Eyes of Another and wee consciousness. Because so many of
you have asked today, I'll be answering your questions that
you sent me in emails and on social media. I
have my friend and Collie, Carol Dan Yellie with me today.

Yeah, thank you for joining us today.

Pleasure. So I guess we.

Could get started right away if you could ask me
the questions and we'll see we'll take it from there.

Oh okay. First question is from Chelsea L. From New York.
I'm having a very hard time atter losing both my
grandparents this year. The holidays are really hard. Do you
have any suggestions as to what I can do to
feel better? Sure?
Speaker 6 (03:06):
Chelsea, First of all, I'm so sorry about the passing
of your grandparents. Please know they truly are okay and
would want you to be too. Make sure to ask
them to come to you in a dream and wake
you up after the dream, so you remember it. Ask
them to give you signs so let you know that
they're with you. All of that, and if you've read
any of my books, you know I say that all

the time. But the holidays are especially a lot of
people are depressed and they're thinking that you know, the
absence of their loved ones. But keep them in your mind,
you know, talk to them. They could hear you be
honest about your feelings because too many people push down
the grief. Push it down, push it down, push it down,
(03:48):
and it gets worse. Doesn't it count.
Speaker 7 (03:50):
You're allowed to feel sad, right, and you might even
have some anger, but you need to surround yourself with
people that understand, the people that love you. That's it.
Speaker 6 (03:58):
But a lot of times that I loved one, as
they say, oh, get over it, or oh you shouldn't
be happy, because it's.
Speaker 7 (04:04):
You know, you just lost your loved one.
Speaker 6 (04:06):
So everybody grieves in a different way. And to understand that,
and it is okay whatever way you grieve, it is okay.
But to acknowledge the grief, this is what I do
when I'm going through a difficult time in my life.
I close the door, close my eyes, and I feel
the emotion, I don't try to let it, you know,
(04:28):
push it down. Once I feel that emotion, I say, okay,
let me feel you What are you telling me? I
feel it?
Speaker 7 (04:34):
It actually goes away, so you let it go.
Speaker 6 (04:37):
Yeah, but you have to acknowledge it first instead of saying, oh,
can't feel that, can't feel that, and it gets worse
and worse and worse. You're stuffing it down. Does that
make sense?
Speaker 7 (04:46):
Yes?

Another thing I would say during the holidays is to
practice different energy techniques such as tappingono, reiki and so forth.
Speaker 7 (04:57):
Okay, or any type of exercise just being seen outside
of nature. And I was thinking that possibly during your
celebration with your family, you could start a new tradition.
Maybe light a candle in rembrance of your grandparents, yes,
or have people bring pictures and start a memory box,

or just talk about the favorite moments that you've had.
Speaker 6 (05:20):
That's a good idea and that will keep their pressure there,
get pictures out from them, and that's awesome. I would
think sometimes people set a chair for their loved ones
and you just say to ask them to comm and
I know it seems silly, but no, they recognize that
that truly can hear you, you know, maintain your connection
with them, talk to them.

Correct and so forth, or maybe have one of their
favorite foods there or dessert, or touch their recipe.
Speaker 6 (05:46):
There you go, their recipe. If your grandma had my
grandmother make cookies, you know, so do that keep their
memory alive? Yes? But to please please please acknowledge your grief,
don't stuff it down. Or on the other hand, if
you're feeling happy, it's okay.

Your loved ones want you to be happy again.
Speaker 6 (06:05):
You're not disrespecting them.

I agree, Then you count okay, So we'll move on
to the next question. This is from Jackie P from Connecticut. Okay,
I keep finding feathers. I found one on my kitchen
floor last week, and today I found a feather by
my door in the front and also one by my car.
Could this be a sign from my mom who passed? Oh?
Speaker 6 (06:27):
Absolutely, it could be a sign. Usually, but I have
founder even the ones who don't believe in the actual life,
once they start getting these types, I call them with
an out of doubt signs from their loved ones. They'll say, oh,
my grandmother's given me a sign or this and that. Yes,
it seems like your mom is letting you know she's
with you. What I would tell you is to pick
(06:50):
up the feathers, put them in a bag, and you'll
see how many you're receiving. The more you acknowledge the signs,
the more you'll get. So if you ignore and say,
oh that's a coin, said oh there's another one, that's
a coincidence, well you will see just how many you're getting.
Speaker 7 (07:04):
And did you notice were you thinking about your mom
or when you saw the feather did your mom's essence
come to you or memory. That's another sign that she's
definitely leaving these feathers for you.
Speaker 6 (07:15):
And the fact is when she says, do you think
this is a sign for my mom? Just that tells
me it is because she's knowing it is and she
wants us to confirm it. I would tell our listeners
to watch for those signs that you're getting and we'll
talk more about it. I think someone else has a
question about these types of signs. But when you get

these type of sign don't discount it, pay attention.

Don't worry about what other people will there. You go
because there are those of us that absolutely do believe.

And probably the ones who are listening. Absolutely believe, never
mind believe.

you think is happening in the skies the last couple
of months near New Jersey. Some people think there are
airplanes flying low. Other people think they are drones, and
others think they might be ufoks.

A lot of people have been asking me this. I
really don't know for sure, but I have to tell
you something. I saw the drones myself the other day.
I went out and there were a group of maybe
three or four very low wow, hovering over the trees.
And they weren't little.

They were about the size of carso and very big.

If I would say, do not get worried. If it's
the government or anything, if they were going to do something,
they would have.
Speaker 7 (08:46):
Done something already. This is what I believe. What I
know okay, but let's take it a step further.

And I don't know this to be a fact, but
this is where my mind is going. My mind is
Harry Fairy. If you look up in the sky, we
are not the only planet out there, and everybody says, oh,
we're the only life out there.

That's foolish, look outside.

My belief my knowing this, but my wish is that
it is extra celestials. I don't like to call them
aliens because it means they don't belong here, but trying
to prevent any harm that we're going to be doing
to our planet. A lot is happening in the world
and in the United States, and I have heard and

felt in World War Two they have been you know,
extra celestials had a big port in stopping bom bombs
and so forth, and they won't let us do that
to our planet and to the to the universe. So
my hope is that's why. So this is very positive.

My hope is that and they're there to help us.
What do you think, protect us? Yeah, I do believe
it's good. I'm not worried. They're concerned. It's a shame
that this we need just kind of help. But it's
good it's there too. And I'm interested in why it's
over New Jersey.

That's what I was goin. Why it's such a small
win New Jersey. And I said that to my daughter.

She goes, yeah, but New Jersey they're the loudest, so
I know we have a lot of people.

Got me upset. I looked in the paper and they're saying, oh,
the drones are a hoax. There are not a hoax.
I saw them with my own eyes.

I just think it's propaganda.

And I have the ring on my doorbell, so there's
a chat. Oh my god, they're here. Oh my they're here.

we're going, wow, a lot of them. You know. My
wish is it is like extra Celestia. I'm not a
right at all. I'm actually embracing that, but I don't

think it is.

I really truly believe.

Yeah, and why isn't anybody saying, you know, if it
was a person with a hobby sending five car sized drones. No,
this is about yeah all over and it's all over
the world.
Speaker 7 (11:31):
Yeah, and it's well it's there's showings all over New Jersey.
So it's not just one area.

Right all over New Jersey, but all over the United
States too, but more.

Amanda, I love you when I have the same question myself,

Right. Next question, this is from Parker Jay from New Jersey.
I'm trying to manifest a perfect job, but nothing has happened.
I'm getting frustrated and angry and don't think it works.
I did a vision board with everything I want with
a job on it, and I get frustered every time
I see it. Do you think I'm doing something wrong?
Speaker 6 (12:15):
Well, Parker, I know this is this is the key
the law of attraction. Whatever we're thinking and feeling, we're
creating more of the same. So if you're saying I
get angry it doesn't work.
Speaker 7 (12:30):
You know, that is I know. But if it's not working.
Speaker 6 (12:32):
Right away that it's easy to say that that you're
not getting the job right away. But it's like planning
a seed. You have to wait until the seed.
Speaker 7 (12:41):
Right now it's the right job. It might not be
available today, be available two months from now. Right. A
lot of things have to work in perfect harmony for
that job to be manifest And.
Speaker 6 (12:52):
So on your vision board, I don't know what you put.
You just put the job, but did you you know,
put maybe the salary, how many people there, how much
time it takes to commute, and all of that. And
the key, the absolute key in manifesting is to feel
it as if it's happening right now.
Speaker 7 (13:13):
Not sometime in the future.
Speaker 6 (13:15):
Not what will it feel like if I had the
perfect job, Nope, imagine it now. The moment is now,
you have it, boom, and that feeling will under it
out and bringing the job deal because you're like a
magnet attracting like unto itself. So whatever you're thinking feeling,
it's not the words, it's not the vision board, it's
(13:36):
the feeling behind it. Right, So if you say I'm
getting angry this doesn't work. And I hear you because
I know a lot of people are feeling.
Speaker 7 (13:44):
The same way.
Speaker 6 (13:45):
They're trying to manifest the perfect job or a soulmate
or something like that, and it's not working right away. Remember, Donna,
do you want to share that story with Donna? Oh?
Speaker 7 (13:55):
With her?

It was trying to manifest the perfect soulmate that.
Speaker 7 (14:01):
You want to share it. Well, you probably have better
remembrance of it, but I do know that she wanted
a man with long hair and a ponytail, white hair, yes,
white hair, and he did walk into her shop one day.
Speaker 6 (14:17):
Write how long did it take? It took many years, okay,
and she had it all written down what she wanted.
Speaker 7 (14:23):
But do you know why?
Speaker 6 (14:24):
It took many years? And it was her perfect soulmate
by the way.

He was married and then his wife passed away, so
it wasn't the correct time until everything changed.
Speaker 7 (14:37):
Yes, and then.
Speaker 6 (14:39):
They got together and he had she said, loves me unconditionally.
I love him unconditionally. He loves my kids. You know,
he has white hair and ponytail blah blah blah. So
when he came into her hair salon, she knew that
was him.
Speaker 7 (14:54):
Because she manifested them, she created it. Yeah, correct, yes,
and they were very happy. Happy. So be patient. The
right job is coming happen. Have to be grateful already, yeah,
knowing you were receiving it.
Speaker 6 (15:09):
Yeah, to be patient and waiting. It'll happen when you
least expect it. I say, right, and then if you
need something pretty soon, imagine how it's happening now. She
may have been thinking, Okay, this is what he will be,
but you feel the feeling as if your wish is
fulfilled right now. I am just recently listening to Ecker
(15:30):
totally the power of now. Years ago, I couldn't listen
to him because he was very slow when he talked
because he's meditating. Now that's all I want to hear,
that peaceful voice. But he talks about how manifesting it's
always now, it's now, it's now, you have the perfect job.
(15:52):
How does it feel you're going into your job? You know,
all the salary, all of that.
Speaker 7 (15:56):
Well. I also believe that we manifest when we're in
a happy vibration. Absolutely, so, if you can stop focusing
on the vision board, Yes, you want to focus on
what you wish to have at the moment, but not
the anger of the feelings that are getting you upset.
That's when you're happy. It's amazing all these good things
just come your way. Absolutely.
Speaker 6 (16:17):
Now, you went on a cruise with Abraham abrahamis yes,
I did. So was there a bottom line what she
was saying? I mean she'd just say.
Speaker 7 (16:26):
Yes, it's over and over. But you create at the
vibration you're at, So whatever you are vibrating out, you're
going to receive back. So if you're happy, you're going
to get things that make you happy. And what makes
me happy is different from other people. Yes, but when
we're said, we're going to get things that make us said. So,
if you're in a constant state of annoyance or if
you're around negative people, well guess what, You're going to

continue to be annoyed and you can continue to have
people that are going to drive you crazy and make
you mad. So you have to change that perception. And
it's not a coincidence, oh no, And everything everything is
a lesson to help us move forward and get past
this exactly.
Speaker 6 (17:02):
And that's how I know tell everyone how to connect
with their loved ones and the angels and manifest is
always to vibrate more on par with who we really are,
which is God, Creator, universe, whatever you want to call it,
within us, which is only love and peace. And when
you vibrate more on that level is when you create
(17:22):
faster and better things. You could create a core. Will
that make you happy? Some people say yes for a moment,
for a little bit of a little bit, right, But
I think most people the bottom line is they want
to be happy than at peace.
Speaker 7 (17:37):
So what didn't you start off that way? And it's hard,
it's hard for people to say what is happiness? But
kind of think about be what you wish for someone
else for their happiness exactly, even though it has to
be what you want, but be what you wish to
for the happiness it will come your way.
Speaker 6 (17:53):
Absolutely, you got it. Take one more question and then
we'll go on a break. This is from Gene l
from Florida. You always talk about forgiveness, but I can't
forgive my ex husband for all the things.
Speaker 7 (18:09):
You did to me. He cheated on me so many
times and he didn't even try to hide it, He
even laughed in my face. How can I forgive him?

Speaker 6 (18:19):
Boy, Well, let's start off. Thank you Carol by saying that.
I'm going to use the saying I always use that
Wayne Dry used to say, it's not the snake bite
that kills us, it's the venom that's left behind. And
if you're tuned into the negativity and you're always focusing
on what he did wrong to you, it was just
(18:40):
what we were saying before, focusing on the bed and
the bed and the bed, and he did this, You're
going to keep creating things like this in your life,
and you don't want to do that. So you have
to focus on what you do want rather than what
happened in the past. So it's not that you're going
to bury your head in the sand. But okay, that
happens for you.

Let it go for.
Speaker 6 (19:02):
You, not for him, because when you let it go,
better things.
Speaker 7 (19:06):
Happen for you and I we realize it's not right right,
So it's hard to accept it, of course, can you say,
how can I accept something that is so terribly wrong
and so hurtful. But once you can learn to accept it,
then you can let the judgment go absolutely.
Speaker 6 (19:22):
And I want to say the same. Another thing is
that she I don't know if she caught him.
Speaker 7 (19:30):
Her name is Jean.

If Jean caught him in the act or whatever. But
the best thing that could have possibly happened is that
she found out about this, so that now she can
move on and be with somebody who treats her with respect.
Speaker 7 (19:44):
So she was upset that she knew that he didn't
hide it, but it was kind of a gift or
to know, so she could go forward, right, yes, right,
and she can move forward.
Speaker 6 (19:57):
Not saying what he did was right, Oh no, But
it's exactly what we were saying before.

If we keep focusing on the bad stuff, we're going
to keep forgetting that.
Speaker 6 (20:05):
We were talking a little bit before we came on
the show that you may be moving. That's true, and
you've moved a couple of times the last I have
a couple of years, and you're always happy. So I said,
you take yourself wherever you go. You're going to be
happy wherever you go. Let's you take yourself wherever you go.

stayed stuck where you are, and if you had stayed
with him, you were not going to live the life

I have my friends and colleague with me, Carol Danielly.
We're answering questions from the listeners, from social media and emails.
Speaker 7 (22:26):
Okay, let's go, here we go. This is from Kasabil
from Nevada. I want to feel and receive messages from
my best friend, but I can't do it. Can you
tell me how?
Speaker 6 (22:40):
Okay, that's a long one, but I'll give you the basics.
Is most people expect to see an apparition of their
loved one or to hear their audible voice, but in reality,
their spirits, so you know, you may be able to
see or for hear them. It's a little bit harder
for them to do, but for the most part come
(23:00):
in different ways. They speak to us as thoughts that
just pop it into our heads for no reason. They're
speaking to us telepathically. So how do you tell the
difference between your thoughts and a message from your loved one.
What you're going to do is backtrack your thoughts. If
you're thinking of your loved one, what were you thinking
right before that? If you saw a picture of your
(23:22):
mom that triggered a thought, that trigger to thought, that's you.
But if you're driving and all of a sudden, your
mom's something happened with your childhood, and something pops in
your head. That's probably a message from your mom. Also,
they love to give us signs, which again we're going
to be talking about in a little bit, to let
us know they're with us.
Speaker 7 (23:42):
And they also like to come.
Speaker 6 (23:43):
To us in dreams to let us know they're with us.
I would say, ask your loved one, ask your best
friend to come to you in a dream and to
wake you up after the dream so that you remember it,
because a lot of times you dream, sleep the whole
night and you forget it by the time you wake up.
So ask them to wake you up after the dream
so you remember it well.
Speaker 7 (24:08):
You know you do say that you can't do it,
so right away you've already decided it's impossible for correct
So I think we have to change that thought process.
Speaker 6 (24:17):
That's the law of attraction that we were talking.
Speaker 7 (24:19):
And you have to decide that yes you can. We
know you can, yes, and then you just have to
be open for whatever comes. And maybe you might want
to ask for something particular. So if the two of
you shared, let's just say a love of butterflies, and
maybe ask if you'll see a butterfly within the next
five days. Well, we don't like to put a timeframe
on it, but put it out there and see what happens.
Speaker 6 (24:43):
And sometimes people get too specific. So so I love
to ask, give me a without a doubt sign. I
call it without a doubt sign, to let me know
you're with me, and then be patient and wait and
as it will come when you least expect it, such
as a birdle we'll talk about that bertle land on
your shoulder that does normally happen, or you're talking about
your loved ones and the whites flicker, things like that,
(25:04):
So pay attention to those those things. This is the
way your friend is probably talking to you. Also, if
they were very quiet, if your best friend was very quiet,
when they're coming through them very quiet too, so they
retain the same personality as they had when they were
here in the physical body. If they were a loud
they're still loud. If they were quiet, they're so quiet,
and so forth. Okay, and that's what I forgot to say.
(25:27):
Mention about the dreams. If the dream is scary, frightening,
how they died, that is not your loved one in
a dream. That's you, your subconscious trying to resolve issues
from them. If they come to you in a dream,
it'll feel peaceful. You'll wake up knowing, You'll feel wonderful
knowing that it's your loved one. There'll be the age
(25:47):
that they want to be remembered as if they were older.
They usually like to come back in their thirties. I
don't know why, but they love that.
Speaker 7 (25:54):
Around that age and so forth. Okay, but you can
do it. Don't believe it, we know it. Yeah, Okay.
This next question is Marissa from New Jersey. Help me
to be at peace with the situation in the United States.
Speaker 6 (26:13):
Okay, you've got a good question there. The bottom line
is that we all want peace, and we all want
to focus on love and so forth. We are the
ones we've been waiting for now. I don't know if
you who you voted for either way, but a leader
(26:38):
is not the one who's going to change your life
or the lives of those around you. You have the
power to create. We're talking about the law of attraction
on a for yourself, for others, and even for the world,
because if.
Speaker 7 (26:54):
We're all connected, we are all one, and whatever we
do to ourselves or another. That's the whole.
Speaker 6 (27:00):
If we focus on love and peace, we're creating more
of love and peace in the world. If we're focusing
on what's wrong, it's exactly what we're talking that through
all of these questions, we'll create more of that in
our lives and in the world. So to be at
peace if you can't and I know some people have
been asking me they can't focus on peace because they're
(27:20):
very angry or.
Speaker 7 (27:23):
And so forth.
Speaker 6 (27:25):
Change the subject, like, don't focus. It's just like forgiving somebody,
you know, the husband. You don't focus on what's wrong.
You focus on what you want instead of what you
don't want, focus on solutions rather than the problems.
Speaker 7 (27:38):
Correct and then eventually there'll be more positivity and less negativity.
But if you can stay calm, the people that are
around you in your home, they'll become calmer, yes, and
then they will affect people outside the house where whether
they're at work or at school or in the neighborhood,
and then they affect more. So it's a ripple effect.

Maybe you Carol, and maybe we could bounce off each other.
Some people won't talk to other people if they voted
in a different way. So I had this go ahead.
Just the other night, they went out to dinner with
a couple. They made a comment, My husband made a
comment back. The person got up and walked away.
Speaker 7 (28:23):
Well okay, and which upset my husband very much because
they turned their back to him. Yes, and I said
they walked away because they didn't want to have a confrontation.
So I think we have not only so I'm like,
immediately when the person walked away, he was upset. But
the person, when that happens, you have to understand that's

their way of changing the subject and not allow it
to upset you. Yes, yes, well.
Speaker 6 (28:51):
I have had classes since the election, and I see
we took we have a course of Miracles class every
other week, so that that subject came up right after
the election. That was really helpful. But you let the
other person talk about why, and it's pretty weird because
the other person is saying that the same thing we're
saying about the.

Other person, right, So I don't everybody perceives it in
a different way. Right.
Speaker 6 (29:18):
All I want to say is is extremely important to
listen to you know, real news. Well, okay, because there's
some it's hard though to decipher now what is real
and what's not.

And I agree with you. We need to allow each
person to voice their opinion and it's okay, and let them.

Let them voice their opinion, and it doesn't mean they're
going to affect you or you're going to change your mind.
Oh sy, because I've heard this so often the last month,
and that's the only way we could get through this.
By judging another person, it's just going to make us
very miserable. And we can't live this way.

Now. We need to come.

We need to be the p we want to see
in the world. We need to be the one we're
the ones we've been waiting for.

Yes, because if we think it's going to be horrible,
it might be. And right, I don't want that, right,

Well, Yes, we're going to look for anything that we
see that is good in people or or we create
better yet will create what we wish to see in
the world, create peace organizations or unity and joining together
with different nationalities and exactly sexual orientations and all of

that and unity.

We're all one, yes, because I do believe this has
happened for a reason. Maybe I don't quite understand it yet,
but for all of us to come together.

taking your energy as well. And there are different techniques

that I use personally every single day. One is called
the Celtic Weave. Author Donnie Eden, who wrote the book
Energy Medicine. I can't take the credit for it. It's called

It weaves your aura so that you're protected from other

people's energy.

So that's protecting so it doesn't happen. So what happens
when you feel all that energy.

You could do the releasing the venom okays. Another technique
by Donna Eden. You raise your arms up and then
swing them out to the ground and blow it out
like I can't even show you because this is not visual,
but and you blow it down three times and you
get rid of it. Another thing Donna Eden talks about,
imagine the base of your spine. It's even talking about

the situation in the United States and I'm feeling that,
I'm feeling everybody's emotions. There is the bottom of your spine.
Imagine that you have a cap and you you.

Open it up like a faucet, right open the gap.

It's too tight, it's too tight, and let all that
energy drain out of you so you're not holding onto it.

Sometimes I visualize like you know when a dog gets
wet or come out of the bath and they like
this and it just leaves yeah, yeah, and vanishes. But
it is very true. You can go into a room
with a lot of people and have your energies apt.

Yes, yes, I really need to use I do the
Celtic wave. If I go to a crowded like Manhattan
or a movie or a concert, you know, I do
the Celtic weave.

You can also just protect yourself with white light.

Yeah, you could do that too, and you will actually
feel the difference. I recently hurt my hand and I
have to go to physical occupational therapy. It's different than
physical therapy. And the gentleman is so kind and everything.
We're talking about this, and I told him about the
Celtic weave because he's dealing with twenty.

People day touching them their energy.

So I showed him that. I showed him before he
did an energy test, nice and weak, and then we
did a Celtic weave, and then I did the energy
test again. He was nice and strong, so he was

What do you think about alternative medicine like acupuncture, reiki,

Oh my goodness. When mind, body, spirit, absolutely, I mean
that's what I do. I practice right, all of those techniques.
I go to an acupuncturist. If you heal just one
area of your body, just the body, and you don't
deal with the mind and the spirit, it could come back.
Whatever you're dealing with, it's all mind, body spirit connection,

so they're all energies.

Reiki is amazing.
Speaker 6 (34:40):
I've been healing my I had hand surgery and I've
been healing my hand. It's healing so quickly, quicker than
anybody thought it was possible.

It's amazing with reiki. Yes, you know, and there is
a place for modern medicine also. Of course.

Of course these are solutely but combined, combine. It's not
I'm not saying just just do this. No, it's the
mind and the body and spirit connection because you are
mind and body and spirit, and if you heal all
of that, that's once you're healing occurs.

have a willingness to be healed, a.

Little willingness like a course of miracles.

Yes, but sometimes people want to I don't know if
the victims sometimes are just suffer. So you have to
have a willingness to heal. I'm glad you brought that up.
Believe it or not.

Some people benefit from being ill, like they the children
are paying more attention to that sympathy more than they
go on disability or something. And there's some kind of
benefit from the disease. So when they're able to release that,
and some people just say they want to go home,
they want to pass and that's it, which is cool too,

because in reality and this life is not all there is.
I know that for sure, and my wish is for
everybody to know that is well. But if you do
want to be healed, yes, yes, I'm an advocate for
all of those alternative medicine.

Modalities and they work absolutely.

Okay, this is from Tony and from Colorado. Bad things
keep happening to me and I don't understand why help me.

This is pretty much like what we were talking about before,
but easier said than done because the last several months,
I've had a lot of things happening with my family,
with myself and so forth, and it's so easy to
focus on what's wrong. But in the midst of that,
(36:43):
I felt, you know, I know that my thoughts create
my reality, and I've learned that I need to focus
on what I want rather than what is right. Because
we keep focusing on what is we kind of keep
creating more bad stuff. So with the hand situation, I
didn't realize how much I could do with on hands.
Speaker 7 (37:02):
Pretty cool.
Speaker 6 (37:03):
I've learned, and I've learned to really appreciate the other hand,
my right hand that I haven't been able to use
for six weeks, you know, a long time, and what
we can do and focus on all of that, and
just to be grateful for all of that.

Well, yes, if you can live in gratitude, that's every day.
Just be thankful for not only this moment, but what's coming.
But you need to stay away from the negative people,
negative activities. Don't put yourself you know, it's like you're
going out, let's say, to a tavern and stuff, and
you leave and you're upset. Why go Stay away from

negative activities.

Stay with high vibrating energy, things that make you feel good.
Go to concerts that make you feel good exactly, hark,
go for walks, say well, you know, hang out with
friends who make you feel good. Family and I know
some family. You know, some people say to me, oh,
but my family, they always get me down right. That's cool,
But that's hard because you sometimes can't stay away from them.

But don't take it in.

If you could take a break, you know, maybe a
couple of days, try not to you know, respond right
away and then go around positive people, positive things, and
you'll have the strength again, Yeah, to connect with those
that bring you down here and.

There and dance and saying and listen to good music.
And these are things that I do. Meditate, meditate, meditate
my thoughts, empty those thoughts.

Every day I get up and I say, today I
am happy. Yes, I'm going to live in joy. It's
going to be a wonderful day. And affirmations are amazing.
You know, when you start to save them often enough,
they become part of you and you begin to emulate
that out. Absolutely absolutely, So.

This is an interesting one. This is from an anonymous
person in Rhode Island. My husband does not want me
to go to a median because he thinks it's against God.
I don't think it is because it has helped me
so much.
Speaker 6 (39:34):
What do you think, Well, I'm a medium God is
a big part of my life. So the more the
closer I get to God, the more I can receive messages.
Speaker 7 (39:46):
And that's my answer. Yes, I think it's a gift
from God. Yes, And.
Speaker 6 (39:55):
How do I explain this. The more a part you
are with God's energy, which is on love and peace,
the stronger is your connection with those who passed, and
the easier it is for you to receive messages. I
found that it's very true. Today then I'm angry and upset.
I still get messages, but not as much so.
Speaker 7 (40:15):
But I think God puts a median in our path
to help us. Because when I was suffering from grief,
I was fortunate to have a session with Karen, and
the connection with my parents was allowed me to move
forward and let it go. And it just like this
person from Rhode Island, it changed my life completely because
(40:38):
it made me believe that they were so much more
to not only this life, that there's an afterlife, and
that we are our different vibrational levels, and when we grieve,
we're at such a lower level that we can't CeNSE
our loved Once, yes, and once I was able to
accept and understand and raise my vibration just by allowing
(40:58):
again happiness to come back and enjoy, because that's what
they would want for me. Yes, not absolutely said then
I was able to feel and since then and pick
up on the sides exactly.
Speaker 6 (41:10):
And you know you said something that I want to
touch upon too, which is really important. A lot of
people say to me, why is a friend of a
friend of mine feeling my mother?
Speaker 7 (41:20):
And I'm not. It's because you're grieving.
Speaker 6 (41:23):
So much and your energy is lower, you know, the
lower vibration, rightfully, so you're grieving. You're grieving, so that's normal.
Acknowledge your grief and all of that. But that's why
your loved ones will go to a friend or a
friend of a friend and that's what's happening. And let
me tell you, Carol is also receiving messages she has
and I want to tell everyone here listening, it's not
(41:45):
just that, Karen, No, we could do this. This is
my purpose is to teach people how to do what
I do, to empower that within you. We are all mediums,
we are all and Carol.
Speaker 7 (41:56):
I have to say, Karen's absolutely right, right because I,
let's say, years ago, I would say, are you crazy?
No way can I do this, but you can yes,
and it's a it's wonderful and a little willingness. Yes.
And you know you're when your friend is receiving messages,

and that's because your parents are trying so hard to
reach you. So they're going to the next best thing,
which was a friend of yours.
Speaker 6 (42:25):
But then they say, oh, but why my parents wouldn't
go to right, they come directly to me. But they're trying.
Speaker 7 (42:32):
They're trying hard. Right, So once you can decide or
like we'll say again, a willingness to receive right to
lift your vibration.
Speaker 6 (42:40):
But you know what the bottom line is, this woman says,
is this of God?
Speaker 7 (42:44):
I think this is? Well, that's true, that is the question.
I have no doubt.
Speaker 6 (42:49):
Absolutely it's of God.
Speaker 7 (42:51):
And I know that the Bible might say something they
don't want us idolizing fuse, God's right, but they're not.
We're not idolizing a medium or anything of that sort
because we realize it's a gift from God. Yes, I
know without a doubt. And the closer of angels, Angels
are very real. Angels are messagers of God. So people say,
(43:13):
can I pray to angels? Angels are messers of God,
right there, Lea's communicating with us. I agree, that's the story. Okay.

Speaker 7 (43:25):
From New Jersey. You say you meditate every day. Can
you give me some tips?
Speaker 6 (43:31):
Okay, yes, absolutely, Jeff. I do meditate every day with
the purpose of connecting later on in the day. Most importantly,
if someone wants to connect with the sea, slug ones
and the angels, I say to set aside time every
single day to quiet your thoughts, because if your thoughts
are going a mile a minute, you won't be able
to see and feel them and pick up on what
(43:53):
they're talking about, what they're saying to you. So during
the meditation, I always set aside half an hour in
the morning, no negotiable. I get up very early. I'm
not telling you to do this, but I get up
a four forty five and I meditate for half an
hour every single day. If somebody's trying to come through
(44:14):
during that time, I don't listen because that's my time
to be quiet and connect with source so that later
on in the day I'll be able to feel them.
Speaker 7 (44:23):
How do I meditate? There's different ways of meditating.
Speaker 6 (44:26):
When I first started to meditate, I listened to a
guided meditation, and I would suggest that for you if
you're just learning right now, you could google guided meditations,
clearing chakras, anything like that to We just did a
piece meditation the other day at my center, just to connect,
to be able to quiet your thoughts. They will come
a time when you just want to.
Speaker 7 (44:47):
Quiet your thoughts. Pat do you do that?
Speaker 6 (44:49):
And by the way, you don't have to do a
half an hour right away. Do five minutes, ten minutes
in the beginning. Focus on your breath and your breathing.
Focus on a sound in the room, say a mind
over and over. When you're thoughts, you begin to think
things you will your programmed to think. So a lot
of times I'm meditating, Okay, what am I going to
make for dinner?
Speaker 7 (45:10):
Go right back.
Speaker 6 (45:11):
Acknowledge of the thought, think about that later, and then
back to the mantra, back to the breathing. The best
thing that I that works on me right now, you
know it keeps changing, is focusing on inside of my body.
I focus on the feelings inside like I focus on
the knots or the if I have anxiety or you know,
(45:32):
there's a lot going on in the world. Okay, focus
on that and when you do that at this pace,
just like we've talked about before, that's meditation.
Speaker 7 (45:40):
And you will find that when the space between your
thoughts starts to grow, even if it's half a second
then a second, that you are getting the grip. You're
getting the understanding of how to meditate, and it will
begin to get longer and longer. For me, I had
difficulty sitting still so that I could allow my thoughts
(46:02):
to just run and let go. So what worked best
for me in the beginning was a walking meditation. So
I would go out in major and I would walk
and the thoughts would come. But then all of a sudden,
I would be half a mile down the road and
not a wit minute. I wasn't thinking of anything. I
go there and I realized I was actually in meditation.
(46:25):
That's it.
Speaker 6 (46:26):
And if your mind, because I walk my dog, my
mind was a mile a minute. So I just say attention,
And now I attention, and I'm like, oh, because my
dog is always so happy, it's nothing, everything right, So
why is he always so happy like that? I want that, so,
you know, attention. So I'm just focusing on the trees
and the birds and all of that.
Speaker 7 (46:45):
That's meditation, and once you can, yeah, find that moment
when you feel it, then it's so much easier to
get there. So don't give up. Give yourself. I always
like forty days, so give yourself a month at least.
And before you say I can't do this.
Speaker 6 (47:03):
Right, twenty eight days, Well it begins a habit, correct,
So I would do that for sure. Praying is talking
to God and the angels were Meditating is listening, and
in every relationship you need to listen as well as
to speak. There was something else I well, oh what
was I thinking? It'll come to me.
Speaker 7 (47:21):
Just like you if you continue to talk talk talk talk.
Never let anyone else say they're not getting anything they're
not able to share. So in your mind, let the
space between thoughts expand so that you can receive.
Speaker 6 (47:34):
And don't get so upset if you are thinking, because
our minds are programmed to think, it's okay. Set aside
that time with the intention, and if your mind goes,
it's okay. I have been doing this for over twenty years,
and I still some days feel fabulous and I feel
like whoa, I feel so good. In other days I'm
like I thought the whole time, I'll be honest. So
(47:58):
I still set aside that time every single day with
the intentions. So you set aside that time and whatever happened.
Speaker 7 (48:04):
That's right. We're human, so we're going to continue to learn. Yeah.
Next question is from Haley from Boston. Can you go
over what types of signs that are loved ones give
us to let us know they're here?
Speaker 6 (48:16):
There you go. That's what I kept coming back to.
That's the question I saw, Haley. There's so many types
of signs I call them without a doubt, signs that
are loved ones and the angels give us to let
us know they're around us. It would be something that
normally doesn't happen. So say you're driving and a car
cuts you off. Instead of getting angry, notice the license
(48:39):
plate it could And if it says your loved one's name,
which happens happened to me or their birthday, notice that's
their way.
Speaker 7 (48:46):
Pay attention.
Speaker 6 (48:47):
I'm trying to talk to you. If a bird picks
at your window, they love to use their energy to
come inside of a ladybug, a dragonfly, a butterfly to
let us know they're with us, and the animal would
do something that normally the animal does not do. They
love to show us the same numbers over and over,
whether it be one, one, one, one, two two, your
(49:09):
loved one's birthday, your anniversary, your old addressmen when you
were child. Also, they like to give us their favorite
song or the song with the words that you need
to hear at that particular moment. They flicker the lights.
They like to play with electricity. What else that'd mean?
Speaker 7 (49:28):
Find coins, coins, feathers. Right, we don't see coins as
much as we used to now, so when you find
a coin, there's a lot of meaning behind it.
Speaker 6 (49:37):
And I would say, collect those coins, put them in
a jar, and you'll see how you're getting.
Speaker 7 (49:43):
Smells.
Speaker 6 (49:43):
You'll be in the middle of nowhere and you'll smell
your mom smoking a cigarette, or a cologne of your
uncle and so forth.
Speaker 7 (49:51):
I mean, we could go on and oh yeah, my
dad was a mechanic, and there's been many times where
I've walked into a store or even a classroom and
I smell the oil and you know, there's no oil there.
No one else is smelling it, but I'm smelling it,
so I know that my dad is present. It's amazing.
Speaker 6 (50:08):
And you were at my daughter's wedding, so you witnessed
this too, But I asked my mom. There was during
the ceremony and my daughter and her husband, Steve were
lighting candles for those who passed the grandparents, And as
they were doing that, I said, Mom, give us a
sign to let us know that you're aware of what
(50:29):
she's doing right now. And with that, the candle burst
broke the glass and I'm like, oh, I didn't think
it was so she would do it so quickly like that,
But I was thrilled you were there.

Yes, she made her presence known. That's right, in a
big way.

that create peace in your life. Then your life after
their death is probably the one I recommend the most,

loved ones. Healing techniques, how to connect with them, how

to go to find a good medium, and so forth.

girlfriends who treat him badly. We've been telling him about
the law of attraction and that he's creating this. What
can we tell him to help him?

This is the same thing that we've been talking about
over and all over.
Speaker 7 (54:20):
What do you say, Well, again, he's going to attract
out of where he's coming from, right, I would say
he's got to love and appreciate himself and only to
receive back what he's giving. So he will eventually if
he can begin to practice self love and take good
care of him, he will not want people around him
(54:41):
that are good for him.
Speaker 6 (54:43):
You attract what you are, not what you want. Correct, Yes,
So you have to change yourself. People are coming to
me who are trying to heal themselves are very angry,
and then they create more angry.
Speaker 7 (54:52):
People in their lives.

I tell him, you have to work on yourself, and
when you work on all of that, you're going to
create more loving positive people in your life as well.
Speaker 7 (55:04):
And again, if you can do things with him that
bring him up, make him happy, put him in a
higher vibration, he's going to attract better people, right right, And.

A lot of times this happens over and over again.
He probably is thinking badly about himself. And that's not
what you want to do, you know, it's you have
to just understand. You just know the right person is
coming into your life.

You don't want to settle. You want somebody that treats
you with respect. And you just wait and.

You put on you know, you could do that manifestation
board of THEI. But everything helps me unconditionally. I love
her unconditionally.

You know, she's funny, she's this and that, and.

Do it all and expect it love. That's what you
could tell you, sir, and then live as if it's
