He would say, it's in acrucial stage. It's not because of foreign
wars where you wage he's born todo with the colors blue and red too,
Ben, he lost too much government. Can you tell me where the
constitution? When the Bill of Rightsis just hanging by a thread. So

(00:38):
many people trying to cross the border, politicians build a new world order.
Too many minds are convinced they shouldbe let. I've got a big bread
either way, God name, Ben, and I won't be ruled by the
damn you when jacking your right toself defense to say your sacre. But

(01:06):
they don't make sense, danger responsiblenot to dan the guns only gets always
ask me thorn. All the buyersmade on thorn shorts. Come a day
when they'll be will help pay.I've got a bed free the way God

(01:29):
they'd been, and I won't beruled by the damn new wedding. I

(02:19):
gotta be in away, God name, and I will be ruled by the
time you will when. Hello, and welcome to today's broadcast of Tapping to
the Truth. I hope you're havinga fantastic day wherever you are and whatever
you may be doing. With allthe usual caveats, of course, but

(02:39):
he was always on your ever sohumble and mostly peaceful host, Tim Tap
coming to you from a stork WrongCounty, Tennessee. I'm so very glad
to have you along for the ride. After all, as crazy as things
are getting out there at this point, no one could blame you for just
hunkering down in an undisclosed bunker somewhereand just trying to wade out the remainder

(03:01):
of this so called Biden presidency. And man, it's just insanity. I'm
gonna start off talking a little bitabout his trip to Hawaii. After all,
there's a lot to break down,And yes, I know we don't
normally cover the overcovered stories, butI gotta just I'm gonna blow off some

(03:23):
steam on this one because it isjust insane. Why anybody is allowing Joseph
Biden Robinette Junior to just Joseph RobinetteBiden Junior to just roam around in front
of a camera, in front ofa microphone at this point, it is
mind boggling. Somebody needs to putan end to that. This is beyond
older abuse, that there's now abuseof the whole nation period. End of

(03:47):
discussion. But we'll discuss it more. I also want to talk about Donald
Trump and his quick moves when itcomes to how he is completely scene and
dismantling the first Republican primary debate.Presidential wise, it's upcoming this Wednesday.

(04:08):
Now, if you're listening to thisshow as part of the rebroadcast on the
last frequency, then it will betoday. However, live broadcast is actually
occurring on Tuesday, so it's stilltechnically tomorrow. But Donald Trumps run circles
all the way around this. We'lltalk about that here in the first hour

(04:28):
as well, and then in thesecond hour we'll spend a little bit of
time about how the legislature here inthe state of Tennessee is. They're really
doing me proud at the moment, and I'm going to have to give them
a pat on the back and givethem some kudos and some hat tips here
they've earned it. And then we'llsee how much time allows for a couple

(04:49):
of stories that I'm looking to tryto sneak in, so we'll see if
we can get there. But beforeany and all of that, well,
we need to start with some oftoday's sponsors. And we'll start with that
first sponsor, and so far thesponsor we seem to be developing the strongest

(05:10):
relationship with, and hopefully we canget stronger relationships with everybody, but we
continue to grow and get stronger andcloser with our friends over for Patriots,
and has a lot to do withthe fact that you guys are taking to
heart the fact that you're listening tothis show and you're going to for Patriots
dot com and you're using promo codetap tapp to get yourself that ten percent

(05:33):
discount, or you're using the landingpage and we'll be making a new landing
page here relatively soon. It's goingto focus even more on our partnership together
for Patriots and Tap into the Truth. I look forward to being able to
make that official announcement once we've gotit done, but we're working towards that,

(05:56):
and as proud as I am ofthat, I really wish I could
take a lot of credit for it, but I can't. That's been you
guys. You've done the work oflistening and then going over and then using
the codes and taking full advantage andgetting yourself ready for when things go sideways.
And I thank you so much forthat, because by using my code,

(06:19):
they know it's me that sent you, So that's good for me,
that's good for the show, Butbeyond that, good for you guys for
taking it seriously that we need toprepare. There's no doubt about it.
Right now things are spinning faster andfaster. We're getting closer to out of
control every single second, and rightnow there is clearly an absence of any

(06:46):
type of real leadership, not onlyin DC, that in a lot of
the fifty states. Unfortunately, ifDemocrats are primarily in charge, there's not
a lot of leadership. There's justnot We'll get into some of that as
well. So again I want toreiterate the point that you guys have done
a fantastic job. But if anyof you been holding on or waiting to

(07:11):
get started, man, the timeis quickly passing that you have the luxury
of waiting. Survival. Food isnot a luxury, it is exactly that.
It is survival if your need backup electricity when the power goes out,
and something that you can utilize solarenergy did to keep you going.

(07:31):
For Patriots has got you covered thereas well. They've got a ton of
great products period. You just needto go see for yourself. Don't take
my word for it. Go looklots of great stuff, and man if
I could possibly tell you in anystronger terms than the words that I have
available, exactly how good the foodtaste and the survival kids. But and

(07:59):
don't take my word for it.Go check it out for yourself. And
the only way you can do thatis to march your little keyboard right on
over to four patriots dot com andtake that look around. So that's the
number four patriots dot com. Anddon't forget to use promo code, tap
tapp check out, give yourself thatten percent by noomics demands that you save

(08:24):
money wherever you can go. Dothat sooner rather than later. All right,
Speaking of Biden, you know there'sa good reason why they should have
never let him go to Hawaii. My first instinct is he's just had two
vacations in the last week and ahalf. I mean, he was on

(08:46):
the beaches of Delaware when the firebroke out in Mali, and then he
went and took another vacation this pastweekend before he finally went to go see
the devastation. Right, and didhe actually go see devastation. He made
some appearances all right, he wasa pretty good ways off from anything significant.

(09:07):
But he's just such an embarrassment. Now here's the thing. The Democrats
and the Biden administration. They kepttrying to make the argument that, well,
you know, we were trying tostay all the way so that emergency
management could do their thing and sothat we wouldn't distract or take away resources.

(09:31):
It's funny. I seem to recallsomething similar to that being said during
Hurricane Katrina. I seem to recallcertain George W. Bush flying around in
the air and flying over the affectedarea, which led to all kinds of
crazy things being said all the wayup to George Bush hates black people,

(09:52):
which clearly isn't true. George Bushjust hates people that he hates. A
skin color is not necessarily a determiningfactor. George W. Bush seems like
the kind of guy that in hisyounger days he spent too much time drunk,
and I think he was probably thatreally over friendly guy when he's struck,

(10:13):
not an angry guy. Regardless ofhow it is. It's the Democrats
and it's the leftist that set thatstandard, oh, you must go to
these places, when legitimately they probablyshouldn't. Even if you have the sharpest
tool in the shed, the bestguy to ever hold the opposite president probably

(10:37):
should not be on the ground ina disaster area in the middle of cleanup
efforts. It does logistically pose problemsand gets in the way of the actual
humanitarian efforts. It's not necessarily goingto be a good thing. Now,
if you want to quietly sneak inand take a look around, and you
know, not draw a lot ofattention to yourself, make a photo op

(11:01):
out of it, and maybe actuallyget your hand to dirty a little bit
and help out some well, thenthat would be great. That would be
fantastic. I still don't know howyou do that with the Secret Service trying
to do their job and nobody knowingthat it's you and you're there. But
I digress. The point is probablybest presidents stay out of the way for

(11:22):
two reasons. Reason number one isthe first line of defense. The first
responders in this situation should be thestate and local governments, and it should
be up to them to try totake care of their response first, right.
I mean, they should get inthere and do whatever they can do,

(11:43):
and then they should determine whether ornot they need federal aid to adequately
help the people and adequately do alegitimate rebuilding job. When it comes to
something like this, I mean, that is the way the system was set
up, That's the way that itshould work. But again I'll remind you

(12:03):
it's the Democrats that set up therules to this particular game. So now
you've got to play by those rules. It's your game. It's your rules.
You have to play by them. And sending Joe Biden in this late,
well, you've broken the first partof the rules of this game.
You acted like you're uninterested. Youacted like you don't care. Now,

(12:28):
I would make the argument that JoeBiden is probably one of the most callous,
uncaring individuals about anybody other than himselfand his immediate family that exists in
modern politics. I think you canmake a strong case for that. The
whole I'm coming off with the beachin Delaware, and I've got no comment

(12:48):
about the fires in Maui. Yeah, yeah, I stand. It's just
a little callous. I mean, you, at the very least, even
if you haven't been breathed, evenif you're legitimately allybody occasion and nobody's told
you. Jack you don't know what'shappened, which should never happen when you're
president of the United States, bythe way, But even if that's the

(13:09):
case, you could at least playofflike, well, you know, unfortunately,
this is a tragedy, and clearlythe levers of power have to operate
a certain way. But we standready to assist however we can. And
meanwhile, our hearts go out tothe people suffering. You know, something

(13:30):
that at least makes it sounds likeyou care would be appropriate. But no,
comments that's never appropriate, not whenyou're talking about a disaster. And
man, oh man, would ithave been so much better for the Bidens
if they had just left it atthat, But no, no. He

(13:52):
went to Maui and while he wasspeaking to victim of the the tragic wildfires
that literally destroyed major sections of thehistoric Lahanna region, he did that stupid

(14:13):
little thing that he does when he'sdealing with tragedy, and he tried to
make it about him. Oh,well, you know, we've suffered to
we Bidens, so horrific of athing that we have to deal with.
You just you wouldn't believe how badmy life is. So the Vali wildfires

(14:39):
killed well over one hundred people, and we know it's well over because there's
still thousands missing, and there's abig brew haha over how many of them
are children. And several of thelocal Hawaiian officeholders are really getting raked over

(15:01):
the coals right now. I'm notintended, but I guess I'm just as
guilty as Joe Biden on that one. But they are. They're getting roasted
over their response or lack thereof. They're refusing to answer basic questions. And

(15:22):
the rules you are simple. Okay, we know the rules. I'm not
going to be the first person totell you this, I'm not going to
be the last person to tell youthis, but the rules are simple.
Those office holders are all Democrats,So the narrative has to be something other
than incompetence. The narrative has tobe something other than our own self interests,

(15:46):
that being the self interests of theoffice holders. The answers should always
be either a blame the Republicans,be blamed Donald specifically because you know he's
a big target at the moment,Orange Man Bad and climate arsenists and all
that, or see blame it onone of our scary boogeymen that we're pushing

(16:14):
at the moment, like say, climate change. Yeah, just as an
example, So between guys that we'reworried about the equity of the water spirits
and a guy who refused to soundthe warning alarms and has since mysteriously turned
in his resignation due to health concerns, Yeah, I bet health concerns.

(16:40):
The concern is if you stayed inoffice for much longer doing that job,
it wasn't going to be real healthyfor you because the Native Hawaiian people living
on the franking island, who aresuffering through one of the most devastating tragedies
in American history, probably would dosomething to greatly diminish your health. And

(17:03):
that's that's all I'm saying. So, yeah, health reasons, good move.
So between all of this and thenall these morons out here trying to
say that, oh, it's climatechange, and oh it's the way,
well, you know, it isclimate change to a degree, but not
the way they're spending it. It'sthe Democrats and the leftist efforts to try

(17:27):
to push climate change down our throats. There are efforts to invest in green
energy to try to move a majorityof the Hawaiian grid to green energy rather
than just you know, applying somefreaking common sense. But again, we
can't have a honest conversation about itbecause the narrative must be preserved. We

(17:52):
can't have, especially a state asblue as Hawaii is. We can't have
the Hawaiian people start thinking that maybethey should start voting for conservatives. That
would be a bad idea. Idon't know how many actual conservatives you're going
to find running for office. Iwould imagine that a Hawaiian Republican is a
lot like a Massachusetts or a ConnecticutRepublican, not at all the same as

(18:18):
a Republican from Georgia or Tennessee, just saying that the party's a little stronger
and sticks to the platform a littlefirmer in some locations more so than others.
Republicans in some part of the country'sreally just Democrat light. They're not
even rhinos, really. But anyway, let's circle back around, because I

(18:44):
could go down that rabbit hole.We could have a whole conversation about how
utterly ridiculous this response was from thelocals. And if you miss last Friday's
conversation, I highly recommend you goback and listen. Because we started out
the gate first guest, I wasable to actually connect with lives in Maui,
works in Maui, and so ratherthan our scheduled topics, which you

(19:08):
know, we had gotten him bookedwell before the fires had broke out,
because you know, it's one ofthese cases where I was scheduling in advance
and we were able to get together, so we kind of pushed the two
primary topics we initially had to thebackburn. We still covered him a little
bit. The one thing that tookthe biggest hit was talking about his book,

(19:32):
but we ended up starting out talkingabout the situation on the ground in
Maui. So it definitely worth hearinghis first hand perspective being on the ground
there. So if you missed it, go back and check it out last
Friday's broadcast. But we're talking aboutJoe Biden today, So let's get back
to the Biden topics. Because wehave these wildfires. They're out there,

(19:55):
they've we've got thousands on accounted for, at least one hundred confirmed dead,
destroyed, nearly three thousand structures, probably way more than that. And then
Joe Biden shows up and he thinksit's a time for joke telling. He

(20:18):
thinks it's a time for trying toget you to feel sympathy for him,
and he seems to not understand. The first rule when it comes to talking
to someone or trying to be therewith someone who's suffering tremendous lost is shut

(20:40):
up and listen. You know,it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know
this. We have all been insituations where we're talking to somebody, or
we're there with somebody. Maybe we'renot even talking, but we're there and
we want to be there for them. We want to be able to say
that magical thing that's going to makethings better, but we know that magical

(21:03):
thing doesn't really exist, so thenwe don't really know what to say,
and more often than not, weend up not saying anything. But sometimes
that is the exact best thing todo, because the only thing you should
say in that scenario is answer aquestion if they ask, but just let
them know. It's like, look, I can't imagine how you're feeling right

(21:27):
now, but if there's something Ican do to help, tell me and
I'll try. That's about the onlything you can do, and it is
the appropriate thing to do. Andthat's just being a freaking decent human being.
It's not about being a politician.But as a politician, you're supposed

(21:48):
to project the image of being adecent human being. Now, we all
generally know that for most of thefolks that pursue politics as a career,
that that is just an image they'reprojecting. But at least project that image.
No, no, no, no. Biden early on, he's on

(22:10):
vacation, doesn't seem to have apersonal interest at all, and says no
comment. Then says, I don'twant to compare difficulties, but we have
a little sets Jel and I ofwhat it's like to lose a home.
Okay, for the record, hedidn't lose the home. This tiny little

(22:33):
fire that they had was contained intheir kitchen. This is not the first
time he stole this particular lie. He's told this lie, oh, nearly
as many times as he told alie about being arrested with Nelson Mandela and
the lie about marching during the CivilRights movement and Selma and all these other

(22:53):
lies. And they are lies.We know that he knows better Alzheimer's aside
the freaking dementia whatever it is,he's got whatever type of dementia. All
that aside. We know he knowsbetter than these things. He's been telling
these stories, some of them sincewell before his cognitive decline was noticeable.

(23:15):
But he starts out saying, Idon't want to compare difficulties, So then
don't Joe, if that thought entersyour mind, then stop, don't say
the words out loud. But hestarts saying years ago, now, fifteen
years ago, I was in Washingtondoing meet the press. It was a
sunny Sunday, and lightning struck athome on a little lake that's outside our

(23:38):
home, not a lake, abig pond, and hit a wire and
came up underneath our home into theheating ducks and the air conditioning ducks.
Proving that he doesn't really know anything. To make a long story short,
I almost lost my wife, mysixty seven Corvette, and my cats.

(24:00):
But all kidding aside. I watchedthe firefighters the way they responded. Biden
said firefighters ran into the flames inhis home to save his wife and to
save his family. Not a joke, except that's not what happened. He

(24:21):
made a joke about nearly losing hiscat and of course, his prized corvette.
There were you saying corvette that wasparked beside the boxes of classified documents
in his garage where a hunter hadfree access to. He made a joke

(24:41):
at one point about how the groundfelt warm. He made a joke about
nearly losing his cat in his corvette, and he's he could you could tell
it was meant to be a joke. It doesn't sound that funny if you
listen, but you can tell himminute to be a joke because he kind

(25:02):
of chuckles, and then he says, all kidding aside, what are you
joking about? I mean? TheAssociated Press at the time still talking about
Joe's fire where he almost lost hishome and his wife and his cat and
his corvette. At the time theAssociated Press reported it. They said that

(25:26):
the fire was small and was containedin the kitchen. The Delaware fire chief
said that they got to the homequickly and the situation was under control in
a matter of minutes. They didn'teven come close to losing the home.
There was minimal damage done to thekitchen. It was a minor renovation that
restored their home to pristine status. If there was ever ever an example of

(25:53):
actual white privilege. Then the Bidenfamily, Joe, his brothers, his
sons, they certainly exemplify it.He told this lie to try to lighten

(26:14):
the mood. He told the lieto try to make sure that, for
whatever reason, it would seem like, Uh, well, I know the
pain that you feel. For thesame reason, he tells grieving mothers of
military personnel the story about bo Biden. I mean, that's what we're talking

(26:37):
about, right. Uh well, you see, I lost my son too,
and you know I know about thepain, But you don't know pain.
You've never known pain. Joe.You might have actually felt bad when
your wife and daughter died. Thatmight be some pain that you've experienced,

(27:04):
but outside of that, you haveno clue what actual pain is like for
the majority of Americans. Pain thatyou're making pain majority exacerbating through your economic
policies and your efforts to destroy thenation. This man, it's trying to

(27:26):
tell jokes, but in this instance, the only actual joke is Joe Biden
himself. What do I stand? What do I stances? Night? Sid
don't know anymore. This is thatdoubt. I'm with finance technologies and you're

(27:51):
listening to him top and tap intothe truth. I've often said that the
majority of elected officials are rider, working or assisting others to literally destroy we

brutish illegal border crossers and budget bustingover spending. Illegal border crossers receive forty
three percent of all food stamps.Ninety five percent of warrants issued for murdering

(28:40):
Los Angeles are for illegals. Sixtypercent of all hud occupied properties in the
United States are illegals, while manyborn in the US are homeless. Taxpayers
pay for thirty nine percent of allCalifornia students who are illegals. Seventy five
percent of most wanted criminals in LosAngeles are illegals who rarely get jail time

(29:00):
for their crimes. Fifty percent ofall gang members are illegals in California,
and US taxpayers are footing the billfor all the illegal border crosser madness.

challenge we all have is that asyou work and grow in your career,
you have to put something aside foryourself when you retire around sixty five years

other words, put aside ten percentof your salary each week, maybe just
one hundred dollars, and let itgo to work in the stock market few

of thing in a small town, and it's because most of us are carring.
We are legal carriers. We arelegal, law abiding citizens of the

(35:42):
United States, and we are exercisingour god given, constitutionally protected right to
protect ourselves, our family, andour friends and neighbors. Yes, that's
right we do. However, sometimeswe have slight errors in judgment, not

(36:05):
the decision to carry a firearm.Sometimes we just buy a not so great
holster, and sometimes those holsters arevery uncomfortable, and sometimes they're so uncomfortable
that we stop carrying, which thenputs us in a precarious position in the
events that the very bad, terrible, no good day ever arises that we

(36:28):
do have to stand up and defendourselves, our family, our friends,
our neighbors, our property. Don'tput yourself in that position. Get yourself
a comfortable holster, one that carriesin multiple positions, one that is designed
to work with almost all semi automatichandguns. One that's designed to hold two

(36:51):
additional magazines right there with your handgunso that you can make a quick reload
if you have to. I am, of course talking about Vanish Holsters.
Vanish Holsters quickly becoming one of themost popular holsters in the country. They
have thousands of their customers that willswear to you that it is in fact
the most comfortable holster period and theyare leving it. They say that if

(37:15):
you start carrying, if you startusing the Vanish holster, you'll never stop
carrying. So only one thing todo, that's go see for yourself.
Any way you get to do thatis if you visit www dot vnsh dot
com backslash Tapp's very important to usethe backslash tapp because that will allow you

(37:40):
to look at the side as usual, but it will automatically activate for you
a fifty dollars discount at least tothe end of August. That fifty dollars
discount will be automatically activated for youshould you decide to make a purchase.
And again, in the time ofbinomics, who can afford not to save
money wherever they can, especially whenit comes to something that you need like

(38:04):
a holster, and if you're goingto carry, you need a holster.
Just again, don't take my wordfor it, go see for yourself.
And remember, I'm still negotiating tryingto get the fifty dollars discount extended yet
again. At first that we're goingto end it at the end of July,

(38:25):
we got them to extend it tothe fifteenth of August. Then we
got them to extend it to theend of August. I'm hopeful that we
can keep enough business going their waythat they can make up in the volume
what they're losing through the discount. That's their hopes. When they offer the
discount, they're hoping they can makeit up an extra volume. So take

(38:46):
advantage of the savings while at lasts, don't hesitate, don't procrastinate, go
now and make sure that you don'tmiss out on the full fifty dollars discount
that's currently available just by being alistener of the show and utilizing www dot
vnsh dot com, backslash tapp.Just go do it. All right,

(39:12):
let's get back to the action here. We have the first presidential primary debate
for the Republican Party this week. It's going to be on Wednesday at tomorrow
as of the time of the broadcasttoday, if you're listening to the rebroadcast
on the Bureau Networks, which theTuesday show was often rebroadcast, normally is

(39:36):
on the Vera Networks on Wednesday nights. So I hope you guys are listening
in, and I hope you willtune in to watch part of the debate.
But I wouldn't blame you if youdidn't. And here's why I don't
think very many people are going towatch the debate. In fact, Trump
has got this covered pretty well.Trump decided he wasn't going to sign the

(39:57):
pledge to support who ever the eventualnominee would be in the event that you're
not the nominee. So Trump said, no, I'm not going to do
that. Now he's talking like he'snot going to go to any of the
primary debates, may not even doa presidential debate for the general because I
can't imagine Joe Biden if he managesto hang on that long and be the

(40:22):
nominee for the Democrats, which thatstill very much influx. But if that
ends up being the case, Ican't imagine that Joe would debate him.
And even though that would probably workvery well to Donald's it would work very
much to Donald's advantage because he wouldtear him out. He would show how

(40:45):
utterly ridiculous, like this trip toHawaii, didn't like every other time that
Joe Biden opens his mouth now andtries to say a string of more than
four words. If that's not enoughto demonstrate to the American people that Joe
Biden has no business being on certainlyhas no business being the president, well

(41:07):
then nothing's going to convince those people. But it would tear them up.
So Donald says, no, I'mnot going to sign. I'm not going
to sign this pledge. I'm notgoing to agree to this because what if
it's Chris Christie. I can't supportChris Christie at this point. And again
I don't blame him in my stances, as I honestly believe if you're going

(41:30):
to run as a Republican, youought to be at the Republican debate,
especially if you qualify, you shouldmake yourself available. And I do believe
that the Republican Party, as aprivate club, should get to set the
rules. Now, I mean,I agree with the rules, but there's
a reason why I'm not a memberof the committee. They would never let

(41:52):
me on because I'm more about conservatismthan I am about team politics. I
don't care about team Red. Icare about team Red, White and Blue.
I care about what's best for thecountry. I care about principles.
And there's more people like me thanthere are. That's just team politics,

(42:13):
team politics. And unfortunately we don'tget to run the major political party.
We don't get to run the committee. We're not in charge. If we
were, the parties would look verydifferent, I assure you. But if
you're a regular, longtime listener,I don't have to tell you that you

(42:34):
already know a lot of you guysare probably even more extreme than I would
be about changes that need to bemade. But I digress. If you're
going to set the rules that youneed to abide by. In fact,
there was reporting going on that theFox folks had finally said, Hey,
you know what, if you're notgoing to be part of the debate,

(43:00):
and we're not going to let yoursurrogates be in the spin room afterwards either,
because if you're not going to participatein the debate, you don't get
to be here. Brett Bear, however, was pushing back quite a bit
on those reports as of late Monday, claiming that the network had not banned

(43:20):
the surrogates. The reporting was thatthey had now Bears, who is co
hosting the Republican Party primary debate. It's going to be held in Milwaukee,
by the way, in case youhadn't heard, he's co hosting along with
Martha McCollum. He was talking aboutthe issue on an interview on The Hugh
Hewitt Show on Tuesday Today time ofthe live broadcast, and he responded by

(43:47):
saying that that wasn't us now,the RNC, the RNCY should be in
charge of that, but the spinroom kind of sounds like something the network
is doing, which is part ofwhy they got that push. But it's
not gonna matter. I really honestlyfeel like Number One Trump should be in

(44:09):
the debate to make himself available toanswer the questions and to entertain us.
I mean, that is why welike Donald Trump so much. Right,
He's a funny guy and he's entertaining. He pulls no punches, he does
all us. And evidently that's whatpresidential politics has become now. I'm not
necessarily a fan of it. Iwould love to get back to issues.

(44:31):
I would love to get back toprinciples. I would love to get back
to doing the people's business and maybeeven trying to get back to the job
of draining the swamp. No smalltask, going to take some effort,
gonna take some time, going totake some follow up. I would love
to get to that point. Iwould love to be able to take this

(44:52):
seriously now, But I am evidentlyin the minority when it comes to that.
The majority of people that pay attentionto politics now, they want the
down and dirty, muck raking, slobber knocker, kicking a mud hole and
stomping a mud hole. And somebodytrying to think back to my late seventies

(45:15):
early early eighties wrestling and terminology, you're gonna stomp a mud hole, And
it's just that's where we're seemed tobe at right, So come entertain us,
Come be the guy. You've alreadygot a target anywhere. Now here's
the thing. The reason Trump wantsto skip it politically makes sense. Nothing

(45:40):
good's gonna come of it for him. Hippy shows up and somebody lands,
some zingers, they take their verbaljabs and a couple of them land,
then he's at risk of losing alittle bit of ground. So no reason
to do it right, for thevery same reason that Joe Biden is not
going to debate him. If JoeBiden manages to be the nominee, and

(46:06):
whoever does end up being the nominee, whether it's Gavin Newsom rises up from
the ashes, or whether it's MichelleObama or whoever another dark horse candidate that
nobody's thinking about just magically appears fromnowhere. They're not going to debate Trump,
And as of this moment, thenthere's still a lot of time things

(46:29):
can change. But as at thismoment, Trump is the Republican nominee.
It is his two lose, There'sno doubt about it. He's holding nearly
two thirds of the Republican voting base, so when it comes to the primary,
he is going to there is literallyno way to coalesce the remainder of

(46:52):
the voting base and still win.If everybody got behind DeSantis, who's not
all ready behind Trump, it's stillnot enough. If everybody was to get
behind Vivic. Sorry mister Ramasamy, sir, but no, not enough.
You're gonna have to start stealing folksaway from Trump. And that doesn't happen

(47:15):
to Trump if he doesn't show upto the debate. So it makes sense
politically, I don't doubt his strategy. And then he one ups them again.
He's recording an interview with Tucker Carlson, probably at this very minute while
I'm talking to you. He's doingthis pre recording interview that is going to
air on Twitter. It's part ofTucker's a little show he's doing over there

(47:38):
as he's exercising his free speech.Yeah, we say that even though Fox
has backed off a little bit,you know, they still want to try
to shut him down, right,So ultimate thumb in the eye to Fox
because he's going over to Tucker, and that's where a majority of the eyes
are going to be because they wantto hear what Donald Trump has to say.

(48:02):
And then on the next day wheresomebody is going to have to draw
the short stall and watch the Republicandebate instead of watching the Trump Tucker Carlson
interview. The day that we wouldnormally be talking about the highs, the

(48:22):
lows, who gains momentum, who'smoving into second who maybe just won themselves
a chance to host a TV showon one of the conservative networks, whoever
did the best performances, who hadthe worst performances, all of that stuff.
Nobody's gonna be talking about that. Why because on Thursday of this week,

(48:45):
Donald Trump is going to turn himselfin and the Georgia indictment. So
again we're going to have the verymuch slow bronco O J. Simpson Jay
style coverage that we've already seen threeother times. Oh, Donald Trump leaving

(49:09):
his home in mar Lago to goto court. Oh and now he's going
to the airport. Now he's flyingto New York. Now he's going to
the New York. Now he's goingto his hotel room. Now he's going
back to the New York courtroom. Now he's going back to his hotel room.
No, No, he's taking adetour. He's stopping off in a
bar. Oh, he's buying somepeople some drinks and talking about how the

(49:32):
DOJ has been weaponized against him.So obviously all of us need to be
worried, which is true, bythe way, and we're gonna get a
lot of that. So there's notgonna be much coverage, if any at
all, of this first debate. If that's going to be up to people
like me to try to bring anyof that information to you acted the fact,

(49:54):
and it's gonna come to you inthe form of slow leaks. It's
gonna come to you in the dribblesand drips, where we're basically trying to
sneak in how good Vivic did orhow bad Nikki Haley dropped the ball,
not one question or oh my god, how is it possible that Rond de

(50:14):
Santis can be so good on policy? But blew that one question. We're
not going to get to talk aboutany of that unless it's so spectacular that
Donald Trump talks about it, becausethat's what it's going to be. Right
now, Brett Back can complain Aliwants, he can say whatever he wants.

(50:35):
It doesn't matter if it's Fox orthe RNC, because the RNC should
set the rules, and the RNCshouldn't let Trump se rogans be there.
If Trump's not going to participate,In fact, I would be willing to
go one step closer, and it'sprobably gonna make people that's on board the
Trump train or really mad at me. But if Trump doesn't want to play

(50:59):
by the rules, why should Trumpget to be the Republican nominee? If
you're going to leave yourself out ofwhat the private club that the RNC is.
If you're not going to follow therules, what normally happens to a
club membership. If you don't abideby club rules, you normally get kicked
out, right, Why do youget to be the nominee for that club

(51:22):
for the presidency If you're not goingto play by those rules, you shouldn't.
I still like the idea of Trumpbeing the Republican nominee. I still
like the idea of Donald Trump beingthe guy to step back into that breach,
to be the guy between the swampand the average everyday American. I

(51:47):
just wish he could get out ofhis head long enough to get refocused and
re calibrated to that aspect, becausethat's what he's at his best when he's
on message, when he stays onmessage, and he continues to make the
point that it's not Donald Trump thatthey're really after, it's us that they're

(52:10):
after, and he's the guy standingin between us and them. That's when
he wins elections. And unfortunately,we're still in the situation where the entire
story throughout this race has been setup that it's going to be about Donald

(52:32):
Trump, and it shouldn't be.It should be about Joe Biden. It
should be about Biden family corruption. It should be about biden incompetence. It
should be about Biden's callousness towards theAmerican people, his inability to understand basic

(52:52):
economics, his inability to put theAmerican people first. Over We're gonna send
billions and billions to Ukraine. ButHawaiians, you guys, technically you're Americans.
I guess here's seven hundred dollars.Now, don't bother me. That's

(53:15):
been the response to this point. That should be the focus of the campaign.
And should somebody else sneak in heaven, Heaven, let it be Gavin
Newsome, because we can talk abouthow Gavin Newsom's nearly single handedly destroyed California.

(53:36):
The only person that I would bethe least bit concerned about as far
as the names that gets circulated inthis circle would be Michelle Obama, because
the media is going to be friendlyto her, and for whatever reason,
Heaven help us, the American publicin general still seems to think that she's
a viable individual that's not entirely deservingof distrus rust in disdain, which she

(54:01):
is. So I don't know howshe's managed to pull it off, but
they still like her. I mean, you've got Donald Trump over here on
truth Social telling everybody that he's goingto turn himself into authorities in Georgia on
Thursday. This, of course, after being indicted in Fulton County Grand Cherry

(54:24):
on racketeering charges. Racketeering, hewas trying to challenge the results of the
elections, and just because he didn'tnecessarily fulfilled the way the state of Georgia
prescribes you should challenge elections, theDemocrats want to make it criminal. Trump's

(54:52):
bond, In case you haven't heard, I can't imagine you haven't by this
point, But in case you haven't, Trump's bond's already been agreed to and
set for two hundred thousand dollars.Trump made a really funny statement in regards
to it, saying that the failedDistrict Attorney of Fulton County, Atlanta,

(55:15):
Fanny Willis, insisted on a twohundred thousand dollars bond for me. I
assumed, therefore, that she thoughtI was a flight risk. I'd fly
far away, maybe to Russia,Russia, Russia, Russia, share a
gold domes suite with Vladimir, neverto be seen or heard from again.

(55:35):
Would I be able to take myvery understated airplane with the gold Trump affixed
to the for all to see.Probably not. I'd be much better off
flying commercial. I'm sure no onewould recognize me. Fulton County District Attorney
Fannie Willis launched a forty one countindictment against Trump an eighteen co conspirators last

(56:00):
week, accusing the defendants of attemptingto overturn the twenty twenty presidential election results.
The indictment marks the fourth against theformer president seeking a second term in
twenty twenty four. Now the sarcastthe dripping humor. That's hilarious, guys,

(56:23):
And if I could do a betterTrump impersonation, I would have laid
it on thick right there, becauseyou can hear Trump's saying this, I
thought I'd fly far far away, maybe to Russio, Russio, Russia.
That's hilarious. And Trump's right.See Trump's got the ash. He knows

(56:45):
he takes all the air out ofthe room. He is giving the ultimate
thumb in the eye to the RNC, and he feels justified in doing so.
And I'm not going to say thathe's not, but i am going
to say that they is just asjustified in return to say that if you're
not going to play by our rules, you can't be part of our club.

(57:07):
And that is still what it is. The Democratic National Committee, the
Republican National Committee. They have garnereda great deal of power and authority,
and now they have managed to getstates to pay for stuff that's part of
their club activities. But it isstill just a private club. We seem
to lose track of that for somereason on a fairly regular basis. I

(57:31):
mean, why are American taxpayers footingthe bill for these people to decide who
their nominees to be president's going tobe. Why do we treat that like
those are the only two options, like they are inherently some type of government
authority an additional branch of the government. Well, the Democratic Party of the

(57:53):
Republican Party. We have to treatthe party. The parties are just clubs.
That's it. And again, ifBrett Bear says it wasn't Fox Network
that has put the kai bosh onletting the Trump surrogates be in the spin
room, I tend to believe it. But again, it's not gonna matter.

(58:19):
You're gonna have fewer than ten percentthat have an interest in this election.
They're gonna be watching that debate pewerthan ten percent. The majority are
gonna be tuning in too, TuckerCarlson over at X formerly Twitter, that's
a given you can count on that. Best believe that. All right,

(58:44):
before we reset the hour, Ineed to take a moment to remind you
about yet one of our other sponsors, the last sponsor for this hour,
our friends over a Native Path.Right now, if you have concerns about
heart disease, blood clot strokes, kidney failure, then you probably shouldn't be
taking ibuprofen. Thailent offer that mattereither. If you're taking ibuprofen, and

(59:09):
the first place, presumably that's forpain relief, well it doesn't even get
to the main cause of your pain. Certainly doesn't help you with the swell.
It it's only a temporary pain reliefat best, and it's only masking
the real problem. So it's clearlynot a solution. You need a solution,

(59:30):
then take advantage of an offer that'sonly available to listeners of taping too
the truth Right now, you cango to stop my Inflammation dot com backslash
thapp Go there you get to seethe offer meant just for you. Remember
ibuprofen tail and all. It's notonly ineffective, it's expensive and it can

(59:52):
be downright dangerous, especially for seniors. That's why researchers are saying to add
the omega three fatty acid supernutrient intoyour diet. And it's in the krill
oil, the Antarctic krill oil supplementto here from native path It's not just

(01:00:15):
any form of omegas, it's omegathree batty acids. It's sourced from wild
caught krill. The omega three contentand the krill oil has been shown to
support healthy blood pressure, circulation, brain health as well as reduce inflammation.
It reduces swelling, and it reducesjoint pain, and it has done that

(01:00:36):
for me. That's why I startedtaking it, and it has worked wonders
for me. It can outperform ibuprofen, advil, and thaylanol combined. It
doesn't have any of the dangerous sideeffects that we've already mentioned. And better
yet, for a limited time, you can grab Native Path Antarctic krill oil
for as low as twenty three dollarsa bottle. Just go to Stop My

(01:01:00):
Inflammation dot com backslash tapp. Gothere right now, get your special offer
for being part of the Tap intothe Truth audience. You can't beat a
deal like that, all right,So let's reset the hour and we'll be
right back. So don't go anywhere. This is us shoemate from homeschool Ready

(01:01:29):
or not dot Com and you're listeningto Tim Tap Tap into the Truth.
Yeah, how wow wow wow wow. Hello. I'm Ron Edwards, host

(01:02:34):
of the Ron Edwards American Experience, and you're Tapping into the Truth with Tim
Tap. All right, Thank you, Ron, and thank you for being
here. As we slide headlong intoour number two of today's broadcast, I'm

(01:02:59):
gonna tell you part of me wantsto just keep going with the conversation.
We were having, but believe itor not, there are still other things
going on, and I feel likeI'm obligated to talk a little bit about
those things before we do that, though I do want to. Now we'll
go in reverse and we'll talk aboutall those great sponsors of the show.

(01:03:20):
They sponsor the second hour the sameas they do the first hour, And
we're going to start this time withwhere we ended last time. We're going
to start with our friends over writtenNative Path. Now. Native Path is
absolutely phenomenal stuff. They've got alot of great items. But when we
talk about the krill oil, theAntarctic wild caught krill oil, this isn't

(01:03:44):
just it's a phenomenal product. It'sa great product, and I can't stress
to you enough the impact that ithas had on me. Now, if
you're worried about your heart, memory, or swollen achey joint, this Antarctic
krill oil supplement could help put anend to issues with all three of those.

(01:04:05):
It's been shown to support healthy bloodpressure, circulation, brain health,
and to reduce implemmation, swelling, and joint pain. Now, I cannot
tell you how much of a differencethat this has made to me. When
it comes to joint pain and inflammation. That's one of the things I was

(01:04:26):
really hoping to get from it,and I started taking it just a little
while before they appicially became a sponsor. I got some samples and moved forward
with it, and it was justso so good. I mean, I
was feeling changes right away. Imean there was no question I could feel

(01:04:47):
it. But then I got intoa circumstance where my wife had a medical
emergency and I was away from thehouse for a few days. In the
process of being away from the house, I had forgot to bring the Native
Path Antarctic krill oil with me,so I wasn't able to take it for
a couple of days. And abouttwo days without having taken it, I

(01:05:12):
could start to feel that same old, familiar pain creeping back into my knees
and my ankles and my youth.I played basketball and did some stuff that
somebody my hythe probably shouldn't be ableto do. So I put a lot
of strain and stress on my kneesand ankles. And now I carry around

(01:05:32):
a little too much weight and thatputs more strain and stress on it.
But the Native Path krill oil supplementhas done such a fantastic job. If
they stopped being a sponsor tomorrow,I would still be taking it. That's
how good it's done. And allI'm really asking you to do is take

(01:05:54):
the time check out the offer that'savailable just to you as a member of
the listening audience, or tap intothe truth by going to Stop my Inflammation
dot com backslash tapp. You gothere, you'll see a great offer that's
meant just for you guys, aslisteners of this show, and you can
find out for yourself exactly if thisis going to be helpful to you or

(01:06:17):
not. And if it's not, then you know, keep looking, go
find something else that will, because, as you know, everything affects everyone
a little bit differently. Maybe youend up getting the result where it helps
with your blood pressure. So far, I can't say that there's down a
whole lot with my blood pressure, but that doesn't mean that it wouldn't work

(01:06:41):
for you. I can't guarantee youthat it's going to work for your joints
and your achy you swollen joints hereas well as it's worked for me.
But it might or it might workbetter. There's only one way to find
out and again, just go tostop my Inflammation dot com backslash tap tapp

(01:07:06):
because it is tap as in mylast name. Stop my Inflammation dot com
backslash tapp. Go there right now, get your special offer just for being
part of the Tap into the Truthaudience. Do that right now for me,
and you'll be doing it for ut. You got to take your health
into your hands, right all right, let's get back into action. The

(01:07:30):
Tennessee state legislatures currently in a specialsession. The special session was called by
our governor, who is a Republican, had been a pretty conservative governor up
until the point that a trans terrorist, and I think it's fair to call

(01:07:54):
her that a trans terrorist went toa school in Nashville and shot the place
up. At that moment, allof a sudden, kevinor Bill Lee fell
in line with the gun control crowd. He's been trying to put pressure on
the Republican party that currently controls thestate legislature to passing a strange hybridized version

(01:08:23):
of a red flag law. Andthe reason he's tried to twist and turn
and make it this hybridized version isbecause he's trying to satiate the concerns that
red flag laws bring forward, andthat is the fact that as a person

(01:08:43):
that believes in due process, redflag laws deny due process. There's no
way to work around it. Andeven with the effort to do this hybridized
version of it, they're claiming thatthey're kind of sort of most doing due
process, but they're still not.But regardless, he wasn't real happy that

(01:09:08):
the regular session ended without him gettingthis red flag law. So he's called
to order a special legislative session andit's underway currently. It's been going on
for a few days now, andso far the state GOP has stood firm
on the fact that they're not passingany kind of red flag laws. They're

(01:09:30):
not going to pass any kind ofgun control legislation at all. So you
know, yeah, good for them. They shouldn't. This is not a
thing that they should be doing. But now a group of Tennessee Republicans have
officially declared their intention to eradicate humantrafficking in the state. They did this

(01:09:50):
at a press conference on Tuesday,August twenty second, today time of the
live broadcast whenever you're hearing this inrelations and whatever. But they did this
during this special session. The specialsession has received a lot of national attention

(01:10:11):
because a lot of folks know thatthis is about whether or not Republicans will
buckle under the pressure to gun andcontrol activists, and so far they're not
too good for them. Now.The press conference was put on by the
Tennessee Faith and Freedom Coalition, whichis a conservative advocacy group, and it
featured over a dozen Tennessee Republicans fromboth the State House and the State Senate.

(01:10:36):
And they took place in the state'sold Supreme Court Chamber in Nashville,
So, you know, a goodcrew of folks with good mixture of people
that are going to be standing firmthat can make or break legislation moving forward.
And they did it in a historicallyimportant and appropriate location for the state

(01:11:00):
legislative body when it comes to standingup for what is constitutional rights. So
the conference came as the left leaningprotesters showed up at the Capitol this week
to push for gun control, whichof course that's what they want. They're
here if we can save just oneperson, YadA, YadA, YadA.

(01:11:25):
Meanwhile, the Biden administration is outhere shutting down drug, drug, shutting
down gun what's the word here? Not the manufacturers. But the folks that
sell they're not necessarily retailers. Whatis the word. It's escaping me at
the moment. But anyway, they'regoing around and they're taking these folks that

(01:11:48):
normally sell firearms. They're pulling theirlicense so that they're not legally eligible to
do it anymore. They're looking forany excuse. Now, if they have
the same zero tolerance of breaking literallaw with themselves as they seem to have
in this situation, then Hunter Bidenwould not only be not getting a plea

(01:12:12):
deal, but he'd be going toprison for his felony gun charge that's being
ignored thanks to diversion. Oh,he was on jugs. Who who wants
to punish him and so badly forstruggling with an addiction? When nobody wants

(01:12:33):
to punish him for struggling with theaddiction, I want to punish him for
being a worthless gum dog who wasbreaking the law. That's where the punishment
should come from. But anyway, this particular conference was held to discuss a
bill dealing with mandating an annual reportfrom the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and putting

(01:12:57):
more awareness on the issue of humantrafficking to the state. Now that by
itself doesn't change anything. Okay, this is one of those political tricks that
makes it look like, oh,well, we're doing something, and truthfully,
yeah, they are doing something. And ultimately here it is still a

(01:13:21):
good thing because they are taking informationand they're going to be putting it in
the hands of the people, andit is then the people who are going
to pressure the politicians to actually dosomething that might be of more value.
The first step is in knowing what'sgoing on. The first step is in
having that information, you know. That's why it's so vital. That's why

(01:13:45):
I do this while a lot ofother people are doing this, trying to
make sure that you have access toinformation that otherwise you wouldn't necessarily get.
Now, I also throw in anawful lot of my personal opinion. Just
go along with But you know alot of the stories that I cover,
a lot of stories that other folkscover when they get behind their microphones and

(01:14:09):
do this as well. Our stuff, you're just not going to hear in
the lamestream legacy media. They're justnot going to talk about it. It
punches a hole in their narrative andeverything. So this is an effort to
try and make sure that there's moreawareness around the issue, and that's the
first step. I mean, there'sa reason why I keep bringing on guests

(01:14:32):
that have a lot to do withfighting against human trafficking, especially here recently,
and that's because I want to helpraise awareness. I want to help
make sure that everybody knows what thetell tale signs are and that they know
what they can do to help puta stop to it. That starts by
raising awareness. So again, thisis a good first step. Doesn't mean

(01:14:55):
a lot in the big scheme, but it's a start, right, Okay.
So here's step one, and quotinghere from the House Majority Leader William
Lamberth said, quote one of thethings we have not done enough of.
It's dragged this issue out into thelight. Have the TBI and law enforcement

(01:15:20):
work together with the legislature to identifyevery single community where this is happening and
then allocate needs towards that. Now, the bill s B seven eight eight
has the support of Lamberth and SenateMajority Leader Jack Johnson, unlike many of

(01:15:43):
the other bills that have been filedduring this special session, and it made
through the Senate Judiciary Committee this pastTuesday, quoting again here, this time
from Johnson. If you're engaging inchild and human sex trafficking in Tennessee,
We're coming after you. That soundslike a serious warning. I hope they

(01:16:09):
mean it. So they're coming afteryou, guys, don't be bad.
Congressman Andy Ogels, So it's alsopresent, and he said that the lawmakers
had a biblical mandate to fight againsttrafficking. Well, it kind of goes
without saying, all right, Iwant you to think about the Bible when

(01:16:29):
you think about me. I'm sorry, it's hard not to be a little
cynical about this, but I'm actuallytrying to give them an out of boy,
And every time I read some ofthe statements that these folks have made,
I start feeling like I need totake them to task. It's like,
yes, yes, Andy, andI like Andy. Actually I met
Andy Ogels a couple of times, and I like him. But this is

(01:16:54):
pretty obvious. I mean, it'salmost it's almost two of it's it's almost
it's almost stupid to say this likethat, that we have a biblical mandate
to fight against trafficking. Of courseyou do. It's such a degregation to

(01:17:18):
the human body, which is inthe image of Christ. Right, we're
talking about a creation that is inthe image of God, and you're taking
everything that is wholly insanctified about itand degrading it to the point that it
becomes nothing but just meet. You'retrying to remove the spark of the divine.

(01:17:43):
You're trying to degregate anything that wouldn'tmake it worth happening. So guess
there is a biblical mandate to fightagainst trafficking. It shouldn't take an act
of the government to have to dothis, but this is where we are.
So according to a summary of thebill, it requires the Bureau the
Tennessee Bureau of Investigation the TBI,to submit a report on child and human

(01:18:09):
trafficking crimes and trends in the stateof Tennessee. All is based upon data
that's available to the Bureau, aswell as current programs and activities of the
Bureau's Human Trafficking Unit. Meaning, keep us up to date, keep us
in the loop, let us knowwhat you're doing to try and stop it.
Let us know what you know, let us know what you're doing.

(01:18:33):
Back to quoting this time from Aarongo Benson, Executive director of the Tennessee
Faith and Freedom Coalition. He said, quote, human trafficking is the scourge
of our time. It happens inour communities. It happens a mile from
where we live. It happens evencloser than that. On certain occasions,

(01:18:57):
we are dedicated to save women andchildren and eradicating this scourge. According to
the TBI, they're up to sixhundred kids who go missing in the state
of Tennessee each month. Some ofthese are runaways or children in remarkably complex
situations, which is a fancy wayof saying parental battles and parental rights are

(01:19:25):
at play. Others, however, are trafficked. The issue of human trafficking
has come to the forefront with thesuccess of the movie The Sound of Freedom,
a story of Tim Ballard, who'splayed by Jim Caviezel in the movie,

(01:19:45):
in case you haven't seen it yet, a federal agent who quits his
job to rescue a young girl fromsex slavery in South America. Now,
the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, speakingto The Day Wire, said that most
children trafficked in Tennessee are not foreignnations, but kids who are born and

(01:20:06):
raised in the state. So theymeant to say foreign nationals, but it's
still it's still true. Okay.So we're looking at this situation where these

(01:20:27):
lawmakers are trying to step up anddo the right thing. They're trying to
make sure that the good Christian conservativesof the State of Tennessee see them taking
a stand against human trafficking. It'sa lot of the same type of stands

(01:20:49):
they've been taking in an effort toprotect children in the state from irreparable harm
while they're young. It's it's notthat dissimilar to some of the other things
that they've been doing. But mostimportantly, for the citizens of the State
of Tennessee, while they're working onthis, they won't be passing gun control.

(01:21:15):
They won't be taking away god givenconstitutionally protected rights from citizens of the
state. They're doing their jobs. They just need to keep doing their jobs,
all right. Before we go totake the mid hour break, it's
time to talk about our next sponsor. And once again, since we're going

(01:21:36):
in reverse order, we are nowlanding on our friends over it vanished holsters.
Again, it's important to remember,I mean, the fastest, surest
path to tyranny is to give upyour guns. The quickest way to become
a victim of violent crime is tonot have your gun on you when you
need it. One of the biggestmistakes that gun owners like myself, I've

(01:22:00):
done this on the biggest mistakes wemake. Sometimes we will buy a holster
and then it's just to gosh, starting uncomfortable when we try to use it
to carry that we just stop carrying. We come up with excuses, and
eventually we just stop. And hopefully, also if you're like me, you
eventually find another holster that works betterand you get back to carrying. But

(01:22:25):
maybe you don't. And the ideahere is if you do not want a
large gap of time to go buywhere if you're legally carrying that you go
for a very long time without havingyour firearm on you. And the reason
you don't want to do that isbecause you never know when that terrible moment
might arise. I mean, itmight not ever, and that's great.

(01:22:49):
In fact, I hope for mostof you that it never happens. But
I would much rather have the firearmon me and not need it then to
need it and not have it.And that's why vanished holster is really quickly
becoming one of the most popular holstersout there. They have thousands of customers

(01:23:10):
that will swear to you that itis the most comfortable holster period and that
if you start using a vanished holster, you'll never stop carrying. It's designed
to work with almost all semi automatichandguns, so that makes it money saving
right off the bat right there. It's designed to hold two additional magazines along
with your firearm, so you gotplenty of ammunition if that very terrible,

(01:23:34):
horrible, no good occasion should arise. It's also designed to work without a
tactical belt. That does two things. That saves you the additional money that
maybe you weren't thinking about having tohave that tactical belt on when you bought
the holster, and it also allowsyou to go back to being that most
comfortable holster again because not only doyou not have to have the tactical belt,

(01:23:58):
but it's also designed to let youcarry in multiple positions, so if
one position is not working very wellfor you, you can find another position.
It's very flexible product. This isa phenomenal thing you've got going on
here with Vanish. But hey, sound too good to be true, right
right? So don't take my wordfor it, go see for yourself visiting

(01:34:15):
right, let's get on. I'mgoing to try to sneak two stories here
and we'll see if I can makeit. I wanted to talk to you
a little bit about how the federalcourts ended up siding with a Catholic farmer
who ended up getting booted out ofa farmer's market because who waited for it?
A Catholic farmer, a traditional viewon marriage. Yes, that's a

(01:34:36):
reason that kicks somebody out of afarmer's market. Right. Well, in
Biden's America, it is a federaldistrict court sided with the Michigan farmer this
past Monday, ruling that he isfree to participate in a city run farmer's
market after he was booted over hisCatholic views on marriage. Steve Tennis,

(01:35:02):
who owns Country Mill Farms, wasbanned in twenty seventeen from the East Lansing
Farmer's Market by city officials after heposted on Facebook that he follows the Catholic
Church's teaching on marriage, which includesopposing same sex weddings at his family's orchard.

(01:35:25):
Now East Lansing officials reacted by usinga discretionary system of individual assessments air
quotes intended to be there to banthe farmer and his farm from participating in
the seasonal market, despite the factthat he never received any complaints from customers,

(01:35:49):
in fact, not once, becausewhen he was at the farmer's market,
he wasn't spreading the Gospels, hewasn't arguing against same sex marriage.
He simply said on Facebook, wherehe is free to speak freely, or
at least he should be that thereas a practicing Catholic who believes in the

(01:36:13):
Gospel. I'm just not going tobuy into the notion that a dude and
the dude can get married, ora chicken a chicken, you're married.
Although he's a little classier than Iwas right there, but you get what
I'm saying now. I do findit interesting that the officials at East Lansing
decided that it wasn't good enough tosay, okay, well you can't be

(01:36:35):
there, even though it was apersonal statement on the personal account. But
they decided that the entire farm,no representatives from the farm could be present.
We're going to punish you, butgood. So this particular farmer and
his farm sued the city of EastLansing and it started back in twenty seventeen

(01:36:56):
as well. Well, we meanderaway from twenty seventeenth through twenty eighteenth or
twenty nineteen or twenty twenty, twentyone, twenty two, and now here
we are in August of twenty twentythree. And finally a U. S.
District Judge, Paul Maloney, justin case you're wondering, came down

(01:37:16):
with a decision that the city's bannedon tennis constituted a burden on plaintiffs religious
beliefs. Now, I'm wondering whattook so long to get there. Seems
like this was pretty obvious from thejump, right dude and his farm quote,
were forced to choose between following thereligious beliefs and a government benefit for

(01:37:43):
which they were otherwise qualified. AgainAir quotes there, violating his right to
exercise his religion freely. So maloneydid the only right thing, said,
sorry's lancing. You can't do that, quoting here from the courts of the
Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Thereason is simple. Denying a person an

(01:38:11):
equal share of the rights, benefits, and privileges enjoyed by other citizens because
of her faith discourages religious activity. So this guy and their farm. It's
also twenty two miles away from theslanting, which his legal team noted is

(01:38:35):
outside of the city's jurisdiction. Soin twenty seventeen, when the individual pursued
the city, the same judge issueda preliminary injunction ordering the city to allow
him to participate in the farmer's marketwhile his litigation proceeded. He has not

(01:38:58):
had any issue with his farmer's participationin the farmer's market since then. This
according to his legal team quoting here, He serves and welcomes everyone to his
stand. No one has ever turnedaway, so not practicing any bigotry,
just doing the work of selling theirgoods. The farmer was represented by the

(01:39:25):
Alliance Defending Freedom, which of courseis a conservative legal group. Quoting here
from Senior counsel Kate Anderson, whoargued before the Court on behalf of the
farmer, said that Tennis and CountryMial farms are grateful for the Court's decision
protecting religious c liberty. At thesame time, they are eager to mend

(01:39:51):
fences with current city officials and getback to doing what Country Mial does best,
as expressed in its missions statement, glorifying God by facilitating family fund on
the farm and feeding families. Okay, so, several high profiled cases dealing

(01:40:12):
with business owners who opposed same sexmarriage on religious grounds have wound up at
the Supreme Court in recent years.Back in June, the Supreme Court struck
down a Colorado law that would havepunished Christians graphic designer who declined to design
a website for a same sex weddingthat violated her religious beliefs. We talked

(01:40:33):
about that a bit at the time. That case echoed another Supreme Court case
that also came from Colorado. Intwenty eighteen, the Supreme Court the game
down with that very narrow ruling infavor of the Colorado baker who refused to
make the wedding cake for the samesex couple. In that case, the

(01:40:53):
court reversed the Colorado Civil Rights Commission'sdecision against Jack Phillips, who is,
of course the owner of Masterpiece CakeShop, saying that the state had failed
to be neutral on religion, andthat's part of what made it so very
narrow. They just looked at thisone particular case and said, in this

(01:41:14):
one particular instance, this one particularissue had occurred. Now, unfortunately,
we live in a time where thisis a much bigger deal than it should
have to be. This should havebeen a no brainer. The city of
East Lanston should have been smacked downquickly. This should not have taken more
than a year and a half toget through all the litigation, because every

(01:41:39):
judge that saw this in every courtthat this was heard, should have instantly
said, no, you can't dothat. Because they didn't just violate the
freedom of religion or the free practicethereof, they also violated the first a
minute free speech free expression rights. You have the right to say what you

(01:42:00):
genuinely believe, especially if it isan honest, heartfelt, deeply connected belief,
and that's what this is said.I'm a practicing Catholic, I believe
in the faith, I believe inthe Gospels, and as such, I

(01:42:20):
can't support same sex weddings. I'mnot going to participate in them. I'm
not going to support them. Mybusiness is not going to accommodate them.
However, I will be more thanhappy to sell our wares to whoever needs
the food. A very Christian mindset, but also a very American one.

(01:42:45):
There should have been no controversy here. This should have been nothing more than
the usual typical leftists trying to createa controversy because they're hoping that you're going
to feel an emotion and ignore thefacts. And once again, as Ben
Shapiro would tell you, facts don'tcare about your emotions. And in this

(01:43:08):
particular case, you don't have togo any further than the First and Second
Amendments. Well, first and second. I'm not sure how the second Amendment
applies there, but you don't haveto go any further than the First Amendment
to see your first big issue here, self expression and freedom of religion.

(01:43:29):
They go hand in hand. It'swhile they're together, and both of them
were dimentished by the City of Michigan. He's lancing overstepped or bounce overstepped or
authority and try to do so inthe name of the agenda. Well,

(01:43:51):
that's pretty crappy, guys, Sogood job, big win in in case
it shouldn't. I've had to beena big win, but the good guys
one, and that's really all thatmatters at this point. We've got to
get ourselves back around to the goodguys winning all the time and without as

(01:44:13):
much effort. That brings me tothis next story, the final story of
the day. It's the cultural warstory. In this particular case. It's
kind of sad actually to a degree. Most of you probably won't care one
way or the other. But Isaw the headline and I thought, well,
here's one that probably is going tofly under the radar. A few

(01:44:35):
folks are going to comment about it. If more than just a few do,
I'll be really surprised. But Iwanted you guys to be aware of
it just in case. So theheadline is Charlotte Pride says no one will
win the twenty twenty three Harvey MilkAward after a convicted pedophile. Winner's past
is unearthed, a story I've beenkind of watching on the sideline but haven't

(01:45:01):
brought to the show, mostly becauseI figure, if you guys are interested
in this enough, you're probably followingit too, and if not, there's
no reason for me to bring itout. But Charlotte Pride Discourse being Charlotte,
North Carolina, they're now saying thatno one will be awarded the twenty

(01:45:25):
twenty three Harvey Milk Award for ExceptionalLGBT Plus Advocacy worst the queue anyway for
Exceptional LGBT plus advocacy after the announcedwinners passed as a convicted child sex offender

(01:45:46):
came to light. Now, Idon't know why that's such a a deal
breaker. We are talking about theHarvey Milk Award. After all, Harvey
didn't exactly have the cleanest that passeditself, especially when it came to criminal
offenses. Anyway, quoting here,we do not give every single award out

(01:46:11):
every year. Charlotte Pride was originallygoing to do Harvey Milk. Yeah,
that doesn't sound very right either. We were going to do Harvey Milk,
but on further discussion decided not togive out that award this year does of
course a quote from the leading Charlotte, North Carolina LGBT organization and they were

(01:46:33):
talking to W S o C.Conversation took place last Friday. If it
matters at all to you anyway, the group did not detail what led to
the decision not to give out theHarvey Milk Award after all. Chad Severance
Turner, a former music minister whoserved years in prison for sexual abusing a

(01:47:00):
minor boy, was originally slated toreceive the award this year. Then a
lot of folks that were familiar withChad Turner's case really started making a stink
and Charlotte Pride was embarrassed by it. And for a while they were trying
to ignore it. They were hopingthat it would blow over, the people

(01:47:21):
would stop paying attention to it.But the longer they went without commenting,
the more backlash that came from it. And you know what's a bad look,
I mean again, bad enough. What what Harvey Milk himself had done
back in the day is bad enough. You're going to have an award named
after him because they keep trying tohold a Harvey Milk up. As some

(01:47:43):
type of LGBTQ plus superhero guy.And as it turns out, lots of
times, the people the folks onthe left try to hold up as the
hero for the purposes of a movementhave a far more sorted back ground than
most people are willing to admit. But it's funny. It's funny that they're

(01:48:04):
willing to overlook the sordid backgrounds ofpeople like Harvey Milk, and yet they
want to pretend like somebody like aThomas Jefferson isn't deserving. I mean to
overlook the one or two parts ofhis personal life that you find to be
distasteful, the one or two aspectsof George Washington's private life that you find

(01:48:28):
to be distasteful, Those things thatcertainly don't constitute having been a crime in
the time in which it happened.Terrible events find you in some cases.
But still these people are not worthyof the same treatment. I wonder why
that is. Oh yeah, it'sa matter of which sides you're on,

(01:48:53):
doesn't it Anyway. The Charlotte Pridehad praised this guy, the Chad Turner
guy, as an influential advocate forLGBT plus issues to still don't know where
the que's gone to with that. They trained me to say the que and

(01:49:14):
now they're not using the que. It's kind of a buve me now.
A. Severance Turner, forty five, is President and Chief executive Officer at
the Carolina's LGBT Plus Chamber of Commerce, a nonprofit that supports LGBT plus and
allied businesses in North and South Carolina. He was accused by three minor boys

(01:49:38):
of sexual abuse back in nineteen ninetyeight, when he was twenty years old,
all three of whom he met throughhis position as music director for the
New Harvest Church of God in Gaffney, South Carolina. All this according to
a two thousand report from go upstatedot com. Now. The three boys

(01:50:02):
accusations were tried in three separate cases. The first case involved a fourteen year
old boy who testified that he spentthe night was Sufferance Turner at one of
the other victims houses and awoke tomister Turner fondling his genitals. The boy

(01:50:24):
also testified that Turner invited him tospend the night at his house, and
when he did, Turner asked himhow he would feel about a man performing
oral sex arny. The boy toldthe court at the time that I thought
he was joking. The child saidthat Turner's question about sexual acts were upsetting

(01:50:48):
because of his position in the church. The second boy, who was fifteen
at the time, testified that Turnerinvited him to his house and showed him
a point of araphic video sex betweena man and a woman. The boy
went to sleep in the same bedand awoke to separance fondling hip quote.

(01:51:10):
He told me, if I evertold the pastor, he'd make me look
like a full and a liar now. The third boy, who was also
fifteen when he said the incident happened, said that Turner made the same advances
to him when he stayed at theboys home for three weeks and fondled him
multiple times. Turner's defense attorney ThomasShaley or Sali Anyway, the defense attorney

(01:51:39):
accused the boys at the time ofa Salem winch hunt against their alleged abuser.
Turner was eventually convicted in two thousandof performing a lewd act on a
minor under sixteen and sentenced to tenyears in prison. He served just two
years before being released on parole. He's currently listed on the North Carolina Sex

(01:52:02):
Offender or Registry. Charlotte Pride quicklyscrubbed Turner's name from its website page listing
this year's Champions of Pride Award winnersafter his sex after his child sex offense
conviction came to light. However,an archived version at the page does show

(01:52:24):
him listed, So there's no doubtyou. They can't deny that they were
planning on giving this guy an award. This isn't the first time that Sufferance
Turner's child sex offender status has beenunearthed while a position of influence. While
in a position of influence, Ishould shake. In twenty sixteen, he

(01:52:45):
resigned as president of the Charlotte's LGBTChamber of Commerce after a child sex offender
conviction became known. He said atthe time that his past had not stopped
him from being being successful. Atthe time, Severance Turner was at the
forefront of a push for North Carolinato allow trans identifying men to use women's

(01:53:12):
bathroom. So he was one ofthe folks in charge of that kula.
Now here's the thing. When dudewas being accused of doing all these things,
he was in his twenties. Couldhe be redeemed? You know,
that's a question that you have toask yourself. What level of forgiveness can

(01:53:33):
you get? But when it comesright down to it, there are clearly
instances where the appearance of impropriety stillmatters. Clearly not in American politics anymore,
but perhaps when it comes to winningcivic awards. It's hard to be

(01:53:56):
a upstandings community leader when you've donehard time for a sexual assault charge,
especially if that sexual assault was uponminers under the age of sixteen. I

(01:54:17):
really don't know what else to sayabout that, other than the fact that
it's something I thought you should beaware. It does still seem to matter,
and that some of these groups arenot as shameless as the mainstream legacy
media would make them out to be. Taking us again back to the fact
that most of these people they justwant to be left alone and lived their

(01:54:42):
lives. They don't like the kindof negative attention that comes even from awards
ceremonies trying to elevate the awareness inthe community they're seeing their herd. Please
stop putting criminals up as hero youknow, that seems like a pretty good

(01:55:03):
idea. Anyway, Let's just stopputting criminals up as Hebrews. All right,
I think we're gonna just have toleave it there today. But remember,
as always, don't take my wordfor it, definitely don't take their
word for it. Be prepared toput in some effort and most importantly,

(01:55:25):
