(00:15):
Welcome to Talking Toys with Taylor andJeff, where we go back in time
to discuss our favorite toys, onetoy line at a time. Hello,
and welcome to Talking Toys with Taylorand Jeff. Action Figure Exclusive. I'm
(00:37):
Taylor and I'm Jeff. And that'sjust too bad. Yeah, I was
gonna say, I'm Taylor, I'mI'm Taylor. Got two sides of me
here, Yeah, it's pretty bad. We are here to talk about the
two thousand X version of Too Badand this if you recall, I believe
(00:58):
when we did the uh the oG Masters figures, this was kind of
one of our favorites, wasn't it. Yeah, yeah, this is this
is a good one. Yep.Yeah, this guy's really cool. And
this this the modern the two thousandX modern version, I think is is
pretty good as well. Um solet's let's just go ahead and dive in.
(01:21):
And uh so this figure is likethe design is basically the same color
wise and everything as the original.Correct. Yes, yeah, it's not
too far off. I mean whenwhen you get down to it, you've
got the blue, the purple side. The loincloth is a little bit different.
This time it's got green in it, whereas before it was just straight
(01:42):
black with a red belt, andof course that was the same like generic
Master's universe loincloth, that's you, that ever you always had, But pretty
much everything else is translated as ajust nice update to everything that was already
there, okay, and that that'skind of what it looked like to me.
Like this more than any of theothers we've talked about, this looks
(02:06):
more like sort of a tweak ofthe original, yes, whereas the rest
they're sort of building on the originalbut have have really gone like leaps and
bounds beyond it. This one,to me looks very similar, with the
exception of obviously the skin and thearms are textured a little differently than they
were the first time. And ifI'm not mistaken, it looks like the
(02:30):
left side, the purple side,is bent down a lot further than the
original one. Right. Yes,so one of the cool things they did
this time. You know, originallyyou had the the one side that was
kind of textured with bens well andsaid that was rather smooth, and they
did the same, except they've addeda few more like bens and some extra
(02:53):
bumps of stuff. But one ofthe things that they really push this time
is to not make the equal heights. The two characters that get smashed together
in the series are two bounty huntersthat constantly bicker one another. They're almost
like siblings in a way, butthey they're constantly competing with one another,
and so Skeletor thrusts them together. One slouch is over and the other stands
(03:17):
tall and proud. And so whenthey got slouched together, one standing tall,
the other one is kind of leaningthe body forward and off to the
side, kind of knuckle dragging hisarm. And I love that design.
It's very cool, and it mayit really makes it feel like these are
two different entities. Whereas the firstone it just looked like a two headed
(03:39):
a two headed person, this onereally does look like, you know,
two halves that have been smushed together. Like you said, it's really really
cool. Yes, And they've,you know, ever since the two thousand
X version, they've kind of theyI think them because you got me one
in classics, and I think theylowered one side just a little, but
(04:00):
not by much, and they didit really on the neck post. And
then of course the new like NewEternia one is kind of the same where
they've lowered one side just slightly. So ever since the two thousand next hasn't
been as noticeable, but that hasreally influenced all the other two bad figures
to come out ever since as wellit should because I think this is sort
(04:20):
of the one. This is theone to beat in my opinion. Yeah.
Yeah, so let's talk a littlebit. And there was a repaint
there was it was a repaint thatthat that they did for this line as
well, and that one was um, they just sort of reversed the colors,
right, Yeah, it's a partof the Snakeman portion of the um
(04:44):
the line, and it's it's weirdbecause they took the gold aspect away,
so there's none of the like goldarmor shield or anything like that. Right,
it's all silver now it's silver. But then they reversed the color.
So the blue guy has now brownleather gauntlets even though it's sculptured as metal.
The purple guy on his side isnow blue with metallic leather like pieces
(05:11):
to be more like metal. It'ssandals that look like they're made of metal,
which is odd. It's the repaintsa little odd, and they even
they even switched the colors on theweapons. So now the shield is silver
and then the boa lance or whateverit is is now gold. So it's
just it's I don't know. Ithink for me, I feel like the
(05:32):
repaint is a little bit of akind of a miss on this one,
because they even reverse the color ofthe wine cloth. Um well, I'll
tell you what I like about thatthough, is the blue side, which
was the purple side, is nowgreen. And whereas on the original it's
it's green on the on the right, black on the left. Now it's
black on the left and green onthe right or a black on the right
(05:56):
glaring on the left, rather um, the green because it was fur on
the original side version, it justlooks kind of like moss or grass now
and that's kind of cool to me. That is kind of cool. I
could see that. There's a partof me that feels like the green should
have been on the purple side anyways, and the original color and sculpt of
(06:18):
it, I kind of like,I think that color would have worked all
over there, and maybe they triedit and it just maybe it was too
much, But that's what I'm thinking. Yeah, I don't know. The
recolor version is it's not my favor. I'll just say that it's not one
that I've actually been on the huntfor, right well, and I see
(06:40):
why. But I can see,you know, if you have the other
one and you just want this one. I think it's cool. I like
what they did with it. I'mglad that they did more than just you
know, the fact that they reversedeverything, I think is pretty cool.
One thing that I'm noticing though,on this one, the photo of seen
is it's interesting to me that they'renot the colors are not exactly split down
(07:02):
the middle. At least it lookslike we'll talk about the original version.
It looks like the purple side onit was like his chest and stomach kind
of bleeds over a little further overover the halfway point. Doesn't it over
the midway point? Yes, Andthat's actually the way it's supposed to be,
the straight up and down aspect,I believe, because I think we
(07:24):
had mentioned that there were some figuresthat had kind of a an even split
down them, and that even splitwas I think it was a manufacturing ordill.
It was weird because when they woulddid the classics, they did it
split down the center. But it'ssupposed to bleed a little bit from one
side to the other, almost likethey're fusing together. And so I like
(07:47):
that they kept that aspect. Youcould even see it in the line work
where the were the scales of thebad Wanda side, not the Towanda or
trying their names, but the twoand bad. We'll say two is blue
be as bad or per two?Blue? Yeah? Bad as purple?
(08:07):
So which which was good? Becauseyou like bad guys and purple is your
favorite. So that makes sense. So where the scales of bad start,
you know, bleeding in it's notactually symmetrical either. They went in and
they sculpted a little bit over andthe lines over in some areas almost like
it's cracking. And I see thatone side, and it makes sense because
(08:28):
Skeletor fuses them together, not bychoice. It's in a very you know,
dramatic and traumatic way, and theydon't like being fused together. So
the idea that they're like kind ofpushed together and then fuse skin one onto
the other, in my opinion, would look like this. It would look
(08:48):
like it's kind of going over onone side of the body and the other
one's kind of encroaching on that side. Yeah, that makes sense. So
so let's talk about the figure realquick. Let's talk about let's talk about
two's head. It's blue, andhe's got these fins, like three fins
on top of him, on topof his head. And other than that,
(09:09):
everything is very smooth. I'll say, I say, his skin looks
smooth. He's got very anglo likehis cheekbones are very prominent, and then
he's got these two fangs sticking outof the side of his mouth. It's
it's interesting. He kind of remindsme of Yanda from Guardians of the Galaxy.
Oh yeah, I could definitely seethat, but especially with the fin
and the blue skin. But butthey've done a really good job of of
(09:30):
of sculpting his eyebrows, and Ifeel like and his eyes, even though
his eyes are just black, youknow, they look like they're two different
creatures. And he looks more humanoidthan what we'll call bad the purple side.
So his eyes, it's really reallyhard to see, but the eyes
are actually black with a red graphon top that makes his eye split like
(09:52):
a snake in a way. Sohe's got a black split. He's got
a little bit of red going aroundthe eye on each side, so his
eyes rushed I read Okay from thisangle, I can't see it here on
this photo that it's very very verysubtle. But there's also like, um,
if you look, there's actually somescar work on his cheek on the
left hand side that on his jawhe's got it looks like an almost a
(10:16):
bite scar. And then this beautifulsculpting where he has very humanoid ears,
where it has all the curves increasesin it and it actually comes up a
little bit to a point, andhe's got these like worry lions and his
brow and it's like just very subtlesculpting, but it is so beautifully done.
(10:37):
It is. It really is.And even like the way that they've
sculpted his ears, they don't stickout, but they've sculpted them in there
they look like real ears, whichis it's it's tough to do. Yeah,
it really is. It's really cool. And then um, so whereat
so and his head turns? Nowdoes bad does a purple head turn?
I can't really tell from the photoI'm looking at. They do. They
(10:58):
both turn Okay, they turn awayfrom each other really well, they don't
turn towards each other really well.I know with the vintage toy, like
I would always turn their heads towardseach other and then have them punch each
other in the face, of course, but this set, they don't actually
like turn towards each other very well, like one head gets stuck on the
(11:20):
other, so they turn outwards,um, pretty much all the way to
the side profile really well. Butthat's about as far as it goes,
okay, And and as a it'sit's a nice contrast to the blue guy.
The purple guy. His ears aresticking straight out. He looks more
reptilian because he's got you know this, it's not they are they scales?
(11:43):
I guess they're scales. It's likea heavy brow scale. Yeah, um
yeah, well going over his eyes. Yeah, what what is this orange
thing going over his eyes? Isthat is that his brow? It's his
brow, but it's it's it's it'son. Instead of him having like a
unit brow made of hair, it'sjust made out of scales. So it's
like, I guess, worked upscaly scam that just builds up and now
it's turned to orange. Yeah.Do we have any idea of why it
(12:05):
turned orange? Nope? Okay,it just did, and I'm trying to
remember. It seems like the Vintagehas like a weird I called it the
yard worm. It looks like alittle h right, uh, earthworm that's
clued above his eyes. True.Yeah, he's got you could eat it
later, right, And he's gota fin just going straight down the middle
(12:26):
of his head as well. Itlooks like yeah, um and so and
and he's his mouth is open andhe's got he's showing all of his fangs
and it's interesting. His head isshaped more like Yondu, but the other
guy looks like Yondu because he's blue. It's like, I wonder if that's
where they got the idea for thedesign of Yondu. Was just smashing these
two together even further. I don'tknow. Interesting, I don't know.
Is that because I don't know whenYondu was made? I don't either.
(12:50):
I don't either. I'm just kindof kidding about that. But uh,
yeah, but he's got he's gotthese scales all over his body that are
very um, very what's the wordI'm looking for. There's a lot of
texture on them, their texture, but some asymmetrical. They're asymmetrical recticular,
yes, and uh, and hisit looks like his arm. Is his
(13:11):
arm on a ball joined or doesit? Does it move up and down?
It's on a ball joint, andI believe that's where his action feature
was as well. And is itthe same action feature where he can rear
it back and he'll punch. Yeahand okay, yeah, and then going
down And we'll talk about the bluesfor arm in a second or his arm
in a second. But the butthe left arm, red Purple's arm,
(13:33):
he's got spikes coming out of itas well. Like I guess they're spikes,
they look more like horns really comeout of the side of three of
them. Yeah, it's I wouldsay probably horns. At this point,
I think the three little drops onhis head are probably horns that are starting
to grow. But yeah, Isee that. Yeah, yeah, it's
probably like reptilian horns. So it'sprobably made of scales. It's just built
(13:56):
up and now it's building outward. And he has eyes sculpt it under that
brow. Correct, Yes, hedoes. His eyes are black with a
red or kind of an orange interior, Okay, which you would expect with
his color scheme. Yeah, allright, and then so then so the
blue guy's arm is looks like justa human arm. It's just blue.
(14:18):
It's very muscular, just like wewere used to with this line. And
then he's got a like he's gotthis silver glove whereas the purple guy has
this this brown leathery glove. Arethey both set so that they can hold
a weapon? Yes, so youcan actually fit the weapon in either hand.
(14:39):
Now, the brown hand, youcan put them the spear thing of
the bowla club in that hand andit kind of hangs down. You could
also put it into the hole ofthe gauntlet hand. Now, the gauntlet
hand has a hole sculpt it soit it kind of as of it being
(15:00):
open, which completely close fists,so it'll hold that bola weapon really really
well. The other one has sculptingaround them where the sleeve of the glove
and then the actual glove on thehand, there's a bit of space that
allows for the shield to snap ontothe hand there. Now you can't snap
(15:20):
it onto the other hand, butyou kind of have to kind of work
it on and you might bend outthe pegs on the shield a little bit.
So the shield's really meant to gointo the purple guy's hand, and
the spears meant to go into theother hand though, you can't trade them,
can't trade them out, which isnot recommended. The shield mainly,
(15:41):
the other one is the As faras the club, it's fine. And
actually the club looks pretty good inin the purple hand because the way he's
holding his hand it almost points towardsthe ground, so like if you were
to pull his arm like out orup, it would be pointed outward.
Oh, okay, cool, it'snice. Yeah, that is cool.
(16:03):
And then the silver GAULTI you weretalking about the glove again. It looks
it looks like it's made of metal. Yeah, is it supposed to?
Yeah, it's okay. And theway the sculpting's done on it looks like
it has rivets and plates. It'smeant to be like what you think of
as like metal plated armor. Gotit, okayot got it? Same with
(16:26):
so okay. So the boot issomething we'll get to that in a second.
So as far as there the torsogoes again, you're where he talked
about it. It's not split rightdown the middle, and I like that.
There's like each side of the torsois sculpted differently, and but this
is all one piece, right, yes, the torso is all one piece.
It's just that they've got scales onone side and smooth skin like stuff
(16:47):
on the other. But both sideshave a six pack or I guess a
three pack which come together to forma six pack. Right. It's interesting
though that on the purple guy,his his abs what would be his abs,
are smooth. There's no scale onhim. He has he has so
plates. So okay, when youtake the armor off, because the armor
is removable, it's hard to geton and off, but it is removable,
(17:12):
and underneath where the muscles would beinghas all the scales. Big surface
areas are flattened almost like plates ofof scale or armor or like you know
skin armor that is kind of distinguishingan area where they would crawl on their
belly or you know, do somethinglike this. I mean, it's very
(17:33):
reptillion in nature, but it isorganic. It's not something that he's added
himself. No, okay, gotit, got it. And then of
course the blue guy side again it'sit's smooth, kind of what you would
see on a typical figure. Nowthe chest plate again it's it's you know,
double wide, because it would haveto be. And I like that
each side has a different design. The Blue guys side has one like six
seven little little like half balls onit, like babbles on it. I
(17:59):
don't know what you would call them. And other than that, it's smooth.
Yeah, they're semi spears or likecast spears. Yeah. And then
a purple guy has these two reallyuh like pyramid shaped things, sharp things
pointing up out of them, andthen around it he's he's got kind of
bit of a quite a bit ofa texture work going on there. Is
(18:21):
it supposed to just be like it'sit's metal or something that's been formed or
what. Yeah, I from whatI remember from the cartoon, because the
cartoon portrays them a little bit differently, and from what I remember, it
was, um it was the purpleguy's side had metal on top of wood
that was lined with metal and thenhad leather straps with like wood spikes.
(18:47):
The blue guy his armor was mainlymetal like gold, and then he had
silver for his um plates and thenleather along the bottom. So they're they're
textured in that way. But it'slike one mimics like wood and leather,
one mimics all metal. Okay,it makes sense. Yeah, Yeah,
that makes sense, And that's withwhat I'm saying. That makes makes perfect
(19:08):
sense. So okay, and yousaid it's really hard to get on and
off it is, Yeah, whatis it that makes it difficult to get
on and off? It's just thefact that it's so wide and it has
to stretch around them or what I'mtrying. It seems like and I couldn't
get mine off the shelf or Ican't actually get over there to it.
But there was like a um,it's the it's getting the actual underneath piece,
(19:34):
like the little under the arm andunder the arms and get it too
like kind of guide into the holeto pull tight. Like there's not a
lot of room on it. Soonce you once you take it off,
great, putting it back on ittakes a little bit of work to get
them the piece is to hold intothe guides and basically create tension to hold
(19:57):
back onto the body. Yeah.I don't know how they did it in
factory, but you know usually it'slike if you because I took mine off
in it, I struggled for along time getting it tightened back up.
Okay, that makes sense. Yeah, and I think I actually stretched the
thing a little bit by accident pullingon it. So well, of course
(20:17):
you broke it. I didn't breakit. It's just it's just longer that
it should normally be. I'm talkingabout the belt that goes around on the
top of his tunic or whatever wegot there. I like this. It's
red, which is a different colorthan we have anywhere else, and it
looks like the buckle is am Icorrected. The buckle is on the left
side over Purple buys. There's twobuckles. Okay, of course there are
(20:40):
two buckles. Yeah, so it'sit's it's weird. It's almost like there's
three buckles in a way. Butyou've got one studded buckle on Purple Guy
in the front, one studded platewith screw holes for Blue guy on the
side, and then you've got thecenter that acts as kind of the h
part of the buckle, which islike where the two belts come together.
(21:00):
And then you have different plate workson each side of the belt. So
one side has plates that sit oneon top of each other with a stud
in the center. Purple Guy hehas plates that have an X with the
stud in the center, and theyjust kind of wrap all the way around
Okay, that's that's very cool.I like the design looks very utilitarian,
(21:22):
but it doesn't look obtrusive, right. And so then the lowincloth that we'll
call it for the right side, the blue guy, it looks like it's
made out of like green leather ofsome sort with like studs on it.
But they didn't paint the studs thatit's all one cuts in green color.
Yeah. And then the left sidefor the purple guy is this black fur
(21:44):
looking being that hangs down a lotfurther. Do we know what the story
is there? Why why his ismade of fur and the others is made
of leather? Well, again,so they were two different they were two
different bounding hunters. Okay, theygot fused together, so they have a
they have different armor, they havedifferent where they're they've dressed themselves there.
(22:08):
They're very different from one another, and they get kind of thrust and fused
together. And because of it,like one guy his armor or his longcloth
is all fur. The other onehas plated armor, which is like actual
metal armor, and then like leatherplates with stuff on it. And when
skeletor gets mad and fuses them togetherbecause they refuse to corporate one another.
(22:33):
So he this is his way ofpunishing them. One side is fur,
the other side is metal and leather. Okay, yeah, no, it
makes sense. I just wasn't sureif there was something, if there was
a story behind it, like whereone kid the planet one came from,
versus a planet the other one camefrom. What I think is interesting is
when we get to the legs.So Blue Guy's leg looks very angular.
(22:55):
It almost looks like it's made likeit's not human or not not you know,
not living. Right. That's sothat's where the Okay, so this
is the one area that throws meoff. Okay with this figure. You've
got some angularity in the face, but it's still very smooth. It has
(23:17):
a very realistic touch to it.The arm, for the most part,
it's not that angular. It's gota lot of smoothness to It's got you
know, veins everything else into it. The same with the body the leg.
However, the way that they sculpturedthe leg, it feels like do
you remember a part of he manwhere it was like he looked great and
then he had just angular muscles ina certain area that just looked odd.
(23:40):
Kind of anime, right, isthat anime part, but it only feels
like it's in one specific area.So this leg goes off. Yeah,
why did they do that? Doyou think? I mean, it kind
of matches his head, you know, I talked about his head being sort
of angular like that. But yeah, why do you suppose they did that?
Especially since the the left leg,the purple leg, looks very organic
(24:03):
and he's got the horns coming outthe side and all the scales and everything,
and it's very you know, it'scurved like a normal leg would be.
Why do you suppose they did that? I don't. It almost feels
like this was like the start ofthe sculpt that they forget. We got
to rush into production, so theyjust kind of smooth what they could down,
but never you know, smoothed itdown realistic state. Yeah, it's
(24:23):
odd and granted, the back ofthe arm on the blue side has some
angular muscles, but at front andfirst glance, it doesn't match exactly.
Yeah. Okay, so from therewe get their boots. We already talked
about. The silver boot on theright guy looks very similar to his glove.
It looks metal. Um, it'sgot rivets all all around it and
(24:45):
everything. It reminds me. Doyou remember um oh man a sheep Ramsey
from Suburban Commando? Did you everwatch that? No? I watch good
movies, Taylor, So I guessthis is This is a from Commando starring
Whole Kogan. Everyone. Yes,oh my god, I love that movie
so much. Is this the one? Is it is this Suburban Commando?
(25:07):
Or is it Mister Nanny where theguy is walking the dog and he like
jerks its dog up and uh like, I don't know anyway, carry on,
I can't remember. There's no no, that's in Mister Nanny the Suburban
Commando. Gass tiny lister right,No, I'm thinking of No holds barred.
Never mind, I'm gonna stop walking. Yes, tell me your story.
(25:30):
So this reminds me of of ChefRamsey's boots, and there's like this
huge shot where he's like walking downthe hall and it's like, don't throw
him in. It's trying to impressyou of how you know, how big
and imposing he is, and he'sgot these crazy studded boots. That's what
this reminds me. Of course,I love it. I don't think that
(25:52):
wasn't a wasn't an inspiration for themtoo. You know what, I kind
of wonder at this point if likeif if some one one of the four
horsemen was like, you know what, I'm totally gonna put some suburban commando
reference in here. I think itwas I'm for it, I'm here for
it. And then of course theleft side, the purple guy, he's
wearing the sandal, but it goesup like to his knee, but then
(26:15):
you know it's his feet are exposed, so you can see these gnarly like
nails tonails that he's got coming outof it. Cool. Yeah, it
looks like, you know, upthe two I kind of wish this is
the one time that I wish thatthe way to have gotten a figure of
each of these guys before they getsmushed together as well, because I think
that would have been very cool.Well, and the design of them from
the cartoon is actually pretty cool, like them like the armor and the way
(26:38):
that they're built. Their armor iskind of asymmetrical in a way, so
when they're smashed together, it createsone plate, but before it was asymmetrical,
like on one falling off to theside and the other one was kind
of plated, so it just likeit would have been a really cool figure
(26:59):
to have, like a two packof the two characters. Agreed, Yeah,
agreeable characters. Yeah they are, they really are. So let's talk
about their accessories. And so wetalked a little bit about the shield.
The shield kind of mimics the chestplate. You know, one side,
you've got the right side, you'vegot the rounded half spheres that you were
talking about, yes, and thenon the top and the left side has
(27:22):
the the pointy pyramidal looking things. Two of those. Then when you go
to the bottom they switch sides. The left side has the sphere and the
right side has the pyramidal shape, which I think is kind of cool.
I did too. This is whatwhat I like about this is this is
a almost direct mimic of the vintageshield as well. Okay, so like
(27:44):
the armor, um, the designis kind of like, you know,
it's very close. You had thepyramids on one side, you had the
half spheres on one side. Theshield mimics what what we had of the
vintage shield, but it has ajust a few updates with rivets and extra
plates, and it's kind of thesame with the armor as well. The
armor is a mimic of what wehad sculptured on the vintage. So I
(28:08):
like that they kept that that designof the spheres and pyramids and even the
reversing them on the shield at thebottom. I like that they kept all
that together and kept it in kindof an orangey bronze e color to mimic
that orange that we got from thevintage toy. Yeah, no, it
is very cool. And so we'vegot that, and then we've got this
(28:30):
this weapon, which again is verysimilar to the shield, and that it's
got two prongs coming up out ofit. In one side ends in a
in a point like a pyramid, and the other side ends and a ball
that's got almost looks like a morningstar or something. Um but but but
it's on it almost looks like EvilLynn staff to me, the way it's
(28:51):
sort of angular coming up, Icould see that these. Uh, what's
cool about these is, you know, you've got this handle that's that's wrapped
and they've got sculpted rap on thehandle that goes down with a little bit
of almost like a pointed end onit, something like a palmel that you
can hit someone with. Well, and it's black. The handle is black,
and then the rest of it thestaff is silver, so it's one
(29:12):
of the rare you know, dualtone or two tone weapons. Yeah.
Well, and here's the reason whythat weapon opens up. So you can
open that weapon up and it canwork as a capture claw, or you
can open it up and have themkind of I guess, like if you
were to spin it like a bowlaor use it to like snap the jaws
(29:37):
down onto someone's neck to capture them. Like this is a it's a capture
weapon because they're again they're bounty hunters. That's their their job is to capture
he man at one point, sothe weapon kind of mimics that and that
you've got these kind of jaws capturejaws that you can fit he man's neck
in. But then you can alsoopen them up and use them to really
take down a lot of people andhit people. Yeah, that's very cool,
(30:02):
very cool. All right, Cool, that's that's the figure. So,
Taylor, what is your favorite featureabout this toy? So, my
favorite feature has to do with thechess sculpt where the sculpt goes from the
next into the bodies and like thethat design of one side being lower.
That's probably one of my favorite partsof this figure. To look at.
(30:25):
I absolutely love it. No,that is very cool. That is very
cool. I think my favorite aboutit is and this is gonna be odd,
but I think it's the purple guy'sfoot. I like that he's got
these sandals on, and I likethat, you know, we can see
his tonails and everything. I justit looks cool, it looks real.
Yeah, it's very simple, butI really really dig it. I think
(30:45):
it's very cool. We hadn't gotthat toneil sculpting life that in a while,
since really since Skeletor beast Man had. You know, um he had
the toneils and stuff, but likeSkeletor had the really like gnarly beat with
the kind of like weird you know, knuckle toes and everything, and this
(31:07):
sculpting kind of mimics what we gotwas Skeletor's feet, like that same kind
of very realistic, sharp, youknow, gnarly sort of sculpting. And
I dig it. What is yourleast favorite feature about this toy? I
bet we're gonna have the same one. It's the leg. It's the angularity
of the leg. It's just tooYeah, it's it doesn't match with what
(31:29):
what else we've got with this figureand it's odd. Again for for the
forestment, it's odd. So youknow, we said all we need to
say about that. I think it'salmost like this leg came from a different
department, It really does. Yeah, so what about this toy do you
think best exemplifies the line? Youknow? For this one, I love
that they kept that that color schemeand the color scheme and the design is
(31:55):
such a nod to the vintage thatit's it really feels like this is an
appreciation of what came before. Yeah, there's this one again. You know,
we we talked about before how thisline feels like just an update,
Yeah, of the original line, and this one is much the same,
except this one feels more more ofan upgrade than an update. Yeah,
(32:17):
which I think is cool. Sostupid question. Is it toy cool?
Yes? Yes, it's cool. Not only is it cool, that was
one of the not the first ones, but it was in the first like
fifteen of the figures that I wasable to get and I was definitely looking
for. It's a great figure.Yes, it is very very cool.
(32:38):
