A U.S. Army sergeant opened fire at the Fort Stewart military base in Georgia on Aug. 6, injuring five of his colleagues, before he was subdued by fellow soldiers and taken into custody. Michael A. Letts, Founder, President, and CEO of In-Vest USA, Law Enforcement Expert, and former Green Beret, joins me to discuss the latest.

U.S. Border Patrol agents operating in Los Angeles have come up with a novel way to avoid detection as they approach areas where illegal immigrants are known to gather.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced an investigation into a group organized by Beto O'Rourke for possibly providing illegal funds for Democrats who fled the state to thwart a legislative vote.

A story brought to us by Amy Holem, who was in tonight's chat room, California's Assembly Bill 495 (supposedly meant to keep ICE from getting the children of illegal alien migrants) allows anyone to take a child out of school. Check out the so-called Family Preparedness Plan Act of 2025.

When Hello, and welcome to today's broadcast of Tapping Too
the Truth. I hope you're having a fantastic day wherever
you are and whatever you may be doing, with all
the usual caveats of course, with you As always, I

(03:25):
am your ever so humble and mostly peaceful host, Tim
Tapp Comittee. You live from a storic Rome County, Tennessee,
and we are indeed live broadcasting on the rumblet Live stream.
You can also watch us over at Facebook and currently
on Twitter. We may change up the platforms where you
can watch live at some point, but right now still

(03:46):
really trying to get a feel for what we're doing here.
In fact, we're gonna be trying something a little bit
different tonight in an effort to try and get more
conversion more people following from the audio side of things.
We're gonna run night show a little more like the
audio show so that I can actually transfer the audio
over and let them know that they missed some of

(04:07):
the visual components that they're not getting to see. But
you know, this is what we're doing pretty much every
Thursday night, and hopefully that will be enough to bring
the folks on board. Instance we are in fact doing
this like we normally do for the audio. I'm gonna
tell you real quick that here in just a moment,

(04:28):
not only am I gonna be speaking to you, I'm
gonna basically comment on a story and then I'm gonna
bring George Sinser on because he's usually here to bounce
off of quite a bit here on the rumble side
of things. We are scheduled to be joined a little
bit later by Michael Letz, and we've just got some

(04:49):
basic stories going from there. Ordinarily we do have more
different guests on the audio well over here on the
live stream, but that's gonna be it for this evening.
But as those of you who are watching can see
the little emblem right there, I got to tell you
it is time to talk about one of our sponsors.

(05:11):
We're talking about America's premier conservative gold company. And as
the value of the dollar shrinks, precious metals make for
a great hedge against the loss of value of the
heart earned wealth that you have been spending your entire
life trying to put aside. So America's premier gold company,

(05:32):
Harvard Gold Group, they stand by ready to help you
to find that safe haven against the devaluation of the dollar.
Whether you're talking about volatile markets, or if you're talking
about inflationary forces or even geopolitical forces that might damage
the dollar to any extent, they stand by ready to

(05:53):
help you. And the first step is to give them
a call and ask for their free Investor's Guide. That
number to call is one eight four four nine seven
seven Gold eight four four ninety seven seven Ford Sticks
five three. You give them a call, be sure to
mention tap into the Truth when they ask you how

(06:15):
you heard about them, and that'll block you down to
a two hundred and fifty dollars discount. If you decide
to go ahead and make a purchase, might as well
lock in that discount. Better to have it available to
you and not need it then to miss out on
it entirely. So again, if you don't want to call,

(06:35):
that's fine, you can just go to Harvard Gooldgroup dot com. Again,
be sure to use promo code tap tapp so you
can get that two hundred and fifty dollars discount and
so that they know I sent you. And the best
part of that discount, by the way, is if you
do decide to make a purchase, and you make one
and qualify for one of their great promotions, you still

(06:57):
get the two hundred and fifty dollars free gold or
silver tacked in. That's a pretty good deal. So, whether
you're looking to protect a retirement with a gold backed ira,
or you just want to have physical gold or silver
in hand. Harvard Gold Group stands ready to help. So
one more time. The number to call eight four four

(07:18):
ninety seven seven gold. That's eight four four ninety seven
seven four six five three. Do not hesitate, give them
a call, see what they can help you do. All right,
we'll take that right down now. One of the more
interesting aspects of the day started out early. Donald Trump

(07:43):
made an announcement, and it was one heck of an announcement.
I think a lot of us expected this to be
broached at some point, but I'm not sure andy of
us really thought it would do it quite this early,
because it does still seeing a bit early. But given

(08:05):
the ongoing battle in Texas right now with Democrats doing
illegal things, which we're going to talk a little bit
more about later, I guess it's not too early. A
lot of people should have in mind, the census and
President of the United States, commander in chief, the orange
man who's bad, the kicker of puppies, the eater of babies,

(08:26):
the climate arsonist won Donald John Trump, he said this morning, actually,
for those of you not watching live, this is Thursday,
August seventh. He said, that illegal immigrants will not be
included in the next census. He added that he was

(08:47):
that he has ordered the Commerce Department to begin work
on a new and highly accurate census that is based
on results from the twenty twenty four presidential election. Now
that's actually kind of an oversimplification. He wants to make
sure that information that we learned from that is taken

(09:09):
into consideration, because there are some things we learned, and
we'll touch on that a bit more later. Now. According
to the US Census Bureau, which falls under the Commerce Department,
the first major field test of the twenty thirty census
is set to take place in twenty twenty six, and
then another field test is coming in twenty twenty eight.

(09:32):
Quoting here, I have instructed our Department of Commerce to
immediately begin work on a new and highly accurate census
based on modern day facts and figures, importantly using the
results and information gained from the presidential election of twenty
twenty four. Of course, Donald Trump posted that on truth

(09:55):
Social continued by saying, people who are in our our
country illegally will not be counted in the census. A
lot of us have been calling for that for a
long time, especially considering the quality job that Donald John
Trump is doing right now. It's what Border Patrol is

(10:17):
continuing to do, and our great Borders are continues to
do his job, and Christy nom continues to do her job.
It's entirely possible there may not be very many illegal
immigrants left to count should that occur, but we are
in legally questionable territory there, which is why the Democrats

(10:40):
the political left have been able to get away with
it for so long, since its bureau says that illegal
immigrants their words, not mine. Illegal alien migrants is more
what I would call them, whom it actually refers to
as unauthorized migrants are included in the sense and surveys

(11:00):
and added into the total of foreign born population, which
definitely not a fair assessment because that means all of
the people who have legally immigrated here or the people
that are here on legal work visas or legal student
VISs are being thrown in with that number the US.
SINCEUS Bureau uses the term foreign born to refer to

(11:24):
anybody who is not a US citizen at birth, this
of course also includes naturalized US citizens, non citizens, US nationals,
lawful permitted residency. Now the kind of people I already
just mentioned. Trump's directive to remove illegal immigrants from the

(11:45):
census will unquestionably undoubtedly run into some legal challenges, mostly
because Section two of the fourteenth Amendment states, quote, Representatives
shall be appointed a mid among the several states according
to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons

(12:08):
in each state, excluding Indians not taxed. Seems a little
antiquated at that last part, But the question is going
to be do illegals constitute the same standing as Indians
who are not taxed because in a lot of ways

(12:28):
they're not paying the same tax rate. Some of them
are paying taxes because they still buy stuff in the
sales tax wherever there at may be in effect, but
they're not paying income tax, They're not paying a lot
of federal taxes. So for better or force, do they

(12:49):
fall into that category? That may be the question as
it's amounted to, because again the statement, when they're talking
about representative, it was being appointed according to counting the
whole number of persons. That's, of course where the left

(13:11):
makes their hay. There's a big reason why we want
to do this and pay close attention to it as
it moves forward and if successful. A big part of
the reason for him talking about what we learned during
the presidential election, after the election results had happened and

(13:32):
after the seats had already been assigned, we discovered freely
admitted just fyi by the Census Bureau that they had
seriously significantly undercounted multiple conservative states and happened to have

(13:53):
significantly statistically overcounted several blue states, meaning that there was
an acknowledgment right off the bat that the numbers weren't right,
that there should be fewer Democrat seats in the House
of Representatives right now, and should be more Republican seats

(14:16):
in the House of Representatives right now, that states like
Tennessee and Florida and Texas should have more representatives Arkansas
as well. States like California should have lost about five
seats already and they're set to probably lose more. Now.
With that being said, now I'm going to bring on

(14:37):
mister George Censer, host of Firefox News Online and good
friend of the show. George archiwas thank you for agreeing
to take part in tonight's experiment. Secondly, how are you today?
Before we get started, I'm doing pretty good, Jim.

Speaker 2 (14:55):
I had a you know, this must be the day
of ex experiments, because this afternoon I did an experiment
of my own. I decided to test the waters and
see if a daytime version of my podcast would fly.

(15:18):
And the numbers are looking pretty good based on the
first day of trying it. It's going to be every
Thursday attempt, and if the numbers hold, I will be
adding Thursday daytime to my list of podcast days.

Speaker 1 (15:41):
Very good, very good, exciting news. I'm glad to hear it.
Hopefully that will catapult and get more viewers for the
live streams you do on Monday through Wednesday too, drawing
a larger audience, get a little more attention, that would
be great. The message certainly is important. So we're talking

(16:02):
about this right off the bat. This is a topic
that we've actually discussed previously, and I'm curious your thoughts
of how he announced it and again what some of
these legal sticking points might end up being.

Speaker 2 (16:16):
Well. I think President Trump is on the right track,
to be sure, because, in all fairness, the people that
came here across the southern border illegally, and I referred
to them as illegal alien invaders because that's what they are. Basically,

(16:41):
they don't have any legal right to be here. I mean,
that's part of the reason why Tom Homan is doing
what he's doing. That's why Christy Gnoman is doing what
she's doing, because we need to get these people out
of our country. They have no right to be here illegally.

(17:06):
They want to come here. There's a right way to
do it, and they chose not to do it. And
the previous administration I really hate calling it that, but
it is what it is. They open the floodgates. They
open the floodgates. They let close to twenty million, maybe

(17:27):
more than twenty million come into our country. So when
it comes to the census, Tim, I think that revamping
it is certainly in order because you know, like you said,
these folks they may be buying stuff in the stores

(17:49):
and paying the taxes for the merchandise in the stores,
but they're not paying federal tax, federal income tax, they're
not paying state income tax. They are literally, uh, they're
just doing everything the wrong way from the very beginning,

(18:12):
just just coming across our border, they violated federal law.
So I think what what President Trump is doing by
ordering the census to be revamped. UH is the is
the right thing to do. But the legal challenges. Okay,
now I'm not a lawyer. I can play one on TV,

(18:35):
but I'm not a lawyer. I own law books, but
that doesn't make me a lawyer. But the simple fact is,
you know, common sense thinking, the legal challenges, there's only
one possible way that this could really be challenged in

(18:59):
the courts and they and it would be The burden
of proof would be on of course, the Democrats, because
they're the ones that would be that would bring the
legal challenges. UH. They would have to prove beyond a
reasonable doubt that A they're paying federal income tax, b

(19:19):
they're paying state income tax. And if they are, whose
Social Security numbers are they using, because they certainly don't
have social scary numbers given to them by this country.
We know that many of them come in here with
the falsified paperwork. They come in here with UH, with

(19:43):
someone else's documentation. So the burden of proof rests on
the Democrats to prove beyond reasonable doubt that they are
paying those taxes. The problem for them is going to
be being able to prove that because they're they would

(20:06):
have to bring in IRS records, state income tax records,
and if they don't exist, that's a problem for them.

Speaker 1 (20:21):
Yeah, and if they can produce documents saying oh, here
they were utilizing this, then they themselves have proven the
commission of a felony. So then as a soon to
be convicted felon, I mean, they can't have it both ways.
They either have to acknowledge the felony, and presumably it

(20:45):
would be great of the state in which they're living
was then forced to charge them at the state level.
But it's obviously a federal crime as well. You can't
just go steal somebody's identity. It's not legal in any way.
It is clearly a felony. My question is, of course,

(21:05):
and we've seen these people play these sticking point games
with but it doesn't say they have to be citizens
to be counted for our representatives. There is that exemption
about non taxed Indians, and they're going to say, well,
they're not Indians. I say, well, you have to understand

(21:26):
what the terminology meant at the time, and it gets
kind of sticky. I don't know that there is a
simple solution. And obviously they've been ignoring the law and
the Constitution for a long time. There's no rule that
says we can't do additional census. It's just only one
official census counts at the moment. For actually assigning representatives

(21:52):
at the US House is maybe that's something we should
look into amending at the constitution a level. And if
we were to try it, would that also be a
job for a convention of the states, since clearly the
Democrats would do everything in their power to keep it
from legitimately passing.

Speaker 2 (22:15):
Well, here again is the problem, and you you kind
of alluded to it. Really a constitutional amendment would have
to be presented, and in order to do that, there
would have to be a constitutional convention of all of
all fifty states. The problem for the Democrats in that

(22:37):
respect is there are more red states than there are
blue states, so they would they would literally have a
problem going you know, getting their way, having it go
their way. And even if even if they were to

(22:58):
invoke a constitututional convention, there's no guarantee that one can
be convened. Okay, because let's look at the reality of this.
To convene a constitutional convention of all fifty states in
order to make that amendment even remotely looked at. Would

(23:19):
be a massive undertaking, and it would also take away
from the business that the Congress has to conduct. In
order to conduct the people's business, they would have to
stop everything. It's just like with a Senate impeachment trial.
Everything stops, everything comes to a grinding halt, and government

(23:45):
business does not get handled. So do they want to
risk that kind of slow down. Probably not. But at
the same time, there's no way of knowing for sure
how it's which way it's going to turn. My guess
is they they could call for it. They could put

(24:10):
the amendment on the on the floor. Whether it passes
or not is another story, because let's not forget just
to get the one big beautiful bill passed or they
won somewhat big beautiful bill after the Democrats tried gutting everything.
Look at how long it took to get that passed.

(24:34):
Look at the the gnashing of teeth, the pulling of hair.
I mean literally, I'm surprised that ninety percent of the
House of Representatives is in bald right now from that
process alone. So my personal feeling is it's not gonna
take that. It's not it's not going to happen. I

(24:56):
truly doubt it's gonna happen.

Speaker 1 (24:59):
Well. Obviously, the standard way to move an amendment forward
is intentionally designed to be difficult. I mean, just passing
the law was intentionally designed to be difficult. Gridlock is
not a bug in the system. It is part of
the design. The idea was to prevent knee jerk reactions

(25:20):
to force consideration. It was part of what the framers
had in mind when they built the system the way
it was, especially when they gave the Senate the responsibility
of protecting states rights. Not that they've done that for
a very long time, but still, I think that's part
of why a Convention of the States, which operates a
bit different but is totally constitutional. It allows states to operate.

(25:45):
They still send representatives without having to stop their regular business.
They send the representatives, they go, they vote, they present,
they do whatever, and then you have x amount of time,
just like with the standard process, to get enough states
to go back, have the legislators vote on it up

(26:09):
or down, and then if you get enough states to
sign off, then it becomes an amendment to the Constitution.
There's a reason why it's been a long time since
this has been done, and a Convention of the States
method has never been successful, at least not to this point.
But I do believe that we are in a point
in history where it's going to be necessary if we're

(26:31):
going to add any more amendments because we are so divided.
We've got just a little bit of time before I
have to take the mid hour break, George, so I'm
going to give you the last word on that.

Speaker 2 (26:42):
If it is going to happen, the gillpay the tongue
tied today, the GOP House is going to have to
get their ducks in a row. That means that Speaker
Johnson is going to have too and majority leader soon.

(27:03):
In the Senate. They're gonna have to get those Rhino
Republicans that tend to side with the Democrats to not
side with the Democrats on this one. They're gonna need
every single vote they can get their hands on. They're
gonna need that because without that, it's a problem.

Speaker 1 (27:29):
All right, Well, George, I'm gonna blide you into the
green room and I'm gonna do the quick ad break,
and then when we come back, we'll be talking to
mister Michael Letz and we'll have a great conversation as
we always do with him. And then afterwards we'll proceed

(27:49):
with the show as usual and we'll try to continue
this new format that we're attempting, so you'll get to
play pundit with a couple more stories a little bit later.
Thank you for participating in being part of this experiment, George,
we'll talk again, all right. With that being said, I
know that Michael will be here because he's actually already

(28:12):
logged into the virtual green room. But before we do that,
I'm going to spend just a moment doing our very bad, terrible, horrible,
no good moment of capitalism. All right, So, as you
can see on the screen, unless you're listening to the

(28:33):
audio version later, I've got a nice little picture of
morning Kick. All right. So here's the question. Have you
seen Chuck Norse lately? Chuck Norris is eighty five years old,
remains a national treasure, remains super active, could still kick

(28:54):
my butt if he was so inclined, which is why
I go out of my way to not give him
the opportunity or the mode, and I would recommend you
do as well. But according to Chuck Norris, a big
part of the reason why he is still as active
and as strong and as healthy has a lot to
do with Morning Kick, a revolutionary new daily drink from

(29:17):
round House Provisions. It combines ultra potent greens like spirellina
and kale with probiotics and prebiotics and collagen and even
Ashawa Ganda. You just mix it with water or with
the fruit smoothie if you prefer, or do you like
what I do? I mix it with green tea, and
I think it helps bring out all the different flavors

(29:37):
even better. You do that and then you just enjoy.
Unlike a lot of green drinks out there, this one
actually does taste good. They say it tastes like strawberry lemonade.
I definitely get to lemonade, not so much the strawberry,
But like I've said before, I think that's pretty much
just my taste buds. It's got hundreds of five star reviews,

(29:58):
and I can personally tell you that since I started
drinking it, it has really helped me with a long
standing digestive issue that I had. It's worked phenomenally for me,
and I want you to try it for yourself. Find
out if it'll work as well for you as it
does for me. That's the goal, and the best part

(30:20):
is you are just trying it, you're just finding out.
You place the order, You've got a ninety day money
back guarantee, so you literally can use the entire container.
And once you have done that, if you still haven't
gotten any benefits or if you're not satisfied, you get

(30:40):
your money back. You're not out anything at that point.
Just make sure you do it within that ninety days.
You've got plenty of time to do it. So if
you want to have smoother digestion, more energy, just a
healthier body, you need to visit Chuck defense dot com

(31:02):
backslash tapp. You go there, you'll get to do two favors,
one for me and one for yourself. The favor for
me is it lets them know that I sent you
if you go to that landing page Chuck defense dot
Com backslash tapp. The other favor is one for yourself

(31:24):
because you get to find out how good this stuff
is gonna be, and if it doesn't work for you,
you just get your money back. You're not out anything.
So again, if you want to experience smoother digestion, a
boost of energy, just overall healthier body, go to Chuckdefense
dot com backslash tapp go there today. I think you'll

(31:49):
like it. Though it has worked miracles for me. I
use the term miracles. I think it's fair. Meanwhile, we're
gonna continue with this ad break and then on the
other side of the break, we'll start here real soon
with Michael Lett. So you guys don't go anywhere. We'll
be right back as soon as I can hit the

(32:14):
right button.

Knowing that beer is ninety five percent water, we source

(34:09):
the first and most vital ingredient from the local springs
of a mountain that stands guard over the town Evacciari,
just sixty miles south of the Arctic Circle. Einstock Beer
is crafted with locally sourced ingredients and the brewery runs
from one hundred percent renewable energy sources geothermal and hydropower.

(34:30):
Heinstock has won multiple gold, silver, and bronze awards at
numerous blind tasting competitive beer competitions in both the United
States and abroad. Einstock has become the number one craft
beer and also the number one alcohol export from Iceland.
This includes distribution throughout Asia and twenty other countries around

(34:54):
the world. Here in the United States, you can find
Einstock Beer on the shelves at retail chain like ABC
Fine Wine and Spirits, them, Cost Plus, World Market, HB
in Texas, Kroger Publis, Target, Total Wine, Trader, Joe's, and
Whole Foods, just to name a few. So won't you

(35:14):
come join us, Raise a glass and drink conquer repeat skull.

Speaker 8 (35:33):
The founding fathers left us with the government of buy
and for the people, but as of now that is
no longer the case. Hello, I'm Ron Edwards. On today's
page from the Edwards Notebook. The Constitution plainly lays out
the duties and the responsibilities of government to something's up.
The government is not supposed to be a hindrance to

(35:54):
law abiding sovereign citizens. The government is supposed to protect
we the people from harm, not be a source of harm. Unfortunately,
the United States is suffering from the results of numerous
bad decisions and actions. Among the most egregious was the
cold and calculated, leftist inspired effort to gradually wean the
United States away from the very principles and providential guidance

(36:17):
that contribute it mightily to the United States becoming the
most highly blessed envy of the world. Even government school
educators refusing to indoctrinate US born students are now educating
foreign students who were brought into our republic illegally via
permission from the current Washington d C regime. The founders
warned that for the United States to remain a free nation,

(36:39):
the people must be of high moral character. We have
major decisions to make. I'm running version. Check out the
run Edwards dot com.

Speaker 2 (36:54):
Hi, this is Matt that Gibbons of Pitcher Music dot com.

Speaker 9 (36:57):
If you share my passion for the simple but timeless
principles that made our republic great and you like rock music,
check out my five albums and videos on American history
at Patriot music dot com.

Speaker 2 (37:10):
Is using both.

Speaker 4 (37:13):
Got way God and I will be the Danube.

Speaker 10 (37:23):
When I just Jim Rivers from America Chronicles and you're
listening to Jim Kapp and tap it.

Speaker 1 (37:35):
To the truth. All right, everybody, thank you so much
for staying with us through that brief break. Running a
little behind the schedule because well I haven't done all

(37:55):
this on the video befored so practicing a few new things,
but glad of the point in time to welcome back
to the show. Somebody who probably at this point I
should at the very least offer co host credits to,
if not a producer credit for the great content he
brings when he comes on. He's one of the favorite guests,

(38:20):
not just of mine, although he use one of mine,
but also of the standard listeners, whether it's right here
at Rumble or if it's over at the audio version
of the radio show. Ladies and gentleen, please welcome the
president and CEO of Invest USA, as well as published
author and law enforcement expert, and for the purposes tonight

(38:42):
for part of our conversation, also former Green Beret. So
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome Michael ay Let's Michael, thank you
so much for coming back on with us tonight. How
are you today, I'm doing great.

Speaker 5 (38:54):
Thank you so much.

Speaker 2 (38:55):
Jim.

Speaker 5 (38:56):
Appreciate the opportunity to be here, and I love what
you're doing with your program, and I love how you've
got the new technology going on there, Dan, Really it's impressive.

Speaker 1 (39:06):
Well, if I could get a full handle on it,
or could afford to sneak in the budget somewhere to
have them handle it for me, we could probably do
quite a bit more. But in the meanwhile, I do
appreciate the compliment, certainly doing what I can here and
trying to most importantly get a very vital message out

(39:28):
to the American people. And you know, that's a big
part of why I enjoy talking so much to servant
leaders like yourself. I mean, you are a poster child
of that very idea. Wanted to discuss with you tonight.
This shooting that took place on the military base in Georgia.

(39:51):
You know, I find it kind of refreshing but also
a little frustrating that there's been not a lot of
information in regard to motivations. We've heard some rumors. Supposedly
somebody talked to his father and he thought racism was
taking place, which is a convenient excuse, not that there

(40:13):
ever really is one. It does appear like he was
attempting to do a suicide by cop scenario, which is
really weird considering he worked on the base and knew
that ordinarily daily activities, those guys weren't going to have
guns on them and it would take a minute for
any MPs to show up. Fortunately, we saw military action,

(40:38):
I mean sprung in the action. They put the well
being of their fellow soldiers ahead of their own and
they stepped up. But it still feels to me like
there is more going on beneath the surface, and I
think that's kind of what we really need to get to.

(40:58):
We've discussed this before actually, but before I ramble on
any further, want to get your thoughts on this. What
was your initial reaction and what do you think is
going on here?

Speaker 5 (41:07):
Well, I think you're exactly right. First of all, there
is more than what's on the surface. But let's make
sure we put it in perspective for our listeners and
our viewers tonight. You know, this is not the first
time there's been an incident in a military installation. You
actually be very surprised. Are are incidences on military installations
quite often across the country. They're just not reported.

Speaker 1 (41:28):
Of course.

Speaker 5 (41:29):
The last biggest one that we saw was at Fort
Hood who they were thirteen killed by an Islami jihadist
who is part of our military. Oddly enough, they've been trained,
you know, indoctrinated. So here's where we have to look at.
First of all, in this particular incidence, you were right,
we had five that were shot. Thank god none of

(41:51):
them were killed. Three had to have surgery, but all
five are expected to be in full recovery. No permanent damages.
Very thankful for that. Second of all, had it been
a terrorist launch, he would have gone to the area
where the majority of people congregated about that time of
the day, would have been a PX something along those

(42:14):
lines on the base itself, not so much going to
where his fellow co workers were. So yes, there does
appear to be interaction with his fellow coworkers. Now we're
investigating as we speak, his connections with any organizations, any clubs,
any memberships, or any Islamic We have to take a
look at this now, Tim, because it happened all across

(42:34):
the country. You know, we've got over one hundred and
twenty terrorist cells that we know about sleeper sales in
this country. We're making sure to see if there was
any involvement from any of the foreign terrorists or domestic terrorists.
And as we were research and look at that, we
also have to take him to play his mental condition.
Does he have mental illness? Now people say yeah, military PTSD, Well,

(42:58):
he was never in a combat situation. His MOS is
not infantry, are not artillery, and are not armored divisions.
He's basically an analyst. He's a pencil pusher. They're inside
Fort Stewart. Of course, Fort Stewart is very near to
my heart. It is only right down the street. I mean,

(43:18):
it's very close to us. I've been there, was there
with Gary Sinise when we did a Lieutenant Dan concert
performance for the troops that were there. And here's what
people need to understand. I know, I've heard a lot
of people in the national scenario have had me on
the show saying how in the world did he get
a farm on there? You know, it's very simple. Most

(43:39):
people don't understand the vast majority of your military person
that live off base because they're married, they have families
of their own, they're putting him in the school system
in the community in which they live. That means they
have to go to work every day. If you try
to basically what we'll call strip search every vehicle that
comes through, you would be continuing to do that. But

(44:02):
time the day ended, it still wouldn't have gotten everybody
on the base that needed to be there. So there
has to be some balance, yes, you know, especially when
there's familiarity, they see you coming and going every day,
they know you're an active duty soldier, there's some leanency
that's probably given. Then if you're the first time on
there and you're a civilian. But that having been said,

(44:24):
it's not that difficult to him to take a side arm,
which is what this was. It was his personal pistol.
It wasn't a military issue weapon, and wrap it in
a towel and put it in the global department or
throw it in the back of the trunk. The chances
are of it being detected are probably very slim, and so,
you know, very without a question, I'm sure this is

(44:46):
what occurred. He had some personal issues and some mental
issues that we were aware of so far as we
do with this investigation, and he was set off, determined
to make a statement. Find it ironic and interesting. Obviously
if he was a sergeant, he went through basically training obviously,
and you know he had to qualify. He sure was

(45:08):
allows a shot. And the reason why I'm saying that
by saying you just spake disparagingly, well, actually, the way
I'm saying is he probably didn't intend to kill anybody
because he knew here's what we need to understand, and
he's going to talk about other things on the show tonight.
Well this will tie in and you'll see why I'm
mentioning it. You know, military installations and of course military

(45:30):
personnel have their own jurisdicial and judicial system called military tribunals. Now,
you know, military tribunals are in play all the time
when you're talking about military personnel or military court martial,
that kind of stuff. And of course there's also the
ability for the military tribunals to be involved in civilian life.

(45:51):
You remember we've talked about this on your show before.
The commander in chief has the ability to conven a
military counsel and a military tribunal for anything that deals
with a direct threat to national security. We've seen a
lot of that coming up in the last few days.

Speaker 2 (46:04):
Tim.

Speaker 1 (46:04):
We're going to talk about that.

Speaker 5 (46:06):
But that having been said, he understood I believe that
if he were going in there and trying to be
an accurate shot and take out a number of soldiers
and he's facing a military tribunal, he probably wouldn't be
alive much longer. So he took the easy way out,
made his statement by calling injury but not costing the

(46:30):
life of any of the soldiers there.

Speaker 1 (46:31):
For which we are grateful. Did get a question from
the chat room, do you think this might actually lead
to an effort to increase the amount in the breath
of these searches in allowing vehicles, especially personnel on debase.

(46:52):
I don't see that they can do much more than
they already do for the reasons you've already pointed out.
But that doesn't mean the one thing government's really good at,
even with the best of intentions, that they don't find
a way to waste time, energy and money, even if
it's temporary. Any chance of that, even if it's just
for show, do you think?

Speaker 5 (47:12):
Yes, I think there is a chance of that.

Speaker 2 (47:13):
And let me tell you why.

Speaker 5 (47:14):
Tim Technology is changing constantly. You know, we have the
ability now for new scanners that can basically as you
drive through the problem with that situation, and what occurred
here is a little scanners usually just pick up metal
and quite frankly, what your car's made out of, so
that won't do a whole lot of good. However, we

(47:36):
are experimenting with and there is technology that can actually
detect gunpowder or explosive of material. And as that technology is,
it's into the forefront, it's almost there where it needs
to be. In fact, there are some experimental tests going
on now with it. If it proves to be half
of what they think is going to be. I can

(47:57):
see that technology being put into place all military bases
so that as you come through, it will give an
alert whether there's a sense of gunpowder anywhere in that vehicle,
whether it is a small and it's not just gunpowder,
they're talking about other chemicals it'll pick up as well.
It'll be able to sense, and so they'll let you
know whether you're having to be driving in with a
car bomb. You know, ammunition. Obviously it won't pick up

(48:21):
on the gun, but gun won't do any good if
we didn't have ammo. So because AMMO the animal, the gunpowder.

Speaker 1 (48:27):
Will be there.

Speaker 5 (48:27):
We'll pick that up on. And if that becomes a
reality in the very near future, which it does appear
it's going to be, you'll see a move in a
push to put that on every military installation in the
United States and even abroad.

Speaker 2 (48:40):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (48:40):
The only down the side to me is I don't
think that getting a positive hit on gunpowder is going
to tell you very much either, especially in a base
in and around a rural area of Georgia, for example,
where folks like to go hunting, or you know, might
even still go shooting on their off time. You know

(49:01):
another question I had specifically in this scenario, though, You know,
I did hear some people talking about how they want
to allow on duty soldiers to start carrying firearms regardless,
and I don't think they understand what the dynamic on
a military base tends to be. If you let every

(49:24):
grunt carry a firearm, there's going to be some pissed
off young men that are going to be taking a
few cheap shots that some drill sergeants here and there,
especially now that we're allowing drill sergeants to come back
and you know, help make the military great again.

Speaker 5 (49:44):
You're exactly right too. You know, what they don't understand is,
from this perspective, most people assume you're in the military,
you're carrying on M sixteen or you're carrying a forty
five on the twenty four to seven. That's not the
case at all. Ordinances are kept in an armory and
they're only brought out when there is a training exercise,

(50:07):
and they're kept separately from the ammunition. So let's just
say that we have now been decided you're going to
be deployed to a combat situation overseas. You say, all right,
so everybody's got their rifle and load with AMIA, ready
to start shooting.

Speaker 1 (50:23):
Set the other plane.

Speaker 5 (50:24):
No, the armory gives you issues, you your your orders,
your your your weaponry. You're sixteen your side on whatever
it is, but you don't get any AMMO when you
arrive at your destination, you've checked in and you've been
assigned to your post. Then you go and you are
assigned your allocation of AMMO. So the point I'm making

(50:47):
is very difficult to use a military issue situation to
create a scenario on a base because that's worked so well,
tim you're not gonna see any move to change.

Speaker 1 (51:01):
That, all right. I mean, the overall majority of jobs
that are being performed and training that's being done don't
require firearms. Anyway, Unless you have spent time on base
and at least witnessed for yourself, you probably do have
these strange ideas based on movies and television. The real world,

(51:23):
as with many other areas, very different than what you're
going to see. So yeah, as far as whether or
not the increased searches, especially with that new technology, whether
or not it's a reasonable idea, obviously it is reasonable.
It's a good idea in theory, it's just a question
of practicality. We're actually running out of time. Do you

(51:46):
have a little extra time this seven?

Speaker 5 (51:48):
I do? You go right ahead?

Speaker 2 (51:49):
Jim?

Speaker 1 (51:50):
All right, Well, I did want to talk a little
bit about this incident that occurred in DC and Trump
talking about possibly federalizing, because I had a feeling you'd
have some stuff to say about that. But before we
move to that topic, I wanted to let you have
any final thoughts in regards to this event and your
expectations here, because I think there's a lot of talk,

(52:11):
but most of it really isn't based in reality in
regards to what happened here.

Speaker 5 (52:15):
No, it's not, and I think we need as we
kind of conclude this particular discussion point, I think we
just need to leave on this point. Folks, understand, first
of all military installations or cities we have, you know,
tens of thousands of people that are working there, many
many that live there.

Speaker 1 (52:31):
You have your own city.

Speaker 5 (52:33):
To have the number of crimes talking about shootings I'm
putting in there that have occurred in the number of
cities that we have is very very low compared to
what the general civilian population has. So I realized it's
alarming when you hear that there's been a shooting on
a military installation, But keep in mind they're like any
other city. Crime does occur in a city, and it's

(52:56):
very low in comparison to what's happening in the civilian life.
So yes, we want to make sure we're doing all
we can, but quite frankly, I think we're doing a
pretty good.

Speaker 1 (53:04):
Job of it. Now, before we transition to the other topic,
I'm going to give you an opportunity to let everybody
know if they're interested in checking out invest USA, especially
if they're interested in getting involved financially or maybe in
some other way. If they can, where should they go
to look and try to help out and learn more.

Speaker 5 (53:27):
Well, if they go to our website, that's I n
v E. S t USA dot org dot org, it's cherry,
they'll be able to donate, get involved, stay attuned to
what's happening. And here's why I would ask them to
make a special effort to do that.

Speaker 2 (53:43):
Tim.

Speaker 5 (53:44):
You know, at the stage we're in now, Ice has
become targets. Because Ice is a target now just local
and state law enforcement are targets and they're putting their
lives on the line every day, not knowing if they're
coming home to their children, to their families. And the
sad part about it is they're getting a double hit
because they don't have the necessary equipment to protect themselves.

(54:06):
They don't have active shooter vest. And yet most of
these criminals, cartels, child sex chapters, etc. Have the best
of the best. So let's make sure that they at
least understand we recognize their sacrifice, their willingness to actually
lay down their life to make sure that we were
made free by going on hitting the website. And the

(54:27):
amount of money you contribute is not as nearly as
important to me as the fact that we can tell people, hey,
there's ten million people the last month. They just want
you to know that they appreciate what you do. They
sent a dollar apiece. Yeah, well that be a lot
of money actually, But anyway, quite frankly, then you get
the point. I think your listeners, your viewers get the point.

(54:50):
Let's make sure that we be a strong effort to
let them know thank you for your willingness to serve
to begin with, and the fact that you do it
even though you're not appreciated. Have the proper equipment to
do so, yet you're willing to serve your community, and
that's a life worth living.

Speaker 1 (55:07):
Absolutely, that's a big part of why I really like
what you're doing with invest USA. I really think that
there are unless you live in one of these communities,
a lot of people take for granted the police officers
are going to show up when you need the most,
and lots of times they don't know that they're guys.
When they do show up, they may not necessarily have

(55:29):
the type of protection that they need going into that situation.
And you guys are going a long way towards both
educating along those lines, but that extra letting those guys
know that they don't usually get a lot of face
to face seeing the best of people when they're out
because either somebody's got a little bit of a guilty

(55:50):
conscience it's like, oh no, I was speeding, I better
not live it, or whatever do they be. This is
a good opportunity to let people know. It's like, we
do appreciate the you take every day in the name
of helping your community and protecting nuts to people. So
that's a great opportunity now that slid Over temporarily would

(56:12):
love to get your thoughts on the idea that Donald
Trump floated it. I think people just enough amount of
time has gone by for people to have forgotten that
DC hasn't always had a mayor in the city Council,
that it's not really supposed to be run like an
independent area. It's supposed to be separate and into itself.

(56:35):
Congress is supposed to operate it. They got tired, they
got lazy. Imagine that they wanted to delegate. Now nobody
said they couldn't necessarily, But this notion of going back
in and federalizing to try and put a stop to crime,
not only is it a great idea, but I think
it's long, long overdue, and unfortunately we live in a

(56:58):
time where it takes a Donald Trump to make that happen.
When you saw that announcement predicated finally on the estraw
that broke the camel's back, as you say, when mister
big balls himself stepped up and was trying to do
the right thing and was assaulted by a group of miners,
no less that have no concern. First of all, what

(57:23):
was your initial reaction when that story broke, and then
your feelings about Donald Trump's announcement and I'm not gonna
call it a threat. I'm gonna call it a wake
up call that hopefully the DC folks will pay attention to.

Speaker 5 (57:38):
Well, you have two different issues here. First of all,
what are we doing to with our young people across
the country. Let's take a look at what happened in Cincinnati.
You're having mobs, thugs, gangs that are now just walk
randomly walking in downtown areas where people are trying to
enjoy a weekend event, music, concert, whatever, and randomly attacking

(58:03):
and beating people for no reason. And we're not talking
about just smacking on, you know, on the back of
the rump or something one time. Being they're putting these
people in the hospital. They're creating permanent damage. They are assaulty,
and it quite frankly, let's call it what it is.
It's been racial, it's been black or white, and we
are encouraging that by not providing accountability. Here's what the

(58:27):
message they're trying to divide this country too. And here's
the message that they're sending. Because here's what's happening. Let's
talk to statistics for just a moment. Crime is down,
violent crime, burgers are down in Red states, it's up
in sanctuary states, which are typically blue states, are are
blue cities, And why is that? It's because this liberal

(58:48):
democratic ideology, this progressive thought process, is that, look, I
don't care about the victims. I care about projecting what
I think can get me elected, can get people to
vote for me, including all the illegals, including everybody that's
not supposed to be the vooting process, And how do

(59:09):
I appeal to them. I am more concerned with them
than are the citizens that I'm supposed to be representing.
So if you commit a crime, don't worry about it.
Then we give second chances. In blue cities. You know,
we have active as judges. Yeah, they're going to give
you a little lecturer. No, no, you shouldn't do that.
But at the end of the day, this is the
best place to commit crimes because you're going to get
the best treatment to get back, put it on the street,

(59:31):
to do it again. Our young people have heard that
loud and clear. Our illegal immigrants have heard it loud
and clear. That is why there is a rise and
increase on these kind of crimes in those particular areas.
And so what you're seeing now is that translated, we're
talking about Cincinnati to DC and other places, and you
have these thlugs who are deciding they're going to run

(59:52):
the city. Well, you have the elected officials who still
buy into the courageous ideology I've ever heard of, this
progressive li bullism, and somehow by not provide holding people accountable,
they're gonna feel sorry that what they did and they're
gonna transform and get a second chance and become the
most productive citizens in the history of the community. Doesn't

(01:00:14):
work that way, Jim, I can promise you a criminal's
mindset when he does something and he doesn't suffer any
severe consequences. I'm not talking about a slap on the hand.
Severe consequences by Georgie says mean I've done hit the
honey hole. I'm gonna go back and do it two
or three, four times and make it bigger every time
I do it because I am able to sustain and

(01:00:35):
gain because of crime. That's the last thing you want
to project as the community or as a society, is
that you can gain by being a criminal. That's what
we have exactly done. So that mindset is now prominted
in DC has been for some time. The President has
told the city council. And because you remember, it's not

(01:00:59):
the police department. Now, yes, they've got a bad chief.
I'll be the first one to say it. But why
is it a by blaming the chief? No, because you
remember who hires the chief, the mayor and the city council.
Who are they looking for. They're looking for somebody that
shares their philosophy. Be easy on criminals, treat them with respect,

(01:01:22):
make sure that you know they feel good about being
in this town. I don't want a criminal feel being
good around me in this town. I want it to
be so uncomfortable he leaves, it never comes back. But
that's the exact opposite philosophy that they have. So they
have hamstrung. They're all police department and all the officers
that are there. And now the chickens are coming home

(01:01:44):
to roost. And so the President has been very clear,
We're not gonna tellerate. They gonna behavior not in this administration.
Why is it? Because as long as I'm here on
sixteen hundred Pennsylvania Avenue, this is my home. Now, this
is where foreign dignitaries, world leaders come to visit.

Speaker 2 (01:02:03):
And see us.

Speaker 5 (01:02:05):
And quite frankly, we're not going to give them that
projection that they can't be safe in my home. And
so if you either either clean it up yourself and
get done now, or we're gonna do it for you.
And I've never seen a progressive Democrat that's responded well
to a threat, and it's not a threat, it's reality.
They continue to buy their philosophy that somehow they think

(01:02:28):
they're doing the right thing by being soft on crime.
They're going to continue to do that, and the President
is going to move forward and federalize and take it
over because that needs to be done.

Speaker 1 (01:02:39):
And again I want to point out it's not as
if it's an unprecedented event. Historically speaking, it's been under
congressional control for the majority of its existence. It's had
a mayor and a city council for a lot shorter

(01:03:01):
time than it has had one. So with that in mind,
I think it's important that everyone understand that's the way
it is, and I personally don't have a problem with it.
Do you anticipate any obstacles to moving forward if Donald
Trump decides to do this. I know there are Democrats

(01:03:24):
that will raise a stink about it. Of course, there
always are, and there's probably a few never Trumper Republicans
that will probably also have a comment or two. But
can you legitimately see any reason why there would be
any trouble in making this happen.

Speaker 5 (01:03:41):
No, we're gonna we're gonna make it happen, period in
the discussion. And yes, there will be those who are
doing what they are doing. Now let's divide this country.
Let's try to make sure we tell everybody there goes
out authoritary dictator. You know, they're a world country mentality,
he's trying to become dictator general for life, et cetera.

(01:04:03):
You know, I think a Mary who just tired that garbage.
Here's what needs to happen on this particular issue, just
a couple of suggestions alone here, Tim, you know, if
your people are going to start being thugs and assaulting
innocent civilians, what we need to be doing with that is,
first of all, those who do the assaulting, those who
actually do the hitting, and all they need to be

(01:04:23):
the maximum sentence, no deals. And rather, if it's a
twenty year sentence, you're serving twenty you're not going to
get serving twenty. Get a twenty year sentence and in
it out come out in a year or two. You
need to serve full time for doing that kind of behavior.
That's just perverted, sick behavior. Okay, But the second thing
we need to do, tim is if you think you're

(01:04:46):
going to become a part of this criminal lact by
running around with your little live phone and shot it,
hit him again, hit him again, and feeling it, you
need to do time too. No, maybe you don't need
to do the twenty years, but you need to do sometime.
The only thing you need to be doing is either
dialing nine to one one or making sure you're trying
to get in and help prevent the crime, not being

(01:05:08):
a part of it.

Speaker 2 (01:05:09):
You know, there you are.

Speaker 5 (01:05:11):
We have laws on the book, what happened if your
accessory to the crime, we need to start afforcing those.
And the third thing we need to do. We're talking
about using all this This what's going on now is
a launching pad to get these things done. The third
thing we need to do is, quite frankly, if TikTok, YouTube,
those kind of particular platforms want to glorify and help

(01:05:33):
our young people become stars and heroes for assaulting people,
they need to be held account for doing that as well.

Speaker 1 (01:05:43):
Yeah, I'd certainly think that there is not a problem
with making that happen as far as the platforms and
the protections that they're trying to seek. Therefore, you know,
they have a responsibility too, you know, to censor some

(01:06:04):
degree of what's on there. Uh, they don't hesitate to
censor common sense, conservative or Christian ideology, but they they
seem to enjoy being the place to go here. You're
you're getting your your hits here. Everybody's coming click click click. Yeah,
you're making money because we're gonna do revenue share. You're

(01:06:28):
making money off of someone else's misery and off of
a criminal offense. I think that's the definition of accessory,
isn't it.

Speaker 5 (01:06:38):
That You're exactly right, And that's what I'm saying. I
was on a show earlier today, same platform. Yeah, we
are not holding people accountable, and America's beginning to sense it.
The criminal element is definitely sensing it, and so quite frankly,
crime pays right now, and it's time to make sure.

Speaker 4 (01:07:00):
I know the.

Speaker 5 (01:07:01):
Administration has been working hard to accomplish that, but we've
been thwarted by activists, judges, other things. It's time that
we dedicate the attention and the rhetoric necessary to complete
the mission, and that's what this is all about. We
are not going to tolerate that kind of behavior in
this country anymore, period, and we should not have.

Speaker 1 (01:07:22):
In the first place. It really doesn't seem that long
ago when you could at least agree with members of
the Democratic Party about limitations of what's acceptable public behavior,
and we're so far past that moment in time. We're
literally seeing judges at this point ignoring recent Supreme Court decisions.

(01:07:49):
We're seeing judges completely ignoring the law. I spent probably
the better part of an hour ranting, as opposed to
doing my usual demeanor educational show involving the judge that
decided to order the federal government to start paying Medicaid

(01:08:09):
payments to planned parenthood. Again, it's like literally everything in
her opinion was completely outside of the law, including efforts
to conflate things that only apply to criminal cases, and
it just it drove me nuts. I don't understand at
this point, Michael, how Donald John Trump has held on
to any amount of sanity considering what he's had to

(01:08:32):
deal with with just the legal side of things since
before he left office. The first time, it's been tough.

Speaker 5 (01:08:38):
I can parbish you that. You know. The thing that's
just mind boggling to me is how anyone, even if
you are a kooky liberal leftist, thinks that there's benefit
in encouraging crime. Who wants to live in a society
that you can't go to the grocery store and get
a gallon of milk without fear of being robbed or

(01:09:00):
are assaulted. Nobody and so the solutions are very simple.
They've always worked in the past. I promise you they'll
work again now you begin to hold people account for
their actions. You'd be very firm and very decisive. They'll
get the message real quick. Violent crime, robberies and the

(01:09:21):
rest of it will go way down. We can live
in a society where we feel safe and secure once again.

Speaker 1 (01:09:28):
Yeah, uh you know I I you asked the question.
Who wants to live in a world where you can't
just go to the grocery store. Names like Mendanie, Alexandria, Cassio,
Cortes will handle. Some names do come to mind, Michael,
but these are a lot of examples of people that
we really want in a position of authority. Michael, you've

(01:09:51):
already been greatly generous with your time. I want to
give you one more opportunity again to share any of
the websites that you would like to share. Let everybody
know where they can find a copy of the book,
which again is great read and perfect for times like these.
And any final thoughts for the evening, including allowing you
to finish the thought that I cutted you off on.

Speaker 5 (01:10:13):
That's quite all right. Say well, let me first of all,
thank you for what you're doing. You're helping us make
sure that we bring values and principles back to this country.
That's what's going to restore America and bring us back
to greatness. We have to hold people accountable for their actions.
You're starting to see that. We'll do another show with
you at some point in time. We're going to talk
about the grand juries and the indictments that are coming

(01:10:35):
down from the very top all the way down in
the previous administrations. The question is going to be how
does it work through the judicial system, And quite frankly,
we have a plan B. You remember we talked about
this before, Tim. They don't want to do the right
thing on the civilian judicial side. These crimes are worthy

(01:10:56):
of a military tribunal. You can't get much more a
threat to national security when they planned on trying to
eliminate Donald Trump before he ever took office. So if
you're going to see it coming, buckle up. Justice is
not here. It is fixing to be served, and we
thank you for all of your listeners and viewers who

(01:11:16):
have patiently waited for these for that day and it
is now arriving. It's going to be a longer process
because there's an awful lot of people on the list,
So don't expect to see a thousand indictments in the
next twenty four hours, but you'll see them coming out
and segments at a time, and we'll continue to move
this process forward. Thank you all for supporting our first responders.

(01:11:38):
They need it now more than ever. And quite frankly, Tim,
you have helped us change the tide. The next thing
I like us all to be working on is it
won't do us any good to create a safe in
free America if we haven't trained the next generation how
to keep it, and so we're gonna have to go
after education. I was greatly encouraged of the Supreme Court
a day or two ago gave the administration a tremendous victory.

(01:12:02):
School districts can no longer tell you that we will
determine how to educate your child. Supreme Court made it
abundantly clear the education of the child he is first
and foremost the responsibility of the parent. So if a
parent says, I don't want you teaching my kid that
junk and I'm going to have him exempted from those classes.

(01:12:22):
In the past, the school districts says, you don't know
what's best for your child. We do permission, deny. He's
going to go to the classes whether he likes it
or not. Supreme Court is now said, oh, no, parents rule.
So that's been a huge victory. I don't think the
mainstream media is reporting that because it doesn't agree with
their narrative, but that is what's coming out, and we're
very grateful for that, and so we need to be.

(01:12:43):
As we make America safe and secure, let's begin to
concentrate on what we need to do for the next
generation so we can keep it that way for generations
to come. God bless you, Tim and God bless America.
Thank you so much for your opportunity.

Speaker 1 (01:12:56):
Thank you, and as always, I look forward to getting
together with you again on the road, hopefully a little sooner.
We actually had a larger gap than usual between visits.
Mikel We we've got to shorten that up a bit.
I'll see if I can't make room on one of
the upcoming radio shows on a Friday, real soon. The meanwhile,
God speak to you.

Speaker 5 (01:13:15):
I appreciate you. Stay in the fight together. We're gonna win,
folks with just being showing up and making sure we
say unified in together. Have a great evening and a
great week, and take care.

Speaker 1 (01:13:25):
Too, all right you as well. Thank you so much,
ladies and gentlemen, Michael A. Letts. And one of the
other things to keep in mind too, that when you're
in a hurry to see these cases come along, remember
that it takes time to build the cases correctly. That's
something else that people don't really We get in a hurry,

(01:13:50):
we get frustrated. We forget that if you're gonna do it,
and do it right, it takes time. You can't just
turn the cops, because that is when you become what
you're concerned of. That's when you become what they're accusing
you of. You just show me the person. I'll find
you the crime. No, No, that we don't want to

(01:14:12):
do that we don't need to do that. There is
so much obvious, blatant criminal activity. And when cash Betel
came across that burn bag full of stuff, and all
of a sudden, we've got information flying out left and right.
I think we've got enough information from what we've seen
now that we can even move past that presumptive immunity

(01:14:35):
that everybody's claiming, well, well, Barack Obama doesn't have to
worry about any of this stuff coming down because he
has presidential immunity. But as we've come to see, remember
there are three standards in that Supreme Court ruling, and
they make perfect sense. You have the presidential immunity because
it's clearly within the purview of what the job role

(01:14:56):
responsibilities are. Then you have the second level presumptive immunity,
meaning that it looks like something that you probably would
expect to do, and there is the presumption that there
would be immunity there. Maybe it's something that you can
do as president but doesn't have to be presidential. Sometimes

(01:15:17):
that falls into the category. But then there is also
clearly criminal action and there is no immunity whatsoever. So
even if you want to claim that directing the CIA
and the FBI and your Attorney General to do what
you thought was in the interest of the national security.

(01:15:38):
I mean, we can't prove that he didn't believe that.
Pretty sure, none of us believe that he believed that,
but that would fall into the realm of presumptive immunity,
and I think there's enough evidence to kind of nudge
us over that presumption. Time will tell, We'll see what
happens there. Does need to be accountable. That is what

(01:16:01):
we are looking for, all right. Well, that being said,
another moment, a reasonable moment, a very no good, terrible
bad capitalism.

Speaker 5 (01:16:16):
All right.

Speaker 1 (01:16:16):
As you can see from the little picture on the screen,
if you're here on Rumble again, we're doing an experiment.
We're going to put the audio up on Tonight's as
a bonus material for the audio podcast as well. See
if we can't get a little more cross pollination going on.

(01:16:37):
But as you can see the picture there, Mike Lindell
is a true American success story. What Mike Lindell managed
to do overcoming personal demons, building a company and then
deciding that he was going to stand for what's best

(01:17:02):
in America, and as a result, he did the horrible, terrible,
very no good crime of standing with Donald John Trump.
So the left came for him, they tried to destroy him.
They want My Pillow gone. Right now, you can go
to my pillow dot com and use the promo code
tap and you can save money on a wide variety

(01:17:23):
of items. What I would recommend to do is actually
go to my pillow dot com backslash tapp because that
particular landing page is going to put you right in
the middle of all of the current best offers and
deals made available. And as you can see from that
little bit, you got pillows, you've got slippers, you've got pajamas,

(01:17:46):
and you got a ton of other stuff there, from
mattress toppers to pet beds, and then you slide over
to the mystore section, and tons and tons of American
companies have now partnered with My Pillow. You can even
get books from people like Richard D. Battle, who's a
regular on the radio side, and he's made in an

(01:18:07):
appearance or two here on the rumble side. So again,
My Pillow right now, they've got a special where they're
going and they're utilizing the classic my Pillows at wholesale pricing.
It would appear that a large retail store canceled rather
significant order, left My Pillow with a whole bunch of

(01:18:29):
the classic Standard my Pillow, So they've decided to put
the entire classic collection on sell at wholesale prices. It
means you can get the standard, you can get the
Queen size, king size, the body pillows, the multi use pillows,
you know, basically everything at wholesale pricing. Just go to

(01:18:54):
my pillow dot com and use promo code tapp and
I'll g.

Speaker 10 (01:19:02):
Where.

Speaker 1 (01:19:02):
Okay, we'll see if we can't sneak that in, I'll
pull that up. Amy's talking to us in the chat room.
Not a bad idea. In the meanwhile, gonna reset the
hour even though technically we're almost twenty minutes into the hour,

(01:19:24):
by playing a little music and taking a little bit
of a break, so you guys don't go anywhere. I
will be right back in just a little bit.

Speaker 2 (01:19:55):
She was from start plans on the praise the little
and told the.

Speaker 1 (01:20:01):
King class.

Speaker 3 (01:20:05):
He was raised a Red States son to love the
flag and own a gun, warned about the greed within
the mass. They met beneath the Mulitz guy at college party,
drunken hot when they have degrees.

Speaker 1 (01:20:22):
They set their vows. He couldn't say, I couldn't say.

Speaker 3 (01:20:34):
Is different in his eyes.

Speaker 10 (01:20:45):
The build careers and had a.

Speaker 2 (01:20:47):
Kid, tried to live like the parents did. Both their
parties taxed them.

Speaker 1 (01:20:52):
Close to death. Why it's not playing, guys learned to
hate the public schools. Watched you and me making child
look all right, Well, obviously it's not gonna run, So
tell you what we're gonna do. Let's get back into
the action. Let's take that down so much we're doing that.

(01:21:15):
I just kept doing the little spinny wheel of if
I'm thinking about it, and then it never would play it. So,
with that being said, hopefully it'll work properly. Here in
a little bit, I'm gonna see if I can't track
down that link in a way that's gonna let me
copy and paste. I should be able to do that
by swinging over to the rumble channel directly. It might

(01:21:44):
be my computer trying to kind of not do the
right thing. Okay, let's see it. Meanwhile, Mack at the ranch, let's.

Speaker 5 (01:22:01):
See if I can't.

Speaker 1 (01:22:05):
Good grief. Sure would be nice if everything would work properly.
Dang it, so Abe four ninety five. It passes Californian
parents advised to pack up and run. Now, that's probably
pretty good advice, regardless when it came with the California.

(01:22:29):
But yes, we'll take a more in depth look at
that here. Momentarily, what I would really like to do
is for my computer to start moving the right way. Okay,
let's see if that will make a difference. All right,
So here is what I had in mind. This was

(01:22:55):
going so much better in the first hour. I don't
understand what has happened here, but we'll get through it.
And again, this is part of being a sad one
person show. This is why if Doug, who's currently in
the chat room, could work this, I would probably have

(01:23:18):
him doing all kinds of wild stuff for this. Come on,
bushlest Button, now, come on, Doug. I'd be complaining about
it instead of sitting here. Oh well, I understand because
this stuff is not easy. Mm hmmm. So what I
will do now? And it's still it's just such a delay,

(01:23:40):
got a huge delay. Welcome to my world. Welcome to
my world. Brother. I've been there for a while. You
were there first, so I guess you get to claim
it as yours. But I have been here for a minute.
All right, let's let's have another moment of terrible, horrible,

(01:24:01):
very no good capitalism, shall we. All Right, so there
you see on the screen, if you're fortunate enough to
be here with us at Rumble, a lovely better as
a conservative broadcaster and a digital content creator. Far as
I'm concerned, it's essential that I'm able to communicate no

(01:24:23):
matter where I find myself, and roaming around in the
hills of East Tennessee, I might find myself somewhere that
it's hard to get a connection. But I also have
to feel confident that the money that I'm going to
send to the companies that I'm working with that I'm
using their services, that they're not going to take those

(01:24:44):
hard to earn dollars of mine turn around and use
them to undermine the values that I'm promoting. And that's
why I wholeheartedly recommend to each and every one of
you please take the time to check out Patriot Mobile. Okay.
They are the only Christian conservative wireless service provider. They've

(01:25:04):
got all the best coverage around the country, and they've
got great patriots that founded the company and work hard.
They stand for the first and second, third and fourth
Amendments fact, they stand for all the amendments, but those
in particular because they come under fire quite frequently. They are,
without a question and without doubts, dedicated to the proposition

(01:25:29):
of protecting first responders and our police and all those
very important things. So when it goes beyond that, the
money that they do dedicate to something other than providing
you the best wireless service available, it's going to causes
that are supportive of the United States. Don't you think

(01:25:50):
it's time you did business with companies that didn't hate you.
They didn't hate America. That's why I love Patriot Mobile.
You can go to Patriot Mobile dot com backs slash
tapp see a lovely landing page. It's got my beautiful
little mug all over it. Okay, maybe that's not a pro,
but you can still see a lot of other great things,

(01:26:10):
like the fact that if you use promo code tap
by going to Patriotmobile dot com tapp, you can get
a free month of service when you make the switch
to Patriot moll a free month of service just for
trying them.

Speaker 2 (01:26:24):
That's not bad.

Speaker 1 (01:26:26):
And you can either go to that particular landing page
or you can give my call. Switching is really easy
can give a call at eight one seven three eight
zero nine zero eight one. Man, why would you not
take advantage of that free month? Well, that's all I'm saying.
You get that one more time, so Patriot mobile dot

(01:26:46):
com use Patriot Mobile dot com backslash tapp, just so
they know that I indeed did send you. All right,
So that being said and done, I think it's time
that we moved on to our next topic. And that
would require me first to play a little video. I

(01:27:10):
think I'll get the video in the right place, do
I Wow, I really am starting to feel like George.
And that's not a bad thing. But you know, George
will be sitting here and he'll be doing stuff and
everything will be perfect one second and the next second
nothing's working right at all and it takes a few

(01:27:31):
minutes to get everything squared away. And you know what,
that's fine. If we were polished with a freaking budget
to right hole what some of these lefties did, sure
things would be a lot better. But this is part
of what makes it authentic, right, That's the thing that

(01:27:52):
kids like, and that authentic I know that I typically
like authentic m in some instances. All Right, I just
again spinny, spinny, here we go. Take a quick look
at this now in case you hadn't already seen that,

(01:28:20):
or maybe you don't know what that is. That is
a new tactic that our Border Patrol agents are in
fact utilizing in Los Angeles. They are getting in the
back of rented vehicles. They're rolling up to places that
illegals are known to hang around and do their usual

(01:28:44):
illegal things, whatever that might be, and they just come
up out of nowhere. Damn, I'm gonna get you. Personally,
I think it's fantastic. I don't understand why there would
be a problem, but of course the rental truck agency
had to release a statement. They decided that they do

(01:29:04):
not like, and do not condone and do not allow
their box struts to be used in the transportation of people.
And you know what, that would be fine if they
were talking about, I don't know, trafficking illegals. That's not
really what they're talking about. Back when they're very trucks.

(01:29:27):
This same company two years ago found a vehicle off
the side of the road, dead illegals in the back
where they just abandoned them. They couldn't get out. They
didn't release a statement then no, no, no. I didn't
hear them come out publicly complained. It was only when
this particular video went viral that they're like, oh, no, no, no,

(01:29:51):
we have to separate ourselves from this horrible, terrible, very
no good. I don't know why I'm stuck on that phrasing.
It just feels appropriate for some reason, this horrible, terrible,
very no good action of law enforcements in California. They've
got to find some way to sneak up and not
have everybody hitting the little warn you their coming app

(01:30:12):
which also is accessory to crime. I believe, another opportunity
to crack down. But the point here is that US
Border Patrol agents are still operating in Los Angeles and
they've come up with this rather I think slightly ingenious method.
The whole idea is to avoid detection as they slide

(01:30:35):
on up in these areas where the illegal immigrants are
known to gather, you know, like the home depot and such. Now,
far left groups in southern California have been posting federal
vehicle models and license plates to their followers on social
media in an effort to alert illegal immigrants for a
while if they see those vehicles coming they post it

(01:30:57):
and they warn them and say, oh they're here or
they're coming there, Go run hide. There is even an
app These illegal alien migrants are just in these areas
in a fashion that they just don't belong.

Speaker 10 (01:31:15):
This.

Speaker 1 (01:31:16):
They don't see him coming. That video was taken on Wednesday,
literally time of the live stream. Yesterday, Border Patrol agents
rated a home depot parking lot. They cops suspected you like,
how I keep my journalistic integrity there, even though I
don't really think of myself as a journalist. They called

(01:31:36):
the suspected illegal aliens by surprise by arriving in a
box truck. Now this unmarked vehicle used by federal agents.
They normally used SUVs and sedans. Of course, this this

(01:31:57):
is its genius. It's cheap and more importantly, there's an
additional aspect that makes this super super smart, very very clever.
You notice where the video was taken from. This was
bordered and cutsom control patrol annunciation being important. This was

(01:32:24):
the Trump administration making sure that this was on tape.
Why would you do that? Because the tea here is
they're not looking to actually go physically round everybody up.
They're looking to send the message that you best go
self to port because even though you think you know
what to look for when we're coming, you're not gonna

(01:32:47):
see us until it's too late. You don't know everything
we're doing, you don't know everything we're up to. And
this is just one more great visual message. I mean,
we're talking about a time where MS thirteen has a
chokehold in that very area of Los Angeles. MS thirteen,

(01:33:10):
you've also got trended de Agua operating in areas a
little further to the north. Occasionally they're bumping heads. They're
not the same gang, or just somebody try to say
they were. The other day, the video you just saw
they took sixteen verified illegals into custody just running into

(01:33:32):
that one parking lot sixteen. But it's the video, the message,
the image. Remember, Donald Trump is if he's good at anything,
and I mean anything at all, what he's good at
is marketing and branding. What he is good at is

(01:33:57):
sending a message, and he's doing exactly that very very well.
Now I'm going to bring George Senser back on with
us while I still have this image of them shortly
after they revealed themselves and we're out and about I
saw this video, George, and what really stuck out to

(01:34:18):
me is the fact that you know, they're still finding
a way to work around all of the efforts to
stop them and get in their way, and they're still
being very effective. I thought this was an ingenious move.
I think I've already said that like three times, and
that's because I do. I think it's great. I do

(01:34:40):
think the rental truck in question ought to be ashamed
of themselves for coming out and making the statement they did.
But with all that having been said, would love to
get your thoughts on of that.

Speaker 2 (01:34:53):
Well. First of all, given what Ice has been dealing with, Okay,
let's go back in time just a little bit. Hit
that way back machine, so to speak. Ice was being pelted,
literally pelted with frozen water bottles. They were being hit

(01:35:17):
with chopped, broken up cinder blocks. They were literally being
attacked at every turn. So you got to give these
guys a lot of props because they came up with
an ingenious idea to go to literally just go in

(01:35:40):
there and say, you know what, we're going to do
this as a covert operation. They won't see it coming
until it's too late, and they are federal law enforcement assets.
They have the ability and they have the tools and

(01:36:02):
the techniques to do a covert operation like that, given
the fact that you have people using this app to
rap them out. For lack of a better way of
putting it, I think it was ingenious. I think it was.
I think something like this not only was effective, but

(01:36:25):
it was sending a clear message. Just when you think
you've got us figured out, you don't know poop and
you ain't figured out nothing. Because we got your number
and we have more than just this way alone. They

(01:36:48):
could do it a whole different set of ways.

Speaker 1 (01:36:51):
Now.

Speaker 2 (01:36:51):
I saw somebody, I think it was Doug who said
in the chat room something about using an ice cream truck. Yeah,
a little too small though, I'm afraid to say, wouldn't
be able to pack as many ice agents into an
ice cream truck. Plus, if there's ice cream on board,
people are liable to uh start snacking. Not saying it's

(01:37:12):
a bad thing, because you know those those those rental
trucks are not air conditioned except for the cab, so
they're they're taking a risk, especially on hot, on hot
summer days. As to the rental company I've rented trucks. Okay,

(01:37:38):
I've rented trucks for moving. There is nothing in the
paperwork zero preventing law enforcement from renting a truck and
doing what they did. So to the rental company, I've
got a salute for you. M get over it. You

(01:38:05):
don't like it, change your policies as far as as
far as your rental agreements, which they're probably gonna end
up doing. But at the same time, they could have
a guy like you or me go in rent the
truck and just hand them the keys and go have fun.

Speaker 1 (01:38:28):
Well, I think the other thing to keep in mind too,
you can change your rental agreement to say literally anything
you wanted to say. And then if it's the federal
government that's violating the rental agreement, all they really have
to do is say, okay, well we'll pay for it.
It's ours now, or you can try to sue us.

(01:38:50):
But when you go to court, you know, you end
up in front of the right judge and they're gonna say,
why are you trying to obstruct justice? Maybe there's legal
charges here for you, and you know, I could see
it getting very messy very quickly. But you're right, they

(01:39:12):
don't require a whole lot of what's the word here.
They don't require a whole lot of inspiration here to
do what they've done. And yeah, you could try doing
other things. I think the ice cream trucks are likely
to bring too many innocent people into potential harm's way

(01:39:32):
because usually you start ringing that little bell, you're gonna
have a lot of small children and then me running
behind it trying to get to it. I know I'm
not illegal.

Speaker 2 (01:39:45):
I mean, look, Tim, I've often felt that if ICE
is going to be effective in their job, get these
activist judges out of their way, get these these fools
that with the apps, nail them for obstruction of justice,

(01:40:07):
because that's exactly what they're doing. They're committing obstruction of justice.
And and and and at the very least the company
that put the app out, that that has it running,
the federal government could shut him down in a New
York minute, and there ain't really a whole lot they
can do about it. So at the at the end

(01:40:30):
of the day, ICE is going to do what ICE
needs to do. And what really really really set things up.
The other night I brought up how Dean came, the
man who played Superman on Lewis and Clark the New
Adventures of Superman. He went from being an actor he

(01:40:53):
is now an official ICE agent. And from what I understand,
they even lowered the threshold with the with the age requirements.
So now they offer a fifty thousand dollars signing bonus, debt,
forgiveness for student loans, and a whole bunch of other things.

(01:41:17):
But here's the here's the problem. See a guy like me,
as much as I would love to do it, my
physical health just doesn't allow.

Speaker 10 (01:41:27):
So.

Speaker 2 (01:41:29):
But you know what anyone that can do, because guess what,
you start flooding cities like Los Angeles with a whole
bunch of ICE agents more than they had before, especially
with American citizens who are fed up with the with

(01:41:51):
these illegal alien invaders. Guess what, They're gonna have plenty
of hands on deck to take care of business, and
they will receive proper training so we don't have to
worry about them being untrained assets.

Speaker 1 (01:42:11):
All right, George, I want you to stay right where
you're at. I'm going to go ahead and do another
brief moment of capitalism. As I do that.

Speaker 2 (01:42:23):
Oh, there's nothing wrong with doing more capitalism.

Speaker 1 (01:42:26):
Oh I didn't think so either I'm going to leave
you on the stage, though, I'll just slulide you over
there and we'll run this little bit here. And I'm
going to remind everybody that if you have not given
our good friends over at Harvard Gold Group a call,
you really should. They stand ready to help you in

(01:42:48):
the effort to protect the value of your hard earned wealth.
Whether you're wealthy or not. You spent some time, you
obviously worked hard getting the things that you've gotten. You
don't want it to fall victim to volicle markets. You
don't want it to fall victim to inflationary forces, especially
of the geopolitical variety. You want to diversify in one

(01:43:12):
of the great safe havens. One of the great places
for you to diversify into is precious metals. And if
you're going to look into precious metals, why not why
not do that with America's premier conservative gold company, Harvard
Gold Group. You can give them a call at eight
four four ninety seven seven Gold that's eight four four

(01:43:35):
ninety seven seven four six five three and ask for
the free investor's Guide. Now you're just arming yourself with
facts and information at this point. But they are going
to ask you how you heard about them. You mentioned
Tappened to the Truth. That's going to lock you in
a two hundred and fifty dollars discount if you decide

(01:43:55):
to move forward and make a purchase. And the best
part is if you do make a purchase, and that
purchase is significant enough that you qualify for one of
their great promotions, you're still going to get that two
hundred and fifty dollars tacked on. So you're getting free
gold or silver just by saying you heard about them
from Tapping to the Truth. That's a pretty sweet deal

(01:44:18):
if you ask me. Now, maybe you don't want to call,
Maybe you're a shy, maybe you prefer to be a
cybersnocker stocker. I don't know that's your thing. No kink
shame here. You can visit them at Harvard gooldgroup dot com.
Just be sure to use promo code TAP. If you
do that, that's tapp again, so that they know I

(01:44:39):
sent you, and so that you still get that two
hundred and fifty dollars discount. It's better to have that
locked in and ready for you if you decide to
make a purchase and you don't, than it is to
go ahead and make a purchase and then not have
that discount available free gold, free silver. Sure, two hundred
fifty dollars right now doesn't get you out whole lot

(01:45:00):
of gold giving current prices, but it's still two hundred
and fifty dollars a free goal. Come on, what are
you even arguing about. So there you have. Whether you're
looking to protect your retirement with a goal back to IRA,
or you just want to have physical gold or silver
in hand, this is your chance. Call these folks. I

(01:45:22):
use them, I trust them, I like them. There is
a minimum for physical purchase. Yes, it's five thousand dollars.
If you're not ready to make that kind of a purchase,
then then you're probably not quite ready for retirement anyway.
And I'm not throwing shade. I'm not trying to be

(01:45:42):
negative or call anybody out because you know right now
I'm not in a position to do that. But still
that minimum is there. It is a bit of a barrier.
But once you're ready to move forward, or if you're
in a position where you can and that's not a
barrier for you, these are the folks that you really
should be doing. But you hear about all these different
gold companies. In fact, we've had a different gold company

(01:46:05):
as a sponsor here before. But these folks I personally
like them, and I don't know that that means anything
to you, but it's well worth calling and finding out.
These guys stand ready. So again, the number to call
if you're ready to move forward is eight four four
ninety seven seven gold. That's eight four four ninety seven

(01:46:28):
seven four six five three. We should have mentioned tapping
to the truth or go to Harvard gooldgroup dot com
and use promo code tap tapp. You don't want to
miss out on that opportunity. Now with that being said,
I'm gonna do two stories. I had one more story
that I was going to discuss and we will do

(01:46:49):
that first. And then Amy made a suggestion and I
think we should probably take a look at that. So again,
this will be a bonus show for our our audio folks.
So I don't have to follow the hard set rules,
so that's kind of cool. I'm a rule breaker anyway.

(01:47:12):
So here we go. As those of you that are
here on Rumble can see, I have a pitcher. I
have a picture of a certain Attorney General for the
Great State of Texas and one goofball, best known as
Robert Francis O'Rourke, who for some strange reason wants to

(01:47:34):
be called meadow dude. Seriously. Now, we've already talked about
on multiple broadcasts now how certain Democrats from the Texas
State House just took off and they went and they're
hanging out with J. D. Pritzker, JB. Prinskier. They're hanging

(01:47:56):
out in New York, but mostly up with the the
man who's probably going to be running him. Maybe he
has enough money to get the Democratic nomination for president
in the next election cycle. I mean, I can see
him possibly do it. He's been posturing for the job
for a while, and he certainly would appeal to the

(01:48:18):
more mainstream, middle of the road type Democrat, even though
that's not at all who he is. He's trying to
get the base back behind him. But anyway, they ran off.
We've talked about that. We've talked about how Texas passed
laws after they did this four years ago I think
it was, and now they're facing daily fines for having

(01:48:41):
done it, and now the state is taking some other tax.
They've issued the arrest warrants, which are just stivil arrest
warrants basically round them up once they're back in the
state and force them to go finish their job. That's
been on the books forever. That's part of the Texas
State Constitution. They issue those. But they talked about moving

(01:49:03):
forward with an effort to let's say, if you're not
back by this Friday, for example, we're going to vacate
your seats, you're not going to be a member of
the House anymore. And when that happens, if you're not
a member of the state House, that changes the minimal
number to reach a quorum, doesn't it Beyond that, it's
the legal opinion in the state that the governor, Greg

(01:49:26):
Abbott would then have the authority to appoint the temporary
replacements for those seats up until such point that a
special election can be held. I don't think Greg Abbott
is going to pick a bunch of Democrats to build
those seats. I just don't. But then there was also

(01:49:46):
this talk about whether or not there was potential bribery
involved if these people use this event to raise funds
or if they took money from a pack, whether or
not that would actually constitute bribery from those votes. Well,
we've got word officially earlier today that Ken Paxson, again

(01:50:09):
the Texas Attorney General. He has announced a formal investigation
into a group that was organized by when Robert Francis
O'Rourke a KA Meadow, for possibly providing illegal funds for
these Democrats who fled the state in an effort to
stop the redistricting vote. Republicans are trying to redraw condict

(01:50:32):
that now I'm tongue tied. Republicans are trying to redraw
congressional districts in order to gain five more seats in
the US House ahead of the midterms. But the state
Democrats have they've decided they're going to stop this event
by preventing a quorum from being caught. At this point,
I think they had a changed the law about quorum.

(01:50:57):
What's necessary for orm If the people holding the seat
intentionally lieve in an effort just to try to prevent
a quorum, I think that would be something they could pass.
But anyway, Attorney General Paxton wrote on social media, quote,
I just launched an investigation into Medo O'Rourke's radical group

(01:51:21):
for unlawfully funding runaway democrats. Any Democrat coward breaking the
law by taking a Beto bribe will be held accountable. Now,
the press really said that Power to the People was
the top provider of funds to the Democrats who abandoned

(01:51:43):
their seats. All this according to the campaign filings. So
the Democrats literally spilled the beans on Bedo in his
group Power to the People. I don't think Beto's met
more than five people at any one time anyway, and
said that he's made a request to examine documents and

(01:52:05):
communications to determine if the Democrats had violated financing laws.
Paxton'said Democrats might be guilty of bribery, coercion of public servant,
and abuse of office. These given Democrats this deadline of

(01:52:26):
Friday to return before he takes aggressive legal action. That's
not going to affect this investigation. Beto in company may
be facing bribery charges. Even if every last Democrat does
show up by Friday morning and comes in. That's the voting. Personally,

(01:52:49):
I still think these people should be removed from their office.
I think they should push forward. I think there needs
to be accountability because this is not bravery, this is
not performing the job. This is simply throwing a temper
tantrum and then going and posturing and maybe trying to
do some fundraising while you're at it. It's an absurdity,

(01:53:10):
it's disgusting, it's dereliction of duty, and it's theft to
the taxpayers of the state of Texas because they're still
getting paid technically while they're roaming around not doing their job.
This aggressive legal action he's talking about is when they

(01:53:31):
actually move to to remove them from their seats, strip
them of their positions in the state House. Patson also said,
and I'm quoting once again, Texas cannot be bought. I
look forward to thoroughly reviewing all of the documents and

(01:53:55):
communications obtained throughout this investigation. These jet setting runaways have
already lost public trust by abandoning our state, and Texans
deserve to know if they received illegal bribes to do it.
And all I can say about that is hell, yeah,

(01:54:18):
all right, George. Obviously, we are looking at a situation
where I think it's pretty obvious some Texas state laws
have been broken, but the possibility of this bribery thing
being brought to bear. Beto will not be the only person,

(01:54:39):
but there is no question, no doubt that they are
by far the leading pack that has contributed money that
has allowed these folks to move forward, and the intention
was to also to cover these daily fines that are
the law of the land in the state of Texas.
Now for having pulled this stunt, there's a lot of

(01:55:01):
things we can get into, and because I haven't gotten
too in depth with this with you. We can look
at the redistricting, we can look at the constitutionality based
on the state. We can look at their excuse that
somehow Donald Trump has ordered the Texas Republicans that last
time I checked Texas Republicans, they might listen to the

(01:55:23):
national party leader, but they don't take orders from anybody.
That sometimes shows based on how mad their constituents gets
that them too. But I really do want to talk
about the fact that Veto O'Rourke, a guy who hasn't
won a race in over a decade now and is
still desperate to be considered relevant to Texas politics and

(01:55:47):
hopefully the national politics. One of the odds that Beto
in company end up actually being held accountable, maybe even
to the point of that accountability look like a little
jail time for some of the folks with the organization,
even though I doubt NATO would face any of it.
Old Robert Francis O'Rourke.

Speaker 2 (01:56:10):
Well, tim first of all, regarding the fines, okay, that
these Democrats from the Texas State House are facing five
hundred dollars a day for every day they're not there.
Unlike the House of Representatives on Capitol Hill in Washington,

(01:56:33):
d C. Who make one hundred and seventy four thousand
dollars a year, Texas State Democrats only make seventy two
thousand dollars a year. So when you start getting fined
five hundred dollars a day and your money is being

(01:56:57):
put into fines day after day after day, it's cutting
into their finances. It is literally hurting their family. So
by doing what they're doing, they're hurting their families. They're
not hurting me or anyone else, They're hurting their families.

(01:57:20):
So the people of Texas right now, they're sitting in
the driver's seat because these Democrats are gonna have to
face the music. Will they come back by Friday? They
better if they know, if they don't want to incur
more fines and have to literally go looking at a

(01:57:40):
negative balance in their checkbook. Now, as to the as
to Beto o'rour Beto, Good god, please, this guy is
about as much fun as watching dead grass trying to

(01:58:01):
grow back after a massive heat wave. I mean, this
guy is is I mean, you look at the guy.
He looks like you know what he reminds.

Speaker 4 (01:58:13):
Me of.

Speaker 2 (01:58:15):
Put the ski cap on his head, and the and
the and that that that. I think it's just like
a striped shirt or whatever wears Waldo. Okay, he kind
of reminds me of a of an adult version of
Where's Waldough? Well, where's Beto? Beto is sitting back using

(01:58:37):
a pack to try and keep these democrats from going back. Well,
guess what, It's not gonna work. They're gonna have to eventually,
they're gonna have to go back and face the music
because they're gonna have to face their constituents and insult
to injury. Personally. I think that these states like New

(01:59:01):
York and Illinois who are harboring these democrats from Texas
are absolutely out of their bloody minds because Kathy Hokeel,
the governor of New York, honestly, she must be she

(01:59:24):
needs she needs a straight jacket, That's what she needs.
She needs a straight jacket because she is talking about
abolishing a commission that the voters voted for to prevent
what they're trying to do in Texas. Now, you see,

(01:59:46):
here's the problem for Texas.

Speaker 1 (01:59:48):
Though.

Speaker 2 (01:59:50):
The longer it takes for these Democrats to show up,
the harder it becomes to get any other legislation passed,
because is not just they're redistricting that they're trying to do.
There's other business that needs to be attended to. And unfortunately,
with the Democrats a wall, they can't really conduct proper

(02:00:15):
business for the people of the state of Texas. And honestly,
they should face criminal charges, they should face expulsion from
their seats. The one thing that really aggravates the living

(02:00:36):
daylights out of me and all of this is watching
little miss Jasmine Crocket saying that she's not going anywhere
and all this other stuff. Well, I got news for
a little miss Crockett. You better find yourself a Jeff

(02:00:58):
Bezo rocket, because that's about the only way you're gonna
not go anywhere, because those rockets don't really go anywhere.
There's there's there's there, there's there's stupidity from all sides
of the Democrat aisle, whether it's at the State of

(02:01:21):
Texas or in the House of Representatives, because you've got
House represents, House Democrats that are back in these these
these Texas State Democrat lawmakers, and they don't realize the
damage that's being done to the people of the State
of Texas when business is not conducted properly. So, as

(02:01:45):
far as I'm concerned, if if there's a way to
to put these jokers out of out of business, if
it means kicking them out of their seats, if there's
a way to do it legally, do it, because at
the end of the day, that's the only way they're
gonna learn and learn a hard lesson, and their families

(02:02:10):
are probably getting really aggravated with them because it's costing money.
Seventy two thousand dollars can go and can dry up
pretty fast. It's not a lot of dollar signs and
five hundred dollars a day from the day they walked

(02:02:31):
out left the state went elsewhere. Yeah, that's state Democrats.
How's that really working for you? Because obviously better o'rour
bet o' rock God. Just saying that name makes me
want to bar If you're chunting on him to help you, boy,

(02:02:56):
are you in big trouble.

Speaker 1 (02:03:02):
Yeah, I mean, there's no question so much is going
on here. That's just not right, this idea. Even even
Stephen Colbert was making a couple of legitimate points about

(02:03:23):
jerrymandering happening everywhere. Had TB. Prinsker on his show. He
was talking to him about how his own states jerrymandered
districts look, and they went to the point of making
jokes about ha ha ha, we have kindergarteners do this,
ha ha ha. That's how it's to be certain, to

(02:03:43):
be non political and completely fair. Yeah, okay, pretty funny,
which you know, actually, I'm gonna say it was worthy
of a chuckle or two maybe if you wouldn't didn't
know for the fact that they were using humor to
hide behind the truth, and that truth, of course, being

(02:04:04):
that it's not a secret. Democrats, Republicans, independence, whoever's in charge,
has been engaging in gerrymandering since the creation of the Republic.
It's not a new practice. It's happened everywhere. But the
thing is, more often than not, when conservatives are in power,

(02:04:25):
typically it's an effort to try to restore some level
of sensibility to how the districts are drawn trying to
undo damage that's been done by Democrats when they've desperately
sought to try and create something that looks akin to
strange voodoo dolls and scorpion tells and who knows what

(02:04:47):
else in a district where in some cases, in order
to keep the district going, they might include a street
and then expand back out. There's a lot of absurd
be involved with what's happening, There's no question, I guess. Ultimately, though,
is there going to be accountability? I mean, because it

(02:05:09):
really does feel like, both at the federal level and
here at the state level in Texas, it looks like
a real effort for accountability is coming. I don't want
to hold my breath. I don't want to get overly excited.
We've seen this come down the pike before. But are
we really going to see real accountability soon Georgia? Are

(02:05:35):
we going to see something that looks like the system
working like it's supposed to work.

Speaker 2 (02:05:43):
I certainly hope. So, I mean, I'm not going to
hold my breath for it because the way things are
right now, the system is so broken, both on the
state levels and the federal level. It's really impossible to
say with certainty. The system will work, it will balance out.

(02:06:09):
Let's bear in mind also that when when we're talking
what we're talking about here, when we're talking about jurymandering, okay,
and you made a great point, it's been done by
both sides, okay, and it's happened multiple times. California Governor Ah, there,
he is, Governor Gruesome. Yes, And for you liberals out

(02:06:34):
there that may be watching, yes, Governor Newsom or this
guy actually has a problem because he wants to do
the same thing in California. But he's running into opposition

(02:06:54):
big time on that one because they are the people
of California, and a similar commission to that of what
New York has is going to be his thorn in
the thorn in his side. So if Governor Gruesome thinks
he's going to get somewhere in California with this, Nope,

(02:07:20):
not gonna happen. So Governor Gruesome, good luck with that.
Let us know how you how it worked out for
you or didn't. And Governor Holkle the same thing. Let
us know how trying to abolish a commission, how that
works out for you, because then you become a dictator.

(02:07:44):
You become the very thing that you accuse Donald Trump
of being.

Speaker 1 (02:07:51):
Well, they don't have a problem with hypocrisy, because they have.
They've gaslight themselves to the point that they don't even
recognize it as aocracy anymore. And they're certainly not afraid
to wield the power and authority that they have and
then some especially the powered authority they don't have, just

(02:08:12):
as long as they don't let anybody on our side
do it.

Speaker 2 (02:08:16):
I see that goes with that old saying rules for
thee but not for me. Guess what the rules apply
to everybody, including the dingbat Democrats, or as I'd like
to refer to the party as the Democrat Party.

Speaker 1 (02:08:36):
Well, the thing that sticks out in my mind though,
when it comes to Gavin Newsome in particular, the reason
why even Democrats are pushing back against any further jerry
mandering is because they're already pretty well jerry mandered out. Uh,
there's not very many opportunities for them to switch up

(02:08:57):
seats where they're going to gain anything. They've already maximized
the total number of Democrats that they can put in
any one location, So looking to switch things up there
really isn't going to help much of anything. So otherwise,
if they thought they could actually gain something, those people

(02:09:18):
that are pushing back against it would actually be all
in and going ahead and doing it. Same thing with
certain other states. I'm looking at you, mister Pittsker. There's
only so much jerrymandering you can do and then you're
kind of at your maximum level unless you have more people. Now,

(02:09:41):
they do raise a point that traditionally, and that's the
key word, traditionally, most states, Texas included, only does this
kind of redistricting shortly after the census has occurred, trying

(02:10:03):
to get back in line with what their individual numbers are.
But there's nothing in the Texas state constitution that says
they can't do it every freaking six months if they
want to. Now, I'm afraid if the Democrats ever get
in charge of Texas again, they're gonna be the first
ones in line to start trying to do this as

(02:10:23):
the first order of business for every freaking setting session
until they have it back drawn up the way they
want it maximized. But the point is, while they're saying
that it's absurd and it's all Donald Trump's vault, this
really is a case where there is nothing illegal happening
whatsoever on the part of the Republicans. They're just trying

(02:10:47):
to correct an error from the previous draw.

Speaker 2 (02:10:51):
Yeah, and I think by the way you mentioned how
the how everybody's saying that Donald Trump ordered did them,
the Republicans, to do this. No, he didn't order them
to do anything. He asked them. He did. He asked

(02:11:13):
them to do it. It's their choice whether they choose
to do it or not. But the reality is they
can do this. They have the ability that Democrats are
just holding everything hostage. Now, remember when I said a

(02:11:33):
moment ago about other business that gets put on the
on the sidelines because of what these Democrats from Texas
are doing. Now, Pritzker m or As, I like to
refer to him as the human tank with legs.

Speaker 1 (02:11:55):
You're being part too kind. That man is not mobile
enough to be a tank.

Speaker 2 (02:11:58):
Go ahead, true, how about a tank that doesn't move?
I mean, he's nobody. He's just like Kathy Hokeel here
in New York. They're of the mindset that, Okay, if
Texas is going to do it, we're going to do it.

(02:12:19):
Because Kathy Hokele is already talking about that. Now if
she is successful at getting that accomplished. The Republican representation
from New York in the House of Representatives could be
lost from New York. That's what she's hoping for. That's

(02:12:43):
what they ultimately want, because Newsome, Pritzker, Hochel blue states.
They want to balance it out so that they have
a more majority. But in the end it's not gonna

(02:13:07):
work because the reason seventy seven plus million people voted
for Trump in advance and decided to avoid the cackling
hen the word salad queen. The well, there's a whole
host of other nicknames to go in there too, but

(02:13:30):
for the lack of a better way of putting it,
her royal heininess words salid queen. The reason she lost
is because people were fed up with the way the
Democrats ran the show. And the same thing is going
to happen in a lot of these blue states where
people are going to get fed up. They're going to

(02:13:51):
get fed up with the way Texas Democrats are pulling
these stunts. They're going to get fed up with Kathy
Hochel here in New York, they're going to get fed
up with Pritsk hopefully sooner than later, and it could
turn out where they could get fed up with Newsome,

(02:14:11):
And if I heard correctly, I don't know how much
truth there is to it, but I do believe a
former governor of California is looking to possibly run again.

Speaker 1 (02:14:26):
Well, if you're talking about Honold.

Speaker 2 (02:14:31):
I haven't heard Schwatz.

Speaker 1 (02:14:34):
I haven't heard that he's planning on running again. But
I have heard he's planning on forming a political action
committee and doing everything within his power to try to
prevent any efforts at redistricting earlier or ahead of the
standard time. But you know, if he is deciding to

(02:14:54):
think about running again, does he have eligibility? I thought
he he served the maximum amount of time he could
as California governor. Am I mistaken about that?

Speaker 2 (02:15:06):
I don't know if he did or not. I'm to
be honest with you, I'm not really sure. If he hasn't,
then there's a chance, a possibility because the people of
California are fed up with Newsom so much so that
they're willing to kick him out and put a Republican
in place, which I hope they do. I really hope

(02:15:28):
they do. Vote a lot of these Democrats in California
out put Republicans, you know, fiscal response, fiscally responsible, doing
the will of the people, Republicans. And it needs to
happen here in New York too. It needs to happen

(02:15:48):
where Pritsker is. It needs to happen. Now, Tim, there
is one thing that I don't think you brought up
or if you were planning on it, in regards to
the jurymandering stuff. There's a House Republican who is going
to introduce a bill to kind of kaibash all that.

(02:16:12):
But it could backfire. It could literally backfire on Republicans.
I don't see that bill seeing the light of day
on the House floor. And if it does, if Republicans
in the House are smart, they won't go for it.

Speaker 1 (02:16:34):
Do you do you recall which Republican it is off.

Speaker 2 (02:16:39):
The top of my head.

Speaker 10 (02:16:41):
No.

Speaker 2 (02:16:41):
But the thing, the thing that bothers me about it
is that any Republican in the US House of Representatives
putting forth a bill like that, it's akin to a
disease aster waiting to happen. Yeah, the road is paved,

(02:17:06):
roads are paved with good intentions, but they better watch
out for the potholes. And that's what that's what worries me.

Speaker 1 (02:17:14):
Yeah, potholes are not. It's good to know where you
typically end up when you're on that road of good intentions. George,
stay where you're at. I'm gonna take another quick moment
of capitalism, and then we're gonna do something that can
only happen on the Rumble Channel. Again, for those of
you that are listening to the bonus audio version for tonight,

(02:17:39):
this is a good reason to come join us on
Thursday nights here at Rumble. We're gonna expand one more
story for the evening suggested in the chat room. So
you know, here's something to keep in mind. If you're
a regular listener of the radio show, come over check
out the Rumble Channel. We can run. We've got some flexibility,

(02:18:00):
we can go a bit longer, and we can if
you bring something interesting worthwhile and want to make a
suggestion or recommendation. Now, of course we're gonna take a
look at it. We're not just gonna take any any
old suggestion. But Amy Hollam had a great link and
we're gonna take a look at that. On the other
side here, So again I'm going to change up what's

(02:18:25):
rolling there, and then I'm going to do a little
bit of taking down my little mug at the top
of the screen, just temporarily, of course, and then I'm
gonna put this up. I am Now, I'll let you
stay right here on stage with me. No need to

(02:18:46):
banish you to the green room. I guess I do
need to take that scroll down. I like having that
scroll running. But now you can't see the link, can you? Okay? Again?
Love doing these first time experiments, because this is the
first time. I'm trying to run this a little more
like the audio. But there you go, there is the link.

(02:19:10):
Now what you are seeing, if you're watching the video
show is a can of round House Provisions Morning Kick. Now,
why would I show you that? Welcome a listener to
the audio show on a regular basis. You've heard me

(02:19:30):
say probably about a jillion times. Chuck Norris is a
national treasure. He's a former World karate champion. He was
the action star of the eighties and early nineties, everything
from movies to of course, Walker Texas Ranger, one of
the longer running TV shows. Just a phenomenal, phenomenal example

(02:19:56):
of what being American hero can look like. Now he's
eighty five years old now and he is still more
active than I am.

Speaker 5 (02:20:09):
Dang it.

Speaker 1 (02:20:10):
I'm trying to be more active, and actually Morning Kick
has helped me to be a little more active. I
need to continue that trend. But if you haven't seen
Chuck Norris, likely you need to track down some of
the videos you can find him online. He is amazingly healthy,
amazingly active, amazingly strong, amazingly flexible for an eighty five

(02:20:31):
year old man. You would not think he's eighty five
just to look at it. It really wouldn't. And he
gives a lot of his credit to morning Kick. Now again,
I'm going to give you the spiel. Morning Kick is
a revolutionary new daily during from Roundhouse Provisions, combines ultra
potent dreams like spirolina and cale with probiotics and probiotics,

(02:20:56):
collagen and even Oshawa.

Speaker 5 (02:20:58):
God.

Speaker 1 (02:20:59):
Just mix it with water, or you can mix it
with the fruit smoothie, or you can do what I do,
and I mix it with green tea, and unlike other
green drinks out there, it actually tastes good. Now they
say it tastes like strawberry lemonade. And again I'll remind
you I never really got the strawberry side. On that,
and I think it's just my taste buds, but I

(02:21:20):
do get the lemonade, and I do think it tastes
very good. It's got five hundreds of five star reviews,
and I gotta tell you, since I started drinking Morning Kick,
it's really helped me with a long standing digestive issue
that I had previously, and it has given me a
boost of energy. I generally would say that I feel

(02:21:42):
a little bit younger, not quite eighty five, looking like
I'm forty five, kind of younger like Chuck Norris, but
definitely a little younger. I think it's worthwhile to check
it out because if you go to chuckdefense dot com
backslash Tea do yourself a favor. You get to try

(02:22:05):
morning Kick for yourself, see if it will work for
you as well as or maybe even better than it
does for me, find out if it's worth it to you.
You get a forty four percent discount by going to
that landing page, so you're saving yourself a very good
amount of money. Plus every purchase is back by a

(02:22:25):
ninety day money back guarantee, so you're literally out of
nothing to find out if it will work for you
as well. As it does for me, or again maybe
even better. And if it doesn't get your money back,
you're not out anything. You get to try it and
you'll find out if it's any good for you. That's great.

(02:22:46):
So you want to experience a smoother digestion, a boost
of energy, just an overall healthier body, then go to
Chuckdefence dot com, backslash tapp and go check it out
today morning, gick. And I'm going to take the picture
down now, all right, so George, let me let me

(02:23:09):
put Gavin Newsom's pitch your back up here again, because.

Speaker 2 (02:23:13):
Oh god, I take my glasses off so I don't
have to see it so clear.

Speaker 1 (02:23:18):
Yeah, you're welcome to look away from the screen, and
that's part of why I'm mourning. Everybody. Here comes Gavin Newsom.
If you need to look away, Bill free now. The
story that Amy Hollam brought to us in tonight's chat
room is one that I actually think I had heard

(02:23:39):
a little bit about but hadn't caught the details. So
I'm glad she brought it up. This is something that
we should be talking about. It's ABE four ninety five,
and the headline here says that if ABE four passes, California,
parents are advised to pick I'm sorry to pack up

(02:24:01):
and run now again. If you're a normal, decent, hard
working American, I don't know why you're still in California
at this point. I know some of you are still
trying to operate farms that have been in your family
for a long time or businesses of that nature. But
unless there's some strong familial reason, you should get out. Anyway.

(02:24:26):
There's a pastor in southern California that says that his
state is on the verge of being unlivable for Christians,
especially Christians with children. Now, Assembly Member Celeste Rodriguez has

(02:24:47):
introduced what is referred to as the Family Preparedness Plan
Act of twenty twenty five Assembly Bill for ninety five.

Speaker 5 (02:24:57):
Now.

Speaker 1 (02:24:57):
It's supposedly meant to keep eyes from getting the children
of illegal immigrants, So basically he wants to pass the
law that is obstruction of justice basically. Anyway. The part
that makes it so dangerous, though, isn't the fact that

(02:25:17):
they're trying to encourage more disobedient of federal law enforcement
and federal immigration law and being all up in federal
law enforcement's business. When they're trying to conduct their duly
appointed responsibilities. The scary part is that it allows anyone,

(02:25:38):
and I mean anyone, to take a child out of school.
It creates a legal loophole for kidnappers. All you really
have to be able to do is fill out a card. Now,
there's a pastor, Jack Hibbs of Cavalry Apple She No

(02:26:01):
Kills who recently told his congregation that the bill's definition
of a caregiver is basically anyone who can fill out
and sign a form, which means anybody can show up
at a school and leave with someone else's child. The
bill does not require a background check, It requires no identification, nothing.

(02:26:28):
There is no requirement in the bill for the school
to call you and ask if it's okay if whoever
takes your daughter out of school. Uh, Mickey Mouse is
here for your child. Some else from Narnia is here

(02:26:51):
for your child. They filled out the form says it's okay.

Speaker 10 (02:26:56):
Now.

Speaker 1 (02:26:57):
According to the bill's text, any a caregiver who signs
an app David shall have the same rights to authorize
medical care and dental care for a minor that are
given to guardians, which empowers a non relative or family

(02:27:17):
member to make critical medical decisions for a child, including
authorizing immunizations and physical exams, meaning that basically anybody can
show up and claim to be whatever. They don't have
to prove who they are. They don't have to get
verification from a parent. Well, well, of course, because I

(02:27:38):
may have the parents round it up already. How are
they supposed to give that permission? This is literally a
case where they're trying to legalize a form of form
of kidnapping. I mean this really, the more you read
the scenario here, this is app absolutely terrifying to a degree.

(02:28:05):
Quoting quoting here from Pearson. This is not fear mongering.
I'm not being hyperbolic. These unintended consequences are terrifying, and
they're unavoidable. I see this, and I'm stretching my head

(02:28:27):
and I'm wondering, is this really unintended? Because I don't
believe in unintended consequences anymore. I think we've seen that
for enough decades that most relatively intelligent people that are
writing legislation they know what kind of loopholes they're creating.
That's the only reason they get into the legislature and
legislative bodies around the country is so that they can

(02:28:49):
plant the loopholes so they know how to operate when
nobody else does. California already allows schools to help kids
transition genders without informing parents. If ABE four ninety five passes,
this really looks like an extremely short walk to taking

(02:29:11):
kids whose parents aren't on board with the LGBTQ plus crap.
And and your kid gets pregnant and wants an abortion
but doesn't want to tell you. Okay, they'll get somebody
to come sign the affidavit and then they will go
have a course of murdering pre born baby humans. This

(02:29:33):
is it. It's utterly ridiculous, but unfortunately it's also exactly
what we can expect. And a Gavin Newsom, California, thank you,
Amy for bringing this to our attention. George, your thoughts.

Speaker 5 (02:29:55):
There is.

Speaker 2 (02:29:59):
So many things that are running through my head right now.
Worst case scenarios. Okay, first of all, they're talking about
legalizing kidnapping. They're talking about handing over someone's child, potentially

(02:30:24):
to a total stranger, and all they got to do
is fill out a card.

Speaker 1 (02:30:35):
To do it.

Speaker 2 (02:30:41):
Honest to god, what is wrong with these people? Have
they no shame?

Speaker 10 (02:30:49):
Have they no.

Speaker 2 (02:30:51):
Moral fiber? No, of course they don't. Their fiber went
down the down the drain with with with Joe Biden's diaper. Okay,
let's face the reality. If this passes, it opens a
floodgate of other possibilities. You pointed out about you know

(02:31:17):
about the abortion thing. Okay, it could open the door
to that. It could open the door to someone walking
into a school signing a card to transition a child
totally without the parent's consent or knowledge. It could also

(02:31:43):
open the door to a lot of children. As I
said before, it opens the door to legalizing kidnapping, and
we won't know the child has been that something's happened
to the child until a body is found. This has

(02:32:06):
got to be squashed. There is no doubt in my mind.
It has to be stopped. If they get away with this,
other Blue states could follow suit in the same process.
They could do similar laws. And honestly, New York is

(02:32:30):
not too far removed from California. They pretty much mirror themselves.
So at what point do the people of California say,
what are you out of your effing minds? Have you
no sense of reality? Think about what you're proposing here. Okay,

(02:32:54):
you're talking Look I'm gonna talk to the audience like
I'm talking to Gavin Newsom.

Speaker 1 (02:33:03):
Okay, I'm gonna remind you pg. Thirteen.

Speaker 2 (02:33:08):
I'll keep it very pg. Thirteen. I'll keep it clean
as much as humanly possible.

Speaker 1 (02:33:13):
That's definitely not how you would talk to Gavin Newsom.
I know, but anyway, go ahead.

Speaker 2 (02:33:19):
Actually, I'm gonna just say it outright, because Gavin Newsom,
you're nuts. You are completely lost. Your brain matter is
complete mush. The elevator doesn't go to the top floor anymore.
If you think for one minute that parents in the

(02:33:39):
state of California are gonna let you get away with
legalizing kidnapping, because that's what you're talking about doing without
actually saying the words, Newsom, you are a sick, twisted,
demented human being. Don't do this, people of California. Don't

(02:34:04):
let him do this. Don't let this pass. Stand up
for your children, stand up for what's right. You let
this happen. When you kiss your child goodbye when they're
going to school, guess what that may be the last
time you ever see that child again. If this goes

(02:34:27):
into effect, if this passes, that's exactly what you're gonna
end up seeing happen because we're let's not forget California
is the sanctuary state of human traffickers, drug cartels, the works.
What part of Stupidville did Gavin Newsom come from to

(02:34:53):
even think of this? And why are parents mum about it?

Speaker 1 (02:35:02):
Well, I think I can answer that question for you, George.
They're not being told the truth about it. This is
coming to light due largely to a pastor of a
Christian church who recognizes the inherent danger here. The Californian
people are being told that this is just a way

(02:35:23):
to protect children from ice. And you know, there's a
large number of people there that they're gonna take the
word for these elected people. That's how they keep getting
elected and re elected. They're gonna take them at their word.
They're gonna believe it. And these are the same people
that see images from the AP and at Time magazine

(02:35:44):
and the New York Times that are showing children starving
in gaza and they just take it at base value.
They don't check the sources, they don't believe that they
have a reason to, and so they get misled and
by the time they find out the truth, it's too late.
You're absolutely right. What's going to happen if this passes

(02:36:07):
is these MS thirteen gangs, the cartels running in Mexico.
They're going to suddenly have a big influx of young
white girls being trafficked outside of the United States. They're
going to be smuggled back out. It's going to happen
without a shadow of a doubt. It is. It's as

(02:36:30):
clear as the day comes after the night. It is
playing as the nose on my face. There is no question.
It is inevitable. It's more inevitable than thanos as a
marble fan, it is. It's infuriating to see that this

(02:36:51):
is the idea, and they will probably get this passed, unfortunately,
under the guise of trying to protect children from ice.
That's the sales pitch, that's what people are buying into,
and just like usual, the Democrats see an opportunity, they
cry the infamous battle cry is for the children, and

(02:37:16):
they pass a bunch of things that are bad for everyone,
including the children. It makes me want to travel there
to just shake these people, except for the fact that
I'm scared to death to set foot in California. Now,
they'd probably throw me in a gulag.

Speaker 2 (02:37:32):
Look I'll tell you right now, I'm not afraid to
stand up to anybody that would dare endanger a child.
And what this bill is doing is endangering the children,
not saving them. This is this is human trafficking on steroids.

(02:37:56):
This is kidnapping on steroids. Parents in California, you need
to know the truth. This is not gonna help your children.
This is going to get them killed, period. It's gonna
get them kidnapped, period. It is going to cause grief.

(02:38:19):
There are gonna be grieving parents once this thing, if
this thing does pass, those parents are gonna be grieving
and then they're gonna be sitting there sitting back, going
how did this happen?

Speaker 1 (02:38:30):
How?

Speaker 2 (02:38:31):
How did where did we go wrong? No, you went
wrong by listening to idiots like Gavin Gruesome. You'll listen
to two Democrats who absolutely have zero compassion or care
about your kids. So if this passes, like I said before,

(02:38:53):
hug your children, give them a kiss on the forehead,
because that may be the last time you see them, Yeah,
and possibly see them alive.

Speaker 1 (02:39:07):
You better treat like every time they step out of
your sight that it may be for the last time,
because it very well may be. But especially going to school.
It's just, you know, we've seen stuff like this in
the past, and fortunately word got out early enough that

(02:39:29):
things were able to be done and people did push
back and it didn't end up happening. As you can
see from the comment I just put up from Amy,
it'll be legal and cops won't investigate because of the
no ID required, which means they can use they can

(02:39:51):
use an alias. Now again, who even says they have
to show their faces? Clearly wear a hat, where a scarf. Oh,
you're in public school in California, it's perfectly acceptable to
still be wearing a mask, right, especially with this new
mosquito virus that doesn't pass between people, but mask are
still needed. Geeesh. The people are stupid, and unfortunately the

(02:40:16):
people in California, a large number of them, have just
become the epitome of stupid. And I don't know if
it's just overexposure to the stupidity of democratic control or
if it's overexposure to the stupidity of the Hollywood movie industry,

(02:40:42):
where everybody suffers from identity personality disorders, which is why
they're really really good at becoming other people for the
purposes of movies. You know, the better an actor is
at assuming multiple different types of roles, the more likely
they are actually suffering from a legitimate mental medical condition

(02:41:05):
that should be treated.

Speaker 10 (02:41:09):
I just.

Speaker 1 (02:41:11):
I don't even like using the word. I don't like
calling people names. I really don't. It might be hard
to imagine, considering how often I seem to end up
doing it. But this is not just hazardous, it's not
just evil, it's not just demonic. But if the people
just go along with this without digging into it, without
seeing it for what it is, it's just stupid. And

(02:41:34):
of course, Gavin Newsom, people like Gavinussom will as soon
as bad things start happening, blame it on Donald Trump.
And these same people who will not be willing to
admit that they could have stopped it, that this is
in fact of their fault, They'll be more than happy
to point a finger at Donald Trump. They'll be more

(02:41:54):
than happy to blame every Trump supporter. They'll claim that
it's white supremacy instead of just liberal stupidity.

Speaker 2 (02:42:03):
The harsh reality is they're gonna blame Donald Trump. If
it rains, They're gonna blame Donald Trump. If it snows.
They're gonna blame Donald Trump for earthquakes. They're gonna blame
Donald Trump for everything and anything. If he farts and
then the wind blows it just right and people get

(02:42:26):
sick from the scent, from the smell, They'll blame Donald Trump.

Speaker 1 (02:42:32):
Even if.

Speaker 2 (02:42:34):
Even if it was better exactly. I mean, look, I'm
no fan of of liberal stupidity. Anyone who is tuned
into my podcast knows that I will call a spade
a spade and a shovel of shovel, and I will
call them out on their stupid because California, it's chuck

(02:42:58):
full of stupid people willing to buy into the nonsense
that their elected officials are selling them. And this is
a dangerous idea very dangerous and if the parents are
too blind, deaf and dumb to see it, I have

(02:43:21):
no pity for them. I have no sympathy for them.
I don't feel sorry for them because at the end
of the day, they will be the ones allowing it
to happen. And if they blame Donald Trump for it,
got news for you. You allowed it to happen, not
Donald Trump. So get a clue, buy a vowal, grow

(02:43:42):
a brain cell, and realize that what they're proposing is
going to cost child's lives. It's as simple as that.

Speaker 1 (02:43:55):
All right, George, I think we're gonna have to kind
of leave things there. We do need to wind down.
It's getting pretty close to three hour mark. I want
to thank you again for coming on before we break
down to our final goodbyes, though, I want to take
care a little bit of housekeeping. Anybody who is listening
right now, who's seen this, I want to remind you

(02:44:17):
that the Friday Night Live show starts at seven pm Eastern.
It's the second Friday of the month, which means I
don't have typically a full second hour guest, which means
I have four guests scheduled tune in as. We'll be

(02:44:39):
joined by Nels Grivella's Tony Holland, Iras Scheffel, and doctor
Colonel Josh McConkey. That's the lineup for Friday Night. We'll
be talking about everything from the mental state of children,

(02:45:01):
to hy NBA programs or failing students, how to stop
a tyrant, and then the comeback of the presidential fitness
Test just some of what we will get into. So
I hope you'll join us again. You can listen to
KSE Star Talk Radio Network, Liberty Talk FM, the Vera Networks,

(02:45:26):
and if you happen to be driving through Columbia, South Carolina,
you can tune in too wc ET FM, whichever of
those you want to do. You're fine to join us live,
and if you're not able to join us live, then
you can tune us in pretty much wherever you listen

(02:45:47):
to audio podcasts. George, please let everybody know where they
can find you and your work, both the show and
of course on social media. Should they come looking to
befriends you, follow you, or maybe just call you a
funny looking guy from New York whatever they may be looking.

Speaker 2 (02:46:06):
Well, some people do actually do that terrible.

Speaker 1 (02:46:10):
I know what I normally get, so I figured you
probably get at least some of that too.

Speaker 2 (02:46:15):
Oh yeah, definitely, well, folks. If you want to find
Firefox News online on rumble dot com, here's how you
do it. Go to rumble dot com, slash the f
f N o ib N, slash live. If you take
the word live off the end of it, that'll take
it to the archive page, where you'll find all the

(02:46:36):
previous podcasts and a few nuggets of of of of
of of of of of fun at least for me
to say along the way. And if you want to
find me on social media, oh if, I got a
plethora of them for you. So here goes ahem. On

(02:46:59):
g dot com, parlor dot com, and Truthsocial dot com,
search for the following at Firefoxnews Online. On Maga book
it's Maga book dot com slash Firefoxnews Online. On getter

at f f n O p n U s A.

(02:47:23):
On Pickax dot com that's p I c k a
X dot com slash Firefoxnews dash online. And on the
platform once known as Twitter, you can simply search for
the UH page there by searching for at f f

(02:47:45):
n O. Programming. Note for all of you that do
want to tune into the podcast as an experiment, I
am doing Thursday afternoon podcasts. If it works out and
it balanced and it works out well, it'll be added
to the schedule, So keep that in mind as well.

(02:48:10):
Back to you, Tim, all.

Speaker 1 (02:48:13):
Right, Thank you, George. Always appreciate you coming in, hanging
out being an important part of the show. In fact,
at this point, I think you're getting dangerously close to
just being a co host for the live stream anyway,
I might have to eventually just start giving you credits
for that. At any rate, I do appreciate your time,

(02:48:34):
your efforts, and court and certainly, once I'm no longer
tongue tied, your insights and your willingness to share with
the audience, thank you so much for being here.

Speaker 2 (02:48:47):
And, as I always say, as I get ready to
blaze a trail, that's all folks.

Speaker 1 (02:48:57):
All right, Sorry, ladies and gentlemen, mister George Censer, Firefox
News Online Live, long and prosper all right, slipping him
off into the digital green room. I want to thank
Amy Hollam again for hanging out with us and making

(02:49:18):
a suggestion sharing a story that certainly was worthwhile would
have made the cut had I had caught it earlier.
So again, thank you, Amy, I appreciate it.

Speaker 10 (02:49:28):
Ah.

Speaker 1 (02:49:31):
I think the important thing to keep in mind right
now as much as anything, I've been saying this a
lot lately, and I don't think I've ever said it
before the days of Donald Trump holding office. There are
literally so many things going on around us, so many
newsworthy things, so many things that we need to be
paying attention to, that we need to be focused on

(02:49:52):
that it's nearly impossible for us to spend adequate time
talking about all of them. So now more than ever,
it's not enough just you to watch your favorite podcast
and then maybe throw in a tap into the truth
on the side. Although you know, I'd love to think that, Hey, yeah,
I'm one of your favorites, whether I am or not,
appreciate you listening, watching wherever you're catching me at. But

(02:50:15):
it's not enough to catch and watch me watch George
over at Firefox News Online, catch Ron Edwards over at
the Ron Edwards American Experience, whether you're catching up with
and you Bellus or any of the folks that do

(02:50:37):
a lot of independent stuff, it's still not enough. We
can't all get to everything. Let's see here what we
got here, and you're at there very good, and that's
that's what we need. And Amy does phenomenal work. By

(02:50:59):
the way, I happened to catch one of her posts
today on LinkedIn and I had to comment she does
very challenging work, So definitely check out Amy's audios when
you get a chance. And me Hollum doing doing heroes
work literally and sometimes standing up to the corruption of

(02:51:23):
bad actors in law enforcement and bad actors in local governments.
But my point is that no matter how much time
you're spending trying to get news and information, there's still
something that's likely to slip between the cracks. There's so
much going on, so much to be easily distracted with,

(02:51:44):
but so many things that are important. So my usual
sign off it's more important now than ever when I'm
telling you to make sure that you're paying attention, that
you're doing your own homework, that you're into stuff both
locally and at the national levels or at the state

(02:52:06):
wide level, because again we know for a fact you
can't count on the media to tell you the truth,
certainly not the legacy media. You can't necessarily count on
a lot of the podcasters to tell you the truth
because podcasting is about sharing opinions and thoughts, and sometimes
it's about sharing a particular rabbit hole we've fallen down into.

(02:52:27):
There are occasions where even I and my best efforts
to always bring you factual, actual information, I'm going to
find myself biased to buy a story or trying to
find something that goes outside of the norms. Sometimes I'm
just desperate to set myself apart, and that's common too.

(02:52:50):
In this particular industry. That's how you get big time
sponsors and big time listeners and blah blah blah. That's
never been my goal. It's never been what I want
to do. But as a human being, I find myself
occasionally being biased the same as everyone else. That's why
it's so important to expose yourself to as many many

(02:53:10):
news sources and bits of information as is possible. We
live in a time right now where people are actively
working hard to ignore information in order to support their worldview.
Oh ah, oh, we hate Israel, So no matter what
Hamas does, everything's as real spout. That is it. If

(02:53:35):
you're rooting for the side that engages in terrorism, if
you're rooting for the side that kills murders and kidnaps,
if you're rooting for the side that is literally keeping
people hostage for years, stealing from their own people, stealing
food so that their people will get fed, and it's

(02:53:57):
a recruiting tool for crying out out join the mass.
We actually have food, where'd you get it from?

Speaker 5 (02:54:04):
Guys?

Speaker 1 (02:54:05):
We're going to still continue to believe the worldview that
we hate Israel. So obviously the Israelis aren't letting the
AID get in. Wrong, there's a reason why the UN
wants to do it. We're living in the world where
this is the propaganda, this is the lie that they're
going to tell you that. You've got Democrats right now
running around trying to blame the redistricting issue in Texas.

(02:54:28):
I'm Donald Trump wrong. We've got people running around trying
to tell you that it's going to be perfectly okay
for New York to have city operated grocery stores.

Speaker 4 (02:54:44):
Wrong.

Speaker 1 (02:54:46):
You got Elizabeth Warren out here trying to tell you, oh,
you know what, that is perfectly okay. Mandanie's right. It's
affordability that's the issue. Show me a place where Democrats
have been in control, even the not so radical uber leftists, socialist,
full blown communist, Islamo fascist, the Democrats that they're trying
to put up premierships around the country right now. Show

(02:55:08):
me whenever just the more moderate Democrats have run a
place and it's been more affordable. I dare you find
me one. I would love to be proven wrong and
I will accept I will say I'm wrong if you
can just find one. But it's got to be legitimate.
You can't just cherry pick certain points of data, and

(02:55:30):
you've really got to dig into it. That's what we
have to do because the media is lying to, the
politicians are lying to and they're hoping, they're hoping you'll
buy into it. And if you thought my use so
the word is Lomo fascist was a bit rough or crude,
take a look around. Seattle is about to get an

(02:55:55):
Islamo fascist mayor. You've got was it? Minneapolis? I think
they're about to get an Islamo fascist mayor. And New York,
New York's about to get one too. You want to
know what's going to happen to New York, take a

(02:56:16):
look at London. Go ahead, I'll wait, take a look
at London. See what's happening in London. I saw a
piece just the other day written by a native Londoner
who's a US citizen now spends almost dollar time. She
went and visited her former hometown. She didn't recognize it.

(02:56:44):
Large chunks of it looked like third world nation. And
this is after just a few terms of having an
Islamo fascist in the mayor seat. That is exactly who
these people are. And we are now seeing this new

(02:57:06):
elevated level stage two of Islamo invasion in the United States. Now,
we've talked about it before. We used to spend a
lot of time talking about the counter spent a whole
lot of time talking about the counter invasion, especially back

(02:57:27):
in the days when our good friend Kel Fritzy would
make regular appearances because she was so dedicated to being
part of the counter insurgency. You're dealing with a group
of people that thinks it's perfectly acceptable to lie to you,
a group of people that think it is perfectly okay
to enslave the non believers, and that's perfectly normal. It

(02:57:54):
should be okay. It's not a problem. It's not even
really enslaving them. It's the best of one of the options,
because if you enslave them, then eventually they still might convert.
And then if they eventually convert to Islam, then they
might still find their way into heaven. Oh, there's no guarantee.
There's only one guarantee they get you into heaven in

(02:58:15):
the Islamo faith. If you're a Mohammedan as Kel used
to call them, and Islamist, as the current terminology tends
to go, then the belief factor, there only one way
to be guaranteed a spot in heaven, and that is
to die a martyr. And you only become a martyr

(02:58:38):
if you take out more infidels when.

Speaker 4 (02:58:40):
You go.

Speaker 1 (02:58:43):
Than just dying yourself. In other words, if you're trying
to be a martyr, you blow yourself up and you
only kill one non believer, you're not guaranteed the spot.
You get at least two. Okay, you got a shot.
That's why they like for high body counts. What I
am telling you this is not just an anti Muslim rant.

(02:59:03):
I promise you there are plenty of Muslims that are
not Mohammedans, that are not Islamist. The problem is we
don't know who's who because of tikia. The problem is
not everyone is enlightened. And the real problem is there
is nothing. No matter how devoted they may be to

(02:59:27):
Mohammed or not, how many times daily they face Mecca
and say their prayers, no matter how much time they
spend reading the Koran and the Hadith, the siras, no
matter how much time they end up dedicating dollars, there
is no guarantee of their full mindset, and there is

(02:59:48):
no version of that faith that can be constitutionally compliant,
not with our Constitution. The worst mistake that we can
make is in believing that there's any type of equivalency
between our civilizations. The Left is predicated on the promise

(03:00:14):
of trying to convince all the lowly useful idiots that
all cultures are equally valid. Then tell me why only
Western civilizations have made major advancements. Oh, Tim, you're ignoring
all the historical advancements and scientific things that came from

(03:00:37):
from the Arab people. Well, I'll tell you. The last
major thing that the Arab people did that was an
actual contribution to humanity was before Islam became the dominant
faith within the Arab peoples. That's a little piece of
historical information they typically don't like to share. There was

(03:00:57):
a reason for that cannot be in a retroverted belief set.

Speaker 10 (03:01:05):
And be.

Speaker 1 (03:01:07):
Actually progressive, not what the left wants to call progressive,
but what the definition would actually say the word means.
But they didn't intend to go down this rant. But again,
when I heard today that Seattle is about to have
one of these wild and crazy mayors too, it becomes
pretty obvious. Let's take a look at what's happened to London.

(03:01:31):
Let's be honest about it, and let's decide is that
really the route we want to go? Elizabeth Warren, let
me tell you, miss focahannas affordability in New York. You
really think that your policies, the ones that have been
failing New York City for decades, are going to create
more affordability? You really think that, I don't know, let's say, right,

(03:01:55):
control is going to solve the problem. Dude, We've tried it.
We know for a fact, just like any other form
of collectivism, it doesn't work. It's is just the opposite.
Because housing becomes more scarce, Fewer people want to be
landlords because they can't get their money, they can't get

(03:02:17):
what the money's worth. They can't be responsible to fix
and repair because they're not bringing in enough money to
afford to do it. When it becomes a losing proposition,
those housing opportunities go away. You end up with fewer
and the fewer you have, the more expensive. The ones

(03:02:38):
that are left become. Let's see here great says. So
if you die for the name of Mohammed, they promise
you seventy two virgins employ Are those seventy two guys?

Speaker 5 (03:03:02):
Yes?

Speaker 1 (03:03:03):
Unfortunately, something that George and I can attest to a
large percentage of those seventy two versions are post pubescent
teenagers still living in their mom's basement that do cosplay
at every kind of convention, including the Star Trek one.
I have seen this myself. Yes, Greg, you are correct.

(03:03:27):
Scary stuff. George says, they're told to lie to non
believers all the time. Cal said that many times. Yeah, Tia,
it's not just encouraged, it's expected. It's just that simple.
And Dommy wants to make some ways and buzz the

(03:03:49):
free and who ends up paying the bill? Well, yeah,
here's here's the thing, guys. Even Elizabeth Warren when she
was asked about it, what were you going to think
that all the rich people leave? Oh they've written that
before the Oh they haven't had a full blown socialist
Islamo fascist in the mayor's season before some of them. Yes, yes, great,

(03:04:21):
But the point still stance. This is a dangerous time
for America as a whole because these are major US cities.
New York is literally still considered to be the economic
capital of our country thanks to Wall Street. Not the

(03:04:43):
kind of place you want to be run by a
socialist or a communist and certainly not the kind of
place you want to be run by a radical Islamist.
And there's nothing this guy says that would indicate that
that he is anything other than that. George saying, if

(03:05:06):
Donnie wins, New York City becomes a ghost town for businesses.
Now all the businesses go away, then who's paying for
those grocery stores? Who's keeping them open? Who's left behind
to stand in the bread line that Bernie Sanders loves
so much, because you know, there's a great thing to
have breadlines. It means there's bread. No, that's why there's

(03:05:30):
a line there, Bernie. There's a line because people are waiting,
and unfortunately only a very few are going to get anything.
George is sharing in the chat room right now. Many
have already started leaving because they fear he might win.
And you know, the citizenry needs to do that too.

(03:05:52):
It's time, it's pastime, get out of dodge. If these
people really want to end up in full blown socialism,
let them have a taste of what it's like. I'm
getting the very Atlas Shrugged feeling here. All the producers
just need to go, and anybody who doesn't want to

(03:06:14):
get caught up in it. Anybody who doesn't want to
be victim to this, they need to get out of
there too. Florida is a nice place. Just don't bring
the same voting patterns with you that led to Mandami
being able to become the new face the Democratic Party,
which is what people like AOC and Bernie Sanders would

(03:06:36):
want you to believe the fact that you have three
major US cities right now with cookie cutter versions, just
one of them happens to be female looking to win
the mayorships, and these cities the no go zones were

(03:06:57):
bad enough. The compound in previously generally considered safe areas.
They were bad enough. The colonization of dearborn Michigan was
bad enough. I don't see it ending well, guys, I

(03:07:20):
just don't. And unfortunately, if they choose it. I want
every legitimate conservative individual. I want every legitimate Christian who
follows and loves their faith. I want every person that
doesn't buy into socialism to get the hell out while
you still can, because I can see a time coming

(03:07:43):
very soon where they literally have to put barriers in
place to keep you from leaving. I wonder why that
sounds familiar too, I don't know. Dangerous times if they're
elected and if they were allowed to implement any of
their policies. And the one thing we know about the
city councils that will be backing these particular mayors, they're

(03:08:09):
stupid enough to go along with it. M George Ray Harry,
simplifying with a lot of our fellow Americans are facing, says,
if I could afford it, I would leave in New

(03:08:30):
York in a minute, would leave in a New York minute.
That's actually what he said. I should probably get that Craig.
And he's not in New York City. He's in New
York State, but he's not in New York New York
close enough to still get some of the collateral damage, though,

(03:08:51):
Greg states again put a wall up around New York City.
Escape from New York, where's snake the skin? You know,
we've got Escape from New York and Escape from la
Very quickly becoming not a dystopian movie fantasy starring Kurt Russell,
but quickly becoming the reality George points out. And still

(03:09:15):
in the Hudson Valley. Yeah, I mean, like I said,
still close enough to get a lot of collateral damage.
All right, I have rambled on long enough, and I
went down two different rabbit holes that I didn't intend
to do. I was just gonna give you a warning again.
Too many things to go on. I literally could do
a five hour show today and I still wouldn't be
able to cover everything going on that's important enough to

(03:09:38):
point out. And that was still my point. These are
things that you need to be watching out for. So
in the meanwhile, don't take my word for it. Please,
please do not take the word of an Alexandria A
Cassio Cortes or an ill hann Ohmar or any of

(03:10:01):
the squad that went down to Mexico last week and
pledged allegiance to every country but America. Don't take their
word for you. They don't take Chuck Schumer's.

Speaker 2 (03:10:11):
Word for it.

Speaker 1 (03:10:12):
They do not take the Rhinos word for it. Be
prepared to put in some effort. Most importantly, and I
can't emphasize this or not most importantly, use your brain

(03:10:34):
if you really want to tap into the truth. Oh,
that's gonna be it. I'm going to play a couple
of videos, so those of you that are only listening
to audio, you're gonna be missing out. You're not going
to see the images but I think you're gonna be
intrigued by the audio that you hear. Again. I want

(03:10:57):
to remind you Friday Night's live show coming up tomorrow,
Please don't miss it. You can listen live starting at
seven pm Eastern at the k Star Talk radio network
Liberty Talk FM, which is just Liberty Talk dot FM
literally uh, the Vera network. And of course, if you
happen to be driving through the capital of the beautiful

(03:11:18):
state of South Carolina, Columbia, you can tune in to
w c e T FM one on one point three
f M. I think that was the call letters. Uh,
let me let me double check that again on one
on one point seven. I'm sorry. Then we'll put that
up there again. Scroll one last time. I'm gonna play

(03:11:40):
a couple of videos and then do the normal sound
off again. I want to remember. Please check Spend some
time in the show description, click the links. Help support
the show in any way you'd like to, even if
it's just sharing or liking or commenting. Helping us to
beat the algorithms so we get offered to more people,

(03:12:01):
maybe they'll help find us out. Regardless of how that
plays out. If you do want to visit some of
our some of our sponsors and make some purchases. Just
make sure they know that you gain from here and
that helps the show immensely. And if you just find
value here you want just support the show directly. There's

(03:12:25):
ways to go about that too. You can go over
to locals dot com, which is pretty easy from here
at Rumble, and you can sign up and become a supporter.
You can go to sprinker dot com. You can become
a sponsored a supporter there. Both those five dollars a month.
It's the minimum. You can do more if you want,
but the minimum is there. I want to thank Greg

(03:12:45):
again too, by the way, because while we're here live
on the air, you can make direct contributions while we're
on I think they're called rants here is the technical term.
Greg has been very generous with those recently, so again,
thank you very much for that. Greg. I do appreciate
that more than that I can adequately express. So that's

(03:13:05):
another way you can do it. You can go to
tap into the Truth dot com. That's tapp into the
truth dot com and there are links at the top
of most of the pages where you can make a
direct contribution if you want to. There bottom line is.
There's a lot of ways to support the show. If
you just want to give money, you can. If you
just want to go buy some cool stuff and support

(03:13:27):
the show while you're at it, you can, Or if
you'd just it. You really can't spend money on it
because the budget's too tight. Like share, spread the word,
leave a comment. All the good stuff that helps elevate,
all that subple it really is and all of it
is appreciating. So good night, everybody, everybody that was in

(03:13:51):
the chatroom, Greg, thank you so much. George who have
been hanging out in the chat room when he hasn't
been on air with me. Amy Hollam was in here tonight.
Course she gets full credit for helping to produce the
last segment because she brought that story to us. Doug
was in here for a little bit. I don't know
if he still is or not, but he's got this

(03:14:11):
funny way of hanging out just to make sure if
I'm actually here. I think he's looking for excuses to
make fun of me for the Friday shows with as
much as anything else. Anyway, I don't shut up now,
I'm not gonna so I better let's get out of
here with some of these videos and then we'll do

(03:14:32):
the normal shut out again. Thank you so much, and
you know, don't forget to always try to tap into
the truth. No one is above the law. No one
is above the law.

Speaker 2 (03:14:51):
Nobody is above the law.

Speaker 1 (03:14:54):
No one is above the law. No one is above
the law. Nobody is above the law.

Speaker 8 (03:14:59):
No one is above the law.

Speaker 1 (03:15:01):
No one is above the law. No one is above
the law. No one is above the law. No one
is above the law.

Speaker 2 (03:15:08):
No one is above the law.

Speaker 1 (03:15:27):
Son of a bitch.

Speaker 11 (03:15:29):
We hold these truths to be self evident, that all
men and women are created equal.

Speaker 12 (03:15:36):
We don't just say it, We live it.

Speaker 2 (03:15:39):
We organize, legislate, and govern it. Together. We work for
fair wages and equal pay.

Speaker 12 (03:15:49):
So we can get a good education for ourselves and
give one to our children. For affordable health care for
our families, and a clean planet for.

Speaker 1 (03:15:57):
The next generation, so we can decide let's best for
our own bodies and may the person we love.

Speaker 12 (03:16:06):
For those battles we haven't won yet, we will keep fighting.

Speaker 5 (03:16:11):
Sometimes that means sitting so that others can stand up,
listening so.

Speaker 7 (03:16:17):
That others can be heard, or lending a hand so
others can pull themselves.

Speaker 11 (03:16:23):
Up because we know that behind balanced budgets, new deals,
and multipoint plans are people.

Speaker 12 (03:16:31):
People who are trying to do good, to get to work,
to make their.

Speaker 2 (03:16:35):
Mark for themselves, their families, and their communities.

Speaker 11 (03:16:39):
And through decades of administrations, revolutions, and global changes.

Speaker 2 (03:16:44):
We have been driven by one question.

Speaker 1 (03:16:47):
How can we do the most good for the most people.

Speaker 12 (03:16:53):
Because we don't believe in simply electing someone to give
us the country we want to live in. We believe
in creating it at town hall meetings, on school boards
and state legislatures, from the halls of Congress to the
Oval office.

Speaker 1 (03:17:07):
We are democrats.

Speaker 2 (03:17:08):
We are democrats. We are democrats.

Speaker 12 (03:17:10):
We are democrats.

Speaker 2 (03:17:11):
We are democrats.

Speaker 1 (03:17:13):
This is what we do, this is what we have
always done. Let's go make some more history together.

Speaker 6 (03:17:30):
Second School is a protective headgear company with a patented
line of impact reducing products. At Second School, we focus
on head protection as our only priority so that we
can be the absolute best at it. With an estimated
two point eight million Americans sustaining a traumatic brain injury
each year and the half a million children being treated

(03:17:53):
in the erch year for a head injury, there have
been recent declines in athletic participation levels leave the concerns
and fears of head injuries are factors contributing to these
declines and activity levels. Second Skull has protection for every
sport and for every athlete. Our product line of thin, lightweight, breathable,

(03:18:15):
and practical solutions are each tested at independent and accredited laboratories.
These products are patented and proven. So how do our
products work. We place a floating layer of impact absorbing
material between two low friction fabric panels. The specialized material
is engineered to stiffen when contacted to meet anticipate energy

(03:18:38):
before it reaches the head. This technology works and we
partner with some of the most recognizable organizations to develop
our products, earning a grant from the National Football League
to launch an ultra lightweight protective skull cap our mission
at Second Skull is twofold.

Speaker 3 (03:19:26):
Your Baby Gone was a world of farm when you
were just a little squirt. You learn the rules of
defensive tools so.
