Speaker 1 (00:00):
As I mentioned at the top of the show, due
to breaking news right before we went live, she's got
to leave us much earlier than we had initially hoped to.
So with that being said, I think it would probably
behoove us, especially if we're going to sneak a little
(00:20):
bit of extra discussion, because I'd hope to get the
two topics other than just the book, and we still
want to talk about the new book. Probably ought to
see if we can't get her on just a few
minutes earlier. And of course I'm talking about the author
of Defiant inside the Mara Lago Raid and the less
ongoing Lawfair as well as the equally impressive Stealing Your Vote.
(00:45):
She is a DC attorney. She specializes in national security law.
She has been a TV host. It's been a correspondent
with One America News Network where she was reporting most
exclusively about election integrity. Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome for
(01:06):
the first time to the Rumble Channel. But she's been
a multi time guest on the radio show. Of course,
I'm talking about miss Christina.
Speaker 2 (01:14):
Bob.
Speaker 1 (01:15):
Christina, thank you so much for coming on with us tonight.
And you know, as luck would have it, breaking news. Right,
So let's start with that breaking news real quick. I
talked a little bit about it at the top of
the hour, and you know, I don't think there's enough
that could be said. We are literally etching up close
(01:35):
to accountability for some high ranking How surprised were you
that it happened and was this quicker than we thought?
Speaker 2 (01:49):
I wasn't surprised at all that it happened. I expected it.
I actually expected it a little bit sooner. The Statute
of limitations runs out on Tuesday of next week, so
you know, waiting till the very last second was not ideal.
But you know, I made it. It happened, so I
think that's great. I think the charges are very fair,
(02:12):
They're very reasonable. They are not excessive. Pam Bondy or
I guess I should say Lindsay Halligan in this case,
did not do to call me what Biden's administration did
to Donald Trump by stacking thirty nine counts of a
whole bunch of ridiculous stuff to try to say, oh,
(02:32):
he's looking at one hundred and whatever years in prison,
and you know they wanted that sensational headline. That was
not the case here. This was a very lean indictment
only two pages, and I think it's very fair.
Speaker 1 (02:49):
Yeah, I absolutely agree, But that certainly hasn't stopped the
plusora of talking heads from already coming out and talking
about how this is political ret review shouldn't for the
most I.
Speaker 2 (03:03):
Mean, anybody who has been alive for more than ten
years should remember the way they treated Donald Trump when
he was indicted for some reason. That was fine, but
this is a problem. It's just disingenuine. They're not to
be trusted. I don't think their opinions bear much weight.
(03:25):
It's just noise, and I think the difference will reveal
itself in the results.
Speaker 1 (03:33):
I think you're absolutely right. Got a question from the
chat room here. You're wondering what you think the odds
of getting a conviction are. Obviously that's a very different
bar to hit than get the indictment, and where the
jury pool is going to be drawn from, it's going
(03:53):
to play hugely into that as well. It shouldn't. I mean,
this is a pretty clear cut case. Ted Cruz did
a masterful job of getting him on the record again
so that this still was a chargeable thing at this point.
Otherwise the statute of limitations would have already expired. But
you know, people need to know that they can't keep
(04:16):
playing these games. They can't lie to Congress and they
certainly can't play around the edges and lie to the
American people.
Speaker 2 (04:25):
Yeah. Yeah, I think that he will be convicted. It
does depend on where they bring it. There are several
I think there's three different courtrooms within the Eastern District
of Virginia. I forgive me, did not look to see
(04:45):
if this is labeled where they're going to bring it.
But if they bring it out in the Newport News
area or down by Richmond, or in Alexandria, it's probably
more likely in the Alexandria division. But you know, we'll see,
we'll see where it ends up. But I would actually
expect them to get indictments on this because of the
(05:06):
way they played it. You know, they were very careful
and the pleading to put only in. I mean, basically
we can pretty much see that he's you know, everyone
deserves due process at a fair trial, and he's is all alleged.
But based on information that's publicly available, it sure looks
like he's guilty of what they pled. You don't have
(05:28):
to have special knowledge of the grand jury proceedings to
figure that out. So, yeah, I think he's in trouble.
Speaker 1 (05:36):
Yeah again, I agree. I asked the first question though,
based on the fact that over the course of the
weekend we started hearing the rumor that they were thinking
about charging that. That usually means some pretty high level
conversations have taken place and they're about to make a move.
But Donald Trump himself, with some of the things that
he said, kind of sounded like he was getting angry
(05:59):
that it wasn't happening fast enough, and folks for talking
about maybe as early as next week or something along
those It's like, now that was really be putting it
very close to the yeah exactly. Then for this to
just kind of snap happened tonight because today literally was
one of the first days that I heard a lot
(06:19):
of media coverage talking about it. Yeah, I had kind
of been flying under the radar up to that point
for a lot of folks. I'm glad to see it
coming forward. The only thing that concerns me is the
fact that I feel like there's not enough seriousness being
dedicated towards bringing more people to being held accountable legitimately.
(06:46):
And you know, again, this may just be step one,
we may be seeing a lot of folks that engaged
in the hoax collusion, that were engaged in stealing votes
in the previous election of something I know you'll know
a lot about. Yeah. In fact, while i've got you
going here, I'm going to go ahead and put this
picture up just so that again everybody can see the
(07:08):
new book, and we'll talk a little bit about that
here before we say final goodbyes. But we're kind of
on an abbreviated schedule, so I did still want to
talk to you a little bit about what we're seeing
going on as the left or attacking the memorial services
of Charlie Kirk and everybody that, of course has been
deeply affected and moved in some way. To the point
(07:31):
now that even the international crowds got involved and they
were talking about Sunday's event being like a Nazi rally,
I mean, I'm sorry, last time I checked, there wasn't
a whole lot of forgiveness and a lot of uplifting
worship service. Yeah, So what's your initial reaction, especially when
(07:52):
you start seeing the French of all people getting involved
with it.
Speaker 2 (07:56):
You know, I think woke ideology is a hateful way
to live your life. I think it is fueled by
victimization and a need for revenge. And I think they
really struggle to understand how conservative, particularly conservative Christians can
(08:19):
come together in a time of mourning and praise and
worship and you know, be unified together. I think they
genuinely cannot understand that way of life because they're so
filled with hate and discontent and it shows and everything
they do. I mean, it's just a really hateful way
(08:40):
to live your life. So the fact that they would
take such a beautiful worship service with you know, the
memorial and try to label it as a Nazi rally,
it's because they have nothing left, They have nothing left
to accuse us of or to say, so they call
us racist, call us bigots. You know, all they can
do is name call because they can't debate, you know,
(09:04):
they can't debate the issues. So I'm not surprised by it.
It is disappointing, it's frustrating, but it's not going to stop.
Speaker 1 (09:11):
Us, no, not. In fact, it just motivates most of
us that much more. I can remember a time, and
not that long ago, that when people would call somebody
like either one of us a racist or a Nazi.
It might actually hurt our feelings a little bit and say,
why would you think that? Where's that coming from? But
(09:33):
after a while you come to realize they don't call
you that if you're not effective.
Speaker 2 (09:38):
Right, It no longer means you're actually a racist. It
means I disagree with you, and I can't think of
a good reason why you're wrong, So I'm just gonna
hurl insults at you. That's what it is.
Speaker 1 (09:50):
Yeah, you're over the target and you're being effective, and
they got nothing else. In fact, one of the things
that I have lamented quite a bit lately is the
fact that that certain organization that likes to list hate
filled people, they haven't named me or my show yet,
(10:11):
So I feel like I really need to step up
my game.
Speaker 2 (10:13):
Come on, where are you know?
Speaker 1 (10:14):
I'm just kidding, That's how I feel about it.
Speaker 2 (10:20):
You're doing a great job.
Speaker 1 (10:21):
Oh well, well, thank you obviously. You know. It is
so absurd, though, to see this hatred people here, corporate
media legacy, folks attacking people currently holding office in both
the House and the Senate, and it still circles around
(10:44):
to one simple thing, I think, Christina, and that is
the fact that these people. Not only do they are
completely incapable of competing in the arena of ideas, but
they also know that it's important for them to maintain power,
that they're constituency. Cannot actually know the truth about anything today,
(11:05):
So by making up these ridiculous stories, if you're somebody
who maybe you'd heard of Charlie but you didn't know
what he did. Maybe you have heard little clippets, very
carefully orchestrated snippets here and there, the sound bites where
he's actually criticizing somebody else. But you take that out
(11:26):
and you put in those progressions, well, then a lot
of people are naturally lazy, unfortunately, And if you're already
buying into what Rashida tu Lee bilhann Omar Alexandria Cassio Cortez,
if you're buying into what these folks are selling to
begin with, then chances are you're not doing very much
(11:48):
of your own research. So by these folks continuing to
tell those lies, they protect their power base twofold. Number one,
they still seem like they're the reasonable ones. But number two,
the biggest threat to those who want the state to
be the ultimate authority in your life are people of faith.
If you go find faith, then you're not ever going
(12:12):
to let the state be the entity that takes care
of you.
Speaker 2 (12:18):
Right, well, you shouldn't be anyway. Yeah, No, I think
you're right.
Speaker 1 (12:25):
All right, Christina. I'm going to try to get you
out here just a few minutes early actually, so that.
Speaker 2 (12:30):
You can you're okay. I'm not trying to rush you.
Speaker 1 (12:33):
Oh no, no, I and you're not. And I don't
mean to insinuate it, but I know you've got other
places to get to tonight the big news, and I
don't want to hold you back there. I'll just have
you make it up to me by coming on the
show against.
Speaker 2 (12:46):
Okay, I will do that. I will do that someday.
Speaker 1 (12:49):
But I definitely want to give you a chance though,
to let everybody know where they can find your work. Obviously,
share the website so I know where they can find
the new book. And of course this right here.
Speaker 2 (13:02):
Dot com bo to be that President Trump did do
the forward for this. It is the official version of
what actually happened at Marlago. I was the custodian of
records and the attorney on site during the raid. I've
got text messages, emails, everything you could want to know
it's all in there, so check it out, and.
Speaker 1 (13:19):
Then getting froze up on my end. Hopefully you can
still hear me. Well. Thank you so much, Christina for
coming on again. I do greatly appreciate it all the
work that you do. You've done a lot of hard work,
and you're trying to not only keep things operating the
way they should by a virtue of having been a
defense attorney and now being involved with the law as
(13:42):
you are in your current capacity, but also in making
sure that people know the truth. You've done a phenomenal
job in all those Thank you for your service during
your time in the Marine Corps as well, and I
do look forward to our next opportunity to get together
and continue the conversation.
Speaker 2 (13:59):
Yes, thank you so much.
Speaker 1 (14:01):
All right, ladies and gentlemen, this is Christina Bob
