Temptation Come My Way: Prepare
Ephesians 6:10-20; Isaiah 59:17

Main idea: We must be prepared for times of temptation.

Temptation is not a question of “if”, but a matter of “when” and “how” (James 1:12-15).

We cannot defend ourselves against temptation in our own strength (Ephesians 6:10, 12).

God provides the armor, we need only to utilize it (Ephesians 6:11-20; Isaiah 59:17).

Blessed are The Persecuted
Matthew 5:10-12

True Christianity gives no charter of exemption from suffering (1 Peter 4:12-19).

Remember that sufferings in this li...

Becoming “children of God” is a process of adoption (Galatians 4:3-7).
