Hey, my name is Jay Chanel. I am a filmmaker, author, innovator,
invenors and many other things, but most importantly, I am
God's daughter, and I am the creator of Get to
Get a Game Card as well as game show and Yeah. So,
self love to me is when you're able to take

(00:23):
care of thyself, when you're able to take the weight
off of the world from others. Sometimes we get so
caught up taking care of the world in other people's
world and not ours. So self care is the same
love you give to other people you give to yourself.
So what I do for self care first and foremost

(00:45):
is my meditation because I feel that God is my
source and helps me to sustain, to be able to
continue my momentum with everything that I do. Self care
is shutting things down. I don't always need to be
on the phone. Sometimes you got to put it on.
Do not to starf and self care. Care care is
also that prep talk telling yourself you're doing a good job,

working smarter and not harder, and stop thinking that you
have to be perfect in everything. Yes, strive for excellence,
but understand that perfection don't exist, and just continue to
patch your back along the way. And just relax and
knowing everything's going to be okay.
