Nicolas Claux, a 22-year-old, was arrested by the "Brigade Criminelle" in Paris on Nov. 15, 1994, outside the Moulin Rouge cabaret on suspicion of murdering Thierry Bissonnier, 34. Bissonnier was one of several homosexual murder victims, seven of whom were killed in October of that year.
