Speaker 4 (01:40):
All right, good morning and welcome to the show. Happy Monday,
and happy day number thirty four of the federal government shutdown.
We are one day away from tying the longest government
shutdown that we've had, and also meaning we are two
days away from beating that record, and still no end
insight when it comes to our leftist friends who just

(02:04):
don't want to do things, and you know, I have
I've noticed something that I guess I want to kind
of point out a little bit when it comes to
the shutdown the shutdown first. Uh oh, by the way,
for everybody that is that is watching, I hope you
guys remembered to change your clocks. For those of you
that watch us, you know in other areas where the

(02:26):
daylight saving time doesn't defect, I hope you found the
show on time. I know this is it's gotten me
all kinds of messed up. Which I know that the
whole fall thing where we fall back and we gain
another hour and everybody gets so excited that you gain
a little bit of sleep. I lost more sleep on
Saturday night. I don't know. I don't know what happened.

(02:47):
I did not sleep all that great over the weekend.
And of course this always happens to me on the
one time that you're able to get a little bit
of quote unquote extra sleep, but it just never works
out for me. And maybe we should stop promoting that
it's just something, or at least to stop the whole
daylight savings thing. I'm all for that if we can
just get Congress to approve it and get done with it,

(03:10):
because we the people want it. Congress though, and I
don't want to listen to us, but the shutdown, this
shutdown now, and you're right, leverage, It's all about the
leverage the shutdown. One of the things we have to
point out about this. And I was watching Elon Musk
doing a Joe Rogan podcast and he pointed out a

(03:31):
couple of things that made me think about this a
little bit more. If there is anything that the shutdown
is really starting to show in to highlight right now,
and I think that we should be pointing this out
to everybody. And it may be too late for some
of the areas in this country because tomorrow is election day,
and we have major elections that are going on around

(03:53):
the country, including Minnesota or Minneapolis and New York City
where there's some mayor races going on which are going
to fundamentally change those cities, absolutely fundamentally change those cities
and not in a good way at all. And then
we have a couple of governor's races as well that

(04:14):
also will be decided tomorrow, and it could show with
that as well. But here's something that is being exposed
when it comes to the government shutdown, and that is
how the socialist experiment that the left wants so desperately
is an absolute failure. Not that most of us needed

(04:34):
an additional evidence that it is a failure, but it
is a failure. And when you stop and think about this,
because as I was prepping for the show last night
and a little bit this morning, I was coming across
some more articles and it set off some bells of going,
you know what, this makes a little bit more sense
now think about this with all of the exposure that

(04:58):
we have seen from like Doze, where they've exposed all
of the money and the billions and billions of dollars
really trillions of dollars that are being wasted on programs,
wasted on fraud and everything else that's going out there.
But right now we're getting the emotional story. And like
I talked about this last week, that this is the
new thing that the left is going to go down

(05:19):
that there it's the Trump and MAGA and the Republicans
are starving you. They're taking away your food, Which that's
an emotional thing. It's way more of an emotional thing
than the idea of health insurance, which I'll also get
into the health insurance the thing as well. This is
another one where they're pulling the wool over people's faces.

(05:40):
But you look at all of the programs and we
listen to all of the things that the left is
talking about. Now one they get down the road of
the left or the right is is starving America. Republicans
are taking away the food and they're going to starve you. Okay,
food assistance, I get it, that's one thing. But with

(06:01):
additional things that are starting to get exposed now and
I saw this one that now it's heating because we're
now getting into the colder months. I know right here
in the Panhandle of Florida, which as much as I've
loved it the past couple of days, it's getting colder
across the country. And now because of the government shutdown,
the Republicans are shutting off your heat. They're taking away

(06:23):
your food, they're shutting off your heat, they're taking away
your daycare, they're taking your Medicaid and your Medicare and
all of your health insurance, and they're destroying the healthcare.
Think about this for a second. So what you're trying

(06:44):
to say is that America and Americans cannot survive without
government paying for everything. You can't eat without the government
paying for it, you can't heat your home without the
government paying for it. You can't go see the doctor

(07:07):
without the government paying for it. This is all the
social experiment. This is what they have wanted. They've wanted
it so that you were reliant upon government. Well, right
now government is closed for business, government is not paying
the bills. So what's happening. You're going hungry, You're going
to freeze the death, and you can't go to the doctor. Now,

(07:31):
these are all things that and we've pointed this out
several times in the past couple of weeks that when
you have forty two that's actually forty one point seven million,
but they rounded up to forty two. We'll give them that.
The forty two million people that are reliant on food
assistance right now, that should be the bigger story than

(07:52):
forty two million people not getting food assistance. And I
was watching Elon Musk on Joe Against podcast and one
of the things that they started talking about, and Elan,
who was pointing this out, especially when it comes to
like your social security number, and how our Social Security
numbers are basically our tattooed ID and it gets us
through everything is that there are so many people across

(08:16):
the board that are scamming things. And again, this is
what we're starting to see right now with the epic
failure of all of these programs being shut down. These
programs are not being funded right now because of the shutdown,
the doze exposure of all these things. That what people
are doing right now is that they are living off

(08:37):
of so many different programs. And that's a problem because one,
you shouldn't rely on government, and two you're scamming the
hell out of us. If people are able to continuously go, Okay,
well I need the food assistance, all right, so we
give them the food assistants. Okay, well I need housing assistants. Okay,

(08:58):
we give them housing assistance. Oh I need I need
healthcare assistants. Okay, we give them healthcare assistants. Oh my god,
I need I need assistance with it heating. Okay, we
give them the heating assistance. Oh my god, I've got
too many kids and I need childcare. Okay, we're going
to give you childcare assistance. At what point we have
to ask these same people, when do you get your
ass up and get a job. When do you get
up and start becoming responsible adults and pay for your

(09:22):
own survival. Now, these safety net programs I one hundred
percent believe, and I think we need to have these
safety programs. But they're supposed to be a safety net,
and they's supposed to be a safety program for those
who need it. The single mom, the single dad who

(09:42):
can barely afford anything, and it's got to take care
of the kids, the elderly, the sick. Those are the
safety net people, the people that you know. Because of
the fact that that our local government will only focus
on big companies to bring in and bring in hundreds
of jobs and thousands of jobs, that company went out
of business and now all of a sudden roll out
of work and there's no small businesses around here because

(10:05):
government is too thick headed and egotistical to think about
the fact that we need small businesses and now I
need assistance. We need those people too. Those people need
to get a little bit of help as well. But again,
the showdown of the shutdown right now, what it is
demonstrating and nobody's pointing this out and I'm disappointing myself
for not really noticing this even sooner. But what is

(10:27):
pointing out is the socialist experiment and everything that the
left wants to do is an utter failure and the
disaster that can come with it if it fails and
doesn't have money. New York City, let me ask you this,
because a Zorn mamondanagu is gonna come in and do
everything for free. He's gonna give you free child care,

(10:48):
he's gonna give you free busses, and he's gonna do
more free food, and he's gonna lower the rents, and
he's gonna do all this stuff. What happens when the
money runs out and it fails, what do you do.
It's like relying on the credit card to live on
just the credit card, and all of a sudden, you've
now maxed it out and it's now being declined. Now

(11:08):
you can't eat, Now you can't go to the doctor.
Now your electricity is being turned off. This is one
of the things that I think we need to start
highlighting a little bit more. And this is an example
of why you need to be able to really take
care of yourself, and we need to be uplifting the
forty two million people that are on food systems. Sure,

(11:31):
it's not going to be all forty two million. It
may be thirty million that won't. But if we get
ten million off because they're not supposed to be there
and they should be working, great. If we can get
twenty million off, that would be great. But show me
a politician in Washington, DC who has brought that fact up,

(11:52):
not just to simply throwing around the number to use
it as an emotional tool that oh my god, the
Republicans are going to starve forty two million people. The
question should be why do we have forty two million
people that'll be starving? Why aren't we lifting them up?
Why aren't we making their lives better? Why is it
that we can't do something in Washington, DC to make

(12:12):
life better for the forty two million people without having
to rely on me? And the reason why is because
they demand that they rely on them, because it makes
them feel important and it gives them the power in
the control that these nerds want over the people. And
it's got to stop. It absolutely has to stop. Again.

(12:32):
I support one hundred percent the safety nets for those
that need it, but there's too many people that don't
need it, and like Elon was pointing out in the
Joe Rogan interview, there aren't people that are scamming the
system like crazy. And all you have to do is
take a look at that social Security number. Take a

(12:53):
look at that social Security number and see what they're getting.
How much food assistance are you getting, how much heat
is and so you can start adding this stuff up.
I mean how much. Think about this for yourself when
you look at your own budget. What do you spend
a month on your mortgage or rent? What do you
spend a month on groceries? What do you spend a

(13:14):
month on the electricity or heating bills? And the thing
that there are so many people around this country that
are scamming the system and scamming us by getting all
of these services, and they're able bodied workers. That should
be one of the big things that we demand from
our elected officials when this government shutdown is over, to

(13:36):
start looking into this and our Republican leadership, the Republicans
also need to look into this and put an end
to it. Absolutely put an end to this because it
is costing us billions of dollars a day or a month.
You know, you see Chuck Schumer, they had an interview
the other day or a press conference the other day,

(13:57):
and he got mad. I'm going to play that for
you later on. But when he's being questioned about this stuff,
he gets so angry. How dare you question? Now we're
gonna question because we're representative government. You represent us, and
it's our tax dollars and our money that is going
to people who should not be getting it. Again, support

(14:18):
the people that should be getting it. The elderly, the sick,
the single parents that are struggling, definitely need to be there.
But if you're lazy ass can't get up and go
get a job and work. I know that not every
job works. And you know the thing that ticks me
off too this weekend and I'm not complaining about doing this.
For my other full time job. This weekend alone, I

(14:43):
had a couple of people that are sick because they're
starting to get that flu. So I had to fill
in for them, and both of them was unexpected having
to fill in form I was planning on working this
weekend anyhow, because I do. Because I work like crazy
this weekend alone, I have hang on, I can't too mad,
way too early for me to do math. I just
want to I want to throw these numbers in and

(15:03):
this just this weekend from Saturday and Sunday. That is it.
And this is the other thing that just makes me
so just it irks me when when I see these
people that are just milking the system and not working.
I have already put in twenty six hours in the

(15:24):
past two days at my full time job, twenty six hours.
Some of these benefits that people get that in order
for them to get them, they have to work twenty
hours a freaking month, a month in order to qualify
for some of these benefits, and they're complaining about it.
I've watched social media videos where people are going, this

(15:46):
is ridiculous that I have to work twenty hours a
week or a month.

Speaker 1 (15:51):
A whole.

Speaker 4 (15:52):
I did it in the past two days. You have
no excuse for getting up and not getting out and
doing some work. This is one of the things that
we need to hold these people responsible for. Stop living
off of our system, get out of the basement and
go get a job. All right, I'm getting riled up
now on this this subject. This is just it's taking

(16:13):
me off a little bit, all right. We got to
take a quick break. We'll be right back. This is
the Brian Rush Show. Good morning and happy Monday. All right, well,

(16:36):
welcome back to Monday. Welcome back to the show. It's
the Brian Rush Show here at Florida Man Radio and
of course streaming on Rumble and Wimken. And I hope
that you are on time for the show today. With
the daylight savings over the weekend throws me off every time.
Can't figure out how to hell and change the clock
in my car either. I googled it and it said, well,

(16:58):
if you just connect your phone to it and a
lot of that. No, it's not working. I mean it
did it for a second, and then I went right
back as soon as I disconnected the phone. So I
don't know, I'll just be off off for a little while.
Dean Boy, good quote on this one. Ben Franklin once
said that if you want to show compassion to people
in poverty, you have to make sure they're not comfort

(17:19):
in their poverty, which is one of the things that
we've done. You think about all of the benefits and
everything else that you can have when you are quote
unquote in poverty, when you don't get up and go
do a job and go work and all of the
programs that you can get, and again, there's so many

(17:40):
of them, and it's all being exposed now with the
government shutdown, because they can't focus on just one thing anymore.
They can't focus on Oh my god, people are going
to go hungry. And of course when they start throwing
around that number of the forty two million people, you know,
the rest of us are kind of looking up, going,
why do we have twenty two million people that are hungry.

(18:01):
Let's fix that problem and I'll just give them a fish,
teach them how to fish. That's what we got to do.
But now they're exposing more and more of the programs
that our tax dollars are going to for these people.
And again, it's great for the safety net, absolutely great
for the safety and we will laid down all the
people that should be on that that should get that assistance.

(18:24):
But it's also sad because we're getting illegals that are
coming into this country and getting this. And I love
it too that the Democrats try to water it down
for a little bit, like they're sitting there so upset
because oh my god, Maggie, you're complaining so much. Magga
did you know that if you make one hundred thousand
dollars a year, that you're only paying about fifty dollars

(18:46):
the entire year that's going into food assistance programs. Oh okay,
so yeah, you're right. My bad, I'm only paying fifty
dollars a year. I shouldn't be complaining about the fact
that there's forty two million people in this country that
will starve if they don't have food assistants. Yeah, yeah,

(19:06):
we should. We should just stopped complaining. I mean, just
you know what, as a matter of fact, hang out,
where's my wallet? Let me throw an extra fifty dollars
in there, just in case. That's not the point. The
point is that we have made too many people comfortable
in their poverty. Poverty has actually turned into a job
for some people, and it's got to stop. It just

(19:30):
absolutely has to stop. What's that AI says, no, no
illegals can get snapped? Yeah, I know, no illegals. That's like,
no illegals are getting any sort of health insurance. So
what about the one and a half million that were
on Medicare? Well, you know the reason for that is
because well they were they were they were told that

(19:50):
they have to stay here in the country for their hearing,
and because of that we had to give them health insured. No,
you didn't send them back home, set them back home.
So you want to to America, do it right? Gotta
go see you letter by stop paying for these damn people.
And of course it's the first of the month, you know,

(20:10):
the first of the month, and we have the songs
that are out there and the jokes about how you
know that's the first month getting paid. It shouldn't be
a joke. Government should really stop feeding the poverty machine.
And again, if the Republicans had a set of Cojon's
on them, or if they weren't so corrupt themselves, they

(20:31):
would also get out there and start saying, hey, look,
we need to fix this problem. This problem is costing
us billions of dollars a month. People should be in
control of their own destiny, and they don't because it's
all about power, power and control over the people. And
as the shutdown is showing that without government there, without

(20:53):
the government money, it's a failure and we should be
highlighting that talking more about it. All right, we got
to take our bottom of the hour break. We'll be
right back. This is the Brian Rush Show. Good morning,
all right, welcome back to the Brian Rush Show here

(21:22):
at Florida Man Radio. I'm knocking off coffee is just
not kicking in enough yet today I need more of it.
All right, Welcome back to the Brian Rush Show. Thank
you so much for checking us out today, to appreciate it.
Happy Monday. Hope you are on track with the Daylight
savings and that the kids have come down from the
sugar high, which I think is the one thing that

(21:44):
actually got me through most of my weekend was the
incredible sugar high. I ended up having an entire bag
of the sweet what are they called sweeties, the little
tiny sugar pellets. I was down in those things, like,
I was down on them a lot. So I had
that sugar buzz going all weekend long. But thank any,

(22:05):
welcome back to the show. To appreciate you checking this out.
So tomorrow is a big election day and it's going
to be interesting to see what happens yesterday or tomorrow
with the elections. There's a few of them that are
actually a very close elections. The New Jersey election, the
governor's race in New Jersey is one that a lot
of people are watching right now, as it is essentially

(22:27):
kind of in a in a dead heat at this point.
The Republican Jack Citronelle is the Citronelli. I'm good at
screw up names. You know that sweet tarts, That's what
it is, sweet tarts. Thanks, this's are so good. Unfortunately
I still have some left in my desk. So between

(22:48):
Jack Citronelli and the Democrat Mikey Cheryl, who by the way,
has gotten so bad that they had to bring Obama out.
And that should kind of be one of your signs,
by the way, that when you're a Democrat and you
can't rely on your own ability to get elected without
having to bring in Barack Obama. I mean, as a voter,

(23:11):
that is the one thing that I think you should
look at and go. So she's not good enough to
do this on her own. She has to have Barack
Obama come in, and of course he spread his continuous
hateful message that he had. But well, it'll be interesting
to see how New Jersey turns, whether or not they
will flip to a red state or not tomorrow night

(23:32):
in the election. And then there's also the Virginia mayor
or a governor election as well, with a friend of
the show win some sears. Good luck to hur It'll
see what happens there. And again I love this. The Democrats,
you know, they always go down the race card. We
always got to get through a race card for the Democrats.

(23:53):
And now with the situation in Virginia, you have a
black woman who I'm pretty sure she's also an immigrant,
isn't she. I think she's an immigrant who is now
running for the governor seats. A very smart woman, great woman.

(24:15):
We've had so many great conversations with her over the
past couple of years on the show. And the Democrats
are against her now with although the hate that they're
showing against her, When we had the same questions about
the ability of somebody like Karine John Pierre, we were

(24:37):
dismissed so hardcore by the left. We were hateful people
because of the fact that we didn't like the woman
of color immigrant who also happens to be a lesbian.
In case you didn't know this, because I don't know
if you haven't seen any of her interviews well recently,
she's got to tell you over and over again, she's
a woman of color, she's an immigrant, and she's what

(25:00):
if she keeps she said, she uses queer. That's what
the one she and I'm queer. It's like like that,
that's like some sort of a deciding factor that all
of a sudden, you know, nobody who is straight has
the ability to do a job, but if you're queer
or you're gay, then all of a sudden, that is
like an extra bonus points for when it comes to

(25:23):
a job. I dare anybody else to do that. I
dare anybody else. The next time that you're up for
a promotion, just throw that out there when they go,
or the next time you're doing a job interview, just go, well,
you know, I've got I got a degree in this,
and I've got X number of years experience doing this
particular job, and you know, I've won awards and everything else,

(25:46):
and I know that that all sounds great and everything,
But I'm also gay or I'm queer, and I'm part
of the LGBT community, so therefore all my qualifications don't
really matter. It's just the fact that I'm gay, so
therefore I need the job. I'm the best person for
the job. Only the left looks at that that way.

Speaker 1 (26:06):
It's like I.

Speaker 4 (26:07):
Could care less who you're sleeping with. I could care
less who you're in love with. Are you capable of
doing the job, that's the only question. The color of
your skin, don't care agn Are you capable of doing
the job? But the Left, they always twist that when
it's somebody that is on our side that fills any
of the boxes that they like. Fixer that particular I'm

(26:30):
not gonna say this on the air, but fixer that
particular word you use. We have used that word over
this weekend in the office way more than HR would
ever approve. I'm just saying, I don't know why that
word has been a buzzword in the office over the weekend,
but it has. But it's just so sad to watch
how the left twist and turns everything like they'll be

(26:54):
on that soapbox for so long, and then they get
off the soapbox and we step onto it with all
of the same check mark and it's the worst in
the world. And again they wonder why there's so many
groups of people that are leaving the Democrat Party. They're
leaving it because the way that you treat them, and

(27:17):
the one that, by the way, is just the most shocked,
most shocked about that they're leaving the Democrat Party, and
that is the gay community. How the gay community is
like I'm done, We're done with this. That, and a
lot of them actually coming out of the closet again
and saying, by the way, I've always been a conservative.

(27:41):
But there's going to be a lot of big elections tomorrow.
There's obviously the Minnesota election with mister I am the captain.
Now look at me, I am the captain. Which, by
the way, I don't know if anybody saw this the
other day, and I pointed this out a little bit
on Friday. They had a big rally that they were
doing for him on I believe it was Thursday, might
have been Wednesday, but it was. It was mid last week.

(28:03):
Where here's a guy who is from uh is this
sedan that he's from Somalia. He's from Somalia, So he's
from Somalia. He's running for the mayor of major city
in this country, in Minneapolis, which by the way, also
has I'm just gonna throw this out there, a huge
gay population, and this guy from Somalia is the leading

(28:28):
contender for this race. And rather than standing there at
the podium and waving the state flag or waving the
city flag or even the United States flag. No, he's
sitting there waving the Somali flag, speaking in his native
tongue while he's running for the mayor here in a

(28:48):
city in America, and all of these stupid leftists are
like cheering this guy on. You have the gay community
in that townring this guy on. You know he wants
to throw you off of a roof. He would be
okay with stoning you to death. And you're like, oh

(29:09):
my god, it's so great. Look at the diversity that
we have. This is so awesome. Why is he throwing
my friend off a roof? I hate to say it,
but in a lot of ways, you kind of deserve
what you're gonna get when when you elect this guy,

(29:31):
this Muslim who is clearly anti American, who all of
his background, all of his people's beliefs are everything against
what you want, when you guys elect him to your office,
and he ends up running your city into the ground,
and you see more of his brethren coming in, and

(29:52):
you start seeing Sharia law start taking effect, and you
start seeing the gay population getting what they think that
they deserve. When you start seeing women being treated as
second rate, just remember we told you so, we told

(30:14):
you that this was gonna come. We told you that
this was going to destroy your city and your home,
and you didn't want to listen. So good luck. And
again it's not like you need big examples. It's not like, oh,
hang on a second, let me do a Google search
of the history and see what I can find. No, like,
two states over, dearborn Michigan. Go look at what goes

(30:38):
on there. Ask yourself, why is it that down in
Texas they were going to have a big community that
was going to be built. It was going to be
on Sharia law, it was going to be Islam and
all this other stuff, and all of a sudden it
got stopped. Why not because it's racist, because it's dangerous,
and it's anti American. It's not who this country is.

(31:01):
In New York City again, another city that is these guys,
they they don't get it, They absolutely don't get it
about what is going to happen in New York City
with this guy. Because again, like I was hanging in
the last last segment of the show, the shutdown is
a perfect example of how the socialist idea and the

(31:22):
ideology does not work. What do you do when you
don't have the money. And in New York City, we're
gonna control the rent somehow. We're going to have the
the grocery stores that are gonna be run by the government.
We're gonna have free daycare, We're gonna have you know,
free healthcare, and we're gonna do all this other stuff.

(31:44):
By the way, the Somali guy as one more added
bonus to hey, I know how stupid you are, and
if I say this, you're gonna be like, oh my god.
He's got to be the greatest mayor ever. The other
day over the weekend, he made the announcement that he's
gonna make can a mandatory twenty dollars an hour minimum
wage in Minneapolis. You know it's gonna happen. They're in

(32:07):
that city, Minnesota, Minneapolis. What the hell? Why am I
getting the two confused? Minnesota Minneapolis Minneapolis. Jesus, it's too early.
I can't do this. What's gonna end up happening there? One.
Businesses can't afford that. So you're gonna see businesses close
up like crazy. You're gonna see unemployment skyrocket, and then

(32:29):
you're gonna see the effects of shutdowns by the way
it gets cold in that city. I don't know if
anybody knows that. So what's gonna happen when they can't
afford the heating assistance, they can't afford the food systems,
and in my opinion, federal government shut that stuff off.
Don't be giving them any money. Stop it. If you
want to go anti American, you don't deserve any of

(32:50):
our tax dollars. And if you're gonna go down a
road that we that has proven to be failure, you
should not be bailed out. Elections have consequences, and these
people are going to find out what's going on, and
of course it's also going to determine what direction the
left goes after tomorrow. And you watch when New York

(33:13):
City wins with Zorron Mahmadani, and you see Minneapolis, Minneapolis,
you see that one win as well, and you see
the other wins that they may have across the country.
If it happens, the Democrats are going to go full
on on that. See, we told you this is what
America wants, and they're going to go more and more

(33:35):
with that. They're gonna find more Muslim candidates to go
and run all these things. That's what they're gonna do.
And in the twenty twenty sixth election, they're going to
try and put as many of them as they can
into Congress. You watch, we have to stemp up, We've
got to slow them down, and we got to stop
them from doing this. And here's another thing that nobody's
talking about. And I actually posted this over the weekend,

(33:59):
and it's shocking, and nobody's saying a thing about it, really,
And this is in Sudan, in Sadan, where these extreme
Islamic Muslims are basically just running wild and going after
anybody who was Christian. In a two day time period
in Sudan, two days, two thousand people were slaughtered, not murdered,

(34:25):
not shot and killed, no slaughtered. During that time period,
there was a there was a maternity hospital, yes, maternity.
And for those on the left that might be paying
attention to a little slow babies, which then again, I
guess you don't really care about this one, so you're
probably okay with this. In Sudan they had a maternity

(34:48):
hospital where four hundred and sixty ish people were slaughtered,
including women and children, pregnant women slaughtered because they were Christians.
And then you have Nigeria. Oh, this one is another
one and it is it is going hardcore and Donald

(35:10):
Jump is even talking about you know what, it may
be time for us to go in there and go
guns blazing and and honestly, this is the thing too.
I have one hundred percent supporting of doing this. I
don't want to see mass troops on the ground, but
what I would love for us to do because these

(35:31):
are people who don't give two rats asses about life.
They absolutely don't care about life at all. So return
the favor these groups of people, these these islam is
a Islamic extremists that you see in these countries that
are going off and doing these slaughtering, absolute slaughtering. Return
the favor. It's time to go in and not necessarily

(35:57):
carpet bomb areas, but go in with Apache helicopters, the
attack helicopters, go into the A tens because we know
where these groups of people are, we know where they
hang out. Go in and annihilate them. You want to
f a round, fine, we'll let you find out. And again,
if they're going to take life in the way that

(36:18):
they are handling it, then return the favor. This is
not going to be what This should not be one
of these situations where we say, well, let's send.

Speaker 5 (36:27):
Some peace keepers in and we'll have us sit down
discussion with them, and then we'll talk with them and
then everything will be great because we're going to get
them rainbows and then we're gonna get them funding for
LGBTQ and it's gonna be fantastic.

Speaker 4 (36:40):
No, kill them, simple as that. If they have nowhere
to regard whatsoever for life because of the fact they
don't like somebody, because of the fact that they're Christian,
and they're going to slaughter them like they're doing, kill them,
Patty Kke. Time is over with playing Patty Cake and
playing LGBTQ rainbows doesn't work. The only thing that these

(37:04):
people will ever understand is the sound of an A
ten warthog. They won't hear it. We will, and the
others that'll be next will hear it. But that is
what they will understand. And it's time to return that favor.
If you want to go down that road and you
want to slaughter, go do it. Go do it. Unleash

(37:24):
Donald Trump, go in guns of blazing, start going in
with strategic strikes, take out their homes, take out their leadership.
Go in there and just absolutely annihilate them. Find their
training grounds, go in with multiple A tens, just scrape

(37:44):
the place to the point where the earth actually takes
a breath because we poke so many holes into it.
Wipe them off the face of the earth. Make it
so that even when you do the deepest, hardest internet search,
you'll still not be able to find them. That's how hardcore.
You erase them from history. And that's what we need
to do. And I don't care. I don't care what

(38:06):
the left wants to say. I don't want to care
how violent and cruel that seems. If you're going to
go after people because of their religion, then don't be
freaking surprised when we come after you for yours. All Right,
we got to take a quick break. We'll be right back.
This is the Bride Rush Show. Good morning, all right,

(38:51):
Welcome back to the Bride Rush Show here at Florida
Man Radio, also streaming on Wimken and Rumble around the
World on the apps. Thanks so much for checking us
out today. Coming up, by the way, now at number
three of the show, Mark Mix is going to be
joining us. We're going to talk with him about some
of the election consequences. Also this week here in the
Panama City area where we do the show from it,

(39:14):
it is Warrior Beach Retreat time, and Linda Cope is
going to be joining us from Warrior Beach Retreat again
to give those that happened to be in this general
area a little bit of an update, reminder of what's
going down with the parade that will be happening this week,
how you could participate in this, and of course how
you could also help out such an amazing organization that
helps our wounded troops. It's a local Florida group. It's

(39:40):
not a nationwide thing, but we do help soldiers from
all around the country. But it is one of the
things that we show our love here in the state
of Florida. So we'll talk about that coming up later on.
And John, you're right, but Donald Trump said no more wars.
You know the left is and the left is confused
on that too, because you notice that the left is
been upset because Donald Trump wasn't doing wars and then

(40:04):
Donald Trump starts taking some military actions and then they
get upset. It's like, can you guys just make up
your mind for just a second, just make up your mind.
What do you want? Do you want war? Do you
not want war? Oh? I guess it all depends upon
who's doing the war and who's profiting for the war, right,
And sure, Donald Trump has set it over and over

(40:24):
again he doesn't want war, and what we're seeing him
do is essentially avoid the war aspect. And like my
response to John in that one is it's not war
just an ass whooping, which is kind of what you
need to do. I mean, you need to have peace
through strength. And how do you show some strength? What

(40:46):
are you doing over there? Come here? I'm just what
backhand them? When they land on the ground and fall
down and roll over a little bit, they're gonna realize
how maybe I don't want to mess around with that.
And that's what Donald Trump is doing. And of course
we're hearing the left and what do we have now?
Like I don't know fifteen fifty, I don't know how
I've lost track of how many drug boats we've taken out, Which, again,

(41:10):
what does it take for you to learn a lesson? Hey,
the US military keeps taking out all these drug boats?
All right, Well let's throw another one. At some point
you gotta go this isn't work it out. We need
to change this around a little bit. But Donald Trump
over the weekend hit yet another one. Oh my god.
The other way he's doing it, he's committing war crimes.

(41:32):
Now he's not, he's protecting our country. Well, why can't
we have the coast guard just go in and arrest them. Well,
first off, they're in international waters, so the coast guard
can't go do that. But why do you want to
take the risk of the coast guard not being able
to catch up to them and the drugs getting into
our streets and the terrorists getting into our streets and
it affects things. Just take them out. Look, they're willing

(41:54):
to play the game, so play back. It's like I
say it all the time, Washington, d C. That's a game. Well,
you know what, when you're going to be a drug runner,
if you're gonna be a smuggler trying to smuggle terrorists
into our country, then you're playing a game. And we're
gonna play it too. And guess what's gonna happen in
this game. You're not passing start and you're not gonna

(42:15):
count two hundred. You're going to die before you get there.
And why peace through strength, and strength is by saying no,
we're not gonna deal with that. You have two thousand
Christians who get slaughtered in a two day period. You
don't send in Anthony Blincoln. Hi, everybody's Anthony blinking in
here to the world. No, you go in there and

(42:36):
you kill him, you return the favor, and you drop them.
That's how it goes. That's not war. It's part of
the game. And you want to play the game. You
brought the game board in. Let us sit down. We'll
take our part, all right, we gotta take a break
for the top of the hour. We'll be right back.

Speaker 1 (43:10):

Speaker 4 (44:46):
All right, welcome back to the Brian Rush Show. It's
now at number two. Thanks so much for checking us
out here on the Florida Man Radio Network and streaming
at Rumble and Whimkin as well, and the podcast. You
can grab that at the Brian russshow dot com along
with other links as well. So, so, Hollywood's not doing
so well, and I'm thinking that soon they're gonna start
figuring it out, you would hope, or at least maybe

(45:07):
somebody needs to just actually do a script and to
pass it out to everybody in Hollywood and go this
is the reason for why you failed. Read the script
and you'll understand why. So hang, I said, what the hell,
I'll click it on damn pundstare oll right there we go.
October was not a good month for Hollywood as a

(45:28):
matter of fact, when you look at the results of
what has happened in Hollywood after October. It is the
worst that it has been in twenty seven years, and
that is not including the pandemic that happened obviously in
twenty twenty. But the October twenty twenty five box office

(45:49):
had earned just four hundred and twenty five million dollars,
again the worst that we've seen since nineteen ninety seven.
But if you really break down into it, it's a
lot worse than it actually looks like. Back in nineteen
ninety eight, the the October box office growth numbers grossed
about four hundred and fifty five point six million. In

(46:11):
October of nineteen ninety seven, it was actually about thirty
three hundred and eighty five point two million, which is bad.
But when you start looking at all of the things
right now that were a flop, and some of these
movies you may not have even known was out there.
First off, the Tron movie was was a flop. Another
Disney movie that has failed. Then did anybody even know

(46:32):
that there was a movie on Bruce Springsteen? I mean, seriously,
anybody even know.

Speaker 6 (46:39):
Better?

Speaker 4 (46:39):
Yeah, let me ask you this, did anybody care that there?
And I know the answer that to that one is
no because it was a colossal flop. I had one
of my employees actually went to go see it and
was telling me that she's gonna go see the movie
and I'm like, the what movie? And she's like, no,
the Springsteen movie. And I'm like, there's a movie on

(46:59):
Bruce Springsteen and she's like yeah. I'm like, okay, we'll
have fun. And next day she comes in and she's like,
that movie was the worst movie ever. I regret going
to see it. So I had to ask. I'm like,
all right, so what was it about? You know, did
they have you know, the the East Street Band? And
then she's like no, So, Hollywood, how do you do

(47:22):
a movie on Bruce Springsteen without featuring the East Street Band?
How do you do that? You can't. You simply can't
do it. But apparently they did, and it was a
huge flop. Some of the other movies over the weekend
that were that were throughout the month of October that
we're bad was The Smashing Machine No idea, I have

(47:45):
no idea what that is? Black Phone two. I didn't
know there was a black Phone one, chainsaw Man, Rufe Man,
After The Hunt and Kiss of the Spider woman never
heard of any of these things, absolute flops that were

(48:08):
going on in the Hollywood realm. And again not a surprise,
because people are tired of Hollywood. And Jennifer Lawrence, who
has been a very anti Trump, anti Maga kind of
person for a while, she's now out criticizing Donald Trump.
Are saying that criticizing Donald Trump is actually adding fuel

(48:30):
to the fire, ripping the country apart. And you know what,
she's right, She's absolutely right. The actress Jennifer Lawrence, who's
pretty much been outcasted out of Hollywood anyhow for multiple reasons,
and she has spent many years pushing her very left
wing policies, trashing Republicans, smearing Donald Trump, and now she

(48:52):
says that it's beginning to dawn on her that celebrities
consistently spout off on politics and that only hurts the
film industry, it's ripping the country apart. She did an
interview on the podcast The Interview, which is by the way,
sponsored by The New York Times, and she says that

(49:13):
she's regretting her past attacks on Donald Trump and Republicans.
The podcast host had tried steering the conversation towards her
thoughts on politics, and she just said, I don't really
know if I should. The first Trump administration was was
so wild and just so how could we let this stand?

(49:35):
She said that I felt like I was running around
like a chicken with my head cut off. And she
continues on saying that, but as we've learned, election after elections,
celebrities do not make a difference whatsoever on who we've
who people vote for. Then when I am at so,
then what am I doing? She said, I'm just sharing

(49:56):
my opinion on something that's going to add fuel to
the fire that ripping the country apart. We're so divided,
and it's true, we're so divided, and the left again,
you know, there's no message from them, all right, let
me my phrase. There's a message, but there's no idea,
there's no policy, there's nothing that actually works it's going

(50:18):
to improve things. Instead, it's just a bunch of screaming
children yelling because mommy won't give them cookies. That's all
they do. Look at Robert de Niro, Robert Deannaro out
there in his deranged state, just like yelling and hollering,
being anti Donald Trump, And what are we doing? I

(50:40):
don't care what he has to say. And it's also
affecting Hollywood because the more of Hollywood gets out there
and says all this stuff, we don't care. Jimmy Kimmel,
his show is based on Donald Trump, that's all it is.
Like if Donald Trump was to die today and there
is no longer Donald Trump, Jimmy Kimmel would have nothing

(51:01):
in his show because that's all he is based on.
Is this anti Donald Trump and Donald Trump is bad,
and on and on, and there's a lot of things
I think that Hollywood has done to hurt themselves. And
what's that Hollywood is no longer the court gestures. They
they haven't been the court jesters in a long time. Instead,
they are the prince and princesses that we should all

(51:24):
admire and want to be and we should bow down
to them because they are the royalty that is here
to entertain you peasants. You know, the more and more
that the American people watch this and we see these
horrible actors that get out there and singers everybody else,
that divide our country, that say horrible things towards what

(51:47):
we believe in, and they're making millions and millions of
dollars of doing this when we see these horrible actors
and actresses and singers out riding around on their private
jets and vacationing out in the islands and going on
all over the place and driving their fancy cars, and
then they tell us that we're stupid. Yeah, there's a
burnout factor. There is a Hollywood fatigue that we are

(52:10):
just over with them. And to be honest with you,
I don't know if there's going to really be any
coming back for Hollywood, and especially with the AI world. Now,
what do we need Hollywood for. You don't need them.
You don't need any of those people, because we can
from here go on and start making movies in the

(52:30):
AI form where unless somebody goes, okay, well let me
let me program in this AI character is now going
to say Donald Trump is the worst person in the
world and is going to do a video protest, they're
not gonna do that. So the direction we're probably gonna
start seeing Hollywood go is less real humans, and we're

(52:53):
gonna see the writers and the the you know, the
creativeness that's behind it and getting rid of these idiots
humans who get out there and stupid stuff. You look
at Disney, the billions of dollars that Disney has lost
on movies alone, and you get these stupid actresses that

(53:15):
think they are the high and mighty and that you
should bow down to me, like what's her name there?
And I, honestly I don't. I have no idea what
the hell her name is. I can't remember her name
because that's how insignificant she is. Uh, the one that
played snow White. You had the opportunity to play snow White.
I mean, how many girls dream was that to play

(53:37):
a Disney princess. I want to be a Disney princess.
And you get that opportunity, and what do you do?
You f it up. You get out there and you
smack talk the movie. And sure there may be portions
of the storyline that you can sit there and go, well,
but don't watch it. That's all you gotta do. By
the way, here's another thing too, for you idiot Hollywood people.

(53:59):
If you look a role like playing snow White and
you have to come back, the only response that you
have to that is how misogynistic it is, and all
these other horrible things about how bad the movie is
and how bad the storyline is and what they really
truly do, and on and on and on, what are
you doing it for? Just don't do the stuff. But

(54:23):
they do it anyhow because they got to get paid.
They've got to be so elite. And I'm I'm the
actress that you just want to be like me, and
you want to give me all of your money and
you want to bow down to me and see me
as I look gorgeous going across the red carp No,
we don't. We don't care my form of entertainment. And

(54:43):
I and I know that I talked about this all
the time because I spend so much time on it
on social media. I can spend hours on end on
things like TikTok and watch these creative kids do a
and and now it's actually more even adults as to it.
But I watch these creative people will do a video

(55:04):
that it may be sixty seconds long, but that video
of sixty seconds long, and these people that get out
there to do this creative stuff is better than any
two and a half hour long movie that Hollywood puts
out today. So why would we want to We don't
care anymore. And yet those that do slightly care, they

(55:24):
are showing that they're dividing America, when you get out
there and you spread that message to the low IQ
people that still like think celebrities or something, and you
spread your hateful message. Yeah, it is divided in the country.
Jennifer Lawrence might be right for a change, but it
just makes you wonder how many more in Hollywood are

(55:45):
also going to stand up and speak out on that.
But you know, I think Hollywood is dead. I think
that they have done it to themselves. They have spread
these messages that at least fifty percent, if not more,
of the country doesn't care about. They don't produce anything
that is worth going to watch. We just don't care anymore.

(56:06):
We just simply don't care. And I think AI is
going to be the road that it's going to go.
And of course, you know who's gonna step in to
complain about it, the unions. You know. I saw a
meme over the weekend too, specifically about movies, and it
said something about how you know, people blaming like Netflix
for the end of the movie theaters. And then the

(56:29):
response was, no, it wasn't. It was the twenty seven
dollars popcorn and the fifteen dollars soda, and it wasn't
it really wasn't. It's it's Hollywood themselves. You know, this
is when it comes to the movie theaters, and a
lot of people don't realize this too, that that ticket
sales are not really where the money is made in

(56:49):
the movie theater. You know, the ticket sales are you know,
most of that ends up going to the movie companies
themselves and not that. So that's why you see the
high dollar of bad pop corn and stale candy and soda.
That's probably flat. But the reason for why they're not
doing so well is because the amount of money that
has to be shared with Hollywood so that an actress

(57:13):
can go out there and make their ten million dollars
on a movie is the reason why. It's the same
thing as like with a fast food and you know,
twin Cities, you're gonna end up seeing this too. If
if if you're new, up and coming, may or wins
and he gets a twenty dollars minimum wage. You know,
when when you start making it so that the kid
at McDonald's is getting paid twenty dollars an hour to

(57:36):
produce a really crappy hamburger, you know that restaurant's gonna
have to charge more for that. Crappy hamburger, and then
we're paying more for that crappy hamburger. Same thing with Hollywood.
The left, just that they don't learn the lessons. And
it's sad because there are so many lessons that are
out in the clear. You don't even have to dig

(57:56):
for them. They're right there. And the shutdown again is
showing a lot of that. And then you've got the
dumb Democrats. This is a post that how many times
have they posted this hang on on their ex account alone?
It seems like every day I pop onto them, it's
the same exact post. Uh yeah, it's it's it's very

(58:19):
repetitive on here, but basically it is the Republicans still
control the House. Republicans still control the Senate, Republicans control
the White House. This is still there. Shutdown. You're the
one of two major parties in this country. You're the
the the source of their communications and everything, and you lie,

(58:44):
you straight up lie. Don't tell me that the DNC
doesn't know that you need sixty votes. The amount of
lying that is done to the American people from politicians
and political group it's disgusting, and this is the type
of stuff that's destroying our country. Why because Democrats will

(59:07):
look at this post and be like, yeah, it's all
the Republicans fault, because they're the ones who control all
three branches, and they're the ones they got the House
and the Senate. And I know what I just said,
And I said that on purpose too when I said branches,
because the left they don't understand. They think that the House, Senate,
and the White House are branches. So they control all

(59:28):
those so it's their shutdown. They could do it even
though the Democrats know that they need sixty votes. They
get out and they lie on purpose, so they're low
iq low information voters will get upset and blame the Republicans.
They are purposely misleading people to divide this country. And

(59:50):
you see Chuck Schumer getting out there every day in
front of the cameras, lying again to mislead the people
to divide the country. And again, this is the Marxist ideology.
This is what they're doing. Maybe we should do a
class action lawsuit. I wonder if we can do. I gotta,

(01:00:11):
I should right reach out to one of our my
lawyer buddies and ask them if we could do a
class action lawsuit. We the people against all these idiot politicians,
all of these people like the Democrats that mislead like that,
who divide our country. Maybe we should sue them. I
mean that's what they would do, right, So why not
return the favor? All right, we got to take a

(01:00:32):
quick break. We'll be right back. This is the Brian
Rush Show. Good morning, and have him Monday. All right,
Welcome back to the Brian Rush Show here at Florida
Man Radio and streaming at Rumble and Whipkin dot com.

(01:00:53):
Ford in side Brian Rush Show on both of those.
So yeah, Donald Trump now getting into the whole idea
of nuking the the filibuster. And I said this last
week and I'm gonna I'm still saying it. Bad, bad idea.
That is the trap. Don't fall for, Donnie, because that

(01:01:14):
is exactly what they want you to do. They want
the Republicans to nuke the filibuster so that they can
turn around and say, see, we told you all along,
we told you. The Republicans call control the House, they
control the Senate, they control the White House.

Speaker 1 (01:01:32):
They can do this.

Speaker 4 (01:01:34):
They're blaming us, the Democrats, and they could do it
all along. So if the Republicans were to nuke the
filibuster and say all right, that's it, We're done. Who's
for this? Okay, We're done? Good, all right, governments open
food stamps back into action. Everything is fine, And the
Democrats will spend the next year reminding America that the
Republican Party for thirty something days held you hostage. You

(01:01:59):
were starving and hungry, and you had to resort to
violence and breaking into grocery stores and stealing from Walmart
just so you can survive. And it was all because
of the Republicans. We told you so. It is a trap,
and I really hope that Donald Trump is smart enough
to realize that that is what they're trying to do

(01:02:20):
to them. They want the Republicans to blow up the
filibuster and to reopen the government right now so that
they can spend the next year saying we told you
they could do that, and they intentionally trying to keep
you hungry and to scare you. Remember you always do

(01:02:42):
what you always accuse your enemy of what you were
doing to create confusion. I mean the Democrats, I mean
they're going page by page on the playbook. Don't let
them win that. And then you have Chuck Schumer, I
got to play this clip from Chuck Schumer where he
and some reporters like exploded it. Reporter's trying to ask

(01:03:05):
him some questions when it comes to this whole the
whole shutdown.

Speaker 7 (01:03:09):
Wait a minute, excuse me. It is not a dispute,
it is fact. They can use it, and the Republicans
say it.

Speaker 4 (01:03:22):
By the way, what they were talking about was the
contingency fund with the USDA to basically fund the food
stamp programs.

Speaker 7 (01:03:33):
It does not cost five or six billion to administer.
There's enough money to start feeding people right away. Six
billions a lot of money, and they're using it for
other things, twenty billion for Argentina, hundreds of millions for
Christy Nomes playing who are we kidding here? Yes, the

(01:03:54):
bottom line is they can fund it just as in
twenty nineteen, just as another shutdown for a long period
of time.

Speaker 8 (01:04:02):
And they also got a contingency fund which is six
billion dollars which gets you nearly a month, three weeks
runs out. Then they can pass Senator Luhan or Senator
Holly's bill, both of which we say.

Speaker 4 (01:04:15):
Okay, so let let's I can't take any more of
those two idiots. That was Amy Kosher brother jumped in there.
Did you hear how dismissive they were on that? Oh yeah,
I mean six billion. I'm sure it's gonna last like
it'll lasts like three weeks, not a big deal, and
then they can find hold time out for a second
step back dial that back is like, did you just

(01:04:35):
say six billion dollars over three weeks and then we
could just do more? Not a big deal? Holy hell,
this is the problem with Washington. How dismissive those two
airheads were about, how in three weeks we could go

(01:04:56):
through six billion dollars and it's not a big deal.
We'll just pass the bill and we'll fund it more.
Then you get Chuck Schumer also coming out here, and
he says, maybe I should file a complaint with the
FCC against the Trump White House for editing his unhinged

(01:05:17):
sixty minute interview. It will use the exact same language
Trump lodged against Vice President Harris. Can somebody go, Can
somebody put him in a nursing home someplace and get
him out of here. I mean, as much as I
hate AOC, at this point, I almost prefer her. So
you damn it, Chucky, So maybe you should file a

(01:05:40):
complaint with the FCC against the Trump White House for
editing his unhinged sixty minute interview. Chuck, you do understand
that what happened with that that complaint with the FCC
with the huge lawsuit against CBS was because CBS edited
an interview that featured Vice President Harris to make her

(01:06:02):
seem more intelligent and oh yeah, by the way, did
this all last minute and didn't give Donald Trump the
opportunity to also get equal time. So yes, he sued.
So because of the fact that you didn't like the
interview that Donald Trump did on sixty minutes, you're going
to file a complaint with the FCC about the White

(01:06:23):
House edit. Who the hell cares if the White House
edited the interview, that's not the same thing. I mean,
this is the level of how stupid Chuck Schumer is,
and he's his level of desperation to just seem like
he's relevant and like he's smart, and that that he's
got the Republicans right there on the crosshairs. You don't, Chucky,

(01:06:45):
You're an idiot. Sit down, stop talking. I mean, well,
it's spend a three billion dollars or six billion dollars
in three weeks. It's not a big deal. Your problem, George,
gigantic problem. All right, we got to take a break
for our bottom of the hour here. We'll be right
back this minute. This is the Brian Rush Show. Good morning,

(01:07:30):
all right, welcome back to the Brian Rush Show here
on Florida Man Radio. Happy Monday. Thanks so much for
making us part of your day today. So Canada realizing
they may have stepped in it, well at least maybe
not they stepped in it, but at least Butterball had
stepped into it a little bit. Butterball being dug for
the premiere of Ontario. He's the one that came out

(01:07:52):
with the video that basically took the Ronald Reagan and
went after the tariffs and trying to act as if
you know, he is all smart. What was the amount
of money who spent one it was it was a
ridiculous amount of money that he'd spent taxpayer money to
do this ad that basically attacks the American tariffs and

(01:08:14):
Donald Trump's tariffs using Ronald Reagan and some of the
things taken out of context with his with the speech
that he had done regarding the tariffs, and it backfired.
That video came out after Butterball had done it, and
Donald Trump saw it and said, all right, you know what, Canada,

(01:08:35):
we're done. We're done talking with you. That's it. No
more we're gonna hit you with all this stuff. We're
done negotiating. We're out. At which point, Mark Carney, the
Premiere of Canada or the Prime Minister of Canada, had
to come groveling. I don't know if anybody saw this
during the Asia the Asia summit that was going on.

(01:08:56):
Mark was that that guy that was kind of standing
in the corner like, hey, I'm over here. Can oh
I guess? Can I? Can I sit at the table?
You'll let me sit at the table? Can I know?
That was the entire reaction throughout him. The entire time.
Donald Trump he was like, hey, what's up and then

(01:09:16):
continued on paid him no attention and it's all because
of Butterball, which, by the way, let's listen to what
Butterball actually had to had to say, what the hell
with music? Stop with the music? Sorry we had music
go playing during the commercial break?

Speaker 9 (01:09:30):
All right, go, we achieved our goal, you know, as
we say, mission accomplished. It was done. They're talking about
it in the US, and they weren't talking about it
before I put the AD on. So I'm glad that
Ronald Reagan was a free trader.

Speaker 5 (01:09:44):
My minister was listened today in saying that it was
the AD that derailed negotiations, which we're moving.

Speaker 1 (01:09:49):
Ahead with that in mind. Why don't you feel you
o on Terran's an apology.

Speaker 9 (01:09:54):
For sticking up for Ontarians. Well, let's let's talk about
a so called eminent deal. Been hearing this for a
month after month after month, and if there was, there
is no mention about auto. It's about steel. The Americans
are gouging us on steel fifty percent tariff. We're at
twenty five percent, but nothing to do with auto. I
am focused on and I love the steel workers. I

(01:10:16):
talked to Rombadard's CEO every second day at the FASCO,
supporting him Algoma up in sus Saint Mary, protecting jobs.
But I'm here. My job is to protect jobs here
in Ontario. There's no mention whatsoever of auto. I feel
like its slipped to the side. I'm going to fight
for the auto workers, the steel workers, the manufacturing and

(01:10:38):
life science sector, all these sectors that President Trump wants
to annihilate not just our country, but in particular. He
wants to take jobs from Ontario. That's what he's trying
to do. And I'll keep fighting and I'll never apologize
for fighting for the hard working development.

Speaker 4 (01:10:55):
Oliver rose up fighting and I'll never apologize.

Speaker 1 (01:10:58):
You should.

Speaker 4 (01:11:00):
How many millions of dollars of taxpayer money did you spend?
And that's Doug Ford, the premiere of Ontario. You spent
millions and millions of taxpayer dollars to attack America and
attack Donald Trump on this and and he says that
he complains about well, I've been hearing this for months
and months and months about a deal, and I haven't
seen anything at all. He'll come why because your big,

(01:11:21):
fat butterball mouth keeps getting your foot rammed down your
throat because of the fat that you're an idiot. You're
the one that comes you. Remember, he's the guy who
also came out and said that he's going to shut
off the power to America. He's gonna he's gonna cut
off America's power and energy. Do you really think that
you're somebody we're gonna be like, Oh, I'm so sorry, butterball,

(01:11:45):
Can I bring some biscuits and some stuffing and we
can come negotiate. You know, you don't threaten America and
that's what he's done. Oh well, they're coming after the
auto industry. Oh like the Canada didn't come after the
auto industry and say hey, we can produce it cheaper
up here and steal a whole bunch of jobs. And
they did that. You know, if you, if you really
truly want to make sure that you protect those industries,

(01:12:09):
then you should maybe say, hey, Trump, I know that.
You know femboy there the former Prime minister wasn't doing anything,
and now Mark Carney is like he's just flapping around
on the wind. Any chance that maybe this afternoon I
could jump in the next flight to DC. Can we
sit down and talk? Can can we figure out how

(01:12:29):
we can make a great deal with Ontario and how
we can we can make our auto industry work together
with your auto industry and we can work on all
this too. Where has Doug Ford been to do that?
He has once as he tried to do that, Trudeau,
thank you. I try to tune his name out, especially
after now seeing him with the astronaut and all that

(01:12:51):
PDA that was disgusting. I just didn't need to see it.
It's almost as bad as the thought of doug Ford
in a bikini. I think I wanted to lose my
lunch on that. But anyhow, doug Ford hasn't done anything.
Doug Ford has not done anything except for threat in
America and then he stands there like, duh, don't understand

(01:13:13):
why they keep coming at us, said why they don't
want to negotiate with us? Duh, I'm here to protect everybody. Duh,
You're not protecting anybody. You're the guy who's standing there
at the lion cage not realizing that the gate is unlocked,
and you keep poking the lion. At some point that
lion is gonna come busting through that gate and have

(01:13:35):
you for lunch? So come on. And now Mark Karney
he's out apologizing. He was talking with reporters over the
weekend at the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation Summit and he
had to admit he's like, I did apologize. I'm sorry
America for what Butterball ended up doing with that. It
wasn't good. He said that. You know, Canada was caught

(01:13:58):
red handed putting up a fraudulent advertisement on Ronald Reagan's
speech on tariffs. And again, it would be one thing
if if, like if the the the ad was something
that actually made sense and and it was legit and
it wasn't edited to fit your needs. But that's exactly
what ended up happening. So, Butterball, if there's if there's

(01:14:18):
any type of advice that we can give to you
aside from shut up, is maybe think about what it
is that you want to say. Maybe you should set
up a meeting with Donald Chrump, give him a call
and be like, can I just come on down and
maybe go down to mar A Lago this weekend and
you know, bast in the sun talk a little bit,
see how we can work out a deal for Ontario.

(01:14:42):
But trying to threaten America, buddy, that's not working. It's
not working at all, and we're not We're not putting
up with it. So good luck with that. It's it's
gonna be Ontario's fault for Canada not being able to
get some some deals together, and all because of Butterball.
Some more stupidness going on too, by the way, in
some of our liberal town friends Illinois now doing a

(01:15:05):
new law. They just passed that on Friday, prohibiting federal
immigration agents from arresting illegal aliens near and around state courthouses. Again,
what is it going to take for them to learn
the lesson the Illinois bill, which was sent to JB.

(01:15:25):
Pritzker for signing, that only seeks to prevent immigration and
customs operations inside courthouses, but establishes a one thousand foot
buffer zone around the buildings. The bill will also allow
Illinois residents to bring lawsuits against agents who they allege
violated their constitutional rights, including for due process, on unreasonable

(01:15:49):
search and seizures. Cut them off, Cut Illinois off from
all tax dollars. Just stop it right now and watch
what happens, and watch how fast things change. By the way,
over the weekend, twenty people were shot. Three were fatal
in Chicago, with age range from eighteen to seventy years old.

(01:16:15):
Fat boy, when are you going to actually stop and
address the real issues in your state? You know, Donald
Trump and the Trump administration had said from the very
beginning that their intention was to come into the courthouses,
come into the jails, take the people who were the
violent criminals that should be deported, to pour them out
of there. To make your community safer. And what do

(01:16:39):
you do? You fight it the entire way. You fight
it the entire way. You don't do anything to curb
the violence that your citizens are doing within your city. Again,
every single weekend, on average, twenty thirty people shot, five, six, seven, eight, nine,
ten people killed every weekend. And the most important thing
for you right now is to make sure that ICE

(01:17:01):
agents are not able to take the violent illegal immigrants
out of this country. And what amazes me is is
the the level of stupid that comes from the left
voters who don't see this. I mean, I don't. I

(01:17:23):
just simply I'm gonna loss for words and thoughts on this.
I don't. I don't understand how leftist voters can be
this way. By the way I saw this other thing
just another example of just how stupid the left can
really be. I have a liberal friend who posts some
dumb stuff sometimes really does. And there's a new post
that's going around, and I'm not gonna try and say

(01:17:45):
the words because I'm just I'm not good at it.
I can't do the language. I really I have a
hard enough time with English, let alone another language. And
I was watching this and this this meme that's going
around and it's talking about the whole genders thing. And
what was it Italy? It was either like Italy or

(01:18:05):
Spain or one of these countries. I think it was
Italy where they used the two words. There's two words
that describe a non gender or non binary person, and
each one is there's a different word for the male

(01:18:26):
and the female aspect because of the fact that, well
it's different. And we're all out here saying, okay, well
there is no such thing as all this non binary
crap and a boy as a boy and a girl
as a girl. And my liberal friend turns around and
shares this meme that highlights exactly what we're saying, and

(01:18:49):
that the language and I'm pretty sure it's Italian. How
the language for the non binary has got to be
two different things depending upon the gender. Doesn't that defeat
what you're trying? You know, at the level of stupid
that comes out of these people, sometimes it really tally
is mind boggling. It's absolutely mind boggling. And they don't

(01:19:12):
get it even they're so desperate to just sit there
and throw some sort of a mud bomb at Donald
Trump that they don't think about what they're saying, it's
like you just posted something that exactly highlands what we're saying.
Do I mean maybe the pressure that we are throwing

(01:19:34):
on these people is uh is getting better and better
at this point that that it's it's at a point
where they just can't handle it anymore. That they're they're
they're simply falling apart at the seams, and it's it's
kind of I want to say, it's funny, but it's
also sad to watch. It's sad to watch these people

(01:19:55):
are just imploding. But you know what, it's bound to happen,
and we been saying it. Your ideology doesn't work, and
it's gotten to a point now where you are forcing
it so hard to work it doesn't happen anymore. What
was that Jojoe from Jerry's posted we live in the
richest country in the world and our billionaire president has

(01:20:19):
to be forced to the court to feed our people. Yeah,
there was two judge and again the Republicans screwed up
on this one. They absolutely screwed up on this one. Again,
back to messaging Friday, there was two judges in liberal
Massachusetts area that had to force Donald Trump administration to

(01:20:41):
basically fund the food assistants programs by Wednesday, court forced
them to do it. And again the Republicans and Dan
Boy give you the credit for this one. Never missed
the opportunity to miss an opportunity. Now the Democrats are
also talking about the contingency plan, where there's the six

(01:21:05):
billion dollars that will last three weeks to be able
to fund the food assistance which by the way, there's
three billion dollars a year that gets put into it,
and the money gets put in there and it just
builds up, so that's two years worth. Six billion dollars
will last US three weeks. That's just trying to consume
that in my brain right now, so hard. But then

(01:21:28):
under the contingency plan, which there is an actual act,
and we talked about this the other day on Friday,
and this is again the thing that the Republicans missed.
This opportunity. The Agricultural Rule, Development, Food and Drug Administration,
and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, which basically says that if
for whatever reason, the food assistance programs are not funded

(01:21:52):
through the normal means, which is the budget or the
spending plan, that the contingency fund is authorized under seven
US Code two zero two seven. So essentially, on Friday night,
this thing should have kicked in, should have funded the program,
and the Republicans knew this. The Republicans should have come

(01:22:17):
out and said, look, if we have to do it,
we will go ahead and will institute this thing. It's
contingency fund. We've got like six billion in it. Whatever
it is that's there. It can fund it for a
very short period of time, but it's only gonna last
a little while and then we'll blow through this money.
We need to reopen the government. And all it takes

(01:22:39):
is what is it six more Democrats, six Democrats to
step up and feed America vote to open the government.
It's all you gotta do. And they wouldn't do it,
and instead we get bombarded with this message. And again
the Republican Party now they've got the black eye. They've

(01:23:00):
got the black eye, and the Democrats won. The Democrats
won this because now they can say, see, we had
to force Donald Trump in the court to go do it,
because Donald Trump was going to make you starve. The
contingency plan was there by law. And they're not standing

(01:23:21):
up to the Democrats and and fighting them the way
that they should be. Sure they're they're they're holding to
their guns, and that's fine. It's being stubborn, and I
appreciate the fact that the Republicans are doing it, but
you have to play with their playbook. And the thing
that the Democrats will do is shame you know. It's
one of the things that they love to shout out

(01:23:43):
now when when there's an event, they just sounded shame,
shame on you. Shame shame well, you know what, Shame
on you Democrats for not getting the cojones to vote
yes to reopen the government so that people will have
all of their benefits and they won't be starving, they

(01:24:05):
won't be freezing in the heat, they'll get all of
their healthcare, and we could work to improve these things.
We just need the votes. But shame on you Democrats
for not getting at least six of you to come
over here and open the government. Shame on you for
wanting to continue to starve the American people, but they
don't do it. Yeah, Thune's been mad for the past

(01:24:27):
couple of days and he's made a few statements. But again,
you can get up there and you can point out
the facts, which John Thune has done, but you have
to shame them, you have to point out and make
it crystal clear. Get out to social media, get out
to every camera and microphone that will listen to you,

(01:24:48):
and tell them. Shame the Democrats for what they're doing.
Call it out, be honest about it, and say, yeah, look,
we have this contingency plans six billion dollars in it's
only gonna last us three weeks. And if thune was good,
which I don't like him, I don't think he's that great.
I don't think he's the best person for it. Thunees

(01:25:09):
should have come out and said, yes, we can use
the contingency fund starting on Friday night to pay for
this stuff, but it's gonna be three weeks and then
we're gonna go through this all again. And by the way,
at that point, we won't have the contingency funds. So
this is another thing that they're not pointing out, is

(01:25:31):
that the funds get funded every year. So they put
it into that fund. It's three billion dollars a year
that gets put into the air. But if you blow
through it, when do you fund it again? So does
this mean that we're going to add additional money to
the fund because we had to blow all through all
that money and then on top of it the normal amount.
See how much money we're spending. It's just time for

(01:25:55):
the Republicans to stand up to the bullies that the
Democrats are and put them in the place. If you
have to sucker punch him, do it. But standing down
on the floor of the senator, floor of the House
and making these energy emotional, fully charged speeches doesn't do

(01:26:16):
absolutely no good if you don't shame them and attack
them the way that they should be attacked. All right,
we got to take a quick break. We'll be right back.
This is the Bride Rush Show. Good morning, all right,

(01:26:40):
welcome back to the Brian Rush Show here on Florida
Man Radio Network. Coming off the top of the hour
mark mixed fro Natural Right to Work Committee's gonna be
joining us. We're talking with him about some of the
consequences to some of the elections coming up tomorrow. Plus
we'll talk with him about some more of the the
right to work fight and the union stuff. I also
want to some of his thoughts and opinions about this.

(01:27:01):
The the big unions now that are that are coming
up and the teamsters calling on the Dems to end
this shutdown. You know things are bad for the Democrats
when the Teamsters Union is against what the the Democrats
stand for and what they want. There's your sign. So

(01:27:22):
we'll talk with him coming up at the top of
the hour. Always have some great conversations. You always fills
in with some good information. So Mark Mix coming up
after the top of the hour. Also at the bottom
of the next hour, Lindicope from the Warrior Beach Retreat,
it's gonna be joining us. We're gonna chat about what's
going on this week with the retreat and how you can,
if you are in the greater Panama City area, participate

(01:27:45):
in the parade and the ceremony that'll be happening. It's
always a great thing to do. I mean, it's it's
one of those emotional support things that sometimes you may
think is just a small kind of contribution. But with you,
if you see the behind the and what goes on
with it, I can tell you because I've been part
of it for a good part of thirteen fourteen years

(01:28:06):
now and it's amazing to see what goes on with
the help of our of our soldiers, so especially the
ones that have been wounded. So we'll chat with them
coming up in the next hour of the show. In
the meantime, don't forget you can follow us online at
the Brian Rushshow dot com. We have links for our socials,

toward tomorrow.

Speaker 4 (01:30:53):
Yeah, tomorrow, the big election day. And there's a lot
that's going on too that a lot of people might
not even be paying attention to because there's, uh, there's
obviously the big election right there with with the governor's
race there, which has got some consequences. Plus there's a
lot of others too, like New York City, the Twin
Cities with the vote captain that's that's running for the

(01:31:17):
election of the mayor's race there, and this can have
a lot of a lot of interesting, let's just say,
consequences should the the elections go in kind of the
wrong way. What are you guys seeing there in Virginia?
Because this is interesting and I love uh win some Sears.
She's she's been on the show multiple times and she's
just such an awesome woman. But what's going on in Virginia.

Speaker 11 (01:31:40):
Yeah, well, obviously we're getting close and the election will
be lots of votes have already been casted as a
early voting, which is kind of an interesting phenomenon given
the redistricting and all the things that are going on
in the in the legislature here. But yeah, I mean,
it's the final day and the poshes on and if
voter turnout is high like it was in the Yunkin
race four years ago, then win some and John Reid

(01:32:01):
for Lieutenant governor and Jacob Meers. I mean, I imagine Brian,
that Jay Jones gets elected to the Attorney General after
what we've learned about his character, yeah comments, I mean
it's just stunning. Yeah, it really is. And then you know,
and you mentioned New York. I mean, one of the
things that the most surprising to me, although it's not surprising,
it's disappointing is the number of labor unions that are
endorsed Mondami and believe in those policies. I mean, it's

(01:32:25):
just incredible. And that's why right to work is so important,
and that's why it's really on the ballot right now
in Virginia as well. Whin some Sears is a strong
supporter of right to work because she's partnered with Governor
Ynkin over the last four years bringing jobs and economic
vitality to the Commonwealth of Virginia. One of the reasons
for that is the right to work law and the
twenty five other states that have them benefit dramatically from

(01:32:46):
the idea of just giving workers a single choice about
whether or not they want to financially support a labor that,
in the meantime is endorsing a guy like Mandamie up
in New York. It's outrageous and that's on the ballot tomorrow,
so a lot of state to your point.

Speaker 4 (01:32:59):
Yeah, they're really is. And then of course, one of
the things that we have talked about so many times
over the years, and that is the whole minimum wage
increase thing that is generally pretty ridiculous, and we've talked
about the results of it in California where they've done that,
and we've seen what happens to jobs. And now you've
got the boat captain of there in the Twin Cities
who's now promising over the weekend that he's going to

(01:33:19):
do a twenty twenty dollars per hour minimum wage in
that city. Which there's so many things about that campaign
and the promises and that city that I just step
back and go, how the hell did this guy become
the leading contender to be the mayor of that city?
Is just mind boggling to watch.

Speaker 11 (01:33:42):
Yeah, Brian, and I mean I wish you had the answer,
because I certainly don't.

Speaker 4 (01:33:47):
I don't know anybody.

Speaker 11 (01:33:48):
It is amazing. I think. Yeah, the idea, the idea
that you can you can set, you know, artificially set
a wage like that, And to your point, California is
probably the best case study this. You know, this board,
this commission to go and Areknews and created the Legislature
Committee Commission basically to regulate small businesses and franchisees and
all that. To your point, it has cost literally thousands,

(01:34:10):
not just thousands, with tens of thousands of jobs out
there because of the idea of driving up costs. I mean,
it's very simple economics when you look at it. The
idea of saying, Okay, this is what this component of
the price of something is going to be. We're going
to mandate it and then expect people to risk capital
when the margins that they make for risking capital I
quote unquote the profits they make are extremely restricted. And

(01:34:33):
it did you say, well, okay, it's not worth it anymore.
And that's why you see the outflow of jobs and
opportunities for Californias just moving elsewhere. And it happens in
states like Michigan, who repealed their right to work law
back in twenty twenty three, went into effect in twenty
twenty four. Michigan, believe it or not, Brian leads the
nation in unemployment. All eighty eight counties in Michigan have

(01:34:54):
basically had unemployment while the country has gained over two
million jobs over that same period. So it doesn't make
any sense. And and but it's good to talk about it,
and hopefully people understand the basics and the simple simplicity
of these issues, like do I force someone to pay
dues to a private organization in order to get her
to a job? The answer should be a resounding no.

(01:35:16):
And hopefully that will be the answer in Virginia as
we move forward.

Speaker 4 (01:35:19):
Yeah, hopefully, you know, because there's there's a lot of
that is a state here, you know, speaking of unions,
this is how bad things are starting to get for
the Democrats that even the Teamsters union right now is
ganging up against the Democrats when it comes to this
whole shutdown thing because it's it's really hurting a lot
of businesses and it's even hurting them, and it just

(01:35:40):
it's it's crazy to watch the left and how they
don't see the the the level of failure that they
are experiencing and creating.

Speaker 11 (01:35:51):
Yeah, indeed, the largest government union, the American Federation of
Government Eployees, is come out public and said, you know,
have the vote, vote for the continuing Resolution, the clean
cr Let's get back to the table and talk about
the other things to want top of let's put people
back on the job. And to your point, Sean O'Brien
was standing up with I think the Secretary of Transportation,
Sean Duffy and someone else saying, look, go vote for

(01:36:12):
the clean cr let's go forward, because to your point, Brian,
it's hurting them as much as it's hurting everybody else.
And to have you know, Sawn O'Brien a the Teamsters
who's a major donor to the Democratic Party, the American
Federation of Government Employees, who's a major donor to Democratic Party,
say look, do your job, get back to work, let
us open the government again. It's really an embarrassment. I
don't suspect it's getting much play in the mainstream media,

(01:36:34):
but I know you've been talking about it and others
have been too, and that's important.

Speaker 4 (01:36:38):
Yeah, it really is. I mean to watch the Teamster
stuff and with Sean, which I don't know if you
saw this, This exchange probably one of the most epic
exchanges I've ever seen in the Senate, and it was
when Sean and Senator Mark Wayne Mullen kind of had
a little they had a little spat and it ended

(01:36:58):
up being wintles. You want to take this outside? All right, fine,
let's go. Let's take this outside and of course, the
room just erupted and it's like, now stop, this is
and how we did The two of them were ready
to go fisticuffs. I mean they were literally getting up
out of their chairs and getting ready to go out
into the hallway and probably beat the snots out of
each other. And I think the senator probably would have
won that one hands down. But now the two of

(01:37:20):
them are like buddy buddy, best friends with everything because
Shawn's realized, He's like, man, we're on the wrong on
this one. And and that is how bad it is
getting for the Democrats. Uh, They're just so wrong on
so many of these issues. Yeah.

Speaker 11 (01:37:35):
Indeed, and you know that that that incident between O'Brien
and and Mark wayn mullins, it started in the first
in hearing right before before that a couple of months
put it and actually Brian I was testifying in that
same hearing.

Speaker 6 (01:37:45):
I was in.

Speaker 11 (01:37:46):
Between the two of them, and if somethie would have
roped there, I would have been acting. Course, I you know,
I don't know how to want to fight anybody, but
but it was interesting because down for me, yeah exactly.
And they had a couple of big teasure guys that
were sitting behind him, and it's like, you know what,
I don't think I need this, but you're right. And
and Sean O'Brien, whether he believes it or not, he

(01:38:07):
knows that his membership believes it. I mean, we talked
about this before. When they polled for the endorsement for
the presidential race. He polled not once but twice, and
he showed it showed sixty to sixty two percent of
his members we're going to be voting for Donald Trump.
And so you know, he did the courageous thing and
not endorse anybody. But he's a politician too. He's got
to stand for election as we move into twenty twenty six.

(01:38:28):
And he knows now that most of the Team Shers
in the private sector, not necessarily the government sector because
they do represent government employees as well, but in the
private sector, an overwhelming majority were saying, look, don't get
involved in this race. We're going to vote for Trump.
Don't spend any of our money on opposing him. Unfortunately,
that was something that the Team Schers were doing. They
spent a lot of money on Democrat politics. I mean,

(01:38:49):
there's lots of there's one anecdote in particular where Chuck
Schumer calls Sean O'Brien and asked for like a half
million dollars or five hundred and fifty thousand, too bright. Yeah,
I'll give you the money, but you know this do that.
It was kind of an interesting exchange between the two
that O'Brien recounted in one of his podcasts. But you're right,
he has trouble too. He's a politician and now he

(01:39:10):
knows where his membership is, and so that's why he's
changing his behavior.

Speaker 4 (01:39:13):
Yeah, absolutely, So the other things that we have to
be watching now when it comes on to the election
day and the results, and I think it's it's unfortunately
kind of a lockdown on this that Mammadonni is going
to win the election in New York City. We might
get surprised because you know a lot of the polling
now is showing that he is he is hated by
just about every single religious group in New York City

(01:39:35):
except for the Muslim community. So we never know, I mean,
it might end up being Andy Cuomo tomorrow. We don't know.
I mean never thought I would say this, but that
would probably be a better thing for New York City.
But when you look at everything that Mamma Donni has
been promising, and that he's going to go after the
billionaires and the millionaires and the corporations and they're going

(01:39:56):
to tax them to death, and you know they're going
to pay for all of this stuff. What's going to
happen with New York City? Not only would their funding,
but the jobs when all of these millionaires and billionaires
and corporations go screw it, we're out and leaves.

Speaker 11 (01:40:12):
Yeah, Brian, well you'll benefit from that. Florida's already benefited
from that flight of capital for sure. And if they continue,
if he continues down that path and that gets done
in New York City, there's no question that's exactly what's
going to happen. It's happening in California, it's happening in
New York. That might that out migration when they try
to go after people that are investing in creating opportunities.

(01:40:33):
I mean, it just doesn't It's so simple when you
think about it. In CONTEXCT you may know the number better,
but I always reading something somewhere in New York City,
like the tax base in New York City, like three
hundred and eighty people pay something like eighty percent of
the taxes in New York City. When you understand it
that way and you look at it from that perspective,
I think it's already beginning to happen. I mean, Wall Street,

(01:40:55):
for example, is in Texas. Now they're doing trading out
of Texas because New York's not a fun place to
do business. And I can't believe that it will get
any better based on the policies this candidate for Mayor's articulating.

Speaker 4 (01:41:06):
Guess for sure, Yeah, I think if he does win tomorrow,
I think we're probably going to see the end and
not even the starting of, but the end of New
York City as we've known it, because I mean when
it gets to the point where the stock market is
already leaving the town. And yes, you're right the numbers,
like the three hundred and something people are paying eighty
percent of the tax, but what that just a little

(01:41:28):
two percent more? What's the difference on that? You know,
it's only two percent more, bringing up to like fifty
two percent. It's going to be a disaster to see that.
And what have you seen when it comes to the
New York politicians trying to protect New York jobs because
I don't I don't see anything that they're trying to
do that's going to be successful to win.

Speaker 10 (01:41:52):
No.

Speaker 11 (01:41:52):
In fact, the New York legislature has been adamant about
empowering union officials that we've got a case on behalf
of farm workers up in New York State right now
now that we're arguing where basically the bureaucracy in Albany
just simply created this labor policy that has really no
substance to it. They're making this stuff as they go along,
and agricultural workers and a couple of big farms up

(01:42:12):
there have contacted us saying, you know, they put us
in a union without a vote. They put us in
a union without any kind of indications the union had support,
and now.

Speaker 6 (01:42:20):
They won't let us out.

Speaker 11 (01:42:21):
We're litigating that case as we speak right now. Brian
on behalf of a large number of agricultural workers in
New York and it doesn't make any sense. If they
believe in individual freedom and liberty, which they don't, then
they make different decisions when they believe in monopolies and
exclusive bargaining and the power of a particular private organization
to basically dictate the terms and conditions of government, and

(01:42:43):
that is happened in New York and Spades and certainly California.
And if you want one on the East coast and
one on the West coast, you've got two case studies
about what happens when you give this power to again,
a private organization, and you allow them to force workers
into unions and associate with unions and then get them
to pay dues or fees to keep their jobs. It
doesn't work.

Speaker 6 (01:43:01):
It does not work.

Speaker 4 (01:43:02):
Yeah, you're right, and we've got plenty of recent examples.
We don't have to reach too far back into history
on that. So, Mark Macks, how are you how are
people actually starting to react to this type of an ideology.
Do you think people are waking up more to it
than they've ever done before, especially these people that have

(01:43:23):
been so pro union for so long and now kind
of realizing what's going on. Do you see a big
shift going on?

Speaker 11 (01:43:31):
Absolutely? And I think the best example of that, the
most recent is the twenty twenty four presidential election. I
mean it's just it's clear not only the Teamster members, Brian,
but a majority of private sector union households and union
members voted for Donald Trump and Donald Trump wasn't promoting
more powerful unions. He was promoting common sense policies that
basically said, Hey, let's protect our border, let's keep boys

(01:43:54):
out of the shower rooms of the girls and out
of girls sports. Let's reduce the size and scope of government,
let's reduce the regulations. Let's try to lower taxes. If weekend,
I mean, his agenda was exactly what most Americans believe,
and the evidence gets clear and clear all the time
that they are indeed waking up to this leftism, this
Marxism that comes from a and not i would say,

(01:44:14):
a growing part of the Democrat Party. It's amazing there
are not almost as best. It's not your father's Democrat
Party anymore. It's run by guys like Mandami and the
left that is so extreme that people are finally taking notice.
And that's good news for the country.

Speaker 4 (01:44:29):
I think, yeah, yeah, absolutely, I think it's going to
be some great news. What else are you guys working
on with the National Right to Work Committee? Any other big,
big projects?

Speaker 11 (01:44:39):
Well, we've we've got to work on what's going on
in Congress. We've got a National Libor Relations Board, Brian,
this is the five member board that adjudicates labor policy
that was given to the federal government back in the
nineteen thirties. That board is not functioning right now. There
are nominees up. There's some two nominees just made it
out of committee, the nomination for the General Council, nomination
for one of the board members. Fortunately, some Republicans in

(01:45:01):
the Senate Labor Committee are holding up another one of
the Trump appointees there to try to get this operation
going again. This is where individual employees can go to
have their rights protected from union power and union monopoly.
It's one of the places where we do most of
our business. We've got a lot of employees they're waiting
for decisions from the board about whether or not they're
forced to pay dues and fees and whether they can

(01:45:22):
support political causes as a condition of their employment. So
we've got to get that back together. It's guys Center
like Josh Holly from Missouri, who are again bfp's best
friends forever with Sean O'Brien, who are kind of blocking
this work and what the Trump what the Trump administrats
is trying to do on labor policy to make sure
that individual workers have their rights indicating so that's a
big project. There's lots of other things that are going

(01:45:43):
on every day, and you know, obviously there's moments like
tomorrow that will bring you know, clarity some of the
things we're going to have to deal with in the future.
But right now, there's still a lot of work to
do in Washington and across the country.

Speaker 4 (01:45:55):
Yeah, there absolutely is. And before I let you go,
I got to find out because I love this topic.
It just makes me get And that's the Starbucks thing.
What's the latest in the Starbucks barista struggle to get
out of the unions.

Speaker 11 (01:46:10):
Yeah, well, the the speed of all that's being to
slow down. I think they finally they're now around six
hundred and fifty units that have had boats on unionization.
That's out of like sixteen thousand of them. And we've
got a bunch of cases trying from workers who call
us bars and said we want to get out, and
we can't get them out because of the nationally relationshis board.
It's an ongoing battle and obviously, you know, if we

(01:46:31):
believe what the union say, Starbucks is the worst employer
in America. They're they're you know, these are like turn
of the century, eighteen hundreds employers that are taking advantage
of employees. We know that's not true. I think people
know that's not true, but yet that's the push, and
so it goes on and we're continuing to fight on
behalf of workers that want to exercise their rights in
the workplace for sure.

Speaker 4 (01:46:51):
Well that that's why this audience and this show we
drink Knock It Off Coffee the official sponsor of the
show rather than the Starbucks, so we don't have to
deal with that. We'll make our own damn coffee, uh
Mark mix. How can people get involved with you guys
and learn more and and and get help from you
guys should they find themselves in some of these labor battles.

Speaker 11 (01:47:10):
Yeah, if they have questions about their rights in the workplace,
they can go to the Foundation's website. We have attorneys
that represent employees for free and help them vindicate their rights.
That's NRTW dot org. That's the Foundation for Your Rights
in the Workplace NRTW dot org. If there is what's
going on legislative, whether it be in in Tallahassee or
whether it be in in Washington, d C. They can
go to the Committee's website, which is n R TWC

(01:47:33):
dot org and that's where we deal with all the
legislation across the country and here in Washington, d C.

Speaker 4 (01:47:38):
All right, awesome, Mark Mixed, National Right to Work Committee.
You guys do some great work. I love what you're doing.
We always have some great conversations. Can't wait for our
next one. Keep getting out there and then doing that fight. Mark,
you know, the workers appreciated, and we'll see what happens tomorrow,
see what kind of results we get and UH and
where the nation goes after that. Hopefully there'll be some
good news tomorrow for UH, for wins, some seers in

(01:48:01):
in Virginia, and hopefully Jay Jones won't won't be the
Attorney General because that could be that could be a mess,
to say the least.

Speaker 11 (01:48:11):
Yeah, all right, well, Brian, I think the sun's gonna
come up tomorrow and Wednesday morning. No matter what, we'll
just have to keep fighting. I know you will too,
So thanks for the opportunity.

Speaker 4 (01:48:18):
That's what we got to do. Mark Mixed, thank you
so much for joining us this morning on the show.
Have a fantastic day. We'll talk to you later on
Mark Mixed again, with the National Right to Work Committee,
we got to take a quick break. We will be
right back. This is the Brian Rush Show. Good morning,

(01:48:46):
all right, welcome back to the Brian Rush Show here
at Florida Man Radio. Big thanks to Mark Mixed from
That's Your Right to Work Committee. Tomorrow is gonna be
a big day when it comes to elections, and it's
gonna be something that's going to be a deciding factor.
And I think the direction that not only portions of
our country we're going to go, but also what the
Democrat Party is going to do next. And there are

(01:49:08):
some big things to watch. Obviously. There is the election
the mayor or the governatorial election in Virginia between the
Republican Winsome Earl Sears who's the lieutenant governor currently, and
Democrat Abigail Spanberger, who is a space cadet. If you
haven't seen some of the debates between the two, they've
been pretty good. In wisdom. Earl Seiers is she's amazing.

(01:49:32):
We've had her on the show many many times. I
think she'd be great for Virginia. But that and the
New Jersey race, and both of them are very much
so a neck and neck race. This is going to
be a nail binder. To watch which direction that goes
coming up tomorrow. But in addition to that, there's also
another US House special election that's going to be going
on in the Houston area for the Texas seventeenth congressional

(01:49:55):
district that is going to be determining who is going
to replace a the late Democrat Sylvester Turner, who had
passed away. So we'll see what goes down to that.
There's a Republican that's in there fighting for that as well,
so we'll see if that makes a change. Also, Pennsylvania
is another area which we have been watching, which is
I think leaning very much towards wanting to go red.

(01:50:18):
There's been a big push in Pennsylvania to get it
to go to a red direction, and I think it
may happen before much longer if this push continues. There
is a nonpartisan election seat going on for the state's
Supreme Court that'll be happening, And of course that's an
important thing too, because if Democrats continue to keep a
hold of the courts, they will continue to hold things down.

(01:50:41):
So there is a Republican that is running for that seat,
and within a luck, maybe the Republican will be able
to get that state Supreme Court seat in Pennsylvania. But
in addition, there's also a lot of other legislative special
elections that are going on. Mississippi, they've got about ten
different special elections going on, along with a whole bunch
of other about seventy six nationwide that are happening. But

(01:51:03):
then there's also some ballot measures that are going on.
The California Prop. Fifty, which is basically the one to
redo the redistarching reform, which has had a little bit
of uphill battles, that'll be voted upon tomorrow. Also in Texas,
a congressional a constitutional amendment is going on for voters
statewide to decide him several propositis or proposed amendments covering

(01:51:26):
topics like property taxes and education funding. So that's another
big one for the state of Texas. And then there's
a whole bunch of other measures that are going on
too that are being watched. But then there's the municipal elections,
and obviously one of the biggest ones that we were
watching is New York City with Zoorn Mama Dottie and
to see if he's going to win it or not.

(01:51:47):
The polls are interesting to watch. You also have in Massachusetts.
The Boston mayor's race is going on with the incumbent,
Michelle wu Is seeking her reelection, will probably win it
because it seems like Bostonians have lost their damn minds.
At Atlanta, Georgia's got one, Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Miami.

(01:52:08):
Also here in the state of Florida, they are doing
a mayoral race as well, So there's a lot that
is at stake for tomorrow. And of course the Saint
Paul and Minneapolis area with the vote Captain look at me,
I am the mayor. Now that is another one that
can be a very dangerous race for the left to win.
So hopefully all of our Republicans around the country will

(01:52:31):
get out and vote, because the midterm elections are a
hard time to get Republicans out to vote, and we
got to do everything we can to get them out there.
Linda come from the Warrior Beach Retreat. She's gonna be
joining us next after the break, we will be right back.
This is the Brian Rush Show. Good morning, all right,

(01:52:58):
welcome back to the Brian Rush Show on Florida Man
Radio Network. Thanks so much for making this part of
your day, and we talked about this before, and I'm
a huge supporter of this next event, which is actually
going on this week. I've I've been throwing my support. Yeah, God, Linda,
what has it been fourteen years as something like that?

(01:53:21):
Fifteen for you guys, fourteen for me with throwing support
behind you guys. I was a little behind the ball
on this one, but it's okay. I've made up for
it since then. And that is the Warrior Beach Retreat.
And for those that are outside of the greater Panama
City area, like in the Fort Walton Beach area, or
out in the Gainesville area, or wherever it is that
you're listening on the Florida mad To radio network, you

(01:53:42):
may not have heard of the Warrior Beach Retreat. So, Linda,
since it's all getting underway tomorrow, let's give people a
little synopsis of exactly what is the Warrior Beach Retreat.

Speaker 10 (01:53:55):
Well, it's a nonpop that we started sixteen years ago, bye,
after our son both legs above me, excuse me, and
wounded his hands by an IED blast in Baghdad, Iraq.
And we're local, we're not the Wind to Warrior project.
We saw how what war does to a family, you know,

(01:54:15):
when a soldier goes to war, a family goes to war,
especially to the caregiver. So on our retreats we focus
on the caregiver because if you look around nationally, there's
a whole lot of stuff for the veterans, but the
person taking care of them, their whole life has changed,
and so they're making a decision do I stay do
I go, which is not good. But you know, we

(01:54:38):
saw that at Walter Reed when we were up there
with Josh. You know, a woman walking in and seeing
her husband so maimed because Josh was on the ampute
flour she took off her ring and put it down
and said, I did not sign up for this and
walked away. And you know, stuff like that just broke
our hearts because it's more common than people think, because

(01:54:59):
you know, war changes you and you're willing to die
for your country. You sign on that Dottal line that
I'm willing to die for the freedoms that we all enjoy.
But when you go to war, you come back, and
we need to embrace these men and women that have
been willing to lay down their lives for all of us. Yeah,

(01:55:21):
we have it. It's a week I mean they're coming
in Tuesday through next week on Monday, and we have
four couples flying in, right, So four couples flying in
and we want people to greet them at the airport
if anybody wants to be there to greet them. You know,
we have flights coming in from ten to three to
three that afternoon and we roll out the red carpet.

(01:55:45):
We have the people on either side, the motorcyclists come
to honor them, and then we have the other ones
driving from all across the country. And you only come
one time on a big retreat. We have two a year.
They're here for about a week, and we pay for
all the rooms now, so we do it off season,
so it's cool.

Speaker 4 (01:56:05):
It a little cheaper, but yeah, that is still that
is still an expense. And we'll get into that here
in a minute too. And if I can, and I'm
not gonna be able to make any promises on this
because every time I make a promise on this as
I can get crap fantastically caught up with something. But tomorrow,
since I'll be right there next door to UH to
the terminal, if I can, I will, I will swing

(01:56:26):
over for for for a couple of the arrivals, because
that is always neat too, uh, you know. And this
is the thing, and again you talk about how a
lot of this is is for the caregiver, and and
I think a lot of people don't understand, you know,
how difficult it is to be a caregiver. And it
doesn't matter if it is for a wounded warrior or
if it's for a parent or a sibling or a spouse.

(01:56:50):
Being a caregiver is a very difficult thing. And you know,
obviously there's additional trauma to it when you're a wounded warrior.
So the fact that that that you guys are helping them,
and again there's so much in depth of the psychological
aspect of what goes down with this event. But to

(01:57:10):
see the faces and we've talked about this so many
times on the show, and I don't care how repetitive
it is that we talk about this, because it's a
very important thing for people to understand. And when you
see the reaction to these warriors and their spouses at
the end of the parade, that's one thing. But to
see the reaction when they get off the airplane and

(01:57:32):
they come out down to the lower area where you
exit the secure area and to see the people that
are there for them and to see that shock on
their face, like wow, this is for me, you know,
it's kind of an amazing thing. And again the experience
that people get from the parade, which we want to

(01:57:54):
talk about the parade because about ninety five percent, if
not more, of what goes on to the Warrior Beacher
Tree is closed doors. It's behind the scenes, it's for
them to go on, it's not open to the public.
But the parade is very much so open to the public.
And the parade is going to be on Thursday.

Speaker 10 (01:58:09):
Let's talk about the ceremony, right, ceremony. Yes, So I'm
gonna let my husband talk about the prede because the
route has changed, y'all. Please go to our website warriorbeachatreat
dot org to see our parade route. But here's my
favorite and only his mean all right, yeah, Brian, if
the people have looked at the parade route a couple.

Speaker 6 (01:58:28):
Of weeks ago, it has changed. We've had to shorten it.
We are going through Panama City Beach and after we
pass the Hathaway Bridge, we're going down twenty third Street
till we get to three ninety and we're going three
ninety to Baldwin and once we go Ballwing East, we're
going to hit seventy seven up to the church. So

(01:58:48):
if you would like to get on the paid route,
I encourage you to look at the map. There are
different times that we have on the parade route that
you can get at on the sidewalks that we assigned
some flags of welcome the warriors coming in. And if
you own a motorcycle, you're welcome to come out to
Peer Park next to J. C. Penny at three point thirty.

(01:59:09):
The parade departs at four pm, So come on out
in the motorcycle and get in the parade route. We'd
love to have you out there.

Speaker 4 (01:59:18):
Yeah, and this is this is so cool because with
the parade route again, most people are like, oh, got
a parade, I got to get there an hour early
so I can get a good seat and everything. When
you go to the website and I give you the
military precision on this, you know you have a really good,
fairly accurate timeframe of when the parade is going to
be going by these particular points, so you know that

(01:59:40):
way you you don't have to be out there forever
and it's a very short thing, and people got to
understand the impact and the power of that moment that
you have that you are standing there for these warriors
because they didn't experience this stuff before when they came
back injured, and to see the love and support that

(02:00:01):
we throw out there, it's just it's so cool. And
I know that that ninety nine point nine percent of
the people that stand in that parade route will not
see the end result of what they did, but we've
seen it and and yes, just I mean, it's it's
heartwarming and heartbreaking at the same time, if that's even
the possible thing, to see their reaction, to hear them

(02:00:22):
speak about what this community has done when they go
through that, So that is just it's such a cool experience.

Speaker 10 (02:00:30):
Well, and if you go to the Halfaway Bridge, they'll
be given a full sized American flag to hold. Wear
your coat. It'll probably be cold, but you can hold
the full size American prey flag. And thanklly, our Sheriff
Tommy Ford is going to have his helicopter flying over
this parade, which is a blessing. But like you said, Brian,

(02:00:52):
this is life changing. Most of them went straight from
the battlefield to the hospital to home, and we give
them meet a box of Kleenex because they have their
own cars. Those that don't we provide them. We pay
for a rental car for those that don't have, you know,
we want them to be in their vehicle with their caregiver,
riding along the parade route and seeing the support and

(02:01:13):
patriotism of the community, and some of them say, why
in the world are you giving us a box of cliinex.
And then when we get to the end of the
parade route, they're going, why are you taking our group
picture now? Or make it's all messed up? And the
guys and then you know, men men or men, they
don't want to cry with other people, so theyn't cry.
They do they'll cry when they're alone in their vehicle

(02:01:34):
with their care with their either with their wives or
their husband. So I just cannot thank this community enough
for taking the time and the effort to be on
that parade route to honor these men and women, because
you don't know the lives you've saved by letting them
know their sacrifice was not in vain. Because a lot

(02:01:54):
of them are alone, they stay in their houses, they
don't leave, and they feel forgotten and you know it's
like twenty four a day now that commits suicide. He
needs to be twenty two. Now it's twenty four, and
our hearts are for that not to happen and for
the marriages not to fall apart. So that's what we do,
Like you said, a lots behind the scenes. We have

(02:02:15):
a chaplain couple here that's they're available if they need
to talk, but they get here. But once they get here,
we pay for everything, and we're grateful for all the
restaurants that do donate. We're so grateful for that and
the venues on the beach. But they're reconnecting as a
couple and with other veterans that quote unquote get it.

(02:02:35):
And the walls come down because they feel that we're
not using them for political or financial gain and so
they think I'm safe. I'm safe, And we just covered
everybody's prayers and feel if you want to tell them
about our speaker.

Speaker 6 (02:02:52):
Yeah, our speaker is Hank Irwin. He's a former two
time Alabama senator started American Prayer. So we were very
excited about having him here and his wife, Shida and.

Speaker 10 (02:03:06):
His sons are the Irwin brothers that have done all
these movies House of David. I can only imagine those
are his boys. And he lives up there near his
sons and their families, and he actually lives down the
street from Gary Sonise Cool, so you know it's it's Negro.
He and his wife were coming for the whole week,

(02:03:27):
so that's gonna make it walk special. You know, we
usually get speakers that come in wednesdayly Friday, but they're
going to invest a week in these men and women,
and it's it's a blessing. And his father was a
World War Two Medal of Honor veterans. Ye hain't Boland.
So it's just you know, it's very very special. But

(02:03:49):
you know, we just are grateful for the living in
Bay County when that did happen with our son, and
for the ceremony. A mission is free and open to
the publics and we have two couples that give their
testimonies along with the speaker talking for about five minutes
about what to retreat his meant to them. And these
speakers are great.

Speaker 4 (02:04:09):
Yeah they are. They're always pretty good.

Speaker 10 (02:04:12):
But sometimes as testimoniers are the highlight of the event.

Speaker 4 (02:04:16):
They really are, they really are. I mean the the
event is not a very long event. Yeah, it's like
maybe an hour. H You have your key speaker that
will speak, uh. And and they've always been in great speakers. Uh,
you know, Alan West being one of my favorites, which
I know he'll be coming back soon.

Speaker 1 (02:04:34):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (02:04:34):
But the thing that's always interesting to see is the
the couples that will get up. And you always have
at least one or two couples that that will get
up and they will give their speech on their experience
of just the past couple of days. Uh. And that's
always kind of a heartwarming thing. And and and for
for people to just get out. Uh it's this coming Thursday,
if you are in the Lynnhaven, Florida area. The ceremonies

(02:04:58):
at seven pm. So just get there a little early
right there at the first Baptist Church in lynn Haven.
Come out and just show that support, I mean even
being there at the end of the parade, you know,
which there's obviously there's a dinner before that is that
is closed to the public, you know, and then the
ceremony is later on. Come on out and and and

(02:05:19):
enjoy that for a moment and realize who you're supporting,
because it is it's an amazing experience and we we've
talked about this so many times on the show, the
experience that you see behind the scenes and what this
event does for these warriors and their their caregivers and
it's just it really truly is amazing to watch. But also,
you guys can't do it without some support in the community.

(02:05:40):
We do great deal of support and you know, this
show is heard on the Florida Man Radio. Florida is
a is a great place where a very patriotic place
living throughout the state of Florida, and a lot of
people that are living in the majority of the the
listening area. They can't attend this because it's it's too
far to travel, but they can still support you guys.
And how can they do that, Well.

Speaker 10 (02:06:01):
They can go to our website Warriorbeach Retreat dot org
and there's a place there that they can donate. And
we are five to one C three nonprofit and we
are locally supported. You know, I was talking to somebody
yesterday about, you know, the donations that we do get because,
like I said, we paid before COVID the rooms were
donated so for the past word, how many years has

(02:06:24):
that been over we're paying for places for them to stay,
and we have a waiting We have a waiting list
for two and a half years, maybe it's even three now.
And it's mostly word of mouth because that's the best
advertisement anyway, it's word of mouth. But you know, we
but they were saying, do you have any big name donors?

(02:06:45):
Then know our donors are from grassroot Americans. They have
a heart for what we do to give back to
those that gave so much so we can be free.
And and you know, when they asked me that question,
it really touched my heart even more for this patriotic
community to have a heart to want to help us,

(02:07:08):
because you know, we're Christians and we really go by
faith God provide, you know, for this because we use
these hotels. You got to sign a contract and you know,
book your rooms and sign the contract. And they're wonderful
people at the hotels where we stay. But another point
I wanted to make and you had to go to
Warriorbeach Retreat dot Org to donate, which we so appreciate.

(02:07:29):
But after the ceremony, what do we get to do, Brian,
with the warriors and wives?

Speaker 4 (02:07:35):
What goes on? Do you remember it's always the great conversations.

Speaker 10 (02:07:39):
Yes, we shake their hands, that's right.

Speaker 6 (02:07:40):
We get to shake their hands. There's like a.

Speaker 10 (02:07:42):
Reception after and you shake their hands personally, get to
thank them.

Speaker 4 (02:07:47):
And so it's it's a highlight to see that too,
because again they're they're going through some emotional shock after
the parade, after the couple of days of dealing with
the rich, you know, and then to see the number
of people in the community, and young people even too,
which is great. Bring some bring the children to check

(02:08:08):
this out, to meet them and just say thank you.
You know, it's amazing. What simple hey, thank you for
your service, thank you for your sacrifice, you know, and
thank you for coming to our community. That what that
does to them, I mean, it's it's an emotional thing
and it and for those of us that have been
involved behind the scenes, uh yeah, it's a tough thing
to get through. Yes, we all have our moments where

(02:08:31):
we got to step aside and be like, hang on,
I'll be right back, I gotta call it. Cry for
a second, and then you come then you come back.
It's happened to everybody who's been involved in it because
it's it's such a powerful thing and it's a great
thing for our our soldiers who have given the ultimate
sacrifice for for the freedom and for what is good
in this world.

Speaker 10 (02:08:50):
And what is so neat is there are five schools up.
It's five elementary schools, right, five elementary schools that make
cards for the cakids that are just beautiful that and
they we put them in the different you know, in
their gift bags in their rooms so built. Now what

(02:09:10):
schools are the ones that get outside. There are classrooms
that meet.

Speaker 6 (02:09:16):
The elementary and the tourney's elementary have their status out
on the prey route, which is very awesome.

Speaker 10 (02:09:22):
Yes, cool, they have the kids from their schools, but
it means a lot and it's good for the kids
to do this because it puts them their seeds in
their heart to be grateful for the service and sacrifice
that these men and women make. So we're it means
a lot to us to have the community behind us
for their support, for their prayers and being out there

(02:09:44):
again on the prey route. You have no idea what
healing this brings to these many women.

Speaker 6 (02:09:50):
It's huge.

Speaker 11 (02:09:51):
Well you know.

Speaker 10 (02:09:52):
Lost, I guess it was last year of the time
before there was a family out there just tears running
down their cheeks and they had a big picture of
their loud one in uniform that evidently didn't make it home.

Speaker 4 (02:10:05):
Yeah, it's a healing moment for so many people with
the Warrior Beach Retreat. And again, the retreat starts tomorrow
but is closed to the public. But the thing that
is open to the public is the parade which is
happening on Thursday. And again go to Warriorbeach Retreat dot
org for the parade route that goes through Panama City
Beach and Panama City and then seven o'clock for the

(02:10:26):
big ceremony with the keynote speaker, and you also get
to hear from some of the couples as well and
just come out and show some support. Bring the kids
to that so they can experience it as well. And
again the website is Warriorbeach Retreat dot org. Philip Linda Cope,
you guys do a great job with this in the
community appreciates to the help that you do, and the

(02:10:48):
community is a big part of this. So we've all
got to get out there and do our thing to
show our support.

Speaker 10 (02:10:54):
Yes, yes, it's hope. Fun to mention one more thing
about the ROTC.

Speaker 4 (02:10:58):
Yes.

Speaker 6 (02:10:58):
Fine. We always have the Rutherford Air Force r O
t C that come and they do a presentation of colors.
They do a great job, and they also do the
Prison of War Missing in Action table ceremony and in
this uh ceremony, they're going to actually do it during
this ceremony. We usually do it to dinner, but we're
gonna do it the ceremony so that everyone that comes

(02:11:21):
to the ceremony will be able to experience that.

Speaker 4 (02:11:23):
That's awesome. I love it so again. This Thursday is
the parade and the the the the ceremony. Go to
Warriorbeach Retreat dot org for more information on that. Cope family,
thank you so much for your for your support on
this and and for doing it and be looking forward
to seeing you us on Thursday.

Speaker 10 (02:11:41):
Well, thank you for your support. Brian, you are the best.

Speaker 6 (02:11:44):
Thank you so much.

Speaker 4 (02:11:45):
Absolutely, guys, we'll talk with you guys soon again. Warriorbeach
Retreat dot org. You can go for the parade route
if you are in the Panama City area, and if
you're not in the area and you just want to
help out a great cause, you can go to Warriorbeach
Retreat dot org. Click on the support, butnt and remember
just every little bit helps. All right, we got to
take a quick break, will be right back. This is
the Brian Rush Show. Good morning, all right, welcome back

(02:12:20):
to the Brian Rush Show here on Florida Man Radio.
Do appreciate you checking us out big thanks again to
the Kope family for coming on talking about the Warrior
Beach Retreat, which will be happening in the Panama City area,
the Panama City Lynnhaven area. If you are in that area,
go check it out. Thursday is the parade again, it's
one of these. It's a simple, simple thing that you

(02:12:42):
can do to make a difference in some lives who
have given some pretty big sacrifices for America. So go
check that out. A Warriorbeach Retreat dot org is the
website in case you want to donate a little bit,
and again every little bit helps. Five dollars helps, ten
dollars helps. If you can do more, do more. It

(02:13:03):
goes a long way, and it is again for a
great cause. So the left is melting down because Donald
Trump had a Halloween party. Oh my god, the horror
of what has gone down. Donald Trump did a Halloween party,
and he did a Great Gatsby theme, and it was
kind of actually cool what was going on. And they

(02:13:24):
had some dancers and the flower thing, and the whole
thing was the Great Gatsby kind of theme. And the
left is melting down because, as David Hoggs likes to
point out, this is how the president is spending his
time as millions go without food. History doesn't repeat itself.
It rhymes. Well, you know what, I hate to say
this to the lefties now, I don't I like saying it.

(02:13:48):
Life goes on for the rest of us. There's three
hundred and sixty ish million people in America and the
potential of maybe four something million won't get the food
benefits right away. Life still does go on to the
rest of us. And if the Democrats would get off
their ass and actually vote to reopen the government, this

(02:14:10):
wouldn't be a problem. All right, Tomorrow, Taco Tuesday and
Election Day Tuesday. We'll have a big show tomorrow. But
in the meantime, we gotta go see you later.
