It's a Red Friday, which means we are remembering everyone
deployed today, which includes all of our National Guard members
that are deployed fighting crime. I mean, I'm sorry, I'm
so bad. I didn't mean to say it that way.

(02:40):
Fighting the America. Damn, what did I just do to

Speaker 4 (02:44):
The hat?

Speaker 3 (02:45):
Maybe Today's Today's a hat day for all of our
are a National Guard that are out fighting the American
people that are out there destroying democracy. Uh and being
Donald Trump's cloud whatever were anyhow? Uh, It's a Red

(03:05):
Friday sponsored by American Charlie's Grill and Tavern right there
on Panama City Beach. They've got a brand new menu,
a whole bunch of items stayed, a whole bunch of
new items are on there, some things went away. Uh,
it all started I think yesterday. If not yesterday is
starting today. But either way, if you get a chance,

(03:25):
pop on out to American Charlis this weekend. Check out
their new menu. It's gonna be uh, it's gonna be
good for you. It's gonna be enjoyable and not chosen
God I know those. Anyhow, welcome to this show, and
I'm gonna start off with some crazy Are you ready?
I don't have to be honest. I don't know if
anybody's ready for this, but we're gonna do it. Anyhow,
Here we go.

Speaker 5 (03:46):
Chance pople belong here. We need chance people. We love
chance people. Chance people belong. We need chance people. We
love chance people. Chance belong here. We need chance people.
We love chancey. Chance people belong here. We need chance people.

Speaker 3 (04:03):
We love chance people. Chance here.

Speaker 1 (04:06):
We need chance people. We love chance people.

Speaker 5 (04:09):
You matterr You matter, and I am fighting for you,
and I will not stop. I will not stop today,
I will not stop tomorrow. You are loved, You matter,
You belong here.

Speaker 3 (04:28):
Now, this is not some crazy crackpot off the streets
that is not somebody that is out just protesting in
a rally. No, that is an actual state senator, an
elected official, elected by the people to do the people's business.
And that bag of crazy. That's how she took to

(04:52):
the Senate floor. And I think it was in Minnesota,
if I'm not mistaken. I'm not one hundred percent sure
where she's a state senator. But do I mean it
was catchy, but still, trans people make up a very
small percentage of our population. And yes, okay, fine, you're

(05:18):
going to say that, you know, if you're transgender, I'm
gonna be there to support you. I'm gonna be there
to you know, help you out whatever it might be,
you know what, whatever, But damn girl, is this a

(05:39):
mental hospital? It clearly could be. I mean, look, here's
the thing too, Poles are showing that they're that the
whole support for the the trans thing is is diminishing rapidly.
It's rapidly diminishing. People are getting to the point where
they're like, all right, you know what, I'm sick of

(06:00):
tardy here in it. I real chilli am. I think
a lot of us are. But considering what just happened
in Minneapolis again, a whacked out liberal transgender gets up

(06:21):
in there. Sorry, Jeffrey, please next time we heads up
before the volume of the screeching. Yeah, that one was
a tough one to start off the day with, it
really was. But yeah, that one was crazy. But considering
everything that is going on in the world right now,
considering we just had yet another whack job do a
shooting that was transgender, maybe that with the timing was

(06:47):
not right or at least the delivery was not right.
And of course the maga we're just we're horrible people,
be us. All we are doing right now is getting
out there and slamming on the transgender and we hate
the transgenders, and blah blah blah blah blah the hatred

(07:09):
that we show. First off, we're not showing hatred for it,
but we are pointing out a very important thing, and
that is the last I don't know what is it, Ben,
hang on, let me let me pull that the graph
back up so that I know. But man, that's screeching thing. Whoo.
Let's see one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight nine.
At least the last nine mass shootings that we've had

(07:32):
in this country have been committed by a transgender which,
by the way, aside from the one that happened in Georgia,
uh In, Iowa, they've all happened in uh In, and
even the one in Georgia, they all happen in a
blue run area. Look, fine, you want to support transgenders,

(07:57):
you do it, you go for it, whatever. But they're
also so it has to be a reality to what
is going on in the real world, the world that
everybody else lives in, including the world that the transgenders
live in. Again, medical studies are showing that at about
eighty percent eighty that is a huge number. Eighty percent
of those that go down the transgender road regret it.

(08:22):
And not only do they regret it, they wish they
could reverse it. They get into major depression issues. The
suicide rate is high. If you really truly love transgenders,
and if you really are here to support them, then
don't just sit there and scream and holler on the

(08:42):
Senate floor about how you know you belong here. We
love transgenders. No, what you should be saying is, Okay,
you know what you matter. You're a human being, you're
a fellow American. You matter, and I want to make
sure that you're okay? Are you okay? Are you having
bad thoughts of hurting yourself or you having bad thoughts

(09:04):
of hurting other people? Is everything okay? Is life good?
If it's not, speak up, say something to me, let
me help you. That's how you show compassion. You don't
show compassion by standing up on your crazy box with
your foot falling through it and scream and holler at
us about how they matter. Billy, good minded buddy, that's

(09:30):
a billy thing. Glad that you're checking us out there
on wimkin dot com. Oh, by the way, good one
to you all of our wimkinites into those on Rumble
as well, watching and listening on the app and the podcast,
and of course right here on the Florida Band Radio Network.
But again, the Left loves to talk to us about compassion.

(09:52):
They love to tell us about how they're the most
compassionate people out there. They love to tell us about
how Maga's evil and cruel and mean. But where is
the evil, mean and cruel when you were refusing to
look at the issue that is at hand. Now there
is a reality and we have to face it, no

(10:13):
matter how you like it or dislike it or whatever.
There are people that are transgender that in their heart,
their soul, their mind, they believe in what it is
that they feel about themselves. They want to be the
way that they are, and so be it. But unfortunately
for that community, it is a small percentage. And as

(10:38):
it is, there is a very small percentage of the
world's population, let alone America's population, that are transgender in
any shape or form. Whether you think you are, I'm
told I am, I feel that I am, I'm not
sure if I am, it's still a very small percentage.
But the highest percentage of that low percentage is suicidal, depressed,

(11:05):
regretting their decision. So shouldn't that be the area of
compassion that you look at. Shouldn't it be that, rather
than sitting here and screaming and hollering about how, oh
my god, we're gonna support you and everything else, support them,
get them the mental health that they need. Again, the
last nine mass shootings being committed by a transgender so

(11:31):
obviously we're not okay here. When the suicide rate in
that community is higher than it isn't anywhere else, we're
not okay here. If you want to be compassionate, Dems,
get them the help. Now Again, there may be people

(11:55):
full hearted, full hearted, full mind, body, spirit, everything says
to them that I'm supposed to be transgender, that I'm
supposed to be the other thing that I was born.
And if that's what they believe, and they feel that
way and they're good about it, and they've made that decision,
so be it. But children can't make that decision. They

(12:15):
simply cannot make that decision.

Speaker 4 (12:19):
Now.

Speaker 3 (12:19):
One of the things that that's popping up. And again,
I hate talking about a lot of details of mass
shooters within days or so of the shooting, because obviously
there's always speculation, there's rumor, there's thought, there's opinion that
go on about a lot of things. But one of
the details that did come out is that even though

(12:39):
this transgender that did the shooting, which was it the
CNN Jake Tapper, that little bag of woosp bag he
came out and he's he's yelling at people and pissed
off at people because they're not using the proper pronouns
of this disgusting monster that just went in and shot
up a bunch of children like that, Like, that's the

(13:02):
important thing that we have to worry about here, not
to find that a transgender again with mental health issues,
went in and shot up a church in school and
killed a couple of kids, wounded others, and probably fed
up a bunch of others for the rest of their
life mentally because of all this. No, you have to
make sure that you use her pronouns right. No, it's

(13:25):
not a her. He's got a fit on it, probably
a small one, but he still got one. And that
makes him a boy. He was born as a boy.
He is a heat and no amount of ranto and
raving and calling us names or everything is going to
change the fact that he is a he and we're
not gonna call him a she. Jake Tapper, what you

(13:47):
should be doing is looking into the facts and the
details of the mental health issues and the fact that
this person was a monster. I'm riled up today. It's okay.
It is a Red Friday, those sponsor by our friends
at American Charlie Grill and Tavern on Panama City Beach.
Going out and check that out right there at the
shops at Edgewater where we remember everyone deployed, and go
check out their new menu as well. We got to

(14:09):
take a quick break. We'll be right back this is
the Bride Rush Show. Good morning, all right, welcome back
to the show. Good morning. I had to bring in

(14:31):
hair and makeup to do something with this mess this morning.
I think we're okay. Welcome back to the show. Of course,
today being a Red Friday being brought to you by
our friends at American Charlie Grill and Tavern. We remember
everyone who is deployed, including all of our National Guard
members that are up in DC fighting crime. I mean, sorry,
I keep messing that up. Who are out fighting the

(14:53):
American people that are being launched after the American people. Jesus,
you really got to be a special stupid special stupid
for you to be like, oh my god, the military's
they're out after the American people. And I see this
post all the time. It's like, no, they're not. They're
out there to fight crime. And if you happen to

(15:16):
be an American that is committing crime, well you know what,
this is what you get. And Laura, I'm right there
with you. I don't get what a man wants to
be a woman but still wants to dat a man
that is called Democrat confusion and that's like, what's his
name there? Bruce Jenner Caitlyn Jenner. However, you actually, I

(15:38):
guess we're going back to Bruce Jenner. Brius. Bruce is like,
well that was stupid. I'm gonna go back the other way.
It was a man who wanted to be a woman,
who wanted to dat a woman. I mean it boils
down to cuckoo for Coco puffs. Well I could go
for some Coco puffs right now. Sorry, the show is

(16:01):
going to be it's gonna be interesting today. Coming up
later on today though, we do have a couple of
guests on Obviously it's Friday, so we're gonna have the
Boys from America in view on and I think today, finally,
after like a month of m I A. I think
Brett is actually gonna be on the show today. I think.
Not sure, we'll find out. But also coming up later

(16:23):
on this morning, Bill Harrell, who's the president of the
ni n FIB Florida, He's gonna be joining us as well,
and this will be a great conversation because this is
something that's been an issue for the state of Florida.
We're talking a little bit about insurance. So that's that's
something again that just about everybody in Florida is concerned

(16:43):
about whether it be your car insurance or your home
insurance or whatever insurance. So we're gonna talk with him
coming up later on this morning as well, So that'll
be a great little chat, and that'll be an hour
number three of the show. And of course today for
some might be a holiday. You might be getting ready
to head out of town for your Labor Day getaway.

(17:07):
Me not so much. I'm gonna be working my butt
off all weekend long, starting today, actually really starting last
night last night. I don't know what happened. I went
to work show after the show was over yesterday and
I thought it was going to just be a normal,
regular day and ended up being there till a little
out of ten o'clock. So that might be one of

(17:31):
the reasons for why I'm a little on the giddy
goofy side today. A little lack of sleep, but I
actually slept pretty good. But I also, you know, have
you ever had one of those weird dreams, the weird dreams,
and you wake up and you're like, huh, I had
this weird dream of like, and I don't know where
it came from, even though it's something that I've been
wanting to do for a long time, but every fall

(17:53):
and winter for the past couple of years, I've just
not gotten to it because I'm so damn busy. And
that is getting up and do some camping. I want
to go do some like some real camping. And I'm
not talking about glamping. I'm not talking about having all
the fancy stuff. I'm talking about throw the tent and
the rucksack into the back of the truck and let's
go primitive camping. But I want to do it in

(18:16):
the winter because there's nothing worse than sweating your ass
off while you're out camping, so I wanted to be cold.
I would really love it to snow on top of it.
That would be perfect, but considering we're in Florida, the
chances of that are slim. Even though we did get
a good snowstorm last winter, I don't think we'll see
another one of those, but we'll see. In the meantime,

(18:39):
we do have a lot of other things to talk about.
Our buddy David Hogg jumping on to CNN to talk
about the deadly shootings. Donald Trump has a trifecta. He
has the power to pass gun violence prevention legislation. He
has the power to save the lives of thousands of children.
But I don't think he will because the NRA owns him.

(19:00):
He's a coward. You know, that's not a days, But God,
I would love to take that kid into a corner
somewhere and just beat the snots out of him. I
really would, I really. Of Course, the sads part about
that is that I'm not the only one, and there
are so many Democrats that probably would want to do
the same thing, and in a lot of ways. Now,

(19:21):
I actually want to hear what this idiot was saying
on CNN. Hang honestly, let me bring up the audio
just to hear what he has to say, because this
kid is such a tea waffle it's ridiculous. All right,
Hang on a second, Uh, all right, start over, David Howard.

Speaker 6 (19:35):
The bottom line is this, Donald Trump has the power
to do something about this. After Parkland, he repeatedly said,
you guys are cowards. You're not going to do anything
because you're afraid of the NRAY. We need to do
something about guns. That is what he said. And then
he met with the NRAY and did nothing. Why Because
he is a coward. And my message to Donald Trump
is that you are a coward. Sir, You are not

(19:56):
going to do anything about this issue because you were
terrified of the NRA, even though you have the power
to save tens of thousands of lives. You were the
strongest president in modern American history, with a choke hold
over your party and both chambers of Congress. You have
the power to end this, but you are not going
to because you're a damn coward.

Speaker 1 (20:14):
Oh.

Speaker 3 (20:15):
I don't know about you, but I'm so damn intimidated.

Speaker 4 (20:17):
Now.

Speaker 3 (20:18):
When when David Hog comes out and calls Donald Trump
a coward? However, did he notice that he did also
call him out and say that he's the most powerful president. Oops.
I don't think that was something you were supposed to
call Donald Trump. You weren't. You weren't supposed to say
that about Donald Trump. But he's a coward. He's a coward. Really,

(20:39):
can we talk about the coward there, David Hogg, the
coward that you were. I was there, but I wasn't there.
And can we get him some testosterone or something? I mean,
there's nothing more convincing to me when you get David
Hog who gets in there and he grew a beard too.
By the way. Maybe that makes him feel or think

(21:00):
that he looks more manly. But Donald Jump's a coward.
He's a coward, Davindians say it and have he's a coward.
He's a coward because he won't go out there and
do something about gun violence. You know what if he
was to do something about gun violence, which, by the way,
stupid pants, he's doing something now, Mark, what the hell? Wow,

(21:24):
that's uh, that's kind of funny, David ho though, there's
a lot about this boy that you just you gotta
scratch your head a little bit and go, mmm, something's up.
I mean, there's somebody that's pulling his strings, totally pulling
his strings. But Donald Trump has the ability, yes to
do something about the gun violence, and he's doing it.

(21:46):
He's cracking down on crime. He's also talked about mental health.
And when Donald Trump does bring up the conversation about
mental health and the and then the crime that's out there,
those in the left lose their stuff. So what do

(22:07):
you want him to do. He's got to take away
the guns. If he just takes the way the guns,
then all the crime will go away. You're stupid for
saying that. You really truly are stupid for saying that.
All right, we got to take a break and run
a little late. We'll be right back. This is the
Brian Rush Show. Good morning, all right, welcome back to

(22:39):
the show. It is the Brian Rush Show right here
at the Florida Man Radio Network. And of course it's
a red Friday where we remember everyone deployed, sponsored by
our friends in American Charlie Grill and Tavern right there
on the shops at Edgewater on Panama City Beach. Going
out and check out their brand new menu that has
now started. Anyhow, welcome back to the show. Donald Trump

(23:02):
is a coward. He's a coward, says David Hog. Oh god,
what are we gonna do? Because he's got the power
to do something about the violence. He's doing this stuff
about the violence, and while he's doing it, the left
melts down that he's doing something. Again, Donald Trump could
cure cancer, like I mean literally, it's Donald Trump that

(23:25):
comes up with the idea the cure for cancer and
cures it. And he would be the bad guy for
curing cancer. The man can't win no matter what he
does with the leftists. And of course there's an easy
solution to solving a lot of this violence and all

(23:45):
the stuff that's going on, address the actual issue. Now,
you don't hear David Home talking every day about the
gun violence on the streets of Chicago. You don't hear
him doing at You don't hear him coming out and
talking about the carjackings and all the other stuff that
was going on in Washington, d C. Instead, you hear

(24:09):
him coming out bitchin and wine and that Donald Trump
has taken over the law enforcement in DC because they
weren't doing their job. And it's not necessarily that they
weren't doing their jobs, they weren't allowed to do their job.
The problem that David Hog has is when there is
a mass shooting, and look, I'll share the sentiment with

(24:33):
him that it's it's horrible that there's a mass shooting
in schools and that kids, children are affected by this. Yes,
absolutely horrible. If anybody in the on the planet does
not feel horrible about that, then you're a You're a problem.
You got this a whole you know what, it'd be
done with you too. But the gun violence issue that

(24:55):
we have when it comes to schools is not just
simply somebody being violent and how the left cannot get
onto this concept and understand the problem is beyond me.
It's mental health. I mean, it's it's anger to a

(25:18):
point where it's also mental health. What's that he cured
cancer because he hates oncologists. Yeah. Yeah, It's just I'm
so over the whiny left and they right now under
this time period of Donald Trump, I think, is worse

(25:39):
than they've ever been, Absolutely worse than they've ever been,
and they're just simply crying about everything and it doesn't
matter because for them it's their emotions. Like let's look
at the Federal Reserve Governor Lisa Cook, who Donald Trump
has basically said, look, you've got to go. You're fired. Now,

(26:06):
this was not Donald Trump. Because the Left doesn't want
to talk about this and outright like they should, they're
simply going Donald Trump, he's being authoritarian. See it told
you he is, because he's firing Lisa Cook from the
Federal Reserve because he wants to be in charge of
the Federal Reserve and that's what he wants to do.

(26:26):
He's a tyrant. We told you so many nanny nanny pants.
Oh wait a second, why would Donald Trump want to
get rid of Lisa Cook? I mean, she's not the
only governor on the federal Reserve, so why would he
want to get rid of her? Was there I don't know,
was there an issue? Did Lisa Cook do something? I mean,

(26:48):
did you read the letter that Donald Trump had sent
to her, the termination letter saying that you're fired? Did
you do any research behind Lisa Cook before you start
why and crying about Donald Trump? Probably not, because that's
what how with the left does. But here let's help
you out lefties. The reason for why Lisa Cook was

(27:11):
dismissed from her position was because the woman has committed fraud,
financial fraud. She's been brought up in charge of she's
been She's committed financial fraud. Do you understand the importance
here a Federal Reserve? The people who control our money,

(27:33):
the people who control and set the interest rates on
our money, committed a mortgage fraud to get a better
interest rate on her own stuff. Meanwhile, again, she is
part of the people who decide to keep our interest

(27:54):
rates higher so that when you and I go to
buy are go to buy a home, get a loan
for a new business, we have to pay a higher
interest rate. So when you are being brought up on
those charges of committing a financial fraud, then yes, you

(28:15):
gotta go. You do not belong in that position. And again,
how many Democrats are doing this exact same thing. You
have Leticia tons of fun James up there in New
York who prosecuted Donald Trump for getting a loan and
paying it back, committing financial fraud, mortgage fraud. You have

(28:40):
Pencil next shift committing not only the financial fraud, but
a election fraud as well. Because you can't have the
primary residence of you being in another state that you're
supposed to be representing. You can't say that your primary
residence is Maryland when you're a senator from California. He

(29:05):
was a congressman at the time. But either way, how
many Republicans have we seen being brought up in this
same charge anyone? I'm sure there's been one, but there's
none that are coming to mind recently. And the number
of them that we're seeing now with the left, you

(29:27):
don't see it, but this meltdown that we have coming
from the left and from the one World Order people,
and they're showing who they really truly are, which, by
the way, another thing to go into. And I don't
have the time right now to deep dive into this

(29:47):
because this is a this is a big issue. We've
talked about it before, and I said that I was
going to get into a deep dive like additional video
on it, but I just to be perfectly honest to
I have not had the time to do it. But
we can hit on it a little bit. And I've
talked about the One World Order. You know, people refer
to it every now and then, about the new World Order,

(30:07):
but there is absolutely nothing new about it except for
the new generations of these same people, the same families,
the same power groups that are running the show. That's
the only thing new about this one World Order. And
there's a lot of things that people just don't understand.
And I brought this up on the show before. We
haven't done it since we've joined the Florida Man Radio Network.

(30:29):
So those that are listening on the rest of the network,
first welcome hey dern Kshi, Mama and him. Something that
a lot of people don't understand is that most governments
around the world, including the United States government, is actually
a corporation. The United States government is not just a

(30:54):
government that is the thing that runs the United States. No,
it is a corporate, an actual licensed corporation. Now you
think to yourself, where do you do that. You do
it in the UK, which again is another one of

(31:14):
these dirty secrets that a lot of people around the
world do not understand. And it revolves around banking and
there's essentially a group a I really can't call it
a business. It's a group of power hungry people who
have a lot of control around the world, a lot

(31:34):
of control about our finances and everything else that is
centered in the UK and it has been for a
long time. This even goes right back into the Royal
family and a lot of other stuff. But the Central
Bank there where that is essentially who we answer to.
And we're not the only ones. There's a lot of
other countries around the world that are in the same

(31:55):
exact boat that our corporation, that is, our government is
in corporated through a British entity. And it makes you
wonder sometimes about a lot of things that go on
in the world and how things happen. This is how
it happens because there is a one central organization of government,

(32:17):
or or at least control over government, and it comes
essentially right out of the UK. And this is one
of the things that yes, I'm sorry, Ricky, I did yeah,
I did rephrase that wrong. The criminal enterprise is really
what it is. Yes, Rothschild's they're they're part of that too.

(32:39):
There's there's several big families that are involved with that.
And and again it's nothing new. It's gone back for
hundreds and hundreds of years. It goes beyond the existence
of America. And this is the reason for why so
many people have fought against the American idea and the
American government is because it goes against the power structure

(33:02):
of we control things. And right now, if you see
some of the headlines, and Mark you and you and
Colin have probably seen these a lot since you're over
there in the UK, there's a lot of headlines that
are talking about how the UK Central Banks is kind
of in a meltdown over what's going on with Donald Trump.

(33:25):
And the reason is because Donald Trump is essentially looking
to get us out of all of that mess. And
it wouldn't be surprising if you don't see within the
Donald Trump term of him dissolving the corporation of the
United States Government. That doesn't mean he dissolves the government,
but he dissolves the corporation and I wouldn't be surprised

(33:47):
if you see that happen. And this is this is
a really deep thing. And a lot of people know,
oh it's a conspiracy, and it's not a conspiracy. This
is a real thing. This is this is what goes
on with the power structure behind the scenes that people
don't know. And when you say, how is it that
certain people you know have all this power and control

(34:09):
and who are we answering to, it is yeah, ricky,
the old money families. And again they go back hundreds
and hundreds of years into Europe, into UK that have
controlled the finances of the world. And with the forming
of America, you know, we thought, hey, we fought the

(34:30):
British were free of the British. We never were. We've
never been free of the British because of the facts
that the Corporation of the United States Government is an
entity registered with a UK entity that again is controlled
by the One World Order group of people, the bankers,
the central banks, and the royal family. I mean, people

(34:52):
sometimes go, how is it that the royal family is
worth hundreds of billions of dollars? How is that even possible?
They don't do anything. The reason why is because the
fact that all of these federals are all these governments
around the world are registered as businesses to them. This
is how that's how this all works. And Donald Trump

(35:16):
is fighting to get us out of that system, and
that is freaking people out in major league ways. They
don't know what to do. But again, this is a
this is a very intriguing topic and there's a guess
that I'm trying to get on the show to talk
about it. It might end up being one of those
we take up an entire hour of the show to

(35:38):
talk about it because it is very intriguing, but it's
also kind of scary. We got to take a break.
Don't forget today as Red Fridays, where we remember everyone deployed,
sponsored again by our friends at American Charlie Grill and
Tavern right there at the shops at Edgewater in Panama
City Beach. Go out and check them out. They've got
a brand new menu. I can't wait to go check
that out myself. Hang on, we'll be right back.

Speaker 1 (36:05):
All right.

Speaker 3 (36:06):
Welcome back to the Bride Rush Show right here on
the Florida Man Radio Network. Because we celebrate Red Fridays,
remembering everyone deployed sponsored friends at American Charlie Grill and
Tavern come you pointed out bricks and you notice bricks
has not been successful when you know why because the
UK financial system doesn't allow it. And Mark, you're right.

(36:32):
The financial mile in London is owned by Rothschilds. That
is not even part of England. Even the King has
to ask permission to enter the financial mile. If people
only really truly knew the power that a few people
have over the world. And again, it all has to

(36:52):
do with the money. Yeah, you're right, Mark too, that
that's the whole reason for why bricks was created to
trade with the the gold backed finance. And and of
course we've been hearing about bricks for a couple of
years now, which bricks is the Oh god, I hang on,
let me get the countries right on this one. It's

(37:14):
been a while since I've actually talked about what are
the bricks nations? And it's something that, by the way,
has not really taken hold as strongly as you would think,
even though they've tried to get it back into the
gold kind of standard and also trying to get the
US dollar to no longer be the standard bearer for

(37:37):
the entire world, which is a lot that again goes
into all of that with the dollar and the Rothschilds
with the UK Central Bank. And see this is deep, man,
I mean, we can go so deep on this one.
But bricks is essentially a group. It started off being Brazil, Russia, India, China,

(37:58):
and South Africa. Since then, countries like Egypt, Utopia, Utopia, Ethiopia, Indonesia, Iran,
Saudi Arabia and United Arab Everetts have also joined into
it as well. Fake money, you mean money that is
just a psychological tool to give you the freedom feeling

(38:20):
of worth. Yeah, pretty much. I mean that's kind of
money is just it is an absolute corrupt thing. Somebody
else will points out one of the chats about bitcoin,
something that you'll never know it's it's worth. Which bitcoin is.
That's a weird one. I play with bitcoin a little
bit here and there, and uh, that's the bitcoin is

(38:43):
weird because it's not really backed by anything other than imagination. Really,
I mean, it's kind of a weird Ponzi scheme kind
of thing. But people get stupid rich off of it.
I've made some money off of it, but I really
just I just play with it. It's kind of it's
almost like a monopoly game for me, is really what
it is. So I don't play too much with it.
But it is amazing when you really dig deep down

(39:05):
into where the power and the control over the world
really truly is and who's got it. And what Donald
Trump is doing is rocking the boat hard. I mean,
he really truly is rocking it hard. And there are
people like the Rothschilds, like the rest of the World

(39:27):
Economic Forum, people who are shaken to the core a
bit about what Donald Trump is doing. Because if Donald
Trump is successful and what he wants to do. Now,
Here's the other thing too, is that Donald Trump doesn't well,
he kind of does, but he can't really truly come
out and say what he's doing. He hints at it
every now and then. And if you know, you know,

(39:51):
if you and this is kind of what I'm explaining now,
is how the central bank that does control everything. And
this is another reason for why Donald Trump turned around
and said, you know what, let's do more of the cryptocurrency.
Let's do more of this, because he knows that with
a cryptocurrency, it screws over that central Bank that they

(40:16):
don't know how to respond to it. They don't know
how to react to it. And Donald Trump is using
that again as a tool to smack around the One
World Order group of people who want to be in
charge of things.

Speaker 4 (40:27):
Now.

Speaker 3 (40:27):
I remember these are people from day number one of
America's existence. Let me rephrase it, the United States of America.
They have fought us. They've never wanted the American dream.
They didn't want it because this experiment that we're doing
with America goes against their control mechanism. And I think

(40:53):
one of the reasons for why the United States of
America didn't get destroyed right away, which we totally could
have been not militarily like come in and destroy us,
because obviously we've shown that you don't want to mess
with Americans from the beginning until now. And what they
did is they negotiated it in a way of going, Okay, well,

(41:14):
we won't destroy your economy if you incorporate through our
system here in the UK Central Bank. Because this is
one of the things that the Central Bank, the One
World ordered people can do to you. They can do
it to a nation. And in our early days, I

(41:36):
mean now we have a lot more of a financial
control and we can fight this, which is what Donald
Trump is doing. But in the early days, it would
have been very simple for the Rothschilds and the others
that control all of the finances around the world to
simply say to the rest of the partners and partners
that they control, do not do any trade with America.

(42:00):
If we never were able to do any trade with America,
we never would have grown to be the country that
we are. So they were able to have control over us,
even just to a degree, and they've never let go.
And now Donald Trump is saying playtime is over. You're
not going to control us. We're going to control ourselves.

(42:20):
Oh and by the way, you as well. We gotta
take a break for the top of the hour. We'll
be right back.

Speaker 2 (42:33):
Brian Must's name, you know the brand line up, the
always in this one melting Snowfas were the fiery head
talking truth.

Speaker 7 (42:49):
You can't always stand show coast to coast the facts.

Speaker 2 (43:00):
But it ain't no boast, can't give up the chains
and give it a toast to the man who roasts
the moods.

Speaker 1 (43:07):
Knock it off. It's rust on me.

Speaker 2 (43:10):
Burning Ryelick carera scenes did you mind, No, don't free
frame in the Talk Show silver Screen.

Speaker 1 (43:25):
The schwarts that sparked the flames.

Speaker 2 (43:29):
Nothing never stays the same, breaking down walls of shame,
Ryan Rust is here a claim, voices, rise a thing
and sore true the sensor to the court ploxicians cheap
the score of Ryan's battling in this war.

Speaker 1 (43:48):
Knock it off.

Speaker 2 (43:49):
It's Rust on me burning rylick carera scenes dick you
mind on? Don't free frame in the Talk show silver Screen.

Speaker 3 (44:08):
Okay, welcome back down number two of the show. Good morning,
and thank you for checking us out today and listening
right here on the Florida Man Radio Network, also watching
on Rumble dot Comwimken dot com, Forward Slash Brian Rush Show,
listening on the app, and of course also listening on
the podcast. Thank you so much for making us one
of the fastest growing talk shows in America, and we
do appreciate it, and thank you for spreading the word.

(44:29):
Not to mention, don't forget. If you are watching the
show on any one of the apps, make sure you
smash on that like button. And I hate saying it too.
I feel so nerdy when it smash the like button.
But no seriously, when you do that, it does actually
help with the algorithm so that more and more people
get it and they don't tuck us down someplace. But

(44:50):
of course you listen to us on the Florida Man Network,
Florida Man Radio Network throughout a good chunk of Florida.
So and growing. That is growing some more, that's all
I can say. It's growing more so, our boy, hairbear. Wow.
A major walkout just took place at the CDC in
Atlanta over Trump's anti science health policies that are hurting Americans.

(45:15):
These scientists and doctors are patriots, thank you. No, no,
they're not patriots. They're not patriots at all. And I
love the video too, which, by the way, I gotta
stop looking at because it's like somebody with a seizure

(45:35):
like filming this thing. Jesus, hold a camera steady. Three people,
three people are being shown in this walking down the
streets and people, oh my god, ya yay, you walked
out at your job.

Speaker 7 (45:54):
Yay.

Speaker 3 (45:54):
You're such a patriot, You're a hero. Yay. And they
walked through like, tell you, thank you, thank you so much.
The CDC has been a problem for a long time.
This is right. Fire them all exactly, all three of
you fired. What what what point are you making? We're

(46:17):
walking out because rfk Jr. He's not a scientist and
he's telling us what to do. And you know what,
that is a problem. I'm gonna say this, that is
a problem. This is a problem that rfk Jr. Who
is not a scientist, he's not a doctor, and yet

(46:40):
he is on top of this stuff. In you, the
scientists and the doctors are not. That's a problem. It's
not in the problem that the the Democrats want to
make it. They want to make it out that rfk Jr.
Is the worst thing in the world. But again, when
somebody who is not in your profession, who looks at things,
it goes something just isn't right. Let me do some

(47:05):
research on this, let me look into this.

Speaker 4 (47:08):
Huh.

Speaker 3 (47:09):
So me, the man who is not a scientist, not
a doctor. I'm just a politician, come from a political family.
I've got no background in medical or science. And wow,
look at the stuff that I was able to uncover.
And yet you, the scientists and the doctors that are
supposed to be keeping Americans health safe, you're actually the problem. Huh.

(47:39):
I does something? What's that RFK said that nicotine doesn't
cause cancer. I don't know about that, if it does
or not. And I'm sure there's gonna be plenty of
things that we can all debate on some of the
things that he said. But you know, at the bottom
line is this is that the CDC has been part

(48:01):
of this this control mechanism of we the people, because remember,
he who controls the food, controls the water, will control
the people. And what did the CDC do? Jesus, I
gotta stop watching that. It literally is making me like seasick.
What has the CDC actually done? What have they done

(48:27):
to to eliminate the chemicals that are in our food?
What did they do during COVID? What do they do
to block and prevent that stuff? What is the CDC
done for cancer? What is the CDC done for things
like autism and all these other things that have popped up.

(48:47):
You know, we never used to have autism in the
levels that we do today. It was there, we never
had it to this level. We never had the gluten
allegyez like we see today. We never had the peanut
allergies like we see today. And just like the Department
of Education, where, oh my god, we need one central

(49:10):
department of education to oversee all of the education. And
what happens, Our people get dumber. Our education goes from
educating people to indoctrinating people, and we become dumber and
dumber and dumber every year. Huh. And imagine this that
then we go from being you know, okay, to the

(49:35):
CDC being invented, and now you have teenage cancer rates
that are through the roof. I mean, we've never seen
the cancer rates in teenagers like we do today. The
gluten analogies, how many people now, all of a sudden,
are allergic to gluten, How many people are allergic to peanuts.

(49:58):
How many people can't go outside and breathe air because
they're allergic to it. So the CDC, the group, the
Center for Disease Control, is supposed to be controlling the diseases,
and we've got more of them now that they have existed.
And you want us to be saying that these people

(50:18):
are are brave and that they're real patriots because they're
standing up to Donald Trump and RFK Junior. No, because
some of us are smart enough to be able to
put the two and two together and say something doesn't
make sense here. Oh, what's that Europe You're you're taking

(50:38):
all these chemicals out of food and you're actually letting
food be food. Oh that's a good idea. Hey America,
what are we doing. Oh, we're putting more chemicals in
our food. Okay, they took it out. Why are we
taking it out? So you're why'd you take it out?

(51:00):
Oh because you discovered that it's bad for people? Oh?
Hey America, why are we not taking out all these chemicals? Oh?
Because the CDC said it's okay. Oh I gotcha, Oh
got I got youa So where are we supposed to
put the CDC on some sort of a platform. Staff members,

(51:24):
along with the doctors and the scientists walked out of
the CDs because this is like the second time that
they've done that this year in protest of Donald Trump.
Because Donald Trump, he's not following the science. What science
are you following? We're following the common sense aspect of
the fact that we keep getting sicker and sicker as

(51:45):
a nation. And one of the things that I have
noticed myself, because I do my best to eat very healthy,
I really do, despite the facts that I say some
things and every now and then I will go and
get some stuff, but for the most part, I I
do very much so keep myself very healthy. And one

(52:06):
of the things that I've I've tried to cut out
a lot lately and I just don't do it a
lot is soda and some other junk food stuff that
I just I try to cut it out of my diet.
And and and of course we're human, and you know,
there's these things that just taste really really good and
we like crave it, and we got to have it.

(52:26):
So every once in a great while, I'll be like, Okay,
I gotta have that, and I'll have it, and then
I feel like absolute crap afterwards because of all of
the preserves and all of the the other things that
are in there. I just I just feel it's not good.
I think I had a coke yesterday. I had a
can of coke, and after that, I just, I mean,

(52:49):
it's different when you get like a Mexican coke. Mexican
coke is completely different. But you get a Coca Cola
here in the US, and it's just oh, and I
hate it because I've always loved Coca cola, but now
when you do it, it's it's like drinking out of
a chemical beaker. It's just it's so gross. And I

(53:11):
don't understand what the problem is is with with trying
to make America healthy. I mean, we're fat, we're out
of shape, we have more diseases and things than we've
ever had in our lifetime. And we've got to we
got to make sure that we watch out for the CDC,
and we've got to praise them like they're the greatest ever. Yeah,

(53:35):
cane sugar versus whatever it is that they're in. Cane
sugar is good. I don't care what anybody says, Uh,
you had coke orange cream, don't waste your time coke
orange cream. That just sounds nasty, just saying.

Speaker 5 (53:53):
So.

Speaker 3 (53:54):
Another thing that the left is probably gonna be a
little upset about too, is that's America's GDP. But then again,
this isn't Donald Trump's doing. This is Joe Biden. Joe
Biden in his amazing ability to rebounce the economy after
Donald Trump destroyed it during COVID. So, Donald Trump, this
isn't him. I'm just gonna tell you now, this isn't

(54:16):
This isn't Donald Trump. This is Joe Biden's economy that
Donald Trump is working off of. And he's destroying it.
But America's GDP is up more than previously expected in
the second quarter of twenty twenty five. Despite the fact
that all the concerns of Donald Trump's tariffs, we're going
to destroy our economy, is going to destroy the world,
and it's gonna be the worst thing ever. The US

(54:39):
is GDP grew three point three percent on a pace
from April to June, which is faster than the early
estimates of three percent according to the Department of Congress,
and consumer spending contributed to a lot of the increase
in the CDs, CDP or GDP. And now course, remember
the GDP. The GDP is the gross domestic product. That

(55:07):
means products that are developed here in America, within our country,
not the stuff that was imported and sold here. Stuff
manufactured created here in America is what we're talking about.
And this is the thing that was supposed to completely
crash because you know, the tariffs, We're going to destroy everything,

(55:28):
because you know, all these other countries are not going
to want to participate with us, And yet our GDP grew.
You know another thing that I love too. I don't
know if anybody saw this, and the Left is trying
to push this one pretty hard. And that is the
list of countries that is growing that do not want
to ship things to America. They're at a point that

(55:52):
they don't even want to ship it anymore. They don't
want to ship it because of costs and a few
other things. And you know, America's gend is rising. It's like, okay,
we'll find We're going to do it ourselves. If you
don't want to be part of our economy, then so
be it. We're one of the biggest in the world.
And you don't want to participate in ARSTA, We'll do
our own thing. It's okay. But again it's showing that

(56:15):
Donald Trump was right about what he was doing. And
I've said it from the beginning that the tariffs it
poses a risk. And this is one of these things
that it was going to go one way or the other.
It was either going to be really good or really fantastic,
and in this case, it turned out to be pretty good.
Our GDP is on the rise, We're seeing our economy

(56:36):
grow more and more and more. And of course people
I love this on the left where they start going, well,
where's all this stuff that Donald Chump's promising Donald Choud's
promising all this manufacturing. Where is it? See Joe Biden
was able to get in the manufacturing going, and you know,
to be honest with you, it wasn't Joe Biden that
was doing it. And all of this manufacturing takes time.

(56:58):
And again one of the things that they really don't
talk about enough, which they you know, sometimes when you're
the smartest person in the room and you say something,
you got to realize that you have to talk not
down to, but you have to talk at the level
of the person who doesn't get it. You know, talk
to me like I'm stupid, because sometimes I am. And
that's what the gets missed on the message. And the

(57:20):
Democrats always launch on that because Donald Trump comes out
and he's like, you know, we're gonna bring in manufacturing.
We've got trillions of dollars worth of investments that are
coming into the country. They're gonna do all of this stuff.
It's gonna be great. Our economy is gonna be booming
even more than it already is. And the Democrats turn
around and go, ah, so they're investing trillions of dollars,

(57:40):
where's everything going on? I don't see where's the factory.
Where's the jobs. I don't see anything. See all the
money's going into Donald Trump's pocket because him and his
administration are corrupt. And what they let out of the
conversation is that you know, yes, while they're investing, but
if anybody's ever built a shed in their backyard, it

(58:01):
knows the amount of things that you have to go
through with government to be able to build the shed
in your backyard. You know, it's gonna take a little
bit of time for an industry to say, Okay, where's
the best place for us to do this building. Okay,
we're gonna do it in this market or this market.
Let's find out which financing we can get, which one's
got the best workforce environment in it, which one's got

(58:22):
the best for this, which one's got the best way
for us to do some transportation to get things out.
There's a whole list of things you got to look
at before even considering building. And then there's building. You
have to find the lot, buy the lot, get the plans,
get the local improvement, get the state improvement, get the
federal improvement. And then you got to get the improvement

(58:44):
of the approvers. And then all that gets done and
then as you're going through, there's got to be this
is inspected, that's inspected, over, this is inspected, and then
this has got to get done. And then once you
get done with everything, then they've got to inspect it again,
and you've got to get more permission to be able
to open the thing. Because government sucks. Government holds back

(59:06):
growth so much, and that is one of the things
that I think Donald Trump also needs to get out
there and start talking about, be like, hey, look, we
got trillions of dollars in investment, but we also have
trillions of layers of red tape to get out of
the way. By the way, today is a Red Friday,
remembering everyone deployed. Sponsor b our friends at American Charlie
Grill and Tavern. We got to take a break. We

(59:27):
will be right back, all right, Welcome back to the
Brian Rush Show right here at the Florida Man Radio
Network and of course streaming and Rubble Wimken on the
Florida Man Radio app and on the podcast. Thank you

(59:48):
so much checking us out today. Happy Friday, and of
course it is a Red Friday where we remember everyone
who is deployed, including all of our national Garden deployed
in Washington, d C. To make a they safer city.
Even the mayors like, yeah, worked, damn it, it worked.
Donald Trump was right, thanks, don we appreciate it. By

(01:00:18):
the way, American Charlie's Grill and Tavern, who's the sponsor
of our Red Fridays as a new menu today, go
check that out. I'm eager to go check it out.
I was there, was that there last week and I
went in for a sandwich, and you know, one of
the waitresses, which you know this is this is a

(01:00:39):
sad part when there's certain places I go to where
they know me so well. I mean, I can go
to a few places and like even when I went
to American Charlie's, the waitress came up and she looks
at me and she goes, all right, so you want nachos,
And I'm like, I do, would not today And then
she goes, okay, so do you want either the Reuben
or the the Phillip cheese steak. I mean, it was

(01:01:01):
like one of those. She looked at me, she goes,
I don't even know why they bring you a menu.
I really don't because I'm super damn predictable. And they
know what I want, which is always a great feeling
when you get that way. Of course, I just just
because I go to some of these places way too much.
But she started telling me about some of the new
menu items and I was like, I can't wait for
some of that really seriously. So coming up at the

(01:01:22):
top of the hour we do have we're gonna talk
about some of the insurance issues in the state of Florida.
Because obviously it's it's it's a problem. There have been
some some developments that have happened in the past couple
of sessions of the Florida legislature where they have addressed
the issue. They have passed a couple of laws that
have been signed in and they're they're slowly starting to

(01:01:47):
take effect. But we're gonna talk with Bill Herrell, who
is the president of the NFIB Florida. So we're gonna
chat with him about some of the insurance things, maybe
get some more details out of that, maybe get some
good news, maybe get some good news. I don't know,
we'll see. The menus are for confused people. And you

(01:02:08):
know what, here's the thing too, is I am and
I fully admit this, and those that are within my
inner circle. No, I am a ridiculously picky food eater.
I really am, despite the fact that I'm always talking
about all these food things that I like to go do.
I am ridiculously picky. And those that are within my
inner circle who know me well enough, no, it's not

(01:02:32):
worth asking me, Hey, where do you want to go eat?
And what do you want to have, because I'll tell
you this one of the things that I have done.
And this is just so ridiculous about me and how
indecisive I am on food. I live in the Southport area,
and for those in the Bay County area or are

(01:02:53):
familiar with the Panama City general region, you understand this.
We used to have a restaurant called Belly Full. It's
like three minutes from my house, and they had a
smash burger. I really liked the smash burger. And I'd
be like, you know what, I don't feel like cooking.
I'm gonna go get a smash burger three minutes from
my house. That's the length of a song on the radio.
I get in the truck and drive up, and I

(01:03:14):
start driving down the street and I'm just about there,
and I look over and I'm like, you know what,
maybe not, Maybe let's go for tacos. So then I'll
think of myself, all right, let's go to Diego's. Let's
go there and get get a burrito, and I'll get
like almost and I'll be like, you know what, now,
maybe not, maybe Italian, let's go with it town and

(01:03:36):
then I'll drive down towards one of the attems. Then
I'll you know, and the next thing I know, I'm
in thirty A. I'm literally in thirty A, which is
now like forty five minutes from my house, and I
still haven't had food yet, still starving, Still can't make
up my mind what I want. I'll go buy a
couple places. I'll be like, that's too busy. I don't
feel now, I don't really feel like that I am.

(01:03:58):
I am worse than a woman when it comes to
making up my mind what I want to eat. So
I have people in my circle, Like yesterday, one of
my people text me is like hungry, and I was like, yes,
I'm hungry. Didn't ask me what I wanted, didn't ask
me where I wanted to get some food from. All
I got is a return message was I got you.

(01:04:20):
Next thing I know, she brings in a Chicken quesada
for me because she knows I don't even have to
say anything, which is a good thing, because she also
knew that if she asked me what I wanted, I
would have been like, I don't know, I really don't
know what I want, and maybe a sandwich. I don't
know something. It's just so bad. I'm really really bad

(01:04:42):
when it comes to that. But we are going to
talk with Bill coming up at the top of the
hour from the NFIB We're going to talk about some
insurance stuff, plus coming up at the bottom of the
hour next hour, one hour from now. We do have
the boys from America and View on, and I'm pretty
certain we've got them both this time. You know, Brett
has been m i A for like a month. I

(01:05:03):
don't know where he's been, but hopefully we'll have both
of them on today. We'll talk about more of the
things going on here in the state of Florida. Of course,
there's all the other news, like the fact that Alligator
Alcatraz being forced to shut down and they've got to
close everything up and get out of there because a
federal judge and a bunch of environmentalists went winding and

(01:05:26):
crying so over it, so over the fact that these
judges are doing this stuff. Congress gets back into session
next week and they're going to start working on the budget,
I mean the spending plan. Sorry I used the wrong
words there. Make sure you use the right words, Brian.
It's a spending not budget. We don't budget our money,

(01:05:49):
we just spend it. Mark. What's a smash burger? Mark
over there in the UK? Never heard of those. It's
basically a burger, like a regular burger that you would do,
and they smashed patty down so it's super thin and
you don't get like one one patty. Usually it's like
two or three patties that are on it. But they
smash it down really thin. It just makes it easier
to and it also puts like a good crisp on

(01:06:12):
it is what it does. It's great. So next time
you're like grilling a burger or something, smash it down
really good. You'll enjoy it. Trust me, you'll thank me
for it. It's a red Friday, by the way, don't
forget we're remembering everyone deployed sponsored by American Charlie's Grill
and Tavern. We gotta take a break, be right back,

(01:06:40):
all right, Welcome back to the Brian Rush Show right
here at the Florida man Radio Network. Happy Red Friday,
brought to you by our friends at American Charlie Grill
and Tavern. And it's a big holiday weekend too, by
the way, and I hope you're getting a chance to
spend a little bit of time out there relaxing me
because it's Labor Day weekend. I get to labor all weekend.

(01:07:00):
Yay me. But it's okay, it could be a lot worse.
Speaking which though Labor Day itself, especially for those that
watch the show religiously on Rumble Indwimken dot com. We
won't be here Monday on the video stream because we
are doing a best of show on the Florida Mana

(01:07:20):
Radio Network. So the show you will hear Monday gonna
be a best of show. We'll have a couple of
interviews that we've done in the past that'll be thrown
in there. There'll be a couple of pre recorded stuff
because well, again I have to labor on Labor Day
with my aviation job that I've got to do.

Speaker 5 (01:07:36):
It.

Speaker 3 (01:07:36):
It's a big day for me on that so it's
got to take up a lot of my time. I
would love to say that I'm taking the day off,
but I just don't. I don't even know what a
day off is. I think my next day off that
I have. Last one that I had was Monday. I
did take Monday off, but my next one is until Thursday,

(01:07:59):
so which is It's pretty good for me because usually
I'll go about two weeks or so without ever taking
a day off. But there is that. So just so
you know, coming up on Monday, we will have a
best of show here on the Brian Rust Show. So
once again trolling cood Old Donald Trump trolling on this one.

(01:08:19):
But you know what this is beyond trolling. I think
this is actually freaking brilliant because you know how much
I tell you about how the Republican Party is stupid
when it comes to getting their message out there and
marketing and doing the stuff that they need to do
to get in touch with the people. Donald Trump announced
that he's considering a pre term midterm gathering, basically doing

(01:08:44):
a Republican national convention during the midterm, which is something
generally you don't do until it's just before the presidential election.
So the idea of doing a pre mid term convention
where you get the party together, rile them all up,

(01:09:06):
get them on the same page, get them on a message,
and also get out to the American people of Hey,
this is what we're doing. These are the things that
we have done. This is the stuff that the Democrat
Party can't do. I think it's brilliant because it will
one take a lot of attention away from a lot
of the Democrats. It'll take a lot of attention away

(01:09:27):
from the stuff that they're trying to do. But he
wrote on his truth Social he said that the Republican
Party is doing really well. Millions of people have joined
us in our great quest to make America great again.
We want every aspect of the presidential election, and based
on the great success we are having, are posed to
win big in the mid terms. Now that's a little cocky,

(01:09:51):
and that's a little bit of the horse in front
of the cart there or the carpet in front of
the horse, because there is still a really good chance
that the Democrat Party, as much as it is absolutely imploding,
can still win the midterms. They can still do it,

(01:10:12):
and it will be an absolute disaster if they do.
Because again, the thing that they're going to do the
most is they're going to go after Donald Trump. Now,
the fact that Al Green, I don't know if anybody
saw this. Al Green made the announcement and I was
devastated all day. When I saw this announcement, I just

(01:10:34):
didn't know what to do with myself. I actually laid
down on the floor, curled up into a ball and
cried for a minute. Because al Green has decided he
is not going to run for reelection. Now, al Green's
district is another one of the districts along with Jasmine Crocketts,

(01:10:54):
that is going to be redistricted, and there was a
shot that he was going to lose his seat. But again,
this is this is how the Democrats are working rather
than fighting. I mean they say they're fighting, We're here
fighting for you. Every day they run away. And al Green,
who has been the what is it like three times?

(01:11:16):
Four times? Now this this this uh this time around
that he has tried to uh impeach Donald Trump. But
each time even Democrats turn around and went, brother, say what,
go sit down with your cane. Nobody was giving him
any support. It was just done. So now he's decided
that's it. There's no way that I can I can

(01:11:37):
win this seat. So I'm just I'm done. I'm bowing out,
and that's all there is to it. So Al Green
he's out. Jasmine Crockett hasn't announced that she's not gonna
run yet, but she did say that if I lose
my seat, I'm gonna run for the governor of Texas. Oh,
I'm sorry, that's That's the funniest the thing I said,

(01:12:01):
Jasmine Krogett running for governor of Texas, Like you think
you've got a shot in hell? Be like another bato
a roar situation. But when it comes to this midterm,
it is going to be very, very very important for
Donald Trump to win the midterms. Otherwise it's going to
be a disaster. What's that, Patty, You think that Trump

(01:12:24):
could run in twenty twenty eight Since it says two
consecutive terms, it doesn't actually say two consecutive terms. I've
actually looked that up and I'm not sure where the
two consecutive terms thing comes from. And I don't know.
Some people have said that it's there, but it's not.

(01:12:45):
When you look at the The twenty second Amendment is
what you're talking about, and it says that no person
shall be elected to the office of the president more
than twice, and no person who has held the office
of president or acted as president for more than two
years of the term which some person which other person
was elected president, shall be elected to the office more

(01:13:08):
than once. So yeah, there there's actually nothing in there
that does say consecutive terms. And I really don't know
where where that actually came up from. And so yeah,
the whole idea of Donald Trump running another term, And
I'm gonna be honest. I love Donald Trump.

Speaker 4 (01:13:26):
I do.

Speaker 3 (01:13:27):
I love his policies, but I'm also kind of a
realist on some things here. Donald Trump's health is not great.
I mean, he is clearly leaves and bounds better than
Joe Biden has ever been, but there is this slight
decline in Donald Trump's health. And I don't think that
another term, even if Donald Trump could do another term,

(01:13:51):
would be a good idea, and because what we have
needed right now with this country. And I think that
jd Vance, to be honest with you, even though initially
I was like, Eh, Dady Vans, I'm not sure he's
really kind of proven himself and stepped up. I think
that what Donald Trump is doing right now. Is he's

(01:14:14):
the wrecking man who is putting down a new foundation.
You know, he's coming in with his Is that an
amendment to the amendment? Which one the Yeah, the twenty
second Amendment doesn't say anything about consecutive terms. It only

(01:14:35):
says the two terms. But Donald Trump is the best
way of describing him is that he is the contractor
that is coming into his company is going to build
a brand new, beautiful, wonderful building and they have to
destroy the other stuff and build a foundation and build
it all up. And Donald Trump is the foundation guy.
I think he's coming in and he's putting the foundation down.

(01:14:57):
And honestly, I think if I had to pick something,
I think jad Vance obviously is gonna run. I mean,
why wouldn't he? And he is really good from that,
But I think that if if I was to call
something that I think it would be. I think it's
gonna be Jade Vance and Marco Rubio to set up

(01:15:17):
Marco Rubio for a run eight years later. I really
do think that that's what it's gonna be. And and
I'm and I got to say this too about Mark Rubio.
I mean, I've always liked Mark Rubio. I never really
actually hated him, but I never really loved Mark Rubio,
and we've had him on the show a few times.

(01:15:38):
But the Marco Rubio that we're seeing right now, in
the role that he is in, I mean, wow. I
mean it's it's as if there was a reset to
Mark Rubio and and and he new Marco Rubio had
sparked up and is now what he's doing. So I
think that, honestly, I don't. I don't. I don't want

(01:15:58):
to see Donald Trump run another another term. I really
don't for a lot of reasons. Again, for I think
his health. He is getting older, and you know, Donald Trump,
there there are some issues with his health. He's he's
not perfect health. And you know, in the next three

(01:16:18):
because remember we're only we're only six seven seven eight
months into the first we got three and a half
years left to Donald Trump, and you know, with the
stress of everything, his age, I think by the time
that he is is done towards the end, I think
he health wise will will not be good enough to
do another year, even if he could. So I don't

(01:16:40):
I don't want to see another Donald Trump term. I
really don't. For that reason, and for the reason of it,
it's kind of time for something new in the leadership.
I think again, Donald Trump, I think has laid this
foundation for where we need to go, and he is
doing a lot of amazing great work that is needed

(01:17:03):
to be done, that should have been done a long
time ago, that hasn't been done. But there is still
a major, major divisive factor about Donald Trump. So I
think the mission right now is for Donald Trump to
make America great and making America great by financially and

(01:17:23):
all this other stuff and getting it taken care of,
and then when you have the guy that comes in
and puts the finishing touches on it that will make
everybody feel good. And I think that is jd. Vance
because when you meet JD Vance, when you see jd
Vance talking, he has a different demeanor about him, even

(01:17:44):
though if you listen to what he's saying it's Donald Trump.
You know he's come on board what Donald Trump is
saying and he understands a lot of what he's saying.
So he's conveying that message, but he does it in
a very different demeanor. And I think that after you
know this for years of Donald Trump, with the left
melting down, the country needs a different, different tone, not

(01:18:07):
a different direction, and I think that jd Vance Marco
Rubio would keep it on another uh you know, uh,
the same direction, but it would bring a different tone
to things. And I think it would be a good
thing because what Donald Trump is doing right now as
he's going through and he's steamrolling through the stupid, and

(01:18:29):
I think if he continues to go through this steam
rolling of all the stupid, getting rid of the DEI
and and being the one that come out because remember
Donald Trump, he's got nothing to lose. He can say
anything and everything he wants because he's got nothing to lose.
So he's the one that can come out right down
and say, yeah, DEI is stupid. DEI didn't work. Liberalism

(01:18:51):
is dumb, Liberalism is a mental disease. All of this
this woke stuff is horrible. Yes, the media you suck
because but is he afraid that they're not gonna cover
him good when he goes for ree life. He doesn't
have any of it, so he can be honest with
the American people. And I think he's gonna be able
to get a lot of stuff accomplished and then hand

(01:19:13):
it over to jd Vance, who can again be the
guy that comes in and puts the finishing touches in,
He puts the new fresh coat of paint on the
walls that have just been put up, He puts in
some new crown molding, and he makes it more beautiful.
Of course, I love the left too, because they're they're
insisting that Donald Trump is gonna stay, that there's never

(01:19:36):
gonna be another election. And Donald Trump is not going away.
He's staying forever because he's a dictator. I mean, why
would you build a two hundred million dollar ballroom just
to leave? Well, why would you build a rose garden
in the White House just to leave? Why would you

(01:19:59):
build a basketball court in the White House just to leave?
Why would you put a swimming pool in at the
White House just to leave? Why would you put a
bowling alley into the White House just to leave? Why
would you gut the White House and redo it all
just to leave? See, those are the things that you

(01:20:22):
can't ask a liberal because then they're gonna have to
answer to that question that, oh, oh yeah, past presidents
did a lot of things to the White House and
then they left. Trump is patent, Yeah, I mean, Trump
is what we needed right now. We absolutely needed Donald

(01:20:43):
Trump right now to come in and just devastate this
mess that we have and start things over and fix
the problems and then hand it over to somebody who
can manage it and make it a little bit better
after that. But we have to do something though. We
have to highlight and continue to push the message about

(01:21:04):
how bad the Democrat message is and how bad their
ideology is. And it's working. Six million more Democrats have
switched over to the Republican Party because they can't take
it anymore. Democrat Party is imploding, and we just got
to keep that pressure on make sure they don't win
next year. It's a Red Friday, by the way, remembering
everyone deployed sponsored by our friends at America, Charlie Grill

(01:21:24):
and Tavern. We got to take a quick break. We'll
be right back. Good morning, right, Welcome back to the show.
It's the Ryan Rush Show right here in the Florida
Man Radio Network. Thanks for checking us out today to

(01:21:44):
appreciate it. Coming off the top of the hour, we
have a guest that's going to be joining us this
We're going to talk about some of the insurance issues
here in the state of Florida. Bill Hurle of the
president of the NFIB Florida, which I know I probably
been pronouncing his last name wrong because well I'm good
at doing that. But we're gonna talk with Bill coming
up just a little bit, a lot of great information
we're gonna get out of him. Plus the bottom of

(01:22:05):
the hour. In the next hour, we also have the
guys from the Brothers, the Boys, the Homies from America
in view. We're gonna chat with them about some of
the Florida things, Alligator Alcatraz having to close down. Somebody actually,
one of my liberal friends, liberal and well liberal followers,
had posted the question, who the hell's paying for all

(01:22:25):
of that? You are? I mean, let's face it, that's
who's paying for all this Alligator Alcatraz.

Speaker 4 (01:22:33):
We are.

Speaker 3 (01:22:34):
We're paying for it. And again talk about a waste
of money. And I really wish, I wish more than
anything that Ronald Sanders and Donald Trump looked at that
federal judge and told to go fly a boat. We're
not closing it down, we're not taking it out, We're
not nothing. Go fly boat, We're not doing it. Go

(01:22:55):
stuff it. We're done with you not happening. But we'll
talk about and so much more coming up. And you know,
in the meantime here in Florida, one of the things
that we were still dealing with is the illegal alien,
the one who was here from India who killed the
three people in the truck driving accident, the one that

(01:23:16):
was able to maintain a CDL from not only the
state of California, but also the state of Washington. It's like,
why did you need two states to give you a
CDL license? What the hell? The man couldn't speak English,
couldn't read English, couldn't do nothing, killed three Americans because
of his incompetence and inability to effectively drive a truck. Which,

(01:23:38):
first of if you've ever seen the way they drive
in India, those are probably some of the last people
we want getting behind the wheel of an eighteen wheeler
unless they learn how to drive American style, because that's
some scary stuff out there. They just it's like free wheeling. Hey,
I'm going forward. You can go forward too. Well, watch out,
I'm going forward as well. Just saying, but we have

(01:24:04):
another incident. This one happened in Tennessee, just off the
Nashville outside of Nashville, where a Honduran national living illegally
in the United States, now facing multiple charges after authority
said he drove drunk and caused a fatal head on

(01:24:26):
collision that killed a Tennessee woman and left her husband
in critical condition. The officials who identified the driver as
Julio Cesar Herrera Gonzales, who crashed his Maserati. And there's
another problem. I have the hell's an illegal doing in

(01:24:47):
the America driving a Maserati. But he crashed his Maserati
into the Nissan that was carrying the thirty seven year
old American citizen, killing her and you know, injuring her husband,
putting him in critical condition. She was pronounced dead at

(01:25:12):
the scene, while her husband remains hospitalized with some life
threatening injuries. And the Department of Justice that confirmed to
Fox News that Gonzales had entered the United States in
two thousand and eight was granted Temporary Protection status the
TPS that Donald Trump wants to get rid of. That
the courts say no, you can't do it. The status

(01:25:32):
was revoked in twenty fifteen. Gonzalez has a prior conviction
for vandalism, and on August twenty third, the US Immigration
and Customs Enforcement issued a detainer against Gonzales to ensure
he's not released from custody back into the community, and
he's now been charged with the vehicular homicide, vehicular assault DUI,

(01:25:53):
and driving without a license. A detainer was put on
him to detain him so that he could be exited
out of this country, and instead he's driving around in
his Maserati without a driver's license, in the country illegally
and kills an American woman. At what point does the

(01:26:16):
left not understand that this is a problem. I don't
know what it's going to take for them to get it.
Maybe it's going to take for some of their loved
ones to be taken out by an illegal before the
left starts to understand how this is so wrong and
how it has to stop, and we've got to stop it.

(01:26:40):
We've got to get to people out of this country
that do not belong here. We need to make sure
that we vet those that come into this country, like
we always have to ensure that we get the best
of the best. But the Left is so weak that
they're like, oh my god, we have to be compassionate.
We have to be compassionate, and we should we welcome everyone. Now,

(01:27:02):
we can welcome everyone, but if you're not good enough
to be here like every other country on the damn
planet does, then sorry, you can't come in just saying
what's that? Trump and desant Is probably want to close
Alligator Alcatraz as they have an alternative, better plan. I

(01:27:24):
don't know. I mean that you can't get much better
than Alligator Alcatraz Now. Apparently though, they're looking at another
airport in the state of Florida and abandoned airport to
do so. We'll see what happens. The environmentalist will come
after him again and they'll get sued again for it.
It's just it's a mess either way. Coming up, Bill
hurl Is gonna be joining us from the NFIB Florida.

(01:27:45):
We're gonna chat with him about insurance stuff. Coming up
after the top of the hour. We'll be right back
at this minute. This is the Brian Rush Show right
here at the Florida Man Radio Network. Good Morning, Happy
Red Friday. Sponsored by our friends at American Charlie Grill
and Tavern.

All right, welcome back down number three of the show.
Good morning and thanks for checking us out here the

Wimpy dot com, Forward Slash, Brian Rust Show, want to
welcome to the show, Bill Hurley, who is the president
of the n f IB Bill, welcome to the show,
and good.

Speaker 8 (01:29:58):
Morning, good morning, Thanks for having me absolutely thanks.

Speaker 3 (01:30:01):
For coming on. First off, I got to ask this
in case people don't know what it is exactly. What
is the NFIB.

Speaker 8 (01:30:08):
Yeah, we're the National Federation of Independent Business, a long name,
but it says it all with the nation's largest and
oldest small business advocacy group, where we lobby for small
business issues in the nation's capital and every state capital.
So we represent I like to say, we don't represent
the CEOs. We represent the owners. And we don't have

(01:30:33):
any publicly traded companies in our membership, so there's no
big corporate master that can walk into my office and
say this is the way it's going to go. We
represent Main Street.

Speaker 3 (01:30:45):
That's awesome. That's what I love to hear that we're
getting at the small business support because we have.

Speaker 4 (01:30:51):
To have that.

Speaker 3 (01:30:52):
And the reason why we wanted to bring you on
do we want to talk about kind of a whole
host of issues that not only applied to the small,
big businesses, but apply to a lot of just the average,
every day Floridian Because there's been several things that have
been a big concern to us, including things like insurance
and insurance across the board, whether it be home insurance,

(01:31:14):
business insurance, car insurance, and there's a lot that's been
going on with that, including things like some of the
tort reform that the Florida legislator has been working on
in the past couple of years. And I think one
of the things a lot of people need to also
understand when we but as we get into this topic,
that this is a topic that's being worked on, but

(01:31:34):
it's going to take some time for it to switch around.
So I want to get some of your thoughts on
the tort reform starting off that, Yeah, what's going on?
What is the latest in all of this.

Speaker 8 (01:31:46):
I'm sure you know, as soon as you say tort reform,
snoozer thought. I mean, you know, one of the most
boring subjects in public policy. And so you look at
your insurance still and then it comes home. Then it's
on your doorstep, and it's sitting on the kitchen table
saying how we're going to pay this bill? So, you know, necessarily,
so you got to get into the knitting on tourt reform.

(01:32:06):
And that's what the legislature has done. In twenty twenty three,
we passed a major court reform bill that Brian since
it passed, has become the model for anyone that wants
to try to tackle their insurance costs across the nation.
You know, that's The final arbiter of some of these
things is are we seeing prices going down? And are

(01:32:29):
other places where they want to want to repair their
court system? Are they looking to Florida's model? And they
sure have been. And yes, we have seen some things
turn around. It's that old proverb of you know, trying
to turn around an aircraft carrier in a bathtub. Yeah,
it takes time, but we are starting to see indicators

(01:32:50):
with auto insurance prices going down. We're even seeing the
first dip in bone owners insurance. And might I add that,
you know, since we've made these reforms, these are the
first steps that are making all of the huge, in
a very exciting property tax reforms possible to be talked

(01:33:14):
about in Tallahassee.

Speaker 4 (01:33:15):
And maybe we can get to.

Speaker 8 (01:33:16):
That in a minute, but in twenty three, with some
great leadership in place, you know, real strong House Speaker,
real strong Senate President, combined with Governor Ron Desantus and
absolutely I've got to give a shout out to the
governor on this as being in close proximity to the

(01:33:36):
live fire on this issue, never would have gotten to
across the finish line. And had it not been for
the Governor's personal leadership on this issue. And you know
what did the governor want. You know, he wanted to
get rid of frivolous lawsuits. So we did it with
you know, only about three or four key reforms that

(01:33:57):
were real common sense things like comparative fault, for instance,
which says that you know, if a jury and that's
an important word, you know, joy or fierce looks at
your case as you presented it and decided that, hey,
mister plaintiff, mister injured party, you were mostly responsible for

(01:34:18):
your own injury. You don't have a case here out
it goes those cases, those cases in the past would
be rushed towards some sort of jackpot settlement to make
them go away, even though anyone at face value could
see the injustice in it. So it's real, plain, rational

(01:34:42):
reforms that we put in place in twenty twenty three.
They're starting to take the effect now. You know, any law,
there is a famous saying in Tallahassee that no man's
life or liberty is secure when the legislature's in session.
And you know, one law is only as would as
the next legislature stands by it and allows it to

(01:35:05):
remain in the statutes you know, they can do anything
when they come and so we had had assaults on
the twenty three tort reform in the past legislative session.
You know, I've been around for a while, so I
see this as a normal part of the process. Of course,
they've got to you know, hold it up to the
light and see if they are on the right path.

(01:35:29):
Well we did that this year. You know, there were
some a number of pieces of the legislation that would
have retreated from the twenty twenty three tort reform package,
and they were hotly debated and duly considered and ultimately rejected.
We might go through a couple more years of that,
but it's important for business owners and basically all flirting

(01:35:52):
consumers who are benefiting from this reform to stand up
remind their legislatures when they're back home that hey, these
things are important. Thank you, and keep up the good
work and stand by what you've passed in twenty twenty
three until we can get this market redirected.

Speaker 3 (01:36:11):
Yeah, yeah, absolutely, And that's one of the things too.
And we've obviously this has been a topic for a while,
and we've talked about this on the show that a
lot of people don't realize that the reason for why
so many of these insurance companies have packed up and
left is not because they were being greedy, which I
mean all insurance companies are greedy to a default, But

(01:36:33):
the real reason was because of the lawsuits. The frivolous
lawsuits were constantly going at him, that it was costing
them millions and millions and millions of dollars, that they
were losing out on everything. So they just said, forget it,
we're out. And that was the reason for this tort
reform to change that frivolous lawsuit stuff where the ambulance
chasers would stop going after everybody.

Speaker 8 (01:36:55):
All right, yeah, well, you know it's a highly regulated industry,
insurance industry, and we can we can squeeze them however
you want, but the one thing you can't regulate them
on is to make them open their doors for business.

Speaker 3 (01:37:13):
That day, you know.

Speaker 8 (01:37:15):
So you've got to realize that, you know, they are
a partner in this. We need to make create an
environment where they can provide a product that's sustainable that
fluid ins need to buy.

Speaker 4 (01:37:27):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:37:28):
Absolutely, so what do we what are we seeing as
far as the drops in some of the rates because
you know, obviously people are paying a lot of insurance.
I was just looking at my insurance bill the other
day and I'm like, this has got to come down.
But then I realized that even my insurance company, which
I use Geico for my car, you know, is one
of the ones that it's getting the biggest drop in

(01:37:50):
its rates. So what are people looking to see here
in the very near future of drap of the rates.

Speaker 8 (01:37:57):
Yeah, well, you know, we're seeing a five percent reduction
in auto insurance and that's remarkable. It doesn't you know,
you know, listen, it's not going to allow you to
go on that you know, holiday cruise. You're not going
to say that much money. But the fact that we're
not seeing rates go up by double digits and arrow

(01:38:20):
is pointed in the right direction is the great relief.
The real remarkable number is that overall, in the universe
of property insurance rates, we saw a decrease on the
average of three percent last year, and that's incredible. We
are still seeing very very vigorous underwriting, We're seeing policies dropped.

(01:38:44):
We hope that that's just a you know, a realignment
between companies that people can then go on to obtain
insurance elsewhere. But those are you know, the secondary effects.
The real welcome news is that we're seeing overall rates
go down for the first time.

Speaker 3 (01:39:05):
Yeah, that is awesome. And explain the correlation between the
property insurance taxes and things like, you know, the property
taxes and what we might see for you know, savings
when it comes there, because I mean, we start adding
up all this stuff. It maybe three percent here, four
percent there, you start adding up three four percent, you know,
you start getting up to that eight percent to nine

(01:39:26):
percent and ten percent when you start adding it all together.
Saves a lot of money. But let's talk about the
property taxes as well, because obviously that's a big push
that's going on here in Florida. Governor DeSantis is pushing
hard for what are some of your thoughts there?

Speaker 8 (01:39:40):
Yeah, what an exciting issue. And on my hat and
my hat goes off to the legislative leadership for not
being shy and tackling this issue. You know, old Governor
Jeff Bush used to have an expression of big, hairy,
audacious goal. He called him the hags. This is the
b had and all be hags to say we're going

(01:40:03):
to not not just you know, nibble around the edges
on property tax but there's very serious talk about eliminating
property taxes, eliminating property taxes for homesteaded properties in Florida.
And guess what, you know, the numbers are there. It's

(01:40:24):
it's not you know, the mask could work on this,
you know, in an exchange for you know, possibly increasing
another tax, which would be the sales tax.

Speaker 4 (01:40:38):
Which still overall, that's.

Speaker 8 (01:40:41):
Right, don't ever forget that, you know, twenty percent of
all Florida sales taxes are paid by non Floridians and
h And at the same time, the legislators take keeping
a keen eye towards you know, reducing overall state spending,
but they're also you know, ready to begin to put

(01:41:03):
pressure on local governments to reduce their spending as well.

Speaker 4 (01:41:08):
So it's a very.

Speaker 8 (01:41:11):
You call it holistic approach that they're taking the property taxes.
But my point is is that this issue, you couldn't
really tackle this issue until you did tort reform first,
until you got that bill that everyone has to pay
protecting their home in the form of property insurance, until

(01:41:34):
you got that pointed in the right direction. You know
a lot of people don't their property taxes aren't quite visible,
right because it's built into their mortgage payment. But people
tend to notice their property and their property insurance rates.
They're a little more visible. So we had to tackle

(01:41:54):
that problem first. And now that we're a couple of
years into that and we see that it's beginning to
take effect, I think it's made it all possible for
the legislature to tackle property property tax rates as well.

Speaker 3 (01:42:08):
Yeah, I mean it's this is a big process, you know,
it's it's obviously something that's not gonna happen overnight. We're
talking with Bill Hurley, who is the president of the
n f IB Florida. Let me ask you this bill too,
because you know, obviously you guys have a big focus
in small businesses. There's another deal that Rhnda Santis was
able to get passed when it comes to the what

(01:42:32):
was it the taxes of the insurance? What was it
for the businesses who end up renting things? Because there
was a big goodness. Yeah, that's a huge thing that
I don't think people realize how much that's going to
save small businesses. Let's go into that a little bit.

Speaker 8 (01:42:47):
Yeah, hallelujah. We the Florida is the only state in
the nation that charges a sales tax on commercial leases.
So every business you see in your neighborhood, when they
pay their business rent to their landlord, they're paying a

(01:43:08):
sales just like your pay a sales tax on a
retail item. They pay a sales tax on that. Well,
after about eight years of chopping away at it, we
have the final victory this year and the governor led
and signed into law in effective October one, it's zero eliminated.

(01:43:31):
The rent tax on commercial leases is gone, and that
makes a huge difference to mom and pop businesses, most
of them. A lot of people think that businesses are
just rolling in the dough, but most neighborhood businesses you see,
they're renting those properties and they're paying a sales tax
on it right along. So it's been a huge relief

(01:43:54):
to Florida small business owners to be able to look
forward through having that line item zero, and a lot
of them have it built right into their lease.

Speaker 4 (01:44:02):
So they should be.

Speaker 8 (01:44:03):
Hearing from their landlord over the next ensuing month or
so with the happy news of hey, I've got to
cut your rent. Yeah, so here that very good news. Yeah,
that's going to be good news for flower to small
business owners.

Speaker 3 (01:44:18):
Yeah, that really is. And you know, Bill, one of
the other things that that that I have brought up
as a question, and maybe you can chime in on
this a little bit, because obviously we're hearing, Okay, let's
let's chop the property tax. There's the argument now of
let's eliminate property tax, let's eliminate sales tax or lower
sales tax. So there's a little conflict going on between
the two of that. You know, we're getting rid of

(01:44:39):
this this renter's tax for businesses and we're looking at
all these other taxes. Where's the money going to come from?
I think that's one of the big concerning questions because
you know, we're we're seeing roads being built, We're seeing
parks being built, We're seeing all these infrastructure things that
are being built. We're seeing all these infrastructure things that
need to be done. We see a lot of a

(01:45:01):
need for state services. And the question is going to
be where is that money going to come from? And
what are you hearing in The talent has to be
well for that answer.

Speaker 8 (01:45:12):
You know, first it's going to come from making Florida
the most exciting, enticing state to live in and work.
Florida has always had an economy that's based on growth.
It's always had an economy that's based on in migration
from other states. And I think that if Florida puts

(01:45:32):
down a serious marker that this is a state where
think about it, but you know, does anyone ever truly
own their home? You can have your mortgage paid off
for for for the last twenty years, and you still
if you don't pay those taxes, You're going to find
out real quick that you don't own your home right
And we could be the first state in the nation

(01:45:54):
where outright, true and pure home ownership could be possible. So,
first of all, where's the money going to come from?
I think it's going to come from reasserting Florida's dominance
as the place to live in this nation. And that's
going to create economic growth and Florida is going to
continue to flourish. Definitely, I'd say that there is a

(01:46:18):
very strong attitude in Tallahassee that we can do more
for less. We can reduce the size of government at
all levels, at the state and at the county and
city level with good stewardship and strong leadership. And third,
I'd say that If they do go for the whole

(01:46:41):
Enchilada and say we want to eliminate property taxes on
homesteaded property, there will have to be a tax exchange.
I think the most discussed right now is maybe bumping
the sales tax up a point maybe two. But here's
here's the relief valve. Whatever the legislature comes up in

(01:47:03):
terms of a tax exchange or swap out in order
to eliminate property catches, it's going to go before the voters.
It necessarily has to. It will be in the form
of a constitutional amendment. And hey, it'll be before the voters,
and if it's something that seems to make good sense

(01:47:24):
to your voter, we're going to see it past. So
there are a number of safety catches in there to
make sure that we're doing the right thing, that the
Florida homeowners will be on board with this plan. And
it's just a very exciting time to see the legislature
ready to tackle such a huge issue that I'm telling

(01:47:46):
you we'll be national news when it's finally put in place,
because I think will be the first nation, first state
in the nation, to be able to say to people,
Florida is the place where you can own your home outright, So.

Speaker 3 (01:48:03):
I want I want to clarify one thing. Maybe you
can hit on this, because there's a keyword that you said,
and that's homestead So what if you have a property
that is not homesteaded. Is that so that they're also
looking to eliminate that that property tax on or are
we going to keep that so that you know, if
you're if you're just doing this as a business, you're

(01:48:23):
still going to have to pay taxes on that or
is that going to be included as well or is
it just homesteaded properties right right?

Speaker 8 (01:48:30):
Well, I mean, the world is their oyster at this point.
So I don't want to say this is where they're heading.
They are very much just in the developmental point of it.
But I would say, you know, since you're talking about
property taxes, you're talking about squeezing a balloon and something's
going to squirt out on the other side, and these
are all the balancing acts they'll have to do. But yes,

(01:48:51):
when they're talking about the name taxes for homesteaded property,
they're talking about a home that would have a homestead exemption.
Now that is a resident that is being lived in
by the owner, if it is a investment property, if
it is a second property, those might end up being
treated differently as they will commercial properties. And as a

(01:49:13):
voice for small business, you know, we're going to be
looking at this plan to make sure that, you know,
whatever we come up with doesn't put inordinate ax pressure
for people that are still for properties, that are still
paying a property tax, that have to pay higher and
hire and higher taxes to make up for that change.

(01:49:35):
I think the legislature is going to be pretty sensitive
to that. But just to give you some you know, perspective,
I think there are about twenty times more homesteaded properties
than there are commercial properties in this state.

Speaker 4 (01:49:52):
So you know, I know, you drive.

Speaker 8 (01:49:54):
Down the street and you see you know, huge commercial
property here, huge commercial property there. But the real meat
and potatoes is with you know, homesteaded residential properties. So
you know, while all of us, you know, a business
owner and a residential owner of life would like to
see their property taxes cut, I think you know, they're

(01:50:16):
they're pointed in the right direction, and the economic benefit
that we all might gain in the business community by
having an invigorated economy like that, it might be well
worth it.

Speaker 3 (01:50:30):
Yeah, I think you're right, Bill, Hurley, President of the NFIB. Bill,
where could people go to learn more information about your
organization and how they can take part in it.

Speaker 8 (01:50:41):
Yeah, we're super easy to find. All you've got to
remember the four letters and FIB and you can go
to n FIB dot com and if you're a business owner,
you can see what we're doing on your behalf in
Washington and in every state capital and where easy to find.

Speaker 3 (01:51:01):
Awesome, Bill, It's been a pleasure, a lot of great
information there. I'd love to have you back on as
we develop a little bit more of that obviously when
the next session goes into play and get more info
on that. Bill, Thank you again for coming on. We
do appreciate it.

Speaker 8 (01:51:15):
Thanks so much, Brian.

Speaker 3 (01:51:16):
Absolutely have a fantastic Memorial Day weekend. Bill Hurley, the
President of the NFIB. We got to take a break.
When we come back, we will have the Boys from
America in view. They're coming up in just a little bit.
We'll be right back, all right, Welcome back to the

Coming up just a sagod after the next break, Mad
Doster BRTT he's checking out on us again. But Matt

going to talk about a whole bunch of stuff that
is coming up next right here in the Brian Rush
Show on the Florida Man Radio Network. We got to
take one more commercial break. We'll be right back morning.

(01:52:10):
All right, Welcome back to the Brian Rush Show right
here at the Florida Man Radio Net. We're streaming live

much for checking us out today. Do appreciate it. It is
a Red Friday where we remember everyone deployed, sponsored by
our friends at American Charlie Grill and Tavern. And also
it is a Friday, which means at the third hour
we always bring on our boys from America in view.

(01:52:32):
But I guess once again we're going with a month
on this.

Speaker 1 (01:52:35):
Matt.

Speaker 3 (01:52:36):
I'm I'm I'm kind of disappointed. And you know this
is the thing, Matt, it's yesterday. I had a conversation
with Brett. We were talking yesterday and what do I
get no Brett today? I thought, no Bread, I thought
we would have broke this month long thing. But what
does he have to work or something? He's got more

(01:52:56):
important things to do.

Speaker 4 (01:52:58):
Yes, you know, last week and the week before he
was supposedly on vacation with his family, although you know,
he takes pains to remind me that he's never really
on vacation. He's always taking phone calls and working and
all that kind of stuff. And then yes, this today,
now he's got a work call and he's apologetic that.

(01:53:19):
Please tell Brian, I'm so sorry. Can you please cover
for me one more time? You know it's getting old, right,
it's just getting a little bit old.

Speaker 3 (01:53:27):
You know what, It's not not only that it's getting old,
not that I ever have feelings, but I think I've
got a feeling somewhere that is that is that has
been hurt. I think. I'm not sure.

Speaker 4 (01:53:38):
I don't blame you. I feel the same way. I
feel the same exact way.

Speaker 3 (01:53:42):
I mean, I don't know what it's like to have
hurt feelings, but I think that that's what I'm feeling.
I'm not sure he'll figure it out, but anyhow, Matt
and that guy Brett, they host America in View, which
has heard every Saturday right here at twelve noon on
the Florida Man Radio Network and by the way, no
guests this weekend on.

Speaker 4 (01:53:59):
The show, No guest this week, and we're so excited
to have Brett on, you know, it's almost like the
guests at this point. Yeah, we Yeah, we decided we
were going to take a deep dive on this whole
issue of the of the federal government getting stakes in
American companies, which is just a sort of an odd concept.
So we decided we really wanted to dive into that.

(01:54:21):
That will not be the entire show, but I think
that's the part that we're going to spend right in
the middle of the show. But there's so much in
the news to talk about. I mean, I know, you've
been talking about some of this stuff all week. We've
had this terrible school shooting, which you know, now it
has all these multiple dimensions to it because you've got
transgender person as the bad guy. You've got you know,

(01:54:44):
our Roman Catholics now having hate crimes being committed against them.
You've got the Libs talking about prayers not enough, you know,
and people are getting getting all riled up about that
kind of stuff. I mean, that's one of the big issues.
I don't know how much time we'll spend talking about that.
But there are a few things I want to say
about it. I know Brett wants to say about it
as well, and then there's a whole host of other

(01:55:04):
stuff going on. It's it's one of those things I
keep waiting for a slow news week and we're just
not getting out Every every week there's there's more and more.

Speaker 3 (01:55:13):
Yes, it's not happening. I can tell you. When I
prep for this show every day, there's a stack of
things that I never get to. As a matter of fact,
I mean this is really kind of the last segment
of the show, and I've got like eight different news
stories that I just didn't cover. But then again, today,
being Friday and getting ready for the holiday, we did
more bsing on the show today than we did anything else.

(01:55:36):
So I mean, I'm not sure how serious that the
show it was today, but.

Speaker 4 (01:55:40):
Every I think every radio show needs, it needs a
day like that once in a while. No, we're the
exact same way. I mean, we're we do not have
the luxury that you have of being able to go
on every day. I mean we're just once a week,
and every week there's more that we wanted to talk
about them when we're able to get to I mean,
we try to do kind of the high level review

(01:56:01):
and assessment of things, but yeah, there's just never enough
time to cover it all.

Speaker 3 (01:56:05):
Yeah, there really isn't. But the things that we can cover,
things like here in Florida obviously the alligator Alcatraz. What
are some of your thoughts on that one? I mean,
are we actually closing this thing down?

Speaker 4 (01:56:18):
Yeah? I mean this is we've we've talked about this
in the Trump world, in the DeSantis world over the
last several months, but the courts have become this battleground
for the left, you know, like if they can't they
can't win on just who's elected and what the voters want,
then they're going to go to the courts. I actually
had I think I had a little bit more sympathy

(01:56:40):
for one of the earlier court rulings. I forget which
one it was, but you know, this whole thing about
environmental review and yeah, it just feels very you know,
sort of like whatever we can get to to try
to issue an order. And now this this message was
leaked out where I guess you've got an official saying
you know that we're going to have zero detainees eventually,
which suggests that maybe it might be going away.

Speaker 3 (01:57:04):
And I mean ultimately the goal anyhow is to have
zero detainees because we want to kick them all out.

Speaker 4 (01:57:09):
So that's a great point. That that's a great point.
This is a project that should have a conclusion anyway,
right right, Yeah, So of course the media now is
jumping on like the price tag, like oh, oh my goodness,
you did this thing and it's going to cost all
this money. You know, whatever the conclusion is with the courts,
I don't think anybody was trying to waste money. They

(01:57:30):
were trying to create something, you know, that was that
was part of the whole securing the border policy change,
radical departure from what we had under Joe Biden, Donald Trump,
Rond de Santasy's guys, just trying to get a handle
on where we are with our with our border and
with people in this country that don't deserve to be
here legally. So it's not complicated, but the left is

(01:57:52):
going to try to fight it, you know, at every level,
and it's unfortunate. Hopefully they can get something worked out.

Speaker 3 (01:57:58):
Probably not, because I mean, let's just be honest with it.
I mean, the left is so irrational about this. It's
like they want to talk about the money always it's
costing them money. Okay, Well let me ask this question,
and it can go to four people right now. The
three people here in the state of Florida that were
killed murdered essentially by an illegal alien that was here

(01:58:20):
illegally operating a vehicle. Killed three Floridians. You have the
one in Tennessee, the woman who was killed by another
illegal in a drunk driving accident. Husband is clinging to
life right now. Can probably be five here shortly, and
that's just this week or the past couple of weeks
that we're talking about. So spare me the crying of

(01:58:41):
a river when it comes to the money spent. No
money can justify the loss of life and the mission
that we have going on.

Speaker 4 (01:58:49):
So yeah, Brian, that is such a great point. And
I mean, it's it's an apple's an oranges thing. It's
not even you know, it just can't even make the comparison.
And this issue of law of life is a near
and dear one for us. One of our political clients
is a state representative, Tyane Michael over in the Jacksonville area,

(01:59:09):
and she has the same story. I mean, her son
was killed by a twice deported illegal alien who had
managed to get back into the country, and and yeah,
it was it was a it was a crime. It
was a tragedy that should not have happened, didn't need
to happen, but it did. And she's been fighting for
sanity on immigration policy ever since. And you've got these examples.

(01:59:33):
Now they're just, you know, every every day, every week,
we get another reason why we know this is a
big issue, you know, and especially when you have it's
one thing when you have one thing, when you have
someone who's negligent or you know, does the wrong thing
at the wrong time. But when you have somebody who
actually failed because of language barrier and then was still

(02:00:00):
able to get a license anyway because of these blue
state policies and other places, I mean, it just breaks
your heart. You're like, this is the very reason why
of these rules should be in place.

Speaker 3 (02:00:09):
Yeah, exactly. I mean, if you're an American and you
fail these When I say American, I mean I'm talking
about somebody born raised here, you're a citizen. If you
fail that, then yeah you can't you can't drive. I mean,
that's that's all there is to it. But we seem
to make this exception for illegals because of what the
compassion I mean, explain me the freaking compassion you've got

(02:00:32):
for the four people that are dead in their families,
you know, and or the or the countless number of
other stories. I mean, you just shared your story, but
we have, you know, the the Lake and Riley story,
and over and over and over again in these stories
of this type of stuff. So I mean, it's to
spare me the crying of a river because it's not
working for them.

Speaker 4 (02:00:52):
It's not compassionate for anyone to wipe the rules away
just because you know there's a there's a sort of
a tragic story. Somebody wants to feel better about themselves.
I mean, the whole premise of the border with the left,
I mean, there's just many many people on the left
who do not believe we should have a border. It
should just be open season and just let you let

(02:01:13):
anyone come from anywhere. I Mean, the question I always
want to ask them is, well, why is it just
the people who showed up at the border that you're
letting in. Why aren't you going all over the world
with convoys and bringing people here, you know, where does
it end? Basically, and you know, the fact of the
matter is America is what America is, not just by
chance it was built. It's here because of a certain

(02:01:37):
judicial code, a certain value system, a certain patriotism, a
lot of sacrifice that it's gone into it. And it's
not to say that there aren't people around the world
who can enter legally and benefit from that. But it's
not a free for all. You don't just sort of
turn the keys over and say anybody can come in,
whatever your value systems are, whatever your reasons for being here.

(02:01:58):
That's not the way it should work. And you know,
I'm thrilled that the President and his administration have done
what they have on the southern border. It's so much better.
But the problem is, we had an open border for
four years and we're dealing with the after effects now,
and it's it's messy. I mean, it's not an easy
thing to clean up. And you know, it's it's gonna

(02:02:21):
it's not going to get better in the short term.
I think it's going to take a while.

Speaker 3 (02:02:25):
Yeah, it's definitely gonna take a little while. And you know,
it amazes me too that the left acts as if,
you know, the idea of sovereignty and borders is an
exclusively evil American thing. It's like, let's look at Europe
right now. You know, places like Germany who said, oh yeah, fine,
come on in, everybody, come on in, and they allowed that,

(02:02:45):
and then they realized, oh crap, that was a that
was a bad decision, and now they're kicking people out
and they're securing their border. The UK they're going to
secure their border better now, and other European countries securing
their borders better now because this idea of the open
border thing just doesn't work and it never worked. And
you know, countries around the world all have borders, but

(02:03:07):
the liberals act as if it's like, oh, this is
a mean Donald Trump thing to have a border.

Speaker 4 (02:03:12):
It's like, god, yeah, and I love it. I mean,
you're exactly right. Europe is showing exactly the evidence of
everything that you say, like it has been a disaster
there and what you end up having. I mean, we
all know of the stories that we would be most
sympathetic to you, right, it would be somebody who's dealing
with some sort of severe political oppression coming from some

(02:03:35):
sort of a totalitarian government needs asylum like those those
cases feel legitimate, right, But what ends up happening, is
it it becomes about where are the free programs? Where
are the government benefits that just get dispensed to anyone.
I mean, my understanding of the United Kingdom is that
basically you're guaranteed like a stiphon or a place to live,

(02:03:56):
you know, an apartment that's sort of like no questions
asked that, Yeah, exactly. Yeah. So I mean, if that's
the case, if you're anywhere in the world, wouldn't you say, hey, man,
I got to get there, let me let me get
that free stuff. And that's not who you want coming.
You don't want someone coming into your country who's just
looking for the free stuff. You want somebody who wants
to come and wants to work and do things right.

(02:04:19):
And uh yeah. I mean the thing I love to
ask liberals is is tell me the last time you
went on an international trip. And you know, once they
say what they did, you're like, well, did you go
through customs, did you use your passport? Did you follow
the rules?

Speaker 2 (02:04:32):
You know?

Speaker 4 (02:04:32):
And of course they all say yes, right, right, And
it's like, well, why I thought these I thought these
things were you know, immoral on some level, And so
they never see it that way for themselves. It's just this,
it's just this sweeping category of well, if somebody shows
up and says they want in, we got.

Speaker 8 (02:04:49):
To do it.

Speaker 4 (02:04:49):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (02:04:50):
And you know the other thing that I've I've pointed
out a lot, and and this is something that's obviously
been talked about a lot, is you know the Left
has this compassion for the criminal aspect. It's like, there's
all this passion, Oh my god, the married Maryland man
who you know did sex traffic in human trafficking and
part of MS thirteen, And we've got to through all
this compassion to spend all this money to go after

(02:05:10):
and to spend all this stuff to defend this guy.
And it's like, you want to talk about compassion, but
how where's the compassion for and even though they still
did it illegally, where's this compassion for the family that
snuck across the border because life was horrible and their
their their country that they came from, and where's your
compassion for them? I mean, I still think that they

(02:05:31):
need to pay for what they did and go back
home and come back and do it right. But you
don't see them coming out and saying, hey, let's help
take care of this this family of four and this
this young couple with their child, you know, to make
a better life for them here in America. Now they
go after the criminal element and say we've got to
protect them. It's like, that is the most bizarre thing

(02:05:52):
to me that the left pushes right now that I
just I have no explanation for it.

Speaker 4 (02:05:57):
You're exactly right, and it seems like it permeates everything,
not just this issue, but you know a lot of
other issues as well. You know, we talk about criminal
justice reform, and there's a lot of things in the
criminal justice system that probably should be changed. But it
seems like when the left gets involved on that kind
of stuff, they're they're like sticking up for the bad guys,

(02:06:18):
you know, like the people who should be who should
be facing some sort of penalty. And yeah, it's almost
like just anti authoritarian or anti traditional sort of mindset.
I think it's very typical with what you see in
the higher education world, where you've got people that spend
a lot of brain power trying to come up with
a reason to defend things and defend people that shouldn't

(02:06:41):
be you know, that are actually are tearing to our society. Down.
So I wish we could flip a switch on that somehow,
but I'm afraid it's just baked into their whole worldview.

Speaker 3 (02:06:51):
Yeah, the only switch that I want to flip is
to go down on that one, to just power it
down a little bit, because you know, I mean, I
view the word and I really don't care how offended
people say. It's a it's a mental retardation that we
are staying from the left, And I don't care how
upset the left is from me saying it, because, believe me,
I've gotten a few emails since I've said it from

(02:07:12):
some of the lefts that listen to the show, which
thank you for listening, by the way, but it is
what it is. And you know, just to see how
they respond to this again, where's the compassion for the
young couple and the child instead your compassion for an
illegal who's breaking laws that are killing people, that are
putting people into horrible situations. I just don't get it, dude.

(02:07:33):
It's it's just it's the most amazing thing to see
how we've gotten to and you know that the people
who have have been going after America to tear us down,
they're sitting back and just laughing, going, I can't believe
that worked.

Speaker 4 (02:07:48):
You're right, I mean, that is exactly right. They they
I think they probably shake their heads and think, how
can these Americans be basically at the circular firing squad
where they're just tearing themselves apart with all kind of insanity. Yeah,
and that discourages me, you know. I hear I hear
some people called the Davos crowd, the guys that go
to Switzerland and the private jets, and they're exactly they're

(02:08:12):
twiddling their thumbs and you know, drinking champagne and laughing
about the demise of America.

Speaker 3 (02:08:18):
Oh you know, we've got by the way, they're doing
it on their YouTube channel that's professionally produced for you
to sit there and watch, which is the other thing
that blows my mind. It's like these people have got
balls that are so big that they're actually taking to
media social media and looking at the camera and saying,
we're trying to take over your world, destroy everything that

(02:08:39):
you have, and we're laughing at you while we do it.
And people go, hey, they're doing some stuff to us.
It's like, my god, wake it up.

Speaker 4 (02:08:49):
Yeah, yeah, you're right, all right, Brian I got a
question for you, man, biggest news story of the week.
Is it the Taylor Swift Travis Kelcey engagement or is
this cracker barrel? Cracker Barrel reverting to their original logo.

Speaker 3 (02:09:04):
Hang on, I'm throwing up after that. Look cracker barrel.

Speaker 4 (02:09:10):
I love it.

Speaker 3 (02:09:11):
I love it. It's total. I'm going totally with the
cracker barrel, you know, with the reserse on that.

Speaker 4 (02:09:18):
Yeah. Uh, Brett and I there's a cracker barrel about
four hundred feet from the studio U the radio studio
in Tallahassee, yep. And so we have spent many many
times having a meal before we go on. And uh,
you know, it's funny just talking to the folks in there.
They were they were totally opposed, like staff, totally opposed

(02:09:39):
to the change. Yeah, and uh, you know, then we
get President Trump making his comments, and sure enough they
realized the folly of their ways and back off.

Speaker 3 (02:09:47):
Yeah. And you know, I know that a lot of
people trying to give Trump the the credit for that one,
but I don't think it was Trump. I think it
was the millions of Americans that said, what the hell
are you doing? U put so much pressure on it,
which again shows that that we can make a difference
by putting the pressure on stuff and we just got
to keep doing it. But you know, I got to

(02:10:09):
see it was Matt though. On the other topic, I
just can't wait for the Divorce album because that's going
to be that is going to be an epic album.
I actually will tell you this, I will probably even
buy the Divorce album. Never I've never bought anything Taylor Swift,
even though I unfortunately know every Taylor Swift song. I
will buy that. I will buy two copies of that album,

(02:10:31):
and I will go to the tour when she sings
that album after it happens, which will probably be some
time late next year. Ye who knows, we'll see.

Speaker 4 (02:10:41):
Well that's that's exactly what my wife said. She said, Well,
what is she going to write about now?

Speaker 3 (02:10:46):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (02:10:46):
Yeah, I mean I think you just answered the question. Well,
we'll put it on our you know, saved list, waiting
for that album to come.

Speaker 3 (02:10:54):
Out exactly because it's coming. Matt Dast, host of America
in view her to write here the Florida Man Radio

a stranger to me, I used to be friends with
him or something. I don't remember, but he's apparently too. Yeah,
maybe we'll have him on this show again one day.

(02:11:16):
I just I was beginning to think we broke up
or something.

Speaker 4 (02:11:18):
But we can only hope. We'll keep our fingers crossed.

Speaker 3 (02:11:21):
Absolutely. Matt, have a fantastic labor day weekend, grillsome dogs
