Speaker 1 (00:04):
Wanting family. Good morning, God bless you. Welcome back to
the Morning Devo. It's your bro Sam Lopez aka Dj
Sam Rock So winners with a z RG live that
so winners with a z dot org and streaming on
social media platforms that allow.

Speaker 2 (00:17):
Us stream to go through.

Speaker 1 (00:19):
It's all good if those other streaming networks still allow
us to go through because of whatever reason. We're also
streaming back on x formerly known as Twitter as well.
We took some time off of that and now we're
back on there too, if that matters, right, So let's let's.

Speaker 2 (00:34):
Go for it.

Speaker 1 (00:34):
Good morning, brother Manuel, I see you amen in the
Morning Devo. Thank you so much for coming through, my
brother and my friend. So let's go for it. Today
we're talking about family divide and this is unfortunate, but
we see it all the time, Amen, And it shouldn't

(00:55):
be family divide. Family should be sticking together. Family should
be together, no matter what the saying that blood is
sticking their water.

Speaker 2 (01:03):
I don't know how true that is.

Speaker 1 (01:05):
All I know is that the scripture says that we
are a family of God, that we are the children
of God, that we have a sane father, a man
the same father in heaven if we're born again believers.
So we shouldn't be divided. We should be a family
united a man. We shouldn't be like the divided States
of America. We should be the United States of America.

Speaker 2 (01:23):
A man.

Speaker 1 (01:24):
We should be a people that are bonded together. According
to the Word of God. The vision and hostility among
God's people grieves him, It grieves God. It must must
breathe holy spirit. Because that's not the plan, that's not
the purpose, that's not the idea. A man the ideas
for us to stay together even when we disagree.

Speaker 2 (01:44):
A man was.

Speaker 1 (01:45):
Supposed to love one another, respect one another a man,
and stay on the course. Stay on the path that's
marked out for us. Stay on the race that's marked
out for us.

Speaker 2 (01:54):
Amen.

Speaker 1 (01:55):
Because the finish line is the goal. The finish line
is to finish well, to together, to finish well. As
the Bible says that every single people, person of God
should be admonishing one another. We should be lifting each
other up. We should be together. We should be united,
not divided.

Speaker 2 (02:14):
Amen.

Speaker 1 (02:14):
So family divide, although it's happening, it should not be.

Speaker 2 (02:19):
It should not be. A man. Proverbs chapter six, verses
sixteen to nineteen.

Speaker 1 (02:23):
We get to see some more things that God hates
because people know that God is love. God is a
God of love. God is love. But God hates things. Amen,
Because if there's love, there's hate. If there's right, there's wrong.
If there's darkness, there's light right, if there's left.

Speaker 2 (02:42):
There's right. Get it.

Speaker 1 (02:44):
So we know that there's options here. But I know
personally through experience that God is the right option, that
God is the right way to be, that God is
the right person to go to.

Speaker 2 (02:57):
Amen.

Speaker 1 (02:58):
Through the power of His Holy Spirit, the God of
the Scriptures, Father son Holy goes.

Speaker 2 (03:03):
Amen. So we're there. We're there.

Speaker 1 (03:06):
Family issues, dysfunctional generational behavior passed down through the bloodline. Okay, man,
well doing your study, you're doing your investigation. You're doing
your research. Brother John, I see you, good morning, God
bless you, my brother. My friends could see you on
the morning.

Speaker 2 (03:21):
Devo.

Speaker 1 (03:21):
Amen, and I got a little spin crazy here. Let's
see hopefully the audio is good. Spin crazy thing that
means that there's a problem or issue with my wea
you're here. See it's good, right man. So that's what

(03:41):
we're going to be at today. Amen.

Speaker 2 (03:43):
God has me on this, on this topic for a reason.

Speaker 1 (03:48):
Sometimes when I ask the Lord, what would you have
me speak on? What's the morning devotion? What's the scripture?
And sometimes I'm like, oh, can I skip that? But
I d a long time ago not to go against
what the Lord is saying in my life, not to
go against and try to make excuses and not want

(04:08):
to deal with things that are in the scripture. There's
some scriptures that I personally don't want to go through.
I don't want to talk about. I don't want to
devote some time in or Holy Spirit. He's so good,
he's so kind, he's so gracious, so patient, so loving,
he's so merciful a man that I'm like, you know what,

(04:29):
I'll do what you say, Lord, regardless of how I feel.
Because this is not based on a feeling. Following the
Lord is not based on a feeling. Following the Lord
is based in faith and the trusting and a man
and experiencing his grace, love and mercy, experiencing his power,
his authority, his word. When you apply what you know

(04:49):
about the Lord, Amen, You're going to go to places
that no one ever thought you or I would be
able to go.

Speaker 2 (04:56):
Because God is that good, so let's go for it.

Speaker 1 (04:58):
If you have any questions, comments, concerns, pray requests, or
anything along those lines, please don't hesitate to leave it
on a live chat.

Speaker 2 (05:05):
That's what we're here for. Amen.

Speaker 1 (05:06):
We're here to unite, engage, and get together on these
morning DeVos. Try to do these Mondays through Fridays five
thirty A at me.

Speaker 2 (05:13):
Since standard time.

Speaker 1 (05:14):
I was a little late this morning because of the
struggle Amen getting into the studio.

Speaker 2 (05:18):
But we're here, so let's pray.

Speaker 1 (05:20):
After we pray, we'll shut us out for like sixty seconds,
and then on the other side of those sixty seconds
we'll come back and get into Proverbs chapter number six
Versus sixteen to nineteen. And I'm calling this one family divide. Father,
thank you for uniting us, keeping us safe, protecting us,
guiding us, and guarding us.

Speaker 2 (05:38):
Thank you, Lord God, that.

Speaker 1 (05:39):
We can unite in faith because of what you have done,
your finished work, and because what you're doing your apply work,
and our hearts and our minds and our lives, keep
us bond it and bind it together, Lord God, as
brothers and sisters in the Lord, thank you, Holy Father,
that you are our heavenly Father. You're a god of lights.
In you, there is no shadow way of turning. And

(06:00):
you like to provide, and you love to provide for
your children. Thank you, Love God for your provision. Thank you,
Love God for your blessings. Thank you, Love God for
your protection. Thank you, Love God for your love, your grace,
your mercy. Thank you, Lord God for your wisdom, your understanding.
Thank you, Love God for the health to our body
and strength to our bones. I thank you for it all,
Lord Jesus. Every day is a day to be thankful.
Every day is a day to really experience your Holy

(06:24):
Spirit living within us in a powerful way. I pray,
Lord God, peace over every single situation in my life,
over my wife, myself, our children, our grandchildren, our family members,
every single person in between that Amen Peace, and every
single person that's listening and watching right now. The Peace
of God be with you and the Holy Name of Jesus.

(06:45):
I pray that for every single person on the other
side of this mic, also on the radio network and
also on the podcast, The Peace of God which transcends
all understanding and be upon you. And I thank you,
Love God for that piece and that great mercy and
that great grace that you extended to us for all
those whom soul evers who called upon your name to
be saved, and that we are continually living from glory

(07:09):
to glory. We're continue living from victory to victory, knowing
that this world, in this world, we're going to have trouble,
but we are in cheer. We're in great cheer because
you have overcome this world's system. Thank you, Lord for
this day. And I thank you, Lord God that our
family will not be divided according to your will and
purpose for our lives and Jesus only name. My prayer

(07:31):
is by faith and all those who agree with say
amen to the Amen. Help me share this sole sixty
seconds and then we'll get right back into it.

Speaker 2 (07:38):
I'll be right back. Hey man, we're back.

Speaker 1 (08:55):
Thank you so much for those who shared us out.
Thank you for all those who make comments. Amen, and
thank you so much for all the subscribers that subscribe
to my YouTube channel which is called dj saandbrock into
the podcast which is the Blaze Baba Study.

Speaker 2 (09:08):
Thank you so much.

Speaker 1 (09:09):
I'm grateful for all the groups as well that helped
me share this out to your groups and to your people.
This is all for the glory of God, because you know,
this is pretty much a labor of love. Ninety nine
percent of this is the labor of love, Amen, because
God loves us all and he wants us to know
who He is. In a deeper level, Sister Joey and
I see you. Good morning, God bless you. Welcome back

(09:31):
to the morning, Devo, my sister and my friends. So
family divide, Unfortunately, this happens a lot.

Speaker 2 (09:39):
In Christ.

Speaker 1 (09:40):
You're standing the Lord, you stand on truth. I notice
from experience that if you stand on worldly business, if
you stand on issues.

Speaker 2 (09:50):
That really, in my humble opinion, don't matter.

Speaker 1 (09:53):
But if you stand all those things and you get
agreement from those things, Amen, it seems like the family
is more together a man. I'm talking about family, capital
f in general. But once you stand, you stand on
the principles of God, stand in the Lord, Amen, and
his word, his promises, his principles, and you go forward

(10:13):
like that.

Speaker 2 (10:15):
This is a divide. Jesus said he didn't come to
bring I hope un quoting this right.

Speaker 1 (10:22):
He came with a sword I'm paraphrasing, and that sword
will divide.

Speaker 2 (10:28):
Amen. And he lists the division.

Speaker 1 (10:31):
And the division is in the family actually because they asked, Jesus,
where's your where's your family? Where's your brothers and sisters
or things like that. Jesus said, who are my brothers
and sisters? Only those who follow the commandments, Only those
who follow the Lord, love the Lord. I'm paraphrasing, Amen,
do your due diligence. And Jesus said, that's my family.

(10:54):
So when you see a family divide, it's because the
Lord is the issue. A lot of people will want
you say, Jesus is God. Some family will divide from that,
and it would be like, no, can't be I'm this
and I'm that. And it might be from different persuasions.
They might be different from different religions that cannot agree
with that. But we know the Lord to be true, living, holy, righteous, loving, Amen,

(11:18):
and able and able to do all what he said
he would do all what he said he would do.

Speaker 2 (11:24):
Amen. And I just trust that we live by that.

Speaker 1 (11:27):
We know it to be true because of experience and
also of the truth of the word.

Speaker 2 (11:32):
Amen.

Speaker 1 (11:33):
Manuel Johnson says, even with families, the thief comes to
still kill and destroy. Yeah, he's on mission. He's on
mission to cause divisions. He's on mission to cause arguments.
He's on mission to kill, still and destroy. But the
gift of God right. But the gift of God comes
up right. So we know this to be true as well.

(11:54):
So let's go ahead and put this on the screen
for those who are just listening. No worries, no issues,
no problems. I would read this word for word. Family
divide today in the morning, devo Amen. And it's in
the scriptures, so I always say, let's deal with it.

Speaker 2 (12:06):
It's there.

Speaker 1 (12:07):
We can't deny that it's not there. Proverbs six sixteen
to nineteen. These six things, listen closely, these six things
the Lord hates. Yes, again, let me just remind you
that God is love, but he hates. Indeed, seven are
repulsive to him.

Speaker 2 (12:26):
And here it is.

Speaker 1 (12:28):
Let's take a close look, and let's do an honest
assessment of where we are.

Speaker 2 (12:35):
A proud look.

Speaker 1 (12:36):
That attitude that makes one overestimate oneself and discount others,
a lying tongue and hands that shed innocent blood, a
heart that creates wicked plans, feat that runs swiftly to evil,

(12:58):
a false witness who breathes out lies even half truths,
and one who spreads discord.

Speaker 2 (13:07):
Rumors among brothers.

Speaker 1 (13:10):
Wow, I'm thinking and being honest, and I must be
in some of these categories to be honest. The cross
reference is Psalms one, twenty verse number two and Songs
one twenty verse number three.

Speaker 2 (13:24):
So the cross references right there.

Speaker 1 (13:27):
A heart that creates wicked plans, feet that runs swiftly
to evil, a false witness who breathes out lies, and
one who spreads discord among brothers.

Speaker 2 (13:37):
Let's back it up, A proud look.

Speaker 1 (13:39):
The attitude that makes one over underestimates, over underestimate, over
estimate oneself and discount others. That's a person of pride,
you know what I mean? That costs his family divide.
Also for people outside of the kingdom, if you heard this,
you've probably heard this. Who you guys think you are?

(14:00):
You think your guys are better than us? Never heard that,
because they think we're arrogant and we're pride proud, and
that we're walking in pride. Because when we say Jesus
is the only way, the truth and the life, we're
just quoting what the Lord said.

Speaker 2 (14:14):
And from what.

Speaker 1 (14:15):
I see, the Lord was far from arrogant and prideful,
far from it. He was a loving, holy, righteous man,
the god man, a man, a prophet, holy in all
his ways, sinless in all his ways.

Speaker 2 (14:30):
So when I quote.

Speaker 1 (14:31):
Jesus, i'm quote quoting the Lord. I'm quoting God. Amen.
The scriptures are riddled all over the scriptures. It's talking
about the prophetic Lord that was to come. And Jesus
is that prophet, Jesus is that savior. Jesus is the Lord.
Jesus is Almighty God. People say, oh, he's not Almighty God. Well,

(14:51):
the prophet said, wonderful counsel of the Prince of peace, Almighty God.

Speaker 2 (14:56):
So who are you talking about? Itching? Ears will always
believe a liar. Amen.

Speaker 1 (15:02):
And if we're not careful, brother Manuel, and we you know,
listening on discernment, we could fall into that too.

Speaker 2 (15:10):
So I pray every day for discernment.

Speaker 1 (15:12):
I pray every day Lord God that he would help
me through because a lot of people can talk really good.
They sound so convincing, but they're not telling the truth. Amen,
they're not telling the truth. Manuel says, Jesus was straightforward.

Speaker 2 (15:27):
Yes.

Speaker 1 (15:28):
The only time Jesus seemed to be speaking in how
you say, in riddles almost is when he was speaking parables,
which it went over a lot of people's head, and
even the disciples. He had to take to the side, say,
let me explain it's parable. Let me just let me
explain it to you guys, so you could get it clearly. Amen,

(15:51):
Because Jesus spoke kingdom, and even today when you speak
kingdom to people, it flies over the head sometimes. So
we have to take people sometimes to the side, say
let's explain this. Let's go to the scripture and allow
hold the Spirit to explain this thoroughly to us.

Speaker 2 (16:07):
Amen. Man, will says, be not deceived in these last days.
These are the last days.

Speaker 1 (16:12):
So we got to be mindful of what's going on, Amen,
and who's saying what. And I follow the wicked algorithm
out there that is only positioning narratives that fuel hatred,
that fuel division. A man, it's a wicked algorithm on
these social media networks, on these platforms. And man, thank

(16:36):
God that I have my own platform, a place where
we could go and listen to music, hang out, watch
watch morning DeVos, watch Bible studies, listen.

Speaker 2 (16:45):
To the word. Amen.

Speaker 1 (16:46):
Two four seven. So one is with a za org.
Thank you, Lord God that you will give me a
way to have church online live that soone is with
a zita org. Very distraction free website, so that way
we stay out of the matrix when we're into what
we're doing right now.

Speaker 2 (17:02):
Amen.

Speaker 1 (17:03):
So hatred divides the family of God. That's strong man
for a morning devo. I don't want to be divided
with the family of God. Amen, But I do have
to make choices that honor God. And sometimes when you
make choices that honor God and kind of like straight
away from man leadership, and people get funny with you.

Speaker 2 (17:25):
Amen.

Speaker 1 (17:26):
If you know what that means, I'm speaking light on it.
People say, well, if you're not following my leader, or
my pastor, or my bishop or my apostle. Amen, you're
not under the right covering. And now you're not going
to be blessed God. It's not going to do everything
that he wanted to do because you left the fellowship
of whatever church or whatever community. People get to that point.

(17:48):
I think that's arrogant. I think that's prideful, and I
think that's unwise to say. But people do that and
it causes division, It causes hatred, it causes misunderstanding.

Speaker 2 (17:58):
Amen.

Speaker 1 (18:00):
Everybody should be approachable. The Lord, Jesus, God, the God
Man was very approachable and it's still very approachable. So
how dare me not be approachable? A man that doesn't
even make sense? And whoever leads like that, Oh, you
can't talk to me, Speak to my leaders, speak to

(18:21):
my staff, speak to this people. That's not matching up
with how God wants us to be as a family.

Speaker 2 (18:28):
A man, we should be approachable.

Speaker 1 (18:31):
Jesus was using earthly things to describe spiritual principles, yes, man,
well he was, And a lot of times, if you read.

Speaker 2 (18:37):
The scriptures, you're like man.

Speaker 1 (18:39):
Sometimes even I have to read the parables two or
three times to understand it. The Holy Spirit that lives
in us will explain. But the people that Jesus was
sharing these parables was preaching to were not filled with
Holy Spirit, right evidently, and obviously until the promised Holy
Spirit came upon the one hundred and twenty, then the
spirit was released. But when I'm saying, is he spoke Kingdom,

(19:02):
they didn't speak. He would use what people could relate
to in the time, like Manuel said things that were
earthly to describe spiritual principles, and it was going over
people's heads. I believe if the Hebrews at the time
were honest, they were getting exactly what Jesus was saying,
and that's why they got angry. A lot of them

(19:22):
got angry. Can't say all of them. A lot of
them got angry and were like, are you saying you're
a God? Because they were listening and they understood what
Jesus was saying. I don't understand why we, as believers
in Christ don't understand some things. I know we're being
taught by Holy Spirit, were being led by Holy Spirit.

(19:43):
It's just that when Jesus spoke kingdom a man, and
when he speaks kingdom, now we should be king in
on those things. We should be like those Hebrews that
hated Jesus. Only thing that we love him, the ones
that hated him because they knew what he was saying.
He was claiming to be God, and he was saying
and speaking it in ways that they could relate to

(20:04):
the same way we say and speak things that we
could relate to our communities when it comes to the gospel.
Jesus was doing that. We learned that from the Lord Jesus.
He's our perfect example of how to speak out the
word of God. Division and hostility among God's people grieve
the Lord.

Speaker 2 (20:21):
Amen.

Speaker 1 (20:22):
After we saw the sixth thing, the six things that
the Lord hates, the seven that are an abomination to him.
We know that we have work to do within the family,
physical family, our blood lines, and in the family of God.
If God could be grieved, Holy Spirit could be grieved,
then we need to mellow down. Focus more on the

(20:45):
finished work of the Lord. Amen, Focus on the author
and perfector of our faith. Love one another, like the
Commandment says, love.

Speaker 2 (20:51):
Your neighbor like you love yourself.

Speaker 1 (20:53):
Come on, love God with everything, first, first, and foremost.
So we have a loving Father, we have a saving son,
and we have a teaching Holy Spirit. Right hatred that
causes the vision in the church, even opposes the Lord's prayer.
We spoke about that a little bit John seventeen. If
you look at how Jesus prayed, you get to see

(21:14):
a lot of unity, a lot of bonding together. Amen,
you're not going to see Jesus praying and that prayer
at John seventeen. Divide them, keep them away from me.
God is not saying that. The Lord did not say that.
He says, bring them right, don't take them out, keep
them there for the glory of God.

Speaker 2 (21:33):
Amen.

Speaker 1 (21:34):
And when we're together, have you noticed them when we're
out and about in the streets and the byways and
highways and we're united in faith. How beautiful that is,
And how very little coverage the world TV networks gives
on that because the powers that be in the system
of this world, the enemy runs the system of the world,

(21:56):
does not want that televised. Anything that glorified as the Lord,
the enemy doesn't want to televise. That's why it's mind
boggling to me right now, how so many brothers and
sisters and the Lord are coming against a man who
was assassinated in front of his family, right and meanwhile
he was bold enough to profess Christ Jesus as his

(22:18):
personal Lord and savior. But the media didn't cover that.
The media only covered on the political debates he had.

Speaker 2 (22:26):
Isn't that amazing?

Speaker 1 (22:27):
But if you go to social media networks, YouTube and
on that, you'll see the full message. And every time
someone had asked him a man about his confession of Christ,
his belief in Christ, he was unapologetically admitting that he
was a born again believer.

Speaker 2 (22:46):
That he believed in the Lord Jesus.

Speaker 1 (22:48):
And so many people were impacted by that, and so
many people hated him for that he was hated, or
not only his political views, but also for being Christian
and trait of a believer. I don't understand how people
don't see that they're only going and buy or what
his political views were. Meanwhile, they kind of like ignoring

(23:09):
that he claimed to be a believer in Christ Jesus.

Speaker 2 (23:13):
There was no riddle about that, no mistake.

Speaker 1 (23:17):
He said Christ Jesus of the scriptures, quota scriptures, believe
the scriptures, lived by the principle of the scriptures. His
arguments were based upon what he knew about the Lord.
But when they came into the political realm, since people
don't like what he was saying, they harping on.

Speaker 2 (23:34):
That right now.

Speaker 1 (23:36):
Meanwhile, there was a whole memorial service with millions of
people that saw it, thousands upon thousands of people in
the stadium, and it turned out to be an an
evangelistic outreach, three hours of praise and worship before anything
even started. But people, I'm not talking about that because
there's a family divide. So I don't want to be
divided with my brothers and sisters. I don't want to

(23:58):
be on that hate list. Even though some of these
things popped out to me that I know I.

Speaker 2 (24:02):
Got to work on. What about you?

Speaker 1 (24:03):
Proverbs chapter six Versus sixteen or nineteen. Read it for yourself.
Read the whole chapter of Proverbs sixteen. I'm out of time.
Let's not be divided. Let's be united in Christ. Let's
be united and the things of God.

Speaker 2 (24:15):
Amen. So that way our.

Speaker 1 (24:16):
Brothers and sisters and this world will know that we're
united and bonded.

Speaker 2 (24:20):
Amen.

Speaker 1 (24:20):
Whether or not we agree with one another on every issue,
it's not really the issue. The issue is who we
are in Christ and who the world sees as a
united body of Christ. If they see people united in
a certain religion, they get to look at the religious
say well, those people got it all together. And then

(24:42):
when they see believers in Christ divided, they'd be like,
we always knew that that was something that doesn't make
any sense.

Speaker 2 (24:49):
We always knew xyz. But to show that we.

Speaker 1 (24:52):
Belong to the the Lord said, love one another, so
that way this world will know that we belong to him.
So I hope you will, blo. I hope you get
some understanding. Hope those who have a hard heart against
what happened to a man that assassinated in front of
his wife and kids. If you have a hard heart
about that, you have strong convictions and you're saying no,

(25:14):
he wasn't this, and he wasn't that, and sending people
to hell all this other stuff. Be careful that you're
not being upawn in the enemy's chest game and causing division.
It's in the scriptures that that's one of the things
that the Lord hates. And I don't want to be
involved with hatred. I want to be involved with love.

Speaker 2 (25:34):
I only want to hate what God hates. Amen, what
about you?

Speaker 1 (25:37):
So I know it's a kind of like tough situation
that we're facing in our country, in the United States
and in the world actually, but if you look at
the word Amen, you'll get that peace, You'll get that understanding,
you'll get that wisdom, and you'll get how to move
accordingly according to the scriptures.

Speaker 2 (25:56):
So I'm out of here. God bless you all.

Speaker 1 (25:58):
Thank you so much for listening, Thank you so much
for coming. God bless you all. God keep you all,
and remember always that God is good.

Speaker 2 (26:07):
Peace.
