Yeah, thanks that introduction, that's very kind. Yeah, very well,
thank you.

Yeah, doing amazing, doing amazing. We're so happy to have you.
So I would love to know more of yourself. Can
you tell us where you're from and how did you
start music?
Speaker 2 (00:49):
Oh gosh, yeah, I've been to the music a long time.
I'm from Devon in the UK on the South coast,
and oh started playing guitar probably when I was about sixteen,
pursued it for a very long time as a professional career,
and then I wrote suveral albums with different artists and

then and then I guess family took a priority, so
I had a bit of a time away from music, and.
Speaker 3 (01:16):
Then about a year ago.
Speaker 2 (01:19):
Started writing a lot, like really intensely, probably over one
hundred songs something like that. Yeah, and the bugs really
bit me again. So and this, this song is the
first single from all of the material I've written in
the last year. So yeah, super excited to be back
doing what I love.
Speaker 1 (01:38):
And we're so glad that you're back. So now you know,
very intriguing about your your artist's name all assy, where
it comes from and what does it mean?
Speaker 2 (01:49):
Oh yeah, so so my mate, my name is Nick Nicholas,
my full Christian name, so Olas is obviously the short
and bit on the end there.
Speaker 1 (01:59):
So it was.
Speaker 2 (02:00):
It was a nickname friend gave me when I was
at university many years ago. His name was Ben Benjamin,
and I shorten his name to jammin. He was always
jamming on the drums in his room, and yeah, so
I started calling him jamming and then and then he
kind of reciprocated really and shortened my name very kindly
to Olas. So yeah, the nickname stuck. And and here
(02:25):
I am playing the guitar, so yeah, it kind of
kind of explains does what it says on the tin
oh last plays guitar.

And it's a it's a beautiful story indeed. So now
fast forwarding to your new track called Come So Far Together,
can you tell us the story of the track please?
Speaker 4 (02:45):
The song really, I wrote it probably five five or
six weeks ago, and the day before my wife had
had a really bad day and she'd come home and
you know, supported through that, and I guess the following
the following morning, I was startling in my studio and
and and the and the words of the chorus just

came out of my subconscious really, so yeah, the song
is ultimately about about my wife.

And that's a beautiful, beautiful song indeed. So, uh, what
before we start to say goodbye to each other, what
are your next projects?
Speaker 3 (03:22):
So yeah, so this is the this is the first single,
the debut single from from from my album. So I've
got another three or four singles to release before the album.
So yeah, as soon as we've finished promoting this single
to be on to the next one.
