Speaker 1 (00:02):
Good morning family, Good morning God, bless you. Welcome back
to the Morning Devo. It's your brother Sam Lopez aka
DJ Sam Rock so Win is with a z RG
to celebrated a network, the Lehigh Valley's number one urban
gospel music station online since two thousand and eight. And
we're still going all glory to God. Amen. And God
is faithful to his word. His promises are all yate
(00:23):
and Amen. And we live a grateful life over here.
And today we're calling this Morning Devo grateful life. The
grateful life is a life worth living. The enemy loves
to magnify what's missing and minimize what God is doing.
And that's the tactic of the enemy's He's a hater, Amen.
(00:44):
He's been hating since the beginning. He's been lying since
the beginnings. The Father of lies, he hates all of
God's creation. So even those who think they are on
his side. A T two. Because we're created by God.
Thank you your Bible for allowing me to be on
your group. And man, we got some groups coming in now.
(01:06):
So being grateful or gratitude flips that around, flips that around.
We don't allow the enemy to continue to trick us
into believing that we don't have enough, that we're living
in lack, and that we're missing out on something. Right,
(01:28):
So it opens the eyes to blessings. Right, you walk
past like we take things for granted. Right, prayers God
already has answered, and mercies that kept you and me standing.
We're gonna be in Psalms chapter one hundred, verse number four.
We're calling this one the grateful Life. On today's Morning devo.
(01:51):
If you have any questions, comments, concerns, prayer requests anytime
during the live or any time when you watch this
or hear this, Amen, don't be afraid to leave your
comment in the live chat. Also, if you're at the
website that celebrator network so one is with a z
dot org. If you click the live stream page, there's
(02:11):
a live chat on the live stream as well. I
made sure I put that there and also on our
YouTube page, and of course live dot so one is
with a z dot org. I always suggest people go
there for these morning DeVos. There's a live chat there,
there's an interactive Bible right there on the website, and
there's a way to subscribe to our YouTube page and
subscribe to our podcast right there. Or you got to
(02:33):
do is sign up once. It's a one and done deal, Amen,
and you'll get you'll be on my email list as
well if you do that. So, sister Juanne, I see you,
good morning, God bless you. Welcome back to the Morning Devo.
My sister, my friend. I hope you're having a wonderful morning.
So let's go for it. Let's pray first. After we
pray with Shad, this out for like sixty seconds, and
then on the other side of those sixty seconds. You
(02:55):
know the routine. If this is your first time listening
or watching, and men, welcome to the Morning Devo. Let
me personally welcome you to the Morning Devot group and
the live stream. Amen, you are welcome here. This is
a safe place. This is a place where we pray
for one another. We love one another. Amen. We worship
the one, living, holy, righteous, loving God, and we have
Holy Spirit living inside of us. Amen. Brother John, I
(03:17):
see you, good morning, God, bless you have a happy,
happy and let us be thankful to our God or
for our God. Yes, Ameny's absolutely the grateful life over
here Amen is worth living and being grateful and being
thankful for what God has done, what he has already
told us and promised us he's going to do. We're
waiting for those promises. What he has done in the
(03:39):
past is his resume for what he can do for
you and for what he do for me in the future. Amen.
He's an awesome, amazing, powerful, almighty God. So Father, I
thank you for today. We're so thankful for who you
are and what you can see to do in our
lives and our families and our hearts and our minds physically,
emotionally and spiritually. Thank you for the hedge of protection.
(04:01):
I speak the hedge of protection, and I pray a
hedge of protection over myself, my wife, our family members,
our grandchildren, and our children and our families from the
very oldest of the very youngest family member, every single
person in between. There, our friends as well that are
connected to the ministry, connected to us. I pray the
(04:21):
same very prayer over every single person that's listening and
watching right now. In the powerful name of Jesus, I pray,
Lord God, that you will help us and remind us
of your faithfulness of what you have done for us,
even the things that we take for granted, like right now,
the breath that we have in our lungs. I pray,
Lord God, that we would be more than aware, that
we would know that if it wasn't because of You,
(04:44):
where we would be. If it wasn't for your grace,
where would we be? Lord, Thank you so much for
having grace and mercy upon us. Thank you for your
sacrifice through the sun, the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen, and
I thank you lot God for your Holy Spirit that
will lead us the rest of the way until you
crack open the sky and come again. I pray, Lord Guy,
that you would continue to teach us by way of
(05:04):
Holy Spirit, and that we will learn and apply what
we learned to our everyday lives. And Jesus Holy Name,
I pray it is by faith and those who agree
we say amen to the Amen. Help me share this
out sixty seconds. When we come back, we'll get right
into today's morning Devo the Grateful Life. I'll be right
back and we're back. We're back. I was having some
(06:35):
issues sharing this. My fingers, my trigger fingers over here
was acting crazy so early in the morning. So thank you.
Open your Bible group. God is Great group, Holy Bible group,
Bible study and prayer group. Amen. Thank you so much
for allowing me to spread this gospel message and this
DeVos Morning DeVos on your group pages. Very grateful for that, Amen.
(07:01):
Born again Christians go ye into all the world and
preach the good news. Global outreach ministries, Jesus Loves You, Amen,
Daily Encouragement, and so many more groups. Thank you so much.
We're grateful over here at cele Rito Soul Winners, Inc.
For you sharing this on your group pages as well.
So let's go for it. Let's get into Psalms chatter
(07:22):
one hundred, verse number four. Go set this up for
the screen for those who are listening, working out and
getting ready for work. Amen, you're just listening, It's all good.
God's gonna paint that picture of His word in your mind. Amen,
as you're doing what you do and your routine early
in the morning. Amen. If you're watching, amen, we're gonna
see something on the screen. But if you're not, Amen,
I'm gonna read the word for words so that way
(07:44):
nobody will miss a beat. Everybody will be on the
same page literally as we read the scripture. Amen. So
let me get this ready for us. Amen, and here
we go. Grateful life, grateful life. Amen, live it. It's
worth living. It's worth living in Devo grateful life. It's
called grateful life because inn Psalms chapter one hundred verse
(08:07):
some before the Bible says, enter his gates with what
with thanksgiving. Answer his gates with thanksgiving, thank God for
what he has doing. It's okay, a man, praise the Lord.
It's okay, and his course with praise. Give thanks to
him and praise his name. Give thanks to the Lord, Amen,
(08:31):
and praise his name. And the culture we're living in.
Don't be ashamed. Everybody's praising something or someone, Amen. And
a lot of them are praising false idols, false gods,
praising themselves, praising the world's system, praising the government. But
we hear on someone is inc celebrating network the morning
(08:53):
Devo board again, Believers, we answer his gates, the Lord's
gates with thanksgiving, and his courts, the Lord's courts were praise.
We give thanks to him and praise his holy name. Yahweh. Yes,
you are the Messiah, the masik McGee. Amen, we praise
his holy name. Else shahda Amen, else shalom. We praise
(09:15):
his holy name because we know him, we have a
relationship with him, Amen. And we don't have to guess
or we don't have to hope that we're saved. We
know we're born again. We know we're saved, we know
we're rescued, we know where we're born again. We know
where we're going after this side of eternity is up
for us. Amen. That's why I said earlier that enemy
(09:36):
loves to magnify what's missing and minimize what God has
done and what he is doing. The enemy's tactic is
to try to distract us, kill, stealing, destroyer. That's what
he does, and he's good at it. Not because he's
all powerful. It's because he's old. Amen. He's not omnipresident.
He's not on the same level with the Lord. No,
(09:57):
he's defeated, so he's below the Lord. Actually he's below
our feet as well. Amen. We're born again. We have
Holy Spirit living inside of us, and the Bible says,
greater is he who lives in us, the born again
child of God, who than the one that's in the world,
the enemy and his demons and his demonic forces. Amen.
(10:17):
I'm not saying get up and challenge the devil all
the time. I'm saying what the Word says. A man
who we are according to the word. A man is
worth being grateful and having a grateful life because God
has done something new in us, and he continues to
do new things in us daily. God is a creative God.
He doesn't have to be in a routine. He doesn't
(10:38):
have to do things the same all the time. Amen.
As a matter of fact, when he creates something, he
creates something different all the time. He creates something new
all the time. So there's so much to say about this.
God's going to strengthen our faith when we're thankful for
what He has already done. Amen. I don't take a
(11:01):
lot of things as I used to for granted anymore.
The air I breathe is borrowed. The body that I
have that has health is borrowed. Amen. This life that
we're living is worth living only when Christ is living
it through us by way of His Holy Spirit. Right.
So when you're grateful and we're living a grateful life.
I said this the other day and invites God's presence. Amen.
(11:25):
So what we just read says that we enter God's
presence with thanksgiving. So when we have a grateful life,
it creates an atmosphere where God's presence dwells, where God's
presence lives where God's present visits. His presence is where
the freedom is. His presence is where the liberty is.
(11:45):
His presence is where amplifies and encourages and emphasizes Him. Amen,
giving glory to Himself. Amen. Through our worship and our praise,
it softens our heart, it lists our spirit. It opens
the door for God to work in ways that we
can't even see yet. We're hoping. Right, we have faith
(12:10):
in Christ, not faith in faith. When I have faith
in the religion, we don't have faith in the Church.
We don't have faith in a pass and apostle or
a preacher, apostle, prophet, a teacher. We have faith in
Christ Jesus. Amen. When you have faith in its proper way,
and when you put a faith in a proper person, Amen,
the one who's high and lifted up and exalted above all.
(12:33):
And then we're going places. Then we're doing something, And
then we're having the grateful life experience on this side
of eternity for the short time that we're going to
be here. Right, The grateful life keeps you humble, The
grateful life keeps you dependent on God. The grateful life
prepares you for the next blessing. Right, I'm blessed right now,
(12:54):
but there's more blessings to come. And I don't even
know how those blessings gotta come, but I know I'm
blessed beyond measure. And so are you. When you receive
the Lord Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and savior,
when you started submitting to God resisting the devil, the
blessing of that is that the devil has to leave. Amen.
When you submitted your life to the Lord and you
(13:15):
read his word, the blessing of that is that God
will reveal his word to you personally. And not only that.
We could apply what God has revealed in our lives
and we can move accordingly. We can move different, we
could be different. We're in this world, but we're not
of this world. We are the Kingdom of God and
the Kingdom of light, not the kingdom of darkness. A man,
(13:36):
we have eyes to see, now we have ears to listen.
We could speak the oracles, the promises, the power of
the authority of God's word. We could speak it out.
We could pray it out. A man. We could lay
hands on the sick, and they shall recover. We could
go and make disciples, a man baptizing people in the
name of the Father's Son and the Holy Ghost. We
don't need permission to do what we do. We are
(13:57):
already commissioned to do what we're doing. Amen. And that's
why we should be living a grateful life. We should
be excited. Amen. We should be the happiest people on
this whole entire planet. Whether we're going through good times
or bad times, we remain thankful. We remain in an
attitude of gratitude because we living a grateful life because
what God has done and what God is continuing to do.
(14:20):
God prepares us for the next blessing. Right. Complaining closes
the door and we start complaining me, I don't have this,
and you start agreeing with the enemy and I have
lack and I can't do this because of the x
y Z. On Tuesdays we have meetings, me and my
ar my A and R. He's also my brother in Christ. Amen.
(14:45):
Sometimes he says that I'm like a spiritual dad. But
whatever the case, we are connected. Every Tuesday, we talk
on the phone. We dream, we talk about God, and
we talk about what God has done in our lives,
what He continued to do in our lives what he
can do ministry where we brainstorm. Amen. Every Tuesday. I
love those moments, Amen, because it prepares us for our
(15:07):
next blessing. Complaining closes the door, but being grateful and
having a grateful life opens those doors. Think about it.
The opposite applies, right. If complaining closes the door, then
that means being grateful and not complaining opens them. Jesus
himself multiplied the loaves after he gave thanks. If you
(15:31):
remember the story the two fish and five loaves, Amen,
he multiplied the things. Miracles often begin where thanksgiving starts.
When we're thankful, Amen, we start seeing more miracles. When
we're thankful, we start seeing what God's really doing in
our hearts and our minds and our lives and our families. Amen.
Sisin Joanna says, I never complain about my Lord. My
(15:53):
Lord is so good with me and my family. He
gives us another day to wake up. And my church
and my brothers and my sisters know what I've been
through and still going through it. And it's my lords.
My Lord is with me. I love them so much. Amen,
And keep on holding on to the one who truly
loves you. Keep on holding on to the promises of God.
(16:16):
Keep on holding on to the faith that you have
in Jesus Christ. Amen, and you will see the doors
open because you're thankful. You will see the doors open
because you have a grateful life. You will see the
doors open because you stop complaining. Amen. I try myself
never to complain either. Sister, So I got you. Thank
you for your comment. Amen. So complaining closes things, but
(16:36):
gratitude opens things. Right, A thankful heart, a grateful life. Right,
that's fertile ground. That's good ground for God to plant
more blessings. And where we plant blessings as well as farmers.
Right in this world, we spread seeds of eternal life.
And sometimes we see it growth. Sometimes we don't, but
(16:58):
we know that when we did our part planting seeds
of eternal life by spreading the gospel, spreading love of
God Amen, through the community, to a family, to an individual,
to a friend, to an enemy. Amen, we could do
what God calls us to do because He gives us
the power to do what he calls us to do,
and he gives us the power to do it well.
But the Frank I see you in the morning, God
(17:19):
bless you, God bless you. Bless you speak the word
of God to us, saying thank you so much, for
that is one of the lessons why we love you,
one of the reasons why we love you brother so much. Amen.
Thank you. I love you too, Amen. And I do
what I do because I know God is worth this. Amen.
(17:40):
I can't do enough for God because He's done so
much in my life. Amen. So I'm just grateful. Amen.
And I'm thankful and I'm living this grateful life because
I know without God I can't do anything. With him,
we could do all things through Jesus Christ, who gives
us the strength. So today follow God, pursue the promises
(18:01):
of God. Thank God for today, for right now, for
this moment. If you're born again, you're rescued. Amen. And
it's not only a ticket out of hell, it is
a ticket to live an abundant life. Right now on
this side of eternity. We won't have it all. And
I know there's people that say, oh, we have it
(18:21):
all now. I don't think so. I think there's more
to come. That's why we have eternal life, not just
the temper every life. I think there's more to come.
We don't have it all right now. This world doesn't
offer what God offers. Amen. We have the eternal gift
of what God offered us by way of Jesus to Christ. Amen.
Good morning, brother Ray, I see you, God bless you.
(18:41):
Good morning. Welcome back to the one of leave of
my brow and my friend. So pursue and thank God
today you could thank them for the breath and your lungs. Amen,
something as simple as that that we take for granted,
that I take for granted breathing. Thank God for the
breath and your lungs. Thank God for covering us in
(19:02):
grace and mercy. Right. Thank God for the battles that
he fought that we never saw, but He fought those battles. Amen.
And for the future that God is preparing. Jesus said,
I go and prepare a place for you. If but
when not so, I would not have told you that.
So He is preparing a place for us, Amen, and
(19:25):
a place far from here. May be close to here,
but He's bringing a new heaven and a new Earth. Amen,
preparing a place for us to live Amen, forever according
to his word, according to his promise. And when God
says the thing, it is a thing. When God promises
you something, those promises will come to pass When I
(19:46):
don't know, sometimes it takes longer than than I would want.
Right as a human, if I'm being honest, I want
things asap. I want things now. Were living a time
that you could press a button on your phone and
you get information. Some people try to get immediate satisfaction
through pressing a button. I'm learning how to wait on
the Lord. Amen, what about you? His promises are good.
(20:10):
His promises are good. All yay and amen, So just
continue to wait and trust in Him for whatever that
promise is in your life. God's gonna come through. Aymen.
He's one hundred percent truthful, one hundred percent accurate, one
hundred percent faithful. So live a grateful life knowing that
God is going to do something new in your heart
(20:31):
and in your mind. Gratitude keeps you grounded. We spoke
about that the other day. Gratitude keeps you joyful. So
when you have a grateful life, you should have a
joyful life. The joy of the Lord is our strength.
So if you're walking around mumbling, complaining, if you're always angry,
you always have a chip on your shoulder. Amen, you're
(20:51):
not expressing the love of God. So people not even
know who you are in Christ. Amen, you're gonna be grumbling, complaining.
It's going to close a lot of doors in your life.
We don't need to be like that. We have the
hope of glory living inside of us. Can you imagine that?
People say I'm far from perfect, and I'm saying now,
the perfections not far from you. If you're born again,
(21:12):
Perfection lives in you and works his life through us
and through you and through me. That's what the scriptures say,
a man, it's not a fantasy, it's not a wishful thinking.
It's what the Word of God says. Believe it or not.
If you believe in the word, apply the word, live
the word. If you don't believe the word, then it's obvious, Amen,
that you're not receiving what God wants to give you
(21:35):
because you don't believe in his word. And I know,
I see a lot of people out there doing their
own thing and thinking they're worshiping the Lord. At the
same time, Meanwhile, they're doing their own thing, literally, doing
their own thing, satisfying the desires are the flesh. And
then they feel or they think that they're doing spiritual
things for the Lord. It's either one or it's not both. Amen.
(21:59):
I can't be on one side of the defence and
on the other side of the fence at the same time. Amen.
If I'm trying to play the middle, that's a dangerous day.
I hear get split in half. Literally. So gratitude keeps
you connected to the source, connected to the Lord Jesus,
connected to our Savior, the Messiah, the Michiicagee, connected to
the Lord Almighty, connected to the Prince of Peace. We
(22:22):
have the piece of God because we have peace with
God through Jesus. Amen. And now we have the peace
of God because we have peace with God. So take
a moment right now, give him thanks. Amen, Give them thanks.
Write it down. If you haven't thanked the Lord for
the things He has done for you, and you like
at a place where like, man, I'm going through a
hard time right now, I don't know what to thank
(22:44):
God for. Take a piece of paper, go on your phone,
take notes, and write a list of the things that
God has done in your life from today, last year,
ten years ago. What has God done in your life personally?
We don't have to grab you like if I tell you, oh,
God has expanded my ministry. You don't have to repeat that,
(23:07):
you don't have to say. It could be something in
your life God has done. I could guarantee you that
God has done an incredible work in your life the
day you started trusting, the days you got saved, Since
the day you got saved, God has been doing amazing
things in your life and the amazing things in your children,
through your children, amazing things in your finances, amazing things
in your marriage, amazing things with your health, Amazing things
(23:30):
with the ideas that God has given you and applied
those ideas and those gifts and those talents, and God
has blessed you in abundance. I could guarantee that somebody
right now that could testify, I could guarantee you, right
now somebody's being blessed. I could guarantee you, right now,
somebody's going through a hard time, but they're trusting in
the Lord right now and they're living a grateful life,
(23:51):
and they're going to see doors start to open. They
got to see the miracles of God, the signs and
wonders of God. They got to see God's word in action.
They're gonna apply word and know that God's word works.
They goeta go ahead and testify to somebody right now,
they go to go ahead and preach the gospel and
be not ashamed of the gospel. They're gonna be unashamed,
and they're got to preach boldly, empowered by Holy Spirit.
(24:13):
They're gonna have a kind and gentle spirit about answering
questions to people who want to know the reason why
people believe in the Lord. God's an amazing God, a
powerful God, Amen, A savior that saves and still saves
and still heals, right, still gets the glory grateful life
causes us to experience all of that. Amen. Pull into
(24:37):
the songs that we read one hundred verse four songs
one hundred verse four, Right, we just read it. We
answer God's presence with thanksgiving, We answer his courts. We're
praise Amen. Whether we're gonna sing praise this into the Lord.
We're gonna speak highly of the Lord. Amen. We're gonna
love one another in Christ. This is amazing. How we
(24:59):
have the opportunity to have a personal relationship with the
God who created us. We have a personal relationship with
the God who created the heavens and the earth. We
have a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ who
saved us, even though we never personally seen him with
our eyes. We never saw him get on that cross,
(25:19):
we never touched him. A man, he flipped the script
and he decided to touch us, Amen, to live inside
of us by way of his Holy Spirit. He knows
that me and myself, I've never seen him. He knows that, Amen.
But I believe in him because I had an encounter
with him. There's a lot of people I know that
(25:41):
had encounters with the Lord Jesus Christ personally, and you
can't tell us nothing. You said, How could you believe
in someone you never seen, that you never touched. Amen.
The same way, I have faith in my chair that
I'm sitting on right now, Amen. But it's mourning that.
I'm just giving you a simple example. My faith in
Jesus is mourning. My faith in chair. I just know
(26:01):
it's there. Amen. I know he's there. I know I
can rely on him. I know I can trust in him.
I know his word speaks to me and speaks to you. Amen.
So we don't have to see before we believe. As
a matter of fact, the Bible tells us that we
walk by faith, not by sight. And also something tells
(26:21):
me even if people saw Jesus right now, just like
in the scriptures, they wouldn't believe who he is anyway. Right,
Jesus came in the form of a man named Jesus.
God came in the form of a man named Jesus,
went to his own people, and the Bible says his
own people reject them. So what is it, Amen? Do
(26:42):
we have to see everything to believe everything? Or can
we have faith in the unseen and rely on the
one who created everything that we see and everything that
we don't see, and rely and trust in him, live
a grateful life and see the doors open? Can we
live that way? Can we be enjoying peace? Can we
love one another like Jesus wants us to love one another?
(27:05):
Shouldn't we just worship the one, true, living and holy,
righteous God and worshiping all the gods before us? We
have the opportunity, We have the situation of salvation right now.
We have the born again experienced Sister shovel, I see you,
my sister, God bless you. We don't see air, but
we know it's there and we need it to live. Amen.
(27:25):
A good point, Thank you, Chervo. So listen, I'm out
of time. But what we're gonna do here, we're gonna
continue in the word. Personally, you continue Psalms one oh
four was it No. One hundred chap Verse number four,
Psalms one hundred, Verse number four. But you know, I
always suggest that you read the whole Psalm, because I'm
only giving you a snapshot. Read the whole Psalm one
(27:47):
hundred if you have a chance a man, and be
blessed by the content that God gives you and the
creative content that continue to give us by way of
His words. So I'm out of here. Thank you so
much for hanging out with me. God bless you all.
God keep you all, and remember always that God is good. Peace.
