Speaker 1 (00:02):
Wanting family. Good morning, God, blessed you. Welcome back to
the morning Devo. I'm thank God. Welcome back to your brother.
DJ Sam Rock aka Sam Lopez. So one is with
a z do org live. That's soone is with a
z dot org and streaming on some social media platforms
that allow the stream to go through. It looks like
we're having some sec difficulties with the stream right now. Amen.
(00:29):
We would have worked through it as we always do.
It goes. It's here, but it's not on other places.
So we are here. Love that soone is with his
z dot org seems to be having an issue. Amen,
So my apologies if you're on there and the stream
is not streaming. Let's see if we could get that
(00:50):
worked out. So we're here, We're gonna talk about time
and place. There is a time and place for everything.
Have you ever heard that sing? Or? Amen? There should
be a time and place for our worship. There should
be a time and place for our prayer. There should
be a time and place that we allow God to
move in our lives and through our lives. There should
be a time and place. Choose a consistent time and
(01:13):
quiet space to meet with God. Deaii to meet with
God deadly. It sounds weird, right, I'm gonna meet with God. Well,
God is inside of you, working things out through you
if you're born again, but if you're not born again. Amen.
There should be an initial meeting with God, Amen, a
heart to heart. It should be a meeting and a
(01:35):
quiet time with the Lord. Amen, initially so that way
you could build discipline, you could build intimacy with your
relationship and with my relationship with the Lord. Right mark
chapter one, verse number thirty five. We're gonna be kept
down there today in the morning, Devo. I'm calling this
one time and space because we should always dedicate some
(01:57):
time to the Lord. We should always have a quiet
space that we could learn, that we could listen. Listening
is supernatural. Being still is supernatural in my humble opinion,
in this world full of so much going on, you know, chaos, rush,
hustle and bustle, all types of things getting thrown at
us daily, momentarily, weekly, monthly. Amen, we have so much
(02:22):
going on in life that when we have a quiet time,
I believe that's a supernatural time that we could really
invest and get into a space. But we could really
dedicate our lives and devote some time to the living, Holy, righteous,
loving God. So if you have any questions, comments, concerns,
or any prayer requests, please don't hesitate to leave it
(02:43):
on a live chat. That's what we're here for, amen,
And let me shut us out to the group because
the group doesn't know we're alive right now. And again,
my apologies for those who are over at live that
someone is with a zither orgy. If you don't see
the video, just go in a live chat. Let me
let me know. Amen. Maybe it's just my system here.
(03:03):
I'm acting a little wacky this morning. Maybe it's not
waking up like I'm hardly awake right now, but maybe
the system I know I need an update. But for
all those live streamers and podcasters, we know not to
update our system right before alive, right before we go alive.
That's going to be a nightmare, aymen. But it doesn't
(03:24):
need an update. So maybe that's what the problem is. Well,
but there's no time for update right now. We'll work
on that later on. So let's pray first. After we pray,
we'll share this out for like sixty seconds, and then
when we come back on the other side of the
sixty seconds. We'll get it right into today's scripture, which
is found in Mark chapter one, verse number thirty five. So, Father,
I thank you so much for right now, this moment,
(03:46):
this place and time, this space that we have, this
quiet time, this peaceful time that we have, Lord Jesus
with you, the time and space that you are going
to continuously create for us, and we seek after you
wholeheartedly and honestly with our hearts. I thank you, Love God,
for a new mind, a new heart, a new mindset.
(04:08):
Thank you, Love God, for the privilege of prayer. Thank you,
Lord Jesus for protecting us and guiding us and making
a way where this seems to be no way. I
pray I had your protection over myself, over my wife,
over our family, our children, our grandchildren, over my son,
over my daughters, over all that you have given us.
(04:29):
Lo God, I pray the same thing over every single
person that's listening and watching right now. I pray by
faith that Lord guide you a guide, guard and protect
them as well as we experience your Holy spirit moving,
as we experience your holy move of God, your holy teaching,
your holy inspiration, your holy guidance. Thank you, Lo God
for doing what you do consistently in our lives and protecting,
(04:52):
guiding us, and guarding us. I pray, Lord God, that
you will continue to show yourself low God, and continue
to reign and prove so this world is dying world,
that you are real that they are in need of you,
and that we can consistently trust and have our way
in being in you and through you. A praise by faith,
knowing that you are able to do exceedingly and abundantly
(05:14):
more than what we could have an axe or imagine.
Thank you, Lord Jesus for the power of prayer. And
I thank you, Lord God for doing what you continuously
do in our hearts and our minds. Prayers by faith,
knowing that you hear these prayers and you answer them
according to your love, your grace, and your mercy, and
you answer according to your perfect will for all our
lives and the powerful name of Jesus. I praise by faith,
(05:35):
and those who agree, we say amen to the Amen.
How many share this our sixty seconds. When we come back,
we'll get right into today's scripture. I'll be right back. Amen,
(07:12):
We're back. We're back. So much going on today in
the studio, around the studio birds are chirping and footsteps
and all this other stuff. Amen. And also, sister Joyce,
I see you, good morning. Also, it seems like there's
a little glitching system, Amen, so trying to work through it. Amen.
So bear with me as I my eyes start roaming
(07:32):
to the other screen here. Amen, good morning to you,
my sister, my friends, Sister Joyce eating. Thank you so much.
Amen to your prayer. Thank you for we're agreeing with
the prayer. And we go to the Amen, which is
the Lord Jesus Christ. He is our yes, and he's
our amen. Amen, Praise the Lord. So let me go
ahead and try to get this on the screen for
those who are watching, Amen. For those who are listening,
(07:55):
a sou win is with a zida rig no worries,
no problem, Amen. We're going to read this word for word,
so that way we could be all on the same
page literally, Amen, showing that God's word is true for
all of us daily. All we have to do basically
is apply what we learn out of His word from
his word, Amen, So that way we could successfully be
(08:17):
engaged in what God has for us, Amen, and what
he has shown us continuously in his word, he has
proven to be true time in and time out. He's
an amazing guy, a loving God, a righteous God, a
holy God. Amen. And we trust and obey him because
he is Lord, right Lord and Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ,
(08:38):
Time and Space. Let's get this on the screen. Amen.
For those who are watching Time and Space today in
the morning, DEVO really really excited to know that we
have a time and space and that we have today.
We have this moment, we have right now, we have
this scripture Mark, chapter one, verse thirty five. Bible says,
(08:58):
early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus
got up, left the house and went out to a
secluded place and was praying there. An example of what
the Lord has done should be our example of what
we can do early in the morning. Right. This is
supernatural for me, naturally, I'm a night owl. I'm not
(09:22):
an early bird. Amen. But I see in the Lord
Jesus life that he would get up early in the
morning while it was still dark. And it's still dark outside, Amen,
in some areas of the northeast and man, the sun
is just rising or or the darkness is leaving, but
it's still dark in some areas in the world right now,
(09:44):
and Jesus got up, left the house wherever he was
at and went out to a secluded place, a place
on his own, a place where it's less distraction. That's
why I like this website lied that someone is with
his orgy, because I believe that is a distraction free
website when it's operational, when it's working. Right now, I
(10:06):
can't get it. I can't get the preview on it,
but hopefully it's working on your end time and space.
Jesus prayed, and I know we get a lot of ridicule,
a lot of people saying, who is he praying to?
If he's God, is he praying to himself? Jesus was
showing us the perfect example of a god man, the
perfect god man on hundred percent God, one undred percent. Man.
(10:29):
Don't try to figure it out. You won't be able
to figure out because it's a God thing, men, Jesus,
through the Father, the Son, and Holy Spirit three and one. Mathematically,
not in our calculus and a mindset, because it's a
God thing. It's not a man made idea. It's a
God thing. So obviously we won't be able to understand
(10:53):
everything that God has done, everything that God is doing.
Do you understand everything that God has done, and that
everything that God is doing. And when we serve a
God who is higher in the thought process, his ways
are not like always, his thoughts are not like our thoughts.
He's supreme other, he's the highest being. He's an eternal being.
So there should be some mystery about the Lord. Amen.
(11:15):
If we had them all figured out, then I don't
think that'll be God, Amen, That'll be someone or something
that's made up. Right. And this is not a made
up God. This is an amazing, holy, righteous, loving God
who loves us, who loves you, Amen, who has separated
us from our sin. As far as east is to west,
(11:36):
we have a loving, righteous, holy God. Amen. That we
could put our hope faith in trusting Amen. So we
are good on that end. If you put your heart,
if you put your life, you put your faith, you
put your trust. You put your hope in the one
who saved You put your hope in the one who
rescued you. You put your hope in the One that
we could go to daily and create times of meetings
(11:58):
and spaces in time our schedule, so we could build
up our discipline, so we could build up our intimacy
with the Lord. If you have a relationship with somebody
that you love, you set time apart. You remember when
you were dating in your first love and all that.
How you will pursue, how you will be available, how
you will make space, how you make time, Amen, should
(12:19):
be the same or even more a deeper level of
love with the Lord. Make time. Choose consistent times and
quiet spaces in your life to meet with God. Right,
and we could build this discipline by knowing how and
where to create this time and space. So that's why
I wanted to go through this a man. Being still
(12:42):
and listening, like I said earlier, is supernatural. Being still
and listening is supernatural. The Bible says in Psalms chapter
forty six and verse ten, be still and know that
I am God. So when you're still in the chaotic
life that we live, and you're dedicating your time to
the Lord, and you're believing in God for promises that
(13:02):
he has promised you, you're praying, you're fasting, you're obeying, Amen,
you're fighting the good fight of faith. You're fighting against
your lustful evil desires, and I'm fighting against my lustful
evil desires as well. We are creating a time where
we could be still and know. We know that God
is real, we know that we're born again, we know
(13:23):
where we're going after this earthly journey that we have, Amen,
because we're trusting and hoping and putting our faith in
the one who wrote the word, the one who is
the word, the Lord Jesus Christ. How about this one,
My sheep, listen to my voice. So if we listen
to the voice of the Lord, and he's the good Shepherd,
(13:43):
I know them and they follow me. The Bible says
in John chapter ten, verse number twenty seven, that's the
Lord Jesus speaking. Amen. That's a quote straight from the
mouth of the Living Holy Righteous Savior. Amen. So choose
a time, choose a space. Use this as a p
prayer routine. If you want to call it a routine,
a man, if you want to call it some kind
(14:03):
of prayer ritual, it's okay. Call it what you will will,
But I guarantee you it's going to cause discipline them
to be set up in your life. It's going to
cause intimacy to be built up. It's going to be
caused causing you to change your perception of your quiet time.
It's going to cause you to create a space, and
God will change the atmosphere whatever space that you meet
(14:25):
with God, a man in prayer, in your prayer closet,
be consistent and watch how God changes that atmosphere in
that room and that place in that space. It could
be outdoors, indoors. It could be while you're traveling. Amen.
It could be a mindful thing to close your eyes
and you listen to the voice of God. It could
(14:46):
be doing your meditation. It could be doing your morning devotion.
That you meet and have time and space with the
Lord right very early in the morning, God says Jesus Is.
His example was getting up very early in the mon morning.
Now you might scheduling might be a little different for you. You
might work overnight and early in the morning is still
(15:07):
at work. Well during your break time, Amen, during that
break you could really dedicate some time to the Lord
and listen. Maybe you could go somewhere alone. Maybe, even
if it's to do with the restroom, a man, find
a time and space to get alone and quiet down
those voices that are bombarding us every single day. You
(15:29):
hear the voices. I hear the voices a man. We're
living in a world full of voices. But the Word
of God says, according to what we quoted from the
Lord in John ten twenty seven, that we are the
sheep who hear the good shepherd's voice. We know the
voice of the Lord. That's why we follow that voice,
(15:49):
and a stranger's voice we won't follow, because now we'll
know the difference between the voice of the world and
the voice of the creative of the world. We'll know
the voice of Creation, and then we'll know the voice
of the Creator. We know the voice of the Kingdom
of God, the King of the Kingdom of God, and
then we know the other voices that come from the
Kingdom of this world. And those voices are not the same.
(16:11):
The ideas are not the same, the guidance is not
the same. Right, so our prayer lives should change and
evolve into more deeper levels when we create times and
spaces for the Lord to move in our lives, so
we could listen our pray a lot. Amen. My thing
is that I like to try to listen to the reply,
(16:32):
the response of God. Right, if you pray and you're
asking God for X y Z, there should be a
time and space where you could listen to God's voice
on the responding end right, he responds to the prayer
of his children. He responds to the prayer of his people.
The Bible says, the prayers of the righteous availeth much.
(16:53):
And then during that evaling time, during that time that
God is moving, Amen, we should be creating times and
spaces to listen, to be mindful of what God is
about to do. His promises are all good. Right. There's
not one promise in the scripture that has not been completed,
that has not come through for you and for me,
(17:15):
for the prophets of old, for the new generations that
are coming now, both in the Old Covenant and the
New Covenant. When God promises you something, Amen, those promises
are all yea and Amen. There's not a time where
God fails. There's not a time where God lies. There's
not a time where God's word is not powerful. Amen.
(17:36):
It's not a time where God is not present. God
is omnipresent, all powerful, all knowing, trustworthy God. Amen. And
He's righteous and holy and loving. What else do you want?
This life doesn't offer you anything even remotely close to
what the Lord offers you. Amen. Jesus offers us eternal life.
And when you create a time and space to meet
(17:59):
the eternal One. And Amen, he would change your life.
He would change your mind, he would change your attitude,
he would change the atmosphere. He would change your destiny
according to his word and purpose for your life and
for my life. I'm excited about time and space, Man's time.
If you're looking at the calendar, you're like, what just
happened this year? We're already over the midway point, we're
(18:23):
closing in to fall. The end of the year will
be soon here, and we're like, what just happened? Like
a blink of an eye. The years seems like weeks now,
the weeks seem like days. The days seemed like minutes. Amen,
this time is flying right by us. So if we're
not mindful, we'll be so busy doing everything else instead
(18:46):
of creating time and space to be with the Lord alone.
Seclude it outside of the matrix, outside of social media. Amen.
It's so important for you to create time and space
for me to create time and space. Amen. I'm known
to be a busy one, but business is no excuse
for me not to get alone with God. Business should
(19:07):
be no excuse for me not to get into the
world of God business should not be an excuse for
me not to have a prayer life, fulfilling prayer life,
A faith filled prayer life, Amen, a powerful prayer life,
an impactful prayer life. Time and space with the Lord.
Choose the time, be consistent, Be like, listen, at five thirty,
(19:28):
I'm gonna do X Y Z. At six o'clock, I'm
gonna do this with the Lord for the Lord. Amen.
Now this whole thing about spend at least an hour
with the Lord in prayer. It's scriptures that maybe you
could look at and fit that into your schedule to
make it seem like you have to have a certain
amount of time of prayer. I believe, just like exercise,
(19:52):
you could really impact parts of your body through movements
that are concentrated on form and concentrated on certain body muscles. Right.
I believe in a similar situation, you can make a
great impact and a short amount of time when you're
doing intentional prayer, when you're praying intentionally, when you're praying specifically,
(20:16):
when you're praying consistently, it doesn't have to be an hour,
two hours, three hours, Amen. It could be that time
and space that you set apart for the Lord in
that space right then and there, that you will be impacted, right,
that you will be changed. God does his word, doesn't change,
his word changes us. Good morning, sisters, Juanne, I see you.
(20:37):
Good morning, God bless you. Welcome back to the morning Devo,
my sister and my friend. So we see in Mark
one thirty five, we see that the Lord showed us
that he got up, that he did something. He prayed
to the Father. Amen. He picked a secluded place. Many
people were following him. I'm pretty sure many people were
watching his every move. Right. He was a miracle maker.
(21:00):
He was a savior who continued to forgive people's sins
and men. He was the one that was telling people
get up and walk. He was telling the blind, go
ahead and see. He was telling the death go ahead
and listen. He was telling the rulers or the religious
people of his time that the scriptures were about him.
(21:21):
He was prophesying. Amen, he was walking on water. He
was preaching the kingdom everywhere he went. So a lot
of people were watching him his heavy move So I'm
thinking that he had to get up early in the
morning before everybody else got up and started following again
and take some time and space alone with the Father,
(21:43):
you know, be somewhere else outside of the crowds. Amen.
And I think we should be doing the same thing.
If you're a social media influencer, if you're a pastor,
if you're an apostle, if you're a preacher, if you're
an evangelist, if you're a teacher, a man, whatever situation,
whatever you're called to, whoever God created you to be,
(22:05):
be that person a man, But make sure you set
time and space to be alone. Set Jesus apart in
your heart. The Scripture says, get into that relationship building,
Get into that consistency. Christianity is one discipline at a time. Amen.
(22:25):
When you're born again, you're being taught again, you're being
found again, you're being saved again. Daily. A man is
an increasing lifestyle, right, It's an evolving lifestyle. It's a
purposeful lifestyle. It's a prayer full lifestyle. Amen. We have
what we need and if we don't have something, it's
(22:46):
because we're not asking for something. Amen. The Bible is
clear we have not because we ask not. Consistency is
key a man. You want to be successful a man,
be consistent at the goal that you're trying to achieve.
We want personal relationship with the Lord. Be consistent with
time and space with him. Amen. You want to know
(23:08):
what the Word says, be consistent reading the scriptures. Just
like anything else you want to be good at. You
have to go forward. You have to trust the process.
You have to believe in who you're reading about. You
have to believe the word of God. Amen. And although
it's a choice that we make, whether to believe or not,
(23:29):
whether to follow or not, whether to be in the
light or in the dark, whether choosing life or death.
We're making decisions daily. But God has a perfect plan
for your life and a perfect plan for my life.
So when you're consistently seeking after that perfect plan, when
you consistently surround yourself with brothers and sisters who are
(23:49):
filled with Holy spirit God, the evidence of change will
show up and manifest in your life. One hundred percent guarantee.
No one has to force you to believe anything. No
one can or should be able to force you to
believe anything. We have choices to make, but we also
have a time and space to get alone with the Lord.
(24:12):
So choose to be consistent, choose a quiet space to
meet with God daily. Amen. If Jesus is your Lord
and Savior. We have Holy Spirit living inside of us. Amen.
Allow Holy Spirit to continue to speak to us, Allow
him to move through us. Amen. Allow him to guide
us and teach us daily. And you're going to have
an increasing faith and we're going to be growing in
(24:33):
the knowledge and grace of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen consistently,
So I hope you get what I'm saying. We were
in Mark chapter one. Read the whole chapter for yourself.
We camp out of verse number thirty five. I'm out
of time. So God bless you all. Thank you so
much for listening and watching on the morning. Devo. God
bless you, God keep you, and remember always that God
(24:54):
is good. Pase As
