Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hey y'all, this is Ashland Craft and you're listening to
the award nominated Backstage Pass on KYBN ninety eight to one,
your Bay Area broadcasting network. You can also listen on
iHeartRadio podcast and at the Sports Guys podcast dot com.

Speaker 2 (00:15):
And welcome inside the Backstage Pass. We're back home in
the studios in Texas post CMA fest, and again thanks
to all the sponsors out there. Bubba Wesley Music of
course and Yuka Finland's fast rising country artists follow him
at Country Jyka and of course our friend Joe Hermas
up there Joe Hermas Music and all about RPS and
the Kadan Gordon Show dot com. Today's best Country Mix.
We've got the tag team and have a little fun

(00:35):
out there. And what a success it was thanks to
all the artists that came out and just a great
post CMA fest in Nashville, Tennessee. Guys, if you've never been,
it's something you need to go to and live that
dream because you'll get your money's worth and then some too.
We're you gonna get your money's worth today too, because
she's got a brand new album out called Dive Bar
Beauty Queen across all the DSPs out there for streaming
the great Ashland craft to the show Ashland. How you doing?

Speaker 3 (00:57):
I'm doing so well? How are you doing?

Speaker 2 (00:59):
It's good? You know. It took a few days off.
We didn't work out for a few days. We worked
to the radio thing in Nashville and now back at
home in the studios and that got back in the
gym as of last night. So it's been pretty good.

Speaker 3 (01:09):
Oh that's a good checklist. I like the sound of that.

Speaker 2 (01:13):
A little bit more of self care and again putting
out as many shows as we can, but not as
many this summer because I'm taking some time a little
bit for a little bit of that self care and
a little bit more of that me time. We all
need that, you know.

Speaker 3 (01:25):
Yes, sir, you ain't lying about that.

Speaker 2 (01:28):
No doubt. Well, hey tell us how excited you are.
We're gonna play a couple songs off of it. But again,
congrats on all the success I know for you, it's
been just a whirlwind this pass to start this year
at twenty twenty five, where it's well into the second
third quarter. Now whatever it is, I've lost track of
time because I can't keep track of it. But looking
back at it, Dive Bar Beauty Queen comes out for
you across all these DSPs. May thirtieth great songs off

(01:49):
of there. Tell us what you're most excited about to
get this music into your fans hands out there.

Speaker 1 (01:54):
Oh man, Well, it's been a long time coming, definitely.
It's been about a little over four years since the
first record, and I tell you, the fans and the
support has just been NonStop up until this point. So
I've been so eager just to get a new body
of workout and to let people know just you know,
I'm still in this. I'm still loving country music and

(02:16):
I'm here to bring that, you know, older schools down
back in a new way. So I have a special
bond with every song on the record. But oh man,
there's a couple of ones on there that I think
are so fun. I think the title track, you know,
Dive Bar Beauty Queen, is literally the story of my life.
I wrote that song when I was about nineteen years old,

(02:37):
and it's my story to this day still. So I'm
just excited to see how people respond. I'm hoping it'll
give people a chance to dance, to sing, to cry.

Speaker 3 (02:47):
I think there's a lot of you know, just.

Speaker 1 (02:49):
Good feel good songs on there, some story songs, so
just really excited to see the response from everybody.

Speaker 2 (02:56):
Yeah, it's a great response so far. And I love
the fact is I go back to that last record
for Traveling Kind, that's when you and I first met.
I think it was twenty twenty one, we started doing
these shows and just talking about music on the platform
here too. But I love that one because it had
so many great songs, so many great connections off there
from the standpoint of your mama still does and of
course leaving you again, make it past Georgia talk about

(03:16):
this one and just how the records kind of differentiate.
But there's a little bit of sound from Traveling Kind
now to Dive Bar Beauty Queen too.

Speaker 1 (03:23):
Yes, I think it was super important to me, just
because I think that first project was such a huge
reflection of who I am as an artist, the sounds
that I love, which is, you know, a little bit
more rough around the edges.

Speaker 3 (03:37):
It's a little more raw, a little.

Speaker 1 (03:38):
More real, and I really didn't want to lose that
for this next record. I wanted to make sure people
knew that this second record was not a complete departure
from traveling kind as far as sound goes, I know
there's a lot of people that maybe try to mix
up new sounds, you know, from project to project, But
I think for me it was about driving it home

(03:59):
even or how much I love country music, how much
it has inspired me to this.

Speaker 3 (04:04):
Day, and I've lived it.

Speaker 1 (04:07):
I've been working for you know, eleven years now, working
in dive bars and gigging and playing for anybody would listen,
and so yeah, I think it's just kind of a
love letter to everything that inspired me before traveling tid
during and now.

Speaker 2 (04:24):
Yeah, I love this record too when you look at it,
back at it hanging up the hockey talk. It's just
a great have fun with at the same time, and
it's such a great song to two step two. If
you're like in a dance hall, this is like the
perfect one like B five or you know, D three,
And I put this on my playlist.

Speaker 3 (04:42):
Yes, that is my hope.

Speaker 1 (04:43):
There's you know, when I was working in a house band,
in between our sets, we'd have about fifteen minutes to
go out on the floor, go get a drink, whatever,
and I would always go line dance in between every song.

Speaker 3 (04:55):
So I learned so many line dances.

Speaker 1 (04:57):
While doing that and making these songs that really kind
of came into play with tempo and flow of the
music and making sure everything was kind of seamless and
that there were moments to show off. I don't know,
I just really kind of took a lot of consideration
from line dancing into this music.

Speaker 2 (05:18):
I got a great song off of there too, love
it so much. We're gonna play one right now from
Ashlan Kraft off the new record Dive Bar Beauty Quinn
here again the backstage past powered by the Sports Guys
podcast dot com. And this one's called Kicks Cowboy from
Ashland Kraft.

the Sports Guys podcast dot com, the YouTube channel, and
of course out there again thanks to the Caadengordonshow dot com,
Today's Best Country Mix, and all of our sponsors out there.
So you know you love this one as much as
I do. With this, we talked about how much hanging
up the honkey talk meant to you too for that
two step western dance hall Field, but this kick Rocks Cowboy.

(10:04):
I could really feel that a groove in this one too, my.

Speaker 1 (10:06):
Friend, Oh yes, I really channeled my inner Shanaia Twain.
I feel like on that one, I could just see
this vintage nineties music video in my head and it's
just such a I want to say it's a sassy song,
but I think it's just kind of like an anthem
for you know, looking for something real and honest in

(10:28):
a playful way. So I think it was it was
meant to just be like this in a way, kind
of like your mama still does for this record.

Speaker 2 (10:38):
You know, we all love to drink, and I think
the Happy Drunks tune off of there Too from Dive Bar,
Beauty Quick, tell us all about this one.

Speaker 1 (10:45):
Yes, I'd have that title in my phone for so long,
and I had no clue what I wanted to write
it about, because I'm not a huge drinker these days, honestly,
Like I'll have my drinks every now and then, but
not as.

Speaker 3 (11:00):
Heavy as I used to be.

Speaker 1 (11:01):
And I think that song was it became inspired about
a heartbreak so bad that you're just like, I can't
even look at things the same anymore. You know, I
can't look at this bar the same, I can't look
at my favorite drink the same because for me, I'm
very much a happy.

Speaker 3 (11:18):
Drunk when I do drink tequila. Tequila is my go to.

Speaker 1 (11:24):
And so I think the character in that song it
kind of really flipped the switch when I guess you
associate it with a bad situation.

Speaker 3 (11:32):
I wrote that song with Casey Tendall and Tory Allen.

Speaker 1 (11:35):
We were on a writer's retreat and I'm pretty sure
that was one of the days that it just kind
of fell out of us. So I've always loved the
groove of that song, the melody and just kind of
the cadence of the words. It always felt like really
cool to me. I don't know how to say it
other than cool.

Speaker 3 (11:50):
I guess.

Speaker 2 (11:52):
Yeah. I love Casey Tendall. She didn't one to call
middleman back in the day too, when she put out
a great, great hit there. Love her writing. She's a
fantastic artist out there, so people need to go look
at her too. At the same time, love her stuff
out there musically, and of course a great, great songwriter.
I love this one write down now. This is one
of them things where it's like, you know what, We're
gonna tell it like it is, and if you don't
like it, then the song's gonna preach to you right.

Speaker 3 (12:14):
Yes, absolutely. And I love live music.

Speaker 1 (12:19):
That's what I'm accustomed to before I even moved to
Nashville and started recording music. I think it's always been
in my blood to just be on stage, connecting with
people and being in the moment is another big thing
for me. I'm terrible at being on my phone when
I'm in the middle of something else because I think
whatever is in front of me personally is the most

(12:41):
important at the moment. And so I really wanted to
write a song that was for the audience members showing
up for the people that were taking off work and
spending their harder money to be at a show. And
I just I really wanted us in the moment song,
so write down now. I wrote that with Eric Dillon
and White mccobbin, and it was such a simple title.

Speaker 3 (13:03):
When they mentioned it, I was like, yeah, you know
that that could work.

Speaker 1 (13:07):
But sometimes you just don't need anything over complicated. I
think it's you just want to connect with people in
that moment and have a song that you can kind
of jam to together. So that's a true honky tonk
spirited bar song.

Speaker 2 (13:24):
Love that one too. At the same time, every want
to ask you about this female movie. We talked to
so many great ladies in Nashville when I was there,
and just this amazing girl power movement empowering country singers
all over, which is fantastic. I can't think of a
better time to be a female country artist. I mean,
how does this motivate you to really keep going make
the music you want to make, and you know, put
it out there so it can resonate with fans. And

(13:45):
this this is a very very strong female category right now.

Speaker 1 (13:50):
Yes, I'm so thankful to see so many different artists
and women coming up in the scene. I think that
it's been in a way long overdue in my opinion,
and there's so many things.

Speaker 3 (14:04):
To choose from.

Speaker 1 (14:05):
I mean, there's just so many different types of women
out there in different music being offered. And for me,
as mentioned, I love honky tonk, I love traditional country music,
but I also grew up with other inspirations as well,
so I think now it is so important more than
ever to have the support from everybody and to see

(14:26):
that we are finally getting a leg up, so to speak, just.

Speaker 2 (14:30):
Getting ahead in the competition. I love the fact that
so many ladies are doing their thing out there and
there's something for everybody, from like you said, the Ashley
Cooks to the Hannah Ellis's to the Ella Langleys and
people that are on the main stage right now too,
and so many just great ladies Karen Waldrit Morgan, Miles
and yourself included, So many doing great things out there
the women's female category. Mama don't pray like she used to.
But I love to feel this one too. This is

(14:52):
another one of those songs that really takes me back
a little bit because I love my mama so much.
I think we all do when it comes down to it,
but there's nothing you wouldn't do. And I love the
fact that a song really speaks the truth absolutely.

Speaker 3 (15:04):
Yeah, I know it's funny.

Speaker 1 (15:06):
I always joked that I've always written songs about other
people's mamas, like my exes mama's.

Speaker 3 (15:11):
And so on and so forth.

Speaker 1 (15:13):
But I think it was super important to me to
eventually have a song dedicated to my parents because they
were such a support system from day one, which is
so insane to me because there's no real there's no
reason for them to believe that, Like, you know, this
music thing was realistic in a sense. I come from

(15:35):
a blue collar family and everybody had to work really
hard to be where they were at. So for them
to just put that support in me from day one
meant a lot. But that it's not without saying I
didn't put my parents through some rough times.

Speaker 3 (15:50):
As well.

Speaker 1 (15:52):
As any teenager would. I'm sure we butt heads naturally,
but like they can finally trust where I'm at now,
six years into living on my own, that they've raised
me right.

Speaker 3 (16:07):
I've got a good head on my shoulders.

Speaker 1 (16:09):
They have instilled great values in me and a good
work ethic and hopefully they don't have to worry as
much anymore, especially my mom. My mom has been the
one that's just I always say, has a special connection
with Jesus. She is talking to him any moment she
can get the chance. So yeah, I don't know, it's
just really important for me to go out of my

(16:32):
way to specifically thank her.

Speaker 2 (16:35):
Well. I thank all the ladies out there, and all
the mamas too at the same time for doing what
they've done for their children too. And I love this
one too. The collabs are becoming more of than norm
We talked about this, you know, with Akon Gary the
Vox on the show with their Hold the Umbrella too,
which is taken the world by storm right now Collapse.
And you did one with Grant Gilbert a while back
too that we were looking at last year in fact,

(16:55):
called turn It Down, talk about just a collab with
another fantastic singer songwriter, Grant Gilt. How you came to
this arrangement?

Speaker 3 (17:01):
I love it, yes, Grant.

Speaker 1 (17:02):
It's such a great up and coming artist and I'd
always kind of loved his swagger, his raspy voice, and
when they reached out and asked me to do the
duet for it.

Speaker 3 (17:14):
I was super excited.

Speaker 1 (17:15):
I love featuring on other songs with up and coming
artists really truly anybody. I just love music so much,
especially if it's a great song. So we got to
get together on that one and I loved how it
turned out. We got to do some content for it,
and I think it had a pretty great response.

Speaker 2 (17:31):
So he's a great guy, really good guy, no doubt.

Beauty Queen. That is the title track to the new record.
Make sure you go, you guys, go download and stream
out there too, as much as possible out there too.
All artists love the mailbox and money out there too
from streams. So we got to talk about this one,
my friend. I loved it title track off here too.

(22:45):
Fantastic song and really set the tone for this record,
would you agree?

Speaker 1 (22:49):
I that was the hope, That was the goal, So
thank you for saying that. Yes, that was really important
to me. I think we try to do that with
Traveling cond having that as the top of the record
to really set the mood for that. So I think
it was the same goal for this record as well.
It was I definitely didn't think that I was going
to be releasing a song I wrote forever ago, and

(23:12):
that was a journey for me to trust in my
team and in myself that it was a song worth hearing.

Speaker 3 (23:21):
So it was a big leap of faith for me.
But I'm so thankful and so happy that I did it.

Speaker 1 (23:29):
And there were a couple of lines and literally I
mean like two or three that I have revisited the
day of recording, but I mean, looking at it, I
was just like, there's not much that I can change
from this nineteen.

Speaker 3 (23:43):
Year old version.

Speaker 2 (23:45):
Yeah, that's the truth there. I love it again. Dive
Barbida Queen across all the DSPs out there for streaming
Ashley Kraft here on the backstage fashion, I want to
ask you, maybe fans don't see a lot of this
actually do when it comes to the challenges and the
obstacles you guys have to overcome as artists in this business.
I mean it's tough. That's what they call it music
industry and music business for a reason because people may
see the litz and glamour on the stage, but behind

(24:08):
the scenes some things that go on. Talk about just
some of the challenges you've had to go through even
when you've got into this, like I said, at a
young age till now, just kind of how far you've
come to overcome those obstacles to make you not just
a better person, but a better artist.

Speaker 1 (24:21):
I think your typical challenges are obviously always like getting
gigs and getting two gigs and just.

Speaker 3 (24:28):
All those logistical things.

Speaker 1 (24:30):
But I think for me with my journey specifically, it's
just been a lot of you know, ups and downs
and figuring out what I truly want out of this career.
And I'm not necessarily the greatest like TikTok artist or
you know, social media influencer, But for me, I think

(24:51):
from day one, it's always been about the music. Music
comes first, that is the main priority. I just want
people to have some sense of therapy with what I'm
writing and releasing. So I think in this industry they
really want you to quote unquote brand yourself with very

(25:13):
specific details and looks and sounds, And for me, I
think life and music is so much wider and deeper
than that. I think as people were all so complex
and I'm just a country girl from South Carolina. I
didn't grow up on a farm. I grew up very
blue collar. I wasn't a rancher. So I think for me,

(25:37):
it's just you know, letting people see my country at heart,
even if I'm not wearing a cowboy hat and this,
that and the other, because that's another thing is I
never want to present as something that I'm not either.
So for me, it's just been really important. It's been
a challenge to stick to my guns, I think just

(25:57):
in terms of relationships, but I feel that at the
end of the day, like it's always important to not
lose yourself as a person, and so I think.

Speaker 3 (26:08):
Come hell or high water, that has been my goal.

Speaker 1 (26:13):
And I'm just really truly thankful for every single person
who sees my heart, loves the music, and is supportive
of me.

Speaker 3 (26:22):
Just no matter what comes on the business side, I.

Speaker 2 (26:26):
Guess, yeah, because those things are going to come at us,
and sometimes it'll be a tidal way. But I tell
you what, this is so important. And it's even like
you know, events like Cmafest once you start playing it
to go broadcast to show live they're from and there's
releases that week, and there's all those meet and greets
and signings and stuff like that, which it is the fans,
which is a cool thing. And of course then go
and play the stages and you know, getting that awareness.
But this business is really built on and what I

(26:47):
love about it so much, so many good people in it.
It's really built on relationships and connections.

Speaker 1 (26:51):
Would you agree, absolutely, And I think it's based off
true connection, not just you know, transactional connection. I think
that that's also a theme anywhere you go in the
business world. I think there's two different types of relationships.
But I think if you can find and surround yourself
with the people who I don't know, just support and

(27:13):
see your vision and you do the same for them
and they're there for you in the hard times and
in the good times. It's just that and it's just
an open collaboration. Also, it's it's not one way or
the other. So yes, I would say relationships, good relationships
are so so important here.

Speaker 2 (27:32):
So big tour coming up too as well to support
this record, and congratulations on joining that Luke Brian tour.
I know when you got the news, I saw the
social media out there too. Had to be ecstatic for
you at the same time and opening, you know, for
one of the greats to do it of all time
singer songwriters out there. Kind of build on this for
me too as well, and to support this latest release
for this particular record.

Speaker 3 (27:53):
Yes, it's so crazy because I grew up on Luke Brian.

Speaker 1 (27:57):
You know, I'm a ninety six baby, so at the
time of high school that's kind of what was it
popular at the time, I guess, So when I say
grow up, I guess in that sense. You know, that
was the soundtrack to my life in my teenage years.
So to have the opportunity to then turn around and
you know, actually open for him. It's just been a

(28:19):
fever dream, honestly, but it's also been so freaking fun
to like watch him do what he does. He has
not missed a beat since I saw him live like
many many years ago, and it's just so crazy and
inspiring to see somebody still hold just the same attitude

(28:39):
and the same positivity about music. It's really inspiring. And
he's been so kind. He's come and talk to all
the openers. All the openers have been so great. Myself,
Adrian Nunez and George Burge, We've had a blast already
and it's only been one weekend.

Speaker 3 (28:56):
So I'm literally packing now to leave tonight at eight
thirty to go for the next one. I'm so excited.

Speaker 2 (29:02):
My family is going to be there, so so big
shows coming up there to check them all out, ashlandcraft
dot Com too, and the rolling through Savannah, Georgia, Orlando, Florida,
Fort Myers down there, love Jet Blue Park with the
Red Sox train and then looking at Rogers Arkansas and
of course Dallas, Texas, Lafayette, Louisiana coming up there too, Bosman, Montana, Owensboro, Kentucky,
so make sure you guys check it out coming to

(29:23):
a city near you. Wish I had time to go
see Ashley play live, but it's scheduled, so.

Speaker 3 (29:29):
Yes, one of these days now.

Speaker 1 (29:34):
But yeah, we're doing the headlining tour too late this year,
which is my first time ever getting the headline. We
got to do a co headlining tour myself and my
friend Meghan Patrick, who's also killer, and that was so
much fun.

Speaker 3 (29:47):
But this is just a huge step for me.

Speaker 1 (29:49):
So if you want to come to a show, I'm
trying to get some Texas dates on the books and
I'll hit you up.

Speaker 2 (29:56):
Hit me up, girl, you got the number. You know
where to reach me, no doubt.

Speaker 3 (29:59):
All right.

Speaker 2 (30:00):
This is a cool one off here too, because I
love the Apple Music and that's what I subscribe to.
Everybody else has got their own playlist that whatever makes
you happy to floats your boat, get in it and go.
But I love the fact is I love Apple Music
and you can really hear the truth come out in
the song. Sometimes I like the E next to a
song because I really want to hear just a little
bit more of getting that anger out. There's one like
yard Sale that is fantastic callf this record tell us

(30:22):
all about this one.

Speaker 3 (30:23):
Thank you.

Speaker 1 (30:25):
That's another title that I just had sitting in my
phone and could never make it make sense, I guess.
And I want to say about two years ago now,
I was again with Casey Tendall and a Least Starr,
who's also a producer on the record. He's an amazing writer, producer, player,
like you name it. He's just killer. But so we

(30:47):
started kind of kicking around the idea of it, you know,
just being a first person type of story.

Speaker 3 (30:53):
But I was like, I don't want to really be
known a's.

Speaker 1 (30:54):
Like the angry yard cell lady, and I've never been divorced,
never owned a house.

Speaker 3 (31:01):
What if we wrote this from a really cool, like
third person perspective.

Speaker 1 (31:04):
I think that's such a in my opinion, country way
to do it, such a storytelling approach.

Speaker 3 (31:11):
So we honestly, I.

Speaker 1 (31:14):
Think, got halfway through the song talking saying I, you know,
using first person, and then we switched it up and
honestly just all came together recorded it two weeks later
for the album.

Speaker 3 (31:29):
That's one of the later songs that we had written
and crazy enough recorded it one way.

Speaker 1 (31:35):
Got through a lot of like the editing, and I
just I think we all were kind of like, I
think we need to revisit this. It was a very
kind of hard, harder rock, kind of grungier first take,
believe it or not, and so I was like, I
think we need to revisit this and go straight up
back porch country, you know, a little bit of bluegrass,

(31:57):
a little bit of We had a stand up base
on this song, so we just wanted to go all
out and make it rootsy. And I think I'm just
so thankful that they were willing to go back. I
was willing to go back. It truly came out perfectly.
So it was a fun song to write, and it's
been fun to perform live. I bought some shakers that
are beer cans, so it's been really fun to kind

(32:20):
of throw some new things into the mix for that song.

Speaker 2 (32:24):
I love that. I'd love to see that. I had
a live showdow Downy had Dive Bar, Beauty Queen across
all those DSPs out there for streaming. Actually, you guys
go check it out, all right, you know, we were
out there too, and I actually got a chance to
try one of my favorite now favorite pizza places there
in Germantown and we got to go over there with
the team and it was called three one two pizza.
Have you been there? I have not.

Speaker 3 (32:45):
I need to add to the list. There's a restaurants
around here.

Speaker 2 (32:49):
Go's a lot of good restaurants too, and love it.
And we got to go to the diner which on
the sixth floor of that one right there, just across
from Broadway. That was actually pretty good food. And uh
I had the ten roof chicken Casadia.

Speaker 3 (33:03):
Okay for bar food not too bad, is good.

Speaker 2 (33:10):
And then I had my salads when I was there,
so I did pretty good.

Speaker 3 (33:13):
That sounds like a well rounded weekend to me.

Speaker 2 (33:17):
Talk about some of those. Uh I didn't get to
go to Bartaco. Next time we go bar Taco for sure.
Where are some of your favorite places to kind of
dine in?

Speaker 3 (33:26):
Oh Man? I got a lot of places.

Speaker 1 (33:30):
I love. We've got some sushi over here. I wanted
to say it for Maru. I love me some sushi. Yes,
sushi in Nashville. I know, nobody come at me. I
honestly in the gal Okay, this is this place is

(33:50):
like kind of Southern cooking but elevated. It's called Jane's Hideaway,
highly recommend so good. Never had meat loaf literally until
I ate there, and it was amazing. Man, there's so
many different good places. I'll have to send you a
list list.

Speaker 2 (34:12):
We actually got out to a Jay Alexander's. Had had
it's one location in San Antonio down here in Texas,
but I've not had the one in Nashville. Actually had
roasted chicken there and mashed potatoes and we had some
kind of caeso dip. I forget what they called it,
but it was actually a full meal of just Jay
alexander is a perfect place to get a steak. I
love it.

Speaker 3 (34:30):
Okay, that's good to know. I've been looking for a
good steak. I was also going to say Lachland.

Speaker 1 (34:35):
Table, great food, great chicken, great steak, also highly recommend.

Speaker 2 (34:41):
All right, so we got to do that. We got
all these and it feels like Nashville just opening up
a new restaurant on every corner every day, right, feels
like that.

Speaker 3 (34:47):
I mean, I am not complaining. Your girl loves some
good food, so I'm glad. I can, you know, keep
keep it mixed up every time I'm home.

Speaker 2 (34:55):
That's the best part. Keep it a little bit mixed
up to as well. Hey, for some things would not
do music talk about I guess we'll decide that pet
of FOODI some other hobbies out there. When you're not
doing music, What do you like to do?

Speaker 10 (35:07):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (35:07):
Well, I haven't had much free time while I've lived
in Nashville, to be completely honest.

Speaker 3 (35:13):
But when I do, I'm usually like going to the
river camping.

Speaker 1 (35:19):
We pitched some tents for a couple of days and
just I take my dog and it's really fun. We'll
float down the river. I mean, I'll go thrifting in
my free time. That's pretty much. My whole closet is
mostly thrift or vintage, some store ball stuff.

Speaker 3 (35:36):
Every now and then.

Speaker 1 (35:38):
But yeah, I mean, other than that, it's mostly just
me and my dog chilling, going new places. I'll take
it to the dog park sometimes. Very standard, very standard
for where I'm at right now.

Speaker 2 (35:50):
A nothing wrong with the standard way of life too.
Like I said, my sanctuary. I just love that gym.
That's something about being there and escaping and as much
as it hurts when it, like I said, when you
go and you always psych yourself out, like I'm not
gonna do good today, and I'm hurting going in, but
when when you come out of that gym, Like I said,
for most people, I love being in there because that's
like my escape.

Speaker 3 (36:11):
Get all the stress out.

Speaker 2 (36:12):
I get it, no doubt. Well to tell you there's
no stress on this record's good times and party tunes
and telling real life stories and being authentic as she
always has. And great to catch up whether for more
