Speaker 1 (00:03):
Morning Family, the good morning, God bless you. Welcome back
to the Morning DeVos. Your bro Sam Lopez aka Dj
Sam Rock So Winners with a z dot org Celebratio Network.
Did you have Valley's number one urban gospel music station online?
Since what two thousand and eight? And we're still here.
Oh glory to guys, by His grace, by his mercy
and by his promise a man that we're here. Also

(00:25):
at live that's Sole Winners with a z dot org.
If you want a platform where you could have an
interactive Bible right, a live chat, very calm, very non
distractive website, it is live do so win is with
a z dot org. That's our online church platform as well.
So let's go for it. Today we're talking about declaring dependence, right,

(00:47):
we declare dependence. We don't well at least I don't
try to front like I could do this all by
myself and I don't need any help in life. That's
not me. I know some people try to live that
way or try to act that way, right, But we're
declaring dependence over here on the Morning Evo. That's so,

(01:10):
when is ink right? We know we depend on God
every day. I depend on the Lord. Every day I
depend on Holy Spirit God. Every day. I depend on
the scriptures. Every day. I depend on the promises of
God over my life and my life through my life
a man, because I know that the power that God
has right, the authority that He possesses, the actions that

(01:32):
I take accordingly when I'm in the flow of Holy Spirit,
God is the only thing that really matters in my life.
What about you, Amen, So declaring dependence, what does that mean?
Moving from striving, trying hard, striving to resting in God's power.

(01:53):
And I'm not talking about resting like putting your head
on your pillow and sleeping all day. I'm talking about
resting in the fact that you know that God has
our best interests at heart. God has the best purpose
and plan for our lives. God, Holy Spirit Yahweh Jesus

(02:14):
y shiahamashiek, Holy Spirit Eloheen has the best plan for
my life and for your life. So, no longer striving
and running after the trends, right, no longer trying to
be the voice of controversy. Well, We're going to be

(02:35):
the voice of the Lord Jesus Christ. How far exciting
is that for us to stand up for righteousness than
it is to be a clattering symbol or loud noise. Right.
We need to be poised and positions to progress and
posess the territory that we're in, Amen. And we're going

(02:59):
to do that through yelling and screaming at each other.
We do that through being self controlled, by being obedient
to God's word, love, grace, and mercy, right, and also
standing up for righteousness, then standing up for who we
believe in, being kingdom minded, being set and stubborn on

(03:25):
trusting in God. So we're declaring not war. We're declaring
dependence on God. Isaiah chapter forty, verse number twenty eight
will start there. Amen. That'll be the verse for today,
so we could get into this devotion time. Amen, declaring dependence.
If you have any questions, comments, concerns, prayer requests, or
anything along those lines, please don't hesitate to leave it

(03:49):
on the live chat. That's what we're here for. Amen.
And I know there's been it's been a rough week
for the country, rough week for the nation, rough week
for the world. And we need to stand together united
in Christ as one body, one faith, one church, one Lord,
one Savior. Amen, so we could show this world who

(04:10):
desperately needs an example of unity. This world that desperately
needs an example of holiness, this world that desperately needs
an example of love a man. We could do that.
We as believers, brothers and sisters in the Lord. The
Kingdom of God is at hand. We bring the Kingdom

(04:32):
to earth. We bring heaven to earth. We bring glory
to earth. Amen, of we're glory carriers. Amen. There's a
lot of people around us that are lifeless. They exist,
but they don't have true life. They exist, but they're
truly not living the life that God wants them to live.
So let's help steer them, direct them right point to

(04:55):
the Kingdom. Let's introduce people today too, the glorious Word
of God to the Son of God Isaiah forty twenty eight.
We're going to move from striving to resting in God's power,
declaring dependence. So let's pray. First. After we pray, we
shut it out for like sixty seconds, and then on
the other side of those sixty seconds, we'll get right

(05:17):
into today's morning. Devo you ready, Father, in the name
of Jesus, I thank you for this time. I thank
you Lord God for establishing your kingdom. I thank you
Lord God for positioning us for a blessing. I thank you,
Lord God for your purpose, your plan, your wisdom. Thank
you Lord God for allowing us to get understanding and
what we know. Lord God, that it will not be

(05:38):
only a head knowledge, but it will be heart knowledge,
and it will be wisdom, and it will be a
movement in the right direction. I pray Lord God a
hedge of protection for every single person that's listening and
watching right now, that no weapon forged against us shall prosper.
I pray that over myself, my wife, our children, our grandchildren,

(06:00):
both sides of our families, from the very youngest family
member to the very oldest, and every single person in between.
We come against any demonic influence. We come against any evil.
We come against anything that this world is trying to
entice us to do. We come against those things and
a powerful namemage is shea how much shea Jesus to Christ.
I pray that for every single person listening and watching

(06:23):
on the other side of the screen and on the
other side of this mic as well. Also, Lord God,
I ask Lorg God that you will continue to show
us how to bond together, how to be united, no
matter what the situation is that this nation will know
that there is a remnant of God, standing, believing, trusting,
and declaring dependence on God Lmighty and Jesus name. I

(06:45):
pray it's by faith. For all those who agree, we
say amen to the amen. The reason why I always
say for all those who are Greeks say amen. I
don't need the other amens. If you don't agree, you
don't have to amen. It's okay. There's a reason why
you won't won't read with this prayer. There's a reason
why you don't agree with God's word, is a reason
why you don't believe in Jesus, and I have to

(07:06):
respect that you have your reasons. We have our reasons. Amen.
But my whole purpose of these morning DeVos, not only
the background of this, is really I'm talking to my son.
So I'm talking to my younger self, right, and talking
to my younger son during these morning DeVos. People were like,

(07:27):
there's a story behind that. There is a story behind that.
But in essence, I'm trying to inspire you, right and
trying to encourage you to get into the word of
God for yourself. Right. So only here as a talking head,
I'm here as somebody who will encourage you to read
your word, get into the scriptures, take time to vote

(07:50):
some time, and declare dependence on God today. Amen. So
let's go for sixty seconds. When we come back, we'll
get right into today's Morning Devo. I'll be right back.

(09:16):
Thank you so much for comment thing, thank you so
much for sharing, and thank you so much for visiting
my donate page. So much is with a z dot
org forward slash donate. Thank you so much for all
those prayers. Thank you so much for all the encouragement.
Thank you so much for the comments and the concerns,
prayer requests and everything that you do on this group.
And then the groups that allow me to share this out. Amen,

(09:37):
Team Jesus, all of those groups around the world that
helped me share this message to their groups, to the viewers,
to their members as well. Thank you so much. I'm grateful.
I'm grateful. Sister Jowayne, Good morning, God blessed you. Welcome
back to the Morning Devo, My sister, my friend. Amen,
So let's go for it. Let's get into this word.
All we have is the word, which is great. Amen.

(10:00):
Any advancement in this world if I don't get any
financial increase. I know my brothers and sisters who read
the scriptures and say, why aren't you in this position?
God wants so much more for you. Yes he does.
He wants so much more for you as well. Amen.
We're in this together. If you feel in your heart
that this ministry needs to be at a higher level, Amen,

(10:23):
and you know it and God has told you, maybe
it's you that need to come and help, right. And
if I feel the same way for your ministry or
for your organization, it's me that needs to help you.
We're helping each other and we're helping advance the Kingdom
of God together. Amen. Don't leave me on an abandoned
island all by myself, way behind according to your perception.

(10:47):
And I won't leave you all alone, because that's not
what we do. We bond, We bind our efforts together. Amen.
We're bonded through the Word of God, and we encourage
one another, We lift up one another, and we build
up each other a man. We don't break and beat
each other down. That's not our job. That's not our culture.
We're Kingdom culture over here, amen, as believers in Christ.

(11:10):
But the John God bless you. Good morning. It's good
to see you on the morning deep with my brother
and my friends. So let's go for it. Let me
get this ready for the screen. For those who are
just listening, no worries, no problems. You're not gonna see
what we're seeing, obviously, and it's the reason why you're
just listening audio. So we know that. So we're gonna
read this word for word. So whatever we're looking at

(11:30):
on the screen, we know that others are not looking.
So we're gonna read this word for word. Morning Devo
declaring dependence. Amen, let's go for it. Isaiah, chapter forty,
verse twenty eight. The Bible says, starts off with a question,
do you not know? Have you not heard? The Everlasting God?

(11:51):
The Lord, the creator of the ends of the earth,
does not become tired or grow weary. There is no
searching of his understanding. So that's greatness right there. A
lot of people don't know this. A lot of people
just found out right now. A lot of people don't

(12:14):
care to know this. A lot of people are not
concerned or interested. But for those who have ears to listen,
do you not know? Have you not heard the Everlasting God?
How long does God last? He's everlasting, forever. He's eternal.
He doesn't have a starting point, doesn't have an ending point.
He is the everlasting God, the Lord capital L capitol OL,

(12:40):
capital R capital D, the creator of the ends of
the earth. You know, he doesn't get tired. He doesn't
get weary of doing good. Everything that happens in the world.
You would think, Man, it's a lot of pressure for God. Man,
how is he going to get by? Well, he doesn't
have the same energy we have. Is energy, and man,

(13:01):
we need his life given energy. We depend on his love,
We depend on his mercy, we depend on his grace.
We pretend depend on his power. We don't pretend, and
we do what exactly what he asks of us to do.
When we know exactly who he is in us, and
when we know exactly who we are in him, there

(13:24):
is no searching of his understanding. So God is beyond
finding out weird, right, God is beyond finding out. But
he made himself known right because he knows that we
lack the ability to search him out. So he makes
himself known to us. Right. There's no human hands that

(13:47):
could make a building or a church that could contain him.
So he visits us. He knows that no one could
put God in a box. So therefore he comes to us.
We can't inherit the Kingdom of God with the flesh
and blood, so he switched it around, and he came

(14:09):
to live within us. Whomsoever believes in the Lord, right,
we'll be saved. And that's saving power that God uses
in our hearts and in our minds and our lives.
It's transformative, and He dwells within us. You ever get
convicted of doing something wrong, you think that's your conscience,

(14:33):
and a lot of people say, that's just your conscience.
You're already You're already or a good person. Never heard
people tell you that you're already good person. Sam, you're
already good person. John, You're already good person. Join and
we start thinking about that. We're like, really, so if
I was already good, then why would I strive to
do anything good? If I if I don't need God,

(14:55):
then you know I'm good. We all know we all
have issues, We all know we did dealing with things.
We all know that this world is broken, and we
all kind of know in the back of our minds,
even those who don't want to admit it, that we
depend on God. So we're declaring dependence, right, dependence the
independent people, they probably won't understand this. They'll be like,

(15:16):
I don't need what you're saying. That's all you know,
myth mythology, that's all hearsay. But no, this is the
truth of God's word. Hey man, worry about what I'm saying.
Let's go into what God's Word is saying. That's the difference.
But the Frank, I see you. Good morning, God. Bless you, God,
bless you in your family always as well. Thank you

(15:37):
so much for coming through point number one. We read
the scripture right is acknowledge our human weakness. I know
a lot of strong people, both physically and spiritually. I
know a lot of them. They are spiritually strong, they

(15:58):
know the word. They actually walk in the path of
righteousness everywhere they go, not just at church, community, not
just when they're preaching, not just when they're evangelizing, not
just when they're praying, but every day and everywhere they go, workplace, marketplace, government, hospitals,

(16:20):
when they meet people. The gig workers out there, shots
to all my brothers in Christ that are gig workers,
lyft drivers, uber drivers, door dash, you know, you name it.
We're outside, we're out there meeting people who are in need,
meeting people who for some reason, they just open up
to us. That's the spirit of God. Amen. You ever

(16:44):
had if you're an independent driver, have you ever had
a passenger? Right, Because it's in your vehicle and for
whatever reason, they just start opening up their hearts to you.
It's because of the peace of God that's in that vehicle.
I don't know about you, but every time I drive
and I know I'm going to meet strangers, right, and

(17:06):
then world that we're living in today, that's not an
easy thing. Some people refuse to do it because of fear.
And listen, Fear is not our companion. Fear is not
for us. God did not give us a spirit of fear.
I'm saying, use wisdom. Right, If you feel hold the
spirit is telling you, don't let that passenger in your car,

(17:28):
press canceled and keep it moving. Go second. Guess that.
But when you do meet a stranger and you sense
that they're in despair, you sense that they need something
from you, or they need encouragement, go ahead and open
your mouth. So if you notice, you know, I pray
for peace, I pray for protection, right, I pray that

(17:49):
no weapon or no enemy or no demonic influence will
get in my car and take over my vehicle, hurt me,
harm me a man. I pray that people were like, well,
if you welcome with God, why would you worry. That's
not worrying, And that's encouraging myself and reminding myself of
my dependence on God. So I declare dependence every day

(18:10):
while I pray, and they get in the car and
they sense this peace. So they start opening up their
hearts through their mouths and telling you some issues in
their life. They don't even know me. You know what
I'm talking about. Christian barbers, I think are very effective
Christian barbers. Barbers who are filled up with the Holy Spirit.

(18:31):
When people sit in the chair, they notice it too.
The customer that they probably never met, maybe just meant
for the first time, or maybe that's their normal customer
open their hearts to them. Amen, And now they have
a platform. Not only are they getting that shape up
or that cut or that hair done right, they have

(18:54):
an opportunity to encourage someone to have an opportunity to
pray for some They have an opportunity to help someone
through life. Why because they're declaring dependence on God. Everybody
that I know that goes out to do evangelism, they say, listen,
I don't do this with on my own power. Amen.
I don't do this because I think I know it all.

(19:14):
I do it because I'm depending on the Holy Spirit
God that lives within me. And I know. We're commissioned
to go out there. We're commissioned to baptize, we're commissioned
to make disciples a man. God commissioned us to go
and preach the Gospel to the world, to every nation,
every tribe, every tongue. People say, oh, you can't force

(19:36):
that on us, and they're absolutely right. But sometimes I'm
thinking about that said, sharing your beliefs with someone, how
did that become forcing beliefs on someone. That's because there's
an agenda of this world system that whatever is right,
the agenda of this world system says is wrong. Whatever

(19:57):
it's good, the agenda of this world system says evil.
Whatever is white, the agenda of the system calls black.
Whatever is you know, it's always something. It's the world
system that's being run by the enemy of our souls.
And then we come in. We are the problem for

(20:18):
the world's system. But We're the solution for people who
want out of that mindset. We are the solution for
those who need truth, who need life, who need encouragement,
who need true love, who need Jesus. We are the source.
Were the bridge between the unglly and the golly, where

(20:40):
the bridge between dark and light, Where the bridge between
life and death. And we come with life, and that's
where we are. We're commissioned to do that. We're not
forcing that. We are commissioned. They meant to do that.
That's why you'll start feeling more and more authority, more loving,
more encouraging to somebody else when you allow God's spirit

(21:03):
to move through you and then you and have his way.
Hey man, brother wan, I see you. Good morning, God,
bless God, bless everyone that's tuned in. He says, thank
you for the blessing my bro and my friend. So
first I'm going to acknowledge my human weakness. What about you.
I know there's areas of my life that I've been
dealing with since I've been born. Right when I got

(21:23):
to be thirty years old, I gave my life to
the Lord. He transformed me, renewed me, restored me, redeemed me,
saved me, and he's still working on me. The applied
work of God is still being done. The finished work
of God is already done. Amen. So I'm benefiting and
you're benefiting off of the finished work of God. But
we know we have work to do in our hearts
and our minds. Amen. And God is doing that work

(21:46):
through his word. Right. We can't hide that. So confess
that in your own strength, right, in your own way
of thinking, you know it's limited. You can confess that.
You can confess that you get tired sometimes, that you
get discoveraged. Sometimes, you can confess that. You can confess
that you fall short sometimes. But when we see God,

(22:09):
we can never say that he gets worried. We can
never say that he loses strength or his strength is limited.
We can never say that he falls short. He's perfect.
So you go to the word and say and find
out and realize that God never faints, he never fails, Amen.
He never grows weary, and his strength has no end.

(22:32):
And that's why we come to Isaiah chapter forty, verse
twenty eight. Think about it, declaring dependence on God's strength
is powerful, letting people know listen, don't come to me
for golly wisdom, come to me for Golly wisdom, if
I go into the Word of God. The true way

(22:52):
you could test or tell is somebody's real about what
they say or who they say they are on Christ
is if they open up the scriptures and declare the
Word over your life. They're just spewing out opinions. They're
just screwing out screw spewing out facts of life and
experience that could help too. But ultimately, you want to

(23:14):
know what God said. You know, you want to know
what God is doing. You want to know God's purpose
for your life. Right Number one, acknowledge human weakness. Number two,
call on God's strength. How many people need God's strength
right now? Right we all should be raising our hands.
Even atheists and secret they don't want to see. They

(23:36):
don't want to let the other atheist friends see them,
so they're looking around right now. They did to reason
their hand to I need God's strength, need God's strength,
leaning on our own strength and our own will power.
If you have experience in life in those areas that
doesn't work, you know it. You know the truth about that.
So you could say, Lord, I don't lean on my

(23:59):
own power. I lean on your power. Today, God's word says,
not by might nor by power, but by my spirit,
says the Lord Almighty Zachariah four, verse number six. Holy
Spirit can fill you and me with supernatural strength that

(24:21):
when trials come, that when the enemy comes, and when
circumstances that are not going our way comes, those things
cannot those things cannot overcome us. Amen. Those things are
those things are always present. But we are more powerful
than those things. We're overcome us in Christ and through Christ, Jesus,

(24:42):
who gives us the strength. So when we say listen,
call on God's strength. Amen, you get to go to
God's work for that encouragement, for that strength. Good morning
by the Man, Well, I see you, good morning. We
will know them by their food. Yes, all the time. Amen.
If this right here is bearing bad fruit, that's because
I'm pulling from the wrong tree, a bad tree, right.

(25:07):
But the tree of life, the life of God. Amen,
that's flowing throughout this ministry, that's flowing in me, that's
flowing in you. As a believer of brothers, sister, and
the Lord, you know we're gonna bear good fruit. Yes.
I want to reach millions upon millions of people, but
God knows the number that I'm here to reach Amen.

(25:27):
And although there's ways to reach millions and millions of people,
but I think that'll be my effort. I want God
to reach people and draw people to himself. Amen. Since
the joint says, I thank God for another day He
gives me and my family. Every day. He gives to
me the strength to wake up and to continue on

(25:50):
with my life. Yes, he does. I take care of
my sister, I take care of my husband, I take
care of my son, and I take care of the
little girl that I have. And I thank the Lord.
Thank the Lord for the every day that he's with me,
and guide me in the name of Jesus. Amen. Yes,
being thankful is declaring your dependence on God. And when

(26:13):
you're thankful and you walk in that thankfulness, the enemy
does not know what to do. The enemy is like,
how is this woman of God so thankful when she
went through all that? And I'm trying The enemy is
trying hard to distract us that me is trying hard
to divide us. The enemy is trying hard. He's the
one that's striving. He's the one who has no rest.

(26:35):
He's the one who has no peace. He's the one
who has no truth. He's the one who is failing.
He's the one who is falling. He's the one who
is defeated, not us. Amen, we're together. Thank you for
your comment and your prayer, Sister Joanne. A man, the
helper is who Holy Spirit. Amen. He's a helpful, the comforted,
wonderful counselor, and he leads us. He's a teacher, a man,

(26:58):
he leads us to all all truth. This is exciting, man,
at least to me, that we can do this, and
that we could know that we have God working through us,
and his strength never fails. His word is always powerful,
his word is always relevant, and his word is always
on time. So I'm out of time here though. Isaiah
chapter forty, verse twenty eight is where we started. Read

(27:21):
the whole chapter for yourself in Isaiah chapter forty, Amen,
and continue to work your life out, live your life
out loud, work out your salvation with fear and trembling.
But in the same time, Amen, go ahead and encourage
somebody else to do likewise, to get into the word
for themselves. Pray for somebody, Hug somebody, encourage somebody. Speak

(27:42):
life over yourself, and speak life over everybody that you
come across today and see what happens to your spirit,
See what happens to your soul, see what happens to
your mindset, and you will know that declaring dependence is power.
And then God bless you all, God keep you all,
and remember always that God is good. Peace,
