there for the longest thirtysomething years. She did not only GH

but poor Charles as well. Okay, and if you take a look back
at her moment, you would bekind of be like, Okay, I
get it. But again, intoday's soap world, things have changed,
the intention span has changed with theviewers. Right, let's be honest.
Back in the day, remember rememberit used to be a year storyline.

Now you'd be grateful if you gotthree months out of it, you know,
right, you you don't have thebudget. Let we'll call it out
for what it is. Some ofthese general hospital you know what, Frank,
keep doing your book because you gotit. But you kept got I

can see you're about to go abudget, but you're doing good. But
some of these shows. You takea look at how some of these shows
are right now versus five years agoversus ten years ago. Obviously that plays
part again, you had plesoro orplesoral talent on the show you didn't have

you know, then I'm gonna useyou against the role of coun Caloo.
I don't know. I just madethe name of right because then he's scheduling
because he has a prime time showis going to interfere with his schedule at
the soul. So I can't reallywrite the way that I want to write
for this character unless I go aheadand you know, like put him out

on commission or if the show goesto heading a recast, and we all
know the rule recast changes everything.So that's why so many shows like these
executive producers don't want to say holdthe spot because that's not I don't like
that. But they will make accommodationsfor these actors to do what they want

to do. And also the littleto the show. Heaven Time and Don
Denmar are perfect example there. Youknow heaven Tom is a director, but
she's also Kaden. John Dimmont loveshis son and he's a grandpa. So

it's you know, it's again,we would have a whole show for this
in the future, but for rightnow, Ron, we're gonna miss you.
