Speaker 1 (00:07):
Hello, friends and body of Christ. This is your friend,
host Pastor Caleb Santos with a word from the Lord today.
Today we're going to look at the different types of
bread that the Bible speaks about.
Speaker 2 (00:23):
Amen. So sit back and enjoy this teaching. Amen. I'm
glad to have you on board.
Speaker 1 (00:30):
I'm delighted that you should allow us to be in
your car and your in the house wherever.
Speaker 2 (00:38):
This is a time of fellowship.
Speaker 1 (00:39):
These few minutes are gonna be special because I believe
that that's gonna be the time that God's gonna talk
to us, Amen, and show us through his word as perfect.
Speaker 2 (00:49):
Well, let's pray Heavenly Father.
Speaker 1 (00:52):
I thank you Lord, because you are a good God
and Father, I asked that you give us all the
spirit of wisdom and revelation. Open the eyes of our
understanding to understand your word. In Jesus' name, Amen and Amen,
we'll praise the Lord. We're going to talk about the
different types of bread. We all know that Jesus is
(01:13):
the bread of life. He is the bread of life, Amen.
And as the bread of life, he gets manifested in
communion as the bread for the sick. The healing is
the children's bread and the communion elements. The bread takes
on different forms and the communion elements. The Bible says
(01:35):
that healing is the children's bread. The Bible also says
that cast your bread upon the waters. After many days,
it'll come back. The bread is also symbolic of finances.
The Bible says, give us this day our daily bread.
It could be our finances too. Also another thing too
that we understand about the bread, the Eleaven. The eleventh
(01:57):
and the Eleaven bread is a type of false teachings
and revelation knowledge that is also manifested during the time
of communion. The bread for your enemies are being like
bread to you. That means victory over your enemies spiritual
and physical. So that's one of the covenant promises that
(02:18):
we have through Christ Jesus. There's many many things that
many use of the bread. It transforms itself and community.
That's why communion we need to have a revelation knowledge
and communion to not only wait until the church service,
you could have communion every day. The bread is also
(02:38):
used for wisdom, the Wisdom and Proverbs Chapter nine. Wisdom
invites people to eat up the bread and drink of
the wine amen. So that's a form of communion. So
let me tell you, communion using the bread of the
Lord is a powerful, powerful thing.
Speaker 2 (02:57):
Never forget that.
Speaker 1 (02:59):
And if you're going through trials and testing, is good
to celebrate communion and observe communion with the bread elements
and the wine element, well, the grape juice. Really okay,
let's look at the bread of sorrows. Excuse me, the
bread of sorrows Psalms one hundred and twenty seven, verse two.
(03:21):
It is vain for you to rise up early, to
sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows. For
so he giveth his beloved sleep. Now that's talking about
stress and tension. How many of us have been spending
sleepless night because we've been going through a problem. We're
being stressed out, we have anxiety that's eating the bread
(03:43):
of sorrows, believe it or not.
Speaker 2 (03:45):
So God wants us to have sleep.
Speaker 1 (03:48):
And that's why we need to get to the place
where we learn to have a my mind's focus on
the Lord. The Bible says in Isaiah twenty sixty three,
He keepeth us in perfect peace whose mind is stayed
on the We need to have our minds stayed on
the Lord and not have the bread of sorrows. If
you're lacking in finances, it's in vain.
Speaker 2 (04:10):
The Bible says, it's in vain for.
Speaker 1 (04:11):
You to rise up early, to set up late to
eat the bread of sorrow.
Speaker 2 (04:15):
So so we give us.
Speaker 1 (04:16):
His beloved sleep. That's talking about insomnia caused by stress.
So basically, we have to learn how to allow the
Lord to be our peace.
Speaker 2 (04:27):
We have to do our part.
Speaker 1 (04:29):
We have to focus on the Lord and the midst
of adversity.
Speaker 2 (04:34):
Amen, Praise God.
Speaker 1 (04:35):
Let's look at also the bread of affliction, the bread
of affliction. We have seen that it is called the
bread bread of affliction in Deuteronomy, chapter sixteen, verse three.
Part of verse three, I'm gonna read it, do not eat,
(04:56):
do not eat it with bread made with ease, But
for seven days eat a living bread, the bread of affliction.
Because you left Egypt in haste. The Bible says that
the bread that symbolizes Christ is the bread of affliction.
Speaker 2 (05:13):
Amen, and let.
Speaker 1 (05:15):
Me tell you we left spiritual Egypt behind, and we
need to get to the place where we need to
get Egypt out of our lives.
Speaker 2 (05:22):
Seat.
Speaker 1 (05:23):
Here's the thing about the Lord. The Lord is so wonderful.
He remembers his covenant promises. He got the people out
of Egypt, but unfortunately Egypt was inside the people. And
we need to get to that place where we need
to get Egypt out of our lives.
Speaker 2 (05:39):
Amen.
Speaker 1 (05:40):
It's like when I don't know if any of you've
been fishing, but when you fish, you don't just eat
the fish.
Speaker 2 (05:46):
Out of water. You got to clean the fish.
Speaker 1 (05:48):
And that's the same when you win people to the Lord,
they have to go through a process of cleaning. The
Bible says Jesus says that you are cleaned through the word.
The word cleanses you when you hear the word, and
when you apply the word, it's a form of cleansing.
Speaker 2 (06:06):
Amen.
Speaker 1 (06:06):
And that's why we need to get to the place
where we are at a communion table again. I'm bringing
communion again, where we remember where we came from, and
we get to the place where we say, Lord, help
us to get any trace of Egypt out of my life.
Speaker 2 (06:23):
Amen, Praise God.
Speaker 1 (06:24):
Now, what is the bread of adversity? Let's look at
Isaiah thirty, verse twenty. The bread of adversity, Amen, the
bread of adversity. Let's look, let's read Isaiah thirty verse twenty.
Let me look at it in my computer here. I
have to have it set here, so give me a
(06:45):
minute to get that scripture.
Speaker 2 (06:54):
It says here thirty verse twenty, and though the.
Speaker 1 (06:56):
Lord gives you, give you the bread of adversity and
the water of affliction, ye shall not that. Ye shall
not thy teachers be removed into a corner anymore, But
thyny shall she see thy teachers. Now let me read
it on a better version here the Living Bible. It says,
(07:16):
though he gives you the bread of adversity and water
of affliction, yet He will be with you to teach
you with your own eyes. You will see your teacher.
Now we know that the teacher is the Holy Ghost.
But we have teachers and the Body of Christ that
helped us, helped us, and they're there to be placed
for the times of adversity, the times that you're going
through afflictions and testings. God raises up some teachers to
(07:41):
cross your path, to open up the Word, to show
you God's will in the midst of your afflictions and
your midst of the teachings, uh the of the of
the trials and testings that you're going through. He teaches
you through that.
Speaker 2 (07:56):
Amen. Through the Word, he teaches you.
Speaker 1 (07:58):
How to overcome the adversity and the afflictions. Amen, because
many are the afflictions of the righteous. Why. Because number one,
when you're standing for Christ, you're going to get persecuted.
The Bible says that those who live godly for Christ
shall suffer persecution.
Speaker 2 (08:15):
And we're going to go through trials and testings.
Speaker 1 (08:18):
Why. It's not a perfect world a world. It is
a foreign world, and we're going to go through afflictions.
We're going to go through adversity. And that's the time
when God will send his teachers in your path to
teach you and to be opening the Word to you.
Speaker 2 (08:34):
Amen. Praise God.
Speaker 1 (08:35):
Some people say, well, I have no need that no
man teach me, because the Holy Ghost is the one
that teaches me. Well, what do you do with Ephesians
four to eleven, where it says that He has sent
teachers upon us for the body of Christ teachers. So
you know, we need to be careful how we look
at the Word. Again, a proper understanding of the Word
(08:56):
is vital in all this.
Speaker 2 (08:57):
Amen.
Speaker 1 (08:58):
So praise the Lord. Let us learn to look at
Jesus as the bread of life. And then when you
celebrate communion, when you observe communion, that you get to
see what the bread of life truly is. And that
will make a difference in your and you'll walk with
the Lord. Amen, So praise the Lord. Those are That's
that's all I have for you today. I know it's
(09:19):
probably shorter than usual, but that's all I have for
you today. Tomorrow, God willing, I'll come up with another message,
So you be blessed. Have yourself a wonderful day or
evening in the Lord, whichever time's on you you're in.
I have a wonderful time in the Lord.
Speaker 2 (09:37):
Amen. Praise the Lord, and remember you have the mind
of Christ. Be blessed.
Speaker 1 (09:59):
