Conscious and now, ladies and gentlemen, it's time for Angel Quest with Karenoi
(02:16):
on Hudson River Radio dot com.Well, hello, everyone, welcome to
the Angel Quest Show. I'm Kareni, author of Your Life, Factor,
Their Death, We Consciousness and Throughthe Eyes of Another. I'm so happy
that Livvy Adams is my guest today. Libby is a speaker, author,
(02:36):
and transformation strategist, using her morethan thirty years of experience in education,
leadership, and personal growth to helphundreds of high achievers transform their lives from
the inside out and reach their goalsin record time. She's the founder and
president of the International Academy of SelfKnowledge, a master practitioner of neuro Linguistic
(02:59):
prog and the creator of Transformational Meditation, which is a very specific transformational tool
that enables people to quickly change erroneousbeliefs and negative emotions that do not reflect
who they really are as spiritual beings. I am so excited that she's here
with us today. Hi Libby,Hi Karen. It's hard for me to
(03:24):
contain my excitement. Thank you somuch for being with us today. Thank
you. So before we start,I'd love to know why you do the
work you do. You know,it all goes back to when my husband
was cut from the NBA after playingprofessional basketball for five years, and he
(03:47):
did not have the resources or toolsto be able to make that life transition
because it was a big transition. So as a result, his intes hoping
mechanism was to do drugs for likethe next twenty years, and so he
ended up in rehab. We movedfrom la to Seattle because he played for
(04:10):
the Sonics up there and he thoughtthat would be a good place to go
because they were pretty supportive of him. So we were there for like maybe
three weeks, maybe not even thatlong, and he ended up in drug
rehab. So we went to haveour big start. He ends up in
rehab and after about the third day, the executive director comes over to me
and she says, your husband isdoing so well. He's the president of
(04:31):
the rehab group. And I thought, oh, isn't that great. He's
the president of the rehab group andI'm out here with two kids taking care
of them, dealing with all thechaos that's been created and you know what
I thought, Karen. I remember, and I'll never forget that moment of
saying, where's my damn rehab whenin I like to go someplace for twenty
(04:56):
eight days and work on myself andhave people me food and all of that
kind of stuff. But you know, it's like, why does somebody have
to be a drug addict or analcoholic to get a good twenty eight day
program? And so it took metwenty years, Karen NOI after twenty years,
I did create that program. Butironically it was because he came to
(05:19):
me and he said, would youhelp me create a program? Because he
knew I was doing my transformational meditationwork that started. That was like ten
years later, in nineteen ninety four, he said, would you help me?
Would you help me create a programfor drug addicts and alcoholics so they
don't have to go through thirteen detoxesin eight rehabs like I did. And
(05:42):
I thought, oh, heck no, that's like the last thing I would
ever want to do on the faceof the planet. But in checking in
with my inner guidance, God said, yes, you're going to do that,
and so then I did it.We did it for two years.
We had really really great results becausewe were helping people, you know,
understand who they are, and Ihad them for twenty eight days of doing
(06:05):
transformational meditation. But after two years, I said, okay, look,
you have this program, that's whatyou ask for. Now I'm going to
go to India. I'm going torewrite the program for people that don't have
substance abuse problems. And that's whatI did. And so that's why I
(06:25):
do what I do. But whenI'm telling you why I do it,
I'm also telling you what I do. Right I do. You could call
it identity rehab. We all needto rehab something, and what most people
need to rehab is who they thinkthey are, right exactly. Chapter six,
Chapter six of the Week Consciousness Book, Karen, remembering who you are?
(06:47):
Awesome. Yeah, I'm so gladwe met. We met. You
gotta tell everyone how we met.You tell everybody. I will through the
retreat. I gave a yeah,Costa Rica last year and that best.
Ye're the sweetest. It was meantto that's how we met in person.
(07:10):
Yes, but we met not inperson. Okay, all right, this
is what happened. I'll tell themstories, Okay, so I'm just mine
in my own business, going throughmy emails one day and I see this
this email that in the subject lineit says Wayne Dyer is teaching from the
Afterlife. I'm like what, SoI opened that up. Of course because
(07:36):
of all the mentors in the West, Wayne Dyer is my number one,
he's my number one guy. Inthe East, it's Swami Rama, so
I have been but Wayne had hismentors from the East too, and so
when I see that, I'm like, of course, I'm going to open
that up. And then that wasthe Humanities course that what it was called,
Karen Humanity Team, Yes, yes, Humanity's Team, and it was
(07:58):
you and and Selene and yeah,Sarena, Serena and Sage Dire And so
that's how I found out about youbecause you were you were a part of
it, and then you told yourstory. I'm like, oh my gosh,
Karen. And uh so I wentthrough that course. But somehow I
(08:20):
don't know if you talked about theCosta Rica Retreat on that course, but
I found out about it because Iwent to your website and I saw that
and I'm like, minute one,the minute I saw that, I'm like,
I am totally there. It wasa lot of fun. That's that's
how we met that and I justwant to pause for a second. Say
that retreat and Costa Rica is likenobody should miss that. Everybody should go
(08:41):
to that retreat because but Karen issane to us, It's like, look,
I'm not the only one that canbe a medium. I can you
know, we all have this, and let me teach you how to do
what I do so that you can, you know, be able to speak
with your deceased loved ones. Andwe did other things there and it was
beautiful resort. Plus we had likethe best vegan food. Karen and I
(09:05):
are both beginning. I love chaptereleven. I'm gonna you're gonna talk about
the week consciousness. It's like chaptereleven about the animals in the week Consciousness.
Yeah, and so we had likefive star food. Yeah that retreat
all right. I forgot what wewere talking about, Karen, but that's
(09:26):
what we were saying. How Imet you, and I was yeah,
but let's see, So can youtell us a little bit more about what
transformational meditation is. Yeah, Sotransformational meditation comes from my training in neuralguistic
programming. When I took my NLPtraining in nineteen ninety one. There was
(09:48):
no spiritual component in it was justall cognitive. It was all mental,
and I'm a spiritual person. Soonce I did my NLP and I started
doing you know, I opened upmy practice. In nineteen ninety four,
I started the Academy. Well thatwas after in nineteen eighty nine, I
spent a year in Tony Robbins organizationstaff date with Destiny like six times,
(10:09):
and that was a good foundation. And then I found out about you know
that he was really teaching LP thathe called something else. And so then
I studied in LP for a yearand then I ended up in Deepak Show
for his organization for a year.So I had three kind of apprentice years.
But in nineteen ninety four when Istarted the academy and I said,
okay, now I'm going to domy own type of thing. And as
(10:31):
I was doing this exercise, I'mtelling you this NLP exercise, it would
be like you bring out you havea part that has a problem, I
have this issue, and then you'dbring out like an opposing part and say,
well, you don't need that issuebecause like that's not true, and
like it just didn't work to havethe same part talking to the other part.
Listen and I'll tell you why,Karen, even though you already know
(10:56):
it. Hold on concept twenty eightof the Week Consciousness. It says problems
cannot be solved with the same energythat produced them, right, right,
what would I do without this book? And then then in your question and
(11:20):
answers you said to Wane, toWane, please interpret concept twenty eight,
problems cannot be solved with the sameenergy that produced them. And then it
says problems exist only in the mind, and they arrive when a person is
vibrating at a frequency that is notin harmony with source. Okay, And
so in transformational meditation, my guidancewas, instead of bringing out this part
(11:43):
in that part, I bring outthe part that has the issue. Then
have them visualize whatever their word forsource is. I know Wane liked source.
Some people say God, infinite intelligence, the universe and all that doesn't
matter what they call it, allthe same source. Right. So then
the part comes out and says,I have this problem. I can't do
(12:05):
you know, I'm I'm not worthyor whatever it's going to say. And
then the higher power comes out andspeaks the truth from a higher level of
consciousness, is speaking to this lowerlevel of consciousness and gives it the opportunity
to really hear the truth from thathigh vibration, and then the hands can
come together and this part is raisednow back to the original vibration of where
(12:30):
it was before it kind of splitoff in separation. And so it is
so important to understand. Now Einsteinis quoted as you can't solve the problem
with the same level of mind thatcreated the problem. But you know,
I've said that for like thirty years, and somebody said to me about a
year ago, they said, youknow, Einstein didn't say that, No,
(12:56):
And so I do you. Istarted googling, googling they did.
I could not find any place wherehe said it. Oh, I said,
that's fine, So now I'm sayingit right. But he said that.
Now I'm going did you got it? Now? I did google?
I google out of it. Yougo google it, okay, And so
you can see that people said thathe said it, but you can't see
(13:18):
where he actually there's no source quotinglike in his book blahday blah or whatever.
But that's not the point. Thepoint is Okay, I'm saying it.
You cannot solve the problem with thesame level of consciousness that created the
problem. And that's the basis oftransformational meditation and why I altered that NLP
exercise instead of having two like lateralequal parts, have the higher power and
(13:43):
then the part in man that works. It works one hundred percent of the
time because source is the one youknow running the program exactly, and you
were kind enough to do that onme. We worked together with that.
It was amazing, So I thankyou for that. Yes, you're welcome.
You're welcome, Karen. So,what is one thing that you want
(14:09):
people to understand that would have thegreatest impact on their life. I want
them to understand. You want themto understand the whole week. Consciousness wants
them to understand to remember who weare as spiritual beings. That's like,
it's the one thing that would changeeverything immediately if everybody woke up to their
(14:33):
true identity. So people have anidentity problem, and people are identifying us,
Oh, I'm my body, I'mmy thoughts, I'm my car.
You know, I'm my job,and it's like we're none of that.
I was just reading recently and actuallydid a class after I came back from
Costa Rica. I did a classusing the book from n Argadada Maharaj called
(14:56):
I Am Not the Body. Itwas good. Yeah, it was really
powerful. It was really powerful inthe in the twenty eight day course that
I do every year. It's aone on one course, but every year
I bring the graduates together. Thiswas the nineteenth annual group review of the
(15:18):
twenty eight day course. And eachyear I guess what we're doing in twenty
twenty five, you don't have toguess. The audience can't see it.
But what am I holding up?Darn? Okay, let's say I have
to weak consciousness. The weak consciousnessis is twenty twenty twenty five everybody's book.
Look at all my marking zone,Oh my, oh liddy. And
while I'm doing this week, whileI'm doing that, now this whit is
(15:41):
that? Thirty three? See thisshirt? Yeah? I work with a
lot of I work with mostly men. I'm said you a virtual hug.
I receive your virtual hug. Sowhat happened is one of my students is
a hockey player, and he saidhe wanted me to have but he also
(16:03):
is a trader. I work witha lot of men that trade like they're
trading stocks and commodities and futures andthings like that, a lot of Wall
Street, a lot of people inChicago and all over the world. I
work in every continent except at Arctica. But he wanted to give me a
gift, and so he had hisHe has this good trading company on there,
and he said, every Jersey hasa number on the back. And
(16:26):
I didn't know what number to do, so I just chose thirty three.
Thank you. That's my lucky mylucky lucky shirt hybrid that that is so
awesome. But I mean, seriously, this world would be a different place
if we did remember who we were, you know. And so many people
(16:49):
say, oh no, you know, God is not within me. Maybe
within the miracle workers and so forth, but not me. And I have
to tell you, yes, you, every fun of us, Yes you.
We have to take a very shortbreak. Well, we will be

(18:32):
Hey, welcome back to the AngelQuest show. I have with me Libby
Adams, and we're talking about manythings, transformational meditation and her school and
her academy and so many more things. And we were talking about we consciousness
during the break and what did yousay, You said, let's save it
for the radio show. Yeah, because I was I was selling Karen after
(18:55):
I took that course with the Humanity'sTeam, and I knew that she had
that book and she said a littlebit about it. I got it on
audible, so I've listened to ittwice on audible and then I read it
and I just marked it up andI went through those concepts and and then
Karen, you were saying how andso now you were saying about how important,
Like I said, wait, wait, you have to tell everybody this
about how important it is at thistime. And Karen, I'm in the
(19:19):
world. Is we understand that we'reall one and we really are when we
leave the physical body, we couldfeel that oneness in an instant, you
know, right now it feels likeI'm over here and you're over there,
and my cat's over there. Buttruly we are all one. You feel
that. So there's no point infighting against each other and so forth.
(19:41):
No, we have to be instrumentsof peace, right absolutely, and messengers
of peace, you know. Inmy course, the high the one out
I want to have one outcome foreverybody, and that they when they experience
who they are and they know whothey are, not like not what would
(20:03):
say intellectually A lot of people arelike you know, intellectually understand that I'm,
you know, a spiritual being.Wait, hang on a second,
why don't we just see what WayneDyer and Karen know we had to say
about that. I'm going to teachher masters, I promise everyone. I
didn't tell her to say all thesethings. Karen did not know. I
(20:26):
did say this, but well shedidn't know because this just happened yesterday when
I was preparing and I thought, you know what, let me look at
the weak consciousness and I'm like,oh my gosh, let me read this
whole thing. But listen, SoWayne Dyer said this. We're talking about
remembering who you are. He says, we are not human beings in search
of a spiritual experience. We arespiritual beings immersed in a human experience.
(20:52):
And then Karen says right after thatyou are not just a physical body.
The essence of who you are livesinside your physical body, stating a different
way concept thirteen, you are aninfinite spiritual being having a temporary human experience
on this planet. Yes, sothere's thirteen, and then and then the
(21:18):
wait, there's more. Then there'sthree. Right, three and thirteen ares
are really related, And isn't itinteresting, Karen, they both have thirteen
and three. Yes, so three, like your little header is recognizing your
divinity. It's like that, Like, what more important thing could we talk
about this morning, Karen than everybodyrecognizing their divinity? Right? And then
(21:44):
I've spent my whole career thirty yearsdoing transformational meditation, teaching people a practical
tool of Well, great, howam I going to do that? Right?
So we have it? So whatI do is give them experience.
Their eyes are closed and their experiencein it. They can't grasp it intellectually.
(22:04):
They have to experience it, sothat we have to experience our own
divinity. It's hidden within like buriedtreasure, and people are so surprised when
they find it. So this iswhat you said, Karen. Not only
are you as spiritual now we're talkingabout number three. Okay, we did
thirteen. Not only are you aspiritual being having a human experience, but
(22:26):
you also have God within you, which makes you divine according to concept number
three, the true essence of whoyou are as God. To say it
in a different way, God iswithin every one of us, with no
exceptions. If people, if morepeople were able to fully recognize their divinity
(22:47):
than peace on Earth would finally becomea reality. After all, God,
who is only love, would neverhurt anyone else or destroy the planet that
he created. We would all livein harmony with each other, and love
of instead of hate, would bethe dominant vibration on earth, and people
would prevail absolutely. And when Ispeak about God a source whatever, you
(23:10):
know, we could use any word. As we talked about in the beginning,
it's not religion. It's not aspecific religion because that separates us from
each other. There's they're different pathsto the same destination. But at the
same time, that's all right. But let's talk about you, Missy.
Well what we are talking about mebecause I okay, I'm telling you what
(23:34):
I do. This is what Ido. Set Okay, all right,
we have to talk about Wayne fora minute. All right, you and
me. Let's talk about Wayne.Let's talk about Wayne. You said you
you love there's a spiritual solution everyproblem. Okay, Yes, And I'm
like, if you just look atthe title of that book, Yeah,
(23:55):
Wayne, there is a spiritual solutionto every problem. It's like it's allow
in the title there, right,And then he has a lot of good
stuff, and that's what I sayin my work. It's like, yeah,
there's a spiritual solution to every problem, and it's going to be you
recognizing your divinity and speaking with Sourceto help you raise the vibration of these
(24:18):
problems and and stop the separation andcome back together with Source and into the
oneness. And I've dedicated my wholelife to creating a practical method of how
we're going to do that, howwe're going to do that, and then
I'll sell I'll show you how we'regoing to do it, and then we
do it. Right. Yes,so different from you know I could,
(24:41):
This is exactly what it is.Yeah, Yeah, what makes it different
is what I was telling you. It's like, like we do it's a
meditation, right, Yeah, it'snot. It's not mindfulness meditation of like
looking at a candle and bringing ourthoughts back. It's not transcendental meditation where
we're where we're using a mantra. The reason I called that transformational meditation is
(25:06):
you will have something you want totransform, you have a problem, then
you then we're going to get adivine solution. We're going to get a
spiritual solution because God is going totalk to the part and say, listen,
this is the truth. And thepart's going to say, wow,
what a big misunderstanding I've been having. Why didn't somebody say so? And
then the hands come together and thepart comes back into the original vibration,
(25:29):
and it reminds me, Karen,of like in the Bible, little prodigal
sons coming home, coming home, coming back into the oneness. Right,
beautiful, beautiful, Wow. Ihave a question for you. You taught
it. You tell me you taughtschool in kel yes, for nine years.
Why did you leave? I hadto leave, Karen, because in
(25:51):
the public schools are not in thebusiness of teaching us about our divinity.
And when I went into teach school, you know, actually when I was
in college in nineteen I started collegein nineteen sixty eight, I went to
cal State Long Beach for starters. But I thought I was really going to
help kids, I was really goingto make a difference in the world and
(26:12):
all that. And then when Iwent in, you know, I started
teaching the public schools, I realizedbasically I was babysitting six classes of thirty
six kids every day, and soI realized, Okay, I'm an educator.
Right, that's what I am.And so I was educating. My
(26:33):
topic was Spanish. So Johnny comesinto my class, and Johnny now leaves
my class and he's a more Spanishspeaking Johnny. But he's the same Johnny.
He's not different. Nothing has transformedexcept his vocabulary. And that's when
I realized, Okay, where Itaught school, Karen, My mother was
(26:55):
the district psychologist for the district, and so she was in charge of all
the gifted kids and all the problemkids. And she, you know,
her background was psychology, so shewould always send me to all kinds of
seminars and training and pay for themfor me to go. I started off
in nineteen seventy nineteen seventy four withthe st training. That training was hardcore.
(27:21):
Do you know it? Yeah, tell us about it. I do.
Hope everybody does the S training.People are more probably familiar with the
Landmark Forum, which wasn't offshoot andLive Spring were offshoots. Some of the
trainers went and started their own thing, but this was Werner Earhart seminar training
and they would just you couldn't goto the bathroom. They were very confrontational.
(27:45):
They swore at us and said youknow, we didn't. It was
horrible. And I remember that inseventy four saying, because I was teaching
school at the time, I thought, man, there must be a better
way for transfer. And then thattook me twenty years and from that point,
from seventy four to ninety four.In ninety four, then I started
(28:08):
the Academy of Self Knowledge, whichis the kind and gentle approach. Right,
It's a God centered approach. Nobody'syelling at anybody, but anyway,
So that was my first one,and then I took a bunch of them.
Every time I would go, andthis was all during my teaching career.
I would go to these workshops likerationally motive therapy with Albert Ellis,
(28:30):
and then all of these cognitive therapists. There would be therapists, clergy and
meat. I'm like, what amI doing here? So I got the
best education in all of these places. And then, like I said earlier,
I ended up in nineteen eighty nineand Tony Robbins the reason I ended
up talk about synchronicity. The reasonI ended up at Tony Robin's place is
(28:53):
I was at my mom's house andI was looking for something in her closet,
and for some reason, I lookedup and I saw this, what
did it say? Whatever? Thename of Tony Robbins. Do you remember
what Tony Robins thing was called? You know, like that infomercial and he
sold something power? I know,I remember, but I can't unlimited power.
(29:15):
So okay, I think he wasunlimited Power. And they were cassette
tapes and I see that and it'sunopened, and I say, hey,
Mom, what's this? And shesaid, oh, that's something I bought
off an infomercial. I'm like, well, can I listen to it?
She said yeah, she never listenedto it. So I went and listened
to it. I'm like, thisguy, wow, this is that was
some really good stuff. And thenI went to after I'd listened to that,
(29:37):
I'm like, I got to hearthis guy live. I was in
LA and he was in San Diego, so it was not very far and
it wasn't all that expensive back innineteen eighty nine, and so I went
to his date with Destiny. Andthen after that, I said, then
I went to walk on the coalslike that was heap? Walking on the
hot on the hot coals? Howis that? It was amazing? You
(30:02):
haven't lived until you've walked on hotfuck across not gold. But this is
what happened Karen so in that inthe Firewalk Weekend, he says, Tony
says, I'm looking for a volunteer, and this would be a person who's
normally motivated. But there's one thingyou're not motivated about. And then I
thought that's me, and so Iran up on stage and I was the
(30:25):
volunteer. And at that month, and during that time, I left school,
and I was raising money for aschool for hearing impaired kids. But
I had a fear of asking peoplefor money, so I wasn't motivated to
ask people for money. But I'ma professional fundraiser. So I'm on stage
and I'm crying. I'm like,oh d these parents are counting on me
(30:49):
raise money. It's forty thousand dollarsa year for their five year old child,
and I'm afraid I'm not doing myjob. And I don't even know
what he did. He did someNLP thing zip that it was gone.
I jumped off the stake. Ijumped off the stage. This lady runs
up and gives me twenty dollars. She said, this is for the kids,
(31:11):
and then we went we went todinner. People were handing any money.
I came back from dinner and Ireported to Tony. I said,
Wow, people have donated six hundreddollars over dinner, and I just wanted
to thank them and you so much. And then Tony says, and I'll
match anything that anybody gives. Well, so money starts coming down the aisle,
(31:33):
and so I ended up with thirtyfive hundred dollars more or less.
Oh, he matched it. SoI took seven thousand dollars back to the
school. That the next you know, the next Monday. But the point
was that I learned Karen rapid transformationis possible. So I thought, I'm
in. This is what I wantto do now. This is now,
(31:56):
it's nineteen ninety I want to learnto do what he does. So I
went and studied with Jim Rohn, his mentor. I went and took an
LP, which Tony did. Thenthen I said, deep, Pawk.
In nineteen ninety four, I startedmy own academy. That was a long
story. That's an amazing story, but it all took you to where you're
supposed to be right now. Soyeah, good, okay, so we're
(32:22):
right now. We have to takeanother break, but we're going to come
back, and can you when wecome back, can you tell us the
story about the airline pilot is afraidto fly? Yeah, yeah, okay,
absolutely, We'll be right back.Okay. This is Hudson River Radio

(33:16):
My guest is Libby Adams, andwe were talking again at the break
and Libby wanted to say something againabout Wayne Dyer. So before we talk
about the airline pilot, Libby, what did you less? And before we
do that, I want to rememberto say I made a note to myself
to say when I was a kid, and you talked about a little bit
(33:38):
in the book and the week consciousness, you know about when people say it
to a child, you know, what do you want to be when you
grow up? But ask him I'drather ask him what unique gifts could you
bring to the world. When Iwas a kid and people would say what
do you want to be when yougrow up? I said, I want
to be in the Peace Corps.Like when I was five or six,
(34:00):
I would not have had any wayof knowing what on earthed the Peace Corps
was. So it just shows us, Karen, that are like divine destiny,
is like the seeds are planted inour heart, like peace, and
they're like one of my students gaveme the Peace Pilgrim book. They said,
you'd like to read this and allof my work. You know,
when we're saying, well, let'stalk about you, and I said,
(34:20):
we are talking about me because thisis my this is what I do,
and the only thing you know thatwould make me a little bit different is
like how I go about it right, my approach, But we already talked
about that and that we have tohave a practical way and an experiential way
to experience this stuff, so it'snot just head knowledge. But anyway,
(34:42):
this is what I wanted to saythat I told Karen during the break about
Wayne. So it's a very seriousthing. So I want to say like
a couple of things from this book. And I was saying to Karen,
I take this book so seriously, and so I he's one hundred and forty
For people that are following along thatyou're talking about weak consciousness, Greek consciousness
(35:06):
again back to week consciousness. Uhhuh. Karen says, our planet has
not lost Wayne Dyer at all.It has gained his magnificent wisdom on an
even deeper level. Now that he'sin the celestial realm, he's now able
to help in ways he never couldbefore. And he's ready and willing to
(35:27):
be with us every step of theway. As you have seen, he's
particularly concerned with maintaining peace on ourplanet. Okay, so apparently the I
think the Weak Consciousness is the PeaceCorps and I've joined it. I love
it. Thank you. That's awesomeand it's true. Yeah. And you
know how you said, Karen, that that for you, like you realized
(35:52):
that unknowingly you were being influenced bythe by the weak consciousness. Absolutely,
And now I look back and I'mlike, oh my god, everything that
I've ever done. And that's whyI'm so excited about the book. When
I, like the third time, when I actually read it instead of just
listened to it, I'm like, yeah, this is the this is the
real deal. And Karen, youknow because Wayne, like you met Wayne
(36:14):
Dyer in Boston with your daughter.Yes, yes, and it was still
alive and this is still alive.I did not know him personally. We
went to his conference, you know, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
And I did the same thing.Did not know him personally. I
went it was probably right around nineteenninety and he was speaking, and you
(36:36):
know, I went up to himand did talk to him for a minute
and it was like I was theonly person in the room with him,
and he said, you had asimilar experience, right, But the point
of that was that, oh,the point is like Wayne Dyer is a
big deal. You know, whenhe passed and he started coming through,
(36:58):
which is a long story, butwhen he came through, I said,
why did you choose me? Andhe said, but why did you choose
me? You know, he tookit the other way because we were on
the same vibrational frequency of peace andlove and all of that, and we
love Saint Francis and all of thatI know, and so hold on,
that's what I'm going to say.I'm going to say more about like even
(37:21):
why did he leave? Right,so you said, isn't exciting to talk
about the weak consciousness? You're goingto do? Okay, So waves said,
like he said, he said, now I can be of service to
so many in ways I never couldbefore. I'm now able to come into
the minds of millions, showing themhow to heal the planet from a much
(37:45):
higher perspective. This is exactly whatI'm doing with you now. He's talking
to you, Karen. Yes,I didn't leave my physical body. I
would never be able to accomplish anyof this, right, So he left
for a reason. So like wecan really thank him for that, because
I wouldn't have known him. Hecould go, He could come to everyone.
It's not just he just doesn't cometo me. I know, he
(38:06):
said. You said that, yousaid on page one. Listen, I
know this book here, No,he you said, Wayne revealed on page
one. Nope, it's in thein the intro page XX. Wayne revealed
to me. But I'm not hisonly messenger. There are many others too.
(38:27):
When I asked him why he trugme to be one of those messengers?
He responded, why did you chooseme? He explained that I am
he and he is me, butbut he is everyone else as well.
Right, yeah, But then onpage one thirty five you say no,
He says, I can also joinforces with all those who have a similar
(38:53):
energy field as mine to promote ourcommon interests and goals. And then he
said to you, Karen, byseeing your energy, Karen, I knew
you had the same goals as mine. Ah, okay, So I wanted
to say that because that's not justfor Karen. It's like I I hear
(39:15):
him talking like he's like he's alsolike he's really pushing for me to talk
about this today. This isn't likelike he wants this said. And and
you're the messenger of this, right, and we're all messengers of peace,
because that's I think was concept numbertwo of how we're going to save the
(39:36):
planet is by being instruments of peace. Isn't it is that concept too?
I don't know. Let's see here, let's see if it is. Do
you know something when he did cometo me and I was going through that,
I am not significant. I aminsignificant and so forth. He told
me to get out of my ownway. Yeah, right, So that's
(39:59):
what we have to tell us all, get out of your own way,
and you can become an instrument ofpeace. We all can, yes,
right, yes, we all can. And so the little separated self needs
to get out of the way ofthe big spiritual self, of the of
the higher self. So little youhad to get out of the way of
big U. And that's the workthat I do. It's like, well,
(40:21):
how how how can people get outof their own way? I'll show
them how to do it, ButI do exactly Karen, Yeah, but
wait, there's more. Okay,No, it was number two. Let's
see. Hold on a second, hold on, okay, let me find
(40:42):
it because this is really important aboutyeah number two. Uh, you say
to Wayne, i'd all this isthe Q and A section. You say,
I'd also love to discuss with youthe concepts of the week content business
that I didn't incorporate in the precedingchapters. To begin, Please expand on
(41:04):
the meaning of concept too. Yourbecoming, which is this is number two.
You're becoming an instrument of peace isvital to the survival of the planet.
Yes, Like, this is nojoke, Like, who said these
big, huge things, right,Karen. Absolutely, And since we're all
one, whatever we do to ourselvesor another, it affects everyone. Yes,
(41:25):
yes, you can make a differencein the world. Yes, you
know. Senaya Roman says, thegreatest gift you can give the world is
to have a life that works. You know. Michael Jackson says, I'm
starting with the man in the mirror, right, that's right. When I
used to go to Michael Beckworth Churchback in the in the nineties, he
(41:46):
would say, you know, theywould sing let their vps on Earth and
let it begin with me. Allthe churches of religious science, you know,
sing that song. But wait, this is what Wayne said about number
two. Because you asked them. You said, when you expand on number
two, He's like, of courseI can. I'm adding that for dramatic
effect. He said, everyone mustdo their part at this critical time in
(42:09):
order to ensure the Earth's continued existence. If individuals continue to partake in selfish
motives that harm others and persist inliving the way that they have been,
overlooking the effects of their actions uponthe whole, then the earth as you
know it will cease to exist.Yet, rather than being ingredients of the
(42:29):
problems of the world, each ofus can become a contributor to the illusions
to heal, protect and insure itssurvival. The vibration of the entire planet
is raised exponentially whenever another person becomesan instrument of peace, become a channel
of love and change the world, you know, something like that. I
(42:50):
think we have to have a fullyou know, I'll have you back on
and we'll talk about peace and allof this, and we could get together
because we only have five more minutes, but I would love to continue.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, okay, and it'll be all about peace.
But I do want to hear aboutthe airline pilot. Okay, after nine
So this has to do with doingthe exercise of transformational meditation. So I
(43:15):
said, you know, his wordfor higher power was God, and what
he said to me was and heflies for one of the airlines whose airliner
went you know, was destroyed innine to eleven. It was one of
those airlines. And I won't mention. Yeah, yeah, but you have
a fifty to fifty chance there. So he says Libby every time. This
(43:37):
was about I think in two thousandand two that I was working with him,
and he said, Libby, everytime I go and he was a
captain, not the first officer oranything. He said, every time I
go up, I feel like I'mplaying Russian Roulette. So imagine the stress
in your profession of going up andnot knowing where you're gonna die, right
(44:01):
like that. When I heard that, it just like broke my heart.
So we did our transformational meditation. So in the one hand he makes he
imagines a picture of God. Youknow, people visualize it. Sometimes it
looks like Jesus, sometimes it lookslike the sun. However they visualize it.
And then in the other hand hebrings out the part that says every
time I go up, I feellike I'm playing Russian Roulette. And then
(44:23):
I facilitate his exercise. I say, is that part aware that God is
in the other hand? And thepart is like, what I'm like,
is that part aware that God's inthe other hand? He says, no,
Like, have it become aware? So the part looks over there and
sees God. And I said, does the part trust God? He said
yes? And then I asked, well, What's God's viewpoint on all that?
(44:49):
And God said I'm flying the planeago and I said, did the
part hear? And he said yes. And I said, let it repeat
what it heard. And the partsaid I heard that God said, God's
(45:10):
flying the plane. And then Isaid, in facilitating this is how I
do it. I said, wouldthe part like to be able to believe
that? He said yes. Isaid, then bringing your hands together so
you can and move back into theoneness with God knowing that God's flying the
plane. That was a one anddone. He never was afraid again because
(45:35):
he had he came to the truth. You know how. On the cover
of Wee Consciousness it says thirty threeprofound truths for Inner and outer peace truths.
When the reason parts are separated isbecause they don't know the truth.
They're saying things like I'm find theplane, It's all my responsibility. None
of that's true. So when thehands come back together, the truth is
(45:58):
restored actly and then therein lies thepeace of God. Beautiful. So how
can people find you in your work? Ah? Okay, So I have
two ways. I would love forthem to go to my website at Academy
of Self Knowledge dot com and there'sa masterclass where I go into the explanations
(46:23):
of why we can't use the samelevel of mind to solve the problem,
and I go, there's a fortyfive minute explanation like a theory, and
there are a couple of meditations inthere also, So that's that one.
And then also I have a greatassessment that people, like a quiz people
(46:43):
can fill out. It's called successMindset Scorecard. Put a dot com at
the end of that, and ittakes you through four areas important areas,
including like your spiritual connection, andyou just kind of assessed from one to
ten how you're doing on these airs, and then you send it in and
then I can have a fifteen minutesession go over that with people. Beautiful,
(47:07):
that's how they can find me.Karen Libby, it's been amazing.
You are amazing. I love it. I'd love to have you back,
and we'll dedicate the whole Well,we did pretty much here talking about peace
and what we can do to makea difference. Okay, A absolutely,
I can't think of anything I'd ratherdo. Oh, beautiful, beautiful,
(47:29):
And do you have any closing wordsof wisdom for our listeners. I do
not. I think that I've saidit all okay, and we if we
want to just sum it up,it's like peace out. Okay, love
it. I love it. Mykids used to I had when I was
carpooling when they were younger. Thekids used to call my car the piece
(47:51):
Mobile because I have all the piecestickers and we talk about peace all the
time. So, oh my gosh, I'd love that. Karen, thank
