You're listening to tap into the truth. Hey Joe, you see building back,
then make America grade If that's aweaver the future life God saying stick
your progress where the sun down side, keep your big mess away from me.

(00:33):
And nine, if you believe usalone, where we'd all be just
fund you would say it's in acrucial stage. It's not because of foreign

(00:59):
wars. We you wage it's gonnado with the colors blue and red.
Today he lost too much government. Can you tell me where the constitution should
when the Bill of rights is justhanging by your bread? So many people
trying to cross the border and politiciansstill a new world ord are too many

(01:25):
minds are convinced they should be letI've got a big fred either way,
God made ben and I won't beruled by the damn new wed chacking your
right to self defense to say yoursacre, but they don't make sense.

(01:49):

(03:08):
damn you wed. Hello, andwelcome to today's broadcast. Have tapp into
the truth. I hope you're havinga fantastic day wherever you are and whatever
you may be doing, with allthe usual caveats, of course, but
he was always I am. You'reever so humble and mostly peaceful Host Tim
Tap come into you from historic RomeCounty, Tennessee, and so very glad

(03:29):
to have you along for the ride. Thank you so much for being here.
I appreciate it all right now, there are a lot of different things
going on, and a lot ofthings that we could choose to talk about
together, but I had to employone of my roles, and that is
to be a little more discerning aboutthe topics we cover. Because there's plenty

(03:52):
to talk about, and all legitimateand all important, but a lot of
what's going on right now, thetop stories of the day are redundant.
Basically boils down to the same thingthat we've already talked about at least half
a dozen times. Is not awhole lot more than that. At this

(04:12):
point, we've got what's going onwith Joe Biden and the polls and how
he's not particularly well liked, andhow we have Donald Trump way ahead of
all the other Republican nominees and wellall the other Republicans seeking the nomination would
be more appropriate. And yet we'restill talking about the same things. We're

(04:39):
still talking about the same tactics. We're still talking about, what is the
viability of the national campaign the generalelection compared to winning the nomination in the
primaries, What is the viability ofJoe Biden making it to the convention,
What is the odds of him actuallybeing the Democratic nominee, especially with so

(05:00):
many Democratic voters really starting to wantto part company, because while a lot
of them are still perfectly okay withvoting for somebody that isn't completely with it,
a lot of them are okay withvoting with someone who's going to back
up socialist ideologies and back up policiesthat put wedges between parents and their children

(05:27):
and put children at risk of lifelonghealth issues, and a ton of other
things, including the fact that eventhough like Jen Sake is going to come
up and say nobody is abuition Hodweyup to bear, she still can't come
up with anybody on the left thatsupports abortion on demand that has a stopping

(05:50):
point. All that's going on,all that's been redressed, but there are
some new things that we need totalk about, and we'll get started with
that after I talked to you aboutour friends over a Native Path. Yeah,
we're going to do Native Path firsttoday. Obviously, they are one
of the sponsors of the show, and as such I greatly appreciate it.

(06:12):
But they have a product that Ihave been using, started just a little
bit before they came on board asa sponsor, so that I could tell
you my experience with it. Andwhat I can tell you is that if
you're concerned about your heart, yourmemory, or swollen achy joints, then
their Antarctic krill oil supplement that theyoffer it could help put an end to

(06:34):
issues with all three. It hasbeen shown to support healthy blood pressure,
circulation, brain health, as wellas reduce inflammation, swelling, and joint
pain. And that was primarily whatI was hoping to get from it,
and I can tell you point blankit has worked extremely well for me,

(06:54):
especially with my ankles and my knees. In my youth, played a lot
of basketball. All being short,I pushed my body past certain normal limitations
in order to play up around therim, and as a result, a
few years after finally leaving basketball onceand for all, the miles started to

(07:16):
show a lot of the pain, the swelling, the mobility that I had
begin losing over the last five yearsplus has come back. In fact,
I did a little video not toolong ago that essentially is a promo for
our friends at Native Path, whereI just explained who I was out.

(07:38):
I was doing some yard working. It was pretty hot, probably after I
went back and looked, I waswearing casual stuff. And then I looked
back and I'm like, I waswearing an awful lot of black fee out
in the So if you're seeing thevideo already, you're probably already said,
Tim, what were you doing wearingso much dark colors? It's that hot,
excellent question. But I just grabbedwhat was comfortable and generally lightweight.

(08:03):
The Einstock T shirt is very light, Cootton. I love the T shirt
the other stuff anyway, the pointbeing they've been a phenomenal job, and
while of course I can't promise youthat you'll have the exact same results,
I can tell you that given thespecial offer for listeners of this show,

(08:28):
it really really would be a goodidea for you to at least give it
a shot. No better time thanto try it for yourself. Just go
to fix swollen feet dot com.You can get up to fifty eight percent
off the Native path Antarctic krill. This krill oil is pure, it's effective,
it is bioavailable, just fancy wayof saying that it's easily absorbed and

(08:50):
used by the body. It containsOmega three fatty acids which does help reduce
inflammation and swelling in the body.Done a phenomenal job for me. For
a limited time, you can grabNative path Antarctic krill oil for as little
as twenty three dollars a bottle.Just go to fix swollen feet dot com

(09:13):
and see for yourself. And youknow that really is the only way that
you can really tap into the truthfor yourself. All right, let's jump
into the first story that this onedoesn't set well. It's not necessarily huge
news. It's not big news, but I'll tell you why it bugs me
after we go through the story itself. Joe Biden is set to become the

(09:37):
first setting president, if you're willingto call him that, of the United
States to mark the anniversary of thenine eleven terror attacks without visiting any of
the official memorials or attack sites. He's not going to visit any of them.
According to a press release from theWhite House, Biden will instead stop

(10:00):
over in Alaska on his return tripfrom Vietnam, where he will join in
memorial services there in Alaska, Ka. All right, quoting here from the
release, on Monday, September eleventh, the President, Vice President, First

(10:22):
Lady, and Second Gentleman, we'llall mark the twenty second anniversary of the
terror attacks on September eleventh, twothousand and one. The President will travel
to Alaska to participate in a memorialceremony with members of the military and their

(10:43):
families. The Vice President and theSecond Gentleman will participate in a commemorative ceremony
at the National September eleventh Memorial andMuseum in New York City. The First
Lady will lay a wreath at theNational nine eleven Pentagon Memorial to honor the
lives last on September eleventh. Critics, like myself, we're quick to wonder

(11:11):
about the time, asking why Bidenwould not make it a point to be
at the National Memorial in New York. Why not it would be at the
Pentagon or at the very least goout to Somerset, Pennsylvania for the Flight
ninety three memorial. That would seemto be appropriate. Go to one,

(11:31):
especially since you're sending Kamala to onelocation and you're sending the first Lady to
another. The White House announced thatBiden will commemorate nine to eleven at a
military base in Alaska with service membersand their families. This is the first
time that a says't sitting president won'tattend any of the observances in New York

(11:58):
City, Pennsylvania, or Virginia. This is disrespectful, I think. I
mean, you can say what youwant to about going to a military base,
and you can say what you wantto about this timing and the scheduling
and the fact that he's just stoppingoff on the way back. But this

(12:18):
trip to Vietnam, it could havebeen scheduled differently. But even if they
didn't schedule it differently, there's nothingthat says they couldn't push on through.
There's nothing that says they couldn't havestopped off in Alaska Refield and kept going
and still made it in time toattend one of these other services. This
is a choice by design. Andthis is kind of going back to something

(12:41):
we talked about back on Friday's Liveshow with a couple of guests, and
that being the fact that it reallyappears like Joe Biden's health has gotten to
the point that he can't make thosekinds of long trips without having to take
some time to rest somewhere in between. My guest is also that you're not

(13:01):
going to see a whole lot offootage from what's going on on the Alaskan
military base. So you're not goingto get a chance to see, at
least not very many opportunities unless somebodyutilize cell phone video to do it.
You're not likely to see a wholelot of what he actually does, what
he says, or what kind ofshape he's in. This to me feels

(13:22):
like an effort to keep Joe Bidenout of the public eye, because the
last several times he's been in thepublic eye, he's not fared very well.
Never mind what conservatives think about it, Democrats have been kind of missed.
He may have very well changed alot of voting patterns in the state

(13:46):
of Hawaii recently he's not fit forthe office. He never was fit,
and currently none of the other membersof his administration are fit for the office
either, not a one right now. The Democratic bench not very deep.
They'll throw out several numbers, sothere's no shortage of people with the D
at the end of their name thatwould love to hold the position. But

(14:09):
there's not one of them that youcan name right offhand that's worthy of the
post. Now, of course, you're gonna have plenty of people that support
these morons that are going to belike, oh, but if coming it
could be an awesome presidente. Really, what type of evidence do you offer

(14:30):
up for that to be the case? Well, Pete Buddha Jedge, he's
gonna be totally awesome. He willbe a president. You really, Again,
the guy can't even be a halfwaydecent Secretary of Transportation. He's the
only guy I know of in thisadministration that's probably flubbed up on par with

(14:50):
what Joe Biden has managed to do. Who's your next guy, or we're
going down the line now, orwe're looking at Bernie Sanders. Well,
he's among the group I've currently named, certainly one of the few that seems
to be able to sound cogent whenhe makes a statement, If he puts

(15:13):
more than five words together, itstill kind of sounds like at least he
knows what he's trying to say, whether he's completely wrong about what he's saying
or not, He at least triesto sound smart and can fool a lot
of would be Democratic Susianist Gavin Newsom. Gavin Newsom's got so much baggage he

(15:37):
couldn't win a national election if hislife depended on it. If you get
to a point where Gavin Newson becomesyour nominee for the Democrats and he does
win the general, that's only goingto be because Shenanigans took place. I
don't care who he's up against. He could be running to get against me.

(16:00):
He can't win that. Any halfwaydecent campaign is going to be able
to easily point at why so manybusinesses and so many families have been moving
out of California. All you haveto do is look at silly things like
the next story we're going to lookat for example, not there yet,
but it does explain a lot ofwhat's going on in California and why people

(16:23):
would leave Now. While a lotof folks have kind of suggested that Biden
opted for Alaska because it was likelyto be less press coverage on the ground,
you know, like what I justmentioned. Therefore, fewer chances for
the guy who's supposed to be ourcommander in chief to appear on camera saying

(16:48):
something foolish. Sure tone deav Someother folks have speculated that there were other
stories floating around the news cycle onwhich the Light House was trying to avoid
scrutiny. Don't think this helps that, however, I don't see this as
being particularly newsworthy. I don't thinkyou're going to see a whole lot of

(17:10):
people talking in depth about this beinga distraction. I don't think it's a
distraction from other stories, even thoughhere we are talking about it. I
think that this is simply one moreeffort to keep him out of the limelight,
to keep him off camera. Therewere some other people still that mentioned

(17:30):
the ongoing illegal immigration crisis and theso called battle between New York City,
New York State, and the federalgovernment over who should bear the brunt of
the responsibility. Now, the folksin New York aren't wrong on this.
It is the federal government's responsibility.Where they are wrong, it is the

(17:51):
fact that they're Democrats too, andthey have forever, up until this moment,
talked about being sanctuaries for these people. By these people I'm referring to
the illegal migrants. You can't setaround and talk about how we as humanity
must embrace them and welcome them andwe are a welcoming, diverse community and

(18:17):
then turn around and say, oh, except to you guys. Now,
this is kind of what I andof course several other conservative commentators have been
trying to point out to you fora very long time. And it goes
back to a phrase I've been usingquite a bit, simply mean that it's
a lot easier to signal your virtuethan it is to live it. Facial

(18:38):
trying to live their virtue. Thishas become a problem, but it's not
a problem that New York City orNew York State's going to be able to
deal with. They don't have theresources. And I think they're finally starting
to get just a tiny taste ofwhat actual southern border states have been dealing
with for a long time, justa small sample. It's just just a

(19:03):
taste, just the tip of theIceberg just barely floating above the ocean level.
They have no idea how much ofa strain it's put on the resources
of these border states, and honestly, until now they never cared. So

(19:25):
could there be an effort here toavoid the optics of having Joe Biden in
New York? Okay, Well,if that's the case, why isn't it
going to Pennsylvania. Why isn't hegoing to the Pentagon? I mean,
the Pentagon would be a much betterplace for him to be rather than a
military base in Alaska. They're stillgoing to try to usually excuse it,

(19:45):
Oh, well, you know,we were just looking for a place to
stop off on the way. Imean, we had to do the Vietnam
trip, and you know, Joe, he decided that he wanted to be
with the rank and file. Hewanted to be with our men and women
in uniform who have, ever sincethat a brutal, terrible attack on American

(20:10):
soil, have been on the frontlines of protecting us from those villainous terrorists
from all around the world now,And it would be really nice if that
was actually the reason. But I'mnot going to buy that, and I
certainly don't think any of you guysare going to buy it, and I
think you'd have to be pretty dumbto buy it. It'd be really nice

(20:33):
if he was trustworthy enough, hebeing Joseph Robinette Biden junior in this case,
if he was trustworthy enough that ifhe said it or one of his
people were to say it on hisbehalf, it'd be really nice if we
felt like, well, you know, maybe he really does feeliate if we
could at least question whether that mightbe true or not. But we all

(20:55):
know better at this point. Still, yet, some other commentators out there
have said that the Biden administration wasworking on a potential deal that would help
those convicted of masterminding the nine toeleven attacks to avoid the death penalty,
and that that deal had angered anumber of those impacted directly by the terror

(21:18):
attacks. Well, that much istrue. Also, there's a lot of
folks that are gonna be pretty madabout it. But they're still gonna be
just as mad at doctor Joe Biden. They're going to be just as mad
at Kamala Harris. They're gonna bejust as mad at Chuckie Schumer and any
other Democrat that shows up in aposition of leadership. You can call it

(21:41):
that Democratic Party who at the veryleast haven't spoke out against it, especially
if you're representing a constituency in oneof the affected locations that's of course being
New York City, Proper Pennsylvania, and right in the heart of the Pentagon.

(22:04):
If you represent these physical locations andyou haven't spoke out trying to put
the kaibosh on that deal, thenyeah, there's good reason for your constituents
to be very angry with you. That's not an anger that's going to subside
or just go away because Joe Bidendoesn't show up. If anything, Joe

(22:29):
Biden not showing up, not havingthe courage to face these people, it
is only gonna make it worse. We saw the public outcry about his handling
of the fires on Maui and thenas I pointed out, and I know
I'm not the only one, butI literally put it in the title,

(22:51):
and actually got worse when he finallydid go. Mister Biden goes to Mauie
was even worse than mister Biden notgoing. And who knew that it could
get any worse than that, butit did, And the same thing would
occur, undoubtedly if he was toshow up and be come face to face
with any of these folks. Youput on top of that that a lot

(23:15):
of traditional Democratic voters are starting todemand answers from their elected officials, the
guys that claim to be fighting forthem, the people that they put in
positions of power and authority. Theyreally are starting to get it that it's
not people that are fighting in theirbest interests, that these people are so

(23:38):
self centered, so self serving, that it's mind bulger. And I'm not
going to say that there aren't abunch of folks, especially in DC,
that don't have ours at the endof their name, that aren't behaving in
the same fashion. But what Iam going to tell you is that at
least they have the decency to pretendcompassion if they don't have any, they

(24:02):
have the decency to stand up andat least make an attempt to do the
right thing, even if it's notwhat they really want to do, because
they understand how the game is played. And right now, the Democrats still
believe, for whatever reason, thatthey've got the power, and that they
believe that they've got the American peoplebamboozle to the point, But they no
longer have to feign compassion. Theyjust keep using the word as a catchphrase

(24:26):
and in private as a punchline.Their idea of compassion falls far short from
what the actual meaning is. Soagain we go back to the Princess bride,
and they keep using this word. But I don't think that it means
what they think it means, exceptthey do know exactly what it means,

(24:48):
and they keep trying to hide behindit. That's why they like redefining words.
They have to control the language becausethey can't win in the marketplace of
ideas if they don't control the language. They have to try to confuse you.
They count on you being stupid, because that's what they think we all
are. They count on us tobe that. And then for any of

(25:12):
us that have the nerve regumption tostep up and speak out and say something
to try to poke holes in theirarguments, well then we're either far right
wing extremist or we're tin pot moronsaor freaking tinfoil hat wearing conspiracy theorists.

(25:33):
We're just crazies. Whatever they haveto do or say to discredit us and
to try to keep you from takingus seriously, that's what they do.
They want you thinking that they're thesmartest people in the room. They want
you thinking that they're the ones thatknow everything. They are the experts.

(25:55):
They are far better prepared to makedecisions for you, far better prepared to
do it than you are for yourself. They require that in order to move
forward and maintain their positions. Now, in the grand scheme of things,
at the end of the day,Joe Biden not being at one of these

(26:15):
memorials probably doesn't make much of adifference, because what's he gonna do if
he's there, right, He's gonnasay a few words, maybe stumble around
and once again reveal the fact thathe has no business holding the office.
Wonder about a stage, not knowingwhich way he's supposed to go when he's
done, say some insensitive tone, depth joked, or try to tell people

(26:41):
how he knows the pain that familymembers felt, the folks that lost loved
ones not during the attacks on nineto eleven because of bow. I mean,
these are the things he does atthe point that's baked into the cake.

(27:02):
Right, how much worse could itbe? The really tragic part is
that by virtue of having someone thatyou cannot at least have present on one
of these locations. He didn't evenhave to say anything, just freaking be
there. Show the proper level ofrespect for the loss of American lives and

(27:29):
lives of some of our allies aswell. There are a lot of UK
citizens that lost their lives during theattacks on the Twin Towers. A lot
show the proper respect for the lossof life, even if you have to
fake it. By becoming the firstsetting president to not attend one of these

(27:55):
he now sets the stage. Henow sets the precedent. It will now
being forward be okay for us notto send somebody to these events, for
us to politically stop paying attention tothe events of nine to eleven. If
you think that that's not in playhere as well, then you're just not

(28:22):
paying attention. Now. If youare paying attention, you would probably also
already be taking steps to make surethat when things go sideways, you're prepared.
You need to be prepared, youneed to be self sufficient, especially
in the event that we have anextended period of time where normal where normal

(28:48):
activities aren't possible. And what doI mean by that, I'm talking about,
of course, if they're civil unrestand the supply chains are disrupted,
if the grocery stores have empty shellsfor an extended period of time, if
the power goes down, if theinfrastructure is taken down, and it's an

(29:11):
extended period of time before that canbe restored. How do you do that?
How do you get yourself prepared well? I would highly suggest emergency food
survival kits from our friends over atfour Patriots. As far as electricity is
concerned, they have a multitude ofsolar batteries and solar generators that are available.

(29:34):
They're solar insomuch as you can usesunlight to recharge them. Okay,
they're not running one hundred percent ofthe time, being ploggitive, but they
have a lot of positives. Andall I'm going to ask you to do
right now is visit our friends atfour Patriots to see everything they have to

(29:56):
offer, including a lot of otherthings that I didn't just mention, But
those are probably the two biggest, most important things that you need to be
taking a look at in order tobe certain that you are in fact prepared
for when things go wrong. Sovisit our friends at four Patriots by going

cars do not pay. For years, the government and woke corporations like Ford
have tried, until they tried outto convince we the people that driving potentially
dangerous lithium battery powered motor cars isa good idea. They thought we would
just go along and enmass purchase autoswith batteries that pollute the earth and easily

Got how fine job, I gotit. How chop Wow. Alrighty ladies

(39:22):
and gentlemen, thank you so verymuch for staying with me through that very
brief break. Before we jump intothis next story, I want to remind
you about one of the biggest mistakesthat a lot of us go and gun
owners tend to do. Okay, maybe not a lot of us, maybe
it's just a few of us.Maybe it was just me. I'm doubting

(39:44):
it because I have gotten some feedbackon this and I've come to realize it
isn't just me. But you know, I'm not going to force you to
admit anything you don't want to admitto. But something to keep in mind,
and that is, lots of timeswe picked up a new sidearm and
then we get a new holster togo with it, and then the holster

(40:07):
just ends up being so uncomfortable, not right away, but eventually stop carried.
We really can't afford to do that. As I've said a multitude of
times already, the surest path totyranny is to give up your guns.
The quickest way to become a victimof violent crime is to not have your

(40:28):
firearm on you and you need itso can't afford to let something like comfort
be an issue in stopping you fromdoing your legal carried That's one of the
reasons why our friends over it VanishedHolsters quickly becoming one of the most popular
holster brands in the country. We'retalking about thousands of their customers that have

(40:53):
stepped forward. They have tried totell us point blank that Vanishes in fact
the most comfortable holster period and alot of those same thousands of customers will
tell you that if you start usinga vanished holster, you'll never stop carrying

(41:13):
now. Vanished ulster is designed tobe comfortable, but it's also designed to
save your money. And here's how. First of all, it's designed to
work with nearly all semi automatic handgunssomewhere pretty dang near close to ninety nine.
It's also designed to work without atactical belt, which sometimes is an
added expense that we don't always takeinto account when we are planning to use

(41:37):
our holster for our new buyer arm. And it also allows you, going
back to that comfort level to carryin multiple positions, and that's something that
we don't always take into account.Either. You've got a holster that it's
working really well in one position.Sometimes you need it a slightly different position

(41:59):
or a totally different position in orderto comfortably work for you. Vanish Holster
can do that. Plus it alsowill hold up to two additional magazines,
so in the event that you haveto do a quick reload, you got
what you need right there to takecare of it. So vanish Holster's got
all the positives and not much inthe way of negatives if you're trying to

(42:22):
do a pro con analysis. Buthey, as I usually say at the
end of every broadcast, don't takemy word for it. Go check it

you need to go ahead and dothat soon. If you've been putting
it off, trust me, youdon't want to delay. Now I'm not

(43:05):
sure what it's gonna look like afterAugust. I am still trying to negotiate
with these folks to extend that discounta little bit longer. I don't know
they've extended it twice already. We'llsee what happens. But I would highly
recommend you just don't take any chances. So right now, go visit www

(43:34):
you decide to make a purchase. But just check out and see what they've
got. I'm pretty sure you'll agreethat you probably should take full advantage and
make a purchase. All right.Obviously, I played our bit with Tea
shoemate for a reason because we're talkingabout schools here. Public schools are in

(43:55):
the play, and I mentioned thatthere was connection to the earlier story one
of the reasons why a lot ofpeople may in fact be leaving the state
of California. Well, the storyhere is the fact that the California Attorney
General Rob Banta filed a civil rightslawsuit against the school district this past Monday

(44:15):
in order to try to halt itsrecently adopted policy that requires schools to wait
for it inform parents about student gendertransitions. Oh no, seems like we've
been talking a lot about this particulartopic recently. Seems like schools in Maryland

(44:37):
and Virginia and California and other placesare really struggling with remembering exactly who it
is they work for. Now.I get that when it comes to public
schools, it is an extension ofthe state. It is government run,
government operated, and so they haveto be in lockstep with the government.

(45:00):
But schools are a little different scenariothan your average government institution because what happens
when you are a school, youare stepping in. You are being a
temporary surrogate for the parents. Youare working for the parents. Doesn't matter

(45:23):
who's signing your check. The onlyreason there's money for that check to be
cashable is because of the taxpayers. You are working for the parents. You
do not have a right to hideimportant information about their children from parents.

(45:45):
You don't. The fact that you'retrying to pass laws that makes it okay,
that you're putting in place policies thatmakes it okay, encourages it.
Even that still doesn't make it right, and it certainly doesn't make it legal.
And you can pass every law youwant but if it doesn't pass constitutional

(46:07):
muster, it's the law, butit's illegal just the same. Because the
Constitution is the ultimate law, thehighest law of this nation. I'm pretty
sure parental rights trump whatever the governmentwants to do to your children, plain
and simple. Now, of course, the California Attorney General announced earlier this

(46:30):
month that he indeed had launched aninvestigation into the Shinko Valley Unified School District,
which we talked about this not thatlong ago. It, of course,
represents over twenty six thousand students inthe San Bernardino County, and the

(46:51):
announcements after district officials passed a policyall the way back in July that requires
teachers to inform parents within three daysif their child uses names and pronouns different
from their birth certificate, or requestto use school facilities or join sports teams
opposite of their gender. Quoting herefrom the news release from the California a

(47:19):
G. Every student has the rightto learn and thrive in a school environment
that promotes safety, privacy, andinclusivity, regardless of their gender identity.
Okay, fine, fair enough, except those students' rights do not trump the
rights of their parents, and youserve have no right to intervene unless the

(47:46):
parents are involved with actual physical threatof harm. Everything else is outside of
your purview. You do not havethe right to do so. You may
want to try to pass a lawor create a ordinance that would allow you
to do so, but you're oversteppingyour bounds. You don't have that authority.

(48:08):
You never have, you never willin this country. Pal But the
fact that in California you can't winthat might be part of the reason why
so many people are leaving your stateanyway. The state's attorneys the state's attorney
general argued that the district forced outingpolicy, which is what they're calling in

(48:34):
discriminates against the privacy rights of LGBTQplus students and the California constitution. Now,
I would love to see what partof the California State Constitution gives a
trump to the LGBTQ plus students overthe rights of their parents. Best case

(48:59):
scenario, the way the law hasbeen established and it's supposed to operate in
this country as those rights should beequally balanced. But a right to privacy
is not something that typically belongs tostudents, especially students when they're in the
school setting. That's something that's beentested multiple times. I remember back in

(49:20):
the late seventies, all throughout theeighties and even in the early nineties,
where as a result of trying tocrack down on drugs within school campuses,
they would randomly have CA nine unitscome through and they would randomly search student
lockers. And what was the argumentthere that the student doesn't have a reasonable

(49:44):
expectation of privacy on school grounds.I'm pausing to let that sink in per
a minute. A lot of youare old enough to remember that, some
of you may have actually been studentswhen that was going on. The fact
that, again one more thing thatwe've seen teachers used to fight for and

(50:09):
now they seem to be working against, really should raise an eyebrow And have
you wonder why, why the change, why the reversal. And we're doing
it in the name of protecting thechildren, But are you protecting the children?
Are you putting them at higher risk? I think we've established now the

(50:30):
pattern of how much higher risk thesechildren are in when these policies are allowed
to propagate. Now in the release, he continued by saying the forced outing

(50:50):
policy wrongfully endangers the physical, mental, and emotional well being of non conforming
students who lack and accepting environment inthe classroom and at home. Now,
I got to stop there, hesaid more. But I'm going to stop
there for a second. Again. You have to prove that the physical has

(51:13):
been endangered before you're allowed to legallyact. And as far as the mental
and emotional well being, you areconcerned about that in the classroom, but
you don't have any business getting involvedwith the home. Now. I'm not
going to sit here and say thatevery situation is going to idea be ideal.

(51:37):
I'm not going to sit here andsay that every parent is going to
react in a fashion that most ofus would deem acceptable. However, not
our place to intervene unless actual criminalbehavior takes place. And if you are
trying to twist your legal system intomaking a parents' decision to try to avoid

(52:02):
indoctrination in these paths as being aform of child abuse, if you're going
to try to twist your legal systeminto trying to make it so that if
a parent says, no, we'renot going to go along with this so
called gender affirming care, you'll haveto wait till you're an adult and decide

(52:22):
for yourself that that's child abuse,Well, then you are on the wrong
side of history and this will playout. We're already seen the results.
It has not taken long, andyou've got to stop targeting children. Adults
can do this if they want. That's their choice. I wouldn't recommend it

(52:45):
for any of them, but it'sstill their choice. You're an adult and
you decide you want to take thispath, fine, you do you,
and I hope you find peace andwell being. I really do. There
are people that I know that Icare about a great deal that are on
a similar path or on exactly thispath, and so I can tell you

(53:10):
point blank, I have full sympathyand full empathy for people that are actually
suffering from gender dysphoria. But noneof these treatments have been shown to actually
help long term, none of them. And it's very few folks that are

(53:32):
being treated with this so called genderaffirming care that actually you're suffering from true
gender dysphoria. The fact that you'retrying to push this on children at younger
and younger ages is what most ofus are trying to push back against.
But to set here and pretend likeyou have the legal rights regardless of what

(54:00):
you're in, regardless of what countyyou're in, regardless of what city you're
in. I don't even care whatcountry you're in. To pretend like you
have the legal right to separate yourselfand drive a wedge between parents and children,
well, that is obviously something farmore insidious. It has nothing to
do with the well being of thechildren. It has everything to do with

(54:22):
control. It has nothing to dowith the mental health of the children.
It has everything to do with teachingthe adults what their place is. Know
your role, don't challenge us,We'll step in, will ruin your life.
There's a case of a man inCanada for crying out loud who's been

(54:45):
jailed because he refused to go alongwith a transitioning of his daughter. Been
in jail for over six years atthis point, and he finally won his
case in an appeals court, buthe's still going to have to deal with

(55:07):
more legal actions coming down the road. He hasn't spoken to his daughter since
they are not afraid. They haveno qualms about trying to criminalize and then
lock away anyone that has the gumptionto stand up, anyone that has the
audacity to have a different point ofview, to feel slightly different about the

(55:32):
discussion and everything was going on inCanada. The leftist here want to be
able to do and we're seeing exactlythat that's what's going on here in California.
They want to force this down. They want to use terms that will

(55:52):
make you feel sympathy for the studentsand make it look like it's the local
school board and the parents that arewrong forced outing. Excuse me, so
we continues, all right, Ialready said the part about the forced outing

(56:12):
policy wrongfully in dangerous. Okay,it continues by saying, our message to
this particular school system and all schooldistricts in California is loud and clear.
We will never stop fighting for thecivil rights of LGBTQ plus students. Except
what legal precedent do you have thatputs the civil rights of students ahead of

(56:36):
adults. Every legal precedent that hasexisted well into the two thousands has actually
leaned towards the fact that students reallydon't have much in the way of civil
rights. You've ignored the notion. In fact, your very support of abortion

(56:57):
suggests that you don't believe that rightshould be offered up to preborn children that
you don't believe civil rights exist onany of these other children. You're not
in a big hurry to acknowledge civilrights for your political opponents. This is
an attack. How dare this oneschool district challenge the dictates of the states.

(57:24):
How dare you stand up and saythat the parents have a right to
know what their students are doing atschool. This is so much more than
just trying to get a school systemto fall in line, but make no

(57:45):
mistake, that is part of it. They want these students, They want
the parents they went to school boardto know that they will do what the
state tells them to or somebody willface legal consequences. It's unacceptable, and
I hope the folks in California thataren't willing to put up with this kind

(58:07):
of bs, we'll go ahead andget out because the state is too far
gone for you to save it atthis point, it's going to have to
collapse before things will get better. And the only way that happens is if
all the good, smart, hardworking citizens get out of Dodge and let
them rely on their own means, let them try to survive without you,

(58:27):
Because once they have more takers thanproducers. They will collapse, and they're
well on their way to that. You need to just let it happen,
get out of the way, andthen when it comes time to clean up
the mess and try to salvage what'sleft, then you can move back to
your home. But right now it'snot safe for you to stay. It's

(58:47):
not safe because you will be amongthe folks that end up being political prisoners
in the name of the states havinga full total control over those that lived
there. Let's reset the hour, don't go anywhere. I'll be right back.

(59:10):
My name Joe Biden. Because America'sa nation that can be defined in
a single word I put in,we know that there's no there's no such

fix swollen feet dot com. Nowhave you heard about what's going on

(01:03:32):
in Wisconsin? If you haven't,then you probably will over the course of
the next few days. You see, the Wisconsin Court just recently shifted shifted
to the left. Of course,we're talking about the Wisconsin Supreme Court.

(01:03:57):
And now the chief Justice of thewiskins In State Supreme Court has said that
as new liberal justices are in factstaging quote an unprecedented coup in an effort
to destroy the state's constitution ahead ofa key term that could deliver decisions on
voter integrity measures and abortion. Nowseems like a pretty serious accusation, doesn't

(01:04:27):
it. I for one, wouldbe very concerned if the chief Justice of
the State Supreme Court is the onecoming out and saying that the leftist judges
on the court are trying to shredthe state constitution. That sounds to me
like a person who would have goodknowledge of what they're up to. Is

(01:04:49):
sounding the alarm? So is anybodyheating said warning at this point wouldn't look
like it. But let's dig intothe story a bit more, shall we.
Two. We have Chief Justice AnnetteZeckler out here absolutely slamming the actions

(01:05:11):
of the new liberal four to threecourt majority, taking aim at them for
terminating a longstanding court director. Theliberal justices fired Randy Kushnik as soon as
the court official flipped earlier this month. So what we had, as soon

(01:05:32):
as the judges became more left leaning, they fired the Now the court director
is the top non judicial officer inthe state Supreme Court system. Quoting here,
you're making a mess of the judiciary, the court, and the institution

(01:05:56):
for years to come. Now,this is from Zeckler. Ze said this
in an email that was obtained bythe Associated Press. Ziegler also said this
must stop. I have no confidencein the recent hostile takeover and the chaotic
effect it has had on the courtstaff and the overall stable functioning of the

(01:06:18):
courts. Now the emails from Ziegler, they were sent to the other six
justices and the interim State Court Director, who the liberal judges handpicked. According
to Wisconsin law website that keeps aclose eye on this kind of thing,

(01:06:41):
the court Director is supposed to behired by and serve at the pleasure of
the Supreme Court, under the directionof the Chief Justice. Kay seems to
me then, like the liberal justicesthat now set and have the one position

(01:07:02):
majority didn't have the authority to firethe previous or to appoint an introm.
I mean, maybe aren't wrong here, but according to Wisconsin law, it
sounds to me like that's what issupposed to happen. Anyway, in the

(01:07:27):
emails, Ziegler said that the newintrom director was signing court orders in Ziegler's
name without authorization. Now that soundsto me as if it's you know,
illegal forgery at the very least. And then anyway, back to quoting,

(01:07:49):
it has come to my attention thatyou have been signing my reserve judge orders
without my knowledge or approval. Younever asked me for permission. You do
not have my permission. Stop. These orders are in my name. You
have no lawful authority to sign them. If you have signed anything else under

(01:08:11):
my name, please advise immediately. Now, the liberal judges also moved to
shift judicial work from Ziggler to acommittee. Ziegler said that they were undermining
the court, quoting again from theemails again, I will not condone such
lawless destruction of the Constitution, thejudiciary, or the Court. This is

(01:08:34):
nothing short of an unprecedented coup. For forty years, the role of the
Chief Justice has been understood and respected. Your short term goals will cause long
term, irreparable damage to the judiciary. What a historical disgrace. Now.

(01:08:56):
Judge Rebecca Dallot said that liberals onthe Court were acting within their constitutional duties,
except it doesn't really sound like itto me, but I digress,
quoting from Dallot. We are simplycreating processes so that a majority of the

(01:09:16):
Court can effectively work in the faceof an intrangent and uncollegial chief who apparently
insist on a public debate about issuesfor political purposes, rather than allow a
court majority to function as it alwayshas. The disagreements on the Court come

(01:09:44):
after liberal Judge Janets. While I'mnot even going to attempt that last name
anyway, Judge Janet soundly defeated Conservativeback candidate Dan Kelly Back in April flipping
the control the court to liberal judgesfor the first time in fifteen years.
Judge Janet was backed by left wingbillionaire Da Da Da, George Soros,

(01:10:14):
the Illinois Democratic Governor Pretzker, andmany celebrities including actor Mark Ruffalo and director
STEVENS. Milberg, totally spending inthe race. Well. Total spending in
the race exceeded forty million dollars,an astronomical amount compared to previous years when

(01:10:36):
the total spending was about ten million. Forty million dollars spent on getting this
liberal judge to flip the dominance. And now they're challenging an upending Wisconsin state

(01:10:59):
law. They are stepping outside ofthe law. They are violating the law,
and they're claiming that they're just tryingto re establish the majority of the
court having control of the court. But that's not the way it's supposed to
act. They they don't get tojust decide who the chief justice is the

(01:11:20):
chief Justice. There is a waythat that is established through Wisconsin state law.
And obviously secular is still it topretend as if it's okay to just
do things as a workaround is inappropriate. But this also shows you the primary

(01:11:45):
issue with having political operaduced in thejudiciary. This should not be an issue.
This is not something that should behappening. If these judges were doing
their job as a supreme court ofthe State Justice, the fact that they

(01:12:05):
personally believe left leaning things would notbe a factor. They would not be
adversarial, they would not be havingto try to work around Settler. They
certainly wouldn't be having the current newdirector of the Court forging the name.

(01:12:27):
I mean, how is that? How has this not already been dealt with
by virtue of calling the cops.Forgery is forgery, And if you are
signing somebody's name illegally in order todo anything that gives you any type of
gain political, personal monetary, itdoesn't matter. If you're doing it with

(01:12:53):
the intent of defrauding someone, whichthis clearly is fraud, then as a
part of the judiciary, you shouldn'teven be wasting your time sending an email.
There shouldn't be a cease and assistemail being sent out. There should
be a simple well, we're goingto have to establish another director of the

(01:13:15):
court because this one's going to jail. Charges should be filed. Should be
pressing these charges should be pressing themhard, should be making the point that
just because you disagree with me politically, or just because you want to be
an activist from the bench, justbecause you may want to litigate from the
bench, that doesn't give you aright to just do whatever you want.

(01:13:39):
Just because you have a majority nowdoesn't give you the right to do whatever
you want. That's why we havea republic, not a democracy, because
simple majorities means that a minority willnever be protected. If you're a minority

(01:13:59):
in this country, a minority ofany kind, you should greatly appreciate every
safeguard that's been put in place thatallows the protection of minority rights. You
should be against every time the majoritysteam rolls over a minority. You should
appreciate the fact that if someone issupposed to be in charge, the other

(01:14:24):
people don't get to just overrule themby simple majority. There should, in
fact be a process, and inthis case, when it comes to the
State Supreme Court, there is aprocess, and they're violating that process.
And why it's even gotten to thispoint is beyond me. This was an

(01:14:46):
election that just finalized a short timeago, and there was a big holly
who this past week in regards tothe fact that the wiscon since Supreme Court
ended up in the hands of theleft. But again, it demonstrates exactly

(01:15:06):
what I keep saying about how politics, personal political beliefs and philosophies should not,
cannot be allowed to be part ofthe daily operations when it comes to
how you perform your role in thejudiciary. Clearly that is what is happening

(01:15:30):
here. And if you've got anysense at all, then you know straight
up that if George Soros is backingthis justice, then justice is not what
they have in mind. Political shenanigansis what they have in mind. I'm

(01:15:54):
still trying to wrap my mind aroundthe story. I mean, let's honestly
think about it for a second. The Court Director is the top non judicial
officer in the state court system, right Randy. Randy was the guy,

(01:16:15):
But the liberal justice Justice has firedRandy as soon as the court officially flipped.
They fired him at the beginning ofthis month. Well not at the
beginning, but earlier this month.According to Wisconsin state law, the Court

(01:16:38):
Director is supposed to be hired byand serve at the pleasure of the Supreme
Court under the direction of the Chiefjustice, meaning that without the say so
of Zegler, this still shouldn't havehappened. So how did it happen?

(01:17:02):
They certainly couldn't have just happened withoutZiegler knowing, right, I mean,
how does this happen? Why isit at this point do Ziegler felt like
she doesn't have enough legal grounds forpushing back short of feeling like she's acting

(01:17:23):
like a political activist? Is thatwhat is at the very heart of this.
Why she hasn't went public, Whythis had to be emails that were
acquired by a news outlet, Whythe Associated Press had to get this,
And I mean, kudos to theAP for actually reporting it, because it
is a kind of story that normallythey'll bury. We like to think of

(01:17:45):
the AP is being down the middleand one of the few news outlets that
doesn't lean very much one way orthe other, but in truth, we
know that's not the case. Soagain, kudos a hat tipped to those
guys for not only finding the emailbut releasing it because this is kind of

(01:18:08):
important. But at the same time, maybe it does serve the leftist in
this case to release the emails, because it certainly makes Zigler look like instead
of standing firm and doing the joband being a strong chief justice. That's
just kind of Oh, you're gonnahave to stop this now, now cut
it out, guys. Yeah, very funny. Okay, Now stop giving

(01:18:31):
me a squirreling, because that's whatthis comes across the sounding like to me,
Technically you didn't have the right tofire Randy, but I'll let you
hire Audrey instead. I figured thatwould be at least a bit of an
olive branch so that we can continueto work together. Maybe we can get
past this political divide and actually lookat the law when we, you know,

(01:18:56):
look at cases in front of us, come up with a unions in
our decisions. Rather than have everythingbe a straight four three the Libs win
every time scenario, maybe we canjust you know, look at the constitution
and look at the law and probablybe in much closer agreement rather than just

(01:19:20):
be split all the time right downalong party lines. Because party lines is
not a thing that should happen inthe courts. I know I keep saying
that, and I know you guysare probably tired of hearing me say that,
because you know I'm tired of sayit, because we know it's still

(01:19:42):
what happened. SCR Chapter seventy Rulesof Judicial Administration and SCR seventy point zero
one. It lays out the responsibilitiesof the director. It lays out the

(01:20:08):
authority of the director. Created addedto Wisconsin state law in nineteen seventy nine,
called the Rules of Judicial Administration. It governs the court administration at the

(01:20:32):
state and local levels. It's clearthe Director of the state Courts shall be
the chief non judicial officer of thecourt system in the state. The Director
shall be hired by and serve atthe pleasure of the Supreme Court under the

(01:20:57):
direction of the Chief Justice. Thedirectors shall have authority and responsibility for the
overall management of the unified judicial system. Then it goes on to lay out
the specific responsibilities and authorities. Butthe phrasing here under the direction of the

(01:21:26):
Chief Justice is pretty clear. It'spretty obvious what exactly we're talking about here.
And this is a violation of Wisconsinlaw. How can you expect any
type of real legitimate justice inside ofa court that's violating state law and violating

(01:21:51):
the state constitution. If you're openlyviolated just to conduct your own business,
just to grab more power than youhave coming to garner a larger piece of
the pie, to have more authoritythan you are duly empowered to have.
How can you expect even a semblanceof actual justice? And why is it

(01:22:15):
if the left are the good guys, all your lefties out there out there
fighting for the little guy out theretrying to protect the rights of minority,
If you're really the good guys, why is it always your side that has
to break the rules and violate thelaw and constantly have to drive wedges between
people, drive them into boxes, have to be decided, putting labels on

(01:22:36):
everyone in your effort for inclusivity, constantly making sure that everybody knows exactly where
you are in the hierarchy. Whyis it your side always doing that?
I mean, honestly, shouldn't therebe some concern when somebody comes along and
say, oh, this candidate isendorsed by George Sorrows? Then why does

(01:23:02):
everybody come if you happen to bea leftist right behind that? And Sae?
Maybe because everything's not awesome for attybodythat's seen the Lego movie and knows
what that's a reference to. That'sa pop song in the movie that's designed
to keep everybody distracted away from thefact that everything is not awesome. But

(01:23:26):
hey, everything's awesome as long aseverything's okay, and you don't question the
status quo, as long as youdon't push back against a little. Bad
guys. Oh oh wait, I'msorry the good guys because they think they
are the good guys, they're not. The good guys don't have to violate
the constitutions. The good guys don'thave to flat out break the law.

(01:23:49):
The good guys don't have to relyon forgery to make things happen on their
behalf. The good guys don't haveto do any of those things. Now.
The good guys may be hindered bytheir inability to do that, But
as soon as they slide across that, as soon as they give up on

(01:24:13):
the moral way to go about doingthis, then they're not the good guys
anymore. The ends do not justifythe means under any circumstance. The means
are still important. Now. Again, none of the principles that we stand
on are supposed to be a suicidepack. But the minute you walk away
from those principles, once you losesight of the principles, you are no

(01:24:36):
longer operating on a merit based system, you're no longer operating on a principle
based system. You are then leftto determine for yourself what is or isn't
moral, what is or isn't acceptable, what is ethical? Then you get

(01:24:57):
to redefine ethics. That's part ofwhy some professions have a very different set
of ethics in comparison to what personalethical behavior should be. When you can't
even define your personal ethics, youdon't have them. When you have to
rely on signaling your virtue, youprobably don't have any actual virtue. And
when you have to fall back onforgery in the court to work around the

(01:25:23):
chief Justice, then obviously there willbe no justice. And instead of sending
an email to the co workers saying, can on, guys, get it
out, maybe, Chief Justice Segler, maybe you should have been sending that
email to every news outlet on theplanet and should have made that phone call
and press charges against this clearly illegalactor that the liberal judges have put in

(01:25:49):
charge of the court system. Asa non judiciary, I'm going to take
the mid hour break. Don't goanywhere before we slide into that break,
though, once again, I'm goingto talk to you about our friends over
at four Patriots. I'm really concernedabout food moving forward. I am,

(01:26:10):
and I think you should be too. If we don't run out of food
on the shelves, it's going tobe so expensive a lot of us simply
aren't going to be able to affordit. So if you haven't already started,
it's kind of late in the game, but that's not an excuse not
to start as soon as possible.Start building up a stash of survival food

(01:26:31):
kits from four Patriots. It's reallythe best thing that you can do to
get through. The food is good, first of all, but beyond that,
it's rated the last step to twentyfive years. You've got a wide
variety of products. You're not goingto get burned out on any particular item
to get plenty of great desserts atit as well. Just go look at

(01:26:53):
the survival food kits that are availableat four Patriots. You can do that
by going to four Patriots dot com. And if you do, go ahead
and get started on building up thatstash. And I really really suggest you
do you need to, I don'tknow, just please do. Once you

(01:27:13):
do, as you go to checkout use promo code tap that's t app.
Use that a check out, saveyourself ten percent on your order,
and that works on everything in thestore and not just the food. But
dang it, don't hesitate. Stopputting this off. If you haven't already
started, you need to get starteda sap. If you have already started,

(01:27:33):
you need to be continuing to buildup that stockpile. Things are not
getting better and I think it's probablygoing to get worse before it does.
So again for patriots dot com, that's the number four. Patriots dot com,

be bioweapons after learning the ingredients ofthe shots, I tend to agree.
The Florida lawmakers also noted that shotsare simply hazardous to human health. You

(01:29:20):
know what else is hazardous to humanhealth? Wearing masks at airports and on
long flights, in stores, oranywhere else for that matter. The only
thing that masks achieve are making peopleunhealthy from breathing back in their own carbon
monoxide, creating a sense of isolation, and protecting criminals from identification. We

(01:34:42):
you so much for staying with usthrough that very brief break. But who
will we jump back into the finalsegment of the day. I want to
remind you about our friends over atVanished Holsters. Now you've heard me say
it a few times by now,and it is absolut it is through The
surest path to tyranny is to giveup your guns. The quickest way to

(01:35:04):
become a victim of violent crime tonot have your firearm on you when you
need it. A mistake that alot of gun owners have made, myself
included, is we'll go out,we'll pick a holster for our new side
arm. That's just really bad. It's we think it's gonna be great,

(01:35:25):
looks awesome, fits the sidearm, and then there's just not a comfortable way
to carry, and it's so uncomfortablethat we just kind of stop. When
you start coming up with excuses notto wear it, and before long we
just don't do it at all.So if that very no good, terrible

(01:35:46):
moment arises where we have to defendourselves, our family, our friends,
our neighbors, and we don't haveour firearm on us, then we are
in a huge disadvantage and may notcome out on top. Can't have that.
Ladies and gentlemen, don't let comfortbe the deciding factor. It's whether

(01:36:09):
or not you survive. So whatdoes that have to do with Vanish houlscers.
Well, according to thousands of theircustomers, they are easily the most
comfortable holster period. Many of thosesame thousands of customers will tell you that
if you start using a vanished holster, you will never stop carrying. And

(01:36:30):
they're designed to save your money too, how well. Number one designed to
work with nearly all semi automatic handguns, I mean somewhere pretty close to ninety
nine percent of them will fit inthe Vanish holster, along with two not
just one, but two additional magazines, so you've got plenty of ammunition in
the event that you need to doa quick reload. It's also designed to

(01:36:55):
work without a tactical belt, whichis one of those hidden expenses we don't
always take into act out when we'repicking out a holster. Going back to
the comfort part designed to allow youto carry in multiple positions. So if
one position doesn't work great for you, sometimes that's just too bad with that
holster. But with the vanished holsters, if one position doesn't work, you

(01:37:16):
can try another, and you cankeep trying until you find one that does.
It's phenomenal stuff, but as Ialways like to say, don't take
my word for it, check itout for yourself. If you're going to
tap into the truth of how goodVanish holsters is, you've got to go
see for yourself, and the bestway to do that is visiting them over

(01:37:36):
at www dot vnsh dot com.Backslash tapp. Very important to use the
backslash tapp because that will automatically activatefor you a fifty dollars discount at least
until the end of August. Augustis fastly, very very quickly running out,

(01:38:00):
so just to make sure that youcan take full advantage of the full
fifty dollars discount, you need tohurry and also lets them know that I'm
the one that sent you, sothat gives me a little more bargaining power
as I try to negotiate with themto get them to extend that discount further.
So you're kind of going and gettingsomething that you need to get anyway,
and you're helping to keep the dooropen for fellow patriots that also need

(01:38:25):
to do it. I don't knowthat I'm going to be able to get
them to extend that fifty dollars discountany further. They've already extended it twice.
But regardless if I can or can't, don't miss out on your opportunity
to take full advantage of the fullfifty dollars discount. Go see them.

(01:38:47):
It's all I'm asking www dot vnshdot com, backslash tapp see for yourself.
Don't wait. Okay, all right, now, let's take a quick
look at today's final story. Shelley, a Republican senator, says that federal

(01:39:09):
employees are still working from home asif the coronavirus pandemic was still in full
swing, And this same Republican senatoris demanding an investigation into how widespread failure
to get workers back into the officeis impacting taxpayers. Now, I would

(01:39:30):
like to remind you guys that notthat long ago. In fact, just
back in April, near the endof April of this year, I wrote
an article that was published in TheAmerican Spectator titled that Biden's back to work
orders are too little, too late, subtitled Congress should make the bureaucracy work

(01:39:58):
for the American people, not againstthem. Of course, if you're familiar
with my writing, you're probably thinkingthat pretty much sounds like something Tim would
say. As it turns out, though, despite the orders to go back
to work and the pushback that Igot from the article itself, apparently not

(01:40:19):
a lot of these federal workers decidedthat they were going to go back to
work anyway. Now. Johnie Ernst, a Republican from Iowa, calls into
question the government's claims that remote workerscan be just as productive as coming into
the office, and points to variousInspector General reports to prove her point.

(01:40:43):
One investigation into a Department of Commerceemployee found that a government worker was paid
for seven hundred and thirty hours ofwork that was instead spent playing golf,
shooting pool, and going to happyhour. I gotta tell you, sounds
like a pretty good gig. Ifyou can get it. Except that's not

(01:41:05):
really the gig, is it.Now? I don't know if you are
making the same connection I am here. But that doesn't sound like remote work.
That sounds like no work. Butwith no way to make sure that
these people are actually doing their jobduring the remote sessions. I suppose there's

(01:41:30):
a lot of opportunity for that now. I know several folks that have worked
remotely for a long time. Thenature of what they do, it actually
is better for the company and forthe type of work they're doing, as
long as they actually reach their assignedgoals, whatever the agendas may be.

(01:41:55):
What happens is there's a certain amountof work that's expected to be done.
But the really interesting side of BacThere is that when the company has that
expectation. In the private sector, there are all kinds of safeguards to make
sure that the people are logged inand that the people are getting stuff done
that all the time that they're claimingthey're working, they actually are. Those

(01:42:19):
kinds of safeguards, of course, are just too invasive for government employees,
I'm sure. Anyway, let's let'sget back to the article Ernest actually said,
quoting now I know what working fromhome actually means. It's not fair

(01:42:40):
to let the responsibilities of running anagency and the country fall on the shoulders
of the hard working public servants whoare showing up while others are out golfing
on the taxpayers die now again seemsto have a legitimate reason for making the

(01:43:02):
point, But it might be andI'm going to offer up a benefit of
the doubt kind of scenario that Iprobably shouldn't, but I'm going to clearly
not everyone that's doing the remote workingis going to be out taking full advantage
of the fact that there's nobody reallylooking over the shoulder. However, I

(01:43:25):
will say that there's probably a goodnumber of folks that are in fact doing
exactly that now aren't call. Itcomes more than a year after Joe Biden
pledged back in his twenty twenty twoState of the Union address that the vast
majority of federal workers will once againwork in person, but by that fall,

(01:43:49):
only five percent of the government employeesswiped into the office on a typical
day. This month, White HouseChief of Staff Jeff Zennis reiterated the call,
telling Cabinet members that it is aquote priority that Biden expects them aggressively

(01:44:11):
execute on in order to get betterresults for the American people. So this
sounds like it's an acknowledgement from theBiden White House that work's not getting done
now when it comes to making astatement about for the American people. What
that actually means is we're not movingour agenda fast enough. We're not getting

(01:44:34):
our spending and our inflation increasing goalsand our indoctrination and propaganda out there as
effectively as we could be if everybodywas in the office working, So we
got to get on That seems almostfunny that they'd be just now getting serious
about it at the same time thatthey're also trying to start pushing the panic

(01:44:57):
porn again about new streams, COVID, oh no mask mandates and lockdowns are
coming strangely just in time for anew election cycle. I know I'm not
the first person to point that out. I won't be the last person.
I know. I probably don't evenneed to point it out to you,
because if you're a regular listener, you know it, And even if you're

(01:45:19):
not a regular listener, if you'lltake two seconds to think about it,
you gom It does seem to bea strange cycle, especially one that doesn't
make much sense in regards to howviruses normally work once they're out in the
wild. Interesting anyway, there aresome indications that federal employees who are working

(01:45:42):
remotely might not be working at all. Hence, like we talked about with
this one particular example out golfing andyou know, enjoying happy hours, a
review of a Department of Health andHuman Services remote employees found as many as
thirty percent of them did not evenlog into the agency's email or computer system

(01:46:05):
on days that they were working fromhome. Those findings were from twenty twenty,
back in the hive of the coronaviruspandemic fiasco, you know, when
Americans presumably might have needed assistance fromthe agency now, the one that has

(01:46:29):
health in the name. That agency. Seems like I could have been more
important than ever for those folks toat the very least be logged in and
you know, checking emails, evenif they're not going to respond to them,
logged into the system, doing thejob that they would have been doing
if they were in the office. It just seems like the timing would have

(01:46:53):
made that more important, not less. It wasn't vacation time. It wasn't
an extended a period of being off. You kept getting your checks. You
kept I would presume probably direct deposit. But for the purposes of the dramatic
effect of using the words, youkept cashing your checks, kept spending the

(01:47:15):
money at he right, why wouldyou not be logging in? Thirty percent
of them not even logging in,and you noticed there's no mention of what
was actually being done, even bythe other seventy percent who did at the
very least log into check their email. I can tell you I can spend
a day and a half just readingemails, and it doesn't mean I've done

(01:47:39):
anything other than read emails, whichis why I don't just set around reading
emails all day. I get enoughof them. I could between emails for
the show and emails for the dayjob. That could keep me busy all
by itself, but there are otherexpectations that I have to get to or

(01:48:00):
just don't work. The same thingis true for a government agency. In
the private sector, companies have madethe best of remote work by saving money
an office costs, but federal agenciescontinue to spend five billion dollars a year
to least office buildings and two billionon upkeep, and the Government Accountability Office

(01:48:26):
found at seventy five percent or moreof office space at the headquarters of seventeen
different agencies not being used two billiondollars of your tax payer money on upkeep
per office space that's only being usedby twenty five percent. The government also

(01:48:53):
pays people different rates depending on whetherthey're offices in a high cost of living
area or a low cost of livingarea, and that has failed to update
the pay structure to account for remotework. The government is still paining workers
based on where their office is,even if that's not where they live.

(01:49:15):
Remember a lot of these people movedout of the more urban areas when they
figured out that they could work fromhome and their home could be somewhere where
they'd have a little more freedom. They didn't update the changes. They just
said, well, your office ishere, so we're going to pay you
based on that rate. Seems likelike that's a waste of taxpayer dollars too.

(01:49:41):
I mean, I'm all for payingsomebody based on where you're working if
that's where you're living, because thecost of living in places are higher,
you should get paid more to livethere. Although it would be really really
nice actually if governmental policies made itwhere it wasn't so much more expensive to
live there. You know, taxesand all that plays a big role in

(01:50:03):
that. Just putting that out there, so bureaucrats could be drawing DC wages
and living like kings and low costareas. And that's something that Senator Ernst

(01:50:24):
has said on the record, quotinghere, these pay determinations should be reevaluated
and possibly redefined to save taxpayer money. I mean, heaven forbid that government
agencies should actually be good stewards ofthe taxpayer dollars. Are sent a letter

(01:50:45):
to every agency's inspector general asking themto use Internet IP addresses and physical badge
swipe ins to determine what regions employeesactually spend most of their time in,
as well as how much additional paythey receive by being paid for the low
I'm sorry for being paid for thecost of living area of the headquarters building

(01:51:11):
rather than where they live. Soshe wants to know what the difference is.
How much more money is being givento these folks as a benefit for
something that they are not eligible for. One could make the argument that it
would be defrauding the government, exceptfor the fact that the employees aren't the
ones that failed to make the adjustment. The agencies are. They didn't do

(01:51:36):
their due diligence, So there's nodefrauding going on. There's just inefficiencies in
the bureaucracy. Who knew that's apossibility? Wow? Shocking, I know.
She also asked the agencies various matrixlike delivery of service and wait times

(01:51:57):
have corresponded to the increase of theremote work. In other words, how
efficient are the work at home folksbeing in comparison to how efficient they were
when they're actually in the office. Now, again, if you've had to
call or to send the emails toa government agency, using the word efficient

(01:52:18):
seems like a stretch, because itis. But still, if you're not
getting the same level of service fromthe work at home folks, clearly that
already bad, not very efficient situationis only going to be worse. So

(01:52:38):
why are we spending the same amountof money for an agency that's providing a
quarter of what you were getting before, and when that what you were getting
before was probably less than half ofwhich you should have been expecting in the
first place. Now, she suggeststhat sense employees are already moving to lower
cost of living places, federal agencyheadquarters should be there too. In fact,

(01:53:04):
arnst Is introduced a bill called theStrategic Withdrawal of Agencies for Meaningful Placement,
or the SWAMP Acts. I wouldthink the SWAMP Act would mean something
else entirely in DC, and that'sprobably why they're against it, because they
still haven't figured out the secret ofnot naming the bills what they actually do.

(01:53:26):
But anyway, the point of theSWAMP bill here isn't a drain it
unfortunately, but it would locate agenciesand parts of the country with expertise in
their topics. For example, theDepartment of Bager Culture would be located in
a farming state, you know, like Iowa for example. Just for example.

(01:53:48):
She also asked the agencies determine whethervarious matrics like the delivery of service
in wait times have corresponded to theincrease in remote work. In other words,
now that we see that it istaking longer and we're not getting the
same level of service, is therea direct correlation? Is this causual or

(01:54:13):
just coincidental? She wants them totake a look at it, to look
at the data and prove that itis just coincidental, that it's not causal.
In some instances, people are alreadypointing the finger at absent employees for
government failures. At the Atlanta Departmentof Veterans Saffairs Hospital, for example,

(01:54:35):
which has one of the longest waittimes for medical care in the country,
one manager responsible for scheduling posted apicture of himself working in a bubble bath.
The post led to criticism from anotheremployee, who said, it's almost
as if this employee is making amockery of all the veterans. I can

(01:55:00):
set here in my tub and relax, and you just have to wait.
Now, Ernest says one of theveterans served by the hospital. Felt the
consequences I would say probably more thanone. But anyway, quoting here,
one such veteran temporary lost his eyesightwhile waiting six months for an appointment with

(01:55:25):
an eye doctor at the Atlanta VA. Now, yeah, that's one story,
one situation. I'm going to tellyou it happened a lot more than
that. But we've been told,we've been told since last year that Biden's
going to get these people back tothe office. The fact that we see

(01:55:46):
these folks not doing it tells usall we need to know. I'm going
to put a link in the showdescription to the American Spectator article that I
wrote back in April, so thatyou can read it if you wish.
I hope that you will. It'spart of their another Perspective section. Kind

(01:56:09):
of proud of actually getting published inthe American Spectator, one of those more
prestigious places that a lot of writerscan't claim that they've been published, so
you know, gave me. It'sup there with American greatness. But the

(01:56:30):
point of the article is important, and like I said, I got pushback
from folks that had been working insome of these offices, and I actually
ended up responding to one, butthere were several others that were just ridiculously
typical left wing cry babybs. Soit's worth the read just to see what

(01:56:55):
I said. If you don't mind, i'd appreciate it. The issue here,
though, is the fact that againthe government is really only good at
one thing other than just messing everythingup, and that is wasting our money.
That's gonna have to be it fortoday, Ladies and gentlemen, thank

(01:57:17):
you so very much for being here. As always, I appreciate it.
