Speaker 1 (00:11):
The Chad Benson Show.
Speaker 2 (00:13):
Are we ignored with Venezuela? I mean, I think it's
kind of getting there. I told you guys they were
going to everybody's no, they're not, and then they're like,
maybe they are, but it's not about oil chat it's
about drugs, right, It's about drugs. Well, yesterday was our
biggest move yet, so they should sell it. We've made
(00:36):
our biggest move yet and this is awesome. You're going
to love it. We have an oil tanker. What do
you think we should do with it?
Speaker 3 (00:42):
Well, we keep it.
Speaker 2 (00:43):
I guess. Okay, there you go. So what do we do?
We have an oil taker. What happened? We swooped in,
dropped down, took it over.
Speaker 4 (00:53):
Venezuela responding after US forces seized an oil tanker off
the Venezuelan coast. Video really by the Trump administration shows
the moment US Navy helicopters hovered above the tanker as
heavily armed Coast Guard members repelled to the deck. This
is the first time President Trump has overtly targeted Venezuela's
oil exports.
Speaker 2 (01:14):
I don't know why Venezuela. I don't and I mean
I know why oil is a big deal. There's no
doubt regime change is a huge thing. There's no doubt
that it's regime change. But it's regime change because they've
got stuff that we would like oil, right, all those
(01:37):
nice you know, minerals and things under the ground, and
regime change. That's but for a reason, I mean, you're
not doing it. I mean, we're gonna get out of
the Ukraine business. We might as well get into the
Venezuelan business. We need something, we need to create something.
It's just I don't know why. I don't, to be
(01:58):
honest with you, I don't buy the drug thing. It's
just because it's not true. Are there drugs that travel
through there, Yes, comparatively to what comes out of Columbia
or obviously Mexico, and you know, through China into Mexico.
And that's the stuff. That's the stuff that is killing Americans.
(02:25):
But alas here we are and the Republicans here's the thing.
They have no balls and the Democrats have no power.
Put them together. What do you have nothing, You've got nothing.
Speaker 4 (02:38):
Military experts say the US now has assets in place
in the region too, conduct sustained military operations in Venezuela.
But back in Washington, lawmakers on both sides of the
Aisle voicing concerns about a potential conflict, and.
Speaker 2 (02:53):
They don't have enough. I mean, if they went in now,
it would be chaos. And remember this, this is not
just about well if we got rid of Maduro, because
that's the thing, you know, will he leave, won't he leave.
We're trying to get both Zelensky and Maduro to bounce,
take your money and run. But you do that, what
(03:16):
do you leave behind? Well, Ukraine's a little different because Russia,
I think the exhaustion that the people think they're actually
fighting a war, that's one thing. But here you're going
to leave a you know, a power play battle that's
(03:36):
getting ready to happen. We've seen this throughout time in history.
There's gonna be a vacuum and somebody's gonna come in
and try to fill that damn thing. His people aren't
going with them for the most part, and so they
don't want to be standing there with nothing and the
potential of being tried. So you think they're just gonna go,
(03:59):
oh yeah, new regime come in and people in Venezuela
want Maduro out. But Maria Krina Machado, who is the
opposition party. She won the Nobel Peace Prize. Her daughter
was actually picking it up for her yesterday. It's actually
I think her second charge, who was the one who
(04:20):
was on the ballot because she was, of course not
allowed to be on the ballot. She's kind of saying,
come on, America, do it. And what you're hearing from
people on the ground of Venezuela is, yeah, they want
Maduro gone. But the fact that you're advocating for the
US to come in is not something we're thrilled by.
(04:44):
So I think potentially it's a hornet's nest. I mean,
God willing, God willing, everybody turns, does the common sense
thing and they leave. Now America is going to do
what America does. Right, we're already talking about Colombia. Now
(05:04):
he's threatening Colombia. Trump and of course Venezuela. Not only
do they do all the drugs, they give all this
money to Jumas and al Qaeda and they fund because
you've got to make sure you have all of the
monsters together, all of them have to be so it's perfect. Venezuela,
al Qaeda, Hamas, look, Hamas has been there in a
few ocasions. There's no doubt about that. But this is
(05:27):
you can remember, you're painting the picture. But at the
end of the day, it's still about oil, the resources. Drill, baby,
drill somewhere We're drilling three two, three, five, three eight,
twenty four to twenty three at Chad Benson Show is
your extra insta YouTube? And more good news for the
economy kind of sort of maybe.
Speaker 5 (05:47):
Despite signs of slowing in the labor market, the Fed
chair offers an optimistic outlook for twenty twenty six.
Speaker 6 (05:53):
AI spending will continue, the consumer continues to spend.
Speaker 5 (05:56):
And Jerome Powell says he sees solid growth next year.
Still power is coy about plans for future rate cuts.
Speaker 7 (06:02):
We're well positioned to wait and see how the economy
evolves from here.
Speaker 5 (06:05):
The fedce Open Market Committee was somewhat split on this move,
with nine votes in favor and three against, including a
Trump appointed FED governor who wanted a half point rate
cut and two regional bank presidents who would have kept
rate steady.
Speaker 2 (06:18):
It's not an easy decision. We know that. Last Friday
we talked to our buddy Zach Abraam, Chiefstment officer at Bullwark.
We were asking about this and what he sees going
forward and the should I or should I? If I did,
what happens? If I don't what happens.
Speaker 8 (06:34):
I think that what we're starting to see, Chad is
I think that we are starting to recognize and we're
starting to see the impacts of the corner that we
have painted ourselves into. Meaning should we cut rates here?
By all rights, no, we doesn't meet the criteria, It
doesn't do anything like that. But when you're this loaded
down with debt, I don't think you have another way out.
(06:57):
I think the option is we either write hot at
four to six percent inflation, which isn't going to be fun,
or you go into recession and you lose jobs. I
just there's no slack in this economy.
Speaker 2 (07:09):
So maybe we're gonna run a little bit hotter, which
will bring back the affordability question, which is what's going on.
And remember all of this when politics, and this is
the sad thing that politics has become in today's world
is everything is always done not with a how does
affect America? And Americans? This is done with Okay, if
(07:34):
we do this, how does this affect potentially the economy,
which will affect our mid term and our chances of
holding the House and the Senate. How does that play out? Like,
let's workshop that. So do I think this was yesterday?
(07:57):
I mean I think we saw that it was going
to happen. But if inflation bumps up and the affordability
questions back out there, it's it's it's not an easy situation.
We're really walking that fine line here. Because rates go down,
(08:17):
people spend more, people spend more, Inflation goes up, inflation
goes up, affordability question comes in, and then we have
a different kind of conversations. That's kind of like the
same conversation. Speaking of conversations, I don't know if you
guys are aware of this. Healthcare has been a big conversation
and there's some plans out there that you know they're
(08:38):
doa but they're going to try them anyways.
Speaker 9 (08:41):
In all likelihood, what we're going to see today in
the Senate is two bills coming up from on the
floor and going down in flames within a matter of minutes.
And how well things are not looking much better over there.
House Republicans gathered up yesterday behind closed doors that they
left with very little consensus on a clear hell plan.
How Speaker Mike Johnson continues to say that they're angling
(09:03):
to put some sort of healthcare bill on the House
floor next week. But what that bill looks like at
this point, we really don't know.
Speaker 2 (09:11):
So the Senate plan, let's go through that one first, okay,
because again they're both they'reda but let's have fun with
let's workshop them as they would say, Well, start with
the Senate plan, okay. So they're going to replace the
expiring Enhanced ACA Premium tax credits, okay, with direct payments
into health savings account So they're directly going to give
(09:35):
you money to put into an HSSAY, which, by the way,
you can't actually spend on insurance, just to let you
guys know that you're not allowed to do that as
legally you can't use HSA accounts to pay insurance premiums.
So there's that okay, thousand dollars per year for adults
(09:59):
eight to forty nine, fifteen hundred dollars per year for
ages fifty to sixty four, okay. So and then of
course there's you know, individuals making you know, up to
seven hundred percent of the federal poverty line, et cetera,
et cetera. But we're just going to go with this,
and it doesn't address obviously the rising cost of premiums, deductibles,
(10:27):
et cetera. And then the other one that the GOP
has is it's just it's a mixed mash of stuff.
They're not interested in saving Obamacare, but judging by this,
they have no plan in how to replace it. So
(10:48):
do with that what you will. The Republicans, I think
are gonna they're going to and by the way, the
Democrats for their part, and this isn't just about Obamacare.
It's the fact that your purpose is a three year
extension of the current rate of subsidies, which is a
brilliant political move getting them to say no, we will
(11:14):
not take that up, knowing full well they were going
to do that. So you can go out and say, look,
they didn't want to, you know, help you another win
for America. No, not so much. Three two, three, five, three, eight,
twenty four to twenty three at I'd Benson Show is
your extra instant YouTube and more A lot to get to. Today,
we got the number four worst Christmas song of all time.
(11:36):
By the way, Number two and number one are so awful.
One is absurd like you could not believe. And the
other one is so depressing. Wait till we get to those.
Wait till we get to those. Today's fun and annoying.
How's that? Well, I'll do you, guys. That one really
(11:58):
factor is amazing. There's no really from years for this,
but there's relief when it comes to your eggs and
pains and your joints and your muscles. Relief factor is incredible.
I take it every single day. I've been telling you guys.
So I'm working out a lot more. I'm trying to
drop that weight. I'm trying to get fitter in my life.
And to do that, I'm pushing myself harder than I
have in a long time, includes weights and stuff and
(12:19):
because of relief factor. You know, always tell everybody it's
usually not the workout, it's the recovery. But it's like
that as you get older, the recovery for anything. With
relief factor, what they have and how they formulate it,
you can take it every single day. It's not addictive.
It targets inflammation when it comes to your muscles and
your joints, and it works. I swear by this. This
(12:40):
is what I want you to do. Nineteen ninety five.
Let'sten a cup of coffee. It's a three week quick start.
Try it now. You will not be disappointed. Tell them

Speaker 1 (13:10):
You're listening to the Chad Benson Show.
Speaker 2 (13:13):
Just in time for the World Cup. The United States
is doing something with visas. We talked about it yesterday.
Not the visa where you pay, but the visa where
you come here, even if you're not even required to
have a visa to get into our country. So there's
several European nations and where you can come in here
you don't need a visa, but a lot of nations
you need a visa. You gotta apply for a visa.
And now we're going to put some extra steps in there.
Speaker 10 (13:36):
So there's that citizens of more than forty countries in
the world and the visa waiver program can typically come
here to the US for up to ninety days for
tourism or business travel. That list of countries includes many
European nations and US allies like Australia, Japan, and New Zealand.
Speaker 11 (13:52):
And.
Speaker 10 (13:52):
While there are citizens typically do not need visas to
travel to the US, they still need to submit an
application online using a system known as ESTA before entering
the country. The Trump administration MUGO is now proposing to
overhaul that system, mainly to require applicants from these countries
to share additional information that includes, as you noted, their
(14:13):
social media history for the past five years, also emails
that they have used for the past ten years.
Speaker 2 (14:19):
Oh well, this is going to be perfect just in
time for the World Cup. And the reason they're doing
this will say, well, it's because we want to make
sure that nobody's coming here's dangerous. He's gonna come here
and destroy America or whatever.
Speaker 12 (14:32):
I do.
Speaker 2 (14:33):
Worry no offense about free speech, right, I mean, we
can criticize everybody else's country. So if you've criticized our
country in some of the stuff that they have done
in particular that may you know, have a bearing on
their life, what happens then? Should you be kicked to
(14:54):
the curve? Should you not be allowed to come in?
Makes all fair questions, ask.
Speaker 10 (14:58):
Trump Administation MUGO has to an aggressive campaign to expand
immigration vetting and screening across the American immigration system, including
for people who are already here in the States and
are trying to remain here legally through applications for asylum
or a Green cort or US citizenship the naturalization process,
(15:19):
as USCIS calls it, and one of those changes is
that US Citizenship and Immigration Services USCIS has instructed officials
at that agency to investigate the social media history of applicants,
including MUGO, to identify any views or activities are considered
to be anti American.
Speaker 2 (15:41):
Three two, three, five, three eight, twenty four, twenty three
at Chad Benson Show, is your ex your insta, YouTube?
And more? Right here in the Chad Benson Show. Yeah,
I feel like this is going to be a bad idea.
I have a feeling this is going to end up
being a nightmare for people trying to come here, especially
for the World Cup Olympics. Thinks of that nature. Let
(16:01):
me know what you think. Speaking of information, you know
that Mangione thing is still going on. They're still fighting
the defense to get all that evidence they got at
the McDonald's that day tossed out because they said they
had no right to search him. They didn't read him
(16:23):
as miranda rights. And this is you think, oh, this
is a slam dunk. There's rules for a reason, people,
there is, But man, would this be a swing and
a miss?
Speaker 13 (16:35):
As prosecutors say the arrest was by the book. For
defense attorneys, they believe the interaction was a violation of
Mangioni's constitutional rights, criticizing Officer Fox on how he miranderized
Mangioni and saying his belongings in his backpack were searched
without a warrant when he was under arrests at a
Pennsylvania McDonald's five days after the shooting of United Healthcare
(16:57):
CEO Brian Thompson.
Speaker 2 (16:59):
I saw several people yesterday talk about how could somebody
defend Manngioni, And you go back to John Adams. John
Adams defended British soldiers in the Boston massacre trial, and
the reason was he believed in the rule of law, again,
the rule of law, and that they had right to counsel,
viewing it as a vital move for justice, even for
(17:23):
the enemies. And he said later on is one of
the proudest moments of his life. Amen, brother, Amen, if
you're missing the show, grab that podcast. This is the
Chad Benson Show. Then Chad Benson Show.
Speaker 1 (18:02):
The Chad Benson Show.
Speaker 2 (18:04):
Who doesn't like a little conspiracy theory of fun and frivolity,
But we also have some reality with it, and we'll
get to all the conspiracy theories and the reality. Let's
start first with a little tea. If you guys don't
follow college sports, and you probably have no idea what's
going on. But Michigan one of the top five teams
(18:24):
in the country history wise, I'm talking about job wise huge.
Their coach got fired.
Speaker 1 (18:32):
Why Michigan head.
Speaker 2 (18:34):
Coach Sharon Moore just got fired.
Speaker 14 (18:35):
And girls, it is messy.
Speaker 2 (18:37):
It is so messy.
Speaker 14 (18:38):
Buckle in and let me catch you up the speed
out of nowhere. On Wednesday night, Michigan announced that head
coach Charon Moore has been fired after they had an
internal investigation. The school said he violated policy because of
an inappropriate relationship with the staff. The fact that they
said that is wild. Usually they just said so and
so has been fired, so and so is no longer
with the program. They said inappropriate relationship. Now we don't
(18:59):
exactly know what that relationship is. They're not giving out
those details. I think we can all use our imagination. Also,
there are names and pictures floating around on the internet.
I'm not going to put them up because I don't
know if they're real or not. But if you want
to do your own investigative journalism.
Speaker 2 (19:10):
Go for it.
Speaker 14 (19:10):
And remember he's married with three young kids, so this
isn't just messy on a professional level, but also on
his personal side. But here's the real ticker. They didn't
just fire him. They fired him for cause. That part
is very important.
Speaker 2 (19:23):
Why the four cause is important. And I'll tell you
guys this because you guys remember we were talking earlier
this year about all these college football coaches that were
getting fired, including Brian Kelly from LSU, and what happened. Well,
they owe him like fifty eight million dollars, and if
you had have been fired for cause, they didn't have
to cover that. But he was fired because they decided
(19:46):
to move on from him. So he didn't do anything
wrong outside of not winning games on the field the
way that they wanted him to. So they still owe
him that money. When you get fired for cause, they
no longer have to pay you that. Now, if you
think oh well, you know, so what happened this guy
right like he you know, he's got kids and it's
(20:08):
messy and it's nasty, looks bad that he he you know,
was was you know obviously maybe messing around with somebody
who was on the staff, somebody who was in and
around the athletic department, whatever it is. I don't know,
because again that's going to come out and you can
hear all this stuff. But there's way more to the story,
because he wasn't just fired, he was taken into custody. Wait,
(20:32):
what in Michigan had been investigating this for a while.
Speaker 15 (20:35):
What Michigan concluded an investigation into Sharon Moore earlier Wednesday
and determined with credible evidence that he had had a
inappropriate relationship with a staff member, against university policy and
his own contract, and he was immediately fired for cause.
Soon after that, at about four to ten pm, a
(20:58):
Pittsfield Township police just outside ann Arbor responded to a
call to residents where they were there to investigate an
alleged assault. Sharon Moore had left the place at that
time and was later detained, as you said, by the
Saline Police Department, which is another town a little bit
outside of ann Arbor, which then brought him back to
(21:21):
Pittsfield Township at eight forty tonight or eight thirty tonight.
I'm sorry, he was brought to the Washingtaw County Jail
where he is in custody due to the alleged assault
and actual charges will be determined by the Washingtaw County
Prosecutor's Office in the next day or so.
Speaker 2 (21:43):
That is crazy. So not only was he fired for
cause the cops took him in. And this is the
interesting thing thing, like I said earlier, is seems like
this had been going on and the University of Michigan
was hip to it, and apparently so was everybody else
else in college football.
Speaker 6 (22:01):
As for the story, as we work our way back
to what you mentioned, which is the firing of Sharon Moore,
and I just want to be frank here. I mean,
in college football circles, this was not a closely held secret.
There was a lot of smoke, a lot of innuendo,
but you all aren't in the.
Speaker 1 (22:14):
Business of reporting that.
Speaker 6 (22:16):
So I guess what I'm going to ask as a
release to this dismissal and the investigation is when was
it that Michigan really felt like they might be in
the business of needing to find a new head coach.
Speaker 15 (22:25):
Well, I think the investigation began, you know, recently, at
least this part of the investigation into Sharon Morris conduct
and at least over a week ago. And you know,
like they said in their statement, you need credible evidence
to make a firing, particularly for a cause of this situation.
It's a very sensitive situation for everyone involved, and so
(22:51):
that's when it took time. But I agree there was
a lot of rumors, There was a lot of gossip.
It wasn't necessarily closely held secret. But Michigan had their investigation.
This is when they came up with in an early year,
in early December.
Speaker 2 (23:05):
Man, that is Look, this is a business now that
is full fledged, right the the athletics, you know, these
are just a college athlete. That's all out the window.
This is a business. People are making millions of dollars.
Kids are making millions of dollars, and they're still human beings,
and we don't know what happened, and they'll be innu windows.
(23:26):
There'll be some you know, like that lady said, there's
pictures all over the internet of who this versus. But
then you got to think about his family too, right,
you know, everything has gone sideways. He's got three kids,
all of this stuff. But there's no doubt there's some
tea out there speaking of college football. This isn't being
(23:47):
talked about and actually should be talked about a lot.
University of Utah did what and.
Speaker 16 (23:57):
The University of Utah is one of the first schools
taking investment from private equity and what could be a
major blueprint for other universities to maximize their revenue streams.
So it's bringing an asset class author Ben Horney. Ben,
good to see you as always, so tell us a
little bit more about what the University of Utah is
doing here.
Speaker 3 (24:13):
Yeah, so this is pretty big news the University of Utah.
This just happened. They formed a corporate entity in LLC
that they will own the majority stake in, but a
private equity firm called Odro Capital is going to own
a significant minority stake in and invest money into we
don't know exactly how much. And the idea is to
(24:33):
maximize revenue across their athletic department. So that's things like concessions,
merch ticketing. They're bringing in these private equity people who
have operational experience, they worked for NFL teams in the past,
and they're basically looking to generate more revenue for the.
Speaker 2 (24:48):
School they are bringing in. It's how big college sports
is and the way it's being done now. And then
you know, the colleges themselves are going to have this
nil stuff. They're going to pay it out. It's insane.
But now you're just like, well, you know, look, let's
stop pretending. Somebody go get us a hedge fund with
(25:08):
five hundred million dollars. Look, we can keep women's volleyball. Now, well,
you're always gonna keep women's volleyball. I know, I know
that sounded horrible, but let's be honest. There's the reason
that women's volleyball is way bigger than men's volleyball because
we're pigs. Probably a little bit of that is true.
It's just it's crazy the amount of money they're throwing
(25:29):
at this, hundreds of millions of dollars from hedge funds
now is because they see what's at sports is not
just kind of a business in today's world. It is
a huge business, a massive business. And college finally just
(25:57):
toward the band Aid opposite. Well, we're here, all right,
so we're gonna do this. Come on, come on, let's
do it. We talked about the youth sports insanity of
the amount of money that parents are throwing at their
kids athletics, and it's just crazy. It's crazy. Speaking of crazy,
Normally we don't get into this type of stuff, but
you know what, it's it's out there. And again, I
(26:24):
don't talk normally about this type of stuff because I've
set my piece on it when it comes to Charlie Kirk,
the horrors that took place that day and the fact
that there are so many people trying to capitalize on it.
But Erica Kirk has spoken out about the conspiracies, and
if you don't know the conspiracies, there is all plenty
(26:46):
of them, from the Jews to I mean, there's I mean,
that was one. You've also got the now the military,
I mean, and Candice is really pushing a lot of
this stuff that you know, it's it's the cartels. I'm
not lying. It's that weird way that people do the
(27:07):
conspiracies like canvas. And again, I'm fascinated more about the
people that get interested in it and more than I
am the conspiracy itself or the drama around it. But
it has grown enough where she addressed it.
Speaker 17 (27:26):
Come after me, call me names, I don't care, call
me what you want, go down that rabbit hole, whatever.
But when you go after my family, my turning point,
USA family, my Charlie kirkshow family. When you go after
the people that I love, and you're making hundreds and
thousands of dollars every single episode going after the people
(27:49):
that I love because somehow they're in on this.
Speaker 2 (27:52):
No, you know, I have to say it.
Speaker 18 (27:54):
I've never seen you like that.
Speaker 17 (27:55):
No, I'm this is righteous anger because this is not okay.
It's not healthy.
Speaker 2 (28:02):
This is a mind virus.
Speaker 17 (28:05):
Yes, I believe in our jewdicial system.
Speaker 2 (28:09):
I do.
Speaker 17 (28:10):
We have a hell of a team working on this.
Excuse my French, but this is not okay.
Speaker 2 (28:17):
Do you want to know the conspiracy. Here's a conspiracy
theory of just this statement that I heard yesterday. She
messed up there and the Freudian slip she jew dishal.
I'm not lying. I'm not lying. That's how insane that is.
Speaker 17 (28:32):
She continues, So you want to put these people back
in the box where they've been creeping from. I don't
care what box you're in, but just know that your
words are very powerful. And we are human. My team
are not machines and they're not robots. They are human.
We have more death threats on our team and our
(28:52):
side than I have ever seen. I have kidnapping threats,
I have you name it, we have it. And my
poor team is exhausted. And every time they bring this
back up, what are we supposed to do relive that
trauma all over again. They watched my husband get murdered.
I have no idea how I would have reacted if
I was there that day, and think the Good Lord
(29:13):
that I did not have to see that happen. But
my team, they are rocked the core. So why every
single day do they have to be dragged through the mud, analyzed,
hyper analyzed, you know, sit in a corner and cry
and be in fetal position. This is a duty to
my husband and it's an absolute honor and I will
(29:34):
never back down. And so my message to them is
to stop, to stop.
Speaker 2 (29:40):
Yeah, is the money still coming in? Yeah, Well we're
not stopping, then we're not. And that's what it is.
The mind about the conspiracy, I'm always fascinated with and
some conspiracies have more than a greater truth. They turn
out to be real. Some and especially in today's world,
(30:02):
are well. There are a lot easier to spread because
likes clicks and it's good to ask questions. It's the
way that you're asking the question. And we know this
is all about Candace and SOO then came out and said.
Speaker 19 (30:14):
Okay, super fun show today. You're probably seeing the clips.
But Erica has gone off on conspiracy theorists. Obviously every
journalist out there is emailing me because it's about me.
It's indirect, but it's also about me. And don't worry
in case you think it's not about me, she is
going to name check me on stage with Berry Weiss
on Saturday. How do we know, because our mommy's sleuths
(30:37):
be everywhere. And they recorded the town hall today and
as soon as a towel hall concluded, we got a
flutter of emails. And what she says about the Egyptian planes,
I'm sorry, not gonna lie.
Speaker 1 (30:47):
It's a little suspicious. It's weird. It's a weird response.
So look, we got to go there.
Speaker 2 (30:55):
The Egyptian planes, Yeah, that's part of it. There were
Egyptian planes that have been following Erica Kirk everywhere. And
I mean this again, how do you even I don't
know if AI's writing it or not. You know what,
we should put that to a test. We should see
if our AI can write us a fun conspiracy theory
and we'll come up with some some just silly thing
(31:16):
right has nothing to do with anything real. And to
see what kind of conspiracy theory we can put out there, Oh,
just so bizarre. Three two, three, five, three, eight, twenty
four to twenty three at Chad Benson's show Jareksher Insta, YouTube,
Facebook and more. Birch Gold No conspiracy here, Gold Up, Silver,
(31:36):
way up. Opportunities abound to get free whole silver from
our friends at Birch Gold. Now from now until the
twenty second of this month, fairbry five thousand dollars. You
spend with Birch Gold, you get announce of silver. That
is a win. Silver's made a heck of a move.
The reason is simple. People are looking to diversify it.
(31:56):
They're looking to get away from things they worry about,
maybe going in another direction, and they're doing that with gold.
Birch can help you. They can help you move over
an IRA or a four to one case, so you
got an existing one to get it backed by a
tax sheltered IRA in gold from our friends at Birch
Area plus rated by the Better Business Bureau. And I
(32:17):
am telling you guys right now, look what's going on,
the worry of inflation, the worry of the global issues
going on around the world. On top of that, the recession,
jobs you name it, protect yourself to it with Birch

eight ninety eight ninety eight for Birch Gold. All right,
coming up, we've got number four in our Christmas song countdown,
Number four and this Remember this is not the good songs.
(32:59):
These are the five worst songs in Christmas history. We're
gonna do that, straight ahead, Chad Benson show.
Speaker 1 (33:16):
Frondie with Scissors sounds great compared to this.
Speaker 2 (33:19):
Say, we'll counting down the five worst Christmas songs of
all time yesterday. I want a hippopotamus for Christmas Today.
Now it's time for the countdown of the worst Christmas
songs of all time. Number four Merry Christmas. Yeah, hold
(33:43):
that thought on this one. So yesterday was a hippopotamus
today dogs That awful doesn't even begin to describe it.
It was unique for about two seconds and then everybody
moved on. It was a modern miracle back in the
(34:05):
day that they did this because there were actual dogs.
Tex Tyke, Caesar, Spike and Blondie belted out jingle bells.
It actually charted. There's no singing, and oh, by the way,
it goes on forever and ever. You want to hear
some more. Are you sure anybody? They're dogs, They're barking.
(34:29):
It's real. It's an engineering miracle.
Speaker 20 (34:31):
Back in the day they were talking the fifties, like
nineteen fifty five, text Tyke, Caesar, Spike and Blondie.
Speaker 2 (34:47):
Yeah, that's what I thought. Jingle bells. Indeed, it's a
novely hit and has been a hit in the fifties, sixties,
and seventies. You can still hear it every once in
a great while. Polarizing apps asolutely awful, one hundred percent
and as one person said, dogs may be man's best friend,
but this right here is Christmas worst nightmare. Barking Dogs
(35:09):
number four in the Worst Christmas Songs of All Time
three two, three, five, three eight, twenty four, twenty three.
At Chad Benson Show, is your ex, your Insta, YouTube, Facebook,
and more. And we love hearing from all of you
(35:31):
because you usually like to tell me how horrible that was. Yesterday,
I got a whole bunch. I can't believe you put
that song out there, and I'm like, you're welcome from
the Chad Benton Show. Coming up, our number two of
the program. Talk a lot about what's going on in Venezuela.
Are we at war? Kind of war? Economic war? I
(35:51):
mean we're talking about who then we're gonna start regime overthrow?
Talk a little bit about that. Also more on the economy.
A bunch of other good stuff on the way, and
we've got some very interesting fun stuff too. It's not
just all serious, because you know I don't do that
very well. What's the one thing I always say, I'm
(36:14):
serious about politics, but I no longer take politics seriously.
You're missing the show. Other podcast, our number two Straight
Ahead Chad Benson Show.
Speaker 21 (36:24):
This is the Chad Benson Show. The Chad Benson Show.
Speaker 2 (36:53):
Are we at war? We've Benezuela quite yet, but we're
getting there, and no doubt we're getting there. I've talked
to a bunch of people. I was talking to my
clients or military expert last night, and you know, he said, look,
(37:14):
they can say that they've got things in place, until
the army's there, it ain't happening unless they're going to
do something reckless, which again I have no idea what
we're doing. Oil's a big part of it. And so
if anybody tells you, Nope, it's just because they're to
give it us drugs. No, it's because they want a
(37:39):
regime change, they want Maduro gone. And what happens after that,
I don't know. But boy, we took a big step yesterday.
We wanted in there and said, hey, this boat probably
has drugs on it. We're taking it.
Speaker 4 (37:53):
Venezuela's government calls the seizure a blatant theft and an
act of international piracy, but attorney Jail Pam Bondi says
the tanker was used to transport sanctioned oil from Venezuela
and Iran and as part of an illicit oil shipping
network supporting foreign terrorist organizations.
Speaker 2 (38:12):
That's what it is. We want him gone. Do they
support that? Hamas has been there, but see they're gonna
roll out Hamas and al Qaeda. It's this is you know,
this is how we put it all together. Be honest. Hey, look,
this dude's a bad dude. We want him gone. And
(38:35):
this is the first of the dominoes to fall Cuba.
We're coming from you. Oh, by the way, don't forget
about the fact that he also said Colombia, you better
watch out. Speaking of that, they asked Tromp yesterday, Hey,
what are you guys gonna do with that thing? Well,
we keep it? I guess I don't know. You guys
are asking me what what do you mean? What are
we gonna do with it? I have no idea. What
(38:55):
do you think we should do with it? Should we
keep it? Who wants to keep it? Raise your hand
if you want to keep it? One? Two, three, four?
You are you? Are? You? Yes? What about Colombia? Columbia
is producing a lot of drugs. They have cocaine factories,
said they make cocaine, as you know, and they so
right into the say so he better wise up, or
he'll be next. Just we're just gonna is this gonna be?
(39:22):
How many stars are we gonna have to put on
our flag?
Speaker 22 (39:23):
Now?
Speaker 2 (39:24):
I feel like we're gonna have to put some new story. Canada,
you're already on there, whether you believe it or not. Venezuela,
we're coming for you. Let's not forget the fact that
we're also now coming for Colombia and we're keeping your ship.
I have no idea, but I did reach out to
(39:46):
Mike Liines last night. I said, all right, man, give
me the lowdown. And he was checking with a few
of the generals that are I guess and people that
he's talking to over there, and he said, and I quote,
it's a tanker story. They had intel that supposedly they
were running drugs, and yes, that happens in some of
(40:11):
those ships, but until the army is there, they're not
doing anything as far as an invasion. He said, the
Marines don't eat and don't shoot anybody, which I have
no idea what that means, but that was probably a
swipe at the Marines, because you know, he's an army
guy and he's always joking. So everybody take a deep breath, Meanwhile,
(40:34):
we moved from there to because I have no idea
what's going to happen. And I think the thing is
it's going to be very fluid. And you know, I'm
hearing everything from the echoes of the CIA, you know,
back in the day we've been through Latin America to
you know, Maduro has now become essentially like Pablo Escobar
(40:55):
was sleeping from one place to another, keeping his clothes
people by him. So I I don't know it's going
to change fast this time. Tomorrow we could have boots
on the ground. It may be that he bounces tomorrow.
We got to play it as it comes, if you will.
We move from there though, to the economy interest rates.
(41:18):
They dropped them quarter percent. Good, bad, and different depends
on who you ask. Some people said, now there was
no reason to do this. Other people say, and we've
talked to our buddy Zach Abraham, I'm gonna keep playing
this all day long of because of what he said
last week, these are the best of the two options
when it comes to the economy and interest rates.
Speaker 8 (41:38):
I think that what we're starting to see, Chad is
I think that we are starting to recognize and we're
starting to see the impacts of the corner that we
have painted ourselves into. Meaning should we cut rates here?
By all rights, no, we doesn't meet the criteria. It
doesn't do anything like that. But when you're this loaded
down with debt, I don't think you have another way out.
(42:00):
I think the option is we either run hot at
four to six percent inflation, which isn't going to be fun,
or you go into recession and you lose jobs. I
just there's no slack in this economy.
Speaker 2 (42:12):
So that's kind of where it's at. No slack, run hot,
go into recession, and the recession, you know, we are
so strong and we're in such a strong position in
America that when people hear recession, I think a lot
of people go back to eight. Right, everything's going to
fall apart. No, but it's about getting the sea legs again,
(42:37):
maybe shedding some of this debt, getting some of this
stuff in a better position to be healthier, if that
makes sense, and then going So that's not a recession
where it was like, oh, it's going to be a depression,
great cloud over us, the world falls apart. I think
that's ridiculous. That's not it. But Trump has to deal
(43:00):
with what's happening. He does, and the affordability issue is
not something that he can pretend doesn't happen. I said yesterday,
it's the it's not the it's not the message, right.
The message is what it is, affordability. It's the messaging
that needs to change. And I don't think he's I
(43:25):
don't think. You know, several people text me and said,
you really think he's going to change. I'm like, no,
I don't think he's going to change, and I don't
think the message is going to change. I think they're
going to go out and continue to say this is
what it is. It's great, it's amazing, and hope that
everybody buys into it, you know, as having a conversation
last night with my mom, and my mom's in that
(43:47):
position of she's a boomer. She's excited that the stock
market's doing great and she's drawn off of her account
and it's great that those things are happening. She has
a house that, you know, she jokes about she couldn't
afford to this day if she tried to buy it today,
and she finds it to be ridiculous, right, and that
(44:08):
my little brothers and sisters, so two sisters, a brother,
and one of my One of my sisters is married
and her husband are renting a house. My mother pays
twenty five hundred for her house, and that's because she
took out some she redid a lot of it. She said,
it's worth one point five million dollars. She goes your
(44:32):
little brothers and sisters. Yeah, I see. You know why
the younger generation be frustrated because they're paying almost sixty
five hundred dollars a month for their rental. And you're like, wow.
So that's the two age groups right there. So you
got to you know, people say, well, how do you
address that, Well, you're going to have to talk the
same way that you addressed running for president. You go
(44:56):
to where the people are and have discussions. Now more
than that should be important. The problem is not just
the economy, which is a big deal. No more wars.
Looks like we're getting wars. Epstein, Come on, now, I
mean you said you're only going to get rid of,
you know, go after the immigrants that were here illegally,
(45:17):
that we're causing problems and all that. Now, you that's
the issue you're going to have. But if you want
to address a younger generation, which are the ones that
have absolutely fled. That's what you have to do.
Speaker 17 (45:32):
What greed would you get the president?
Speaker 11 (45:36):
I think it's hard for a lot of people to take.
Speaker 2 (45:40):
Look.
Speaker 11 (45:41):
Electric electric bills have gone up, Everyone's bills have either
stayed the same or going higher. Grocery prices have not
gone down. Everybody suffered from inflation that happened during the
Biden administration. And I think the president needs to be
aware that he's a billionaire president of the United States,
(46:03):
and you can't gaslight people and tell them that their
bills are affordable, and you can't tell them that the
economy is an A plus plus plus. You just can't
do that. And I think it's insulting to people's intelligence.
And I don't care how many charts he wants to
throw up.
Speaker 2 (46:21):
And Marjorie Taylor Green like her, dislike her, you're a billionaire,
you don't do your own grocery show, and all those
kind of things. These are serious issues that people are
dealing with on a daily basis, and over the last
couple of days, I'll be honest, you know, when I
started talking about the economy a few months ago, I
(46:41):
got a lot of pushback Oh, you hate Trump? You
hate Trump? You hate Trump, you hate tmp? No wrong,
I want Trump to succeed like I want all the
president to succeed. If you want the president to fail
because you didn't vote for that person, guess what. That's
not pretty American first, is it. No, it's not that
being said. In the last I would say two to
three weeks, I've had more people say I'm done with him.
(47:06):
I'm done with him. He doesn't get it. He's out
of touch. And do I blame him for that?
Speaker 11 (47:14):
Some?
Speaker 2 (47:14):
Do I blame the people around him for that. Absolutely,
they're out of touch and they're advising him. I think
in a way that is keeping him in an echo chamber.
So yeah, it's on him and it's on the people
around him. He didn't create it, but you said you
(47:37):
were going to fix it. That's what people are hearing that. No,
it's fixed. Things are way better. This affordability is a hoax.
You're not living a hoax. Let me know what you think.
Three two, three, five, three eight, twenty four, twenty three
at Chad Benson Show. Is your ex your Insta? You're YouTube? Facebook?
(48:01):
So much more. A lot of people have been texting
in about the whole Michigan Coach chaos and craziness. We'll
talk a little bit more about that coming up, as
well as a bunch of other stuff, including Instacart and
what they did when it comes to AI and prices
of groceries. Speaking of prices, Oma Steaks Sizzle all the way.

Speaker 1 (49:49):
You're listening to the Chad Benson Show.
Speaker 2 (49:51):
What's going on with instacart because apparently they did a
study found out that not all things are equal when
it comes to what you pay grocery wise.
Speaker 23 (50:03):
What part of this small case study from Groundwork Collaborative
and Consumer Reports, nearly two hundred shoppers for US cities.
They all went on the app Instacart. They shopped for
the exact same basket of foods at the same time.
What they found at one store in Seattle, a box
of crackers was three ninety nine for some shoppers, for
others it was.
Speaker 3 (50:21):
Four eighty nine.
Speaker 23 (50:21):
That's twenty three percent more expensive. In Washington, DC, a
dozen eggs three ninety nine for some shoppers, four seventy
nine for others. And in Ohio peanut butter two ninety
nine for some others it was three point fifty nine.
Speaker 2 (50:34):
Now, is it one of these things where because fees
are higher in certain areas, right, they have surge pricing,
they have all kinds of things. Is it just that,
is it taxes, is it certain things that make these
things higher? Or are they playing a game if you will.
Speaker 23 (50:51):
In total, three quarters of all of the grocery items
were offered at different prices. So I spoke with one
of the researchers who said, what's happened here is that
instacart is basically using AI to make those price changes
in real time. It's trying to test how much it
can raise prices before customers take something out of their cart.
Speaker 2 (51:10):
Oh, it's a temperature test, all right, getting a jacuzzi
one hundred and two, pretty good, one hundred and three,
pretty good. You get to one four, one oh five,
one oh six, you get to a point where like
her mother of goodness, Yeah, temperature test. And they're using AI, right,
because you can always say, well, AI's fult it was
(51:33):
a Now they're testing. They want to know how far
can they push.
Speaker 23 (51:37):
Instacart does acknowledge that these price tests are happening. In
a statement of spokesperson told us that these limited short
term and randomized tests help retail partners learn what matters
most to consumers how to keep essential items affordable. They
say the prices aren't adjusting in real time to supply
and demand or based on customers personal data like your
income or your shopping history.
Speaker 2 (51:58):
Do we really know that? See now? Do we trust
at all? When you hear something like this? I don't
think we can't three two, three, five, three eight, twenty four,
twenty three At Chad Bentson Show, it's your X, your Insta,
your YouTube, your Facebook, and so much more. If you're
(52:21):
missing the show makes you grab the podcast and check
us out at night on the old YouTube. We really
appreciate that right here on the Chad Benson Show. But
why are we using Instacart unless it's absolutely necessary? Not
saying Instacart's bad, but when you think about it, we're
at that point now. We'd like the convenience and well,
(52:41):
they're going to figure out how to get as much
as they possibly can. Don't blame them for it, but
the reality is they're going to maximize every dollar they can,
just like anybody else. Would you know, we talk a
lot about what's going on in Venezuela. Ukraine. Quiet ish
if you will, because and there's hell going on. We're
(53:02):
not talking about it. They're trying to get a deal done.
And here's the deal. You have no cards, You've got nothing.
Russia has all of the cards. Trump has none of
the cards. We have funded this thing so much. This
is your mess as well. You need to do more
(53:22):
and we'll see what happens from there. I don't know
what else there is to say. And yeah, there's a
lot of questions around Zelensky, his elections, All of these
things are out there. Even the Washington Post is like, look,
Zelensky's allowed way too much corruption to go on. There's
a lot of way. Yeah, I think people recognize that.
(53:44):
But people are dying and it's time that they come
to the realization that this is it. The Spickett needs
to be turned off. The issue Trump is going to
have is the fact that a lot of the people
who are big supporters of him, the Senate and the House,
(54:06):
they're also being supported by the military industrial complex. We'll
see how this goes three two, three, four, twenty three
at Chad Benson Show, is your ext your Insta YouTube
and more? If you're missing a show, Red the podcast, Chad.
Speaker 21 (54:18):
Benson Check then Chad Benson Show, The Chad Benson Show.
Speaker 2 (54:43):
Health Care. What will happen? What won't happen? Well, I
know what won't happen unless something insane happens. Not saying never,
but probably not today. They have a fix for healthcare,
do you guys?
Speaker 22 (55:00):
Hear?
Speaker 2 (55:00):
Oh? That's right, because it hasn't happened, and Congress isn't
going to get it done, Senate isn't going to get done.
Trump isn't going to get it done. Nobody's getting it done.
They're just going to let it go sideways and see
what happens.
Speaker 9 (55:18):
In all likelihood, what we're going to see today in
the Senate is two bills coming up from on the
floor and going down in flames within a matter of minutes.
And how well things are not looking much better over there.
House Republicans gathered up yesterday behind closed doors, but they
left with very little consensus on a clear health plan.
How Speaker Mike Johnson continues to say that they're angling
(55:39):
to put some sort of healthcare bill on the House
floor next week. But what that bill looks like at
this point we really don't know.
Speaker 2 (55:47):
Now, we all understand that they have no plan, right,
I mean, I'm not trying to be Richard about this.
They just they have no plan. They pretend that they
have a plan. They say they have a plan. In fact,
the plan is so secret it's in a lock box.
I mean, that's how secret. You can't see it. So
secret we can't even see it. You have to have
special classes to see it. And nobody has that. We
(56:09):
lost the glasses. We can't find them there with the
instructions to get back to the moon. Oh my god,
we're never going back to the mood. No. And we're
also not gonna have healthcare. We're probably not gonna have
health care. Sort it out this time around, and Republicans
do your thing. Democrats politically very smart because their plan was, hey,
(56:37):
let's extend these subsidies for three years. And remember this
is about health insurance and the cost. This is not
about care. Oh yeah, so let's see what happens. The
Senate version is don't get sick. The House version is
(57:04):
see what the Senate says, don't get sick. We echo that, echo, echo, echo.
I don't know if that's a that's a good plan,
but that's about the plan that they're they're throwing out there.
So the plan is nothing. You know, we've talked about this,
(57:27):
and some of the biggest people we've had talking about this,
and we've had on talking about this for years, has
said the same thing. Republicans are great at taxes, right,
let's cut taxes. They're all great at spending. Doesn't matter
what side of the alle you're on. They're good at
the foreign side of stuff, looking at things in a
different way. And I'm talking about Republicans as a whole,
(57:48):
not just under Trump, but just as a whole. They've
never been good at healthcare. It's not who caused the
problem when people get mad out, Oh what do you do?
It's not who caused the problem. People want to know
who's going to fix it. My idea is this, all right,
(58:10):
so everybody sit back, relax, let's do this. We're going
to extend for a year with a deadline of September first,
having a plan, single plan. It's a bill that's not
going to put with fifty five other things, not the omnivus.
So when they come out with that, I know it
(58:31):
is a single bill that they will vote on. And
it looks like this. Now you have to decide what
it looks like for me, and if I'm the Republicans,
(58:52):
and you may even want to move it up to June,
especially if things aren't going great in the economy, to
try to move this thing forward. But it looks like this.
Everybody the day they're born gets a healthcare like across
(59:15):
the board, kind of like the Swiss model. Everybody does.
And that's for a catastraphe catastrophic healthcare. Right. Then it's
up to you to find and purchase your own health care.
(59:39):
And I would almost you know, we were talking about
the other day of you know, everybody wants let's have competition.
Too many rules, too much regulation, too many monopolies, and
it sounds weird to say too many monopolies. Well, they've
all divided up what area they're going to dominate in
the big cities. They own know the hospitals to have
(01:00:00):
the contracts. So you're dealing with I'm a doctor, right
and I want to go out of my own. The
problem is I can't go out of my own and
work at a hospital because they have contracts with this
insurance company, so that just can't happen. So you're gonna
have to figure out a way around that, and because
of the regulations, because of the states, it's a tough thing.
(01:00:22):
But this is where you being the federal government, because remember,
you broke this. You broke this, you did, so you're
gonna have to come up with a fix. And the
fix is either going to be allowing doctors to have
(01:00:43):
contracts and work within the system of hospitals even though
they're out on their own and they've left an insurance
company or whatever. That has to be one of the
things you look at. The second thing is everybody's got
catastrophic most people want catastrophic. And then, like I do
(01:01:04):
we have our insurance, but we also have a concierge
as they would call it, or primary care, where we
pay them a subscription every month and we have access
to them straight access. It is not there's no insurance.
We go in if we need something, we have to
pay it out of pocket, but the access is there.
(01:01:28):
We've got to start thinking outside the box. But what
isn't going to help the Republicans And again I would well,
I would say September first, but it's an election year,
it's midterms, and you may want to move that up.
And things are going sideways because This is about elections,
plain and simple. It's about elections. Let's take a look
(01:01:55):
at the money that both sides get from the lobbyist
and why it makes it harder to get past these things. Remember,
follow the dollars show. Now, in recent years the dollars
have flowed a little bit more to the Democrats, but
both have received a vassive amount. And we say industry too,
we think everything well, just was the insurance industry, insurance, hospitals, physicians,
(01:02:19):
device companies, pharmaceuticals. When you roll it all in, it
is massive. So it's a troth that they go to
the powers that be. So finding an easy fix that
would be great for us may not be great for
their bottom line and control. So it's not as simple as, oh,
(01:02:41):
this sounds like a good idea. There's ways to do this.
There is. And you know, the funny thing I always
here is the Democrats' goal for Obamacare was for it
to blow up to the point where we all had
to go on single pay, right government control. No, that's
(01:03:02):
not because they get money, they get power, they get
all of the things. So blowing up something, if you will,
so that way everybody can then be controlled by the
(01:03:23):
government sorry, it doesn't work that way. They like the
fact that they can go to that troth whenever they
need it. That's why they're not interested in blowing it up.
Oh three, two, three, five, three, eight, twenty four to
twenty three atch had Benson Show is your extra insta YouTube?
Speaker 11 (01:03:45):
And more.
Speaker 2 (01:03:47):
So much stuff of chaos and craziness still to get to.
And yes we are talking about benniswen. I don't know
if you guys have heard this, but there was a
thing and then we did and then we went and
we're like, oh my god, we got now.
Speaker 24 (01:04:00):
The seizure of the tanker comes as the US military
has conducted twenty two strikes on alleged drug boats that
have left nearly ninety people dead. No evidence of drug
smuggling has been made public. The White House insisting the
strikes are lawful, arguing the US is in a formal
armed conflict with drug cartels, an assertion disputed by a
(01:04:24):
wide range of legal experts, while lawmakers on both sides
of the Aisle caution against dragging the US into another conflict.
Speaker 2 (01:04:32):
I don't want a conflict. I don't think anybody does.
Too late for that, we're there. But the good news
is we may be getting out of the Ukraine business
and into the let's attack South America.
Speaker 24 (01:04:41):
Business sources telling ABC News the tanker called the Skipper
was heading for Cuba. It was previously sanctioned under a
different name back in twenty twenty two, and satellite images
show the tanker loading crude oil at Venezuela's Jose Oil
terminal just last month.
Speaker 2 (01:04:59):
Oh sure, that's what you think. It's crude when really
it is cocaine. Oil crew. But no, no, probably crude.
Let's going to Cuba. I mean, look a blockade. We're
gonna hit him in every way, shape or form. And yes,
it's about the oil. It's about the money, right, We're
not doing this as oh we're we've got this. Uh
you know this, this wonderful idea, uh, you know, to
(01:05:22):
go in there and to save the people of Venezuela
from the evil. No, this is always money attached to
the damn thing. You know that big oil baby, But
what about big drugs? Come on, we know where in
South America. First of all, no fentanel in South America,
so put that to the side. And when it comes
(01:05:43):
to drugs, then it's it's it's it's Columbia, which Trump
is also threatening.
Speaker 24 (01:05:49):
This is the first time President Trump has overtly targeted
Venezuela's oil exports, the government's main source of revenue. The
President saying the US may country to skate the oil
on board. Attorney General Pam Bondi riding on social media
that the tanker was used to transport sanctioned oil from
Venezuela and Iran and as part of an illicit oil
(01:06:12):
shipping network supporting foreign terrorist organizations.
Speaker 2 (01:06:16):
That's the story. They're workshopping like they did the Iran war.
They'll go, let's workshop this and see if we get
the people to buy it. No, No, I mean do
they run in those circles? Yes? Has Hamas been there? Yeah?
Does anybody really? I mean are they worried? I mean,
what is it? Is it they're using oil to create
(01:06:38):
terror or they're using cocaine to eliminate the American people.
We would like to know if you're going to go
drag us into a conflict and potentially make that nation
and the nation next to it, Columbia, unstable, We'd like
(01:06:58):
to We'd like to maybe, you know, maybe have a
peek at what it is that you're doing. So let's
all get the story straight and we'll come back and
work on it. Let's work shop this tonight, guys three two, three,
three eight, twenty four, twenty three at Chad Benson shows
your ex your Insta, YouTube, Facebook, and more. I love
hearing from every single one of you. A lot of
stuff still to get there. I was reading something today
(01:07:21):
in the Wall Street Journal and it's quiet. Nobody's talking
about it, even in the sports world, of whether or
not the Oklahoma City Thunder are the greatest team in
NBAA history, and you're like, really, no, what really? Other
people like no, Jordan's Bulls, Curry's Warriors, what about the Lakers?
(01:07:45):
These guys are twenty four and one. That is insane.
That's a hell of a run, I'll tell you that
right now. Speaking of that prize picks, more or less,

of it. Download prize pix use my co Chad, and
I'll tell you why that's important in the second. Now,
when you do that, you set a lineup so it's
more or less based on their projected stats, things like
will Steph Curry have more than four and a half
three pointers in a game? Will Josh Allen throw for
(01:08:31):
more than two hundred and forty five yards or Joe
Burrow have more than one and a half touchdown passes.
When you do that, you set your lineup and away

Speaker 25 (01:09:04):
Joe Deep states no Deep doo doo eah The Chat
Benson Show.
Speaker 2 (01:09:23):
The youth of America like to do things like speak
by using words that we recognize, but we have no
idea what they mean because they're using in ways that
we just wouldn't. So we want to make sure that
we have it all down and understand so we don't
say something stupid to embarrass ourselves. Oh yeah, it's that time.
(01:09:46):
Now it's time for the urban word of the day.
The young have a vocabulary all their own, and we
break it down for you. It's called the urban word
of the day. All right, your urban word. So we
talked the other day about cuffing season, so that's where
you've got the opportunity during this time of year to
(01:10:08):
also find a lost soul that would like somebody to
cuddle with and to share the holidays with. It usually
lasts from the Halloween ish time of the year through
until you know, February March, and then out you go. Well,
how about this one for the urban word of the day?
Winter coating? Winter coating? What is that when an old
(01:10:29):
flame comes back to heat up your dating life during
the frosty season, only to discard you as soon as
spring comes, just like an old trustee jacket. Winter coating
is your urban worth of day. That was the urban
word of the day. Now, you know, as we always say,
(01:10:51):
it's good to know. So every day I get in
here early and I watch my Hallmark movies. Peoples like,
why do you watch Hallmark movies because they're fun, because
they're innocent, because we all kind of want that. And
(01:11:11):
people laugh at me and they're like, you should break
some movies down. I'm like, all right, and break some
movies down. Let me tell you what I watched today,
which was one from a few because I'm so caught
up on everything, so I'm going back a few years
to find out stuff that maybe I haven't watched. A
Hot Coco Christmas and this is an Amazon Prime one
done in the style of the Hallmark So this is
(01:11:35):
about a young woman who falls for a guy who's
just a normal guy, and she's in theory normal, but
she's not because her mother is this massive power broker
worth millions upon millions of dollars, and she doesn't want
to tell him about it. I'm not gonna give it
too much away, but I'm telling you, guys, Hot Coco
(01:11:56):
Christmas if you're looking for some fun Christmas stuff, a
little romance, it's very interesting and fun and very well done.
By the way. Three two, three, five, three eight, twenty four,
twenty three at Chad Benson Show, that is your ex
your Insta, your YouTube, Facebook, and more. If you're missing
the show, make sure you read that podcast right do
(01:12:16):
in The Chad Benson Show Our number three on the
way more on Venice Swee. Also some interesting things. There's
a podcast out there and know of you guys have
seen it. It is two kids, and by kids, I
mean they're in their twenties, maybe maybe ones in their thirties,
but their mom and dad are big MAGA supporters. So
(01:12:38):
they do this podcast and it's hilarious. But I think
it's a perfect example of what is the disconnect when
it comes to what's going on right now in the
political world. We're going to do that a bunch of
other good stuff on the way. If youre missing the show,
make sure you've read that podcast, our number three straight ahead.
(01:13:00):
This is the Chad Benson Show.
Speaker 21 (01:13:02):
This is the Chad Benson Show. The Chad Benson Show.
Speaker 2 (01:13:32):
This is gross. It's a good way to start an hour,
by the way, though, but it is gross. Okay. I
don't know what the hell's wrong with people. I don't
know how people think this is a good idea. I
don't know who hires people like this, like you would know,
but I mean, doesn't something kind of tick you off
that box in your head when you're hiring them that
(01:13:54):
maybe they're.
Speaker 22 (01:13:55):
Gonna get twisty. Tonight, adoor dash delivery gone wrong. Authorities
in Evansville, Indiana, watching this disturbing incident caught on Mike
Cardon's doorbell camera watch as a delivery person appears to
set down their food and spray an unknown substance.
Speaker 12 (01:14:11):
My wife from outside to get the bag, and she
came inside and sent her on the counter. She started
eating and started coffin and choking.
Speaker 22 (01:14:21):
The couple ordering delivery from Arby's via door dash.
Speaker 11 (01:14:24):
This.
Speaker 2 (01:14:25):
First of all, it's Arby's, So I'm not saying bad
or good. I'm just saying Arby's. You guys do with
that what you will.
Speaker 22 (01:14:32):
Was the order to sandwiches on a side. Cardon says
his wife had only taken one bite when she realized
something was wrong.
Speaker 12 (01:14:38):
There was something red. You know, something's spraying on the back,
like the back of the tamper.
Speaker 2 (01:14:45):
With and that's maybe it was Sarrancis.
Speaker 12 (01:14:48):
I went back and checked the video footage and seeing
that one hundred percent of our food had been tampered with.
Speaker 22 (01:14:54):
The Vanderberg County Sheriff's office is investigating the incident. What
charges could an individual face?
Speaker 18 (01:15:00):
This all hold up If it appears as what occurred happened.
Potential charges could range from battery as a misdemeanor all
the way up until food jampering is a level five felony.
Speaker 2 (01:15:11):
Garden, can I just say this, Okay, you are an
idiot in today's world if you think you're gonna get
away with a lot of stuff considering what's out there everywhere,
I e. Cameras everywhere everywhere, If there's cameras everywhere, houses, cameras,
(01:15:33):
car dashboards, cameras, cars themselves, cameras, people walking by cameras,
And if you're gonna do something ridiculous, you decide to
do it in front of their door, and oh what
did they have? Camera?
Speaker 18 (01:15:51):
Battery as a misdemeanor all the way up until food
jampering is a level five felony.
Speaker 22 (01:15:56):
Grden telling NBC News the doorbell video recording glitched in
four seconds are The Sheriff's Office says they see no
indication that the video is inauthentic.
Speaker 18 (01:16:05):
We're going to make sure that we correctly identify the
person and give them a chance to explain themselves.
Speaker 22 (01:16:09):
Door Dash, telling NBC News in part, the dasher's access
to the platform has been permanently removed and our team
is standing by to support law enforcement with any investigation. Now,
Cardon still shaken, trying to make sense of an act
he says must have been malicious.
Speaker 2 (01:16:25):
I would say, so nobody shows up at your house like, oh,
hold on, here, I'm bringing your food. Let me put
some pepper spray on it. Then you start thinking, Okay,
did you know her? Did you know him? Was did
you know them? Did? Did they did something happen?
Speaker 12 (01:16:41):
M We're obviously pretty sure it was pepper spray, but
this could have been technol, It could have been rat poison,
It could have been hornet spray for all we know.
You know, who knows what it could have been.
Speaker 22 (01:16:52):
Are you ever going to order from any other food
their card service?
Speaker 12 (01:16:56):
Again, I very seriously got it. We already turned our
door dash subscription. All well, I know that my family
would be more safe if I just still pick up
my food myself.
Speaker 2 (01:17:05):
George joins us now from Miami. George, is the couple
still sick?
Speaker 22 (01:17:09):
Yeah, Tom, So they're still fitting a little bit under
the weather. And now they say that they were already
sick when this all happened.
Speaker 2 (01:17:14):
This obviously made it a whole lot worse.
Speaker 22 (01:17:16):
Actually going to the doctor just to make sure they
end up with a clean bill of health.
Speaker 2 (01:17:20):
Yeah, no, I hear you about that one.
Speaker 5 (01:17:21):
And then what charges could that person be facing if
you know they investigating there's a crime committed here?
Speaker 22 (01:17:28):
Yeah, so get this, so, Mike, they're telling me that
as soon as this order was done, that driver apparently
blocked them. So the Sheriff's office actually issued a subpoena
to door Dash, and so far it seems that the
organization is cooperating with the investigation.
Speaker 2 (01:17:42):
Yeah, I would assume. So I'm trying to figure out, Okay,
how are you going to settle with these people? The
driver blocked them? Do you think they know who the
driver is? Do you think door Dash has some sort
of way to identify said driver or the nine gazillion
cameras everywhere? Again, what are you thinking? People? What are
(01:18:03):
you thinking? You're not that's the problem. You're an idiot.
You're an idiot. Now we move from there to something
we all do, at least a vast majority of us.
I'm not a coffee drinker. I like iced tea. But
I will have one or two of these a day,
not always, but I do start one off in the
(01:18:24):
morning usually, and the rest of the day I drink
some water and iced tea. But energy drinks maybe they're
not as healthy as people think they are, which I
never really thought they were healthy. I just thought they
gave you a kick in the pants.
Speaker 26 (01:18:39):
But I go now to a jama Health alert about
entity drinks after a new report. Our chief medical correspondent,
doctor Terry Larula is here with all of this and
Doc break this study.
Speaker 5 (01:18:50):
Down for us, Michael.
Speaker 27 (01:18:51):
This was a case report of a fifty year old
male who was fit and healthy who basically went to
an hospital with left sided numbness, weakness, and unsteadiness. His
blood pressure was over two hundred over one fifty for
the bottom number. They scanned his brain and found out
he had a right sided stroke and actually saw that
the vessels in his brain were spasming or narrowing. He
continued to have high blood pressure for the following several
(01:19:14):
months and was on five blood pressure medicines when doctors
asked him about his lifestyle and he reported that he
had been drinking basically eight glasses or eight servings of
energy drinks a day. Each of these servings had about
one hundred and sixty milligrams of caffeine, so overall it
was about one to one and a half grams of
caffeine per day. Now, this is a case report, but
(01:19:35):
it is a really good reminder because there have been
other case reports and studies that show that these energy drinks,
really it is the caffeine in them and additives that
can cause serious problems if it's used.
Speaker 1 (01:19:45):
They are used in excess.
Speaker 27 (01:19:46):
And by that I mean things like high blood pressure, arrhythmias, seizures, anxiety.
Speaker 2 (01:19:50):
Dehe yeah, Like, don't take that much caffeine. I mean,
you guys are amateurs in today's world. Do you guys
remember Joelt Cola, Jolt Cola. You'll have so much caffeine
it's like your own meth. That was crazy. When I
was a kid, there was a thing called Joe Cola.
(01:20:12):
Many of you remember Joel Cola. Jolt Cola was one
of those things that had so it was you were
you needed to go. And actually it was like the
first real energy drink. It used to have stuff like
dare to drink it all. It was incredible, like Coca
(01:20:37):
Cola had thirty four milligrams, Pepsi had thirty eight. Joe
Joelt had double that double that it's like and didn't
what happened went away right, And then all of a sudden,
slowly but surely incomes The reason Joe Cola went away
(01:20:58):
was a lot of reasons. It wasn't simply the caffeine,
although that didn't help back in the day. It's because
it had the word cola in it. And so you
were going up against Coca cola, Pepsi cola. You were
always going to struggle. And then along came all of
(01:21:24):
these And if we're going to do a comparison and regain,
Joel was twelve ounces too. That's the other side of it.
Joelt was twelve ounces. Now earlier today, I had a
small red bull that was eight and a half ounces,
and so compared to a Jolt Cola, which is twelve ounces,
(01:21:45):
Joelt has more caffeine. So compared to the modern drinks,
you know, all things comparable, they're about the same, but
they didn't have a lasting effect because of cola. You're
not going to compete in that sphere, you know, with
those two And the other side of it was we
(01:22:08):
weren't ready for that yet. We weren't and there were
a lot of people that had issues. I mean, remember
this was back in the day too, where everybody's like,
gad you hear about Rodney Allen Rippy? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
I sure did. He had pepsi with some pop rocks
and he exploded. Those are all those you know, all
those wacky things that you would hear about, well, Joel,
(01:22:28):
I mean it's people were jittery. I remember, it was crazy.
Now the weird thing is with me and caffeine because
of my ADHD. I don't know if you guys are
wear that. I I could drink a Red Bull and
take a nap, which is odd. I know, I don't
know why. It just does it, you know, doesn't make
(01:22:48):
me go. That's the ADHD in me. But let's get
back to the reports about the caffeine, the potential for
heart health and stroke issues.
Speaker 27 (01:23:02):
Reports and studies that show that these energy drinks, really
it is the caffeine in them and additives that can
cause serious problems if it's used. They are used in excess,
and by that I mean things like high blood pressure, arrhythmias, seizures, anxiety, dehydration,
kidney liver failure, sudden cardiac arrest, and even death. So
it's a good report for doctors to pay attention, to
(01:23:23):
ask patients about it, and for people to know that
this can happen. In fact, this gentleman in this case
said that eight years later he still has left sided
numbness in his arms and feet.
Speaker 2 (01:23:34):
Now, in fairness, I have one, So like a day
like today, I'll have one, maybe two. I have a
long day today, this is my long day, call it,
so I might have one a little bit later in
the evening because I work. Really this is like almost
the eighteen to twenty hour day. I have several interviews
in the evening and stuff that I do, and a
bunch of other stuff. So I might have one a
(01:23:56):
little bit later. This guy was consuming eight to ten
a day. I don't do that. I may do eight
a week maybe because on the weekends I won't have
any of them. So it's also about the like everything else,
it's about consumption. We overeat, we over consume. I mean,
(01:24:20):
you just take straight caffeine pills. Eventually you're gonna get
to a point where like this isn't good for me,
This isn't new. So what we're saying is consume wisely,
don't overdo it, and don't take him with pop rocks.
There's a conspiracy. We're gonna do some conspiracy stuff later.
(01:24:44):
That's a conspiracy right there. Maybe we'll see if we
can do we'll pull up some of the great wacky
conspiracies later as we talk about the battle that's going
on between Charlie Kirk and his death was not a
conspiracy was awful, but the stuff that's come out of it.
Talk about that bunch of other stuff on the way
as well. But first, Birch Gold, no conspiracy here. Silver's
(01:25:06):
made a move and Birch Gold wants to make sure
you get some For every five thousand dollars you spend
with Birch Gold, they're gonna get you an ounce of
silver for free in your stocking. Global markets nervous potential
of war as we're paying attention to right now, Venezuela
and elsewhere. You've got issues with people moving away from
(01:25:28):
the dollar. There's a lot of friction out there, inflation rates,
the whole nine yards. Gold's made those moves. Why not
protect yourself and diversify with Birch gold, making sure you
had to move an existing IRA or four to one
k over into a tax sheltered IRA backed by gold.
On top of that, you'll have a chance to get silver,
which is good. Or maybe you just want the physical.
They can help you with that. But knowledge is the
(01:25:48):
most important thing. You can't do anything without finding out
the information you need. A plus rated by the Better
Business Bureau. I love Birch Gold. They're amazing people. Text

it's she's lost a ton of weight. It's noticeable. Remember,
you know, camera adds ten pounds, is what we say.
If that's true, you and Ariana Grande are heading back
to your original birth. And even so, I've got a
so I have my i have two step daughters, but
(01:29:51):
essentially their their mind and the we're really close, especially
Lily and I. Lily is going to be fifteen in
a few days, and she is. She she's already she's
gonna be a supermodel. She wants to be because her dad,
who is very tall, and my wife is is you know,
(01:30:14):
she's not short, and she's thin. And she said to
me yesterday she was coming out because my wife and
I were talking about it, and she said, how thin
Ariana Grande is like uncomfortably where you can see the bones?
And I said, it's you know, it's weird to watch.
(01:30:34):
I just it feels like we're watching Karen Carpenter too,
which is awful, and you can't can't sit there and go, ah,
there's nothing you know. We don't want to remark about this. No,
I think there's a question to be asked here, especially
considering how influential so many of these stars are nowadays
because they can reach out to their fans. Let me
know what you think. Three two, three, five, three eight,
twenty four, twenty three at Chad Benson Shows, Your Extra
(01:30:55):
Insta YouTube and more Chad.
Speaker 21 (01:30:57):
Benson Show, Fun, Chad Benton Show, The Chad Benson Show.
Speaker 2 (01:31:22):
Not only is Trump coming hard from Maduro and the
might of America, the Nobel Peace Prized people are too.
Your power is not permanent. Your violence will not prevail
over people who rise and resist. Mister Maduro, accept the
(01:31:45):
election results and step down. Lay the foundation.
Speaker 29 (01:31:54):
Ooh, mister Maduro, the call net Colonel Maduro, what you're
always wearing? Some sort of uniform step down. You're bad,
Yeah he is? And why should I care.
Speaker 2 (01:32:14):
Well? Because of well, what story are we going with?
Are we going with the drugs? Is that it? Are
we going with that? Are we going with with? It's
it's hard to go The drug thing became an issue
when you released the president of Honduras that was actually
a real live drug titan, if you will. I mean,
(01:32:38):
I don't know what else told. I mean, wasn't a
cartel member, but yeah, let's be real. So that's hard
to get behind. And so now it's Harmas, which yes,
Venezuela has had some dealings with some bad folks, but again,
why should I care well? Harmas? Because of that? Then
they fight the Jews, and the Jews are the first
(01:32:59):
in line to stop them from coming here. I'm like,
they're not coming here, They're not. I don't go to
bedt and I.
Speaker 27 (01:33:05):
Go, ah.
Speaker 2 (01:33:05):
Her guys sleep with the one eye open, just in
case of moscoms in the door. So I don't know. Now,
are we going to go to war? Aren't we going
to go to war? Well, we took one of their boats,
you know where we learned that Minneapolis from the Somali pirates.
Oh chait, you and your racism. Settle down.
Speaker 30 (01:33:24):
It's all intended to squeeze Maduro even further. But it's
unclear where this is ultimately going. It's now been a
month since President Trump said he had quote sort of
made up his mind about next steps, but since then
he has offered little clarity and repeatedly refused to rule
out putting US boots on the ground.
Speaker 2 (01:33:43):
I don't want boots on the ground. But we're getting
out of the Ukraine business. So for doing that, we
better figure out if we can get into some other business.
And boy, there's lots of oil in them their hills.
Oh yeah, that's not forget that, it's not oil. In fact,
Congresswoman Salazar was talking about that last week. She just
came out and said, all this all this oil there.
(01:34:03):
And you know what I hear from people too, and
this is you know they said that about Iraq. I go. Well,
first of all, they told us they workshopped and actually
went and pitched people like you would a new product,
(01:34:24):
like would you watch a movie that was like this?
Would you buy a product that was like this? No,
they didn't, Chad, actually they did so Frank Luntz right,
So he was a GOP polster. He conducted focus groups, Okay.
So the focus groups worked to talk about the military strategy.
(01:34:52):
They were there to talk about talking points that with
the American people behind the move to go into Iraq, Okay,
so to sell it to the people. His two thousand
and two memo recommended phrases like grave and gathering, threat,
(01:35:15):
focusing on Saddam Hussein nine to eleven, emotional linking, even
though Iraq had nothing to do with it, and the
administration and congressional Republicans did adopt several of his recommended phrases, words, frames,
whatever you want to call it. So they focused on WMDs,
fear based versus security based messaging, patriotism, support the troops.
(01:35:42):
Let's frame that doubts about regime change, and concerns about
another long war after Afghanistan, which we were in the
midst of and so we're still in Rock by the way,
So how do we get rid of all of this stuff?
Speaker 12 (01:35:55):
Right?
Speaker 2 (01:35:55):
How do we get rid of the worry about another
Afghanistan and being dragged into something? How can we put
that to his side? Well, we're gonna have to frame
it like this. So they did focus groups. This is insane.
And do I think they're gonna do focus groups on this?
I think they've already done them. So let's let's let's
go through the Let's just walk through some of these
focus group like things. Okay, So first it was, you know, uh,
(01:36:20):
the Venezuelan gangs. So the gangs are all coming here
because Madureau opened up everything, and so we're painting the
picture of the bad guy here. He is man, he's
a bad guy. He's part of this gang. Man, this
gang's coming here, here to come. Trendy were here, the
coup right here. Then it was oh, the drugs. The
amount of drugs coming here killing Americans every year is tremendous.
(01:36:44):
And this guy is the reason, Maduro. He is the
absolute reason for all of these things. So once you
workshop that, you've got kind of where you're going. But
the American people are like, yeah, it's cocaine. It's not
always going here. Because the internet, it's easier to do
that now and people are getting more media and they're
consuming it and they're saying, eh, and you promised you
(01:37:05):
weren't going to be a part of the Oh, we're
going to go to war with everybody, and here you
are doing this, and now it's oh, you guys aren't
even paying attention. Hamas al Qaeda? What yeah, what about them?
(01:37:25):
Hamasa no Kaida? Your workshop? Make sure it works right,
you're selling the dream. You gotta do it. It sounds
crazy to think that they would do that. Of course
they do. Of course it's not if, but when. And
remember even if Maduro is which if I'm him, I'm going,
(01:37:52):
all right, who's my pal somewhere that I could do
the ED? I mean, as I like to call it,
it's the ED. I mean travel an escape route, the
number one place. If I'm him, I go probably Russia.
He's got a relationship with them, so maybe you go there.
(01:38:16):
Maybe China, probably not, but I would probably say Russia.
So take your money, take your gold bounce, go to
Russia and do the ED. I mean, die in your
bed with you know, a gazillion women and live your life.
But that doesn't mean that things aren't going to go
south there because you're dealing with Think think about this
(01:38:41):
for a second. Okay, I have a fanny, his picture,
he leaves, he does the smart thing right, and he leaves,
and well, look, nobody's here to defend Maduro. I'm just
here to say, why do we need to be a
part of this because of drugs? How about we don't
consume so much? And by the way, Columbia your next.
So Madua Lee's right, it takes the ed I mean
route he goes into roommates with you know, Assad and
rushare wherever they are. And that doesn't mean it's over
(01:39:06):
because the party that won the election, well, guess what
they're gonna want to take over? Correct? Correct? Do you
think they're gonna come in and tell all the people
that were once Maduro's people, most of them who are
in the military, that now they've got a free a
free hand to do whatever they want. Everything's aokay, wrong?
Do you think Maduro's people are gonna trust any of that? No?
(01:39:28):
Do you think there's a chance there could be a
civil war? God willing it doesn't happen. But how many
times have we seen this Iraq Libya where we think
everything's gonna be okay, then it all breaks down and
then there's a civil war. That's the fear in this.
(01:39:48):
But what about the what about all the terrorists that
they're doing stuff with and that they're funding, like Hamas
and everybody. Look, I'm not saying they don't deal with this,
because they do. Let me tell you what happens. Bad
people deal with bad people. But how much of a
link is there? See, here's the thing to get everybody
(01:40:11):
on your side. What do you have to do? You
have to paint this picture right, we're talking about you know,
hey man, we're focus grouping, we're workshopping this thing. So
let's frame it this way. Venezuela hamas Israel. You see
where we're going with this. By the way, they're pro
Palestine in they sever tize in two thousand and nine
with Israel. Venezuela did, and there's no evidence that really
(01:40:35):
links anything to military training or stuff. Doesn't mean some
money hasn't come through, but there's very not enough to
go to war for let's just put it that way.
Not enough to go out and go to war. And
by the way, the Venezuela government is ideologically completely opposed
(01:40:58):
to al Qaida, right secular socialism, selfie jihadism, So there's
no real link there when it comes to beliefs in that.
So I mean, you're really reaching, but it doesn't mean
they're not trying. Doesn't mean they're not selling it.
Speaker 7 (01:41:17):
Yeah, this was an oil tanker that was actually sanctioned
under the Biden administration, but the Biden administration did nothing
about it other than just announce a sanction on it.
So this is an oil tanker that has been sanctioned
for years. They've actually changed names on it, they're flying
under an unregistered flag from a different country, they were
altering their GPS to be able to hide their locations
on it, and they're removing oil for terrorists. Other than that,
(01:41:39):
everything seemed to be fined. So the administration looked at this,
identified it and said this is a major issue. We're
going to stop this rather than just ignore it. And
that's a good thing to do. It does put more
pressure on Maduro and his illegitimate regime. That's there, But
it really speaks out for everyone moving oil for terrorist organizations,
hiding their local GPS and such to say, the United
(01:42:02):
States sees you, and we will stop this.
Speaker 2 (01:42:05):
So I just want to go over this again. It
started out with drugs or bad now it's terrorism. That
is why people have a tough time buying into this.
And I don't want to go to war. And I'll
say it, I'll say it again and again, what do
I care about Venezuela? What do I care about Venezuela.
(01:42:27):
They've offered you all the oil, but it's not it's
about regime change. They offered you oil and all of
the rare earth, minerals, precious metals, whatever you find, and
you've said no. So why well, Chad? The drugs, the
al Qaeda, the you know the thing and the I
(01:42:51):
feel like we're being spun here, if that makes sense.
Three two, three, five, three eight, twenty four, twenty three
atch Haad Benson Show. Is your ex your Insta, YouTube, Facebook,
and more? Something that's breaking. We're going to get into
it deeper tomorrow, but I do want to talk about it.
This is something that I don't think people understand. My
(01:43:11):
uncle and I have been talking about this for years.
He has said the future of media is going to
be experience based media. You are going to be your
own media. You are going to be it. And Disney
(01:43:36):
did something today that we have talked about for a
long time. They're licensing their characters to open Ai Sora
so you can create your own world. You want to
do your own Mickey Mouse, Oh boy, you can? You
(01:43:58):
want to do your own Avengers. Oh baby, you can.
This is something that is we're working on stuff. When
it comes to a couple music artists that are huge,
it's so funny. My uncle will call me. He goes, dude,
do you know who this person is? And I'm like, yeah,
are they big? I said, well, you know, probably one
of the top five or ten artists on the planet.
(01:44:18):
But whatever, he goes, I have no idea. He does
it with soccer two. He goes, chat, how big is
this this Ronaldo guy? Is he pretty big? And I'm like,
oh my god, he is he Ronaldo could come up
to him right now and he would have no idea
who he is man to have that, but he has
talked about this for years. The thought of think about
(01:44:42):
this for a second, okay, And this is what's awesome,
The thought about I love X whatever it is in
you know, the Avengers or whatever, I would like to
take that character myself and design a backstory and follow
that character for my own viewing pleasure, and then get
(01:45:03):
it out to the world. The same thing we're talking
about with music artists, which is you can take and
license their song, remix it for yourself, but for other
people to enjoy. You make some money. They make some money.
This is the world we live in now. WHOA three two, three, five,

of all time. Number four, Very Christmas. Yeah, hold that
thought on this one. So yesterday was a hippopotamus.
Speaker 32 (01:47:07):
Today dogs awful doesn't even begin to describe it.
Speaker 2 (01:47:20):
It was unique for about two seconds and then everybody
moved on. It was a modern miracle back in the
day that they did this because there were actual dogs.
Text Tyke, Caesar, Spike and Blondie belted out jingle bells.
It actually charted. There's no singing and oh, by the way,
it goes on forever and ever. You want to hear,
(01:47:44):
you want to hear some more. Are you sure anybody?
They're dogs, they're barking. It's real. It's an engineering miracle.
Back and day they were talking about.
Speaker 20 (01:47:52):
Fifties like nineteen fifty five text Tyke, Caesar, Spike and Blondie.
Speaker 2 (01:48:07):
Yeah, that's what I thought. Jingle Bells. Indeed, it's a
novel to hit, and it's been a hit in the fifties, sixties,
and seventies. You can still hear it every once in
a great while polarizing, absolutely awful, one hundred percent. And
as one person said, dogs may be man's best friend,
but this right here is christmas worst nightmare. Barking Dogs
(01:48:28):
number four in the Worst Christmas Songs of All Time

two and one you can switch them. Not only are
(01:49:12):
the worst Christmas songs of all time, one of them
is maybe the most depressing song you'll ever hear. The
other one is one of those songs where you're like,
are you kidding me? He did?
Speaker 31 (01:49:26):
