Speaker 1 (00:00):
So I am now with politics Danielle Asceero also known
as daniel as Cerro. So we are now at context
in art Miami is presenting to us three of these
beautiful paintings. So for the people who of you seek
can not see art, how would you describe it?
Speaker 2 (00:18):
So basically, this is my last series.
Speaker 3 (00:20):
What I'm trying to do is remove the facial expression
and basically create emotions with the form of the person
and the colors. Everything is organized on a three dimensional
surface to create a little bit of a different perspective,
not a typical two D painting, but everything is painting
by oil. It's and oil painting and different colors, different textures,
(00:45):
different emotions.
Speaker 1 (00:46):
And what does it represent for you to be during
all basil art Miami in context?
Speaker 2 (00:52):
Oh, this is what I want to be. This is
what a an artists.
Speaker 3 (00:56):
Want to be selling, showing our work to the people
who wants to call, and this is the world of
collectors and are.
Speaker 2 (01:02):
Miami is the place you want to be as an artist?
Speaker 1 (01:05):
But I'm thinking, you know, you want to be away
from competition sometimes and you're surrounded with all these artists.
So is it a good thing or is it tough.
Speaker 2 (01:17):
For Actually, I think it's interesting. I wouldn't say if
it's tough or not.
Speaker 3 (01:22):
I like the idea of being with other people, seeing
different art, getting ideas, see what works doesn't work.
Speaker 2 (01:29):
But it also kind of shows what you're doing and
how different you are.
Speaker 3 (01:33):
And that's what I'm here for, to show my art
in a world of different ideas.
Speaker 1 (01:38):
That's beautiful. So tell us about this painting, this particular story.
Speaker 3 (01:45):
Okay, So this is basically the idea of this painting
was to create a person in deep emotions and on
her thoughts.
Speaker 1 (01:52):
Okay, So what is the name of that one?
Speaker 2 (01:55):
Jesus, the name of this one? It's a leisure of silence.
Speaker 1 (02:00):
Of silence, And it's really a beautiful piece because it
mixes modern classism. You know, it could be like a
Vermere also, but it has really, you know, like different dimensions.
How you came up with that idea and who are
the artists who influence you?
Speaker 3 (02:20):
Okay, So I'm a big fan of Bacon. Francis Bacon
is a big fan of lot.
Speaker 1 (02:25):
Missus Beacon, right, not becon with the Francis Bacon.
Speaker 3 (02:31):
So I really like that he really focused on emotions.
Speaker 2 (02:35):
He's he was very dark in a sense, but I
like the.
Speaker 3 (02:38):
Emotions of sadness and that's when I wanted to incorporate
into the piece. I wanted somebody that we all go
through emotions and sometimes we say they have sad moments,
and we reflect on our problems, we reflect on our life.
Yet we're surrounded by beauty and that's what I wanted
to show on this piece.
Speaker 1 (02:59):
So if you had one word to say to the
organizer of this great art fair, what would it be?
Speaker 3 (03:06):
Thank you for the opportunity to be here, and thank
you for being able to show my art.
Speaker 1 (03:10):
To the world and compare on the world. Let's scape.
How important is it here? Is it the capital of
the world for art?
