Key Lessons:
  1. Take time to ask yourself the question, “What type of leader do I want to be?”. Actively work to become that leader. Challenge yourself and have to courage to act against any behaviors that conflict with the answer to that question.
  2. Candid leaders have the confidence to be authentic in their spaces. Psychological safety is needed to create pathways for candidness. Confidence is often what we want but courage/audacity is the first step we need to get there.
  3. We all have a responsibility to create candidness in the workplace!
