Google has committed to allowing all creators who were kicked off YouTube — over so-called political speech "violations" — the chance to return to the platform.

Jimmy Kimmel Live returned to ABC television, but not all ABC stations. Both Nexstar and Sinclair announced plans to preempt the late-night show. The two broadcast companies own or control nearly 80 ABC affiliates between them.

President Donald Trump called for the member states of the United Nations to embrace Trump policies of strict border controls and domestic energy production "to be great again." In an effort to give Putin something new to think about, President Donald Trump said that he believes Ukraine could "take back" its country in its "original form" from Russia, promising to continue to supply weapons for NATO.

After roughly two hours in deliberations, a jury found Ryan Routh guilty of attempting to assassinate President Donald Trump on a Florida golf course last year. After the verdict was read, Routh attempted to stab himself in the neck with a pen.

Maryland's foster care programs failed to perform background checks, leading to 10 children living in foster homes with sex offenders and a convicted murderer being paid to provide "one-on-one" care for children in hotels, according to auditors from the Maryland General Assembly's Department of Legislative Services.

today's broadcast of Tapping to the Truth. Hope you're having
a fantastic the day, wherever you are and whatever you

but he was always I am your ever so humble
and mostly peaceful host, Tim Tap coming to you alive
from historic Rome County, Tennessee, and so very glad to

(03:15):
have you all along for the ride. Thank you so
much for being here. I do greatly appreciate it. A
lot's of going on. I think the intro song has
never been more apropos as one. Donald John Trump aka
the Orange Man, Who's bad, the kicker of puppies, the
eater of babies, the climate arsonist went and burned down

(03:40):
the U end today. A lot of interesting things to say,
and of course we are still just a little removed
from the memorial for Charlie Kirk that took place on
this past Sunday. Quite quite the events, despite the fact

(04:02):
that many people on the left still seem to really
not understand what's going on. So much of that so
easy to focus on. We could do multiple shows, hours
upon hours of content just on that and never say
the same thing twice. However, there are other things going
on in the world and we probably need to look,

(04:25):
at least briefly at some of that. For example, emails
were released showing that the FBI under when Joseph Robin
at Biden Jr. Worked specifically with radical pro abortion groups
to target pro lifers. Now, you and I knew this
was a thing that was happening, right, I mean we

(04:46):
knew it was going on. We've talked about it quite
a bit here, but now the proof is right there.
Of course, we also have had Donald Trump and the
current Health and Human Services Secretary one Bobby Kennedy Junior,

(05:07):
really upsetting the left by calling out a potential connection
between extended use of TAIL and all during pregnancy, especially
late pregnancy, issuing a new warning guide, and again, I

(05:27):
think it's kind of interesting to see the left reaction.
It's not the role of her much to tell us
what we call encount Where were you in twenty twenty?
Just a question, just thinking out loud. Also, the use

(05:47):
of a concentrated B vitamin that is typically used to
go along with and make more effective chemotherapies as a
potential treatment for some forms of autism, A lot of
that's being blown up and misrepresented as well. So what's

(06:09):
going on there? Of course, there was some type of
him in an electronic threat ahead of Trump's speech at
the UN. Secret Service found it and dismantled it. Donald
Trump canceled his meeting today with one Chucky Schumer and
one speaker. Well he's not the speaker he would be

(06:32):
if the Democrats took over one head of the Democratic
Party in the House. Yeah, I canceled it, said, you
guys aren't serious. Do the right thing, you know what
to do. So we're still flirting with the possibility of
a government shutdown. We'll see it when it happens. If

(06:52):
it happens, it'll be interesting. I don't know. Part of
me still thinks they'll gumber around to not doing it.
Part of me thinks the Democrats are doing one dumb
thing right after another, so maybe they will do this.
Good news if you are a refugee from YouTube because
you talked about election integrity or you talked about the

(07:15):
JAB or something along those lines, Because now there's an
admission that it was wrong, it was unacceptable, and it
had a lot to do with undue pressure from the
Biden administration and why they were so harsh. They issued
an apology letter and theoretically we'll find out this Thursday. Actually, theoretically,

(07:41):
those of us who left YouTube, either of our own
cord or because they booted us off, we're supposedly welcomed again,
you know, as long as we're not like inciting by
its or some nonsense like that. I don't know that
that's the thing we actually have ever done, or at
least not most of us. So that's an interesting bit

(08:05):
of situation. But I think the biggest news of all, well,
the hottest topic of all certainly nowhere's near the biggest news.
We'll cover that later, but the hottest topic seems to
be the fact that Jimmy Kimmel is returning to ABC. Yeah,

(08:29):
sort of, I mean he's returning to some abs. It
was a strange situation, and you know, basically Disney come
to the realization that we withdrew because we didn't like
the fact that next Star in Saint Clair was going
to preempt the Jimmy kaime a live show that represents

(08:54):
Some people are saying it's close to thirty percent of
the ABC affiliates. I think it's a bit higher than that.
But regardless of what the percentage, it's still a significant
amount of non eyeballs on the product, which was already
a struggling product. You know, the ratings haven't been great

(09:14):
in a while. Nobody wants to tune into a show
that's supposed to be funny and just isn't, except for,
of course, those ultra uber lefties who prefer clapter over laughter.
So Disney actually made what kind of constitutes a good
business decision and bringing Jimmy back, because after all, most

(09:39):
of us conservatives have already left an overwhelming majority of
Disney entertainment venues. As it is, you know, we've we've
all had that thumb in our eye one too many times,
and we just know that somewhere and somewhere, Walt is

(10:01):
just spinning like a freaking top. It's a clear cutcase
of the current Disney folks. They still can't seem to
understand what's going on. So they had announced yesterday that
Jimmy Kimball would be back on Tuesday, September twenty third.

(10:26):
Actually this is the day if you are catching this broadcast,
the same day that I'm doing it. But what I
found most interesting is the fact that Sinclair immediately came
out and said, we will still not be airing the
Jimmy kimbl Live Show until we feel satisfied that certain

(10:49):
criterias have been met. It took a little bit longer,
although technically they led the way the first time and
helped move Sinclair down the road. Next Star did eventually
the Next Star Media group. They also confirmed late on Tuesday,
I mean not late late, but later in the day

(11:10):
than Sinclair did, they will not be airing Jimmy Kimmell
Live either on its ABC affiliates. They don't really care
that Disney proper has ended the show's suspension. Now. A
lot of people have made a lot of different statements here.
In fact, some people were kind of harsh at Sinclair

(11:34):
because Sinclair initially said that first night that we were
going to be without Jimmy Kimball, they were going to
actually air a tribute to Charlie Kirk, and then mere
minutes before it should have came on, they decided to
air a different news program, and they just made sure

(11:58):
everyone knew the to the YouTube channel if they wanted
to watch the tribute. And I had to say when
I saw the headline there they had backed out and
directed people to YouTube. I was kind of miffed, like
a lot of folks that I've heard, but you know,
it kind of makes sense when you go back and

(12:18):
look at it. Because Sinclair had several of their affiliate
locations threatened by these leftist terrorist uns Now again, I
don't think you should back up or give up and
allow these people to dictate what you're doing. But this
was a decision that was made strictly out of concern

(12:39):
for the safety of their employees. They didn't have time
to get enough genuine security in place, so they postponed
that event, and they put the safety of their employees
ahead of their desire to air this because, make no mistake,
Sinclair is one of a few conservative leaning media conglomerates

(13:04):
out there, so they wanted to air that. But they
also decided that if it comes down to a difference
between giving in to these demands and protecting the well
being of their employees, that's the route they went. And
I can't really be that angry at them over that choice.

(13:24):
Under the circumstances, probably was the right decision. As much
as I hate to have to say that, I am
still very much watching this fluid story because some folks
wrote pieces intended to be published on Monday once the

(13:48):
announcement had been made, once everybody knew Kimmel was going
to be back, and one of the headlines I saw
was Jimmy Kimmel's saga ends predictably.

Speaker 3 (14:00):
So.

Speaker 1 (14:02):
But Sinclair and Next Star are still not going to
air it, and there's still going to be a push
from certain other affiliates and certain other individual stations out
there that may be part of a different group that
essentially Jimmy Kimmel is not going to be seen by

(14:26):
it a bare minimum of at least thirty percent of
the normal audience that would still be watching that show,
bare minimum, possibly more than that. So is the saga
really over No? I tend to think it's a long
way from it. Of course, the left is still out
there high fiving themselves. They think that by virtue of

(14:47):
the terroristic behavior going and shooting up ABC affiliate stations,
threatening different locations and areas, that they've won some great victory.
All the actors in Hollywood, they wrote a letter drawn
up by the ACLU, an open letter to ABC Disney, Ah,

(15:11):
you're a terrible, terrible, horrible, very no good attack on
the First Amendment, the freedom of speech to blah blah,
blacked East Macattee. They came away feeling like they won,
and a lot of conservative commentators came away feeling like
Disney chose the leftist Insano's over what still constitutes the

(15:34):
majority of Americans. You know, common sense, decent people who
just want things to be normal. Wow, this is what
we got. Now. Some of you might be wondering why

(15:55):
am I spending so much time talking about an event
that really wasn't much of an event, and you would
be right to be concerned. But here's my point, and
I will be done talking about Jimmy Kimball at least
for the remainder of the day, regardless of what Disney did,

(16:21):
regardless of what ABC that's moving forward. At the behest
of Disney, since that's who owns the whole wall of wax,
they have a lot of pressure financially already placed on
them because they've already alienated the conservative audience. So now

(16:43):
they're stuck. How do they bring back a conservative audience
without alienated the left? And the clear cut answer here
is they're not even allowed to attempt to lower the temperature,
which that was all Disney's intention was here. Anyway, Kimmel's
contract has him getting paid regardless of what happens, So

(17:08):
obviously Disney through ABC would prefer kim Ll at least
provides some level of content and some value to bring
in some level of ad revenue to help offset the
losses that they had. So pandering to the left when

(17:32):
the left is the only audience you have left, starts
to be a good business move instead of the bad
business move that at this point it's too late to repair,
I think. But here's what I would like to propose
to Disney. If anybody out there is listening, while you

(17:54):
do still have the economic power you could, you could
have taken this opportunity to break Hollywood, break the tiny
little hearts and minds of all these people who think
they have so much power over you, the creatives, the performers.

(18:15):
You could have broke Hollywood wide open by simply saying no,
we're not going to do this. We're done vilifying half
of the country, slightly more than half half of the
country simply because their politics are different than ours. And

(18:41):
if you don't like it, go pound sand. But tim,
how would they make content? How would There are thousands
and thousands of extremely talented individuals that can, in fact
do all the things that those creatives do. Some of

(19:04):
them are still struggling and trying to make their way
in the industry. Some of them have chosen a different
path where They certainly could have been big, but they
went a different route. Some of them are still practicing
their art in a different way on their own, completely independent,
and are simply denied work within the industry because they're

(19:26):
not part of the unions. But here's the thing that
the power that the creative unions have over companies like Disney,
they only have it for as long as Disney wants
to acknowledge it. Disney can hire people if they so.

(19:47):
Joe's that's not part of the actor's guild. M what
are you saying. Not every studio in Hollywood is in
a position to be able to take that risk, take
that gamble. But Disney is Disney is literally a worldwide conglomerate.

(20:08):
They literally can move all of their productions into conservative
areas or out of the country, like most of them
are doing anyway, where they don't care who you've hired.
There was a real opportunity here that Disney actually and
I know the problem here is nobody in Disney thinks

(20:30):
in these terms. But there was a real possibility that
they could have broken the current system and returned this
to a merit based scenario where somebody who's really good
at voice acting but simply isn't a member of the
Actors Guild, wouldn't have to be turned down. You gonna

(20:54):
go ahead and hire them. Yes, you're hired, Come on in,
but I'm not a card carrying member. Don't worry about it.
Do you want the job? Yes? Please? All right? That
was the opportunity, that's what was there, a real possibility.
But they already gave in, and again partially because at

(21:16):
this point they've lost the conservative market anyway. And unlike
the situation with bud Light, where it seems like slowly
a lot of folks that were on the conservative side
of that argument are beginning to forgive and return to
the bud Light, there's still a large percentage, probably better

(21:40):
than half, that's never going to touch bud Light again.
When it comes to Disney, I think you probably have
somewhere closer to eighty percent of the conservative consumers in
this country that's never going to touch a Disney product again.
That literally got angry that they had to get anseled
or Hulu in twentieth century Fox finalized the deal, and

(22:05):
here you go, Disney has full control of Hulu and
is sort of going away next year. But you still
can sign up for a bundle package through a website
called Hulu. It sounds like some type of overly complicated

(22:27):
tax dodge to me, But you know, Disney has attorneys
for that kind of thing. So that's kind of the
thing that I would have liked to have seen. I
would have liked to have seen the talented individuals who
are held back, who are never given an opportunity to

(22:49):
be given one, and I would love to have seen
how the quality of the product was affected. Well, the
people that are out there and do this for a living,
they would never cross. Then the folks who have never
joined any of these unions, they just might for the

(23:18):
opportunity to do something that they've been told their whole
life they can do. And one thing I can promise
you is the product that would be put before you, well,
it would be a superior product, and in a lot
of cases it's very superior compared to what you get

(23:38):
right now.

Speaker 6 (23:42):
Ah.

Speaker 2 (23:43):
Right.

Speaker 1 (23:43):
As much as I would like to see Disney stand
up and do the right thing for a change, or
just certainly want to continue to support Sinclair and Next
Star in their efforts to be warriors for what's right,
if I hear one more person whining, I mean it's
a dick under beating. Maybe excretion, No, no, this is

(24:09):
f around and find out. See free speech is free speech.
And the way this works is that you can say
pretty much whatever you want to about our government. Our
government's not allowed to legally come punish you. Doesn't mean
that they don't find sneaky ways to go around to
do it, but technically they're not allowed. In the marketplace. However,

(24:36):
you're not guaranteed anything, So if an employer doesn't like
the things you're saying, they can cut you loose. If
a landlord doesn't like that you made a spectacle of
yourself a hell, they may not even be mad that
you weren't all sad and broken up about Charlie Kirk's assassination.

(25:00):
They can't allow their tenants to be so violent and
radical as to celebrate it in public. Well, they've got
a right to say no, Moss, sorry, get out. They do.
You don't have to like it. But that's the situation

(25:21):
that's not okay, And nobody has the right. Despite what
certain members of the political class have had to say
over the last several days, nobody has the right to
go on the public airwaves and say, jack crap, they

(25:43):
don't I have the right. You have the right to
go on private lines. You can go over to YouTube
right now and start your engine, or do what I do.
Let's go over to Rumble instead. Of course, there are
other platforms. Some of you really really like Odyssey, lots

(26:13):
of you are familiar with other platforms. You just like it.
Live streaming is available now on most social media sites
to boot. You don't have to have a lot of
fancy equipment anymore. You don't even have to have fancy
software unless you want to multi stream. I'm streaming four
different locations and that's cool. But you can do that,

(26:37):
and it's your right to go do that, because again,
people have to opt in and they generally are gonna
check you out and then they're gonna get to know
what they're getting and if they want to be part
of that, that's fine. But the free air waves, there
are standards. Now. We can have the conversation all day

(26:58):
long if you want to discuss it whether or not
the federal government should have that authority. But my question
is going to still circle back around, would you really
want no regulation of the free airwaves? I mean, I

(27:21):
get it currently. It doesn't really make that much of
a difference, does it. Currently our children are exposed to
foul language and sexual content and some of the worst
of the worst imagery between violence and generalized perversions. They
can see it on some of these video sharing platforms

(27:46):
that I've already mentioned. They can see it on cable television.
Of course, usually you've got to hit the premiums to
see that kind of material, but it's readily available if
you've got HBO Max app on your phone, or if
you've got Netflix on your phone. Unless you've got some

(28:09):
strong parental controls turned on there for your kid, there's
no telling what they're seeing. So maybe I'm just maybe
I'm just a dinosaur and feeling very much alone when
I make the statement that I genuinely believe there should
be some decency standards when it comes to the open airways,

(28:30):
when it comes to the free airwaves, when it comes
to radio network television, there should still be some standards.
There should be some limits as to what you can
say and do. Now, did Jimmy Kimmel cross the line?
For a lot of us, the blatant lie is a

(28:54):
violation of the public good, and that's one of the standards.
But that's kind of an open ended standard. It's kind
of difficult. Who gets to interpret that, Well, the FCC does.
Who's running the FCC right now? It shouldn't matter, but

(29:15):
we all know it does. I was just talking earlier
about Biden's FBI, right, it shouldn't matter. The FBI should
be operating the same whether Joseph Robin at Biden Jr.
Is residing at sixteen hundred Pennsylvania Avenue, or if Donald
John Trump, or if William Freaking Clinton, or if I was.

(29:40):
The FBI should be operating the same. We know that
it should be, but we also know that it has
been a long time since that's been the case and
the FCC has fallen into that same. So maybe there
is a legitimate discussion to be had how much to power,
how much authority should the FCC actually have in regulating this?

(30:07):
I mean, at the very least, are we still going
to allow them to regulate the number of stations operating
on what frequencies within an area? Who gets a license
to broadcast too? Are we going to do away with
the licensing? If we do away with the licensing, I
would imagine there's going to be a heck of a

(30:28):
lot more radio stations up and going, a whole lot
of low powered radio stations, which that alone might be
a better thing. But who's going to regulate disputes over frequencies?
Who's going to are is everybody going to have to
go to court to settle those kinds? And these are

(30:49):
legitimate logistic issues that I guarantee you would pop up
without the FCC. So what's the point. What do I
really say? I'm saying still believe there needs to be
a set of standards. Now, maybe maybe the standards I
would put forth are too prudish for our modern day.

(31:14):
Maybe they are. Maybe everything that I've already said makes
the case for why I'm wrong about this, And if
you think I'm wrong about it, you may be right.
But I still believe there should be decency standards when

(31:34):
it comes to public broadcast, when it comes to the
free airways, when it comes to network television, when it
comes to radio, that these things should be monitored and
there should be set standards. Now, these are standards that
should not be reimagined, reinterprets, should should be changed depending

(31:58):
on who's in charge. They need to be set. We
need to have at least an understanding. If you're operating
on the free airwaves, do not, for the love of
all the totally be dropping f bombs every thirty seconds.
Maybe limit the curse words if you can't take them

(32:20):
out completely. Uh, let's stop worrying about what time it is, because,
as we know, that's one of the factors as to
what type of saucy language and saucy imagery is allowed
on network television. Maybe that needs to change too, Maybe
we need to just return to assess it. Well. Who

(32:43):
does decided lot to well? We should collectively, we should
decide how far is too far, how much is too much?
What do we consider to be the limit. There was
a time and we could get along well enough to
come to those conclusions. Now, if you've got your own

(33:09):
channel on one of these streaming services, or if you're
on cable network and the network you're on is okay
with it, or if you're doing any of these things
that falls outside of the purview of the FCC. Again,
in those scenarios, you are required to opt in, and

(33:31):
you're gonna know pretty quickly if that's your bag of tea,
your cup of tea. Well, you know, most good tea
is come in the bagging star with I guess I
don't know work. You're gonna know pretty quickly if that's
your cup of tea or if you just want to
move on. You opted in, you opt back out, and
you're done. That's not a bad situation, right, But the

(33:57):
free air waves is a different scenario. But then again,
I understand the arguments now things have changed so much
and the opting in do what you want to do,
and in these areas that you want to you want
to try to outpace an Eddie Murphy stand up special

(34:19):
from the nineties, early nineties, late eighties. Okay, you do
you if that's how you connect with your audience, so
that's what makes you special. But that's we should have
a higher standard for the airwaves. That's just I don't

(34:40):
know me, it's just so ingrained me. I feel like
we should agree with that. We should still be trying
to protect the innocence of our youth, you know, not
our youth indivision of our children and their youth or
our grandchildren. And what is wrong with trying to let

(35:01):
them be a kid for as long as they can
be a kid. This world has already gotten out of
hand far too much? Why are we letting so much
of that insanity seep into all of the media they consume.
That's one of the reasons so many of us conservatives
have laughed at Disney to begin with. They've let so
much of this insanity seep into their content. They're trying

(35:25):
to manipulate the thinking and confuse the brains of Chinese children.
And then they still won't even admit that much of
the equation. So why why would we not want to
protect the airwaves? If the reason we've turned away from Disney,
along with the fact that a lot of their stuff

(35:46):
just isn't very good anymore. The more they get woke,
the less quality can be found in their product. But
why why? I mean again, I'm over the top? Am
I the one that's wrong here? Feel free to shoot

(36:07):
me comments and let me know. Am I just a
dino stare? Am I an old funny when it comes
to this topic? Because I am one hundred percent on
board with the SEC still having the authority to regulate
the airwaves, now, I would like to see them loosen
up the requirements for getting a license to broadcasts for radio.

(36:32):
I don't know if they need to make much changes
on the television side of things, but for radio broadcast, yes, absolutely,
they need to loosen that up a bit. And there
needs to be a licensing program that's in play all
the time. You shouldn't have to wait till the FCC

(36:53):
just decides, Okay, well, we're going to start taking applications
for licensing now, and here are the markets that are available.
Good luck to It shouldn't be like that. If I
want to start a what would be called a low
powered radio FM station here in Rung County, especially since

(37:17):
it's low powered and isn't going to be gobbling up
all types of range and beating up on the neighboring frequencies.
Why can I not just apply for the license pay
a much smaller fee than the big boy radio stations
that are broadcasting those megawatts across the country. Why can't

(37:41):
that just happen? Why can I not just stay Hey,
I want to start w TAP, and tomorrow I file
in corporation paperwork. Is tap Inner Twament Incorporated begins firing

(38:04):
up the low power FM radio stations in various parts
of the country, trying to restore the the previous reach
that this show had on the terrestrial radio. Why can
I not do that? So there's room for reform, is

(38:26):
what I'm saying. But still, if I'm going to if
I'm going to go on the free air waves, if
I'm going to go out there where anybody can tune
in and just listen, and there's no special thing other
than tuning your dial. Although most radios are a push

(38:48):
button now, just push the button and it finds the
station automatically. Shouldn't there be some standard of decency That
I babbled on too much about that, and the whole
point was about the fact that the Jimmy Gimbals saga
isn't quite over. But you know, to keep up with that,

(39:14):
you need to be a culture warrior. But to keep
up with everything else in your life, it doesn't hurt
to be a snack warrior. And for those of you
who are snack warriors, this is the next tiny piece
of the show's for you. You're busy, you're driven, you're
pushing limits, and you need fuel that's going to keep pace.

(39:35):
It's gonna help you to keep pace. And that's where

painfully bold. I don't believe you should hurt because you

(40:21):

you who are bold eaders, you do you important thing

On September tenth, twenty twenty five, America lost a valiant
hero in Charlie Kirk, who was assassinated by leftist bigots
whose mission is to literally destroy our republic. Helo, I'm
Ron Edwards. On today's page from your Notebook, brought to
you by Root Brands Premium Products, Charlie Kirk successfully reached
out to millions of college students throughout America. Charlie's mission

(42:50):
was not just to change the direction of our republic.
By reminding we the people of the importance of pointing
the young people toward the right path that leads to
righteousness and the importance of the traditional family, Charlie literally
shook the evil establishment to its rotten core with truth,
love of God, and country. Charlie Kirk dropped irrefutable truths

(43:14):
so powerful they shook the establishment to the core. So
they killed Charlie Kirk, who stood for liberty and justice
for all. But they haven't killed the spirit of what's
best about America. As Muslims, Trainees, Democrats, Rhinos all celebrate
the murder of Charlie Kirk. I celebrate the great life
an example that Charlie Kirk said, Rest easy, Soldier Kirk.

Speaker 1 (45:27):
Alrighty, ladies and gentlemen, thank you for staying with us
through that very brief break, which of course is running
a bit later than usual because I've babbled on too
long about the FCC and the role of maintaining public
decency on the free airwaves. And again, maybe I'm wrong,

(45:50):
maybe our society has gone too far for that to
really be a consideration, but I think there should be
standards period, all right. So Donald John Trump today paid
a little visit to that organization in New York. The
Orange Man Who's bad home TERF I might add the

(46:14):
United Nations. So Donald Trump, the Orange man Who's bad,
the kicker of puppies, the eater of babies, the climate arsonists.
He called for the Member States of the United Nations
to embrace his policies, policies of strict border control and
domestic energy production, all in an effort for them to

(46:38):
be great again. Drawing a contrast with the faulty equipment
at the UN headquarters in New York City, Trump said
that America had entered a new golden age. Not the
first time we've read that language from him, that golden

(46:58):
age under his leadership. Pointing to his illegal immigration crackdown
on the southern border and ramping up of energy production,
he said that all countries should adopt similar policies to
emulate the United States. Hmm. Imagine that somebody going to

(47:19):
the UN and actually talking about how the United States
can be a role model instead of you know what
Barack Obama did back in the day. Oh, we are
so sorry for our imperialistic ways. We have destroyed the world.
It is all our part. Shut up. Donald Trump is

(47:42):
proud of America. He's proud of the American people, and
he's proud of the policies that he's instituted, not only
because they are effective, quality policies if you want a strong,
thriving nation, but also because they seem to work, really,
really well, don't they when you actually try to implement them.
Data things seem to happen. Immigration quoting here, Immigration and

(48:13):
the high cost of so called green renewable energy is
destroying a large part of the free world and a
large part of our planet. Countries that cherish freedom are
fading fast because of their policies on these two subjects.
You need strong borders and traditional energy sources if you're

(48:37):
going to be great again. Now Trump is making a
very strong point here. Yes, if you're going to have
a sovereign nation, you must have borders. You must have
control of those borders. You must know who's coming in
and going out of your country period, not only for
your own safety, but for the safety of your neighbors.
That is not what's happening in Big Chum. Of our

(49:03):
friends in Europe, and as a result of some of
the staunchest allies that we've had are no longer our allies,
not really. They may still be in name, but how
can you be an ally with somebody that's going to
throw a comedian in jail for telling a joke when

(49:25):
they weren't even in the country at the time that
they told it. We're gonna reach you he throw a
report gonna take you into when you literally have comedians
now that are leaving the UK and seeking asylum here
in the United States for the horrible, terrible, very no
good crime of telling a joke, of putting a post

(49:49):
on social.

Speaker 14 (49:50):
Media, of riling up the soul called migrants, of hanging
a British flag in a neighborhood that typically didn't STI
fly flags of other countries.

Speaker 1 (50:11):
We're literally talking about and you know it kills me here.
We are right, we're seeing things at least at the moment,
moving in the right direction here in the United States,
largely impart, largely in part to the Trump administration. Donald

(50:32):
Trump putting together a great team, and they're just going
bam bam bam, keeping the left off balance, keeping them
wrong footed. They're not able to do much more than
complain about one thing before Donald Trump has done ten
more things. And they can't stop it because it's all legal,
and they try to throw legal obstacles in the way anyway,
because they're used to weaponizing our legal system. And yet

(50:55):
we just keep winning time and time again, because at
the end of the day, there was nothing wrong with
what Donald Trump is doing. He is in fact, an
overwhelming majority of the time, simply enforcing laws that are
still currently on the books that have just been chosen
to be ignored, especially if we're talking about immigration. This

(51:21):
does extend into some other fields, but when you're talking immigration,
you are talking about Donald Trump just having federal agencies
enforced the law period. I mean, there is a reason why.
On the tap into the Truth website, if you scroll
down the landing page, you will come to a place

(51:41):
I have a series of things that I've quipped or
said or what have you. And one of the longest
standing things that are on the page is me presenting
a novel but perhaps the most radical idea for our
immigration policies, and that's enforced the current laws on the books.

(52:05):
But ah, we're here, and look what's happened. The southern
border has been locked down, the northern border is being
better monitored. It's actually a lot harder to do the
northern border because there's a whole lot more of it.
But we're seeing again, time and time again, Donald Trump
doing things that every Democrat in this nation claims isn't

(52:28):
even possible. Look at what he did to crime in DC.
And despite the best efforts of various talking heads and
pundits and people holding elected office with a D at
the end of their name, claiming that it's unprecedented, illegal, unconstitutional.

(52:50):
It's none of those things. They say those things hoping
that you will believe it, hoping that you won't take
the time to go look and see for yourself. They
say those things because they want to convince the American
people that, oh, it's the Democrats that are doing the
good work to keep everybody. But that's not what they do,

(53:11):
is it. If it was, they wouldn't have to mislabel
every bill they try to pass into law. This is
the Inflation Reduction Act. In it, there's a ton of
governmental spending that's not backed up by anything, thereby actually
increasing inflation. But you know, it's still the Inflation Reduction Act.

(53:36):
I don't call it anything else. That's what we're calling it. Okay,
if that's how you feel about it. But sooner or later,
boys and girls, sooner or later, those simple minded conservatives
down there in places like Alabama and the hills of
Tennessee and across the Georgia in that part of the world,

(54:00):
do you think you can just convince at any moment
in time something that's not true. Sooner or later they're
going to figure it out too. Sooner or later they're
going to say, oh, that's enough, that's it. No, Moss,
I think we're there. I think the great thing about

(54:22):
having Trump one point zero and two point zero, have
Joe Biden right in the middle is it gave the
perfect compare and contrast. And there are a ton of
folks that for the majority, if not the entirety of
their lives, that voted Democrat, that just they're not going

(54:42):
to be able to bring themselves to do it again.
That has very little to do with Donald Trump's speech
at the uend today, but he's he's not wrong when
he says we've been at a new golden egg. He's
not wrong when he says that green renewable energy is

(55:04):
practically destroyed Western Europe to the point that they are
so beholden to Russian oil that they can't do much
about Russia in Ukraine, which he also made a statement
about that we'll look at early hour two. But he
talked about and here we'll quote Trump again, immigration and

(55:29):
the high cost of so called green renewable energy is
destroying a large part of the free world and a
large part of our planet. Countries that cherish freedom are
fading fast because of their policies on these two subjects.
You need strong borders and traditional energy sources if you're
going to be great again. Now I know I already

(55:49):
said that, but it is important to understand when he
says you need traditional energy sources, what he really means
by that is energy that is ready for prime time. Okay, abundant, cheap,
readily available. Of course, being abundant doesn't always mean it's

(56:10):
readily available. In this case, we're talking about coal, oil,
natural gas. We're talking about the so called fossil fuels
that Al Gore, we tell you is definitely not good
and created the manbarrapic freedom. A nation that promotes liberty

(56:37):
has to be a wealthy nation, and a nation cannot
be wealthy without abundant, affordable, reliable energy and the great energy.
They're just not there yet and most of them probably
never will be. And when he talks about destroying the
big parts of the country, how large are the solar farms?

(57:00):
How much space has to be used up to use
the windmills for air? When you look at these green alternatives,
they require a huge impact on the environments in which
you try to set up to collect them. Now, there
are much more common sense things that you could do,

(57:22):
but no. He also mentioned that these nations should be
working harder to protect free speech and religious liberties. He
went to bat for Christianity today, talking about how Christians
were being persecuted even in Western European nations now because

(57:45):
they are at least pejorative. They are at least they're
not a minority yet. But the other religions in these
areas because of uncontrolled immigration, well they're not exactly a

(58:10):
minority anymore either. All right, guys, don't go anywhere. We're
gonna take a few moments to reset the hour, and
we will pick up where we left off right after this.

Speaker 2 (58:41):
Did you ever have a really bad date when everything
seemed to go the wrong way? Just to start, my
alarm clock broke. It was ten o'clock when I finally
woke a showered shape and got my workloads on. I
hit the road like a marathon. It was five minutes

(59:02):
from the parking lot when I hit a traffic jam.
Everything stopped turned down the country station. I love ask
for help from the man above. While I was thinking
of what I would say, and DJ told me it
was Saturday.

Speaker 1 (59:19):
Oh come on, what did I do that to serve
this lest.

Speaker 3 (59:31):
I heard a vocense.

Speaker 2 (59:33):
Yes, finally started back home that day and I hit
the liquor store around the way. A little old lady.

Speaker 1 (59:42):
In a great big boat.

Speaker 2 (59:45):
She cut me off and my bible broke. She's two
and twenty and a fifty zone.

Speaker 1 (59:51):
Who I got pulled over just a mile from home.

Speaker 2 (59:55):
He said he smelt a whiskey in my truck that
I was feeding.

Speaker 6 (59:59):
And was I see Michael Lets, Pounder, President CEO of Inverst, USA,
Tim Tapp, Captain into the Truth.

Speaker 11 (01:00:14):
And about to be an American?

Speaker 1 (01:00:17):
Wherein he stander? Lady?

Speaker 11 (01:00:20):
Then I won't forget the men who died who gave
that right to me.

Speaker 1 (01:00:26):
And I got.

Speaker 11 (01:00:29):
Next to you and defend her still today because.

Speaker 1 (01:00:34):
There ain't no doubt. I love this lad.

Speaker 11 (01:00:39):
God Bless the US.

Speaker 1 (01:00:49):
Yes, that's right, ladies and gentlemen, God Bless the USA.
Thank you Michael Lets for rolling us into our number
two of today's broadcast of Tap into the Truth. Ah.
So we were talking about Donald Trump's visit to the UN.

(01:01:10):
As the first hour came to an end and of course,
like I said, he there's plenty of coverage of it.
It's easy enough to find. He made some very good points,
and at the end of the day, this was Donald
Trump doing what Donald Trump does best, putting the rest

(01:01:31):
of the world on notice. It wasn't quite as adversarial
as he's been known to be in the past, but
he certainly still made the points. He drove the points home.
He pointed the fingers in the right directions. He let
people know that there's a right way and a wrong
way to run a country. And this push towards globalism,

(01:01:56):
this this push towards trying to mandate that everyone act
and carry on the way that you want them to.
That it's just wrong. Of course, everybody at the World
Economic Forum muttered, but other than them, a lot of

(01:02:17):
folks paid attention. They took notice. Speaking of taking notice,
have you noticed Chuck Norris lately talking about an eighty
five year old man who's still kicking butt and staying
more active than I am. And he does it mostly

(01:02:39):
due to clean living, exercise and nutrition. And a big
part of that nutrition that carries him through the days
is this revolutionary new daily drink from Roundhouse provisions called
Morning Kick. Now the thing about Morning Kick, and again,
this is based on what Chuck Norris has said. I'm

(01:03:00):
not just pulling this out of my butt here to
try to sell you something. Chuck Norris said this. It
combines ultra potent greens like spirellina and kale. It combines
them with probiotics and prebiotics in collagen and even oshawaganda.

(01:03:22):
You just mix it with water, or do what I do.
I mix it with green tea. You stir it, you
enjoy it, And unlike other green drinks out there, this
one actually tastes good. The original tastes like strawberry lemonade,
and the new flavor is a mint watermelon or watermelon mint.
I'm not sure what order that goes in. Regardless, since

(01:03:44):
I've started drinking Morning Kick, I feel quite a bit
better too. My digestion is smoother. It helped me with
a long standing digestive issue in a way that literally
nothing else has. I have more inner when I don't
miss a day. It's just it's good stuff and it

(01:04:07):
works really well for me. And I don't know if
it'll work as well for you. It might work better,
it may not be much more than just a green drink.
But see that's what's really kind of cool too, because
you got a full ninety day money back guarantee. So

(01:04:30):
if you try it and it turns out it doesn't
work for you, you literally can give it up to ninety
days to see if there's improvement, to see if it's
doing any of the things, or at least enough of
the things that ends up having you feel like it's worthwhile,
and if you're not satisfied at that point, get your

(01:04:51):
money back. That's not a bad deal. Ninety days to
try a product, and worst case than you get your
money back. Best case scenario, it works twice as good
for you as it does for me, and you're prepared
to swear by it. It's good stuff. So what you

(01:05:12):
want to do right now is go to chuckdefense dot
com backslash tapp and two reasons. Number One, you do
me a favor, lets them know that I sent you.
At number two, do yourself a favor because you'll get
forty four percent off the regular price of your order.
So if you want to experience smoother digestion, a boost
of energy, just an overall healthier body, do what Chuck

(01:05:36):
Norris does go to Chuckdefense dot com, backslash tapp and
go there today. All right, I got a lot of
material that I had hoped to cover that I'm going
to have to get to. So let's get started. I
mentioned earlier that Donald Trump made a statement in regards

(01:05:57):
to Russia and Ukraine. Well, he shared it President Donald Trump,
orange man, who is bat kikutar of puppies EA or
of babies climate arsonists? Well, he said that he believes
that Ukraine could actually take back its country in its
original form from Russia, promising to continue to supply weapons

(01:06:23):
for NATO. The President spoke out shortly after he met
with Ukrainian President Zelenski at the United Nations headquarters in
New York. About twenty minutes later, the President posted a
lengthy message on his platform Truth Social sharing a rather

(01:06:43):
surprising update quote. After getting to know and fully understand
the Ukraine Russia military and economic situation, and after seeing
the economic trouble it is causing Russia, I think Ukraine,
with the support of the European Union, is in a

(01:07:04):
position to fight and win all of Ukraine back to
its original form with time, patience, and the financial support
of Europe and in particular NATO the original borders from
where this war started is very much an option, all right,

(01:07:31):
dramatic pause to let that sink in, just in case
you didn't hear it now, he continued, But I want
to stop there for a minute because I heard a
lot of people overreact to this statement and tried to
read too much into it. He said that the United
States would continue to offer up weapons to NATO, but

(01:07:52):
he said on more than one occasion in that short
little time, what I was reading to you that Ukraine,
with the help of Europe could make this happen. That
eventually Russia and their Belarus friends, and their Chinese allies,

(01:08:13):
sending North Korean soldiers into the national all of this
will eventually get to a point where they're just not
going to be able to continue as long as the
European nations do what they should have been doing all along,
and that's providing the type of support that Ukraine needs.
It is a europe problem. Europe should be trying to

(01:08:36):
clean up the mess. The European Union and the majority
of NATO nations in that area want Ukraine to remain
independent from Russia. Some of them want way more than that.
That should be involved. Ukraine should not be even considered

(01:08:57):
for membership in NATO. None of that shift should be happening.
Bottom line is, we did make certain guarantees to the
former Soviet Union that we would not envelop certain nations,
that we would leave countries like Ukraine clearly between NATO
nations and Russia, so that there would be a buffer zone.

(01:09:24):
I think it's important that as long as we're not
assailing ourselves to a position that's going to cause emminent
doom and disaster, that we should make every effort to
honor those agreements. Granted, there comes a point where none
of that's a suicide pack. You don't just let Russia
take advantage of that to the point that suddenly Poland

(01:09:47):
finds itself occupied. But if you got no reason to
be poking the bear, maybe you don't poke the bear.
Ukraine into NATO is poking the bear. There are lots
of reasons why starting this was a bad idea. One

(01:10:10):
thing is certain. If Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. Hadn't been
the guy occupying the White House at the time, Russia
would not have made this move. Donald Trump has that
part right, But instead of talking about the parts that
he has right and instead of talking about this new
provocative statement, which let's be fair, this isn't an overestimation

(01:10:37):
of what Ukraine can accomplish. This isn't a we're in
camp Ukraine. Now, we're going to start sending Zelensky money
and weapons like the Biden administration did, only better because
they're going to have a Trump emblem on them. No,
this is about re establishing a new position for negotiating

(01:11:00):
with Vladimir Putin. He's trying to get Vladimir's attention because
he has unfortunately overestimated the relationship he had with Putin.
When Donald Trump was campaigning and he made the statement
that it would be over in a day. This war

(01:11:23):
will be over in a day if I become president.
Obviously part of it was standardized Trump campaign exaggeration. You
were supposed to believe his intention to end the war.
You weren't supposed to take the phrase literally. Obviously, that's
what the left is going to do now. If he

(01:11:44):
actually had ended it in a day, they'd be finding
some reason why that's a terrible thing. But they want
to hold him accountable to that one day. This is
going to be their excuse not to let him have
the Nobel Peace Prize. Guess what, he doesn't care about
the Nobel Peace Prize. He's already earned it, if anybody
still earned it anymore, if it meant anything. The first

(01:12:08):
round of the Abraham Accords was enough to earn a
Nobel Peace Prize. But no, no, not for Donald Trump,
because you know, Orange Man's bat. This is a situation
where once he's in, he's in. Vladimir has a lot
of posturing he has to do at home, and he's

(01:12:29):
got a lot of image, a lot of saving the face,
and right now, it just doesn't make sense to withdraw
when there's more that can be won and it looks
like you're winning, and you know, you get assistance coming
from China and Iran and North Korea for whatever that's worth.

(01:12:51):
And at this point, how probably Venezuela do? I mean,
it's not like China, Iran and Russia aren't operating there.
Why not have some Venezuelan to show up and help out.
Hasn't happened yet. I'm not saying that it has. I'm
not saying that it's going to just saying that it
wouldn't be a shocker at this moment in time, or

(01:13:13):
at least it shouldn't be if that was the if
reports were to break tomorrow that all of a sudden
we found a ton of Venezuelan soldiers on the front
lines in Ukraine, fighting on behalf of the Russian army.
That should not surprise anyone. Somebody's going to act like
they were, but they shouldn't. This idea that now Donald

(01:13:40):
Trump is no longer going to seek to just simply
broke our peace deal, but now is on board with
Ukraine reclaiming all of its territory. Before this particular incident,
I'm surprised he didn't say, you know, Ukraine all the
way back before Obama was at let's get back to

(01:14:01):
original Ukrainian borders. That would be awesome for Ukraine, not
for Russia. But by making that statement, he's changing his
starting position, and he's trying to reassert a strong position

(01:14:21):
in these negotiations. That's what this was about. This wasn't
some major pledge that the US was going to continue
to do all this crazy stuff. This was a underlining
that it's Europe that needs to be doing that, but
that they would support NATO, which of course we would anyway,

(01:14:43):
for all of Trump's tough talk about NATO and how
they weren't pulling their own weight, which was true, and
how the member nations weren't doing everything that they should
be doing, which was true, and talking about how it
it didn't serve American interest anymore, which it doesn't and
hasn't for some time, but it could if you could

(01:15:04):
restore NATO back to operating the way it's supposed to,
it could still serve America's interests as much as Germany's
or France or Italy's, all of the NATO members. But
that's kind of where we're at. Something needs to be

(01:15:25):
done to bring Vladimir Putin back to the table, short
of US troops being mobilized, short of US fighter jets
with US fighter pilots flying sorties over Moscow, And unfortunately,
we're kind of at a point where it feels like
that might be one of the few things that gets

(01:15:45):
his attention enough. But this statement, maybe it does. Maybe
it does that little magic little bit that needs to
be done to get Vladimir Putin's attention. After all, some
thing needs to be done anyway, Trump continued, He questioned

(01:16:06):
why not Russia's been fighting aimlessly for three and a
half years at a war that should have taken a
real military power less than a week to win. This
is not distinguishing Russia. In fact, it is very much
making them look like a paper tiger. Now you see,

(01:16:26):
this is Trump trying to do to Vladimir Putin what
Trump knows would really get under his own skin. If
I was the leader of the United Republics of tim
Land as a group of islands in the South Pacific
where no one had set foot on before I did,
and I magically claim them. Okay, now I'm a world

(01:16:48):
leader magically, And if I was just a President Trump,
you have been roaming around namelessly for three and a
half years. A real military power could have taken these
islands from me in a day. This does not distinguish
the United States. It makes you look like a paper tiger. Now,

(01:17:13):
I promise you the United Republic of tap, this conglomeration
of small, tiny islands that are too small to even
show up on a map, we pose no military threat
to anyone. Literally, the Swiss Army could show up with

(01:17:38):
their tiny little Swiss knives take over in short order,
There's no question about it. But the voint is that
that would stick in Donald Trump's carl, and he's hoping
that this will kind of will goat Vladimir into realizing that,
you know what, when this started, Vladimir did think he

(01:18:00):
is going to win this war in under a week.
He did think that Russian tanks were going to roll
all the way into Kiev and that that was going
to be the end of it. And there was the effort,
and then they suddenly ran into the supply line issue,
and then all of a sudden their tanks weren't quite
what they thought they were. And then, miracle upon miracles,

(01:18:21):
the Ukrainians decided, hey, we don't want Russia to take over,
and they started fighting back like well, like they were
defending their homeland. And then Russia's easy parade into Kiev, well,

(01:18:42):
it turned into an embarrassment, and then this became a
long protracted war of attrition. Meanwhile, you've got Vladimir Putin
back in Moscow telling all of the Russian people clearly,
nothing is awesome. So Donald Trump's right about this. Now

(01:19:05):
you have a newly a new effort to push forward,
a renewed effort to bomb Keeve and to use drones
and other technologies and continuing to push troops in the
areas because he wants major gains and because he wants
to be able to claim as much Ukrainian territory. Of course,

(01:19:27):
we're talking about Vladimir as he possibly can before he
does eventually have to go in front of a negotiating
table and begins some level of concession to bring about
the end of hostility. He knows at some point that's
gonna have to happen, and then he's going to have
to wait till Donald Trump's not an office anymore to

(01:19:51):
complete his goal of leaving the legacy of restoring the
greatness of the Russian Empire, which is his goal. I mean,
for every person that he's got hoodwinked into thinking that
he's defending traditional Christianity or has with them believing that
somehow he's just a Russian patriot trying to defend his

(01:20:15):
mother country, I got news for you. Pay attention to
what he has said, what he has done, and who
his advisors are. The effort here is to restore the
Russian Empire, and they do that by retaking the nations
that were once part of the Soviet Union, forcibly putting

(01:20:40):
them under Russian control, never to be called the Soviet
Union again, but to be the Russian Empire. President Trump
wasn't done insulting Vladimir and the decisions that have taken
place that have allowed this war to creep on. He said,

(01:21:04):
quote when the people living in Moscow and all of
the great cities, towns, and districts all throughout Russia find
out what is really going on with this war, the
fact that it's almost impossible for them to get gasoline
through the long lines that are being formed, and all

(01:21:26):
of the other things that are taking place in their
war economy where most of their money is being spent
on fighting Ukraine, which has great spirit and only getting better.
Ukraine would be able to take back their country in
its original form, and who knows, maybe even go further

(01:21:49):
than that. Oh what are you saying, Donald? What are
you saying, mister President Sarah? What are you insinuating that?
Maybe maybe Ukraine doesn't just settle for the Ukrainian borders
before the incursion, Maybe they don't just settle for the

(01:22:14):
borders that existed before Barack Obama took off us. Maybe
maybe you're insinuating that part of what's was on the
Russian side of the border before this war started suddenly
is recognized as Ukrainian territory. Are you saying there might
be gains? Trump of course concluded the truth, because that's

(01:22:41):
what you call post on truth. Social concluded the truth
by promising to continue to supply weapons to NATO. But
of course we're going to continue to supply weapons to NATO.
We're part of NATO. We're still the biggest part of NATO.
We are the umbrella that text all the other NATO nations.

(01:23:02):
They're being nudged into doing more of what they should
have been all along, but we are still essentially the
military might of NATO. So yes, we're going to continue
to supply weapons to NATO, of which we are NATO.

(01:23:23):
Putin and Russia are in big economic trouble they were
before this war starting. That's part of the reason why
they wanted Ukraine. They needed one or two things. They
either needed to take over the farmland so that he
could feed everybody back in Moscows. They were headed into
some tough times. He wasn't able to reach an economic

(01:23:48):
trade agreement, but he needed either take that land or
to at least be at a war, So it looked
like there was a reason why food lines were showing
back up. The economy there has been in trouble and
will continue to be. But Donald Trump finished by saying

(01:24:10):
Putin and Russia are in big economic trouble, and this
is the time for Ukraine to act. In any event,
I wish both countries well. We will continue to supply
weapons to NATO for NATO to do what they want.
With good luck to all. And then, of course the

(01:24:31):
White House refuse to provide any other information on the topic.
They're like, ah, that's all we've got to say about that.
So that's all we're going to say about that. And
that's pretty cool, if you ask me. I like the

(01:24:52):
fact that they're playing it close to the rest, that
they don't want to just give away any of the secrets.
All right, And I'm gonna go ahead and take the
mid hour recul little early this hour to make up

(01:25:14):
for taking it late last hour, and also so that
I know that I can get it out of the
way now. Before I do that, I do want to
remind you that you really should stop doing business that
come with companies to hate you. I mean, you should.
Are you a conservative? Are you a Christian. Are you

the Veriazons and the other big boys out there, look
for a company that actually does promote the sanctity of life,
that stands for what's true and right about America. Of course,

I'm talking about the nation's only Christian conservative wireless service provider,

be able to connect. I can do that with Patriot Mobile.
They've got me covered here. They use the same towers

The murder of turning point bounder Charlie Kirk is irrefutable
proof that we are either witnessing or directly involved in
both the spiritual and physical Civil War. Hello, I'm Ron Edwards.
Page from yours notebook, brought to you by Root Brand's

than thirty five percent of Americans literally agree with everything

evil and are hoping and working for our destruction. Charlie
Kirk also understood the reality of the war of evil
being waged against our republic. Charlie Kirk knew that if
America had any chance of being rescued from the clutches
of demonic leftist doom, it would be through reaching the
young with truth that would liberate them from the grip

of ignorance, leftist bigotry, leftist ideology and saved them from
being foot soldiers of doom and gloom. Charlie Cook never
wavered in his zealous effort to witness to young Americans

hundreds of thousands of students giving their hearts and lives
to Christ. The leftists shall soon learn the murder of

(01:34:56):
you know, we talked a little bit the other day
about ryanro his court here was his trial was well
underway and it's a been a bit of a circuits
from start to finish, nobody surprised by that even got
to the point where he was, you know, defending himself.

(01:35:17):
I don't think particularly highly of a lot of attorneys.
The professional ethics in the legal profession don't necessarily match
up with personal ethics out in the real world. A
conversation that we've had multiple times on this show. In fact,
I kind of brought it up last Friday Night as

(01:35:38):
far as that goes, But we were talking about the
banking industry for that part. But what a lot of
people may or may not have heard is that the
jury came back with the finding. So the jury actually
found Ryan Roth guilty of attempting to assess and eighth

(01:36:01):
President Donald John Trump on a Florida golf course last year.
After the verdict was read, he was found guilty on
all counts there were four separate counts, but after it
was read, he tried to stab himself in the neck
with a pen, which of course prompted law enforcement to

(01:36:22):
restrain and shackle him. It was a bit of a scene.
So here's the particulars and just in case you missed it,
and now you can look it up for yourself. But
the Florida jury spent roughly two hours in deliberations, just
two two hours in deliberations. After the two week trial

(01:36:46):
wrapped up literally earlier today again today being Tuesday, September
twenty third, it ended today, they went back. They deliberated
for two hours. Ross represented himself at the close of
the trial, giving closing remarks for less than an hour

(01:37:09):
before he was stopped by Judge A. Ling Cannon, who
previously had admonished him for moving off topics. This according
to NBC News, So the fifty nine year old faced
five counts. I'm sorry, I said four earlier than faced
five counts, including attempted assassination of a major presidential candidate,

(01:37:33):
assault of a federal officer, and multiple firearm offenses. He
pled not guilty to all of those charges. Now, the
convicted attempted assassin made the decision early on in his
trial to forego the court appointed attorneys provided to him

(01:37:57):
for his representation, struggled throughout the trial to make a
viable defense of himself or even to navigate the court process.
Over the course of the two week trial, prosecutors called
on dozens of witnesses and introduced evidence from cell phone data,
DNA matches, bullets found in a sniper's nest at the

(01:38:20):
golf course, and other materials that were used to build
their case. According to US Assistant US Attorney Christopher Brown, this,
according name here, this was not a publicity stunt. The

(01:38:40):
evidence has shown one thing, and one thing only, the
defendant wanted Donald Trump dead. Okay, show I'm wondering who
has accused this particular case of being a publicity stunt.

(01:39:02):
I mean, I can see somebody in the squad saying it.
I could even see none see Pelosi saying But I
hadn't actually heard anybody make that comment. Maybe I just
missed it. Maybe so. But it does feel a little
overly defensive when you start out your conversation with this
was not a publicity stut. Okay, okay, I believe you, Christopher.

(01:39:26):
I believe you.

Speaker 6 (01:39:28):
Now.

Speaker 1 (01:39:31):
Even if you are an attorney, the saying in the
field is that the defendant who represents himself has a
fool for a client, because it is extremely difficult for
you to act as prudent, disconnected, case building or case

(01:39:55):
destroying advocate when you're the person who literally has your
life on the lot. It is extremely difficult to separate
yourself from the potential harm that's coming your way. And
rosth he wasn't a lawyer, nor does he even have
any legal training none. I'm not even sure he's ever

(01:40:18):
watched an episode of Madlock. For cried out loud. He
asked Canon in July if he could represent himself after
claiming to have ever reconcilable differences with the court appointed
attorneys tasked with representing it. Cannon agreed, but told Roth
that representing himself in the case is a bad idea.

(01:40:42):
It's like, look, okay, you've got the legal right to
do it. That's well established. We're not going outside of
the realm. I should probably be more concerned about your
current mental status. And I think part of you carry
on like this is an effort at getting people to

(01:41:04):
just think you're crazy. There's no shortage of people that
have interacted with this guy over the camp course of
the last couple of decades that are willing to say, yeah,
that guy is pretty nutty. But legally, if nobody has

(01:41:25):
challenged your mental competency, you're legally permitted to defend yourself.
She did her due diligence. She told her this will
told him this is a bad idea. You probably shouldn't
do this. You can, but you probably shouldn't. During this

(01:41:46):
closing argument, he meandered from the charges against him and
the assassination attempt to topics like January sixth, the twenty
twenty one, the riot of the Capitol, we're talking about Ukraine,
the revolutionary War, broadcaster Edward Murrow, other random issues that

(01:42:11):
evidently he was just picking out of a hat. He
said during his closing that the only charge he could
be guilty of is caring deeply for this country. All right,
I'll give him that. I do believe that he cares

(01:42:33):
deeply for this country, but I also believe that he's
a nutjob who was unfortunately, very deeply affected by the
rhetoric and the mischaracterizations of the political left that have
tried to convince everybody that would listen that Donald Trump
is a Nazi, and everybody that believes and conservative values

(01:42:57):
are Nazis. And everybody that's support or to Donald Trump,
whether they believe in conservatism or not, well, they're Nazis.
That's why you heard people refer to Charlie Kirk's memorial
on Sunday as being a Nazi meeting. It's like, what
is wrong with you people? Seriously, what is wrong with

(01:43:19):
you people? And when I say you people, I'm giving
a special eyeball glance over at Maryland. This is the
kind of story that you know, when I see it,
I have to talk about it. I wish I had
saved more time. I will probably discuss it further since
it's not going to get enough time tonight to adequately

(01:43:40):
go out. This is not the first time we've talked
about something like this involving the state of Maryland anyway,
but Maryland's foster care programs failed to perform background checks,
which has led to ten children living in foster homes
with sex offenders and a convict murderer being paid to

(01:44:01):
provide one on one care for children and hotels brand
new audit just relates. That's that's where they found this out.
Auditors from the Maryland General Assemblies Department of Legislative Services
found pervasive problems not kidding, including the fact that up

(01:44:22):
to thirty eight percent of foster children may not even
be attending school, despite the state claiming in its database
that virtually all children were in school. According to our
innibase I, every child in the stages in school except
for that thirty percent of children that's imposter care thirty

(01:44:45):
eight nearly forty percent. That seems like a pretty big deal.
That means even the ones that aren't being looked after
by sexual predator and murderers are not going to school.

(01:45:06):
In one case, Maryland claimed to have reviewed a group
foster home in twenty twenty three, but did not flag
that it was employing a man who had been convicted
of sexual assault on a minor in twenty fourteen. So
now not only sexual predators, but sexual predators of children

(01:45:32):
wait to go Maryland. Three months after this bungle review,
the sex offender allegedly transported three foster careed children for
inappropriate activity and was subsequently charged with crimes involving children

(01:45:53):
under his care. Three months after they went in and
looked at the situation. Oh well, nothing to see here
until there was. Even then, Even then, the Maryland Department
of Human Services their Social Services administration, could not document

(01:46:20):
any corrective action as a result of this incident to
ensure the criminal background checks were in fact obtained, meaning
that they realized there's a problem, but they didn't really
do anything about it. Should we be doing background checks? Yeah,
we should are we going to We'll let somebody else

(01:46:41):
do it. According to Kathy Seleega, I think is the
pronunciation for her last name. No disrespect, Kathy, I butt
you're your last name. Apologies anyway, She's from Baltimore County.
She said that the audit of Maryland Social Services is
absolutely abhorrent and reads like criminal negligence. Really because maybe

(01:47:05):
it was. The seventy two page report reveals shocking recklessness
in the care of foster children. Does it is that?
What it does? Kathy? I think you're under selling it
just a little bit there, ma'am. I really do. Governor
Wes Moore must immediately fire someone, she said in a statement,

(01:47:29):
The buck stops with Maryland Department of Human Services Secretary
Rafael Lopez or the executive director of the Social Services
Administration doctor Studstill. It's doctor Algers Studstill junior. That's about
The auditors were able to detect what the social service

(01:47:55):
agencies did not by simply comparing the sexual offender to
registry with the list of foster homes. They literally said, hmm,
I got a strange feeling. Give me the give me
the sex offender registries. Now I had be the list
of the foster homes here that Oh, oh, that looks

(01:48:15):
like a match. Oh, that looks like a match. Houston,
we have a problem. Just for example, one individual convicted
of sexual misconduct with a minor had the same address
as the guardianship home with four children between ages four
and eight. Now, SSA was not aware of any of

(01:48:39):
these individuals until this was provided to them from the audit.
County Social service agencies are responsible for performing background checks
at most foster homes. That's pretty much the case in

(01:49:00):
all fifty states, and while the state Social Services Administration
is responsible for ensuring that the background checks have been completed,
it appears that county agencies may not exactly follow through
and done that even half of the time, they didn't

(01:49:21):
even get to fifty percent. So while SSA appeared to
simply rubber stamp their paperwork, whether it was correct or not.
Quoting here, we tested ten foster care homes that SSA
reviewed in December of twenty twenty three and noted that
SSA concluded that background checks were performed for all individuals

(01:49:46):
in those homes, even though there was no evidence of
a criminal background check for individuals in five of those homes,
and again I'm quoting that from the audits. The SSA
also did not have a procedure to ensure that criminal

(01:50:07):
background checks were obtained for vendors that provided one on
one services to foster care children and hotels. One such
contractor employed a convicted murderer murder. I don't know, need
to look into it. Hope that at least it wasn't

(01:50:29):
a kid that was murdered. I don't know. Hundreds of
foster children were placed in hotels under the supervision of
providers that were not licensed, and that was at a
cost of one two hundred and fifty nine dollars per day,
even though the highest approved rate for treatment foster care

(01:50:54):
was only two hundred and eighty one dollars. That also
being quoted to directly from the audit. During fiscal year
twenty twenty four, Maryland counties social service agencies received seventeen
thousand allegations of abuse and neglect. Many counties were massively

(01:51:15):
late in investigating the allegations, but SSA did not report
child abuse and neglect investigations that were not completed within
sixty days to the General Assembly, as required by state law.
Also from the audit, what else can you say, I'm

(01:51:40):
running out of time and there's still a lot to
go over here, because we're not done. The Social Services
Agency offered questionable excuses for delayed investigations, including, quote a
natural disaster that occurred between February of twenty twenty four
in September of twenty twenty four. Now that seems like
a kind of a large gap, and I'm curious what

(01:52:03):
natural disaster was that exactly? But anyway, even though no
one could point to a natural disaster in the region
during that time period, wonder why I was just asking
what natural disaster was that February of twenty twenty four
September of twenty twenty four.

Speaker 2 (01:52:22):
You know that?

Speaker 1 (01:52:23):
That makes me want to like pull up some AI
and ask her question. Let's see, let's see if Gemini
can help us out with that, shall we? Where are
you at Gemini? Hiding on my phone? There you are? Yes, Hello, Tim,
Thank you? I got a question. What natural disaster occurred

(01:52:43):
in the state of Maryland between February of twenty twenty
four and September of twenty twenty four? All right, we're connecting,
all right? According here, there was a tornado outbreak June fifth,

(01:53:05):
flooding in May, the drought and the heat wave, hurricane
related incidents, and yeah they had to heavy bring So okay,
tornadoes and flooding. Does that stop what's happened here? I

(01:53:27):
don't know. Tosster care system pays people to take care
of children, but Maryland's agency made little effort to make
sure that it's money didn't go to people who were
mistreating the children or even had no foster children. That's right,
you heard me right. They were sending money for foster

(01:53:47):
care to individuals that didn't have any foster children. The
State Social Service Administration did not investigate, and they made
no effort to recover up to thirty four point five
million dollars in overpayments to public foster care providers. Again,
also right there in the audit, there was evidence that

(01:54:10):
some people getting paid to raise foster children were not
meeting their basic obligations. Some children had not received a
dental exam, and up to seven years a quarter of
all foster children had not been taken to the required
annual physical exams. SSA's job was to review paperwork to
flag these problems, but even when it flagged that there

(01:54:34):
was no evidence of a particular claim that a child
had been given the necessary services. A year later, almost
all of those cases were still falsely showing up in
the database as being compliant. They want to say right
here that most startledly, the agency's own data showed that

(01:54:54):
as many as thirty eight percent of these children were
not attending school. What I'm going to say is the
most startling aspect here is the sheer number of child
sexual predators that had been allowed to watch these children.
What is going on in the state of Maryland. Other
than the fact that they have a bunch of goof

(01:55:15):
ass freaking democrat social justice warriors pedophiles, It's just another
sexual orientation mindset, morons that continue to put children in
harm's way in the name of the cause, in the
name of the agenda. The children are not the problem.
The children aren't the issue. They are just malleable little

(01:55:39):
cougs in our futuristic machine. They only need to be
smart enough to know how to do what we tell them,
and dumb enough to keep voting Democrats in the power
so they can continue to be the ones to tell them.
It's not just in the state of Maryland that this
is happening, but this is happening to a ridiculously redundant level.

(01:56:02):
And to be honest, I'm shocked that this audit was
allowed to be made public. I am surprised that anyone
had the gumption in the state of Maryland to step
up and let the truth come out so that people
like me could tell it to you, because they don't
want you to know. Ladies and gentlemen, we talked just

(01:56:25):
last year about a runaway who ended up in the
Maryland system, who then ran away from their system and
ended up in Georgia before getting back with their mom,
all in the name of trying to protect this girl
and her trans identity as a male, that subjected her
to sexual assault inside it of a boy's home because

(01:56:48):
she identified it as a boy. This is the same
level crap, only this is one hundred times worse because
there's countless numbers of people who've been victimized by this.
Answers need to come. Accountability can't come fast enough, Ladies

(01:57:08):
and gentlemen. That's it for me tonight. As always, remember
don't take my word for anything you've heard me say.
Be prepared to do your own research, do your own homework,
and most importantly, use your brain, if you really want
to tap into the truth.
