Speaker 1 (00:00):
With that being said, Michael has already been waiting patiently
for me to end my current rent, so I'm gonna
go ahead and bring them on. Mike, thanks once again
for coming on with us. As always, I appreciate you
giving up.
Speaker 2 (00:15):
Some of your very precious time. How are you today, sir,
I'm doing great. Thank you for the honor, Kim and No,
I was enjoying the rant. In fact, I always agreed
with you. I don't think she should just be removed
from our committees. I think she should be removed for Congress.
I think she's guilty of treason, quite frankly, and I
think she should be charged by a military tribunal. And
(00:38):
you said, what about her district, Well, let's take a
look at that district. Obama brought all those people in
from Somemalia. You know, Look, they don't like it here,
or they don't want to adjust to our customs. They
want to have their own country, and they want to
have their own Mini Somalia and dearborn Michigan. No, if
you want, if you like some Alia that much, happy
(01:00):
to move you back. And that, quite frankly, that's the
way it should be. Never should we congregate them all
together to create their own country within our country. What
a huge mistake that was to begin with. This time
we start correcting some of the mistakes that the previous
administrations have made. Amen.
Speaker 1 (01:20):
All right, well, if I keep talking about this particular subject,
I'm likely to need to double up on my blood
pressure medication, which I've been lucky enough to get away from.
I don't want to to go back. But we do
have some good news. And I swore that I would
(01:41):
have you on the first chance we had to have
some talk about some good news. And here we are,
law and order re established in Washington, d C. Thanks
to Donald Trump having the courage to do things a
little bit differently, but still operating fully and completely within
the confines of the constitution, despite the best efforts of
(02:05):
the legacy corporate media in every officeholder with a D
at the end of their name trying to say otherwise.
And now we're going to get to see what this
model looks like on the road. We're creating a new
federal task force that is probably going to be utilizing
forces in a way that haven't been before, but still
(02:25):
clearly within the confines of the constitution.
Speaker 2 (02:28):
That's the upside.
Speaker 1 (02:31):
Donald Trump has still been threatening, and I'm not sure.
Part of me thinks it's trolling. Part of me thinks
it's trying to get the people of Chicago to finally
stand up and say, hey, do the right thing, make
our city safe again. But he's been talking about it
a lot, and I think a much better model. Another
(02:51):
opportunity to show that the model works has come up
Republican states with a lot of problems, which, as we
all know, usually the ones that are bad enough maybe
in red states, but they're still in very blue cities.
We're looking at Memphis, Tennessee. The one thing that is
astounding to me is there's not a Democrat on the
planet that even thinks this can be done.
Speaker 2 (03:12):
Now.
Speaker 1 (03:12):
Part of me thinks that's because they've just been led
to think that, and another large number of them wants
everyone else to think that.
Speaker 2 (03:18):
So they can maintain power.
Speaker 1 (03:22):
What was your initial reaction, Michael, when you first heard
that this task force was being set up and was
being deployed to Memphis.
Speaker 2 (03:30):
Well, it's exactly what our planet has been all along.
It's not just going to Memphis, We'll be going to Chicago.
Baltimore has changed his stands. If you notice you know
the governor more was adamantly opposed you. Last that you
will allow you to do is to bring in the
Guardian here. We'll fight you at the border. Now you're saying,
please bring them in? How soon can you get here?
(03:52):
New York is considering the same thing. Here's what's happening, Jim.
Regardless of the politicalization by the Democrats of tried of
this issue, and why are they politicize it, It's very
easy to understand because of what you said initially when
I started on the show tonight. DC is a shining
example of what can be done to make our citizens
(04:14):
safe and secure. And the rest of the country living
in high crime areas, see this and they raise a
very pertinent question, why do we not get the same thing,
Why do we have to live in fear, and why
do we have to be subjected to crime, many of
us being killed before something could be resolved, and they
(04:36):
get to have their city cleaned up. We demand the
same thing. So what's happening is while the elected Democratic
officials are all jocking for positions, we're seeing who can
make this program look the worst, make it look like
it's not worthy of discussion, not worthy of implementation, so
we can block it. And why do we want to
(04:57):
block it? Because it's worked. So, oh, what's going to
happen in twenty twenty six at the big term elections
when people say who kept us safe? Who provided the
ability for our childer to play out our playgrounds? Once again? Well,
let's see, doesn't look like a democratic plan? Did that?
I've always voted democratic, but maybe I should consider changing
now because I could see tangible positive results. So, last
(05:21):
thing the Democrats can afford, last thing the leftist liberals
can afford. So they have to do everything they positively
can to make you think ill of this program, including
making false accusations about it. What are those false accusations? Well,
it's on constitution, really, and your basis is is a
tenth Amendment. Tenth Amendment is very clear you cannot use law,
(05:43):
i mean military for law enforcement functions on American soil. Okay,
did you read the whole tenth Amendment or did you
just stop at the very beginning, Because if you read
the whole thing, there are a couple of exceptions, a
couple of exclusions. First of all, if there are enemy
what we would call today, any combatants, they didn't use
the same word back then, but basically, if the concept
(06:04):
was the same, imagine this. Let me tell you how
idiotic your viewpoint is. Go back in time to World
War two. If Japan landed in California and Germany landed
on the Virginia coast, do you think we would be saying, oh,
that's bad. But you know, it's up to the local
cops because we can't have military operations here at a
(06:25):
counter that, of course not. We would expect the military
to defend our constitution, our values, in our freedom anywhere
in the world, but especially here in the United States.
He is threatened. President recognized that what did he do
with first few days in office? He determined that because
we were under attack by who, by the drug cartels,
(06:48):
human sex traffickers, terrorist heals, he declared those organizations as
domestic terrorists slash enemy combatants. So we have any combat
on American soil that automatically meets the requirement that we
can utilize active military, active military if necessary, and especially
(07:09):
National Guard to secure our freedoms and our and our safety.
But there's another exclusion in there. Congress said that when
our founding faults, excuse me said, when they created the
tenth Amendment that Look, if the commander in chief I
in case for those who don't realize, that is the
(07:29):
president of the United States, If the commander in chief
determines that there is a national emergency, and they gave
him broad latitude, didn't say a national emergency can only
be for a hurricane or this or that. No, at
his discretion. If the president determined that there is a
national emergency and declares such, the National Guard and active
(07:51):
duty can be utilized to bring the situation under control.
What did the president do in the next few days
during his tenure? This last time in January, he declared
a national emergency? What's the national murgs? You all about crime?
He says, Look, we're losing thousands of young people, regular
citizens being killed, murdered. Rag. This has gotten out of control,
(08:15):
and it's a national emergency. It's a national emergency too.
We get it under control. So he's already met the requirement.
So don't give me the line that is totally false,
that it's unconstitutional. It's not. It's constitutional. Well, in the
second line, well it costs too much, because yes, it
costs roughly about a million dollars a day to utilize
(08:38):
guard units like we did in DC. And I look
at him and say, and this is coming from the
same people who solve no problem with stealing hundreds of
millions of dollars from the normal budget to allow for
illegal immigrants to have free housing, free transportation, etc. And
you're going to complain about the cost it takes to
(09:00):
make sure our people are safe. I can't get out
of here. Well, what kind of hypocrite are you? So
then what's the next thing they try to say? Well,
it's too expensive, it was unconstitutional. Well, it scares people,
it doesn't set the right tone. People don't want it.
Have you bothered to look at your own constituency, Well,
we've got demonstrations. Yes, we know about the demonstrations. We
(09:23):
know who they're funding and who's paying for them. And
we know that that nine out of ten of those
people don't even live there. They're busted in and brought
in to create an image for the media and for
others that there's people who don't support. Talk to the
real people who live in those crime brig real districts,
ask them if they want it. You'll be shocked almost
everyone when somebody goes in there all the time. I
(09:44):
see it all the time, independent people going in with
a camera and just asking people rat me, what do
you think? Black white makes no difference to the polka dot,
makes no difference who they are. Yeah. I want to
be safe. I'm tired of living in fear, and the
Constitution guarantees it. One of the things in our paramble
is to provide for the common defense. What does that mean.
(10:07):
It means to defend the safety of the American people,
both here and abroad if necessary. But we're going to
defend their safety. So don't give me this line that
it's unconstitutional, that it's bad, too expensive, nobody wants it.
Fact of the matter is it's just the opposite. Your
people are demanding it. And so here's what's going to
be where we're headed with this thing, Jim. The people
(10:30):
are behind us. If they are elected officials continue to
throw roadblocks and to try and implement this, I believe
those elected officials are going to find themselves shipped out
of that area by the voters, and they're going to
find somebody that will be concerned about them instead of
I legal immigrants and people who are trying to destroy them.
Speaker 1 (10:50):
Yeah, it's pretty clear cut. I mean we've I know
you've been, I know I've been. We've been talking a
lot about crime in these under police communities for a
very long time, and it's in some of these larger cities.
It's almost exclusively minority communities that are suffering from a
lack of police, not over policing. And then we have
(11:12):
these folks talking to them. Then we could have been
talking to them a decade ago. Two decades ago they
wanted more police. Some of them might have been a
little weary about who they said it in front of
because some of the other influences in the community might
(11:32):
have made them a little less safe again, because.
Speaker 2 (11:34):
They needed the police exactly right, Tim, I mean, their
whole base is why they opposed it. As we just said,
they want be back in power. The last thing they
need to do is to have something positive happened out
of this administration where it makes it more difficult for
them to try to retake power. I think they're off
(11:54):
their rocker think and they're going to do so, but
they don't want anything to hinder the reity to retake
control in the midterm elections, and that's why they have
to so desperately oppose these measures, and it's just simply
not going to work, you know, They just it's it's
we're giving them the chance. The voters, I think, have
(12:14):
been extremely patient, and I think what I'm seeing now
across the country, and one other thing I want to address.
I hear they are common all the time. Well this
is a racial issue. You're only doing this in democratic
seats or in blue states. Now, let me tell you
what the call went out. I don't care what kind
of color your state is, your city, or your town.
(12:36):
If you're overrun by crime and you can't or won't it,
usually it's the latter won't take care of it. We
will because they're Americans, and we represent all of America.
We've given them the opportunity time and time again fix it.
And you say, well I can't on my own, call us,
tell us what we need to help you with. You
(12:57):
provide you got a better solution, we'll be glad to
take a look at it. But don't call us and say, yeah, well,
let's build some more basketball courts. That'll take care of crime. No,
that won't. We're gonna get these people off the streets, period.
That's what takes car of crime. We're gonna put them
in jail where they belong. That's what takes care of crime.
If you don't have a better solution than that, and
(13:18):
don't bother, we're gonna come take care of it for
you anyway. And if you do want to participate because
you're concerned, all you have to do is call and
we'll be glad to work out what kind of resources
you need. We'll work together to make sure that crime
goes down just as fast and just as much as
it did in DC.
Speaker 1 (13:35):
Yeah, I mean, I think one of the most infuriating
aspects of this whole nine is that a lot of
Democrats that are currently high office holders who are opposing
this plan have all but admitted that they could do
a lot more even.
Speaker 2 (13:50):
Without the federal aid. JB. Premsker in particular.
Speaker 1 (13:54):
He's like, oh no, no, the only way you can
justify this is if we needed it, and this is
not beyond our capability. The same thing was set out
in Los Angeles and in California when it comes to
ice petrols. Well, if you can do better, why haven't you.
Why aren't more people calling you out for this? And
(14:14):
we need to make sure every voter in their home states.
Here's them say that very thing. This isn't an AI
deep fake. This is JB. Prince Garth speaking and it just,
oh it bugs me. It sticks in my crawl because
here it is he's admitting the quiet part out loud,
(14:35):
and yet most of the people that he's talking to
aren't even making the connection. Hey, did he just admit
that it doesn't have to be this bad?
Speaker 2 (14:46):
They all do that. You know, you've got Gavin who's
doing the same thing. He saw the program was working.
He saw the level of frustration is reaching the boil
point in California. So what does he do? He does
a smart thing. Oh, we can handle that ourselves. Let
me bring out the California Higher Control and put them
out here and we'll show you we can reduce our
(15:07):
own crime. But how does he do it? Well, he
brings him out for a day. Of course, there's a
crime reduction, because the principal works. When you have overwhelming force,
it always brings down crime in corruption. So he brings
them out for a day, crime is reduced. He brings
the media out the next day to show see how
(15:27):
great this works. I'm doing it on own, don't need
a federal growing don't need their guard, don't need anything,
tell them to stay home. And then as soon as
the media leaves and packs up for the afternoon, he
orders the higher patrol back to doing the normal job.
So on the third day, crime is right back up.
But he got his photo op. He got his point
across and tried to make it look like, hey, we're
handling our own problem. No, that's not how you solve problems.
(15:50):
You figure out how to make a permanent solution, not
a photo opportunity. And Gavin is very good at that.
That's what he's favous for. He's great for photo ops.
Speaker 1 (16:00):
Came up with some really good ones when he actually
ordered San Francisco cleaned up for a certain dignitary visit
from Shining exactly.
Speaker 2 (16:11):
You know, I love what you said, Tim. They did have.
It was nice and shiny for about a day or
two or three whatever it was. But see, he doesn't
follow through make permanent solutions. He knows the solutions that
we have work, so he uses them to his advantage
to get photo opportunities. And then he quickly moves back
to his point. And remember here's the funny part about it.
(16:35):
They like having their people in the slave. They like
having high crime, they like having dirty cities. And why
is that people haven't figured this out? It just blows
my mind because they use it for a campaign purpose.
See with them them doing them blasted Republicans are doing
you put us in control and world use crime. You
were in control for how many years? And this is
(16:56):
how it got because you were in control. They hope
you don't remember. They hope you just buy the ready
for the upcoming election and give them what they want,
put them back in power, and let the finishes throw
in your neighborhoods and your communities and the rest of
our country. Yeah.
Speaker 1 (17:11):
Unfortunately they did figure out a long time ago, given
the relatively short memory of the voting public, that it's
much much more effective for them to have issues to
run on than to have to remind the voters of
the things.
Speaker 2 (17:25):
They actually fixed.
Speaker 1 (17:27):
Totally the step tying, Let me play Devil's advocate real
quick with one more question before we start winding down. Obviously,
we know that the Democrats love overreaching authority, overreaching power.
The last two Democratic administrations were already talking about declaring
(17:48):
emergencies so they could institute executive authority over them over
things like climate change and probably lack of tapioca putting
at the White House and Iden's case, but anyway, not
the right ice cream flavor. I don't know he was
out of chocolate mint.
Speaker 2 (18:05):
It's an emergency, you're right, But.
Speaker 1 (18:11):
Do we need to be concerned any at all based
on using this model that win if the Democrats do
ever get back in charge, that they're now going to
use this as the launching pad and the excuse to
break the system, because we definitely don't want to do
(18:31):
anything that's going to actually help them break the Constitution
any further than they're already trying to do, and we
do run a risk of imaging. Are we effectively enough
making certain that the people understand not just the fact
that the cities are safer, but that it's also not
a police state. It's just a federal task force utilizing
(18:56):
the tools that are available within the confines of the constitution.
Are we doing a job of that?
Speaker 2 (19:01):
I don't think so, Tim, You know, I mean, I
think we could do a better job of making sure
that we let the public know what we're doing and
why we're doing it. And I think that's crucial because
let me address the first issue you talked about. Yeah,
oftentimes the Democrats are not smart enough to figure out
how to use positions to their own advantage. But so yes,
(19:24):
you do run the risk then say hey, that work.
Let's do the same thing. But we're doing for nefarious purposes.
It's it for good purposes. That's going to be a factor,
always going to be a factor. But I will tell
you this that even though they may not be smart
enough to figure it out on the first go round,
they eventually will figure out something and they're going to
do it anyway, tim whether we did anything or not.
(19:45):
So you know, we just need to do the right
thing and not worry about whether they're going to try
to copy it for the various purposes down the road,
because I think it also gives us this opportunity. I
think America has seen how democratic and they left his
liberals can take power and use it for their own
advantage and not care about America. I mean, that's what
(20:08):
was very clear in the last election. That was the
reason why Trump won the way he did is people
were easily able to see through the rhetoric and say,
you know what it looks like to me is if
I'm an American I'm at the bottom of the of
the total bowl. Unless you need somebody to pay the bill,
then I'm at the top of the pole and pole
to come steal out of my back pocket. But outside
(20:28):
of that, I don't get anything. If I'm an American,
I'd much rather just go walk across the river, walk
back and say, hey, I'm here illegally. Boy, I get
taken garret for life. If I do that and America
got tired of it, I'm not going to forget that
very easily. I certainly hope not.
Speaker 1 (20:47):
But you know, again, things got a lot of things,
not everything, but a lot of things got fixed real quick.
And I don't hear people talking about how much they
appreciate the border being closed quite as much as he
did early on.
Speaker 2 (21:01):
I won't take it.
Speaker 1 (21:03):
Won't take long for them to be reminded if they forget,
come ballot box time. But yeah, we definitely need to
make sure that we're all doing our parts that keeping
that front of center. Obviously, it's been really hard the
last week and a half, given what happened to Charlie
(21:23):
Kirk to stay focused on any of the other news
going on, especially if you were somebody who was touched
in some way by turning Point USA, and especially Charlie
himself in a lot of ways, he was the glue
that pulled together a lot of conservative folks that otherwise
probably would have never spoke to each other, probably would
(21:45):
have been infighting because they're just different enough. I've always
kind of prided myself on having folks on that I
agree with anywhere from one hundred percent. I don't think
that's ever happened, but from that race down to twenty percent,
and to define the twenty percent we agree upon and
(22:07):
then still part at the end of the broadcast with
nobody hating each other. It's something that's getting harder and
harder to do. The political left likes to just make
up lies. But at this point, obviously I want to
give you an opportunity to have a final thought, of course,
(22:27):
and then please an update on what's going on at
invest USA, And before you go, certainly need to make
sure people know how to get there, where to reach
out to try to help invest USA. And even as
far as that goes, it doesn't hurt to let them
know where they can pick up a copy of Truth,
(22:47):
Lies and Control.
Speaker 2 (22:49):
Oh, thank you so much to you know, let me
quickly say the party thought. Do you remember this? I
like what you said about what have we accomplished? Folks
understand the government, especially the pre government. We're the only
one like it in the world, and we've been for
two hundred and fifty years. That I've survived to this
point over than any other government or system like it
(23:13):
has ever done in the past. Lost as they do
was the Roman Empire. But you know, things take time
in government, nothing as quick. Americans by nature are very
impatient people. We dwell on the negative. How come you
haven't gotten this done yet? I thought you said you're
going to have this done by now, not realizing that
(23:34):
government has to work as an entity. Just as you said,
we have to agree on things, we have to have consensus.
We are not a good caatorship. Never want to be
a didtatorship. If I was a dictary to be done
the right way, well you may think that, and maybe
it would be, But what about the next dictator that
comes and wants to do something totally reverse. We don't
never want to be a dictatorship. That's why, quite frankly,
(23:56):
President is discussing now about whether it's time to pull
the guard from DC and roll out the program. It
moved all across the country. So just remember, stop for
a minute think about where we're at today with tears reducing,
I mean, producing tremendous amount of income. Interest rates are
starting to come back down now, borders are secured. Crime
(24:17):
is on the way down nationally, not just in DC.
We have great solutions, folks that are working, every one
of them. Give it time and allow us to restore
America to do as great at once again and be positive,
especially if it doesn't happen the way you want it today,
perhaps tomorrow. We're always as long as there's breath, there's hope,
and we're going to continue to hold on to that.
(24:39):
Thank you for that opportunity, Charlie. And when it comes
to invez USA as I in v st USA dot
org gets Charity dot org, and we are making sure
that every law enforcement officer has the ability to have
a necessary equipment to come home safety with their families.
You saw the tragedy I think it was yesterday we
lost three officers in Pennsylvania and you are in critical
(25:02):
condition and are struggling, are fighting at this very moment
for their very lives. And when you look at that
what happened in that situation. They were assaulted by a
long range rifle and had they had active shoot a vests,
they would have turned out differently. And it's just a
shame and tragedy. You know that things could have been
(25:23):
done to help make sure that these parents, because that's
the most more they have kids, they have families to
should be have been going home to spend time with
their kids, and instead they're going to be in a
pine box being laid to rest. We can do better
than that, America. So if do all of us a
favor because of what just happened with the tragedy in Pennsylvania,
(25:46):
to see at first Spider in the next day, fire
ems and especially law enforcement, just say thank you for serving.
That's all you have to say. You'll boost their morale.
They'll feel better because they'll think you're actually behind them.
We can be a part of making America safe, free
and secure. Once again, God bless you, Charlie, God bless America.
(26:07):
Thank you for what you're doing. You're making a difference.
Trust me, I know, and I'm looking forward to your
continue to be here for many days ahead.
Speaker 1 (26:16):
All right, Michael, thank you so much for being here
as always. It is a great conversation and I know
that you've got a lot of stuff always on your plate,
so I appreciate you carving out some time for us
in the meanwhile.
Speaker 2 (26:31):
God speed to you.
Speaker 1 (26:32):
Keep up the great work, and again, hopefully we can
continue to talk about some positive things moving forward, at
least for the next few years.
Speaker 2 (26:41):
I think we've got a pretty good shot at that.
But you've been a great friend, So thank you for
the opportunity. Love being on you show.
Speaker 1 (26:50):
All right, guds me and talk to you soon. Take
care all right, ladies and gentlemen, Michael A. Less And
again there is our links in the description to invest USA,
to Michael's personal page, and also to the book, so
if you haven't picked up a copy yet, it is
(27:10):
a great, great book.
Speaker 2 (27:11):
It's a great read. I highly recommend it.
