author of Weak Consciousness in Your Life After Their Death.
Today's guest is a true beacon of divine light in

So it's such a pleasure to be with you, Karen.

Always always a pleasure to be with you too, So
are you ready?

I am ready.

Okay. My first question to you is what inspired you
to write Angel Up? And why is now time for
this message?
Speaker 8 (03:26):
I really had no intention to write another book. I've
written far too many books in my life. And I
just suddenly started getting this download like it would wake
me up at night, with the angels showing me the
table of contents and what I need to write about
and giving me the title and all of this stuff,
(03:48):
and so I was like, really, you know, I mean,
do I have to do another book? And they were
so persistent that finally I sat down to do the
work and it came through me easier, faster, more gracefully
than any of my other books. And when the first
one was done, I thought, phew, okay, got that one
(04:10):
out done for good now. And then the angels said, no, no, no,
you have to write a study guide to go with it,
so that other people can teach you know, these classes,
and use the study guide to teach it and to
run a circle talking about these things. So I was like,
all right, And so we got that one done, and
(04:32):
then the third one was and now you need to
write the journal because people need thirty three. Thirty three
is a sacred number in numerology. And I know you
know that because you've heard about the thirty three and
they were saying, people need thirty three days of channeling
in angelic guidance, and you can guide them through that
(04:53):
in a journal and then they will feel completely connected
to the angels and they'll know that can be a
divine channel. And so I wrote the journal and finally
they're all done, and I'm like, within two months they
were all done, and I'm like, Okay, hope, I got
that right, Angels.
Speaker 7 (05:12):
Let's it sounds like that was meant to be for sure.
And why do you think it's important at this particular time.
Speaker 8 (05:21):
Yeah, their message was so important, and that's what they
kept saying is you have to write this now because
humans are very conflicted right now. The whole energy of
the globe is so conflicted and angry and lost, and
that consciousness is shifting. We're in a nine universal year.
(05:44):
It's about to go into a higher frequency, and we
have to tell humans. What the angels were telling me
is we have to tell humans that each of us
humans are being called to step up to our higher selves,
which we can call our angelic selves to work through
(06:04):
all of these tough times on earth with compassion and
love and kindness. And the other message was, if we
do that, the angels are also coming more closer to
the human realm than ever before, more palpable to us
as consciousness shifts, and they are in our heads and
(06:26):
in our ears. But if we don't want that, our
free will can block it. So the angels were saying,
please know that we're with you, ask for our help.
Acknowledge that we are loving you, helping you, lifting you
up at every moment, no matter how painful things can
(06:46):
be on earth.
Speaker 7 (06:49):
It's beautiful. So for someone who doesn't know how to
connect with their angels, how did they know when their
angels are with them? And how do they receive their messages?
Speaker 8 (06:59):
And so far well, Karen, you and I both know
that the angels come in with a different frequency than
departed loved ones, a different frequency than spirit guides, the
God source. And the best way I can describe it is,
if you've ever felt just suddenly so loved and like
(07:20):
your heart expands and there's no kind of personality like
your departed loved ones come in with their personality to
tell you something, It just sort of feels heavenly is
the cliche word that I would use. It is really
you accepting that angelic presence, that angelic embrace. And the
(07:42):
way I was brought into the awareness of this really
was twenty fourteen when I was sick once and left
my body, had an out of body experience, and the
angels spent the whole night holding me, showing me the
earth from a distance, loving me, loving me. Their voices
(08:03):
were so loving and sweet and persistent in my consciousness
and telling me that I had to see that the
light always winds on Earth. They were showing it to
me graphically visually, that each of us have light, that
that's our journey, our truth, our purpose here, and that
(08:24):
when we open our heart, that light radiates from us
and overcomes all darkness. And they were showing it to
me visually, showing me how the light shoots up from
our hearts when we open our hearts, and that it
overcomes any darkness. And as I absorbed that message visually
(08:44):
and auditorially, I woke up the next day and I
was like, oh my God. I could hardly even put
it into words what they'd been telling me, And over
time I was able to get it all written down,
But the main feeling I had was this incredible love
from them. And I know that all of us have
(09:04):
had those kinds of loving interactions, and it's time that
we realize, you know, the angels are here to help
us twenty four to seven. They're our first responders, and
we just need to say, yes, I love that.
Speaker 7 (09:20):
I love that. And you also write that we're not
just guided by angels, we are becoming them, and.
Speaker 8 (09:26):
That's part of our newest Yeah, that's part of our
new consciousness shift here. You know that humans have been
sort of bogged down in the physical world for eons,
you know, survival, eat, make money, whatever it is, kill
each other, have wars, you know. And now as consciousness shifts,
(09:47):
our frequency is rising and we are becoming angels on Earth.
And I'll just interject and say free will is part
of this. Our free will can say no, I don't
want to have a higher consciousness. I want to I.
Speaker 7 (10:02):
Don't want to have a higher consciousness.
Speaker 8 (10:05):
Because some people really are addicted to a state of
conflict or anger or you know, all of those negative
parts of our human self that we think are real.
And the minute we leave our bodies, we realize no,
that was not that was not me, that was not
my higher soul.
Speaker 7 (10:27):
Absolutely, yeah, yeah. Can you explain what it means to
angel up and how that changes how daily lives?
Speaker 8 (10:35):
So every day. You know, it's funny because now that
I've brought in these books, you know, I'll wake up
and I might catch a news headline or something happens
or have a technology problem, and I'll feel myself going
into that Oh my gosh, what am I going to do?
And then those words will just come to me, gotta
angel Upso and I just close my eyes and close
(10:59):
my eyes, take a breath, Angels, lift me, love me,
and instantly I start feeling my frequency shift. And then
I even sometimes say angels, help me, feel you with me,
and oh my gosh, and it's so immediate. It's so
it's like calling nine to one one. You just get
(11:22):
this instant help, this instant shift, and all of us
can do that. You know, we don't have to go
meditate for hours or any of the other things.
Speaker 7 (11:35):
We have everything to gain and nothing to lose. So
I would suggest to our listeners everyone to do this.
It's what do we say, angel up or.
Speaker 8 (11:44):
Just time to angel up? Guys.
Speaker 7 (11:46):
Yeah, time to angel Up. So your book Angel Up
outlines seven stones to ascension. Can you walk us through
maybe one or two of those stones?
Speaker 8 (11:58):
Yeah? So the angels were you know, I've always known
that our pain is actually our gift here. It's part
of our awakening consciousness, and grief was my first awakening stone.
But the angels put it in this beautiful way where
they said, there are seven stones to ascension that every
human ends up stepping on during their lifetime. And we
(12:21):
may think that those are terrible things like grief, lack
of purpose, disappointment in the world, relationship problems. We all go, oh, no,
this is terrible, But the angels teach that they are
our steps to ascension, and that as we step into grief,
we have the option of suddenly calling help from the
(12:46):
higher beings, especially the angels, opening our heart, beginning to
accept messages from spirits, and looking at our life and
our grief in a different perspective. As we do that,
we have an enormous spiritual awakening. Again, free will is
part of it. Many people can say, you know, I
(13:07):
don't want to be I've heard people tell me. My
clients have said I don't want to be happy because
it's not honoring my departed loved one. You've heard that too, yeah,
and I'm like, oh, what are you talking about. They're
watching you, wanting you to be happy. You know. So
as we shift into that perspective of let me look
(13:29):
at this through different lens, let me look at this
from the soul's view, it changes everything. I mean, all
of us can go back and say, I'm not the
same person I was when I lost my loved one
because I've really looked for the light, I've really sought
a different viewpoint, a different answer, and now I just
(13:51):
feel so transformed and full of love and full of
awareness that there is no death and that's the stone
of grief that the angels love to help shatter and
take away from us.
Speaker 7 (14:06):
Yes. Absolutely, I've had a lot of clients that have
told me that of course they're grieving and they're in
a very deep dark place, that's what they're saying. But
time that they become more spiritual, and I understand there's
so much more than this physical plane, so they're excited
about that as well.
Speaker 8 (14:25):
But you know, the human dilemma, Karen, and you know
this too from working with clients, is as long as
we're walking in this dense physical world, we have the
human mind, we have the ego self, and it can
be very cynical and snarky. And that's because when we
were growing up, we were pure divine beings as children,
(14:47):
and the world was painful, and so we just started
kind of shutting down our heart and saying this place
is terrible. I don't want to be here, and so
that cynicism kind of builds, you know. And I worked
with this client last week who she has a departed child,
and I honor any parent who's walking that journey. And
(15:09):
we went into the higher realms and a guided meditation,
and she saw her son and was having conversation, listening
to him, kissing him, and it went on for like
forty minutes. And then we come back from the meditation
and we start processing it, and her cynical mind comes
(15:29):
right in and goes, well, how do I know that
was real? And I was like, I taped it. You
can go back and listen to what you were saying.
But her cynical mind was already coming in to make
her doubt what she had experienced. And that's the human dilemma.
But my answer to that is, we get to choose.
(15:51):
We get to choose what we're going to believe in.
And when you've had these cellular experiences of out of
the body, of realizing that the invisible worlds are more
real than this one, you choose that viewpoint. But when
you're still on the fence, you're going to choose cynicism
one day and perhaps your enlightened view the next day,
(16:14):
and hopefully over time you lean more into well, what
if all this is true? What could my life feel
like if this was all true?
Speaker 7 (16:26):
Exactly exactly. I want to back up a little bit
when you were saying talking about that experience with your clients.
I know a lot of my listeners if they may
contact you for a similar experience, I know that I
would love that. Is there a way they can connect

where first we do numerology because that's been my life
lifelong spiritual guide post, and we look at your soul
mission and your soul agreements, and then we go on

that journey to talk to your guides, your departeds and
all of that, and then we come down and process it.
And it's so real, Karen, that I really go with
the clients and I experience it and I see who
they're talking to. It's the most magnificent thing. I mean,
it's not about me. It's about the power of the
(17:29):
higher realms and the beings and the spirit of our departed.
And then we come back to earth and I'm like,
oh gosh, now I gotta go do the laundry, right,
that's right.
Speaker 7 (17:41):
You know, it's just amazing. I hear you also do
in between life agression deep regressions.
Speaker 8 (17:48):
Sorry, yeah, yeah, And that's really what this is. It's
going yeah and asking, you know what, why would I
have chosen this, this painful experience? What is my soul
agreements with my departed? What is my sole agreement with
my ex husband? You know? All of those are the
questions that really get us looking at it from maybe
(18:10):
my soul did come here on purpose to experience these things,
and it's not just all tragedies happening to me. It's
happening for me.
Speaker 7 (18:20):
Beautiful, beautiful, I've had Jacob Cooper on my show a
couple of times as well, a mutual friend of ours.
Speaker 8 (18:29):
We love Jacob.
Speaker 7 (18:30):
We love Jacob, and he is taking a course on
how to do in between life aggressions.
Speaker 8 (18:39):
He's doing it with my teacher.
Speaker 7 (18:41):
Oh is he really? Oh my gosh, Well he did
it with me and it was so amazing. I was weeping.
Speaker 8 (18:49):
I was like, oh, you know.
Speaker 7 (18:51):
It's in between lives and I see the light and
it was just such an amazing experience. And then when
I had to come back here on earth, is like,
I don't want to right right, I'm like, why would
I have to go there?
Speaker 8 (19:06):
Right? Well, you're not done, Karen. We need you here. Oh.
Speaker 7 (19:09):
I know. I know that when we realize that this
life is not all there is for sure, It's not
something I think or believe. It's something I know without
a doubt.
Speaker 8 (19:20):
All right. And the big thing that you and I
are blessed to know is that this life here is
the hard part. You know. Everybody clings to this life
and goes. You know, I want to live as long
as possible, and I'm afraid of death. And you know,
you get out of the body and out just for
a minute, even if you have an obe or anything
or shared death or a near death experience, and you go,
(19:43):
oh wow, this bliss in the invisible world is the
good part. This part here is the struggle, you know,
like why would we be so desperately clinging to this?
Speaker 7 (19:56):
You know what I do on Saturdays when I if
I ever have time to just relax, I go on
YouTube and I listened to near death experiences those because
I just want to remember, right, that's all. It's what
is This is what is real, you know, and you
hear these stories beautiful.
Speaker 8 (20:15):
That's it. And you know, my gift has been shared
death experiences because so many people that I love so
deeply have crossed in my life, my first husband and
then my best girlfriend. And that was all when I
was quite young. But they took me on these shared
death experiences of showing me how the universe works and
(20:38):
showing me how important laughter is, how important understanding divine
order is. And they still come back and remind me.
You know, I had a forty five year anniversary of
my husband Paul's crossing a couple of weekends ago, and
he came again so vividly and said, here's what I
(21:00):
need to remind you do you remember, And he took
me back to the day he crossed and all the
little things that happened that were showing me divine order.
Just an example is I'm driving home from the hospital.
I'm sorry. If I've already told this story to you, care.
Speaker 7 (21:18):
I would love to hear it.
Speaker 8 (21:19):
I don't, okay. Paul had died in the hospital because
he had had colon cancer, and I was devastated. And
I was driving home to my apartment that I had
lived in with Paul, and I had this little Honda Civic.
It was, you know, back in the late seventies, and
my beautiful little Honda that had always been reliable. It
(21:43):
suddenly breaks down and overheats, and I'm pulling off the
road and I'm crying, going I'm feeling sorry for myself.
My husband just died and I can't even get home.
My car's broken. And Paul was in my head going
you're not supposed to go home alone. Please pay attention.
(22:03):
Everything is part of divine order. And I'm sitting there
going what And I'm crying and then laughing, and just
you know, people would have thought I was crazy if
they were looking at me, and all of a sudden,
this car comes by and it's one of my friends
who had been at the hospital with me, and he
was on his way home and he sees me and
(22:23):
he pulls over because this is way before cell phones,
and he goes, what's the matter, And I showed him
and goes, Oh, leave the car here, I'll come back
and we'll figure it out. Let me take you home.
So I get to go home to my apartment for
the first time without Paul, with this beautiful friend with me,
(22:44):
and Paul spent the whole day showing me how everything
that our human mind wants to say is a mistake
or a tragedy is part of this bigger, beautiful divine
plan for our highest good. That's beautiful fall, the greatest
lesson ever right absolutely.

So welcome back to the angel Quest Show. My guest
today is Sue Frederick. Her latest book is Angel Up,
So let's continue here. In Angel Up you share deeply
personal stories, okay, visions, healing experiences, and divine guidance. How
(24:56):
have your own life challenges shaped your spiritual path?
Speaker 8 (25:00):
Well, that's such a funny question to people like you
and me, because our life experiences, our pain is the
great gift of spiritual awakening. And so when my young
beautiful mountain climbing husband died in my arms of colon
cancer in my twenties. I had to know where he
went and why I was still here and why people
(25:23):
suffer all of those good questions that make us go
on a spiritual seeking journey. I've worked with so many
clients who say when there departed loved one crossed, they
knew they were at a crossroads and that it was
either going to be going to bed every night with
a bottle of vodka, or it was going to be
(25:44):
going on a spiritual seeking journey to understand how the
universe works and what felt true in their heart about it.
And that crossroads is there for each of us. When
we hit a pain bump in the road and it's okay,
we do some sort of a bypass where we spend
a few years being lost because the universe is filled
(26:06):
with divine order and wake up calls and soul nudges
and everything designed to keep trying to nudge us and
wake us up. And finally we have this wake up
call that we can't avoid anymore, and then we're going
on the journey of learning how it works. But I
would say we have to go through several of those
(26:28):
and my latest or most recent one was twenty twenty three.
I was working with clients and all of a sudden,
on my wall, an angel appeared so vividly that I
was able to take a picture of it with my phone,
which I have on I have that picture on my
website Sufrederick dot com. And I started intuitively communicating with
(26:52):
that angel, and I said, who are you? And the
angel said, I am your mother in the engine realm.
And it felt so I can't even explain how loving
and nurturing and sweet it felt. And for many of
us we might have had conflicted relationships with our mothers,
(27:14):
you know, I certainly did. And when I felt this
angel telling me that, I understood that the reason I
had always felt comforted by the invisible world is that
I believe my soul came from that angelic realm, and
I have a family there, and they have always loved
(27:34):
on me, even when I felt not, you know, maybe
not really loved here on earth as much as I
wanted to be. And that was a beautiful conversation with
that angel. But I also realized now now, I realized
that it was coming to prepare me for something I
was about to walk through. And a few months later,
(27:57):
I had an emergency and I ended up in the
hospital and was diagnosed with colon cancer, something I never
expected to get because I eat healthy, exercise, do all
the things. And so I had to go through major
surgery have a big chunk of my colon removed. But
(28:17):
through it all, that angel was with me. And when
I had to face a choice, you know what surgeon
am I going to use? Blah blah blah blah blah.
That angel showed me the light in every step so
that I would make the choices for highest good. And
for example, if any of you have ever faced a
(28:39):
big surgery, you know you might meet a couple surgeons. Well,
the first surgeon who came in my hospital room after
my diagnosis, he was well respected, you know, very had
a lot of accolades. He opened his mouth and started talking,
and my whole cellular structure of my body just delay
(29:00):
and I went, no, this isn't my person. Yeah yeah.
And then another two surgeons down. I kept interviewing and
finally this female surgeon. I was connected to her and
I walked in. It wasn't just because she was a woman,
it was her energy. And as she walked in the room,
I said, ah, okay, live or die, it's by your hands.
(29:23):
You're my person, You're my angel. And it's funny because
I've been reading our friend's book, Tricia Barker's book, Angels
and ther how the angels work through the surgeons. And
what I'm now really starting to believe, Karen, is that
you want the surgeon whose angelic energy is going to
(29:48):
allow that process to channel through them and not try
to block it with their mind or their ego. Don't
you think that's fascinating? And so when I sensed that
this woman was an angel, and I know she is,
I trusted everything to her. And they thought that the
(30:11):
cancer had spread, and in this angel surgeon did the surgery,
took out a big chunk of my call and all
these lymph nodes, and then called me a few days
later and said, you've had a miracle. There is no spread.
And she said, go live your life. This is a miracle.
And I know it's the angels that poured through her.
(30:33):
And they and the angel said to me, all right,
you can stay a little longer, but you got some
work to do. And then I ended up writing the
Angel up books.
Speaker 7 (30:42):
Was it three books or four?
Speaker 8 (30:44):
Three? Books I read.
Speaker 7 (30:47):
I think you wrote them like you said, Angel Up
just came out.
Speaker 8 (30:50):
Yeah, it did it all. So I got out of
the hospital a year ago and then I kind of
went through some getting back on my so to speak,
and then literally within nine months of the hospital, I
was downloading those three Angel Up books.
Speaker 7 (31:08):
It's beautiful and how could everyone get those books? Before
we go on? I want everybody to know how to
get these books.
Speaker 8 (31:14):
Yes, they really help people, and they're available on Amazon
or on my website Sufrederick dot com. But if you
just go to Amazon and type in angel Up, you
will find all three books. And people really love that journal, Karen,
because you know it's something you just keep with you
and open and you can answer an angel prompt and
(31:36):
write about it. And it's the kind of thing where
if you're traveling and you want to sort of keep connected,
or even if you're going into the hospital, you know
that you just bring that with you and write frequency,
high frequency messages from the angels to help you move
through it. So all of these books were divinely given
(31:57):
to me. They're not about me, and as you read them,
you feel that frequency shift inside of you, because that's
what the angels are trying to do for all of us.
Speaker 7 (32:08):
That's so beautiful and that is so true. So how
can our angelic connection help us to find peace and purpose? Again?
Speaker 8 (32:21):
Well, isn't that the thing everybody's looking for? It's peace
and purpose? Right always?
Speaker 7 (32:26):
What is my purpose?
Speaker 8 (32:28):
What is my purpose? Well, one thing I tell people
is each soul here incarnates with a specific divine purpose,
and that purpose may evolve and change as time goes
on and as you evolve. But nobody can ever say,
you know, I don't have a purpose. Really, I'm just
(32:48):
kind of enjoying my way through life or whatever those
silly things are that people say. We don't come here
to have a party. The Earth realm is not just
a party. In spite of what Hollywood may be trying
to convince people, we come here with a divine purpose
of awakening our own souls first, that's our first responsibility,
(33:11):
and then turning around and helping others hear from what
we've learned. And those of us who have the hardest
wake up calls, we are most determined and passionate about
turning around and helping others from what we've learned. And
that's a good thing. So if you any listeners are
struggling to find purpose number one, try some alternative ways
(33:36):
of looking for it, like numerology is my favorite, and
you can go find my numerology videos on my YouTube
channel or my numerology workbook and see if that resonates
with you about your purpose being illuminated through numbers. And
if not, that's okay, it's not for everyone. But then
go in and meditate, quiet your mind and ask the
(33:59):
angel to show you or tell you or reveal to
you in signs what your purpose entails. But mainly just
ask them show me that the first step that I
need to take in order to align with my purpose,
because that really brings it down to the practical. You know,
(34:19):
my first step. Okay, maybe that means my first step
is to go take this course or get certified in
something over here, you know, or go back to school
or you know those little tiny things. Go talk to
a friend who started her own business. That first step
is what gets the momentum going for us to find
(34:42):
our divine purpose, and each step along the road, as
long as the angels are illuminating it and lighting it
up and making it feel juicy for you, that's your path.
Those are your steps, beautiful?

How do people?
Speaker 8 (35:00):
No?
Speaker 7 (35:01):
I know and you do, But how would you explain
to people how their angels are speaking to them If
they're telling you how to take the first step? It's
like a good feeling. Yes, now you would necessarily hear
a voice saying.
Speaker 8 (35:14):
Do this, don't you wish? Don't you wish? But actually
I've had a few of those in dream visions. I'm
sure you have too. I remember after Paul died, I
was going through my you know, gosh, what is my
purpose now? And everything? And I went to sleep, you know,
my fitful sleep there and a girlfriend walked up to
(35:37):
me in this dream and I know it was a
guided dream vision, and she handed me a certificate and
said you need to go back to school and become
a writer, and she I'll never forget that dream. She
handed me the like the diploma, you know, and I
woke up going, well, of course I'm a writer, but
i'm not you know, successful getting published. So I'll go
(36:01):
to journalism school and learn how to make my living
as a writer. And that was such a good step
for me. It brought me into the world with confidence
and with ability to write and make my living from that,
and I became a health writer, which I loved, and
as long as that was still my purpose, you know,
(36:22):
that worked out. And then when i'd hit a reinvention
point where it was like, okay, so now it's time
for you to really step up to your work, then
that career melted away dramatically, I would say. And then
I stepped up to doing my numerology readings with clients
and all of the stuff I do. Now that's beautiful.
Speaker 7 (36:43):
It's like an inner knowing. If I explain it.
Speaker 8 (36:45):
It's You're right, Karen. It usually doesn't come to us
in a dream like that. You know.
Speaker 7 (36:52):
As it does though, and that's totally amazing. But a
lot of times, for example, with me, i've been doing
and how it all began as a different story. But
recently I've been doing readings for twenty five years and
I've been so guided to put that on hiatus for now.
(37:12):
Oh really, instead of connecting with deceased loved ones, to
connect more with the angelic realm to promote peace on
this planet.
Speaker 8 (37:20):
Wow, Karen, this is awesome.
Speaker 7 (37:22):
So yes, this is a very it's a big turning
point for me, but I feel it's very necessary it's
a whole subject in itself, but I feel so guided
to do it. And when I wasn't listening, you know,
I'm booked for two years ahead of time, for twenty
five years. I'm still honoring all the appointments I've been take,
you know what I made over a year ago. But

when that ends devoting all of my time to this, you're.

And it has been such an honor because every time
the group of us get together on Zoom for these
live things that we're doing, our energy is so it

the fact that it comes in a little different voice
and a little different story from each of us is
exactly per perfect because everybody on Earth will resonate with
one of us, you know, one of us will appeal
to them more than the other, and that's how they'll
find their way.

So you've been a spiritual teacher and intuitive for decades.
How does angel Up build upon your previous books like
I See Your Dream Job and saf Numerology.
Speaker 8 (40:44):
Well, you know, we each when we teach, we learn
and grow, and then new downloads come in to bring
our work to the next level. And you know, when
I started, I was using numerology and intuition to help
everyone find their divine purpose on earth because that had
been a major help for me when I was grieving.
(41:05):
And then, of course my next book was Bridges to Heaven,
True stories of loved ones on the other side, helping
people connect to their beloveds and know that life goes on,
and then you know, it just builds and builds. And
then I really thought I was kind of done. And
that's why when the angels poured these three books to
(41:27):
me and said this is what you've got to teach,
and here get these written and published. I just had
to say yes, you know, and it incorporates intuition, angels, numerology,
everything I've taught, but really bringing it to this higher
perspective of how do we angel up in these hard
(41:49):
times on earth? And all of us can do it?
And here's how. That's what the books are.
Speaker 7 (41:55):
Yeah, so you're talking about divine signs like dreams, numbers, synchronicities.
What should people look for and how do they trust
what they're seeing?
Speaker 8 (42:07):
Trusting is up to each person. And what I always
tell people is you're going to have a choice of
how you view your life. And I ask that each
of us ask enough questions, do enough searching, open our
minds enough that we're studying ideas that might make us uncomfortable,
(42:28):
opening ourselves up to higher experiences and believing that they're real.
Because once that experience gets into our cellular bodies where
we know that that was real, where we know that
we experience that, there's no more question, there's no more cynicism.
You know, no one can talk me out of believing
(42:49):
my experience. And that's why when near death experiencers have that,
they come back completely change because no one can talk
them out of knowing that was real. So we each
have these little opportunities to go, Wow, when I left
my body, or when I had that dream, I know
it was real. Or when I saw my departed father
(43:11):
in the bedroom, I knew that was real. And you
have to go with that and trust that that's your
gift from the divine universe, reminding you who you are
and how this works.
Speaker 7 (43:25):
Beautiful, beautiful. So one of the most transformative chapters is
about forgiveness. Why do you call forgiveness the master key?
Speaker 8 (43:38):
It's one of those stones you know that humans have
to walk through. There's always going to be blame here
because this is an inner play world of light and dark,
good and bad. And I believe that's on purpose, because
that innerplay of light and dark is what wakes us
up and makes us start seeking the light. So you know,
(43:58):
when we talk about good players and bad players, there's
nobody on earth who is all good or all bad.
We're all souls on a journey trying to wake up,
trying to do what we came here to do. And
so all of us have been wounded by people here,
and it's our choice again if we're going to carry
that negative anger, blame, lack of forgiveness that is a
(44:24):
heavy stone that just hurts us, weighs us down, brings
our frequency down, or we shift up, angel up and
look at it from the soul's perspective, where we go, Wow,
that soul made an agreement with me to break my heart,
to hurt me in some way to help me awaken.
(44:46):
And of course we get down to earth and we
forget the soul agreements and we're living in our personalities
and our human self and we just think, oh, that's
a bad person. That isn't true as a soul. That
person made an agreement with you and loved you so
much that they agreed to break your heart so that
you could grow and evolve the way you wanted to.
(45:09):
And the minute you begin to see it that way,
forgiveness is a done deal and your frequency is so
much higher.
Speaker 7 (45:18):
Exactly. I always use the phrase that Wayne Diery used
to say, it's not the snake bite that kills us.
It's a venom, right, the venom that we carry. Yes, yeah, yeah,
it hurts us.
Speaker 8 (45:31):
That's right.
Speaker 7 (45:34):
So how do sacred daily routines like mantra, meditation, automatic writing,
and angelic prayer help us to well higher frequency.
Speaker 8 (45:44):
And The thing is, this earth world is hard. But
that's why it's so important that we have at least
one sacred act that we do every day to shift
our perspective, and that can be closing our eyes and
doing a little mantra meditation. I love that Hindu and
Buddhist tradition of repeating Sanskrit words like oh, because they
(46:07):
carry such a high frequency they quiet the mind. Or
we simply realize we're in trouble and we need to
angel up and say, angels, lift me, love me, help me,
heal me, and feel their love, feel them come and
be with you. I love automatic writing because I've been
a writer all my life and I know that the
(46:27):
minute we sit down and let the pen move and
let the writing come through us without editing it, we
become a channel. All of us become a channel. And
that's what the journal, the Angel Up Journal, is to
help everyone realize they can be a channel, that they
are a channel to the angels. So that a question
(46:48):
if you just open the journal to a page and
it says opening up, it says, ask angels, how can
I bring more soul centered awareness into my current relationships?
That's a good one. Listen and receive their answer right freely,
(47:09):
and then you just pick up your pen and write
what comes to you. If you spend ten minutes a
day doing that, it's transformative, it really is.
Speaker 7 (47:20):
That's beautiful, beautiful. So what's your greatest hope for the
readers of Angel Up and how can they begin their
ascension journey today?
Speaker 8 (47:30):
We just need to shift into more love and forgiveness
and compassion here, and it's going to serve all of us.
Nobody's happy when there's this conflict. Nobody's happy when there's war.
Nobody's happy when we're all arguing, and you know, being
estranged from people that believe different things, that's not what
(47:53):
we want. So each of us has a responsibility now
to get out of their head thinking that what they
believe is more important than what they feel, and then
open the heart and say, I know you're a soul
on a journey doing the best you can, and as
a fellow soul on a journey doing the best I can,
(48:15):
I love you, soul to soul, and so it is.

So it's such a pleasure to be with you, Karen.

Always always a pleasure to be with you too, So
are you ready?
Speaker 8 (03:16):
I am ready.
Speaker 7 (03:17):
Okay. My first question to you is what inspired you
to write Angel Up? And why is now time for
this message?
Speaker 8 (03:26):
I really had no intention to write another book. I've
written far too many books in my life. And I
just suddenly started getting this download like it would wake
me up at night, with the angels showing me the
table of contents and what I need to write about
and giving me the title and all of this stuff,
(03:48):
and so I was like, really, you know, I mean,
do I have to do another book? And they were
so persistent that finally I sat down to do the
work and it came through me easier, faster, more gracefully
than any of my other books. And when the first
one was done, I thought, phew, okay, got that one
(04:10):
out done for good now. And then the angels said, no, no, no,
you have to write a study guide to go with it,
so that other people can teach you know, these classes,
and use the study guide to teach it and to
run a circle talking about these things. So I was like,
all right, And so we got that one done, and
(04:32):
then the third one was and now you need to
write the journal because people need thirty three. Thirty three
is a sacred number in numerology. And I know you
know that because you've heard about the thirty three and
they were saying, people need thirty three days of channeling
in angelic guidance, and you can guide them through that
(04:53):
in a journal and then they will feel completely connected
to the angels and they'll know that can be a
divine channel. And so I wrote the journal and finally
they're all done, and I'm like, within two months they
were all done, and I'm like, Okay, hope, I got
that right, Angels.
Speaker 7 (05:12):
Let's it sounds like that was meant to be for sure.
And why do you think it's important at this particular time.
Speaker 8 (05:21):
Yeah, their message was so important, and that's what they
kept saying is you have to write this now because
humans are very conflicted right now. The whole energy of
the globe is so conflicted and angry and lost, and
that consciousness is shifting. We're in a nine universal year.
(05:44):
It's about to go into a higher frequency, and we
have to tell humans. What the angels were telling me
is we have to tell humans that each of us
humans are being called to step up to our higher selves,
which we can call our angelic selves to work through
(06:04):
all of these tough times on earth with compassion and
love and kindness. And the other message was, if we
do that, the angels are also coming more closer to
the human realm than ever before, more palpable to us
as consciousness shifts, and they are in our heads and
(06:26):
in our ears. But if we don't want that, our
free will can block it. So the angels were saying,
please know that we're with you, ask for our help.
Acknowledge that we are loving you, helping you, lifting you
up at every moment, no matter how painful things can
(06:46):
be on earth.
Speaker 7 (06:49):
It's beautiful. So for someone who doesn't know how to
connect with their angels, how did they know when their
angels are with them? And how do they receive their messages?
Speaker 8 (06:59):
And so far well, Karen, you and I both know
that the angels come in with a different frequency than
departed loved ones, a different frequency than spirit guides, the
God source. And the best way I can describe it is,
if you've ever felt just suddenly so loved and like
(07:20):
your heart expands and there's no kind of personality like
your departed loved ones come in with their personality to
tell you something, It just sort of feels heavenly is
the cliche word that I would use. It is really
you accepting that angelic presence, that angelic embrace. And the
(07:42):
way I was brought into the awareness of this really
was twenty fourteen when I was sick once and left
my body, had an out of body experience, and the
angels spent the whole night holding me, showing me the
earth from a distance, loving me, loving me. Their voices
(08:03):
were so loving and sweet and persistent in my consciousness
and telling me that I had to see that the
light always winds on Earth. They were showing it to
me graphically visually, that each of us have light, that
that's our journey, our truth, our purpose here, and that
(08:24):
when we open our heart, that light radiates from us
and overcomes all darkness. And they were showing it to
me visually, showing me how the light shoots up from
our hearts when we open our hearts, and that it
overcomes any darkness. And as I absorbed that message visually
(08:44):
and auditorially, I woke up the next day and I
was like, oh my God. I could hardly even put
it into words what they'd been telling me, And over
time I was able to get it all written down,
But the main feeling I had was this incredible love
from them. And I know that all of us have
(09:04):
had those kinds of loving interactions, and it's time that
we realize, you know, the angels are here to help
us twenty four to seven. They're our first responders, and
we just need to say, yes, I love that.
Speaker 7 (09:20):
I love that. And you also write that we're not
just guided by angels, we are becoming them, and.
Speaker 8 (09:26):
That's part of our newest Yeah, that's part of our
new consciousness shift here. You know that humans have been
sort of bogged down in the physical world for eons,
you know, survival, eat, make money, whatever it is, kill
each other, have wars, you know. And now as consciousness shifts,
(09:47):
our frequency is rising and we are becoming angels on Earth.
And I'll just interject and say free will is part
of this. Our free will can say no, I don't
want to have a higher consciousness. I want to I.
Speaker 7 (10:02):
Don't want to have a higher consciousness.
Speaker 8 (10:05):
Because some people really are addicted to a state of
conflict or anger or you know, all of those negative
parts of our human self that we think are real.
And the minute we leave our bodies, we realize no,
that was not that was not me, that was not
my higher soul.
Speaker 7 (10:27):
Absolutely, yeah, yeah. Can you explain what it means to
angel up and how that changes how daily lives?
Speaker 8 (10:35):
So every day. You know, it's funny because now that
I've brought in these books, you know, I'll wake up
and I might catch a news headline or something happens
or have a technology problem, and I'll feel myself going
into that Oh my gosh, what am I going to do?
And then those words will just come to me, gotta
angel Upso and I just close my eyes and close
(10:59):
my eyes, take a breath, Angels, lift me, love me,
and instantly I start feeling my frequency shift. And then
I even sometimes say angels, help me, feel you with me,
and oh my gosh, and it's so immediate. It's so
it's like calling nine to one one. You just get
(11:22):
this instant help, this instant shift, and all of us
can do that. You know, we don't have to go
meditate for hours or any of the other things.
Speaker 7 (11:35):
We have everything to gain and nothing to lose. So
I would suggest to our listeners everyone to do this.
It's what do we say, angel up or.
Speaker 8 (11:44):
Just time to angel up? Guys.
Speaker 7 (11:46):
Yeah, time to angel Up. So your book Angel Up
outlines seven stones to ascension. Can you walk us through
maybe one or two of those stones?
Speaker 8 (11:58):
Yeah? So the angels were you know, I've always known
that our pain is actually our gift here. It's part
of our awakening consciousness, and grief was my first awakening stone.
But the angels put it in this beautiful way where
they said, there are seven stones to ascension that every
human ends up stepping on during their lifetime. And we
(12:21):
may think that those are terrible things like grief, lack
of purpose, disappointment in the world, relationship problems. We all go, oh, no,
this is terrible, But the angels teach that they are
our steps to ascension, and that as we step into grief,
we have the option of suddenly calling help from the
(12:46):
higher beings, especially the angels, opening our heart, beginning to
accept messages from spirits, and looking at our life and
our grief in a different perspective. As we do that,
we have an enormous spiritual awakening. Again, free will is
part of it. Many people can say, you know, I
(13:07):
don't want to be I've heard people tell me. My
clients have said I don't want to be happy because
it's not honoring my departed loved one. You've heard that too, yeah,
and I'm like, oh, what are you talking about. They're
watching you, wanting you to be happy. You know. So
as we shift into that perspective of let me look
(13:29):
at this through different lens, let me look at this
from the soul's view, it changes everything. I mean, all
of us can go back and say, I'm not the
same person I was when I lost my loved one
because I've really looked for the light, I've really sought
a different viewpoint, a different answer, and now I just
(13:51):
feel so transformed and full of love and full of
awareness that there is no death and that's the stone
of grief that the angels love to help shatter and
take away from us.
Speaker 7 (14:06):
Yes. Absolutely, I've had a lot of clients that have
told me that of course they're grieving and they're in
a very deep dark place, that's what they're saying. But
time that they become more spiritual, and I understand there's
so much more than this physical plane, so they're excited
about that as well.
Speaker 8 (14:25):
But you know, the human dilemma, Karen, and you know
this too from working with clients, is as long as
we're walking in this dense physical world, we have the
human mind, we have the ego self, and it can
be very cynical and snarky. And that's because when we
were growing up, we were pure divine beings as children,
(14:47):
and the world was painful, and so we just started
kind of shutting down our heart and saying this place
is terrible. I don't want to be here, and so
that cynicism kind of builds, you know. And I worked
with this client last week who she has a departed child,
and I honor any parent who's walking that journey. And
(15:09):
we went into the higher realms and a guided meditation,
and she saw her son and was having conversation, listening
to him, kissing him, and it went on for like
forty minutes. And then we come back from the meditation
and we start processing it, and her cynical mind comes
(15:29):
right in and goes, well, how do I know that
was real? And I was like, I taped it. You
can go back and listen to what you were saying.
But her cynical mind was already coming in to make
her doubt what she had experienced. And that's the human dilemma.
But my answer to that is, we get to choose.
(15:51):
We get to choose what we're going to believe in.
And when you've had these cellular experiences of out of
the body, of realizing that the invisible worlds are more
real than this one, you choose that viewpoint. But when
you're still on the fence, you're going to choose cynicism
one day and perhaps your enlightened view the next day,
(16:14):
and hopefully over time you lean more into well, what
if all this is true? What could my life feel
like if this was all true?
Speaker 7 (16:26):
Exactly exactly. I want to back up a little bit
when you were saying talking about that experience with your clients.
I know a lot of my listeners if they may
contact you for a similar experience, I know that I

it's not about me. It's about the power of the

higher realms and the beings and the spirit of our departed.
And then we come back to earth and I'm like,
oh gosh, now I gotta go do the laundry, right,
that's right.

You know, it's just amazing. I hear you also do
in between life agression deep regressions.
Speaker 8 (17:48):
Sorry, yeah, yeah, And that's really what this is. It's
going yeah and asking, you know what, why would I
have chosen this, this painful experience? What is my soul
agreements with my departed? What is my sole agreement with
my ex husband? You know? All of those are the
questions that really get us looking at it from maybe
(18:10):
my soul did come here on purpose to experience these things,
and it's not just all tragedies happening to me. It's
happening for me.
Speaker 7 (18:20):
Beautiful, beautiful, I've had Jacob Cooper on my show a
couple of times as well, a mutual friend of ours.
Speaker 8 (18:29):
We love Jacob.
Speaker 7 (18:30):
We love Jacob, and he is taking a course on
how to do in between life aggressions.
Speaker 8 (18:39):
He's doing it with my teacher.
Speaker 7 (18:41):
Oh is he really? Oh my gosh, Well he did
it with me and it was so amazing. I was weeping.
Speaker 8 (18:49):
I was like, oh, you know.
Speaker 7 (18:51):
It's in between lives and I see the light and
it was just such an amazing experience. And then when
I had to come back here on earth, is like,
I don't want to right right, I'm like, why would
I have to go there?
Speaker 8 (19:06):
Right? Well, you're not done, Karen. We need you here. Oh.
Speaker 7 (19:09):
I know. I know that when we realize that this
life is not all there is for sure, It's not
something I think or believe. It's something I know without
a doubt.
Speaker 8 (19:20):
All right. And the big thing that you and I
are blessed to know is that this life here is
the hard part. You know. Everybody clings to this life
and goes. You know, I want to live as long
as possible, and I'm afraid of death. And you know,
you get out of the body and out just for
a minute, even if you have an obe or anything
or shared death or a near death experience, and you go,
(19:43):
oh wow, this bliss in the invisible world is the
good part. This part here is the struggle, you know,
like why would we be so desperately clinging to this?
Speaker 7 (19:56):
You know what I do on Saturdays when I if
I ever have time to just relax, I go on
YouTube and I listened to near death experiences those because
I just want to remember, right, that's all. It's what
is This is what is real, you know, and you
hear these stories beautiful.
Speaker 8 (20:15):
That's it. And you know, my gift has been shared
death experiences because so many people that I love so
deeply have crossed in my life, my first husband and
then my best girlfriend. And that was all when I
was quite young. But they took me on these shared
death experiences of showing me how the universe works and
(20:38):
showing me how important laughter is, how important understanding divine
order is. And they still come back and remind me.
You know, I had a forty five year anniversary of
my husband Paul's crossing a couple of weekends ago, and
he came again so vividly and said, here's what I
(21:00):
need to remind you do you remember, And he took
me back to the day he crossed and all the
little things that happened that were showing me divine order.
Just an example is I'm driving home from the hospital.
I'm sorry. If I've already told this story to you, care.
Speaker 7 (21:18):
I would love to hear it.
Speaker 8 (21:19):
I don't, okay. Paul had died in the hospital because
he had had colon cancer, and I was devastated. And
I was driving home to my apartment that I had
lived in with Paul, and I had this little Honda Civic.
It was, you know, back in the late seventies, and
my beautiful little Honda that had always been reliable. It
(21:43):
suddenly breaks down and overheats, and I'm pulling off the
road and I'm crying, going I'm feeling sorry for myself.
My husband just died and I can't even get home.
My car's broken. And Paul was in my head going
you're not supposed to go home alone. Please pay attention.
(22:03):
Everything is part of divine order. And I'm sitting there
going what And I'm crying and then laughing, and just
you know, people would have thought I was crazy if
they were looking at me, and all of a sudden,
this car comes by and it's one of my friends
who had been at the hospital with me, and he
was on his way home and he sees me and
(22:23):
he pulls over because this is way before cell phones,
and he goes, what's the matter, And I showed him
and goes, Oh, leave the car here, I'll come back
and we'll figure it out. Let me take you home.
So I get to go home to my apartment for
the first time without Paul, with this beautiful friend with me,
(22:44):
and Paul spent the whole day showing me how everything
that our human mind wants to say is a mistake
or a tragedy is part of this bigger, beautiful divine
plan for our highest good. That's beautiful fall, the greatest
lesson ever right absolutely.

today is Sue Frederick. Her latest book is Angel Up,
So let's continue here. In Angel Up you share deeply
personal stories, okay, visions, healing experiences, and divine guidance. How
(24:56):
have your own life challenges shaped your spiritual path?
Speaker 8 (25:00):
Well, that's such a funny question to people like you
and me, because our life experiences, our pain is the
great gift of spiritual awakening. And so when my young
beautiful mountain climbing husband died in my arms of colon
cancer in my twenties. I had to know where he
went and why I was still here and why people
(25:23):
suffer all of those good questions that make us go
on a spiritual seeking journey. I've worked with so many
clients who say when there departed loved one crossed, they
knew they were at a crossroads and that it was
either going to be going to bed every night with
a bottle of vodka, or it was going to be
(25:44):
going on a spiritual seeking journey to understand how the
universe works and what felt true in their heart about it.
And that crossroads is there for each of us. When
we hit a pain bump in the road and it's okay,
we do some sort of a bypass where we spend
a few years being lost because the universe is filled
(26:06):
with divine order and wake up calls and soul nudges
and everything designed to keep trying to nudge us and
wake us up. And finally we have this wake up
call that we can't avoid anymore, and then we're going
on the journey of learning how it works. But I
would say we have to go through several of those
(26:28):
and my latest or most recent one was twenty twenty three.
I was working with clients and all of a sudden,
on my wall, an angel appeared so vividly that I
was able to take a picture of it with my phone,
which I have on I have that picture on my
website Sufrederick dot com. And I started intuitively communicating with
(26:52):
that angel, and I said, who are you? And the
angel said, I am your mother in the engine realm.
And it felt so I can't even explain how loving
and nurturing and sweet it felt. And for many of
us we might have had conflicted relationships with our mothers,
(27:14):
you know, I certainly did. And when I felt this
angel telling me that, I understood that the reason I
had always felt comforted by the invisible world is that
I believe my soul came from that angelic realm, and
I have a family there, and they have always loved
(27:34):
on me, even when I felt not, you know, maybe
not really loved here on earth as much as I
wanted to be. And that was a beautiful conversation with
that angel. But I also realized now now, I realized
that it was coming to prepare me for something I
was about to walk through. And a few months later,
(27:57):
I had an emergency and I ended up in the
hospital and was diagnosed with colon cancer, something I never
expected to get because I eat healthy, exercise, do all
the things. And so I had to go through major
surgery have a big chunk of my colon removed. But
(28:17):
through it all, that angel was with me. And when
I had to face a choice, you know what surgeon
am I going to use? Blah blah blah blah blah.
That angel showed me the light in every step so
that I would make the choices for highest good. And
for example, if any of you have ever faced a
(28:39):
big surgery, you know you might meet a couple surgeons. Well,
the first surgeon who came in my hospital room after
my diagnosis, he was well respected, you know, very had
a lot of accolades. He opened his mouth and started talking,
and my whole cellular structure of my body just delay
(29:00):
and I went, no, this isn't my person. Yeah yeah.
And then another two surgeons down. I kept interviewing and
finally this female surgeon. I was connected to her and
I walked in. It wasn't just because she was a woman,
it was her energy. And as she walked in the room,
I said, ah, okay, live or die, it's by your hands.
(29:23):
You're my person, You're my angel. And it's funny because
I've been reading our friend's book, Tricia Barker's book, Angels
and ther how the angels work through the surgeons. And
what I'm now really starting to believe, Karen, is that
you want the surgeon whose angelic energy is going to
(29:48):
allow that process to channel through them and not try
to block it with their mind or their ego. Don't
you think that's fascinating? And so when I sensed that
this woman was an angel, and I know she is,
I trusted everything to her. And they thought that the
(30:11):
cancer had spread, and in this angel surgeon did the surgery,
took out a big chunk of my call and all
these lymph nodes, and then called me a few days
later and said, you've had a miracle. There is no spread.
And she said, go live your life. This is a miracle.
And I know it's the angels that poured through her.
(30:33):
And they and the angel said to me, all right,
you can stay a little longer, but you got some
work to do. And then I ended up writing the
Angel up books.
Speaker 7 (30:42):
Was it three books or four?
Speaker 8 (30:44):
Three? Books I read.
Speaker 7 (30:47):
I think you wrote them like you said, Angel Up
just came out.
Speaker 8 (30:50):
Yeah, it did it all. So I got out of
the hospital a year ago and then I kind of
went through some getting back on my so to speak,
and then literally within nine months of the hospital, I
was downloading those three Angel Up books.
Speaker 7 (31:08):
It's beautiful and how could everyone get those books? Before
we go on? I want everybody to know how to
get these books.
Speaker 8 (31:14):
Yes, they really help people, and they're available on Amazon
or on my website Sufrederick dot com. But if you
just go to Amazon and type in angel Up, you
will find all three books. And people really love that journal, Karen,
because you know it's something you just keep with you
and open and you can answer an angel prompt and
(31:36):
write about it. And it's the kind of thing where
if you're traveling and you want to sort of keep connected,
or even if you're going into the hospital, you know
that you just bring that with you and write frequency,
high frequency messages from the angels to help you move
through it. So all of these books were divinely given
(31:57):
to me. They're not about me, and as you read them,
you feel that frequency shift inside of you, because that's
what the angels are trying to do for all of us.
Speaker 7 (32:08):
That's so beautiful and that is so true. So how
can our angelic connection help us to find peace and purpose? Again?
Speaker 8 (32:21):
Well, isn't that the thing everybody's looking for? It's peace
and purpose? Right always?
Speaker 7 (32:26):
What is my purpose?
Speaker 8 (32:28):
What is my purpose? Well, one thing I tell people
is each soul here incarnates with a specific divine purpose,
and that purpose may evolve and change as time goes
on and as you evolve. But nobody can ever say,
you know, I don't have a purpose. Really, I'm just
(32:48):
kind of enjoying my way through life or whatever those
silly things are that people say. We don't come here
to have a party. The Earth realm is not just
a party. In spite of what Hollywood may be trying
to convince people, we come here with a divine purpose
of awakening our own souls first, that's our first responsibility,
(33:11):
and then turning around and helping others hear from what
we've learned. And those of us who have the hardest
wake up calls, we are most determined and passionate about
turning around and helping others from what we've learned. And
that's a good thing. So if you any listeners are
struggling to find purpose number one, try some alternative ways
(33:36):
of looking for it, like numerology is my favorite, and
you can go find my numerology videos on my YouTube
channel or my numerology workbook and see if that resonates
with you about your purpose being illuminated through numbers. And
if not, that's okay, it's not for everyone. But then
go in and meditate, quiet your mind and ask the
(33:59):
angel to show you or tell you or reveal to
you in signs what your purpose entails. But mainly just
ask them show me that the first step that I
need to take in order to align with my purpose,
because that really brings it down to the practical. You know,
(34:19):
my first step. Okay, maybe that means my first step
is to go take this course or get certified in
something over here, you know, or go back to school
or you know those little tiny things. Go talk to
a friend who started her own business. That first step
is what gets the momentum going for us to find
(34:42):
our divine purpose, and each step along the road, as
long as the angels are illuminating it and lighting it
up and making it feel juicy for you, that's your path.
Those are your steps, beautiful?
Speaker 7 (34:58):
How do people?
Speaker 8 (35:00):
No?
Speaker 7 (35:01):
I know and you do, But how would you explain
to people how their angels are speaking to them If
they're telling you how to take the first step? It's
like a good feeling. Yes, now you would necessarily hear
a voice saying.
Speaker 8 (35:14):
Do this, don't you wish? Don't you wish? But actually
I've had a few of those in dream visions. I'm
sure you have too. I remember after Paul died, I
was going through my you know, gosh, what is my
purpose now? And everything? And I went to sleep, you know,
my fitful sleep there and a girlfriend walked up to
(35:37):
me in this dream and I know it was a
guided dream vision, and she handed me a certificate and
said you need to go back to school and become
a writer, and she I'll never forget that dream. She
handed me the like the diploma, you know, and I
woke up going, well, of course I'm a writer, but
i'm not you know, successful getting published. So I'll go
(36:01):
to journalism school and learn how to make my living
as a writer. And that was such a good step
for me. It brought me into the world with confidence
and with ability to write and make my living from that,
and I became a health writer, which I loved, and
as long as that was still my purpose, you know,
(36:22):
that worked out. And then when i'd hit a reinvention
point where it was like, okay, so now it's time
for you to really step up to your work, then
that career melted away dramatically, I would say. And then
I stepped up to doing my numerology readings with clients
and all of the stuff I do. Now that's beautiful.
Speaker 7 (36:43):
It's like an inner knowing. If I explain it.
Speaker 8 (36:45):
It's You're right, Karen. It usually doesn't come to us
in a dream like that. You know.
Speaker 7 (36:52):
As it does though, and that's totally amazing. But a
lot of times, for example, with me, i've been doing
and how it all began as a different story. But
recently I've been doing readings for twenty five years and
I've been so guided to put that on hiatus for now.
(37:12):
Oh really, instead of connecting with deceased loved ones, to
connect more with the angelic realm to promote peace on
this planet.
Speaker 8 (37:20):
Wow, Karen, this is awesome.
Speaker 7 (37:22):
So yes, this is a very it's a big turning
point for me, but I feel it's very necessary it's
a whole subject in itself, but I feel so guided
to do it. And when I wasn't listening, you know,
I'm booked for two years ahead of time, for twenty
five years. I'm still honoring all the appointments I've been take,
you know what I made over a year ago. But
(37:43):
when that ends devoting all of my time to this, you're.
Speaker 8 (37:48):
Going to come on. You're coming on my podcast, yes,

And I'm very excited. I know there's a lot of

exactly per perfect because everybody on Earth will resonate with
one of us, you know, one of us will appeal
to them more than the other, and that's how they'll
find their way.

So you've been a spiritual teacher and intuitive for decades.
How does angel Up build upon your previous books like
I See Your Dream Job and saf Numerology.
Speaker 8 (40:44):
Well, you know, we each when we teach, we learn
and grow, and then new downloads come in to bring
our work to the next level. And you know, when
I started, I was using numerology and intuition to help
everyone find their divine purpose on earth because that had
been a major help for me when I was grieving.
(41:05):
And then, of course my next book was Bridges to Heaven,
True stories of loved ones on the other side, helping
people connect to their beloveds and know that life goes on,
and then you know, it just builds and builds. And
then I really thought I was kind of done. And
that's why when the angels poured these three books to
(41:27):
me and said this is what you've got to teach,
and here get these written and published. I just had
to say yes, you know, and it incorporates intuition, angels, numerology,
everything I've taught, but really bringing it to this higher
perspective of how do we angel up in these hard
(41:49):
times on earth? And all of us can do it?
And here's how. That's what the books are.
Speaker 7 (41:55):
Yeah, so you're talking about divine signs like dreams, numbers, synchronicities.
What should people look for and how do they trust
what they're seeing?
Speaker 8 (42:07):
Trusting is up to each person. And what I always
tell people is you're going to have a choice of
how you view your life. And I ask that each
of us ask enough questions, do enough searching, open our
minds enough that we're studying ideas that might make us uncomfortable,
(42:28):
opening ourselves up to higher experiences and believing that they're real.
Because once that experience gets into our cellular bodies where
we know that that was real, where we know that
we experience that, there's no more question, there's no more cynicism.
You know, no one can talk me out of believing
(42:49):
my experience. And that's why when near death experiencers have that,
they come back completely change because no one can talk
them out of knowing that was real. So we each
have these little opportunities to go, Wow, when I left
my body, or when I had that dream, I know
it was real. Or when I saw my departed father
(43:11):
in the bedroom, I knew that was real. And you
have to go with that and trust that that's your
gift from the divine universe, reminding you who you are
and how this works.
Speaker 7 (43:25):
Beautiful, beautiful. So one of the most transformative chapters is
about forgiveness. Why do you call forgiveness the master key?
Speaker 8 (43:38):
It's one of those stones you know that humans have
to walk through. There's always going to be blame here
because this is an inner play world of light and dark,
good and bad. And I believe that's on purpose, because
that innerplay of light and dark is what wakes us
up and makes us start seeking the light. So you know,
(43:58):
when we talk about good players and bad players, there's
nobody on earth who is all good or all bad.
We're all souls on a journey trying to wake up,
trying to do what we came here to do. And
so all of us have been wounded by people here,
and it's our choice again if we're going to carry
that negative anger, blame, lack of forgiveness that is a
(44:24):
heavy stone that just hurts us, weighs us down, brings
our frequency down, or we shift up, angel up and
look at it from the soul's perspective, where we go, Wow,
that soul made an agreement with me to break my heart,
to hurt me in some way to help me awaken.
(44:46):
And of course we get down to earth and we
forget the soul agreements and we're living in our personalities
and our human self and we just think, oh, that's
a bad person. That isn't true as a soul. That
person made an agreement with you and loved you so
much that they agreed to break your heart so that
you could grow and evolve the way you wanted to.
(45:09):
And the minute you begin to see it that way,
forgiveness is a done deal and your frequency is so
much higher.
Speaker 7 (45:18):
Exactly. I always use the phrase that Wayne Diery used
to say, it's not the snake bite that kills us.
It's a venom, right, the venom that we carry. Yes, yeah, yeah,
it hurts us.
Speaker 8 (45:31):
That's right.
Speaker 7 (45:34):
So how do sacred daily routines like mantra, meditation, automatic writing,
and angelic prayer help us to well higher frequency.
Speaker 8 (45:44):
And The thing is, this earth world is hard. But
that's why it's so important that we have at least
one sacred act that we do every day to shift
our perspective, and that can be closing our eyes and
doing a little mantra meditation. I love that Hindu and
Buddhist tradition of repeating Sanskrit words like oh, because they
(46:07):
carry such a high frequency they quiet the mind. Or
we simply realize we're in trouble and we need to
angel up and say, angels, lift me, love me, help me,
heal me, and feel their love, feel them come and
be with you. I love automatic writing because I've been
a writer all my life and I know that the
(46:27):
minute we sit down and let the pen move and
let the writing come through us without editing it, we
become a channel. All of us become a channel. And
that's what the journal, the Angel Up Journal, is to
help everyone realize they can be a channel, that they
are a channel to the angels. So that a question
(46:48):
if you just open the journal to a page and
it says opening up, it says, ask angels, how can
I bring more soul centered awareness into my current relationships?
That's a good one. Listen and receive their answer right freely,

and then you just pick up your pen and write
what comes to you. If you spend ten minutes a
day doing that, it's transformative, it really is.

That's beautiful, beautiful. So what's your greatest hope for the
readers of Angel Up and how can they begin their
ascension journey today?
Speaker 8 (47:30):
We just need to shift into more love and forgiveness
and compassion here, and it's going to serve all of us.
Nobody's happy when there's this conflict. Nobody's happy when there's war.
Nobody's happy when we're all arguing, and you know, being
estranged from people that believe different things, that's not what
(47:53):
we want. So each of us has a responsibility now
to get out of their head thinking that what they
believe is more important than what they feel, and then
open the heart and say, I know you're a soul
on a journey doing the best you can, and as
a fellow soul on a journey doing the best I can,
(48:15):
I love you, soul to soul, and so it is.
Speaker 7 (48:20):
