Speaker 1 (00:11):
The Chad Benson Show.

Speaker 2 (00:15):
I'm more than a little ashamed of the way that
America has acted, in particular the lefties. The hell is
wrong with you human beings. And I say that loosely
at this moment in time, because quite frankly, you haven't
earned that based on the fact that a man was
murdered last week and your celebrations are vile, disgusting. Who

(00:44):
are you? Who the hell raised you? Who thought this
is a good idea? I'm going to lead this thing
like this, this horrific act, I'm going to lead it
in this direction, celebrating a man being murdered. I'm a
free speech absolutist, but there are consequences, and we're seeing it.

(01:09):
The consequences are simple. You have said horrific things in
many cases, and you now are being let go of
your job. You have said things that are vile and disgusting,
and they are telling you that you no longer work
at these places. And I see people going, well, what

(01:32):
about free speech. Nobody's saying you don't have the right
to say those things. Charlie wouldn't even want those things
that you know. Everybody's like, well, you shouldn't say that. No,
Charlie would say, no, you've got free speech, but there
are consequences to those actions. I hope in a few
years you look back and think, sweet mother of God,

(01:53):
what the hell was I thinking? But I don't know.
I don't know if we will and this thought that
there's somehow, some sort of of beginning of a civil war.
First of all, everybody needs to slow your role. Okay,
that isn't happening. How many times have I told you this.
We're too lazy. I think we recognize that we're not

(02:16):
getting off the couch. And the most important thing is, hey,
people on the left, you're gonna get obliterated. If that
was to happen, you're gonna get absolutely throttled. Because the
people that are calling for this are online thinking they're LARPing, right.

(02:37):
You know, it's like those those Antifa folk that are
LARPing around ready to fight at parks, and then they
get there and find out, oh, oh, this isn't good.
I mean, you think you're you're playing the purge and
you're not. You're an ass hat and a clown and

(02:57):
you're gonna get throttled. And gender studies courses aren't going
to help you. So slow down with that. The fact
that civil war is growing online, Oh my god, settle down.
You do realize we have a military, right, They'll be like,

(03:18):
now you do realize we have police, sheriffs, constables. That'd
be a hard no. Where did our decency go? Where
did it go? It is? It's sad, you know. I

(03:45):
tried to avoid as much as possible this weekend, and
I told my wife I don't want to watch anything.
I don't want to see anything. I don't want to
talk about it. It was a tough week last week
and I just don't want that to carry over to

(04:06):
the weekend, hanging out with the kids and stuff. And
I did a pretty good job of that, but man,
I would get I probably get one hundred text messages
from people and videos of them being angry at what
somebody has said. And I kept saying, dude, turn it off.

(04:28):
I told you guys this last week. Turn it off.
Turn off the anger, turn off the hate, turn off
the rage bait where somebody comes on and says something
horrible about Charlie Kirk and how happy they are. That's
not good for you. It just stokes di vision. The

(04:50):
algorithm is just feeding you what you're asking it for
and you've got to stop that. I did watch Charlie
Kirk's wife Erica on over the weekend. I didn't watch

(05:11):
it Friday night. I just I wanted to be as
away from it as much as possible. Is hanging out
with my seven year old, I want to take a
deep breath. And by the way, I'm going to talk
about that later. She asked a lot of questions this
weekend about this because hearing us talk, you know, as
they get older, you forget those those little leers. They
pick up a lot more.

Speaker 3 (05:33):
Good evening. My name is Erica Kirk. Charlie Kirk is
my husband. Two days ago, my husband, Charlie, went to
see the face of his Savior, and he's gone.

Speaker 2 (05:46):
Charlie always said that when.

Speaker 3 (05:48):
He was gone, he he wanted to be remembered for
his courage and for his faith, and one of the
final conversations that he had on this earth, my husband
witnessed for his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Now and

(06:10):
for all eternity, he will stand at his Savior's side
wearing the glorious crown of a martyr. Charlie loved loved life,
He loved his life. He loved America. He loved nature,

(06:33):
which helped him always bring him closer to God. He
loved the Chicago Cubs, and my goodness, did he love
the Oregon Ducks. He want me to say, go Ducks,
so I have to since they play on Saturday, So
go Ducks.

Speaker 2 (06:52):
But most of all, Charlie loved his children.

Speaker 1 (07:00):
And he loved me.

Speaker 2 (07:04):
And I thought, that's what matters most. We gonna have
disagreements in this country. It's good for us. It's great
because we live in a world of blinders, and we
live in a world where we at times only see
our point of view, where we only see the things

(07:26):
that we want to see based on how we want
to be affirmed in those beliefs. But those blinders should
come off a lot more than they do and realize
that we're human. We're human. And I look at this
and I think to myself, you lost your husband, kids

(07:46):
lost their father. I mean, step away from what people
out there are rallying around him for and all of
this stuff, the human side of that. So when you're
out there celebrating another person's death, how violent and disgusting
that is because you don't like their speech. It is

(08:10):
I wonder what the hell happened to people? How do
you get there? And the fact that so many of
them are upset that they're getting fired, or that they've
got called out for it, or that they're suspended from
their job is just really, you didn't think there would
be consequences celebrating another human being's death. This is not
a person who is raging war on millions of people

(08:31):
and killing hundreds of thousands of his own and others.
This was not that, but you celebrated as if it was.
I love what Scott Adams here says about the just
the cluelessness of so many.

Speaker 4 (08:51):
So there are numerous stories of teachers and people associated
with schools of various types who are getting canceled, meaning
fired for saying horrible things about essentially being happy or
saying it was justified that Charlie Kirk got assassinated. Well

(09:14):
what do you think about that? That people are losing
their jobs all over the place. Well, let me tell
you the thing that is most shocking about that. The
most shocking thing is that the people who spoke out
that way believe they wouldn't get fired. I think they
were all surprised, which means they've been living entirely within

(09:38):
a bubble in which they thought other people would agree
with that. Are you kidding me?

Speaker 2 (09:47):
And I think that's spot on. You lived in a
world where other people were celebrating with you, and you
thought the rest of the world would be there because
that is all that you know. And so because you
are following certain people that are also celebrating, because you're

(10:07):
hanging out with and only know people that are celebrating
or couldn't stand Charlie Kirk or anything on the right,
you thought everybody felt that way, and now you've come
to find out, Oh, only a small group feels this way.
Even people that are progressive. A lot of them had

(10:31):
the wisdom or they had the understanding that this was
a father, a son, a husband. So how can you
be that deep into something and not realize, hey, maybe
there's more out there were You're paying the price for it.

(10:55):
Nobody's taking away your right to have the hate that
you have, the disdain for You have to say the
things that you said, but there was consequences. My question
is how did you get to that point where you
thought that was a good idea three two, three, five,
three eight twenty four to twenty three at she had
Benson shows, your ax, your Insta, YouTube, Facebook, and more.

(11:19):
We've got a lot to talk about today, There's no
doubt about that. A lot to talk about. We're not
just going to talk about Trelie Kirk. We've got some
other stuff to talk about, including where the National Guard
is going next. It seems like it's a tour like
they're next We're going to and they hold up a
thing is Memphis. I feel like that's what we're at now.

(11:42):
Talk a little about that, among other things. Some ammy
stuff this day in history at Football picks as well.
Birch Gold. There's golden then there hills. We always talk
about that. Let me tell us about Birch gold and
why it's important that you have gold because of the
unsettledness when it comes to the market, when it comes
to global issues see Russia, Israel thinks of that nature.

(12:07):
Write out. Birch is doing something amazing. So if you're
a first time buyer and you buy it at the
end of this month, September thirtieth, you're going to get
the opportunity to get a rebate of up to ten

you've never done this before, it's a great opportunity for
you to do this. Secondly, and this is important. You

(12:28):

This is the Chad Benson Show.

Speaker 1 (13:09):
You're listening to the Chad Benson Show.

Speaker 2 (13:12):
The Emmys were last night. Nate Bergatzi actually hosted the
Emmys very apolitical and hilarious, including the fact that he
said he's gonna put a hundred thousand dollars up to
the Boys and Girls Club, with the catch you can
only speak for so long, and every second you go over, well.

Speaker 5 (13:29):
Every second you go over forty five seconds, we will
adduct one thousand dollars away from.

Speaker 2 (13:35):
The Boys and Girls Club. I know, I know.

Speaker 5 (13:42):
That's tough. It's hard, that's tough. It's a brutal Ah,
what are you gonna do? Though?

Speaker 3 (13:47):
You know?

Speaker 2 (13:48):
I can't, can't change it.

Speaker 6 (13:50):
This is a game.

Speaker 2 (13:50):
I'm made up. And then these are the rules. So
and it was hilarious because he would put on the
screen the the Every time you went over, you would
see the money start to be deducted from the Boys
and Girls Club, essentially trying to make it quick and easy.
Get in, say thank you, get off the damn stage. Okay,

(14:14):
some of the big winners. I will tell you, I've
actually seen the big winner. I have seen the big
winner of the night.

Speaker 7 (14:21):
The HBO medical drama The Pit won the Emmy for
Outstanding Drama Series. Star Noah Wiley won the Best Actor
in a Drama Series Prize. He's also an executive producer
on the show. It's the first Emmy win for Wiley,
despite him being nominated five times before for his role
on another medical drama Er. In his acceptance speech, Wiley
dedicated the award to healthcare workers. Seth Rogen's The Studio meanwhile,

(14:45):
won for Best Comedy Series, while the Best Limited Series
went to the British crime drama Adolescence.

Speaker 2 (14:50):
I haven't seen the seth Rogen one, and I've seen
most of the Adolescents one. The pit is awesome. It
is incredible. It is raw and it's real, and it's
got a little bit of humor, but it is also
just an amazing show. So it's weird to think that
I've seen one of these damn shows. I tell you

(15:12):
that right now. Yes, Stephen Colbert.

Speaker 8 (15:14):
Sometimes you only truly know how much you love something
when you get a sense that you might be losing it.

Speaker 2 (15:20):
And ten years later, in September.

Speaker 8 (15:22):
Of twenty twenty five, my friends, I have never loved.

Speaker 2 (15:25):
My country more desperately.

Speaker 9 (15:27):
God bless America, Stay strong, be brave, and if the
elevator tries to bring you down, go crazy and punch
a higher floor.

Speaker 2 (15:37):
WHOA three two, three, five, three eight twenty four twenty
three at Ched Benson Show, is your ex your Insta, YouTube, Facebook,
and more? Right here on the Chad Benson Show. So
he won for Best Talk Show. There you go, you're
a winner. Congratulations. He's going to be just fine.

Speaker 3 (15:56):
He is.

Speaker 2 (15:57):
So that was some of your emmy stuff last night.
I watched none of it because I was watching football.
Then I went to bed early so I could get
up early because that's what I do, That's who I am.
The Napergazi stuff was hilarious though. He's so fun and
a political that's what he wanted it to be. We've
got a lot of stuff still to get to today,
including more and Charlie Kirk obviously the just the chaos

(16:17):
out there are what are people thinking? More on that
also crime. Trump is moving into one blue city, but
it's in a red state. We'll talk a little bit
about that as well. Raycon best earbuds around. Love my Raycons.

Speaker 10 (17:39):
Show, Sun Chad Benson Show.

Speaker 1 (18:01):
The Chad Benson Show.

Speaker 2 (18:04):
With all the rest of the stuff going on. Israel
is still a nightmare by Israel, I mean Gaza City.
And by that I mean this absolute destruction of Gaza
City that is continuing to happen with our names attached
to it America.

Speaker 11 (18:20):
Overnight and early this morning, the IDF launching air strikes
in Gaza City, killing at least thirty five people and
pummeling buildings they say are being used by Hamas. The
IDEF once again warning people in Gaza City ahead of
a massive ground operation, issuing evacuation orders for them to
leave and head south. So with this looming ground offense

(18:41):
of what is clear is that the war in Gaza
is not ending anytime soon.

Speaker 2 (18:46):
Nope, not anytime soon, because it's not a war anymore.
The war's over. The war, the war is done. It
is I mean, there's nothing left. There's just it's just rubble.
That's it. It's rubble. I saw them dropping leaflets yesterday

(19:11):
and this guy got it and he spoke English. He
goes tells us to leave. We have no gas, we
have no car, we have no mode of transportation to
get wherever it is we're supposed to go because we're
not quite sure where we're supposed to go. We have
no food on top of all of that. So he
goes this. This to me is just a leaflet where
I can essentially start a fire to make coffee. Oh oh,

(19:38):
I see, yeah, and so Rubio's there, and he's there too.
I don't know, try to smooth some stuff out, because
you know, Qatar was not thrilled by the fact that
they launched an attack on them. No, yeah, they weren't

(19:59):
thrilled by that, were they? Now they weren't. No, they weren't. Bibe.

Speaker 12 (20:05):
We assumed full responsibility for it because we believed that
terrorists should not be given a haven.

Speaker 2 (20:12):
No, they shouldn't. Here's here's a question, though, Why did
you fund them out of curiosity? Why did you fund
them for so long? What? What do you mean they
funded him? Oh yeah, you guys didn't know that. You
didn't You didn't know that that BB paid for Hamas

(20:34):
for years.

Speaker 13 (20:35):
The Israeli government Hamas.

Speaker 2 (20:37):
What's to eradicate the Jewish people in the Jewish State?

Speaker 14 (20:40):
Is that right?

Speaker 15 (20:41):
That's what As said?

Speaker 2 (20:42):
Yeah, okay?

Speaker 13 (20:43):
Why would they directly give Halas money literally bags of
cash in suitcases through the Katari's billy nearly I think
over a billion dollars in cash during this last seventeen years.

Speaker 2 (20:59):
That's a fair point. It's a great question.

Speaker 13 (21:02):
If one of those kids at Caliba wrote a five
dollars Checkmaus, you'd say, seen of a get mo for
being a terrorist.

Speaker 15 (21:09):
It's a fair point.

Speaker 13 (21:10):
Does that make Benjamin net Yahu a terrorists?

Speaker 2 (21:14):
He's supporting terror.

Speaker 16 (21:15):
In the United States? It seems to me the United
States and Israel could have shut off the spigot and
did not do so.

Speaker 15 (21:21):
I don't know why, but but that was a failure.
There's no question.

Speaker 2 (21:25):
That was a debate from somebody who has no idea
how to answer that question of why did Israel fun Hamas.
In fact, a week or so before October seventh, they
had sent people to cutter because Kadar is like, look,
we're done. We don't want to do this anymore. We
don't think this is a good idea. People inside of

(21:47):
the government's like, we don't think this is a good idea.
These raelely governments, like this is going to come back
and bite us in the ass. But Bibe thought was, well,
if we satiate them, give them money, they'll be more control.
Well that didn't happen. That didn't happen at all, And
now now you're in this position where oh yeah, we're
going to just forget the fact that you gave them

(22:09):
one point five billion dollars. At one time there was
a suitcase with fifteen million dollars in cash that they
took over to him. Think about that, Oh yeah, fifteen
million dollars in cash. More from Beebee.

Speaker 12 (22:35):
We stand in a time of immense challenges, the aggression
of Iran and its cherist proxies. Those who chanced death
to America, death to is Well, and they are not
chatting it by accident because they see as well as
the frontline of American civilization here in the Middle.

Speaker 3 (22:53):
East just.

Speaker 2 (23:00):
Crazy. And they're going to try to suck us in more.
They're going to try to suck us in more. They're
going to try to suck us in more. I want
you guys to understand that's what they're going to try
to do Israel. They're not done. Like you're already hearing
it now with Rubio about Iran, well, they could come
and get us at any time.

Speaker 17 (23:17):
We cooperated and were involved together just a few weeks
ago on the issue of Iran and Iran's desire to
possess not just nuclear weapons but short and mid range
missiles with the capability of threatening our presence here in
the Semisphere, in this region, and of course the safety
and security of the Jewish state. But I would venture
to say a threat that actually extends well beyond that

(23:40):
to the kingdoms of the Gulf and eventually even into Europe.

Speaker 2 (23:43):
Okay, there you go. Just I don't buy it. I'm sorry,
I don't. Our politicians are bought in more ways than
you understand. There is a new bill out there that
would essentially, if you criticize America or Israel, in particular Israel,

(24:10):
that you may have your passport revoked. I'm not talking
about a foreigner. I'm talking about you as an American.
Cannot criticize a foreign government. Think about that for a second.
You cannot criticize a foreign government. I can come on
here and say all kinds of crap about Russia, Iran,

(24:31):
any other Palestine, you name it. I could. But if
I criticized Israel, I could be in trouble. What the
blank are you talking about? Frustrated We're spending god knows
how many billions of dollars fighting wars. Israel's trying to

(24:53):
get us into more wars. They've now bombed seven countries
and they're not finished. And their goal is to wipe
out every thing they could see when it comes to Palestine,
and they're already doing that. This is a group of
women who are part of a humanitarian group. There Israeli

(25:13):
women by the way, and they've gone over and they've
seen the destruction, and this is what they've had to say.
So it's about a minute ten and I played the
whole thing to give you guys an understanding of what
they're saying.

Speaker 14 (25:27):
The report we are publishing today is one we never
imagined we would have to write, but in recent months
we havenessed. We have been witnessing a reality that has
left us no choice but to acknowledge the truth. Israel
is committing genocide against the Palestinians.

Speaker 1 (25:46):
In the Gaza Strip.

Speaker 14 (25:48):
For the past twenty two months, we've heard clear statements
from the Israeli leadership and military commanders saying precisely what
they intend to do to stop, carb destroy and flatten Gaza,
a place where no one is considered incent in their eyes.

(26:09):
And then they sent the military, the military in to
do just that, exactly as they promised. So for the
past twenty months we have witnessed unprecedented levels of civilian killings,
of deliberate starvation, false mass displacement, and the total destruction

(26:31):
of most infrastructure necessary for human and social existence. The
people of Gaza have been displaced, bumped and staffed, left
completely stripped of their humanity and rights.

Speaker 2 (26:47):
That right there, I think was powerful. Those are a
group of doctors who Israeli who went over to Palestine
to see what was going on for themselves, saying this
is not it. Criticizing the government is not criticizing the country.
Criticizing the party running the government is not criticizing the nation.

(27:14):
Should be allowed to criticize the beauty of our country.
We should be allowed to the fact that we have
a government here that's willing to take actions if anybody
speaks up. I talked to somebody on Friday who said
to me, you know, I don't agree with you, but
I do worry about what you're saying, and you know,
because you never know, and I'm like, what they're going

(27:36):
to come take me out? I mean, that's like the
thought and there's a big thought out there that's going
out that he was taken out. Charlie kirk By, you know,
Israel and the fact that BB did jump on this
thing right away and try to use it doesn't escape me.
But can we just have an honest conversation? That's it,

(28:02):
And we won't have an honest conversation in this country
if you're over the age of sixty five about this,
because your soul that this is the evil that is
this is you know, you're going back to Palestine's always
been this way, It's always ever been this way. These
are the worst human beings on earth, and there is
no no excuse for what Hamas did at all. That

(28:31):
being said, I look at people that are innocent, and
I look at people who are being bombarded out of
existence and moved, and I look at a nation who
leaders think it's doing what's it should be doing according
to God, realizing it's becoming a pariah to the globe

(28:58):
and saying, hey, we're friends. Right, Yeah, Well, I can
tell you the truth. This ain't it? Three two, three, five, three, eight,

I'm trapped in a hashtag factory and I can't get
out the Chat Benson Show.

Speaker 2 (31:27):
What what movie was number one? What that was? It
did that much? I've never even heard of that movie.

Speaker 19 (31:35):
Demon Slayer Infinity Castle carved out a place in box
office history this weekend, as the Japanese anime film sliced
straight to number one. The Sony owned Crunchy Role release
shattered expectations with a seventy million dollar debut in North America.
It's at Sunday estimates from Commscore. That's the biggest domestic
opening ever for an anime film.

Speaker 7 (31:54):
Nothing's a Toy.

Speaker 19 (31:55):
The Conjuring Last Writes was second with twenty six million
dollars down to Abbey. The Grand Finale was third, the
Long Walk fourth.

Speaker 2 (32:04):
So is that an anime movie? Yep, crushed it. Anime
movie crushed it this weekend seventy million, they were open
for forty or fifty. Conjuring did okay? Kicking some ass?
Still speaking of the Conjuring, would you like to own
the house of the original Conjuring movie? So, the original
Conjuring movie that came out, what god, they came out

(32:24):
forever ago, two thousand and thirteen. So this is a
house that is the Peronne family home in Burville, Rhode Island. Okay.
So it is being auctioned off on Halloween. So it's

(32:45):
an antique farmhouse has become famous for its paranormal sightings
and activity. That's what the listing says. They wouldn't lie
about that, would they. So the Rhode Island farmhouse became
super famous because it was of the Conjuring series Ed
and Lorraine. They went there the whole nine yards if
you know anything about the movie. And right now it's

(33:06):
going to be auctioned off. It's a three thousand square
foot home. So eleven am local time, so on the
West coast at the eight am you will have the
opportunity to bid on the three thousand square foot home.
On top of that, it is well, I mean, it
is apparently gorgeous. So the owner currently Jacqueline nuniez Okay.

(33:29):
So she's been involved in the spirit world for quite
a while. So she bought the Old Arnold Estate, which
is the Conjuring house. She said, when I saw it
was available, I knew instantly I was going to own it.
So she buys it right, and it costs one point
five million dollars, so this was not something that was
cheap and people have kind of said, you haven't really

(33:50):
done anything with it. She was also trying to buy
the Lizzie Bordenhouse, you know, just put that out there.
She says, business was going great and get ready for
this one. But things started to unravel and July and
she had to fire her manager, saying the spirit of
John Arnold, former owner, told her the employee was stealing.
Oh did he? He goes, I got a message from

(34:12):
old John for the eighteen hundreds. She goes, I also
have records of merchandise and stuff and know that he stole.
So she's going to get rid of it. She goes.
My reputation and my business have been destroyed temporarily. They said.
She had a lot of disputes for former employees over

(34:33):
certain things, a lot of scrutiny over this. So she'd
like to purchase the house, she's going to have to,
unfortunately give it up. She was also arrested for drunk
driving and why that plays into it. Apparently that has
to do with some sort of entertainment license that she
was no longer allowed to have. So it's her loss

(34:54):
is your gain. So if you're looking to own a
house and you're thinking to yourself, what kind of house
would I like to own? How about it's something that's horrors,
violence and ghost these stuff. This is the one for you, kids,
and it's going to be on sale, but you've got
to bit early and be prepared. Could see a high

(35:17):
rise in the price, you know, three thousand square foot farmhouse,
fourteen bedrooms, cross everything, bunch of other stuff. Oh, it's
gonna cost you a pretty penny. So that auction is
happening on Halloween for the Conjuring House. Three, two, three, five, eight,
twenty four to twenty three at Ed Benson Shows, Your
Extra Insta all the other things right here on the
Chad Benson Show coming up, hour number two of the program.

(35:40):
A lot of stuff to get to. Still more on
Charlie Kirk the Civil War. When I hear that, I
just shake my head. It's not a civil war. That's
not happening. People love to say that because it sounds great, right,
great clickbait, rage bait, all that stuff that's not happening
to talk about that. Also, Memphis, it's gonna be getting

(36:01):
themselves a visit from that's right, the National Guard because
of crime. Trump's gonna be sending them on in there.
We'll talk a bit about that as well. A bunch
of other stuff to get to. If you're listening to
this show, sham when you grab the podcast our number
two of the program straight at Dad Benson Show.

Speaker 1 (36:22):
This is the Chad Benson Show, The Chad Benson Show.

Speaker 2 (36:52):
Cash hotel. Is useless, useless, useless. I said it, They'll
say it again. He's absolutely useless. That guy couldn't catch
his ass if his hands were tied behind his back.
He couldn't catch a cold. The family turned this guy in.
They were it was the Keystone cops, is what it

(37:12):
felt like. Apparently he berated people to the point where
I mean, he's screaming and yelling, dropping f bonds on
everybody on some sort of conference call. On top of that,
he's out the night before at some schwanky dinner that
people are questioning. Trump is standing by him. But it's
a joke. It is, And this is a snapshot into

(37:37):
things that I think are to come. Pambondy, I thought
I had high hopes for as far as Cash went.
I didn't know if I had high hopes for him.
Pete Heck said same thing. I'm like, Jerry's out. We're
gonna have to see. I expected pam Bondi to be better.
She's not been across the board. And Heseth, by the way,
is nobody is really thrilled by what's going on over

(37:57):
there at the Pentagon. Nobody is. And then you in
the debacle between Pambondi and Cash Pattel over the whole
Epstein stuff. And then this weekend, you know he's out
there on was it Friday? I'll see you in Valhalla.
What the hell are you talking about?

Speaker 20 (38:15):
Dude?

Speaker 2 (38:16):
What the hell is that talking about? Charlie Kirk. We're
on the watch now, I'll see you in Valhalla. Wow,
what a clown. Tim Dillon sums it up.

Speaker 21 (38:26):
If if I had a dispute with door Dash and
Cash Patel was investigating it, would I get the credit?

Speaker 2 (38:35):
Would I get the door Dash credit?

Speaker 21 (38:37):
If Cash Patel was tasked with an investigation, would I
get the door Dash credit?

Speaker 2 (38:44):
Or would I not? I imagine I would not.

Speaker 21 (38:46):
I imagine if there was a discrepancy on a door
Dash order, the head of the Federal Bureau of Investigation,
Cash Patel, would not be able to secure my credit
of eleven dollars and ninety cents. What is this guy doing?

(39:07):
I mean, this is the guy that did this to Charlie's.
His parents turned him in. I mean, what is what
could Cash Pattel run? This is kind of an interesting question.
What organization could Cash Pattel run?

Speaker 2 (39:25):
Credibly? I don't know anyway, So true, I said this
last week on more than a few occasions, and just
got obliterated by the older right as I called him,
and they were like, you don't know where it's what
I think this sound like when they texting you don't
even know you're not there. He's an idiot. Sorry, He's

(39:50):
handled so many of these things awfully. He may be
a great guy, and he may have other strengths, this
ain't one of them Trump likes. Though. Trump had surrounded
himself even more so with people that are willing to
do whatever the hell he wants them to do. But
this was not handled well, and you can't tell me
it was You can't. You can't tell me this was

(40:12):
handled well at all, was handled pissed poorly. And I
joked about Scooby Doo the other day and so he's like,
how dare you bring that? Yeah, because you know what,
Scooby Doo would have caught him earlier. While they're smoking weed.
People getting canned for saying things about Charlie Kirk, celebrating

(40:33):
the death of Charlie Kirk and not celebrating the the
you know, like when somebody dies, and like he was
a great man. He was this, he was that now
that kind of celebration, celebrating the fact that he had died.
So you know, Van Jones goes out there and he's
hoping to find somebody that's gonna say something, and he
runs into the sista and she ain't having it. What

(40:53):
do you think that happened to Charlie Kirk?

Speaker 22 (40:55):
It's just messed up, totally messed up, you know, No,
it was messed up, Like nobody deserved that. He definitely
didn't say that he was a good guy.

Speaker 2 (41:02):
He was a good guy.

Speaker 22 (41:03):
I think he was good, moral, curfect, all of its
own flaws.

Speaker 6 (41:07):
You can't.

Speaker 22 (41:08):
I can't really tell you what to believe in or
how to feel. Like everybody's having a human experience, Like
why I knock him for having this human experience or
what he believed in.

Speaker 10 (41:17):
Even though this believed and what he even though he
says things that are anti women black, all that.

Speaker 22 (41:22):
That's I can't judge him for that, you can't. I
can't judge him for that, but I can use judgment.
He didn't deserve that.

Speaker 2 (41:28):
Right, He's a human being. You are very spiritual, you know, yeah,
You're I can't go laught for that. No, you sound
like you mean left on that light.

Speaker 22 (41:37):
Left because I'm humanity. I'm humanity and left first.

Speaker 2 (41:40):
No, I love that.

Speaker 10 (41:41):
So the first person I spoke to you, I didn't
want to be on camera, and he said, I can't
judge him because I'm not God, and so let him,
you know, let the whatever the reaction is, if the
government wants to give him a state like funeral, if
they let him do it, because God is the only judge.

Speaker 22 (41:55):
And yeah, like nobody really can't judge him. Yeah, and
like I kind of like seen him before all that
it happened, but I don't see whatever everybody else was
seeing it, so you know, yeah.

Speaker 2 (42:06):
Yeah, hey, that's how you feel. Amen. And of course,
you know the controversial things is if go look right,
context is amazing. You can pick out and isolate something
for ten fifteen seconds and make it seem like this
person hated that, or this person was this. He had
his beliefs there were strong. Did he sometimes put some

(42:28):
mustard on stuff? Yes? That being said, I think he
was pretty damn genuine, pretty damn genuine. And the stuff
he was saying did it ruffle some feathers? Yes it did.
But there are so many other people out there who

(42:49):
say stuff, way more crazy, way more inflammatory. But he definitely,
you know, absolutely got to a point where he touched
the nerve on a lot of people because he went
onto college campuses and he challenged people, and that really

(43:10):
really drove a lot of younger people in particular on
the left and professors and school folk, you know, administrators
and went on crazy. It did big time. Speaking of kids, yeah,
I told you guys last week, was talking to my
kid about it. You know the look. I'm not going

(43:31):
to tell you not to watch it the shooting because
you probably will, but understand that, you know, this is
not the movies. That's a human being who lost his life.
This is and I don't want you to be numb
to that. I don't. And even if your kid doesn't
quote and quote have access, you think to this stuff,

(43:56):
you'd be fooling yourself because the other kids have access
and they're gonna be around the other kids, and you
can to isolate your kids and your kids may see
the thing, and having a conversation with them about it
is important because they're gonna worry. Even my little seven
year old last night, Charlie, her and I had a
conversation about Charlie, and it was because she knew I

(44:19):
was going through a lot of stuff last week, having
to do all these things, so wondering why Daddy was gone,
what's he doing, Who's this person people are talking about,
you know, because you know she would hear my wife
and I and I'd try to keep this stuff away
from them. But you've got to talk to your kids

(44:40):
about this stuff because it is prevalent, not just Charlie,
but so many things like this all over and we
are becoming desensitized numb to it.

Speaker 16 (44:50):
They may see something such as a headliner or hear
a story, perceive that as a threat, and then if
their security is not reassured, if they don't know what
to make of that situation, that then goes to the
part of the brain that kind of elicits this fight
or flight response, and it can release all these stress hormones.

Speaker 2 (45:07):
It absolutely can. And I was having to talk to
her last night. Look, you know, sometimes bad people do
bad things, and this was a horrible thing, and that's
really all you need to know about it, and not
to worry, right because these things don't happens and nor

(45:32):
should they happen at all. But as much as you
think and everything's going to be okay. But there was
a bit of worry in her like I've never seen before,
and it has been bugging her for the last couple
of days. She told me she goes because she's heard,
you know, what's going on, and she's, you know, like
mom would be watching the news or stuff like that

(45:53):
that she and how could you you know, if you're
a little kid. She's seven now, she's not three, so
she's picking up things. Plus Charlie is her name, and
so she's hearing things. It's like what.

Speaker 16 (46:08):
This can lead to changes in sleep, behavior, even physical
symptoms such as headache, stomach aches. And older kids this
may manifest as changes in school or academic performance. Are
feeling withdrawn from friends.

Speaker 2 (46:19):
So you've got to be aware of that. You absolutely
do and talk to them about what because they're going
to see it. You don't want them to. But curiosity
is what it is. It's the old saying curiosity kills
the cat. It's the same thing with kids. They're not
going to want to see especially kids who are teenagers.
They're going to want to see it because that's what

(46:39):
we would have done, and we can pretend like we
wouldn't have. But of course we watched freaking Faces of Death.
For God's sakes.

Speaker 23 (46:45):
My son came home having already seen the video. So
it's less about shielding them and sort of pivots to
more about helping them answer those questions about processing the
emotions that they're feeling, less about the information about what
they saw, but how is it making them feel?

Speaker 2 (47:00):
And I want them to be bugged if they've seen it.
I want them to be upset if they've seen it,
because if they're not, that's not a good place. We
don't want people to become numb to this. We don't
and we talked about it last week. There are people
out there. More and more people are becoming numb to

(47:21):
things like this because of what's available. And that's scary.
That is absolutely scary, and you have to have that
conversation with the kids.

Speaker 23 (47:31):
For younger kids, we're going to want to keep it
honest but age appropriate. We're not going to want to
overload them with information or graphics. So make sure that
TV is off, you know, during dinner time and things
like that.

Speaker 2 (47:42):
Yeah, make sure just be smart about it. I'm telling
you though, your kids are probably going to see it.
And your kids have probably already seen it. Have that
conversation and say this is not the way we handle things.
Maybe have a bigger conversation about that. It's unfortunate, but
access is everywhere, so no, they're going to see it

(48:05):
and also have a conversation with them because trying to
shield them, you're gonna have to try to reason with
them and tell them what happened, what took place, because
there is so much access and it was everywhere. Three two, three, five,

Speaker 2 (49:50):
It's getting to the point where it's starting to look
like Christmas and Halloween inside of stores.

Speaker 18 (49:56):
Soon we'll be seeing more of these twas the nights
before Christmas. Wanting some to get a very early start
on shopping.

Speaker 15 (50:02):
I've never shopped this early.

Speaker 18 (50:04):
Before, including Sarah Miller, who says she is checking off
the list for her three children well before winter.

Speaker 3 (50:11):
Prices rise when the holidays get closer, and I feel
like all the expenses add up.

Speaker 18 (50:16):
According to Adobe, consumers are planning ahead, spending seven point
five percent more online this August than last year, marking
the biggest growth in more than three years.

Speaker 2 (50:27):
It is a time when businesses make hay opportunities in
the fourth quarter to really solidify your year and hopefully
put you on solid footing for next year. Not quite
sure what's going to happen next year, and obviously we're
going to have rates probably come down this week, they'll
make that announcement on Wednesday, how much they come down.
What effects are all of these things like tariffs and

(50:49):
rates going to have because the tariff thing is still
yet again a mystery all year. We've seen consumers shopping early.

Speaker 17 (50:56):
Back to school started as early as mid June because
people were work that prices are going to go up.

Speaker 2 (51:02):
Because of tariffs. We're just not quite sure what's going
to happen and what we would owe, by the way,
is the other thing. They were like, what is America
going to a trillion dollars because we collected tariffs from
all these countries from people in this country and now
now what So there's all kinds of uncertainty in this.

(51:22):
So people are going, well, I'm going to get it
while the getting is good.

Speaker 4 (51:25):
The tariff inventory really starts to cycle in as you
get into that November December time period.

Speaker 20 (51:31):
We're hearing that prices are going to go up across
the board on many items.

Speaker 2 (51:36):
Which I think is kind of understandable. I mean, we
get that things get a little bit more expensive as
people start to potentially jockey for said item. But then
you've got the tariff thing which is still out there,
and that's November time when they're going to listen to
its Supreme Court and nobody's really sure exactly what that's

(51:58):
going to look like. Up are they going to roll
them back and say, no, you don't have the right
to do this, mister President. We're gonna say he's got
every right to do this.

Speaker 23 (52:07):
Even when the deals are great and tempting, we want
to stick with our list and stay away from impulse
purchases that will regret.

Speaker 16 (52:14):
I like to say, it's not a good deal if
you weren't going to buy it.

Speaker 2 (52:16):
Anyway, it's always a good deal if you an't going
to buy it. Three two, three, five, three, eight, twenty
four to twenty three at Chet Benson Show is your
ext your Insta, YouTube, Facebook and more, radio and the
Chat Benson Show. So this is going to be interesting
see the way that this plays itself out in the
world of tariffs and the holiday season. Because Santa he

(52:37):
doesn't want things any more expensive than it already needs
to be. I think that's evident, and so goes the
economy for all the other stuff we're talking about, goes
the world of politics. Meanwhile, I keep saying we're gonna
find out about more of this tomorrow. This whole thing
with Venezuela is I just sit there and shake my

(52:58):
head and go I just a feeling we're going to
get into something over there.

Speaker 24 (53:03):
Venezuela is accusing the US of illegally boarding one of
its tuna boats, saying armed US personnel held nine fishermen
for hours back on Friday.

Speaker 23 (53:12):
Now.

Speaker 24 (53:12):
A US official says that Coastguard members searched the boat
to see if it was carrying drugs, but did not
find any. The US says this happened in international waters,
but Venezuela calls it a hostile act, claiming it was
within their economic exclusion zone.

Speaker 2 (53:27):
And Trump is out there again, you know, pushing that
this is it, this is what they're doing. Got that
boat last week and held the drug things on it.
You know these people and I you know the way
they're doing this is they're painting this picture of this
group Trenda and Ragua bad dudes as this narco terrorist

(53:49):
group that we should all be terrified of. And therefore
we can go and do what if we have to
take on Venezuela when the numbers bear it out minuscoole
amount of drugs come from Venezuela. But you know what,
Venezuela does have oil, just saying three two three, Chet

Speaker 2 (54:42):
Memphis. You're the next contested of Trump's cleaning up crime.
Come on down. What that's what's happening? Trump sending them
into a red state. Memphis is the city though run
by Democrats, as we all know, you pesky democrats. Alas

(55:06):
they're going in when we don't know, but they're coming.

Speaker 25 (55:09):
City officials in Memphis asking a lot of questions, for example,
when is this deployment supposed to happen, When will it happen,
if it happens at all, when will the troops arrive?
Where will the troops come from? What will they be
doing on the ground in terms of crime fighting. Will
they be wearing military uniforms? How will they interact with
the community and the police force that's already there. So

(55:31):
a lot of questions still left to be answered.

Speaker 2 (55:34):
Yeah, lots left to be answered and will be. But
the reality is this is the first red state governor
Lee and Trump have a good relationship. Memphis is absolutely
a disaster when it comes to violent crime. We can
talk about crimes going down, is it?

Speaker 9 (55:52):
Is it?

Speaker 2 (55:53):
Really? Because I'm out here in Nashville and I talk
to people in Memphis and they're like, crime isn't going down.
I don't know where they get that. It goes back
to this, when you stop counting crime as crime, then
crime is going down.

Speaker 25 (56:04):
According to city data, he says, this year, virall crime
is actually going down about forty four percent down since
last year. Homicides, for example, have also dropped about thirty
percent since last September. So they are making progress according
to the data. They think they can continue making that
progress without the National Guard troops in their community. But again,
it appears that decision has already been made.

Speaker 2 (56:27):
Let's talk about the numbers.

Speaker 9 (56:28):
What.

Speaker 2 (56:29):
Yeah, we like talking numbers. We'd like to get it right.
So if you don't know how crime is counted, we're
going to have a little fun here with how it's
actually done. It's actually very interesting. So it's not just
our cities, it's global the way that stuff is counted.
There's a standard reporting system, but we use one here

(56:51):
where there's a standardization of certain crimes. Okay, and then
they're fed into a data based system that goes to
the FBI or a national statistic agency, one of the two. Okay,
So these are the two. Number one is the Uniform
Crime Reporting Program, and we start in the thirties by
the FBI. These are part one offenses homicide, right robbery,

(57:17):
aggravated assault, burglary, larceny, theft, motor vehicle theft, and arson.
So for decades it used the hierarchy rule, so if
multiple crimes happen in one incident, only the most serious
crime was recorded. So if somebody killed somebody while robbing
their house and then lighting it on fire while they

(57:41):
committed robbery and arson, homicide would lead the way. Okay.
Then there's the National Incident Based Reporting System, the NIBRS,
so it's a newer system and it's replaced the UCR
in many places. Okay, so it collects more data, who what, when, weapons,
victims at set. It records all offenses in incidents, so

(58:05):
whatever happens in set offense all gets reported. As of
twenty twenty one, the FBI officially transition to this, but
not all cities have adopted it. So there's some stuff
that's still out there where antiquated systems. Now, why does
it look like crimes going down when in many cases
crimes going up a lot of different things. First, victims

(58:28):
they're not reporting stuff. Many crimes never go report it, fear, distrust,
et cetera, et cetera. Second, police discretion and reclassification. So
officers will sometimes record crimes as a lesser offense where
instead of writing robbery, put theft. Make it seems like
you didn't take it or something from someone, you just

(58:52):
stole it, like it took a piece of candy or
something like this. Maybe there is a aggravated assault and
you put it down as disorderly conduct. So there's that
hierarchy rule. As mentioned, most serious crimes in an incident
to get logged. That meant thousands of lesser crimes never
get reported. Gaps in certain things and non criminal hand

(59:15):
some cases resolve informally warnings, mediation, mental health calls, etc.
So for example, drug possession and some jurisdictions may be
diverted to treatment programs so they never get logged. And
that's where the discretion reclassification with DC came, where you
had the commander that was being focused on over the

(59:41):
fact that there had been lots of reclassifications, lots of
other things that were not classified and or just ignored altogether,
which made it look like the crime was coming down,
especially in certain areas. So it's hard to get a
real read on the number, but there's no doubt that

(01:00:02):
Memphis and several cities have had a problem. The fact
that they continue to go, it's not true. That's a lie.

Speaker 26 (01:00:09):
I do not support the National Guard. However, they are coming.
It's not the mayor's call. The mayor doesn't have a
say or the authority to stop them from coming. And
so my goal is to make sure that as they come,
that I have an opportunity to work with them to
strategize on how they engage in this community.

Speaker 2 (01:00:29):
That's Mayor Paul Young, not the singer with the mayor
of Memphis, saying I don't really have a saying this.

Speaker 26 (01:00:35):
When will they come, how many people are going to come,
how long will they be here, what.

Speaker 12 (01:00:41):
Are they going to?

Speaker 20 (01:00:42):
Where?

Speaker 26 (01:00:43):
Where are they going to be? Geography? Geographically in the city,
what assignments will they have? Those are all questions that
we have and that we are going to work through
together as a community.

Speaker 2 (01:00:57):
Well, they are coming a lot of people. It's gonna
be Chicago. I'm you know, the governor asked. Governor pushed
for this. That's why he said, I don't have a
say in this. I don't have a say in what's
going on here. What are they going to wear, what
are they going to do? What are they gonna actually defend?
Are they going to be able to police? Or are
they just there to to look the part of Hey,

(01:01:19):
we're here, we're serious about crime.

Speaker 26 (01:01:21):
We don't have a say in the National Guard, but
our goal is to ensure that we have influence in
how they engage in this community. I've spoken with the
governor on numerous occasions and he's been very very open
to that collaboration as well as the federal government. So
we look to have some influence on how they engage.

Speaker 2 (01:01:42):
And you know what, you have a chance now if
you're a mayor, despite the insanity of what goes on
in today's world of we have to fight every single
thing that Trump does, of stepping up going look, I
work with him. We got some stuff done. There's a
lot more work that needs to be done, but you know,

(01:02:07):
we we we can handle some of this stuff. And
it all goes back to a few things. First, how
are they going to police right? Are they just going
to offer certain support, you know, support and drive people
to and fro and take the you know to the
paperwork and take the pressure off the officers in the street.

Speaker 5 (01:02:26):
Uh?

Speaker 2 (01:02:27):
Is it going to be more than just National Guard?
Is Trump going to send the ATF for the DEA
or the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation stuff like that in
there as well? Those are all questions that have yet
to be answered and will be. And the other thing
is what's the follow through? So what's the follow through
when it comes to once you get somebody right, and

(01:02:49):
you take them and you arrest them, and then you
transport them and you get them in front of a judge,
what exactly happens from there? Because we've seen a lot
of this in DC, which is they've just kicked them
away and said, yeah, we're not doing this. So what
happens from there is a DA going to prosecute. It's
a judge gonna I mean, we these are all questions

(01:03:11):
that are super important because you could arrest everybody, but
if everybody gets released and there is no follow through,
then all you did was waste everybody's time. So I
think there's a lot that is going to have to
go into it, more than just showing force, because people
will go underground or they'll just lay low and they'll

(01:03:32):
just do something else for a while, and then the
minute the coast is clear, they re emerge. In a
way it goes three two, three, five, three, eight, twenty
four to twenty three atch Had Benson shows your ex Insta, YouTube,
Facebook and more. Obviously Charlie Kirk. A lot of people
talking about what went down, and you know, the the
anger that people are feeling. And I've been trying to

(01:03:55):
tell my friends stop looking at stuff, right stop looking
at things. You don't need to look at everything. You
can just move away from it. And that right there
is tough for people to do because they want to
engage and they're furious about what took place, and they're angry,
and they're and they're and they're just I've got to

(01:04:17):
take a step back and let it go. Let it go. Well,
we need to come after these people. Let it go,
because the rage bait is working, and it's pissing you off,
and it's causing you to be frustrated and angry. And
there's no need for that. There isn't, especially now, because

(01:04:38):
there's enough people doing it right. There's enough people out
there that Robie Starbucks' of the world and everybody else
going after anybody who said anything horrible about and by
horrible I mean celebrating the death of Charlie Kirk. So
you're celebrating that and you're jumping up and down and
good riddance to bat that kind of crap. Those people

(01:04:59):
are paying the price for it. But there's no reason
to let you get sucked into the rage bait because
that's what it is. And the more that you answer
to it, share it, the more that you interact with it,
the more that the algorithms are going to feed you,
which feeds the rage, which feeds the interaction, which feeds
it again. And then all of a sudden it's a
vicious circle.

Speaker 15 (01:05:20):
I'm telling you, I ask everyone on the left study
Charlie and understand not just how upset people are personally
about such a lovely guy dying and being killed, but
because of what he represents for tens of millions of
people to try to, at a minimum allow students and campuses,
if they want to be openly conservative, to do that

(01:05:42):
and to have free speech and conversation. Did Charlie ever
make a factual mistake in public debate?

Speaker 2 (01:05:47):
He did?

Speaker 15 (01:05:48):
Did he try to? Was he a demigod? Or did
he study so hard to bring facts to conversations? That's
what I think. I studied him pretty hard. And I'd
say again, these reporters today glorifying Charlie they have to
because they don't want to be fired like Matthew Daud
for being insensitive. I'd like them to go back and
look at what they said about Charlie. I read one
thing today by a reporter on and on print text,

(01:06:10):
reporter glorifying him and the things he said about Charlie
Kirk over the years. It's again makes my blood boil that.

Speaker 2 (01:06:17):
Right there is Mark Halprin that he was talking to,
and this was less than twenty four hours after Charlie
was killed, he was talking to Megan Kelly about all
of this stuff and how you know, some of these
reporters are lying because they're afraid they're going to get fired.
But she talks about like she didn't want to do it,
She didn't want to watch any of it. And I
keep telling everybody stay away from it because the rage

(01:06:40):
bait is real.

Speaker 27 (01:06:41):
It's such a bastardization by the left, and in the
past whatever it's been eighteen hours, I've had zero appetite
to look at what they're saying about him, Like I
just I'm having a really difficult time caring.

Speaker 2 (01:06:54):
And that's unlike me.

Speaker 27 (01:06:55):
You know, usually on these stories, I definitely look at
what the left is saying, and then I usually mock
them on my show and it's somewhat cathartic, but I'm
just not there at all. I just feel like they
can go themselves. I couldn't give two shits about what
they think of Charlie Kirk. They didn't know him, They

(01:07:17):
don't understand any of us, and it's because of willful
blindness they choose to demonize rather than seek to understand.

Speaker 2 (01:07:26):
So them, Yeah, she was upset, understandable, she knew him,
and she was smart enough to go. I can't be
a party to this right now because it's rage bait.
So my suggestion to you is, if this story really matters,

(01:07:47):
stay away from the rage bait. Go watch something fluffy
that makes you laugh. If you're going to watch anything
at all, three two, three, five, three eight, twenty four
to twenty three at Jedbinson Show, is your ex your
Insta YouTube verge loooking more? My friends there priss picks,
Oh tell me more, But let me tell you about
prize picks. First of all, it's awesome doing quite well

(01:08:08):
in my prize picks. And secondly, this is not I repeat,
this is not about picking lines, picking teams. This is
about using your knowledge on players and their stats. It's more,
it's less. It's that simple. Yesterday we gave you a
free one essentially, which was Travis Kelcey over a half
yard receiving. Will that happen? This is how you choose it.

(01:08:31):
It's more, it's less. All you have to do is
pick two more players, okay, up to six. You're goin
up two thousand times your money on their stats. More
or less, those are the projections, are they gonna have
more than X amount of rushing yards or x amount
of passing yards or touchdowns? That simple and easy. Okay,
when you do and you play your first five dollar lineup,

(01:08:54):
you're gonna get immediately fifty dollars more into your account
for more lineups when you use my co chat. It's
that simple. So what are you waiting for opportunities around?

Speaker 6 (01:09:03):
Now?

Speaker 2 (01:09:04):
Is your chance got some games tonight, So get in
there and use my co Chad to get those fifty
dollars an instant lineups the media. Play a first five
dollars lineup, Go to Prize Pick now download the app.
Use my code, Chad. That's Prize Picks. Download the app.
Used coach had to get fifty dollars in lineups after
you play a first five dollars lineup Prize Picks. It's
good to be right at Chad Benson shows your ex

(01:09:26):
your Insta, YouTube, Facebook, and more coming up. Let's talk
about some sports I did all right in my pics yesterday.
Chad Benson show.

Speaker 1 (01:09:41):
Deep States, No Deep doo doo eyah, the Chat Benson show.

Speaker 6 (01:09:52):
The arn maybe.

Speaker 2 (01:10:06):
This weekend Number one sport. By the way, in America. Easy.
Number one television shows they celebrate at the Emmys last night. Easy.
So let's take a look. Did okay? So it was
fourteen to two the first week yesterday. Not bad. My
big loss is Steelers let me down, Chiefs and Vikings
let me down. Saints let me down. Outside of that

(01:10:28):
winter winter chicken dinner, just doing okay. Currently sitting at
a comfortable twenty four and six with two games tonight,
odd double header Monday Night Football. You got the Bucks
and the Texans. I'm going with this one. It's gonna
be a tough game. I'm going to the Buccaneers, though

(01:10:48):
I don't know why. Chargers. I think gon to win
over the Ratus tonight. So not bad though not bad.
Not a bad start to the year for me. It
was funny watching the the Bit last night of the Emmy.
So I watched it this morning of Nate Brigatzi playing
the guy who invented TV, and he was going over
all the things you know that are coming with TV,

(01:11:10):
kind of like he does in those George Washington skits,
but it was for TV and he's like, so this
will be the number one most watch show and he's like, no,
that'll be football, and I'm like, that's what it is.
It's football, not even close. Speaking of that, there's a
great story in the world of football, and he'll be
playing tonight Houston.

Speaker 28 (01:11:27):
Texas Star as he's al Shier's path to the NFL
was an unlikely one. Growing up, he his mom, and
his seven siblings were living in his grandmother's house. He
says he was sleeping on the floor because of the
lack of furniture. The house caught fire.

Speaker 23 (01:11:42):
I'm sitting there like, bro, like we already had nowhere
to go.

Speaker 12 (01:11:46):
The house was gone.

Speaker 22 (01:11:47):
And yeah, at that point we were literally like homeless
in the truest sense of like being on the street.

Speaker 2 (01:11:52):
But he didn't let it stop him, worked hard and
had a spirit that he said, you know, just wouldn't
let him stop at all. So from homeless to the NFL.
A cool of a story is that? Three two, three, five, three, eight,
twenty four to twenty three at Chat Benson Show, is
your X, your Insta, YouTube, Facebook and more right here

If you're missing the show, you can still grab the
podcast as well. Our number three of the show, straight Ahead,
Chat Benson Show.

Speaker 1 (01:13:01):
This is the Chad Benson Show, The Chad Benson Show.

Speaker 2 (01:13:31):
I think for America, it's a bit of a tough
weekend and I myself tried to do everything I possibly
could to keep myself away from the news, away from
the chaos, the craziness, the fighting, the hatred, because it's
not good for your soul. It's not And there's too

(01:13:53):
many people out there that are looking for a reason
to be angry, looking for this opportunity to rage because
somebody said something horrific and I didn't want to be
that person. I didn't and I don't allow myself to
be that person because I realized it's the Internet. People

(01:14:13):
say stupid crap on the internet, and I just want
to just say it is what it is. I'm moving on.
A lot of people couldn't. In fact, I stayed away
from everything. I caught a little bit of Charlie Kirk's wife, Erica,
and her speech and statement that she gave. I'm gonna
play a little bit of that because I thought it

(01:14:34):
was touching. I thought it was moving. And this is
in his studio and you know, standing next to his chair,
you know that made him, you know, built up who
he was, and you recognize those things. And the cast
gets there and she went over and she kind of

(01:14:54):
collapsed around it, and it was a very moving moment.

Speaker 3 (01:14:58):
Good evening. My name is Erica Kirk. Charlie Kirk is
my husband. Two days ago, my husband, Charlie went to
see the face of his Savior and his God. Charlie
always said that when he was gone, he wanted to
be remembered for his courage and for his faith, and

(01:15:22):
one of the final conversations that he had on this earth,
my husband witnessed for his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Now and for all eternity, he will stand at his
Savior's side wearing the glorious crown of a martyr. Charlie

(01:15:48):
loved loved life. He loved his life. He loved America.
He loved nature, which helped him always bring him closer
to God. He loved the Chicago Cubs, and my goodness,
did he love the Oregon Ducks. He want me to say,

(01:16:11):
go Ducks, so I have to since they play on Saturday,
So go Ducks.

Speaker 6 (01:16:17):
But most of.

Speaker 3 (01:16:18):
All, Charlie loved his children, and he loved me with
all of his heart. And I knew that every day.

Speaker 21 (01:16:32):
I knew that.

Speaker 3 (01:16:33):
He made sure I knew that.

Speaker 21 (01:16:34):
Every day.

Speaker 2 (01:16:36):
Every day he would ask me.

Speaker 3 (01:16:37):
How can I serve you better? How can I be
a better husband? How can I be a better father?

Speaker 6 (01:16:42):
Every day?

Speaker 3 (01:16:44):
Every day? Such a good man, he still is a
good man. He was the perfect father, He was the
perfect husband.

Speaker 2 (01:16:57):
I played that because I think because there's so much
hate and anger out there, and there's so much of it.
I got a lot of it this weekend from people
who were not so much angry at me, but angry
at the situation, because why aren't people out there fighting
harder against these people saying stuff? Why aren't there? And

(01:17:19):
this is what I want to tell me relax, Okay, relax.
When it comes to the free speech stuff, I think
it's important that we understand free speech is a wonderful,
amazing thing. That's what Charlie fought for. Doesn't mean that
you are in no way, shape or form absolutely free

(01:17:43):
from any repercussions that may come from your speech. So
celebrating the death of a man who was a father,
who was a husband, who was a person who, by
all accounts to everybody I know that knew himnew not
just met him, was a wonderful person to be around,

(01:18:04):
to work with, and somebody who was trying hard, I think,
to spread God's word. And you may not have agreed
with the way that he wanted to do things. You
may not agree with some of the things he said,
and there was some stuff that was controversy. We talked
about this. There is a lot of things here that
frustrate me because the reality is we live in a
world where it's not the early bird. It's the loudest

(01:18:27):
bird that gets the worm. It's not the early bird
that shows up early and delivers something. It's the one
that's very loud and it shows off and it screams,
and you've got to get this people attention, and he
asked sometimes I think he said some stuff that, you know,
quite frankly, I didn't agree with, and maybe some of
our viewpoints. Somebody said, name one thing, and I named

(01:18:48):
a few. Right, you guys know, I feel about choice
up until a certain extent. I'm not an idiot. Come on,
twelve weeks, let's get over ourself. You can't make that
decision in twelve weeks. You got some issues, you know.
I think the way that immigration, the way that the
border's been handled is amazing. I think there's some serious
questions about what's happening on the inside of the country.
I think when it came to weed and drugs and

(01:19:10):
the way that we've handled things, I think has been
an absolute just nightmare. I think Israel, although you couldn't
make an argument that, and there was rumors that fly
around in situations like this that he was changing his
tune not so much to Israel but to the way

(01:19:31):
that things were going down in Gaza. So there were
several things. But that being said, there are a lot
of people out there I don't agree with at all
for the most part, and if somebody did something to
AOC God willing they don't, or to Mondami or any
of these. I would be apoplectic and beyond pissed off

(01:19:54):
because that's not how we act, that's not what we do.
So this is a situation that is going to really
resonate with a lot of people for a long time.
I don't think people understand out there on the left

(01:20:17):
that you have made it so. You have not only
pissed some people off, You've energized people in ways that
they weren't energized before. You're pushing people in ways that
they didn't think that they were going to ever get involved.
You're seeing more and more young people now saying I
want to start a chapter of Turning Point at my school.

(01:20:38):
I want to speak up more and be on college campuses.
I want to pick up the microphone. I want to
do these things because we can't be silenced. And I
love that. Charlie would absolutely love that. Who wouldn't love
that seeing young people get involved, Well, if they're on
the right chat, I don't want that. Tough get your

(01:21:01):
own people involved. I read a great article today why
populism on the left isn't taken off. It's simple, you
guys have lost the culture wars, and let's be real,
a vast majority of what this was had zero to
do with the cost of health care inflation, right, none

(01:21:22):
of the stuff that politics when you talk about the
nuts and boats of politics of passing bills and getting
stuff done that for the everyday average person affects their life.
Ninety percent of the battle that went on, the disdain
that people had for Charlie Kirk, was based on the
cultural issues which the left has absolutely flamed out on.

(01:21:48):
You pick the worst, and I do mean the worst
position on everything, the most extreme. You protect to the
point of ridiculousness. You even scare your own I keep
going back to Malcolm Gladwell, the author thinker who completely

(01:22:11):
lied about whether or not men who now identify as
women who play in women's sports have an advantage. He
completely lied about that, said he was scared, he was
a coward, but of course they don't belong there. It

(01:22:33):
was cultural issues. It wasn't nuts and bolt isssues. It
was cultural issues. Because the biggest battle in politics now
is not whether or not you are overspending and driving
up the debt, which should be a huge thing. It's

(01:22:54):
not whether or not we are doing X Y and
Z when it comes to wars, I mean there's conversations,
but not a lot of talk. Right, It's not whether
or not we are I mean we are doing a
vast majority of the things that are going to help

(01:23:14):
the American people. You know, those things are important, but
they're always way down. I mean, the economy will always
be number one. But outside of that, the stuff that
gins people up, the stuff that really gets people going,
the stuff that gets people paying attention, that gets to
to add to the fire of that fuel that's already

(01:23:35):
out there online is cultural issues. LGBTQ plus abortion or
choice or life or choice, immigration, which is not really
it wasn't really a cultural issue, but it became one. Right,

(01:23:56):
crime ended up becoming more of a cultural issue, and
that should just be a human being issue. All of
these things, though, they became an issue around culture more
than the actual issue itself. And it is frustrating because

(01:24:20):
we can have nice things because we can't have conversations.
And if you are out there celebrating the death of
another human being, who the hell raised you so poorly
that they thought that was a good idea, Don't fall
for the rage bait. Don't telling you guys that now
look away. If you see something that's uncomfortable, just swipe

(01:24:41):
by it. You're welcome. You're welcome on that. A lot
of stuff still to get to a little what's trending

Speaker 1 (01:26:28):
You're listening to the Chad Benson Show.

Speaker 2 (01:26:31):
Now it's time to find out what's trending.

Speaker 29 (01:26:34):
What's trending James Dean, Norway, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Russia, Serena,

(01:26:55):
what trophy.

Speaker 2 (01:27:00):
Let's find out what's trending on the interwebs on this Monday.
A lot of it obviously about Charlie Kirk. We're gonna
find some other stuff that's trending. It's not about that,
but it's hard, you know. How about this start with
x Canelo. Man, what a fight that was?

Speaker 5 (01:27:16):
Right?

Speaker 2 (01:27:17):
Canelo lost? What hello fight? Though? Charlie Kirk Giants hegan
this Chiefs, Falcons, Colts, Brandon Aubrey. That guy is a
weapon if you don't know who it is. That is
the kicker for the Dallas Cowboys, who played soccer's whole life,

(01:27:40):
played in the MLS, eventually left and was sitting around
on to go I think I could kick, got into
the USFL then became a kicker in the Dallas Cowboys
camp last year, won the job sixty four yader to
tie it yesterday, which would have been good from seventy four,
and then of course goes on and wins the game.

(01:28:04):
Oh I like that, right, like this, not Charlie Kirk stuff.
I know it sounds bad. Oh Jet No, Nope, And
it's some other stuff out there. Emmy's last night. Joe Burrow,
he is wounded yet again. The Begels just can't catch
a break. Ricky Hatton boxer passed away, was getting ready

(01:28:28):
for his comeback and they found him dead yesterday. I
think it was yesterday, Yester might have been Saturday NASA
Life on Mars Nate Bargatzi last night, the host of
the Emmys did a good job and kept it a
political Thank you very much. That finally over to Yo

(01:28:52):
Emmy Awards, Russia Ukraine War three, two, three, five, three, eight,
twenty four to twenty three At Chad Benton Shows, Your
ex your Insta, YouTube, Facebook, and more Radio In the
Chad Benson Show, Donald Trump trending, Golden Girls trending. Why

(01:29:16):
is the Golden Girls trending? It's very interesting. We'll talk
about that in a second. That is very interesting. And
Charlie Kirk and Erica Kirk all trending the magical world
of yeahooooooooo. The reason that Golden Girls are trending. It's interesting.
Golden Girls were in their fifties. So remember that it's
the eighties the show. Those ladies were supposed to be

(01:29:39):
in their fifties and people in their fifties. I mean,
you think about it. We don't think we think of
the Golden Girls. We think all of them being in
their seventies and eighties. They weren't. They were in their fifties,
which is crazy when you think about it. That's how

(01:30:00):
we think about old people back in the day, and
when you look at it today, I mean, go look
at people in their fifties. Now, they're they're living longer,
they're healthier, longer, they're more vibrant than ever. But they
were all living in an essentially a senior community, and

(01:30:23):
you're thinking to myself, my God. And it's the same
thing when you go look at all kinds of stuff
like check this out at the filming that Rue McClanahan
was fifty one, b Arthur and White were sixty three.
Is still getting with sixty two, but they looked a
hundred comparatively to women in their fifties today, and men

(01:30:46):
in their fifties looks different, no doubt about that. Three two, three, five,
three eight, twenty four to twenty three at she had
Benson Show, It's your Actura, Insta, YouTube, Facebook and more.
Halfay Monday, It's a Shed.

Speaker 30 (01:30:56):
Benson Show, Chad Benson Show, The Chad Benson Show.

Speaker 2 (01:31:23):
Last night, the Emmys happened, and I will tell you this,
I watched pretty much none of it, but one of
the shows that I love actually won something, which is huge,
and Aprigati hosted it and he kept it very apolitical,
and I love the fact that he kind of threatened
everybody by making them look like they were awful if
they did something.

Speaker 5 (01:31:43):
Every second you go over forty five seconds, we will
adduct one thousand dollars away from the Boys and Girls Club.

Speaker 15 (01:31:50):
I know, I know.

Speaker 2 (01:31:55):
That's tough. It's hard. That's tough. It's a brutal What
are you gonna do though? You know, I can't can't
change it. This is a game. I'm made up. And
then these are the rules. So so he said, you
got forty five seconds to give your speech. There's one
hundred thousand dollars on the board. Every second you go over,
we're gonna take away a thousand bucks. Every second you're under,

(01:32:18):
we're gonna add one thousand bucks. And then he also said,
this is my money, so let's not go too crazy.
If you want to go over a little bit and
then under a little bit, we're good with that. But
he was very apolitical, and I loved that about him.
I thought it was great. Speaking of awards, I actually saw
and loved the show that won the award.

Speaker 7 (01:32:40):
The HBO medical drama The Pit, won the Emmy for
Outstanding Drama Series Star Noah Wiley won the Best Actor
in a Drama Series prize. He's also an executive producer
on the show. It's the first Emmy win for Wiley,
despite him being nominated five times before for his role
on another medical drama Er. In his acceptance speech, widely
dedicated the award to healthcare workers. Seth Rogen's The Studio meanwhile,

(01:33:04):
won for Best Comedy Series, while the Best Limited Series
went to the British crime drama Adolescens.

Speaker 2 (01:33:10):
And that kid who starred in that he got the
Emmy for Best Actor? Was he fifteen? How does that
make you feel? You try your whole life that kid
wins it. You try your whole life to be an
actual to do the acting things, and next thing you know,

(01:33:37):
you end up losing it to some kid who's like,
I'd never really done this before. I don't know. I
think this was his first gig, if I'm correct, he
was studying acting, but he had never starred in anything.
This was his debut, never really been in anything before.
Originally you wanted to play football, but that didn't happen.
And now well now kids got yourself an MP me.

(01:34:00):
So there you go, there you go. Congratulations. But the Pit.
If you guys have not seen the Pit, it's amazing.
It is incredible. I highly recommend that, and I don't
recommend shows often. Usually I watch this old Western's Family
Guy and Rick and Morty. But that was amazing. So
and it's no. Wiley's incredible in it. He's one of

(01:34:23):
the executive producers and he works in this hospital in Pittsburgh,
and it is just it's a cast of characters and whatnot,
and they it is it goes through like a day
and what a day would be like, and it's just
it's amazing. If you have a chance to check that out.
Also last night, Stephen Colbert.

Speaker 8 (01:34:44):
Sometimes you only truly know how much you love something
when you get a sense that you might be losing it.
And ten years later, in September of twenty twenty five,
my friends, I have never loved my.

Speaker 2 (01:34:55):
Country more desperately.

Speaker 9 (01:34:57):
God bless America, Be brave. And if the elevator tried
to bring you down, go crazy and punt a higher floor.

Speaker 2 (01:35:07):
Whoa, whoa, So there you go. He also asked if
anybody was hiring, you're gonna be fine. Wonder what kind
of money they're gonna give him for a podcast. I'm
assuming way more than he's making now. I was still
surprised how much he was making. I thought he was
making more than that. It's great money, but yeah, I

(01:35:28):
just I thought. You think that they're all making twenty
five million dollars a year, and that's not true. It's
not true at all. Kids meanwhile finding out more about
what took place with Charlie Kirk the killer as they
dig deeper and deeper thanks to the parents who snitched
on him and his friends not the FBI continue to
say that.

Speaker 20 (01:35:47):
The authorities in Utah are pouring over what they call
a mountain of evidence against twenty two year old Tyler Robinson,
the man authority sight fired that single fatal shot killing
Charlie Kirk, District Attorney saying they hope to file charges
by tomorrow, but I'thlorady say they're receiving little help from
this suspect who turned himself in Thursday.

Speaker 2 (01:36:06):
So he is not cooperating. Apparently he told pops he
didn't want to want to go and it was weird
the way that this whole thing went down with his
friends and and the whole nine yards that were like, hey,
this is weird.

Speaker 20 (01:36:22):
According to The Times, he's got this group of buddies
that he does gaming with online, and in New York
Times reports these messages on this app as some of
his friends saying, hey, you look exactly like that suspect,
and then the suspect, Tyler Robinson, allegedly joked that must
be my doppelganger. And then there are further jokes with
some of his buddies saying, hey, can we collect the
reward if we turn you in? And then allegedly Tyler

(01:36:43):
Robinson chimes back, yeah, but only if I get a
cut ha ha ha. Eventually he ends up confessing to
his roommate, according to the governor.

Speaker 2 (01:36:52):
And the roommate is supposedly trans and I can't tell
if it's his partner, this, that and the other, and
the partner the roommate is like no oh, and by
all accounts, sounds like was the person who raised the
alarm that hey, there's an issue.

Speaker 20 (01:37:07):
Here, according to the governor and other authorities. Here, the
suspect's father sees these videos and the images that have
been broadcast and put out by the FBI and then
broadcast by US, and he brings it up with the son.
The son essentially according to the governor and authorities, admits confesses.
Then there's a debate, according to our sources, about whether
he was going to turn himself in, and eventually he did,

(01:37:28):
And so this is happening in Saint George, Utah. The suspect,
Tyler Robinson, twenty two years old, turns himself in.

Speaker 2 (01:37:35):
But fought dad on it. Fought dad on it in
a major way, did not want to turn himself in.
So and then got there and has sense not said
a thing. Grandma and them said, look, they're all on
the right. How did he go this far to the left.
Grandma even said I don't think I know anybody on

(01:37:57):
the left, which is crazy. I mean, she went out
and said all kinds of stuff about you know them.
Her name is Debbie Robinson. She claims she never heard
Tyler discussing politics, despite his father's support for Trump. Tyler,
addressed as him in twenty seventeen, says, my son, his

(01:38:17):
dad is Republican for Trump. Most of my family members
are Republican. I don't know a single one who's a Democrat.
I'm just so confused over this. She also went on
to say I don't think he ever shot a gun.
To tell you the truth doesn't hunt never anything like that.

(01:38:39):
I don't know if he even owns a gun, and
she goes, there's just no way he could have been
that good of a shot, which is, you know, people
are starting to question and will's good? Was it luck?
All of those things. I had several of you text
in and go, let me tell you something. That shot
wasn't as difficult as you know maybe some people making

(01:39:00):
you think it was. The questions are around obviously the
timing of some of this stuff. Him able to get
on not be seen. How long was he there? The
other side of that was, you know, how did he
get the gun off? Was it in his pants? I mean,

(01:39:22):
these are all things that you know, people are asking
serious questions about.

Speaker 20 (01:39:25):
Law enforcement officials tell me the fact that he sprang
into position one minute before taking fire, settled in, aimed,
fired once for a fatal blow, and then ran off.
At one hundred and seventy five yards. That is a
difficult shot to make for several reasons, not because it's
so far, but because the pressure when you know that

(01:39:45):
you're going to pull the trigger and kill another human
being is monumental, and most people shake, most people miss
but not this person.

Speaker 2 (01:39:54):
No, not this person. So we will see again. There's
still a lot out there surround. So many got so
many conspiracy theories from the plane that took off that
turned off its transponder then was spotted somewhere else. I
mean to was it Israel? That was one that I
got this weekend, among other things, because there was so

(01:40:17):
many conspiracy theories out there, and so some people do
bad things, and this guy allegedly did a horrific thing.
The question now is how we made the shot. None
of that stuff matters because the shot was made. None

(01:40:37):
of that stuff matters. He could have been aiming somewhere
else and hit. The fact is it's happened, and the why,
the why is the question at this point in time,
Why did you do it? And I don't know based
on what we're the way that they're saying he's acting,
we may never know. And he's on. Yes, he's being

(01:40:59):
watched big time because of the worry that he may
kill himself. Coming up, got some TikTok news. We wrap

is the Chad Benson Show.

Speaker 1 (01:42:34):
If you like talk radio, like Chad Benson likes his meals,
you've come to the perfect place for takeout.

Speaker 7 (01:42:41):
This just in.

Speaker 2 (01:42:42):
Ladies and gentlemen, tick to the talk staying or going
question mark.

Speaker 31 (01:42:49):
We have a framework for a TikTok deal. The two leaders,
President Trump and party chair She will speak on fre
to complete the deal.

Speaker 2 (01:43:02):
The deal. Wonder what that could be? So this is
for Byte Dance. Remember kids, ladies, gentlemen, boys and girls,
friends of all ages. Byte Dance, in theory is not
owned by the Chinese Communist Party. Everything that is a
Chinese company, no matter how many subsidiaries there are of it,
even though they're said to be quote unquote owned by others,

(01:43:24):
are owned by the Chinese Communist Party.

Speaker 31 (01:43:26):
We're not gonna talk about the commercial terms of the deal.
It's between two private parties, but the commercial terms have
been agreed upon it.

Speaker 2 (01:43:35):
So we will find out more. I'm sure we're breaking
news on that. Do you remember when TikTok was gonna
go away? Everybody lost their proverbial I don't know what
I'm gonna do. I don't know what I'm gonna do.
I don't know what I'm gonna do. Just I don't know.

(01:43:57):
There's other things. Have you thought about we don't even
say it. Have you thought about don't even have you
thought about reading a book? No, but TikTok looks like
it's sticking around. It was so funny too when it
went away for that twenty four or forty eight hours,

(01:44:18):
everybody fled over to something rad I forgot what it
was already called, but that was actually owned by the
Chinese companies. I'm like, I don't think this achieved what
they were hoping it was going to achieve, But isn't
it funny? I mean, you think about it. This is
the fair weatheredness of politicians. We all agree that China

(01:44:39):
is trying to spy on us all the time, that
they're trying to gather as much data all the time.
Then politicians are like, we know they're doing this, we
know they're trying to steal all of our data, we
know they're trying to spy on us. We have to
get rid of TikTok. It is becoming a nuisance to

(01:45:00):
us as Americans because the kids' attention spans are shrinking
and because we're all on it, and now it's becoming
a danger. And everybody's like, yeah, yeah, let's do that.
Let's get rid of it. And then they're like, we're
gonna do this thing. We're gonna be Yeah, we're gonna
vote on it, we're gonna make sure that nobody has TikTok,
or we're gonna eliminate it, get rid of it. Yeah, that's

(01:45:21):
what we're gonna do. And then they go and do that,
and they're like the day's coming and everybody's like, we
hate you and we will all vote you out of office.
And they're like, we need to figure out how to
save this thing. And then they didn't even listen to
their own rules because they're only supposed to have one
ninety day kick the can down the road or something,
maybe it was thirty days, and they just kept kicking
it down the road. Never listened, So apparently TikTok will

(01:45:45):
be in America's hands soon. Dode doo doo doud. What
if it's Trump's kids? I said this last week, and
some people are like, I kind of agree with you,
I don't want to, Chad, And I'm like, that's fair enough.
And I said, at which point do you kind of
agree and don't want to? I said about the amount

(01:46:08):
of money that Trump and his family is making. They
came into office this time at about two and a
half billion, and since then it has exploded money wise,
I don't know what they're at seven eight billion now,
and a lot of that's the kids. And I said, look,
you'd say you want about the access that Hunter Biden

(01:46:30):
sold and the influence in situations, You're not going to
get an argument out of me. But as you're complaining
about Hunter Biden and is twenty million dollars from Barisma
or some Chinese company, Nobody is saying anything about Baron

(01:46:53):
and Eric and Don Junior making billions of dollars off coins.
Nobody's saying anything about that. And if that was Hunter Biden,
you would be apoplectic. You would have lost your blanking
minds and that's understandable. I'm not saying it's not because

(01:47:15):
it is. I'm just saying, if it was flip the
other way, you know, you would be throwing a fit,
a fit. I say, absolutely, it would be, because it's

(01:47:35):
insane the amount of money they've made. And I don't
hear I mean the Emolument's clause. It doesn't even exist
anymore at this point in time. We're not even pretending
it exists. We're just like, eh, whatever, we don't care
who makes what I do is because yes, it's because
I'm not invited. I don't have my own meme coin.

(01:47:56):
I don't even know what kind of meme coin I
can have. But you have to also look at with
stable coin what they're doing, which is it's a little
more convoluted. But let's just put it this way. They're
lining themselves up with enough stable coin that they will
essentially be the mini fed and so interest rates and
some of the stuff. No matter which way the market's

(01:48:16):
going to go, they're gonna make a gazillion dollars off
of it. And that is a problem we should all
think about. That is not what our founding fathers wanted
in this situation. That's what I think. Just throwing that
out there. Let me know what you think. Three two, three, five,
three eight, twenty four to twenty three at Chadminson Show,
is your Acts, your Insta, YouTube, Facebook and more. Remember YouTube.

(01:48:40):
We go live most nights. Last night, Buddy, Jim Kennedy
and I we did a live for about forty five
minutes looking ahead to this week, and we'll be live
tonight wrapping up today's news and whatnot. If you miss
any show too, make sure you grab that podcast right
here on the Chad Benson Show. Good show today, right.

(01:49:00):
I think it was a show were we needed to
reset ourselves from all the stuff that's going on, try
to start looking forward to what this week is going
to be like, and of course asking the questions about,
you know, why did he do it? Still going to
be there, he's not cooperating, and also looking towards the
memorial and funeral this weekend of Charlie Kirk in Arizona.

(01:49:21):
What does that look like? Kind of protests are they're
going to be and of course secret Service how are
they going to deal with all of that stuff as well.
It's definitely going to be a week and it's just
getting started. You guys have a blessed rest of your Monday.
We will do it again tomorrow. As always, not not Jack.

Speaker 1 (01:49:42):
