says, what's the one that justtalk about? Good evening and welcome back
(04:51):
to me and welcome back to youtoo. It's been a little while since
I've been here. I hope everybodyis well. I hope, I hope
there's an everybody to talk to,you know, but I'm going to talk
anyway. So that's why we're here. Those of us that are, so
(05:15):
you know, like I said,it's been a minute, I miss doing
this so it hurts me when I'maway, and that's true. I do
enjoy it, so I don't likemissing. And Rick is very generous and
gracious. He knows my summer scheduleis pure hell, and ever since the
little promotion, that's not gotten anybetter or only worse. So we're just
(05:41):
having to live with it like itis for right now. And you know,
like I said, this is mylast week of that schedule. I
go back to normal starting Monday, which means that I should be here for
Toxic on Wednesday. Next week.It is toxic next week, right,
keep defending O, Yes, sir, it's toxic next week. Yes,
(06:03):
toxic next week because we do havea thirty first Okay, good, good
good. I guess that means Ineed to get busy on my other duty
too, then huh okay, yep, I will see what I can do
anyway. Uh, you know, there's a little bit to talk about.
(06:30):
We got some we got some thingsgoing on out there that just not kosher.
You know. Wow, I guessthat's a great term to use today
considering what happened at the Capitol whereWhere where's all the anti insurrection folks,
(06:53):
that's my question. Well, youknow, it's only applicable if it goes
against their narrative, So yeah, don't look for them to be jumping out
anywhere anytime soon. Wow, wheredid I my stuff saved? All out
(07:14):
of order? It's gonna say youand seem more having an argument again.
Ah, well, you know, here we go. So our first non
kosher item is actually kind of small, and I don't usually start with a
small item, but for people thatare trying to avoid the shit storm that
(07:39):
is politics right now, and thereare plenty of people that are trying to
avoid it, it's very difficult, mind you. But there was an occurrence
yesterday that freaked a lot of peopleout at Yellowstone National Park, and I
thought I might give a little bitof insight on that. I happened to
(08:03):
know somebody who is a geologist andspoke with him about it, and turns
out that there was a hydrothermal explosionthat sent rock and steam spewing into the
air north of Old Faithful. Therewere no injuries, they say, and
(08:26):
the extent of the damage from theblast, which occurred in the Biscuit Basin
which is about two miles northwest ofOld Faithful around twenty after ten in the
morning. Was unknown. So thetype of explosion that happened involves hot water
(08:48):
and results in the rapid ejection ofboiling water, steam, mud, rock
fragments. This is not, andI repeat, not a volcanic eruption of
any kind. This is not inducedby the caldera. Hydrothermal explosions happen when
(09:16):
water at or near the boiling pointbeneath the ground rapidly turns into steam because
of a drop in pressure. Andit's just not something that you know,
you don't have to freak out. This is not the super volcano. So
(09:39):
you know they they happen actually quitefrequently in Yellowstone. It just is that
there hasn't been one at the BiscuitBasin since two thousand and nine. You
know, the Norris Geyser Basin hadan explosion also, not yesterday, but
(10:05):
you know, it's it's actually relativelycommon in Yellowstone at different points. Most
of those points do not have boardwalksfor people to walk out on. They
usually install those in quiet, dormantareas. So I'm sure there will be
a long study of what happened atBiscuit Basin and do they consider it safe
(10:28):
to put a boardwalk back up there. But for for all the people yesterday
that I that I saw that werejust like, get ready here it comes.
No, it's it's not it's it'sreally not. So you know,
if you were thinking of that atall, as opposed to dwelling on the
(10:50):
ship show of politics, please donot dwell on it any longer. Do
your homework. Don't always take myword for it. I mean you can,
because I'm not going to pass alongbullshit to you. But this,
this is the truth. So youknow, for what it's worth, that
(11:11):
is what happened at Yellowstone yesterday. Now Ding Dong the witch is gone right.
Kimberly Cheetle resigned. She was goingto be fired. I think she
finally grasped that they weren't going totake no for an answer. And you
(11:33):
know, she's she's gonna get She'sgot a nice fat pension, she's got
her years in with federal service. This is a woman who made her way
up through the Secret Service and madeit to we'll call it upper middle management
as far as agent status goes. And she passed the Obama Fielty test back
(12:00):
in the day, and that's whatfast tracked her to the director's chair.
It is more than fair to callher a Democrat loyalist, although I'm not
sure that after yesterday that is stillapplicable. But I'm willing to bet that
(12:20):
she is still a leftist and shewill always be a leftist. That's what
got her her job, that's whatgot her promoted, and in the end
it's what got her fired. Eventhe left turned on her. Is it
fair? Yeah? Yeah, itis, even hard hard leftist Obama loyalist
(12:46):
Roe Conna from California questioned Cheetle andsaid, when Reagan was shot, the
director of the Secret Service, hisname was whatever it was. He said,
do you know what he did thenext day? And she replied,
came to work and he said, yes, to resign. The writing was
(13:11):
on the wall. She was goneone way or the other. So don't
feel bad for her. Her pensionis about fifty k a year and she
is still young enough to work atother places. I'm sure black Rock has
something available for her. You knowshe'll she'll cash in. Don't feel bad,
(13:37):
She's going to be fine. No, you don't get rich working secret
Service. You do not a fiftythousand dollars a year pension. I mean,
you think about it, now, could you live off fifty thousand dollars?
(13:58):
It's pretty tough, pretty tough whenshe is of age. I don't
know how old she is. Idon't think she's of age for social Security
yet though, you know, that'lladd some to it. But it's it's
it's very different. Quite frankly,I think my pensions a little better than
(14:22):
hers. But I've got people sendingme stuff live during the show, and
it's just crazy anyway. So yeah, I mean, the Secret Service has
(14:43):
encouraged Trump's campaign to stop scheduling largeoutdoor rallies or other outdoor events with big
crowds after the assassination attempt. Inthe aftermath of the shooting, agents for
the Secret Service communicated their concern learnabout large outdoor rallies going forward. The
(15:05):
people familiar with the matter, youknow, they they said they didn't want
to release their names, you know, so they're doing the anonymity thing.
I hate that. I hate itwith a freaking passion. I wish reporters
weren't allowed to do that. That'sthat should be a journalism standard. If
(15:28):
you can't name a source, youcan't cite a source. Bam, just
like that that should be. Butanyway, Trump's campaign said that they are
not currently planning any large outdoor events, so that that was not a problem
(15:48):
at this point. A Trump campaignspokeswoman declined to comment further. Spokesman for
the Sea Scret Service said that theagency does not comment on its protective methods.
Well, you commented on the liveTV your boss, did you know
(16:10):
sort of kind of? I don't. I don't know that you would call
a lot of those methods protective. But whatever. Trump has held hundreds of
outdoor rallies since launching his first presidentialbid. You know, he likes to
brag about the crowds. He getsoff on it. Uh, he he
loves he it's I think more sothan even ego. I think he feeds
(16:37):
off the energy. I think ifit was a listless crowd like what you
saw Biden drawing, ah, Ithink Trump would be very different. He
would he would be withdrawn and andyou know, not that he doesn't have
an ego, because God knows hedoes, But I just I think it
(17:03):
all works synergistically. He feeds offtheir energy, uh, they make him
feel good, and he in turnfeels good because of that. So yeah,
I mean, it just it justgoes. But who could blame him
if he didn't want to schedule anymore or large outdoor venues at this point,
(17:26):
you know, being an inch fromhaving the back of his head taken
off. So you know, yeah, it just it's so strange Secret Service.
This this was an utter failure. And and quite frankly, I don't
(17:52):
know how you you redeem the imageof the Secret Service in the in the
eyes of Americans after watching an utterfailure like that, unless there's another attempt
and they are just so ready andprepared for it, and you know you
don't want that. You don't wantanother attempt on anybody. It just I
(18:22):
just don't know how they they redeemthemselves. I mean, you can,
you can say, oh, wewe've done this, we've done this,
we've done this, but what doesit mean, you know, until you
see it in action and until yousee it come to fruition, what does
it all mean? You know?I don't I don't know if the gentleman
(18:48):
they appointed as the interim head isgoing to end up being the permanent head.
His record sounds amazing. I wouldhope that they at least give them
a shot at it. But theSecret Service is part of the executive so
(19:11):
you know who's going to be makingthat higher. Officially it'll be Joe,
but unofficially it'll be Kamala because she'sgoing to make her pick and Joe's going
to sign the letter and that's goingto be the end of it. Or
(19:32):
is Joe going to sign the letter? Are they going to have AI signed
Joe's letter for him, much likethey did his withdrawal letter? Did anybody
else find it weird that it wasn'tun presidential letterhead? Well? I also
found it weird that a couple ofhandwriting and analysis people were like, that
doesn't even look to at a signature. They said that they used AI to
(19:52):
compare it to the official documents thathe had signed over the last three months,
and it wasn't close to any ofthem. I find that very very
odd. Well, can I putmy tinfoil hat on for a second?
Yes, you certainly met? WasI the only one who was weirded out
about how much more quickly the JoeBiden post covid was moving when he was
(20:17):
on camera yesterday for the first timein five days, not to mention the
fact that, for the first timein months, they let him use the
big Boy stairs. Well, Imean, they've got him juiced right now.
They knew they were even to havehim make an appearance even when he
was juiced. Though the last timethey tried to have him use the big
Boy stairs he had to stop threetimes. That is why they started using
(20:38):
the little boy stairs. Well, yeah, but you know, you get
him in the morning, and youget him on the juice, and you
just might get two good hours outof him, you know. Speaking of
which, apparently the the address thatI wasn't sure if you wanted us to
livestream while you're talking or not,was apparently prerecorded, so that that's fun.
(21:00):
Uh the address was pre recorded yep, oh weird. So yeah,
apparently this this was actually recorded sometimeyesterday from what I'm seeing, and is
being broadcast now. Oh so it'snot a live address. I mean,
it's being carried live by everybody. But apparently it was in the Apparently it
(21:22):
was in the can so okay, yeah, so he yeah, because I
mean it's it's uh, it's twentyafter eight in d C. God knows,
he's been asleep for four hours already, at least ice s cream in
his pudding and went to bed.But uh, yeah, it's just that's
(21:45):
that's even weirder. I mean, you know, they said he was coming
out to address the nation. Youdon't address the nation with a canned That's
bullshit. I mean, that justis this well, I mean the whole
thing, the whole thing is bullshit. I mean, I don't know if
I was a Democrat, I wouldbe so pissed, dude, especially if
(22:07):
some of them are well, Imean if they are. If they are,
they need to speak the fuck up, because ain't nobody on social media's
even man actually have I actually have. And we'll skip ahead right now because
one of the one of the storiesI had written up was how BLM has
already spoken up against Kamala Harris beingthe nominee, and they cited her work
in California where she illegally extended prisonsentences of black men and used them for
(22:33):
slave labor. So how about thatBLM coming out against Kamala. Well,
yeah, I talked about that alittle bit with Stacy earlier. I don't
know how long that's gonna hold, but it was interesting to see U.
I just again, I don't ifI if I was a Democrat and I
went through the primary process and Ivoted for my candidate, even if I
didn't vote for Joe, I wouldbe really pissed that all of a sudden
(22:56):
they were wanting to do over thesame thing almost happened to us and see,
and I was like, no,I don't care. I don't care.
To go back to the very beginningof primary season, Remember when the
DCCC rigged the primaries to keep RFKand Mary Anne from getting into states early
(23:18):
ahead of Joe. Well, yeah, no, I mean, how do
you how do you tell RFK,sorry he's out, but you can't get
back in. Well, I think, honestly, by that point it was
because he'd already started his campaign asan independent anyway. But that and for
(23:38):
some reason he's the outsider for everybody. I mean, for some reason,
even most of his family doesn't seemto like him. But I mean,
it goes back, it goes backeven further than that, though, because
they did the same thing to BernieSanders in sixteen. Hillary Hillary Clinton wasn't
supposed to be the nominee based on. If they ran their their conventions the
same way we ran we run ourconventions, Hillary Clinton wouldn't have been the
(24:00):
nominee. It would have been BernieSanders. But because but because he was
actually ahead, they gave her allthe super delegates, which automatically made her
head of course, and that's uh. You know, Obama hasn't endorsed her
yet. I don't know. AllI know is I'm just saying not everybody
(24:22):
is thrilled that it's going to beKamala. I'm still calling her. Obama
looks at it like he knows whata screw up she is. Well,
all I know is it may notmatter because if everybody keeps coming out and
posting things like I saw yesterday afterher first official speech as a candidate,
when they were like, oh mygod, she's beautiful, she's smart,
(24:45):
she's more articulate than Obama. Iwas like, y'all better tone y'all better
tone it down, or he's gonnabe inviting her to go kayaking. Well,
I was gonna say, the mediais gonna fall in over her because
that's their agenda. I mean, you know they're gonna push left no matter
what. But I'm just saying thatthere are people on the left that are
not so open and ready for this. But no, it's just interesting to
(25:11):
me because if it does wind upbeing Harris and she actually becomes one of
the only second female nominees for presidentin Democratic history, Yeah, Hillary's not
going to stand for that. YouI know, she'll she'll yeah. I
mean Hillary is all smiles and grinsand behind her right now. But that's
(25:33):
that could be a front for becomingnumber fifty six on the Arkanside list.
I think that number is probably higher. Well it probably is, but there's
fifty six that I can officially tieto her. And if I can tie
that many to her, you canbet it's higher than that. But no,
remember we did a two hour showon that. Oh no, I
(25:56):
remember, But no. I mean, it's just like I've seen people that
you know, coming out of theRNC whereas were more jazzed about our prospects
than ever, and now all ofa sudden, they're like, yeah,
voting's an illusion and choice, soit is choice and blah blah blah,
And I'm like, dude, youwere just freaking like rock starring it up
like just last week. That feelslike twelve days ago. It was like,
(26:18):
well it was only three yeah,Biden. Biden was the nominee until
until three days ago. And Iget it. Everybody's like watching the media
fawn all over Harris and starting totell you what a wonderful human being she
is and everything else. But wehave all of the ammunition that we need.
Hell, Glenn Beck just put outa piece today talking about the thirteen
(26:41):
things that you may not remember aboutKamala Harris, which paints her as a
total lunatic. So just quitrying,Quit worrying about the fact that she slept
with Willie Brown, quit worrying aboutcalling her heels up Harris. You don't
have to attack her in that way. Attack her for her record. That's
where she needs to be attacked at. Attacker for her record, exactly.
(27:03):
I mean. And even Trump itis is rally today. I caught a
few minutes of it before I hadto come in here with Stacy. Was
talking about, well, everybody saysI'm a changed man since the shooting,
But is it all right if I'mnot nice? And I'm thinking, no,
it's not all right if you're notnice, And then he did it
anyway, and I'm just like, well, he didn't really do He didn't
really do what I thought he wasgoing to do, at least a little
(27:23):
bit of it that I heard. But again, I get everybody's pissed off
because the left is like, thesecond you say the I hire just proves
you're erasist, because we all knowthat's the new inWORD. No, it's
the new word for incompetence, That'swhat that is. But so everybody on
the rights, like, just becareful about how you talk about her,
because otherwise we're going to lose. And I'm like, just focus on what
(27:48):
a screw up she is. It'snot hard. Just order itself is enough,
because that's still a huge issue fora lot of voters. Did you
see that ACTUALLYUS had to put outa retraction today. Oh I saw,
Yeah, I've seen their original piecetoo about the Czar piece. Yeah yeah,
(28:11):
uh, long long time what's what'sthe word I'm looking for? Crap?
I don't know. Uh, longlong time Twitter friend and mutual follow
back and forth. Eddie Zipper hehe hemmed it up really nicely on his
(28:32):
page. He's he you know,he was telling people that TSAR is not
an official title. It's just aname given to somebody that's put in charge
of doing something, and it's like, quit arguing semantics and tell me why
we should be discussing her seriously withher utter failure with the issue at hand,
(28:53):
and not the title exactly. Yeah, it just makes perfect sense.
He's a smart guy. If youdon't follow him, you should so.
Uh and and it is. It'sjust like it sounds zipper or nice,
so uh, Eddie's Eddie's a cooldude. So you know, I just
(29:18):
uh, I don't. I don'tget it. You know. One of
the other one of the other analogiesI saw was right now, Kamala Harris
is like the Disney previews of TheNext Star Wars. Everybody's in love with
it until it comes out and itgets a thirty eight on Rotten Tomatoes.
Brad saw that last night was kindof falling all over himself. He's like,
(29:41):
I absolutely love the stake. Ithink you would. Oh my god,
it was great. So yeah,I mean it just there's so much
shit just flowing out there that Ican't stand it hardly. But you know,
hey, I know it's uh,did I not? Where did I
(30:08):
do this? I have? Hey, let's bottom of the hour. Let's
go take a break and uh letme let me find my ass. I'll
(30:29):
use both hands in a roadmap anduh, I would say a magnific I
would say a magnifying glass. ButI'm pretty sure you can see it from
space. Just kidding. Pretty surewhat you do? Why to get my
bous want to tell you? Totell you what a plassic animal? Skip

we don't have anything on in thathour. So okay, so there you
(36:43):
go. Stay tuned for that becauseRick will Rick will make you smarts.
You know, he could give yousome good stuff. And I guess that
that no nightcap after that, that'llbe it. No, there should be
a Rick and Ordy afterwards. Hewas hanging on the chat earlier, freak
and already already get your ass tight. Let's go finish up that circle K
(37:07):
business and get ready. All right. So the other thing that's happened in
the news, and I called this, I called it. First of all,
Senator Bob Menendez was found guilty onhis corruption and bribery charges. I
think there were like sixteen different chargesfound guilty on all counts, and as
(37:32):
soon as it happened, and Imean, they didn't waste a minute because
I knew it was going to bethis way, and they're going to use
it on the campaign trail too.Schumer started pushing for him to resign,
telling him to save himself being expelled. And you know, after a day
or so of thinking about it,I actually I don't even think it took
(37:54):
a full day, Menendez announced thathe is going to resign from the effective
August twentieth. And he said hechose that date to give his staff time
to transition to other possibilities and transferconstituent files that are pending, and allow
(38:15):
for an orderly process to choose aninterim replacement, and for me to close
out my Senate affairs. He said, you know, he turned his letter
in that he will exercise his dutyto make a temporary appointment. That's Governor
(38:36):
Murphy in Jersey. So you knowthat's going to be a Democrat for a
Democrat. There's no way Murphy's goingto appoint a Republican. So we will
not pick up Senate seat there rightnow, but hopefully, you know,
maybe a Republican can run and inJersey and get elected. They've had Republican
(38:58):
governors, why not republican senator. It'd be refreshing to see. Two sources
familiar with the whole matter said thatMenendez had informed some of his staff of
his resignation plans and his departure date. You know, reported YadA YadA.
Menendez had begun calling allies, tellingthem he would step down from the Senate
(39:21):
after his July sixteenth convention. Ourconviction for accepting bribes including gold bars,
cash, you know, for officialactions to benefit Cutter and Egypt. He
is to be sentenced October twenty ninth, but has vowed to appeal. So,
(39:45):
you know, they this is whatI called on the day that they
convicted him, is that the Democratswould move swiftly to make him the sacrificial
lamb so that they could turn aroundand say, and this is what we
do to our felons, and Republicanssend theirs to d C. So just
(40:07):
it hasn't happened just yet. Ihaven't seen that yet, but here it
comes, you can bank on it. Menendez is also under investigation by the
Senate Ethics Committee, which said ina statement Monday that it had initiated and
judic adjudicatory review, a required stepbefore making a recommendation to the full Senate
(40:32):
to expel or otherwise discipline a senator. I don't know that they continue that,
because the Senate is not going to, you know, any kind of
jail him or anything like that.I think all they would do is kick
him out and refer him for chargeswhich he's already been convicted of. So
(40:53):
I don't know if they should evenbother continuing with that or not. The
Committee said it had notified Menendez andhis attorneys that the committee unanimously voted to
open the review. Menendez cited theprobe as one of the reasons he was
resigning. He said, quote, while I fully intend to appeal the jury's
(41:15):
verdict all the way and including tothe Supreme Court, I do not want
the Senate to be involved in alengthy process that will detract from its important
work. He said. He's playingthe line here. There's no doubt.
Representative Andy Kim, not the singer, No, forget that, gen X,
(41:35):
not the singer, is running forMenendez's seat in November against Republican Curtis
Bashaw. Menendez filed to run forreelection as an independent, saying he would
continue the campaign if exonerated. Idon't see that happening anytime before November.
Menendez served as mayor of Union City, New Jersey, and in the state
(41:59):
legislature before being elected to Congress inninety two ninety two. After serving in
the House, he became a Senatorin two thousand and six and rose to
become the chairman of the powerful ForeignRelations Committee. No nod, wink wink.
It's from that perch, and asthe ranking member on the panel when
(42:22):
Republicans controlled the Senate, that heprovided favors to foreign governments in exchange for
bribes. Jurors found. The NewJersey senator was charged in a separate corruption
case that ended in a mistrial intwenty eighteen. He had also denied wrongdoing
(42:43):
in that case. And the factof the matter is is that you can
go back to Obama's time in office, and this son of a bitch should
have been thrown in jail for beinga pedophile. You talk about Epstein's island
and client list. Menendez was carefulnot to associate with Epstein, but he
(43:05):
had a doctor friend who had aprivate island off the Dominican Republic, and
Menendez and his doctor friend were knownto take private flights with underage girls and
be at that private island with underagegirls. Again, nothing that ever made
it into official court cases. Butthis guy is not somebody that can be
(43:31):
trusted. And he will drop hisappeal, is my guests. I don't
think he will appeal to the SupremeCourt. They probably wouldn't hear it anyway.
So there's that too, now, scrolling, scrolling, scrolling, scrolling.
(43:53):
We talked about Black Lives Matter beingangry with Kamala. Now here's a
related story of that though, becausethis was good. In New York City,
there is a radio show, ahip hop radio show called The Breakfast
Club. It's a radio show slashpodcast, and they were discussing Vice President
(44:21):
Kamala Harris and I think, tothe surprise of the host, he had
several callers that were not thrilled aboutKamala. So the first caller says,
quote, Okay, so first, let me say, I'm so happy to
see a woman running for president, and I'm grateful for that. A caller
(44:45):
named Iris said, however, Iwas on the fence even with Biden running
again because everyone talks about, Oh, let's get the black vote. Let's
get the black vote, and theyget the black vote and nothing changes.
And when I say nothing, Imean our education system, our children,
our public schools, our services available. My brother is a paraplegic. He
(45:09):
was hit by a drunk driver andit is very difficult for him to get
any services. Iris continued on thispath before switching lanes and changing to illegal
immigration, and she said, Iunderstand that they allow the migrants to come
in, but they come in andjust overwhelm them with services and forget about
(45:30):
the people who are already here thatneed those services. What are they going
to do with the black agenda tohelp our children that are struggling in New
York City public schools. Iris isall over the place, but she's right
about everything. She says. They'renot even on the same level as other
(45:51):
kids in other countries, and that'smy concern. So this is something that
has to change. She said, helped me out. We're confused here.
Wow, So another caller to too, Wow. Let's see, the border
(46:13):
crisis could worsen under Harris if shebecomes president. As her past voting record
in the Senate remarks, she hasmade about federal immigration authorities, and moves
she has made while vice president indicatea sharp move to the left. Here
we go another quote from the show. I don't think America is ready for
(46:36):
a female president. You know what. I'm a black man, and I
absolutely do not want another Democrat inthere. This caller's name is Collie c
A l I Cali. Collie isa he though he's a black man.
He said. I think we shouldgive the Republicans another try. There's a
lot of agendas that the Democrat Partyhas put into place that I don't support.
(47:00):
I think they're destroying the black family. I think they're ruining our country.
If you're living in New York likeI am, man, this place
is a financial nightmare, not tomention the crime. I think if we
put Trump back in there, it'sgoing to be amazing. Kamala cannot do
what he's going to do to bringthis country back to where it needs to
(47:22):
be. He added, And thisis not a race thing, because that's
the number one thing they like tosay when they talk about Trump is how
he's a criminal and blah blah blahand a racist and a fascist. I
don't think any of that matters. His policies that had us on the right
path are what matters, and that'swhat we need to go back to,
and Kamala is not ready. Theseare black Americans living in New York City
(47:51):
calling into a hip hop podcast radioshow trashing Kamala, Harris and the Democrats.
I don't know what these polls arethat they keep posting that showing that
Kama is either neck and neck ora point ahead or one point behind.
I just don't see how this kindof thing can be going on and those
(48:15):
polls be accurate. Yeah, yes, I know these are only a couple
of examples, but you know, when you talk about a four hour radio
show slash podcast, I could probablycite you dozens more over the course of
that show. I don't have them, but I bet I could find them.
(48:39):
But you know, let's get tothe reality of it. The fact
is is from day one, bothBiden and Harris have made it clear that
this was a quote unquote joint administration. She is going to have to answer
for all the policies that have beenenacted under this administration. And just as
(49:06):
an example of that, this administration'slatest job report is another example of how
all that glitters is not gold. What looked like two hundred and six thousand
jobs added to the economy were actuallyless than half that, with terrible internal
(49:28):
dynamics to go with it. All, while the labor market ominously flashed a
recession warning sign with a perfect fiftyyear track record, more than half the
payrolls that businesses allegedly added in Junewere simply replacing jobs that they thought had
(49:50):
already been replaced but had not. Both May and April jobs numbers were revised
downward by nearly one hundred thousand each, making June's growth anemic. One third
of the jobs added in June werein government, within spitting distance to Soviet
(50:15):
levels of employment composition. Considering ittakes many private sector jobs to support a
government worker who produces nothing, atwo to one ratio is nowhere near enough.
For that matter, Even if tentimes as many private sector jobs were
added, it still wouldn't create enoughtax revenue to support the number of public
(50:40):
sector jobs being added, making thecurrent job market trend unsustainable. Of course,
those are just direct hires by thegovernment, not all the new jobs
paid for with taxpayer dollars. Thewelfare industrial conflicts to illustrate when the government
(51:01):
gives money to a hospital for amigrant care that hires a nurse. This
new job is also taxpayer funded.Adding these indirect hires to the direct government
hires shows that about sixty percent ofnew jobs are paid for by you and
I, the taxpayer. It worsenswhen you look at the composition of full
(51:25):
time and part time jobs. Junesaw thirty thousand full time jobs evaporate,
replaced by part time work. Thisis not a new phenomenon, but an
ongoing trend. In the last year, the economy has hemorrhaged one point six
million full time jobs, replacing themwith one point eight million part time jobs.
(51:52):
This matters. It matters because parttime jobs are overwhelmingly for economic reasons.
People would rather work full time, stable jobs, but when those aren't
available, they'll take what they canget. Replacing a nine to five with
two or more part time gigs,a consistent income stream has been replaced by
(52:15):
several volatile ones. This helps explainwhy the number of payrolls has continued to
rise substantially while the number of peopleemployed has not. Employment has fallen by
six hundred and sixty seven thousand sincelast November, which has caused the unemployment
(52:35):
rate to rise from three point sevenpercent to four point one percent, nearly
triggering the dreaded SAM rule, whichindicates a recession has likely begun. This
indicator is not to be taken lightly. It hasn't had a false positive since
nineteen seventy six and has signaled thestart of every recession since nineteen seventy that's
(53:01):
even sugarcoating it. Though. Theunemployment rate is still artificially low because millions
of Americans are simply missing from thelabor market. The reason. When the
government imposed draconian lockdowns in twenty twenty, millions of people dropped out of work
and many never returned. They wereeither close enough to retirement to limp their
(53:23):
way there, and they're just donethese people. Even though these people didn't
have jobs, they weren't counted asunemployed since they were not actively looking for
one. That reduced the unemployment ratewithout creating a single job. The number
of missing workers today is between fourpoint nine and probably closer to seven point
(53:47):
three million. If these people whodon't have jobs were accounted for, then
the unemployment rate would be between sixpoint eight and eight point one percent.
And that, my friends, isdeep recession territory. And lastly, if
there's any doubt that the American labormarket isn't working for Americans, consider that
(54:13):
literally all the net job growth overthe last year went to foreign born workers,
while native born Americans lost over ninehundred thousand jobs. Fewer people are
employed today than before the pandemic, while their inflation adjusted earnings are down almost
four percent on average with inflation up. Yeah, as Congress's big spenders keep
(54:40):
fueling inflation and crowding out the productiveprivate sector, the infamous stagflation of the
seventies is about to rear its uglyhead, and that means more job losses
are to come. In short, the radical left has turned the American labor
market into a temp agency for foreignerswhile creating a record number of government jobs.
(55:05):
And that stings people. That burnsmy ass more than anything. I
can deal with. All the fascismgoing on within the Democrat Party, even
though they refuse to call it whatit actually is. Rick and I touched
on it earlier, and that's exactlywhat it is. They're forcing a candidate
(55:29):
down your throat Democrats that you didnot vote for and do not care whether
you are, you know, wantingher or not. They're going to force
you to take her and you eithervote for her or you vote for Trump.
Teach them a lesson, stand upfor yourselves, and right now it
(55:51):
is time for the patent pending g'shappy ending. Two voters escaped with their
lives off the coast of New Hampshireafter a whale breached and capsized their vessel
in a dramatic spectacle that was capturedon video. According to the US Coast
Guard on Tuesday, the boaters, who were essentially catapulted into the Atlantic after
(56:15):
the giant mammal breached and struck theback end of their twenty three foot vessel,
were rescued by two teenage Good Samaritans. The incident occurred on Odiorn Point
State Park in Rhyane, New Hampshot, New Hampshot. Yeah, I think
I did that right. Video showsthe whale breaching the water and striking the
(56:38):
rear of the boat. At leastone of the boaters is seen plunging into
the water after a short trip throughthe air. Colin Yeager, who captured
the video, told NBC News thatafter the whale breached, he and his
brother picked up the boaters and wereflung that were flung into the ocean.
According to the Coastguard, no injurieswere reported and you know the rescued.
(57:04):
Voters said that they were grateful tothe good Samaritans for taking such quick action
to the rescue. And you know. The Coastguard also added that the whale
appeared to be uninjured as they followedit, and they even salvaged the boat.
God bless America. Right. Ifyou can't be happy about teenagers springing
(57:25):
into action saving grown adults, whatthe hell's wrong with you? So if
that's not a happy ending, Idon't know what one is. And this
has been Gee's happy ending, patentpending, giggity gy g ending is well.
(57:45):
Friends, that's the show. Ifyou like it, tell your friends.
If they like it, you neednew ones, but they and you
are welcome right here with me onKLRN Radio on Wednesday nights for the Conservative
Curmudgeon Show. I'm your host, the Grouch Peace Seal that seal, I
(58:17):
hate you. Quote. Nothing workhere, medications don't work. I've been
here the ship years, all timemessed up. Here's to you you the
glass the lasting. Yeah, wow, go fuck themselves. Some works excuse
(58:45):
to us. Here's to us,here's too much, Here's to the words.
He's too us.
