the Brian Rush Show.
Speaker 4 (01:46):
How are you? We almost had an absolute catastrophe here
in the studio this morning. As the the show opener
starts going, I reach over to grab the microphone to
bring it a little bit closer to me, and what happens.
The whole damn thing fell off of the the mount
just like into my hand and I had suckets to
get We're good though, How you doing. Welcome back to
(02:08):
the show. Thank you so much for checking us out today.
Of course, it is our Red Friday sponsored by our
friends at American Charlie Grill and Tavern right there in
the shops at Edgewater where you can go and check
that out as we celebrate everyone who is deployed. That
is what Red Friday means, remembering everyone deployed. We have
a big show today coming up. Obviously the boys from
(02:29):
America and View will be joining us in hour number three.
Also coming up, we do have Keith gross Is gonna
be joining us too. We're gonna talk a little bit
about the breaking news today, and that breaking news being
that James call Me has finally been indicted. So we'll
dig into that with with Keith. Because he's a lawyer,
(02:50):
he understands some of this stuff, so we we'll break
it down with him and and have that conversation. In
the meantime, we do have a lot more to talk
about and can we talk about this one. Donald Trump
comes out and says, hey, uh, We've got all these
studies that have been conducted over a long period of time.
(03:12):
I've been telling you that there's something going on with autism,
and uh, well, here's what we've got. And we've discovered
that there's a an ingredient in Thailand all aceta aceta.
So so what acea aceta fitament? I mean, it was
kind of funny that he couldn't pronounce it in the
way he handled it. But whatever, Barack Obama now coming
(03:36):
out and saying that, uh, you know, uh, we got
my successor out here, and he's uh, he's talking about
things that have been debunked, and all of this has
been debunked. Hey, Barack, I know that you want to
discredit anything and everything that Donald Trump has said, but
you do realize that tyland All, the company, tyland All,
(04:02):
Johnson and Johnson, the people that have the isn't Johnson
and Johnson either way, Tyland, I think it's Johnson and Johnson.
Tyland All came out several years ago and said and
I think it was like two thousand and seventeen. I
want to say that it was that they came out
with the statement and said, hey, we've done some studies
(04:23):
on tiland all and pregnant women should stay away from it.
They've said, like twenty seventeen, almost ten years ago that yeah, uh,
if you're pregnant, don't take this stuff because it's not
good for you when you're pregnant.
Speaker 1 (04:43):
They knew then.
Speaker 4 (04:46):
And yet Barack Obama recently coming out on stage and
saying to an audience that don't listen to what Donald
Jump's talking about. He doesn't know what he's talking about.
But the manufacturer CA came out and said, don't take
it if you're pregnant. And of course, like the stupid
(05:06):
left that they are, and having to just prove that
Donald Trump is wrong. Donald Trump is wrong, he doesn't
know what he's talking about, and they start doubting tailandol.
Speaker 1 (05:19):
Again.
Speaker 4 (05:20):
Now, what we are seeing is an overwhelming number of
cases of people that are having liver failure and other
issues because of they're overdosing on tailandhol. And it's not
just your average person that's doing it. It is actually
(05:40):
it's actually a pregnant women that are out downing a
bunch of tailandol just to prove Donald Trump wrong. I mean,
if you're going to be that kind of a mother
where you're going to endanger your child at that early
of a stage, then you probably should not have children
(06:02):
because you're gonna be craptastic. But now, Representative Hailey Stevens
of Michigan announces she is introducing articles of impeachment against
the Health and Human Services Secretary Robert Kennedy Junior in
what she calls a healthcare chaos under his leadership. Now,
(06:24):
the sad thing about this is then when you really
break it down, the things that RFK has been doing
during his leadership under the HHS is actually providing more
information and more success than we have seen in the past.
Yet because of the fact that it is not the
message that the Democrats want and Donald jumb came out
(06:46):
and supported it, we've got to impeach him now, she said.
She explained her decision to file the impeachment on a
post on x and saying that rfk's tenure has been
marked by reckless cut and rising costs in healthcare. Healthcare chaos,
reckless cuts, rising costs, Michiganders and families across the country
(07:09):
are paying the price for RFK Junior's agenda. Enough is enough,
she declared, and adding that she's seen enough chaos from
this administration and from Secretary Kennedy. By the way, Hayley
Stevens is also running for Michigan's twenty twenty six Senate race,
(07:29):
and she previously had called on Kennedy to resign, pointing
to the reductions in pediatric cancer and vaccine research, and
earlier this month, she argued that he's making Michiganders unhealthy
and unsafe, and he needs to resign now. It is
time for leaders who fight for science, for health and
for the people. Who's not those who undermine the process
(07:51):
or the progress of families and research work so hard
to achieve. Did you ever think for a second that
maybe RFK Junior has seen some of the research that
has been done, because remember, this is not this is
not just a thing that RFK went, Oh, what what
(08:11):
can I be part of the administration? What can I do?
Speaker 5 (08:14):
Oh?
Speaker 4 (08:14):
Health and Human Services? Sure, why not? I'll do that
like we have seen in the past, when when presidents
will just appoint somebody to think, RFK Junior has dedicated
his life for at least the past couple of decades
to actually health care stuff. Looking into the food, looking
(08:36):
into how to be healthy. So the idea that RFK
Junior is just going in there and saying, all right,
so we've got the health thing, the thing that means
so much to me, Let me go in here and
f this thing up as much as I can. Let
me cut the budgets and cut the research and do
all this other stuff, and let's just mess this up
(08:57):
so things are met are really bad. I mean, just
use a little bit of common sense for just a
heartbeat hunt. And of course, as RFK Junior has come
in there and cut some of the things and really
made a big stink about all the chemicals that are
in our food to try and prove our food, we
have the food industry, the food industry that has turned
(09:22):
around and said, you know what, Yeah, we've seen the
research too, We're gonna take those chemicals out of our food.
And you're right. RFK was doing this before he was
in office. I mean, I hate the fact that I'm
fifty two years old and he's like, what late sixties,
(09:43):
early seventies and looks amazing. I hate the fact that
that guy is so incredibly healthy that I watched some
of the RFK Junior stuff, and I just kind of go,
I really should go take a walk. But if you've
ever experienced real food, and I'm not talking about just
(10:06):
the stuff that we get out of the grocery store
and you know some restaurants, I'm talking like real food,
the food that is not chemically processed, and it just
the taste alone is amazing and it makes you feel
better when you eat real food. When you see that,
there are countries around the world, including the entire European Union,
(10:27):
who has said, Ooh, this stuff's bad, let's take it
out of our food. We're going to ban it by law,
not going to be allowed in our food. And what
do we do We add more chemicals to our food.
Do you really think that Europe just said let's just
take it out of there? No, they did research. They
(10:48):
did research into it to find out why. So when
we're seeing research being cut, the funding for research being
cut in Homeland and then the health and Human services,
do you think that maybe possible there's no need to
continue researching some things because we've already researched it and
we found out what's going on. And now the problem
is is that we haven't taken action towards what's going on.
(11:11):
The Trump derangement syndrome, and it doesn't matter if it's
Trump himself or anybody that's part of it has gotten
so out of control. These people don't care. Now she's
saying this stuff because well, she's running to be the
next senator for Michigan, So she's going to go out
there and make some noise so that she can be
out there and say, I got RFK Junior impeached because
(11:34):
he was making things more expensive for us. And here's
a problem, and this sucks, but it's going to be
a reality to it, but in the end it's going
to be worth it. Some of our foods are going
to be a little bit more expensive for a little
while until the industry catches up on it figures out
how to reduce the costs on it. It's going to
(11:54):
be a little bit more expensive. And why because without
the chemicals in that now have to produce real food.
And with the real food you can't put it on
a shelf and in a truck and let it sit
there for months on end. It has to be delivered
to the consumer and the consumer has to consume it
before it goes bad because that's real food. We as
(12:17):
the consumers, we may end up having to be switching
up the way that we do some of our grocery shopping.
I mean, I can tell you now the way that
I do all of my grocery shopping because I always
try to get the freshest, best kind of stuff that
I possibly can without getting into all that process stuff.
I generally grocery shop when I do because I have
actually been eating out way too much lately. I'm changing
(12:39):
course on that next month, but I would always have
to go grocery shopping at least two or three times
a week because I tend not to buy the stuff
that I can put in the refrigerator or in the
shelf that can sit there for months on end, because
real food doesn't last that long. So yes, there is
going to be a slight impact for a little while.
(13:01):
But then again, this is also a thing where, like
I've said, maybe it's time for some of us to
learn how to grow some of our own food to
reduce that cost and also reduce our reliability on government.
But the left doesn't care. They try to tell you
that they're so compassionate, but they're not. They have zero
compassion whatsoever. They just want power and control over you.
(13:26):
They want that role, they want that seat, They want
you to give it to them. So they will tell
you anything they have to just to get you to
vote for them, just saying, let's just be honest with it.
Speaker 1 (13:41):
Uh.
Speaker 4 (13:41):
Good news on the economy too. We'll talk about that
coming up in just a little bit, but first we
got to take a break. And today is a Red Friday,
which is brought to you by our friends in America,
Charlie Grill and Tavern. Go check them out right there
in the shops at Edgewater on Panama City Beach. Tell
them I sent you. Enjoy them the new food items
and the new hours. We'll be right back.
Speaker 2 (14:04):

the man who roasts the most. Knock it off.
Speaker 6 (14:39):
It's rust on me, but not like care of scenes.
The demand no, don't free frame.
Speaker 2 (14:47):

Speaker 1 (14:57):

Speaker 4 (15:40):
Okay, welcome back to our number two of the show.
Good morning and Happy red Friday, where we remember everyone
deployed and speaking about those deployed. The big news now
that is coming out of the Pentagon in the Department
of War is that the Secretary of War, Pete Hegsath
is now called back all of his senior leadership from
around the world, all the time generals, and said, hey,
(16:01):
we are going to have a conversation. We're gonna have
a little meeting coming up on Tuesday. And of course
this has sparked all kinds of speculation as to what
is actually going on, and a lot of people are
concerned about it, and of course there's a lot of rumor,
a lot of people saying that this is you know, oh,
he's going to start firing the people gonna start replacing people. Now,
(16:24):
we don't really know exactly what's going on, but there
is a lot of insiders that are kind of talking
about a little bit about what we should be possibly
looking at now. First off, this is one of the
things that I had talked to a friend of mine
in Washington, DC who's kind of in the know, and
I said, what the hell's going on? What's going on
with this? And he said, well, don't really know for
(16:48):
sure what he's doing. However, when you look at some
of the things that are going on around the world
right now, especially with the situation that's going on with Venezuela,
Venezuela is very tightly knit to Russia, and with all
the stuff that's going on right now with Venezuela, and
(17:10):
you also have things going on with China, but Venezuela
specifically that every time that we have attacked one of
their boats, and remember we've done it three times now
where we've taken out one of their drug boats, and
of course the Left goes absolutely mental over that. But
each time that that happens, we get an airspace incursion
(17:30):
from Russia in Alaska, and it has been ramping up
more and more, the bombers, fighters, all of that stuff.
And it's one of these things where I think what
is going on is that first there's a lot of
things that need to be changed in our military. Pete
Hegseeth has been doing a tremendous amount of changes with
(17:53):
the policies and how we're doing things, getting rid of
all the DEI and all this other stuff, in our
readiness around the world world, and with what we see
going on right now in the world, with the terrorism
that's going on, the Ukraine War, the conflict going on
with Iran, because remember Iran, we smacked them around real good.
(18:16):
But after we smack them around, they weren't ready to
give in. So I think that what's going on is
that we are preparing for a few potential things. And
remember Donald Trump and Pete Hegseth both have very much.
So the ideology of strength through or peace through strength
(18:37):
and an overwhelming force and an overwhelming presence is one
of those that may make some people reconsider some things,
and on top of that, it may be posturing us
into a better position should something start to happen.
Speaker 5 (18:53):
Now.
Speaker 4 (18:53):
To be honest with you, I think the China Taiwan
thing I'm beginning to think that's not even going to
happen at this point. I think we've got bigger fish
in the sea right now, and I think the bigger
fish at this point is going to be Iran, some
of the terrorist activities with Iran and then with Russia
continuing to push boundaries. And I think what we're going
(19:15):
to see is a realignment of how we're going to
do things, how we're going to present the US military
on the world stage. And that's really what's going to happen.
It's going to be a slight realignment of what's what
the US military is doing. And the best way to
do that is to get the top head honchos all
(19:36):
in one room and say, listen, this is what's going on.
This is what's going to happen.
Speaker 5 (19:41):
Now.
Speaker 4 (19:41):
I wouldn't be surprised if there's also not going to
be some people that get fired. That wouldn't That wouldn't
surprise me one tiny little bit if that ends up
being the case. But we're gonna have to see what happens. Again,
the meeting is supposed to be we're going to war
with Canada. You wouldn't need all the generals for that one.
(20:02):
You can just call a couple of patoon leaders, uh,
and you'll be done. But the meeting is supposed to
be sometime in the beginning of the week, so we'll uh,
We'll just have to see what happens. In the meantime,
there is the the other war that we have going
on here within our country, and one of those is
the the war that we see against Ice and law enforcement.
(20:29):
As we had the the shooting the other day at
the ICE facility in in Dallas. This sparked a lot
of questions, and of course Chuck Schumer, in in the
infinite ways of the Democrats never let a good crisis
go to waste, has already jumped the gun literally and
said we need to ban guns. No, we don't need
(20:53):
to ban guns. That's that's not the route we need
to go. What we need to do is stop the
Democrats from doing all these shootings. We need to deter
them from doing that. And one of the things that
I think definitely needs to happen is that the leadership
and Donald Trump said this the other day, and I
agree one hundred percent, and other people have been calling
for it, but the leadership needs to change their message
(21:16):
and it's the Democrats that are doing it. And you know,
I don't know if anybody saw the round number two
of Greg Guttfeld versus Jessica Tarloff that happened just the
other day.
Speaker 1 (21:28):
It was.
Speaker 4 (21:30):
Not as well. I don't know Greg's blood pressure went up,
but he kept the language pretty clean on this one.
But he had some pretty valid points and one of
those big points was the fact that the left is
not standing up and saying what they need to be
saying and stop pushing this rhetoric. The left's leadership are
(21:52):
the ones who need to stop pushing the rhetoric. Look,
you can hate Donald Trump all you want, you can
disagree with Donald Trump all you want, but the problem
is is that the Democrats are not offering any solutions.
The only solution that they have. And I know, because
(22:14):
I'm going to say this when somebody's going to go, well,
that's their intent and it is it is their intent
to create this chaos, because that's how the Marxist agenda works.
In order to achieve their goal, you have to have
this chaos. But more and more, the Democrat leadership needs
to be called out on it. They need to be
called out on it. And not only just called out
in small little meetings here and there, but they need
(22:35):
to be called out into the public eye of the Democrats,
of the Democrat voters. The Democrat voters need to understand
what it is that their leadership is saying and what
they are doing. And I think it's ok at this
point for the Democrat or the Republicans to look at
Democrat voters and say, what solutions have the Democrat leadership
(23:00):
offered to make life better? And that needs to be
a very basic, point blank question to ask every Democrat
voter once solutions have there been? And there isn't And
like Greg Gutfeld had pointed out in his latest two
point zero version against Jessica Tarloff that he has been
(23:22):
on the air and I've done it too. And so
as to one of the others, where were we go
on and we criticize, we'll make fun of somebody, we'll
call him a name, we'll do whatever. But have you
seen any Republicans listening to Greg Gutfeld or listening to
my show, or listening to Glenn Beck or Sean Hannity
or any of these others that are out there. Have
(23:44):
you have you seen any of the Republicans that have said, yeah,
that's right. I need to go shoot that person for it.
I need to go blow up this place for it,
I need to go cause a problem over here and
light a building on fire. And you haven't. And that's
one of the big differences between us and them is
that we'll sit there and we'll go, yeah, you're right,
(24:05):
that name you just call that person. That's accurate, that's true,
and we agree. We encourage ourselves to get out and vote.
We agree with it, we have the conversation about it.
But the left doesn't do that. But again, we can
say this all we want that what the leadership needs
to do is stop pushing this rhetoric. But they're doing
(24:28):
it intentionally. So I think the next solution on this
is going to be this that should happen. Probably won't,
but it should be for the next politician that gets
out there and start saying and even members of the
media that get out there and continue to push that
(24:50):
Ice is the devil, Ice is Nazis, Ice is Hitler,
that this person is this bad, this person's that bad,
and you start to incite this type of violence that's happening.
Charges should be brought against them, and the full weight
of the law should be dropped on top of them,
like the house on top of the wicked witch, until
(25:11):
these leaders are put in their place and told to
knock it off. And of course others will be like,
see Donald Chump, he is like a dictator. Look go
what he's doing. And then they need to come out
and say, yes, we did do that because this person
was inciting violence and people got hurt. You know, you
look at the Ice shooting in Dallas. You know this
(25:32):
was somebody who was not anti immigrant. They were not
anti illegals coming in. This kid was anti Ice because
of all of the rhetoric that has been pounded into
his head. And what does he do. A van pulls
up and from his sniper position just opens fire on
(25:53):
the van like he thought that he was gonna take
out all these Ice agents and didn't. Instead he killed
the very people that he was trying to defend because
he was stupid. But this is the type of stuff
that the Democrat rhetoric is pushing. They are pushing this
(26:15):
type of stuff and until somebody is held accountable for it,
and of course the left will scream, oh my god,
it's weaponizing the justice department. It's going to continue. But
the leadership are the ones that need to be put
in their place. They're the ones who need to be
told to stop it. And maybe it is a situation
(26:39):
where somebody needs to go visit them, needs to sit
down with congressperson who's so and so and Senator so
and so and say, listen, what you are doing is
inciting violence. Let me show you right here here, here's
the law that we're going to use. And you see
these are the consequences of inciting violence and your actions,
(27:00):
your words are doing that. And if somebody else gets
hurt again, we're coming back here after you, and we're
going to prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law.
We have the transcripts, we have the video, we have
the audio, we have your proof of your posts that
you're doing, we have all the evidence.
Speaker 7 (27:17):
Here.
Speaker 4 (27:17):
Here's your copy of the evidence that we're going to
use against you. Keep it up, and we're going to
arrest you. We will destroy your life, and we will
put you in prison. You start getting to that point
to some of these people, because remember, when it comes
to the Democrats, there are two different type of Democrat leadership.
There are the ones who know exactly what they're doing,
(27:38):
and then there's the clown drones that just follow along.
And if you can get to the drones, the Jasmine Crocketts,
the aocs, you know, all of these people, and you
tell them, we're going to destroy your life because we
are going to arrest you, prosecute you, and put you
in jail for what you are doing. It's not freedom
(28:00):
of speech, by the way, and they can't argue that
it's not freedom of speech for you to go out
and say the Ice is handler because you are in
antagonizing these people to do violence, and it's time to
stand up and say no more, put your foot down.
But then again, in order to get this to really happen,
you need to have strong leadership in the Justice Department,
(28:24):
which right now we don't. And I'm really hoping that
Pam Bondi is out before much longer. I've been calling
for it for a while. I don't think she is
the person she should have been doing it. I get
it that she was loyal to Donald Trump, but loyalty
and ability are two completely different things. And we got
to stop it because it's not gonna get any better.
(28:46):
They continue with this hateful rhetoric. You actually see some
of these democrats and I love watching this where they
come out and they say, the hateful rhetoric's gotta stop.
Donald Trump is handler like almost in the same sentence,
it's like, you can't speak out of both sides of
your mouth without some sort of consequences, and that's what
needs to happen. And now there's these pushes for ICE
(29:10):
needing to change their policies and tactics or they'll be
more violence. Christopher O'Leary, who's the security and intelligence and
analysts on MSNBC, was on saying that, you know, we
need to change all of the policies of ICE, and
we need to change their tactics or there's going to
(29:33):
be more violence, excuse me. And he's right that there
will be more violence, but not based upon changing policies
and tactics, because if you don't change, if you change
the policies and the taxic tactics of ICE, which ICE
is simply going after the bad guys and getting them out,
(29:55):
then you're going to have more bad guys coming in,
more bad guys doing things to the average He's Joe Schmoe,
public person, and you will have more people coming across
the border. The only policies and tactics that need to
change is those on the left that are encouraging the
violence and the disruption. Again, I've said this so many times,
(30:17):
and I don't know why more people aren't pointing this out.
The things that Donald Trump is doing with his administration
when it comes to fighting crime, fighting illegal immigration, and
all these other things, benefit blue cities. It benefits the
Democrats more than it does the Republicans because we don't
have the problems that they do. So all of this
stuff that they are fighting Donald Trump for, they're fighting
(30:40):
for their own safety and protection to be done away with.
And if it wasn't for the fact it would be
so dangerous for our country, I would say to Donald Trump,
say screw it. Let New York fall apart, Let California
fall apart. Let them have the utopia that they think
that they can have, and when it falls apart, don't
I'm begging to us for help. All Right, it's another
(31:02):
Red Friday where we're remembering everyone deployed sponsored by our
friends at American Charlie Grill and Tavern right there on
Panama City Beach at the edge at shops at Edgewater
going out check it out. They've got their extended hours,
they've got their new menu items as well. And thank
you guys for sponsoring our Red Friday. When we remember
all of our people deployed, and that does include our
ICE members as well. We got to take a quick break.
(31:24):
We'll be right back. Good morning. Oh that's right, all right,
welcome back to the show. It is the Bran Rush
Show here at the Lord of Man Radio Network. The
tongue style working right there.
Speaker 7 (31:43):
Of course.
Speaker 4 (31:43):
It is Red Friday Rush to you by our friends
at American Charlie Grill and Tavert in the shops at
It's Water in Panama City Beach.
Speaker 8 (31:49):
So the Democrats continue to try and say nobody's saying
anything bad. I don't know what you're talking about. Everybody's
saying good things. Really things are things are being said good.
Nobody's pushing the propaganda to go after law enforcement, and
(32:09):
uh are you sure about that?
Speaker 4 (32:11):
Let's talk about some of them. Let's start with Gavin Newsom.
Gavin Newsom last month, during a podcast episode that he
had with the tech journalist Kara Swisher, he made the
unprecedented claim that ICE agents may be used by President
Trump in the next year's midterm elections to suppress the
voter turnout. He said that Trump already sending out masked
(32:33):
people to intimidate folks when we launched our campaign. We
did it in little Tokyo in LA. Do you think
Ice is not going to show up around voting and
polling booths and chill to chill participation. And you know
that the National Guard, you know that they sure what
all that meant. It probably had something to do with
(32:54):
some hand languages and some bobbing and weaving and everything
else that he does. But here we is trying to
scare people that if you go and vote, Ice is
going to be there. Well, first off, if you have
nothing to fear, let Ice be there. Let Ice show
up at the polling polls. That way, those who are
(33:14):
not supposed to be there won't be there. So, I mean,
that's kind of a stupid scare tactic. But at the
same time, where's the Republican response to that? The Republican
response to that was not what I just said. Instead,
they were like Gavin News him is trying to scare people. No,
what you do is you tell those people that he's
(33:36):
trying to scare that he's full of it, and that
if if there's nothing to hide, why would why would
you be afraid that people are gonna that we'd have
to have ICE agents at at a polling place. I mean,
if if you're here in this country legally, you're a
citizen of this country, whether born or you know, became one,
(33:58):
and you're going to vote, bottom line, everything should be okay.
You should want it so that people who are not
supposed to vote are not going to vote. And that's
the message that the Republican Party should be sending on that,
but they don't. And then you also have let's see
(34:18):
who else, said Jasmine Crockett. Jasmin Crockett talking about how
ICE agents are acting like slave patrols, because remember, the
whole idea is that the Republican Party wants to put
people back in chains and that they want slavery back.
Last week, she made that remark that ICE agents are
akin to slave patrols during an interview that she did
(34:42):
on MSNBC, and she said, but what ICE is doing
right now is almost feels like, you know, I've seen
the memos about the purge and all of these things,
but somebody who understands history. When I see ICE, I
see slave patrols. Now, I never lived through the sl
patrol period. But if you know the history of policing
(35:03):
in this country, then you understand that they were born
out of slave patrols. Jesus man, this woman. How is
this woman allowed to be an elected office? First off,
whenever she speaks and I had to read it back,
I lose a couple of IQ points. I really do.
I lose IQ points when I've got to read back
what these people say. Then you got Boston Mayor Michelle
(35:27):
Wu who compares the ICE agents to neo Nazis. Back
in June, she referred to the ICE agents enforcing federal
law in the Sanctuary City to a neo Nazi organization
called NSC or one three to one, and she says,
I don't know any police department that routinely wears masks.
(35:48):
We know that there are other groups that routinely wear masks,
and then she goes, NSC one three to one routinely
wears masks. Hey, Michelle, you know who else wears mask?
Antifa your side to hide their faces. But again the
question is why does law enforcement have to cover the mask? Well, geez,
(36:11):
I don't know. Why don't you go talk to the
ICE agents that got shot at the other day in
Dallas and ask them, why don't you go and ask
the other law enforcement people who have been docked by
you on the left and ask them about their safety,
and ask why you wear a mask? These people are
so stupid. And then you got Tim Walls who declared
the ICE agents are Trump's modern gestapo. In May of
(36:36):
earlier this year, he said this at a speech, saying
that Donald Trump's modern day castapo is scooping folks up
off the streets. They're in unmarked vans, wearing masks, being
shipped off to foreign torture dungeons. No chance to mount
the defense, not even a chance to kiss a loved
one goodbye, just grabbed up by masked agents, shoved into
the vans and disappeared. He came Jeffreys so threaten to
(37:00):
unmask the ICE agents, saying that this is America, this
is not the Soviet Union, We're not behind the Iron curtain,
this is not the nineteen thirties. Every single one of them,
no matter what it takes, no matter how long it takes,
will of course be identified. Why do you need to
identify a police officer, Hakeem, what's the reason for it?
(37:23):
And then there's more and more Democrats that keep doing that.
It's the Democrats that are causing these problems and they
need to be held accountability. Every time that these Democrats
come out and they say this rhetoric and somebody gets hurt,
they should be held accountable for what's going on. It's
because of this rhetoric that you now have two illegal
(37:43):
migrants that you seem to love so much that are
dead because they were trying to target ICE agents and
they missed. We got to take a quick break for
our bottom of the hour. We'll be right back. This
is the Brian Rest Show. Good morning and happy red Friday.
Thanks for waking up with us. All right, welcome back
(38:09):
to the Brian Rush Show here at Florida Man Radio.
You know, somebody pointed this out. It's okay that the left,
when you look at all these protesters that they wear masks,
that is fine, but you can't do it if you're
law enforcement. Right, It's okay for them to do it,
(38:31):
but not okay for law enforcement to do it. And
of course, why is it that the protesters do it?
The protesters do it because they know that they if
they get identified for getting out there and doing the crimes,
that they can be arrested law enforcement. They wear the
masks because of the fact that the Democrats are doxing them.
(38:53):
Because again, the Democrats don't have an argument, they don't
have a legitimate fight in this. What they do is
they say, fine, we're going to dominate the law enforcement
and we're gonna go after them. We're gonna dox them,
we're gonna expose their children, we're gonna expose their social medias.
And this is the stuff that they do. They've done it.
This isn't a hypothetical of they might do it. They've
done it. That's the reason for why law enforcement does
(39:14):
cover their faces up. Now, I was watching a video,
this video of ICE agents going after an individual who
and now I don't know the full context of it,
but you know, I'm sure that there's a legitimate reason
for going after this one particular individual. And when you
watch the video initially you kind of go, holy crap,
(39:37):
what's going on here because it looks like and I'm
not gonna be I'm not gonna try and be like
mean about it, but you look at it and you go,
oh my god, they're trying to tear apart these children.
What's going on with this this scene right here? And
I looked into it a little bit more, and of
course the liberals they post it and they say, this
is Donald Trump's America.
Speaker 1 (39:58):
Now.
Speaker 4 (39:58):
Bottom line is when you do something wrong, when you
break a law, when you're a criminal, and law enforcement
is coming to get you. And this does not matter
if you are an illegal immigrant into this country, if
you are a citizen of this country and you have
done something wrong. When you fight law enforcement, they're gonna
(40:19):
fight you back. That point blank. You fight law enforcement,
they're going to fight you back. So don't fight law enforcement.
If you haven't done anything wrong, then it'll all work out.
Just don't fight them when they're coming to you. Specifically,
(40:41):
and in this video, what it boiled down to is
that there was a man who a Mexican man and
again kind of stereotypical in this, but he's a short,
little tiny thing and he's wearing a backpack. And I thought, initially,
oh my god, they're getting a little violent with this child.
It's not a child, it's a full grown man. Just
stop growing at about this high and the ice agents
(41:05):
take him away and they have to pry his children
and wife away from him. Now, look, I'm not gonna
be evil and be a monster and have no emotions
or feelings.
Speaker 9 (41:16):
I get it.
Speaker 4 (41:17):
That's scary as hell to be there with your dad,
your father that you love. You're a child, and law
enforcement comes in and they're going to take him away,
and you don't want law enforcement to do it. So
as a child, as a wife, you get emotional. You
try and hold on to your dad. You don't want
them to tear them away. I get it. I totally
(41:39):
get that we're not monsters. But the bottom line is
if you have broken a law, and if the law
enforcement is coming after this guy, they're doing it for
a reason. But again, thirty two second, thirty five second
clip that these these democrats will will go on, they
(42:01):
will show and see how horrible this is, see how
mean Donald Jump is. And again, when you have somebody
who does not have the capability of having a rational thought,
you look at that video and think that it's horrible.
And look, I feel for the children, I feel for
the wife. I get it. That's scary that the one
person who's probably the income person for the family, and
(42:26):
the one that you love is being torn away from you.
I get it, But again, it is about law enforcement
and enforcing the law. Just because you have a child,
just because you have a wife, just because they are there,
doesn't mean that you should not be taken bottom line, again,
(42:49):
you could be an American citizen who been living here
all of your life, born and raised here. You're there
with your child, and you did something wrong when you
fight the police, yes, they're gonna still pull you away
from your family.
Speaker 1 (43:04):
Don't do it.
Speaker 4 (43:06):
But then again, this is this is great propaganda for
the left to show how mean and evil Donald Jump
is and again without any context. And you and I
we've got the ability to look at something and rationally
think about what's going on with that, and then we
also have the ability to say, let me look into
(43:28):
that and let's see what's going on there, and we do.
The left won't. The left will look at that video,
they will share that video around and they will be like,
see how bad and mean Donald Jump is. It's horrible.
But again it's the it's the propaganda war of emotion,
and honestly, the Republican Party needs to get in on
(43:49):
that as well. They need to start going after some
emotion with logic, something the Democrats don't do. So more
news coming out of New York City when it comes
to Mama Donnie. Mama Donnie now has plans to spend
a hundred million dollars in taxpayer money for illegal immigrants.
(44:12):
Now I'm honestly racking my head trying to figure out
where he's going to get this money. And do you
want to talk about going on a spending spree. We're
going to buy grocery stores so that you can operate
them as a government grocery store. You're going to somehow
create affordable housing for people, and you're going to do
(44:36):
all these great things. Then you're going to give all
this money away to all these people, and you're going
to scare the businesses out because I'm going to go
after all the millionaires and the millionaires. We're going to
tax them. Meanwhile, the millionaires and millionaires are going to say,
f you, I'm out of New York by Deuce is
going to Florida or going to Texas and they leave,
they take their money, they take their business. What are
you going to do? But now New York City's sanctuary
(45:00):
policies don't go far enough for Mandani, And we said
on MSNBC's The Weekend that he wants to spend even
more taxpayer money to help the illegal immigrants if he's elected.
And he said that our campaign is one that stands
by the actual enforcement of the law as it is
here in New York City. With sanctuary policies, we have
(45:22):
kept us safe, really kept you safe. Can we, for
the next fifteen twenty thirty fifty five minutes sit here
and talk about all the crimes that have happened in
New York City because of the illegal immigrants. Can we
talk about the the MS thirteen crime, and the TDA
(45:43):
crime and the gangs that are starting to build up
in New York City? Can we talk about them? You're right,
New York City is going to go totally Tit's up.
It's it's done if they elect Zorn Mama DONI it
is done. And I don't know if there's any clawing
back from it, to be honest with you, either, because
if it gets to a point where they spend so
(46:06):
much money and turn it into such a sanctuary area,
it's going to be destroyed. But he said that I
would also commit to increasing the staffing of our law
department by twenty by two hundred to bring us back
to pre COVID levels. Now he said law department. He
(46:31):
didn't say law enforcement. He said the law department. And
he said that this would ensure that we look at
this city. We are using every tool at a disposal
to keep New Yorkers together, to keep families together. And
he emphasized the urgency of his plan, claiming that four
(46:51):
hundred thousand of our residents are right now in urgent
risk of deportation. Yeah, because they're not supposed to be here.
They came across illegally, breaking the law. And he goes
out to say that the city knows that when it
provides legal assistance to those New Yorkers, their chances of
(47:13):
going home increases elevenfold, and it yet only has assisted
fewer than two hundred of those New Yorkers. By the way, sooron,
they're not New Yorkers, they're illegals that are here illegally.
They're not citizens of New York. But the thing that
amazes me is the level of stupid that comes from
(47:36):
the actual voters, from the actual voters that would go, oh, well,
this is great. We're going to spend more of our
taxpayer dollars on all of these people, these four hundred
thousand people that are not actually citizens here, that are
here illegally. We're going to give them everything. We're going
to give them all the legal support that they need.
(47:56):
We're gonna make sure that they have places to live,
We're going to make sure that they have food and man,
it would be nice if they could do that for me,
the New York resident, the citizen of this country. But
they can't do it, just simply can't do it. And
of course now the very legal defense fund that they
(48:17):
are doing is going to be increased to about one
hundred million dollars under Zorn Mama Donni's plans. Now, if
Donald Trump Tom Holman continue doing what they're doing, it
will actually save New York City some money because well,
there won't be anybody there to defend because they'll be gone.
(48:40):
What was that he will start sharia law. I would
not put it past him. I would not put it
past him to start sharia law in New York City.
And again, when you have a city the size of
New York, it is very easy to begin things like
sharia law. You started in certain neighborhoods, in certain areas,
and you just let it grow and grow and grow
(49:01):
and grow, and before long it's completely taken over the city.
It's very easy to hide things in New York City
and let them grow and then they explode. It's not
going to be good for New York. It really truly isn't.
But you know what, they don't see it. They don't
see the problems with Zorun Mama Doni. But they're going
(49:22):
to and again we will be here on the sidelines
like we were before, to say we told you so,
we told you that this was going to happen. But
you know what, if that's the bed that they want
to sleep in, let them sleep in it. We'll see
what happens. So now the DOJ is preparing to do
some probes into Soros. Now this I'll believe when I
(49:45):
actually see it happen, because I don't think that again,
Pambondi has got the colhones to actually see this through.
But the Open Society Foundations is apparently being looked intollowing
some of the bombshells that were exposed by Ryan Murrow.
(50:05):
The Open Society Foundations could face a range of charges
from arson to material support for terrorism. The Capital Research Center,
which is a nonprofit watchdog that scrutinizes a lot of
the impact of that the money in politics and the
political the politics and Palanprothy. They released a ninety five
(50:27):
page report on this just a couple of days ago,
and a lot of it concerned the mega donor George
Soros and his Open Society foundations. In the report, which
was authored by the counter terrorism expert Ryan Murrow, and
it indicted the Open indicated that the Open Society has
(50:48):
poured tens of millions of dollars into US based organizations
that are allegedly engaged in activities the FBI has defined
as domestic terrorism as well as into outfits allegedly linked
to designated foreign terrorist organizations. Now, this is one of
these things that that Pambondi should be full on. She
(51:10):
should be going after it. And in the wake of
all of these attacks that we keep seeing, this is
something that has to become important. And when you look
at some of the things that the Capital Researchers report
discovered on the Open Society Foundation, it has awarded at
(51:32):
least twenty three point two seven five billion dollars to
seven groups that allegedly directly assist domestic terrorism and criminality
in US soil. At least fifty point five seven million
dollars across forty one groups have allegedly endorsed terrorist attacks
and or are directly linked to foreign terrorist groups or
(51:56):
they're known front groups. In addition to out nearly another
ten million dollars to five nonprofits that allegedly qualify as
associates of terrorist groups or pro terrorist groups. Did we
rank up the money on that one? We're talking almost
a billion dollars? Now, not almost a billion dollars? What
(52:19):
was that? Hang on, good, it wasn't quite that much.
Let me get that denber right, it was fifty sixty
seventy eighty all right, about eighty and a half million dollars.
But it's been donated to terrorist organizations. You don't think
that this might be a priority domestic terrorists. By the way, again,
(52:43):
Pambonni needs to step it up. We need to stop
all this stuff because it's not going to get any
better until you take away the money. This is going
to continue, and open borders is a big supporter of
what we have going on, and it's time to stop it.
We got to take a quick break right here on
the Brian Rush Show again. It's a Red Friday, brought
(53:03):
to you by our friends at American Charlie Grill and Tavern.
Go check them out at the shops at Edgewater. As
we remember, everyone deployed. Hang on it, We'll be right back.
All right, Welcome back to the Brian Rush Show here
(53:25):
at Florida Man Radio. It's a Red Friday brought to
you by our friends in an American Charlie Grill and
Tavern in Panama City Beach. So Barack Obama chiming in
on this whole Tayland All thing. You know, the thing
that Donald Trump has said, Hey, by the way, we
figured out one of the causes of autism, and uhh yeah,
by the way, was it all back in twenty seventeen
(53:46):
when tyland All said, Hey, if you're pregnant, you shouldn't
be taking tayland All. How long, tiland All's okay in moderation,
I guess if you're not pregnant. But the studies have
already come out showing that the acta Fitaman. Sorry, the
(54:07):
whole thing of Donald I'm saying, it's just still cracks
me up. How the active agreement in that they're saying
is is one of the leading causes in autism. And
of course we've get the dumb liberals that come out
and say, I'm pregnant right now and I'm gonna take
a whole bottle of it. I mean, you shouldn't take
a whole bottle of There's a reason why they say,
(54:27):
don't take more than this. And we are now seeing
people there's a twenty three year old pregnant woman who
is gonna die. She's in life support because she did that.
She downed a whole bunch of tailandol to prove Donald
Trump wrong. Good job, sweetheart, how's that working out for you?
And we're now seeing multiple cases of liver failure of
(54:49):
pregnant liberal women going into the the er because well,
their livers are failing because they overdosed on tilanol. You're stupid,
You're absolutely stupid for doing that. And then you have
Barack Obama who comes out and he said that we
(55:10):
have a spectacle of my successor in the Oval office
making broad claims around certain drugs and autism that have
been continuously disproved, continually disproved by who. Barack because tailand
All themselves came out and said, hey, by the way,
if you're pregnant, don't take this. What did they know
(55:34):
back in twenty seventeen, shortly after you left office. What
did they know then that pregnant women should not take
tailand All while pregnant? And of course the other thing
that Barack Obama came out and he said that, you know,
the Trump administration is looking into the dramatic rise of
(55:57):
autism and thing like, you know, the title of consumption
with pregnant women is violence against the truth, violence against
the truth. The hell does that mean, Barack? You don't
want the truth to come out? That's the thing. Natural selection,
(56:22):
natural selection at its best, is right. And yes, Obama
just needs to shut the hell up. He really does,
because all he keeps doing is digging everything deeper. He's
digging that hole so much deeper that it's ridiculous. But
despite the fact, with all the chatter from all the
liberal women that say that they will trust the science,
Trump did not make his announcement on the whim, just
(56:44):
doing it randomly like Donald Trump sometimes does, as the
potential risk were actually detailed in a Harvard study. Wait
a seyon aren't we supposed to trust Harvard. Aren't we
told that over and over again that Harvard's not bound.
So if Harvard is coming out with their study that said, hey,
(57:05):
by the way, this is not good, maybe maybe you
shouldn't do it. And again Tilanhol even came out and
said don't do it. But Barack Obama, in his infinite
ways has got to get out there and say no,
don't do that. But the researchers reviewed forty six studies
(57:25):
that found evidence linking paternal or the damn it, the
tilenol exposure to higher risks of autism and ADHD, which yesterday,
my ADHD was bad. I couldn't focus on anything yesterday.
But that's a whole other story. But the FDA has
now sence urged caution, echoing sciences advice that the drug
(57:48):
only be used at the lowest effective doses and the
shortest duration, and while important for managing fever and a
pain in pregnancy, prolonged to many of the use. And
they say don't do it. And yesterday I played the
I played the doctor, and I didn't play doctor. I
played the doctor that came out and talked about the
(58:12):
bad of it. Do I have enough time. I don't
have enough time. But a doctor even came out and said, look,
you know, a fever is a good thing, and it
is a fever is a good thing because when you
start getting the fever, that means that your body is
fighting the problem that you have, so you don't necessarily
even need to take the talent.
Speaker 7 (58:31):
Off for it.
Speaker 4 (58:31):
But you know, we've gotten to a point where if
I don't feel good, I take a pill. But forty
six different studies that come out and they say, hey,
don't do this. The actual manufacturer of the drug says,
don't take it if you're pregnant. But Barack Obama comes
out and he's like, don't listen to Donald Trump. What
does he know? He probably knows the same thing that
(58:52):
you did, but you didn't come out and say anything
about it. He probably knows the same thing that your
Department of Health and Human Service says, and Joe Biden's
Health and Human Services also knew and never said anything
about it because they want to keep that secret and
for what reason. Coming up after the top of the hour,
(59:13):
Keith Gross gonna be joining us. We're gonna chat with
him about the new indictments up against James Comy stand
by for that. That's coming up just a little bit,
but first we gotta take a break. Thanks so much
for checking us out here the Florida Man Radio Network,
also on Rumbleandwimkin dot com. We will be right back.
Good morning.
Speaker 1 (59:35):

Got the facts, but it ain't no boast.
Speaker 2 (01:00:04):
Can't give up the change and give it toast to
the man who roasts the most.
Speaker 1 (01:00:09):

Did you mind? No, don't free frame?
Speaker 2 (01:00:18):

Speaker 4 (01:01:10):
Welcome back down Number three of the show. Thanks so
much for getting up with us and listening here on
the Florida Man Radio Network and of course watching on
Rumble and Wimken as well. I want to welcome back
to the show, Uh Turney, author and veteran Keith Gross.
Speaker 10 (01:01:25):
Keith, Hello, good to be with you.
Speaker 7 (01:01:28):
Good morning.
Speaker 4 (01:01:28):
Absolutely great to have you on because we got something
good to talk about here, and that's the James Camy situation. Uh,
the indictment that is going on today. I know that
they're they're waiting to, I guess, bring him to the
courthouse and everything else and do their do their thing
with him. What are your thoughts, what's going on with
the with the combing indictment.
Speaker 7 (01:01:47):
Well, it's about time that we see some accountability, seeing
him indicted for what appears to be false statements to
Congress and obstruction. You know, that's exactly what we want
to see. We want to see someone prosecuted they committed
a crime. And of course the left screeches and says
this is political targeting, but the reality is that's just
not the case. You know, It's not like with Donald
(01:02:08):
Trump where they made up charges against him. Here, a
grand jury has indicted him. Comy for actual crimes.
Speaker 4 (01:02:18):
Yeah, and you know, on top of that, you know,
they didn't have to change laws to go after James
Comy as well, because that was one of the things
that they had to do with Donald Trump's they had
to actually change the law just to get them.
Speaker 7 (01:02:34):
They absolutely did. And as you recall, when Donald Trump
was running for president the first time, Hillary Clinton engaged
in this massive hoax. You know, she did a lot
of things wrong. She destroyed emails, and there was this
chant during the original campaign about locker up. But when
President Trump won and he was in office his first term,
(01:02:54):
he didn't do any of that. He took the magnanimous
approach and just said, you know what, let's move on.
Let's move on for the country's sake and get to
governing because the American people want us to get work done.
And the very first thing that the left did when
President Trump was out of office is they made up
charges against him. They prosecuted him and everyone around him
(01:03:14):
and tried to shame him and all of his supporters
out of running for a second term. And that's that's
political targeting. Prosecuting James Comy because he lied to Congress.
That's a black and white crime. He either did it
or he didn't. It's all on the record. This isn't
a made up law.
Speaker 4 (01:03:30):
Right, So some people may be looking at this too
and go, okay, well, so they're going to go after
him just for lying? Is that that big of a deal?
And I kind of pointed this out in the beginning
of the show that this is this is the thing
that opens up the door. Let's go into that a
little bit, because you know, obviously just the two counts
of making the false statements, lying, and then obstructing congressional proceedings,
(01:03:52):
that seems just very, very minor, but it's obviously something
that they needed to do to open the door because
the the the statute limitations ended on Tuesday, coming up
this coming Tuesday, so they had to do something like
right away on this. But what do you think that
they're going to go after beyond this? Do you think
they're going to dig deeper on him? And do you
think they'll hit him with a other stuff coming up
(01:04:13):
in the future.
Speaker 7 (01:04:15):
I am sure that the wheels of justice are continuing
to turn behind the scenes, and we don't see what's happening,
but I know they're working on it. Remember, it was
just a few weeks ago that John Bolton was rated
at his home, and we haven't seen the indictment from
that yet, which I assume is still pending. There's probably
a grand jury debating that right now, and what we're
(01:04:36):
going to see with the James Comey indictment and trial
is certainly a lot of additional evidence and testimony that
should come out in that core proceeding. But the reality
is the two charges that he's currently charged with each
carry a five year prison term, So he's looking at
potentially ten years in prison if these were the only
two things that he's guilty of.
Speaker 4 (01:04:56):
H Interesting, what other things do you think that the
be able to go after? Because there's there's obviously the hoax,
the Russia hoax that a lot of people have said
that he has been one of the leaders behind that hoax.
What what could they actually attack him on, Hey deeze
the word to attack him on, but go after him
for when it comes to his role that he played
(01:05:18):
in that Russia hoax.
Speaker 7 (01:05:20):
Well, I suppose the highest charge that he could potentially
be eligible for would be treason because if what he
really did was weaponize the FBI to try to manipulate
a presidential election on false intelligence that he knew was false.
That whole Russia gate, hold, the whole binder, the whole dossier,
the Steele dossier. You know, one FBI agent already went
(01:05:43):
to jail for lying to the FISA court to get
the illegal warrant to secretly spy on the Trump campaign
and all of his associates. So if it comes out
with further investigation that you know Komi was doing all
of these things behind the scenes in coordination with other
people in some conspiracy for the purpose of essentially overthrowing
(01:06:05):
the government that leads to a treat in charge. We
don't know if those facts exist yet, but I don't
think it's out of the realm of possibility.
Speaker 4 (01:06:13):
Yeah, that's that's interesting. And then we've got other people too,
and that we kind of have to look at too.
In addition to James call me with him being involved
in this. But there's like Christopher Ray and all the
things that he has done. Do you think that we
may see something in the near future when it comes
to Christopher Ray also getting hit with some indictments.
Speaker 7 (01:06:33):
I sure hope that that is something they're looking at.
We haven't seen a lot of development in that front yet,
but there are certainly some elements there that cause a
lot of us to want to see accountability. You know,
you recall how convenient it was that Hillary, after destroying
a server and classified information at her home and all
this stuff, they just said, well, you know, we're not
(01:06:53):
going to prosecutor. It looks like she committed the crime.
We're not going to prosecutor. And then they did the
same thing with Biden. Looks like you did steel classified
information before he was president, when he was a senator,
he had it in his garage, and they said, well, yeah,
that's clearly illegal, but he's really old, so we're not
going to prosecute him. He doesn't seem mentally fit. And
then they left him in office.
Speaker 5 (01:07:13):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (01:07:14):
So you know, you've seen low.
Speaker 7 (01:07:17):
We've seen this two tier justice for quite a while,
and it's high time that we see some real accountability.
Speaker 4 (01:07:22):
Yeah. And and you know, here's a question for you
when it goes to the Biden thing, because I know
a lot of people have brought up that that point
when it comes to how they said or the investigator
said that we just didn't want to go anywhere with
this because of the fact that he was old and feeble,
and you know, didn't seem to have all of his
you know, faculties together, and you know, leaving him at
(01:07:42):
office still was one thing. But from like a prosecutor standpoint,
I mean, would that be something that most prosecutors would
look at and say, this probably isn't worth going after
because we'll probably lose the case because of the sympathy factor,
because of the fact that he doesn't remember and everything else.
Because that's one of the things that a lot of
was really talk about. They just kind of got into
it a little bit of an outrage. But I think
(01:08:04):
there's probably a reason beyond just the hey, we don't
want to go after Joe Biden. But if it wasn't
Joe Biden and that was the case, when you had
somebody in that condition, would most lawyers and prosecutors just
kind of go not much of a winnable case or
were they still doing.
Speaker 7 (01:08:21):
I think by the prosecution like this one, where it's
an issue of major national importance, it's not the prosecutor's
job to try to guess as to what the jury
might feel. It's the prosecutor's job to present the facts
to the jury and let the chips fall where they may.
You don't make up stuff. You just present the facts
and let them decide that's what should have happened here.
(01:08:44):
And instead they made what was pretty clearly a political
call not to get involved, even though this was a
pattern of activity of Biden when he was senator, stealing
classified documents and keeping them at home in an unsecured location. Meanwhile,
at the same time, they were trying to charge President
Trump for having classified documents at his compound in mar
(01:09:08):
A Lago, which was a major stretch of the law
because the president, as commander in chief, had unilateral authority
to declassify anything, so proving that he knowingly had classified
information would have been basically impossible for a prosecutor. That
would have been an appropriate charge to say, eh, the
facts here just don't support that, because I can't prove
(01:09:28):
beyond a reasonable doubt that he didn't declassify these things,
because if he says he did, I can't prove otherwise.
Speaker 4 (01:09:35):
Right, Yeah, And he made and Donald Trump had made
the statement before that you know, anything that I'm taking
with me is all declassified. I mean, he kind of
made that blanket declassification thing. But again, it is that
double standard when it comes to you know, the law
enforcement with how you know they weaponized the system against
Donald Trump. But you know what Donald Trump is doing
(01:09:56):
when he's actually going after people who broke the law,
is actually weaponizing. But you know, according to them, but
it's not weaponar it's the whole thing is just such
a double standard, confusing mess.
Speaker 7 (01:10:07):
And it shouldn't be anything to do with politics. It's
not about party. It's about did James Comy lie to
Congress or not. I don't care what party he's in.
If he lied to Congress, he needs to go to
jail for that. Because I'll tell you what, Brian, if
one of us lies to the government, they're going to
prosecute us. If you sign a document, even if you
didn't mean to and it contains a false statement, you're
(01:10:28):
up for perjury charges.
Speaker 1 (01:10:30):
Right.
Speaker 7 (01:10:30):
But we the people don't often get to hold government responsible.
And that's what this is. See James Comy works for
the taxpayers, or he did, and he was testifying to
us the people via our representatives who are quizzing him
in Congress. We can't let the government get away with
Lyne that way because we deserve answers.
Speaker 4 (01:10:50):
Yeah, you're absolutely right. I mean, God, they locked up
Martha Stewart for krinolauge, just for lying. People, don't people
kind of forget that. That's the reason for why Martha
Stewart got locked up is because she lied to the FBI,
who had nothing to do with our actual insider trading
that she was doing. So, yeah, there's such a ridiculous
double standard, to say the least there is.
Speaker 7 (01:11:11):
But it's that sort of charge that is why we
all have to hear this thing we get tired of hearing,
which is on the Advisive Council. I choose to exercise
my Fifth Amendment right because these people know if they
open their mouth they might say something that's false. They
don't want to be accused of lying to Congress, or
perjury under oath or any of these things. So that's
why we usually get those annoying, repetitious Fifth Amendment claims.
Speaker 4 (01:11:34):
Yeah, it's that whole lawyer thing anyhow, I.
Speaker 7 (01:11:37):
Can't say it's a bad idea.
Speaker 4 (01:11:38):
Yeah, hey, you're a lawyer, So I'm not going to
argue with you on that one. And if you ever
tell me the same thing, I may be able to
hold my tongue I don't know, it's going to be
hard for me. I can't imagine myself being in one
of those positions. But ye know, let's talk about some
of the other things that are going out there too.
You know, when it comes to some of the cases
that are out there, Letitia James, you know, they're trying
to say that, oh my god, is just Donald Trump
(01:12:00):
going after Letitia James. But she actually broke the law.
Speaker 7 (01:12:06):
It's another one of the same sorts of situations. You're right,
it's not about her political perspective. It's about did she
break the law or not. And I'll contrast that with
when she was running for office, when she first got elected,
her entire campaign was I'm going to get Trump Now.
That is actually a weaponization of government. Prosecuting her for
(01:12:27):
committing a real crime. That is not a weaponization of government.
That's accountability. And the left needs to learn the difference.
Speaker 4 (01:12:33):
Yeah, do you think we're going to see anything happen
with all that?
Speaker 7 (01:12:37):
I sure hope so, because if we don't, you know
what they're going to do, They're just going to keep
doing the same thing over and over again. If people
get away with crimes, they commit more crimes. And I
think that's certainly true of these Democrats that weaponize the
government against President Trump. If they're not held accountable, they're
going to do it again.
Speaker 1 (01:12:53):
Mm hmm.
Speaker 4 (01:12:54):
It's kind of amazing too when you step back and
look at all of the crimes that are being committed
right now and those that are being exposed from it.
During the Biden administration, there's only one person that they
went after, and that was Donald Trump, and then you know,
a couple of his associates never went after any Republicans
for you know, fraud crimes or anything else. You didn't
(01:13:17):
see any of that happening. But today we are looking
at Letitia James, We're looking at Adam Schiff, both of
which committed about the same type of crime. You've got,
you know, James Comy and all of these others. It
seems like all these people on the left that are
the ones that are committing all these crimes.
Speaker 7 (01:13:34):
It sure seems that way. I mean, when we do
see a Republican that commits crimes, we usually see prosecutions
and accountability. Right Look at George Santos. He was removed
from Congress by his own party, and he's in prison
because of the crimes he committed.
Speaker 4 (01:13:48):
Yeah, that's true, and there was a little bit of accountability,
but there was only the one And we don't see
it too often on the right, but you know, on
the left, it seems to be a whole different story.
There's a lot of talk now too about Pam Bondi
and I've been honest, I've not been a big fan
of hers for a while. I don't think that she's
done a lot of great stuff. And you know, Donald
Trump came out recently and said, you know, hey, do
(01:14:10):
your damn job girl in the quote unquote leaked text
that actually was supposed to be a text and not
a truth social but whatever, we know the truth behind that.
Donald Trump's patrol on that. But what do you what
do you think is gonna happen with Pam Bondy. I
think she's gonna be out by the end of the year.
Speaker 7 (01:14:27):
But what do you think, Well, it would be in
keeping with President Trump's first term. He had high turnover
with some of these high ranking positions.
Speaker 9 (01:14:36):
Even then.
Speaker 7 (01:14:36):
You know, I think he's definitely interested in changing people
out and getting new people in who can get results.
And maybe that's a good strategy for him. Maybe he
gets people that are fresh and ready to go, and
that's their benefit of changing people. I'm not sure what
his plan is there. Who do you think might be
the next ag?
Speaker 4 (01:14:56):
I want to see Matt Whittaker.
Speaker 7 (01:14:58):
Okay, he would be a good one.
Speaker 4 (01:15:00):
Yeah, Yeah, without a doubt, I think that he would be. Uh,
he would be a strong force in there, uh to
go And what do you think?
Speaker 7 (01:15:09):
I don't know who it should be. I still kind
of wish it could be Matt Gates, just because of
how he likes to spit fire and doesn't seem to
care who he pisses off. I think that would be
a great one to see.
Speaker 4 (01:15:18):
Yeah, that that's true. I mean, there's a lot of
things with the with the with Matt that I disagreed on,
But I think that if you wanted somebody who's just
going to go in there and kick over some trash
cans and find what's laying around all over the place,
he uh, he probably would have done a fantastic job
at that. But I also think that that there was
a rift between him and Donald Trump, and I've heard
(01:15:40):
that from the the insides that that is the reason
for why he nominated him for that, because he knew
he was going to get destroyed over it, but yeah,
he probably would have been a pretty good, uh, pretty
good candidate up in there to to do the work,
because we really do need that. We need somebody who's gonna,
you know, do the dirty job and and not worry
about the consequences.
Speaker 7 (01:16:02):
And stay focused. I mean, we've got so many problems
in this country that require accountability that we need someone
who will take direction from the president and run and conquer.
Speaker 4 (01:16:12):
M h that we do, Keith Gross. You your website
Keith Gross dot com. People go there and find out
more about you. They can also grab that book of yours,
that one that wait a second, do I have I don't, No,
I don't see my copy around here, Dirt Roads to
Runways into Vetting the American Dream for the Next Generation.
(01:16:35):
Great book. I've actually read it, even though I don't
have a copy of it, you know, assigned copy. But
I'm not not not saying anything bad there or any hints.
But you can get the book at Amazon. Keith, thanks
so much for coming on. It's good to chat with you,
and I'm sure I will run into you very soon.
Speaker 7 (01:16:52):
Always a pleasure.
Speaker 4 (01:16:53):
Thanks Brian, absolutely, Keith Gross thank you so much for
coming on. We're gonna watch to see what happens with
this whole Dams comy thing, to see what goes down,
and of course with the law enforcement and see how
many other people the DOJ is going to go after.
And I'm still thinking that, you know, Pam Bondi, she'll
be out before the end of the year, because I
(01:17:14):
just don't think that she is. She's going at the
speed that needs to be done. You know, she's getting
something's done, but not at the speed that needs to happen.
We got to take a quick break, don't forget. Today
is Red Friday, brought to you by our friends at
American Charlie and Grill. We're t having a grill at
the shops at Edgewater right here in Panama City Beach,
where they celebrate remembering everyone deployed, and of course those
(01:17:34):
people include our ICE agents who are deployed around the
country as well. We'll be right back. This is the
Brian Rush Show. All right, Welcome back to the Brian
Rush Show here on our Red Friday. It's brought to
you by our friends at America Charlie Grill, a tavern
(01:17:54):
in Panama City Beach. Big thanks to it. Keith Gross
coming on giving us a little an analysis of the
James Comy thing, and somebody else giving us a little
bit of analysis on the James Comy situation, and that
is Jasmine Crockett.
Speaker 1 (01:18:09):
Oh yeah, you got You.
Speaker 4 (01:18:10):
Know, you can't go a show without getting a little
bit of wisdom from from Jasmine Crockett. She went on
the ns MSNBC's All In and hung out with their
resident quasi lesbian, uh Chris Hayes, and said, uh, you know,
James Comey, the former FBI director, a guy who refuses
to turn the bureau into Trump's personal plaything, has now
(01:18:33):
been indicted on two federal charges. And Crockett responds with, yeah,
So here's the thing. And I'm not sure which accent
she used. I want the American people to know that
when you stand up to a bully, you win. Don't
do not bank down, do not bend. Do you allow
them to go and wage their threats. If everybody starts
(01:18:54):
to bend, for sure, what is left of our democracy
will be gone. And unfortunately this is exactly what he wants.
Even more sadly, it is that is many of what
his followers agree with. This and I'm thinking to myself,
how is it that you can call yourself American, patriotic,
American or patriotic when you literally don't understand who we
(01:19:19):
are as Americans. So Jasmin Krockett wants to let you
know that you don't know and don't understand who we
are as Americans and said that when you literally are
okay with throwing out the Constitution, when you are okay
with someone just deciding, you know what, this is the
end result that I'm seeking. And so just figure out
(01:19:41):
how to get themselves their versus doing their What to
do is to the sport to do Jesus Christ. Every
time I read there her, I got to stop reading
the words from the Democrats because I swear to God.
By the end of the show, I lose IQ points.
But she ended up by saying, listen, even as Democrats,
we have our fair share of issues, you think with
(01:20:03):
James Comy, but that's not a reason to prosecute someone.
And so here's the deal. If he decides that he
wants to continue down this path, I think they're going
to continue to lose. I don't see the former FBI
director saying that he's going to just go ahead and
enter into a plea deal, or he's going to take
(01:20:24):
this lying down. I think that this is someone who
will absolutely fight to the end. And again she's telling
you that because of the fact that you are cheering
on the prosecution of James Comy, who has done all
of the things that he did, and remember we're going
back to the hoax, to the lies that he's done,
(01:20:46):
the going after the sitting president of the United States,
and so much more. If you cheer him on. According
to Jasmine Crockett, you can't say that you're patriotic and
that you don't understand. You literally don't understand what it's
like to be an American. I just don't understand. How
(01:21:08):
how do you go through life being this stupid? I don't,
I don't. I really don't get it with these lefties.
I don't understand how they continue going through life this stupid.
But we'll have to watch the uh, the rest of
this case with James Comer and see what comes about
with this. Now, remember one of the things that we
talked about this a couple times in the show today
(01:21:29):
that yes, it seems like a very minor thing that
they're going after him for. For the lying, but you
have to understand that, you know, sometimes you need to
do that to open the door to go after all
the other things that he has done, and I highly
doubt that they are They're not done with James Comy,
and there will be a lot more. By the way, weather,
(01:21:49):
tropical Storm Humberto has now turned into Hurricane Humberto. However,
one of the things about it is that when you
start looking at at the track for it, it doesn't
look like it's going to really truly affect most of us.
It looks like it's gonna make that big hook and
head out into Cea and avoid the US coast entirely. However,
(01:22:13):
with that said, the disturbance number one that is out
there has has slowly moved even more to the west
and less to the north. At this point it is
it is over it's actually between what's that island there.
It's just off the coast of Cuba. It is where
(01:22:33):
it's basically at and and the projection track right now
is for it to go north. I mean, it's it's
kind of got a direct Georgia South Carolina aspect. But
as we know, the closer that it gets to the
shores of Florida. It could affect the east coast of Florida,
Central Florida. But at this point, if it keeps tracking
like it's doing, there's a chance that it's gonna affect
(01:22:55):
more of Florida. So we're gonna have to keep an
eye on that. Like I said yesterday, we could see
it twenty four to forty hours it turning into at
least a tropical storm and got Humberto over there on
its east side, pushing it this way a little bit.
So it is something to be aware of, something I'm
gonna be fully aware of because it looks like I'm
gonna be in its path for a couple of days
(01:23:15):
next week. So be prepared, keep up on that information,
and keep watching that storm so that you're prepared. We
got to take a break for our bottom of the hour. Here,
we'll be right back. This is the Brian Rust Show.
Good morning, and thanks so much for waking up with us.
(01:23:45):
All right, welcome back to the Brian Rust Show. You
know what, hang on a second, you know what I
forgot to do. I forgot to get the guys on.
Hang on, dinner, dinner, little little, a little bit. This
this is how, this is how My day has actually
been we gotta we're gonna call them live. Well, we'll
(01:24:06):
see if they're they're ready.
Speaker 7 (01:24:08):
Hell, buddy, how you going?
Speaker 1 (01:24:09):
Hey?
Speaker 4 (01:24:10):
How you doing? You know what I forgot to do?
I forgot to call you guys.
Speaker 9 (01:24:14):
You don't worry about it, man, do you want to cancelor?
Speaker 4 (01:24:18):
Of course they want to do the segment. We're gonna
do it right now because we're live. How you doing, bro?
Speaker 9 (01:24:22):
I'm doing good man.
Speaker 7 (01:24:24):
I got mat with me too, Okay, good deal.
Speaker 4 (01:24:26):
See this this is the type of thing that happens
when I'm getting ready to go on vacation. I just
I started effing things up. But yeah, it's Friday, so
we got to have her. We have to have our
guys from America in view on uh and thankfully we
have both the boys, which is like, what we're more
than a month.
Speaker 1 (01:24:43):
Now on this ban.
Speaker 5 (01:24:45):
Hey, how you doing?
Speaker 4 (01:24:48):
You know I'm a hot mess today, But you know
what the reason is is because I'm now like twenty
four minutes away from vacations, so I'm just I spaced
out for a complete second. I was like, you know,
I'm supposed to be doing something, and then the music
started to go back in the next segment, and I
was like, oh, yeah, America.
Speaker 5 (01:25:04):
In view, tell us more, where you going on vacation.
Speaker 4 (01:25:08):
I'm going to Orlando on vacation. But we're not. We're
not doing the show on vacation. I'm just because I
work so hard, We're gonna we're gonna take the studio
with us, minus the video aspect of it. The radio
show will still continue. So yeah, we'll be on vacation
for a few days until next Friday.
Speaker 5 (01:25:23):
All right, I love it. That's the classic for vacation, man.
Speaker 4 (01:25:27):
Yeah, I mean, uh, you know, that's a great thing
about living in the United States of America is that
you don't have to go very far. You can stay
within your own state, and it's a better vacation than
some other countries do. But either way, yeah, I was.
Speaker 5 (01:25:40):
I was just gonna say, especially in county beaches right
in front of you.
Speaker 4 (01:25:45):
Yeah, and you know what, I haven't been to our
beaches in probably two years. I've driven by them, but
I haven't been on them.
Speaker 5 (01:25:52):
Sad, But you know they're there. Do you know that
you can get there if you want to be there?
Speaker 4 (01:25:56):
That is that is exactly right. I could always do it.
I just never have time. But you know, I'm going
to enjoy the time away. I'm gonna play a little
bit of golf, hangout, relax, probably eat too much, and
then I will probably gain too much weight because I
also have to go visit my Mayo clinic for my
annual check up later next week as well. It's all
part of the vacation. And They're going to be like,
how come the doctors and report says that you weighed
(01:26:17):
this much, but now you weigh ten pounds more. And
I'll be like, because I was on vacation for the
past four days, that's why.
Speaker 5 (01:26:22):
Yeah, you need to do the doctor's appointment first and
then go on vacation.
Speaker 4 (01:26:26):
You know what, I actually thought about doing that doing
it the other way around, and then I was like,
now let's go relax first. Probably not a good idea,
but either way, we got a lot to talk about,
a lot going on in the world in the state.
What are you guys thinking about. I mean, obviously you
got your show coming up tomorrow twelve noon right here
in Florida Man Radio. What's hitting what's tickling your fancy
(01:26:47):
this week?
Speaker 5 (01:26:48):
Yeah, there's no shortage of stuff to talk about. Both
at the national level and the state level. I'm sure
you've covered some of the stuff on your show already
this week, Brian, but you know we're on the air
once a week, so we we got to pack it
all in. But we're going to talk about open Kerry.
It's a little bit of a new era in the
state of Florida now that with gun rights changing a
(01:27:10):
little bit and that went into effect on Thursday, officially
went into effect on Thursday, and the House of Representatives
in the State of Florida, the state House Representatives also
convened their Property Tax Committee, which you know, we keep
talking about property taxes. They are not taking quite as
(01:27:31):
an aggressive approach as what we've heard of the Governor's
office in some of the other places, which which.
Speaker 10 (01:27:37):
Made me hear, ay, I know, you're a little bit wondering,
you know, how are they going to build a hole?
Speaker 5 (01:27:41):
Yeah, there maybe some middle ground ways to roll back
some of the property taxes or change some of the exemptions,
maybe especially for residential homeowners, homesteaders, that sort of thing,
you know, But this is something that's near and dear
with anybody who's wanting some good tax reform for the
state of Florida. But then, man, you look at the
national theme. There's so much stuff going on with Trumpet,
(01:28:03):
the UN and you know, just all the things going
on with Tamala Harris's book tour. I'm sure you've run
out and bought that book, right.
Speaker 4 (01:28:11):
Oh yeah, I pre ordered it. I actually stopped by
the dollar Tree and said, hey, when the book comes in,
and I slapped down my two quarters there and I said,
save me a copy.
Speaker 5 (01:28:23):
I love it.
Speaker 4 (01:28:25):
I mean, you know what, there's a good chance that
I'm probably going to have a multiple Margarito's or something
over the weekend, so I've actually I'm bringing Christina Bob's
new book with me to read. I probably should have
actually done Kamalo's book, because it's probably easier to read
when you've when you've put a couple away.
Speaker 9 (01:28:44):
No no, no, no, no, Brian, that's not the deal, man.
Here's the deal. You need to take the Harris book
with you on vacation so you don't feel guilty about
not reading the book that you took with you on vacation.
Speaker 4 (01:28:54):
Now I'll end up reading it, you will, Yeah, I will.
The whole book. It'll all be read. But the the
Kamala book, I mean it's an important book because she
had she had that is saha.
Speaker 1 (01:29:09):
That is.
Speaker 5 (01:29:11):
The thing.
Speaker 4 (01:29:13):
You know, just what is it with her? Every time
she speaks she sounds drunk.
Speaker 5 (01:29:18):
She's got a very interesting speaking style. And uh, I
can't take credit for making this observation of seeing a
lot of other people say it already, but her books
to her is basically reminding everybody why you didn't vote
for me. It's the sort of the circular reasoning, the
backing down somethings, nobody ever being quite sure what she's
(01:29:39):
saying or what she stands for. I mean, it's just
right out of her playbook.
Speaker 4 (01:29:42):
Yeah, yeah, that it is. I mean it's just absolute
hot mess. I mean it really is. What do you
guys think about the the James Comy situation now that
the the indictment has come down and they'll probably slapping
some cuffs on them. I think today, I think is
the day that they're saying that they're that he's going
to come in for the photograph and everything.
Speaker 9 (01:30:03):
Well, I got to tell you it, Brian. I mean,
this is something that we've been watching and anticipating for
the last probably a month and a half two months,
and Trump sort of upped the ante with his message
to Pam Bondy on Twitter or Trump Social or truth
social should be last weekend. You know, let me say this, Brian,
(01:30:25):
and you know, some of our audiences out there, both
mine and yours, may not be happy with what I'm
about to say.
Speaker 5 (01:30:31):
Okay.
Speaker 9 (01:30:32):
On the one hand, I think that Kmy is a
reprehensible Yeah, he's definitely somebody who's been kind of pushed
the leftist ideology from the inside. With that being said,
we got to be really really careful, and I would
just I would really really encourage our president to be
(01:30:53):
careful about pushing the pendulum back the other direction by
having it perceived that we're using the Justice Department to
exact revenge on political enemies. This we don't want to
lose the opportunity, okay.
Speaker 10 (01:31:11):
For everyone.
Speaker 9 (01:31:13):
From what they did to him and what they've done
to Republicans by exacting the same kind of punishment in
kind from the other side. So anyway, look, this is
one place, whether it's with John Bolton or with James
Comy or anybody else who was involved with some of
the craft that came out of the Three Letter Agencies
and the federal government of the last three or four
years that I just think, look, I'm happy with where
(01:31:35):
we are with the administration. We just need to be
careful about the revenge tactics lest it have political fallout
that goes into the midterms.
Speaker 4 (01:31:42):
Yeah, and that also kind of goes back to the
messaging aspect, because you know, we were just talking with
Keith Gross about this, and we talked all this week.
We talked with Christina Bob yesterday about it as well.
And one of the things that there is when you
look at these the cases between Donald Trump and the
Joe Biden administration is that the Biden administration did actually
(01:32:04):
go after people using the justice system and weaponizing it
with made up crimes and everything. The Trump administration is
going after them for crimes that have actually been committed,
but they're not really getting out there and hammering that
message out, and they're allowing again the left to really
hit home the weaponization of the DOJ and people are
(01:32:26):
forgetting that it was actually the Democrats that did it
and the Republicans not out there saying listen, here's the difference.
These are the laws that were broken. We're going after
the people who broke those laws, and they made up
laws and changed laws in order to go after Donald
Trump and friends. So I think they really got to
get on top of that messaging. And I think you're right,
(01:32:47):
they've got to be very careful of how it comes about.
Speaker 5 (01:32:51):
Yeah, you're exactly right, Brian. And that's a very good
distinction to make, I think. And it comes down to
this thing and the are in political world we're always
talking about which is optic, you know, what does it
look like? And has the case been not so much
established in a courtroom but established in that sort of
vague courtroom of public opinion. And so, yeah, Brett and
(01:33:14):
I were talking about it because you know, back about
two years into Biden's term, weigh Trump was not real high.
There was still like a lot of lingering accusations about
the January sixth, you know, riots and all that sort
of thing, and the sort of mainstream opinion was not
with him. And then when Trump got charged with everything
(01:33:38):
you can imagine, it really galvanized public opinion in his favor.
People could say like, hey, I don't want to live
in a country where this is done. So you're right
to get the messaging right on the on these sorts
of situations is absolutely essential lest the American.
Speaker 10 (01:33:54):
Public opinion of swinging back and have a negative act.
Speaker 9 (01:33:58):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (01:33:59):
Yeah, they've got to be very careful on the message.
And you know, in a lot of ways too. I
think Donald Trump needs to clean up some of his stuff.
I love Donald Trump. I think he's the greatest troll ever.
But you know, things like the latest one that came about,
which first and foremost I laughed my ass off at it,
I really did. And that was the Hall of Presidents,
the Hall of Fame thing that they did at the
(01:34:19):
White House, only to come up to Joe Biden, and
it was the auto pen. Look, let's face it, that
was funny. You got to look at it and laugh.
But at the same time you got to flip that
coin over a little bit and go, is this maybe
pushing it on the immaturity level? And there are people
gonna be able to really truly take him serious because
(01:34:41):
there's still a lot of people that came over from
the Democrat side to this side because of all the
things that are going on, and will they start to
look at some of that type of behavior as going,
all right, come on, we're getting a little childish here.
Can we not do that?
Speaker 9 (01:34:58):
Yeah? I agree with you, Brian. Here's the situation. There
have been people who have been president of the United
States that I personally don't have a lot of respect for.
And I can go to a litany of names. You
probably can too. I mean, at least it is all
the way back to yes, yeah, exactly. But it is
important for the country and it's important for just I
(01:35:22):
think the generational strength of the office of the presidency
that we have respect for the office of the president.
So again, you know, what you don't want to do
is you don't want to devalue the office by having
a sitting president making fun of a former president or
vice versa. Now you can do it a little bit
tongue in cheek and they have fun with each other sometimes.
But I agree with you that, you know, Trump, everybody
(01:35:44):
loves his entertainment stuff. Sometimes he might take it a
little too far.
Speaker 4 (01:35:48):
Yeah, yeah, sometimes. I mean I think I think, what
if I was to suggest then how to have done
that video better so that it could be both be
funny and respectful, is to do that and then just
kind of stop and then have somebody slide the photo
out and put an actual photo in. I think would
(01:36:08):
have been the funny but respectful thing at the same time.
Speaker 5 (01:36:13):
Yeah, a good call. I thought Trump had a really
strong moment when the second would be assassin of his
was convicted and they were asking him about it, and
and Trump said it just a very presidential moment. He said, look,
this has nothing. He said, the verdict was the right one.
I'm glad justice is done. It's not about me, it's
(01:36:34):
about any president or any person for that matter. You know,
we can't basically standing up for law and order, not
in any kind of like a personal revenge kind of
a way. And you know that's the kind of method
that you're expecting her for the day. I think he
was characterizing him as you know, strong poll Ever, it's
funny and I think the way to put it right
because he has that way of getting under people's skin.
(01:36:55):
He knows what attention and eyeballs and all the sorts
of things we talk about in our social media world. Yeah,
it's a fine line. And if you go down the
route of seeming too trivial, it has a way of
trivializing yourself. So you know, he's doing a lot of
great things. He could use maybe a few adjustments here
(01:37:16):
and there.
Speaker 4 (01:37:16):
Yeah, Yeah, that's for sure. I mean another thing that
he also did that you know, people kind of gave
him a hard time for, and that was the presidential
immunity thing. And people didn't realize on the left exactly
how powerful that was for the office. You know, they
all said, oh, it's it's just Donald Trump trying to
to protect himself. And and know the reality is is
(01:37:38):
he's trying to protect the presidency of whoever it is
and the ability to do the work. And you know,
they never took him serious on that. They they kind
of harassed him on that.
Speaker 9 (01:37:52):
That's exactly right. And you know, again just a mass point.
The more that Trump, I think, elevates the game, the
more it's difficult for people a sort of get in
the back and forth personally. But you know, it is
hard on his behalf. I think, you know, if you
look at everything from the harassment he's taken from big
time entertainers like Jimmy Kimmel, who's had his own difficulties, right,
(01:38:14):
you know, just run the line of how many people
have just assaulted the guy over the years, and the
way he's dealt with that in a very New York
kind of way, is Hey, you take a punch of me,
I'm gonna swing back twice to you exactly. It's just
that sometimes, you know, sometimes whenever you're president, you got
to kind of elevate that game in that tone. But
you know, hopefully he'll take that same tact and we'll
(01:38:34):
continue to move forward. The good news is I think
that people are continuing to see the Democrats make mistakes
and just you know, do dumb things and say dumb
things like this government shutdown threat that they've got. It's
kind of like, bring it on. If they really want
to try to shut down the government like they have
tempted Republicans to do in the past, they are personally,
the Democrat leadership are going to personally keep the pendulum
(01:38:57):
for swinging, and we're gonna have some big victories next year.
Speaker 4 (01:39:00):
Yeah, I hope.
Speaker 1 (01:39:00):
So.
Speaker 4 (01:39:01):
But again it all goes down to the messaging as well.
Speaking of messages, the UN address that Donald Trump did
the other day, the one that was supposed to only
be about fifteen minutes long, ended up going an extra
forty five minutes long because well, you shut my teleprompter off,
so now I'm going to go at it. What do
you think of that speech? Because he he got brutal
(01:39:23):
in that speech.
Speaker 9 (01:39:25):
He did.
Speaker 5 (01:39:26):
He did, and I thought, I thought President Trump basically
said everything that conservatives have wanted to say to the
UN for decades. Yeah, you're really unloaded on him. And
you know some of it if you're going to analyze
it on a strict level, any of us, you know,
strong pro American conservatives out there, we don't want the
(01:39:49):
UN to be a strong organization. We don't want it
to function like a like a one world government, which unfortunately,
I think a lot of the people on the left
wanted to. Some of the accusations that he he's made
are kind of similar to what he said to NATO
in his first term, and you know, NATO kind of
stepped up and and really they're on good terms now
because of some of the some of the criticisms that
(01:40:10):
Trump was willing to say about them not spending enough
on defense and not doing their part. And so you'd
like to think that with some of the some of
the criticism and just basically shooting straight with the U
n that you know, maybe there would be a long
term positive effect out of it. The backtrop of it,
of course, is Israel and Palestine, with some new recognitions
(01:40:34):
of Palestine as a country. But I think I think
Trump is exactly where he wants to be on foreign affairs.
He's trying to get this thing with Ukraine figured out.
You know, that thing has changed a bunch of times
off the second time. But you know, I think in
the end, even if you were to ask Donald Trump himself,
(01:40:56):
what do you hope comes out of your remarks to you?
And I think he would say, you want see you
in the function. But for it not to be this
just either do nothing organization or an opportunity for the
thugs of the left to sort of have legitimacy, which
unfortunately is what they've used it for.
Speaker 4 (01:41:11):
Yeah, yeah, you're right. I mean he's despite all of
the things that people criticize Donald Trump when it comes
to NATO, uh, you know, he really did get NATO
straightened out, and maybe, uh speaking some of the hard
truth will maybe start getting the UN a little straightened
out as well. Coming up tomorrow America in View, which
is right here twelve noon on the Florida Man Radio Network.
(01:41:32):
Who's on the show. What are we talking about?
Speaker 9 (01:41:34):
Yeah, so it's just gonna be me and Matt this
weekend on the show, Brian, because we're going to be
having it.
Speaker 10 (01:41:40):
I know we're gonna like really move through all these stories.
You know, we don't have an hour that's pretty hour,
but really going to be talking a lot about and
unwinding animals.
Speaker 7 (01:41:52):
Get some.
Speaker 10 (01:41:55):
Historial sources to talk to that issue. And the number
two the other of course things that we're dealing with
right now is of course standards for exchange from Ukraine.
We could have those implications for our military and he
couldn't have implications for our policy. And the last and
at least Park, I think I'm gonna shut down. I
have a great conversation with Tis done last night.
Speaker 9 (01:42:18):
The pressure is on the Senate to get this thing done.
Speaker 7 (01:42:22):
We will see what Chuck Schumer does.
Speaker 9 (01:42:24):
He may be about to make the biggest political mistake
of his life, so all good things to discuss.
Speaker 4 (01:42:30):
I hope he doesn't because that means AOC will have
a better shot at becoming the Senator. I'm not sure
which one I'd rather have Chuck Schumer or AOC in
that Senate seed that either way, it's it's scary. But
America in View hosted by the brothers Matt and Brett Duster,
every Saturday twelve New Love having you guys on. We
will have you on again next Friday, because the next
