Speaker 6 (02:51):
You when Hello, and welcome to today's broadcast of Tapping
to the Truth. I hope you're having a fantastic day
where you are and whatever you may be doing. With
all the usual caveats of course, with you, I am
your ever so humble and mostly peaceful host Tim Tapp

(03:12):
coming to you from his storic Groome County, Tennessee, and
so very glad to have you along for the ride.
Thank you so much for being here. Obviously, lots and
lots to talk about. That has not changed since the
Faded Day over a decade ago, when one Orange man
who's bad, kicker of puppies, eater of babies, climate arsonists,

(03:33):
Donald John Trump, came down a particular escalator and made
an announcement that changed the course of American history. There
has not been a slow news day since that moment,
and partially I'm happy for that. I'm glad of it

(03:55):
because not just the change in direction, but also, you know,
does make do we the show a lot easier, except
now I have to make a lot of editorial decisions
about what I am and what I'm not going to
talk about, because there's always a ton of other things
that we probably should have talked about that, but you know,
everybody else is talking about.

Speaker 4 (04:15):
It, so we'll go from there, all right.

Speaker 6 (04:19):
So with that being said, we will jump right in
with some stories that I'm sure you're hearing quite a
bit about. But before we do that, I want to
remind you what a fantastic sponsor Harvard Gold Group has
been for the show. They have stood by in a
committed fashion to the message of the show and to
me personally, and for that I am forever grateful, And

(04:45):
it's partially out of gratitude, and it's partially out of
knowing that they do a phenomenal job at what they do.
They are America's premier conservative gold company, and they are
that for a reason. So between those two factors, I
can't help but point out to you that if you
are in fact deciding whether or not you're going to

(05:10):
diversify into gold or silver, or if you already have
made the decision to do that, but you're trying to
decide who to do business with, then I cannot recommend
Harvard Gold Group highly enough. Bottom line here is, if
you are just getting started down this path to try

(05:30):
and protect your investments, try and protect your wealth that
you built up over time, trying to protect the value
of your savings, either from volatile market forces or geopolitical considerations,
or even just the fact that the bad can't seem
to keep up with where we need to be. Whatever

(05:51):
your reason and rationale, is. First step is to get
armed with information, get the facts, and you can get
the Free Investor Guide from Harvard Gold Group by giving
them a call at eight four four ninety seven seven
gold That is eight four four nine seven seven four
six five three. Be sure to mention tap into the

(06:13):
Truth when you call. They will ask you how you
heard about them. If they don't ask, let them know anyway.
For as long as they remain a sponsor, that will
tack on a two hundred and fifty dollars discount if
you decide to make.

Speaker 4 (06:27):
A purchase, and that will be tacked on if you
qualify for.

Speaker 6 (06:33):
One of their great promotions, it's going to be two
hundred and fifty dollars worth of free gold.

Speaker 4 (06:38):
Or silver either way you go.

Speaker 6 (06:40):
Now, that's a hard deal to beat, all right now,
if you don't want to call, it's okay. You can
visit them online. Just go to Harvard Group dot com.
Be sure to use promo code tap tapp so that
you don't lose out on that two hundred and fifty
dollars discount just in case. But again, whether you're looking

(07:00):
to protect your retirement with a go back to IRA,
or you just want to have some physical gold or
silver in your hand. The number to call once again
is eight four four ninety seven seven gold. That's eight
four four ninety seven seven four six five three. Be
sure to visit mentioned tap.

Speaker 4 (07:20):
Into the truth.

Speaker 6 (07:21):
Okay, So one of the bigger news stories from the
last couple of days is one that, like a lot
of folks, I guess I'm still scratching my head and
wondering why it took so long? Why does it take
so long to do the right thing, to do the
smart thing, to do the thing that needs to be done.

(07:42):
Of course we're talking about government, right, That's part of
the problem. But in this instance, we are talking about
how Tulci gaped Director of the National Intelligence Under Donald
John Trump's second administration, she has officially revoked security clearances

(08:03):
for thirty seven current and former Intel officials for allegedly,
and we know for a fact, they have abusing the
public's trust by manipulating information and conducting political activities. Say
it isn't so, come on, Tulsy, these folks would never

(08:26):
do that. We're not talking about people that would do
bad things, or are we. The officials on Gabbard's list, well,
they include former top aids to the Obama Director of
National Intelligence, one James Clapper, who was involved with a

(08:50):
discredited intelligence assessment that claimed Russia favored once and current
Orange man.

Speaker 4 (08:58):
Who's bad.

Speaker 6 (09:00):
Yes, that's right, we're talking about President Donald John Trump.
They claimed under Clapper's.

Speaker 4 (09:10):
Direction.

Speaker 6 (09:11):
I think is a fair assessment that the twenty sixteen
election over Hillary Clinton, well that was Russia, Russia favored
him Russia, when in fact we now have the memos released,
comes right down to it. Russia would have been much
happier with Hillary Clinton because they knew they can run

(09:32):
and roughshod over all the Democrats. Because on the international stage,
they still seem to think, they still give the appearance
of believing that every geopolitical issue can be solved by
simply getting together in a room and starting a small
fire in the center of it, because you know, Democrats

(09:55):
burned down everything, but you know, circling around it and
holding hand singing Kumbaya. I would highly recommend they do
that outdoors. But whether it's inside or outside, it's going
to have the same effect. Nothing is going to be accomplished.
There is a reason why Donald Trump can bring Vladimir

(10:15):
Putin to the table and it's not because they're pals
and buddies and friends. Donald Trump's negotiation style is to
show respect to the adversary while trying to also maintain
a position of leverage and power. So you have to

(10:37):
have a certain bit of nicety. But we'll we'll talk
more about that a little later, maybe back circle back
around to it. Anyway, Gabbert has accused the thirty seven
officials on her list of politicizing and weaponizing intelligence. I

(11:01):
think we're all in agreement that she's correct. But also
a failing to safeguard classified information.

Speaker 4 (11:09):
Did anybody say leak.

Speaker 6 (11:12):
Or in other instances of failing to follow standards, meaning
they know the rule book, but they threw the rule
book out the window. Why because Donald John Trump? Why
because Orange Man bad? The ends justify the means. Donald

(11:33):
Trump is a legitimate threat not to democracy because we
don't have one.

Speaker 7 (11:38):
We have a.

Speaker 4 (11:39):
Republic, but well we're supposed to have a repulic anyway.

Speaker 6 (11:42):
But he was a threat to their continued gravy tray.
He was a threat to business as usual. He was
a threat to the notion that somehow the government is
not and should not be accountable to the people, that
they shouldn't be concerned first and foremost of saving taxpayer

(12:04):
dollars when they can that they shouldn't be concerned about
constitutional constraints, or the fact the very notion that the
federal government is not supposed to be all encompassing and
all inclusive of every aspect of the average person living
here's life. Telsey said in a statement quote, being entrusted

(12:32):
with a security clearance is a privilege, not a aright.
Those in the intelligence community who betray their oath to
the Constitution and put their own interest ahead of the
interest of the American people have broken the sacred trust
they promised to uphold. In doing so, they undermine our

(12:57):
national security, the safety and security of the American people,
and the foundation the foundational principles of our democratic republic.
Now The New York Post was the first to report
on Tulsea Gabbage's move here. Former Clapper aides have been

(13:22):
Now and Stephanie O'Sullivan both helped to create the twenty
seventeen Intel assessment reportedly ordered by former President Barack Obama
before the end of his term, an action for which
everyone seems to be assuming that Barack Obama has community

(13:47):
for any criminality that might have occurred. But again, I'm
going to make the same argument that I have with
every attorney who's come on this show since first person
started talking about Barack Obama in memos directly ordered this
to be a thing. And that is what Barack Obama

(14:11):
has is immunity based on doing his job. Then he
has presumptive immunity based on doing a job that perhaps
the Congress or the judiciary could do, but he did

(14:32):
as technically would be okay for both of them to do.
But that presumptive immunity can be overcome. But there is zero,
zero immunity for actual violations of law. There's no immunity
for actual criminality something that is not, by definition.

Speaker 4 (14:50):
Part of the job.

Speaker 6 (14:51):
And I believe you can overcome this presumed innocence, this
presumed immunity based on making the jgitimate legal argument that
once they started breaking rules and violating the norms, that
they were in fact intentionally defrauding the American people, that

(15:15):
they were in fact intentionally conducting a soft coup against
the duly elected President of the United States incoming at
that point and done, that is clearly a violation of law.
You cannot, as president of the United States, call up

(15:35):
the United States Navy and tell the top naval commander
to call up Seal Team six and send them out
to go knock off Hillary Clinton. She's killed too many people.

Speaker 4 (15:52):
Go do it.

Speaker 6 (15:53):
Donald Trump can't do that. Barack Obama couldn't do that.
Joe Biden didn't. It's not permissible under that you cannot
give a direct order that is illegal, and it's still
fall under the cause if there's some questionality, if there

(16:14):
is some level of a decision that has to be
made by the chief executive that could be legal and
should be carried out, then he has immunity from potential
legal consequence. But he does not have blanket immunity. That
was made clear in the Supreme Court ruling. It was

(16:36):
absolutely one clear, And I believe that the presumption of
immunity for Barack Obama in this instance is a false assumption.

Speaker 4 (16:50):
Because he basically.

Speaker 6 (16:52):
Gave an order that went beyond the scope of his
job and is clearly illegal.

Speaker 4 (16:59):
But I'd agree.

Speaker 6 (17:02):
Gaberg's office is declassified records showing how Clapper, former CIA
director John Brennan, and former FBI director James Comey, who
evidently seems to be a swift.

Speaker 5 (17:15):
Ye.

Speaker 6 (17:16):
I'm still trying to assess exactly how tringey that is.
But former FBI Director James Commy played leading roles in
developing the twenty seventeen intelligence assessment of the false lack
of intelligence assessment. For their actions, Gabbard referred the Obama

(17:38):
administration officials to the Department of Justice for criminal prosecution.

Speaker 4 (17:43):
That happened. Back in July.

Speaker 6 (17:46):
In a rare public statement, Obama rejected Gabbard's assertion that
he spear headed a treasonous conspiracy to perpetrate false claims
that Trump and the Russians colluded during the twenty six
exteen presidential campaign. But then, of course Obama rejected that
assertion because I'm pretty sure he understands that that would

(18:08):
have been beyond the scope of being president, and all
this presumed immunity can be overcome through legitimate legal argument.
I'm sure he actually, being a halfway decent lawyer, despite
really only being good at, you know, community organizing, I'm
sure he understands the potential risk of even admitting that

(18:32):
something potentially illicit and certainly treason us had occurred not
only under his watch but by his command. Now, the
Justice Department has in fact launched a grand jury investigation.
They did that earlier this month into the former top

(18:53):
Obama administration officials for their role in pushing the false,
fake Russian collusion hoax claims. Obama's ties to Russia Gate
falsehoods was previously known. We've known about it for a while.
Not a big shock, not a surprise. We knew this

(19:14):
based on information that had been made available, but for
some strange reason, only conservative alternative media outlets wanted to
talk about it. For the records that Gabbard released, they

(19:36):
didn't just connect the dots, but they showed us. They
showed us exactly how the Obama administration orchestrated the January
twenty seventeen lack of intelligence assessment, the one that was

(20:02):
the starting point of the Russian collusion hoax, the one
that made the claim that Russia actually assisted Donald Trump
in twenty sixteen, that the Russians and Trump colluded to
beat Hillary Rodham Clinton, who is top two worst candidates

(20:29):
of all time. I still can't quite decide if Hillary
is worse than one Kamala Harris or if Kamala was worse,
because I mean, the thing is, we still have only
gotten small doses of Kamala as a candidate. Thankfully, I

(20:50):
think she probably wins hands down if she doesn't mean
But then you can make the argument that Kamala's never
actually won an election outside of the state of California,
and never won a rig never won an election that
wasn't rigged, certainly never won one on her own. Cognizance

(21:14):
mostly had a lot to do with relationship with the
married man talking about with the Brown's ex side piece
territory here, which, of course it's so uncouth for us
to discuss. We're not supposed to talk about it, but
it still remains true. Nonetheless, So, in an effort to

(21:40):
seek accountability, something the American people have been clamoring for
for some time now, Telsea Gabett has called for indictments
for the top intelligence officials responsible for kicks starting the
Russia Gates scandal that consumed so much time and energy

(22:01):
and even ability to accomplish anything in Trump's first term.
And Donald Trump accomplished a whole lot, but imagine how
much more could have been done. Term one might have
looked a little more like term two had he not

(22:24):
been fighting the Russian collusion hoaxed from the beginning. See,
the problem is, even though the allegations have been proven

(22:44):
unequivocally at this point to be completely and totally false,
and the majority of the people behind it in the
first place knew it was false even before they started
spreading it, there are still a fair number of Democratic
VOTs in this country that think it's a true thing.
They believe that Russia, they believe that Vladimir.

Speaker 4 (23:10):
Vladimir Putin shows up, he comes to America, he's looking
for Mousselin squirrel and gets rich capitalist American New York
or Donald John Trump to assist him in finding Mouson's squirrel,
accidentally shoots Democratic campaigns down in flames.

Speaker 6 (23:27):
Instead everybody happy, there's a ton of folks that still
buy into that. I literally ran into somebody to give
you an idea of how poorly messaging and reach can be.
I literally had a conversation just this past week that
still is buying into the media false narrative of the don't.

Speaker 4 (23:51):
Say Gay bill in Florida.

Speaker 6 (23:54):
Honestly thinking that Florida passed a law saying you can't
say the word gay in their schools. That's not what
happened there. But this is where we're at. The media
knows they can do talking about corporate legacy. Media, they
know they can do this kind of damage when running

(24:18):
interference and helping to carry water for the Democratic Party
in their efforts to move forward at a woke collides.

Speaker 4 (24:27):
They know they can do that, and they know that
it will.

Speaker 6 (24:29):
Take forever to ever get the facts back in front
of people to the point that they might change their minds.
I still keep running into people that are willing to
stand up and argue on behalf of the COVID nineteen vaccinations.

(24:52):
Oh yeah, we should still be doing it. Why on
earth would you not want to jab your kid?

Speaker 1 (24:56):
What is going on?

Speaker 4 (24:57):
Ladies and gentlemen.

Speaker 6 (24:58):
The insanity ever ends when it comes to the left.
But good for Tracy Tracy, good for Tulsi Gabbard, and
I'm glad she's seeking some level of accountability. The rest
of us need to be looking for it. Gabbert's list
of thirty seven officials featured several signatories to a statement

(25:19):
supporting House democrats twenty nineteen impeachment inquiry into Trump, you
know the one that resulted in his first impeachment back
in twenty twenty. It includes several national security officials from
the Obama and Biden administrations, the last two Democratic administrations
Surprise Surprise, which lasted.

Speaker 4 (25:41):
A combined twelve years. Quoting here.

Speaker 6 (25:50):
From Gabbard's statement, this is why, at Potus direction, the
od NI directed the revocation of the security clearances of
thirty seven current and former intelligence professionals who have abused

(26:12):
of public trust by politicizing and manipulating intelligence, leaking classified
intelligence without authorization, and or committing intentional egregious violations of tradecraft,
basically knowingly putting false information out against the American people. Now,

(26:40):
of course, Gabbert's office publicized a memo that her office
crafted to announce the security clearances being removed for all
the intentions. For all of the intelligence officials, their access
to classified information and systems will end, and their contracts

(27:01):
with the US government will be terminated those who still
have them.

Speaker 4 (27:06):
Now.

Speaker 6 (27:07):
The Trump administration has previously revoked the security clearances of
fifty one former intelligence officials who falsely claimed that the
Hunter Biden laptop story had the hallmarks of a Russian
disinformation campaign all the way back in October of twenty twenty,

(27:27):
Trump also removed the security clearances held by past political opponents,
including the three Democratic candidates he ran against for president,
two of whom he defeated, and the other one he
was cheated. So I'm going to say technically he defeated

(27:47):
all three, but one of them was moved.

Speaker 4 (27:49):
On in any way. So here's the question, though, guys,
with the few remaining moments I have before we take
the mid hour break.

Speaker 6 (27:59):
What taking so long? I mean, by rights, when it
comes to former intelligence folks, there is nothing that says
they have to have a security clearance. If they're no
longer performing the job. Why would you want to allow
them to still take even just a gander at intelligence,

(28:22):
especially classified intelligence, if you know they're not going to
be working for you or on your behalf. I mean traditionally,
because power changes, they've been too quick to just want

(28:43):
a security clearance is granted to it's.

Speaker 4 (28:45):
Leave it in place, because.

Speaker 6 (28:48):
What if in another eight years the other side wins
again and they want to put them back in place, Well,
then you make them go through the process of getting
that security clearance again.

Speaker 4 (29:00):
Ended.

Speaker 6 (29:00):
That should be something that at the end of every administration,
and even if the administration, if you have back to
back elected presidents, they should still have to get renewed.
I know there's a lot of folks in the industry
that would be angry. I mean, in fact, there's probably
a lot of listeners out there. It's like, why would
you want them to have to go through all that

(29:21):
extra crap, especially if you've got the right people in place.
Because it avoids this kind of crap, we wouldn't be
having to revoke one hundred plus PreK insecurity clearances if
they just expired at the end of the administration. They're
only good for four years, and then you have to

(29:42):
re up and there has to be an investigation. You
have to be able to prove you're still trustworthy and
that you haven't engaged in unapproved leaking of classified intelligence.
In fact, personally, I don't think there should be such
a thing as approved leaking. But if it serves a

(30:03):
particular national interest purpose, I suppose you could make an
argument it could, you know, blah blah whatever. I don't
really care. These guys are nuts.

Speaker 1 (30:14):
Make them do it.

Speaker 6 (30:15):
In fact, I wouldn't even be against making them do
it two or three every two years, you know, why not?
Why not every two years at the very least why
not every six years, I mean, make them change out
as often as the Senate changes. I mean, it's a
very least, at.

Speaker 4 (30:36):
The very least.

Speaker 6 (30:39):
All right, let's take the mid hour break. Don't go anywhere.
I'll be right back on the other side.

Speaker 8 (31:00):
Hi, I'm Christina Bob, author of Stealing Your Vote, and
you're listening to Tim Tap and tap into the truth?

Speaker 5 (31:36):
My fellow Americans, did you know the United States government
was designed to treat we the people according to the
Ten Commandments? Hello, Line Ron Edwards on the day's page.
From your words, no book brought you by constitutional grounds,
the coffee you want in your cup. The US founders
put together the ten Bill of Rights to compel those
in government to treat we the people according to the

(31:56):
bibles Ten Commandments. Commandments six through ten tells us that
we should refrain from doing certain wrongfulas, and that the
commandments apply to each of us, regardless of job titles.
When we obey God's thou show knots others. Enjoy the
right not to be murdered, sexually abused, stolen from, lie
to or about, nor have what we own coveted by

(32:18):
people wielding or supported by immist government. Power. God's commandments
one through four enables we the people the right to
acknowledge and honor God publicly in prayer and praise in
civic and community events. Commandment five provides the right for
families to be secure in our homes. When government obeys
the Bill of Rights, which are its ten commandments, we

(32:40):
the people enjoy the freedoms to live as God intends
under the blessed protection of His commandments. Bible believing people
know the Bible doesn't change, Thus we understand the Constitution
based upon it must not be changed. Either. I'm run edwards.
I know.

Speaker 7 (33:05):
Being Stocks designed specifically for people who haven't started investing yet,
or don't know how to do it, or having to
train how to do it, or are worried about investing
in the stock market that they've never done before. It's
a robo advisor system that really simplifies the investing process.
The challenge we all have is that as you work
and you grow in your career, you have to put

(33:26):
something aside for yourself when you retire around sixty five
years old. And the idea of Being Stocks is to
simplify that whole process. In other words, put aside ten
percent of your salary each week, maybe just one hundred
dollars and let it go to work in the stock
market for you. And what being stock does is basically
automate that process for you. Easy to set up. You
can transfer birkle to your bank account and puts it

(33:46):
into exchange traded funds, which are baskets of many stocks,
which gives you diversification.

Speaker 4 (33:51):
That's the whole key.

Speaker 7 (33:53):
The idea that you can have this done for you
weekly or bi monthly. But the most important thing is
to start now and make it so that you are
putting something aside for your own retirement. The thoughts just
makes it really simple to do.

Speaker 6 (34:22):
This is Tim Tap, host of Tapping to the Truth
that you can hear every Friday night from seven to

(37:33):
thank you guys, and uh, well, see, Mike has a passion,

Bertie told me that you guys, at least a fair
number of you trying to balance a lot of other

Speaker 4 (40:57):
Do now?

Speaker 5 (40:58):
Do now?

Speaker 4 (40:58):
Do it now? All right?

Speaker 6 (41:02):
So, as you guys know, ordinarily I do this show
on Tuesday nights, and I was going to talk about
the Boston Mayor.

Speaker 4 (41:08):
And Kirk Kirk Fluffel.

Speaker 6 (41:10):
But I've decided to switch things up a bit because
you know, it's Wednesday night now and even though it's
still a bit later than I would like to be recording.
A few things changed, but I found myself surprisingly still
wanting to talk about the majority of the stories I
was going to talk about anyway, But this one, this
one popped up, and I decided I wanted to discuss

(41:31):
it more than I wanted to talk about the Boston mayor.
And something tells me I'll have more opportunities to talk
about this lovely democratic lady who's still somehow seems to
think that providing the sanctuary city status is somehow.

Speaker 4 (41:47):
Uh waiting to the revolution.

Speaker 6 (41:55):
I mean, I know a revolution kind of started in
and around the Boston area, but.

Speaker 4 (42:02):
I don't know.

Speaker 6 (42:02):
I mean a lot of people thought she was just
making a false equivalency statement about protecting freedom and rights
and whatever. I kind of took it as she was
learning to start a new revolution. But anyway, came across
this story and I wanted to talk about it instead

(42:24):
for two reasons. And I will get to the second
reason here in just a bit. But in case you
haven't heard, the Orange Man Who's bad, the kicker of puppies,
the eater of babies, the climate arsonist one President Donald
John Trump, he has called for one of the top
officials at the Federal Reserve to step down after she

(42:44):
has been what's the phrase the left.

Speaker 4 (42:49):
Like to use.

Speaker 6 (42:50):
The Democrats used to say this a lot when Biden
was running for office. Was incredibly accused. Yes, yes, that's
the word. After this Federal Reserve official was credibly accused
by federal officials of seems to be very popular crime

(43:11):
to be committed by Democrats holding office. Mortgage fraud. Man,
You would think somebody that's literally working in the banking
industry would know mortgage law and would know all the
legal ways to try to get the best deals and options.
But nope, fraud is required.

Speaker 4 (43:35):
Okay, So.

Speaker 6 (43:37):
Donald Trump said that Lisa Cook, a member of the
Federal Reserve Board of Governors, should step down after Federal
Housing Finance Agency Director Bill Polsy I again, sorry Bill
if I'm butchering your last name. Anyway, Bill called for

(43:59):
the Justice Department to investigate mss Cook over the alleged
mortgage fraud. Trump, of course popped on truth social and
you know, did the usual trumpean thing. Cook must resign, now,
I mean, at least it wasn't all caps, right. I
think we kind of would have expected that anyway. In

(44:23):
an August fifteenth letter to Attorney General Pambondy, our good
friends over.

Speaker 4 (44:32):
At the.

Speaker 6 (44:35):
Federal Housing Finance Agency, Bill Bill said that Cook falsely
claimed primary residency at the same time for two homes
that she owned, one in Michigan and the other in Georgia,

(44:56):
obviously in order to get a better interest rate. Now
we've talked about this sum with everybody's least favorite senator
from California, Adam Shift, doing this very same thing.

Speaker 4 (45:12):
But you know, we talked about how.

Speaker 6 (45:14):
He would depending on state laws and how they play out,
given the nature of where he has the homes that
he has to live in his district in California, but
also needs a place to stay, and no rule says
he can on a home, and if you can legitimately
split time, blah blah blah, there could be a legal

(45:35):
out for Adam Shift. Now, personally, I'm certainly not opposed
to moving forward with it and letting the courts make
their way.

Speaker 4 (45:43):
Through here and work the process.

Speaker 6 (45:45):
Right, Latissa James, she's clearly committed mortgage fraud, not to
mention just violating all the rules of human decency.

Speaker 1 (45:56):
Yeah, I'm married to Medetti.

Speaker 6 (45:58):
What a move that would only make il han Omar
happy proud claim that her father was actually her husband
in part of the effort to get this sweet mortgage deal.
The question here is, in that case, obviously you can't
legitimately have both locations as your primary residence. She was

(46:20):
separating between a couple of different states. This one's even
worse though. I mean, we're talking about a house in
Michigan and then a house in Georgia. How can they
both be your primary residence? Now, there are some legal
loopholes that can allow you to technically have two primary residents,

(46:40):
but it normally requires a pretty even split of time,
and I don't know that that would apply in this case.
But evidently the current government doesn't seem to think that
it does. Pulse Road and his letters that Cook quote

(47:03):
has falsified bank documents and property records to acquire more
favorable loan terms, potentially committing mortgage fraud under the criminal statue.
This has included falsifying residency statuses for an an Arbor,
Michigan based residency and an Atlanta, Georgia based property in

(47:26):
order to potentially secure lower interest rates in a more
favorable loan terms. Now, of course obviously that was the intent. Otherwise,
you don't tell the lie, you don't work the system,
you don't gain the system unless you are intentionally trying
to garner some particular potential benefit. But given his position

(47:51):
and the fact that it's only being referred over to
the Justice Department at this point in time, he has
to use that language. So don't read too much into it. Oh,
you're not being firm enough. You're he kind of is
in a position where just saying that much is inferring
everything you need to know. Now, in a follow up

(48:14):
to that letter, you put a post up on X
targeting Cook over the allegations there. He said, quote, how
can this woman be in charge of interest rates if
she's allegedly lied to help her own interest rates? Do
not declare two principal residences in the President Trump's America,

(48:41):
in the President Trump's now just in President Trump's America.
I'm adding a the for some reason, So disregard that.

Speaker 4 (48:50):
Edit it, scratch it. Can we go in and anyway?

Speaker 6 (48:55):
Mortgage fraud is a serious crime and must be prosecuted.
As hey, and I'm there for it. I say, charge
every single democratic office holder who's guilty of it? Geet,
I'm just the Democrat. No, no, not just the Democrats.

Speaker 4 (49:15):
Go get all of them.

Speaker 6 (49:16):
Not a single person should be able to get away
with it. In fact, I would in the cases where
the law is currently permitting it, I would love to
see them change the law. You should be able to
have one primary residence and every place else is not
your primary residence period. I mean, I can only think

(49:38):
of a few situations where I would even be willing
to budge just a little bit to consider possibly being
able to claim two primary residents. And again, that's going
to go back to like what I was already saying,
first and foremost, you better be ow most perfectly to
the second splitting time between the two in order to

(50:01):
be pro primary a full six months, a full six
months and one location to the other.

Speaker 4 (50:09):
That best be the way. Then we can start looking
at how would you differentiate.

Speaker 6 (50:18):
Which part of the federal reserve, what region, which market
is she oversea? Because if she's got to have one
for work, then that needs to be the primary. Again,
that's the only grace that Adam Schiff may be going
to receive when it comes to his argument, because technically

(50:39):
he does have to have.

Speaker 4 (50:42):
Both for his work.

Speaker 6 (50:46):
If you're going to call it that, I'm not sure
I would in his instance, but technically i'm sure he would,
so probably would hold up in court. I'm a United
States Senator from the state of California. I have to
live in calor even if I don't necessarily have to live.

Speaker 4 (51:02):
In the district.

Speaker 6 (51:03):
I mean, actually, I think California does require that, but
I'm not one hundred percent at the moment. I used
to know that I have forgotten or you know what.
I read something somewhere that they were dogging about changing it.
I don't know if they ever did anything.

Speaker 4 (51:17):
It's the kind of thing.

Speaker 6 (51:20):
That Gavin Newsom's California certainly would do.

Speaker 4 (51:24):
Anyway.

Speaker 6 (51:25):
Senator Rick Scott from Florida responded to the criminal referral
by demanding that an independent Inspector General be established to
investigate the VET.

Speaker 4 (51:39):
Now that might be.

Speaker 6 (51:42):
A bit of overreach for this particular instance, but I
kind of get the feeling that we're at the point
where any excuse.

Speaker 4 (51:54):
Will do.

Speaker 6 (51:57):
I don't know that we need an excuse. I think
there should absolutely be a full auditor the FED. That's
not just a bumper sticker.

Speaker 4 (52:04):
It's not just a it's not just a motto for libertarians.

Speaker 6 (52:16):
It's something that we need to do, something that I
actually thought Donald Trump was on board with at one
point in time, but you know, he's had a hands
full with so many other things. I've never heard of
mentioned going back and trying to actually do it. So
Rick Scott, I think maybe at that moment any excuse
will do. Here's an excuse we must we must investigate.

Speaker 4 (52:44):
Scott.

Speaker 6 (52:45):
Of course, also on X he said, quote, the lack
of accountability at the Federal Reserve under Chair pal is
out of control. This is exactly why we need to
pass my bill to establish an independent Inspector General at
the FED asap. Why everybody got to be independent. You know,

(53:08):
technically the federal government doesn't have a whole lot of
authority to create independence anything. Everything's supposed to be answerable
to one of the three branches of government, otherwise it's
not actually part.

Speaker 4 (53:23):
Of the government.

Speaker 6 (53:25):
Now, they've of course got a few independent agencies here
and there because they were established unconstitutionally and nobody's ever
challenged it, or they challenged it at a point in
time when the Supreme Court was obviously full of leftist
liberals that were all about putting a whole lot of
power in the hands of very few people. But I'm

(53:49):
going to say that Senator Scott is not wrong. Lack
of accountability does seem to be an issue. I think
just auditing the FED is probably good enough. I would
like to see the FED done away with, quite honestly.
I think more direct government control over the currency and

(54:09):
moving away from fiat currency would both go a long
way towards solidifying the American.

Speaker 4 (54:15):
Dollar in the future.

Speaker 6 (54:19):
A whole lot less volatility that way, at least that's
the way economics normally works.

Speaker 4 (54:27):
Anyway.

Speaker 6 (54:33):
When reached for comment, a media relations assistant for the
Federal Reserve said the quote, we don't have anything to
share at the moment, but we'll be back in touch
A S.

Speaker 5 (54:51):
A B.

Speaker 4 (54:53):
Now I have to have to give them props.

Speaker 6 (54:57):
Very well polished, very polite brush off. Maybe one of
the nicest ways I've ever heard of somebody telling someone
to go pound sand. Now, when it comes to miss Cook,
she was appointed to the Board of Governors by creepy, handsy,

(55:19):
feely touchy uncle Joe, the patriarch of the Biden crime
fan MSS Cook is slated to stay on the board
until twenty thirty eight. She previously worked on the Council
of Economic Advisors under one Barack hustain alu akbar Obama

(55:42):
during his time residing at sixteen hundred Pennsylvania Avenue and
at Harvard University's Kennedy School of Governments. So her bona
fides does indicate that she's a bit of a left
leaning political minded individual who probably is resistant to anything

(56:08):
that might help strengthen the economy. During the Trump presidency,
Trump of course, has repeatedly battled with the Fed over
interest rates, demanding that the chair Jerome Powell, lower rates.

Speaker 4 (56:24):
Gotta do it, gotta do it now.

Speaker 6 (56:26):
Could somebody please inform Jerome too late pal that he
is hurting the housing industry very badly. People can't get
a mortgage because of him, which of course is something
he posted on True Social There is no inflation and
every sign is pointed to a major rate cut. Now

(56:51):
see here's the thing, and I know, here I go.
I'm about to get into an area where I'm probably
gonna take a little bit of.

Speaker 4 (56:58):
Heat, and it's okay, I can take it.

Speaker 6 (57:03):
I will not be angry at you if he decided
to send some of my way. But technically, Jerome Powell
has been operating in a way that is consistent with
standard policy, with how our economy normally works. In fact,

(57:24):
given some of the numbers he was looking at at
the last beating, it would not have been completely unreasonable
based on past performance and all the current indicators if
he had actually raised interestment. And don't get me wrong,
that's not what I want interest rates under freaking Joe

(57:45):
Biden's killing me. I had an adjustable rate mortgage myself,
and the rate jumped more than well, it's about four percent,
almost exactly, a four percent increase on an adjustable rate. Man,
oh man, I should have refinanced when I had the
opportunity and locked in a standard rate, but I just

(58:13):
didn't do it. And I'm paying the price. And we
all pay the price for making poor money decisions, and
this is one that I'm paying. So I'm in no
hurry to see interest rates go up even more. I would,
very very much, for personal reasons, love to see interest
rates start going down. I think most people would.

Speaker 4 (58:36):
The question is, well, those.

Speaker 6 (58:40):
Interest rates going down start throwing more money into chasing
fewer goods. The literal equation for the creation of inflation.
Would that be a trigger point? Jerome pal has behaved
in a fashion that, even though I don't like it,
and we know Donald Trump doesn't like it, and probably

(59:01):
the majority of America doesn't like it, he has acted
in a way, at least during the Trump presidency that
is in line with standard economic theory. The problem and
the real reason Donald Trump's mad at him and should
be mad at him, is because under the previous administration

(59:25):
he didn't.

Speaker 4 (59:26):
Always follow that. So there is that. All right, let's.

Speaker 6 (59:34):
Reset the hour, you guys, don't go anywhere. We'll be
right back on the other side of this fa fo moments.

Speaker 4 (59:43):
I'll be right back. You're listening to that tap into
the tree now.

Speaker 2 (59:51):
Now you cry the games are done?

Speaker 7 (01:00:03):
No more?

Speaker 2 (01:00:04):
Noways stop rulo. We'll take you.

Speaker 6 (01:00:41):
Oh right, Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to our number two
of today's broadcast of Tapping to the Truth. So glad
to have you here along for the ride. Thank you
so very much, whether you're listening to the podcast or
if you're listening to the show being rebroadcast on platforms
like the Vera Network. And then I believe the case

(01:01:01):
star server gets it uploaded now as well. And if
that's the case, if you're listening on any one of
those or any of the extensions from those platforms, thank
you so much for listening. Glad you haven't turned away yet.
Hope you'll stay the course, Hope you'll come find the
rest of the show. Plan on continuing for the next

(01:01:23):
few broadcasts of the Rumble live stream of taking the
audio and placing it up for the podcast.

Speaker 4 (01:01:33):
The regular audio.

Speaker 6 (01:01:34):
Podcast got some pretty positive feedback.

Speaker 4 (01:01:38):
From the last one.

Speaker 6 (01:01:40):
We're gonna do it again tomorrow where I'm scheduled to
be joined by.

Speaker 4 (01:01:44):
Mister edbrodaal.

Speaker 6 (01:01:47):
Leadership expert, negotiation expert and got to be quite the
prolific author. He's got a great new article up. We'll
be talking about that. And don't tell anybody, I managed
to convince Becky Noble coming off of last Friday's Friday
Night Live show, to come onto the Rumble channel and

(01:02:11):
we're gonna be talking a little bit about Donald Trump's
efforts at securing voter integrity.

Speaker 4 (01:02:18):
So it should be pretty good show.

Speaker 6 (01:02:19):
And probably, as we often do, as long as he's available,
probably we'll have George Stener pop in and out a
little bit. It's got to be kind of a regular
feature of our Thursday night Rumble livestream.

Speaker 4 (01:02:35):
And all these folks are great folks.

Speaker 6 (01:02:37):
Glad to have them coming on board, and of course
don't forget to join us for the Friday night live show.
It is going to be interesting. We've got some folks
coming back that haven't been on the show for a while.
We're gonna be talking about economics, We're gonna be talking about.

Speaker 4 (01:02:54):
Cracking down on crime.

Speaker 6 (01:02:55):
We're gonna be talking about a lot of different stuff.
It's going to be covering a lot of topics with
a lot of great guests. So I hope you will
tune in at least join me for.

Speaker 4 (01:03:06):
The live stream on Rumble.

Speaker 6 (01:03:08):
All right, with all that being said, I want to
take a moment to ask you about your current knowledge
of a national treasure. National treasure, of course, I'm talking
about as a former world karate champion. He is the
face of action heroes for the eighties and early nineties.

(01:03:28):
We're talking about a man that most of America knew
from Delta Force and then most of America learned to
love him as Walker Texas Ranger. We're talking about Chuck Norris.
Of course, now he's still out here kicking butt taking
names well into his eighties. In fact, he's eighty five

(01:03:49):
years old. It's even more shocking. See looks jacked seems
to have more energies than most guys at his age,
And according to Chuck Norris, it's all because of Morning Kick. Now,
I am not talking about some exercise routine or some
karate exercise. We are talking about a revolutionary new daily

(01:04:11):
drink from Roundhouse Provisions. It combines ultra potent greens like
sparrolina with kale, and you add them to probiotics and
prebiotics and collagen, even a little bit of ahawaganda put
in to keep your brain health just working just right.
You just mix that with water or a fruit smoothie,

(01:04:33):
or do what I do. I mix it with green
tea and it is phenomenal. Unlike other green drinks out there,
tastes like strawberry lemonade, at least they say it does.
I still never really got the strawberry part of it.
The lemonade, yeah, I get it.

Speaker 4 (01:04:49):
Anyway, They do have a new.

Speaker 6 (01:04:51):
Flavor now also, I haven't had a chance to try
it yet. Meant water melon, I am looking forward to
giving it a try, although I doubt that that's going
to blend as well with my green tea, so I
may have to just stick to mixing that with water.
But we'll see, we'll find out.

Speaker 4 (01:05:08):
Probably will get some a boke, That's what I'll most
likely do.

Speaker 6 (01:05:11):
Anyway, They've got hundreds of five star reviews, and since
I started drinking Morning Kick.

Speaker 4 (01:05:17):
I really have felt a lot better.

Speaker 6 (01:05:19):
One of my long running digestive issues has just it's
eased its way out. It's practically no problem at all.
In fact, it only really bugs me if for some
reason I go a couple of days or so without
drinking some Morning Kick, my body starts reverting back to
normal without having it. Then I start feeling I'll tell

(01:05:40):
you that much. But it has helped with the digestive issue.
It's giving me boost of energy. I legitimately, as long
as I continue today, I feel younger too, So I
guess that's a big reason why Chuck at eighty five
is looking and acting the way he does. Anyway, I
would ask you to go to Chuck Defense backslash tapp,

(01:06:02):
and I asked you to go to that particular landing
page to backslash tapp for two reasons.

Speaker 4 (01:06:08):
You get to do yourself a favor.

Speaker 6 (01:06:11):
By virtue of getting forty four percent off your order,
and you get to do me a favor because it
lets them know I sent you. Plus every purchase is
backed by a full ninety day money back guarantee, so
you literally can use an entire container to try it
out to see if it's going to work for you,
and if it doesn't work for you as well as
it does for me, or even better, then you can

(01:06:33):
get your money back. You're not out anything. It is
a pretty dagam good deal to find out if this
thing is going to do what we say it does
for you. And see that's the other thing. When it
comes to nutritional supplements. You can have the best in
the world, but everything interacts with each individual a little
bit differently. So what works for me might not work

(01:06:54):
for you, but what works for me may work for
you in a different way and much much better. And
so you don't know till you try it.

Speaker 4 (01:07:03):
And if you're not out.

Speaker 6 (01:07:04):
Anything to try it, if it doesn't work, then you
haven't lost a thing. You've gained information. Okay, this isn't
what I'm looking for. Now I'll look for something else,
but for most folks it's working pretty good.

Speaker 4 (01:07:19):
So anyway, if you want to.

Speaker 6 (01:07:20):
Experience spooler digestion, a boost of energy, just an overall
healthier body, then please go to Chuck deefense dot com
backslash tapp and go there today.

Speaker 4 (01:07:34):
I feel like I should have like an echo tank
going there today to day two day.

Speaker 6 (01:07:39):
All right, So, as I mentioned back in the first hour,
my stories that I chose to talk about really only.

Speaker 4 (01:07:47):
One of them changed.

Speaker 6 (01:07:50):
Because this is another fantastic story I long overdue. What
took so long kind of moment. But well, let's just
get into it. See, there's roughly about twenty five million
foreign born individuals in the United States who are naturalized citizens.

(01:08:13):
The country naturalized roughly eight million citizens over the past decade.

Speaker 4 (01:08:21):
Last year, US.

Speaker 6 (01:08:22):
Citizenship and Immigration Services welcomed eight hundred and fifteen thousand,
five hundred news citizens during naturalization ceremonies. To successfully secure
US citizenship, these individuals had to evidence GMC. Now what

(01:08:45):
is GMC, you may add, Well, we're not talking about
an automotive brand. We are talking about good moral character,
especially in the five years immediately preceding the filing of
their applications. Now that means that we are looking at

(01:09:06):
people that are generally doing good things.

Speaker 4 (01:09:09):
Right, are you a good moral character?

Speaker 6 (01:09:13):
How do we determine that? That's been kind of what's
a question. See, up until this month, GMC was pretty vague.
In fact, I'm not even sure you really could call
it good moral character, because it meant not having a
record of certain criminal offenses.

Speaker 4 (01:09:36):
Don't have a murder.

Speaker 6 (01:09:37):
Conviction, don't have an aggravated felony convention, don't be engaging
in any disqualifying conduct like taking part in prostitution or
commercialized vice, practicing polygamy, earning a living off of illegal

(01:09:57):
gambling activities, Failing to supp dependents, are even as simple
as being a drunkard. If you get picked up a
lot for public intoxication, you're not gonna make it. But
it really was a case of just looking at have
you been doing these things?

Speaker 4 (01:10:17):
That the answer is.

Speaker 6 (01:10:20):
We at least haven't caught you, then okay, we'll consider
that good moral character. Can we legitimately consider that good
moral character? I would argue, no, that's not definitive of
that situation. But whether you want me to argue that
or not, it's irrelevant. I think most of you would
agree with me. But the problem is the federal government.

(01:10:41):
They didn't make that distinction.

Speaker 4 (01:10:43):
That was the standard.

Speaker 6 (01:10:46):
But you noticed I said, that's how it was. The
Trump administration is taking steps to ensure that prospective citizens
aren't just meeting the bare minimum for civility, but are
actually poised to make a positive contribution. In other words,

(01:11:10):
it's not just good enough to just barely be good enough.
It's like if you haven't a job, it's not enough
to just not get fired. We need to make sure
you're going to do excel. The USCIS issued a new
policy as of last Friday, in a membo titled restoring

(01:11:30):
a rigorous, holistic, and comprehensive good Moral Character Evaluation Standard
for aliens applying for naturalization say that five times fast.
This new policy instructs officers to consider positive behavior along
with possible disqualified meaning what are you going to do

(01:11:56):
for the country, What do you bring? What value do
you bringing to the United States of America? If we
bestow upon you the greatest gift that can be bestowed
by any government on this planet, but of course being
citizenship to the United States, naturally, the political left ignores

(01:12:18):
that that's such a big.

Speaker 4 (01:12:19):
Deal, but not Ultimately.

Speaker 6 (01:12:21):
These people are already on a pathway, so presumably they
have some understanding of what's it played. Becoming a naturalized
US citizen means being an active and responsible member of
society instead of just having a right to live and
work in the United States.

Speaker 4 (01:12:41):
This I'm quoting directly from the memo.

Speaker 6 (01:12:45):
It goes on evaluating GMC involves more than a cursory
mechanical review focused on the absence of wrongdoing or, as
I point out, just the absence of a record you're wrongdoing.
It entails back to courding. It entels a holistic assessment

(01:13:07):
of an alien's behavior, adherence to societal norms, and positive
contributions that affirmatively demonstrate good moral character. I'm kind of
digging it. The memo noted that prior to the early
nineteen nineties, Immigration and Naturalization Service officers would consider felony

(01:13:32):
convictions and other bars as the minimum disqualifiers, but not
as exclusive criteria. Officers considered rehabilitative evidence, volunteer service, family responsibilities,
other positive traits in wayne GMC. And the thing about

(01:13:55):
that rehabilitative evidence that's a positive too, it means that Okay, so,
like any other person, maybe you messed up, but there's
evidence here that you're trying to make things right, that
you're trying to do better. A good example might be
paying child support. All Right, I got a little behind.

(01:14:17):
Maybe I was out of work, or maybe I wasn't
earning as much as I should have, maybe I was
sick for a bit. That whatever, I got behind. But
now I'm caught up and I'm doing better.

Speaker 4 (01:14:33):
Stuff like that.

Speaker 6 (01:14:35):
People that are willing to step up and do the
right things, not just for the citizenship aspect, but because
it's the right thing to do, I think that that
has merit. That does, in fact give you a window
into the.

Speaker 4 (01:14:52):
Person.

Speaker 6 (01:14:54):
Okay, so you made a mistake. Are you making it better?
Are you a act and valuable member of the communities
in which you're going to be living in? Are you
the epitome of what an American citizen should be? However,
the minimum disqualifiers over time became more kind of a

(01:15:18):
firm checklist. The idea here that good moral character really
is just the absence of statutory disqualifications rather than the
presence of positive moral conduct and character. And again this
goes back to the left, the political left, whether you're

(01:15:38):
here in the United States or any other part of
the world. Part of the global elitist leftist ideology is
they preach and mandate that it's not their role to
force a moral code upon you. And to a certain
degree that's a correct philosophy. To a certain degree, most

(01:16:02):
Americans would agree with that, if you happen to be
a Catholic, you don't have the right to force your
moral code of the Catholic Church on to some Mormon
who's living in Utah. I mentioned Utah because once upon

(01:16:25):
a time, back in the days Kyah, this show was
huge in Utah, and until fairly recently, a lot of
the folks out in Utah continued to find the podcast
and listen on a regular basis. Those numbers have dwindled
a bit recently. I had become concerned what's going on
in Utah that you guys don't do. I not mention

(01:16:45):
Utah enough for you anymore. Maybe I've mentioned Utah enough
just now to get the attention of people living in
Utah who used to listen. At least maybe some algorithms
picking it up considering that they was Spotify.

Speaker 4 (01:17:01):
I was looking.

Speaker 6 (01:17:02):
They do a automatic transcript of the show. Now, man,
I'd spent some time trying to read through the transcript.
It's not very good yet. I would imagine they're going
to spring for a better AI in the future and
it will get better, but right now not so great. Anyway,
I digress. So this new policy basically says that an

(01:17:29):
alien may lack GMC even if he or she has
not committed one of the disqualified acts, you know, one
of those things that the USCIS officers must account for
an alien's positive attributes and not simply the absence of misconduct.
Basically stating that there is a standard, a minimum moral standard.

(01:17:54):
You must be willing to be a productive member of
our society. You must be willing to adapt to the
social contract being an American. You must be willing to
embrace the idea of a return to the melting pot
we once upon a time, at least thought we were,
instead of just what happens now. Also, largely thanks to

(01:18:18):
the Left, just a bunch of individual enclays growing up
where people have come from other parts of the world
and they just hang out with the same people and
they just continue to embrace the culture from which they
came instead of embracing and just a mussling and becoming

(01:18:39):
part of the American fiber.

Speaker 4 (01:18:43):
Well, fabric fiber doesn't sound like the right word there anyway.

Speaker 6 (01:18:49):
Before granting or denying naturalization, now these officers will have
to consider various positive factors, including educational attainment, family caregiving
and ties in the US, stable and lawful employment history
and achievements, compliance with tax obligations, financial responsibilities in the US,

(01:19:15):
and sustain community involvement and contributions. In addition to looking
for positive factors, officers will also apply greater scrutiny when
looking at possible disqualified behavior. Applicants can now be disqualified
for unlawful voter registration, unlawful voting convictions, for driving under

(01:19:41):
the influence, drug violations, reckless or habitual traffic infractions, and harassment.
The reckless or habitual traffic infractions, I think is.

Speaker 4 (01:19:55):
Going to.

Speaker 6 (01:19:57):
Be the death now for a large number of the
current folks in this country.

Speaker 4 (01:20:02):
Well, now, I take that back. The folks that are here.

Speaker 6 (01:20:08):
That are here illegally typically if all under that category,
and they're not seeking naturalization, they're not seeking a pactic citizenship,
They're just seeking a chance to hang out here in
the States and live the good life for as long
as we will allow.

Speaker 4 (01:20:24):
It's that simple. I think what's went on far too
long myself.

Speaker 6 (01:20:30):
But hey, evidently there's a lot of places where Democrats
rule that they haven't gotten that particular memo yet.

Speaker 4 (01:20:38):
Anyway.

Speaker 6 (01:20:42):
When pressed for comment, the White House referred news outlets
to the USCIS, and the USCIS spokesman one Matthew.

Speaker 4 (01:20:56):
Treguesser Troggressor.

Speaker 6 (01:21:00):
He made a statement saying, quote, US citizenship is the
gold standard of citizenship. It should only be offered to
the world's best of the best.

Speaker 4 (01:21:18):
Yeah, I agree, I agree wholeheartedly.

Speaker 6 (01:21:22):
In fact, I think under that particular ideology there are
a lot of natural born birthright, legitimately deserving birthright citizens
that probably should be considered for de naturalization, strip that

(01:21:43):
citizenship because they don't appreciate it, they don't represent it, well,
they don't deserve it.

Speaker 4 (01:21:51):
They take it for granted. Let it go. You don't
like it, let it go, let it go.

Speaker 6 (01:22:00):
Of course they're not going to do that anyway. So again,
here's the second story of what took so long. Here's
the second instance where we are seriously looking at something that.
I think the overwhelming majority of Americans on a bipartisan level. Obviously,
I'm not talking about office holders, and I'm not talking
about activists on the left, but the overwhelming majority of average,

(01:22:23):
everyday Americans, regardless of how they typically vote. I think
they can see this as generally a good thing. I
think we're in agreement that citizenship has been given away
far too freely, and that it has been taken for
granted by a majority of our young folks, and they
don't have a true appreciation for what was necessary for

(01:22:45):
this nation to come into existence in the firch place.
They would much rather listen to somebody preaching the false
narratives of the sixty to nineteen project rather than hear
the legitimates us his and what occurred here. How the
United States laid the groundwork that eventually led to the

(01:23:06):
ending of slavery within all of the modern Western nations,
still practiced in other parts of the world. It's generally
considered to be illegal in most of the world, but
it's still practiced. You go to the continent of Africa,
you go throughout the Middle East, you will see slaves

(01:23:26):
and you will not see governments or law enforcement officials
doing anything about it. In fact, you're likely to see
those same particular individuals being owners. There is, in fact,
nothing inherently evil about some specific brand of American slavery.

(01:23:52):
It's an exaggeration offered up by individuals that just want
to downplay how special this country truly is. Was there
slavery here at its inceptions?

Speaker 1 (01:24:05):
Yes?

Speaker 4 (01:24:07):
Was there a fight.

Speaker 6 (01:24:09):
Amongst those that framed the constitution as to whether or
not slavery should be permitted, even at the earliest stages, Yes,
there was. And the only reason it wasn't ended theirs
because there was too much at stake in regards to
the potential risk of some of these southern colonies all

(01:24:31):
vying for statehood after the revolution had been fought in one.
If they had wandered away, if they had left rather
than joining the Union, then the nation probably would have
fel in its infancy. The framers, the founders, they looked at,

(01:24:52):
they understood, They built a system that they knew that. Okay,
even if we're not going to do this today, we
know some point down the road.

Speaker 4 (01:25:06):
Far too long for.

Speaker 6 (01:25:07):
Those suffering under the Yogo slavery, but certainly not very
long when you look through it, through the context of history,
slavery will come to an end in this country and
in every other country where individuals seek.

Speaker 4 (01:25:25):
Liberty.

Speaker 6 (01:25:28):
Liberty is a very special thing. It's a very rare thing.
It is a gift that homemost as rare as American citizenship.
It is freedom with responsibility, period, end of discussion. And
if you don't take that responsibility seriously, you will not
have your freedom for law, and you will never have liberty.

(01:25:54):
That's what this is looking to accomplish. This is looking
to instill the responsibility part of being a good American,
the responsibility part of actually not just engaging in and
securing the blessings of liberty, but taking personal responsibility to

(01:26:18):
pass that gift on to the next generation.

Speaker 4 (01:26:22):
That's part of what makes this nation special.

Speaker 6 (01:26:25):
That's part of what makes America different than every other
country on the planet. We take a personal responsibility not
just to ensure our own liberty, but to ensure that
the next generation also has liberty. That's why voices like mine,
and Ron Edwards and George Senser and you Bellus and

(01:26:49):
countless countless others that if I sat here and thought
about it long enough, I could come up with a
list ridiculously long, many of folks that have been on
this show, many that I still have yet to be
able to get on this show. We know that there
are folks that are out there that stay and do

(01:27:10):
the things that we say and do in an effort
to try.

Speaker 4 (01:27:13):
And preserve and pass on liberty.

Speaker 6 (01:27:20):
If you can instill that in all naturalized citizens instead
of just the ones who legitimately came here from a
bad situation and came here for the right reasons, If
you can instill this into everyone looking to become a citizen,
then there was a chance to reignite that feeling amongst

(01:27:41):
those who do not have to jump through hoops to
be called an American citizen, those who are fortunate enough,
by the grace of God, to be born within this
country by parents who were citizens of this country. Again,
a gift that is far too often taken for granted, overlooked,

(01:28:07):
not taken seriously. So why has it taken so long
to raise this particular bar Because it took someone who
still loves America, that's not just trying to gain the system,
that's not just trying to define some way to make

(01:28:29):
a quick buck, to take money from special interest groups
to turn politics into a profession. It took someone uniquely
positioned like the Orange Man Who's Bad, the kick care
of puppies, the eater of babies, the climate arsonists, forty
five and forty seventh President of the United States of America.

Speaker 4 (01:28:53):
It took Donald John Trump. And the question is.

Speaker 6 (01:28:58):
Are the people that are going to be apps to
follow up after Donald Trump?

Speaker 4 (01:29:03):
Are they going to continue.

Speaker 6 (01:29:05):
Down the correct path? Are they going to do what
needs to be done? I certainly hope. So don't go anywhere.

Speaker 4 (01:29:16):
We'll be right back.

It is said that numbers have meanings, and that the
meaning of some numbers may possibly have a very positive
impact on your life. Hello, I'm Ron Edwards. On today's
page from you Ever Snowfoot, brought to you by Root
Brand's Premium Products. In the Bible, we learned that it
rained for forty days and forty nights, but then day

(01:30:22):
forty one came and the rain stopped. Moses killed a
brutal man and then hid in the desert for forty years.
Year forty one came and God called Moses to rescue Israel.
Moses went up to the mountains for forty days. On
day forty one, he received the Ten Commandments. The Israelites
wandered in the wilderness for forty years. Year forty one
they walked into the promised land. Goliath taunted Israel for

(01:30:45):
forty days. Day forty one came and David defeated him.
Jonah preached repentance to Nineveh for forty days. On day
forty one, God stopped his plan to destroy them. Jesus
fasted and was tempted for forty days day forty one
Devil fled. After his resurrection, Jesus appeared to his disciples
for forty days. On day forty one, he ascended into heaven.

(01:31:08):
So what's the takeaway of all of this? The rain
will stop, the giant will fall, and you will enter
into your promised to land. So long as you do
not give up on day forty your forty one is coming.

recent declines in athletic participation levels. We believe the concern
and fears of head injuries are factors contributing to these.

Speaker 6 (01:35:52):
And I meanwhile, one more time talking about sponsors before
we head into this final segment, and I'll remind you
that as a conservative broadcaster, and yes, I am also
a digital content creator thanks to the Rumble livestream.

Speaker 4 (01:36:09):
Now it's not.

Speaker 6 (01:36:12):
Only essential to be able to communicate no matter where
I find myself roaming through the hills of East Tennessee,
but I really do need to know that I can
trust that the companies that I'm doing business with aren't
going to take the money that I give to them
to actively undermine the values that I'm promoting. And that's

(01:36:34):
why I wholeheartedly recommend that you guys seriously consider making
the move to Patriot Mobile. Look, they are the nation's
only Christian conservative wireless service provider, and they stand firm
for the sanctity of life for the first second fourth
amendments in back the entire Constitution as far as that's concerned.

(01:36:57):
They stand in the in the divide between those people
that are suffering in national natural disasters to get them
to the other side where they can rebuild their lives.
They do great things, supporting our veterans, supporting our current
active duty troops, supporting first responders, and most importantly.

Speaker 4 (01:37:23):
They don't hate us. They don't hate.

Speaker 6 (01:37:27):
Christian conservative Americans, they don't hate America. Those reasons alone
are enough to make the switch. But they also have
great service. They are on all the same towers that
the big boys are on, so they have phenomenal coverage.
They have customer service call centers that are one hundred

(01:37:48):
percent America based, with Americans banning those phones. So between
the service they offer and the customer service they give,
there are so many great reasons for you to can
that are making the move to Patriot Mobile.

Speaker 4 (01:38:02):
Let me give you one more.

Speaker 6 (01:38:05):
You can take advantage of a free month of service
when you switch to Patriot Mobile using promo code tap
that is tapp.

Speaker 2 (01:38:13):
So go to.

Speaker 6 (01:38:13):
Patriotmobile dot com backslash tapp great landing page. You get
to see lots of cool stuff, including my mug more
than a couple of times. Or you can give them
a call if that's how you want to go about
making the change. If that is your preferred method, the
number to call is eight one seven three eight zero

(01:38:34):
nine zero eight one. Either way, just make sure you're
using promo code tap tapp and take full advantage of
a free month of service when you make the switch.
Trust me, if you are a Christian conservative, or if
you're just somebody that loves America and you're tired of
doing business with companies that don't, this is a company

(01:38:58):
to take a look at, all. Right, So here's another story.
This has been actually kind of slow rolled. Trying to
remember if I mentioned this one in Passinator. No, I
haven't spent a lot of time talking about it, but
this is a story that's been out for a bit,
but it's making.

Speaker 4 (01:39:17):
A lot of waves now more people are talking about it.

Speaker 6 (01:39:19):
People kind of come to a point where they know
and understand what's happening, and they're starting to be a
reaction from the left. Now, Oklahoma, great state. Love Oklahoma,
little flat for my taste being in East Tennessee. And
I like hills, I like ridges. Every time I go
to Oklahoma. They're talking about this great, big ol' hill

(01:39:43):
that's barely a dip in the road, but.

Speaker 4 (01:39:46):
For them, that's what it is. I'm okay with that, guys.

Speaker 6 (01:39:51):
Part of what makes the country gradest. Every state is
a little different. But Oklahoma is now officially requiring teachers,
especially teachers relocate from California New York, to take a
fifty question test that's aimed at assessing whether or not
they hold leftist political views that might influence their teaching.

(01:40:13):
It's basically kind of a woke test. It was developed
by Preger. You which you know first of all that
that's the first time that you got something really good
going on. Dennis Peger phenomenal guy. Have been a strong
voice of conservative values for a long time now, and
what he has managed to do over at Peger University

(01:40:35):
that's nothing short of astounding. But this test was developed
by Peger University, the Oklahoma Test, according to the Superintendent
of Public Instruction, One Ryan Walters, it will have to
be approved by the Education Board before it's administered, so

(01:40:56):
time is coming very soon.

Speaker 4 (01:40:57):
Walter said.

Speaker 6 (01:40:58):
If the applicants do not pass the test, they will
not receive a teaching certificate for the state of Oklahoma.
Quoting here, every teacher that teaches in the state of
Oklahoma will have to have a certificate that goes through
my office. It has my signature on it, so that

(01:41:19):
those will not move forward until this is done. Continuing
to quote, but this time is from a KCCI report.
One proposed question deals with gender, asking teachers to select

(01:41:39):
from a series of multiple choice answers which chromosome pairs
determine biological sex.

Speaker 4 (01:41:47):
Who. No, I think I could probably pass this test.
We'll get there, all right.

Speaker 6 (01:41:55):
Continuing to quote, Walters made the statement again, according to
the report on KCCI, quote, we will not allow these
leftist plans and schemes to take place here in Oklahoma.
They are trying to warp the minds of our kids

(01:42:16):
to turn them into social justice warriors instead of kids
that are getting the most of their God given talents
to go get a good job, to go live a
fulfilling life. We're not bringing in woke indoctrinators into the classroom.

(01:42:37):
It's a very America first approach, of course. Walters said
those as well as time to the Washington Post. Walter's
talking to CNN said, quote, you're going to teach that
there's biological differences between males and females period. You're going

(01:43:01):
to teach American history and use primary source documents, not
pushing the left wing agenda on our kids. He added
to California, New York have required teachers to quote do
things that are antithetical to our standards and values as

(01:43:22):
a state. Now, the Post added in their report here,
Oklahoma already requires new teachers to take a US citizenship test. Now,
I've got a few examples here some of the questions

(01:43:43):
that these teachers are going to be asked.

Speaker 4 (01:43:47):
If this is the standard.

Speaker 6 (01:43:50):
I think the big stint that the left is making
about this probably is going to gain about as much
traction as the people that are protesting on behal have
of allowing crime to stay in DC. You know the
folks I'm talking about anyway, Example number one, what are

(01:44:13):
the first three words of the Constitution? Now that's probably
a little trickier than it ought to be, because, as
I pointed out here in the past, the preamble, which
is probably what they're looking for here, is not actually
part of the constitution. It is, in fact a preamble.

(01:44:34):
It is a statement in regards as to why you
have the constitution, why they set it up the way
they did. That's what a preamble is. Now the first
three words of the preamble of the Constitution?

Speaker 4 (01:44:48):
Who worded it that way?

Speaker 6 (01:44:50):
I probably wouldn't say that this is a trick question,
but I'm pretty sure that they are looking for the
answer to the question what are the three What are
the first three words of the preamble of the Constitution,
which of course is we the People? Another question, why

(01:45:14):
is freedom of religion important to America's identity?

Speaker 4 (01:45:20):
And these are all multiple.

Speaker 6 (01:45:21):
Choice, by the way, and some of the choices that
are available would show a distinct leaning to the left.
There is one correct answer in amongst them. Sometimes it's
completely nonsensical, obvious that's not the choice. Sometimes it is

(01:45:42):
an answer you would expect to get from a textbook
in the states of California or New York. So the
test have been set up very well, and after you're
so far into it, I do believe that you're going
to start answering them the way you typically stay of
how you approach your classroom activities. So there's going to

(01:46:05):
be enough places during the course of the test where
it's going to become obvious that even though you're focused
early on and you're really trying to beat the system
so that you don't miss out on a job opportunity.
Just because you are a leftist and doctrinator not an educator,
You're probably going to get tripped up at some point.
Another example, what are the two parts of the US Congress?

(01:46:32):
How many US Senators are there? Why do some states
have more representatives than others? These are pretty standard basic questions. Personally,
I think you ought to be able to pass at
least the questions I'm seeing here. You got to have

(01:46:53):
to take this test and pass it at one hundred
percent in order to be allowed to legally vote.

Speaker 4 (01:47:01):
I would be on board with that. I know some
lefty somewhere's craft.

Speaker 2 (01:47:06):
Why do I have to know how many.

Speaker 4 (01:47:08):
US Senators there are?

Speaker 2 (01:47:10):
That's a hard question, tim.

Speaker 4 (01:47:12):
No, it's not senators. Every state gets too. How many
states are there? Fifty one? Set down? You're not allowed.

Speaker 6 (01:47:26):
I mean, seriously, why do some states have more representatives
than others because some have higher populations?

Speaker 4 (01:47:38):
What are the two parts of the US Congress that
be the House of Representatives and the Senate? I'm digging these.
I want to know what are the three branches of
the federal government. I want to know which branch of
the federal government who's the setting vice president. I would

(01:47:58):
probably throw in there well.

Speaker 6 (01:48:02):
I sometimes though, I think that might be harmful because
it would have been really hard for me to acknowledge
that Kamala Harris was technically the setting US vice president
at the time of the last election. It would hurt
my feelings something terrible. Now, the reason I wanted to

(01:48:29):
talk about this story other than point out how ridiculous
some of the questions are.

Speaker 4 (01:48:35):
And what's even more ridiculous of the fact that they're
folks in life.

Speaker 6 (01:48:38):
Oh No, Oklahoma's facing a teacher shortage and you're trying
to further disqualify exceptional teachers just because of where they're from.

Speaker 4 (01:48:47):
No, that's not what's happened.

Speaker 6 (01:48:52):
We've come to expect, we understand, we know this level
of ridiculousness is going to her when it comes to
education within the country. The leftist to want to turn
government schools into indoctrination centers. They're going to do everything
to protect that model. They've worked really hard for a

(01:49:13):
really long time to get it as far along as
they have. They're not just going to walk away from
it because we cut them, they're going to continue to
do their work, so they're going to push back. These
are not questions that should be particularly hard to get.
Most Americans should be able to answer these questions appropriately.

(01:49:36):
And if you cannot, then you are, in fact the
victim of public schools or the victim of indoctrination. Right,
probably could be both. It's not exclusively one or the other.
Doesn't necessarily have to be both, but most likely could

(01:49:57):
and probably is both.

Speaker 4 (01:50:01):
Also not the point. The point is that.

Speaker 6 (01:50:06):
States like Oklahoma are leading the way in trying to
save the republic, trying to restore the republic.

Speaker 4 (01:50:15):
And why do they get credit for that?

Speaker 6 (01:50:17):
Because they're standing up and they're fighting the good fight,
even though they know they're going to have to take
the slings, they're going to have to take the arrows,
they're going to have to stand up. But they are
making this effort to protect the next generation of Oklahoma's
and that could very well be the difference between what

(01:50:38):
happens with the next generation of all Americans. It's not
enough for Texas to be deep read. It's not enough
for Alabama to be so read that you can't even
hardly tell that a Democrat even lives there. It's not
enough for Tennessee and Florida to do the smart things

(01:50:59):
that they're doing. It takes the entire conservative movement working
in concert, working together, and using the laboratory of the
states to advance and push. But the lines have to
be drawn, the battles have to be done. Here in Tennessee,
we stood up and said no, no more surgical mutilations

(01:51:24):
and chemical castrations of children in the name of your
social gender policies. That's where we stood up. Florida has
done great things between Alligator Alcatraz and all the other
stuff that they do, phenomenal work. Texas has done a lot,

(01:51:46):
They continue to do a lot. I mean, the list
when you look at some of these places is far
too long. This isn't just another great example of how
you actually put great ideas into practice, and then you
have to be prepared to defend them. At this point,
there are already people threatening to file lawsuits. If you

(01:52:10):
use this test as a disqualifier for my employment, I'm
going to sue you, sue us. In the state of Oklahoma,
these people have the ultimate authority to determine what constitutes
a qualified educator in their state. That's why education is
supposed to be ran at the state level. That's why

(01:52:31):
you're not supposed to have a Department of Education at
the federal level.

Speaker 4 (01:52:36):
Which is why it.

Speaker 6 (01:52:36):
Would be really great if Lena McMahon could, you know,
get all the approvals she needs to finish, putting herself
out of a job that happens to be the state
of goal. Even according to Lynda McMahon, she knows this.
It's not me saying she shouldn't have a job. I

(01:52:57):
think Glenda McMahon is an exceptional member the Trump candidate's cabinet,
not just in this incarnation, but in the previous one
as well. Om McMahon one of the standouts, quietly behind
the scenes, just going to doing the work. This is

(01:53:17):
how you win the war, boys and girls.

Speaker 1 (01:53:22):
This is how.

Speaker 6 (01:53:25):
The Republic is restored and the American experiment is allowed
to continue. It's how liberty continues to exist in this
dark and dank world where the forces of evil are
constantly trying to squash it. This is how we carry
the torch and continue on until the appointed time.

Speaker 4 (01:53:47):
Where it all changes.

Speaker 6 (01:53:53):
This is how that fight is fought, and it's how
it's won. See it doesn't take some complicated, hard to
figure out try to trip you up questionnaire.

Speaker 4 (01:54:10):
Loaded with trick questions.

Speaker 6 (01:54:13):
All it takes is putting the conservative ideology, putting the
constitutional ideology in front of these potentially woke in doctrinators
enough time after time after time, they will slip up.
They will let their wokeness shine through. And even if
it's just the one time, that's all it takes.

Speaker 4 (01:54:34):
You know who these people are at that point.

Speaker 6 (01:54:41):
Once you know who they are, you know not to
let them near your children. Right, Just don't let them
near your kids. And for those of you who still
live in states where you don't have the option move,

(01:55:01):
it is past time for conservatives.

Speaker 4 (01:55:04):
To get the hell out of blue areas. Just get up.

Speaker 6 (01:55:09):
You're not gonna win the battle. I mean, I will
give you every kudo. I will stand up and applaud
the effort. Where you stayed and you fought, and you
tried to save what you think of as your home.
But the battle's lost, and now the only way that's
left to win is for you to stop supporting them
staying there and paying too much in taxes because most

(01:55:32):
of the people that they're considering their actual constituents. They're
just giving your money away too, who are not contributing
in a meaningful fashion. So take that level of support
away from them by not being part of their tax space.

Speaker 4 (01:55:48):
Make them.

Speaker 6 (01:55:50):
See what it looks like without you. Maybe it'll go
faster and you can move back home in a short
amount of time. Or maybe you'll find out that you're
actually happier and would have been happier somewhere else a
long time before, and you'll end up wishing you had moved.

(01:56:11):
But either way, get out now and watch wait for
your opportunity. If you get long for a return, they're
not going to be able to sustain it without the conservatives,
who are, in fact the contributors, the breadwinners, the hard workers,
the people who build things, the people who make things,

(01:56:32):
the people who show up and do the work. As
I'm often fond of staying to my friend Corey Hutchins,
the people who show up and do the damn thing,
because that's what he does every day.

Speaker 4 (01:56:53):
It's just that simple.

Speaker 6 (01:56:57):
Get out of their way and let them find failed,
because it is you.

Speaker 4 (01:57:03):
Who's been propping them up. It is you that is prolonged.

Speaker 6 (01:57:08):
And prevented their failure to this point, and it will
be without you that it finally the collapse happens and
they'll have to face the reality. It will be sad,
it will be tragic, but there will be a re emergence.
There will be a phoenix that arises. Places like California
have too much going for it to stay collapsed. Just

(01:57:32):
that's them, all right. That's gonna have to be it
for tonight. Ladies and gentlemen, Thank you so much for listening,
especially those of you listened.

Speaker 4 (01:57:41):

word of people like Nancy Pelosi or Checkie Humer or
AOC or Jasmine Crockett.
