It's not because of foreign wars.

When you wage, it's born to do.

With the colors blue and red. To man, you lost
too much government.
Speaker 1 (00:28):
Can you tell me.
Speaker 3 (00:29):
Where the Constitution went?
Speaker 2 (00:31):
The Bill of Rights is just hanging by bread. So
many people trying to cross the border. Politicians build a
new world order. Too many minds are convinced that should
be let.
Speaker 4 (00:48):
I've got a big friend.
Speaker 5 (00:52):
The way God, name that, and I won't be ruled
by the damn You went.
Speaker 3 (01:02):
Chacking your right to self defense.
Speaker 2 (01:04):

By the damn.
Speaker 2 (01:34):
When you've gotta be.
Speaker 3 (02:22):
The way God, and I will be ruled by.
Speaker 1 (02:27):
The damn you when Hello, and welcome to today's broadcast
of Tapping to the Truth. I do hope you're having
a fantastic day wherever you are and whatever you may
be doing with all the usual caveats, but you know
I'm not really feeling particularly peaceful today, and I am
generally humbled. Uh that's from my normal uh uh, you know,
(02:55):
default setting and all, but not feeling peaceful at all.
There's so much stuff going on right now, so many
different things. I don't have time to get into all
of it within the confines of this particular platform, And
unfortunately a lot of us are struggling to keep up
(03:16):
with the news, the information, to get the truth, to
get the reality of what's going on. Before I jump
into anything, however, I do want to again remind you
that one of the better sponsors that we've had, Harvard
Gold Group, is standing by ready to help you when
you are ready to diversify into precious metals. It doesn't
(03:39):
matter if your biggest concern is inflationary or geopolitical, or
just looking for some stability outside of the market volatility,
whatever the rationale, whatever the reason, Harvard Gold Group stands
by ready to help you move forward. First step on
(04:01):
that path is to give them a call and ask
for their free Investor's Guide. The number to call is
eight four four ninety seven seven Gold. That's eight four
four nine seven seven four six five three. Be sure
to mention tapp into the truth when you call, and
that will lock you into a two hundred and fifty
dollars discount for at least as long as they remain
(04:23):
a sponsor, and they may extend that beyond. They might
if enough folks suddenly start making purchases over there, they
may extend our relationship further. I don't know if that's
going to happen at this point, and it's not really
the point of me saying this. They are still a
sponsor as of this moment in time, and regardless, they're
(04:46):
a fine company that is small enough to give you
the individual attention that you need, but big enough to
be able to handle what you need. So I highly
recommend you give them that call and give them the
chance to prove to you that being the premier Conservative
Gold Company is not just a tagline. It is exactly
(05:06):
who they are.
Speaker 8 (05:08):
Now.
Speaker 1 (05:08):
If you don't want to call, you want to just
visit them online. You can do that. Go to Harvard
gooldgroup dot com. Be sure to use promo code tap
that is thapp that will make sure that you do,
in fact get that two hundred and fifty dollars discount
as well. But I highly recommend you call and be
sure to ask them any other questions you may have,
set up a scheduled appointment with an advisor. Whatever you
(05:33):
feel like you need to do, they're ready to help
you do it. And as the volatile is everything is
these days, it does not hurt to have some diversification
in the precious metals. That much is true. So whether
you're looking to protect your retirement, whether go back to IRA,
or you just want to have some gold and silver
(05:55):
in hand, again, the number to call is eight four
four seven seven gold. That's eight four four nine seven
seven four six five three. And don't forget to mention
tap into the truth, all right, So why am I
not feeling particularly peaceful? Why am I feeling a bit angry? Well,
(06:20):
you know, it's not really angry. It's frustration. It's continued frustration.
It's frustration. It's the fact that we cannot count on
the legacy media to be honest about it.
Speaker 8 (06:31):
The things.
Speaker 1 (06:31):
We can't count on them to report important stories. We
can't count on them to do anything except for the
same side choosing a gender driving propagandist behavior that they've
been doing for countless decades. Now, that's all we legitimately
(06:52):
can expect and you can look at it as simple
as the story of the New York gunman who charged
into this building. Well, I mean he didn't charge. He
went in very calmly, very plan and calm and cool
collected as he executed his plan. The only thing that
(07:16):
didn't work for him is the fact he got off
on the wrong floor. We didn't know his intention initially,
but we found out because of a note in his pocket.
He had grievances with the NFL because he had severe
damage to his brain and neurological system that is a
result of having played football and having been injured. And
(07:38):
for some reason, I'm guessing he's bought into the idea
that the NFL covered up and hid the true nature
of how much damage was being done to its players,
and so nobody took it seriously at the lower levels.
He blamed the NFL, and he wanted to go take
(07:59):
it out on the NFL. And guess what we are
now going to transform The coverage of this story is
gonna morph away from the guy could be white, which
is literally a thing CNN said live before they got
any details, proving once again that if you consider yourself
to be a journalist. As much as everybody wants to
(08:21):
big scoop, it's usually better to wait till you have
confirmation of details than to just be a big idiot
and say whatever you feel like is gonna help move
your agenda along. But now we're gonna transition, and we're
gonna start getting all these discussions about the CRR, and
we're gonna get all the discussions about how football is
(08:41):
bad and how what little bit of football should be
allowed should be non contact, and we're gonna hear how
football is the villain in this story, that it was
the NFL that's responsible ultimately for the deaths of the
people who lost their lives because this guy chose to
go on a shooting. But you know what, we're not
(09:03):
going to hear from the legacy media. No matter how
hard conservative outlets try, you're not gonna hear very much
if anything about what happened in Cincinnati on July twenty sixth,
violent altercation broke out. Most of you, if you're listening
to this show, I can pretty much guarantee you have
(09:23):
probably seen the video by now. If some of you
have had a hard time watching it, I haven't been
able to finish it because it does get very brutal,
it does get very graphic. Then God bless you. I understand.
Speaker 3 (09:37):
I do not.
Speaker 1 (09:40):
I have no ill will or negative feelings towards you.
If you just felt like you couldn't watch it. It
was savage. They were at the Cincinnati Music Festival and
this white guy just gets the total crap beat out
of it. Had to call it a savage attack is
to undersell it. And it was by a mob of
(10:05):
mostly African Americans, a people of color? What is our
current PC designation right now? Because they weren't people of
just indiscriminated various colors. They were mostly Black Americans, and
(10:26):
the overwhelming majority of people that were there seemed to
be cheering on the mob. Yeah you get there. Now.
We don't know, or at least I don't know yet.
I haven't come across any reporting this to what actually
started this bike. Maybe one individual had a legitimate reason
to want to just wail on this guy. I mean,
I don't know. That still doesn't make it okay. Even
(10:49):
if he did. That's not the way we should be
handling our conflicts in public. They should be avoidable to
go into that level. And here's the worst part the
reason that most conservatives, most conservative news outlets, most talking heads,
(11:11):
most commentators, and conservative journalists like myself the commentator, not
a journalist. I don't really see myself in that role.
I am a commentator. And they say most of us
are upset not because this happened, because these kind of
things do happen. What we're upset about is the lack
(11:31):
of discussion in the media. The reason why so many
of us don't have important details about I don't know
what was the fight about is because there's been nothing
reported nationally. They don't want to talk about it. It's
been thanks to some of the larger conservative news outlets
(11:53):
like The Blaze and The Daily Wire that we know
anything at all about it. I mean, I name those two,
but everybody else's kind of piggyback to off of their reporting.
Now they're not the only ones with original reporting on it.
And I know I'm leaving somebody important off, so please
don't hate me that I left it off, But you
(12:14):
guys are an example of what journalism was supposed to
look like they reported it. Some people have pointed out
the potential racial contingent, but regardless of whether race plays
a part, in this or not. It's really the fact
that it looks like it could have that seems to
(12:36):
be what's driving the national legacy media not to want
to talk about this story, and why because the roles
were reversed. If this was a situation where a black
man was getting clobbered by a mob of white people
and then some woman came over in an effort to
try and offer some type of defense and they got
(12:56):
sucker punched and left bleeding on the concrete, you can
dang sure be guaranteed that this would be a national
story that wouldn't be going away anytime soon. There would
be organizations out here forming protests that would eventually turn
into George Floyd's style mob activity on the streets in
major cities. It would be happening over and over. But
(13:19):
instead this one is don't talk about it. It's one
thing to be one sided. It's another thing to completely
turn a blind eye to something that needs to be
talked about, that needs to be discussed, because you need
to be aware that if you're going to travel to
the city of Cincinnati right now, and you take your
(13:41):
family and you're out on the streets, you will have
no protection from the local police, because you can't tell
me that at a music event like this there weren't
police thereby. And you can't tell me that with all
the hundreds of different videos that you can find, with
all different as, all from different phones, that somebody couldn't
(14:03):
have pushed three little digits before they started recording nine
one one. Somebody could have. Somebody should have. So what
you're really not going to hear is from legacy media
regarding either of these stories, and the shooting out at
(14:23):
the casino and several other stories that you want to
point out you could easily link to this is that
it's not about the insanity that the left pushes and
promotes and mobilizes and then setbacks and claims that they
have nothing to do with it. It's a lack of morality.
(14:45):
There is no moral guidance. There is nobody standing up
and saying I can't let this happen. There's nobody standing
up and saying Okay, I'm gonna call nine one one here.
There's nobody stepping up and saying, well, I just saw
that poor woman get cold caught. Think I'll wait till
(15:06):
they calm down and then we'll check on her. No, no, no,
what should have happened is immediately the crowd should have
turned on the mob that was attacking. Now we do
see instances going on on airplanes, like in this flight
to Scotland that the guy stood up and started channing
death to America and he's gonna shoot Trump and ala'ach bar,
(15:30):
ala'ach bar. Mostly British folks on this plane. They jumped up,
they subdued him and they said he's gonna keep your
You're gonna keep your happy backside behaved. Something that could
have been a potential issue was handled because someone with
moral clarity stood up and watching. See if some of
(15:53):
these British nationals that were involved in trying to control
this man doesn't end up facing some type of charge
us on assault or something because he annihilated. He has
the right to stand up and scare the Bejesus out
of everybody on that plane saying the dumbest crap he
could think of. Alu rock bar in the middle of
a plane, Death to America. You're flying to Scotland, dude,
(16:15):
Just because Donald Trump happened to have been there at
the time, doesn't give you the right to stand up
and say the stupidest crap ever that is not protected
political speech, and this guy would not have fallen under
the protections of the Constitution anyway. It was the right
(16:36):
thing to do. But you know, these are just things
that I don't even really want to talk about. These
are not the topics I had planned to discuss going
into this evening. But again, I get more reporting going
in and I see these things, and you guys are
going to be hearing plenty about these stories, which is
also part of why I don't want to go particularly
in depth. But it does circle back around to a
(16:59):
couple of stories that I I do want to talk
about later and I will, But it's not the only
aspect of it. But there's an aspect to the lack
of moral clarity and the willingness to act on that
moral clarity that keeps surfacing. One of the things that
(17:20):
I definitely did want to talk about today is the
fact that there is this judge, a US District judge,
that decided she was going to hand down a new
preliminary injunction that requires the federal government to continue providing
(17:41):
medicaid funding to all planned parenthood clinics nationwide. Now talk
about a lack of moral clarity. This judge actually engages
in a lack of legality. Me take the time to
go into that, because as I had been doing my commentaries,
(18:04):
which officially came to an end today on the Bill
of Rights, I've spent more and more time looking at
the arguments surrounding each amendment in modern times too, so
I've gotten out of necessity to take a look at
even though a lot of them I don't reference. There's
(18:25):
a few of my referenced along the way. All ten
are up and available. If you want to go looking
for me on social media, I recommend you go over
to locals dot com, find the tap into the truth
a community, join the community for free, and then just
scroll through the posts there. They're almost in order. You
(18:45):
can go down to the original discussion of the Bill
of Rights, and then the time I spent with each
of the particular amendments. But at the point stands that
a lot of the arguments that this judge makes to
back up her ruling they don't apply, and there's even
some Just let me get into it a little more
(19:08):
and I'll discuss a point by point, because if I
sit here and continue talking like this, I'm going to
become flustered again. First and foremost, we need to make
it clear that this is not a judge that is
trying to block or stop a Trump executive order, as
(19:29):
so much of the legal law fair has been. This
isn't a judge that's trying to stop the Trump administration
from instituting cost cutting savings or eliminating waste and fraud
from the government. Note. This actually is an effort to
(19:49):
ignore an important part of law that has been duly
passed by Congress and put in place signed by the
President of the United States, of which this judge clearly
has no actual legal grounds to which to return it.
The same judge, Adira Tiwani I think is the name anyway,
(20:15):
The same judge has previously issued a much a narrow
or injunction barring the government from cutting Medicaid payments to
only certain planned parenthood facilities. Republicans in Congress it's part
of their reconciliation package that was part of the Big
(20:37):
Beautiful Bill, an acted provision that for one year disallows
federal Medicaid payments to abortion providers that receive at least
eight hundred thousand dollars in funding. Those payments did not
directly pay for abortions, but went to reimburse other services
such as contraception, STDs screenings, and pregnancy tests. Now, I
(21:07):
will remind you we were talking not too long ago
about how the Supreme Court sided with the State of
South Carolina in their right to determine that planned parenthoods
or anyone else that they deem to not deserve to
receive taxpayer dollars could be exempted from their Medicare payments. So,
(21:28):
in a lot of ways, the Supreme Court has already
ruled on this, but because it was a specific plaintiff,
the State of South Carolina, this is what little bit
of wiggle room the federal judge is utilizing. I would
also like to take the opportunity to say that this
is the Congress, the House of which is supposed to
(21:51):
be controlling the purse strings, and the executive branch gets
decide if they want to make any further cutbacks, and
then they have to take that back to Congress that
they want to make sure that those changes are made
permanent when the system works properly. But I'll also point
(22:12):
out to you that there are already laws on the
books that says no taxpayer dollars, federal or state, can
be used to pay for abortion. The murder of preborn
baby humans is not something that is allowable to be
taxpayer funded, But what has been happening for decades now
(22:35):
is an accounting trick. They pretend like money is not fungible.
They pretend like giving them money to pay for a
pregnancy test doesn't free up the money they'd be getting
otherwise for that pregnancy test and then switching it over
to pay for the murder of preborn baby humans. They
pretend like that's the case. They pretend like it's not
(22:56):
fungible that way, they pretend like it's okay. Planned Parenthood
itself isn't actually named in the legislation either, because they're
not the only abortion providers that are receiving taxpayer dollars,
something that really needs to come to an end, so
they didn't name them specifically. But even if they had been,
(23:20):
there is no reason why the law can't specifically say
Planned Parenthood can no longer receive this, no reason at all,
because it's still up to the federal government to determine
who gets federal funding. Outside of the federal government, and
I would actually make the case that the federal government
has zero, none, not an authority to give money away
(23:45):
to non governmental agencies. And I make that assertion based
on the fact that, again I've just recently been refreshing
my studies of the Bill of Rights, which is going
to come into play here even heavier in a moment.
(24:06):
But even though Planed Patrothood is not named specifically, they
claimed that the law was in fact designed to target
it specifically. Now they were the model. I don't think
there's any question or any doubt about it. But to
target them directly specifically might have been the organization a
lot of folks had in mind when they moved forward.
(24:28):
But they understood inherently that there were other organizations out
there that were still doing this horribly terrible, very no
good murdering the preborn baby humans that also do not
need or should not be receiving dollars based on an
accounting trick. The organization Planned Parenthood largest provider of murder
(24:54):
preborn baby humans in the nation. They decided to sue
the federal government try and prevent them from taking this law,
putting in an effect in removing a big junk of
their funding. Again, I will point out, no non government
agency is legally entitled to a penny of taxpayer dollars
(25:20):
for any reason, and it is only through appropriations that
Congress has the right to dole it easing out to
non governmental organizations. One can make an argument that they
don't have the legal right to do it, but it
is the role of Congress to make that determination rather
(25:41):
to extend or to inda, not the judiciary. There is
no role for the judiciary here. You can sue them
all you want, Planned Parenthood and any other organizations that
want to ride those coattails, but there is no legal
(26:01):
entitlement anywhere the States. Just because Congress gave you a
dollar to day, that they have to keep giving you
a dollar tomorrow. So again, let's continue. The judge in
this case, who's overseeing the Planned Parenthood's case in Boston,
has now blocked the enforcement of the law barring federal
(26:25):
medicaid payments to major abortion providers, believing, according to the judge,
believing that the law likely violates the Constitution. I promise
you it does not, but you know, the judge says,
I think it might. So the judge of the orders
(26:46):
that the US Department of Health and Human Services continue
to pay Planned Parenthood for medical services as these cases proceed. Now,
I'll remind you the judge of this case was appointed
to the District Court for the District of Massachusetts by
one President Barak Hussein aluac Bar Obama, all the way
(27:09):
back in the ancient times of twenty fourteen. The judge
agrees with Planned Parenthood and their claim that Congress has
singled them out the law. Specifically, she argues in her
(27:31):
decision made a provision targeting abortion providers into the Bill
of Attainer and that doesn't make sense, or a legislative
act that punishes someone for a crime without due process.
Such laws are prohibited by Article I, Section nine of
(27:53):
the US Constitution. So she's claiming that there's a lack
of due process. But here's the problem with that Bill
of Attainers is strictly a criminal legal thing. There is
no civil bill of attainer. This is a civil suit.
And this is still claiming that they're taking away something
(28:17):
from Planned Parenthood, that is Planned parenthoods to have that
is there property somehow without due process. The passing of
the law and the signing of this law is the
passing of the bill. And then in signing it into
law is in fact due process, and US tax payer
(28:38):
dollars are not Planned Parenthood's private property. So no, sorry,
your honor. Lack of due process is not an argument.
Bill of attainer doesn't work in the scenario. I, who
have never been to law school, have simply read enough
law to be able to intelligently discuss the legal issues
(28:59):
that come up on the show from time to time,
know more about this situation than apparently you do, which
means one or two things. Either you don't belong on
a bench anywhere, or you're full of crap and you're
desperate to try and protect an organization and you don't
(29:20):
care if you have to violate the law, ignore the law,
and ignore the Constitution to do it. But we're not done.
Oh no, no, no, that's not the end of it.
We're barely even scratching the service bill of attainer. That's
only a criminal thing. This is not a criminal case
violation of Article one, Section nine because claiming that a
(29:44):
lack of due process, again, due process occurred and our
taxpayer dollars are not the property of Planned Parent had
to begin with. But additionally, this judge also contends that
the provision, she blocked, was likely in violation of Planned
Parenthood's right to equal protection under the Fifth Amendment. Equal protection.
(30:14):
How I mean, there's not even a place where I
can see that equal protection of the organization is an issue.
They're not inclined. They do not have a legal right
to receive taxpayer funding. Therefore, a decision being made by
(30:36):
the Congress and being agreed with by the executive.
Speaker 2 (30:43):
Is not.
Speaker 1 (30:46):
A failure of equal protection. If anything, the violation occurred
when we gave federal dollars to Planned Parenthood and didn't
give federal dollars to literally every other organization in the country.
So if that's your argument, well, first of all, it's insane,
but second of all, that may be even more ridiculous.
(31:08):
Then claiming that this is a due process violation equal protection,
and she goes back to the First Amendment too, said
that the Planned Parenthood affiliates rights under the First Amendment
to freely associate with its parent organization while not performing
(31:32):
abortions themselves is being violated and again wrong. First of all,
how many Planned Parenthood affiliates are not providing abortions a
statistically extremely low number, And are these people getting money
the federal taxpayer dollars that are being given to Planned Parenthood,
and then Planned Parenthood's doling it out. Well, again, that
(31:54):
has nothing at all to do with the decision from Congress,
does it. Planned Parenthood is still welcome to take there
hundreds of millions of dollars in donations they get from
the private sector and continue to dold that out to
their affiliates, especially the ones that aren't performing abortions, the
ones that aren't engaging in the murder or preborn baby humans.
(32:17):
They're more than welcome to continue to do that. They
will simply choose not to because that's not really what
they do. That's why they count on affiliates to do those.
And again you're ignoring the fact, your honor, that money
is fungible, and laws already exist that have not been
challenged will not be challenged, that taxpayer dollars should not
(32:39):
be going to fund the murder preborn baby humans. And
yet still we're not done. The judge further claimed that
by punishing membership in Planned Parenthood, the federal government was
threatening expressive activity. You get where she's going here, because
(33:04):
Planned Parenthood advocates before Congress and provides education and information
about sexual and reproductive health. The judge asserts that the
membership in these organizations amounts to an association expression, an
(33:24):
expression that's protected by the First Amendment because it becomes
political speech. A private organization can give any amount of
political speech they want. This is not relevant to that.
And again, if that's your bar, if that's where you're
going to say that, we can't suddenly decide to stop
(33:47):
wasting taxpayer money on something that's already illegal for us
to do anyway, because someone might want to say something
in front of Congress one day, then there's not an
organistation of any kind in this country that shouldn't be
receiving taxpayer funds. And again, that is really the bar here.
(34:08):
Based on the legal arguments you're setting, you're essentially claiming
that somehow, some way, these taxpayer dollars are already planned
Parenthood's property, even before we've collected them, even before the
IRS gathers up all the checks from the rich folks
that end up paying in. And I'm not rich, but
I ended up paying in. They'd like to pretend like
(34:31):
only rich people have to pay, but all the rich
folks who aren't paying their fir share, but are the
only people actually paying taxes because everybody else gets a
refund larger than whatever's withheld that somehow that actually already
belongs to Planned Parenthood. And by deciding that we're not
going to give them those dollars anymore, we're depriving them
(34:54):
of their property. You have to establish that first, or
all of these arguments fall apart. And you can't establish
that because damn it hell, those dollars are mine and yours,
everybody out there listening, and we get a stay in
where it goes, or at least we're supposed to. And again,
money's bungible. If you're sending it to Planned Parenthood or
(35:16):
any other organization that provides the murder of preborn baby
humans you are helping to support it, you're violating the law.
And at some point we need to recognize that that
accounting trick has to force us to suspend the belief
that money is fungible First Amendment protected speech, ah as
(35:43):
if the other parts weren't embarrassing, that's ridiculous too. And then,
after a temporary restraining order against the law expired back
on July twenty first, Planned Parenthood had argued prior to
that ruling from the judge that its clinics had to
(36:04):
stop billing Medicaid for services. It had claimed that if
the cuts remained in effect, nearly two hundred of its
six hundred locations across twenty fourth states would be in
danger of closing. In fact, we were talking just Friday
about the reports of five Bay Area out into state
(36:26):
of California, in and around San Francisco were closing because
of this very reason. Well, this judge appeared to concur
with Planned Parenthood and the order, claiming that patients are
likely to suffer adverse health consequences where care is disrupted
(36:46):
or unavailable. In particulars, she wrote, restricting members' ability to
provide healthcare services threatens an increase in unintended regnancies and
attended complication because of reduced access to effective contraceptives, and
(37:13):
an increase in undiagnosed and untreated st E's again, let's
stop pretending like Planned Parenthood does any of these things.
They don't. That's why they have affiliates that do. If
you come in for any one of these things, they
(37:34):
will send you somewhere else, because that's not what they're
in the business of. They are in the business of eugenics.
They are in the business of trying to eliminate the
undesirables from this society. That is their job, that is
their mission. Statement. Don't believe me. Do your research on
Margaret Singer. But in this judge's order, she stressed that
(37:59):
she was quote not in joining the federal government from
regulating abortion and is not directing the federal government to
fund elective abortions or any healthcare service not otherwise eligible
for Medicaid coverage. And yet that is exactly what you're
(38:20):
doing by saying, uh, you have to give a Planned
Parenthood this money. That is exactly what you're doing, your
so called honor. She insists, though, that her decision was
merely to prevent harm to plan Parenthood before a final
(38:40):
ruling is reached on the merits of the case, given
that her belief that Planned Parenthood's legal challenges likely to succeed. Hello, again,
do you know the law? You are judge, You're expected
to know and understand the law. Although it's quite clear. Again,
I'm going to say that either a you don't know
(39:03):
the Constitution and you don't know the law that prohibits
federal dollars from being federal taxpayer dollars from being spent
on more abortions. But you also it's either you don't
know the law in this matter in which you're ruling on,
or you do know and you're intentionally protecting the organization
(39:29):
because you believe in the political mission, not the legal mission. Now,
the Trump administration will definitely be appealing this decision to
already appeal her earlier more narrow injunction, which maintains federal
(39:51):
funding only to those Planned Parenthood members that do not
provide abortions or that do not individually receive at least
eight hundred thousand dollars in Medicaid reimbursements. It was appealed
to the US Court of Appeals for the First Circuit
that the President and Planned Parenthood Federation of America Missus
(40:16):
McGill Johnson released the statement cheering the judges expanded in junction,
but cheering it or not, that just means that it's
a little bit longer she's going to get money coming
to her that should have never been directed to her organization.
(40:42):
There is so much wrong from a legal standpoint that
you're going to have even lawyers that generally support Plan
Imparenthood they're going to be scratching their heads trying to
figure out where did she pull this from? Where did
she get that idea? This is in saying, we have
(41:06):
a group of lawless judges, and as long as activists
set on the bench anywhere in state courts, in city courts,
and most definitely in federal courts, we cannot expect the
law to be upheld. We cannot expect the rights of
(41:29):
individual citizens to be protected. That's got to change. We
can't allow that to continue. We just can't. We just can't.
All right, let's take a little bit of a break
and when we come back we will continue. Don't go anywhere.
(41:51):
This is sim tap the ever so humble and mostly

Do you know why some wise people say to live
like a wolf? Hello, I'm run Edwards on today's pace
from your bridge notebook. Well, first, wolves will never eat carcasses.
You will never see or hear about a wolf performing
in a circus, unlike some other animals. A wolf will
never mate with its mother or sisters. A wolf typically
(42:47):
mates with one wolf for life, and a female does
the same. In the event of the spouse's death, the
living wolf mate mourns for no less than three months
in the morning and last up to one higher year.
The wolf is called the Righteous Sun because it is
the only animal that honors their parents When they reach
old age and can't keep up with the pack for hunting,
(43:10):
the older parents remain in the den while the younger
wolves hunt for them and bring them food. As humans,
we have a lot to learn from wolves. My fellow humans,
we must do better. I'm run Edward Doomuli weekdays Monday
through Friday. To find out where go to the run

All right, this is Rod Echols and you're listening to
tap into the truth with Tim Tapp.
Speaker 13 (46:27):
And Tom's crashing down and it hurts inside.
Speaker 3 (46:35):
You gotta take the stand and don't.
Speaker 1 (46:37):
Hurt alrighty ladies and gentlemen, thank you so very much
for staying with me through that very by break, I
want to take a moment to remind you about our
good friends over at round House Provisions. They've just introduced
(46:58):
a new flavor of Mourning Kick watermelon mint. I haven't
had a chance to try it yet. Like I said,
they've just introduced it. It looks yummy, but at the
end of the day, it's up to you whether or
not you want to go with the strawberry lemonade or
the watermelon mint. Ah probably gonna have to give the
watermelon men to try next time I order, but that's
(47:20):
still going to be a minute or two out. Bottom
line is I still enjoy this. I kind of doubt
that that's going to go as well with my green
teas is what the Strawberry lemonade does. But here's the deal.
Morning Kick is a revolutionary new daily drink from Roundhouse Provisions.
It combines ultrapodent greens like spirollina and kale with probiotics
(47:47):
and pretty biotics and collagen and even Oshawa Ganda, which
is really really good for your brain. Chuck Norris gives
a tremendous amount of credit to the reason why he
is still super for active and capable to kicking. But
at the age of eighty five, man, I would seriously,
(48:07):
I don't know if you had a chance to see
him lately, but I would never guess in a million
years looking at him that he's eighty five years old. Now,
if I sat there and tried to count it up
and say, oh, yeah, he's been a world karate champ
and he was an action star in the eighties and nineties, yeah,
I guess eighty five is about right. But you kind
(48:30):
of said, and think about it, I mean, that's crazy. Anyway,
Chuck likes it, and Juck also offers you a ninety
day money back guarantee in the event that you're not satisfied.
But the bottom line here is they've got hundreds of
five star reviews. I do drink it myself since I
started drinking Morning Kick, It's really helped me with a
(48:51):
long standing digestive issue that I've had. It is phenomenal
how quickly it affected it and also did get a
boost of energy, and it helped should just stay active
so you can feel better overall that way as well.
Like I said, every purchase back by ninety day money
back guarantee, you're pretty much good to go. You're not
(49:12):
risking anything to find out if it will work for
you as well as or maybe even better than what
it works for me. Go to Chuckdefense dot com backslash tapp.
You want to make sure you go to that landing page,
put that backslash, put that tapp on there so that
you land on the page that will do me a favor.
(49:32):
Let them know I sent you, and it does you
a favor because it'll get you up to a forty
four percent discount off of the regular price of your orders.
That's a pretty good discount anyway. If you want to
experience smooth or digestion, a boost of energy, an overall
healthier body. Then go to chuckdefense dot com backslash tapp
(49:55):
and go there today. All right, not a lot of
time left in this first hour. I've covered a lot
of territory. I guess I'll try to sneak this little
story in with the remaining time for the first hour.
(50:16):
And again, we've been questioning the Secret Service and where
it's at and what his priorities are quite a bit lately,
and with good reason. There's been lots of reasons to
be concerned about it. But this news story something that
was confirmed this past Tuesday, and it's kind of strange.
(50:40):
So Sean Kerran, the current Secret Service Director, is addressing
what could have been a major security breach after an
agent attempted to sneak his wife aboard a transport plane
accompanying the President to Scotland. The incident was first reported
by Real Clear Politics national political correspondent Susan Crabtree. She
(51:04):
reported it over the weekend, and the uss S Dallas
agent reportedly flew his wife, a member of the US
Air Force, to Maryland and she received official Secret Service
briefing on the trip. The agent's wife then rode a
(51:25):
bus to the Distinguished Visitors Lounge at Joint Base Andrews,
where she was finally discovered and told to leave. Now,
I don't understand what's happening at the Secret Service. Uh hey, baby,
(51:46):
want to want to get a free trip on the
government time. We're going to Scotland. As as a member
of the freaking Air Force. She should have known better.
She should have said, excuse me, dear husband of mine.
But you know that's the legal right. But no, they're
all like a you know, we're always doing stuff on
the government dime. Sure who's gonna care the rest of
(52:09):
the Secret Service? Maybe the setting president of the United States.
I don't know. It's just such a weird story. Of course,
Trump was talking to reporters on Air Force One on
his way back to the States from the Scotland trip.
I talked about this Secret Service incident, said it was
(52:30):
a weird deal. And I agree with that assertion. That
is pretty much a very weird deal. Trump added quote,
wouldn't you think that might be a little dangerous? I mean, seriously,
what if this particular Air Force officer had, you know,
been a deep cover agent for a lot time, maybe
(52:55):
secretly Iranian, and just nobody I mean, I don't know
who this chick is, but that's kind of the whole point.
She wasn't vetted. She had no legal right to be
switched over. And of course there's a certain amount of
vetting that goes along with being in the United States military,
but it's not the same thing as the vetting that
(53:16):
goes into being allowed to travel on state trips, especially
involving the presidential detail. I mean, if you really wanted
to do it, you probably should have seen if you
could possibly comp some airline tickets to make the travel,
you probably could have gotten the Secret Service to spend
(53:36):
that money. Budgetarily, it's like, hey, you guys, mind if
I take my wife with You literally tried to sneak
her into this meeting. Unbelievable. Of course, according to the
Secret Service, there is an open investigation. Prior to the
overseas departure. The employee was advised by supervisors that such
(53:58):
action was prohibited, and the spouse was subsequently prevented from
taking the flight. Quoting here from the Secret Service spokesperson.
No Secret Service protectees were aboard, and there was no
impact to our overseas protective operations. But the problem is
(54:19):
it was really really close. I mean, it's kind of
unclear if the agent has been suspended as the investigations conducted,
but it kind of seems like that's the least of
what should happen. This This is just nuts. I have
a hard time wrapping my mind around the culture that
(54:43):
has been allowed to fester at the Secret Service that
would make anybody think that not only was this okay,
but they legitimately thought they were going to be able
to get away with it. You know, just show up
at the meetings and act like you belong there, fake
it till you make it, basically with what they're saying,
For the love of what are we talking about. I mean,
(55:05):
the chances are this would have been completely safe for
the president even if it had happened, but it's such
a violation of protocol and there's no way to guarantee
that that would be true. The focus on the mission
is just lost. You know, a lot of us felt
(55:25):
really good when Dan Bongino, a former Secret Service agent,
was tapped to be deputy director of the FBI, and
that's probably way more important place for him to be
right now. But I still stand by the decision that
Dan should have been put over the Secret Service, to
root out the issue, to change the culture, and get
(55:47):
them back focused on the mission. Basically the same mindset
that Pete Hegseth has over at the Pentagon. It's about
getting the military back on mission, not just ten social
engineering bs that the left has tried to turn it into.
The Barack Hussein Ali bar Obama and Joseph Robinette Biden Jr.
(56:11):
Tried to turn the military soup into but the actual
mission of our military, which is to serve and protect
these citizens of the United States, to put it, even
in more simple, more rude terms, to break stuff, blow
stuff up, and go kill enemies of the country. That
is their primary role. Now that's again not saying they
(56:33):
can't do other things. And George all over me last
time I said that on his show. It's like, oh,
we do other stuff. I'm not saying, you know, George,
but that's still the primary mission.
Speaker 7 (56:44):
If we.
Speaker 1 (56:46):
Were building a military, that's what the military is for.
If you want to do social outreach, that's somebody else's job.
And I've said the same thing about NASA to boot
NASA should not be about outreach to any particular groups.
It should be about improve in improving her activity in space.
(57:09):
That's the job. Alright, Uh, we're gonna reset the hour
right now. Don't go anywhere, We will be right back.
And sold my house in the city last year.
Speaker 13 (57:31):
Said I've got to get the hell out of here.
Goodbye crime, So long skyscrapers. The best part is I
guess of Republican neighbors.
Speaker 1 (57:44):
You're listening to tap into the truth.
Speaker 2 (57:59):
She was from. I'm a Blue state plan taught to
praise the little man, told that union saved the working class.
He was raised a Red State son, to love the
flag and own a gun. Warned about the greed within
the mass. They met beneath the mulit Sky College party,
(58:22):
drunk and high, and when they had degrees, they set
their vows.
Speaker 3 (58:29):
He couldn't say when, he couldn't say how, He couldn't
say why she was different in his eyes.
Speaker 2 (58:48):
They built careers and had a kid, tried to live like.
Speaker 1 (58:52):
Their parents did.
Speaker 2 (58:54):
Both their parties taxed them close to death, learned to
hate the public schools, watch TV, making fools or trial
lawyers looted what was left.
Speaker 3 (59:09):
She couldn't say when she couldn't.
Speaker 2 (59:13):
Say how, She couldn't say why she was different.
Speaker 1 (59:18):
In her eyes, saw.
Speaker 2 (59:21):
Them years ago, a happy little cabin in the west.
Speaker 6 (59:29):
They owned schools on that farm.
Speaker 4 (59:34):
Making so much more from so much less.
Speaker 12 (59:59):
Now.
Speaker 5 (01:00:01):
I won't forget the ones who dies for a freedom.
Speaker 7 (01:00:05):
Man.
Speaker 4 (01:00:05):
I ain't on a hand it man, no no if
in justice, say enough to believe in it.
Speaker 1 (01:00:15):
Out in here and dollar back.
Speaker 4 (01:00:18):
Don't don't go.
Speaker 5 (01:00:19):
We love our home and you don't hack your bags.
Speaker 6 (01:00:22):
You'll free to go. Don't ask the big thy into
with good lost big wave goes back to Joel.
Speaker 12 (01:00:28):
We love our lad You ain't faced, buddy, will help
you back your beds.
Speaker 13 (01:00:33):
Don't ask the bee thoy.
Speaker 12 (01:00:34):
Into with the good lost piggin burn someone downs face.
Speaker 1 (01:00:40):
Oh ready, ladies and gentlemen, welcome back as we now
dive headlong into our number two of today's broadcast. So
tap it to the truth. Thank you so much for
being here. As always, I do greatly appreciate it. UH
love getting the opportunity to vent a little bit, uh
and glad that so many of you are willing to
(01:01:00):
listen and let me admit to you. Thank you so much.
I mention ours, sponsors and our affiliates frequently, but you
know what, there are things you can do to help too,
if you're so inclined, and of course, you know, something
as simple as following the show well on whatever platform
you're listening to, sharing the show so that other people
(01:01:23):
will hear it, joining the tap into the Truth community
over at locals dot com, which is completely free, And
then if you want to take that next step, you
can also do the same thing over at substack, although
I still don't spend enough time over there, quite honestly,
But if you want to take that next step, for
as little as five dollars a month, you can become
(01:01:44):
an official supporter. And if enough of you guys do that,
then suddenly it doesn't hurt as much if Harvard Gold
Group has to say goodbye because it's not making financial
sense for them anymore. It doesn't hurt so much that
for Hatreots decided to go a different route. It doesn't
hurt so much that Jerky Snob decided to end their
(01:02:06):
affiliate program. And just when we were really starting to
pick up so momental some momentum there. You know, there's
lots of things that it doesn't take a whole lot
of you to do a little bit of a thing
to equal a big difference here, and for those of
you who are already doing it, thank you so much.
Your generosity is undeniable and it humbles me in ways
(01:02:29):
that I can't possibly express, because I have a hard
time believing that people find that much value in this show,
but clearly folks do. And in order to continue to
maintain it, even if we have to eventually go completely
independent again the way the show started, then so be it.
It would be up to you guys to help carry it.
(01:02:51):
And if enough of you want to make that happen,
that's how we do it. So we sidestep and move
around all the other obstacles together and continue to do
what I do best. And that certainly would take a
lot of pressure off of me too, because when it
comes down to it, when I spend too much time
worrying about trying to cash in on ad revenue so
(01:03:12):
I can make sure that the cost of stream Yard
this year a month is covered and all that stuff,
it takes away from the quality of the show. I'm
focused on the wrong things, and you guys can tell.
And that's usually when dips and listenership occurs, and I
recognize it. But with all that being said, I do
(01:03:34):
greatly appreciate the companies that have stepped up and have
been great supporters. In the past. Four Patriots had been
a great one. It was very heartbreaking when they decided
that they needed to go a different route. They were
changing up a lot of things and they just weren't
going to do audio only podcasting advertising anymore. And of
(01:03:58):
course now we're at a cross road with Harvard Gold Group,
and I don't know that there's been anybody that has
been more supportive of the show from a verbal standpoint.
As a sponsor. They have stepped up from day one.
They reached out to me. They talked about the points
(01:04:19):
that we make here on the show. They talked about
the message, and they appreciated the balance where I try
to keep things respectful enough yet I'm not afraid to
throw a bomb or two when it's necessary that I'm
passionate but still logical. You know. It said a lot
of great things. I don't know that I necessarily agree
(01:04:39):
with everything they said, but they said some fantastic things.
It's been super supportive, and I would really really like
to know that in some way we did something here
to help enrich their bottom line. So again I'm gonna
ask you, guys, from the bottom of my heart, if
you haven't already, if you're ready, or at least you
(01:05:02):
think that you're ready to move forward with diversifying into
gold or silver, and you haven't gotten your free Investor's
Guide from Harvard Gold Group, please soon give them a
call at eight four four nine seven seven Gold. That's
eight four four nine seven seven four six five three.
Be sure to mention tap into the truth. It lets
(01:05:24):
them know I sent you. In fact the way they
will probably ask it, they should be asking how did
you hear about them? It lets them know that I
sent you, and it locks you in at least for
as long as they remain a sponsor. And that's a
time that may be coming to an end soon. So
if you've been procrastinating on this, we don't procrastinate much longer.
(01:05:47):
They may very well honor this for a bit after
the officials sponsorship ends. I can't say I can't speak
to that. We haven't had that conversation. But just in cage,
they don't cash in while you can. It will give
you a two hundred and fifty dollars discount if you
decide to make a purchase, and if you make a
(01:06:09):
purchase large enough to qualify for one of their great promotions,
they'll still tack that on, so you're getting free gold
or silver, two hundred and fifty dollars worth of it. Anyway,
it goes just mentioned to happen to the truth. Now,
if you don't want to call, you can just visit
them online. You can go to Harvardgoldgroup dot com. Be
(01:06:29):
sure to use promo code tap tapp let them know
that this is still where you heard about them, so
that you can get that two hundred and fifty dollars discount.
And even if you do this after their official sponsorship
is ended, I still very much would like for them
to know that you first heard about them from here.
(01:06:51):
I would like for them to eventually feel like it
had been worthwhile for them. The financial backing that they
put behind this show it equated into something positive for
their business as well. They're great people, great company. I
personally like them. I trust them. They're my gold company
at this moment, and they will continue to be moving forward.
(01:07:16):
So again, the number to coup one last time today
eight four four nine seven seven gold. That is eight
four four nine seven seven four six five three don't
forget to mention tap into the truth. All right, So
I covered a lot of stuff in this first hour,
(01:07:38):
and I am starting to feel better, and you know,
I got a lot of this stuff off of my chest.
I feel kind of angry still about some of it,
and I think I'll get all worked up again when
I start thinking about this judge again later. I'm thinking
about maybe writing an op ed about it myself. It's
(01:08:01):
not the kind of op ed that somebody like me
gets to write, because typically they look for an attorney
to write the pushback on these, and rightfully so I
don't have a problem with that, it seems like that
would be the move to make. It makes the most sense,
(01:08:23):
at least to me. You want somebody that has that
legal background, not just somebody that occasionally plays a lawyer
on the Rumble Channel regardless. I just it really upsets
me as much as the legacy media does, and democratic
(01:08:46):
office holders that are willing to lie and just intentionally
blatantly lie to not just the news junk keys, but
any and all Americans. They genuinely continue to expect people
to buy into and believe them, even after they've lost
(01:09:10):
to all credibility. What do you say we talk about
some good news. The Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lee Zelden
announced at a press conference on the twenty ninth that
(01:09:30):
the agency would be rolling back some of the Obama
era policies that have in fact allowed the federal government
to heavily regulate vehicle emissions and some other stuff. This
new rule reverses the endangerment finding, which is a two
thousand and nine decision they classified gases like methane and
(01:09:54):
carbon dioxide is detrimental to the environment and people's health.
Based on that rule alone, the EPA was able to
justify regulating admission standards across all industries under the Clean
Air Act. Now, obviously there's a lot of people, especially
(01:10:14):
people on the left, that are losing their minds at
hearing this bit of information. See, the Republicans are trying
to poison our air. Except that's not really what's happening here,
is it. Zelden, making an appearance on a podcast on Monday,
said that quote this has been referred to as basically
(01:10:38):
driving the dagger into the heart of the climate change religion. Okay, well, Zelden,
I think he's probably right about that, but I'm not
sure i'd be making those professions at least before we've
had a chance to move past the undeniable, unquestionable legal lawfair.
(01:11:04):
I'm not sure there's any other kind of lawfair, but
redundancy is great for radio right to completely be expected
lawfair that will come first. We'll have to make our
way through it. I think eventually they will win, of course.
But the rule, again, according to the EPA's press release,
(01:11:27):
would quote would repeal all resulting greenhouse gas emission regulations
for motor vehicles and engines, thereby reinstating customer choice and
giving Americans the ability to purchase a safe and affordable
car for their family while decreasing the cost of living
(01:11:49):
on all products that trucks deliver. I just wanted to
let that sink in for a second, because that's probably
the bigger impact here. Yes, it should make certain cars
more affordable for the average consumer. But if you can
reduce the cost of transporting goods from point A to
(01:12:13):
point B, goods the groceries, for example, or clothing, then
your average everyday American family is going to be aided
so greatly. You're basically taking an embedded tax out of
the equation. I don't know why I said, Basically, that's
exactly what you're doing. You're taking what because of these
(01:12:35):
regulations have been forced into it an additional unfunded cost,
that is, a tax imposed by the regulation that the
American consumer has been having to pay. If you remove
this embedded tax, prices are allowed to come down, and
(01:12:55):
competition will help nudge of them. Then. Zelden says that
the move will slash unnecessary spending for individual businesses and
eliminate the contentious electric vehicle mandates. He also he also
(01:13:15):
plans on opening a line of communication for public comment
on the effect of the emissions regulations, meaning that he's
going to open the door to let every day average Americans,
like every one of you listening, and every one of
your friends, every one of your neighbors, every one of
your family members, even the ones who probably shouldn't be
(01:13:36):
commenting because they don't know enough about the issue or
because they have been inductrinated by the climate change religion.
Can allow everybody chance to talk about what a novel,
idea kind of thought, That's how a lot of this
was supposed to work in the first place. I don't
(01:13:58):
know why I'm losing my voice. All of us anyway,
Zelden continued by saying, if finalized, rescinding the Endangerment Finding
and resulting regulations would end one trillion dollars or more
(01:14:19):
in hidden taxes on American businesses and families. Again, that's
going back to the embedded taxes. I was just talking about.
Jeff Clark, the acting Administrator of the Office of Management
and Budget. Welly touted kind of dissimilar economic benefits so
that if this proposed rule is advanced, that an estimated
(01:14:46):
national savings from this decrease in regulations ranges anywhere between
one point seven to eight point two trillion dollars from
twenty twenty seven to twenty fifty five. Now, I always
get a little iffy when we start talking about these
far out, long range forecasts because they have to exist
(01:15:09):
within a vacuum for these estimates to come true. And
as we know, nothing the government does is ever in
a vacuum. They're constantly pushing for the changes they want,
and we never know when power is going to change hands.
A certain group of folks love to spend, and they'll
try to push back and change this back to the
(01:15:31):
way they want it. It's a lot of crap, but
Hopefully the American public will get a really good taste
of what it's like to not have to spend the
extra money that comes from these embedded taxes. And if
you can establish that, maybe they'll push back a lot
harder if the Democrats ever get back in power, or
(01:15:53):
if some party that eventually comes along to replace them
when they completely fall apart. I mean, I'm engaging in
hopeful and wishful thinking at this point, but I'm allowed to.
It's my show anyway. If people get accustomed to it enough,
maybe they will push back harder and not just allow
(01:16:14):
them to reinstate these embedded taxes. And again, we've got
to educate the folks about how they don't actually help
the environment in any positive way. It's just another means
of controlling your consumption by limiting what you can afford
to buy. It's so blatantly obvious at this point that
(01:16:38):
that's exactly what the Democratic Party at the national level
is attempting to do. They still try and use the
words like, well, we're trying to save the environment or
we're trying to do away with private property so that
you know, you can be happier because you don't have
to buy something, and yet none of them are willing
to give up their private property.
Speaker 4 (01:17:00):
Hmmm.
Speaker 1 (01:17:02):
Anyway, the Energy Secretary Chris Wright, who appeared with Zelden
to make the announcement, praised One Donald John Trump for
returning to free and open dialogue around climate and energy policy,
driving the focus back to following the data. Is that
(01:17:26):
a little like follow the science, believe the science? This
is it a little like not being a science denier,
you know, in this case an economic denier and science denire.
I mean, do I have to get Gregory Wrightstone back
on again to remind everybody how CE two is actually
(01:17:47):
good for the environment allows plant life to thrive, meaning
that there's a lot more food available for larger populations
of people. Just throwing that out there. Obviously, I'm not
a climate expert, but I've gotten to talk to enough
(01:18:08):
climate experts that I think I can reasonably relate to
you the information they have shared on a regular basis
in case you missed those episodes. And oh, by the way,
if you're relatively new to the show, you are welcome
to go back into the archives and track down through
keywords things like Gregory Rightstone and other well known climate
(01:18:33):
experts who have appeared on the show not gonna find
a bunch of the crazy loon lefties on it. I
do occasionally have left wing folks on the show just
so they can say stuff, but I haven't really done
that with climate because it's a bunch of crapt that
they're trying to sell. Anyway, Quoting here again from Chris Wright,
(01:18:59):
today's announce is a monumental step towards returning the common
sense policies that expand access to affordable, reliable, secure energy
and improve quality of life for all Americans, which is
completely true. I mean, the key driver to great economies
(01:19:22):
is cheap reliable energy. If you have an energy that
is reliable and is extremely affordable, then you can do
miracles with reductions of costs in the manufacturing side of
the process and in the transport, and if it's something
(01:19:43):
that's perishable, even in the maintaining of proper temperature and
proper handling and all these other things that need to
be in a specific range. There's a lot of tremendous
opportunities if your energy is both cheap and reliable. Period Now,
(01:20:06):
this regulatory change will not be without legal challenge. Of course,
when we look back to two thousand and seven, there's
a Supreme Court case Massachusetts versus the EPA. They determined
that the Clean Air Act sufficiently allowed for the federal
government to regulate emissions if it determined that climate change
(01:20:28):
or pollutants pose a harm to the American public. Now
that's the real key issue. The government just determined that
under Democrats, because that's what they chose to believe, not
backed on any real science. Of course, they claimed that
they had studies out and this is the information that
was returned, and you know, they claim to have a
(01:20:49):
lot of scientific backing, but not really, not really at all.
Other similar rulings, of course, have strengthened the hold on
a mission standards for vehicles and for businesses. The proposal will,
of course, they say, lenks the review process, including a
(01:21:10):
public comment, like we already mentioned well before it's finalized.
And some of the people that we've been making those
public comments are going to be people that are going
to be claiming all the epas trying to kill everyone. Oh,
they want all of our air dirty and all of
our water dirty, and the only thing that they want
to be cleaned up is our pornography. And of course
that's the only thing lefties want dirty, right, No, no,
(01:21:33):
they like a lot of other things dirty too. But anyway,
Selden is really hoping to slash red tape, try to
cut through all this crap. That's going to allow businesses
to get back to business in a more efficient manner,
which again is going to elevate the standard of living
(01:21:54):
for Americans across the board period. Quoting again Herezelden said,
with regard to the endangerment finding, they'll say carbon dioxide
is a pollutant and that's the end of it. They'll
never acknowledge any type of benefit or need for carbon dioxide.
It's important to note, and they don't how important it
(01:22:17):
is for the planet Without carbon dioxide. Plant life dies.
Without plants, oxygen stops being produced, no more oxygen, no
more animal life. Not to mention the fact that a
lot of the animals are going to die from lack
of food if somehow an alternative oxygen source is discovered.
So you know, plants, they're kind of important. Zoden also
(01:22:42):
continued saying that quote, we shouldn't shy away from all
of the innovation in the way that we tap into
an energy supply. Here in the United States. He praised
the EPA's quick and decisive action in this mood to
commit to the massive deregulation, and he ended up by saying, quote,
(01:23:08):
it's one agency in one year doing more deregulation than
the entire federal government across all angels disease across entire presidencies.
When you look back in history, that's how much of
a mess it is that we inherit it. I think
(01:23:30):
that's probably one of the most important things to remind
the American people it was a huge mess. All right.
Let me take a pick. How much time I got
two stories left I want to get to, and I
think I only have enough time really for one. Let's
go ahead and take the mid hour break, just to
smange early to make up for taking it so late
(01:23:51):
last time. Then I will definitely get in one of
the two, and I'll try to at least sneak in
a quick hit about the second one. Got to decide
which one I think is more important. Anyway, I want
to remind you about our friends over at Patriot Mobile
before we take this break. As a Christian conservative broadcaster
(01:24:12):

Not only is it essential to be able to communicate
no matter where I might find myself, but I really
do feel like I need to know that I can
trust the companies that I do business with that they're
not going to take the money that I give them
(01:24:32):
to go out and actively undermine the values that I promote.
That's a big reason why I wholeheartedly recommend every last
one of you at least check out Patriot Mobile. If
they are the nation's only Christian, conservative wireless service provider.
They have great customer service, they have great coverage, and
(01:24:56):
more importantly, instead of hating you and hating the country
and hating your God given rights, they're actively out there
working to try and protectively. They work to try and
protect the sanctity of life. They're out there helping to
support first responders and our veterans and our active duty
service members, and wherever disaster strikes, they're stepping up to
(01:25:18):
help the American public. They use their profits to truly
give back to the community in a way that shows
that they in fact are patriots at Patriot Mobile. Now,

smoother digestion, a boost of energy, or just an overall
healthier body, then go to Chuckdefense dot com backslash tapp
and go there today. All right, now, let's get back
(01:34:25):
into the action. See if I can sneak both these
stories in and give them both a reasonable amount of time.
This is kind of story that ordinarily it's kind of
a culture war story that I don't typically get into,
but just about everybody's talking about it at this point,
all the major outlets are kind of being forced to
and I do think it is something kind of interesting
(01:34:48):
when you kind of look at it. And this, of
course is the whole Sydney Sweeney doing the ad for
American Eagle talking about her genes. Now, somehow or another,
the play on words that genes says in h I'm
wearing a pair of blue jeans, and genes is in
the genetic material that determines certain body traits. Somehow or another,
(01:35:14):
the Left has gotten all twisted into thinking that that
that's Nazi eugenesis.
Speaker 15 (01:35:20):
Oh, it's not surprising to find a company named American
Eagle is all about taking a blonde haired, blue eyed
white person and talking about how they have good genes.
Speaker 1 (01:35:37):
Guys. Really, once upon the time the left was clever
enough to understand what a play on words is. It's
simply humorous effort to do the double entendre. Because of
the way the ad is presented, there is for the
(01:36:00):
right some legitimate moral concerns and I think it's really
interesting to see how the right has reacted to this,
because there seems to be two groups. You've got the
groups that are really kind of the heart and soul
of Mega that are just pushed back against the leftist.
(01:36:22):
They're anti so called progressive and they're not really conservative,
they're just anti leftist, and you know, there's nothing wrong
with that necessarily, But they're the folks that are out
there saying that an ad like this is restoring American greatness,
and I don't know that that's necessarily the case. They
(01:36:44):
want to equate this to advertising, as it has been
for a very long time. The ultimate adage that sex sells,
and there is a very obvious intent to project sexuality
during the course of this ad. But the left completely
(01:37:07):
losing their mind about it. That's something else entirely. You see.
Before I really got in depth to find out what
the left was really concerned about it, I was wondering
to myself because I heard a few folks stay, oh,
this is about the male gaze, this is about objectifying women,
and I'm like, okay, well, let's take a look at it.
(01:37:30):
And I was expecting to see something akin to the
hearty slash carls Junior, depending on what part of the
country you're in. Commercials with Paris Hilton where she was
doing the car wash thing, and that was certainly over
hyper sexualizing. This actually is probably an occasion when it
(01:37:55):
comes to Sydney Sweeney. At least, she's probably the most
dressed I have see her. Yes, the cleavage is visible,
but generally speaking, this is a lot less cleavage than
we normally see from her in public. So I'm thinking
this is about the male gaze. What exactly are you
trying to eliminate here, because I'm sorry, reality is going
(01:38:19):
to remain the same, and reality is that men often
find attractive women attractive. You know, that's kind of the idea.
That's why we call it attractive. There's a certain undeniable
(01:38:40):
simple truism that attractive people are often found to be
more attractive than unattractive people, and they're more likely to
draw the attention of individuals that appreciate that attractiveness. That
explain it sufficiently out offending anyone on the left. Not
(01:39:02):
that I'm overly concerned about it, but I have to
finish describing it before I offend them and have them
running away. Screaming. But this idea that somehow this is genetics,
(01:39:23):
that she was disgusting. I mean, she was subjective, very
very suggestive, I should say, when she was buttoning her jeans.
But she's wearing basically a genom outt. If you haven't
seen the ad yet, she's wearing basically a gentim outbit.
She's got blue jeans, kind of got a blue jean
(01:39:44):
jacket thing on. And you know, I saw this a
couple of days ago. I don't remember it verbatim, but
she's basically talking about how parents passed jeans down to
their children, and she's talking about hair and eye color,
(01:40:04):
and the whole time, it's pretty clear that the double
on tundra, the double meeting, the word play on good
genes is at play. And it's also pretty obvious that
the way she's moving at the time she's saying that
she mentions hair and eye color, but she's more obviously
(01:40:26):
insinuating that she's talking about breast size and curvness and
the things that make her look very feminine, things that
are probably going to be the most attractive. And so again,
for the folks that are objectifying women, I would say
general conservatives would question the morality aspect of that. It's like,
(01:40:48):
this is very immoral. But again, I'll circle back around
and say that this is pretty dagambtaine in comparison to
some of the stuff that's been on previously. Uh for hey,
I keep circling back around to that Paris Hilton car
washing commercial that got pretty racy. That was I think
(01:41:12):
actually does qualify as soft port or at least all
day close to it. This not really there is enough there,
but this this insinuation that because she said great genetics,
(01:41:33):
great characteristics, there's a whole group of folks on the
left that have so lost their minds that they honestly
are buying into this iding. They're pushing back against American Egle. Okay, so,
first of all, American Eagle is a company that is
not run by a bunch of hardcore right wing conservatives.
(01:41:57):
They have had ad campaigns in the asked where they
show multiple multi able people whatever the terminology of the
left is. They're very conscious about their brand and who
they're marketing to. This is an effort to market to
(01:42:18):
the current generations. Because Sidney Sweeney's very popular with him,
She's been in a number of movies lately, probably still
the most famous because she's on SNL, she's on TV,
she's on SNL hosting several times. She's best known for
(01:42:40):
being on TV, and like I said, showing a lot
of that cleavage in this particular ad. I think she's
probably showing less cleavage, and we've seen her show publicly
in a very long time. But they're definitely not a
right wing company. American Egles, So when some of these
(01:43:01):
leftists talk about how maybe we should expect a company
called American Eagle is very much about having a white,
blonde haired, blue eyed person talking about their their genes
being the right kind of gens or that there's good genes,
(01:43:21):
and they're trying to make it this strange, racist rent
and they're trying to equate it to the eugenicis movement,
and of course that's Nazism, that's Nazism. A lot of
these folks need to be reminded. I think that the
(01:43:42):
Nazis learned eugenics from people like Margaret Sanger. Yeah, the
founder of Planned Parenthood that I spent so much time
in the first hour talking about, Uh, yeah, that's eugenics.
Eugenics was not a Nazi original thought about now, they
bought into it and they definitely wanted to move forward
(01:44:04):
with it. And blonde haired, blued eyed was precepts to
be aryan, that is for certain. But they borrowed that
concept from some of the heroes of the left. And
why not, because the Nazis were left of center for
crying out loud. The Nazi organization technically started as a
labor union that evolved into much much more, very much
(01:44:27):
on the left, very much about controlling the narrative and
silencing the opposition, othering folks that were not true Germans.
It's so weird to see American Eagle, a gene company
(01:44:50):
that basically follows wherever they think the trends are going
so they can market to the folks that they consider
to be their target audience. Really weird to see being
accused of being right wing conspiratorial Nazis because they put
up an ad that is basically trying to utilize sex
(01:45:13):
to sell their product. When we come right down to it,
one of the craziest responses from the left I saw
and they said, could you imagine a company in the
United States taking a black woman and having them stay
and do the same things and It's like, yeah, actually,
(01:45:35):
I kind of not only could see it, not only
can imagine it, but I expect that was probably the plan,
because I seriously doubt with an ad campaign like this
I've Got Great Genes that they were only going to
do Sydney Swaaney. I have a feeling that you were
going to see probably a roll through of anywhere from
(01:45:57):
three to five spokespeople doing a similar bit. It's probably
wearing something a little different and maybe saying something subtly different,
but you're going to be hearing the same thing, and
the whole discussion is going to be about great genes,
and they're probably all going to be sexy women, a
very good looking, very attractive of various different colors, because
(01:46:19):
that's who they're marketing to in this ad. They want
the women to come by the women's gens and they
want the guys to say, oh yeah, I can get
Jens there too, that's the idea, and accuse American Eagle
of being Nazis because of this, I mean, the ejectification
of women. Okay, you've got a little bit of a
(01:46:41):
point there, but Nazism. This is promoting there's a propaganda
for eugenics. I mean, it's a heck of a stretch, guys,
And I think you're still on the wrong side of
the argument because you guys are all the leftists. Now,
(01:47:01):
I'm not a big fan of the anti lefties that
are going to be out here saying, Oh, this is great,
this is what advertising should be. The probably not not
really is it going to be effective? Yes? In fact,
what are we doing do? I normally spend very much
time sitting here talking about an AD campaign from a
company that I have very little dealings with, not frequently.
(01:47:27):
Usually it takes something really, really nuts, And in this case,
the discussion isn't even about the ad but the reaction
to the ad. There's been a lot of strong reactions.
So the ad has been successful. It's getting a lot
of people to talk about it, even if some of
the context is negative. Bottom line is a lot of
people are now looking. They're going to find this ad
(01:47:50):
and they're looking for the secondary ad. I understand there
is another one out there that Miss Sweety's done that
is not quite as provocative or isn't being talked about
quite as much, but getting the verbiage is pretty much
the same. So here we are talking about a culture
War incident over this ad, and I think ultimately this
(01:48:13):
one's gonna kind of fall by the wayside, But it
really is hard to imagine. Again, we can time travel
back to two thousand and five, and it was hard
to go more than twenty minutes if you were watching
network television without seeing Paris Hilton grinding on cars again
(01:48:35):
for either Hearty's or for Carls Junior, depending on what
part of the country you're in. Same company. Carls Junior
bought out Hardy's a long time ago. I don't know. Again,
I would point out, as I mentioned earlier in the show,
there is a lack of moral clarity. Putting scantily clad
(01:49:02):
attractive women and advertising specifically to get people to buy
a product is morally problematic, not problematic like the Left
ends to think of it, but it is morally problematic.
And still the lefts completely lost their mind. They completely
(01:49:26):
missed upoint the point that is objectionable here, even though
to a much lesser extent than the majority of what
the Left pushes would be the objectification, it would be
the blatant sexuality. But they're really kind of upset and
trying to make a thing out of word play something
(01:49:48):
that the Left used to to be really good at,
back when they were capable of being humorous. And I
know that might be a little bit further back than
most of you are capable of memory, but once upon
a time, it was kind of true, sort of for
the most part. I'm sure some of you can remember
(01:50:09):
all the way back to when Stephen Colbert was actually funny.
You've got to go back to the days when he
was a correspondent for The Daily Show. But you know
that time did exist, and it was within the lifetimes
of a lot of the folks out there listening to
the show today. All right, let me take a quick
big how much time do I have left?
Speaker 4 (01:50:28):
Just?
Speaker 1 (01:50:31):
Yeah, less than ten minutes. It's not an adequate amount
of time this story, but let me give you a shot.
So you can tell a lot about the strength of
a particular argument or worldview by how long it lasts
(01:50:51):
before reality ends up discrediting it. There are some debates
out there that don't need to be settled by insulting
with dozens of experts or asking ten different AI models
and then comparing notes. Instead, certain events take place and
(01:51:11):
they resolve the disagreement right away. A catastrophic nuclear meltdown
ends any discussion about how effective Chernobyl's emergencies shut down
mechanism was an Iceberg convinced everyone that despite all of
the marketing hype, the Titanic could in fact sink. There
(01:51:36):
are limits to the ability of liars and Charlatan's to
deceive the population. Even the most convincing fraudsters face the
risk of exposure if their deception is simply too absurd
to be compatible with reality, and the more absurd the
(01:51:59):
deception is typically the faster it falls apart. Now by
that standard, there are a few lies that are more
flagrant and obviously so, than the fiction that gay men
should be allowed to adopt children or to acquire them
(01:52:21):
by paying for a woman to serve as a surrogate,
something that we recently saw when Glenn Greenwald personally went
on the attack for individuals that commented and for holding
(01:52:42):
the position that children should be raised by a mother
and a father. This was something that happened when Glenn
Greenwall was caught on video engaging in wild drug induced
sexual activities within his home, obviously exposing the children to
(01:53:03):
that to some degree, not certain how much, but it
became a thing that was talked about briefly. I even
mentioned it briefly here, although not any great detail, because
quite honestly, I don't care enough about Glenn Greenwald. I mean,
he's a journalist. He tends to have some level of
(01:53:24):
intellectual honesty, even if a story cuts against the left agenda.
So he gets a little more credibility and a few
more pats on the backs from the conservative side of
the street than most so called journalists. But at the
end of the day, he's still engaged in some questionable
(01:53:45):
and morally unclear behavior. I'll leave it at that. But
he lashed out a lot of folks was saying, hey,
this is a good example of why gay men shouldn't
be parenting. He maintained in a very public and veterlic fashion,
(01:54:07):
I would say that anybody who would suggest that gay
adoption isn't an ideal outcome, they're just terrible people. He
presented himself as infinitely more virtuous than anybody that would
make that assertion because he made the decision to acquire
(01:54:28):
a young job, he's actually mentoring and growing and raising them.
And then within a matter of weeks, Greenwall himself demonstrated
to his own conduct on camera exactly why he shouldn't
be permitted. Now, a lot of people are going to
point out that the incident in question is very specific
(01:54:53):
to green to Glenn Greenwall himself. It's not indicative of
all gay couples. It's not should't be used to indict
all gay people. But something that continues to happen within
a certain group certain what's the word demographics continue to
(01:55:21):
have the same issue pop up, then maybe there is
a reason to look at it. What happened with Greenwald
was all the way back in June. Not even a
month later, something similar has happened again. Reality has caused
yet another major problem for the left narrative about homosexuals
who adopt children. This time Reality wheared it's very ugly
(01:55:47):
head within a very short time because the implications of
this event are somehow even more disturbing and grotesque in
what we saw on camera from Greenwalk. Kind of began
(01:56:08):
when an Irish political activist whose name I'm not going
to say, discovered some videos that had been posted on
a gay couple social media feeds. The videos show the
two gay men, both of whom are overweight, making monthly
anniversaries with a child they've obtained. In every video, they
(01:56:35):
blow out a candle on the cupcake, and the videos
keep going as the men seem to somehow get well
a little more rotent each time. I'm not really in
a position to say too much about that, but the
point is they're enjoying life now. In response to the videos,
(01:56:59):
the the journalist in question post it simply quote, unless
a miracle happens, this child has almost no chance of
a normal life now. He's right, of course, at a
visceral level, the footage is repulsive to people that understand
(01:57:22):
that this is an affront to the biblical definition of family.
Everyone kind of understands it, whether they want to admit
it or not. And when a child is deprived of
a mother, when a child is deprived of a mother
and the father, it isn't something to celebrate. It's a tragedy.
Speaker 14 (01:57:44):
Really.
Speaker 1 (01:57:45):
It's a tragedy that's been inflicted on someone who cannot
possibly deserve it, and who may never recover from it
because of the long lasting emotional scars that are going
to exist. And that's especially true when in lieu of
a mother and father, a child is obtained by two
(01:58:06):
men who belong to a demographic whose behavior, in a
very disproportionate number of cases, is completely incapable of raising children.
And that's really putting things as diplomatically as possible. It's
also a demographic that disproportionately is interested in adopting male children.
(01:58:32):
And again, everyone understands what's going on, but nobody wants
to say it. When this particular journalist made as simple
and straightforward observation, hundreds of thousands of left wing activists
pretended to be shocked and horrified by what he had written.
(01:58:54):
They also chimed in, they signed into chat, and they
just got saying silly things like it's better for the
child to be raised by two gay men than by
his own mother and father. I'm not gonna spend a
lot of time sorting through a lot of the posts
(01:59:16):
that went out there, but the problem kind of really
comes into play when it was later discovered in the
middle of this little fight that one of the men
in the couple was a registered sex officer. This child
(01:59:43):
is in harm's way. It's gonna have to be it
for today. Unfortunately, I've just ran out of time, Like
I said, not enough time to really get into that one.
But remember don't take my word for it. Definitely don't
take their word for it. Be prepared to put in
some effort and most importantly, use your brain if you
really want to tap into the truth. Thank you so
(02:00:04):
much for being here tonight. I do greatly appreciate it,
and don't forget to come back and listen again Thursday
at the live stream and join us on the Friday
night live show as well.
Speaker 8 (02:00:19):

the fear of the guns.

Speaker 1 (02:02:44):

And red saim don't control is using both halls.
Speaker 1 (02:04:02):
Evil is powerless if the good are unafraid
