Attorney General Ken Paxton will "seek judicial orders" stating that the state legislators who fled to Illinois — to stall a Republican-led effort to redraw the state's congressional districts — had "vacated" their offices, if they are not back to work by this coming Friday.

Congress is ratcheting up its investigation into matters related to deceased sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, subpoenaing the Department of Justice for documents as well as Bill and Hillary Clinton, and several ex-law enforcement leaders for testimony.

Jim Acosta spent some time with an AI likeness of Joaquin Oliver, created by the gun control group Change the Ref, founded by Oliver's parents, all in the name of anti-second amendment propaganda and - for Acosta - to be relevant again, even if for only a moment.

Rep. Delia Ramirez, an open-borders Democrat who sits on the House Border Security and Enforcement Subcommittee, spoke to fellow leftists in Mexico City over the weekend at the second Panamerican Congress.
Ramirez called for the defunding of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement just last week. She also stated that the lawmakers and leaders headed to the convention sought to take up various challenges affecting the Western Hemisphere, including "democratic backsliding, climate crisis, deep poverty, political violence, and family displacement."
In her speech at the conference, Ramirez revealed where her true loyalties lie, telling fellow travelers in Spanish, "I'm a proud Guatemalan before I'm an American."

The fearmongers are trying to scare everyone into thinking that another pandemic is coming after China issued a quarantine order over thousands of cases of a viral disease carried by mosquitoes. Chinese officials reported 7,000 infections of the chikungunya disease in Foshan, a city located in the south. The disease is not usually fatal but can be very painful.

When Hello, and welcome to today's broadcast of Tapping to
the Truth. Hope you're having a fantastic day wherever you
are are and whatever you may be doing. With all
the usual caveats, of course, with you as always. I'm
your ever so humble and mostly peaceful host, Tim Tapp,
coming to you from Rome County, Tennessee, and so very

(03:12):
glad to have you along for the ride. Thanks for
being here. Lots of stuff going on. It is almost
impossible to even select topics because there are so many
things that you know you're gonna leave out. But I'm
going to try to hit probably what I think are
the most important ones currently ongoing in the meanwhile. Before

(03:35):
I get started, I want to remind you that as
the value of the dollar shrinks, precious metals make a
great hedge against the loss of value of the hard
earned dollars that you have put aside. Carl Harvard Gold
Group right now at eight four four ninety seven seven gold.

(03:55):
That's eight four four nine seven seven four six by three.
You should have mentioned Tap into the Truth when they
ask you how you heard about them. That'll lock you
in to a two hundred and fifty dollars discount on
top of any promotions that you might qualify for. Either way,
if you're gonna make a purchase, it's good to get

(04:17):
a little free gold or a little free silver. Now,
if you don't want to make the phone call. You
don't want to call and ask for the free Investor's Guide.
If you don't want to speak to a person directly,
then guess what you can just go to Harvard Gooldgroup
dot com and check them out that way. That's your
word prerogative. I would recommend the call though, talk to

(04:39):
a person, get some actual information, but that's up to you.
You can go to Harvard Gooldgroup dot com. If you
go that route, be sure to use promo code tap
that is tapp, so that they do know that I
sent you and so you will still get that two
hundred and fifty dollars discount. Now, whether you're looking to

(04:59):
p text your retirement with the gold backed IRA where
you just want to have gold or silver in hand,
either way, Harvard Gold Group, America's premier conservative gold company,
stands by ready to help you. So again, the number
to call eight four four ninety seven seven gold. That's
eight four four ninety seven seven four six five three.

(05:24):
Don't forget to mention Tap into the truth or Harvardgoldgroup
dot com Promo code tap tapp. Let's jump into things. Okay, So,
over the course of the last few days, clearly if
you have been paying attention to anything at all. You
are aware of the ongoing drama, the saga that is

(05:46):
the Democrats running away from Texas. It's not the first
time we've talked about the Democrats trying to avoid having
a quorum in Texas by running off so that they
simply don't have to let the Republicans have their way
because they don't have the votes, they don't have the power,

(06:08):
they don't have the number of seats to stop them.
And of course this big hu haha is all about redistricting,
and they're accusing the Republicans of the horrible, terrible, very
no good crime of Jerry Mandarin. Okay, And I mean,

(06:30):
I know I'm not the first person that's pointed this out,
but the Democrats don't hesitate to do this when they
are in power. They don't hesitate to do it in
any of the places that these Democrats have run off to.
In fact, it's almost ironic that they're big to do

(06:51):
going to go visit JD. Prince Guard, their visit to
New York with Kathy Hoche, their visit to various other locations,
and even the very vocal Gavin Newsom Mountain, California who's
threatened to further control and redraw their districts, which is

(07:14):
all pretty ridiculous because I don't know that it can
be done any worse than what those states have already done.
But it is an absurdity that these guys just will
take off and that there's no serious penalties, except that
there may very well be this go around. The latest news,

(07:38):
at least as of the time that I was talking
to you live on August the fifth, is that Attorney
General Ken Paxton of the Great State of Texas says
that he actually will quote seek judicial orders, stating that

(07:59):
the state legislation who fled to Illinois in an effort
to stall the Republican led effort to redraw the state's
congressional districts have in fact vacated their offices. Paxton shared
a copy of this press release that was coming from
his office up on x formerly known as Twitter, adding, quote,

(08:24):
the people of Texas elected lawmakers, not just setting runaways
looking for headlines. If you don't show up for work,
you get fired. Now I'm digging that, I really am.
Paxton's release argued that by breaking quorum and thus refusing

(08:45):
to perform the duties, they were elected to perform. The
Democrats who left the state had effectively abandoned their offices,
and his intent was to seek judicial relief on the
matter should not return now. Attorney General Ken Paxton announced
that the continued refusal to perform legislative duties by Texas

(09:10):
House Democrats who broke korm constitutes abandonment of office, and
that he will pursue a court ruling ensuring that these seats,
the seats that these Democrats are at least at the
moment holding, are declared vacant. Now, this is the first

(09:32):
time this has been talked about. Like I said, this
is like the what the third or fourth time over
the course of the last several years that we've had
the Texas Democrats make a run for it in an
effort to try and keep the Republicans from finishing the job.
The last go round, a legal opinion was offered up

(09:52):
by Ken Paxton, no less, that they could be removed office.
If you refuse, if you will fully refuse to do
your job, then you have abandoned the post. You have
stepped away, and that vacates the seat. And I think

(10:15):
that's an argument that actually based on how Texas law
has written. I know there's some states where that would
never fly, but I think under Texas law they've got
a realistic chance of that being upheld in court. I
think some of these Democrats, by the time the sun
comes up tomorrow may no longer be officially considered members

(10:40):
of the Texas House. And wouldn't that be something. Now,
Speaker of the Texas House, Justin Burrows, according to this
same release, gave the rogue legislatures until the end of
the week, meaning that they're looking at Friday, August eighth. Now,
in my mind, that's way too generous, but he's given

(11:03):
them to the eighth to return to do their jobs, saying, quote,
any lawmaker who has not been arrested and returned or
fails to appear by the Speaker's deadline will be subject
to aggressive legal action by Attorney General Paxson. Now again

(11:27):
that is the threat that they will be removed from oppice.
They've already started the paperwork, they've already issued the judicial
relief request from Ken Paxson's office, but the Speaker wants
to give him until Friday before he's going to back
it up. Evidently, Paxton, of course, like I've already said,

(11:48):
he's explained, and again you're hearing this. It's starting to
sound like a broken record, but it's important to hear
it because it's got to sync in. Not to the
Conservatives that are enjoying every moment of it, but the Democrats.
There's even several typical Democrat voters in the states of
Texas that are over the Shenanigans. They know they picked

(12:10):
Illinois particular to try to get on mister Prinsker's good list.
They're trying to basically get on the list for contributions.
That dudes evidently got more money than any one person
should be allowed to have, according to the Democrats. I myself,

(12:32):
I am happy he's rich. I would like to be
that rich someday myself. Democrats be dat but him being
a Democrat, it makes you wonder why they're so supportive,
except of course, that they're also full of crap. It's
not even hypocrisy, it's something deeper, more ingrained. I think

(12:53):
they've gas lit themselves at this point, which is why
they don't even understand that their efforts to lie directly
to the American people are no longer working. They don't
understand it because they have convinced themselves. They've told their
lies so many times over and over again that they
have started to believe it. They don't know it's a

(13:14):
lie anymore. And so they went to go visit JD.
They said, JD, j D Prince Care. I think it's Jerry.
I may be having the wrong initials here. Anyway, they
went to go visit Prince Scare because they want to
be on his friendly side. They want to be on
his good side. They think he's going to run for president,
and he's certainly posturing like he might consider it. He's

(13:36):
got the money to throw at it, and he's going
to be as he has already promised, throwing a lot
of money at Democrats who were planning on running in
the future. That being said, these Democrats have in fact
abandoned their offices by fleeing the state of Texas. Failure

(14:00):
to respond to a call of the House constitutes a
dereliction of their duty as elected officials. Now this is
directly coming from Ken Paxton. Starting Friday, any rogue lawmakers
refusing to return to the House will be held accountable
for vacating their office. The people of Texas elected lawmakers,

(14:24):
not jet setting runaways looking for headlines. If you don't
show up to work, you get fired again. That keeps
being repeated for good reason. The rogue Texas Democrats broke
korum in a ridiculous desperation attempt to stall because they
know they can't stop the redistricting process because they didn't

(14:48):
have the votes to block it through legitimate means. They
couldn't play the game the way the rules are ridden,
so they broke the rules. Although they would completely expect
the Republicans to follow the rules, they'd be hopping mad
if the roles were reversed here. They would have laid
vocal calls to the federal government descend in US marshals

(15:13):
to around these folks up in another state. Like I
mentioned before, this isn't the first time they did a
similar STEMP back in twenty twenty one protesting a Republican
backed election bill. That was their most recent effort to
play this particular game, and that's where a lot of

(15:33):
these comments came from. But it's still mind boggling to
be wiredly waiting till Friday. I mean, maybe it's just
me being so short tempered with this type of Shenanigan
that the theatrics, the Democrats going in front of a
microphone and said, we're not here to play political games.

(15:55):
That's exactly what you are doing. We must stop this tyranny,
the tyranny of what exactly can you explain that to me?
Because I'm looking at what's happening in Texas and I'm
seeing what legitimately has happened in every state, in every
part of this country since its inception. Literally one of

(16:21):
the fact Jerry Mendering is literally named after one of
the founding fathers, that is how long this has been
going on. So there's nothing mysterious about this. I'm not
a fan of it. I hate when a regardless of
which letter is involved, when a new group in the House.

(16:46):
At the state level, they get elected and then it's
time for the redistricting. And of course every state has
different rules and they have different timelines, and it's set
up differently. In some places it's every ten years in
accordance with all the information that comes from the census.
In other places it's every couple of years. They look

(17:09):
at the economic growth and the population growth, and like
I said, it just varies. Might be two years, might
be five years, might be ten years, maybe every other
time they're called to session, whatever rules are. I cannot
stand it when one group suddenly back in power and

(17:32):
they start changing things in ridiculous ways in order to
try and manipulate what the outcome of elections are going
to be. Again, it's not illegal. I would certainly be
willing to listen to the case that it should be.
I'm certainly not against the notion of it being. But

(17:56):
it's not. And nobody, nobody has done this more in
a fashion that is obvious than the Democratic Party has.
And it doesn't matter which state, if they've got control,
if they've got the power at the time that redistricting occurs,

(18:17):
they will spend time and energy to draw out strange
and unusual shapes. Sometimes no more than a single street
will be part of a district until you can connect
to another section and you get strange movements. We had

(18:38):
a big to do here in Tennessee just a few
years back when some redistricting was done, and all that
happened here was the part of a neighboring city that's
not even in the same county got nudged into the
primary district, and then part of a city that is

(19:02):
in the county got nudged into another district that is
mostly in another county, And the rationale there was it
allowed them to move conservative votes, conservative households that typically
voted Republican in a way that they would outnumber Democrats.
It's just that simple. And we had a major blow

(19:29):
up back and forth, and it all had to do
with the fact that it was dividing the area up
in a way that didn't make sense. But even that,
it looks completely and utterly sane. You can look at
it and you can see, okay, well, given where the
growth factors were within the areas, you can make a

(19:50):
legitimate argument that it's not that far out of what
would have happened even if that wasn't the intention. But
some of the stuff these Democrats have done in various places,
it's pretty obvious that that is the only thing they
had in mind. So for them to be all up
in odds, they get everything they deserve. Personally, I thought

(20:14):
they waited too long to issue the arrest warrants, and
I don't know why they even call them that, because
they're not really arresting them. They're just if they're picked
up within the state, they're delivered to the Capitol building
where they're expected to go back to do their work,
and they're locked in. They're not allowed to leave at

(20:35):
that point. That's part of the job as it is
described in Texas. You take this position, it is not
being unlawfully detained. It's literally within the power of the governor.
That's never been changed. And you're right there, and why
wouldn't you be It is the job you And here

(20:59):
I go again with it, one of my major pet peeves.
You literally beg people for money so you can afford
to effectively go beg people for a vote for you
to do this job. Why won't you do it? You
don't always get to win. And I'm sorry, Democrats, you're
not in charge right now in Texas and in some

(21:21):
of these other states that are typically read it may
have been a while that since you have been, and
it may be even longer yet, especially if you keep
pulling these shenanigans before you ever get a chance again
to be really in charge, to keep proving that you
don't deserve to be in charge. You're throwing a temper tantrum.

(21:45):
And here's the thing that I'm going to be watching
moving forward. I think we all should be watching it
very closely. They do seem to be interested in taking
a look at who raised money using this little trick,

(22:08):
because you did. If this is the case, the legal
argument's going to be made. And again I think in
the state of Texas this might hold up. And there's
nothing federal going on here. This is all Texas state law,
So it doesn't matter what the Feds might come in
and do thirteen months later. What matters is how Texas

(22:31):
law operates, and I think it might stand in Texas.
I think you could legitimately charge some of these people
with accepting bribes. I think you can effectively charge some
of the donors who help give them the money so
they can afford to go run off in Gallivant while

(22:51):
they're supposed to be there doing their job with poise
and grace, something that doesn't exist in the Democratic Party
in any particular large quotions. There's maybe it's still a
few exceptions out there. Unfortunately, none of them are making headlines,
and most of them are probably if they haven't already
been kicked out of the party, they're about to be.

(23:15):
But you're supposed to accept the fact that you're in
the minority. You can do what you can do. Voice
your opinion, fight as best you can within the rules
as the legislative body permits, and then do the job,
even if it means voting no. When you know voting

(23:36):
no is not going to make a difference, it's not
going to stop it from happening. You're still on the record.
You still did your job for the people who elected
you to go be their voice. I don't understand why
anybody would do that, but I know there are still
plenty of people in this country that seem to be

(23:59):
kind of off. They're still looking at legitimately putting a
full blown, unabasted Hamas supporting communists into the mayor's mansion
in New York, so we know what's going on. There
are people that are electing folks that have no business

(24:22):
holding public office in this country. We don't. We're not
just looking at the difference between Democrat and Republican anymore.
We're legitimately seeing communists versus American. And I put it

(24:44):
like that because communism is anti American. Communism is the
antithesis of what the American idealism, the American founding principles.
It's the tents of everything that makes this nation something
special in the world. And as long as there are

(25:08):
people here old enough to vote, that are registered and
can legally do so, there's going to be people that
want to elect somebody that at least professes to think
the same way they do. So the point is we
have to push back hard enough legally in a means

(25:31):
that's acceptable within the battle of ideologies in politics, and
we have to continue to fight. So these people do
need to be held accountable. If you raise money or
you accepted money to go break your commitment, then not

(25:53):
only do you deserve to be removed from office, but
you also deserve to be charged accepting bribes. And I
hope that they go after each and every one of them,
and even if the judge throws all of them but
one out, it will send a strong enough message to

(26:15):
stop being stupid. Just cut it out. It's time to
start acting like an adult again. There used to be
a requirement for these type of jobs. You know, we
sometimes have to do things we don't want to do.
It's terrible, It really really sucks because we didn't want

(26:37):
to let this happen. But we're here at a time
where we don't have the power to prevent it, so
we did what we could. Except now you're doing things
that technically you can do, but legally you can't. This
is a violation of Texas law. Why why would you

(27:03):
do this? Well, I mean we know why they did it.
To get attention. It's a stunt and again to go
visit mister Prince here to see if they can get
on the list of people he'll be sending money to.
That is what they have done. Unbelievable, except it's way

(27:28):
too easy to believe it. Right, I think he's something
that is unbelievable, and that is that at the age
of eighty five years old, Chuck Norris is still kicking
but taking names and acting is if he's still much
much younger man. He looks great. In fact, he looks

(27:50):
kind of jacked. Still seems to have more energy than
most guys have his age. And according to him, it's
all according let me try not to get tongue. According
to him, it's all thanks to Morning Kick. Now it's
not some strange exercise thing or some karate training technique

(28:13):
that he's been using since he was a world karate champion. Nope,
it's a revolutionary new daily drink from Roundhouse provisions. It
combines ultrapodent dreams like sparelina and kale with probiotics and prebiotics,
collagen and even ashawakanda, which is kind of fun to say.

(28:35):
In a way, you just mix it with water or
with the fruit smoothie, or you do what I do
and mix it with green tea and then you enjoy.
And unlike some of those other green drinks out there,
this one tastes like strawberry lemonade, or at least they
stay strawberry lemonade. Never really gotten the strawberry myself, but
I think that's my personal taste. Buds. They do have

(28:56):
a new flavor, by the way, watermelon mint, so Morning
Kick now in two flavors might be worth checking that out.
Regardless hundreds of five star reviews, and since I've been
drinking it, I have felt tremendously better, having to do
with a long standing digestive issue that I've had. What

(29:17):
I'm taking it it is. It takes like about a
week and then all of a sudden, I'm not needing
to take the acids that I've been popping consistently. It's
done a great job and it's given me a boost
of energy. I felt more active and it's been very helpful.

(29:38):
What you want to do right now, let's go to
Chuckdefense dot com backslash tapp. You want to do that
for two reasons. Number one, it lets them know that
I sent you, so it does me a favor. And
even if that's not a motivator for you, here's the
part that is, you can get up to forty four
percent off your regular price order. That's not bad. Plus

(30:03):
every purchase is backed by a ninety day money back guarantee.
So if you want to experience smoother digestion, a boost
of energy, or just an overall healthier body with no
real risk, you buy it. You'll try it, you'll find
out if it works for you, and if it doesn't,
you get your money back. Well, then go to Chuck
Defence dot com backslash tapp and go there today. In fact,

(30:30):
you can do it right now if you want to.
And meanwhile, don't go anywhere. We'll be right back after this.

you prefer open borders, inflation, spending, war on oil, being

school and doctrination, pushing transgender options, electronic vehicle subsidies, very

and at the same time cutting our military. On the
conservative side, folks prefer to protect our borders, reducing spending, energy,
independence for our nation, being tough on crime, law and order,

being pro family and faith, parental rights, pre markets, lower taxes,

(34:06):
repeat skull.

Speaker 9 (34:15):
Being stocks designed specific for people who haven't started investing yet,
or don't know how to do it, or having been
trained how to do it, or are worried about investing
in the stock market that they've never done before. It's
a robo advisor system that really simplifies the investing process.
The challenge we all have is that as you work
and you grow in your career, you have to put

(34:36):
something aside for yourself when you retire around sixty five
years old. And the idea of being Stocks is to
simplify that whole process. In other words, put aside ten
percent of your salary each week, maybe just one hundred
dollars and let it go to work in the stock
market for you. And what being Stock does is basically
automate that process for you. Easy to set up. You
can transfer birth living your bank account and puts it

(34:56):
into exchange traded funds, which are baskets of many stocks,
which gives you diversification. That's the whole key. The idea
that you can have this done for you weekly or
bi monthly. But the most important thing is to start
now and make it so that you are putting something
aside for your own retirement. The Thoughts just makes it

(35:16):
really simple to do.

Speaker 1 (35:32):

Got in the way God, and I will be ruled
by the damn you.

Speaker 5 (36:46):
When what in the hell diversity? Well?

Speaker 11 (36:51):
I could be wrong, but I believe diversity is an old,
old wooden ship that was used during the Civil War era.

Speaker 12 (37:00):
I won't forget the ones who died for afreed.

Speaker 2 (37:04):
O ma ain call a hand it band, No, no no.

You ain't faced, buddy will help you back your bags.
Don't ask the bee, stay with the good lost to you.
Burn someone downstack.

Speaker 1 (37:40):
I should have saved that one for later. I really
should have some of the other topics we're gonna be
talking about a little bit later. I'm really kicking myself,
all right. Before we get back into the action, I
want to take the moment to remind you about our
friends over my pillow. Look at my pillow. Mike Lindell
is a true American success story. He beat drug addiction,

(38:05):
he built a company, he employees fellow Americans, He's found
a niche for patriotic folks, and then he committed the horrible, terrible,
very no good sin of standing with Donald John Trump.
The left came for him. They've been trying to destroy
him ever since. And that's a big part of the

(38:27):
reason why things like this retail store canceled a big
order with My Pillow, leaving them with a lot of
extra Mypillows. But you know what their loss is your gain,
their loss of talking about the stores. My Pillow was
offering the Classic collection for wholesale prices. Again, that means

(38:47):
you're looking at nineteen ninety eight for the standard My Pillow,
but gets even better. For a limited time, they're going
to offer the entire Classic collection at wholesale. That means
you get the Queen size My Pillow at wholesale. You
get the king size at wholesale, you get the body
pillows at wholesale, the multi used pillows. Just go to

(39:09):
my pillow dot com and use promo code tap tapp,
or you can give them a call at eight hundred
six five nine nine nine three six and take advantage
of wholesale pricing. And right now you can receive one
hundred dollars in free digital gifts when your order is

(39:29):
seventy five dollars or more. That's right, get the standardmpillow
for just nineteen ninety eight. Go to my pillow dot com,
use promo code tap or call at eight hundred sixty
five nine nine nine three six. Or if you just
want to check out what all the current best deals are,

(39:51):
there's a landing page set aside just for the show.
You can go to MyPillow dot com backslash tapp and
check out all of those stays. But the bottom line
is you want to use the promo code tap. If
you navigate away from that page, it'll self populate for
that one. But anything else you do when you're checking out,

(40:12):
don't forget to use promo code tap tapp. They've got
a ton of stuff at my pillows now so many
things more than just pillows, way more. But before you
buy another pillow, or another mattress topper, or sheets or
towels of any kind, slippers, whatever you might be even
pet beds, whatever you might be looking at, visit to

(40:36):
my store and to see what other great American companies
are now partnering with my pillow. Go check it out.
Just remember to use promo code tap or give them
a call it that number. Now let's get back to
the actions, shall we. Here's one that kind of raised

(40:57):
my eyebrow today. I kind of have mixed felits. I
don't know if there's even any reason to get excited
about it. I kin kind of feel like I want
to be. But at the same time I want to
kick myself for feeling that way because becomes so jaded
on the issue. But a House panel has demanded a

(41:22):
series of depositions from August through October, and part of
this means that they have officially subpoenaed the Clets. Congress
is ratcheting up its investigation into matters related to Jeffrey Epstein.

(41:44):
Part of this has been subpoenaing the Department of Justice
for documents, as well as the former resident of sixteen
hundred Pennsylvania Avenue, the cigar smoker in chief. Oh, I'm
not sure it was the cigar he was smoking. Mister

(42:06):
Bill Clinton, his wife for First Lady of Arkansas, for
First Lady of the United States, former senator from the
state of New York, former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton.

(42:31):
They've also subpoened several ex law enforcement leaders, all for testimony. This,
of course, is coming from the House Oversight Committee. The
chairman there, of course, it's James Comer, Republican from Kentucky.
He made the announcement on Tuesday, Tuesday, August fifth, that

(42:52):
nearly two weeks after he issued it esupoena for Epstein's associate,
Miss Maxwell to anticipate in a deposition. Now the DOJ
has been compelled to provide records by August nineteenth. A
copy of the subpoena posted to the House Oversight Committee's
website shows the breadth of documents being sought by the lawmakers.

(43:17):
Former Attorney General William Barr He's scheduled for a deposition
on August eighteenth, followed by former Attorney General Alberto Gonzalez
on August twenty sixth, and former Attorney General Jeff's sessions
on August twenty eighth. Former FBI Director Robert Mallers set

(43:39):
to be deposed on September the second, with former Attorney
General Loretta Lych to follow on September ninth. After that,
Attorney General Obama's wingman, Eric Holder is set for a
deposition on September thirtieth, and former Attorney General Merrick as

(44:01):
I call him meritless Garland is scheduled for October second.
Former FBI Director James Gomy's posed to face a deposition
on October seventh, while Hillary Rodham Clinton is slated for
October nineteen. Bill Bill slated to show up on October fourteenth.

(44:26):
Now Comer explained how the Clinton family appears to have
had a close relationship with Epstein and Maxwell and so
given that the former law enforcement heads. The chairman noted
that the various ways that the FBI and the DOJ

(44:48):
were involved in investigations, litigation, and other matters related to
Epstein and Maxwell during their tenures. So Comber issued the
new wave of subpoenas following votes on July twenty third
by Oversight's Federal Law Enforcement Subcommittee members approved by voice

(45:10):
vote a motion from Representative Scott Perry to issue the
subpoenas to the Clintons and the former law enforcement leaders.
The panel also passed by a eight to two vote
an amended motion from Representative Summer Lee, Democrat from Pennsylvania,

(45:32):
to subpoena the DOJ for Epstein case records. Amendments by
Representative Andy Briggs to include Biden administration communications with the
DOJ regarding Epstein and Representative Nancy Mace to redact victims
and names and any child sexual abuse material were both

(45:55):
adopted by voice votes. So they have taken the necessary
steps in to protect the innocent. They've taken the necessary
steps to be able to acquire information that even if
it's technically considered to be classified at this point, they
still can go to the skiff and they can still

(46:18):
view the necessary information doesn't have to necessarily be made public,
But there is a lot of information here that needs
to happen, And I for one, am kind of interested
in to see how many of these folks actually show up,
how many of them honor the subenas, Because we've seen

(46:39):
this time and time again, Republicans will let these people
make whatever claims they want to and not show up
and they won't face the consequence. Whereas you let it
be the other way around. You let this be Republicans
associated with Donald Trump, and they will the Democrats will
put them in jail. Don't ask me, Just ask Peter Navara.

(47:04):
Just ask. And I'm suddenly drawing a blake on his name. Anyway,
it runs the war room. You guys know who I'm
talking about. Dang it. Sorry, dude, any other time, I'd
remember your name very easily. Anyway, you can tell him

(47:26):
tired anyway. Epstein, by all accounts, a wealthy financier, unquestionably
a convicted sex offender, was found the air quotes around
the word found at the miraculously super elderly age of

(47:53):
sixty six. Otherwise in good help, and it's New York
City jail cell all the way back in the ancient
times of twenty nineteen. This was after being arrested on
sex trafficking charges involving young girls. In addition to the Clintons,
Epstein had connections with a variety of high profile people,
including one Donald John Trump. The Clintons and Trump have

(48:18):
sought to distance themselves from Epstein over the years. Maxwell's
serving a twenty year prison sentence after being found guilty
of conspiring with Epstein to sexually abuse underage girls. Growing
number of lawmakers have been pushing ever since. The Trump

(48:38):
administration's DOJ claimed that it had no evidence that Epstein
had a client list, that Epstein blackmail powerful people, or
the most shocking of all, no evidence that Epstein was,
you know, murdered. This, of course, was after Pam Bondy,

(49:03):
the current acting Attorney General. I don't say acting as
in she's temporary filling the spot. I mean she's filling
that role at the moment Pambondy. Part of me wants
to be diplomatic and say that she hinted that there

(49:25):
would be major bombs tells that were about to be revealed,
And then part of me doesn't want to be diplomatic
at all. Part of me wants to say that she
flat out exaggerated, that she clearly over promised and under
delivered that much. No one can deny, not even she

(49:46):
even if she tried to. Good luck to you, it's
not gonna work. You did at least that. Now there's
a lot of folks out there saying a lot worse
than that, So I guess I still fell in the
area of being somewhat diplomatic now at the behest of

(50:07):
one Donald John Trump, the Orange man who's bad, the
caicker of puppies, the eater of babies, the climate arsonist,
he who has argued that people are falling for a
hoax spun by the Democrats. That's just not true. Bondy
later asked judges to unseal grand jury testimony from the

(50:30):
cases against Epstein and Maxwell, which, by the way, Miss
Maxwell is currently attempting to fight. One federal judge in
Florida denied the DOJ request. Judges in New York, where
other cases took place, did not make decisions right away.

(50:51):
So we're probably not going to see the grand jury testimony.
We're not going to see the grand jury evidence is
probably going to remain sealed. And as much as it
seems to be the same this, that's probably the right
thing because there's still a lot of innocent people that

(51:11):
would be made to look guilty, and there's a lot
of victims here that don't want to have their names
in the public life. It'd be very difficult to redact
all of those things. But at the very least, the
House Oversight Committee is making an effort to protect that

(51:33):
so a while the Department undertakes efforts to uncover and
publicly disclose additional information related to mister Epstein and Miss
Maxwell's cases. Well, it's imperative that Congress conduct oversighted the
federal government's enforcement of sex trafficking laws generally and specifically

(51:57):
it's handling of the investigation and prosecution of mister Epstein
and Miss Maxwell. All of this being read directly from
Comer's cover letter as he sent the various subpoenas to
Miss Pambody. Now back to quoting, the Committee may use

(52:28):
the results of this investigation to inform legislative solutions to
improve federal efforts to combat sex trafficking and reform the
use of non prosecution agreements and or plea agreements in
sex crime investigations. Documents related to the Department's investigation and

(52:53):
prosecution of mister Epstein and Miss Maxwell are relevant to
the committees in investigation. Now we got some news about
Miss Maxwell. She's been moved. She's been moved from a
prison in Florida to a much lower security facility in

(53:14):
Texas after her meeting with Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche,
who previously served as Trump's personal lawyer. Now her attorney
wrote to Comer in response to his subpoena demanding a
deposition on August eleventh, warning that his client would quote

(53:34):
refuse cooperation with Congress if she is not granted immunity
or given other concessions. The House Oversight Committee has rejected
the idea of granting congressional immunity in exchange for Maxwell's testimony,
although they say that now I'll be curious to see

(53:55):
what happens next. It may be necessary in order to
get miss Maxwell to reveal anything a Marrit, but we
still don't know how much can we trust her personally.
I think if we could trust anything she was going
to say, anything, she was going to reveal that she
would have already hung herself mysteriously. I think it would

(54:20):
have already happened, boys and girls. I think she would
have been unalive and a serious effort made to look
like it was hard. Now it's gonna be a little
bit harder since the bad guys aren't currently in charge everywhere.
But there's way way too many of the bad guys
in all the right places that they can still make

(54:41):
something happen. So I honestly think that anything that missus
Maxwell would have to say would be disinformation at best,
were to be misinformat which keep confusing which one means which,
But the point still stands the clint Maybe the Clintons

(55:01):
have been subpoena and they're not going to be there
on the same day. I find that fascinating. Why why
would you need to separate the two Why would you
feel that it's not appropriate to have them both there
at the same time. I think I kind of like it, though,

(55:29):
Uh I did I mean for just a second. I mean,
we're talking about the Texas thing where maybe some of
those Democrats actually are held accountable. I don't expect anything
serious is going to happen, but just the thought that
it might, the thought that it could, and know it,

(55:50):
having the understanding that things that typically don't happen still
have a way of occurring under Donald John Trump, I
find it extremely plausible that some level of accountability might
accidentally happen to somebody. Now we do know that Bill

(56:13):
Clinton has been he's become a persona and on GRADA
with the Democrats, he's problematic at best. Hillary still wields
some level of power, but most of that still comes
from the fact that the Rodhams are a founding member
of the Bildeberger Group. When we know this, she has

(56:34):
influence that essentially comes from the family bloodline. Bill's not
so lucky. We'll see what happens. I again, I'm not
holding my breath for anything. I'm not so far into
the realm of being super naive that I'm just gonna
buy that anything's likely to occur. But just the possibility

(56:57):
that it might has me still a little exciting, just
a little. I mean, again, the idea, it's a nice idea.
I would really, really really love to see somebody just
accidentally get caught up.

Speaker 5 (57:19):
You know.

Speaker 1 (57:20):
Now, as far as Miss Maxine's demands are concerned, seriously, seriously,
I think what the DOJ should do is, of course,

(57:41):
obviously deny. The Senate needs to deny no special privileges.
It's like, hey, you're already serving the sentence. What's gonna
happen if you don't cooperate is we're probably gonna find
a way to extend your sentence. What we're going to
do is get you back into that higher security prison.

(58:05):
Anything we give you can certainly be taken away. And
if we're giving you a few things here and there,
I mean, I don't know if there's a big difference
between where she was and where she is now this
lesser security prison. So things are a little better, But
I still don't think from what I've seen, what I've heard,

(58:28):
I don't believe it to be a country club prison
per se. It's just not as charming, she always say
as the one in Florida she has moved out of.
But no, you don't get anything nothing. You got to
behave and you've got to cooperate. I just I don't

(58:52):
think I could bring myself to believe anything she's got
to say. All right, don't go into it. We're gonna
reset the hour here, Uh you know, reset We we
like to do that from time to time. I'm gonna
take a breath, we're gonna play a couple of lineers,

(59:13):
and then we're gonna get back at it. So don't
go anywhere.

Speaker 6 (59:29):
Hello, I'm Ron Edwards, host of The Ron Edwards American Experience,
and you're tapping into the truth with Tim Tap.

Speaker 1 (59:48):
This is sim Tap, the ever so humble and mostly
peaceful host.

Speaker 11 (59:52):
Of tapping to the truth people of this country, and
they cannot.

Speaker 12 (59:58):
For speaking of it's you man enough and see with
us at us say and every time we pull.

Speaker 3 (01:00:05):
Up, are you done it?

Speaker 2 (01:00:06):
America, America, memic.

Speaker 11 (01:00:30):
You're listening to tap into the tree.

Speaker 8 (01:00:33):
It's all in.

Speaker 1 (01:00:37):
It's all in.

Speaker 3 (01:00:40):
It's all the.

Speaker 1 (01:00:50):
Olready, ladies and gentlemen. It has all been done before.
We've seen these games be played out before we know
what's going on. But this week we did see something new,
something that hasn't been done before. It's still part of
the same old playbook, but it was done in a
way that was different. Before we get into that story, however, again,

(01:01:14):
I want to remind you about America's premier conservative gold company,
Harvard Gold Group. They stand by ready to help protect
your hard earned wealth by giving you a safe haven
from all the things that detract from the value of
the dollar, whether you're talking about market volatility, whether you're

(01:01:37):
talking about inflationary forces, whether you're talking about geopolitical actions,
or just the uncertainty that comes from who ends up
with what tariffs, when and where, whatever it may be.
Protect yourself by diversify. Diversify into gold and silver, not
a bad play. Harvard Gold Group stands to help you

(01:02:00):
make that move. You can call them and ask for
their free Infestor's guide. That number you want to call
the digits you want to dial, that's eight four four
ninety seven seven Gold. That's eight four four ninety seven
seven four six by three. Be sure to mention tap
into the Truth. When you call, they'll ask you how
you heard about them. That's your cue. You tell them

(01:02:22):
Tap into the Truth, and that will grant you a
two hundred and fifty dollars discount on any purchase you
decide to make. And if you make a purchase that
qualifies for one of their great promotions, that two hundred
and fifty dollars is still going to get tacked on.
So you're getting free gold or silver any way you
cut it. Now, if you don't want to call, you

(01:02:42):
don't have to. You can just visit them at Harvardgoldgroup
dot com. You go that route, be sure to use
promo code tap tapp Thomas Apple, Paul Paul because that's
going to make sure you still get that two hundred
and fifty dollars discount. So, whether you're looking to protect
your retirement with a gold backed Ira, or you just

(01:03:05):
want to have gold or silver in your hand. Either way,
Harvard Gold Group stands ready to help one more time.
The number to call is eight four four nine seven
seven Gold. That's eight four four seven seven four six
five three. Don't forget dimension tap into the truth, all right?

(01:03:27):
So what was I talking about before I told you
about our good friends over at Harvard Gold Group. Something
that's not been done before. A new low, in fact
for the political left in the country. Somebody who loves

(01:03:50):
themselves more than they love anything else. And it shows
somebody who donned the tigh journalists but never really wanted
to report the story, only wanted to be the story.
Someone who occasionally would arm wrestle young ladies in the

(01:04:14):
White House when it was time for press announcement. Of course,
I'm talking about emphasis on former seeing an anchor, mister
Jim Acosta. Now by now, I'm sure you've probably heard

(01:04:37):
about this strange artificial intelligence generated I'm not going to
call it an interview. This was not an interview. And
interviews when you talk to a person, and the interview
is when you ask questions instead of getting exactly the
prompted response back that you programm This was not an interview.

(01:05:05):
I'm not sure exactly what to call it other than
a farce, a publicity of stunt, a tasteless, tactless use
of someone's dead child to push forward gun control propaganda.

(01:05:28):
Interview is still the term that's being used by a
majority of people, But Jim Acosta conducted his publicity stunt.
His AI propaganda piece, using artificial intelligence, generated the likeness
of a teen who was killed back in the twenty

(01:05:49):
eighteen mass shooting at the high school in Parkland, Florida. Now, Acosta,
who's been operating independently since he left seeing earlier this year,
had his one way conversation with the AI likeness that
was created by the gun control group Change the Rev.

(01:06:18):
Change the Rev founded by the victim's parents. The host
teased the interview and a clip posted on social media.
He teased an interview. Again, I emphasized that's not what

(01:06:38):
this was. He said, quote, I'll be having a one
of a kind interview with Jacqueline offered in the Parkland

(01:07:01):
school shootings in twenty eighteen, But his parents have created
an AI version of their son to deliver a powerful
message on gun violence. That's what it was all right.
It was a message on gun violence. I don't know
how powerful it was. It See I'm torn when I

(01:07:32):
will talk about this part of it, because I don't
want to attack these parents who are still clearly grieving
the loss of their child, and no parents should have
to deal with that. And it puts you in a
strange headspace and it will have you do things and
there's no no amount of time that will pass that

(01:07:53):
changes that.

Speaker 5 (01:07:54):
So I.

Speaker 1 (01:07:56):
Don't want to lash out at the parents here. But
it does seem like a dishonor to the memory of
the child because you created this AI intelligence to look
like and to I guess, sound like this child, but

(01:08:20):
you prompt him to say things that we have no
idea if this is how this young man would have
actually felt when he was alive, or even if he did,
then if he would still feel that way today. Twenty
eighteen has been a few years. Not every student that's

(01:08:43):
left Parkland's in that timeframe who survived, graduated, and moved
on has been gun control advocate. They've been There's been
several that are pro Second Amendment. Accousta included a snippet

(01:09:06):
of the interview in which he asked and again This
is him using the term interview. I would not characterize
it as such, but he included a snippet of this
publicity stunt, this anti gun propaganda, in which he asked

(01:09:26):
the AI generated Oliver, what your solution would be for
gun violence? And, in true AI fashion, great question. I
believe in a mix of stronger gun control, lawn's mental
health support, and community engagement. Really wonder where the AI

(01:09:53):
got that answer from? The AI wasn't done yet. We
need to create safe spaces for conversations and connections, making
sure everyone feels seen and heard. It's about building a
culture of kindness and understanding. What do you think about that?

(01:10:18):
Of course, Jim Acosta responded, I think that's a great idea.
Of course you do, Jim, because well it's the same

(01:10:39):
idea you've been spouting yourself for a while, isn't it.

Speaker 6 (01:10:46):
Now.

Speaker 1 (01:10:46):
Acosta's use of an AI version of a school shooting
victim to push a political agenda rightfully has received pushback.
Just The News Chief investigative course sponned Jerry Dunleaby called
the publicity stunt deranged and ghoulish descriptive words I think accurate.

(01:11:13):
Washington Free Beacon investigative reporter Chuck Rosh pointed out, quote,
this is the kind of journalism that Jim Acosta is
doing without the guardrails of CNN. Let's be fair there, Chuck.
He wasn't doing much better with the guardrails of CNN.
In fact, it's almost surprising that we haven't gotten an

(01:11:35):
AI generated victim interview air quotes in full use from
MSNBC or CNN. Already, mark my words, there are coming soon.

(01:11:56):
National Reviews senior writer Charles C. W. Cooks quote, this
is one of the most unhinged and grotesque things I've
ever seen. It's also completely in keeping with who Acosta is.
The Dispatch editor in chief Jonah Goldberg said the incident

(01:12:17):
was quote profoundly gross. Now, the pushback against Acosta's AI
generated event bloed over to Blue Sky. Actually, Blue Sky
is known to be a hive for leftis to quit

(01:12:38):
x because they're all upset at Elon. Replies on that
site were rife with disgust as well. I'm not gonna
go through many of those. I don't recommend you go
to to Blue Sky if you're not already visiting there,

(01:13:01):
but it was nice to know that even fever left
us who can't tolerate X these days. Even they saw
this for what it was. Now here's the tragedy, mister Oliver.

(01:13:29):
Mister Oliver would be about twenty five years old today,
had he not died that fateful day, had not been
a victim of the mental health crisis, had not been
a victim of the leftist policies that allowed a known
threat to roam about freely.

Speaker 4 (01:13:52):
And that.

Speaker 1 (01:13:54):
Is what created the incident at Parkland. Like all the
other victims that day, a young person with a lot
of promise ahead of them, a young person that had

(01:14:18):
a future that who knows where it would have led,
where it would have taken. We can only imagine, We
can only hope for the best. And again, the Oliver family,
they've created this group, change of the ref they gave

(01:14:46):
permission that they've even created. As far as my understanding
is this AI that accosted, interacted with, and they've done
it for exactly this purpose. They firmly believe that they
I need to take firearms Second Amendment to be dabbed
out of the hands of law abiding citizens in some
misguided effort to try and protect children. It's not going

(01:15:10):
to protect anyone. We've had the discussions, we've had the arguments.
There's nothing new to this discussion. Nothing is accomplished by
taking firearms out of the hands of law abided citizens
who would only act to defend themselves, their families, or others.
The only thing that will be accomplished is you then

(01:15:32):
in further embolding the criminals who are not going to
abide by these speticular laws. Anyway, I do feel bad.

Speaker 12 (01:15:48):
I do.

Speaker 1 (01:15:49):
I feel terrible for the parents and what they're having
to go through, but it's very difficult to forgive them
for letting this happen. And again, I say this with
the understanding that again that there's so much going on here.

(01:16:14):
That is, it's understandable that a grieving parent would want
to take guns out of the hands of criminals. It's
just that without the ability to think clearly on the matter,
you're missing the primary point, and that is that none
of the things you're attempted to do here actually achieves
that goal. All Right, I'm probably going to ramble quite

(01:16:37):
a bit longer about this next story than I normally would,
So we're going to take the mid hour break way
early and then come back and go heavy into this
next story, So don't go anywhere, will be right back.

Speaker 4 (01:17:01):
I'm then a drop to my morning, got a little something,
not mona gonna buy I.

Speaker 3 (01:17:09):

The Old Testament prophets predicted and longed for the coming
of Messiah, the one who would enter history to bring
redemption and deliverance to God's chosen people. Hello, I'm Ron
Edwards of today's page from the Edward's Notebook. Through a
carefully selected series of Old Testament quotations, the New Testament
Book of Matthew documents and verifies Jesus Christ's claim to

(01:18:22):
be King the Jews. In Matthew's Gospel, Jesus genealogy, baptism messages,
and miracles all clearly point to the same inescapable conclusion.
Jesus is King, the long awaited Messiah. President Thomas Jefferson
believed that the teachings of Jesus embody the most sublime
system of morals in the world. He stated, quote, we

(01:18:42):
all agree in the obligation of the moral precepts of Jesus,
and nowhere will they be found delivered in greater purity
than in his discourses. Early in jesus public life, the
apostle Peter recognized who the carpenter was. In his gospel,
Matthew configured and confirmed that Jesus is the Messiah, and

(01:19:03):
in his politics Thomas Jefferson embraced Christ's teachings. Was Thomas
Jefferson a flawed individual? Oh yeah, and the last time
I checked, none of us are perfect. That is why
we need Jesus, which Thomas Jefferson recognized. How about you? God?
Bless you, God bless America, and may America bless God.

Speaker 1 (01:22:15):
Yeah, I can understand that. What are you going to do?

Speaker 6 (01:22:18):
I don't know.

Speaker 15 (01:22:20):
I'm just tired of all this woke bullshit. I mean,
I've worked twenty years for this company. Well they've been

Speaker 1 (01:24:00):
All right, ladies and gentlemen, thank you so very much
for staying with me through that brief break. Before we
get back into the action, I want to remind you
that the United States has exactly one Christian conservative wireless
service provider that is Patriot Mobile like as a Christian

(01:24:22):
conservative broadcaster digital content creator living in the hills of
East Tennessee. It's essential for me to be able to
communicate no matter where I might find myself. But I
also am compelled to find it necessary to note that
I can trust that the companies that I'm doing business

(01:24:43):
with aren't taking the money that I give them and
then using it to actively undermine the values that I'm promoting.
Don't you want to do business with a company that
doesn't hate you, that doesn't actively work against the values
that you have? That is, it isn't constantly trying to
help fund plan parenthood and fund democratic office holders to

(01:25:09):
lie to you directly. Patriot Mobile, they don't do that.
The big boys, most of them kind of do. Yeah,
that's pretty obvious. Anyway, I recommend you at least check
them out. Visit Patriotmobile dot com, backslash tapp, or you

(01:25:31):
can also change by giving them a call at eight
one seven three eight zero nine zero eight one, and
you can get a full free month of service when
you switch to Patriot Mobile using promo code tap. That's tapp.
So again, visit Patriotmobile dot com, backslash tapp or give

(01:25:53):
them a call at eight one seven three eight zero
nine zero eight one. Don't forget to use promo code
tap tapp get yourself a free month of service, and
do business with a company that doesn't hate you. Do
business with a company that supports the first, second, third amendments,

(01:26:13):
that supports the sanctity of life, that supports our first responders,
our veterans, and our active duties service members. Ladies and gentlemen.
I am talking about Patriot Mobile. Ah right, Let's get
to the big story of the evening that's remaining.

Speaker 2 (01:26:33):
Now.

Speaker 1 (01:26:33):
There is one more that I'm going to touch on.
Not going to spend a lot of time on yet,
but I'm going to touch on the story of Representative
Ramirez from the great state of Illinois. She just so
happens to be an open borders Democrat who sets on
the House Border Security and Enforcement Subcommittee. She took a

(01:26:56):
little trip outside of the United States. In fact, she
was visiting her fellow leftists in Mexico City. That happened
over the weekend at the second Pan American Congress, that,
in case you're not familiar with, as a three day
meeting opened by former M nineteen terrorist turn Colombian President

(01:27:20):
Petro Ramirez, who last week called for the defunding of
the US Immigrations and Custom Enforcement suggested in a statement
obtained by the Los Angeles Times that the lawmakers and
leaders headed to the convention sought to take up various

(01:27:41):
challenges supposedly affecting the Western hemisphere, including democratic backsliding, climate crisis,
deep poverty, political violence, and family displacements. And her speech

(01:28:01):
at the conference, Ramirez revealed that her true loyalties, well,
they don't lie with the United States. They lie with Guatemala.
She told her fellow travelers in Spanish that she is,

(01:28:24):
in fact, quote, I am a proud of Guatemala before
I'm an American. Been a lot of backlash to the
Democratic congresswoman's public prioritization of a foreign nation over the
United States, especially because it reads of ingratitude. She was,

(01:28:47):
after all, an anchor baby, who, by the way, is
also married to an illegal marriage. Is not only born
of a Guatemalan mother who illegally snuck into this country,
her husband is Boris Hernandez, a DACA recipient as of

(01:29:14):
twenty twenty four, but still an illegal border crossing the
Department of Homeland Security shared the following quote from President
Theodore Roosevelt in response to a post detailing where Marius's
remarks quote. There is no room in this country for

(01:29:37):
hyphenated Americanism. Americanism is a matter of the spirit and
of the soul. Our allegiance must be purely to the
United States. We must unsparingly condemn any man who holds
any other allegiance. That's all well and good, right, I mean,

(01:30:11):
it's nice to say pretty words. I can set here
and I can spout off a bunch of patriotic sounding
verbiage as well, attacking the representative about having mixed loyalties.
But evidently she doesn't even have mixed loyalties. Her first loyalty,
the only one that matters, is to Guatamology. It's like

(01:30:32):
Ilhanna Omar, her first loyalty is to the fine, fine
folks of Somalia.

Speaker 4 (01:30:39):
And just like.

Speaker 1 (01:30:41):
Certain other members of the squad whose first loyalty is
to the so called Palestinian people, their loyalty to the
United States only exists so far as what can they
usurp from our coffers, What treasure, what blood, what sweat

(01:31:06):
can they take from here and offer up to the
place they look at and still see us home. I

(01:31:27):
know I'm pausing a bit more than the dramatic here,
I'm struggling to try to wrap my mind around how

(01:31:49):
we have so many current members of the House who've
taken the oath, you know, the one that says that
they're going to support and defend the Constitution, the one
that says they're going to put the needs of the
American nation ahead of their own personal needs. The one

(01:32:16):
that says they're going to represent the people of their
district and then represent the people of this nation, put
their interests ahead of everything else. They took that oath,
but they they don't seem to have the allegiance. They

(01:32:39):
don't seem to have the idea that defending the Constitution
actually means believing that it is worth defending and then
actually following through with the defends. It's it's not just words.
It's not just raising your hand and putting your other
hand on the Holy Book that you choose to leave it.

(01:33:00):
It is about putting your faith into everything that is
special about this country and then working towards trying to
help this nation to get one step closer to totally

(01:33:22):
honoring the principles for which she was founded on. You see,
our family and fathers that were very smart. I know
a lot of people today don't want to give them
very much credit. So you'll hear people like myself and
a lot of the guests that I have on the
show that will remind you how brilliant they really were.

(01:33:45):
The fact that most of them were self taught, the
fact that most of them were capable of seeing what
types of arguments would be coming against the Constitution one
hundred and fifty years later, two hundred years later. They
saw it, and they tried to prepare for it, and
they told us what we needed to do. George Washington himself,

(01:34:09):
the first president, the man who decided that we would
have presidents instead of a king. That guy, George Washington,
the man whom the capital is named after. He warned
us early on about the risk of foreign entanglements. And

(01:34:31):
most people mistakenly believe that that's just about foreign wars.
Don't get involved with wars elsewhere. They used that as
an excuse to promote isolationism. But the truth of the
matter is that it was meant to be a broader statement.
It was meant to be about more. Yes, clearly, don't

(01:34:51):
go getting involved in other people's wars unnecessarily good advice,
but it was more than that. It was also about
getting to a point where the people that are trying
to do the people's business have loyalties beyond that of
the United States. There's a reason why the Constitution demands

(01:35:13):
that in order to hold the office of president, that
other than that first generation of people, that you must
be a natural born citizen. And it defines what natural
born citizen is, even though folks of the left want
to pretend like somehow that's a complicated thing too. They

(01:35:35):
also want to pretend like it's complicated to figure out
what under the jurisdiction thereof means when it comes to
defining who's entitled to birthright citizenship and who's not. Representative Ramirez,

(01:36:03):
she is on committees that no open border Democrats should
be allowed to set up. And if her first allegiance
is to Guatemala before the United States, she shouldn't be
on anything related to security period. The fact that she's

(01:36:29):
an anchor baby, I think, taking a long, hard look
at it, there's a high probability that she wasn't actually
entitled to birthright citizenship. Could she have received DACA probably,
it seems like they were just given that away. This

(01:37:01):
is a person who introduced a bill back in May
that would prohibit the use of federal friends to carry
out the democratically elected American President's executive order titled Protecting
the Meaning and Value of American Citizenship. That is the

(01:37:29):
executive order, by the way, one that is probably headed
for a rather historic battle in front of these no
less than the Supreme Court, the one that made US
policy not to issue citizenship documents to a person whose
mother was unlawfully in the country and whose father was

(01:37:51):
neither an American citizen nor a permanent resident at the
time of the person's birth, a completely correct interpretation of
what the Constitution defines in regards to how you determine
birthright citizenship. She responded to being lambasted by everybody from

(01:38:19):
the White House all the way down to people like
little O me by claiming that all the backlash just
attacks attacked it a week and a weak attempt to
silence her descent to invalidate her patriotic criticism of the nativist,

(01:38:44):
white supremacist authoritarians and government. She stated that it's the
very definition of hypocrisy that members of Congress who betray
their oath each day they enabled Trump are attacking me

(01:39:06):
for celebrating my Guatemala American roots. I am the daughter
of immigrants and the daughter of America. I am both
Chapina an American. I am from both Guatemala and Chicago, Illinois.

(01:39:34):
But don't you understand Representative Ramirez that being both is fine.
It's a matter of which one you put first in
your job. It's a matter of understanding that you aren't
necessarily entitled to that citizenship that you were granted. It's

(01:39:57):
a matter of understanding properly interpret that. Passing a law today,
even if it's signed into law by the setting president,
that that doesn't overwhelm or trump the Constitution. The Constitution
does define American citizenship. Now granted, nobody ever thought it'd

(01:40:21):
be necessary to have to, So it doesn't define it
in the primary body of the Constitution. It doesn't define
it in the Bill of Rights. In fact, they didn't
define it until they were trying to rebuild the country
after the Civil War. They didn't define citizenship until they

(01:40:41):
realized it might be necessary to remind some of the
southern states that they couldn't deny citizenship to former slaves,
and so they defined it in a way that would
include the former slaves, but still would recognize the fact
that there was a multitude of people who do not

(01:41:02):
qualify for birthright citizenship. But it doesn't matter. What matters
here is that Ramirez left the United States was talking
crap about the United States, and that is crap talking
about the United States. Even if she doesn't think it

(01:41:24):
elevates to that level.

Speaker 3 (01:41:25):
It did, it does.

Speaker 1 (01:41:27):
It's clearly clearly over the time. I'm a proud Guatemalan
before being an American. Why before? There is nothing wrong
in this melting pot when it's working properly with still
embracing and celebrating your heritage. Even if you were here legally,

(01:41:55):
if you deserved the citizenship you've been granted, you would
still be violating your oath when you make a statement
like that. And I'm sorry supporting Donald Trump. At what
point is there? See the left keeps pretending like Donald

(01:42:19):
Trump is an existential threat to their democracy. The rest
of us are hearing a republic baby, or at least
we're trying to restore it to a republic. At any rate,
democracy is for leftist like yourself. It's all about asking

(01:42:41):
two wolves and a sheep what's for dinner. It's all
about mob rule. It's a mentality that doesn't protect the minority.
And you guys constantly think just because you're the loudest
squeaky wheels that somehow that means that there must be
more of you.

Speaker 3 (01:42:56):
There is not.

Speaker 1 (01:43:01):
But if you, as a setting representative, cannot honor your oath,
then you should resign. And if you don't resign, you
should be removed. Just like the Democrats at the State
House of Texas who ran away very bravely in order

(01:43:24):
to not do their jobs. You cannot set on the
committees that you set on Representative Ramirez. If you are
not America first, that might be good enough to become
the mayor of New York, but it's not good enough

(01:43:45):
to set in the House of Representatives at the federal level.
And I look around, and I see or Rashida Talib,
and I see ilhann Omar, and I see Miss Ramirez,
and I see a host of other people who have

(01:44:10):
either been naturalized or who have been granted birthright, even
though it's questionable whether they should have or should not,
and they take that citizenship for granted, and they take
the privilege of serving the people through the offices that
they currently hold the privilege, They take that for granted

(01:44:31):
as well, and they want to actively work against the
interests of the United States. And I can't say with
certainty that maybe this person isn't blinded by the reality
for which she is here, that reality that maybe she
shouldn't be, that the person she's married to shouldn't be.

(01:44:58):
Maybe that reality in an of itself blinds her to
the fact that she is actively working against the interest
of the country. But regardless of whether she believes that
or not, those of us with eyes we can see,

(01:45:25):
those of us who are paying attention know unequivocally, without
a doubt, that this woman is not capable of honoring
her oath, and she has admitted it in this statement.
And if you cannot do the job, if you cannot
honor the oath, if you cannot do what is expected

(01:45:45):
of you by statute, either resign or be removed, and
someone needs to do it. I'm left still wondering what
is going to come of this. A lot of people

(01:46:07):
have been talking about this the last few days, and
so it's a kind of story that normally I kind
of leave for them to talk about. But it's so
frustrating to see somebody who's supposed to be serving the
American people in a way that is meaningful to go
somewhere and talk about how their loyalty, their first loyalty

(01:46:29):
is to a completely different nation, and she can come
back with any excuse she was. Oh, no, I was
just talking about honoring my heritage. Doesn't matter. Even if
that's true, and it didn't sound like that that's what
you were saying. I'm not saying I believe you when

(01:46:52):
you say that. But even if it was true, let's
offer up the caveat let's pretend as if we're going
to believe you. That still doesn't make it okay. You
cannot honor your Guatemalan heritage more so than you're American citizenship.

(01:47:15):
If you're not an American first, you can't hold that office.
You just can't. You're not capable of doing the job,
first of all, but you're violating the oath, and in
the time of the Founders, that would have been more
than sufficient to impeach you if you didn't step away.

(01:47:43):
Do the Republicans currently holding control have the cajones, Do
they have the gumption, do they have the driving desire
to do what's right? Strong enough to risk the ire
of the political left and all the name calling that

(01:48:04):
will happen. Do they have the strength to actually lead?
Do they have the stomach and the stones to actually govern,
to wield the power that they've been entrusted with in
a way that is meaningful and helpful to the American people?
Do they? I mean, at the moment, I don't have

(01:48:27):
to shake the eight ball, I'm already seeing signs point
to know. I just wish that this wasn't a conversation
we were happy. I wish this wasn't a conversation that
we needed to have because of those face facts. There

(01:48:47):
was a time not that long ago that the American
people instinctively understood we can't vote for somebody that doesn't
put America first. There was a point in time where
even the the bluest of blue enclaves, I'm looking at you,
New York City, they instinctively knew they couldn't vote for

(01:49:08):
an open communist that was supportive of Hamas, that had
made statements about globalizing the Ampenada Ampanada, Antifada. I'm trying
to eat Mexican food over here. I mean that globalize
they Ampanada, and I got a caramel apple Ampanada trying

(01:49:33):
to globalize the data anyway. Like I said, I'm tired
and it's kidding late. The point remains that you just
something you need to be removed. You're you're not worthy
of the seat. And again it's not because you have

(01:49:56):
a Guatemalan heritage. It's because you're not willing to put
the American part first. You are a foreign entanglement. You
have divided loyalties, and you've acknowledged that between those divided loyalties,

(01:50:22):
Guatemala comes first, the same as ilhan Omar has acknowledged
that Somalia comes first. Although it doesn't even matter what
she said, All you have to do is look at
her voting record. What has she actually done. She has
actively worked for the people of Somalia, way more than
she's done anything for the people in her home district,

(01:50:45):
most of which happened to be of Somalian descent. Also,
her district is often referred to as Little Mogadishu. You
look at her, she to lead. She would rather hang
out solid American allies for the purpose of protecting Again,

(01:51:09):
Mamma who's behind fence, who's currently being held captive by
the people they elected to be their leaders, not by Israel.
But it doesn't matter, because the old hatred swelled. That's
what last. Isn't it unbelievable? Except that it's all too believable?

(01:51:39):
All right? Real quick? I wanted to mention the fact
that it is pastime for us to be on guard.
I don't think we have to worry too much about
it under the current administration. But keep an eye out
because the left will be fear mongering very soon, because
fears of another pandemic are indeed rising. After China issued
a quarantine order over thousands of cases of a viral

(01:52:03):
disease that just still happen to be carried by not bengelins,
not vets, and mosquitoes, Chinese officials have reported seven thousand
infections of a disease of the viral nature in the

(01:52:24):
Fashion City. It's a city located in the south of China.
The disease is not usually fatal, but it can be
very painful. Health officials have ordered a and I'm quoting
here patriotic public health campaign to aid in their efforts

(01:52:48):
to find and destroy mosquito breading sites in the city.
They're employed drones, mosquito eating fish and ponds and mosquitoes
that feed on the mosquitoes that carry the disease. Residents
have been instructed to ensure there is no water stagnating

(01:53:12):
anywhere in the city. Some have reported heavy handed police efforts.
Well it is China, so no big surprise. A neighborhood
committee hit electricity to at least five houses for not
cooperating with the order in one of the subdistricts. Ooh surprise.

(01:53:35):
The CCP really knows how to get things done, don't you.
Some of the residents complained on Red Note, a popular
app that police were excessively enforcing orders to prevent stagnant
water where mosquitoes might breed. The disease, of course, is

(01:53:57):
carried by particular time type of mosquito, which can also
carry Dengey and zekea. The mosquito can breed in very
little water, as little as that which fits into a
soda bottle cap, so that's really not very much. China

(01:54:21):
has not yet imposed the most severe quarantine policies, but
many are fearful that they are coming soon. So I
guess the real question becomes, what's China going to do?
So far? The US Center for Disease Control and Prevention
has issued a level to travel warning for those going
