Speaker 1 (00:04):
Good morning, Good morning, God, bless you. Welcome back to
the Morning Devo. And like a little frog and man, morning,
morning Morning. So today on the Morning Devo, we're talking
about daily joy. I decided so just be in joy
because I know where my strength comes from. My strength
comes from the joy of the Lord. Aymen, the joy
(00:26):
of the Lord is my strength as a believer in Christ.
And I'm hoping and praying that you know that as
a believer yourself. So daily joy is possible. Daily joy
is a thing. Joy is going to be our momentum
on moving forward. If you never experienced the joy of
the Lord, what are you waiting for? You must get
(00:47):
into a personal relationship with the Lord of Lords and
the King of Kings in order for you to experience
this daily joy. Life itself can feel like madness. Sometimes,
pressure everywhere, battles in your mind, unexpected storms. I'm gonna say,
unexpected storms hitting all at once. But the beautiful thing
(01:10):
about God is that he specializes in turning the madness
into joy. God specializes in turning madness into joy. We're
gonna be a Psalms Chapter thirty, verse number five. Good morning, Patty, God,
bless you, Thank you, for coming to the morning Devo, Amen,
(01:31):
and viewing us from YouTube. So that's where we're gonna
be at. Psalms, chapter number thirty, verse number five. And
it's amazing when you decide to follow the Lord, when
you decide to believe and put your faith, hope and
trust in the God of the Scriptures. Amen. And you
(01:53):
look at Jesus, the perfect Man of God, the God Man. Amen.
And you look at the Word of God, and then
you experience the God of the Word. All of this
will bring you joy into your life because this world
is throwing every single thing at us. Amen. This world
has people that are hate, full of hate, full of murder,
(02:15):
full of envy, full of pride right, the lust of
the flesh, the pride of life, Amen. The devil himself,
all these systems that are in place will try to
snatch your joy and try to snatch my joy. But
today we could decide to experience daily joy according to
the scriptures. If you have any questions, comments, concerns, prayer requests,
(02:39):
or anything along those lines, please don't hesitate to leave
it on the live chat. That's what we're here for. Amen.
If you're with us as so one is with a
zea Org, the Celebrator Network. You could either just press
play where they're streaming live audio, or you could hit
the live stream live stream tab and under the live

(03:00):
live at dj sand Rock on my YouTube page and
also on x formally known as Twitter a Man with
their stream alive as well. If we're not podcasting or
streaming from your favorite platform, please let us know and
we'll try to get on those platforms as well. And
those platforms coming out often now A Man a lot
(03:20):
of platforms out there, and I don't know them all
because I'm not on them all, amen, but it will
help me a lot to know if there's a popular
platform that you use and we're not there. Amen. We
would like to be to spread the gospel message of
the Lord Jesus Christ. So let's pray first. After we pray,
we share this out for like sixty seconds, and then
on the other side of those sixty seconds, will hit
(03:41):
you up with the scripture for today and we'll get
right into our morning devo. Are you ready, I'm ready, Father,
in the name of Jesus, Thank you, Lord God for
the joy, the joy of the Lord which is our strength.
I pray, Lord God, that we will put you Jesus first.
We will put others next, and we will put you us, me, you,
the listener, the watch of the viewer. Amen, we will
(04:03):
put ourselves at the very least of these that are
in front of us. Amen, Jesus first, others than yourself.
Thank you, Love God, for your love, your grace and
your mercy. Thank you, Lord God for this daily joy
that you say in your word that it's possible for
us to have. Thank you, Lord God for your mercy
and your grace. Thank you, Lord God for empowering us
(04:24):
with your Holy Spirit. Thank you Lord Jesus that the
Holy Spirit will lead us into all truth. And because
we have the leading of the Holy Spirit, we thank you,
Lo God. I thank you, Lo God, that we can
continue to watch and pray and we continue to move
forward by faith, that we could walk by faith, not
by sight, that we could experience all this stuff that's
(04:45):
going on in this world and at the same time
hold on to the joy of the Lord, and that
we will be strengthened and the powered, and we will
be unified like the bodies unified. And now, thank you
Lord God that we're in your kingdom, the Kingdom of Light,
the Kingdom of life, the Kingdom of eternal life, life.
And I praise you, will give you glory and honor,
worship and praise. I thank you for my brothers and
sisters who will be here, who will watch later or
(05:09):
listen later. Amen, who are not here now. I pray
a hedge of protection over myself, my wife, my family,
our children, our grandchildren, my family members, our friends and family.
On the other side of the screen and on the
other side of this mic, I pray peace. I pray
the Lord will be evident in their lives as well.
And I pray, Lord God, that you will guide, guard
(05:30):
and protect us all and unify us all according to
your word and purpose for our lives. I pray this
by faith, knowing that you hear these prayers and you
answer them according to your will and your purpose. For
every single individual person that's listening or watching. In Jesus
Holy Name, I pray this by faith in Jesus Name.
Amen to the amen. Those who agree, we say Amen,
(05:52):
help me share this out sixty seconds. When we come back,
we'll get right into today's morning Devo Daily Joy. Make
a decision today to experience daily joy, and your life
will never be the same. I'll be right back. Hey man,
(07:43):
a lot of groups out there that will help me
and share this out. Thank you so much for allowing
me to go through. God is Great, come and join
the group on social media. Thank you so much for
allowing me to share this through. A lot of groups
are coming through now and allowing me to share this
on their groups. I'm very grateful for that. I don't
take that for granted. I know it takes trust, Amen,
(08:03):
to allow someone else other than yourself on your group page,
especially someone that's preaching or teaching the word of God. Amen.
Thank you so much for your trust, and I pray
abundant blessing over you and your group as well, all
those groups who allow them to be to share this,
and you yourself if you're sharing this, Amen, abundant blessings
(08:23):
to you as well if you're sharing this out. So
let's go for it. Let me get into the scripture
for those two. We have the apps. We're available on
the iOS and the Android apps as well, so that's
Apple and Android devices. Free apps are available there. Or
you have to do is go to the website and
click either or or if we have both amen devices,
get both apps, so that way you could take us
(08:45):
anywhere with you two four seven, Amen, and enjoy the
music and enjoy the Word of God and the teachers
and teachings that are available as well. And also there's
some blog posts that I haven't posted in a while, Amen,
but I'll get back to that. So there's blogs, articles there,
a man so resources, there, a place where you could
advertise for free, and a place that you could advertise
(09:07):
on a paid way by being a sponsor onto the network. Amen.
So let me prepare this for the screen for those
who are watching, Amen, where we could get right into
today's daily joy. It's an opportunity, Amen. I take this
morning Devo as an opportunity to experience what God is
doing in real time in your life and in my life.
(09:28):
So that way, once you see someone's testimony, once you
see God's power working through somebody, there's no way you're
not going to want to be a part of the
plan of God in your life. Personally, there's no way
that you could see a person filled up with God's
Holy spirit, full of joy and full of grace and
full of truth that you're not going to want a
part of that, or at least be curious about what
(09:50):
God can do personally in your life. Before I got saved,
so I always look at people, peculiar people. I used
to call them that. They always look like the were happy.
They always looked like they had a purpose. They always
looked like they were experiencing something different than what the
world was currently giving out. And he used to pique
my attention. He used to pique my interests. I used
(10:13):
to be curious, Amen, and I used to always wonder
how did they get there? Until finally, at the age
of thirty years old, I came late to the party. Amen.
At thirty years old, I hit rock bottom, and I
was like, if that God is real, that God of
the thlose people that I saw filled with the joy
of the Lord, filled with power, filled with grace, fill
with love. Amen, if that God is real, I want
(10:35):
him to come and change my life. And that's the
way I had an encounter with the Lord Jesus Christ
way back in the year two thousand and one. Amen,
at the age of thirty I was I came late
to the party, experienced a lot of this world, Amen,
of the residue of this world. Sometimes it bothers me
still sometimes, but the flesh is of monster. I know
that well, Holy Spirit God is greater than the one
(10:57):
that is in the world. Holy Spirit God that's in
us is greater than those that are in the world,
and those demonic influences have no power overse anymore. A man,
we are victorious grace, we are victorious love, we are
victorious mercy, and we could experience daily joy. So that's
where we're gonna go today. In the morning Devo. Good
morning is the joy and I see you, Good morning, God,
(11:19):
blessed you. Welcome back to the morning Devo. My system
and my friend. So let's go for it. Let's see
if we could get this through daily joy. Amen on
the morning Devo. Now this is where it's all at
a man. When you get into the word a man,
you start realizing that the Word of God is relevant
to our lives daily Amen. And I have a bonus
(11:39):
scripture after this as well. Psalms chapter thirty, verse number
five says for his anger, who's angers don't know, Let's see,
it's but for a moment, but his favor is for
a lifetime. Weeping may endure for a night, but a
shout of joy comes in the morning. Men, for his anger.
(12:02):
I think the anger could be God because God is
slow to anger, or it could be a person. Amen.
I know I was a very angry person. Amen. I
didn't study this out, so while I have to read
the whole chapter thirty of the Book of Psalms, Amen
to realize who his anger is. Amen. But let's just
(12:26):
say is the anger of a person. And that anger
might be momentary, Amen, But his favors for a lifetime.
That's why I think a lifetime of favor comes from
the Lord. So it might not be the anger of man,
or anger of a woman, or our own personal anger, Amen.
(12:46):
But it might be the anger that is momentarily that
we feel or that we experience. But the favor of
God is a lifetime. Weeping may endure for a night,
but a shout of joy comes in the morning. And
when God says a thing, Amen. And he says something
will happen after a situation one hundred percent. I guarantee
(13:09):
in the name of Jesus that you will experience what
God says you and I will experience no doubt about it.
Here's a bonus verse that goes right along with this verse.
Tewod Corinthians, chapter number four, verse number seventeen. The Bible says,
for our light momentary affliction, this slight distress of the
(13:30):
passing hour is ever more and more abundantly preparing and
producing and achieving for us an everlasting weight of glory
beyond all measure, excessively surpassing all comparisons and all calculations,
(13:51):
of vast and transcendent glory and blessedness never to cease.
Are you kidding me? Like this moment? Military affliction, whatever
that is? The problems, life, bills, relationships, pain, sickness, disease, stress, anxiety,
(14:11):
all of it. We're humans, right, We're in the fallen world. Right.
We might be experiencing a lot of pain, a lot
of affliction, But according to eternal value, according to the
eternal word of God, that's only a slight distress. I'm
not dumbing this down. The word is letting us know
(14:33):
that God knows what we're going through, and he's not
bypassing that. He's not taking it lightly either. But according
to his eternal word, this slight distress he calls it,
of the passing hour is ever more and more abundantly
preparing and producing and achieving for us an everlasting weight
(14:53):
of glory. That's why people say that God doesn't waste
our pain, he doesn't waste our tears, he doesn't waste
our time. He knows exactly what we're going through. The
beauty of being in God and with God is that
He's in this with us, in this life, daily with us. Amen.
And once you get through whatever we're going through, a
(15:14):
man with the Lord, this joy that we're talking about,
this daily joy, will be a fact in your life
and in my life. It will be evident. People will
see the joy of the Lord. And the crazy thing
about it, they gonna want to know you're going through
a lot, and yet you still praise God. You're going
through a lot, and yet you still have this joy.
(15:37):
You go through a lot, but yet you still go
to church, and you still have a community of believers
and brothers and sisters who still believe with you, and
you're going through all of that. They gonna want to
know how you do that. I guarantee, they gonna want
to know how in the world do you do what
you do when you're going through all this stuff. And
you can tell them with a bright smile, a man
(15:59):
you could tell them with courage in your heart and
in your tone of voice, you could say, I have
daily joy. Amen, Joy a man is gonna be something
in this world that we're living is gonna be needed.
People are gonna want joy, and people are gonna try
to monetize joy somehow somewhere I know it a man.
(16:21):
They're gonna try to use AI to experience joy, and
they're gonna realize that AI can't give you what God
gives you. They experience that Artificial intelligence will be no
replacement for authentic intelligence, anointed intelligence. Right, No, it's not
gonna happen. And men or authentic imitationology like I do
on Fridays, AI will never give you the joy of
(16:45):
the Lord. AI is nothing but a think tank, a
tank of information, a place where you could go and
get immediate response to some questions. But the joy of
the Lord will only come from the God who create
all things that is pure, holy, righteous, loving, kind, merciful,
(17:07):
a savior. Amen. The joy of the Lord will be
your ultimate strength. According to the scriptures, we have this
joy daily. We have the mercies of the Lord daily
following us. We know that we're going to go through
things the Bible is clear, The Bible is honest, letting
us know that we're going to go through some pain.
We're going to go through some issues, struggles and life amen,
(17:30):
whether it's relationships, whether it's finances, whether it's communication problems
or issues, whether it's spousal issues and family issues children.
God will be with you day by day, moment by moment,
right taking you step by step to the other side
of those things. But when you're going through it right
doesn't feel good when you're going through pain, issues, when
(17:53):
you're going through sickness, disease, when you're going through thoughts
of suicide or whatever you might be facing. And God
sees that, and he knows you more than we know ourselves. Right,
when you grab hold to his promises, when you grab
hold to his hand, right when you grab hold to
on his garment a man, when you grab hold of
(18:13):
his word, when you apply his word, you're going to
experience something amazing. All through that you can experience joy
because the next day comes. Right. You can have the
worst day of your whole entire life, and have a
worse week or worse month, but you notice what happens
through that time a man. The next day still comes,
(18:36):
and people are going about their lives. And it's not
like they don't care, like I'm accused of not caring.
But I care a lot, Amen. It's just that I'm
focused on the author and perfective of my faith. And
while i'm helping, or while I'm just showing up, or
while I'm listening, or while I'm just experiencing life, or
while I'm just being a husband or dad, a father
(18:56):
or brother, a man, a friend, a mentor whatever the case,
whatever role I'm playing, you might not think I'm listening,
you might not think I care, but I do listen
and I do care. Is that I'm focused on the
one I'm taking your request, I'm taking the issue. I'm
taking the problems to the one that I know that
can help us all in the issue in the problems, Amen.
(19:19):
And I'm focused on him. And then what if I'm
not going to speak. I'm not going to say anything
unless I get something from the Lord. If you're come
with me with a problem or issue, Amen, or if
you're guess what I'm saying, or you don't like me
for whatever reason, Amen, I'm not really going to respond
to that. I'm going to take whatever issue that you
have against me, or that I'm going through, or maybe
(19:41):
I have an issue against somebody else. I'm gonna take
it to the Lord first and get his counsel, get
his advice, get his direction. Amen. And also while I'm
getting all of that, I'm getting his joy. I'm getting
the joy of the Lord. And I'm coming back to
you with strength and encouragement. Amen. I'm just not going
to blurt out things because every time blurst something out
in anger, Amen, gonna it's not gonna be good. Anytime
(20:05):
I work in the flesh. Anytime you work in the flesh,
the results are not gonna be good. But when you
work in the spirit, according to God's word, according to
God's power, according to God's love, according to God's word,
according to God's mercy, according to God's grace, And you're
gonna say something that's gonna enlighten people. You're gonna say
something that's gonna encourage or inspire people. You're gonna say
(20:27):
something that might possibly lead them to the Savior, the salvation,
knowledge of who God is through the Lord Jesus Christ.
And we all can only do that, and you can
only do that by way of Holy Spirit God living
inside of you and of me. This is how powerful
the joy of the Lord is. This is how powerful
daily joy could be in your life. So when the
(20:47):
world is loud, God whispers peace. Having noticed that the
world gets real loud sometimes, And because the world gets loud,
people think, well, the world is the loudest. The world
is speaking louder than the people that call themselves Christians.
So I'm a follow of the world because they seem
to care more, they seem to accept more, they seem
(21:08):
to you know, what's that word that this being used
a lot. Amen. They're seeming to accept more things in
this world. Amen. But the Lord whispers peace. When your
thoughts feel chaotic, God brings clarity. Right when this chaos
(21:31):
in your life you start not seeing. It's like somebody's
doing like putting their hand over your eyes and you
can't see clearly. Amen, And I want to see clear
what about you? God gets clarity. When everything seems out
of control, God shows you, and God shows me that
he is still in control, that he's still sovereign it, Amen,
(21:55):
that he's still is on his throne. Amen. And nothing
surprises God. So if you want this daily joy, hold
on to the one who knows you better than you
know yourself. I'm holding onto the one who knows me
better than I know myself. So that means the madness
(22:15):
of this world, the madness of life, the issues of
life are only temporary, but the joy of the Lord
that's promising his word is eternal, and we could start
today by holding on to the daily joy of the Lord.
Joy isn't pretending that everything's perfect. Like, if you know me,
you know I can't not be real. I have to
(22:39):
be real a man, I don't know how to be fake.
I tried it before. It doesn't work. It doesn't even
fit my personality. Everything that God says is real, and
God is real, right, his word is real. So joy
isn't pretending that everything's perfect. Joy is knowing that God
is with you in the middle of the man, in
(23:00):
the middle of your imperfect life, and He's already working
things out for your good. He's already working things out
for your good. So I know in the desert time
I call it times where it seems like, man, this
thing is not going to pass, or things are not
(23:21):
going to work out, or finances are not coming, or
just hold on to God's promises. Please trust me, Amen,
I know what it is to wait on the Lord.
I know what it is to wait on his promise.
I know what it is to be without and then
holding on to God's promises, and then to be in abundance.
I know what it is to experience lack. I know
what it is to be in abundance. I know what
(23:44):
it is to have little. I know what it is
to have much. Amen, you start experiencing these things in life,
and you start looking at things differently. Once you see
and taste and see that the Lord is good, You're
not gonna want to serve anything that this world offers.
You're not gonna want to turn to an idol. You're
not gonna I want to continue to satisfy your fleshly
evil desires. You're gonna want what God gives you because
(24:05):
it brings you joy. Haven't you noticed that when you
follow the things of this world, the joy disappears, the
pain comes increases. All that stuff that the world promises
you and promises to me, Amen, becomes so invaluable like it,
I mean, no value right to it. Amen, I don't
know if invaluable is the word I should do. There's
(24:26):
no value to it, but when you hold on to
the promises of God and you stick with the people
of the Lord. Amen. Although we're not perfect, we make mistakes,
but we're holding on to the promises, the perfect promises
of God. Amen. You're gonna find joy in those situations.
There's no doubt about it that joy comes every single
day when you're holding on to the one who offers
it to you. Amen. Sister Isamo, God bless you. Good morning,
(24:49):
and my sister and my friend, God bless you, good morning.
Welcome to the morning, Devo. It's good to see you.
So joy isn't pretending that everything's perfect. Please don't fake
it till you make it. None of those cliches are
going to do anything for you. Be real. God is real,
So be real with God. Take your issues to him.
I do it all the time, Trust me. A man.
(25:11):
I would like to say a lot of things, but
I hold on to my peace, so I don't want
to lose my peace by speaking out something crazy and
I don't like to hurt people. So breathe right, lift
your eyes up to the Lord. To lift up your
eyes to the one who you know that can help
you in all your situations. When pain comes, God will
(25:34):
give you the solution a man. He will heal you,
he will soften the pain, will ease the pain. Amen.
He will give you what you need according to His
purposes and plans for your individual life. God is so
concerned with what we're concerned with that is incredible. Like
you would think, well, guys, you know I'm not going
to pray to God right now because he's probably busy.
(25:55):
He's not going to be concerned with what I'm going through.
Trust me, he's concerned with you, He's concerned with me.
He's concerned with all his creations. Amen. And he will
bring you not only the promises from his word. He
will bring you the joy of the Lord. And that
joy nobody could take that away from you. And you
don't have to substitute that joy for drugs, weed, alcohol,
none of that stuff. All you have to do is
(26:16):
hold on to this promise. Is I know it sounds
far fetched, but believe me, trust me when I tell
you I experience the joy of the Lord, and I
experience the world's joy. And just to let you know,
the joy of this world is so unreliable and so
circumstantial that when I experience the joy of the Lord,
I'll be like, Yeah, I've been lied to the world
(26:37):
has lied to me. God has been telling me the
truth all through my life. Amen, And now I accept
that and I'm satisfied with the daily joy that I
get from Him. It's mar says traveling prayers for me
this morning. Amen. If you're traveling, we give you the
prayers of mercy, traveling mercies. Angels will set you forward,
a man protect you, guard you, guide you. Amen, all
(26:59):
through your Amen. So experience the traveling mercies of the Lord.
Experience the joy of the Lord once you get to
the other side of your destination. Amen. So I speak
peace over you, my sister, and thank you for your
prayer requests. So your madness is about to turn into joy.
The things in your life that might seem like endless, like,
(27:22):
for instance, let's make it relative to today. Bills they never
stop coming, whether or not you're going having a good
time or a bad time where they're experiencing abundance or
experiencing like you know, what's constant the bills. Amen. So
of the bills that come through via email, your mailbox
or whatever are still coming. That means somebody on the
(27:44):
other side of your life that really really really might
not even know you, might not even believe in you,
not might even you know like you. They're constant, right,
it always comes in, so we could be consistent with
who we know to be our savior, our Lord, our redeemer,
our protector, Amen, and the Prince of peace. Which it
(28:06):
gives us joy to know that we can have this
daily joy. Bills don't come every day, I hope not right.
They come once a month or once every two weeks.
But the joy of the Lord comes every morning. Amen.
So Psalms, chapter number thirty, verse number five, that's where
we are, we were, Amen. I suggest you read the
whole book of Psalms, the whole chapter of songs, because
(28:26):
the whole book of songs will take you a while.
Chapter thirty. Read the whole chapter for yourself, my bro,
see Wade Carlos, God bless you, bro, God bless you.
Welcome to the morning. Devo, my bro, my friend. But
I'm out of time. Read some thirty the whole chapter.
We can't thout of verse number five, Amen, And I
gave you a bonus scripture. You can see that. Rewind, press, remind,
or whatever you're gonna do. Amen, to see the other scripture,
(28:49):
but I'm out of time, so listen. God bless you all,
God keep you all, and remember always that God is good. Peace,
