All right, good morning and welcome to the show. Happy

talk about, plus coming up on the show today. Why
does this shirt make me look fat?

Speaker 1 (01:52):
Sorry?

Speaker 4 (01:52):
I just noticed that it just it made me look
a little fat chubby today because it's a little wrinkled,
be unscrewed. Whatever.

Speaker 5 (01:59):
Anyhow, we gotta big show today.

Speaker 4 (02:01):
We have sorry, I'm already I like on this this
this role this morning. We have a Congressman Neil Dunn
is going to be joining us an hour number three
along with Senator Rick Scott also going to be joining
us on the show. We had a lot to talk
about with them, so be looking for that third hour.
It's gonna be a lot of fun. And I just
got to ask this, where did this Pam Bondi come from?

(02:24):
You know, maybe it was one of these situations where
the the email that that well the text message that
was supposed to be a text message that ended up
being a post on social media. You remember that one,
the hey Pam, you need to do your job or
we're gonna find somebody else email?

Speaker 5 (02:42):
Yeah, that one.

Speaker 4 (02:44):
Does anybody think that maybe that lit a fire under
somebody's backside? Anybody watched it hearing yesterday? I I you know,
normally when I see some of these hearings and there's
somebody like Pam Bondi, who I have not been all
that impressed with, comes on, I will look at it

(03:04):
and go, eh, I'm not gonna and then it caught
my eye and it ended up being one of those
Oh what did.

Speaker 1 (03:12):
She just say?

Speaker 4 (03:14):
Can we go through some of the best of highlight
moments from the the Pam Bondi hearings that went down yesterday.

Speaker 5 (03:24):
Let's start with pencil next shift.

Speaker 6 (03:25):
Here, you were asked by my colleague from Vermont whether
you was support providing a video or audio tape if exists,
mister Homan taking fifty thousand in bribe money from the FBI,
Will you support request by this committee to provide that
taper tapes to the committee?

Speaker 7 (03:43):
Yes or no?

Speaker 8 (03:45):
Senator Schiff, you can talk to Director Patel about.

Speaker 6 (03:47):
That when I'm talking to you about it. You're you're
the you're the attorney general. This will be your decision.
Will you support?

Speaker 4 (03:54):
By the way, if anybody's got some popcorn right now,
pop it because this is gonna be good.

Speaker 8 (04:00):
Tell me what is my decision? Is decision I think?

Speaker 4 (04:03):
And you don't have to you don't have to try to.

Speaker 8 (04:07):
With Tom home and excuse me then out there fighting
for our country. Donald Trump took.

Speaker 6 (04:13):
Offense trying to ask a question regular order, please order, please,
and you don't have to defer to the order pressure
to pass the buck. So I'm asking you, will you
support a request so that the committee, or indeed, I
believe the American people should be able to see that
video or audio tape?

Speaker 7 (04:29):
Will you support that request?

Speaker 8 (04:31):
Will you apologize to Donald Trump?

Speaker 6 (04:33):
I guess the answer is you won't support.

Speaker 8 (04:36):
You now know that Biden trying to cover up for
Biden's involvement.

Speaker 6 (04:41):
Let me let me do this because I think it's
it's valuable that the American people get a sense of
of what you've refused to answer today. So these are
just some of the questions you refuse to answer, but
or of answer with personal attacks on members of this committee.
You were asked whether you consulted with career ethics lawyers

(05:02):
as you promised you would do during your nomination hearing
when you approve the present receiving a four hundred million
dollar gift from the Qataris. You refuse to answer that question.
You were asked who or what role you may have
played or who played the role in asking the Trump's
name be flagged in any of the Epstein documents gathered
by the FBI. You refuse to answer that question. You

(05:25):
were asked whether Holman kept the fifty thousand dollars bride money.
You refuse to answer that question.

Speaker 5 (05:31):
He got a little bit boring, he did.

Speaker 4 (05:33):
But ladies, can I ask you this a question because
I know we have a huge women's audience. It's about
fifty six percent of our audience is women. Can you
imagine Adam Schiff coming up and saying, Hey, we'll go
back to my place and make a baby. Anyhow, more

(05:55):
of the fire storm that went on, God, there was
so much of it. I mean, we've got so many
the clips of it, So let's go with this one.

Speaker 9 (06:02):
I do want to go back to home. And you
know there's a tape right with mister Homan. I mean,
first all love that sah.

Speaker 5 (06:10):
That is the greatest part. Hey puts boys shut up
for a sea.

Speaker 4 (06:17):
You knew it was coming at that point when Pam
Bondi and I don't know where this Pam Bondi has been.

Speaker 5 (06:23):
I really don't.

Speaker 4 (06:24):
But with all of the criticism that I have had
on Pam Bondy, she has after this saidate hearing definitely
gotten some points back with me.

Speaker 5 (06:34):
I'm impressed.

Speaker 4 (06:36):
Now I want to see a little bit more action,
but I'm impressed with how she handled herself on this.
So now that she has taken her deep breath, let's
go fifty.

Speaker 8 (06:45):
You would have to talk to Director Patel about that.

Speaker 9 (06:48):
No, I'm I'm talking to you.

Speaker 8 (06:50):
I don't know the answer, said, you do know the answer?
Call me a liar? I can you just said I
know the answer. I said, I don't know the answer.
You have to talk to Kate could tell. What I said,
is that investments?

Speaker 9 (07:03):
If you don't know, why don't you know whether there
was a tape in video?

Speaker 8 (07:10):
Senator? I believe that was resolved prior to my confirmation
as attorney general.

Speaker 9 (07:16):
Do you think that it is of public interest for
the people to know what happened to the fifty grand
that the FBI turned over to Homan?

Speaker 8 (07:23):
Did you hear what I just said? That was resolved
prior to my confirmation as attorney general.

Speaker 4 (07:29):
That's why I said I would not go it is first.

Speaker 10 (07:32):
It's not resolved.

Speaker 9 (07:34):
There's fifty one thousand dollars. Homan has it or somebody
has it? Do you have no interest in knowing where
it is?

Speaker 8 (07:42):
You're not going to sit here and slander Tom Homan.
The FBI and Deputy Director Blanche said there was nothing.

Speaker 9 (07:49):
I'm not slamming Tom Holman.

Speaker 1 (07:51):
He got to fifteen.

Speaker 4 (07:51):
Tom Rohman is.

Speaker 8 (07:52):
Doing How do you know that Tom Holman is doing
a great job as our borders are keeping your border
state safe.

Speaker 4 (08:02):
She's just ripping them apart. Don't call me a liar,
Don't call me a liar. It's just it's fantastic. But
she continued, there's so many more great highlights of the
Panbondi Show.

Speaker 8 (08:17):
When I was confirmed as an eighty seventh Attorney General
of the United States, I took office with two mangals
to end the weaponization of justice and return the Department
to its core mission of fighting violent crime. As to
ending the weaponization of justice, we learned that former FBI
secretly investigated you and your colleagues why they wanted to

(08:40):
take President Trump off the playing field. They were playing
politics with law enforcement powers and will go down as
a historic betrayal of public trust. This is the kind
of conduct that shatters the American people's faith in our
law enforcement system. We will work to earn that back.
Every single day. We are returning to our core mission

(09:03):
of fighting real crime. While there is more work to do,
I believe in eight short months we have made tremendous
progress towards those ends. Our federal surges in Washington, d C.
And Memphis are a perfect example of how the Department
of Justice should operate. We created strong partnerships with local leadership,

(09:24):
working hand in hand with both cities to send resources
where they were needed. Most the results speak for themselves.

Speaker 4 (09:33):
We know they really do. The results really do speak
for themselves. Well except for when you talked about Chicago,
because Chica was like, hem, hang on, they're coming in
and invading us. But there's still more highlights. Let's get
some more of the Pambondi show.

Speaker 11 (09:48):
I understand that Brian Ballard, long time, I love it, please,
and head of the law firm where you work, was
instrumental in lobbying the Justice Department to drop that lawsuit.
It was dismissed, so it's not subject to a court review.
What conversations did you have with mister Ballard?

Speaker 8 (10:10):
And here she goes Senator Blumenthal, I cannot believe that
you would accuse me of impropriety when you lied about
your military service.

Speaker 12 (10:24):
I am a US city, you lie, dare you? I
am a career prosecutor. Don't you ever challenge my integrity.
I have abided by every ethics standard. Do not question
my ability to be fair and im partial as Attorney general.

Speaker 4 (10:45):
God, it's just the bombs that she was dropping. Let's
get Let's get another one, because it's just so much fun.

Speaker 7 (10:51):
Were you consulted by the White before they deployed National
Guard troops to cities in the United States?

Speaker 8 (11:00):
I am not going to discuss any internal conversations with
the White House.

Speaker 7 (11:06):
You won't even say whether you talk to the White
House about this.

Speaker 8 (11:09):
I am not going to discuss any internal conversations with
the White House with you, Chair ranking Member.

Speaker 7 (11:14):
I noticed that what's the secret? Why do you want
to keep this secret to American people? Don't know the
rationale behind the deployment of National Guard troops in my state.
The word is, and I think it's been confirmed by
the White House they are going to transfer Texas National
Guard units to the state of Illinois. What's the rationale
for that?

Speaker 8 (11:33):
Chairman? As you shut down the government, you voted to
shut down the government, and you're sitting here. Our law
enforcement officers aren't being paid. They're out there working to
protect you. I wish you love Chicago as much as
you hate President Trump and currently the National Guard are
on the way to Chicago. If you're not going to
protect your citizens, President Trump.

Speaker 4 (11:53):
Will, I don't know where this Pambondi has been. I
really don't Pambondy and it just goes on and on.
I mean, trying to figure out which one of the
clips we wanted to even download in play.

Speaker 10 (12:07):
Uh.

Speaker 4 (12:07):
That was a that was a tough, tough deal. But
she was she went on. She she did not hold
back from these people. And of course the left is
taken to social media and going on attack against Pambondi now,
including our friend Jojo from Jurors. Look at her, effing

(12:28):
look at this evil be She knows what she's covering up.
It's written all over her face. You can see it
and hear it. No, what you're seeing and hearing Jojo
from Jurors is somebody who has fed up with the
bs from the Democrats. When you have people like Richard

(12:49):
Blumenthal from Connecticut who gets in there and and goes
off and attacks Pam Bondy for integrity when he was
busted lying about his military service. When you have Dick
Durbin who gets in there and tries to give a
little stick at Pampondi. When she's right. If you loved
the city of Chicago as much as you hate Donald Trump,

(13:10):
you would do more for your city. These politicians on
the left, all they want to do is slam on
Donald Trump. It it doesn't matter what else they do,
as long as they slam on Donald Trump. Have a
solution to make your city and your state safer. We
don't want to do that. We gotta slam on Donald Trump.
Just tell me this, Dems, just a quick question for

(13:32):
you in this one. How does that make the people
in your city safer? Chicago? Fifty people shot, seven killed
last weekend, it was like twenty five shot, like six
or seven killed. How does it make this the people
of Chicago safer? Dicky Durbin, Thank god he's retiring, But
how does that slamming on Donald Trump? Complaining that Donald

(13:56):
Trump is sending in the National Guard to help out ICE,
to take out the one of the criminal elements, not
even the other. Because look, ICE is not going in
to take care of the gang members that are American citizens.

Speaker 5 (14:10):
They're not going in to take care of them.

Speaker 4 (14:11):
They're going after the actual illegals that are there, because
that's their job. And in the process of doing that,
you have the idiot Democrats that are getting their their
minions out to rally and protest and riot, and you're
not doing anything except for slamming on Donald trump shoes.

(14:32):
You're right, A woman scorned is something to be reckoned with.
And PAMBONDI look, I've got my criticisms of her, I
really do. I have not been all of that impressed
with her performance this year, and I don't think Donald
Trump has either. Hence the leaked text message that accidentally

(14:53):
went to social media, which I'm sorry, even Donald Trump
doesn't do that, and that was intentional. And I think
you saw a fire that has been lit under her backside.

Speaker 5 (15:07):
But on top of that, she is scorn because when the.

Speaker 4 (15:11):
Senates attacked her during her confirmation hearing, and it was ridiculous,
and then they attack her again with more lies when
the Trump administration is simply trying to you again. And
I'm going to point this out because this is a
very important thing. The Trump administration is doing more to
save blue cities and blue states than he is red

(15:33):
cities in red states. And I don't have a problem
with that, because he's trying to make this country a
better place, and that's where the problem is, and that's
where he's going in to try and help it out.
Yet these people are so damn stupid that they don't
see that this man in the administration is coming in
to make their lives better. Maybe it's time to let

(15:55):
the cities burn down. Maybe it's time to step back
and let the Democrat stuff do. Maybe it's time for
New York City to turn into a communist, socialist, maybe
even Muslim city, and see what happens to that. Let
Chicago burn down. Let's get those numbers up fifty shot

(16:15):
this weekend. Let's go for one hundred this weekend. Maybe
that's what the Democrats actually need. We got to take
a quick break. We'll be right back. This is the
Brian Russ Show. Good morning, all right, welcome back to

(16:40):
the show. Happy Wednesday. Thanks for checking us out here
at the Florida Man Radio Networkhorse Shows for streaming on
Rumbleandwimkin dot com. Ricky, I think you might be onto
something to a degree. One burn city equals ten thousand
new jobs rebuilding. However, the problem is is the people
that are left behind are the ones that don't want
to work at hell. In those cities because the good

(17:02):
people are leaving them.

Speaker 5 (17:04):
They're leaving, they want out.

Speaker 4 (17:06):
But then again, it could be the ten thousand jobs
for those that actually do want to work that'll go
back in there to rebuild the cities. But I just
wonder how much they're going to be able to rebuild.
And this is a sad thing when I say that,
you know, I just want them to just get what
they deserve.

Speaker 5 (17:26):
And it will destroy cities.

Speaker 4 (17:28):
It will destroy Chicago, destroy New York City, It'll destroy
LA and it's going to destroy Portland, places like that
where where the the left just want this chaos. It'll
destroy the cities. They will never be the same, even
on a rebuild, They'll never be the same. And I
don't want to see that happen to American cities. But

(17:49):
at this point, at what other options do we have
other than actually cracking down hard on some of these
Democrat leaders, And of course the Republican Party needs to
get on this as well.

Speaker 5 (18:02):
Remember the question are you next? Are you next?

Speaker 4 (18:09):
If that is what I think a lot of people
in these Democrat cities should be asked.

Speaker 5 (18:14):
Do you want to be the next one? Do you
want to be the next victim?

Speaker 4 (18:17):
And all of the problems that are going on right
there in your city. Do you want to be the
next one to have your daughter raped and murdered by
an illegal Are you the next one who wants to
have grandma beaten up in the subway? Are you the
next one who's gonna get carjacked? Are you the next
one who is going to have their apartment complex overridden
by the Latin Kings or the TDA or MS thirteen?

(18:41):
And now you're going to be living in a hell zone?
I mean, have you've seen what happens in these third
world countries when these people do this stuff. It's not
a good way of living life, and people are giving
it up and surrendering all this for what because you
hate Donald Trump. Look, you can dislike the man all
you want all day long. You could disagree with the

(19:02):
way that the man says certain things, that approaches things verbally.
Totally get it. I understand. There are plenty of times
when even though I'm a gen X Yankee, which is
a whole different breed. I mean, we are gen x
is one thing, but you get a gen X Yankee, hmm,

(19:23):
We're a different breed. But I understand Donald Trump one
hundred percent understand it. But I also understand how some
people could be offended by the way he says things
and what he says. But stop that, think about the
results of what he is doing, and maybe we do
need to remind more of these blue cities of what

(19:43):
it is that Donald Trump is doing. Ask them the question,
is it you? Is it your next door neighbor who's
a citizen in this country? Is it the illegal family
that's down the street. Is it them that is being attacked?
Is it them that's disappearing on off the streets. No,
it is the people that are committing further crimes that

(20:05):
are disappearing off the streets. The people that are becoming
violent are disappearing off the streets. They're being prosecuted and
sent home. Why to make your life safer again? I
would be okay if the Democrats would fight for the
illegal family, the illegal guy who is down the street,
living in your building, whatever it might be, who came

(20:27):
here illegally and is just trying to make some money
to take care of his family. I can understand that
argument and that fight. Don't agree with it, but I
understand it. They don't do that. Instead, they're fighting for
the criminal element. And that's the part that just racks
my brain. It's like, what are you? What are you stupid?
You're fighting for the wrong people. It's got a backfire

(20:50):
on you pretty bad too. We got to take a
break for the bottom of the hour, don't I get
come it up later on the show. Congressman m Neil
Dunn and Senator Rick Scott are going to be joining
us on the show. We'll be right.

Speaker 13 (20:59):
Back making liberals cry one happy show at a time.

Speaker 4 (21:15):
This is the Brian Rust Show. All right, Welcome back
to Wiener Wednesday. Today's a great day to go get
a hot dog. It really truly is.

Speaker 5 (21:24):
I remember last time I've had a hot dog? When
was the last time?

Speaker 4 (21:32):
You know what? It sounds like, it's a hot dog day.
Welcome back to the show. Coming up later on in
the show and our number three, we do have a
Congressman Neil Dunn from Florida's c along with Florida Senator
Rick Scott going to be joining us. We're going to
talk a lot about the shutdowns and a few other
things We've got. Rick Scott's got a proposal now to say, hey,

(21:54):
we shut down the government. We shouldn't get paid. He
is one of a couple of different people in Congress
now that have proposed this, So we'll talk with him
about that, along with a few other things coming up
later on this morning. Chucks you, we're coming on now
saying that Speaker Johnson is outright lying about giving undocumented
immigrants health insurance through ACA or Medicaid and medicare not

(22:16):
one federal dollar in all bold face letters can be
spent for this.

Speaker 5 (22:21):
It's already illegal.

Speaker 4 (22:24):
He just wants this to distract from how Republicans shut
down the government instead of fixing healthcare for the American people.
We have already gone over the list. We're gonna go
over it again later on in the show of just
the nineteen million dollars, just nineteen million dollars totally one

(22:49):
hundred percent being spent on foreigners in other countries, and
the Democrats want one point five trillion dollars added to
our spending this yeardditional one point five trillion. What in
the world do they want to spend an additional one
point five trillion dollars on? If just the twenty million

(23:12):
that we read off the other day, that we'll cover
again later in the show. Is that bad? What else
is in the proposed spending for the Democrats? And they're
freaking out. They're losing it because when dose came through
and USAID got dismantled, that was their piggy bank. Remember

(23:33):
follow the money. Everything was fine, they were on their mission.
They were doing their thing. Oh a USAID gets shut down,
all the money gets stopped.

Speaker 5 (23:43):
What we got to stop? Donald Trump, He's the worst
thing in the world.

Speaker 4 (23:48):
Why Because the USAID, which is supposed to be the
United States International Development where it helps develop other things.
We're supposed to do things like, I don't know, build
a water processing facility and the money gets spent, but
the facility ever gets built.

Speaker 5 (24:08):
How many examples did we see of that?

Speaker 4 (24:10):
During the DOGE accounting of a lot of the spending
that USAID was doing, they were finding tens of millions
of dollars, hundreds of millions of dollars, billions of dollars
that were spent. Money has already been dulled out, paid out,
don't have it anymore there it is, it's gone. Where's
the ROI where's the actual construction of the thing that

(24:33):
they spent the money on?

Speaker 5 (24:35):
It's not there. So where's the money?

Speaker 4 (24:38):
And ironically, the Democrats are freaking out, and now they
have to shut down things like PBS. Huh. That makes
you scratch your hand a little bit, doesn't it. And
then all the other things that are shutting down because
the usaid all of a sudden stopped and all the
things that the left can't do. And now you have
more and more of the people that are funding some

(25:00):
of the stuff freaking out, and you're seeing more chaos happening,
all because these things got defunded. And during the hearing,
and we played the one sound bite with Pampondi where
the guys trying to drill Tom Holman about fifty grand?
Are you kidding me? Do you understand how pathetic you

(25:23):
look standing there saying Tom Holmon's got to fifty grand?
Where's the fifty grand? We spend over a trillion dollars
a year right now.

Speaker 5 (25:37):
Factor that into your head.

Speaker 4 (25:39):
Think about how much money a trillion dollars is, even
though we throw this number around all the time to
almost to the point that it's nothing, But we spend
a trillion dollars a year at this point, and it's
only getting worse on the interest of our loans a
trillion dollars. I'm complaining when I see my credit card

(26:01):
statement and I have a fifty dollars interest payment, I
get riled up over that. And yet nobody's getting upset
about the trillion dollars in interest. That's that's not money
that we're saving. That's not money that's going to anything good.
It's wasted money on top of all the money that

(26:22):
they've already wasted. And this guy's gonna be worried about
fifty grand. Okay, buddy, let's do that. Hey, here's another question.
Anybody's seen where the uh, the support and outrage of
Jimmy Kimmel went to. Remember, all these people were so
infuriated that Jimmy Kimmel's being canceled, that he got fired

(26:48):
because he said something about that silly Charlie Kirk. We
gotta we gotta protest, and we got we gotta fight
for this, we gotta stand up for it. And Donald
Trump is taking away your freedom of speech. And then
you have the the wusses at Disney that came in
and say, well, okay, well we'll let we'll let Jimmy

(27:10):
come back on if he apologizes. And it was a
half ass apology. But yeah, but Jimmy Kimmel, he broke
records with his ratings, Yes he did. He broke some
records when he came back on with his ratings because
everybody wanted to turn in and see what it is
that he was going to say.

Speaker 5 (27:30):
What was he going to do?

Speaker 4 (27:31):
There was a lot of people, even on the right
that tuned into Jimmy Kimmel that night to say to
just to see what he was going to do. And
what did he do? He doubled down. He didn't tell jokes.
He didn't say, hey, I'm really sorry for those that
I may have offended. Because remember when when you offend somebody,
you have to apologize. That's that's the leftist way, and

(27:51):
everybody gets offended. But he didn't come out and say,
I apologize for offending anybody over my comments on Charlie Kirk.
It was not what I intended to say. You know,
he was a good man, he was a husband, he
was a father, a leader of a lot of people.
I do apologize, it was in poor taste something along
that line. No, said he doubles down and then continues,

(28:15):
Did he tell any jokes?

Speaker 1 (28:17):
No?

Speaker 4 (28:18):
Did he have some dancing bears come out or dancing dogs.

Speaker 10 (28:21):
No.

Speaker 4 (28:22):
Did he do something that was funny in the show
to make us laugh?

Speaker 1 (28:25):
No?

Speaker 5 (28:26):
Nothing.

Speaker 4 (28:28):
And now the the when you look at the numbers
that he has, this is what I love you, because
the Democrats are still pushing this.

Speaker 5 (28:38):
He had six point three million.

Speaker 4 (28:40):
Vialways, which again we're living in a nation of three
hundred and thirty million people, so I'm just saying on average,
Jimmy Kimmel was doing about one point seven ish million
people before all of this went down, and his ratings
have continually gone down. But since he returned from his

(29:00):
suspension and he had that big boost of the six
million people, his ratings have gone down seventy one percent.
Since that he's lost since over the past decade, he's
lost seventy two percent of his core demo audience, the
twenty five to fifty four year old audience, which is
the viewing area for advertisers. This is where all the

(29:23):
big money comes in. And with that decline, Jimmy Kimmel
managed to get two hundred and sixty five thousand viewers
from the critical group on the Thursday night show last
week to lose eighty five percent of the one point
seven million that tuned in back on September twenty third,

(29:46):
So in the key demo audience from the time that
he came back until the Thursday night afterwards, he lost
eighty five percent of that key advertising demo. People aren't
watching him. So lefties don't be surprised when Jimmy Kimmel's
contract does not get renewed or Disney just says, all right,

(30:08):
we're just gonna pay this clown out and be done
with it because he has failed. And this is what
we were talking about. It had nothing to do with
freedom of speech. So let me ask this question to
the Dems. Where did that audience go. Did the five
million people decide to silence Jimmy Kimmel, or did Jimmy

(30:28):
Kimmel suck so bad that the five million people said, Nah,
it's not worth it. We're moving on. We got other
things to do. I gotta pull my butt hairs out
one at a time or something rather than watch that
is heavy.

Speaker 10 (30:41):
Come on.

Speaker 5 (30:42):
They were so outraged over Jimmy Kimmel being canceled in
his First Amendment speech.

Speaker 4 (30:51):
What happened? Where'd y'all go? Where's all that big support
that Jimmy had makes me laugh, It really does. And
then you've got AOC, AOC who came out the other
day and did a Instagram video and most of her
Instagram videos are bad. Yeah, they went back to Guttfeld.
That's exactly where they went that and they just went

(31:13):
back to going to bed early. Oh and the other
thing that they pointed out too, is they're like, yeah,
well he did that with most of the country not there. Yeah.
You know, when when Jimmy Kimmel went back on, you
had two of the biggest syndicating companies or syndicated companies

(31:34):
that owned TV stations around the country decided not to
air him. So it was aired pretty much just in
the ABC markets, the major markets. And sure he got
to six million views, So that means that the people
in these big cities, and again ABC owned stations in Chicago,

(31:55):
New York, LA, these are the places where he was
still on and he got all the big views, they
didn't even want to watch him. And I think it's
funny because now people are walking away and they're like,
oh god, what were we thinking?

Speaker 10 (32:11):
Man?

Speaker 4 (32:11):
That show sucks? And AOC with her her Instagram video
that she did the other day, which generally is pretty
pathetic when she when she does her videos. My favorite
one still to this day is the garbage Disposal one
where she did a video.

Speaker 5 (32:27):
In her new apartment in Washington.

Speaker 4 (32:30):
Oh my god, you guys, I need your help with
des I mean my kitchen and this thing makes like
I don't know what this is and she turns on
the garbagees. It's so scary. I don't know what it is.
Can somebody help me with this? Call the garbage disposal,
hun you're here to make decisions for our country. Oh
my god, we're so screwed. But she took again to

(32:51):
her Instagram, which she does often, and rambles on about
absolutely nothing, and she attacks Stephen Miller and now she's
having to back away from it and walk back the
comments that she made, but she said in the video
laugh at them. Stephen Miller is a clown. I've never
seen that guy in real life, but he looks like

(33:12):
he's four foot ten, and he looks like he is
angry about the fact that he's four foot ten, and
he looks like he's mad that he's four foot ten
and that he's taking out the anger on other population,
popular on any other population, possibly laugh at them, laugh

(33:32):
at them. Yes, they are dangerous. One of the most
powerful things that you can do to a or political
movement that is predicted on the puffy, predicated on the
puffery of insecure masculinity. One of the best ways you
can dismantle a movement of insecure men is by making
fun of them. Yeah, no, no, now, what's not because

(33:56):
you will get to a point where you'll piss off
a man where he will fire back at you. And
if there's anybody who has insecure who doesn't have insecure masculinity,
it's Stephen Miller. He has that masculinity that you're afraid
of AOC and the Democrats are afraid of.

Speaker 14 (34:14):
Because oh my god, it's so manly. I can't believe
he's being so aggressive. He's so angry. Yeah, he's angry.
He's angry because of the mess that your party has
left this nation in and every step that this administration
tries to repair this country, make this country better place,
you idiots have to stand up and fight against it.

(34:35):
And now you come out because you've gotten it again.
The Democrats have nothing, and this is another example of
how they've got nothing.

Speaker 4 (34:43):
AOC can't come out and counter the arguments of Stephen
Miller is making about Memphis. Can't come out and make
the a counter argument about Portland, can't make a counter
argument about New York City her home. Instead, She's like,
he's far foot ten.

Speaker 5 (34:57):
He's far foot ten.

Speaker 4 (34:59):
I don't know if he really yes, I've never seen
him in life, but he's four foot ten. He's like
four foot ten. It's like, how many more times can
you say that in your statement? But there was a
huge backlash on AOC. On that one were the accusations
of body shaming and a height shaming, which the left
that you ever do that, and they jump on you,

(35:19):
and my god, you can't do that. That's body is
shaming and that's just wrong. Oh yeah, speaking of body shaming.
That hippopotamus, the the one that uh that the the
Democrat National Committee was going to try and get to
go after men and I forgot what her name was,
what is her name?

Speaker 5 (35:36):
Hippo the biggin?

Speaker 4 (35:38):
I mean, I'm talking about like triple chin biggin, the
one that that the the DNC really thought that they
were going to send down there and convince men to
come back to the Democrat Party. They send that hippo
along with a bunch of gay guys out to try
and say, hey, men who left the Democrat Party, you

(36:00):
should come back.

Speaker 5 (36:01):
What a fail that was.

Speaker 4 (36:03):
But now she's decided she's gonna run for Congress in Texas.
Good luck, good luck, It's not gonna happen. All right,
we got to take a quick break. We'll be right back.
This is the Brian Rush Show. Good morning and happy
Wiener Wednesday.

Speaker 5 (36:32):
All right, welcome back to the show.

Speaker 4 (36:34):
It's the Brian Rush Show right here at Florida Mana
Radio and on Rumble and Wimken where we're streaming the
video version soon. You feel the need to torture yourself
with this hot mess and Ricky, you're right, everything in
Texas is bigger. But when you start talking about this girl,
what's her name, like Olivia something. I forget what her
name is. I really do, because I don't care too

(36:54):
much about her, But she is she redefines bigger in Texas.
Like I said of the chat, even Texas looks at
her and goes Daryl. But she is one of these
these ultra liberal She's a lib tard.

Speaker 5 (37:15):
I mean that.

Speaker 4 (37:15):
That's That's the kindest, gentlest way I can put it.
She's just not very bright whatsoever. And I just I
can't wait to watch her try and run for Congress.
It's I mean, this is the person that the Democrats thought,
men we're gonna go flocking to. No, the only the
only way that men would flock to her is because

(37:36):
of the gravity that she pulls, because of the size
of her, and the men can't get away from her.
That would be about it. The Democrats are so out
of touch it's it's it's almost unreal. And then you've
got Jasmine Crockett speaking of Texas, Jasmine Crockett, who's now
out there, and she thinks that the the voters are

(37:58):
are all with the Democrats and the whole shutdown has
backfired on the Republicans. Yesterday, she was on MSNBC's All
In and she claims that the American people are standing
with Democratic lawmakers on the ongoing government shutdown.

Speaker 5 (38:14):
You need to get out of your bubble, you really do, now.

Speaker 4 (38:17):
Yeah, there are some Democrat voters that are standing with
it because they're too dumb to see what's going on,
too dumb to see that the situation with Chuck Schumer,
how he's just trying to save his job, but she said,
I just talked to one of my Republican colleagues about
thirty minutes ago, and I was trying to find out
if we were actually going to go back into session

(38:39):
next week, as my staff is trying to plan what's
going on. But I can tell you we actually discussed
that Marjorie was flipping on this because it seems like
everything that is important this child ain't read the bill
and has no idea of what's going on. I don't

(39:00):
understand why Georgia keeps sending her to DC, but this
is not the first time that she wasn't quite clear
on what the damage it was that her party was
ushering in. But listen, I will take her seeing the
light at any point in time. She continues on, saying
that I think that the Democrats again are on the

(39:20):
right side of history. Every single time the Republicans have
tried to in some way get rid of the Affordable
Care Act or Obamacare or the marketplace, it is really
backfired in the most bipartisan way. And so now the
American people are paying attention and they understand why this
standoff is taking place. And it's pretty confident that the
American people are standing with the Democrats as it relates

(39:43):
to is what it is that we're fighting for in
this moment. And by the way, it's not about the healthcare.
The health care is not what shut the government down.
What shut the government down was the one point five
trillion dollars in additional spending that the Democrats wanted to do.
When the Republican said, hey, did you not see the

(40:04):
Doze reports? Did you not see the polling of all Americans,
including Democrats, who said, wow, damn, we need to stop
spending so much money on stuff. And I think it's
funny to see a Democrat try and slam on a
Republican for not reading the bill and then want to
talk about the Affordable Care Act, you know, the bill

(40:25):
that we had to pass it to find out what's
in it, you know, other than going, hey, before we
vote on this eight billion page bill, can we sit
down and read it first?

Speaker 15 (40:35):
Oh?

Speaker 4 (40:36):
No, we have to vote on it, vote yes for it,
then we can read it. Okay, I got it. But
the polling is showing that the American people are not
with the Democrats on this shutdown. And again, their narrative
that they keep making is that it is all about healthcare,
and sure there is an argument in there about making

(40:56):
sure that illegals are not getting healthcare, emphasizing on that
again health care, not health insurance, health care because there
is no way that they're supposed to be able to
get the health care because it's illegal, and plenty of
Democrats have come out and said it. However, those did

(41:17):
find that there's about a million and a half illegals
that were on Medicaid. So how is it that you
can find a one point five million illegals on Medicaid
yet they're not supposed to be there because it's illegal.
Things that just make you go hmm sometimes right, just

(41:39):
sad and pathetic watching these the Democrats justify things. And again,
the American people are fed up. They are tired with
the expensive things, they are tired of government spending money.
And now they're trying to scare you into joining their
side by talking about healthcare. You know what, my private
employer has not said a one word to me about

(42:00):
my healthcare being cut. Most of Americans are fine, Let's
focus on what we really need to be focusing on.
Let's focus on healthcare, get it to be cheaper, focus
on that stuff. Just stop lying to us because every
time you lie, you're getting busted on it. All right,
we gotta take a break for the top of the

(42:21):
hour here, don't for we get coming up an hour
number three. Congressman Neil Dudd is going to be joining
us along with Senator Rick Scott. We've got a lot
to talk about when it comes to the shutdown as well.
Hey God, we will be right back. Good morning. This
is the Bride Ross Show.

Speaker 1 (42:40):
Brian most name, you know the brand.

Speaker 2 (42:46):
Limb up the airways in this one.

Speaker 1 (42:52):
Melting snowfas. We're the fiery head talking truth.

Speaker 3 (42:57):
You can't always stand fast.

Speaker 1 (43:05):
Show from coast to coast. Got the facts, but it
ain't no boast.

Speaker 2 (43:10):
Can't give up the change and give it a toast
to the man who roast the most.

Speaker 1 (43:15):
Knock it off.

Speaker 3 (43:16):
It's rust on me, hurting ryle like care of scenes,
the command of don't free frame in the top shot
Silver Street, the first words that sparked the plane.

Speaker 2 (43:37):
Nothing never stays the same, breaking down walls of shame.
Ryan rust is here, the claim voices, rise of thing,
and so on through the sensor to the court. All
exicians keep the score for Brian's battling in this war,
knock it Off, it's rust on me hurting ryle chair scene.

Speaker 1 (44:02):
Did you mind?

Speaker 3 (44:02):
Don't don't free freeing in the social silver streets.

Speaker 5 (44:15):
All right, welcome back to our number two of the show.

Speaker 4 (44:18):
Good Morning, Happy Wien or Wednesday, Great day to go,
Get you to a hot dog or whatever.

Speaker 5 (44:24):
Coming up in the next hour of the show.

Speaker 4 (44:26):
In the hour number three, we do have Congressman Neil
Dunn from Florida's CD two along with Senator Rick Scott.
We're gonna be joining us. We got we got a
bunch of questions, we got them all roll up, ready
to go. It's gonna be good times.

Speaker 5 (44:39):
We do have.

Speaker 4 (44:41):
By the way, Neil Dun's actually gonna be in the
in the Knockodoff studio. First time we've actually had a
guest inside the knock It Off studio. So that'll be
a treat, uh. And then Rick Scott will be joining
us after that. Uh, A lot to talk about, got
a lot of stuff here to chat. We'll talk with
him about shutdowns and more. You know something else that's

(45:01):
kind of disturbing. I don't know if anybody follows Russell
Brand and I've I've actually had the opportunity to get
to know Russell Brand. He lives not too far from me,
and great guy, I mean, really a great guy. We've
had some great in depth conversations and he did a

(45:22):
video the other day because he normally does his daily podcast,
which has been phenomenal. And ever since then Charlie Kirk shooting,
he's he's been a little bit different. And he made
a video the other day that that basically just said
he's he's going to step back from things. He's going
to reevaluate a lot of things, and he's going to
stop doing his stuff for a little while. And it's

(45:44):
sad that that we're getting to a point where a
voice is like that, that a great voice like Russell Brand,
who I mean, I gotta admit this because back when
Russell Brand was the comedian doing the actor things, the
last thing that I would think of that he would
be remotely a conservative. But not only is he on

(46:08):
the conservative side, but he also has really really become
very religious and uh and a great guy, great father too,
I mean, his his three little uh, his three little
munchkins are the most adorable little kids and he is
such a great dad to them, and and that it

(46:29):
pains me to see somebody who has done so much
have to step back because of everything that's going on,
and it it really sucks to see that. And I
hope that uh Russell has a very short hiatus and
that he gets back into it really soon. And yeah,
d boy, you're right, he's changed a lot since becoming

(46:51):
a Christian, and he really has.

Speaker 5 (46:53):
I mean, I've I've spent a lot of time.

Speaker 4 (46:54):
With him and you know, I've flown with him, and yeah,
he's he's a great guy.

Speaker 1 (47:03):
You know.

Speaker 4 (47:03):
I know he's going through some troubles with some things
over the UK. Hopefully that all gets settled out and everything,
but great family man and he loves this country and
you know, that's That's the other thing for me that
I find disturbing is that when you get somebody from
another country who has come to America, who you know,

(47:24):
with following his American dream, because obviously he did what
he did in the UK, but he know grew even
more by coming here to America following that dream doing
so well, you know, and and for him to have
so much love for the country that he lives in,
the country that has adopted him, and of course here
in the freedom state of Florida, where he also now lives.

(47:48):
We've adopted him, We've accepted him, and for him to
have so much love for the nation, But you get
people that are born and raised here and they have
zero appreciation for the the nation.

Speaker 5 (48:02):
Of what's going on. Yeah, Cat Turn, I love him too.

Speaker 4 (48:06):
Cat Turn being another one that has been an incredible
voice that has been out there. And I would love
to actually meet Cat Turn. I really would. I know
that he's in this area as well. You know, you'd
be surprised who's actually in this area, you really would.
But there are so many fighters for America that are
here and who would have thought And again we kind

(48:28):
of reflect back on the Hanging Chad, the disaster of Florida,
all the Florida Man stories. Who would have thought that
it would have been the state of Florida that is
now the compass of the best direction to go for
the nation. We've got the president from here, We've got
a great governor from here.

Speaker 7 (48:49):
We have.

Speaker 5 (48:51):
Our ag which she's stepped up.

Speaker 4 (48:55):
I'm gonna give Pambonni credit on that. I've criticized her
a lot, but man, she stepped up the past couple
of days we'll see what else. But you see all
of the other great fighters for America that are here
in Florida. It's it's kind of an awesome thing. But
then you see the sadness that is going on in
places like New York City where New York City there
mayoral election is coming up in November, so we're less

(49:18):
than a month away from the election there, which I
think at this point, I think it's pretty solid to
say that Zorn Mahmadani is going to be the next
mayor of New York City. And it defies all logic
that anybody would think that he is the ideal person
to be the mayor of New York City. And now

(49:41):
there's some pictures that are coming out and this shouldn't
be a shock to anybody. It'll totally be a shock
for any of those on the left, but it's not
for us. Where he has he has been seen with
a guy from Uganda, who with a Ugandan politician who
wants to basically jail Gaze for life. Now I'm pretty

(50:08):
certain I could be wrong on this. I thought I've
seen something about it, but I'm pretty sure that the
left really truly does support gay rights. And I'm pretty sure,
and now correct me if I'm wrong on this, because
it may have just been you know, the Fox News
that I saw, and you know, if it's Fox News.

(50:28):
But I'm pretty sure that the left is not big
fans of throwing gay people off of buildings. I don't
think that the left is very big on locking up
gay people because of who they love. I'm pretty sure
that they have like a lot of support for the
gay community. I mean, I could be wrong, could be wrong,

(50:50):
but I'm pretty certain. I think I've seen a thing
or two that shows this. And yet here's no run
Mama Donnie who comes from a family with a background
with a lot of Muslims, he is Muslim. Well, it
depends on the video that you watch. I mean, one
video will be and then the next one he embraces
the culture. And we talked about this last week and

(51:12):
I forgot that the actual word for it, but there's
a word for it where you are allowed to lie
as a Muslim as long as you are doing it
in the purpose of spreading Islam. Which we played a

(51:33):
video of somebody that was pointing this out and they
were talking about all the things that zoraon Mahmadani does
and says and wants to do and supports that is
against the Islamic religion, and are things that he shouldn't
be saying, he shouldn't be doing, Otherwise he should be outcast,

(51:54):
and yet he does it. And when he says these things,
you have the idiot leftist that go, oh my god,
Zarah Mama Donnie is so awesome. Really, why don't you
find out how he really truly feels about the gay population.
Why don't you find out how he really truly feels
about the transgenders, how he feels about Christians? Do you

(52:19):
really think that this guy is the best guy for
New York City. They're gonna learn. They're gonna learn the
hard way that zorroon Mama Donnie, who calls himself a
Democrat socialist, but he's really a communist. He is an
Islamic communist, is what he is. And all of the

(52:43):
things that he wants to do for New York City
are bad ideas that have failure written all over them,
with a trail of history of failure. It's not one
of these things where I've got this great idea, I
got a great idea, let's do this. It's gonna make
life better because everything that he has presented to make
New York City a better place, we can go.

Speaker 5 (53:05):
Hang on a second.

Speaker 4 (53:05):
Oh, let's see, we've got one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten.
There's a lot more examples of how that doesn't doesn't work.
We're going to do government run grocery stores. Okay, Kansas City,
how'd that work out for you? Oh, it's running in

(53:28):
the red there's no food on there, and some of
the food that is there is rotting. Why Oh, because
the government doesn't know how to run a grocery store.
Oh oh, well, isn't that something? Mama Donna? Is so
bad for New York City? And it amazes me, it
absolutely amazes me to watch how the people of New

(53:52):
York City are thinking, this guy's going to be the thing.

Speaker 5 (53:57):
Free buses.

Speaker 4 (53:58):
We're going to do free buses for everybody, all right,
Who's going to pay for the buses? Because there are
examples of other towns that have done the free busses
for everybody? And the buses are falling apart. They have
homeless people that are sleeping on there, the drivers aren't
getting paid enough, buses breakdown, buses are late, and why,
because there's no money to operate them. Sure, subsidize it

(54:22):
to a degree where you make it as cheap as
you possibly can, but you can't make it free because
somebody's got to pay for all this stuff. You've got
to pay for the maintenance, pay for the cleaning, pay
for the drivers, you got to pay for the insurance.
There's a lot you have to pay for. But again,
the the socialist communist Mamadanni, just like so many of

(54:44):
these other idiots, which I don't think he's that much
of an idiot. He knows he's just lying in order
to get this position so that he can destroy the city.
But it's gonna cost about seven hundred million dollars a
year just for the free buses alone. Where are you
gonna get the money in New York? And of course

(55:05):
nobody in New York City is asking that question. And
then why is it that this guy is the potentially
the one who's going to win? And the reason for
that is because the Republican Party has not put up
a good candidate. They put zero effort whatsoever into trying
to to take New York City, to win New York
City back and again win it back. New York City

(55:28):
used to be run by some Republicans, Brittany Giorliani for one,
But ever since the Democrats have run New York City,
it has turned into a hellhole. And where's the Republican
Party to point it out? Nobody there. So many of
the wealthy have left. They've left the city, took their

(55:49):
millions with them, and they've gone to Texas and Florida
and other places so that they don't have to be there,
and nobody sees it. It's disturbing to watch how fast
New York City is just it's just followed apart. And
then you've got New York Chicago, Chicago, and you got

(56:11):
that idiot Brandon Johnson, the mayor there, and he is
now calling for the arrest of ICE officers. Oh Brand
didn't be careful what you wish for. On Monday, we
talked about this that he had signed the executive order
that created the ICE free Zones, which essentially bans all
the federal agents from using any city owned properties for

(56:33):
any of the staging for their immigration enforcement.

Speaker 5 (56:36):
Or what they called the raids.

Speaker 4 (56:39):
And of course this comes as President Trump suggested that
the anti ICE actions by Chicago's leader are aken to
the insurrection against the federal government, which then the left
goes off and they slam on Donald Trump because, oh
my god, he's calling it an insurrection. It's not an insurrection. Really,

(57:00):
way more of an insurrection than January sixth was. When
you are actively going after the federal government. You're not
going up to protest, You're not going up there to say, hey, Congress,
listen to us. And then you have some of the
rigged Capitol police people that start throwing flash bangs in
there and get the crowd riled up. And then huh,
who's that guy that's breaking into the Cabo building. It

(57:20):
doesn't look like a MAGA supporter.

Speaker 10 (57:22):
Hmmm.

Speaker 4 (57:23):
Oh wait, there's somebody that's going up to him to
help join. Oh why is he pushing him on and
acting like it's bad? Oh, probably because he's a cop.
That was That was not an insurrection. What happened to
January sixth? What's going on in places like Chicago are
But the mayor is now claiming that the violation of
his orders are a crime and for those who break

(57:44):
those rules should be charged. He said, it's a crime.
Here's the thing. Anyone commits that crime should be charged.
I mean, isn't that the basic rule of what they say,
you know, when they refer to as the law and order,
very careful they're Brandon, because violating federal law and attacking

(58:06):
federal officers is a crime punishable by being arrested.

Speaker 5 (58:15):
Just saying, throwing that out there.

Speaker 4 (58:21):
But again, the left, they have the ability to violate crimes,
pick and choose what it is that they want to
adhere to. But when it comes to a Republican, all
the Republicans got to pay for it. Telling you, one
of the greatest things going to happen right now is
that Homeland Security decides we've had it with people like

(58:42):
Brandon Johnson and go arrest him for breaking the law
and committing crimes and say, hey, sorry, mister Mayor. But
here's you saying, hmm, it's a crime. Here's the thing.
Anyone who commits a crime should be charged. Put your
hands behind your back. You're coming with us. We got

(59:04):
to take a quick break. We'll be it back. They say,
he's got good jeans. I'm just glad he's wearing pants.

Speaker 5 (59:26):
This is the Brian Rusk Show.

Speaker 4 (59:29):
Well you think I am.

Speaker 5 (59:32):
Now I had to put on some pants today.

Speaker 4 (59:34):
Because Congressman Done is coming to the knogodof studios. So
the last thing that I could be doing is sitting
here in the studio with the Congressman without my pants on.
That would not look good in so many different ways,
not to mention the stories that people would start saying
I had to wear pants today. Anyhow, welcome back to
the show. Thanks so much for waking up with us.

(59:55):
We do appreciate it. So Adam Shift today yesterday said
that tomorrow being today. But when tomorrow's today was tomorrow,
when it was yesterday before the day, when it came
out of damn it, It's like my inner Kamala Harris
just came out. He came out and said that tomorrow,
I along with Senator Tim Kaine, I can't believe that
guy's still around. We'll be forcing a vote to block

(01:00:16):
President Trump's use of armed forces to conduct strikes against
vessels in the Caribbean Sea. Congress has not authorized these strikes.
They're illegal and risk dragging America into another war with
who seriously with who, Who's Who's gonna Who's gonna start

(01:00:38):
a war with America Colombia? Will it be one of
the Central American countries like Venezuela. Is Venezuela gonna Oh, Venezuela.

Speaker 5 (01:00:50):
They've got their military.

Speaker 4 (01:00:51):
Have you seen them all? Yeah, the ragtag people that
they they hauled out of a field somewhere and said, hey,
here's a gun.

Speaker 5 (01:00:58):
Looked tough.

Speaker 4 (01:01:01):
We could send one hundred marines in there and just
say have fun and it would be over by noon.
Send those marines in and just ask the one question,
what do you guys want for lunch? You want some pizza?
We'll order pizza to box of grans for you. You're ready,
all right, drop them off, Let's go. Who's gonna have
Who's gonna start a war against us? Russia can't do it,

(01:01:23):
they can't afford it right now, China's looking at something else,
not to mention hard for them.

Speaker 5 (01:01:27):
Who's gonna start the war?

Speaker 4 (01:01:31):
And what's going on again is that Donald Trump in
the administration is going after one of the problems that
we have in this country, and that is the fence
and all thing and the illegals that are coming in.
What would they rather us do? Would they rather us
just helicopter down and pull up with a speed boatologue
side of them and tell them, hey, guys, we just

(01:01:54):
we gotta let you know that you can't come to
the country and oh my god, are those drugs that
you're bringing. Oh, we can't have those because drugs are bad. Okay,
Sometimes you have to be a man, and Adam, I
understand that that is a concept for you that completely
escapes you, to be a real man, to man up

(01:02:15):
and to actually do something to get people to realize, oh,
I shouldn't do that, and you don't do it by
becoming a sissy.

Speaker 5 (01:02:24):
Oh please don't come here with those drugs.

Speaker 4 (01:02:29):
But then again, remember that there has been the reports
about how the cartel has actually come out and said this.
The cartels have actually come out and said that we
have paid off some people in Congress for their support.
Adam just curious. I would buy any chance to be

(01:02:52):
one of them? Would you? Would you be one of
those people? Tim Kaine? What about you?

Speaker 5 (01:02:57):
How you doing?

Speaker 4 (01:02:58):
Are you one of those people as well?

Speaker 5 (01:03:00):
I mean, Adam Shift is such in the up and up.

Speaker 4 (01:03:01):
I mean, look he uh, you know he bought that nice, big,
beautiful house in Maryland, and then you know he's got
his one bedroom studio apartment thing back in the place
where he's supposed to be from, uh, where he represents
his people. I mean, he's an outstanding person. But go
ahead and force the force that block because one, it's
not illegal. It's not illegal what Donald Trump is doing

(01:03:26):
and it's been proven already multiple times. And he's not
gonna drag America into another war. I mean, really, who's
gonna do it? Do you really think that Venezuela can
stand up against America? Do you think Columbia, Well, Columbia,
maybe we'll stop doing the coffee and then you can't
catch your coffee.

Speaker 5 (01:03:46):
Well, to be honest with you.

Speaker 4 (01:03:47):
There's only uh, there's only one of the coffees that
are a knock it off coffee that actually comes from Colombia.
The rest of the beans are sourced from other places.
I'm okay with it. If they don't want to sell
us coffee beans and sell us whatever it else, that's fine. Whatever.

Speaker 5 (01:04:05):
But who's going to really start a war against this
over this?

Speaker 4 (01:04:09):
And again, it's amazing to watch how when we on
the right try to stand up for America, when we
tried to protect America, what do we get. We get
the pushback from the Democrats. We get the pushback from
the Democrats going Oh my god, why are you being
so mean to the bad guys. You have to be

(01:04:30):
nice to the bad guys. Their mommy and daddy didn't
hug them enough when they were children. Maybe we should
give them hugs. Yeah, hug them with a fifty cow,
hug them with a jade.

Speaker 14 (01:04:43):
Am.

Speaker 4 (01:04:45):
I do want to know what they're hitting them with, though,
I really do, just out of curiosity. They probably have
said it, but I'm just curious what they're what they're
actually hitting those boats with it? What are we on
number like five or something? Five or six? And they
still have them learning their lesson? So I mean, I
guess we could also give them a little bit of
props for their tenacity, the fact that you know, we're

(01:05:06):
blowing them out of the water. Actually we're blowing them
off the face of the earth. I mean, to be
honest with you, it is overkilled. I'm okay with it,
but the way that they're taking out those boats is
one overkill doesn't need to be that bad.

Speaker 5 (01:05:23):
But we're doing it.

Speaker 4 (01:05:25):
We're not going in with you know, a fifty cal
and scraping the boat and sinking it and maybe popping
the guys off and let them drown.

Speaker 7 (01:05:33):
In the water.

Speaker 4 (01:05:34):
Know, we're like erasing them from history. One moment you're
there and the next thing gone. I'm alright with it,
but again I don't get why they haven't learned their lesson,
because at some point you got to be like, no,
I'm not getting on that boat.

Speaker 7 (01:05:53):
Now.

Speaker 4 (01:05:53):
Have you seen what happened everybody else? Now, I'm not
getting on that boat. Not happening. But then again, in
some of those countries, it's not much of an option.
Sometimes they tell you you're getting on the boat, and you
have to get on the boat. We got to take
a break for our bottom of the hour. Coming up
here just second if you get coming up at the
top of the hour, we do have Congressman Neil Done
going to be joining us, and then we also have

(01:06:15):
Senator Rick Scott will be joining us. And the next
hour as well, we're going to talk about some of
the shutdown stuff, some of the ideas that are out there,
what the news is, the latest is, so we'll be
talking about that. Come a hell file missiles. Huh, all right,
I'll take it either way. I like it. Poof and
they're gone. We'll be right back. Good morning. This is
the Brian Rush Show. All right, welcome back to the

(01:06:52):
Brian Rush Show. Happy ween or Wednesday, and we're talking
about hot dogs.

Speaker 5 (01:06:56):
By the way, I don't know what do you think? Hell,
welcome to the show.

Speaker 7 (01:07:00):
Do appreciate you.

Speaker 5 (01:07:01):
Mark over there in the UK. Good morning, good midday
to you.

Speaker 4 (01:07:05):
How you doing. Let's say you can't go wrong with
Yorkshire tea, strong and sweet to start your dang. You
know what, I'm gonna give you a break just because
you're British. For me, it's got to be the knocking
off coffee, the whiskey barrel aged blend. That's what we're
doing today. Hmm, a little bit too much of it today, actually,

(01:07:28):
I do have to admit to that.

Speaker 5 (01:07:29):
And hell, welcome back to the show.

Speaker 4 (01:07:31):
And thanks so much for waking up with us here
on the Florida Manda Radio Network and of course also
worldwide on Rumble and Wimkin dot com and on our
on the podcast as well. Can we go over some
quick numbers? Quick numbers. I I read through some of
the stats yesterday and again this is uh, this is

(01:07:51):
why I love this audience. This audience has grown so
much over the years. I remember when we we first
started off doing this show Uh. Back when the the
the O of the radio station that we were on
in Pedama City, the old owner of the station, when
he begged me to come in and do a show,
and I'm like, ah, I don't really have the time. Okay,

(01:08:12):
he begged me enough to the point I just gave
in because we've been friends for years, and I said,
all right, let's do it, and I started doing the
Saturday morning show and from there the amount that the
show has grown to a worldwide audience. So just to
give me an idea right now, in the past two weeks,
top five countries listening to the show.

Speaker 5 (01:08:30):
Obviously, the United States.

Speaker 4 (01:08:32):
Is number one, State of Florida is number one within
the United States. But in addition to that, the UK
rolling in at number two, So hello to everybody in
the UK and London specifically, huge number of people that
are listening to the show in the London, Thank you
so much for listening.

Speaker 5 (01:08:52):
We do appreciate it.

Speaker 4 (01:08:53):
Also Australia coming in at number three, Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney,
the top three that are listening over there. Thank you.
Also down in Brazil, Brazil rolling in at number four.
Right now in Canada, routing out that top five with
a lot of people there in Canada, specifically in Ontario,

(01:09:14):
a lot of Ontario listening. But then when we look
at some of the big cities, some that actually are
a little bit shocking New York City, New York City,
huge audience that we have in New York City, So
thank you for listening in New York City. Also thank
you for listening out on Long Island as well. There's
a lot of people that are listening there at Atlanta.

(01:09:35):
Another big area that is listening to the show, Houston, Sacramento,
and LA. By the way, how many of those are
actually kind of liberal cities London, New York, Atlanta, Houston, Sacramento, La.
So thank you to all of the proud patriots that
are living in liberal hell.

Speaker 5 (01:09:57):
For tuning in and listening.

Speaker 4 (01:09:58):
And maybe if you are one of the Liberals that
are tuning in listening or Democrats that are listening, hopefully
we can convince you that that your leaders are wrong
and that uh, that there's a better way to do
what you are doing. Just saying, but again, thank you
so much for for helping grow this audience. It's it's
been a fantastic ride, uh to see how many people

(01:10:19):
we we have listening to the show, and I can
tell you based on the numbers that I have seen,
it's pretty high. So thank you.

Speaker 5 (01:10:29):
Uh, don't forget.

Speaker 4 (01:10:29):
By the way, you can always head over to the
Brianrustshow dot com. If you miss the show you want
to share a show, you could do that with the
the podcast, and of course if you're on Rumble or
whimp it or even the podcast. By the way, make sure,
and again I hate saying it this way because it
sounds so stupid, hit the like button on the on
on the feed because if you do that, it helps
with the algorithm so that it it grows to show

(01:10:52):
more people.

Speaker 5 (01:10:53):
So just just saying we do appreciate it.

Speaker 4 (01:10:57):
Uh, Mark, what's that whiskey and tea whiskey and tea
whiskey and coffee whiskey and a glass whiskey and a bottle.

Speaker 5 (01:11:04):
Yeah, I agree with you on that one. That's good.
How did we get into the coffee talk over there?

Speaker 4 (01:11:09):
By the way, it's like the Wimken chat today has
turned into to coffee.

Speaker 5 (01:11:15):
Chat, which I'm okay with that. Coffee time is good?

Speaker 4 (01:11:19):
All right? What else we gotta going on coming on
top of the hour Congressman Neil Donn gonna be joining us.
We're going to talk about some of the some of
the shutdown stuff and more. We always have a great
conversation when he and I get together. Sometimes we get
into a little bit of trouble, but that's okay, it's
all good. In the meantime, here's some new statistics that

(01:11:41):
kind of well, this goes against the narrative for some
of our friends on the left, and that is the
fact that armed citizens have stopped far more active shooters
than the FBI has told us in the past. This
according to a new report that is coming out. According
to the new report, which has been a decade long

(01:12:03):
review by the Crime Prevention Research Center, and it says
that armed citizens have stopped active shooters at least ten
times more than often reflected in commonly cited federal tallies,
and arguing that the defensive actions by private individuals are
significantly undercounted in official and media summaries. Well, of course

(01:12:25):
it is. It it is because of the fact that, well,
that goes against the narrative. And you don't want guns
to be out on the streets because you know, good
guy with a gun that destroys the narrative, you don't
want that happening. But in an update that was released
this week, it shared and shared it with the of
the Washington Secrets. The center had reported that good Samaritans

(01:12:49):
halted thirty six to sixty two percent of active shooting
your incidents from twenty fourteen to twenty twenty four compared
with the three point seven percent in the Federal Bureau
Investigation's published report. That's a huge difference. And the Center
for the Crime Prevention Research Center also attributed the gap

(01:13:11):
to a dysfunction of limits and classification choices in the
federal data. And remember, under the Biden administration, the way
that they actually report a lot of the crime statistics
has changed. It has changed dramatically, and with that change,
you're not seeing the accurate statistics of crime. It's just

(01:13:34):
not there. And of course this also destroys the narrative.
When you can say that thirty six to sixty two
percent of active shooter incidents have been stopped in some way,
halted by a good Samaritan with a gun. When we
turn around and say, okay, let's protect our schools and
let's make sure that we have armed guards at the schools,

(01:13:57):
Oh no, you can't do that.

Speaker 1 (01:14:00):
That doesn't work.

Speaker 4 (01:14:02):
A good guy with a gun doesn't work. Well, then
how is it that we're getting sixty two percent of
active shooters situations stopped by a good guy with a gun. See,
this is the thing about a lot of these statistics
is that it all based upon how they report it,
how they collect the data, and then how they filter

(01:14:23):
out the data to give you the statistics. Because remember
that they'll tell us over and over again about how
the gun crime is the worst in the world and
gun deaths are horrible and oh my god, it's so bad.
I mean, if you're living in Chicago, yeah, you definitely
feel that. But the majority of the gun incidents that happen,
which they clump all these in there, but the majority

(01:14:44):
of the things that happened with guns is suicide.

Speaker 5 (01:14:48):
It's suicide.

Speaker 4 (01:14:49):
It's not mass shootings, it's not armed robberies, not homicides
in any way.

Speaker 5 (01:14:55):
It's suicide.

Speaker 4 (01:14:57):
And it's almost kind of a joke for a while,
But it's not joke, and it's not funny that hands
and feet and hammers, hands, feet and hammers far exceed
the number of violent deaths in America than guns. Do,
and yet the left continued to give us this narrative.

(01:15:19):
And now that we see an independent group coming out
and saying, hey, you know all that stuff the FBI
has been saying wrong, It's like, why do they have
to continually hide this stuff from us? But it's just
sad to watch how the how the left continually do this,
and how the government lies to us as much as

(01:15:40):
they actually do. And as a matter of fact, there's
also another report out now talking about how Joe Biden's
team had blocked the CIA from distributing a report on
Hunter Biden's Ukraine business dealings. Remember there's nothing to see here,
everything's fine, you're good, But the report has now raised
concerns about the double state on the foreign corruption and

(01:16:02):
the VP's office and requested to block an extremely rare
and unusual so when he was the VP, he was
getting the CIA to block the report on Hunter Biden, which,
by the way, I do have a question about Hunter Biden.
How is he broke? I mean, how much cocaine are
you doing? How many hookers are you doing to become

(01:16:26):
as broke as you are with all the millions that
you have had, How is that even possible? How are
you becoming broke? I just I simply don't get it.
I really don't get it. It's it to me. It's
kind of amazing, it really is. But the Vice President
at the time, Joe Biden and his team and intervened

(01:16:46):
back in February twenty sixteen to prevent the CIA from
basically sending out this intelligent report to the policymakers about
the perceptions that senior Ukraine officials held about his son's
business dealings. According to some new classified memos, they lied

(01:17:07):
to us, repeatedly lied to us, over and over again.
And and it seems like every time we turn around,
we're finding another situation of the lies that are coming
out and watching the people that cover for it too,
watch all those people that cover for it. It's it's
it's pretty sad. So another lie that we're getting and

(01:17:27):
we're going to talk about it a little bit more
coming up in a little bit with the Congressman and
with the Senator. And that is the the reason for
our our shutdown. And one of the things that's now
happened that Hikeem Jeffreys team of Obama, who looks good
in that sombrero. Okay, he has now rejected a one
year extension of the Obamacare subsidies, which has been reported

(01:17:51):
that the Democrats essentially shut the government down. Over the
Hill also reported that while Representative Jen Kiggins, Republican for Virginia,
is advocating for the legislation that would extend Enhanced Affordable
Care Act tax credit until the end of twenty twenty six,
Hakim criticized the Republicans for thinking Democrats are going to

(01:18:14):
go along with a one year extension of the Affordable
Care Act subsidies. Now, I remember some of these subsidies
are the things that were actually taking care of the
illegals healthcare, not their insurance, but the health care.

Speaker 5 (01:18:28):
So just something to keep in mind.

Speaker 4 (01:18:31):
So now, Jeffries said that he has other ideas, saying
that the one year extension is a non starter, and
that he emphasized that President Trump and the Republicans have
adopted a permanent extension of the tax credits to the
country's wealthiest people earlier in the year, and with that
in mind, he's demanding a similar permanent extension of the
Enhanced ACA subsidies, which overwhelmingly help the working class people,

(01:18:56):
which it doesn't. It doesn't at all Jeffries Telly reporters.
He said that what world are these maga extremists living
in right now to think that the Democrats are going
to go along with a one year extension for a
group of people, meaning the Republicans who are permanently extended
massive tax breaks for their billionaire donors. Well, it came

(01:19:16):
if you had any understanding of things like, first and foremost,
how the ACA does not help the middle class. As
a matter of fact, it hurts them. If you've ever
been on it like I have, you know it is
not affordable at all, and it is expensive. But then
there is a reason for the tax breaks to the
billionaires and the millionaires who run businesses, grow businesses. There's

(01:19:39):
a reason for that, and you just simply don't understand it,
because once again you're just too stupid to figure out
how to do anything. But Breitbart News has also explained
how the Democrats shut down of the government over the
looming expiration of the Enhanced Affordable Credit Care Credit Acts,
or the Obamacare subsidies, and they said that these subsidies

(01:20:00):
were first enhanced through the Biden era with a one
point nine trillion dollar coronavirus stimulus Plan formerly known as
the American Rescue Plan, and the Democrats continue those subsidies
through the so called Inflation Reduction Act, which I didn't
that thing. We won't give me get into that right now,
and then the enhanced subsidies will then expire on December
thirty first. And while the Democrats argue that the loss

(01:20:23):
of enhanced subsidies will result in the widespread loss of
Americans healthcare, first off, it's not widespread because there's not
that many people that are on ACA. The Michael Cannon,
who's the director of the Health Policies for the Cato Institute,
explained that the enhanced subsidies subsidized people making from one
hundred and twenty nine thousand all the way up to

(01:20:45):
six hundred thousand dollars a year. Canon describes them as
Obamacare subsidies for the wealthy. Oh, isn't that interesting how
the coin flips on that? All right, coming up after
the top of the hour, we do have Congressman Neil
Donne is going to be joining us in the studio.
We're going to talk with him about some of the
government shutdown things and so much more. But first we

(01:21:05):
got to take another quick break we'll be right back.
This is the Brian Rust Show. Good morning, making.

Speaker 13 (01:21:14):
Libels cry, one happy show at a time. This is
the Brian Rust Show.

Speaker 4 (01:21:22):
All right, welcome back to the Brian Rush Show here
at the Florida Man Radio Network, of course, also streaming
on rumbleandwimkin dot com. You know, we're supposed to have
coming up after the top of the hour, Congressman Neil
Dunn joining us in the studio. But you know what,
because of the fact that he showed up a little early,
I'm gonna talk to you a little bit earlier because
mostly I also ran out of things to talk about

(01:21:43):
it in this hour.

Speaker 10 (01:21:44):
So hik you mn, that's great. You know what they
used to say, you you know, if you're not earlier
or late.

Speaker 4 (01:21:51):
Right, I've always subscribed to that. But by the way,
welcome to the Knockodoff Studio. You're the first person to
actually come into the studio.

Speaker 10 (01:21:58):
Wow, I'm I'm ladder and I'm impressed by the way
with the studio.

Speaker 4 (01:22:02):
It looks it's an upgrade from the old studio one
A that we used to do over there out on
the beach.

Speaker 10 (01:22:07):
And you got a shave too, so you look great.

Speaker 4 (01:22:10):
Kind of. I shaved yesterday and there's a little bit
of growth. Before I go to work later, I gotta
I gotta touch up on that. So how you been
so you frustrated? Yeah?

Speaker 10 (01:22:21):
Uh, you know the shutdown, it shouldn't have happened. It
needn't have happened. The House, you know, did its work
past past the continuing resolution to keep us open so
we could continue to negotiate, and Schumer changed is com
and just decided now shutdowns. Makes this so when he's

(01:22:44):
been fighting against her for twenty years.

Speaker 4 (01:22:46):
Yeah, yeah, it's Chuck Schumer too. Hang on, I just
got I gotta remember, don't get myself in trouble. Yeah,
the whole Schumer shutdown. And that's that's really truly what
it is. I mean, it's a it's a Shumer shutdown,
and I don't care what he says. And it seems
like he's really kind of trying to protect his own,
his own, his own people, in his own, his own tail,

(01:23:08):
because she seems to really be wanting to go for
that Senate seat.

Speaker 10 (01:23:12):
Now, yeah, it's kind of amazing that she could uh
rise that high, so, you know, with with such a
thin resume.

Speaker 4 (01:23:23):
Yeah, that's probably the only thing that that's a little thin,
but yeah, it's it's it's really sad to see what's
going on. And we got so much to talk about
when it comes to uh, the shutdown, and and there's
some things that I want to go into coming up
in a little bit after the top of the hour,
But let's talk about this because Speaker Johnson pretty much
had canceled everything for the week.

Speaker 10 (01:23:44):
Is that right? Yeah, he didn't want he didn't want
us melting around town raising a ruckus.

Speaker 4 (01:23:52):
Yeah, that that's that's probably a good idea. I mean,
there's probably a whole bunch of other things that you
guys could have been working on. But people get fresh.

Speaker 10 (01:24:00):
You don't. You're hanging around washing and you're not voting,
it's easy to start talking to the press and saying
sometimes silly things.

Speaker 4 (01:24:09):
So do you how many continued resolutions do you think
we're gonna get? Because continuing resolutions, because we see that
it seems to be a thing every.

Speaker 10 (01:24:18):
Year A great question. I don't know how many I've
voted for, how many of have happened last nine years?
I've been there nine years now. Uh, but it's it's
far more than we ever wanted. We thought a continuing
resolution was the worst thing that could happen. Shutdowns worse.

Speaker 4 (01:24:33):
Yeah, I mean there is some some big negativity on
the shutdown, and and I see it from people all
the time where they'll be like, oh, just shut the
government down.

Speaker 5 (01:24:42):
It's not that big of a deal.

Speaker 10 (01:24:43):
You know, people think they're going to save money with
the government shutdown. It doesn't that absolutely is wrong. We
always that's the most expensive optioning because restarting this thing
is very expensive. And uh and uh so that's why
you hear President Trump and Russ fott oh and be
talking about laying people off to try to help pay

(01:25:05):
for the added expense of the shutdown. And by the way,
we're engaged in wars all over the world right now,
cold wars and hot wars, and being shut down is
not is not the way of the military Jesus posture
to engage in it.

Speaker 4 (01:25:25):
Yeah, yeah, you're right. And when it comes to some
of the expenses, let's talk about that a little bit,
because some people don't quite understand how the government is
it's costing money. I mean I saw the numbers, and
it's like hundreds of millions of dollars a day that
it's costing us to be shut down, and people don't
realize it because there's a lot of people that are
just they're not working, but they're still gonna get paid

(01:25:47):
even though they weren't working. There's some that won't, but
you have to back pay, and then there's they're getting everything.
It's definitely not a good thing for the American people.
But it doesn't really harm the government much, does it.
I mean, well, I it's certainly other costs money employees.

Speaker 10 (01:26:04):
I mean, my staff won't get paid until we open
back up. We believe this will be finished by sign
the next paid eight rills around next week. I've I've
requested the financial Administrator of the House not pay me
until we open back up. Oddly enough, the members of

(01:26:28):
Congress can get paid if they elect to get paid,
but I elected not to. Uh so, But it's but
you know, the military is not going to get paid. Now,
that's a real shock. In fact, I was in the
military first time we need to shut down in the eighties,
and when they told us we're not going to get paid,
I went.

Speaker 4 (01:26:45):
What, Yeah, by the way, you're still going to be
showing up for pet in the morning.

Speaker 5 (01:26:49):
You're just not gonna get paid.

Speaker 4 (01:26:51):
And you know that includes like the National Guard, which
you know Trump is right is, you know, sending them
all over the place, these age deployed.

Speaker 10 (01:26:59):
You know, away from home, their families, their head and arm,
and they're not going to get paid. That's kind of amaze.

Speaker 4 (01:27:06):
Yeah, it's it's disturbing to see how that happens and
how many how many members of Congress are actually saying, hey,
don't pay me right now? Are there a lot or
just a handful?

Speaker 10 (01:27:15):
I it's calm, I don't you know, I haven't seen
a number on it, but I mean I certainly I
think we're all encouraged to have our pay with held.

Speaker 4 (01:27:27):
Yeah. I know that there's been a couple of proposals.
There's been one in the House that I've seen. Rick
Scott's now got one coming out to basically say, hey,
if we don't have a budget, we don't get paid.

Speaker 10 (01:27:39):
Well, Rick Rick has always been great about that. Remember
the entire time he was governor of Florida, he didn't
take a set of pay. Yeah, and by the way,
he sold the governor's airplane.

Speaker 4 (01:27:50):
And that's a whole other outrage and argument.

Speaker 5 (01:27:53):
To say the least, I mean, we do actually have to.
I gotta save you for a second. We got to
take a break for our top of the hob.

Speaker 4 (01:27:58):
But when we come back, we're gonna spend you know,
some moret time with you and get into a lot.

Speaker 5 (01:28:01):
Of this stuff.

Speaker 4 (01:28:02):
So hang on one second, we'll be right back. This is
the Brian rush Show. Good morning, Brian.

Speaker 1 (01:28:16):
Russe's name, you know the brand.

Speaker 2 (01:28:22):
Lining up the airways in this one, melting snowface with
the fiery half talking truth.

Speaker 1 (01:28:32):
You can't always stand fast to show from.

Speaker 2 (01:28:41):
Coast to coast, got the facts, but it ain't no boast,
can't get up the change and give it thost to
the man who roasts the most.

Speaker 1 (01:28:50):
Knock it off. It's rush me by, not like care
of scenes. Did you mind?

Speaker 3 (01:28:57):
No, don't free pray in the tsho Silver Street, the.

Speaker 1 (01:29:09):
Souch Florence that sparked the plane.

Speaker 2 (01:29:12):
Nothing never stays the same, breaking down laws of shame.

Speaker 3 (01:29:18):
Ryan lust is here, the claim voices rhyse of thing
and so true, the sensor to the core all Xiians
cheap the score for Brian's battling in this war. Knocking
off its russo me Bunny Ryla care Saine, did you mind,
don't don't free free in the social Silver Street.

Speaker 4 (01:29:51):
All right, Welcome back to the Brian Rushio here in
Florida Man Radio Network and streaming at Rumbleandwimkin dot com,
and of course still in our studio with US Congressman
Neil Dunn from Florida CD two. Congressman, thanks so much
for hanging out with this a little bit more.

Speaker 10 (01:30:05):
We always a pleasure.

Speaker 4 (01:30:06):
We got some wait till we get into this next
conversation talking about some money in the budget. I got
to know this because the Democrats have said that they
want they wanted like another was it one point five
trillion dollars spending? I don't know if you have seen this.
Senator Kennedy had gone over some things that he found.
I did, and I love Senator Kennedy, and I want

(01:30:28):
to go over some of these things because they're kind
of it's one of these things where you just go
di hell. First off, one of the items on there
is the three million dollars on circumcisions and vissectomies. Uh
in in in in Zambia.

Speaker 10 (01:30:44):
What yeah, right, I mean, so we're talking about medical
care for Americans and then circumcisions as Amba you know
this is this is not should not really rise to
a priority level. I mean, you know, this is crazy.
There's a lot of nutty things in there.

Speaker 5 (01:31:02):
There really is.

Speaker 4 (01:31:03):
And you know, one of the other ones I want
to bring up on the screen too, five hundred thousand
dollars for electric buses in Rwanda where they gonna plug
the man well, I mean they'll they'll put the solar
panels because it's the desert out there so perfect, so
you know, you'll have to have the subsidies for the
solar panels as well, exactly. Not American made. You gotta
go Chinese with that because that's the only way. The

(01:31:25):
other one and this one kills me. And it's the
three point six million dollars for pastry cooking classes and
dancing uh focus groups for male prostitutes in Haiti.

Speaker 10 (01:31:37):
So you know, when when Trump was upset at USA
I D, these are the kind of items line items
he's looking at. And I see, you know us A
I D. There is a function for us D ID,
or at least there was, but did. But but you know,
bitching classes for male prostitutes is not on the no
and the fact that that's what the kind of things.

(01:31:59):
They were fun. It's beyond belief.

Speaker 4 (01:32:03):
Yeah, it really is. It's it's it's amazing to see that.
And and then there was there was so much more too.
There was one of my other favorite ones is this
one here these six million dollars for media organizations for Palestinians.

Speaker 10 (01:32:18):
That you know, again, is this this is not the
business United States go. We have we have hospitals and
things that need money here in America. Rural hospitals especially
are actually kind of on the rack this week, and uh,
you know they've been utterly forgotten by the Democrats. Add
on building we really they actually peeled they wanted to

(01:32:38):
peel the money out for hospitals fifty billion dollars over
ten years and they are peeling that out. That's just ridiculous.

Speaker 4 (01:32:46):
Yeah, yeah, it is, I mean, and then there was
there was so many other things that were on this list, which,
by the way, Kennedy also pointed out that these are
the things that the Republicans took out that the Democrats
wanted in, like three hundred thousand dollars for a pride
parade in I don't even know how to pronounce it,
the country Lesso or leslo i.

Speaker 5 (01:33:06):
Don't know Lesotho, never heard of it. Where the hell
is that?

Speaker 4 (01:33:09):
I mean, does anybody even know where this place is?
I mean I should have googled it to find out
where it is. I have no idea.

Speaker 5 (01:33:14):
I don't know why. First off, what the hell kind
of a parade?

Speaker 4 (01:33:16):
Do you do it? For three hundred thousand dollars?

Speaker 5 (01:33:18):
That's a hell of a parade.

Speaker 10 (01:33:19):
Well, it's a lot of money in Lesotho.

Speaker 5 (01:33:22):
Yeah, yeah, I mean, dang.

Speaker 4 (01:33:25):
The other one that I loved is the eight hundred
and thirty three thousand dollars for transgender people in Nepal Paul.

Speaker 10 (01:33:32):
Yeah, because they have so many.

Speaker 4 (01:33:35):
Yeah, I mean that's again, eight hundred and thirty three
thousand dollars there is that's big money.

Speaker 10 (01:33:40):
You know, that would make a major grant in my district.
You know if I if I they gave me eight
hundred thousand dollars to spend somehow in my district, you know,
that would be a that would be a pr moment.

Speaker 5 (01:33:54):
Oh yeah, it would be fantastic.

Speaker 4 (01:33:56):
I mean think about this though, I mean eight hundred
thousand dollars, and if you were to do just ten
thousand dollars grants to small businesses. Yeah, I mean, how
many small businesses could be benefit on that, And I.

Speaker 10 (01:34:07):
Mean every American should be bad about that.

Speaker 4 (01:34:10):
Yeah, we really should. I mean, and it continues getting worse.
You know, the eight hundred and eighty two thousand dollars
for social media mentorships in Serbia.

Speaker 10 (01:34:19):
As opposed to Panama City.

Speaker 4 (01:34:21):
Right, I mean, look, I've seen some people that done
some social media stuff that could probably use some of
those mentorship.

Speaker 10 (01:34:26):
Serbia, by the way, is one of the worst behave
countries in the.

Speaker 5 (01:34:29):
Balkans, right, Yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:34:31):
And then speaking of the Balkans, let's hit the last
one that Senator Kenny pointed out, and it was four
point two million dollars for the LGBTQ plus in the
Western Balkans and Uganda four point two million.

Speaker 5 (01:34:43):
What are they giving them?

Speaker 10 (01:34:45):
Yeah, it takes your breath away. Of course in Uganda
they would typically if you admit that you're LGBTQU whatever,
throw off a building. Yeah, they still needed death.

Speaker 4 (01:34:56):
Yeah, so it's it's.

Speaker 5 (01:34:58):
Amazing money there, I don't Yeah, yeah, well.

Speaker 4 (01:35:02):
I mean if they're if they're not there, then they
don't need the money, so they can use the money
for something else.

Speaker 5 (01:35:06):
I guess is one way of looking at it.

Speaker 4 (01:35:08):
But just that list that we did was nineteen million
dollars and they want one point five trillion more. I
can only imagine. I mean, I can't even begin to
imagine what other crap they've got listed in there.

Speaker 10 (01:35:20):
It's bad, you know, let's just just say, and a
lot of it is pure waste for odd abuse. I mean,
you have to start out by saying illegal aliens, people
who just you know, cross the borders of New America
illegally automatically deserve healthcare. Yeah, even though Americans are struggling

(01:35:41):
to pay for it, right. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:35:43):
Anybody who's ever been on the the ACA or has
ever had ongoing medical issues, which I have, so I
speak from experience, the ACA is not affordable. I mean,
in two months time period, I spent four thousand dollars
on healthcare.

Speaker 10 (01:35:57):
So wait until you get to be my age. You know.
One of the best things Congress ever did was put
themselves on the ACA. So my staff can get regular
federal results insurance. But me personally, I have to take
the ACA and it is the worst insurance in my life,
the most expensive, and I mean I'm I'm out of

(01:36:18):
pocket easily seventy eighty grand a year.

Speaker 4 (01:36:20):
That's ridiculous, and how can how can they expect, you know,
especially elderly people that are living on a limited income,
to be able to afford something like that.

Speaker 10 (01:36:30):
It's it's beyond stupid.

Speaker 4 (01:36:33):
Yeah, beyond that's That's probably the friendliest, nicest way of
putting it, because I got a few other words that
I'll avoid using just because I'm going to try and
keep it family friendly and clean.

Speaker 5 (01:36:45):
But yeah, it's just let me ask this.

Speaker 4 (01:36:48):
We've all seen the Doze Reports. Do you guys in
Congress did you ever like get a like a hard
copy or a PDF copy of the Doze Reports so
that you can see all the waste in abuse or
did you guys have to see it like we did
in the media.

Speaker 10 (01:37:02):
Well, unfortunately, I live it day to day, so I
get it like trips and TRAbs, and you know there's
this like like what Chinese water torch are? You never
goes away? But but and I've never seen a complete list.
I dare say nobody's ever seen a complete list of
all the waste its abuse.

Speaker 4 (01:37:21):
I don't I don't think we have enough time in
the country's history to be able to put on all together.
But I mean the dose website, the x account, it's
all there. And what amazes me is that these Democrats,
after seeing the polling that shows how many Americans and
I say Americans, not Republicans, Americans, Independence, Democrats, Republicans, all
everybody is saying, wow, we need to control this, and

(01:37:44):
yet the Democrats go, screw it, let's add another one
point five trillion.

Speaker 10 (01:37:47):
You're like, hello, it's amazing to me. Those is not
their favorite subject, by the way. Really, when they do
just mentioned, they say bad things about it, but they're
vaguely bad. They don't ever, you know, notice the fact
that the doge actually saved us a lot of money.
You know, we did something amazing with One Big Beautiful Bill.
And next time I come to Washington, I show you.

(01:38:10):
I've got a copy of the One Big Beautiful Bill
on my on my coffee table in my office. And
that's the title of it. I mean, it really says
right across the top of one big Beautiful Basic. But
it's uh, you know, they just can't engage on that subject.

Speaker 4 (01:38:29):
Yeah, yeah, they're having a hard time with that one.

Speaker 10 (01:38:31):
We saved a lot of money for the American tax
pass and we the first time ever, we decreased what's
called the mandatory side of the budget. So there's parts
of the budget that we actually negotiate. Twenty percent of it,
seventy five percent of it we don't ever talk about
because it's on automatic escalation and it's you know, taking Medicare, Medicaid,

(01:38:53):
Social Security. These they don't ever get negotiat. Is just automatic.
For the first time ever in history, we actually invaded that.
It decreased the lease fraud of bees only in Medicaid,
which I was proud of because that opens the door.
Now we know what they call nondiscretionary side of the

(01:39:16):
budget is actually dicastionary.

Speaker 4 (01:39:18):
Right, And that was kind of the big lie too
that we're getting from the Democrats on a regular basis
when it comes to the cutting Americans healthcare, because the
reports were showing about how with Medicaid and Social Security
and stuff that we had about one point five million
illegals that we're getting it, which at least at least
we know, which is odd because.

Speaker 10 (01:39:41):
Most of them who've already committed crimes in this country.

Speaker 4 (01:39:44):
Yeah, and even Speaker Johnson right here, this is his
actual expost that he did last night, or Chuck Schumer did,
Speaker Johnson is outright lying and giving undocumented immigrants health
insurance through ACA or medicaid in medicare. Not one federal
dollar has been spent for this. It's already illegal. Well then, Chuck,

(01:40:04):
you why did they get it? Why were they on it?

Speaker 10 (01:40:07):
I promise you they were getty. And the only people
who are fighting against this is in factor Yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:40:15):
Yeah, And it's just it's sad to watch. But you know,
the money that has been pulled from that, you know,
because again there's one point five ish million people and
then another handful of million that were able bodied workers,
right which basically, in Layman's term, lazy asses that should
get up and go get a job.

Speaker 10 (01:40:35):
We think there are four million of those four million
young men and women who don't have any in dependence,
old or young, and they're not imployed, and they're not
trying to be employed. They're not volunteering anywhere, they're not
getting into education anywhere, you know, but they're drawing Social
Security and Medicaid. Yeah, but this is just a.

Speaker 4 (01:40:57):
Git me yeah, and it's not fair to those that
that really truly need it. And and you know, there's
a lot of Americans right now that that you know,
go through things, whether it be something like I went
through with kidney transplants or liver transplants, or cancers or
other things where they have to And I've seen so
many stories of this with with people who literally have

(01:41:18):
to work still a full time job while trying to
fight cancer and going through chemo and everything else.

Speaker 5 (01:41:24):
But you get these.

Speaker 10 (01:41:24):
Lazy guys home playing video games. Yeah, yeah, the benefits
you need.

Speaker 4 (01:41:30):
Yeah, yeah, it's it's it's horrible that that's that way.
And then that the Democrats don't find a problem with that.

Speaker 10 (01:41:37):
Yeah, well it doesn't make you know, obviously, there's different
sides to America. We need to speak to our education
system too.

Speaker 4 (01:41:49):
How much time we got We don't have enough time
to get into the education system. It's it's such a mess.
But we're talking with the Congressman Neil Donne from Florida
CD two. Uh, And I gotta ask this because you know,
obviously the Florida Man Radio is is scattered throughout Florida,
but two of the big areas that that that we
are on is obviously here in the Bay County area,
and we got Tindall Air Force Base. Uh, and then
we've got to the west of us in the destined

(01:42:11):
Fort Walton Beach area where we have Egglin and Hurlbert, Pensacola,
we've got you know, the whiting Field and then the
NAS so there's a lot of areas. And then all
the way out to Jacksonville, we've got some of the
Jacksonville stuff too. How is the shutdown affecting like Eggland
and Tindall, but more specifically Tindall because we're doing the

(01:42:31):
rebuild of Tindall. How is the shutdown affecting that if
at all?

Speaker 10 (01:42:35):
Well, so it affects the active duty chiefs because next
week their duty get paid. You know, they were paid
just before got into the shutdown. Now next week it'll
be two weeks. There's a whole bunch of people expecting
get paycheck and and that that's paidful with your active duty.
Say I was on when that happened. It was kind
of shocking, But Uh, the rebuild itself on tendle of

(01:43:02):
flatter myself. I rather cleverly funded all five years of
that at once, So that money out the door, appropriated
and ready.

Speaker 4 (01:43:12):
To go good. So we won't see much of a slowdown.
With Tindall because that thing is in uh, it's in
full motion, and it's uh, it's really truly moved.

Speaker 10 (01:43:20):
Time to be a civilian, Brian, right that that it
is time to be active duty.

Speaker 4 (01:43:27):
Yeah, because you're getting paid right now, which is at
least one thing. How much long do you think this
is going to last? The shutdown? I mean, and it's
all in the hands of the Senate at this point.
It's it's out of your guys. Yeah, it's out of
our hand. I mean, the houset it is.

Speaker 10 (01:43:40):
We we've we've uh so, I mean, this is completely
under the control of Chuck Schimer. Uh. We were predicting
at the front end of this one week because we
didn't think he'd ever want to invade a federal payday
to the military paydays twice a month, so we thought
one week is plenty. You made your points, you know,
you've strutted around in public, Let's get back to work.

(01:44:04):
I still think that's the most logical intelligence, whether or
not get logic or intelligence. Let's just you know, buckle
up and see.

Speaker 4 (01:44:14):
Well, you can't put the word Chuck Schumer in intelligence
in the same sentence because it's kind of an oxymoron
in more ways than one, and moron on that one.

Speaker 10 (01:44:23):
You know, the funny thing is he's not stupid.

Speaker 4 (01:44:25):
No, he's not.

Speaker 10 (01:44:26):
Over the years, and you know he was utterly opposed
to shutdowns for the first twenty years he was in
the Centate. What I don't know what change, I tell you,
I do know what changed this summer AOC. That's right.

Speaker 5 (01:44:39):
Yeah, that's a scary thought.

Speaker 4 (01:44:41):
I mean I never would Bartender, I know, I never
thought that I would say this, But Chuck Schumer needs
to to button up a little bit because the last
thing that this country needs is for him to lose
his seat to AOC.

Speaker 10 (01:44:54):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:44:55):
That wow.

Speaker 10 (01:44:56):
I mean I think that's scary, isn't it. You know,
how could you get any worse? Right, But you can get.

Speaker 4 (01:45:02):
Worse, Jasmine Crockett could get it. You know that that
that would be that would be just that much worse.
We're talking with the Congressman, Neil Done, the congressman for
Florida CD two. We got to take a quick break.
We're gonna keep you on for just a little bit longer.
We'll dive into a couple more things here. We got
to take a quick break. We'll be right back. This
is the Bride Rush Show. All right, welcome back to

(01:45:34):
the Bride Rush Show here on a Wiener Wednesday.

Speaker 5 (01:45:36):
Today is Wiener Wednesday.

Speaker 4 (01:45:38):
By the way, Congressman, as in hot dogs. Just just
make sure we clarify that everybody knows it's it's all
about the hot dogs today. That came from my warped audience.
They decided that it was a great day that we
need to have it because we have Taco Tuesday and uh,
you know Red Fridays, and we needed something for Wednesday.
So yeah, you know what I'm ready for is a

(01:45:59):
Tom's Dog. I haven't had Tom's dog in a while. Yeah, yeah,
so I have had one since they've been in their
old location. So I gotta maybe today for lunch. Sounds
like a really good idea head over there for that.

Speaker 10 (01:46:10):
Not far from my house.

Speaker 4 (01:46:11):
Yeah, well, thanks for hanging around for us a little
bit longer and it coming to the Knockodoff studio. You know,
one of the things I want to talk about, which
is kind of a dangerous thing about what's going on
in the world. We've seen the conflicts that are happening
around the world between Russia and Ukraine, which is something
you've been very involved with with your NATO stuff.

Speaker 10 (01:46:30):
I'm supposed to be a NATO tomorrow, by the way,
but the government shut down, it looks like it'll be
a zoom call.

Speaker 5 (01:46:37):
Yeah, well that might be a safer way of doing it.

Speaker 4 (01:46:39):
I don't know.

Speaker 5 (01:46:40):
But there's still a lot going on with that.

Speaker 4 (01:46:42):
You know, we're seeing the situation going on with with
Hamas and Israel, yesterday being the two year anniversary of
that conflict. Still working out the piece deal on that.

Speaker 10 (01:46:52):
Yeah, terrible, there's still holding hosts.

Speaker 4 (01:46:54):
It's yeah, it's it's it's just not a good situation
over there. And then there's there's so many other conf
like that are going on around around the world. And
we've talked about this before about how this has got
a lot of parallels to what we've seen before World
War Two, And we were just talking about this off
the air too, about it's kind of scary.

Speaker 10 (01:47:12):
It is very scary in fact, if you live, if
you actually take a deep dive into the world nineteen
thirty nine, nineteen forty just before America actually got dragged
into World War Two, and dragged is the right term.
I think we were late showing up for that one
we were late in World War One too, by the way. Yeah,
but if you look at the world and you look
at the various hotspots around the world, it's the same.

(01:47:36):
You can change a couple of names, change Japan to China. Okay,
then you've got the whole Indo pack. So right up,
I mean that explains everything. And then you've got you know,
India fighting Pakistan and China, and you've got the Middle
East is the Middle East. It is just hotter now
than it has been a long time.

Speaker 4 (01:47:56):
In South America, Yeah, there's a lot of South America too.

Speaker 10 (01:47:58):
I'll forget a lot of South America was aligned with
Nazi Chermany, not America.

Speaker 4 (01:48:04):
Yeah, yeah, very much so in the in the Argentina area,
and and Brazil, Mexico and Brazil's got a lot of
problems going on to we we by the way, we've
got a huge audience in Brazil. Brazil landed in in
our top five countries listening to the show in the
past couple of weeks.

Speaker 10 (01:48:22):
So they what do you think the new UH Prime
minister there, Millie or President?

Speaker 4 (01:48:27):
I guess he's down in Argentina? Is that the one?

Speaker 5 (01:48:30):
I am the crazy Trump guy?

Speaker 4 (01:48:33):
Yeah, he's uh, he's a character. But you know, I
mean he he did show some things about how you
can make some cuts and and and it was a
short period of time that he took the country from
negative and positive.

Speaker 10 (01:48:45):
Uh you know, yeah, it was unbelievable.

Speaker 4 (01:48:48):
You know, what maybe Trump needs to do is he
needs to do exactly what uh what what the crazy
pants did when he got elected? When he went up
to the whiteboard? Did you see that? That was the
greatest thing I think I've ever seen a leader do.
He goes up and he's got like all the cabinet
members up on a whiteboard, and he walks up and
he's like, he reads it off in Spanish, he's like
a fan and he tears it off and goes up
to the next one and reads it off and goes

(01:49:09):
a fanna and tears it off and like basically said,
you're firing all these people. I mean, he just didn't care.

Speaker 10 (01:49:14):
Well, you know, fis does seem to be taking a
bit of a page.

Speaker 4 (01:49:20):
And he can do it now. Yeah. But you know,
in addition to some of the conflicts that we have
going on around the world, we have conflicts going on
here in America. And this is This is a scary
thing too, because you know, we have you know, Brandon Johnson,
that dip weed up there in Chicago saying that, you know,
we're gonna have a civil war and all this other stuff,

(01:49:40):
which I can tell you now you don't want that.

Speaker 10 (01:49:42):
Yeah, it's it's nutty. So you know, obviously the mayors
of these large cities or they don't want the appearance
that they needed to help, but they need to help.
They're not doing a good job. I mean, look at
he's materially less safe now than it was when I
was studying there. Yeah, forty five years ago.

Speaker 4 (01:50:01):
Over this past weekend, fifty shootings. I think it was
seven fatalities. The weekend before that it was on six
fatalities in like twenty five shootings in one city.

Speaker 10 (01:50:12):
And by the way, Washington, I lived through the National
Guard coming there, and it's settled down.

Speaker 4 (01:50:20):
That's what everybody says. And you know, as much of
a social media nerd as I am, and I'm on
social media way too much, you know, I was watching
a lot of liberals that live in DC that say,
I hate Donald Trump. I don't like Donald Trump, can't
stand Donald Trump. But dang, look what he did to Washington,
d C.

Speaker 10 (01:50:37):
And I hear that in Washington. I bet you do
from Democrats. Yeah, hear that, you know, like, yeah, well,
at least I can walk my dog now.

Speaker 7 (01:50:44):
You know.

Speaker 4 (01:50:45):
Yeah, yeah, without the fear of anything. But then you
still see.

Speaker 10 (01:50:48):
That you're much less likely to get carjacked. Yeah, we
used to be the carjacking capital of the world.

Speaker 5 (01:50:54):
I thought it was.

Speaker 4 (01:50:55):
Well, I think when you break down the statistics, it
was the carjacking capital of the world, or at least
you know one, or top two or three or somewhere
in that area. Yeah, Washington, D C. Of all popes.

Speaker 10 (01:51:06):
I tell my staff I have to have regular meetings
with my staff at Washington, he said, young people or
twenties and thirties, and say, get in your car, lock
your door before you get to before you put the
key in the ignition, locked the damn door, and don't
you know. And we tell them how to drive and
leave space so they can swerve off. And I mean
they have to, because I've had at least two members

(01:51:28):
of my staff mugged in the last year. Dang.

Speaker 4 (01:51:31):
Yeah, And and and that's not an unusual story. I
mean we we hear it from the news media and
so many other things too. Uh, that doesn't surprise me
at all that has happened.

Speaker 10 (01:51:39):
That's it' that's astounding how dangerous it is. Yeah, and
now it's settled out.

Speaker 4 (01:51:44):
Yeah, and and hopefully now we can get Chicago, New York,
which with Mam and Donnie that's going to be that's
a whole other hour of conversation. And then you know
Memphis and some of these other cities. And by the way,
they're all blue cities. And I've pointed this out that
you look at what Donald Trump is doing. Trump is
going to save blue cities. He's doing more for blue
cities than he is red cities.

Speaker 10 (01:52:06):
And the blue cities are grateful. The mayors and the
politicians feeling like stuck pigs that they are.

Speaker 5 (01:52:14):
It's pretty bad.

Speaker 4 (01:52:15):
Congressman Neil Dunn, I always love having our conversations with you.
Hopefully you're going to get back to work here really soon,
like maybe Monday, hopefully fingers crossed.

Speaker 10 (01:52:26):
I was hoping for Friday.

Speaker 4 (01:52:27):
But Friday would work too, or maybe even Thursday, or
maybe you can get a phone call this afternoon.

Speaker 10 (01:52:32):
Hey, get back to dcursdays marginally possible. We're supposed to
have forty eight hours notice to get back. Okay, so
I think Friday is probably the most likely reasonable.

Speaker 4 (01:52:43):
Yeah, but we probably plan on Tuesday next week.

Speaker 10 (01:52:46):
Yeah, you're bringing me down here, Bruce. I'm sorry an
upbeat note.

Speaker 4 (01:52:51):
I'm sorry, upbeat note. I got nothing today. I got
there's too much negative going on and and too much
difficult other than the fact that it is Wiener Wednesday,
and and we're gonna go get some hot dogs later on,
I think is what it is. But again, Congressman Neil Done,
thanks so much for coming in. It's it's good to
see you man.

Speaker 10 (01:53:09):
Thank you for having me.

Speaker 4 (01:53:11):
Absolutely, we got to take a quick break. We'll be
right back. This is the Brian Rush Show. All right,
Welcome back to the Brian Rush Show.

Speaker 5 (01:53:26):
Happy Wiener Wednesday.

Speaker 4 (01:53:28):
Yes, it is hot dogs we're talking about.

Speaker 5 (01:53:30):
Get your head out to gutter.

Speaker 4 (01:53:31):
Big thanks to Congressman Neil Done for coming on.

Speaker 5 (01:53:34):
Chad Wills for a little while.

Speaker 4 (01:53:35):
It's been a while since we've had him on the show.
Some good talk, obviously. The shutdown still continuing. Will it
end soon? Look, my money is on probably not until
next week. That that's where my money is gonna be down.
But the amazing amount of money that is being wasted
by our government, the things that the Democrats want, the

(01:53:56):
Chuck Schumer and the lies. It's just over and over again.
It really is just it's too much. Coming up in
just a little bit, Senator Rick Scott is going to
be joining us. We're going to talk with him about
a lot of great things, including him in the new bill,
the new Act that he has proposed, and that is
the No Budget, No Pay Act. And we also found

(01:54:16):
out from Congressman Done about the fact that and I
was unsure about this, so I'm glad that he kind
of clarified it for a little bit. I don't know
if anybody caught it, the fact that the members of
Congress can in fact turned down their pay.

Speaker 5 (01:54:31):
Like I was in one hundred percent sure.

Speaker 4 (01:54:34):
About whether or not it can be done that way,
because I've heard a couple of things like they would
still have to be paid, but they would have to
return the pay kind of like Donald Trump how he
does it. But apparently they can actually the request please
don't pay me, which is I think is an honorable
thing for everybody in Congress to do that, especially with
the shutdown. But now I just wonder how many people

(01:54:56):
in the in in Congress, both the Senate and the House,
that have said, hey, until we get back up and
run it, don't pay me. I think that's a good question.
Uh it should should Should they not get paid? And
my response to that is, yeah, they shouldn't get paid
if you're gonna shut things down to the point where

(01:55:20):
you know, other people are not getting paid. And granted,
when it comes to the government, size of our government,
the size of the government needs to be reduced. There's
no two ways about it. It absolutely needs to be reduced.
We need to get rid of a lot of the
the unnecessary baggage that is there. And I'm sorry for
some of those people, but gonna have to just go
into the private sector h and do things the way
the rest of us do it. Our government has gotten

(01:55:42):
too big, it's too bloated. And again, I want to know,
and I'm and I'm afraid to be honest with you,
to dive into the one point five trillion dollars in
additional spending, additional spending that the Democrats want to do.
I mean, if with the twenty million dollars that we
have covered with those things there, that alone, what I

(01:56:03):
think about that, and that's such a small fraction that
it's such a small fraction it's not even worth mentioning
compared to the one point five trillion dollars that they
want to spend money on. And again, we've all seen
the reports from DOGE, we've seen the website, we've seen
the posts that they would make, and we've heard Donald Trump,
we've heard Elon Musk talk about it. With all of

(01:56:25):
the billions of dollars that are spent, we've seen what
the American people are saying when it comes to this,
that we don't want this, we don't want to be
spending any of that, we want less spending, we want
more of our money kept to us, we want our
debt taken care of. And yet the Democrats still continue
on moving forward as if it's not a big deal.

(01:56:46):
Let's just spend another one point five trillion, what's the
big deal? They just they seem to have no concept
whatsoever of what is going on in the world, and
that money should not be blown through like they do it.
And again, then twenty million dollars that we pointed out,
not a dime of that goes to American people. And

(01:57:10):
like the Congressan pointed out, when what I said, what
was it? The three hundred thousand? What was the number?
Three hundred thousand dollars for the parade? The three hundred
k for a parade, a pride parade in uh less
out or whatever the hell of the place is, someplace
in I guess in the in the Baltics. Never heard
of the country, to be perfectly lounged, I don't even
know how to say it, but we're gonna give them
three hundred thousand.

Speaker 5 (01:57:30):
Dollars to do a pride parade. And three hundred thousand dollars.

Speaker 4 (01:57:36):
In that area is way more money than it is
here in America. I could tell you, as a small
business person myself, because I own knock it off media,
I could use five or ten thousand dollars and I
could put that into great use and do some great
stuff with it that would benefit Americans. But we're gonna

(01:57:59):
give three hundred thousand dollars to do a parade to
hell kind of a parade is that? And again, you
look at the other things like the eight hundred and
thirty three thousand dollars for transgender people into Paul. You
look at at the Western Baltics and Uganda four point
two million dollars for LGBTQ stuff. These are places that

(01:58:21):
they don't like people like that. These are places where
you are an outcast, you're not liked, and you're gonna
spend four point two million dollars there, And the equivalent
of four point two million dollars is a lot in
the place like that. The things that you and I
could do with four point two million or three hundred

(01:58:41):
thousand or ten thousand, twenty thousand, you can start a
small business with that amount of money. And instead the
Democrats they want to give this to other countries like
they deserve it more than we do. And that is
not the case. And we've got to let the uh,
the Democrats in Washington know that we've had it, that

(01:59:03):
we don't want this anymore, and to knock it off.
It's not like the reports haven't been out there. They've
been out there. These are the billions of dollars that
you're spending. What's that Dems finance addiction and political influence. Yeah,
that's that's kind of what they do. They do that
a lot as well. And there is a lot of

(01:59:25):
money laundering that's going on and I think the Democrats
are afraid that somebody's going to find out who's been
getting the money. I mean, we've discovered all the waste
in the freeze and the fraud and everything. Now we
need to go after the people, and it is time
for people to pay the consequences for their actions. No if,
ans or butts about it. That it's just all got

(01:59:46):
to change because we can't continue going down this road.
We really can't. We can't survive. And the fact that
you know the world is turning into the situation that
is turning into with conflict and war and everywhere, it's
not good. It's not good what we are dealing with
at all. All right, coming up in just a couple
of minutes, we do have a Senator Rick Scott is

(02:00:07):
gonna be joining us. We're gonna talk with him again
about his no Budget, No Pay Act, plus some of
the foreign manufacturing drug things. That's another thing that he's on,
and of course the shutdown, because at this point the
shutdown is in the hands of the Democrats and in
the House or the Senate. I'm sorry, So we're gonna
find out what the latest is with that as well.

(02:00:27):
First though, we got to take another quick break before
we get him on, so that way we don't have
to take a break later.

Speaker 5 (02:00:31):
We will be right back. This is the Brian Rust Show.

Speaker 4 (02:00:34):
Good morning and happy Wiener Wednesday. All right, welcome back
to the Brian Rush Show here at Florida Man Radio
and of course streaming on Rumble and Wimkin. Want to
welcome back to the show. Senator Rick Scott is joining us. Senator,

(02:00:56):
Good morning, and welcome back to the show.

Speaker 15 (02:00:59):
Good min I other is getting perfect in the Panhandle.

Speaker 5 (02:01:02):
You know what it's.

Speaker 4 (02:01:02):
It's actually it's in it's bipolar stage right now where
it's this morning it'll be a beautiful seventy two degrees
and then by this afternoon it'll be ninety two degrees
and one hundred and twenty percent humidity.

Speaker 5 (02:01:13):
So we're in that bipolar stage.

Speaker 4 (02:01:15):
But it's it's nice because we are getting a bit
of a taste that fall, so morning kind of enjoying that,
which is better than the environment that you're dealing with
right now up in Washington, DC, which I think at
this point we know has not been pleasant. The shutdown continues.
You've got a few ideas on this, and I want
to start out before we dive into the shutdown. You're

(02:01:37):
you're supporting the No Budget, No Pay Act, which basically
would make it so that you guys don't get paid.

Speaker 5 (02:01:44):
Tell us about that. What's going on with that act?

Speaker 7 (02:01:47):
Well?

Speaker 15 (02:01:47):
I filed the bill when I first got up here
because I'm a business guy. Guess what in business? If
I don't open up my restaurant. My first business was
a doing the shop. If I didn't open up, do
you know how many people just wrote it, walked up
and said, oh, here's some money. No, they don't do that.
If if people decide they don't want to come to work,
do you think most of employers pay them? No, except

(02:02:08):
for the federal government. So so so Chuck Schumer has
decided we're going to shut down government. But guess what,
Senators get paid. So I've had a bill since I
got a fear that I've had. I think I've had
gotten the vote on twice, not one Democrats ever voted for.
But don't pass a budget, you don't get paid. It's
pretty simple. Pass our budgets.

Speaker 4 (02:02:28):
Yeah, I mean we've had a good one.

Speaker 15 (02:02:31):
So yeah, Emily right, just on Friday, Chuck Schumer will
still get paid. His responsibility responsible for having to shut down.
But guess what his bodyguards, So they're not getting paid. Police,
they're not getting paid military, don't move to get paid
as the next Wednesday. So and then then the other
thing is we help these people, these phutto workers that

(02:02:52):
they're non essential so they don't have to work, but
guess what they get paid. So if you're not essential,
I never had a non essential worker in my private life.

Speaker 4 (02:03:04):
Yeah, I don't even understand that concept. You know, if
we if we have government employees that are non essential,
then why are they there to? Yeah, I mean maybe
this shutdown will be a benefit for all of this
because Donald Trump, I think he's got his Exacto knife
and a leaf blower and ready to go through a

(02:03:25):
lot of this and get rid of what we've got.
But it does make you wonder, and I know a
lot of people say it. It's like, why do we
have all these people if they're non essential? And then
I think there's some people that get clumped into the
non essential that actually are essential, but yeah, don't work. Yeah,
and pay them as well because they're they're going to

(02:03:45):
get their back pay later on, which is a mess.
So hopefully you'll get a lot of support. Is there
anybody else that's jumping on this with you? I mean
obviously Democrats aren't, but I mean you're getting some Republicans
that are.

Speaker 15 (02:03:54):
Sure. Actually, Moodi's on it's Ron Johnson's ont of Mike Lease.
I've got a lot of people on it.

Speaker 10 (02:04:00):
Now.

Speaker 15 (02:04:00):
The question is to be a co sponsor and vote
further two different things, right, So when it comes up
from vote, you know, and like, it takes sixty votes,
so none of the dimprats is going to vote for it.
So until we start electing people that want to hold
government accountable, that we're not going to get things like
this pass. It's common it's common sense. It's how you

(02:04:21):
don't get paid if you don't show up, right, It's
pretty simple.

Speaker 4 (02:04:24):
Yeah, well, you know what, maybe it's time to start
shaming the Democrats. I mean, they love to use that
towards Republicans, so maybe we should just start calling them
all out and shaming them. You know, it only takes
what if we need seven to be able to get
that pass, So I don't think it'll be too bad.
I mean, look at Chuck Schumer at this point, he's
afraid of AOC, So I mean, if he's afraid of AOC.

Speaker 5 (02:04:44):
We could probably get a few.

Speaker 4 (02:04:45):
That'll be uh, that'll be a little bit shamed. But
there's a lot more that's going on up there in
DC obviously with the shutdown.

Speaker 5 (02:04:52):
You know, how much longer do you think we're going
to see it?

Speaker 15 (02:04:56):
I don't know how we're going to get out of it.
What they're you know, what they I wanted. What they
want to do is they want to add another one
and a half train dollars and spending when we're I mean,
look where aloud you run in two train dollars desks?

Speaker 10 (02:05:09):
Right?

Speaker 15 (02:05:10):
They want to They want you to pay for abortions,
transcender surgery to save money. They want to eliminate all that.
So uh, you know, they just want to they want
to get free healthcare to illegal immigrants. So this is
you know, there's no way. I don't see how you

(02:05:30):
get a deal because where the Democrats requests are so crazy,
How can we Republican even have a negotiation with it?

Speaker 5 (02:05:37):
Yeah, they really are.

Speaker 4 (02:05:38):
And you know one of the things that we went
over with with Congress had done when he was in
here a little while ago.

Speaker 5 (02:05:43):
Uh, and we've talked about it in the show a
few times.

Speaker 4 (02:05:45):
Was the the list of things that Senator Kennedy, which,
by the way, I love that guy. He's one of
those guys I'd love to sit down and have dinner with.
But he went over that list the other day. It
was about twenty million dollars worth of stuff that was
all for foreign countries. And all I kep thinking is
if all of this stuff for twenty million dollars was
going to foreign countries, what else in that one point

(02:06:07):
five trillion dollars do the Democrats want that we're not
giving them right.

Speaker 15 (02:06:14):
It's it's just there's no They don't They don't think
that there should be any accountability. We should just throw
money at everything all over to send it all over
the world. But you know, I don't see how we
get a rid. I don't see how we come out
of the shutdown. I just don't see how we do
it because Republicans are not going to vote to spend

(02:06:36):
the money. Like you know, we're not going to pay
for abortions, We're not going to pay for transient or surgery.
We're not going to throw all this money all over
the world. So this is what the Democrats want, So
I don't see how we get out of this. Yeah,
it takes you know, like you said, takes seven Republican
Democrats to vote with this.

Speaker 4 (02:06:51):
Well maybe if if enough enough pressure and enough shame
gets put on them, maybe you can get that. But
I just hope that the Republicans in the Senate stand
their ground. And I know the idea of continuing the
the shutdown is bad, but we can't give into the
Democrats in their demands because, like you said, we're two
trillion dollars in the deficit already and we don't need

(02:07:12):
to do Why I lest this, yeah, yeah, it's it's
just it's a mess.

Speaker 15 (02:07:17):
Yeah, But I'm going to keep fighting good because.

Speaker 4 (02:07:21):
We need to keep fighting and we need to keep
going with this. But one of the other things that
is a very big thing for you, I know, and
it's a it's a big thing for even Donald Trump.
And it does come to the healthcare which you think
that the Democrats woul jump on board of this too.
You're getting very big on the foreign manufacturer drugs and
you guys have a hearing on this later on today.
Talk to us about the issues that are going on

(02:07:42):
with that.

Speaker 15 (02:07:43):
So Here's here's what people don't realize. Eight percent of
the junior drugs that we take in our country, right,
I made Indian China. Eighty and ninety percent of the
ingredients come out of China. Okay, Number one, they could
shut that off and we have no drugs. That's number one.
Number two, we don't inspect them. We don't inspect them

(02:08:03):
over there. We don't inspect them when they come in here.
You have no idea what you're going to get. There's
a study at the end of the Indian and Universe.
They said, do you have a fifty increased chance of
hospitalization and death if you take a generic drug from
China or India?

Speaker 10 (02:08:15):
Wow?

Speaker 15 (02:08:17):
So we got to stop this. So I've had I
had a hearing about three weeks ago to talk about
the issue. We're having another one today. But we've got
to stop buying generic drugs from China and India. We
got to stop the invents. Everybody, we all as Americans
have to say to ourselves, it's not safe to put
something in your body it's made in China. Yeah, right,

(02:08:40):
it's so, so we are. I'm very appreciab what what
Bobby Candy is doing to try to educate people more
about health and so I'm gonna do I'm gonna do this,
and we're going to get manufacturing of generic drugs back
into this country.

Speaker 4 (02:08:55):
Now good because we need to do that. I mean,
there's a lot of problems when it comes to the
drugs that we have to begin with and our reliance
on them. But the idea of being so reliant on
a place like China, and and considering the reliance that
Americans have on medication, which first off, we do need
to get off of that. Well, if China was to

(02:09:16):
shut us down, I mean just think of the impact
that would have and how we did have.

Speaker 15 (02:09:19):
A few weeks of drugs. Yeah, if they shut it down,
Like think what they've already been shutting down funerals that's important, right,
What about drugs that's pretty unimportant and that we just
have weeks? So we've got to Our military relies on it,
our va bison, so we have This has got to stop.

(02:09:40):
I've been I've been talking to the military since I
got to fear about changing our buying patterns, and I
think it's going to happen now. I think I think
with the new sectary peat headsets, I think it's going
to happen.

Speaker 4 (02:09:51):
Yeah, he's He's done some amazing things. And I actually
I want to hit on that a little bit too.
The Pete hegseth situation with the big meeting that he
had with all the the generals which basically said, uh,
you know, get in shape, fat boy, you're here out.
How How is how is that settling with the with
the Senate?

Speaker 15 (02:10:11):
I think it's great. I mean, you you can't say,
you know, just do as I say, not as I do, right,
You can't.

Speaker 10 (02:10:18):
As a leader.

Speaker 15 (02:10:20):
You've got to lead by example. So all of our
leaders have to be If we want our military to
be in shape, they've got to be in shape. If
we want a military leaders to you know, to do
the right things that people want to follow them, they
kind of do the right thing. And so I think
that's what Pete's talking about. We've got to get ready.
You know, I don't want to go to war. You

(02:10:40):
don't want to go to war. But I want people
to be afraid of our military. So the we just
we you know, we have to we have to have
a strong, lethal military. And that's what Pete's going to do.

Speaker 10 (02:10:53):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (02:10:54):
Absolutely, I think he's doing a fantastic job. And you know,
one of the people that I have given a lot
of criticism to, and and I think that there's been
a fire lit under her butt once Donald Trump uh
posted something that was supposed to be a text message.
We've seen Pam bonding on on the on the Senate
the other day at that hearing light a fire under

(02:11:15):
some people, which was was an amazing response. What do
you think of of of Pam bonding with what she
did the other day.

Speaker 15 (02:11:24):
I think she did a great job. You know, Pam's
a good friend. She was a turn general when I
was governor. We worked well together, and so she's bustner.
But I mean, the problem we have is is the
Department of Justice, the FBI was clearly weaponized against Republicans
and against good servatives. And she is cleaning house as
fast as she can. What they came out that that

(02:11:44):
they surveiled Republican So I mean that it's crazy. I mean,
your government is is surveilling us.

Speaker 10 (02:11:54):
Yeah.

Speaker 15 (02:11:55):
So, but she's going to get you know, she's working
hard to get to the bottom of these things and
get the information out there.

Speaker 5 (02:12:00):
I hope.

Speaker 4 (02:12:01):
So, because I know she's got a monumental task ahead
of her, and I wish you well and I hope
that she does get some serious stuff done. Adam Schiff
posted that him and Senator Kine are going to force
a vote because they mean, of all the important things
that we got going on right now, force a vote
to prevent Trump from using the armed services to stop

(02:12:22):
the vessels in the Caribbean Sea.

Speaker 5 (02:12:24):
How far do you think this is good?

Speaker 15 (02:12:25):
So they like drugs coming in.

Speaker 5 (02:12:26):
Yeah, they like the drugs coming in, but they one.

Speaker 15 (02:12:29):
Hundred and five thousand people died of drug over over
those last year. So do you think that might be
a right to our country?

Speaker 4 (02:12:36):
You think?

Speaker 10 (02:12:37):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (02:12:38):
Yeah, so yeah, we'll see what happens with that. I mean,
as the Democrats go, they they've always got to make
sure that they protect the criminal element and not the
American people.

Speaker 2 (02:12:47):
Know.

Speaker 4 (02:12:47):
It's the most thing I've ever seen.

Speaker 15 (02:12:50):
I know. I guess they're trying to get the criminal vote.

Speaker 4 (02:12:53):
Yeah, yeah, well, you know the criminal vote that they
say we don't have to worry about because they can't vote.
But they seem to be doing an awful lot of
for to try and get that to happen.

Speaker 5 (02:13:02):
The Senator Riskcott. We're running out of time.

Speaker 4 (02:13:04):
We're coming up against our heart break here. Good luck
with all this, the no budget, no Pay Act.

Speaker 15 (02:13:11):
I'm optimistic. We just got to keep working hard every day.

Speaker 4 (02:13:13):
And just got to keep on fighting, which we appreciate
you doing that. You and Ashley Moody representing Florida, and
Florida is taking the lead here in the United States.
So keep up the good work and we'll chat with
you again really soon. Senator Rick Scott, all right, thank
you so absolutely have a fantastic day, and that's it
for us.

Speaker 5 (02:13:31):
We got to get out of here.

Speaker 4 (02:13:32):
Big thanks again to Rick Scott, Big thanks to Congressman
Neil Dunn for coming on time for us to go
get some hot dogs.

Speaker 5 (02:13:38):
It's a wiener Wednesday. We'll see you tomorrow.

Speaker 4 (02:13:40):
Have a fantastic day, see you later. Bye bye,
