Why are conservatives so determined to make the "perfect the enemy of the good?" Ukraine aid passed without any border security for the U.S. (in fact, we are giving $3.5 billion to NGOs to keep the invasion going). By the way, waiving the Ukrainian flag on the House floor is an act of treason and everyone who did it should be removed from office immediately. Title IX has been rewritten by the Biden administration, but everyone keeps forgetting that laws can only be amended by Congress, not the Executive branch. Columbia University has announced that it will no longer hold in-person classes at its main campus for the remainder of the school semester due to the pro-Hamas activists who have taken over the property. Eva Edl, a pro-life activist who survived a Nazi death camp and is about to turn 89 years old, faces dying in prison because the Biden DOJ has charged her with violating the FACE Act. A 13-year-old girl who attends Pennbrook Middle School north of Philadelphia spoke at a school board meeting and tearfully described watching a student use a Stanley cup to brutally beat up a female student and accused school officials of failing to step in despite being warned hours ahead of time that the attack was coming.

(00:04):
America. This is Ken Crowwood CrowsMesspolitics dot Org. You are listening to
one of America's greatest patriots. TimTap We Tap into the Truth. Would

(00:47):
say it's in a crucial speech. It's not because of foreign wars. We
wait, it's wanted to with thecolors blue and red. Mad lost too
much government. Can you tell mewhere the Constitution went? The Bill of
Rights is just hanging by a threadand disolady people trying to cross the border.

(01:12):
When politicians build a new world order, too many buns are convinced they
should be let I've got a bigbrand in the way God made that,
and I won't be ruled by thedamn When taking your right to self defense,

(01:38):
say you're signal, but they don'tmake sense. Danger responds to doctor
and the guns. All the unionsalways ask people, all the buyers made
on thorn shores. Come a daywhen the real health pay. I've got
a big brand the way God theybe, and I will be ruled by

(02:06):
the damn. Win gotta be afraidthe way God they been, and I

(02:58):
will be by the damn. Youmen, Hello and welcome to today's broadcast
of Tapping to the Truth. HopeYou're having a fantastic day wherever you are
and whatever you may be doing, with all the usual caveats, of course,
but he was always I am,you're ever so humble and mostly peaceful,
but not feeling particularly peaceful today, host and so very glad to have

(03:23):
you here along for the ride.I've gotta jump in. I'm not feeling
very peaceful. I'm feeling kind ofsalty. Actually, you know, I'm
gonna try not to get too carriedaway today, but it's gonna be an
effort. It's gonna be an effortbecause there are a lot of things going

(03:44):
on, and I quite frankly,am tired not of having to fight the
left, but of having to fightpeople that are in the middle, and
having to fight people that are actuallyon the right. Why is it that
we conservatives can't seem to get ourown act together? Why do we have
to continue to fight one another? Why can we not find the middle ground

(04:10):
where we can work together on whatwe agree with and then move on instead
of trying to make the perfect theenemy of the good. Why do I
have to defend people like myself? Why do I have to defend I have
to defend Ken Crow Why do Ihave to defend Ron Edwards? Why do

(04:30):
I have to defend and you Ballas? Why do I have to defend Don
Smith and Rod Eckles and the peoplethat I talked to over day? Doug
Giles. I literally had to defendDoug Giles today. Who doesn't need me
to defend it? None of thesepeople need me to defend them. Okay
they don't, But I feel theneed to stand up for these folks just

(04:55):
because there's one or two elements thatsomebody heard them say that they disagreed with.
And when it came to Doug Gilesday, he has been a multi
time guest on this show. He'sa prolific author, he is a great
voice for both conservatism and Christianity. He runs the website Clash Daily, and

(05:15):
he's a phenomenal guy, point blank. But because he's occasionally said things that
offend the softer Christians, they getupset with him. And how dare I
give him a voice? How dareI give him a platform when all I
was doing was thanking him for havingpublished some of my work. I revisited

(05:40):
an article today, I went onSubstack. I didn't do it over in
locals today, but I went tosubstack and I put up an article that
I had originally written back in twentynineteen, along with the explanation of when
it was from, because some ofit as if you've ever read my articles,

(06:01):
you know I make certain points overall, but I use a current news
story that's going on in the moment, so understanding what time frame it's from
is important. So I pointed thatout, and I pointed out also that
it was originally published at Clash Dayand had somebody who's like, oh,

(06:27):
no, Doug Giles, blah blah. I said, no, he's not.
And then it got me to thinkingagain when Ken Crow had been on
my show and we were having adisagreement on air very mind, or when
we weren't arguing, shouting or anything, but we disagreed. And see,
that's where we should be as conservatives. We should be able to disagree on

(06:50):
a point here and there and everythingis still okay because we know that at
the end of the day we're friends. We know at the end of the
day we have the same goal anagenda. We know at the end of
the day we want to save ourrepublic and to be able to pass on
individual liberty to our children and theirchildren and their children's children, and the

(07:14):
same thing for our neighbors as well, not just for our kids, but
for everybody else that lives in thiscountry, and hopefully one day spread it
even further beyond the confines of theUnited States. See, that's the thing
about the conservative side. That isthe goal, that is the agenda.
We're accused of a million billion otherhorrific things. We're accused of everything from

(07:39):
fascism to Nazism, and we havegotten to the point where we wear that
is a badge of honor because weknow we haven't made enough noise in the
fight for what's right. If theleft hasn't started to attack us, we
know we haven't done enough moving theneedle, if the left hasn't pointed their
face at us and started trying tocall us names and accuse us of doing

(08:03):
the things that they themselves do.And most of them know they're doing it.
Sadly, a good number of themdon't even know. They're just good
little soldiers. There's reporting for duty. It is infuriating to have to have
the battle not with the left. That's what I'm signed up for. When

(08:24):
I got behind this microphone, andthe first time I hit resistance and I
said, fine, let's do it. That's what I signed up for.
The left is wrong, and Iwill battle them on the field of the
battle of ideologies. I will battlethem in the fight for the philosophy and

(08:45):
for the fight for the soul ofthe United States of America. And I
will do any other form of battlingthat is required thereafter to save this nation
and to save liberty because I've beencalled to do it. I don't get
a say in it. I don'tget to shrink away and curl up,

(09:09):
even if I start to feel likethat's what I want to do, I
don't get to because I have beencalled to do this. And I know
that now. I didn't always, but I know it to be true.
But here we are having to havethese battles with people on the right,
people that are conservative, accusing folks. And I started to tell you the

(09:31):
story about having a disagreement with Kenabout the battle was ongoing and when we
were live over on BTR and wewere talking about institutional racism, and he
was talking about a situation involving aschool system up north. It's something that
he saw and I made the pointthere is like, you're not talking about

(09:54):
institutional racism, You're talking about individualcorruption. Because the system is the institutional
part, and the system is setup to when it all works right,
to stop it when you don't haveeverything working right. But you have as
individuals who are corrupt, who areusing the leavers of power they've been entrusted

(10:16):
with. That's not institutional racism. It may be racism, and they may
be using the institutions, but that'snot what that is. And in the
process I had some of the listenersin the chat room saying, oh,
no, he's not even really aconservative. It's like, yes he is.

(10:37):
And I simply stated that on II saying, yes, yes he
is. I've known him for awhile now. He's one hundred percent conservative.
But just like everybody else, noneof us are going to meet none
of us are going to pass thepurity test that someone else wants to set
up. And it doesn't matter ifyou're mostly libertarian with slight conservative leanings or

(11:01):
mostly conservative with slight libertarian meetings thatnone of us are going to pass any
other person's individual tests. We've gotto come to grips with that. First.
The bottom line is we have todecide what are the shared principles that
are most worthwhile. What are theshared principles that we agree on? Is

(11:26):
it the Constitution? Is it Americafirst? Is it the preservation of preborn
baby humans? What is the goalpost? What is it that you can
work with me the most? Howpure do I have to be before you
can accept me as being a reasonableperson in your eyes? How far do

(11:52):
I have to go? What isthe score that I have to get on
your test? Sixty seventy not goodenough? Eighty ninety am up to ninety
five? Is that good enough? It's the fact that we have so many
people right now that if I'm notmatching one hundred percent what you want to

(12:15):
hear. It's not enough to say, well, you know, I like
some of what he says, butI'm not really going to listen to that.
I'm going to tune into somebody else. No. No, if I'm
a rhino, or I'm a horribleperson, or I'm not conservative at all,
or I'm here to set you astray, that is not a way that

(12:35):
we are going to be able tosave the republic. That's my ultimate goal.
Try to save the Republic. Doeverything in my power, even if
the only thing in my power isto set here and complain to you about
it, and I hope that mostof you guys out there agree. I

(12:56):
mean one of the reactions I've gotover and say from a left d im.
Sure I didn't bother to check itout, but I talked a little
bit about the fact that Saudi Arabiapublicly announced that they were involved in the
defense of Israel when Iran fired offtheir three hundred plus drones and ballistic missiles.

(13:22):
I was making the point that inyears gone by, Saudi Arabia would
have never publicly admitted to doing it, even though they have a vested interest
in stopping Iran from being an aggressor. But I used the term unprecedented attack
from Iran on Israel. Now,not that attacks from Iran on Israel are

(13:48):
unprecedented, but this ridiculous three hundredplus drones and ballistic missiles that was,
in fact, i'm precedented, especiallyconsidering that now everything's supposed to be back
to normal. There's not an opendeclaration of war, there's not this,
that or the other. It's absurdto believe that that's where it's at.

(14:13):
And some left. You just questionedunprecedented. Really after Israel attacks, is
there embassy now? First of all, he said unprecedented, and then he

(14:33):
pointed out a provocation. So Idon't think he understands. I don't think
they meant. I don't think theword means what he thinks it means.
And so I responded, I pointedthat out as it. First of all,
yes, unprecedented, because never inthe history of the Earth has any

(14:56):
nation fired so much ordinance at anotherupur nation and then pretended like it wasn't
an open declaration of war. Butif you want to talk about unprovoked,
then I would point out two things. Number one, what I already pointed
out in the earlier writing, whichif you want to check it out,

(15:18):
you go check out the substat I'llput a link in the show description.
I've been putting links in the showdescription if you're checking it out most places
that the podcast is available. Isaid, I like the things I pointed
out. Bottom line is a Ranpays for and has green light authority for

(15:43):
Hamas and has Belah and the Houthisand half a dozen other bad operators that
Iran uses as proxies. So theywere already at war. And then I
pointed out that under the terms ofinternational law that anslate not an embassy,
but a consulate loses all diplomatic protectionsif it's being used to facilitate acts of

(16:11):
war, if it's been used tofacilitate military actions, which of course that's
why one of the top Islamic Iranianguards, well the Iranian Islamic Guard Corps,
that's why their top general got oftenthe attack could put gun killed why

(16:36):
because he was there facilitating and coordinating, has a lot of attacks designed to
target northern Israel. That's why Iwas there so that consulate stopped being,
in the eyes of international law aconsulate when that began. And I also
pointed out that the general that waskilled in that instance just so happens to

(16:57):
have been the big, the child, the father, the facilitator, the
brain trust that created the October seventhattack on Israel in the first place by
Hamas. That's pretty well accepted bymost intel communities around the world, not

(17:21):
just our own, but regardless, that's the kind of fight that I expect.
You have somebody who's clearly a leftist, that's clearly pro Hamas and anti
Israel, and then wants to pretendlike what's going on around the world is
perfectly acceptable. But it's not. It's not acceptable, it's ridiculous. But

(17:42):
I'm ready to fight that battle.I'm tired of having to fight the battles
against other conservatives. It sickens meto see the GOP currently fighting amongst themselves
to the point that we can't reallyget anything accomplished in right now. So
many people are up at arms aboutthis Ukrainian aid bill, and I'm gonna

(18:04):
tell you, I'm not happy aboutit. I'm not the way this ends
in playing out. We got nothingfor our own border. It's utterly ridiculous.
They couldn't send money to Israel withoutsending money to Hezbelah, without sending
money to Hamas. Oh, they'resaying, okay, well, we're trying

(18:25):
to send it aid to the Gazastrip. Well, everything that goes into
Gaza in the form of aid justgets stolen by Hamas anyway, So that's
what they're really sending that money for. Now. If there's some type of
constraints, if you would actually putconstraints in these bills, that would be
fantastic, very specific about where themoney goes, and who's overseeing it,

(18:52):
and who's accountable for releasing it,and to whose hands it's going into,
and when it's actually going you wantto send a humanitarian aid into God.
After Hamas has been eradicated and removedfrom the equation, then I'm not gonna
be quite as upset about it.But right now you're funding Hamas to continue
the war. They're gonna be ina hurry to send that money. Oh,

(19:17):
Taiwan, we're gonna send money toTaiwan. Why we're not gonna stand
up for Taiwan. We're not gonnaprotect them from China, not this administration
anyway. Most Americans don't have thesemach for it. Why would we bother
to do this. We're just gonnakeep sending American taxpayer dollars there instead of
worrying about covering our own border. We're not gonna bother to protect American citizens

(19:41):
in America. And hey, Iam all for the idea of keeping our
allies, our legitimate allies strong.I am very much opposed to Russia just
taking over Ukraine. I do notlike that idea. I don't like Ukraine
becoming a part of Oh. Idon't like the fact that we're only continuing

(20:03):
to send enough aid to Ukraine tokeep the fight going, not enough for
them to win, not enough tostop Russia, but just enough to hold
serve, enough to keep it going, enough to keep Ukrainian folks in a
harm's way, and enough to keepthe battle going, possibly long enough to
eventually end up having to send Americantroops, because that's definitely on the table

(20:26):
that the Democrats are still in charge. But amongst all of that, I
have to give Speaker Johnson a littlebit of credit for having the intelligence to
split these up so that he couldget them past and then putting them back
together before sending them to the Senate. That in and of itself is smart,

(20:52):
That in and of itself, isactually the Speaker of the House doing
the speaker's job. And despite asangry as we may be, and as
many of us out there who maywant to remove Speaker Johnson at this point
in time because he didn't get themoney taken care for our southern border,
at some point we have got tostop, just at the drop of a

(21:15):
hat, fighting amongst ourselves. Ifyou're not happy with Johnson as a Speaker,
then we should have picked somebody betterto start with. But nobody wants
to freaking job. And nobody wantsthe job because Republicans as a party,
they don't want to rule. Theydon't want to take that power and use
it because they're afraid of being seen. It's those terrible, horrible, evil,

(21:38):
mean fascist that the left keeps colonists. Let them call us names.
Do the job. Pick somebody that'sgonna do it, But understand that when
it comes to certain things, thereis a point where we have to stand
on principle, and then there's apoint where we have to be pragmatic about

(21:59):
it too. And unfortunately the Speakerof the House has to be pragmatic and
political all the time, no matterwhat the basis say. He should listen
to voices like mine, he shouldlisten to voices like yours. But at
the end of the day, healso has to listen to voices like the
suburban soccer mombs that will vote Republicanas long as we put out somebody that's

(22:23):
willing to be a little squishy onthe idea of allowing the continuation of the
murder of preborn baby humans at leastto some point that they feel is reasonable,
whether that's thirteen weeks or fifteen weeksor whatever the suburban soccer moms are
feeling in the moment. They haveto play to that crowd too, because

(22:45):
we have to stand together. Theyhave to be pragmatic. We can't just
actually start looking like this caricature thatGavin Newsom is trying to pay this all
to be in this little TV adthat he's put out where he's literally pretending

(23:07):
like folks in Alabama are trying tocriminalize women crossing into other states to go
get abortions. I don't know ifyou've seen that ad yet or not.
And this is straight up legitimate. It's not parody, it's not farce,
it's not a Saturday Night Live skit. This is legitimate something he's putting out

(23:29):
there because he knows that the leftistthat are dumb enough to vote for him
are also going to be dumb enoughto believe that Somewhere, hiding behind a
speed trap sign in the state ofAlabama, there is an Alabama State trooper
waiting to pull somebody off. Somebackwood sheriff ready to just pull somebody over
and demand them step out of thecar, come over behind a bush and

(23:52):
pee on a stick to prove they'renot pregnant before they cross the state line.
There are people that are going tobe dumb enough to believe that that's
actually happening. And why because theyactually support Democrats, who, if given
full power and full authority, ifthey weren't answerable, they would institute crap

(24:15):
like that, which is why theythink conservatives would, which is why they
think Christians would. Christians want tosee an end to abortion not because they
hate women having the right to controltheir body. It's because there is now

(24:37):
another body involved in the equation. It's because they believe in the sanctity of
life. It's because we still lovethe sinner, despite how much we hate
the sin. We understand that peoplefind themselves in situations and circumstances that are

(24:59):
terrible, and sometimes it seems likethere's no way out, not just no
easy way out, but no wayout at all, which is when we
should be stepping up and helping oneanother. That's when, instead of again
letting the perfect be the enemy ofthe good, we need to find a
church where they welcome the center inso that they can feel part of the

(25:21):
church family and so that they canfeel themselves being drawn closer so they can
get the value in the merit ofthe guiding lines and the principles and the
sermons that come as the message isdelivered. Not the church that says,
well, you know, you've hadthree children out of wedlock and now you're
shacking up with somebody else, soyou've got no place in our church.

(25:45):
But there are plenty of churches thatbelieve that. There are plenty of churches
that behave that way. And that'salso part of the reason why you'll often
hear Ron Edwards and myself complain greatlyabout the organized church, because unfortunately,
sometimes it's organized against the parishioners.Sometimes it's organized against the gospels. Sometimes

(26:06):
it's literally organized against letting the messageof Jesus Christ inside the doors. Just
spoiler alert for all you lefties thathave accidentally tuned into the show today.
Any church that espouses any Marxist ideologiesis not bringing you the gospel. Jesus
was not a communist. Jesus wasnot a socialist. Jesus believed it was

(26:30):
up to the individuals to provide charity, not the role of the government.
As much as I dislike this bill, we have to decide what the plan
is before we start calling for blood. We need the plan for who's next,

(26:53):
who's going to be the next speaker. If we're going to end Speaker
Johnson's time in the title, let'sdo that first, because we've got to
become more effective at governing if wecan't govern, but just in the party,
let's just stop. It's less embarrassing. Let's just go to fighting the

(27:17):
battle in the culture war in theculture instead of even bothering politically. But
you see the problem with that.If the Left was unopposed, well,
let's just go ahead and finish shreddingwhat's left of the constitution, and all
individual liberties would be gone in aheartbeat, and we literally would be having
to fight for the republic, notin the arena of ideas, but on

(27:40):
the streets. So hey, well, how about we just get our act
together. How about we demand eachand every person that passed the bill in
the Ukraine that also provided with athree and a half billion dollars to non
government organizations to continue to maintain andfacilitate illegal migrants making their way into the

(28:07):
US. We're funding, we sentmoney to help protect the Ukrainian border from
Russia and then we also sent moneyto fund the continuation of the invasion.
That is infuriating that I have aproblem with. But beyond that, the
biggest thing, I have a hugeproblem with any member of the House,

(28:34):
regardless of what party they're in,celebrating the passage of this part of their
little aid package air quotes in fulluse by waiving the Ukrainian flag. The
rules of da Korama the House doesn'teven allow them to waive the American flag

(28:55):
when they're at conducting business, butto waive the Ukrainian flag in our House
of Representatives, that that's not justa violation of decorum, that is an
act of treason. And no,no, no, no, I'm sorry.

(29:15):
If you want to go in frontof a TV camera and talk about
how Ukraine's border is our border,no it is not. Again, we
do have a vested interest in notletting Vladimir Putin just roll in and take
over. That would be bad forall of Eastern and Western Europe. It

(29:37):
would be bad for all of NATO, it would be bad for the United
States. It would be But untilwe can root out the corruption in Ukraine,
it's still going to be nothing morethan a piggy Bank for folks like
Joe Biden who know how to playthat game. All right, I'm got

(30:00):
to take that break and move on. Otherwise I'm gonna just continue on with
this and I will start getting angryagain. And my blood pressure is already
rioting. So another thing I getreally angry about is when people accuse me
and my friends, my partners overat for Patriots of fear mongering. Okay,

(30:22):
because we constantly tell you, hey, things are gonna go sideways.
Hey, you could be without electricityfor a long period of time. Hey,
you could find yourself going to thegrocery store to find the shelves empty.
You could. And the reason wesay this is because these are all
things that legitimately could happen. We'renot fear mongering. The message isn't be

(30:42):
afraid. The message is be preparedbecause no matter how good things may be
or how bad things may be inany given moment, no matter whose administration
is running the White House at anygiven point in time, there are always
going to be some bad things thathappen, whether it's terrible storms or something

(31:04):
a little more man caused, thingsare going to happen. And the difference
between whether or not you are goingto be able to navigate these bad things
and keep everyone safe, or whetheryou're going to be at high risk,
depends heavily on how prepared you are. So let my friends over at for

(31:26):
Patriots help you to be prepared. That's all I've ever asked. Go check
it out for yourself, is allI've ever said. And usually when you
go do this, you guys havefound a lot of great products, a
lot of things that you want tohave, And you haven't bought these things
out of fear. You've bought themout of the knowledge that these are great
items to have in the event ofan emergency. But you don't have to

(31:48):
wait till an emergency to get it. Right now, for Patriots are still
really, really wanting to make surethat you have enough food to get through
whatever bad things may happen. Sogo to for Patriots dot com backslash tapp
and right now that's taking you directlyto their new deluxe three month food kit.

(32:10):
All right, this has hundreds ofservings of breakfast and lunch and dinner
foods. You've got everything from eggsto freaking lasagna and spaghetti. This isn't
your typical survival food kit. Allright, this is stuff that tastes good,

(32:31):
and there's no reason for you tojust survive. When you can thrive,
you will thrive with this. Youstart out there, you'll go through
the wholesales pitch. They'll show youeverything, including a lot of free gifts
that you may be eligible for dependingon when you're there. It's fantastic,
it really is. Excuse me.And from there you can navigate your way

(32:53):
back to the main page, whereyou will see all kinds of other great
stuff like solar generation and water purificationand all kinds of stuff. It's just
just be prepared. Stop accusing usof fear mongering. We're not again.
The message has never been be afraid. The message has always been be prepared.

(33:16):
Don't go anywhere. I'll be rightback. You're listening to tap into
the truth. Take down. Well, I want to make things better.
We gotta do is just come together. Well thems go, take mine bottom,

(33:38):
my lead to the timers, thenleave the people we got in night
in order to form a more perfectunion to ordain and establish this constitution for
the United States of America. Asuccessful long journey begins with the first step.

(34:09):
Hello, I'm Ron Edwards on Today'sSpace from the Evers, no book
brought to you by constitutional grounds,to coffee you want in your cup.
One day in the gym is imperceivable. Two days in the gym you won't
recognize many changes. One hundred daysin the gym and you'll almost be a
new person. One day of playingguitar and you can barely play one chord.

(34:30):
One hundred days of practicing guitar andyou can almost play any song.
When you do anything long enough,it adds up. If you do nothing,
it adds up to zero. Sotake the small steps every single day,
do what you're supposed to do,and don't expect some incredible results in
one day or two days or eventen days worthwhile things take one hundred days,

(34:54):
maybe five hundred or one thousand days, or maybe even five thousand days.
They take time, and whatever itis you want to do isn't going
to happen in just one day.You have work to do, and I
know it's just a little bit.I know it's just a tiny little movement

(35:15):
forward, but that work is whatit takes. Without consistent effort, success
is inconceivable. I'm run Edwards,Join me Live weekdays three pm Eastern twelve
Pacific. To find out where, simply go to the run Edwards dot com.
When I have been in my pillow, my passion was to help each

Let me hear you scream. That'swhy I'm part of the f JP Club.
I'm part of the FJB Club.Hollered, Let's go Brandon. Hey,

(39:39):
guys, I'm talked quite a bitabout this recently, but I want
to make sure you know, justin case you haven't been paying much attention,
have you ever really looked at theorganization known as Bricks for the Bricks
Nations uh b r c S.Basically, it's a group of countries that

(40:00):
got together, spearheaded by China andRussia. They're working to create a new
global order, and it's not justa geopolitical international order, it's financial too.
They get their way, it's goingto directly impact you because they're trying
to end the reign of the USdollar is the world's reserve currency. And

(40:23):
if you think inflation right now ishurting your buying power, just wait and
see what happens if the dollar isno longer the world's reserve currency. Now
they're working really hard at it,so you might be wondering is it working
well. Let me put it toyou like this. Initially, the brickst
Nation was called that because it's anacronym. It's the first letter of the

(40:47):
name of all the countries that arein it, Brazil, Russia, India,
China, and South Africa. Nowthe organization's doubled in size, new
members Egypt, Ethiopia, Iran,Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates.
Basically, that means they're pretty deadgone close to half of the world's population.

(41:09):
And this maid's better than thirty percentof the global economy. And oh
yeah, just fyi, thirty morecountries are waiting for their chance to join
the group. Now. I don'tknow about you, but that sounds an
awful lot like to me. Timeto really look at ways to protect the

(41:30):
value of what you've worked for atthis point, if you've managed to save
up money, if you have retirementplans, if you've got an ira'd be
great to move it to a goldbacked ira y because gold and silver,
other precious metals, they are agreat hedge against the devaluation of the dollar.

(41:51):
They protect the wealth that you've built, whether you've only got about ten
thousand dollars set aside, or you'vegot one hundred thousand dollars and you expect
to retire well, or maybe youhave even more than that. Guess what
if the dollar becomes valued less thanthe paso in the nineteen eighties, A
will barrow full of bucks will buyyou a piece of bubblegum. That's where

(42:16):
we will be at. But gold, silver, that value is going to
remain consistent. It's a great hedgeboth against inflation and against other forms of
devaluation of the currency. So thatalso means it's a heck of a time
to call our friends over at HarvardGold Group. I'd ask you to consider

(42:37):
letting them help you to protect everythingthat you've worked so hard for. You
can give them a call and talkto a live person, ask them all

just want to have gold in hand, Harvard Gold Group is the best company

(43:45):

use promo code tap if you dothat. All right, with that being
said, I have to address becauseI haven't had a chance yet. The
Department of Education having released the longdelayed updated Title nine Rule. It's a

(44:34):
rewrite of the fifty year old civilrights law so vast that it literally promises
to turn Title nine's guarantee of sexequality in education completely upside down. Now.
Title nine of the Education Amendments Actof nineteen seventy two is all of

(44:57):
a whopping huge single sentence. Veryrare, I know, but again,
it's not the entirety of the law. Just Title nine. It's simply but
very eloquently bars sex discrimination in anyfederally funded education program. Period. That's

(45:22):
it. It doesn't matter how muchfederal funding the school or institution of higher
education gets. It doesn't matter whethersuch funding that's coming from the federal government,
doesn't matter if it's direct or indirect. It just matters that if you
expect to get that money, you'reexpected to follow this rule, this section

(45:49):
of the law. So if you'renot prepared to follow it, then you
need to be prepared to just notget federal dollars. Now, I really
wish more in institutions, more stateswould be prepared to step up and do
that, be ready to just saythe federal government thanks, but no thanks,
because we're not jumping through this hoop. And if enough federal dollars stop

(46:14):
coming back to you, then youshould be going to court as a state
government and saying, you know what, our interests aren't being served anymore.
We're going to keep our tax dollarshere in state. We're going to fund
our programs ourselves. Now, thefederal government's going to very very quickly tell
you, no, you can't dothat. Now, that's a violation.

(46:35):
But if you just stop sending themoney and you go to court, you
file against them first, you cankeep them tied up in court for so
long that by the time they forceyou to start sending these tax dollars to
them again, by the time thecourts demand that you reinstitute the law abiding,
tax paying citizenship that you're supposed tobe exemplifying that you're supposed to be

(47:02):
modeling to the regular citizen, itwill have cost them billions and you will
have been able to actually do thethings that you want to do. But
the problem here is that most places, once they start taking federal tax dollars,
they don't want to no longer receivethem. They're prepared to jump through

(47:28):
any ridiculous hoop that may be askedto them, and then they'll simply tell
the citizen that they're supposed to beanswerable to that. Sorry, but we
don't have a choice. We acceptthese dollars, so we have to do
what they tell us. And thevery notion, the very idea that they
could just say no to the money, well that's not even going to be

(47:52):
addressed. It's going to be treatedlike it's such a preposterous idea. How
could a staying person ever see justsuch a thing. I don't know.
Maybe I'm just not saying. I'msure there's plenty of optists out there that
are already thinking that. In fact, i'm sure there's a fair number of
you after the first segment to today'sshow that probably thinks I'm a little close

(48:14):
to the edge as is. We'retalking about what still constitutes a very simple
but long standing prohibition on sex discriminationthat's been manipulated now by the Biden administration
to both undermine constitutional freedoms, youknow, like, let's say, for

(48:38):
example, freedom of speech, andto erase the very women that Title nine
was in fact enacted to protect theDepartment divinity. The Department of Education has
unilaterally expanded the prohibition against discrimination basedon sex to include a prohibition against discrimination

(49:05):
based on sex stereotypes, sex relatedcharacteristics, including intersex traits, pregnancy or
related condition, sexual orientation, oryes, most famously and obviously given this
administration, gender identity, not actualidentity, but gender preception or what a

(49:36):
lot of us more rational stating peoplemight still refer to as mental illness that
needs to be treated because it's genderdysphoria. Yeah, yeah, I know,
I get in trouble when I startusing technical terms. How dare you
use an actual medical term that hasfallen out of favor. It's just like

(49:58):
when you use actual illegal terms thatare fallen out of favor because they're problematic
terms like illegal alien when talking aboutthe illegal migrant border crosses. Uh.
Yeah, when when we say thoseterms, no person is illegal, maybe
not, but lots of people doillegal things, and that's what we're using

(50:22):
as the descript so here, genderdysphoria, gender right tennedy, it's one
of the things that's been shoehorn dan. Now, under the Biden administration's new
Title nine rule, any K throughtwelve school or institution of higher learning,

(50:43):
if there is such a thing leftin the country at this point, any
of them that receives even a pennyfrom the US federal government, they would
have to open girls' bathrooms, girls'locker rooms, girls housing accommodations. In
other words, if you were auniversity and you had girls only dorms,

(51:06):
well they're not girls only anymore. You got to open them up. The
sports teams have to be available. They now even have to be willing to
offer scholarships to women's teams at thecollegiate level. Two biological males that are
identifying a female, they're going totake scholarship opportunities away from the women.

(51:31):
Now, not just take the sportaway, but also take the financial benefit
that comes from actually being good atthe sport. They've got to open up
the bathrooms, the locker rooms, the housing accommodations, the sports teams,
and any other sex separated educational programor offering to biological boys who claim to

(51:54):
identify as girls. And of course, in the same way, facilities have
to be accessible to biological girls whoidentify as boys. Not that anything bad
could ever happen from that, isthere, no no, what could possibly
go wrong? The law's decimation Ithink that's a fair word. That's not

(52:22):
over the top at all. Thelaw's decimation of equality doesn't stop there.
The regulations also eliminate due process protectionsfor students accused of sexual misconduct, you
know, like the right to callwitnesses, to introduce evidence, be represented
by counsel during an investigation. Allthat's back out the window. Remember,

(52:46):
we talked about this a lot onthis show. We've had multiple guests on
the show talking about the difficulty inbeing able to defend falsely accused male students
who were accused of right and whoessentially had their college careers ended because of
these false accusations, even after inmany cases, the school administrators who were

(53:12):
pursuing this witch hunt, which Ithink is a fair term at this point,
they were pursuing it, and then, rather than to admit that they
shouldn't have believed all women just becausethey made an accusation, they still continue
to act as if that they've donenothing wrong, that this is perfectly acceptable.
And it took Donald John Trump, you know, the Orange man who's

(53:37):
bad, the kicker of puppies, the eater babies, the climate arts,
and it took that guy to putin place efforts to re establish due process
for the accused in this case.Well, now they're gone, it's wiped
out. No more, no mos. That's still not the end of it.
This violates First Amendments to the Constitutionas well by foreseeing teachers and fellow

(54:04):
students into compelled speech. Tim whatare you're talking about? Compelled speech?
What it's the preferred pronoun game again, boys and girls? If you do
still find a college professor somewhere outthere, or I think it's way more
likely depending on certain states around thecountry, you might find a high school

(54:27):
teacher that just refuses to play thepronoun game. Well, they either go
along with it or their positions indanger. You can get kicked out of
school for not using the preferred pronoun. The regulations also require K through twelve
schools to accept a child's gender identityregardless of biological sets, without providing any

(54:52):
notice, much less seeking approval ofthe child's parents. In other words,
the parents don't need to know. Now, I can see this becoming somewhat
problematic considering there's what currently eleven twelvestates out there that have laws on the
books that do not allow this kindof thing within their school system. Is

(55:19):
prohibited by law in these states,So it seems like this is headed for
some type of issue. And again, I would really like to see at
least a few of these states bandtogether and say you know what federal government
pound sand We don't need your dollars. You're not going to strong armists doing
stuff that we know A doesn't makeany sense, and B. It's such

(55:43):
a ridiculous violation of every legitimate libertythat we're guaranteed in the Constitution. The
Education Department has punted, at leastfor the moment, on its second Title
nine rule, one that applies onlyto athletics. The Biden administration's representation that

(56:07):
sports are not included in today's rule. It's a complete headfake, though,
by expanding the definition of sex toinclude gender identity and applying the rule to
all extracurricular activities, male and femaleathletic teams will be a thing of the
past. In fact, the veryword athletics appears in the new rule at

(56:32):
least thirty one times, but theystill want to act like it's not directly
dealing with teams, but athletics apeer thirty one different times. Now.
Beyond that, the Department of Education'sreading of Title nine lacks any support in

(56:52):
the text of the title itself. It's implementing regulations and the law's congressional history.
I forget about it. They're ignoringit. Why because this effort to
redesign Title nine hasn't been pushed throughCongress. This is still a law.

(57:15):
You can't amend a law without theuse of Congress. Congress had a chance
back in nineteen eighty seven to amendTitle nine's sex definition to include gender identity
when it amended Title nine under theCivil Rights Restoration Act, but it didn't
do it. Then, Executive agencieshave been empowered only to promulgate rules or

(57:39):
regulations that implement or interpret laws passedby Congress, not to create completely new
ones. Apparently the Department of Educationit's either forgot that or doesn't know that,
or it's really really hoping that youdon't know that. Now, the

(58:00):
question isn't if legal challenges will follow, but how fast they'll come. And
it needs to be really, reallyfast. Guys. The Independent Women's Law
Centers already indicated that it's ready tomove forward with the lawsuit he gets to
the departments of Education. There's alot of brothers that are likely to follow

(58:20):
suit. I certainly hope, Soif not, what's the point that being
said? I think we're gonna takea little bit of a break and reset
the hour you guys, don't goanywhere. I'll be right back. She

(58:53):
was from a Blue state clan, tots of praise the little man, told
that you Union saved the working class. He was raised a Red State son
to love the flag and own agun, Warned about the greed within the
mass. Met beneath the Mulitz guyat college party, drunk and high,

(59:19):
and when they had degrees, theyset their vows. He couldn't say when,
He couldn't say how, He couldn'tsay why. She was different in
his eyes, built careers and hada kid, tried to live like their

(59:47):
parents did. Both their parties taxedthem close to death. We learned to
hate the public schools, watch TVmaking fools or try a law has looted
what was left. Hi. I'mAndy Berger, founder and share Voices against

(01:00:15):
Trafficking. Check out our website Voicesagainst Trafficking dot com for our books and
magazines. And you're listening to TimTap and tap into the truth. A
little beautiful noise coming off from thestreets, got a beautiful sound. It's

(01:00:36):
gott a beautiful bed. It's abeautiful noise going on everywhere, like the
kicker in back of a train onthe track. It's got ridythm to spare.
All right, ladies and gentlemen, welcome to our number two of Tap

(01:00:59):
into the Truth today's broadcast. Ofcourse, glad to have you here along
for the ride. I'm definitely inthe need of blowing off some steam,
definitely doing the therapy thing tonight, and I appreciate the fact that you're willing
to be here for it. Thankyou. I would highly recommend, by
the way, check out Voices againstTrafficking. Andy Burger, great great individual

(01:01:22):
who's been on the front line, and she's also been a great guest,
and I think it's just about timeto reach out and try to get her
back on. Speaking of time,I think it's pastime for us to get
Matt Fitzgibbons back on. I needto reach out to him. I've been
thinking about it and planning and thinkingand planning and thinking, and then I

(01:01:42):
keep getting sidetracked and I haven't doneit yet. So Matt, if you're
listening, I will be in touchsoon and hopefully we can get you back
on soon. All right, withall that beings, before we go into
anything else, how about you onceagain talk about my friends over it for
patriots now here we go again.I'm going to engage in fearmongering, except

(01:02:13):
that's not what I'm doing. Again. The message is and always has been,
don't be afraid, be prepared. That's it. That's the message.
They don't use that tagline, butI hope they'll. Hope that they will.
We certainly need to. What killsme too is part of where the

(01:02:36):
partnership is now is they're running someads on Facebook and Instagram, and they're
doing it on the show's platform, the show's page. And what they've done
is they've taken and put together avideo compilation and they've taken some audio from
the show. One of these bitsthat I've done here bits. One of

(01:02:59):
the times when I've been talking aboutthe proc see, I kind of go
back and forth with these partial scriptreads that they provide, and then I
kind of riff off of them, and then sometimes I just I don't even
look at the script. I justsay things solely from the heart. And

(01:03:20):
they took some of the audio andthey're running it. So now I'm constantly
getting these messages from lefties that arelike, oh no, you're violating trademark
rules and you're breaking this that andthe other and it's like, dude,
I'm not First of all, Ican't be violating any trademarks because everything here

(01:03:42):
is their ad. They're the onesputting it up, and if you respond
to the ads, they still getcredit to me for the cell, so
you know, they know that I'mthe one responsible for sending them your way.
It's the exposure to the connection tothe show. So if you haven't

(01:04:03):
seen one of them, I wouldask that you kind of visit the Tap
into the Truth Facebook page or Tapinto the Truth on Instagram and check out
the video ad. It's kind ofneat. I liked it anyway. But
the point now is I do wantto remind you that not only do you
need to be concerned about food, which is their big focus the Deluxe three

(01:04:26):
Month Survival Kids, but you needto be aware that at any given point
in time, you could be experiencinga blackout, and unfortunately, depending on
the reason for the blackout, reallybad storms, natural disaster, democratic governor
who has no idea what energy policiesshould look like, whatever the reason may

(01:04:49):
be, you could find yourself isone of these people that are setting in
the dark and possibly even the coldfour hours or days or maybe even weeks.
It depends on why. So thequestion is are you ready to protect

(01:05:12):
your family? And the answer isyou could be. You certainly would be
prepared if you just so happen tohave a Patriot Power solar generator two thousand
X. Now, folks that havealready gotten when they say that this new
solar generator from for Patriots is worthits weight in gold, because this generator

(01:05:35):
has double the capacity of its predecessor, and it's expandable, so you can
run the big appliance. It's likea refrigerator, and you can run it
for even longer than most solar generatorsare capable of. You can run other
devices like electric blankets, microwaves,RVs uh well are not r v's,

(01:05:55):
but the RV air conditioner, evenan electric wheelchair that's what you need to
do. It's got twelve outlets, including four AC outlets, so you can
power more devices at once if that'swhat you need to do. It's got
two USB c outlets so you cancharge your phone twenty times faster than a
regular plug. And best of all, it's fume free. That means it's

(01:06:19):
safe to use inside. It neverneeds gas ever, and you don't have
to worry about carbon monoxide please me, which is a problem if you just
don't have your generators set up correctly. Look over one hundred and fifty thousand
Americans already trust Patriot power generators. If you're not one of them, check

(01:06:44):
out and find out why. Andyes, I will tell you right now.
It does run a little expensive forthe big step and if you can't
flat out afford to get one straightup, they do offer a payment plan.
Okay, I want to make itclear that it's up to you to

(01:07:08):
decide if that's the route you wantto go. You know, I'm not
one to tell anybody that they needto go in debt or that they should
go in debt. Debt is slavery, it really is. You need to
try and avoid it if you can't. But sometimes you run into situations where
you have to make a determination. Can you afford something or you can afford
can you afford not to do something. That's a choice you have to make

(01:07:31):
for yourself. So be cognitive,be smart, but you still need to
be prepared. So what are yougonna do now, Well, that's up
to you. I would still askyou to go visit our friends at for
Patriots by going to the number four. Be sure to hit the number four
Patriots dot Com backslash tapp again. That's going to take you to the new

(01:07:57):
deluxe three month survival kit. Uh. Well worth your time. You'll go
through all that. From there, you can make your way back to the
primary website and check out things likethe Patriot Power Solar Generation solar generator two
thousand acts that annunciation being important, check it out. I can't, That's

(01:08:21):
all I'm saying. All right, let's let's move on to the next story.
Obviously, over the course of thelast few weeks, college campuses have
see the continuation of the uptick ofanti Semitic activity, even to the point
of violence in some cases. Itseems like Columbia University has been getting the

(01:08:47):
biggest spotlight because they've completely lost controlof their campus. In fact, Columbia
University has now officially announced that it'sno longer going to hold in person classes
at its main campus for the remainderof the school semester. This, of

(01:09:08):
course, is due to the unrulypro Hamas activities that have taken over the
property. The activists that are therehave taken over. They've created the police
have showed up to arrest, ithasn't ended the issue. You literally have
a situation where Provost Angela Elento,I hope Angela. If I butchered your

(01:09:35):
last name, I apologize, butProvost Aleto Olento wrote a notice to students
and faculty wrote it Monday evening ofthis week today, of course, time
of the broadcast being April twenty thirdof twenty twenty four, So this is

(01:09:57):
a Tuesday at the time a lotof you will be hearing this. This
is a rebroadcast on the various partsof the VARA network on Wednesday. Many
of you will be listening to thepodcast on Wednesday or Thursday this week,
but it's this past Monday. Itwas yesterday time that its broadcast is occurring

(01:10:20):
Monday evening. Explaining that the university'sMorningside main campus will switch all courses to
hybrid classroom technology permitting until the endof the school spring twenty twenty fourth semester.
She noted a car valve for thecampus's arts and practice based programs,

(01:10:45):
noting that those courses would be inperson with generous accommodations supported by school deans
and staff. That's a quote theuniversity's Medical Center and Manhattanville campuses will continue
to hold in person courses, butit will grant accommodations based on religious reasons.

(01:11:13):
Also in quotesta, now, I'mnot really sure what those religious reasons
may be, but they're going togrant those accommodations. Also quoting here,
all faculty whose classrooms are located onthe main Morning Side campus and equipped with
hybrid capabilities should enable them to providevirtual learning options to students who need such

(01:11:42):
a learning modality. Faculty in otherclassrooms or teaching spaces that do not have
capabilities for offering hybrid options should holdclasses remotely. If there are students requests
for virtual participation, the class doesnot permit adapting to the remote offering format.

(01:12:04):
We encourage faculty to provide other accommodationsliberally to students who have requested support
for virtual learning this week. Excuseme, still fighting a bit of a
cult. So now, the noticeof course encouraged its administrative officials, it's

(01:12:27):
administrative officers, and it's support staffto work from home. It's stated,
quite frankly that safety is the university'shighest priority. I tend to think if
that was true, they would havesquashed this before it got to this point.
It's not as if they couldn't seethe build up coming. It's not

(01:12:49):
as if Colombia is the only universityor college that this is happening on.
It's not the first rodeo that thesepeople know what they do. These people
have encouraged a generation of kids nowwho don't understand that there is in fact
a fundamental difference between protesting and rioting. They don't understand that there was a

(01:13:11):
fundamental difference between protesting and trespassing. They do not understand that there is,
in fact a fundamental difference between protestingand denying fellow students all of their civil
liberties just because you don't agree withsomething about them. And in this particular
case, what they don't agree withis the fact they happen to be Jewish,

(01:13:35):
either by faith or by birth,a tribal connection, although in many
cases it doesn't matter to the proHamas crowd, and it has become clearly
pro Hamas. I mean by now, I'm sure a lot of you saw
this young Jewish girl who was literallytrying to cover the event as a reporter,

(01:13:58):
who ended up being stabbed in theeye by some idiot who was waving
a Hamas flag and freaking used theflagpole to hit her in the face and
stabbed her in the eye. Thisis the type of violence that's been ongoing.
This is what's going on, andthe college has completely lost control.

(01:14:19):
And this is them waving the whiteflag. This is them saying that,
well, you know it's theirs. Now forget distance learning or hybrid learning or
remote learning. Every single person thatpaid a single penny should be getting every

(01:14:40):
last penny back period. They're notrunning the college, and they're not keeping
their people safe, and they're notkeeping the professors safe. They cut off
access to one of their professors whoalso just happens to be Jewish, in
interest of his safety. Well,we're not gonna let you back on the

(01:15:00):
campus. We've turned off your accesscard, so we keep you from coming
onto the campus because it's not safefor you here, and we're not about
to make it safer for you here. What How I wish this was the
only example this week that we haveto talk about where educational institutions have lost

(01:15:25):
control and refuse to acknowledge what's goingon because they're still trying to protect their
agenda. They're still trying to protectthe narratives that they want to tell,
and if they acknowledge for a second, if they admit that it's gotten out
of control, then they've lost thenarrative too. So they can't do that

(01:15:45):
yet. They just can't. Yoursafety is the university's ties priority, so
please please work from home now. Some students and parents were frustrated by Columbia's
announcement. They are in fact demandingtheir nearly seventy thousand dollars per year tuishing

(01:16:09):
to be refunded. Former Arkansas GovernorMike Huckabee there is encouraging parents to do
exactly that, demand a refund andthen sue for breach of contract. Huckaby's
right on this one. There's atwenty two year old junior at the university

(01:16:31):
by the name of Michael the theAgostino. I think I'm probably butchering Michael's
last name. There. Apologies,Michael, No disrespect intended, he said
quote. I'm studying applied physics andapplied maths, and those are classes I
really benefit from being in person.I went through COVID and all that when

(01:16:59):
we were online for about a year, and it really disrupted our education.
I really think it's disheartening to seehow our education is being punished as a
result of this. Of course,he's talking about the disruptive and volatile week

(01:17:19):
long protests, if you can callit protest, because I think it is,
at the risk of sounding like alefty reporter during the Summer of Love
protest. There is a fair amountof actual, peaceful, legitimate protests.

(01:17:41):
It's just unfortunately there's also a lotof well anti submitic hate and calls for
violence and incitement of violence and actualviolence. So I would say that's more

(01:18:05):
than disruptive and volt. We seethis and some people legitimately still have the
nerve to ask the question, howdid we get to this point? Well,

(01:18:30):
we know how we got here, boys and girls. Anti Semitism has
never actually gone away here in theUnited States. We like to think that
we moved past it, that we'veat least shrunk it to an acceptable level.
We know that racism is never goingto go away completely. You know

(01:18:53):
why we know because there is alwaysgoing to be some level of corruption within
the hearts and minds of some smallgroups of people. Anti Semitism is going
to fall into the same category. It's going to exist. But it's when
you do nothing at all to tryto squash it, when you, in

(01:19:13):
fact provide oxygen to the flames, you're going to make it worse. And
when you pretend, much like whenJoseph Robinette Biden Junior, thank you,
Joseph, they're gonna have your veryfine people on both sides moment, whereas
the left falsely accused Trump of doingexactly that when he was talking about people

(01:19:38):
that were standing up for the statueof Robert E. Lee, not talking
about tiki torch bearing white supremacists. They were not part of that equation.
The left doesn't care, they knowbetter, they don't care. They want
to tell the lie because they knowsome people don't know better and they'll believe
them. Well, now he hadhis very own moment where well, yeah,

(01:20:01):
I condemned the anti Semitism, andI condemned the people who don't understand
what's happening, uh with the peopleof Goza. You know what, if
you really understood what's going on withthe people of Godza, if you really
understood it, then I would haveto agree. I condemned the people who

(01:20:26):
don't understand that either. But unfortunatelyit's people that are protesting on behalf of
Hamas. The pro Hamas crowds arethe people that don't understand what's going on
in Gozi. Hamas has done moreharm to the people of Gaza than any
Israeli ever has more harm than theentirety of Israel ever has Hamas has done

(01:20:54):
that. Hamas has stolen all theaid. Hamas has taken all the money.
They've built terror to that are amodern marvel of engineering. They have
stolen food, They've stolen medicine, either to use immediately or to stock pile
for when they knew they were goingto start this crap up. It's not

(01:21:15):
for the people of Gaza. Butwhat about the people of Gaza. Unfortunately,
most of them still continue to supportHamas. Most of them still believe
very firmly in the mission of Hamasto wipe Israel off the face of the
earth, to kill every last singleJew and every American that's standing up and

(01:21:38):
spouting anything even remotely similar to fromthe from the River to the Sea,
or the fine folks in dearborn Michiganthat are chanting death to America. These
people have fallen so far down therabbit hole you are supporting terrorist organization that

(01:22:00):
most of you they want to killyou. Two Telly, there are people
amongst the groups, people that aregetting you to say these things, that
know that that feel that way,and you're allowing yourself to be led by
these people. Guys, you've gotto wake up. You've got to understand.

(01:22:20):
So yes, I also, muchlike Joseph Robinet Biden Junior, who
said it but not understanding what hewas trying to say, I say it.
I agree with him for reasons otherthan what he's speaking. I condemn
the people who don't understand what's happeningto the people of Gaza because they've been
victimized for decades now by Hamas andmore to the point, by other proxies

(01:22:45):
of the Iranian government. They've beenvictimized, they've been brutalized, and they've
been used as cannon fodder and astruggle that they're never never to be able
to win. They continue to makethemselves an enemy, and they continue to
walk away from every legitimate offer ofpeace. If you don't understand that,

(01:23:12):
if you're get your head buried inthe sand to the point that you're ignoring
the whole thing, then that's onyou, and yes, I condemn you
from standing up and causing us seeingand making it impossible for your fellow students,
most of them Americans, to beable to engage in simply trying to

(01:23:34):
show up for their education something thatyou're taking for granted. If you're doing
that without understanding a bit of whatyou're actually doing, then yes, I
condemn you, because that takes usback to the question that I often asked,
would you rather have somebody do theright thing for the wrong reason,

(01:23:59):
or would you rather have somebody dothe wrong thing for the right reasons.
Sometimes doing the wrong thing means you'redoing this, but the reason you did
it, it makes sense doing thewrong thing for the doing the right thing
for the wrong reasons. Is whenJoe Biden actually does send aid to Israel,

(01:24:24):
that's the right thing to do,but the reason why he's doing it
has a lot more to do withmanipulation of spending taxpayer dollars and excuses for
sending more money and more aid toother places that it's not really going to
be been, not really going tobenefit anyone other than himself. It's infuriating

(01:24:53):
and it doesn't make any sense, and we see this go on, and
and yet we still have other thingshappening that makes even less sense. We
see students allowed to carry on inthis way, and then we see other

(01:25:17):
people that just because they're taking attackthat's in opposition to leftist philosophy, they
face a very different set of circumstances. And that's what we'll talk about after
the mid hour break. Before wetake the mid hour break, though,
I need to ask you. Haveyou been thinking about diversifying your holdings your

(01:25:41):
portfolio using physical gold or silver. If you have, then I'm going to
say congratulations. Good for you.You should be, because given where the
value of the dollar is at,it's getting to be pretty scary. Now
I've been thinking about the birth offind I think the very first thing you

(01:26:03):
should do, the best thing thatyou can do, is to call the
premier conservative gold company of the goldcompany I do business with my gold company,
our friends over at Harvard Gold Group. Ask them, give them a
call and ask them for their freeinvestment God, and feel free to ask

(01:26:23):
them any other questions you might have. They're a phenomenal group of folks.
They really are Islam. They'll tellyou if you're ready to do it.
Because maybe you want to take thesesteps, but you might not be ready
to roll over your IRA to agold backed version. There may be other

(01:26:45):
things you need to do first, and they'll tell you that, and they'll
point you in the right direction, and then they'll ask that once you are
ready, that you come back anddo business, because they're not trying to
make the hard sell at your expense. They very much want to do business

(01:27:08):
with you, and there's gonna beno question about that, but they also
want to do the right thing. You don't run into too many folks in
that category. And when it comesto Harvard Gold Group, they've they've got
lots and lots of really really goodreviews. They have great ratings across the

(01:27:32):
board, they've got fantastic promotions, and all you really need to do is
call and talk to them. Besure to tell them that Tap into the
Truth sentce you when you do call. That number is eight four four nine
seven seven Gold. That's eight fourseven four six five three. Or if

(01:27:58):
you would rather just go online, you can do that too and go to
Harvard Gooldgroup dot com. Again,be sure to use promo code tap that's
TAPP. Thomas Apple, Paul Paul, that's what you need to hear,
and the reason that you want tolet them know you heard about them from
Tap into the Truth or use thetap promo code, because that will also

(01:28:20):
qualify you for another one of thosegreat promotions on top of all the other
promotions. There's qualifying purchases involved withthat. And no matter what you're trying
to do, whether you're looking topreserve your retirement where you just want to

(01:28:41):
have gold in hand, you're notgonna do any better than giving a call
to our friends at Harvard Gold Groupone more time. That number is eight
four four ninety seven seven gold. That's eight four four nine seven seven four
six five three. Or like Isaid before, you kid, if you

(01:29:36):
I wanna know what you do andthen I'll thank you. Know,
but I know that you do whenyou observe the ongoing evil for the Democrats

(01:30:00):
ravitously trying to enslave we the peopletoday, Remember the Democrat Party is all
about tyrannical slavery. Hello, I'mRon Edwards on today's pace from the Everards
Don't Book, brought you by ConstitutionalGrounds Coffee. During the era of slavery
in the United States, Democrats passedthe Fugitive Slave Law, which stated,
if a slave escapes from the Southand goes north, you are required to

(01:30:23):
snitch on your neighbor and report thathe is hiding slaves at his abode.
But if you refuse to snitch onyour neighbor, you then committed a federal
crime and you'll be arrested. That'sa fugitive slave law. In eighteen fifty
four, runaway slave Joshua Glover madeit to Wisconsin, attempting to head into
Canada. However, he was nabbedand thrown into jail. His jailers planned

(01:30:45):
to ship him back to the brutalSouth. Then the Sauk County, Wisconsin
Standard newspaper wrote in eighteen fifty four, and estimated five thousand white Wisconsin citizens
stormed the jail on Saturday March eighteen, eighteen fifty four and freed Joshua Glover,
who simply wanted to live in liberty. Two days later, those same
white citizens in Wisconsin formed an antislavery political party called the Republican Party.

(01:35:19):
All right, ladies and gentlemen, thank you so much for saying with us
through that very brief break. Let'sjump back into the action. But let
me remind you. Please feel freeto visit all the links in the show
description. Visit all of the sponsorsand affiliates and companies that I just have

(01:35:42):
desired to share me airity with, companies like Second Skull and Boon's homegrown Boons
Bourbon and Einstock Beer and island brandsand folks like that. I get nothing
from that. I just want youto be aware of the brands along side

(01:36:05):
of that. You know, BlueCooler's great place to visit. Please heavily
support my pillow, mostly because Mikehas made the horrible, charrible, very
no good decision to stand with DonaldTrump and or that the Left tried to
destroy him and his company. That'sa lot of American jobs, American jobs

(01:36:27):
that Mike has been building and creatingfor over twenty years. And no matter
how you feel about Donald Trump, that seems like a pretty terrible reason to
try and destroy a man's company andto end the jobs for all those folks
that work for anyway. Obviously, don't forget to visit for patriots as well.

(01:36:50):
Now, before we went to break, I was teasing the fact that
the Left had no compunctions but soeverabout treating people very differently based on what
their political ideology is and what itis they're actually protesting. A really good

(01:37:15):
example of that happens to be aperson that survived the Holocaust, a person
that was at one of these camps. She managed to survive, and then

(01:37:40):
she managed to get into the UnitedStates. She turned ten years old at
one of these death camps, andnow she's here in the States believing that
she may very well die in prisonthe United States. Because Eva Edel did

(01:38:09):
the very terrible, horrible, nogood crime of violating the Freedom of Access
to Clinic Entrances Act aka the FaceAct. Edel faces up to eleven years
in prison and three hundred and fiftythousand dollars in fines. She is currently

(01:38:34):
eighty eight years old. She's aboutto turn eighty nine. This lady has
been standing up for life since she'sbeen old enough to understand what the murderer

(01:38:55):
of preborn baby humans are. She'svery religiously. She learned faith as a
result of being in one of theseNazi death camps. She refused, she
refuses to step down, and shedoes so based on faith and faith alone.

(01:39:26):
It's absurd that right now the Bidendoj insists on harassing this and other
people who did nothing but stand upfor preborn baby humans. Eva, along

(01:39:58):
with other pro life at gets Partici, dicipated a prayer protest inside of a
Tennessee abortion clinic right here in myhomestate. This happened all the way back
in March of twenty twenty one.The pro lifers stood in front of the
clinic stores while peacefully singing church himpsand praying, and for this they face

(01:40:25):
up to six months in prison.Five years of supervised release and finds up
to ten thousand dollars. That wasthe initial charges. That was the initial
charges. They've been revisited because typicallyFace Act violations carry a maximum sentence of

(01:40:53):
up to eleven years in prisons andup to two hundred and fifty thousand dollars
in fines, and now that iscloser to what they are pushing towards.
Meanwhile, pro abortion, pro murderof the preborn baby, humans rights extremists,
they can firebomb, they can vandalize, they can terrorize pro life centers

(01:41:15):
and Catholic churches, essentially with impunity. They're not even being investigated in some
cases, and we've discussed that before. We've had guests on talking about it.
We've had a parishioner that operated oneof these facilities that the Justice Department
continues to stonewall. The FBI refusesto even give them updates on the investigation

(01:41:38):
because there is no investigation. TheBiden administration and the DOJ under the Biden
administration has no interest in dealing withprotesters on the side of the left.
But you violate that, they say, if you show up, if you

(01:42:00):
like Eva and her pro life compatriots. You show up and you're engaged in
peaceful, non violent forms of protest, then you're going to prison. It's

(01:42:21):
unquestionable that Eva and her compatriots,it's unquestionable that their prosecution is intended to
send a message, a message toyou, a message to me, that
we are not to be heard. We are not to stand up and challenge

(01:42:44):
their authority on any point. Itdoesn't matter if it's the Constitution. It
doesn't matter if it's the First Amendment, it doesn't matter if it's the Fourth
Amendment. It doesn't matter if we'restanding up for the lives of those who
can't defend themselves. No, weare to sit down, shut up,
and never challenge them, or wewill go to jail again. The rather

(01:43:11):
infamous quote comes to mind. Formy friends everything for my enemies. The
law, the FBI, and theDepartment of Justice have prosecuted nonviolent pro life
offenders with the Face Act, whileturning a blind eye to the violent,
ongoing, and terrifying attacks on otherinstitutions that should also be protected by the

(01:43:36):
Face Act. By the way,we're talking about churches and pregnancy help centers.
Oh no, you've got people likeElizabeth Warren out there talking about how
pregnancy crisis centers are a bait andswitch. They're not trying to offer abortion
services. They're trying to convince theseyoung women that there's a way to have

(01:43:59):
the baby that can't be allowed. What's wrong with you, Elizabeth? Why
do you get so angry that somebody, a faith based organization might actually believe
in the sanctity of life, thatsomebody might be willing to say to some
young girl that, hey, bythe way, if you're not prepared to

(01:44:20):
be a parent, there are stillother options. Adoption is always on the
table. These soon to be bornchildren deserve a chance at life. But
no, no, can't have that. No, no, no, no,
you have to go murder these prebornbaby humans. That's what we have

(01:44:43):
to do. Just this month,a man named Elliott Bennett set fire to
a Catholic church in New Jersey. This was the third time Bennett has committed

(01:45:09):
an act of violence or vandalism againstthe church since twenty eighteen. The twenty
first attack on a Catholic church intwenty twenty four, the two hundred and
seventy fourth attack since May of twentytwenty two, and the four hundred and

(01:45:32):
twelfth attack since May of twenty twenty. What's the FBI done there? And
that's the very same Justice department that'sfighting to throw Eva in jail, but

(01:45:54):
it failed to prosecute Bennett at all. It failed to prosecute Benett for these
multiple and obvious Face Act violations, same crime, just the different side of
the coin. It's also failed tofederally prosecute a single one of the more

(01:46:15):
than four hundred Egregious Space Act violationsagainst Catholic churches since May of twenty twenty,
or to meaningfully address the ninety attackson pregnancy resource centers across the nation
since May of twenty twenty two. These attacks don't involve prayer or the singing

(01:46:39):
of hymns. They've involved firebombings andarson, vandalism of pregnancy clinics and churches,
spray painted threats on clinics and churchwalls. If abuition's not safe,
neither are you. They've involved petationof statues, smashed glass, disrupted masses,

(01:47:03):
blocking of church interests, and evenphysical attacks on priests and parishioners.
They have cost at least twenty fivemillion dollars in damages to the Catholic Church
alone, and the Catholic Church isnot the only church that's been targeted,
it's just they're the biggest target ofthis to this point, all this while

(01:47:27):
they're intimidating hundreds of peaceful Catholic andpro life communities. But Eva Elder,
Eva a Holocaust survivor I've been aboutto turn eighty nine, she is the

(01:47:53):
threat that must be imprisoned. Boysand girls, I'm going to ask you
to please reach out to your electedofficials. I don't often do that,
but this is absurd. We're notgetting anywhere with the pushback against the J

(01:48:15):
six travesty of justice. But thisSpace Act violation only picking on the folks
that are actually peaceful, only pickingon the folks that are trying to prevent
the murder of preborn baby humans. That we've got to stand up. We
got to make sure that our electedfolks know how we feel about it.

(01:48:36):
We have to, So please pleaseget in touch with them over this.
All right, I'm going to tryto sneak in one more story because I
think it's an important story, soimportant in fact, that even friend of
the show, Miss Becky Noble, wrote about this. But I saw it

(01:48:57):
before I saw Becky's peace. Andthis is pretty irritating to me. You
see, in most cases, whenschool boards are confronted about issues, usually
it's the parents that are confronting them. After all, not only are they
the taxpayers, but they're the oneswho also have a vested interest in their

(01:49:19):
children's ed occasion. In a relativelyrecent case, however, one student didn't
wait around for her parents to takeon her local school board. And what's
a pretty gutsy move actually for someoneher age, a thirteen year old,

(01:49:44):
she decided to take on the schoolboard herself. When it's parents taking on
the school board, in many cases, they turned a deaf ear to the
parents' concerns. In fact, thesedays, especially if you happen to be
in Virginia, which this is inPennsylvania, it happened to be in Virginia,
they might put you on the FBIterrorist watch list if you take on

(01:50:04):
your local school board, at leastunder the Biden administration. But when it's
the students that are in your facerecounting something that they saw with their own
eyes, it's a little bit harderto ignore that. Now in Lansdale,

(01:50:26):
Pennsylvania, at a recent North PennSchool District school board meeting. A middle
school student identified as Emily, addressboard members and parents and attendance about a
thirteen year old transgender student who violentlyattacked a fellow twelve year old student,
beating her with a metal Stanley cup. The student was hospitalized after the attack

(01:50:54):
with an open wound that required staplesin her head. Now, Emily gave
very vivid details about what happened, and she said point blank during her talk
to the school board that this attackwas part of an alleged hit list kept

(01:51:16):
by the transgender student that included thevictim and herself too. Emily also stated
that she and another student had goneto the counselor's office daily in an attempt
to warn them that the attack wouldhappen. Emily addressed the school board and
took teachers, counselors, and administratorsto task for not heeding warnings and for

(01:51:42):
allowing it to happen. She said, quote, you could have stopped it.
It was five hours from when Itold you it was going to happen.
I don't get how you couldn't havestopped it. Then, Emily went
on to recount that the trans studentwas even brazen enough to yell I'm going

(01:52:02):
to murder you several times at thestudent while he was hitting the girl with
the stanley. Emily also stated thatshe and two other students went through the
proper channels, filled out paperwork detailingthat the attack was going to happen if

(01:52:26):
nothing was done. Emily said thatshe was merely told to watch your back.
In the launch room, another teacherbrushed off the possible incident, telling
Emily, don't worry about it.It's not going to happen. Emily made
it very clear to the school boardthat she's been traumatized by this incident.

(01:52:55):
It was very clear when she said, and I quote, we had to
watch the victim taking out with blooddripping down our face, and I will
never forget that. Laying in bedlast night, I just kept repeating it
in my head. Emily also saidthat the incident lasted for roughly twenty eight

(01:53:16):
minutes, which of course is incontrast to the school districts account because they
claimed that it only lasted eight minutes. Emily says they timed it. It
wasn't eight minutes, it was twentyeight minutes. How does a student manage
to beat the crap out of anotherstudent using a Stanley cup in the process,

(01:53:39):
for even just eight minutes. Eightminutes isn't acceptable. It doesn't matter
if Emily's right at the time ornot. The time the school board is
claiming the time that the school systemsays, well, this is how long
it lasted. That's not acceptable.North Penn Superintendent Brewer said that the incident

(01:54:00):
was deeply disturbing. Well Duh issuedat a statement that read, this is
a small part of it. Asan educator, as your superintendent, and
as a father, I'm appalled bywhat happened. We are currently pursuing the

(01:54:24):
details leading up to this incident, and while it occurred, why it occurred.
It occurred because dude had a hitlist. Dude is mentally struggling.
Okay, dude thinks he's a chick. But dude is acting like a dude

(01:54:45):
and beating the crap out of yourfemale students. It doesn't matter why.
What matters is that's way over thetop. There was a day. Even
if these girls were bullying, whichI've heard some people in but there's been
no evidence of this out there. It's just people speculating. But even if
they were bullying, again, thereis this ridiculous level of okay, there's

(01:55:11):
standing up for yourself, there's punchinga bully square in the face, and
then there is nearly killing someone. That's a bridge too far. Why it
occurred? Sorry, back to backto the statement. We are also collaborating

(01:55:34):
with our local law enforcement and theirinvestigation as we work to ensure that something
like this cannot happen again in ourschools. Such behavior has no place in
our schools. You expect better,We expect better, and certainly I do
as well. What does that evenmean? Blah blah blah, he messed

(01:56:00):
up. I'm not gonna cop toit. We're all in this together now.
Obviously, parents aren't happy. Inan emailed appearance, the school district
referred to the incident as a fight, but it was clearly a bit more
than that. Alyssa's Santiago's daughter wasone of those on the alleged hit list,

(01:56:27):
and she said quote, I wasassured that my daughter was safe,
and I was assured that it washandled and taken care of. Another parent
wanted to know. While there wereserious discrepancies between what their child was telling
them and what the school district wassaying about the incident, But it was

(01:56:50):
parent Susanne Desert Desic and I'm reallybutchering Suzanne's last name here, Sorry Susan,
But it was Suzanne who may havehit the real reason that the incident
was handled or not handled the waythat it was when she said, unfortunately,

(01:57:19):
what most of us believe is thatdecisions are being made based out of
a fear of lawsuits and not whatcould be an appropriate consequence to the behavior.
These instances continue to occur and occurmore frequently because nothing is changing.

(01:57:43):
Further comments from the parents seem tosuggest that they might agree with Suzanne.
Some of those comments were about whetherthe alleged assailant's gender identity was withheld from
parents in any communications with those parentsabout the incident, But board vice president
Christian Fusco said, quote, thereis no comment that we are able to

(01:58:10):
make at this time because everyone's dueprocess rights and because of the law.
I do wish that I could answerthose questions. My heart is broken as
well. What about this girls whosehead is broken? The one more clue

(01:58:30):
that maybe the school district might notwant to keep referring to this as a
fight. The attacker's been charged withaggravated assault and a hearing is scheduled for
next week. Actually, things don'tlook good for the school board, But

(01:58:51):
what are you gonna say? Whatare you gonna do? They can't get
their act together, you know why, because they have to protect transgender agenda.
This again makes it look bad,and so they can't talk about it.
They can't tell you the truth aboutit, and they certainly couldn't discipline

(01:59:14):
the child. They couldn't act likethe child has any issues. And even
now in this moment where they can'tdeny the issues, they still can't bring
themselves to admit it because they arealso culpable for not having stopped it.
That's gonna be it for today.Thank you so much. Remember, don't
take my word for it. Definitelydon't take you their word for it.

(01:59:38):
Be prepared to put in some effort. Most importantly, use your brain if
you really want attack into the truth. I am a real er sight for
the rights of every man. Iam a real Erican. What's right your
